Just got this insurance in the last couple of days. Before that I had allstate but they went up in price. Coverage is your basic amounts for full coverage. I always get full coverage even though my car is a 2008 model. I could go with just the minimum but I am afraid someone will hit me and not have insurance. My allstate was 130 and went up 10 bucks. I searched until I found a better deal. Progressive costs 110 bucks. I also learned that Texas just raised the rates. The only customer service I have done with them is online. I had to fill out forms to apply for it and then I had to electronically sign it. They sent me an email with my policy information and my temporary insurance card to go in my car.

I felt like if anything were to ever happen or come up, I would have been covered in a very good way. I never really needed to access my coverage. My rate was pretty low, considering I'm a new driver, and I still felt like everything was going to be covered should the need ever arise. Every time I called, the representatives were friendly and helpful. It was easy to pay my monthly bill, and I've never had an issue that wasn't quickly resolved.

Claims processing has been an easy task to accomplish with Progressive in my experience. Making a claim is simple, easy, and the customer service team at Progressive is extremely helpful in this aspect. The coverage Progressive provides is pretty fair, in my opinion. It covers everything that I personally need covered and I feel like the price is pretty fair for what is covered in their plan. Progressive provides a decent value. Although there are cheaper auto insurance programs out there, I feel like the overall value beats most other companies. The customer service is great. Every time I have had a problem, I have called customer service and they resolved the issue efficiently and effectively.

My claim was processed the same day. Had a rental in less than a hour. Car was returned to me in less than a week. Their agents are understanding and are there when you need them. My coverage is awesome. I have roadside coverage. The payment per month was set up according to my income not to mention being able to bundle other coverage. It is a great value for your money. They have so many options. It feels good to be able to have coverage on several options at such a low rate when you bundle. Their customer service is a one they listen to you and they are very understanding of my needs and have all of the answers I am looking for. They are well trained.

Claims is ok with Progressive. They're very friendly and explain everything great. Just may take a while to get money or car fixed. Sometimes you may be on hold for a little while waiting to talk to someone. Just make sure you have all information you need at time of the first call you make to Claims because they cannot start processing anything until they have everything. They have a lot of different coverage plans. They have the pay tool which is pretty much you tell them what you want. Like say you want this, that, but not third. You can have that. And if you bundle you will save money.
The value is great because it's worth it in the long run because they are there when you need them. Your rate doesn't go up your first accident. And the snapshot is great because you can prove a accident wasn't your fault. Overall great value for all the different features they have. Customer service is great. Everyone is always very nice and understanding. They are not happy when you get an accident. The first question is if you're ok. Sometimes the wait to get a representative is long but they get what you need done with just one call. And they will call you if something comes up.

I have only processed a claim once but it was very easy and they did most of it. I simply made a phone call and they took information and it was very easy to file the claim over the phone. I compared the rates and they were very good. I checked a lot of insurance companies and I found that they were very competitive and the rates were very easy to afford. I can afford my insurance very easily. I don't have to squeeze it in to pay my other bills. I also have it arranged as an automatic payment because it is so low. The customer service is very good. They are very fast and efficient at serving you. Very good customer relations and this adds to the low prices and rates.

The claims processing takes very little, to no time at all. They are very aware that its clients like to be treated with respect/patience. Has complete overall coverage for all insurance needs. When anyone one needs any kind of insurance coverage from Progressive they can use one type, or a wide assortment to bundle all insurance policies to save time/money. Progressive offers more satisfaction/responsibility to its policy holders. The value of any insurance from these policies is outweighed by the need to insure that Progressive has the clients needs at heart. Progressive's customer service goes above/beyond the call of duty. Any client that has a question is encouraged to contact their nearest Progressive office, and seek any/all help.

Never needed to use the claims department, but from talking to others who have it was quick and the adjuster came to the shop and went over the details with the customer and mechanic. I was able to get the same amount of coverage through Progressive that I had at Allstate for about 20 percent less. A few of the frills I had at Allstate on their bar package were optional at Progressive to save a little more money. The way they offer options on the insurance packages allows you to save money on some things that may be unnecessary for you and your car. They also offer discounts when you have multiple policies through them. Because there are few local agents compared to other companies, they need to have excellent customer service people online and on the phone. Each time I had a question they were fast and helpful.

Have not filed a claim with them. I've heard they are fair and handle things quickly. I hope to never have to file a claim but if I do I think this will be a fair and reliable company. I have good coverage. I drive older vehicles so full coverage is not a must for my household. I make sure that I carry enough coverage to take care of medical expenses and damage to others involved in the accident. It's very valuable knowing that I am insured and protected by a reliable Insurance company with a good reputation. My rates seem to be a little high but I feel like I can trust this company. Customer service has been very helpful with helping me select the amount of coverage and payment options that work for me and fit my budget.

Progressive has concierge claims locations where you can get a quote and repairs done all in one. Very convenient for their insured drivers and the process is quick and easy. Progressive has the coverage anyone would want. It's very to choose how much coverage you want, need and can afford. This company can tailor a package just for you. Progressive insurance has allowed me the opportunity to drive with the confidence knowing that all is well. Their rates are compatible and tailored to your needs. My customer service experience has always been handled in a very professional manner. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I have never made a claim but when someone else hit my car and they had Progressive there was no problem and everything went smooth and I got a check within a week. I have auto insurance and home insurance through Progressive and when you bundle you get a discount so I am happy with them. I believe you can bundle other insurance as well. The rate for when we bundle even with a new car is still reasonable and I would not look anywhere else. They also have great rates separately not bundled. I am overall happy with the customer service I have received with Progressive although I would like to meet Flo one of these days. She has great customer service.

Very friendly customer service representatives. They are always willing to help, always friendly, and always understanding. They are very efficient. We have full coverage on two vehicles, no fault on one, towing on all. We also have glass repair. I love that they are just a call away and help in such a stressful time. They are the best rate we have found in Michigan, they didn't go by credit rating, and I like that. Credit score has nothing you do with ability to drive. They are always friendly, always cheerful, and always extremely helpful. I have never encountered a rude or insensitive representative. They go above and beyond, even helping to find ways to save us money.

Progressive Insurance was very quick at processing claims the few times I had to file a claim. I would use them again for auto insurance, but they are too expensive. I had full coverage insurance when I did business with them. The deductibles weren't too bad & I had liability, comprehensive, medical, car rental, etc. The value Progressive Insurance added was great. We had very good insurance coverage while we were with them. So, we didn't have to worry about anything. The few times I had to call Progressive Insurance, the customer service representatives were very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions.

Never had an issue getting answers needed. Always friendly people helping you out. Doesn't matter what type of question, always right there to answer. Very good coverage and make sure you are getting the best rates and the coverage that you will need. Even compare prices with their competitors. Very good experience. Always will recommend. I have two claims about ten years ago and they were out the same day and wrote me a check right on the spot. The representative was very friendly, kind, understanding and comforting and reassuring. They have many ranges of coverage from minimum state require liability all the way up to full coverage maximum. Reasonable rates. Not the cheapest I have found but reasonable considering the job that they do and the courteous staff. They are reasonable although after two claims my insurance did jump about 30%. I wasn't happy about that but these claims were fairly expensive. At least one was nearly $4,000 but they had no problem paying it so I have no problem paying my premium every month. I have never had a problem with customer service when I called or a representative on the claim. They were out probably the same day same evening. Very courteous, very understanding, very helpful. No problem at all.

It's really great. They are very nice people and professional. I like dealing with them and they are helpful. They solve whatever problems you have and make sure everything is good and that you are happy. They have a lot of different options to choose from and really good prices. Best deals you Will find anywhere around on insurance. It can't get any better than this. I absolutely love Progressive. Every time I called them they are really nice such great people. I thought my car was stolen (I forgot I parked it somewhere and walked a different way home), and I had to call and make a claim. Their call center employee was very helpful and especially so after I had to call back and explain that my car wasn't actually stolen but merely misplaced. We just purchased a new car and the coverage is great for the price. I spend just under $100 a month for full coverage on a 2013 hatchback. I don't see us changing companies anytime soon.
I'm very confident with our coverage and pleased with my experience over the years with Progressive. I've never had a reason to complain or felt that they were trying to swindle me out of money. They've always been very fair. Their customer service has always been very polite and helpful. I thought I had to place a claim once for my car being stolen (It wasn't. I just parked it somewhere and forgot) and they were very helpful about lifting the claim. I also locked my keys in my car once and they were great about keeping me posted for when the AAA guys would arrive. They're always very helpful overall.

Beyond easy claims service. Basically one call and you all done with the claim. In my recent claim I never had to call anybody. The car repair shop did it all. Coverage does cover all damages and you are not having to worry about getting less than OEM parts. No issues the last time I used them. Progressive has by far the best rate than any other company and when you team that up with good coverage there isn't much more that you need. You get to talk to American english speak reps that seem to actually care about you. The call is answered without being on hold long and you don't get transferred.

When I did file a claim, Progressive was quick to respond, and even paid for me to have a rental in the meantime while my vehicle was fixed. When I was in an accident, Progressive covered the full extent of the damages, even though the car was a few years old already. Now both my cars that are covered are older and the coverage is not as much since the vehicles would most likely be considered totaled if there was a bad accident, however the price for coverage is great.
My agent (not through Progressive) is the one the makes my life easier; any time I need to make a change to my policy or update something she is very responsive and quick to make the changes. Progressive has been quick to respond and makes it easy by keeping all my policies under one group. I have not had any interaction with Progressive customer service in the past 10 years. I have had no issues which speaks for itself that they are great already that I do not have to contact customer service.

