I tried to renew my plan with them but made a typo in my bank account. A few weeks later I was notified that my I wasn’t insured, there would be late fees and a fee for the bank account error. I decided to drop them and go with another company. A few months later I received a collection call saying that I owed nearly $200 because of coverage for two months, which should never have happened. They are an incompetent unethical company. Go elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Purchased a policy from them. Was quoted $100 a month. Two months later they withdrew $389 from my account. When I called they said they found a past address of mine from like 10 years ago and said they had to charge the old address rate until I provide proof I wasn't still living there. So now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back soon annoying. I'm canceling my policy and going back to State Farm!!!

I fail to see how Progressive has managed to get their claims as a pro here because my experience has to be the most sluggish. I've had two claims and my past claim has been cancelled because I could NEVER get into contact with the rep who handled it no matter how many times I contacted her. My current claim seems to be taking the same route except with my estimator who has YET to contact me to confirm an appointment to look at the damage to my car for an estimate. Because the damage is more significant (with the car still being drivable) I want to have it fixed asap, but their claims is just dragging my feet and forcing me to drive a damaged car, which could damage it even more. I'd rather not buy a rental and waste money by having my car sit in my garage and NOT be repaired. So, needless to say, I am highly upset and even considering changing my insurance.

I HAD been with Progressive for over 25 years and had assumed that by sticking with the same company, remaining accident free, paying on time, no tickets, etc. my rates would be fair. Well, after noticing my rates continuing to rise (and after calling and getting the usual explanation ‘oh insurance rates are going up and because there was flooding last year in the lower part of your state rates are going up for everyone in your state blah blah blah’) I kept policy for another year... I also had double checked all my coverage and deductibles and because I have an older car had lowered everything as much as I could and still felt like I was paying more than I should.

Guess what? Progressive insurance has basically been overcharging me for years and I think it is ridiculous that I put this much trust into a company based on their oversold commercials and assuming that I should believe them. I think their customer service and their company has gone downhill over the years (Maybe spend less money on commercials and more money/time on customer service training and being fair to long-term customers!)

Long story short when my son was shopping around for insurance and got a really low rate with another common name insurance company (starts with G...) I checked just out of curiosity and for a better plan I am now paying LESS than half of what I have been paying for some years now to Progressive despite all my so called ‘discounts’, being a loyal customer, thinking I was staying on top of things...

Dropped policy that day... enjoying and feeling much better with saved money. I will never be using Progressive again. I will not let my kids use Progressive. I will recommend against them and I am really upset that I went that long paying that much when I never even had had an accident or claim. Big hype-check other places first then call these guys if you’re curious but I highly recommend against calling them first to let them compare rates for you as they advetise-that’s a joke. I was pretty upset about the situation but I feel better now that I can share my story and hopefully help others from wasting thousands of dollars for no reason with Progressive Insurance Company!

My experience with the claims department on the phone was not bad. The lady was really nice and friendly but she didn't give me 3 options on where to take my car. The only reason I know this is the place that fixed my car actually messed it up worse than when I took it in and when the claims adjuster refused to agree and that only the bumpers were in the claim not the fact that Ford collision messed up my electrical system he told me to file a complaint on his own coworker. I told him how since my car was worse. They needed to fix it. I didn't care if it wasn't in the claim since they sent me to Ford and that's when he informed me I could have chose where to take my car. The lady only ever asked me in network or out of network then she called a place no answer. The second place put her on hold and she hung up. Then she called Ford. How is that letting me choose?

Now the claims adjuster I didn't like how he rushed them and my bumpers look crappy. My intake was not fixed like they said. I also don't like that he made me feel like he didn't care what I had to say. Like it was going in one ear and out the other. Progressive may care about the insured but not about the people their client's hit. I'm so glad they don't get my money and are not my insurance.

I called Progressive and ask them to Cancel my policy. They told me to write a note To explain the reason of my cancellation. I did. I faxed it into them. They still took payment From My credit card and refuse to give me a refund. I am now fighting with my credit card company to get a refund. Shameful.

I recently was involved in a hit & run, and thought that I would at least be covered under UMPD. After several quotes from local body shops, I am informed that my car is not worth the estimate of $5k- 6k to fix. Never mind that it runs perfectly, is paid for, is a classic, etc. Anyway, a Progressive authorized repair shop comes back with a bare bones minimum of $3800.00 to do the work. (Note, this is after their initial estimate of $5k+). What does Progressive subsequently offer me? The $3800 of course! But not to repair my vehicle, no, they want to total it out! Needless to say, I blew my top! They quickly come back with a $3k quote to keep my vehicle, but when I receive the check, it is for $600 less than what they quoted me!!!

Upon speaking to my Rep, Shay, I am informed that it was a misquote, and that I can take the check, or leave it! She even threatened to stop payment on it! Further, she interrogates me as to why I would want to keep my car? Because you know, I can apparently go buy a new one with the awesome amount of $3800.00 they want to give me to total out my running, paid off car! I honestly feel like they blame me for the accident, even though my perfect driving history, the police report, and witness statement read differently. Progressive honestly treats you, the paying customer like a criminal! At this point, I'll gladly pay a higher monthly premium to another company, on Principal Alone! Buyer beware!

I have been with Progressive for a long time but haven’t had to resolve an accident for a long time. This has been the most frustrating experience. It is impossible to return calls to your rep, they notified me on Friday afternoon that my car was deemed a total loss and was being moved to a different lot on Monday morning. I was told I had to get my belonging out of the car between 9am 12pm on Sat which was extremely inconvenient. I wasn’t sent any estimate or paperwork at all. The guy just kept saying they wouldn’t know until it was moved. When I did go to the lot on Saturday, racing from out of town to get there in time, I was told they don’t allow people to get their belongings on the weekend. I was furious as I had just changed my weekend plans to accommodate this so she took me to my car which was completely torn apart!

My car had minimal damage, superficial scrapes with one small dent along the passenger side. I opted to take it to their preferred garage. Huge mistake! Avoid this at all costs! They completely took apart my car for the appraisal. They removed the bumpers which were not involved in the accident, the insides of the doors, the lights which were all working and intact. The estimate included all of these things including license plate holders for $33, and 2 wheel caps, only one was missing. I’ve had other estimates done on my car and they have never taken it apart to complete them.

