I've had my insurance with this company for over 10 yrs, haven't had to contact them except to pay them or change something. I do like that they don't pester with calls or emails.

Have had them for 8 years and never an issue and always pleasant and helpful when I call. They are always coming out with new ways to help you save money. They also helped my boyfriend with a policy on home insurance which was at a fair price and not an issue thus far.

Progressive is fast and friendly. We went online and in less than fifteen minutes we had printed out the policy and the coverage that we needed. After a few more minutes on the phone, they were notifying our state DMV of our new insurance and we were all done. Thank You Progressive.

We were able to lower our rate with a Snapshot device and their app is very user friendly. It makes it easy to change things within the policy without the hassle of calling or going to see our agent.

I have liked the prices and customer service at my insurance company most of the time. The time the insurance coverage price went up, because I added a teenager, wasn't a surprise. They said "because he will probably have a wreck". Then when he did have a wreck, the price went up again. I thought that was why the price was so high in the first place. I have in most part been very pleased with the service I have received when filing a claim.

So far, they have been alright. Our premium went up at our renewal and they didn't inform us and think they should have better communication with their customers or at least inform them when things change, especially when the premium goes up. They are a little slower on their claims (we had to have our windshield replaced recently). Even though we had to wait over a week, the service was great in the end and it all worked out. We do, however, like that we could change when our payment could be drafted. This way, there wasn't any mix up due to certain pay periods. Overall, it's been fair minus the premium issue which can be annoying. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I used to have auto insurance but I do not drive anymore so I don't have it now. I never had to file a claim so therefore I think auto insurance is a big ripoff.

Progressive is a great value for the money. The customer service representatives are very helpful and easy to get a hold of. It was easy to sign up and get started. They matched my old policy at a slightly reduced rate. I like the online access to all my documents including insurance cards. It is very easy to set up automatic payments and I have never had an issue. Overall, very easy to deal with!

I have had an auto policy with this insurance company for more than 5 years. I've been very pleased with it overall. The premiums do jump up high if you have any infractions, but this is not that surprising. Their service is prompt and the customer service experiences I've had have been mostly positive. I am fairly comfortable recommending them to others.

They are very affordable and easy to work with. I've never had any problems with them and they've always been good about answering my questions when I call them. I like their cheaper option to pay 6 months at a time.

I have never had a negative experience with Progressive. I haven't had to submit any claims but anytime I call they are very helpful. The prices are fair and I love the snapshot which allows me to get a lower rate for driving smart.

When I had an accident, they did not fight for me to prove it was not my fault, plus they were not clear about my policy options after I lost my vehicle. They just tried to make me stay on the plan to keep the most amount of money they can keep from me, and when I asked for car inspection they did not make it.

After having my policy 6 months it went up. They said it was that. I went online so I got a discount, but, it was only for the first 6 months which they never informed me of this when I signed up.

I have had no problems with Progressive in the past year I have used them. An employee went above and beyond to help my husband when he had a significant problem after getting his oil changed. She worked for weeks to get the company who put the wrong liquid into the brake fluid compartment to pay for the damage they had caused.

We have been Progressive customers for five years. I must admit, I checked them out when shopping for insurance because of their hilarious commercials (especially "no mas pantalones"). In the couple times that I have interacted with their Customer Service Reps, they have always been knowledgeable and respectful. I recently called them due to a $12 increase in our new policy. I explained we had been clients for years, never filed a claim and although we live in Florida- "Home of the Uninsured Motorist", I felt the increase was unwarranted. Not only did the CSR find a way to cut my premium by $40/month, she made it retroactive. I had no auto insurance payment in September and they refunded $85 into my bank account. I LOVE this company and intend to stay for many years to come.

I had to cancel my policy next day after purchasing because I sold my vehicle in emergency. Was charged $50 cancellation FEE which they never mentioned plus the time I kept insurance. Horrible company and very rude on the phone when it comes to canceling policy. Stay away.

