I wanted to buy a watch for my son's birthday and I showed him the Stauer Meisterzeit. He loved it! There was a photo of a gentleman modeling it and that is what convinced him that watch was for him. My Experiences with Stauer over the last few years have been pleasant and positive in every way. I have gotten several things for both my wife and myself. Everything I have gotten have been delivered promptly and of high quality. I have given several items to my family members as well as friends and they have been well received. I have referred Stauer to several family members and friends.

I have been a member for several years. Each and every item I or my husband have ordered, arrive quickly and are unique pieces that you will have a hard time seeing on every other person. Last year my oldest Grandson was being Bar Mitzvahed. I had purchased an aqua suit for this occasion. I had turquoise jewelry to wear with it all but, the earrings. I was looking all over for the right pair of earrings that would make a statement. Finally I found them at Stauer. I received many compliments on these earrings and felt special wearing them. This past year my wife and I experienced how great the Stauers products are. We've bought a number of styles from a Diamondaura heart, to earrings, and the Diamondaura Contempo Ring, just blew everyone away. We recently reordered this beautiful ring for my 2 daughters, and our daughter in law. I can't believe how often we've seen this style recently even at our jewelers in St Martin where we just returned from a vacation. Saw it again at TJMaxx, but yours was so much nicer, and of course a fraction of their price. For many years, I did not think I could afford lovely, luxurious jewelry. I did call in and order Stauer's free offers found in magazine ads. Then, somehow a smart decision was made to seriously look at a Stauer catalog and start ordering gifts that I knew would please my loved ones (and myself). A representative gave me the opportunity of becoming a Platinum Member, then a VIP member, and this made beautiful jewelry even more affordable.

I had never really liked diamonds because I didn't think they sparkled or shined enough OR at least not the ones my husband could afford to buy me. So, for my 20th anniversary he bought me the Stauer 3 stone "5th C" diamond ring. OMG! It is so beautiful and the sparkle is above all others! How do I know this you ask? We were flying down to Florida to spend our anniversary at Disney and we're surrounded by retirees, rich businessman, and others with no place to be that day. I was sitting by the window when the lady across from the aisle got my attention to tell me what an absolutely gorgeous ring I had. I wasn't even next to her and she noticed my ring! Next, someone walking past to the restrooms commented on the dazzling ring.

Yes I responsibility to say that I dissatisfied with my purchase. I order 2 items. 1 22180 is Amber heart necklace price $ 39.00. The following items have been backorder cancelled - 1 26663 Zermatt Swiss ladies watch, which I really want it. It's my mine order have been cancelled without let me know. I am sorry to say that I am disappointment.

I ordered the Centurion Hybrid watch over two years ago. The day I ordered it, I got an email saying the price had been reduced. I called Customer Service and asked if I could get the lower price. No problem - they gave me the lower price. I received the watch and was very satisfied. It was beautiful! A year later, the band broke. I called Customer Service and asked if I could purchase a new band. Long story short, they sent me a new band free of charge.

As a girl, I watched the movie, Breakfast at Tiffany's, over and over. I dreamed of a day when I could buy a little black dress, shop at Tiffany's and dine out decked in pearls. As a college student, my goal seemed out of reach. Dining on top ramen and potatoes, it seemed impossible that I would one day be able to drape my neck in the baubles I had dreamed of as a girl.

I was trying to find an engagement ring for my wife to be. I had already purchased one ring but not the wedding band. I purchased a ring set that was on your catalog for just the wedding band. I decided to surprise my mother and show her new pearl necklace. I had received it free after I saw an ad and ordered it. However, my mother pulled out a set of pearls and said, "I already have them." We both laughed.

My husband and I have been together since I was a teenager. So to say that I outgrew my original wedding ring is not that uncommon. Our original rings were solid gold and very soft, so I just wore it around my neck to be close to my heart. Until one day, someone thought I was a widow because of the way I was wearing the ring on a necklace. Well, I went without ANY ring for about 1 1\2 months until Christmas. Then for Christmas my husband gave me the DiamondAura Perfecta ring and my son gave me some stud earrings.

Few years ago, I bought one lovely ring with three lab-made diamonds from you, and I went to several jewelry shops in my city to get their opinion on its quality. There were amazing response which I didn't really expect that even some salespeople at those famous shops located in a big mall offered me higher price for the ring. They actually wanted to buy it from me for higher price than the one I paid to you (your online shop). A great value for money spent.

I was at the doctor's office looking at a magazine when I found an ad for the palos pink diamondAura ring. Before I could think about it, my name was called and I abandoned the magazine. Later that night, I regretted leaving the magazine, although I had never stolen a magazine from a doctor's office before. I went back the following day, explaining to the receptionist what I was looking for. She offered no guarantee that the magazine in question would still be there. After a lot of searching (and most likely annoying the nurses), I found the magazine in one of the offices. I took a picture (what I should have done to begin with!), and went home to look up the website.

I've ordered 9 times this year but have choose this one because it was probably my favorite. I watched this for sometime but quickly ordered when it went on sale. Unfortunately I had to return it for size but in no time it was back and I loved it.