They were extremely fast in processing claims. Very impressed. After I'd filed a claim they had someone there assessing damage within hours. They gave an abundance of choices according to your coverage needs without breaking your budget. I believe they were more than fair in all of their pricing. Best bang for your buck!!! I needed SR-22 insurance and these guys were the best coverage for the best price. I love Progressive. The people in customer service were obviously highly trained and well informed with the coverage of each policy. Each one I seemed to deal with had a sense of urgency as well.

Coverage options with Progressive are pretty much the same as with any other auto insurer. Liability, Collision, Comprehensive, Medical Payments... they are all available. The "value" of the insurance is pretty much the same as any other... although I will say my monthly payments were somewhat lower 9 years ago. They have steadily increased each year, even though I have filed no claims. I have utilized their website for payments and policy renewals, and have had no issues with that.

Some miscommunication involved throughout the claims process. I ended up needing to take my car to a local office. In the end, it was resolved. The coverage does the basic for what my family needs; they do enough to make sure their customers are following the law. However, better pricing would be appreciated for those that have tight budgets. As a company, Progressive is doing its job. We have shopped around before and have decided to stay with them for a reason... their value is adequate. Overall, customer service does well. However, during a prior claims process we had difficulty contacting the representative and getting communication under control.

Answered all my questions, patient, helpful agents, customer service personnel and adjusters. Got us the check for our totaled truck very quickly and followed up to see how we were doing a few weeks later. Appreciate the roadside assistance and glass coverage in addition to great comprehensive and uninsured driver coverages. Glass coverage was big help when branch fell on our windshield during a storm. Able to get it fixed the next day. We recently compared the cost with other companies. Progressive's loyalty program made it a much better deal for us to stay with them especially with their small accident forgiveness. Customer service agents are responsive, helpful, efficient and thorough. I always feel like they take the time to be sure I understand information they share. Very pleased.

Very happy with ease of changes to policy. Changing from personal coverage to business liability was smooth and quick. Had my homeowners policy, personal vehicles policy and had no problem getting business policy for my dump truck and million dollar liability policy. Their million dollar liability insurance policy allowed my dump truck to be on high paying job locations at a good price. Without this policy at a good price it would have been impossible to make the type of money needed to stay in business. Adding the business policy to my personal policy was smooth and easy process. Customer service personnel was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with what I needed, pleasant to work with over telephone.

Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had transportation, and my car was repaired satisfactorily. Their customer service reps were extremely helpful and followed up efficiently. There were many coverage options, though their rates were a tad higher than what I'd previously paid. Coverage was available to fit my needs. As I said, rates were a tad higher, but they were available to me even after an accident. I suppose I got what I paid for, and having is a necessity for driving. I was very happy with their immediate and thorough response, minimal wait times, and helpfulness when having my car repaired. They answer questions effectively.

Progressive makes it easy to file a claim with walk through customer service. Their agents are consistent with follow-up through the course of the claim through resolution. They are very thorough and helpful. They are forgiving when it comes to drivers with DUI/OWI. We needed a policy that wouldn't kill our pocketbook and Progressive came through even with my husband's mistakes. I know that when I am behind the wheel, Progressive has me covered. Whether it's a flat tire, fender bender or full-on collision, Progressive will be there for me. The customer service is the best part about them. Very informed agents always ready to assist you, always able to come to a resolution. Never had a bad experience. English speaking, no impossible to decipher accents.

I provided my claim history to Progressive and obtained a quote for 6 months of coverage for $1893 and paid for the first month - $304. Within 1 week I received a cancellation notice because of prior claim history and within the next week a rate increase to $8219. I decided to keep my coverage with Allstate. I assumed my coverage with Progressive was already cancelled and did not respond. On 9/29/16 I received a call that my account was overdue and that I must submit a cancellation in writing to the carrier. Received no notice that there was a balance due until I received a notice from a collection agency that I owed an additional $2329 for the 30 days of coverage. Now I owe $2329 and my credit is rating is ruined. I sent a dispute for the amount owed and that I maintained my policy with Allstate. I believed, by law, that I could not have 2 policies simultaneously for one vehicle.

Excellent claim service. Had a claim with my windshield and was fixed at no charge within a week. Will recommend Progressive to anyone who has had problems with claims with their own insurance. Can choose your own options. You can call them and they send a list to your phone or go to the internet. Progressive can e-mail you your final list of options that you chose. You change or keep what you picked. You can give Progressive the necessary info and they will text you a quote. You can adjust the amount depending on the options you choose. You pay all at once or monthly. The customer service is excellent. You can use the automated option for payments without a charge. You can also talk to an agent or claims adjuster depending what you need to do.

My friend had been through Progressive and when they pulled their car into a ditch, processing was quick and simple (as far as insurance claims go). Low hassle, and a little over a week later they were back to business as usual. Much better than some other insurance companies where claims could take months or even a year to process. There are plenty different coverage options, each tailor to your needs as an individual. Some are pretty expensive, but worth it depending on your situation (teen driver? Yeah, you'll need it.). Having to have insurance in general isn't high up on my list of things that have improved my life, but I've had no complaints with this company, which in itself is a blessing. They can be slow at times, but not any slower than you'd expect from a popular insurance company. As a retail worker myself, I was truly impressed with how quickly they answered their phones.

Progressive found a way for me to get the required coverage at a lower cost than other companies. I appreciate the extra steps Progressive offered for me to lower my costs even further (especially the driving monitor installed in my car for a period of time). I've had no concerns managing my account or in my interactions with customer service representatives. I had one minor concern when a representative did not call me back after an incident, but it was not a major issue.

I have never had to file a claim. No accidents. I'm sure the service is good, though. They are affordable. They offer a variety of coverage options. Good bundles. I feel like I am adequately protected. I do wish it was a bit easier to understand, though. Because of bundling, you will get a pretty good coverage for your money. There are many different options and you can customize to your liking. You can save through various offers. This company has very friendly customer service reps. Easy to understand, you know they know what they're doing. They are prompt and very helpful. You don't have to wait hours to get a hold of someone.

They quickly get all the information from the wreck then they repair your car quick. So reliable. Quick to fix car and cheap too. They're a great insurance company. They even give you a lease car if you need it. Coverage is cheap and the best out there. So glad I have them as my insurance company. Very reliable and honest on how long the repairs will take. Love them for my insurance. Customer service is great and they get all the damage reported fast.

They process claims very professionally and get all details. Although it may take a little bit, it is worth the wait, a short wait, nonetheless worth the wait because everything gets taken care of for me. It has lots of options for people with many different types of autos & boating. My family had an accident & they were more than helpful & concerned for us, and getting what we needed done, & reimbursed for what we needed also. They are very sweet, respectful, and professional. They care about your situations and truly seem to want to help as best they can. They did exactly what was needed to be done.

We paid $150 a month for full coverage for two adults under 25 so we received a great amount of coverage for little out of pocket cost. The value was good for the price to coverage, as well as the fact that Progressive offers to bundle and save. I've never used another service other than auto insurance, but it could definitely come in handy and save money if you have multiple things that need to be covered. I interacted with the customer service department once, and it was a good interaction. The rep was nice and friendly, and answered my question in its entirety and with a satisfying answer.

So far, the service has been great. Since enrolling about 6 years ago, we've always had great coverage that fits our budget. They offer many different plans and types of coverage to fit everyone's needs and budget. It's added a lot of value to our lives because it provides peace of mind that we are properly and effectively covered for just about any kind of accident or damage that may happen. I've had nothing but great customer service since enrolling with them about 6 years ago. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are willing to work with you and do what it takes to resolve any problems you may have.

I have never filed a claim so the first time a claim was filed because my husband hit the O'Riley sign outside the store the claims specialist was very helpful and understanding and was concerned with how my family and I were doing after the accident. I only had liability coverage and being under 25 years of age we only had to pay $50 a month which was affordable at the time. It was a little difficult to get by but we managed. It was very hard to get a hold of somebody when we need to. It was difficult to get the bill paid every month because we had to pay it through a certain Insurance Company and we had to write a different recipient other than Progressive.

With Progressive it is simple to report and track claims. They have good customer service both online and over the phone. Their website is simple to use. Progressive's coverage was competitive with other companies and I was able to compare quotes online to make sure I was receiving the best price for my insurance. Their pricing and packages were worth the price. Insurance in New York City is expensive no matter where you go. So making sure that I was getting a good price was important. They have great customer service. There was always someone available to help me out if I had a problem. Their online support was also a great tool.

When I was in an accident, they were helpful and ready to start my claim. It is still on going and as things change they keep me updated with letters in the mail. The process of staff has left me at ease. I feel I have been offered a fair price for my insurance and with my clear record I think that they do a good job with pricing. Overall has been a good experience with this company. Have had some complications that staff was not knowledgeable, however besides those 2 experiences I have been very happy with customer service.

They have all kinds of coverage. All I need right now is liability and I am satisfied with my coverage and rates on that plan. I have been with many other auto insurance companies. They have the best overall rates and plans that I have ever had up to now and they offer a good value. I usually go thru the mobile site. Very easy to use and convenient. Whenever I have needed any information I have gotten a response in a quick fashion. I like how quick they respond.

