I had an issue with my bill, when I was paying it online and even though I was up to date on my bill it showed I owed 2600 dollars. So I called to straighten it out in which the person I talked to was very helpful and assured me that we didn't owe what it showed.

I just have gotten my service installed on Feb 9th. I called I don’t know how many times with problems the first week. Since then, it has been like a snail's pace slow. I thought Gen-5 was the BEST? The last service I had was bad but now I see how their bad was actually good. On top of all this I know I’ll never get be $150 MasterCard as promised.

Can not stream a movie from Directv. When you ask a poor English speaking customer service person when the contact is up they think you are saying cancel. Very bad customer service.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I have called numerous times trying to find out why my service is so slow I even upgraded it hoping it would make it fast.... But nothing has worked and I pay way too much for only internet anyway. It is ridiculous and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I can't even watch my Roku box so I am basically paying to see a black screen! Do not get this service, very disappointed. I will be happy when my 24 months is up!

I moved and no longer required their service as I was renting a home where their service is not available. When I originally signed up with Hughes I was in a location where they were the only option and promised no extended contract. Attempted to cancel & they informed me 2 yr. contract. Rep. stated would check into and I received no feedback. But received email stating my issue had been resolved and additional billing. Contract and email is fraudulent.

The service sucks for internet service, I do not even know how they can call it service at all. I have had it for a year now and it's the worst. It never works. 15 minutes to download a page crazy! I finally broke down and cancelled the service today and I knew there was going to be a huge fee. 535 bucks! Not a small fee by any means. They will not take off any part of the cancellation even if you give them back all equipment and the system never worked from day one. The only reason I waited a year was it would have been more than a 1000 dollars to cancel right away so I just paid it down over time until I just bit the bullet and paid them 535.00. Use your cell phones hot spot. It's much better. If you order Hughes Net you will be sorry, please do not make that mistake that I did. Have a great day.

I was told there was some storm in Texas that was affecting my service and the tech said he couldn't do anything until the storm passed. He was going to call me at 9:00 a.m. the next morning but I never received a call back so tried to get on the internet myself the next morning and was successful.

Your customer service people are courteous...and tedious. There is little value in putting info into my file. I have become fatigued with being told "we are going to do a one time courtesy..." Apparently, the reoccuring problem doesn't get into my file...where previous customer service people have given me "a one time..." My tech and I have been together so often that I am familiar with his family and work history. Ryan is really good but it always take about an hour on the phone with a Hughes Net customer service person for me to get repair arranged.

This is the second time we've contacted Hughes Net for help very internet speed, it's been tested and is less than one. Your support people don't seem to be at all interested in helping us, We are supposed to have 25 speed. We will be changing ASAP if no one cares. A friend of ours who is an I.P. tech said Comcast would usually pay off the existing contract if we went with them. If you all care about your customers you will do something to help us...

I have talk many times with Customer Service and have yet to ever come away without being so mad. And no matter what you say or tell them they are never wrong. I had a problem with them charging my bank card which I didn't approve but they say somehow it was set to auto payments and I never auto pay anything. I paid for the month as usual and I look on my bank account and they have took another month out the same month. When I confronted them well let's say it wasn't pretty. Got so pissed I told them to replace my money and they would not. Said they would give me a credit not my money back. The money they took was money for other bills but they were not concerned about that. When my contract is up will never renew with this shabby outfit again. Rather do without internet than put up with the headaches of this Business.

I called to hopefully have my billed lowered. We have Hughes Network at our lake house - not there year round. We pay approximately $80. mo. She was able to lower our bill by $20. mo for 3 months. That does help a little. She was very nice and did the best she could. We may try to go to another company such as DSL after 3 months.

I cancelled service September 2018. I was told that if I wanted service again I had till March 2019 to reinstate without installation charges. In March 2019 I started getting charged again for service that I never requested. Staff helped me to delete the charge, but I was not happy that a company would just start charging your credit card for services not requested.