Most of the rest should be labeled Stauer; most of the pieces have been gifts from a long-time male friend with triumphant taste in jewelry (fortunately for me). Recently I got the Pride of Zambia emerald ring for my older sister Laurie as an early Christmas present. I wanted to get her something special and beautiful, because she's had a very rough last couple of years. She's the sort of woman who works 50 hours a week and rushes around, working hard to make sure everyone else (husband, son, family) is happy and taken care of. But no one takes care of her. Since we live 3000 miles apart, I wanted to give her something that showed how much I loved her, that would complement her lovely green eyes & that was 100% for her. I asked her to open it early so she could wear it to holiday events, but mainly because I was excited to hear her reaction. She immediately texted me a photo of the ring on her hand, with the message: "I LOVE it!!! It's beautiful!" When we spoke later, she cried a little as she told me how much she loved it and how much it meant to her.

Husband writing: She loves everything about it. I on the other hand, do not like the band because of three grooves on edge near bottom and is jagged. Slight defect, maybe I can wear it down so she don't get scratched. But alas! She won't give it to me. Any idea's on smoothing it without screwing up finish? Like Heston said, "You'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands."

Buying from Stauer is so easy and the products are beautiful. My bride just sparkles when she opens a Stauer box and the jewelry makes her eyes and her face sparkle and shine. I always know that if I make a Stauer purchase for my bride or our daughters, their faces will light up and sparkle. I started with seeing a catalog come to the house and saw something I knew would look beautiful on my bride. I ordered it for her and not only did it look beautiful on her she made it sparkle too. I have since bought jewelry for our daughters and have the same experience with them, my girls all sparkle. Thanks.

I just love the blue DiamondAura peacock feather necklace. Being that blue is one of my favorite colors, I was happy to get this necklace without having to pay shipping and handling. I probably would have bought this necklace soon anyway, but the savings on S&H made my decision a little sooner than I would have ordered it otherwise.

Called because order was wrong and customer assistant worked with us on fixing it. Was very kind and we were very pleased with the help that we received. We are a retired couple and money is not very easy to come by. Just living on Social Security is hard. But your products are affordable and sometimes I can order something nice for my wife. Now, during the holidays, I have scratched off almost all of my Christmas list in one order from Stauer. Furthermore, Stauer's customer service is superb. The only reason you get one star there is nothing lower!! This is the second comment. Your note on the first said I would hear something in two days??? My wife bought me a $199.00 Kepler, blue face watch while we still lived in Oregon. I have worn this watch a total of one week. The buckle on the band came off, cannot get the screw type pins out to replace the band, so the watch, whatever quality it may be, will never be known. It is a thick bodied watch that does not work well with dress shirts. I am sorry my wife wasted $200.00 on a piece of junk. Is that a very fair comment on Stauer's misleading advertising of quality.

Before beginning let me say how much I love Stauer products and the fabulous replication of their famous jewelry and purses. Of course it goes without saying their items for men are just as nice. My husband has been a member for several years. He ordered me the "Chris Evert" tennis bracelet for Christmas. I wanted it for a long time but didn't want to spend that amount of money. I'm constantly getting Stauer emails, scouring the details. When I saw that it had gone on sale, for the least amount ever, I went nuts!

I first saw the watch I wanted in the catalog Stauer sent me. I then went online found the item and also some earrings I wanted for my wife. The ordering process was so easy. Since I am 82 years old I sometimes have a problem with that. It is so easy.

One Christmas, a while ago, when I didn't have a lot of money I wanted to buy a gift for a special woman in my life. I had, at that time, came across a Stauer catalogue at my insurance agent's office. Paging through the catalogue I noticed some cubic-Z earrings. I immediately went home and ordered online. While placing the order I was listening to Art Garfunkel (I only have eyes for you) and I thought I could use this song to help with presenting the gift. I went to the local Disney store and bought a Donald Duck sweatshirt. I put the earrings (pierced) on the sweatshirt into Donald's eye, and wrote on the Christmas card "I only have ICE for you!" She cried with happiness.

I learned about Stauer while at a Goodyear Tire Dealership many years ago. As I was waiting to have new tires put on a commercial truck that I drove at that time, I was leafing through a magazine, and noticed an ad for Stauer Jewelry. The ad and the item in the ad resulted in my making my very first Stauer purchase. As a result, I made it a point to look at Stauer ads whenever I found them in different magazines. I choose to purchase other items, and as a result of my wife's overwhelming response to your jewelry, I purchased a Platinum membership.

Stauer 1930 Dashtronic Watch, Automatic 21 Jewels - My wife purchased the watch for a present a couple of years ago and it is one of the most unique watches in my watch collection. I place it very high in my collection and equal to my Rolex. I am very proud of the watch and am always showing it to family and friends when I have the opportunity. I will always cherish the watch as it is from my wife and so unique as I had said.