They are very attentive and I am sure if I needed their help, it would be there. They have a wide variety of options to meet all needs. They are not pushy, but offer advice when solicited when it comes to the type of coverage one might need. The only disappointing part of their service is when you initially sign you up they offer lots of discounts that go away after your next renewal. They are very quick to help and are responsive to your needs. They are available around the clock and via chat online.

I have a family member who stated that they were great to deal with and worked with them the whole way through the process. I had full coverage with roadside assistance which I utilized on a regular basis. They were very cost effective and worked with me even when my payment was a little late. They never stopped my coverage even if my payment was a little late. Since I never really had any dealings with customer service but I can say that my parents have had extensive dealings with them and they can do nothing but praise them.

They have the same coverage as other insurances & help you pick the one which is best for you. They explain all their coverages in an efficient manner & let you choose. They are competitive but offer the lowest prices that I have seen when I was researching them & comparing prices. I picked them because of they're the best value. They are very friendly & helpful with the process of choosing your policy & have innovative ideas on how you can save. I switched from Allstate to them about 6 months ago.

I have Progressive Insurance for years for my commercial vehicles! I always paid my policy annually in full!!! I purchased a new truck with a new DOT # because DOT made a simple name error that could have been fixed with a simple phone call. My FORMER insurance PROGRESSIVE decides to cancel all of my vehicle because of this. I have been a LOYAL customer for 10+ years and this is how they treat me. I think your company is a disgrace!!! I also called the Spanish line because Spanish my primary language that I speak and the woman told me that Progressive didn't allow her to speak Spanish!!! Why do you have a Spanish-speaking line then if you don't allow your employees to help the Spanish speaking customers? I believe things happen for a reason and I'm happy to sever my professional relationship with a garbage company like yours!

It was like 1, 2, 3 and they took care of what was to be done. I had an accident and after I reported it, they took over, did the investigation, get the car appraised and was ready in 2 days with a check. It's comforting to know that you're covered completely. That's your umbrella in the rain, that way you and the family are protected from what can sneak upon you in an instant. Which could be no fault of your own. Now if you only have a Liability insurance coverage that is a cheaper rate but it could prove very costly and this happens a lot. You could be the safest driver and one day blam! You are hit and if it's your fault, it's going to cost you. You will have to pay out of pocket to repair your vehicle. This type of insurance only covers for when the other driver is at fault. There are times when you call these adjusters and all you will get is their voice mail. They seldom return calls, so you will have to keep calling or emailing him or her frequently.

They took care of everything quickly and painlessly. All I had to do was answer a couple questions and give my statement of what happened. They made the claims process one less thing for me to worry about. I had liability only when I had my accident and it still covered everything I needed it to in order to fix my car and take care of the other vehicle. There are many choices for coverage options at an affordable price.
It is refreshing for me to be able to drive around without worrying about what I will do if I get into an accident because I know that they will be there for me and cover what I need without giving me the runaround. Every time I have had to call the customer service line I have been greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The customer service representatives have always been kind and courteous and I have never had any problems getting my questions answered.

I have not had to make a claim as a member of Progressive auto insurance. I have had no accidents. I have been rewarded for that though so that is a plus. It is a little expensive for me to pay almost $100 month for coverage, but I believe in the end it is worth it. I'm satisfied with what Progressive has to offer for my money. I enjoy their commercials so they seem like they would be nice to deal with.

It was overall confusing, especially my first time. I was fortunate to have someone older than me who could help me muddle through the mess of forms and contact information. It could be updated and streamlined to be more user-friendly - especially if it's someone's first claim to help them understand what the steps are and what is happening. It was nice to be able to get the coverage I needed to meet state law minimum requirements and even get a discount to pay off 6-months at once.
Overall, I appreciate how low-cost it is, and with great discounting options, but better customer service and more information to help new car owners understand and use the insurance better would have been a big help. We're not taught this stuff in schools, and a company taking the time to walk me through the process in easy-to-understand language would have made my first experience a lot more smooth and probably would've greatly increased my satisfaction with the customer service. I got jostled around a lot, and the answers I got seemed to differ from agent to agent. Then fees and increases I wasn't expecting popped up that the agents did not go over when I had contacted them about changing my coverage. I was also frustrated that the claims process was mostly done by paper mail and the wording didn't help me understand what steps I needed to take and what steps they were taking.

They were fast when contacted and needed. Didn't need them often but they always picked up quickly and handled issues quickly to my great satisfaction. Very good to deal with at all hours as I phoned 24/7 with questions and they never hesitated to help me with all my issues. I only got bare coverage as I'm a good driver and never got into any wrecks so the minimum coverage was enough, but I'm sure they had a ton of great options. It added a great deal of value to my life as it was something that got me to be able to drive where I needed to go and made me happy for the price. Always answered the.phone and helpful when I called either day or night with any questions I did have which was a lot. They cleared everything up.

Good insurance company. They are friendly to deal with. I have always liked talking to their agents and rates are very competitive and affordable. I like full coverage with them because the rates are so low. If you want additional coverage like free towing then it is only a little bit more. They have many different options for everybody. You get what you pay for. Whatever plan you sign up for they will honor it to the tee. They will be there for you the whole way along the way. They are so helpful, friendly, professional and convenient. Anything you need or any questions you have they will get it squared away right away.

The claim process is very easy to do. You can call on the phone or use the Internet. Some people prefer to talk to a human right away but you can file the claim on your smartphone. Whatever is easiest for you is available. It's set up to fit everybody's needs. They have multiple tiers of coverage. You can be completely covered or just have the bare minimum. It's nice that they offer many options to fit your needs. Some people don't drive that much and don't need to spend as much on coverage. They have good value for what you are getting. They compare their rates to other rates to see if you're getting a fair deal. The more things you have insured the better the value. I think they have the best customer service out there. They help you out even if you decide to go with another company. Not many places would do that. That will answer every question you have plus help you decide what level of coverage you may need.

The coverage they offered me was everything that I was looking for. I was shown all of the options and then choose the right one for me. I then proceed to pursue this plan after looking at other options and other companies for the right plan with the cheapest price. No one else offered me this plan for that price. I was very pleased with my search. This company had me in mind and was very helpful to me when I needed them to. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. Time and patience was a must for them and I fully was happy that they took the time.

They usually processed claims in under a month and would take a claim call from you and do everything to help you with little hassle. They were not picky with accepting things unless they have had a hard time with you before. They offered two coverage options, which were liability and full coverage. Liability was a lot cheaper but would only cover the damage on the other person's vehicle. Full coverage covers both your vehicle and their vehicle. It has made me feel a lot more comfortable driving in busy places because I know if anything bad happens my insurance company has my back. I also know that I won't have to worry about the costs of my car through the full coverage plan. I have never had a problem with their customer service. Most people are very friendly and helpful and a little bit like Flo from the commercials. They always problem solved and did not talk down to me.

Claims is good. I haven't had to claim any in almost 10 years. But I remember claims being very kind and friendly. They talked me through the process and were very helpful. Progressive has lots of coverage options. They are different prices and you can pick the one that fits your price range. Progressive has been great. I love them. They are very good at sending out my insurance cards. Customer service is easy to deal with. They are very smart and know what they are talking about.

I didn't have any problems except the rates went up too high. Might try again at a later date but for now I have another insurance broker. Coverage options were very good. They have many options and different payment plans. I had automobile insurance and renter's insurance for 2 years until the rate went higher. At first the rates were a good bargain but after renewing the first year the rates went up higher until I could no longer stay with this company. My only customer service experience was when I initially signed up for coverage, after that I was notified by mail of renewal and rate hikes. Nothing changed with my situation but the rates still went up.

I never needed to file a claim with Progressive. The steps and process to do so seemed clear as explained on Progressive.com and seems like it would've been easy to do if needed. The coverage was fine and I appreciated having a few tiers from which to choose from. The insurance offered seemed comprehensive and fit my needs fine. The value for the policy was fine, though I felt as though I was offered more comprehensive discounts through other insurance providers when researching my previous policy. It was often difficult to talk to a live person. Progressive customer service is fond of utilizing the phone tree, taking a caller in several different directions to finally get a human voice and it's easy to just give up.

I have full coverage. I also have a 16 year old daughter with a permit but they won't charge me for her as a driver until she has her actual license. That was a perk I didn't expect! As much value as car insurance can add...I've been very happy with the service and coverage I have received from Progressive. Their call center answers quickly and they don't waste your time. I've had a great experience so far! I have experienced great customer service. For example, I had an issue arise that caused my payment to be late. Not only did they make arrangements with me they also removed the $20 late fee. I didn't have to argue or even ask...since it was the first time, they just did it!