I had Progressive Insurance when I racked up 3 auto damage claims within 6 months. The customer service was outstanding! Immediate response time and follow up. Paid claims fairly and quick! I had to switch to a different company because of MY poor driving record when they increased my rates that I could no longer afford. I would highly recommend Progressive Insurance.

Progressive insurance is a fantastic insurance company! They have always worked with me to ensure that I have the coverage I need or if I have any issues or questions regarding my policy. I also love their bill auto pay! It is wonderful to not have to worry about paying my insurance bill every month. And I love being able to bundle my car insurance with my renters insurance to save some money at the same time.

I have been with progressive for about 15 years now. They offer many discounts and the longer you are with them the more you save. When it came time to add my 2 teenagers to my policy, they were very helpful and gave me a much lower rate than the other companies I received quotes from. My daughter had her first accident a year ago and they did not increase my rates. We also have a separate policy for motorcycle insurance and we receive a multi-policy discount. I am really happy with Progressive.

I took one star off because the price was quite high. I had a great experience because they were very understanding when I had a small accident. My rates did not go up and they were willing to work with me. The programs they offer for being a member each year is awesome. Bronze, gold, platinum member.

Progressive is a great auto insurance. I really save money switch in from Allstate insurance. I got in an accident a little while ago and the claim department at Progressive Insurance are really nice and professional at their job. They got my claim through really fast and also deal with the other person insurance for me.

I have never had an accident or a reason to actually speak with someone but pricing is aggressive and they seem to be fine. I did deal with a fact that for part of my time with Progressive they were only insuring my vehicle for a liability and not for full coverage. Since then, no issues. I did not utilize the device that you plug into your car. I should probably bid out my insurance... as I usually do to get the best rate. I just moved state lines and will need to do that anyway.

My auto insurance company is Progressive. They have nice rewards after you have been a customer for a decent period of time. Their rates are also the lowest that we have ever had quoted to us. Especially since we have three vehicles and two are leased, and my husband has a DUI on his record. Our last insurance provider was more than 100 over what we pay every month now. However, we have not yet had to place a claim so I am not sure how wonderful they are at handling claims. Other than that, we have not had any issues with them. They always seem to work with us and don't really seem as though they won't work things out with us if we tried.

Last night I was driving down the road and a deer came right in front of my car and we call it in and filed a claim with Progressive and the same day they called us back telling us that our insurance policy didn't cover this because we was working the job delivery papers as we are a private contract working for them and we have to get a business insurance and that we can't afford it. We ask the place that we work. They said that we don't have to buy that insurance. Something has to be done about. We can’t pay out pocket for the damages from a deer when our insurance company will not. I am sorry but you’re about to lose us as a customer for good.

I have had a good experience with Progressive. Their rates are good, and they have good loyalty programs. Their snapshot program has also helped to lower my rates. I appreciate that they have a good iOS app that includes all of my insurance information, so I dont need to keep a paper copy of my proof of insurance on me.

Fair enough rates, but their adjusters will try to cheat you out of money if they can. Even if you bundle your insurance with something else, they'll still try to give you as little as possible for your claim. They're fast, and they do their job, but they can be cheap with their payouts.

I've had no problems with Progressive as of yet. It was nice that they offer accident forgiveness after six months of time because I needed it. Their rates I feel are a little high, but I continue to pay monthly. They offer easy payment options as well as support through their website. All in all Progressive is alright. I used to have renters insurance too from Progressive.

They offer a great rate on full coverage and the only time I have ever had to use insurance was when a 18 wheeler threw a rock and cracked my windshield. It was fixed, new windshield before I left work that day. They have great communication skills and treat you as a valued consumer.

Progressive is a fantastic auto-insurer. They are easy to do business with, they are just one phone call away and always willing to provide guidance whenever possible. When I first started my policy I needed to have a picture taken of my vehicle but because I work out of town I was unable to make it to their offices during their business hours. My agent was kind enough to find me a location where I could get the pictures taken and have them sent to him. I cannot recommend this company enough. They provide topnotch service!

Progressive is always looking for ways to help customers and will setup and insurance requirement to the customers’ needs. They also give discounts on the cost if you qualify. Should you have an issue they have experienced agents that can are willing to help you correct them.