I ordered three items from Stauer -- Two were shipped, the third item was switched. The third item was #20320SP, a DiamondAura Snowflake Pendant. Instead Stauer sent a very small heart. It looked like it was out of a cracker jack box. I ordered this by telephone, so it was not a computer error. I received confirmation by e-mail. When I called customer service, I received the typical runaround you expect from a poorly run call center. I have asked to have my name and address removed from their mailing list. This is very poor for a company that I have ordered several items from for the past three years. And as they like to remind me I "am a platinum customer..."

A few years ago my husband gave me the heart shaped, diamond aura pendant and I love it. Since then I have received several pieces from him out of your catalog and cherish every item. I also love the stories that describe these items in the catalog. Can't wait for Christmas this year.

My husband surprised me with a late 25th anniversary gift. At our favorite Italian restaurant, he asked for my wedding ring then tossed it away! He said it wasn't good enough for me. Then, he presented me with your three diamond ring on sterling silver! He declared it wasn't an anniversary ring but rather a marriage ring. It represented how our love had grown and matured with all the joys, hardships, and blue oil paint in the bathtub! As I treasure our relationship, I have worn this ring instead of my wedding ring since.

Long time customer... Have a few necklaces, earrings and watches from them. A few years ago I purchased a watch for my husband and hid it too well.. About 2 years later, I finally found the watch, and the battery had died. Well, embarrassed I called Stauer to see the best way to replace battery and stay in warranty. They offered free replacement on watch. Such amazing service! Thanks!

Your watch has not worked since I received it. Your customer service sent email indicating it would be replaced. Instead I received email saying I could get $50 discount but you have already discounted it online more than $50. So, you gave me "the sleeves out of your vest". Not a customer oriented company at all.

I heard about them on the radio advertising a free pearl necklace. Not free after expensive shipping. They talked me into becoming a member for cost. It seemed like a great deal but after receiving the pearls I wonder. I got them for my daughter but they are so ugly I will not give them to her. Lumpy, missed shaped and every size imaginable. I have pearls and didn't expect them to be as nice as mine but really these are a joke.

Our order was shipped on November 28 and delivered on December 7, Via Fed Ex and Post Office. Shipping & Handling charge was 24.95. One would expect a faster delivery. We Contacted "Customer Service" that is a "Call Center" with the typical results. Could not care less. Customer for many years, but no more.

I have placed 2 orders with you and I am very pleased with my purchases. My 1st purchase was W6603 and My next purchase is the beautiful Ring made of the ash that came from the volcano, #W6675. My other purchases will be #W6378, #W7018. Would you believe on that day was my birthday and I was 44 years old. My son had been stationed in Alaska in the Army and he came back thru there on May 19th, 1980 on his way home and brought back a lot of photographs of the area. I love the Ingrid Bergman collection too. As you see I love your jewelry. Thank you for making it possible for me to have these beautiful pieces of your jewelry.

Last year, I ordered my wife a Helenite necklace for Christmas and she was extremely pleased with it as a memento of our climb of the mountain in 1989. I have been a Stauer customer for years, purchasing watches for me and jewelry for my wife. I have always been satisfied with their products and service. This year, I attempted to purchase for $129, Helenite stud earrings to match the necklace I bought last year. As I was checking out, I noticed that Stauer was attempting to charge $20 for shipping these tiny little studs which easily could have been shipped insured for $5. I immediately stopped processing the order and will find some emerald studs that will match the Helenite necklace for a lot less money. It appears that corporate greed has now reached Stauer. This is very sad and disappointing. I will not need to consider them for future purchases.

Customer service when ordering by phone is terrible. I was instructed when I became a platinum member to call to order as the deals could be better than what was reflected online. Had to speak with a supervisor to get my order completed. Order was a simple process, however the customer service rep was unwilling to help me with my questions. Probably will not renew membership once it expires.

Purchasing without seeing the jewelry piece has not been successful for me so far. My advisor has been doing her best to help me with my purchases but so far, after seeing my items on the computer tonight, we must make more changes in my order! Their jewelry is very expensive and if I'm going to purchase this collection of jewelry, I have to make sure I'm going to love all the items before they arrive. I have been told that if I don't like any of the items I can send them back but even the first payment that they will collect before the jewelry is even sent is too high to play with while I make a decision!!!

I was able to resolve this complaint very quickly after contacting the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota. I was pleased with Stauer's willingness to acknowledge, through their offer of resolution, that the delay and failure to notify resulted in a profound loss and emotional disruption. However, as I am unsure if Stauer is going to improve their ordering process to prevent this unfortunate situation from repeating, I am hesitant to purchase from them in the future. and hesitant to recommend them to other consumers.

I had purchase your lab-created diamonds (necklace, ring & earrings) and my wife and I both use them – she, on special occasions and me, during my mineral lessons in earth science. The students get a better understanding & appreciation of lab-made diamonds and I dispel any concerns that they are "not real". At the end of the lesson, the kids are generally more receptive to the idea of having both bling and some cash. One question: would Stauer be able to help me show students other types of precious stones? Thanks.

Stauer Gentleman's Pocket Watch - Very nice watch. The accuracy is not as good as I thought it would be, being a Stauer. And the SUN and MOON display doesn't show right. Overall I'm still very pleased.