The valuation report for my vehicle was completely inaccurate. They listed cloth seats instead of leather, they didn’t include the backup camera or navigation system, and they listed it with 126k instead of 79k. Despite all of this, the repair bill was $2k less than the value and they still want to total it out, citing some salvage value. It makes no sense! But if I want to fix it, because it still runs fine, I now have to BUY it from them for $2k and they will give me even less money. I feel completely robbed! And on top of it all, once they give you a price, instead of having a rental for 30 days so you can find a new car, you get it for three days! You have 3 days to buy a new car!

We have been getting estimates of what our car is worth from Jeep/Dodge experts and dealerships and they had the nerve to call up an 8 car dealership and trick them into kind of saying what the car was worth instead of getting a legitimate estimate. The agent that was assigned to handle my claim literally never once answered the phone or returned my calls. I demanded a new claims agent. Then upon renewal, my rate doubled! I clearly had no responsibility for the accident, and no conditions had changed, not my credit score, not my living conditions, nothing. The customer service rep could not give me any answer as to why my rate doubled, so I cancelled.

Much later, I moved to Florida. Here, Progressive was offering the lowest rates, so I begrudgingly signed up with them again. I did the Snapshot discount program and earned $71 towards my renewal. When it came time, however, they refused to honor the discount! Each time I talked to a different rep, they gave me different reasons. Then a manager even tried to lie and say the figure wasn't what I said it was. This company is run by liars and scam artists.

WOW, from here on out I will ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I CHOOSE ANYBODY FOR ANYTHING! I wouldn't even give them 1 ☆. But to leave my review I had to rate the stars! They aren't even worth 1☆! Progressive has the most horrible reviews from their previous customers & I ever so ignorantly did not even choose to read any! Im definitely not shocked reading all I have now either! Progressive insurance is The most unprofessional, crooked insurance company I've ever dealt with! SO CHEAP FAKE & COMPLETELY UNFAIR! Progressive Insurance is a JOKE!

Just 2 days after being struck by a deer at the front of the car, drivers side, & after realizing our previous insurance policy had lapsed, we purchased a policy & 3 days after purchasing this policy, we were struck by a damn deer again at the whole front end of the car, coming from the passenger side this time. It's mating season & we live out in the sticks!! We file a claim, police report, the works! We had the most Looong drawn out claim, completely set up from the get go! Because we were hit before the policy with all front end damage, these fakes dragged out processing our claim for well over a month.

From Dec 23rd, the night the 2nd deer struck to Jan 23rd, our claims rep finally calls to tell us their appraiser will be coming out to appraise all damage. There were specific damages from the 2nd deer such as the passenger headlight was completely detached from its place & the len's all busted up, the radiator was knocked inward, the front passenger fender was pushed back to where the front passenger door scraped it when being opened & closed, the grille was completely knocked off & left in pieces on the side of the road.

The 1st deer hit, mostly bent the hood in & cracked the center of the bumper & knocked the passenger headlight downward but the bulb still worked, it just shined downward. Long story short, after a lengthy "investigation" & 2 weeks before they finally came to their ignorant decision, their underwriting team dropped our coverage saying they requested a verbal phone interview thru email & by sending a letter in the mail in which they did neither!! They told me my main choice of correspondence was chosen by me to be our email & that is a blatant LIE. I chose my cell phone # for main correspondence.

They also requested that I retrieve a copy of my MVR by Jan 30th because for some reason they were unable to get an adequate report of my driving record. I drove to the nearest DMV & bought a copy of my MVR & promptly submitted it. But that was the only thing & the only document they requested. We were not ever once contacted by email nor by mail for any phone interview.

They stated they requested both the interview & the MVR at the same time & they did not even email me requesting the MVR, which they said I chose as my main choice of correspondence, they sent a letter by mail only. They never once called requesting the MVR nor the phone interview & said the phone interview was to go over accurate information... Accurate Information they ALREADY HAD & they stated they would no longer take the phone interview & simply, respectfully, reinstate our policy either. It is without a doubt completely obvious they dropped the policy with the most hideous excuse because of our claim.

I have Never in my life heard of nor witnessed an insurance company pulling such a low blow & how unbelievably unnecessary to do to their so called "valuable costumers". The appraiser uploaded the claims estimate on the website stating "this is an estimate only, not an authorization for repairs due to damage certain at time it was written" & the only parts listed on this estimate were the front bumper assembly. No headlight, no fender, not even the grille.

Then 9 days after the appraiser came to appraise all damage, these incomprehensible fools call to finally tell us that after all the time they spent, 47 days total, they came to the decision that all the photos, from us & from the police report, that the damage to the car looks the same and therefore was already there & they will not be covering our claim when there were significant differences in damage & hell, it was all front end damage any damn way & we were struck from both sides! It should not even matter how the pictures compare when they appraised the damages in person! CHEAP! FAKE! LYING!!! $$$ HUNGRY!! CONSTANT RATE RAISING!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! JUST DISGUSTINGLY DISHONEST TEAM OF PEOPLE! Taking this matter to the family attorney! Can't wait. ♡

I called Progressive within a couple of days and someone finally called me a few weeks later. I gave that person all of the details including the police report number and a number of a witness. Several weeks later a claims adjuster finally returned my call. He set up a appointment for me to meet him at a car dealer so he could do an estimate.

In the meantime I went out and got 4 estimates. I met the adjuster and he wrote up a estimate for $200.00 less than any of my estimates. When I complained about the amount he said, "You can get 6 estimates and they will all be the different." I got the impression that was all they were going to pay. I accepted his offer and he said that I should receive a check in 7 to 10 days.

Two weeks go by and no check. So I call him and he said 7 to 10 working days. Two more weeks go by and no check. She accused me of lying about my address to get a lower premium even though my I.D. and utility bill proves this is my new address.

She told me she would speak with her supervisor and call me back. When she called back she said they needed bank statements to verify if my transactions match where I live. I was offended and told her I would NOT give her this information. She became extremely rude and condescending. I threatened to get my lawyer involved and she said “You do know that’s expensive right?” At this point I see this company will scam and find any loophole to not cover you if you need to file a claim, even if you pay on time and submit the proper documents. This is the worse insurance company and I have ever been with. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I called in because I locked the keys in the truck in my bag, however I'm 100% certain because of my wife and kids that we have roadside assistance on our policy. So am asking the young lady about it only to have her tell me that I do not have and repeatedly during the conversation let me know I do not have it. Frustrated I call back and not 2 minutes into the conversation I'm told, "Yes you roadside on your policy," but only after paying to having someone get me inside.

