Purchasing from Stauer Jewelry was very easy. They contacted me because I had some problems with sizing that I had to send back the rings and a knife. They're easy to work with. The product is as advertised, and it's very good value for what you pay for it. It's low cost. I had a salesman call me about having the higher price stuff in the vault. So, the stuff they say is to get people into the business so they could try to sell people higher prices.

Stauer Jewelry treated me really good. I purchased several items, including a necklace and a wrist bracelet. The reps were very professional, easy to talk to and good to deal with. I tried to get a product that I missed out on, but they couldn't help me. That was sold out.

Stauer Jewelry is a good way to get gifts for people in your family. Shipping has been good. It's been on time, and they keep track by sending me text messages. Almost all the items I purchased were for my wife for gifts, and the quality has been outstanding. My wife loves it.

14K Italian Gold finished SS Tripolo Link Necklace. 18K Gold finished Sterling Silver Aria Necklace. Lustro Necklace 18K Italian Gold finished. These necklace chains after two years tarnished. Stauer would not replace them. Poor Customer Service! These necklaces also were never worn and kept in the original beautiful cases that they came in, and kept in a dresser drawer. Buyer BEWARE!

I bought one of your graves watches not realizing the problems. I need to replace the wristband. I've just spent two hours trying to find a replacement. As far as I can tell, replacement wristbands for this watch do not exist. I’m looking at throwing the stupid thing in a drawer since I can’t get a new wristband. One thing for sure I will never buy another watch from Stauer. And count on my throwing your catalog away without even looking at it. Junk.

May dad purchased the Lynx cat's eye for me a few years ago. I never wore but keep in the packaging that it was sent in. I pulled it out the other day and 3 stones had fallen out. Wouldn't give to my grandkids to play with. Cheap.

Bought for wife’s birthday. She was completely surprised! It’s so different which makes it special. The shell necklace goes ever so well with the pearl earrings she received for Christmas! Unusual and unique appears to be the standard for Stauer! Way to go!!!

My husband ordered a heart with chain for me for Christmas. The chain arrived broken. We requested a return voucher from you, and returned it to you in the end of December. After three calls to your company for information as to when we would get out replacement chain, no one knew anything. We even got the UPS information when you got it back. Now it’s February and we received a different chain, plus your charge for tax and shipping as if it were a new order. Stauer is a big Rip Off company and I would strongly advise any potential shoppers to go elsewhere. My husband held on the phone for over 20 mInures today just to be cut off. It was their mistake and we are getting no help from them!

I ordered two necklaces and two bracelets last spring. After wearing bracelets for three months both broke in half. Stauer wanted more dollars to repair. One I might understand but two? It appears your website doesn’t post reviews other than five stars. While I am a former MN resident and want to support MN business I am going to turn you in for unfair business practices and advertising. Don’t send me more advertising materials.

Lovely jewelry - expensive looking and original designs. I particularly like the dancing iris earrings and the amethyst trillion cut ring. I'm saving to buy the green 3 stone ring and several other pieces. I am looking forward to the next catalog. I found the representatives on the phone very polite and helpful. I would be nice if I could find the item numbers on the web page.

I purchased the necklace and bracelet set; I have been eyeing it for quite a while now. I'm glad I did. I can't wear the necklace at work, as it gets tangled in my lanyard, but I have been wearing the bracelet every day. It's great that it goes with everything. I need all the help I can get getting ready for work at O'dark thirty, and a go-to like this simplifies my morning.

I’m still waiting for the order I placed in Dec. 2022 that I did to get for my wife! I am very frustrated with the possibility of never receiving the jewelry I ordered for my wife. I’ve done numerous orders and had no problems, but now I receive coupons or discounts to buy more from Stauer and still haven’t received my initial order! Not very good customer service when you never hear from them so I guess it’s time to just buy from brick and mortar jewelry stores!

Haven't started to use it yet. That is my assignment for this morning. I look forward to putting on my new watch and using it. I loved the greatly reduced price. I'll need to read the instructions carefully first, though.