It is really pathetic when Progressive Insurance spends more time trolling Facebook, Google, Yelp, and any other Web Site, looking for comments about Progressive Insurance than Progressive Insurance spends investigating their customers' claims. Instead of contacting their customer's witnesses, Progressive Insurance wants to pass their customer's concerns on to someone else. Progressive Insurance passes those concerns on SOOO far. Progressive Insurance loses, misplaces or just does not care about the customer's concerns! Instead of contacting witnesses for their customers, the Lazy, DO Nothing Claims Reps (like Ariel) at Progressive Insurance tells the customer "By paying the other person's claim against you, WE are protecting you if the other person takes you to court. Yes, Progressive Ins is going to charge you more for your MONTHLY premium because you (the customer) cost Progressive Ins money!" NOT!!!
I would do better on my own, in court, with the 2 witnesses than letting Progressive Ins handle this! And CHEAPER for me!! The other person admitted, in front of the Progressive Ins customer AND 2 other people, that the damage WAS NOT caused by the Progressive Ins customer but "I can't submit anymore Hit and Run claims. I have your info so I'm claiming you did it!" Did my DO NOTHING, LAZY Progressive claim rep bother to find out? Did she talk to witnesses? NO!! SHE wanted to protect me and charge me more for premiums!! GUESS WHAT, the other Insurance Company contacted my witnesses!! PROGRESSIVE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED!!
This man(?) told his Ins Co that I drove a white Optima when I have a Dark Gray Not Optima. I have no scratches, dents, dings on my car and sent pictures of my car and the damage this other person claimed I did to both insurance companies. This man(?) is claiming I made an almost 2 inch gouge with a 12-18 inch scratch that starts deep at gouge and fades to a white rub mark on his front fender, centering under passenger side headlight and fades toward passenger side, on his Black VW Jetta. My Dark Gray car cannot make White marks on a Black Car without leaving ANY marks on mine!! Yet, to "PROTECT" me, I am being charged for thousands of dollars damage I didn't do! Yes, you want an insurance company to protect you BUT, customers also wants an insurance company that protect customers from OBVIOUS INSURANCE FRAUD!!

I had an accident Oct 24, 2016. Was in the exit lane to exit off to a gas station. The copy of the police report diagram clearly shows I was in the exit lane and the other driver was following behind me. There was a large piece of semi truck tire tread in the lane and I moved a little to keep from running over it and possibly damaging my tires. I remember nothing else after that. The paramedic on scene stated I was hit from behind and yes there is a large dent in my back bumper on the passenger side. The collision then pushed me into the impact barrels that protect concrete barriers on the interstate. I was knocked out by the accident and taken by EMS to the closest hospital. I was then transferred to a major trauma center for bleeding in my abdomen.
I have never been contacted by the police regarding the accident. The other driver stated I drove straight into the barrels... and then bounced backwards and that was when he struck my rear bumper but the only damage in front is on the driver's side so no way I drove straight into the barrels. He hit me and pushed me into the barrels. I have contacted progressive my insurance daily after I got out of the hospital and never get a callback. Finally after speaking with a supervisor I learned they didn't know where my jeep even was!!
After 2 weeks it was located and another week taken to service king for repair. But it's been 5 1/2 weeks and still no repair has started. Progressive and service king can't agree on a price to repair it. One week after The accident I got a recall for the airbag and seatbelt. No wonder the airbag didn't deploy and my seatbelt broke. After I resolve this claim I will take my business elsewhere. I have used them for 4 years and insure 3 cars. Terrible service from them. Bye Flo... maybe you need a new job. Sounds like your job security is pretty shaky.

The claim process went smoothly. The claims representative showed up. I presented my information. Within a couple of days, I was cut a check and my vehicle was taken care of. Great, no issues. Couldn't have asked for a better situation. No need to go out and find another insurance. I will be with Progressive for a long time. They are absolutely great. They provide everything you need. There is no need to go and look at other insurances. They make sure you and your belongings are safe. Would recommend them to anyone wondering what insurance is legit and worth your money and time.

Progressive made the claims process easy. I only had to make one phone call and the rest was taken care of. They sent an adjuster to my workplace to document the damage to my car so I didn't have to take time off from work. Progressive has many coverage options to choose from. Being able to sign up for coverage online helped me to be able to research all the options. I was able to choose the option that fit best for my lifestyle. I was single and starting off in my career when I used Progressive. This meant I didn't have a lot of extra cash to spend on car insurance. Progressive had many low cost options for people who need good coverage but can't afford to spend a lot. I had a great experience with the customer service representatives at Progressive. My first contact was the phone call I made to notify of an accident. Then the customer service rep sent someone to determine the damage.

I never had any claims, when I decided to change insurance the agent refunded the difference but then the company sent another bill for it. They have many different options and reasonable pricing. I live in MI and my husband and I are both disabled so car insurance is pretty pricey for our budget no matter what company we choose. It doesn't matter that we have had no accidents, claims or tickets and normally don't drive 25 miles in a week. I know that if there ever is an accident that I am covered and so is my vehicle. It makes me feel safe on the road and even when I am parked. I am fortunate that in 28 years of driving I have never had an accident but if I do they make it clear and easy to file a claim. I have always been treated respectfully by the agent and they have tried hard work with us to get the lowest price possible. They have always answered our questions and made sure we understood our policies and didn't have any other concerns.

Insurance claims are never easy with any company. There are so many loopholes and filing a claim can be a nightmare. I have watched family struggle with the claims process after their vehicle was totaled when they ran over something in the road. Coverage is like any other company. Coverage looks great on paper but if you have to file a claim, things become very complicated. If I remember correctly, processing didn't take as long as we thought it would.
Insurance is just something you have to have. I would say auto insurance is worth paying for if you have an accident, but where we live it doesn't seem to help much. After my family member had his accident, he contacted the insurance company. I don't remember the customer service representative being overly rude, but I also don't think she was the most friendly person in the world.

I have never filed a claim with Progressive and hope I never do but if I did I am sure everything would be handled fast and to my satisfaction. Progressive has coverage options to fill any need that you may have, I personally receive the lowest price after checking at least 6 other companies. I spent a lot of time shopping for the best value and Progressive beat them all with ease. I do not feel the need to look further because I have the best. Any issue I might have would be handled fast and furious. I have never had any issues to complain about but if I did confident it would be handled satisfactory.

I have only had to make one claim and start to finish was quick. I was very well taken care of and my car was replace in about a month if that long. They were always kind and very professional and gave me a rental car while my claim was being processed. They are quick to process a claim with the utmost professionalism and I was informed as to what was happening with my claim the entire time. I have used other insurance companies before and always had to call to get an update on my car and there was one delay after another and for what I pay personally I would not use any other insurance company and their rates are very reasonable. Customer Service is great. The agent stays with you throughout the entire process to answer any questions that might come up and to make sure that you have all you need and gives regular updates so you are not left in the dark - to get you back on the road as quickly and as painlessly as possible.

They get back to you very fast. I never had to worry with a claim because I knew they had my back. They will contact the other person's insurance and not back down until they get a hold of them. I have had to use the road side assistance a couple of times and it was very much worth the extra $1 a month. If I remember the amount correctly.
They are very straightforward with what is covered. I felt very happy with my auto insurance. They also reward you for being a long term customer. So, the longer you are there the more you get from it. When I was looking for renters insurance and informed them of a competitor offering me a better deal for my car insurance and renters, they did not offer to match it. I informed them that I would be then going to that company and instead of keeping me (was with them for 8 years) they let me leave.

They walk you through the process and make it easy to understand, which is great for people like myself that have no idea how to go about it properly. They offer better than the average coverage for less money than most other companies, no matter which level of coverage you select. The deductibles are pretty much the same as everywhere else but they have programs that you can participate in to reduce the deductible for things like safe driving habits. It provides good coverage for an affordable price. The savings allows me to spend more money on other things, such as maintaining my vehicle itself. Their customer service department is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any question or issue I have. They are quick and efficient coming to you to check the damages and I didn't have issues receiving my check to fix the damages. I have recommended them to many family members because I was impressed with how painless they made the claim process for me. They are very reasonable with their rates and were about $20 cheaper than the other insurance companies that I looked into. I still have my auto insurance with them. When I have needed to file a claim they went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible and they gave me a great price. When told me my car was totaled it was better than I hoped for and I was able to get a new car. Excellent customer service and their agent are quick at returning called. The options for my coverage are ample and I have a great selection. The pricing might be a bit askew, but I am pleased with the options. I think the pricing is a little bit high, but I do think that the value is there. I will actively search for another provider. I just have yet had time to compare prices. The adjusters contact you quickly and will accommodate your schedule to see your car. I have a teen driver and am happy with the rate I am paying. We currently have 3 cars covered. Each is based upon the value of the car as well as the driver. I have a teen driver driving a low value car as well as my husband and I driving nice cars. I would of course like to pay less. However it is nearly impossible to find an insurance company that will cover a seventeen year boy even if he has an excellent driving record. They were very easy to deal with. The representative researched what policy would be best for our family at the best rate. Hard to find with other companies.

Didn't take long. Very quick process. Called in accident, talked to agent. They took pictures, came out, assessed the damage. Within a few days, I heard back from them and had my car repaired same week. Liability is available, full coverage, limited coverage, accident forgiveness. Great discounts on multiple insured. Covers certain medical with comprehensive coverage, low deductibles and car rental, roadside assistance with gas flat tires. Great value to life with a reasonable price. Not selling my soul to the devil type insurance company with all the hidden charges fine print trying to get over on you and it even helps save money. Customer service was nice, polite, professional, very helpful. In a timely fashion helped with all questions and concerns I had with my claim.

I think the claims process is ok, but could definitely be improved with faster speeds and better ease of use. The website is kind of cluttered also. I have no complaints about the coverage of this car insurance. It covers everything I need it to cover and sometimes even more than I need. It is a fair price for the service that they provide. I of course would like it to be cheaper but what can you do, I had a wreck so it can only go so low. I think that their customer service is as bad as it can come. Horrible wait times, horrible, unhappy workers and I can never seem to get adequate help.