I have never before dealt with such an amazing company who cared so much about their customers. When I purchased a ring for my wife, I returned it in exchange for another with the provided prepaid label, and the US Postal Service lost my package. Then Stauer stepped up, seeing what had happened, and replaced the ring even though they never got the original back. Nobody knows where on earth the original is, but Stauer cared enough about my wife's happiness when she would receive her gift that they replaced the ring quickly, and my wife was exuberantly happy. I will be going to Stauer in the future for any and all purchases due to their kindness and customer service along with the beautiful quality of their product. Thank you Stauer. I suggest that all necklaces be shown on a living model so as to determine actual size.

I have been a client of Stauer Jewelry Company for over one year. I had only one customer service issue. A ring, was returned at their cost, three times before the problem was corrected. I have a personal Sales Rep, who is very pleasant and professional. She handles all my purchases, and keeps me abreast of all the latest fashions, not listed in the catalogs. Overall it is a terrific company. I would give them a great recommendation.

Stauer is a first-rate company with an eclectic line of items from incredible bargains to very unique and expensive. I have been buying gifts for family and friends from Stauer for almost a year, and every one has been a real hit. I have a personal account manager who has helped enormously in finding just the right gift at a price I can afford. I have also bought items for myself that I love and other women notice and ask where I bought them.

Our acct. executive, Tara ** is very capable. The main problem we have is that some of what we order always seems to be placed on backorder which has lasted from weeks to months. This is very frustrating to say the least. If you have an item that you know will be popular you should order enough of it in to take care of the orders.

I believe you folks should be more careful in some of your misleading advertisement. But you do a reasonable job and are a fair in comparison with others of like product, value reasonable. However you drive me crazy with the price of your silly chains. Why not price items that need a chair with a chain priced as one, and then there is your charge for shipping and handling. That insults my intelligence.

A stone fell out of my bracelet and was replaced and sent back very quickly and efficiently.

I ordered this watch. It arrived defective (the hour/minute hands didn't work). I immediately sent it back and after 10 days contacted customer service wondering why it's taking so long for a replacement. Customer service stated it will take 3-4 weeks before I get the replacement for A DEFECTIVE WATCH. I told them this unacceptable and asked to speak to the customer service manager. I left a message on her voice mail. NOW IT'S 24 hrs later still no call back. If this is how they treat customer then this is my last order. BUYER BEWARE!!!

It is one of the nicest winders I own, so nice in fact I had to buy a second one.

I placed an order on the 1st of the month & it was returned to sender as it was placed for delivery at our house, but should have gone to the PO Box, which is our official mailing address. According to the tracker, the ring was received at your location on or after the 16th of Oct, 2015. We haven't received our order at the PO Box & there doesn't seem to be any tracking for the reshipped item, if it was sent. Please reply to the e-mail address above with information regarding this foul up!! Why is this taking so long?

I was very excited to receive my free ring for only shipping payment. I saved it to wear for my first trip to Sicily. I was very disappointed that on the plane to Italy I noticed one stone had already fallen out. I realize I declined the insurance, however, I didn't expect the stone to fall out on the first wearing. Certainly not a good experience and cannot recommend your company to any of my friends.

Prelude: I love emeralds and opals... I saw an ad in a magazine I was reading, while sitting in my doctor's office, for a necklace this company (Stauer) was offering for an incredible story and price. They claimed they made, from the ashes of Mt. St. Helens' eruption, by the modern technology, an incredibly, perfectly pure and flawless "emerald." Normally, I don't want "lab-created" stones in my jewelry. However, I know how soft and delicate natural emeralds are. For the price, I thought, if this "pendant" is as pretty as the picture, I can live with that. These stones made from those ashes are called "Helenite." I called to order this pendant and I am assuming it comes with a chain. Wrong! For an additional fee... I get sucked into buying a membership, they send four $50.00 certificates that can be used anytime during the next year.

2nd attempt to get in touch with you. Basically happy but one concern... Got a question. I have a Stauer Meisterzeit I bought... geez... two... maybe three years ago. Overall pretty impressed with it. The self winding-no battery required mechanism is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I have, in fact, become a zealous convert to Stauer watches. There will ALWAYS be a Stauer (self-winding of course) on my wrist..But of late, my watch loses time in an amazing fashion. At least 5 minutes a day... one day, no idea how it happened, a full hour. Is there a cleaning or a '10,000 mile tune up' so to speak that has to be performed periodically?

Returned unsatisfactory watch but no refund. Watch too small to read numbers on it. Automatic winder doesn't work.

Wanted to buy this bracelet, you state that it was reduced by $100.00 yet I found it elsewhere for $49.00. What is your profit margin? It must be 300%. The company I got it from made a profit on $49.00 and you are charging $50.00 more. What a rip off.

Purchased an automatic self-winding watch from Stauer. Watch did not hold a charge for 24 hours or less. Customer Service advised to hand wind the "automatic watch" each morning and each night to hold a 24 hour charge. Returned watch for refund. Was charged $32.95 for P&H. Stauer claims wonderment of timepiece because it does not require a battery totally ignoring the need to hand wind an "automatic watch".