This company has offered many new services over the years but lowering standards on customer service. I thought the freaking purpose for that service was to help bbn in the time of need. The commercial of theirs showing how they are so good at protecting you and your family as well valuables, but I felt like we had low rate by their help. B.S. Hope you're never stranded and have to depend on them to help you. Looking for a new provider asap. No one deserves this, felt like Trump talking to after finding out indeed on paper I have roadside assistance and refused to have it provided due to someone not doing the job right and yes I hope look at my policy and I have and understand why it's probably best to look elsewhere. Please double check what's on your policy or you'll regret it with this company. Shameful. Not ever good business to show my money 1st, regardless of who it hurts.

I failed to pay my last monthly payment on time So during the same 30 day period, I received notice that my license would be suspended because I currently had no insurance and I failed to forward my plates to the local DMV. I was not aware my driving privilege was suspended. I was updated during my visit to the DMV while trying to renew my registration. I usually visited the DMV branch in Wayne NJ unfortunately they wanted me to visit the branch in Paterson NJ where all suspensions are handled. Thank you Progressive! Never again...

My insurance reps at Progressive have been so amazing to me after the accident. I could have filed with the other person's insurance but I didn’t feel comfortable because I felt like they wouldn’t have been an advocate for me. Thankfully in the end the other person's insurance took liability after they read the police report explaining that the other person caused the accident because she failed to yield and there was nothing I could have done to stop it. But Progressive waived my deductible instead of me having to pay and then get reimbursed by the other insurance, they just waived it completely. They made getting a rental car a breeze and have been in contact with me almost every day since the accident. They also worked with the collision center fixing my car and it will be complete sometime next week instead of in 3 weeks. It’s been a horrible week but I’m so thankful for them advocating for me. They really made an awful situation a little less awful.

They tell me I gonna need to pay my deductible (of course). So I pay it and they send me a check...For $2000 dollars when the whole passenger side of my van is trashed. Body shop estimate is over $6000. Then also find out since I am making payments the check needs to go to my Lienholder. Ok fine, go up there. They tell me they need the insurance quote, the body shop quote, and rental car quote. So while gathering this information, I am notified of a family death and need to leave the state. By the time I return the check had expired. I called Progressive to get a replacement check sent. They told me they wouldn't and it was my own fault and kept my deductible. Never felt more cheated, Goodbye Progressive.

I have only been with Progressive insurance since October 2018. Initiated a claim a week ago. They denied my car rental right away simply because my son was driving my car. I was always under the impression that your car is covered under car insurance if nothing else. My son does not live with me. So they told me they had to do a coverage investigation. It has been a week and I have no car and I had been waiting for my claim rep to call me. After many phone calls and emails. I went online to find out my car was totaled out. So we were hit from behind which caused us to hit a car in front of us.

My car is totaled. The car that hit us is also totaled but those people didn't have any insurance at all. I had uninsured coverage. Progressive has now denied my claim because they said my son was not listed as a driver on my policy! I am arguing why DID he have to be if I gave him permission to drive and he does not live with me! Now my car is totaled. My claim denied and I have no idea if my gap coverage will still kick in for my loan. If the gap coverage does not, I will be stuck paying a car payment each month for a car that was totaled out! I hate Progressive! I am switching back to State Farm asap!!! From what I'm hearing this is nothing new with Progressive, they don't like paying! They do not work for the customer at all!

I have insured a 94 Jeep Wrangler that hasn’t been driven 100 mile in 6 years, basically keep insurance in case of tree fall or glass breakage. Absolutely total full coverage was added. 2 other vehicles which are our other casual drivers, myself and girlfriend are only listed drivers. WARNING! Do not buy Progressive Insurance policies if you have state Medicaid insurance or are on Medicare! They will sell you a policy at a lower rate, and then send you a bill for a 20% rate increase once they find out you are on Medicaid or Medicare. They then tell you your only options are to pay the 20% poor tax or cancel the policy and receive a refund for the time left of the policy you haven’t used. What they don’t tell you is that the fees associated with their policy are nonrefundable so you don’t get back all of your money even though you have done nothing wrong and simply want to choose a carrier that either collects the correct information before collecting payment for a policy or doesn’t penalize you for being poor.

Truly a bait and switch sales policy preying on poor people. They make sure to ask you if you HAVE health insurance before you give them your money, but they don’t ask you what KIND of health insurance until after you signed the policy and have already paid them. That’s when they say, "Oh no your insurance is for poor people so you have to pay 20% more."

It is shameful to prey upon a segment of the population that is already struggling simply because they don’t have the resources to fight back. Now I’m going to have a great time walking to work on a week of record cold temperatures because I trusted Progressive. (Yeah the money for my canceled policy isn’t coming back to me for 5-10 days, which means I won’t have the money for a new policy for 5-10 days, so that will be fun walking in the cold). The person that hit us was going at a high rate of speed while my wife was waiting at an intersection on the yellow flashing arrow, and waited. Light was about to turn into a red arrow, saw other vehicle a ways down the road still before the red arrow came. My wife thought she would make it... Did not. She got hit. Was ticketed by police, her fault. Went to court to try and fight it, did not win. But the 3 points given to her along with the ticket, were dismissed (the points not the ticket). Without a legal center lane to make a left. For desperate decision from the other driver. Not knowing what he was about to do. It was not enough time or distance to make a full stop. Especially on a rainy night. I slid and made impact then the car in front of me. Then the car in front of me took off. Leaving me behind.

I wish I had a dash cam to show the officer. Yet they are not witnesses. They only assume what happened. The other driver came back just before the police arrived. I told the officer what happened. Then the other driver told his side. At the end I got the ticket. I explained what happened to a Progressive agent. Then after the recording. My claim had error after error in their favor which took one day short of 3 months to resolve. I was told repeatedly that an agent would get a hold of me for different issues and then a week or two would go by. Angelique out of office for a week around Thanksgiving, Corey get new job internally and stops answering my calls or returning voicemails, Angelique is supposed to contact Matt about dropping the third comp and after 2 weeks go by instead calls me on Christmas Eve to say how fair it was. What person or company treats its customers like that after 10 years.