I recently filed a claim and it was seamless, quick, and very professional. The agent was very, very courteous and polite. I had no issues at all during this claims process. Since I only have liability the rates are very good. I do have other options such as collision, comprehensive and such and the rates are still lower than anyone else. I find this company to be very good and competitive. With Progressive you most definitely get your money's worth. The price for what you pay is exceptional and their discounts are par or better than other companies. I have talked to many different customer service representatives and I would have to put Progressive CSR's at the top for their courtesy, manner, and professionalism. I have always left them with a feeling that I actually accomplished something worthwhile and without any negative issues.

It is easy to get a hold of them for a claim and then after just a few questions you are on your way to getting a settlement. Just be prepared to explain what happened and other basic information. You can get full coverage on your vehicle for a great price. You don't have to worry about them excluding a bunch of scenarios. You have lots of options to choose how much coverage you want/need. It is great to have a price that easily fits into your monthly budget but knowing that you are fully covered for whatever incidents occur. It is easy to get a hold of and actually talk to a real live customer service representative. They are very helpful to get your problem resolved quickly and fully.

I haven't yet had to file a claim so not sure how effective it is so I just picked medium not good not bad. I am really satisfied with the service I have had so far from them. I get great coverage from what I know it says on the contracts but have so far not had an accident so not exactly sure what is truly covered. The price of my insurance is great. They give tons of discounts so my rates are pretty good with them since I have had the same place for years. We have a local office that I have bought my insurance from and everyone there is extremely nice and willing to help. It is also nice to be talking to a face when asking questions about stuff I do not understand.

I've been in two car accidents, neither my fault and Progressive was there immediately after I contacted them. I used their online system to start the claim process and I didn't have to call them to follow up, they called me. The online system was very easy to use and I was very pleased I didn't have to sit on the phone and wait through long menu options and on hold. At the time I signed up with Progressive I was a single woman with a small car and commuted minimally. They gave me options for this that were affordable. Now that I'm married with two cars and a child, they've helped me decide what insurance I need and were able to give me a reasonable price that doesn't make me feel like breaking the bank.
Having progressive insurance has made me feel safe on the road, knowing I'm covered in an emergency, and knowing if anything should happen, they will help quickly and reliably. After processing my claim online I was contacted by a customer service agent. They spoke clearly so nothing was unheard or misunderstood. They were quick and to the point without feeling rushed. I had an accident July 2015, and damaged my car and the other car really bad. I turned my claim after filling out a few questions, and within 8 days Progressive had responded and taken care of everything. Their coverage varies, depending on what you want. I have full coverage and 500.00 deductible... They have access of any and all applications for any need. They are reliable and quick to respond. I travel a good bit, usually driving my vehicle. I feel confident knowing that Progressive has roadside services, weather endangerment etc.. They'll send someone for roadside assistance, day or night. If I have to put my car to be checked, they supply me with a nice vehicle. Customer Service is always there to help in any way. If you have billing questions or repair charges you question, even for a specific route you are needing to find.. they accommodate any way needed.

Its coverage was pretty good from what I can remember. And, I liked the fact that it came with that plug for under your dash to help save you money if you were a good driver. I didn't have it long enough for it to make a huge difference, but it was a nice feature. Its value was ok for a little while, until it was time to renew and I decided to look elsewhere for better pricing with better coverage. While I had it I was pleased, but I needed to save money. Whenever I do need customer service, they are helpful when I do contact them. I choose full coverage because I had a new car and wanted coverage for me and the other party. The price was very reasonable and I was given different choices. I got the quote online. With the full coverage plan I choose was equal to a lower coverage plan. So I get a lot of coverage for just a little more. I even get discounts the longer I stay with the company. I love the options for getting documents online. It's super convenient. From the first time I called with special questions the representatives were helpful and knew the right information to answer my questions. Even online they have a chat feature and email responses to help when calling is not convenient.

I have never had to make a claim with the insurance company. I am generally a fairly safe driver however, I do have family that has made claims and they say that they are fabulous. It's a fairly comprehensive coverage. Important aspects of delivery are included in the plan and most of the time the coverage options are awesome. It is very important to the home life and it's pretty good that they have coverage for everyone even the people that don't have a full license yet. Every time I get on the phone with someone from the company they are super helpful and they know exactly what to offer to bring your bill down.

They will not give you a update status. The adjuster never return calls. Overall hate the process. Takes too long. It's ok in coverage just think the coverage price is too much expensive. Shouldn't have to cost that. Need to give you a discount on driving good. Way too much for the prices they charge. It's crazy. Should not be that much - $150 too much just for one car. Need to be cheaper more affordable. Most have a ugly attitude when you call. They don't want to work with you on anything. Should be more considerable for cost of living.

All of their other services are really good, so I'm sure filing a claim is no different. Progressive has great insurance coverage. Progressive is really affordable and easy to customize to fit each and every person's individual needs. Progressive is great. The website is really super easy to use. The rates are better than most other auto insurance companies that are out there. The customer service at Progressive is really exceptional. They inform you by e-mail and regular mail of any changes in your policy and remind you of payments and policy renewals.

Was "t-boned" while driving my car with the other driver at fault. He also had Progressive auto insurance. Was contacted about the incident in a timely manner (2 to 3 days if I recall) and was compensated for the damages to my car within a month. I have full coverage and it meets all my needs and expectations. Anything I have needed as far as coverage goes I have received in a timely manner. I have a fairly low monthly rate and the annual rate is even lower. I am very pleased with the amount I pay for full coverage annually as it is barely over a hundred dollars. Customer service is the reason I have stayed with Progressive year after year. Extremely polite and very helpful are the words I would use to describe the customer service. Always take care of everything I need in a professional and timely manner.

The claim process was quite easy. This was before everyone had a smartphone and all insurance companies had an app. It has to be incredibly easy now with all of the new technology. No issues at all. I've had the same basic coverage no matter which state I've lived in. I added rental car insurance after having to pay for a car for a week out of pocket. Used to have road side assistance when I lived further from work. Glad for the extra coverage just in case. I feel that the monthly costs are definitely worth having the peace of mind that you will be taken care of if you're involved in an accident. Good value for the money. I've gotten pretty great assistance by phone when needed. Their website and app are amazing. Very easy to navigate. No problems with customer service.

Very easy to file a claim about an accident that was not my fault. The staff was friendly and understanding, and had my car being fixed in less than 48 hours. The policy was easy to understand and read. It had very little hidden words or meanings behind my policy and the company was very straightforward with the entire process. It is a very good value for what you receive. I searched for the best and economical pricing all over town. My rate did not go up over the time I was with them either. There was always a willing to help staff available to answer any questions, or concerns I had about my policy, or the add-ons I had purchased.

The two times I have been hit, progressive was quick to take care of claims processing and repairs. However, the second time, the at-fault party disputed her situation, and rather than handling it, Progressive just seemed to ignore the situation which led to my having to pay my own deductible. When I moved states, I found out that they had erroneously recorded that I was at fault for the accident, which was very difficult to remove from their personal records and would have made it very costly to change providers so I felt stuck. Take care to make sure your records with them are correct, and that they advocate for you when you're dealing with a jerk!
So far, coverage has been satisfactory. I haven't been in a situation where my coverage has really been tested, though, because my accidents were pretty low-cost repairs for not-at-fault accidents, which were covered first by the at-fault party in the first case and by Progressive (minus deductible) in the second - I would imagine that any regular insurance coverage would be similar. I like dealing with progressive's website - the information of rates and coverage is transparent, there are lots of options, navigation is easy and so is payment. As long as I don't have any issues over which I need to call them, I am very impressed with them as compared to other insurance providers.
It has admittedly been a long time since this problem has been resolved, but it was such a hassle and I felt hostage to progressive while it was being fixed so I still have negative opinions about my customer service experience with this company. The last time I had to speak with them over the phone was much more positive.

A young man ran through red light hitting me and fleeing the scene of the accident. I got out of my vehicle and followed on foot. His car damaged come to a stop. I first pursued a claim with Farmers with no result... Nov 4 I had stopped at a red light on 380 in Denton TX, when this guy hit me from behind, badly denting hatch on Honda CRV. The police were not called because neither of us were hurt. I contacted his insurance, Progressive the next day. The agent "investigated" until Nov 29, when she called and sent a letter denying my claim. No adjuster ever came out. No one asked me what happened or asked for pictures of damage. Nor did I get an answer to why it was rejected. I am livid. I have turned the incident over to my insurance, State Farm. Apparently, insurance carriers can just decide they don't want to pay out.

They were very helpful. It was a smooth and quick process all handled over the phone. Called in accident and answers a few questions with any information I had and they took care of the rest including handling the other person's insurance. I have coverage for three vehicles, a trailer and home. They have full coverage for vehicles or partial and discounted rates for having multiple things to cover. It's value has been okay. Nothing bad. They are there when we need it and it helps that they cover everything. A bit pricey but you're definitely taken care of. The customer service has always been wonderful. They are always easy to talk to and friendly. Know what they are doing.

I have basic state minimum coverage. For me it was more expensive than other companies I have had in the past. I intend to change insurance providers as soon as I can. It has not added any value. Progressive insurance is the most expensive insurance I've ever had. The claims processing was a very easy process. The customer service was on-point. They quickly executed the entire process of sending an agent to our apartment to examine the loss-of-vehicle damages. We quickly received our check and could not be happier with the service. Although we were paying for full-service insurance, it was well worth it over having only liability insurance. In the long run it is worth it because you are able to receive what you need, money wise, to start to get a new vehicle in a short amount of time. The value of the coverage of insurance is excellent. Not having to go through the pains of dealing with long wait times for our reimbursement was exceptional. The customer service was always exactly what you would expect from an insurance company. Everything about the website is great. I purchased the minimum coverage required because my vehicle was over 20 years old and only cost me $2500. The value is good compared to some other big name brands - like Geico. However, the value is low compared to some "no name" brands that don't do much advertising and are therefore able to pass along those immense savings to their customers - like Wawanesa. I did not have to file any claims and I signed up and adjusted my insurance policy as needed online.