I bought a Stauer Centurion Hybrid Watch ($59) and received it 12-2-14. Now eight months later the stainless steel colored finish on it is discoloring to a bronze color in five areas. On the watch back it says the case back is stainless but nothing about the rest of the watch. I emailed their customer service department to make them aware of their possible quality issue. They replied that they could exchange it with a new one upon my purchase of a "Replacement Guarantee" depending on its allotted time.

It was their error in shipping that unfortunately cascaded into a nightmare, so they get docked a star. BUT the necklace is fantastic and completely exceeds all expectations. My wife is over the moon with the necklace and she's a lot more relaxed about it being late than I am. And when this problem came up, Stauer customer service was great to deal with and really stepped up to help out. They even refunded all my shipping and handling charges. UPS and USPS added 99% of the pain to this process. I encourage every company to not use them for shipping.

I purchased a Graves '33 2 or 3 years ago and the band is worn out and one of the band pins is lost. Do you provide a metal band for the Graves and what would the cost to replace the existing worn band. Thank You.

First and foremost I have to say that most of the jewelry you buy from this company is lab created. That being said, it's a quality product at awesome prices. I have ordered many items for years. I don't necessarily believe their appraised values, but that's OK. The items are always beautiful, high quality and great values. There is a truck when shipping with Stauer. If you find something you like and the item is really high, wait a few weeks. They are ALWAYS putting items on sale, and odds are it will be soon.

We ordered a model car after joining as a member. We were told we would have it in 5-7 days. When it did not come, We called again. They said it had been out of stock but they would be getting a huge shipment in that same day and we would be getting it in 5- 7 days. We were also told that we would be one of the first to get it because we were # 12 on the list. So I called again when we did not hear if it was shipped. Now I was told that it is backordered for another month! I was also told that there is no way to see where we are on the list so we were lied to! This was going to be a Father's day gift. I would not deal with a company like this again. I feel like we have been lied to 3 times so far.

Just thought I would tender a compliment to your firm by indicating that I have purchased over time at least six watches (gifted a couple of them) and some jewelry. My favorite watch was my first one; the Dashtronic. I receive more compliments for that watch than any other one I own. I bought my daughter one of your white porcelain bracelet watches. It is her favorite. Unfortunately, I do own one watch which has a China movement. It runs OK but I will only purchase watches with Swiss movements in future. A personal lifestyle choice. Apart from that, I recommend you to anyone who asks "where did you get that watch?"

My husband spent over $160.00 for a Mount Helen's stone necklace and earrings. I only wore it one time and it immediately turned black. It will not clean. The stone is nice but the rest looks terrible. What a waste of money!

I am recently retired from the military. When I was active duty and serving, I traveled quite a bit and would pick up jewelry on my travels as a souvenir. Since I no longer travel like I did, I miss the joy of new jewelry. Well, one day, I picked up a magazine and found a Stauer ad in it for a free necklace. I couldn't believe it, but decided to call and I've not been disappointed since. I received the necklace and keep coming back for more. Their pieces are unique and I always receive compliments. I know I will get more... as a matter of fact, I have some items I want to get now.

It has been about 5 years since I received my Graves replica watch which to date still is a stunner. I am so pleased at the over flow of compliments I receive every time I wear this watch. The single most important watch ever built was engineered for a quiet millionaire collector named Henry Graves. And I wear it everyday. Thanks.

In early April I ordered a diamond necklace/Earring set (forgot the 2nd stone). I kept calling and emails to customer service and all I got was promises. I finally received an email informing me that the necklace (but not the earrings) was shipped which would shortly be shipped when the earrings came in. They gave me a tracking number ** which UPS said "not our number". After calling your service on the telephone I was told that I was wrong.. the necklace never came and when I called service again, I was cut off and when I attempted to call back, my calls DID not go through, same with emails.. I was a premier customer (paid for same) but I guess if your service department was not going to send me the purchase and DID not want my business, fine. I have told all my friends of all the above (they were Stauer customers through me) and all agreed with me and that they were going to shop on the tv jewelry program for their purchases in the future.

My husband is disabled and can not leave the house. The pieces of jewelry that I have got from you make me wonderful. I love jewelry and it makes me feel special.

Stauer has the best of luxury watches. All of their other items too, Because they are there is no exception at all with prices that match. All of everything is beautiful that do not cost thousands of dollars like all of the Swiss watches, Rolex do.

We just celebrated my father's 85th birthday. The Stauer 1930 Dashtronic watch was "born" the same year as him. He is absolutely ecstatic about his new watch which was at the height of technology and fashion the year he was born. The fact that his 1930 Dashtronic watch is keeping perfect time is an extra bonus and means that Stauer played a central role in making my father's 85th birthday an extra special event!

Several years ago, I saw a Stauer Advertisement in the USA Today. I ordered the Hybrid watch and it was truly superior to anything I had anticipated. Unfortunately, we had water damage in the house, and one of the many servicemen who responded took the watch and it was days before I detected it missing. I have ordered bracelets, women's rings, necklaces... all for my wife. Of course, she responded graciously, and appreciated all the gifts. As she wore them, she began to garner compliments, and decided she would now order for herself. She has done that, again and again, the most recent time ordering the TAMU ring for herself for Mother's Day.