They used 90,000 as car's mileage. Actual mileage was 79,000. No attempt was made to get actual mileage, no call made to me. They admittedly skipped doing the quality assessment on car. Denied every comp I sent in saying they were too far away. Their comps (cars they use to establish the value of your car) were two that were nearly 300 miles south of me in Utah's southern desert around Moab. Used a comp from a no haggle car lot, then haggled $1000 off the price it actually sold for. That comp had all its GT badging removed and giant plastic skull and crossbones glued in their place. Inside where my DVD player had been, was another giant plastic one. Despite that, they felt at nearly 110,000 miles it was a fair representation of the average Mustang GT on the market.

On day 77 (I knew this because their agent had the nerve to bring up how long this case was taking and mention it had been 77 days I had spent trying to get them to do what they should have done day one, Their job!) I had to threaten to get a lawyer in order for them to actually use the price the car sold for instead of their made up price 1000 dollars lower. I had the car appraised during this process by 2 companies to see if I was being treated fairly. One came back saying it could have sold for around 20-25k. The other I used a company that works for insurance companies. They came back saying 18k. My insurance company did one of their own and said $7400. That is $1000 less than the beat up, plastic skull and crossbones car with 40,000 more miles on it sold for in the middle of a desert.

My car had been meticulously modified and supercharged. The build sheet reflected over $23,000 (just parts no labor) in pre-tax modifications alone. They estimated the value of all those parts to be $1710, so if you have this company and carry extra coverage for aftermarket parts you are probably in for another long fight on top of the one I just described after they depreciate all those parts MORE than 90%. How far from fair is their 7400 they were going to try and say was the value of that car (that won best in show and best in class at multiple car shows)? That is around what I sold the TOTALED car for. To literally the first guy who saw it, the tow driver who towed it out of Progressive's impound yard.

I made a claim for hitting a curb. Progressive does not replace your original wheels with new original manufactured automakers wheels, example, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota, etc. Instead they use re-manufactured wheels that have been recycled from totaled vehicles, and/or off market generic wheels recycled. These wheels have been sanded, repaired, repainted, and have zero warranty and are unsafe to drive on. If the wheel fails from unseen stress in the wheel, you cannot sue the company who remanufactured the wheel. There are no markings on wheel to prove who or where the wheel came from.

If your re-manufactured wheel fails while driving then your life and passenger’s lives, as well as, other vehicles involved are at high risk of injury or death. The driver of the vehicle is at fault for the accident and potential loss of life from Progressive using unsafe Re-manufactured wheels. The practice is to use remanufactured or recycled parts to repair your vehicle that pose safety threats to life and limb. I believe many people are unaware of the practices that Progressive and other insurers are using to save the money, while leaving their customers liable for accidents caused by defective parts and bodily harm and even death!

It’s a dirty secret that insurers do not tell you and many do not even question the parts listed on the estimate nor read their policies. It’s time to better educate yourself! You can request from an insurer if they have a Ryder that you can add on so that if in the event of an accident that your vehicle parts be replaced with new original parts from the automaker that your car is, Chrysler, Ford, etc. Especially for parts that are a essential for safety of your vehicle. Note: Snapshot ruined all the electronics in my new vehicle, top of the line model. There is a class action lawsuit!

We have the exact same cars now a year older and worth a bit less. And yet - overall - Progressive is still quoting higher rates because they say there were 'online discounts' that are 'falling off'.

They were never clear about this and although it isn't a lot of money (because my cars got older and I earned a snapshot discount) I personally find this practice misleading and deceptive. Hook me on your value and your service - your honesty and your reputation --- not your hidden teaser rates (I have both declarations pages). However, in the police report, in the diagram she drew, the police officer was clear that it was the other driver's fault for the accident. Even though I have damage to the back bumper of my vehicle; even though the other driver has damage to the front bumper of her vehicle; even though the police officer drew a diagram where she implicated the other driver was at fault - somehow I have been found at fault for this accident - and I am going to be responsible for the other driver's damages.

I've tried talking the Progressive claims adjusters; I have pointed out photos that clearly shows the damage from behind to my vehicle; I have pointed out photos where it shows the other driver has damage to her front bumper; and I have pointed out the police officer's diagram in the police report. Despite all of this - the Progressive Claims Adjustors insist I am at fault.

I am baffled and puzzled. Where has common-sense, logic and rationality gone to? How are these photos and the police report being ignored by the Progressive claims adjusters? But more importantly - WHY??? I would think Progressive would be interested in either having the other auto insurance be liable since I was hit from behind; or at least have the other driver's auto insurance be responsible for her damages. But no - I am going to be responsible for everything. It's mind-boggling. I have no explanation for any of this behavior on the part of Progressive, but I am furious. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO INSURANCE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I know I gave her our licensed numbers several times, they documented that we had a gap in our coverage because she could not find the information on our previous policy -- we have never had a gap in our insurance! There was other misinformation on the policy. They are money grubbing and inconsiderate. Absolute worse experience I have ever had with any company!

Our vehicle was struck by a Progressive-insured motorist the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I reported the claim immediately, from the accident scene. Once all of the information had been gathered I was told it would be 10 days before an adjuster could come and look at my car, if I wanted to move any faster then I needed to send them videos that I took (in a very specif format) so they could pre-assess the damage (in other words, do their job for them). It took about 10 days for them to accept responsibility for the damage, even though their insured driver admitted fault and was ticketed for causing the accident. Then I was given a list of "preferred" vendors that they suggested for the repairs. Only one was close to my home so I chose that one.

The next day Progressive called me and said that shop was no longer on the preferred vendors list. I used them anyway and they did fine. Communication was almost all one-way throughout the process. No one EVER answers their phone at Progressive, just leave a message any they will get back to you eventually. My vehicle was ready for pickup on Jan. 3. So I dropped off the rental that morning only to be informed by Enterprise that Progressive had only paid through the second and that I had to pay the extra day. After three phone calls Progressive finally talked the repair shop into paying the extra day and never offered an apology or explanation for why the rental was stopped early.

Finally, Progressive claimed there was no diminished value to the car even though the repairs go on the Carfax report. I would highly suggest that you stay away from this lousy company. When all of this was done I cancelled my Progressive policies on my personal vehicles and moved to Geico Insurance... and saved over $200 on a six-month policy (for 2 cars).