I never had to file a claim, thank goodness. The phone system was easy to navigate with a combination of speaking and touch tone on your phone. Depending on the time of day, you could be waiting to speak to someone. Its available coverage ranges from what your state requires as a bare minimum, all the way up to full coverage. The price will increase exponentially, as your level of coverage increases.
Having problems insurance was little more than a drain on my bank account. I made all the payments, and when it came time to get another six months of coverage, despite my perfect driving record, they increased my rates by double, citing nonexistent accidents that had happened in my area.
Some of the customer service reps are nice people. Others are snarky, and downright rude. When I inquired about the ridiculously high increase of my insurance, the man on the phone copped an attitude, and told me "you don't have to have Progressive insurance, you know that right?" As if customer retention were the last thing on his mind, because he was too busy personally providing insurance or something.

It was easy to file a claim and they have accident forgiveness and were fast responding. I really appreciated how they didn't try and have you jump through all these hoops to get good coverage. The coverage rates were fair and they offered good discounts. Depending on what you choose (full or liability etc.) you can get fully reimbursed. When a deer hit me they paid for the damage and didn't have my rates go up. I love the rates and commercials. I think they are very helpful when you talk to them over the phone. Very courteous and the value was exceptional service for the protection of your vehicle. They were so helpful when I called them to apply and she helped me figure out the website. Very courteous and kind. They responded quickly after I was in an accident.

Fast claims service. You call them with the information and they take care of the rest. They sent a claims agent to check the car and sent me a check in a couple of days. They always give me the coverage I ask for and explain the whole policy. When I am about to sign they go over every part of the policy explaining what I am getting. I had my agent do a quote and among many other companies they were the cheapest for me and also for my 22 year old son who had no tickets or accidents. Customer service is always there via phone or Internet and they can help with all questions, even the most simple issues they are there and very helpful.

My secure provider gives me the peace of having my life in good hands, if you know what I mean. I really enjoy it and I love now much more quiet and peacefully with everyone, I just love it. The coverage is full and complete. It goes from scratches to stole and complete loss, it's amazing. I recommend it 100% because so you can be calm down, and not so worried about the care of the car and those stuffs and really enjoy life that is so short and we spend all time thinking about if my cars is going to be crashed or something worse. Now I'm very relaxed, and all because of my good insurance car secure.
The cost its a little too expensive, but believe me when I say it really worth every cent. I mean, it's absolutely stunning. And the service and people in the company is so gentle and kind. Since they seem to be knowledgeable, confident, understanding, and helpful in fulfilling my other needs such as changing and updating policy when needed and politely and easily canceling my insurance when I sold my car, I am assuming that the claims department is just as qualified. First, I got Iowa full coverage insurance. Then a year later, since my car was 1 years old but still a very good running car, I dropped down to just liability. When I finally sold my car, they cancelled my policy and switched me over to my boyfriend's policy. They did not charge me for it and gave my boyfriend and I both refunds when I did this.
Progressive simplified my life and saved me money. My last insurance company before Progressive was Hartford-AARP. After a few years with Hartford (I had switched to Hartford to save money) they raised my policy more than 150 dollars. I had no tickets and no accidents ever. Then after another year, they raised my rates by another $150; yes over $300 in 2 years! I was furious and could not afford these annual markups. I wanted to switch companies. My boyfriend chose Progressive where I got a good deal because I have a clean record - 0 tickets and no accidents.
Whenever I went to the office, I was waited on immediately. The girl on the desk was always courteous, well versed on how to handle my problems and concerns. My refund arrived after 2 days when I sold my car. Bills were punctual and far enough ahead of time that I could schedule payments easily. My boyfriend was so impressed that he switched his vehicles and homeowners policy to Progressive.

It is very easy to go online to view your claims information which keeps you up-to-date and easy to use and understand the language. The coverage is very good not expensive but the basic coverage with which I can afford without going over my budget. I pay every six months and not monthly payments. Easier on the budget and cheaper down in the six months instead of quarterly. It is a very good value for the price that I paid. If I have any further I can call my agent/customer service if I have questions to go with my coverage. They usually get back to me promptly. The customer service to superb and excellent. If they can't answer my question on the phone they will call back after checking out more information.

My husband and I have different coverage on our cars. I like the availability of choice that they offered when I first signed up. They walked me through what I would need. Progressive was the best value when shopping around. There is such a big difference in the same coverage from different companies. I have been treated fairly by Progressive. My vehicle is covered and I have had no problems. I have been with them long enough to get a good discount. For each year I am with them the coverage is excellent. My premiums are not as high as other insurance companies. Every year that I am a customer of Progressive, I am given a discount for being a loyal customer. Everything goes along smoothly year by year without any hassles or reason to call customer service.

I haven't had to use their claim processing services. However, my sister had to after somebody hit her and it was very easy. They pretty much took care of everything for her. There are a few options for coverage. I only need liability but you have choices for what deductibles and coverage you want, such as rental car or roadside assistance. Though there many available discount options, I have found Progressive to be the cheapest insurance. The discounts have dropped my price very nicely. The one time I used customer service, they were very friendly, patient and helped me solve my question.

The claims process was long. It took about a week for me to get my car fixed, but the company helped me find a rental agency, so I would have a car to drive until my car was fixed. There are a variety of coverage options for individuals. The company does its best to meet a person's coverage needs. Your choices range from the number of vehicles to bundling options. The value of the coverage and services provided is decent. The monthly bill can vary and is somewhat high, but my household has multiple vehicles. The customer service is pretty good. My agent works with me with any issues that I have. My agent and his staff are always nice and considerate.

There are more than one way to process a claim and it is supposed to go fast. There are a few options and it will cost a lot more for the most coverage. You gotta read tons of papers to get through it all so I just pick what I can afford. Usually that means it will only cover the least amount they gotta pay out. I like to use the online tools to compare different insurance companies for what I can afford and coverage I need. I think Progressive is a good value. I can afford it and I don't have a fancy car to replace if anything should happen.

The only time I've ever had to wait for a claim to process it went really fast. I got the money for my repair fairly quick. I would definitely recommend Progressive. I have full coverage at a really good price. Progressive covers all my needs. Collision coverage pays for damage to my car if I am involved in a wreck. The deductible was pretty cheap. I also have comprehensive coverage which protects me if my car is damaged by other things as well. Such as my car catching fire, vandalism, theft, or hitting an animal of some kind, and hail or water damage. My deductible was about five hundred. My monthly payment is considerably less than what I've had to pay for auto insurance before. They really cover everything. The customer service is always very good. I haven't run into any problems so far. The representatives are very nice and helpful. They really try to satisfy your specific needs.

When I crashed my SUV, it was totaled. Progressive was lightning fast quick with the processing and had complete reimbursement of over $10,000 without any hassle or headache. Having had a dui in the past, I had to have special insurance that not all companies offered. Progressive was happy to have me on board as a client. Since I don't drive very much this year compared to last year, I don't have enough opportunities to get into car accidents and even when I do, I'm a fairly cautious driver. However, whenever I email them questions on my account, I get a decent and helpful response within 24 hrs. Great customer service. I wish the price is cheaper, but they have a great coverage. I had only two claims to resolve and they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I think with any business, quality customer service combined with a decent website that allows you to pay by lots of methods instead of just credit card or check will go a long way. Since this is an insurance company, there is always a stench hanging around, but I've had great experience with mine.
I like to travel every single weekend, and by travel, I mean to a location at least two hours away from my city: San Jose, CA. I also travel alone most of the time. Accompanied by the fact that I only know that I should bring the car in for regular maintenance as well as get an oil change every 5000 miles, I want to know that I can call insurance up 24 hrs if my car breaks down in the middle of the road instead of calling 911 for help, and they will not refuse to show up to assist me. I like to review my situation every month, so every month, I'd email them to confirm my account as well as any other questions I might have. Recently, I am looking to add a couple of vehicles to my current insurance plan. I am also looking to purchase a small house in Nevada before June of 2017 and live by myself for the first time. I want to find a combo plan for auto, home, and life insurance. I like that I can email them assumptions a year ahead and not be judged upon.

My son had several accidents and they processed and settled the claims quickly and professionally. They even didn't raise my rates after his first accident. Towing and labor are unbelievably helpful. I accidentally locked my keys in the car while it was running. They quickly contacted a locksmith for me and in less than 20 minutes I was back on the road. Their rates are always the best among the larger insurance companies. The policy rates and easy check for ways to save money on the policy make it very easy to make sure you are getting the most for your money. I never spent a long wait on the phone, and after my son's several accidents it was a relief to speak to someone quickly. Even better, I learned how to initiate a claim online. It's little things like that which can make a bad situation seem manageable.

I think they are very efficient in responding to claims and honest about it too. My experience was overall good with them. You can get full coverage including full glass coverage at a very reasonable cost even if you are a new driver. Love them. They also have great customer service to help you customize the insurance. I think it's good value for money. There are some deals with bundling your home and auto insurance which gives a cheaper cost. Overall very satisfying value. They are quick, efficient, reasonable and honest with claims and coverage. I really like it a lot.