I have purchased 2 watches and 3 rings from Stauer but the ring I purchased just over a year ago broke. I am retired and the ring was never stressed in any way. I called Stauer and asked if they could at least fix it and they would not stand behind their product. I would have to send it back to them at a 29 dollar fee and then also pay to get it fixed the amount the ring cost. I figured they should stand behind their product because I feel a ring should last for more than barely over a year.

I have ordered several times from Stauer and been satisfied with the merchandise. I am, howerver, not thrilled with shipping costs. I especially enjpy the cashmere scarf and the blue sapphire bracelet. I have not yet had a chance to wear the red necklace or the gorgeous bling one either. I do not order earrings as my ears are not pierced.

The first order was a Tennis Bracelet for my daughter, and my granddaughter got excited when mom tried it on so I called and ordered her one. Gave it to her on Sunday and mom said she had to wear it to school on Monday (High School Freshman). The man who took my order was very helpful. Even though we were on the phone I could tell he had a big smile.

I ordered the knife through the Ducks Unlimited offer. I love the knife, the young lady that handled my order was great. If anyone is thinking of getting one, go for it. They are well made, a nice feel and weight to them.

The men's bracelet is a little small, I can't get it closed, otherwise all of my purchases have been excellent. The order and delivery time is superb. The person who answers the phone and takes your orders are well trained and extremely helpful.

I bought a "DOWN UNDER bowie knife" from Stauer.com, the product they sent me was made in Pakistan instead of Taiwan, not made by "Down Under" company. The box of their product clearly prints "Stands Alone Chipaway Cutlery", not "Down Under" branded knife. On the product listing page from Stauer.com, the description was nearly identical to "Down Under" official website, therefore, I believe Stauer.com had every intention of selling this knife as a "Down Under" product, even though they know very well their product is counterfeit.

Sasha ** is my rep and she is very helpful, very knowledgeable. I’ve been shopping with Stauer for about 11 or 12 years. Customer service is excellent. I’m very happy with my jewelry and all the unique bags that I have purchased. Thank you for the service.

When received, the item was much larger than the catalogue picture, and looked more like a knuckle duster than a ring. We returned it by post on 12/12, but Stauer claim it did not arrive until 12/27, which even allowing for Christmas post and USPS general crap service, does not really compute. It will take another 14 days for them to process the return of our money. This is not the 10-day service mentioned in the catalogue. Your service sucks and we will never use you again.

I placed a large order on 11/15 for Christmas gifts. After being delayed for 4 weeks, due to the claimed reason that not every single item in the order was in stock yet. By the time Stauer finally processed my credit card, a month after the order was placed, the card was no longer valid due to fraudulent activity being detected. Thanks for sending the email that my order would be canceled in 48 hours, I found it 3 days later. I gave you 4 weeks, and I got 48 hours and not a single phone call. No reason to try to reinstate the order now, since the apparently necessary 6-week lead time would place Christmas in February this year. By the way, the phone service rep tried to sneak an extra $50 on another order by claiming that a coupon that I was sent by Stauer wasn't valid. And, oh yes, I noticed that you delete unfavorable product reviews. Very trustworthy. Yes, I'm not expecting you to post this one...

Ordered 5 items, 2 out of 5 are in stock. Website does not tell you that at time of order. Like most do, so you could order something else... they wait 4 days to send you an email that all your order is held for 2 to 4 weeks till the others are in stock which you have paid extra $$$ to get them in 2 or 3 days for that special occasion. Like your rep said to me, "We've been doing that for 20 years." Definition of insanity. Makes no sense. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears, but for 20 years? I guess no one cares to change it. That is the best way for you to do business???

Watches were received Dec. 14 as the tracking had indicated on the 13th. Not crazy about leather straps (difficult to put on). I purchased a Twist-O-Flex (Speidel) band yesterday. I plan to get another one for the "gift watch." (Cost about $24.ea.).

My wife likes certain types of jewelry. We are of Scottish bloodlines and have lots of Scottish and Celtic items. Now living in Arizona she likes native style so silver and Sedona Turquoise earrings make a great Christmas gift. I will continue to shop the catalog first before any in town shopping.

I have been looking for these pieces for over a year. Now I have these for her 70th Birthday. Dec. 23 2022. I will purchase the Bracelet for our 41st Anniversary March 5th 2023. I am looking for a Mens watch for my 74th Birthday March 24th 2023. All of the Items are High Quality, even my new Walking Stick.