The satellite signal is very weak. I have had it for three weeks and am very disappointed. The technician came back out, Hughesnet has sent a stronger signal, but still no improvement.

I was not able to get all what I have initiated ordered for Phone, Internet & TV. I ended up having the Directv only. I did not receive a refund for a one time charge for the internet which was never made available to me. I was told that all home service repairs was free but turned out there is a $99.00 charge for every repair call unless I purchase a $8.99 monthly protection plan. I am screwed for a 2 years contract. It turns out to a higher cost program than Spectrum who I left them because of an increased rate.

I have been receiving a discount of $20 a month for the last two years for a service that I never received. I have been on Gen 4 since I installed initially. I called HughesNet to ask why my bill had increased from $51 a month to $71 a month because I had upgraded to Gen 5. My internet pauses buffers constantly but yet I'm paying more.

I called on 3/14/2019 to request refund. The info was taken but I was told I would have to call back 24 hours later to request the refund. I did so and now I have to wait 29 days for the refund due to billing cycle. The experience was fine but the long wait for money due to me is not.

The technician was very nice and helpful. He was very professional and courteous. Install went smoothly in less than an hour. He explained how I should return my dish equipment we are upgrading and also suggested I register online to track service usage.

My third call was excellent. I received efficient expert service from AJ in resolving my slow internet issues. I completed a previous survey regarding my attempts for support before this call. They were not as successful. The first agent from the Philippines continually asked about my weather and would not move on after I answered the same question three times. The second call with an agent in Texas failed.

I have spoke with many associates. Still having issues. Last woman in the Philippines we spoke with for 2.5 hours finally got it an idea. Service is jacked up. Bad modem. Waiting on another call. She was patient cause by this time we were frustrated! At times she was snippy but we were too. Not sure what I am going to do yet. I am still shopping around. Cause it's been wrong from start of service. I told them I had a daughter in college. Husband has own business. We have a home office, TVs, tablets, watches. We use a lot of gigabytes yet they put us on a single user plan. Customer service didn't listen from the start. What would you do if you got service like this. It's not pleasant to have to do speak to so many people in and out of country. Yet still waiting.

Hughes dish rarely worked when we had it for nearly a year and a half. I have seven months left before my contract and paid the early termination fee. The only person out of the three other representatives that was considerate was Carlos **. The first rep I spoke to couldn’t get my address right, I had repeat it 3 times. In the end, they ended up shipping out to our old address in VA. So I called again March 6, spoke to Lionel, account manager and he assured me he’ll send this to Az in 4-5 days. We are now a week out, so I called back. Spoke to John (account management). He was going to ship me another box, but I explained I have lost their trust in doing what they’re supposed to do.
Asked for a supervisor, never came on the phone. He made John do the talking. John said the supervisor was busy. I’m chop liver! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! John did advise me they will waive the equipment fee, I don’t have to ship it anymore. Asked if I can have an email confirmation. He said “no.” At my final request for the 3rd time I asked again for a supervisor, Kevin came on phone irritated and not with a reassuring voice or making me feel any better. Provided me the case number.

Alex was very helpful, I had no idea that I am supposed to unplug my modem 1-2 times per week, in order to get the constant updates to make my service better. I followed her directions and my internet started working right away a lot faster. I was very satisfied with our phone call. She went above and beyond. Hughes Net customer service was very rude and not helpful at all. I had someone use my information to get internet and Hughes Net wanted me to pay the cancellation fee of three hundred some dollars. I even had a police report of someone using my debit card. (Non-English speaking **.)

The installer didn't tell me it makes a difference where you place the WiFi router so he put it in an upstairs bedroom. Now I have a poor signal in the downstairs living room which is the main area I use. When I called about it, you want to charge me $150 to come out and change the location. Not good.