I was impressed by how easy it was to file a claim and get the check here and now. Couldn't believe it didn't have to make call after call to get it done. It is basically the same coverage as other companies but their customer service is awesome. Check right there on the spot. No hassle, no phone calls, no going in for an estimate. They added someone to my policy without my knowledge. That person did not even live with me or was not a family member. They increased my premium for adding this person. Very upset. The coverage I took out fit my budget and could change coverage at any time. It was easy to change. It can be done on the computer at any time. You can also pay monthly, every 6 months. The only thing I did not like is they added a small charge for paying monthly. I believe it was 7 dollars a month. When they added a driver I did not authorize they were not helpful at all. They tried to avoid all questions and stated that this person said she lived with me. I told them they did not and should not be able to add someone without my knowledge.

Dem **! I have been insured through Progressive for 22 years. 22 years! In that amount of time I never had a claim until recently. Now over the past year my family has been involved in 2 accidents and I had a boo boo and dented my truck. The 2 accidents we were involved in were not our fault, we were the victims and the other insurance companies paid for the damages and fixed our vehicles. I jack knifed my trailer on my truck and put a dent in my back quarter panel. I've got insurance, I pay over $400 a month on all my vehicles, I want it fixed. The overall cost was $700. I paid my deductible of $500 and got it fixed. When the time comes for my insurance to renew they refuse to renew my policy because I am an "at risk" driver. Are you kidding me?
I went back and looked at the amount of money I have paid over 22 years. I have given those crooked ** over $30,000. $30,000! $30,000! I make a claim that they have to pay $200 and they drop me because I am an "at risk" driver. I swear if I had that rude supervisor standing in front of me I would knock hers and Flo's rotten ass teeth in. Progressive is a joke! I know they think its just business, but before the day was done my brothers and sisters who were all insured through Progressive, had all left Progressive! I hope Obama takes over Progressive and makes them goes bankrupt!

The claims process was painless. Because I chose not to repair my car, they quickly sent me a check minus the cost of my deductible, which was a life saver. I paid for full coverage, which was surprisingly reasonable, and covered damage to my car that my then-boyfriend inflicted on it, without giving me a hard time. Despite a DWI on my record, the pricing was reasonable, even for full coverage insurance. They also lowered my rate every single year (without an accident), which was always a nice surprise. Customer service reps were always friendly, helpful, and never condescending or judgmental. It's not necessarily a pleasure to call the insurance company, but they made it less painful.

When you call they do everything that they can to make your experience easy. Coverage is horrible! I paid over $70 for just liability, and I pay less now for full coverage at my current insurance company. I currently only pay $66 for full coverage. They provided me with insurance when I needed it. Although while a customer through them they made several mishaps with my account. Which included double charging me because they never receive my driving record because my name was entered incorrectly. Customer service was rarely rude, but sometimes they weren't very helpful either. I have experience a couple of calls where I spent a majority of the time on hold, and then the call disconnected.

I have never had to file a claim. I haven't been in an accident in over a decade. I only used comprehensive coverage because my car had so many miles on it. I just wanted to make sure I was covered should anything happen where I was at fault. I had to pay way too much for not having any claims on my record due to poor credit. Never missed a payment and ultimately switched to a better insurance company that wouldn't charge me as much for more coverage. Daughter submitted a claim while a student in out-of-state university. Car hit by campus truck. She attempted to get campus truck driver to submit the claim to the university instead of going through our insurance. Driver refused to accept responsibility. No damage to truck but there was damage to car. She submitted claim and car was repaired. Insurance company subrogated and recovered so no "hit" taken on our record. They provide cafeteria style coverage so that you can obtain the minimal requirements of your state to maximum coverage if you like. I like that you can get a rental if your car has to be left at mechanic for a few days, covered. Towing, house calls when you have problems starting your car. You can pick and choose the coverage, and the policy is written in words one without a law degree can understand.
I have coverage for two vehicles. The full coverage for both with a couple of extras is very affordable (I'm retired on a fixed income) and I can make monthly payments instead of large quarterly or bi-annual payments if I choose. Have never had issues with customer service. Most of transactions occur online. However if I have a problem that can't be addressed online I've never had an instance when a CSR has responded to my calls in an unprofessional manner, and when I've needed someone to provide roadside assistance they responded appropriately, and a service vehicle arrived within a reasonable timeframe. The service person also acted professionally and got us back on the road quickly.

Had an accident, took over 2 months to get the car back. When I did the paint didn't match, and took another 5 days! But they did cover everything but the rental car and my $500 deductible. So I guess it was more the body shops fault than Progressive. Overall good service. The coverage is pretty good for the most part, but I do wish I would have been made aware my coverage didn't include a rental car. My deductible is a bit high as well but that's the plan I choose. The pricing as I stated before is a bit high. But you do get what you pay for in the sense of the service and product you receive. Worth the extra money to be covered in case of an accident. In my last accident the customer service representative was very kind and relatable, which makes all the difference in a stressful situation such as a car accident.

I was involved in a no fault auto accident. Not only did I receive very minimal help my insurance was increased in less than a week almost 300 and as someone who is disabled and living on limited income the fees are downright ridiculous. They didn't offer much coverage. I hardly even drive. I have insurance through my husband's job as well as through social security medicare. I found no value through this insurance company!! Customer service was not good. When I called to report my accident I was told an agent would contact me which took 2 days and she had almost all the details incorrect then passed me to someone else who I could barely understand two words he was saying.

Did not have to submit a claim while I was with them but I was warned by others who had done so that it wasn't an easy or pleasant process and that Progressive did everything it could to avoid paying up. I was satisfied with the coverage levels available to me during my 5 years with Progressive. I had full coverage on two vehicles at the time. The value was good given that I was fortunate to have no claims. The premium market were affordable and the Progressive website was easy to navigate and deal with. Progressives customer service reps were easy to deal with in my experience when it came to routine inquiries and requests such as replacement insurance cards.

All claims are processed and put through quickly and efficiently. I never had any problems or had to dispute any claims. The check was sent to my garage that did the work on my vehicle in a timely manner. I had full coverage on my vehicle, liability, accident, collision, medical expenses, life benefit, towing coverage which I did use and the tow truck was there to help in a very timely manner. It gave me all the coverage I needed and at a very reasonable price range. I was very satisfied with my insurance agent and the company and the person who did an estimate for me. I have never filed a claim, but given other aspects of service I have received, letting me know when it is time to renew and getting discounts each year, I feel like I could trust them to do the right thing if and when I need to file a claim. They didn't try to pressure me into buying any more coverage than I need and I feel comfortable with the coverage I purchased. I know I could contact them if my needs changed in the future and they would help me acquire what I needed. At first they were very helpful and friendly but as the years passes my insurance has gone up more than usual even though I haven't had any accidents nor late payments. It covers all passengers if in accident or injured, it also makes sure that if I need a car I will be covered giving me a rental while my car is being worked on if need be. I'm dissatisfied with value because, as far as me paying on time and have not had any accidents, my payments continues to go up and when ask why I can't get a direct answer as to why I'm paying an higher amount than what I usually pay. I called the company right away & they were considerate, patient & thorough in how the accident happened. The insurance company got all the needed details & came out quickly to look at the damage. We used this company sometime ago. I do know our car was totaled. Of course, the cost you pay for insurance doesn't seem to cover everything when an accident does occur. I had to play phone tag with an agent in order to state my side of the story after an accident, but when I finally got a hold of someone they were very clear and professional. My deductible is extremely high despite never being in any accidents. As a college student this is quite inconvenient. The accident in which I made a claim was not my fault either. Friends of mine have commented that my payments are lower than what they are currently paying for their insurance. I cannot complain about the value. Had my truck stolen and Progressive was my insurance company. The lady dealing with my claim made fun of me saying that the wheels or tires (I forget which ones) on her truck cost more than my wheels and tires. She was extremely rude and demeaning. They gave me about 1/3 of what my truck was worth. At that time I was a college student working as a waiter and going to school. Trying to make a better life for myself. Since then I have avoided this company with the exception of motorcycle insurance, because they were much cheaper than others that I could find. I got burned once when I needed them and I have done my reasonable best to avoid them since. This bad experience was in 2000 or so and it has stuck with me.

Progressive is a well known company, thanks to the memorable commercials with Flo, etc. They can be funny as well, which gets people's attention. I hope that if I were to ever need to process a claim, they would handle it with fairness and with efficient means. As far as I know, Progressive offers not only minimum liability and personal injury protection, but also comprehensive - full coverage automobile insurance for any vehicle - car, truck, motorcycle, maybe even RV's, ATV's, boats?! There are many items that can reduce your payment, such as air bags and security of your vehicle.
In 2009 when I again chose Progressive as my auto insurance provider, they were competitive with many others that I got a quote at the time. However, and it's my own fault, I've not gotten any new quotes from competitors since, but my policy has increased a decent amount every year since. I've had very little contact with them since I signed up. However, with the initial sign up, I was very happy with their effective help. Also, most of my questions are answered on their website.

When I have dealt with the claims department they have been quick to resolve any problems, along with great follow through. With one call I already had my claim started and all the information I needed to follow up with the work needing done to my car. In the course of using Progressive I have had varying coverages. Currently I have "full coverage", comprehensive along with personal injury protection. I am assured that not only am I covered in full, but also any riding with me as well as anyone who may be involved in a collision.