I have no issues with my insurance company except now that I got a SUV that is considered to be luxury and it made my car insurance go up more now. If I knew this when I was buying the car I would have thought different on the car I was getting. I don't feel I should have to pay extra for the car I choose to buy or anyone else for that matter. I had no other issues with my insurance besides that. I am very happy with it minus this issue I am over now.

Progressive was a wonderful company. Their prices were exceptional, their customer service was very friendly and helpful any time you needed them. They even have roadside assistance when you have a flat tire or run out of gas. I had an accident one time out of state. I contacted the customer service representative in the middle of the night and they were pleasant and very helpful to me. They helped me with everything that I needed right then and there. I would definitely recommended this company to anyone who asked me about it. They are superb on prices and everything that comes with it.

They have been fair with fair prices, although not always willing to be helpful when faced with situations where they will be losing money. They regularly send updated cards, and pay for the first time you lock your key in your vehicle.

Transferred my insurance to Progressive's and received their snapshot device for my wife's vehicle. They stated that you could get up to 30% off your insurance based on 3 driving habits. The first was total miles driven, the second was miles driven after midnight and the third was hard braking. After the time period for the snapshot device was over I received a notice that I only received a 2% discount. On the first part of the driving habit, my wife drives approx. 200 miles per month, on the second part, she never drives after midnight and on the third part she is a careful driver and informed me that at each stop sign the snapshot device would beep at her.
I contacted Progressive and they confirmed that her driving mileage was low and that she never drove after midnight but stated that she had 68 hard braking and thus I could only get 2% of the possible 30%. When I told them of the beeping they just kept stating that all that hard braking was their main rating criteria. Watch out for this phony snapshot discount, I have now talked with others who were informed that they got no discount... Beware...

I purchased insurance with Progressive on 4 vehicles. They had what seem to be better rates and home insurance. Within the first month one the vehicles got vandalized. They refuse to fix. Said policy was to new. Then a second car got vandalized. They refused to fix. I received racial slurs from agents at Nashville office, and threats and still till today have not got any help. Worst company to deal with. Even the repair shops say so. It's a trap for people trying to save money. You will lose at end.

Last October I was rear-ended by a drunk driver doing a hundred and ten miles an hour in a 35 zone. Unlike most drunk driving stories he died at the scene and I walked away with injuries but that was just the beginning of my trouble. Without going into specifics, I suffered injuries to my neck and lost income at work. I tried calling Progressive to file a claim since they never contacted me. Finally, I got a hold of somebody after several days then they proceeded to stall for several months.
Finally this October I got a call from them informing me that they had found me 70% at fault and they would not pay out on a claim. Now eventually they will pay because I have the state police reports putting complete fault with the drunk driver but I'm assuming this is and cheap chance for them to try to get away without paying anything because I'll just let it die away. Now you're probably saying to yourself he's leaving something out but no that's pretty much it. He was drunk, had just been kicked out of a bar half an hour before hitting me. He was doing in excess of 100 miles an hour in a 35 zone. There was a witness to all of this and I was rear-ended and those are the facts of the scene and the facts in the state police accident investigation. There's nothing left out or omitted.

The price for my premiums has decreased over the years, and every year when I get quotes before my policy is due to expire, I get quotes, and Progressive is always the best. Although I have never had to file a claim with them, I know people who have, and they raved about the service they got.

I have had Progressive for over 10 years. I like being able to add or change things on my policy by just using the internet. Sometimes it is a little hard to understand and in those instances, I have had to call an agent. Every time I have spoken with an agent, they have been extremely nice and helpful. I like the rate I am paying but feel like I should get a discount after being with them so long and not having any tickets or accidents. I also don't think their combined policy discounts are that great.

Rates keep rising due to living in Detroit, MI. Progressive won't do anything to lower them or work with me, although my vehicle is kept in a garage and I myself have had no accidents or tickets in five years or more.

Have worked with this insurance company for several years and have never experienced any issues. I pay my bills on time and they always send me my proof of insurance on time as well. Their website is easy to use and their customer service is great as well.