Top quality merchandise I bought for a friend's gift, when I received it I just simply had to go buy one for myself as well. Now whenever I need to buy anything like the products they sell, I look at their catalog first. Their sales agents are also so perfectly helpful without pressure.

You couldn't pay me to buy from this website again. Not sure if the product is good or not as almost a month later I still don't have it even though it was "in warehouse" when I ordered and that was the status when it posted shortly thereafter. I have called and the lady had no clue what was happening either. Couldn't tell me if it was in the warehouse or not...and then said it probably is. Regardless, I don't have it yet and I will never order from them again. At this point I don't even know if I want the watch anymore. Total joke.

Order was easily placed and received on time but the quality of the stones fell flat for me. Mounting was fine but all of the stones were cloudy. I paid a little more at Wal-Mart for larger stones of better quality (see pic). I find this experience representative of what I usually get for items that I purchase sight unseen. The on-line order taker first said I'd get a free pair of earrings then decided I'd get free 1 yr replacement guarantee instead. I got charged for guarantee anyway. I also think there should be more transparency about your return policy up front. Not impressed but may try again with a different item someday.

Two watches, emergency kit for camping and two binoculars for bird watching. Every product was excellent and the price was fantastic. I would recommend Stauer to any friend or relative. This is a great company and they stand behind their merchandise. Recommend anyone reading this take a look at their generous discounts and professionalism.

My first order (by phone) went fine. The guy talked me into a membership for $119 to get coupons and free shipping. So I placed another order, using one of their coupons, expecting free shipping. My membership pkg says Platinum Plus Member, but they kept saying I had to upgrade for that, and added another $100 to my credit card! Each person I talk to says something different! Their amounts don’t even add up. I’m trying to cancel now. Sooo underhanded! Oh, and tried to tell me standard tax on $79 was $21.84! What?!?

You blast your customers with mountains of advertisements... And yet, when an order is placed, while everything is listed as in stock on your website, immediately after ordering, suddenly EVERY item requested is now on indefinite backorder? Now a month later, and no communication how much longer? Just praying 2 months was enough time that delivery beats Christmas. Would be less annoyed, except this is NOT the first time dealing with this type of delay in order fulfillment.

I called 800 # to verify sale price of all 5 items advertised. Clerk said she must check prices, and never returned in 30 minutes. I called later in day and got many excuses for unwillingness to sell for advertised prices; denial of items being on sale; unwilling to sell at discounts advertised for item; substitution for inferior item, and numerous other evasions. They made MANY evasions to avoid selling same item advertised for price advertised. I had NEVER heard that many excuses for failing to honor advertisements. Obviously instructed to avoid honoring promises at ANY COST. Clearly the customer will NEVER receive the bargain they think they are going to get, no matter how many excuses are rendered. First time buyers are gouged with a surprise $118 "membership fee" with little warning..

I have received everything I have ordered and the perfect quality. I have ordered something from another company and was so upset with the quality. I will only buy from Stauer. Their quality is excellent. Up to my standards. I want to say thank you for that.

There have been a number of rings and bracelets that have had scratchy, rough or sharp places. I am not a complainer and I never reported them. I would have to go through every piece I have received from you and I am not about to do that, it would be exhausting.

When I saw your fire opal anniversary ring advertised it was beautiful with all the colors. When I received it at home I was very very disappointed. It was nowhere the color that was shown in your advertisement! It was more white with very little color. I know opals come in different colors. I have many opals. If you are going to advertise something with so much color you should not send to customer unless the colors match the ad. I know I can return but it is too much of a hassle for me to do. I don’t believe I would order another opal from you. Even the earrings that came with the ring had the same color or should I say. NO color.. Thank You.

The rubies are pear shaped, fresh water pearls are round, on a silver chain, gold plated, approx 19”. It's very beautiful. I hope the gold does not rub off, but if it does, the precious metal sterling silver will show, not a random metal.