We had this service installed in our home so our children could do homework. The service was terrible and we had to cancel it. They said there would be no fee because they could not provide service to us that we could use. Months later after 0 communications with them we get a collection call for $480 for termination fee. THEY NEVER CANCELED OUR SERVICE. The collection company said this is a shame they do to customers they cannot provide service to and make money off of them. This company is a joke!!!

We called Hughes Net to have our dish removed off of our roof and put on a pole as roofers are coming to replace our roof and they needed it removed. The service guy came and said he was not allowed to remove it off the roof. I told him it had to come down because the roofers are going to put on a new roof. He insisted he could not. Hughes net put the dish on. It should be Hughes net responsibility to remove. So since serviceman was not going to remove Dish I asked for him to do the second part of service call which was to put up dish on the pole. He said he could not do until they got some type of survey which would take at least a week or more.
So my question is why did he bother to come out at all. The roofer should not have to remove the dish. We are moving end of April to upstate NY but now I am considering switching carriers as I am unhappy with this service response. I have another appointment March 15 when you are suppose to put a new dish on pole but leave the old one on roof for the roofers to deal with. This is not right. It should be your responsibility. It is your equipment.

“High” speeds seem to run from .19 to .52 megs. Can get quicker speeds with dial-up. What's the deal with this? We were told speeds up to 25, but this doesn’t begin to come close. Was also told I would receive a $100 visa gift card that hasn’t been received.

1st week service was a bit slow, but tolerable. Second week networks would either not be connected to or drop out after delay in hookup. The installing service customer service was polite and clueless, then transferred me to some outfit in MI. After hours tracking the possible problem I was tired and physically exhausted and arranged to callback following morning. Probably got connected to the janitor who wanted to start all over again and left me waiting all day for a promised callback. Then I got an email with what amounts to a taxicab meter type indication of the charges for this “tech service” help.

Your people contacted me last week about needing to replace my dish with an upgrade. After several phone calls trying to get back to them we set up a time and date for them to come to the house. Anyway I waited all day on Saturday for them and never received a phone call and they never showed so now what?? My bill is up and my signal sucks. Can't watch Netflix. I'm pretty sure it's time for me to switch providers. Ugh.

In May of 2013 I became a HughesNet customer. It was the only internet service provider available...and they take full advantage of that fact. Just the rental fees for the equipment ran us $70 a month, and the internet was slow and prone to not working properly anytime a sprinkle of rain or a gust of wind exceeded 2 mph occurred. I was FINALLY able to replace them a month ago. I am STILL waiting for the packaging to return the subpar equipment. They also charged me over a 100$ for Internet I did not use. When I cancelled I was told that the only thing I would have to pay was a 130$ cancellation fee. A month later, they send me a bill for over 230$...for service I didn't use and without sending me what I need to return the equipment. I REFUSE to pay for HUGHESNET'S NEGLIGENCE. It's bad enough that I've had to deal with terrible internet and AWFUL customer service.

If you’re an online student do not purchase any service from this HughesNet... The internet is slow. I had to go to the library to complete my school work. When I canceled the plan I was told that I was going to have a certain amount of time to pay the cancellation fee because I had a 2yrs contract...HughesNet took the payment out of my account on the billing date and that was not the agreement. This company sucks, poor internet services and poor management service as well.

I will definitely tell everyone I know never to use this wifi. Worst wifi I have ever 'tried' using in my entire life. Never worked from day one. Customer service was zero help. I spent over 8 hrs of my own time on the phone trying to get the wifi to work.

Went very smoothly for the fact I had 6 feet of snow on the ground at the time. We parked his car at the county road and put everything in my truck with chains on and took him up the mountain. Found a good place to install, took about 2 hours.

I travel quite a bit for business so I really haven't had time to research the issue I'm having. According to the Speedtest results I'm getting excellent download and upload speeds but my devices (2 new laptops and my iPhone 7) seem to be chugging and slow to respond or open various sites. As of Friday I've begun utilizing 5G exclusively on all my devices to see if there's an improvement. It's better but still not as fast as when I was using Dishnet service with only avg 12mbps.