I had occasion to call for roadside assistance twice. Once in subzero temperatures my car battery failed. I called Progressive, who doesn't actually handle their own roadside assistance but outsources it to a company called Agero. I spoke with the Agero person and they assured me that somebody would be out to help me within the hour. About 2 hours later a friendly stranger took pity on my dog who was with me freezing in the car and gave me a jump. About 45 min. later after I got back home I received a call from the service technician letting me know they finally showed up to help me. I complained about the service I received and got a call back from Agero questioning me about my experience. I told them what happened and they assured me that they would take action to improve the service.
Fast forward to last week, I got a flat and needed to call on Progressive's roadside assistance again. Again I was connected to Agero. The woman on the other line answered "Hello?" Not this is so and so with Progressive roadside, or so and so with Agero, or even a mention of roadside assistance. I thought I was connected to the wrong number and was about to initiate the process again when she seemingly realized what she was supposed to be doing. This woman (Sharvette) asked me for my info, policy number, name, address, address I needed them to come to and my vehicle information no less than 3 times in different orders each time. Each time I gave her the info I had to spell it out one letter or number at a time. She claimed that my phone was to blame despite the fact that I had full bars. But it was clear that her lack of organization was resulting in her failing to properly fill out whatever form she has to initiate the service.
When I asked when they would have somebody out to me she said that I would get a text after we hung up. As we had been on the phone for what seemed like an eternity already I asked incredulously why was it that somebody wasn't already on the way, wasn't this all done by computer and who was this person I was talking to anyway. It turns out that in Sharvette is some sort of independent contractor apparently working at home answering the phone calls for a number of different services (which explains why "Hello" seemed an appropriate greeting) then Sharvette calls in not the fastest service, not the most reliable, not the closest, but the cheapest contractor she can find and sends that person to the "Emergency Roadside Event" via a phone call which she can't do while she is on the phone with you.
So if ever have the misfortune of using this service it had better not be any sort of actual emergency. At any rate, I got a follow-up call (the same sort of call I got when I complained about the sub-zero roadside failure) and they asked me some questions about what had failed this time. I explained that this is the second failure for their system with me and clearly they are not doing any sort of quality control as the odds of having completely failed the same person in two consecutive events is unlikely. I'm canceling my roadside assistance with Progressive and I'm going to give AAA a try.

They never contacted me when I filed a claim to tell me their decision. They also accepted my claim knowing that my deductible was all of the damages due. They also charge outrageous rates for someone who has a clean driving record. They don't work for you.

I have only experienced a cracked windshield. No problems in getting it replaced. They sent someone to my home to repair. That is great service for an insurance company. No waiting, no hassles, and great repair work. I will be keeping the car insurance policy.

Easy to work with and make changes to policy online. Rapid response to claims, too. 24-hour contacts both by phone and online. Just be sure to read your policy to make sure you are covered as I found omissions by trial.

Utilitarian, no accidents thank god. So just pay and have coverage. They have some of the lowest prices on the market. I have an older car as well as the one I drive around town. So I have liability on the old car and full coverage on the other and it's very affordable.

I have been satisfied with my insurance at this time but feel it's overpriced. After being with them for over 5 years and having one accident when I moved they made my insurance go up because of the accident even though I had the same insurance with them when it happened. We have had a couple small accidents and they handled them very well and there has not been an increase in premiums. We are able to drive and not be as worried about our coverage. I have been with Progressive for ten years and have never had a problem. I have only been in one wreck and they were great to deal with and my rate did not go up. My rates are very reasonable for both me and my husband. Their representatives are knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of.

Progressive has pretty good competitive prices. They also have a mobile app so you always have your insurance information with you. My wife and I have used Progressive for over 5 years now, and we haven't had any problems. I had to cancel my policy due to my vehicle being undrivable. And instead of giving me a refund for the remainder of the month, they informed me that I could get a refund for up to 30 days prior to canceling, seeing as how my vehicle undrivable for more than one month. Great customer service.