Nothing can be done until this liability issue is resolved. Progressive has admitted responsibility and say they want to fix my vehicle but "SORRY, THAT'S THE WAY IT IS". Progressive puts up these huge advertising campaigns but are just as sleazy and cheap as any of the low end insurance companies when it comes to pay-out on claims. I'm done dealing with Progressive. I wish I could give them a negative star rating, but that would be far too high of a rating for these crooks. A few years ago my ex-girlfriend called to inquire about how much it would cost to insure her granddaughter who had just got her drivers license. I was the policyholder on the account which covered my vehicle and my girlfriend's vehicle. She called to find out how much it would cost if the child were to reside with us. Although the child resided with her dad.

These ** decided that they were going to attempt to bill me as if the child resided at my home of which I told them numerous times that she did not live with me, and that I did not as the policyholder make the inquire much less authorize anyone else to add and or delete anyone on or off of the policy. They then wanted to see proof of her residency at her dad's address. They threatened me with a $400.00 a month insurance bill, and if it was not paid they would cancel the policy due to non-payment. All of the people that I spoke with were less than professional and rude beyond words. Why should I have to threaten legal action to resolve this problem? I would never refer anyone to this company.

I have damage between my rear tire and tail light (tail light is not damaged), while the other driver has a busted tail light and damaged bumper. When I got assigned to a claims representative (India **) she told me that it could be both of our faults since we were backing up. That is BS. I was about to put my truck in drive when the other driver backed into me. I would take responsibility if I had back end or hit the right side of her car (The left side of her car is damaged). I was in a diagonal parking spot and the other driver was in a straight parking spot.

My insurance agent said that it was her fault and he will NOT pay for the damage to her car. The most frustrating part is that we cannot get a hold of India ** (claims representatives) on the number she provided. My mom had to call corporate to get through to her. She then tells my mom that a supervisor will need to be involved because we were both backing up, and that we should hear something the next day. Now there is a "claim" recorded against my policy, despite one never being filed, no money of any kind paid out, etc. So far they have been unwilling to address or correct the error - and even claim they "can't". This policy is for my daily driver, and this error is subject to raise my premium, is jeopardizing my claims free discount with Progressive and the quotes I have obtained in the last few days.

The biggest problem is this can also be held against my separate collectors policy for my 4 classic cars, which is strictly reviewed every year due to the low cost but high coverage of these vehicles (example: I pay for full coverage on all 4 classics what full coverage would cost on one regularly insured vehicle). If I lose my collector's policy I'm looking at an $8000+ a year increase! And I live in NJ!!! All because Progressive made a clerical error. When I called Progressive to see my options for stopping my car insurance, because my vehicle was going to be parked off the road for the duration of my trip, the agent told me that in the state of NJ I had to maintain insurance at all times and there were no other options. Well I returned from my trip and went to the DMV to renew my vehicle registration, to my surprise I learned that I in fact did NOT need to be paying insurance if I simply surrendered my plates before I left. Furthermore if I hadn't returned this month, coincidentally the same month of my registration renewal, I would have been fined and had to back pay the registration on the vehicle because I maintained insurance on it.

It is very irritating that I have been a loyal customer paying for a service that I have not needed to utilize in my last 4 years of patronage up until now with a simple question expecting honest guidance, and in return I am given an answer that solely benefits the Progressive Company AND THEM SOLEY. I asked the man working with me what would happen next and was told my truck would be totaled out and the truck paid off.

My adjuster gave me a rental car for 6 days and they suggested I go look at buying a new vehicle, which I did. On 14 December Progressive finished their evaluation of my truck and was preparing to pay off my lender. Then my truck was found 3 days later on 17 December. I was then contacted by Progressive that even though I had went out and purchased another vehicle and they promised to pay off my truck that they are no longer doing so. They informed me that they were only going to pay for damages and transfer the ownership back to me. I have a perfect driving record. They explained that I missed 2 renewal windows which negatively impacted my rate (had no idea it was expiring). The most recent time it increased my 6-month policy by $400. Without the additional $400, I am still being charged an additional $1,600 for the year. The other quote I received had the same exact coverage for almost $3,000 less.

It was explained to me that algorithms determine the rate and they have no control over the outcome. Well, that's not my problem. That algorithm just lost you a customer. On top of that, I called back and received a completely different explanation about why I was being charged an additional $400 on top of a $1,400 6 Month policy. That didn't help the situation.

Another issue I have is with their renewal policy. I have missed my renewal two times because I honestly had no idea. I never realized my policy was in danger of expiring until they are reaching out saying it has been canceled. Once they have let my renewal window sneak by, they reach out and let me know my policy was canceled. Then, they gladly increase my next policy by however much they feel is necessary to manage the "additional administrative work they had to perform". Missed renewal window, or not, they are still charging excessive rates for the same coverage with another insurance company. Do your research. Choosing Progressive cost me approximately $5,000 more.

But it's now a week after my car accident and I have been nothing but super impressed with Progressive.

I was hit by an uninsured driver who ran a red light. My car was totaled. I just had purchased my car a few months prior and had an outstanding auto loan. Within 5 days, Progressive had paid off my car loan, less my deductible, which left me owing a few hundred dollars on my car. But the value they gave my car was more than fair, I expected to have a balance of at least $1500 on the loan after settlement. Anyhow, to have it all handled within a week was amazing, I already have a new car, and my insurance premium did not go up. I wasn't at fault, so it shouldn't have gone up in my mind. But I have had increases in the past after not-at-fault accidents with another insurer, so I am really happy Progressive didn't do that as well. Anyhow, overall it was a great experience. And claims service aside, the website is very user friendly and customer service has always been great.

I paid for full coverage and received absolutely nothing in return. I have since canceled my policy with them and will never, ever use this company again. I highly recommend that no one else use it either.

I got a better insurance quote through another insurance company to cover my house, autos and motorcycle. I had my agent send Progressive a cancellation letter for both policies. Progressive cancelled the cheaper policy and continued to take money out of my account for the higher policy until I caught it. When I called they acted like it was a small mistake. When I asked to have the money refunded it took them over two week before they would give me my money back. I would not do business with this company.

I am writing due to a complaint that I have with Eric ** and the handling of my injury claim. I was in an accident with a Progressive insured. I was slammed into from behind at a stop light October 4th just 2 days before my birthday. I have been receiving treatment since Oct 5th. I meet with Eric and he made me an offer that was not reasonable or fair prior to me getting a diagnosis of injuries. For starters, Eric told me that he would not consider the 3 days that I missed from work. He states he would pay me at 80 percent for 2 days because Progressive goes by a 5 day work week and it is his money. He also stated that he could offer me $500.00 for general damages due to the minor damage to my vehicle. (Convertible BMW) Later it was determined that my frame was damaged and my vehicle was a total loss approx. 9K payout.