Never knew the equipment I rent was my responsibility to pay to repair, what a scam. And their Gen 5 service for 90 dollars a month isn’t worth it. Have internet service about half the time and is slow. Should of stayed with Frontier, big mistake, don’t switch. It sucks the big one.

My experience with Hughes/Gen5 was not pleasant. We had Hughes because of where we lived in the country it was one of the only providers available to us. My father originally got us on their service. After he passed away in 2015 it fell upon me to help my mother with her bills and finances due to the fact my father never showed her how.
Before she passed away last year, to ease up on some of her expenses by taking on some of her bills as my own. Between the time of her passing and the selling of her house I occupied it and continued to use Hughes until the closing date. I had notified Hughes, long before my mother's passing that I would be handling any situation arrising. Customer Service was even told by my mom that she approved them talking to me.
I cancelled the service on December 10, 2018 and had boxes with return labels sent to my new residence. I packed up what equipment was wanted returned and dropped said package at the mailing center. I am sure I received tracking info but have msiplaced it being it was over 3 months since I sent equipment in. I was charged for service in January for $190.00. I disputed that amount and was told by customer service that again everything was okay and I would get my refund.When I logged onto my credit card account this PM I noticed a pending charge for over $300 this time.
Again after calling customer service and again receiving little or no help I let the customer service rep I was talking to the like you who at the beginning of the call informed me that the call was being recorded that I too was recording this call to present it to my attorney for further action. Since I can receive no help from you on my own I have decided to let my attorney help me in this endeavor.

The young man that came to my home, was professional, did his job, and did a great job. He answered all my questions and set all my equipment up. Great job! Too slow to stream Netflix. Just overall slow. We were told that we would be able to stream video but too much buffering going on. This ruins the movie experience.

Need to have your customer service people have more knowledge with UPS and Hughesnet customers. I was told by 3 people on the same matter and they all told me different things. For 1 UPS does not run on Sundays. I was told by the 3rd person they do. I was also told by the 3rd person I would have my modem in 24-48 hours and that wasn't true either. Hopefully the 4th person has all the right info. She did have to consult with her supervisor. So hopefully I have it March 11th. I will be calling for the 5th time if I do not have it on the 11th. Poor and misinformed customer service. Not a good way to have a business ran.

This is, by far, the worst internet service I have ever had, and I am old enough and been online enough to remember the early days of dial up. Their advertisement is a total lie. In the middle of the night, I may be able to get up to 13-14 Mbps, but during the day and evening I can't even get 1. I go to school online, and do some of my job online, or did until I moved out of town and got HughesNet. I bought an Amazon Firebox when I lived in town, but now I can't even use it because the streaming speed is so slow, it buffers every few seconds. If there is another internet service in your area, USE IT.

Would like to take time to recognize technician John **. Confirmation number **. He was very polite and really concerned about resolving my issues. He was knowledgeable regarding issues I was having and went above my expectations regarding resolutions. He was very articulate and educated, an excellent customer service representative who remained with me until issues were resolved. Can't say enough about him.

I have had Hughes Network for 1 week and it went out on me when I called technician did test to find I had a bad modem and a bad dish. So I'm without internet before an installer will come and redo. It's disappointing but I do understand these problems.

The process was easy and professional. The system is working wonderfully. I was especially happy to find this company easily by using the television ads. Was not familiar until I saw the TV ads; glad they were put there. Was without internet without nearly three weeks because I was unable to communicate with AT&T. Thank you, goodbye.