Best price and value. I love the roadside assistance they offer. It's extremely cheap and helpful when you need it. The customer service is great. I also really like that you can change your payment due date as often as you want. My premium has been going down too.

We have been with Progressive for over 11 years now. They have handled everything from our auto insurance to our homeowners. Overall they haven't let me down. I think the rates are a bit higher than others but you get what you pay for right? Progressive has always been very friendly and helpful. Even when speaking with someone over the phone the specialist is always friendly and very informative and helpful with any problem. They even offer you a loaner vehicle even if you don't need it.

I was able to purchase full coverage insurance online through the website with absolutely no problem at all. I pay my premiums online which is very convenient. The customer service is outstanding, always able to answer any questions I may have. I have not filed any claims yet, so I cannot comment on the customer service in the claims department. I'm confident that there will be no problems whenever I would need them.

I was searching for the best rate and Progressive nailed it. The sign up process was very easy and quick. I decided to try the Snapshot program and after a few weeks, I got a refund for being a good driver. My next premium will be even lower because of the Snapshot program as well. Overall I'm very happy I switched to Progressive.

Progressive was one of the best prices I could find. They have great customer service and are always pleasant to speak with. The only thing I would not recommend is the Snapshot. It messes with your cars computer and I think it hurts more people than helps. I returned it after a week.

I had my car broken into twice in two weeks. Not only was my insurance agent empathetic, but coordinated with the repair shop while I was still on the phone with them. Repairs at the chosen shop were easy and fast, maybe too fast... If they'd taken longer the first time maybe I wouldn't have had the car back in time for the second break-in. :)

I have been a member with Progressive since 2004. I use an agent that helps me decide which policies are best for me and my family. I have had no issues with Progressive. I have had to submit claims with Progressive (due to hitting a deer) and they were very helpful and upfront on what my policy covered. I didn't have to "fight" with Progressive to receive the benefits that come with my policy. Progressive managed the claim after it was submitted and took care of everything. I was and am very impressed with Progressive. I give this company an A++!

Their online quote and policy changes are so easy. I like being able to go online and make changes as needed. I recently purchased a new car and was able to make the changes to my policy and have it effective the next day. My policy paperwork is all online, so I don't have to worry about losing hard copies. It is very convenient and user friendly. When I called at an accident scene the customer service rep was very helpful and even called the tow company for me.

Never have I been more appalled with a company than I am with Progressive. My daughter was hit by a customer of Progressive Insurance in September of 2014. My daughter was crossing a four lane intersection and just as she stepped to the other side of the four-lane, the crosswalk stopped and the light turned green. The car which was stopped at the light and closest to her in the middle clearly acknowledged her presence and waived to assure he saw her as she continued as quickly as possible to complete her walk to the other side. However, the car which was stopped and closest to the other side was looking and adjusting her radio (admittedly by the driver) and proceeded to go as my daughter was just about to reach the sidewalk. The car hit my daughter and flipped her in the air and onto the pavement. The driver admitted she was looking down at her radio and did not see her when she took off.
I feel that we live in such a society status enveloped in litigation for things that can be handled outside of court, therefore, my daughter took care of her own medical as well as took care of things herself and we decided not to file a personal injury lawsuit against Progressive. I feel that by not filing a lawsuit, Progressive has taken advantage of that opportunity.
NOW Progressive, being the money hungry corporation they are, proceed to tell my daughter she is liable. I clearly learned road safety in drivers education and on a street with three or more lanes each way and I see a pedestrian anywhere near the middle of that intersection, I yield because I fear the driver behind me might not see the person crossing the street, may think they can beat the pedestrian or are not aware that other pedestrians are coming. A few seconds of waiting is a small price to pay to ensure the safety of the person on foot. It is disgusting and indicative of corporate greed. I guarantee this post won't make it to your site, but that won't shock me as Progressive has no integrity. But, I will pass this on.

I have been with Progressive auto insurance for over 5 years. This auto insurance rate has gone down every six months. I've never made a claim with any auto insurance company, so I cannot compare the speed of processing claims. They don't send a physical insurance card, but an email to print it out. I would prefer a physical card sent to me.