I ordered a Starburst Tanzanite ring. I didn't buy any insurance. I had the ring only about two months and a stone fell out. I called Stauer hoping they would replace the stone if I would pay for it. Well they replaced the whole ring without charge even though I didn't have it insured. I keep telling people what a great company you are.

A few years ago, my husband gave me a raw emerald necklace and earrings for our anniversary and since then, I've been hooked. I absolutely love it! I was so impressed with the uniqueness of this jewelry and I have continued to receive other unique jewelry from Stauer such as the Hellenite necklace and earrings, raw ruby necklace, bracelet and earring set, among others. I get so many compliments whenever I wear my Stauer jewelry. Not too long ago, we were given a room size rug. It belonged to an older lady who was moving to a smaller place. We had the rug rolled up and in the barn, until the room was painted and re-done. On the day we were going to finish the room, we brought in the carpet and unrolled it. Something caught the corner of my eye, something bright and green. Oh my gosh! My wife gave me a Stauer watch (the one with the Morgan silver dollar) as my first Father's Day gift. The significance of it is that it was her way of telling me she was pregnant. TAC7 Watch is very stylish and rugged, keeps good time. It is quite large and the band was very stiff and needed to be broken in. Overall one of my favorite watches.

Review Text: I received this (Dearly Beloved Ring) set for my 21st wedding anniv. I must say it is so beautiful; absolutely stunning & just as precious to me as my original gold band which my husband had inscribed 21 years ago. I wear my jewelry EVERY day & am very hard on my rings in particular, but I truly believe *and it has so far*, this set will last for a very long time. Hopefully long enough for my granddaughter to enjoy! I know this will not be our last purchase from Stauer. I also received another single ring for Xmas. Love, love, love them! Excellent quality & receive many compliments on a daily basis!

I recently purchased my first Stauer watch because it was on sale for $29. I have to say that I like my watch very much. I think it is a nice looking watch and it goes well with my suits. So far it seems to be accurate so what's not to like? If it is any indication of Stauer in general, I'll be buying more watches and other products from them .

I bought the watch 2 years ago from Stauer, online. The first watch stopped operating and I sent it back. A few weeks later Stauer sent me a replacement, which worked. Now, 18 months later the battery died. It is a CR2026 battery. I had a very difficult time prying the back off but finally accomplished it. I installed the new battery. Then, no matter what I did, the back would not snap in place as it should. I was afraid of damaging the plastic crystal so I fabricated a ring that would bot apply pressure to the plastic crystal and used a padded clamp to apply pressure to the back cover.

I have purchased several men's watches from Stauer and have been very pleased with all of them. One watch began to lose time despite a new battery and Stauer replaced it with zero issues. Would recommend Stauer to anyone. Very reasonable prices on quality products.

Enameled Rose Brooch - This was the second item bought after I joined your program. I absolutely love wearing and have people asking if it is a real rose. My only mishap happened when removing the jacket while sitting, I leaned back on the jacket breaking the brooch leaf from the stem. Super glue repaired and actually strengthened it a bit. I do plan to get another pin for the back since it is flimsy. I just run an earring plastic backing into the shank part to hold it to fabric should it become loosened. I thoroughly enjoy wearing it.

This is a request for refund of the full amount or other reasonable settlement. If my request is not honored, I will begin legal action. I purchased 3 sets of Crimson Jade Set (Item # 27943) for $237.00 plus shipping. I spoke with a Manager, March 31, 2015 - after it was reported to me that the pieces bled red dye on their recipient and recipients clothing. I asked this Stauer Manager why the dye-ing was not divulged as part of the description for the items. No direct answer was given. But I was thrilled when he told me that, the first 500 orders were not washed and that has now been added to the manufacturers process. The washing is simply to rinse in cold water and to dab dry with a paper towel. No color changes have been reported. He recommended washing the stones as described above.

I own two very fine watches from this company! I I just love both of them and wear them all the time! Thank you for great product.

Bought a high quality time piece, The Centurion. Got a confirmation number, tracking number, and received the watch within a few days. Opened the package and saw one of the most beautiful watches I've ever seen. Build, quality and ascetics were amazing; especially for the discounted price I paid for it. Stauer made the entire process quick, easy, efficient and I ended up paying a fantastic price for a watch I'll love for a lifetime.

I have made 4 separate purchases with Stauer over the last year which may have included more than one item per purchase. Stauer is reliable, offer a quality line (watches) at prices not found anywhere else. The quality of their watches is equal to many that can go for ten times the price or more. Stauer offers discount deals weekly if not more often via emails which is nice. My purchases are mostly watches and I could not be more pleased and will buy more in the future. In fact trying to decide between two models now...maybe I will just make it easy and buy both. Their shipping and customer service is excellent.

I have had this watch for about 2-3 years, a very rugged watch, keeps perfect time, looks good. I get compliments on it all the time. The analog battery went down. I took it to a jeweler to get it replaced. It was worth more than I gave for it. If it ever quits, I know where to get another. Thanks Stauer for a great watch.