The smaller piece of the leather band broke and I can't get the piece that broke (the piece that holds the holed strap down in place)... They want you to buy a new watch band, period. .. The customer service guy (Marlon) was of no help at all.. I am one very UNSATISFIED customer.... We have purchased several items in the past, probably never buy again...

March is my birthday and I know aquamarine. The stone in this ring is white, with a hint of blue. A far cry from aquamarine as shown in your photos. The other items in the order are fine... I am just a beginner with the company and so far have been happy until the AQUAMARINE ring.

Very disappointed when opened the box with this ring. I was expecting white diamond but instead received grey. Also, the cage wire is so thin which is different from the image in the catalogue. In the catalogue the picture was taken very close so it give an impression that the cage is significant - no this is not in reality. It is not worth it the money.

Huntsman Blade & Binoculars. Very poor quality. Scratches on the grip, nicks on the blade, and the box it came in was so damaged, I must have received someone return. For a company that advertises quality, you should look up the word. Also the binoculars are a joke. I would return the order but I am running out of time as a gift.

Received the watch and removed the battery saver plastic piece from under the crown, pushed the crown in to the no.1 position, watch failed to start up. Advised Customer Service by e-mail stating the problem. Advised them that battery was probably dead and I could change it and see if that corrected the problem, if so I would be happy. Also asked if replacing battery did not correct problem would I still be able to return for replacement. It has been several days since I contacted Customer Service and I have not received a reply. That is not good!

I have never ordered a ring before and ordered a set of sizes so I would know my size. The problem is these were thin rings or circles and I bought a thicker ring. I should have purchased an 11 instead of a 10 but, no problem I wear it on a different finger. So maybe you could put some type of information that you might need a larger size if the ring is large,.

I had a pleasant experience from the moment I called Stauer up until I received the ring. It is a perfect fit. The customer service agent was helpful and friendly. The ring is made of good quality and it looks great on my finger!

I am tired of calling and emailing your "customer service." I want my refund, and I want it now! It has been over a month! You ignore emails, you ignore phone calls, and put clients on hold for hours. The attorney general and the Better Business bureau is contacted. This is poorly done, and poorly handled. Great Jewelry; very, very poor service on your part, and ruining your company.

I have been waiting since 6/23 of this year for this item. Have contacted them. Been told on back order 1 to 3 weeks. Been the same every time I contact them about it. Now going on 2 months. Still have not received. Last order before this I did 3 day shipping and took 4 weeks and paid extra to get it in 3 days. Will I order again from them? No way. Service is bad.

I bought this Watch for my brother who loved the look and description in a Magazine. The CSR was patient, kind and knowledgeable and made the transaction effortless. Delivery was earlier than indicated in my email confirmation. Needless to say, my brother is delighted with the Timemaster Piezo Watch.

The pendant is microscopic and the ring that is connected to the pendant is super small that no chain can go through it. Poor description on website. Additionally, Stauer’s customer service is very inefficient. I have tried to call twice and waited twice for 30 minutes with no response. Additionally, no response via email either!

Love the Men Of Steel necklace. Actually I have the bracelet also. My only complaint is when putting it on the ring that the lobster clasp hooks is a bit too small. It is hard to hook. Can you tell me if it can be made a little larger? It would be much easier for me to hook.

I have bought a few things from you and absolutely no issues. Ordered a watch that was an anniversary gift about 10 days later get an email saying it was on back order, no worries. I understand stuff happens. The watch arrives and as usual we are blown away with the look the quality everything about it except it's too big. Go on your website and find a tool to remove links, so I call customer support and after 12- 14 minutes on hold Wesley answers. I tell him my situation and he proceeded to tell me that I can send it back and for $29 they will repair it or I can take to any watch repair shop I wanted and they could fix it.

The watch band cannot be adjusted. As there are no visible pins, the links cannot be removed. The only way is to remove the band completely and pay for whole other one. This is a terrible and disappointing flaw. Please send me an adjustable watch band.

I bought a nice quality watch at a fair price. The watch instructions could be written more clearly. Question: Describe the mechanics of the watch. Instructions do not mention a battery or solar operation. I assume it is piezo-electric. Thanks.