When I returned home from a trip away for a week, from March 2 to March 7, I found that all of my allotted data (10GB) was gone... Consequently, I called you customer service line and after explaining my concerns, was put on hold and not given any logical reason for my data to disappear. I was told however, that I may purchase additional data, and my purchase for that data would be reflected in my "this month's history" in the yellow dot/data token field. I completed a purchase of 25GB, and allowing for passage of a reasonable time, went back to the usage history screen. For my period March 2 to April 1, the chart or graph is totally blank! I have no good feeling about this. My "previous month" usage showed a green field referring to my remaining data. The current month shows no such aid.
How can I be certain that my purchase has been successful? How can I monitor my usage when I receive no feedback? How can I know that the promise of my purchased data not expiring will be honored? A continuing frustrated customer! Would appreciate a return message to address my deep concerns. Email would be best, text message 2nd best, and a phone call would be my least choice. Robert **

Switch internet provider in Jan. Got installation of 1/29/2019. Paying for 25Mbps only getting 8.4. Horrible I cannot play games even on a CD or watch a video without it reconnecting, freezing. It is not worth $60.00 a month. Take my hard-learned advice and use another provider. They lie and blame the weather for the slow speed. I think a civil lawsuit is in the making. Please, please we need to file as many complaints as possible to get the FCC involved in the fraudulent tactics. I discussed with the foreign rep who assured me that I can watch videos and play games except for multiplayer games. Apparently, it does work on any type of game/ videos. So sorry I was Duke into trying their services and now stuck with a 2-year contract with them.

Lower than taking from account shows $49,99 and taking out $69.35 and never explained why. Over $20.00 difference than told of the cost. Seems like paying for more than what I have gotten. Was pleased the way the lady explained to me how was done. Can't remember name but seemed to know more than the salesperson did.

Talk to 3 people. Question I need answer was if I can use some else modem. He said, "Yes. Once we start to transfer we call back." First one very rude. Ask to talk to a supervisor. Put on hold and disconnected me. Second person we ask if I can use different modem he said yes. Third person did not know what we was even talking about. Why I do not know.

Can't stream Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime very good at all. Constantly buffing or searching for service. We have an HD TV but doesn't play anything HD. It plays everything in low quality and still has trouble streaming.

Internet/wifi is offline for hours almost every day. Does rain have this effect? I use streaming through my computer for my news, etc, and frequently see the image freeze when the service goes down.

I signed up for this service through DISH. They said HughesNet was the only service in my area. They claimed that I would be able to use my work VPN even though they read to me that it was not recommended for VPN. Much of the time, I can't even get on my VPN. I am a medical doctor and absolutely need to use the VPN. This could seriously affect patient care. I want to cancel the service. When I called your company, they said that I would need to pay $400 to cancel. They said that DISH did not hook up the service correctly.
Right now I'm waiting for a tech to check the service between 8 AM and 11 AM. I'm worried that the tech is going to the wrong address. I had to correct the address above. I'm not at ** anymore. I'm at the address above and that is the address that I requested service for. DISH lied to me. I have since found a company that provides internet service up to 200 MPS in my area compared to your 25 MPS. This is not working out for me. It's been less than 30 days since I initiated service and legally, I should be able to cancel service.

Not enough upload speed. Cannot even run 2 devices without buffering. Disconnecting from wi-fi as I’m writing this. I wouldn’t have subscribed to HughesNet if I knew upload speed was less than 3.

The service is a little more expensive than what I was hoping for but it is the only option for my area. The scheduler kept changing my installation date. The installer could not find my house and upon arrival was extremely rude to my husband. We are seniors without great understanding of technology. My daughter had to put him in his place because he had a bad attitude.

One main selling point was a voice activated remote control. The sales person said this is great for elderly people. I talked to the technician while there to install and he said he wasn’t sure if he had one in his truck. He did not and a remote has not been provided yet. It’s been over 2 weeks. And the wi-fi signal is weak - usually one bar.

When I called SO many times about their internet service, it was down. A recorded message saying it was checking on my connection even after I no longer had the service. I shouldn't have to pay for something that wasn't working! I sent back their faulty modem, radio, and they still had it on my Bill. They told me that they were going to turn me over to collections.