I have had multiple instances of having been rear ended and they helped negotiate with the other person's insurance and made sure my family was taken care of. They also have been super helpful with glass claims as there is a lot of road construction going on and debris had flown up and broke our windshields 2 times in the past 2 years; both times were taken care of quickly and painlessly and our rates have not gone up.

The snapshot program was great and gave us a discount that we really needed. We have had Progressive for 3 years now and I really like that the longer you stay the more discounts you get. I also like that they offer discounts if you choose EFT to pay your monthly bill. That alone saves us $11 a month.

I think Progressive has competitive rates. The gadget you put in your car to monitor your driving is interesting. I love their spokeswoman Flo. Flo is funny and relatable and easy to recognize. The commercials are funny and I enjoy watching them. My husband regularly checks the rates so I know Progressive has the lowest rates for us. We have a 17-year old on our policy.

My daughter in Charleston, SC had a wreck. She's a gold member. Progressive refuses to fix car damages saying it's too much, 9,000. They said if they pay that balance on the car she won't be able to get another car. That's not right, shame on Progressive. Progressive is more expensive but won't honor their words.

We've had insurance with progressive for 6 years, when the tornado blew our motorcycle away progressive quickly paid up. There was other insurance companies that weren't as helpful, so my neighbors told us. They have always been friendly. Even the agent offered us the use of his beach home in destin. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. I would highly recommend them. They seem to be a little less expensive than other insurance providers out there. Which is a great thing because we enjoy saving money. I was a little concerned that they might not pay as good as state farm, but they did they paid exactly what we were insured for. Progressive let us pay it installment so if you find yourself up the creek like that. Call Progressive, they work with you and on your side. Not trying to rip people off. BEWARE doing any business with this company... they think their customers are too stupid to know anything and that they can take advantage of their customers, whom they supposedly are thankful for, but they really could give a crap. I took out a policy almost 6 months ago... just made final payment for the 6 month time period. I opened my emails up this weekend to find that the company had tripled my insurance rates. Instead of about $110 per month now $322 per month with 6 payments. When I called, I was told it was because of my 16 year old teenage driver and that's how it is with all companies. First of all, when I took out the policy originally, my daughter was already 16 at that time... Now almost 17, so if this was such a big deal, it should have affected me from the get go. Secondly, I was told by the Progressive agent that this was normal for all the insurance companies. That is a lie!!!
I have now talked to Nationwide, All State, and a State Farm representative, and all of them were able to give me a policy that is between $100 and $130 per month and all of them with even better terms than what I had for the last six months with Progressive. I now know this company is nothing but a bunch of liars and cheats who care nothing for the customer. I suggest to all people that you definitely not do business with this company or beware the service you receive. Also, I, nor any driver on the policy have no tickets, no accidents... no claims for any reason whatsoever. Nothing has changed since the policy was originally taken out except the fact that Progressive wanted to try and rip me off.

Progressive definitely makes my life easier. They have excellent customer service and great rates too. Their website is an easy to use platform as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

Very good customer service and quite flexible. When I need to change options on the account the representatives are very knowledgeable and understanding. They offer competitive rates and have always had seamless interactions with them when I have questions or concerns.

I was grateful to get coverage at the rate I received even though it was high. It was the least expensive compared to other companies for which my agent shopped. I have received a reduction and according to the representative I spoke with there are 2 more reductions coming in the next year! I'm pretty happy with Progressive.

I think they are cool and helpful. Even we don't claim anything yet but they are cheap we can find and we're open for other company if we can find good deal. They have good advertisement too in the television, radio and internet. We been with them for a long time I guess. I really forgot when we're with them but I can tell I think they are good.

I'm very happy with how easily accessible Progressive's website is in terms of selecting coverage and paying, including their different payment plans. I have never had to make a claim so I don't have experience on how well that would be handled and can't speak on that.