A couple years ago I tried to order the Chartres Pendant, which you advertised, but could not supply. In May I ordered the Five Star Opal Anniversary Ring, which I have not received! Why do you advertise items that you cannot supply? I ordered the ring almost two months ago; when will it arrive? Why did you widely advertise an item that was unavailable to you?

The bracelet was very unique. Two colors of leather covered the bracelet and decorative metal stretched across the top, also in various colors makes the bracelet great for all to enjoy. Compared to other cuff bracelets I've seen, a few into several hundreds of dollars, this one was quite affordable.

The watch band is way too large, I sent an email asking if I could trade the watch for another watch, but I have not received a reply. I would like to swap it. There isn't anything wrong with the watch, just the band.

I was sent the wrong item, I immediately returned what was sent in that order because my credit card was charged $223.81 for an error that was made by Stauer. Item was returned and received by Stauer 6/2/22 and as of 6/20 my refund has yet to be processed.

After many purchases over time, I returned a single item that took Stauer more than five weeks to process. This included multiple cases of outright DISHONESTY in processing the return, posting the return credit, or even having a supervisor/manager contact me. They made promises and broke them every time. The entire process indicates a DELIBERATE and CULTIVATED COMPANY POLICY of disgusting dishonesty -- designed to delay their return payments, and perhaps even as a prelude to cheating customers prior to bankruptcy.

I was just wondering where exactly to send it in the future about 2 years from now to replace the battery! I have no regrets about this watch only to find a watch dealer to adjust my bracelet to my wrist.

Swiss Tactical Watch. Loved the watch but wristband was too small and I returned it. Customer service has always been very good. I look forward to ordering in the future as the quality is very good and the value is very great!

My husband saw a model of a 1936 Mercedes in a catalog we received and said he wanted it for Father's Day. We had not ordered before, but I decided to order it. While looking at the catalog I saw a "reproduction" Van Gogh "Irises" and decided to order it too. I understood it was to be a repro., but I certainly did expect better quality than what I got.

I bought the dolphin necklace a while back. My wife loved it, and said she would like a matching ring and earrings if they were available. I and my Husband Jon have purchase items from Stauer and the Silver I expected would not tarnish did in fact tarnish. Ex. Israel jewelry set with a gray pearl in the center tarnished and for the price I paid for it in 2020, it should have been tarnish resistant. Ceramic watch in white the time adjuster the tip came unglued and the ceramic around the watch face cracked.

I have enjoyed their products, and they have been great gifts. They look wonderful on the necks and hands of those who have received them. The price is right, and the quality is exceptional. The pieces I purchased were not solid gold or silver, but the craftmanship does not give it away.

I'm never disappointed with Stauer. The representatives have always been very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Every product has been as depicted and seriously underpriced. I have referred several people to Stauer and I am a customer for life. I cannot imagine buying the same products at the same price anywhere else.

I had place my order and the post office marked it as delivered but I never received my package. It's not the first time the postal service has done this. Because they have delivered our packages to another 913 in our neighborhood. I called them the next day and explained my packaged didn't arrive and they immediately replaced my missing order. I was actually glad they made it signature required. I got my order less than a week after the issue. I've been a customer for a few years now and everything I've order has been beautiful. For the past ten years, all my purchases from Stauer were men’s watches. I was disappointed in only one, a watch with two decorative knobs on the side that kept falling off. The watch was inexpensive and I threw it out. The other watches seemed to be worth more than the Stauer price and now, years later, I still feel that way about them. Then I felt the urge to splurge because I was desperate for a brown tone watch with a brown band. The Stauer catalog featured a photo of Kevin Costner wearing an Austrian made Jacque Lemans and I really liked the look of it.

BEWARE, Company seems to be Okay, until you have a return. Then you can't reach customer service, the automated system ask for a call back number. Good luck with that, as they will not call back. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my Stauer online order and customer service experience. My grandfather, Richard **, is a platinum member, and I am currently living with him while we take care of my aging grandmother. I attempted to have a bracelet and a necklace ordered and delivered to me at my temporary address to celebrate valentines with my girlfriend. However, company policy prohibits first time buyers from shipping to a location that is not the billing address. So, I am unable to purchase my valentines gift for my girlfriend because Stauer’s policy prohibits it.