I recently ordered a watch from Stauer. It's terrible. In all fairness, I have not tried to return it yet. I'm hoping it won't be problem. It hasn't kept time since the day I got it, 5 weeks ago. At first it was just a loss of a couple minutes every few days. It then progressed to a loss of 5 minutes a day. Now, the hour hand and the minute hand aren't even in sync. When the hour hand is straight up at the hour, the minute hand is all over the place. I was aware I wasn't buying a Rolex, but I'd have been better off with a watch purchased at the dollar store.

Compendium Hybrid Watch - I received this watch as a gift. Today is the first time I have worn it. I adjusted the back this morning. Made sure the time was set and headed to the office. Just after lunch I noticed the analog time was wrong by more than 20 minutes slow. I also noticed a deep scratch in the crystal. I sit in an office at a desk in front of a computer all day. How could I have possibly scratched the crystal, my old Timex has been worn while working on my car and not gotten scratched. I will shelf this watch and may never wear it again. Time to buy the Casio back on. The time is accurate to the nano second with that one. Goodbye piece of junk.

I ordered this ring on 10/17/14 as an anniversary gift for my wife. The first time that she wore it, a diamond fell out. The ring was returned on 10/21/14. The ring was repaired and returned to us. My wife wore it and lost more diamonds. Ring was returned again on 12/9/14. This time it took a long time to have it repaired. When we received it back, it had missing diamonds and some inferior diamonds had also been installed. The ring was returned again on 2/4/15. We still have not received it back. I called ** and every time he had different stories. One time the ring was being repaired. The next time, a new ring was being made. The next time, the ring was supposed to go through his desk before being returned to us and was not.

I received a watch as a gift, the hands have come loose. I called to inquire regarding service. They wanted proof of purchase. I did not have this information. I then indicated I would pay for repair. Was informed by customer service that after 3 years or without proof of purchase they will do nothing, no replacement or repair. Why spend $200 plus for a watch that cannot be repaired after 3 years. Note my 6 year old $45 Timex will still be repaired by Timex. Don't waste your money or time.

I purchased a tanzanite ring, earrings, and a bracelet for my spouse. The advertising in their brochure does not say these stones are lab created. Instead they say that their tanzanite comes from only one mine. This statement is true regarding tanzanite that comes from the ground. This is not true, when the stones are lab created.

I bought these watches in 2012. They broke several times. At first Stauer replaced the watches but I got tired and embarrassed of wearing these watches that would fall apart...crowns falling out, buttons falling off, bands breaking, etc. Now I try to get them repaired and no one else can fix them (proprietary parts). Stauer only offers to repair one of them because the other is discontinued and they won't fix or exchange it, my tough luck...good for trash now. Shoddy products and poor customer service. I regret ever buying these products and discourage anyone from doing the same. Do yourself a favor and stick to Macy's.

I recently purchased a ring for $150 and was charged $19.95 to ship it. I complained to the company that their shipping charges are excessive for shipping such a small item. I complained that their charges are based on price instead of the size and weight of the item and they use the cheapest form of shipping, USPS. If I purchased the same ring for twice the price they would charge me twice the cost for shipping. When most companies today offer free shipping when the cost of the item is over a certain amount usually $150 but not Stauer.

They are a ripoff for sure. I ordered a so-called free ring. Only pay for shipping and handling. But Texas requires .01 purchase. Received the ring. Looked like flea market purchase and was too big, these rings are so good that they can't even be sized. So returned, was told would have to pay them $8.00 of shipping. I had pd. $19.95. Sales person also had talked me into $9.95 insurance. I paid shipping to return & I got a refund of $9.96. I called and they said the only refund I had coming was the insurance and the penny. Beware, don't get ripped off by them. I feel like such a fool for thinking it would be a good deal. They should be run out of the country.

Stauer has a lot of good items, sometimes at great prices, but if you ever need a return or exchange they do not stand behind their products. They are quick to get an item out to you if you buy it, but if you are not happy with an item you get awful customer service from Stauer. First they put you on the phone forever, then they refuse to even swap out another item of the same kind if it is flawed, even if it is clearly a mfg defect. I sent back a Daimondaura stock # 27097 Rock Of Love "diamond" pendant that I was unhappy with due to a mfg defect in the "diamond." 5 weeks now and no return sent back yet, but they did offer to send the item with a mfg defect back to me... ugh... Bottom line Stauer Jewelry stinks when it comes to refunds.

I was looking to buy a watch by Stauer, thinking a little pricey for me, but still a great gift to my husband. When I decided to buy the Metropolitan watch and reading it, I am definitely not buy from there and will alert as many people that they use the word "antique" in front of IVORY because that is the only legal way you can say it without have legal issues with the world. Everyone know the fact "antique ivory guilloche face" that this manufacturer does not care about the thousands and thousands of elephant are being slaughtered every year, and although it is only a little bit of ivory, but all the "little ivory" makes a huge impact on the Elephants. So you know what Stauer, go... and I will be starting a campaign on your company so that people stop buying from you. Let now forget the Crocodile band is also killing Croc. Although they are not an endanger species like the Elephant are.