We have been with Progressive for over three years now and have had nothing but great service and professional associates, who are handy to help in any way possible. Currently we are using Progressive's snapshot to try and see if we can reduce our rates. It has taken longer than the advertised period of time to use it, but hopefully in the end we will have good news.

Love Progressive. Easy to work with. They have snap shot discount for people who drive a short distance and don't brake hard often which saves you a bundle. I would recommend Progressive Insurance to anyone.

A reliable insurance provider with reasonable prices to stay up with the competition. Prices are not too high but affordable and good customer service and support. They also can bundle if you need other types of insurance such as life or home owners insurance.

It's good, I haven't made claim with them and the price increase every year is reasonable. Easy to pay the bill and they give a discount for paying in full which is nice and saves money.

Somewhat expensive compared to some other auto insurance companies. However, they have a very forgiving policy when it comes to violations. Therefore, they are a very worthwhile auto insurance company.

I have loved having Progressive as my auto insurance. Their staff is friendly and helpful, and the policies are affordable and extremely beneficial. They provide many ways to lower your monthly bills as well, like the Snap-Shot device and by being a member long enough. I have never been dissatisfied with my service at Progressive.

I've been with my insurance company for eight years and have had to file two claims in that time: one for an accident that was not my fault but totaled my car and the other for damage to the front end of my SUV caused by a semi-truck that blew a tire in front of me on a busy interstate highway. In both cases, Progressive came to my home to evaluate the damage and cut me a check for the car/damage repairs within 3 days. In the accident that totaled my car, they also paid my medical bills and for the three day I missed work with very few questions asked. A rep even called me in the hospital to check on me and my unborn baby.

We were recently out of town and had a minor accident. Our agent was very nice and began taking care of everything before we even returned home. We appreciated not having to fill out a lot of paperwork. They seemed to have made it as stress free as possible. We have also had windshields replaced without a lot of trouble and haven't had an increase in premiums because of it.

I became interested in Progressive because of their commercials. I was not disappointed. They provide quality care and have knowledgeable employees. They also have an easy to use website. The entire company is customer-oriented. Progressive itself really gives you that family friendly vibe. I've never felt like just a number.

I've had Progressive for about 3 years now and the only time I had to file a claim was for a broken window on my car (vandalism). All it took was 1 call to my agent. I took the car in the same day, had the window replaced, and received a bill approximately two weeks later from the repair shop for the amount of my deductible. Progressive had paid the remainder. My claim had absolutely no effect on the amount of my premiums (something that you hear about with a lot of these discount insurance companies). I've compared prices with other companies in the past and have only found one that was cheaper than what I'm currently paying through Progressive however, that wasn't by much and certainly not by enough to make me want to switch.

The cost for having car insurance takes a toll on the amount we are paying. The insurance company has been increasing the cost each six months which has become nerve racking. We can't change car insurances due to personal circumstances.

I have never had a problem with Progressive. When someone hit my car in a parking lot and did a lot of damage, Progressive gave me no hassle in helping me get my car fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking auto insurance in the future.

Progressive is quite affordable and their price has remained affordable for the over ten years that I have used them. When we had a car accident, our insurance cost didn't change at all. Last year when we moved, we had to switch the policy because we switched states. Progressive helped us every step of the way. They even sent us a sensor for our car and based our insurance price on how safely we drive which I thought was really cool. I would recommend them to others, definitely.

Good to do business with, leaves you stress free especially involving auto damage claims and their prices are reasonable too. Wished we signed up sooner with them but happy we made the choice when we retired.

Good discounts, good customer service, reasonable price. Have never had an accident so don't know how claim system works. Have never had any problems with them, ordered online. It was easy and convenient. I used their little gizmo you insert in the car and that was very helpful in getting me all the discounts I wanted and more.

I have no complaints with my insurance company. It was easy to sign up for and easy to use. I pay the same amount on the same day every month. I signed up through an insurance agent that was very helpful and knew what policy met my needs.

Progressive has had excellent customer service throughout my ten years with them. Claim service is excellent as well. I would like to see less rate increases and more discounts for an insured like myself with extensive driving history and no accidents or violations.