This first watch I bought I thought I was buying something "expensive' and with excellent craftsmanship. Even all of the Timex watches I have ever owned, have worked and lasted much better than this piece of junk! Great knife well made. Sunglasses are very nice - three different styles. I generally like Stauer. Think about dropping your fixed blade knives cost. There are about 4-6 more I would like to purchase. Please see what you can do. Also the four coupons of $50 I received at my signup have been lost. You would need to see my desk to understand, however can you get me four more. I would then use them on those knives I want.

Warning DO NOT purchase anything from this company. They took advantage of my 86 year old father that has dementia when confronted them. I was hung up on by Shawn **. I then sent an email stating the bank had been notified. They were not authorized to remove anymore funds from his account and not to send him anything else. On November 29th I placed an order for the Santa Fe Money Clip they had a special offer on. I have never received it. I called about a week before Christmas and was told it was shipped to the wrong address and returned to them. Said it was corrected and would be shipped right away. Said it would take 8 to 10 days to arrive. I called again 4 days ago, got the answering machine message it was shipped. I can't seem to get pass their answering machine to speak to anyone. I am frustrated with it and will never order anything from them again.

I purchased an item from Stauer in December of 2020 for a friend who likes Stauer merchandise - I don't. I haven't had any dealings with Stauer since then, until December 30 of 2021 when Stauer auto-debited my credit card $99 for renewal of a membership I don't want and didn't know that I had. I tried to reach customer service to dispute the charge, but they were closed (Thursday December 30), and won't be available until Monday. Oddly however, the sales department is open and I've been talking with them, but they have told me they can't cancel the auto-debit or my membership. They also confirm that I cannot access my account online to at least cancel the unwanted membership, I guess so that Stauer can keep me locked in.

My husband purchased the Sedona set of necklace and earrings as a gift some time ago. I was reluctant to say anything because I didn't want to hurt his feelings. Between wearing, the silver around the turquoise settings turns yellow. The wires on the earrings a VERY thin as have turned black and rusty. I know it has been over 1 year, but there was NO customer satisfaction as guaranteed. Do not buy this set which cost hundreds of $'s. Such a disappointment.

I have bought several rings and a few necklaces from Stauer. I usually do it online and the first full catalog on the website is not good. It starts out on a really small picture and I have to make everything bigger in order to see what the price is and what the particulars are on each item. One time I had to return one ring because it was missing a setting. They replaced the setting and sent me the ring back and I'm perfectly happy with it. They're very professional and polite although sometimes their knowledge isn't as good as it should be. Overall, I've always had good results.

I have watched this beautiful pendant for a while now. Being a regular customer I waited for it to go on sale. It was well worth the weight. I had been very patient waiting on it. You may say Why? Because they have so many beautiful pieces of jewelry.

My husband likes to purchase watches in quantity to give as gifts in his business. So far the merchandise has been ok. However, they work you pretty hard to get the platinum membership and the shipping costs are way too high for each order. I also don't like the fact that I can't get the platinum membership price if I order online -- I have to make a phone call. The most recent issue I had was I just got an email stating my order had shipped. I placed no order. I called Stauer and they did an automatic renewal on my platinum membership. I never consented to that and it was a total surprise ($99.00 charged on my card). I went online into my profile and nowhere does it state I have a platinum membership or that it is on automatic renewal. I will not be doing business with Stauer any longer.

I'm blown away at the quality and materials used in the watch, the only thing I'm not so impressed about is that there is Japan written on the back. Although this isn't a problem, I feel with the quality of the watches you should be proud to say that it has japan movement written on the back. Still very impressed.

The watch band came with the widest possible setting. I don't have a tool to set it to a smaller setting. I am incapacitated and can not get to a jeweler easily. In the future, please make the adjustment on the band easier.

Love it! I bought it to replace the stone which is in the wedding setting which I have now. I don't believe in "blood diamonds" and this is the most gorgeous one which I have ever seen thus far. Now I just need to find a jeweler to switch my stones and resize my wedding set and also put the 2 rings together as I am a 4 1/2 in size and my rings keeps slipping around my finger!