When the tech came out to install the system I asked him to put my old password on and he said I could do it. Now my Google Echo won't work, I can't log into Netflix and my internet is S L O W. When I called the co. for help the woman said "we don't do that". I really did not like her.

I don’t believe the service is as good and they said it supposed to be, and I’m not happy with the installation. Router was placed it the back bedroom and the coax was run through the wall. I wanted it in the living room and through the floor.

From the Moana. I've had this service. It's been slow and unreliable. HughesNet is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, don't even bother to call customer service for help they don't even stand behind their own equipment, will charge you a service fee to come out and fix their own equipment or click a button and say your service looks good on our end. On top of it you get stuck in a two-year agreement with these horrible people. If you want to save your money and your sanity never go with HughesNet.

Degradation of download speed during key viewing hours. Your system can't run Netflix reliably during 6-10pm PT most nights. That was the primary reason for switching from Exede/Viasat to you guys. If I can't run Netflix during these times (< 3megs) I am not getting what I am paying for! The salesperson that sold me on HughesNet told me that should never be a problem. Well, it is a problem, I can assure you. Very disappointed!

We signed up for HughesNet with the understanding it would provide capable service for all our devices, including gaming. That part of it not being suitable for that, was in the fine print. Sadly, I ordered the service and subsequently set myself up for a huge dent to my bank account. Rude appointment person, sloppy technician, mess left when he was gone, and within 4 hours of being a "live customer", it was evident we made a huge mistake. Tried to explain situation to customer service rep, he didn't care. Didn't help. He was clearly foreign and hard to understand. HUGE HUGE HUGE risk when you sign up - no trial period, no satisfactory grace. Just "oh well too bad for you, pay up".
That was the attitude and that's why we left. Lousy service to the home, not what was expected. Could barely connect to Netflix and a tablet at the same time! And the kicker, WE have to be the one to dismantle and package the dish equipment as well as repair the damage done to our roof from installation. Nightmare process from start to finish. I will never, EVER EVER recommend this company or its services.

I subscribed to Hughes Net on advice from Verizon Wireless. They stated my cell phone issues would be taken care of. WRONG! The cell phone service was worse than before getting Hughes Net.

Our satellite was out of alignment only a few days after installation. Because we purchased Hughes Net through dish we contacted them three times and each time was directed to call Hughes Net who then directed us to contact dish, exhausting. At this point, I was trying to figure out the pros and cons of canceling our service. Finally, in the fourth call to dish and then to Hughes Net, I receive Patrick as my customer service warrior. He not only solved my problem but actually stayed late at work to make sure the job was absolutely, completely undoubtedly correct! He was delightful throughout the entire situation even when put through the same process with dish. If all customer service technicians were as dedicated and took pride in providing the type of service Patrick did the world would be a better place. You're my Hughes Net hero Patrick!!

The contractors who came out to install the equipment are excellent, the scheduling and billing process has been excellent however I'm not getting good speeds on my television. I have Amazon Fire TV and I'm only getting .25 on the download speed but on my laptop and my phone I'm flying at 35.

Worst internet service I’ve ever used. Streaming videos via Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc consists of constant buffering. If you’re planning on playing online games, forget about it. Every game is so delayed to the point that they’re unplayable.

Can’t load sections of your web page. WiFi reception is often slow or lacking all together. Many web pages stall and won’t work. My cell service is faster.

Not the service promised. Just as bad as Frontier. Max upload is 7mp and that's a far cry from the 25mp. If we're doing something wrong, or if there's something we can do to improve, please let us know right away, otherwise, we're canceling.

Very, very slow. After 7pm Netflix and any movie cannot be streamed due to buffering every 15 seconds. This problem started from day one of installation. Three calls to Hughes and countless personnel has yet resolve the issue. In their defense, they have been pleasant to speak with. Hopefully we can resolve my problems SOON!!

This is like coming out of dark ages. I tried switching to Hughesnet about 6 years ago. Tech was not able to get signal. I HATED Wildblue. So, happy we were finally able to switch, so much faster.