For the past, 11 weeks I have been under the doctors care. I have sent him my medical records and my medical bills. I paid all my bills out of pocket. My diagnosis is bursitis, whiplash, and lower back pain - Treatment Arthrocentesis aspiration and injection; major joint or bursa 20610 ** (J0702), physical therapy and pain medication. My physician states to return PRN for the bursitis pain if the pain does not go away. I am limited to 2 shots per year. It is clear and evident he did not review my medical records or my bills to make a good faith settlement and accommodate reasonable and necessary future treatment to settle the claim. If he does his research he would see that my bursitis injury may not heal on its own and I may need additional treatment.

He is just trying to push a release down my throat and settlement for the amount HE feels is feasible. He is not considering my inconveniences, pain and money I have sent and money I will spend in the future. I am not signing a release until it contains settlement for reasonable general damages and additional treatment for my injuries. I will settle the claim for $10,500.00. This amount includes medical bills and general damages in exchange for an executed release. It appears this claim is personal for Mr **, however, I would like to settle this claim reasonably.

    1) Not investigating or delaying the investigation. Sometimes insurance companies will drag their feet. 2) Delaying payment. The company must pay you in a ‘reasonable’ time frame. If the claim is not paid soon after it has approved it, you may have a case. 3) Offering less than the case is worth. Insurance companies like to toss out low ball offers to get you to take a lot less money than you should. This is perfectly legal. But if the insurance company will not move from that low ball offer, bad faith could be in play. 4) Refusing to pay a claim that is valid. The company may refuse to pay a valid claim after your accident. If the type of accident is covered by your policy, you could have a claim. I feel that this claim is being handled in bad faith.

Yet I still ended up going with AAA simply because there's apparently no way to chat with a live person via Progressive's voice controlled system. Forcing customers to play a silly game of hacking/guessing the right phrase to say to sign up for auto insurance (with a pre-existing quote # no less!) is beyond insane. Between the non-sensical phone system and the glitchy website, I simply don't see how Progressive stays in business. Progressive cares only about money. On Saturday, December 8, 2018, I needed a jump start for my car. The car wasn't used in over a month, and the battery simply died. In 4 years since I have had this policy, I never asked for anything, no jump starts, no accidents, no nothing, just paid like a loser 6 months ahead (and never late). Progressive just took the money and when it was their turn to provide a more service, they made me wait for 4 hours until I was tired of the customer service lies (every time I called, they told me 15 minutes). What is more ironic about this, every hour I received a text message on my phone asking me if I still need their service... Really??? What did they believe? Suddenly my car engine started and they don't need to provide the help I pay for?

People, please DO NOT PURCHASE this insurance, because if you are on the side of the road with car troubles, Progressive wouldn't care for a second. It is Monday Dec. 10, 2018, my car is still helpless, in need of a jump start, I was crying for two days because I can't believe that a company who has my money because I pay (for nothing) can be so indifferent when I need help. Bottom line, money is important to them, helping you...not at all, you are on your own. The sad thing is, people are forced to have insurance policies and Progressive is brazenly taking advantage of that. I am in the process of looking for another auto insurance, hopefully more helpful than Progressive. If anyone knows a better auto insurance, please leave me a message.

Having driven through a terrible rainstorm, the next morning my car, a 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK350, had suddenly died. When we ran a code, it showed that the rear SAM unit got damaged and I'm told that this malfunction oftentimes happens once the unit has been wet. We have been Progressive customers for about ten years, insuring four cars with comprehensive coverage and, since storms are covered under comprehensive, I filed a claim.

My claim was denied: Progressive claims that the unit malfunctioned due to wear and tear and that there was corrosion. They claimed that no water could enter the car to cause the unit to get wet. I went to inspect the unit once it was removed from my car and I saw no damage nor corrosion. Moreover, the car had not given me any issues whatsoever before the rainstorm, and all of a sudden it malfunctioned immediately thereafter. I do not believe that was coincidence. Had it been wear and tear, I might previously have had issues, maybe off and on, but I had none whatsoever.

My friend was hurt worse and I told her to get herself a lawyer and to seek treatment for her injuries. I received a check for 350.00 dollars that was unsigned and as such not washable. Their office was more than 2 hours away so they told me to tear up check and they would send a new one.

A couple of weeks went by and no check so they told me to come and get it. When I got to their office the building was locked up tight and I had to call another office 400 miles away to get them to call that office to let me in. Got new check and of course I checked it before I left and it too was not signed. I had guy sign it only to find out it too was not washable for several days because it was postdated till following Monday.

A few months went and me and my friend both received a card in mail from State Insurance fraud investigator requesting we call him immediately or else. I did but my friends lawyer told her he would handle it now. She being took to court by state because Progressive accused her of trying to get property thru false claims or some such nonsense which is weird because she still hasn't been paid for the accident and Progressive refused to pay for damage to her truck because her truck was old. Yes they claimed that they paid her 2 different times for this accident and like I said she never got the first check for herself from them. Her grandkids checks went to them at their house.

I had Progressive insurance for almost ten years. They had a price of insurance I could afford and as a driver with a clean recorded, it worked for me. Then in early 2017, My little car was damaged when it was blown off the road by high winds in an exposed area. I made the mistake of calling the insured company. As there was no damage to any property except the vehicle, my policy did not pay for any of the damages. Ok, that’s fine. I get that. The next thing I know, I got a threatening letter from the New York State Department of motor vehicles stating that my insurance company had reported I was in an accident that damaged my car and demanded that I provide all the information about it or I would lose my driving privileges .

Needless to say, I called the company to complain and was told that reporting such things was state law and they were not required to tell me that they had. If I had known, I would have never called them and just mailed the needed form to the State department. By the way, it gets better. I decided to donate the car to “Wheels for Wishes” that takes vehicles like mine, repairs/sells them and the proceeds are donated to the “Make a Wish Foundation”. I called Progressive and let them know that I had made the arrangements to donate the car and as a result, I would no longer be needing their services. I was told that it was not a problem and that they would close my policy at the end of the term of coverage. Figuring all was settled, I donated the car.