I order the Navia Jasper set from Stauer. I had ordered several jewelry sets and was very satisfied up until this point. I initially liked the jasper jewelry, but didn't wear the set until THREE months later. I received many compliments on the set, but noticed later that evening in the mirror that the blue dye/ink had come off on my white sweater set. I knew that the jasper had been enhanced, but never expected this from such an expensive purchase! The customer service rep got clearance from his supervisor for me to ship it back for a refund, but I felt like they were doing ME a favor. The rep offered a simple apology, but I thought since I was a "valued" customer, they should have offered me some other compensation. (a coupon perhaps) I was very disappointed in how this was handled.

Fell for Stauer's advertisement and guess what, watch worked for about a month then started to work intermittently until it finally stopped working. I had the watch in an automatic (Orbita) watch winder so the watch would always be wound and running! I contacted Stauer and their response was I ruined the watch by using a watch winder! Get real you MORONS at STAUER!!! Save your money and NEVER buy a Stauer watch because you will regret it! They DO NOT stand by their warranty! They make Junk!

I bought 3 watches with extended warranties. Watches failed. Stauer would not replace watches... They're liars, selling poor quality watches and DO NOT recommend them at all!

I ordered the pearls and they are horrible. They are not even uniform in color. After reading these other reviews, I'll just chalk it up for a loss and not deal with them again. It's a shame. Because they had a good reputation years ago.

Stauer compendium hybrid watch - I bought one of these watches awhile ago. I was happy for a year and a half. Then the band broke. I was putting on my wrist and it fell apart. I called the company and they said they told sell replacement bands. Then just recently I changed the battery. The analog part does not keep accurate time. Also, the sweep hands "jitters" back and forth. The digital component is fine. I am very leery of buying another stauer watch.

I have bought several watches from Stauer and have problems. You only have 30 days to return so never buy more than one at a time. The gold plating was a powder and wore off right away but I had bought more than one watch and didn't try this one until too late for 30-day replacement. I feel so dumb. Other watch made it past 30 days, but is an automatic and went click and stopped working. Sometimes they do work and look nice.

Bought from them and the jewelry is fake. Tarnished. No refund. Something needs to be done about these people and their deceptive practices!!

First, I had to wait for 30 minutes on hold to speak to a customer service person. I was told that only my husband is on their account so I cannot returned anything, even though my husband and I have the same credit cards and the items were a gift for me. The customer service person could not provide me with any options for the return. My husband has been told NEVER to buy from this company again.

After receiving a ring that was purchased sight unseen, I was dissatisfied with design and quality of product and mailed it back along with faulty watch to get refund and replacement! While waiting for refund and replacement, I purchased several other items that were faulty/broke as well! I was told to give credit card info. for refund, where they turned around and tried to charge the entire invoice again! After talking to customer service again I was told that they would take care of the situation, at which point, nothing was done! I was informed they would call back the next day, but didn't! I've been given a platitude of explanations that were all different from the ones before, and was then finally told that I owed them more money! They stated that the watch was returned but not the ring, which were in the same box! They then began giving me the run around, at which point I became livid with the whole situation! I'll gladly return all the crappy items that they refer to as jewelry, for a full refund, of which there will. I'll as always expect nothing in return!

I just received two items from Stauer. The delivery was 6 weeks after the order was placed. I ordered the items at the same time but they ship them separately in order to charge two outrageous S&H charges of $19.95 each. Often times the S&H charge exceeds the cost of merchandise. I will never use this company again.

You gotta be kidding!! Advertised as 26" long- barely 24" long. Showing round pearls, 6.5 to 7 mm - I even asked if the pearls were round and was assured they were. Not a round pearl in the bunch - they were definitely Class D pearls. You can buy same necklace only with a clasp for less than $6 at any Walmart, K-Mart, etc. So disappointed. NEVER AGAIN... and I will tell everyone I know not to order from your company.

I received an email offering a very special promotion on a "Rock of Love Blue Heart Pendant", at $12.25 (supposedly a small fraction of the regular price!). Nowhere on the ad did I see the size of the pendant (I remember specifically looking for the size and could not find it), but the picture was rather large, filling up about a quarter of my relatively high resolution computer screen. I bought 3: one for my wife, one for my daughter-in-law, and one for my grand-daughter. When I opened the package I saw 3 bags inside measuring over 3" by 4". At first I thought the bags were empty. After more careful inspection I found a pendant in each bag. The pendant was less than 3/8" wide with no chain (although there was a chain in the picture and nothing in the ad saying the chain was not included).

I have been a purchaser of Stauer watches, etc for years. Spent a lot of money. This fall I was refused a chance to return a watch for a MORE expensive one that they were selling because I was 3 weeks late on their return rules. And it had nothing to do with the condition of the watch l was returning ---- this request was just over the phone! This company is becoming a sham. The complaints I have read are astronomically bad. That's too bad. At first, they gave us normal people to feel like we were treated like the royalty they claim to be themselves. Listen, nothing is free. The more one buys from Stauer, the more one will know this.