The installation process was fantastic and easy and I couldn't have been happier. But the service constantly buffers when watching my Roku TV and if I browse social media on my phone at the same time, neither will work. It is extremely frustrating.

When I signed up I was assured the 20mb speed would perform seamlessly. That has not been the case. The internet lags when using my Wi-Fi, there is buffering while watching On Demand with Directv, and speed tests with while working with some guy outside the US was only able to reach 14.2. So far not a great experience.

I am not impressed. Sometimes I get 18 mbps at most and other times as low as 3 mbps. Not much better than CenturyLink and I am paying $25.00 a month more. I need 20 mbps at all times. You told me I could get 25 mbps minimum. Help me out here or I will go back to CenturyLink. Thanks.

The worst Wi-Fi service I've ever seen in my life. When I called tech support we get disconnected and they're not even smart enough to call me back. They tell me my service is running on 5 on the 25 speed and still no one has been here to check the system. Your installer put the dish 5 ft from my trailer house and thinks the service is going to come through the trailer house. What kind of stupid people are you guys? I insist somebody comes here and checks this ** service or just come pick your damn equipment up. I'll get somebody else for Wi-Fi. CenturyLink sounds like a pretty good company to me. At least they won't lie to me 24/7.

We switched, from CenturyLink, to Hughes Net because CenturyLink could not handle all of our devices and keep the high speeds, as well as being kicked off of the internet while doing important tasks on the computer. Now we find that the same is true with Hughes Net. I wish that we could use all of our devices whenever we want, but we can't because it can only handle 10 at a time. We have 4 smart TVs, all 5 of us have tablets, we have google home and less, a nest... it adds up VERY QUICKLY, so now we're can't use everything as needed. Otherwise, it's fine.

I thought when I switched over to Hughes Net I would see the speed increase but I have not. If anything it is slower. Sometimes I have to go the icon and make it connect. This is very frustrating. I should have just kept what I had. I am going to pay more for this and it doesn't work as good.

Very good service when I have it, there is days we have almost no service. It may be due to weather cause when it's windy we lose it. But when I have clear day their service works great and couldn't complain but them few bad weather days.

The tech run lines all a8my house cause he was too fat and lazy to crawl under house. He drilled hole on wall across from outlet to keep from going under the house. DISH just crawled under there twice week before so it was very possible. It's ridiculous to have technicians who can perform the job as needed. My neighbor got it day before they said he used old cord to keep from going under their house also. Same man. RIDICULOUS!!!

It's slow and restarts it's self every 5 minutes so I can't watch anything. Somebody needs to come fix it or I'm going to get a different company.

Internet is so slow. Buffering every time on system. Not please at all. Have call tech support, didn’t help my issues.

I’m so over this internet service. If I had an alternative option I would have canceled it after a day or so! Never can stream any movies no matter the time of day or how beautiful the weather! Way over priced because they know people who are in rural areas have limited options! Highly dissatisfied! Will switch as soon as there is an alternative service in our area!

Installer left without connecting genie or tv to HughesNet. Installer left without installing printer or instructing how to install. Had to call tech support to get connected to network. Tech never installed printer. Sales did not bundle DirecTV/HughesNet.

Your tech was asked to put the dish on the roof, he told me he couldn’t. His ladder was too small, if he told me that I would have lent him mine. He then put it on my porch roof tangled in wires coming from the utility pole. He cut my optimum cable I needed for my house and business phone and spliced his cable into it to save himself time and energy. Because of the wires resting on radio we were getting very erratic service, even with rep on the phone your service would cut out every 3-5 minutes. I contacted your offices, the office of the tech and even the tech. I was given no satisfaction. Only the runaround. After a week without any progress on who was going to right the wrongs I canceled your service.

Andrew was very professional in doing his job and during the installation of the internet, if I had any questions he would take time to answer them.