After the end of end of the coverage term with Progressive ended, I received another letter from the New York State Department which started Progressive had reported that I had allowed the coverage for my car to lapse and now I owed them a fine unless I could prove that I had insurance to cover the vehicle after the insurance. What followed was a series of notarized letters and documents proving that I had donated the car prior to the end of the insurance coverage to Wheels for Wishes. Needless to say, I am no longer a “ valued customer” of Progressive.

I had Progressive Insurance for more than 2 years with one month lapsed coverage due to a payment not processing correctly. My policy renewed in September for the same amount I had been paying for the past 2 years $56. I then received a bill Nov. 9 for $192. I requested an explanation through the website immediately. No response for 2 days except an automated email saying they would respond when able. The only communication they sent about a change in policy was that I had not downloaded the snapshot app and that discount would be removed that was sent a few days before the new bill. I could not find any explanation or reason on the website so I shopped around and purchased a new insurance policy through Farmers (whose agent went into his office on a Sunday to help me after the online quote didn't go thru).

I called to cancel my Progressive policy today, 3 days after receiving a new bill which more than tripled the amount I had agreed to pay with no notice. The explanation given to me was that they only run checks every 6 months on driving records and my spouse had some items flag from 2 years ago which changed my coverage. He is not insured on my policy and has no license currently. Like I stated previously, I have had them for the past 2 years with no issues so every 6 months doesn't quite make sense. The representative transferred me three times to a different department to get a quote started. After reaching the third person, they couldn't find my quoted policy even though I previously gave them ALL my information, including my name, number, address, previous insurance company, my VIN #, Drivers license #, the company I worked for...etc. Well after giving them all my info again, they couldn't verify my driver's license number & that my car's VIN # even existed? WTF? in the previous phone call, they verified everything? So my take on Progressive is that they didn't want my business - So I went with another auto insurance company. Too bad Progressive.

Car written off, & title given to wrecker next day - yet Progressive is unwilling to take vehicle off / back date policy & put outstanding balance towards our new vehicle. After multiple time wasting phone calls/emails (to various departments & supervisors) over the last 6x months - we simply gave up & changed insurers with our new vehicle. Yet to add insult to injury, and in spite of not being with them for several months, Progressive still sent us a final bill, to which they will send onto debt collectors if not paid! The case is still open, & we are waiting for an arbitration date with our attorney. Would definitely NOT recommend Progressive & suggest caution for anyone looking at getting auto insurance. I had Jasmine, and she wasn't informative, and if anything it made me anxious about being rear-ended, they don't actually help you with anything from one insurance company to the other. For how much you pay to have them a year/month, you would think they would get paid to help you, but obviously helping you is the least of their concerns. I got rear-ended and gave them all the information of the other insurance company, and the company I had before Progressive did actually the work when I was rear-ended years ago. They talked to the other insurance company, they did everything on their end then let me know what I needed to do, but apparently Progressive just gets your side and their side then you're supposed to go to the other company and settle everything with them.

And their estimates department took pictures of the outside and none of the inside damage then chalked it up to the estimated cost. My mom's been with Progressive for over 5 years and we're both switching. This is a scam for your money then they abandon you when you actually need help. Pay one of those motion sensing dance fish instead, they'd be more helpful when you're stressed out about being hit out of your control.

Vehicle driving on an access road from the entrance to an established water park, and hits my fiance's car door hard enough to fold it in half... The road is also the entrance for pedestrians that walk up and down it, and between the vehicles getting and storing belongings in their vehicles parked alongside the access road... Max speed limit is 5 mph, because children run and walk this roadway too and can easily dart out from between the vehicles.

Thankfully, the six year old wasn't standing where the door was... Which had not opened into the roadway, it had not crossed the edge of the road... Which means: 1. The lady was driving too fast. 2. The lady was driving too close to the parked cars. 3. The lady was not paying attention to her surroundings. Any ONE of those things makes her at fault, this lady was guilty of all THREE.

YET, the claims adjuster Cora ** argued with me that because the door was in motion it was my fiance's fault... Which is an incompetent argument... Because if it had been a child that was in motion, this lady would have killed the child... And would be facing manslaughter. So clearly and factually, it was the driver's fault... No argument... Period... You are responsible for driving within safe speed for the conditions of the road (one filled with pedestrians) as well as making sure you do not hit objects that are alongside the road... Especially vehicles... PERIOD!!! I have been with Progressive for over 3 years, also have renter's insurance with them... I am leaving them at my earliest convenience... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I have been with Progressive for over 15 years and never had any issues with them at all. Every time I called I got great customer service and had to file a not at fault claim due to hail. They came to my house and due to the hail damage my car was totaled. They sent me a check in the mail for a very fair value of my car. I was very impressed with how smooth everything went that I was going to write a wonderful review and told everyone that I talked to that Progressive was great to work with even in a stressful situation.

In looking for a new vehicle I was doing my due diligence and called Progressive to find out how much my insurance would be on certain vehicles because I was on a budget. They gave me quotes on the vehicles (using the vin#s) and I decided on a vehicle with that information in mind. I knew that this was a "quote". I received my new insurance cards in the mail and the quote of $640 for six months was still the same. I then received another set of insurance cards a week later but now it was $958 every six months!!!! I called Progressive right away and was told that even though my husband never drives my car (he has three business vehicles of his own and not with Progressive insurance) he has to be on my policy and that he had a small traffic violation ticket and that now takes off my safe car driver discount.

I asked what if I made him a restricted driver and was told it would cost me even more. I explained that I had called them before I purchased this vehicle because I was on a very tight budget and asked if there was anything I could do. I was turned over to an underwriter and asked the same question... I was then told by the underwriter that I should just look at finding another insurance!!!! Unbelievable!!! I have been with them for 15 years and that is how they treat their customers. I did just that and found an insurance with more coverage and costs less ($545 every six months). I hope someone finds this review helpful.

Progressive took 100% blame and gave me a rental, my vehicle was completed quickly because Progressive didn't want to pay a weekend rental rate, when I got home my father inspected the vehicle and he said the work substandard. This is a 2014 Escape and all the parts were recycled. We requested at least a new bumper support. When I called Service King I was told Progressive won't pay for new. The bumper support was badly rusted. The trim at the bottom of the lift gate would not fit properly due to damaged not repaired properly. And there were hammer marks under the trim.

