The overall project/process could have been handled with more “project management” aptitude – e.g., centralized understanding of concept, timeline/control, transparency/ proactiveness – overall and step by step. With that said, we are very pleased with the end-result; the design and marketing efforts from all phases to bring our already patented design to optimal marketability.