I found a resale Stauer bracelet online, a vermeil cuff (gold over 925 sterling) that was like a rippled ribbon with artistically placed row of cz in the center. My wife this morning told me it looked like something you would see in a museum or being worn by an English aristocrat. I share this because I have bought her over 200 bracelets and this is one that she loves, many just sit in her closet. It is delicate, feminine and looks like what women in West Palm Beach would wear. But, I did not spend much money, frankly it was a steal, but because I have become familiar with the Stauer brand name, I thought it would be quality made, it is.

I placed an order yesterday for two items total. I was amazed that of the items had a separate shipping charge applied even though they were both shipped together. The total amount to ship the other was greater than the price of the items purchased. I then contacted the company and was informed that there was nothing that could be done to amend this. I am very disappointed in Stauer!

I find it inconceivable that a simple bracelet weighing all of 2 or 3 ounces should require a shipping charge of $20. Postage should be about $3, tops. That means the "handling fee" is $17. That seems far from fair.

I am discontinuing any future purchases with Stauer. I received a pretty tanzanite bracelet and it was broken (you cannot adjust it). The next order I received an alligator skin wallet and it was broken (you cannot close it because the snap closure is broken). Seems quality and customer service are not that important for Stauer. I purchased these items for an upcoming wedding and now I have to find a replacement for these items and still look put together. Not a very happy customer right now. Especially when you spend a bit more for "quality" items only to receive items that belong in a junk drawer.

At the urging of my husband, I purchased an earrings/necklace set, gold vermeil rope chain, and a herringbone necklace. Shipping was delayed so they arrived after my event and the first two aforementioned necklaces snapped after 2 months. Being a first time purchaser, I called customer service and they said there were no returns after 30 days and that I needed to purchase an extended warranty. Very, very disappointed and will not purchase from Stauer again. I'm afraid to wear my herringbone necklace for fear that it will break.

Stauer is a quality company and their merchandise looked excellent. I wanted to get something for my godchild and I bought a Peridot necklace. Everything came in good shape within a good amount of time. I did everything online and the ordering was fine, but I wasn't very happy with the product. I bought one of those white stones that they promote and it doesn't look like the picture. I thought it would be more clear. From the description, it's supposed to look like a diamond, but it has a terrible yellow tint to it. I don't even wear it, which is sad.

This is the worst company especially if you have to deal with customer service. If you know someone in prison that’s ordering from them they will not help you at all without their verbal permission.. How the heck do someone in prison going to be able to give verbal permission?? It’s not like they can just pick up the phone.. smh and I doubt they going to accept their collect call.. They promised a friend in prison they also would give him credit his account cause they “didn’t do refunds” for a returned item but now they somehow know nothing about it. WORST COMPANY.

I love the turquoise jewelry. I have a necklace earrings, a ring. Next, I’m buying the turquoise cross pendant. 1st thing I bought was my birthstone w/ 3 stones. All I wear is Stauer jewelry. I bought jewelry for both of my daughters for Christmas. Me, my oldest have the same ring. Stauer is by far the best prices, beautiful jewelry.

The stones fell out of my ring and my wife's bengal, sent it back and getting a refund but had to go through a lot of headaches to return stuff and all they can do is give me a coupon for more stuff. No thank you.

I am 86 years old and love pretty jewelry, but being on a limited income, I can’t afford really expensive jewelry, but “your fabulous fakes” work really well for me. I don’t like to be pressured to buy when I don’t feel that I can spend any money at the time.

I am very happy with my new watch and the service from STAUER40 Jewelry. My only concern is that the instructions for sizing the watch were lacking. If you did not know how to use the tool and know to look for the tiny arrow on each band length, sizing would be difficult. Fortunately I have had experience with watch sizing and knew what to do. Other than that, no complaints.

Hello Stauer I called customer service for the 3rd time, I did explain to you about my purchase of order on January 28th for $107.79 an infinity ring. Now, customer service has informed me, I paid for my membership? Which is not the case, I paid for the ring. The infinity ring was cancelled so now I want the platinum refinement ring. I do have coupons for credit but I still have a balance of $54.00, which Stauer should just send me the refinement ring cause Stauer, has inconvenience me by sending me the wrong ring in the first place, I do have to report this to the better business bureau. Thanks.