When I took it back to Service King after a brief disagreement on what was repaired and what wasn't, Pete stepped in and said to give me another rental. So after 17 days with a rental my vehicle was properly repaired. They removed the bumper cover sanded repainted the support. When I communicated to Nate at Progressive he accused me of sabotaging the liftgate trim with a hole that they had to repair. Nate was very unprofessional with all communication I had with him. Bottom line stay as far away from Progressive as you can. They will compromise you and your families safety for 10 bucks and will not pay to properly repair your vehicle. By the way new parts from the Ford dealer would have cost $175.00 more and Keystone new aftermarket capa approved were $100.00 less than recycled.

Their customer service is fantastic. They work with you through any incident and try to make sure you're calm and collected and assure you that everything will be alright. Their value is also fantastic as they are all but guaranteed to make sure they are the cheapest insurance you can possibly buy. Everyone I've ever managed to talk to in their company is extremely helpful and will do their best to guide you in the right direction and provide you with all the tools and resources to make concrete decisions. You can't really go wrong with Progressive.

It is very simple to sign up for an account and to pay. The end of December I had a wreck on a cross-country trip, and they were so kind and helpful all the way through the process - even calling to see if I was satisfied or needed help along the way. I hit a deer in March - less than 3 months after getting my car repaired, and had to go through the process again. They were very helpful in finding the perfect place for me to get my car fixed.

He listened to the audio recording and the person at Progressive put the wrong exp date down. I get a 7$ credit after all this?! Tell the data reporting agency THAT YOU MESSED UP! Not that I MISSED three payments in a row DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEE ERROR NOT MINE...

So my car was stolen and stripped. Then the sheriff's department found it and I had called Progressive to file a claim. They were completely out to get me from the very beginning making me track down and find receipts for everything that was stolen. They wanted me to provide pictures too. So I did and then they said I was trying to DEFRAUD them about my stereo which was not true. They were lying and DENIED my claim in its entirety. I tried to seek legal help but no attorney was willing to help because it wasn't a personal injury case. Progressive insurance are criminals and have DEFRAUDED thousands of people on these reviews. Do not use Progressive Insurance. They will screw you over. Just like they did me.

I have a barebones liability only policy for my cheap old truck. The only issue I've ever had was when adding incidentals like roadside assistance, they were enormously expensive by themselves. If the price for add ons was lower they would be a much better value.

This insurance failed to pay and guide me through a uninsured and underinsured claim. I was rear-ended by a uninsured motorist August 4, 2018. When I reported the claim I was told I only had body injury coverage and my car would not be covered because I didn't have property damage coverage. I was appalled by that answer. I never heard of that kind of coverage. Nor did I sign up for that coverage online. I made sure to have uninsured and underinsured cover because I can only get Liability on my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT with only 109,00 miles which was a gift from my mother was covered. I have a copy of my insurance quote. This was proof I sign up for both and nobody at Progressive seem to care. Someone revised my quote and it 20.00 more. I didn't think nothing about it until I was denied coverage.

The funny thing I was not notify of the change and to be not cover by property damage. I didn't sign a waiver stating I didn't want property damage for that the main reason for uninsured motorist coverage. What a sneaky trick. BE CAREFUL when getting a insurance quote. Then to top it off this being my first accident. I didn't know what to do next. I do no one thing. I get punished for following g the law. I lose out on Coverage for my car. The DMV gives me a point on my record for a accident clearly not my fault. Then my insurance go up from 89.00 a month to 114.00 month. Which my insurance shouldn't go up unless I was 50% at fault.

I thought California Law was to protect me from such being a victim It as if I didn't have insurance at all. To top it off Progressive did a by job keeping me informed as they checked to see if the other driver might have insurance. Indeed he did but he let it lapse. I notice on Paperwork from his old policy Progressive didn't report that until August 9, 2018 and the accident happened on August 4, 2018. I didn't receive a update from Progressive until August 31, 2018 a two weeks later. I got from other insurance company two phone call and paperwork and waited for Progressive to get back with me on a update whether the other person had insurance from his insurance policy. To me not very good at communication. I guess I wasn't important. Nobody at Progressive ask for a quote on damages to my car or anything. I'm lost now. What do I do??? Can someone help please...

In October of this year my son's unoccupied car was slammed into while parked in his driveway. He ran out of the house just as the driver was taking off and was able to get the license plate info. He called it into the police dept and they were able to apprehend the driver. She was arrested and by the following week we were able to obtain a police report. The driver had Progressive insurance. We contacted our insurance company to have them instruct us on what we needed to do. My son's car wasn't drivable so we had it towed to a collision center to get an estimate of damages and he had to get a rental car.

My son contacted the claim rep from Progressive who was handling the case to let them know he had the rental and that the rental company needed to speak with the claim rep to get the police report info and also to get a timeline of when an adjuster would be at the collision center to look at the damages. Her reply to him was that she didn't know... and that she didn't even have a police report so he would be out of his own pocket for the rental. She also told him that it would be in his best interest to file a claim through his own insurance company. I'm furious at this point seeing as how my son is on my policy so I call and leave a message for her to return my call.

It's been a week. Both my son and I have left about 6 voicemails concerning this claim and she has yet to return our calls. So we have no choice to file a claim with our insurance company. Which could possibly raise our rates and he now has to pay the deductible to get his own car fixed that was slammed into by Progressives negligent driver. Is this Progressive's policy? Is this how you guys handle your business? According to our run in we've had and the countless other reviews I just read it seems it is and it's quite pathetic!!! If you have Progressive for insurance my advice is to switch and pray you never get into an accident with someone who carries it!

They talked us into getting Progressive Snapshot. Many people said not to do it because they raise your rates based on how poorly you drive. We are good drivers, so we actually got a good score on Snapshot and our rates went down. One month later, there was a "price hike" and our rate went up the exact amount of the Snapshot discount, causing a wash. It was a scam.

I've had Progressive for several years now. I haven't had to file any serious claims, but overall, the service, and experience provided by Progressive seems to be quite average. This year, for some reason, I needed to prove to the company that I live where I said I did, which was a little bit of a pain to do. They only accept very specific forms of proof, and it was an annoyance that I didn't need, especially since I DO live where I've said I live. The prices are low enough that I'm mostly happy with what I get, but I don't have a ton of options. Everything is either far too expensive, or else has much worse terms.

I like to deal with people as little as possible so it was nice that I could do a lot of it from a computer. I ended up getting a nice check and it was great.