The claims department is awesome. Very helpful. When I wrecked my car they had me set up with a rental and my car fixed in a little over a week. Coverage is everything you could want. You get to customize your services and get as much and as little as you want. I love that I can get roadside assistance. My only complaint about this company is the price. I've never had a speeding ticket, just one fender bender and now my insurance is $180 a month. Very expensive. I have never had a single ticket. At 31 you would expect a fender bender where no one was ticketed would not increase your rates by over $70 a month. You pay top dollar and you get what you pay for. The representatives are very helpful and the claims are fast and convenient.

However from the features on the app and the customer service I have had dealings with, I would imagine this part of the process would be pleasing as well. Very easy to understand the difference between coverage options, and to choose the right level of coverage I needed. Viewing coverage packages side by side was helpful to weigh all of my different options. Compared to the same or similar coverage across all the insurance companies available in my area, Progressive has consistently been the cheapest. The claims process was quick and easy. Just give the info to the adjuster. Answer a few questions and that's it. I found the adjuster very helpful in answering all questions I had and explaining anything I was unclear on. I would recommend using this service. They have a variety of coverage to fit your needs. I only had liability coverage and never needed to use the coverage before they cancelled me. I was actually happy with the coverage since I had liability only and was able to also include roadside service so I didn't need to renew AAA. They didn't give me much of a chance since they did send the meter that connected to car and review and possible give a lower rate due to monitoring and seeing times and places I drive but possible miscommunication ended my monitor before I got to finish the ability of getting lower rate.

Roadside assistance was incredibly easy to use. I pushed a button on my app, and typed in some information and had a tow truck calling me in minutes. Coverage options were very fitting for my needs but also had many options to fit a variety of needs. I would recommend them to all friends and family. After comparing Progressive with at least three or four other local and internet auto insurance providers, I found progressive to be the best value for the coverage I was looking for. I went through the woman who hit me insurance company which happened to be Progressive. When I went to pick up my car I saw the adjuster walking around. She never came up to me or asked if I had any questions or what I thought about my car or if it was up to my standards once repaired. It was very rude. Not to mention I got my car back still mechanically unsound and had to get a rental car all over again instead of just keeping the one I had which had still not been picked up from the auto collision place, all because the adjuster never showed her face and did a disappearing act. I had to go back and drop my truck off yet again, deal with the rude owner of the auto body place and do the whole Enterprise rental car yet again. Extremely dissatisfied. This is why I have GEICO as my insurance and have had nothing but great experiences when they were needed.

My son who just received his license and a car bought insurance through Progressive with the agreement to pay $300. They deducted the agreed amount for the first month, but the second month they took $600 out of his bank!! He overdrew on his account and was not told of this increase. When we called they said because we opted for electronic communication only which usually is a green version for billing, but I guess they assume they can do what they want just by sending monthly statement emails saying the average message "please view your current bill". They say that is enough permission for them to raise the agreed price another $300 more than the agreed amount. Then they only refunded us partial of the money and told us that if we disputed it with the bank that they would not refund the money. Unbelievable!!

The Progressive claims are taken care of quickly. They will put you in rental car while your car is being fix. They will meet you where you are if you can't drive your car. They will give you appraisal of the damages. They will send you a check within a few days. The progressive claims are done efficiently. You can have full coverage or 500 dollars deductible or less. You can have also liability. You can have coverage up to 250,000. You can have 50,000 or more.
I didn't have to be without transportation. The agent was very friendly and understanding. I didn't have an accident but there was a terrible storm that damage my car. I didn't know it would be cover, but I was cover. The agent check it out for me and I was cover. The progressive customer service was helpful. They answered my questions without hesitation. They were polite and understanding. The person on the phone was knowledgeable. I was please with her help. She looked up my policy and gave me information I needed.

Their customer service is very promptly to respond and they are also very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful with any and all problems, issues, or concerns I contacted them with. They have a policy plan to meet all needs, from a basic liability policy to a full policy including glass and roadside. They offer it all and they tailor each policy to meet the needs of each customer. For me personally their policies are a little costly, but for the amount of coverage they offer, the great extras, discounts, and their customer service team it's definitely a great value. I never had a claim, but I did have windshield replacement and they did cover that without any problem. I spoke with the claims department to have them approve the replacement and they were very helpful and did not hesitate about replacing the windshield. I never had to use my coverage for any collision or other problem besides a cracked windshield and that was covered right away without any problem or delay. I had full coverage and I was confident that they would have been easy to deal with if I had needed to file a claim. I believe that the value of the coverage was good. I feel like I paid a fair amount for my monthly premium and I was confident that if I had any problem and needed to file a claim, they would have covered me. I did speak with customer service on several occasions for various reasons and each time I had to call to discuss any issue, they answered my questions and were very helpful.

I purchased a used vehicle and only needed the minimum coverage to comply with MI laws. Since I had a gap of coverage, went to without a vehicle for about 30 days prior to the purchase of my current vehicle, the cost was close to 240/mo on 6 month policy. The only value provided to me by Progressive was that I was in compliance with Michigan auto insurance requirements. There were no perks, replacement coverage, etc. The only time I spoke with anyone was on initial sign up of policy. She seemed nice and polite.

The claim was taken care of but had to drive an hour for the estimate. Living in metro Detroit, there should be more locations for estimates. Overall service seemed fine. The coverage was okay but the rates constantly went up, they would start off the best and quickly rise. Sometimes my monthly payment was twice as high as my current insurance policy. They would start off very well priced and after the first term the rates would sky rocket. One time my monthly payment was 120 the next term my monthly payments moved up to 190 a month! Unacceptable. Every time I called, the service was friendly enough. I never had any issues with the service. Using the online tools were easy enough where you rarely had to call and talk to a live person.

After a tree came down on our car, all it took was one phone call! I was instructed to document the area with photographs and email them, then we were cleared to remove the tree. They picked the car up for assessment at their facility and even returned the CDs we forgot to remove. Within a week everything was completed. Daughter was hit by a Progressive client. The lady did not want to call the police stating she had no damage to her vehicle other than the damage she received from an accident she had a week prior. Daughter called police but they would not come due to it happening in Walmart lot. Long story short, Progressive client claims it was my daughter's fault. there was a witness that can confirm my daughter was not at fault and did confirm this when she was contacted by Progressive however they will not cover the damage to daughter's car. At this point we contact State Farm our ins. company and let them deal with this fly by night company. I knew we would be in for a long battle when my daughter gave us the other driver’s insurance info. Do not get insurance over the internet. Go reputable company that you can actually talk to an agent.

Took a little longer than I expected to pay me my claim but the customer service was great. I find the rates to be fair enough and a good value. The coverage overall is very good. I find the best value is when you bundle the packages. Home life auto etcetera. I don't find the pricing to be any higher or lower than any of the other major companies around. I find the pricing to be fairly average as compared to other companies in my area. No better no worse. I highly recommend Fair customer service. I would say it is the best part of the service. I found the customer service department to be quick efficient and very helpful.

The coverage is good. Depending on the plan you get, the prices are fair. I think it is a good insurance company to use. I would choose it again. I don't mind the price. It's cheaper than some other insurance companies I've found. The customer service is good. Usually fast and friendly. They try to take care of the issue in a orderly and fast fashion. I think it's better than most insurance companies.

To report a claim for a tow, all you do is call the number, give them your information. They call the tow company and then call you back with a time quote. Progressive offers a bunch of useful discounts. They offer discounts for owning your home, discounts for covering more things like another car, motorcycle, boat, home, renter's insurance. Their towing package is very inexpensive and easy to use.
While I appreciate the ease of use and the wide range of coverage, there are also downsides. The price is pretty high if you don't qualify for many discounts. Also, you are required to include every person in your household on your insurance and have to pay for each, or if you don't want to claim them, they charge you for that also... Cornered! I never had any issues while talking to customer service. They were always friendly and efficient at whichever task I was inquiring about. Almost every time I called, it was a pleasant experience and never really took too long.

I have never processed a claim with Progressive. I have heard they are quick to process and they have an excellent rating. I would recommend searching the website for claims. The price is great for my age and driving record. Therefore I received coverage for liability and uninsured motorist for little more than $20.00 monthly. This policy value my history and my driving record with great discounts. I am confident when I drive and do not have worries about protection. I contacted local insurance agent which gave me a hook up with Progressive. I am a regular customer who enjoys service. Monthly payment can be made in a variety of ways.

I have been lucky to have never had to use claims processing. I have used the roadside assistance which took a very long time to get a tow truck but I think that was more an issue with the towing company and not Progressive. It has all of the basic coverage options that most companies have. They offer roadside assistance for a minimal cost. There is also discounts based on actual driving behaviors. I would say that minor speeding tickets will cause huge premiums and that the standard turn 25 and save money did not apply to me. It could be more competitive given that they don't have locally based agents everywhere like State Farm. I really hate that everything is completely automated and that you deal mostly with robots on the phone. It can get frustrating calling in and getting transferred.

Helpful and caring and listened to what I had to say. They also do what you want and they help you out in every way possible that they can to have it at your best experience. They offer lots and lots of different coverages that you won't even know what to choose from everything that they have and they have available. They have lots and lots of value and they offer lots of different thing to help you and to give you what you want to keep you happy AND PROUD WHICH IS HOW THEY WANT ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Regarding the experience that I have had with this insurance company, it would be a positive experience. The coverage provided was very good but I do feel that there are other auto insurance companies that are quite a bit more competitive in their insurance rates. I have never had any issues or problems with anything in dealing with this insurance company so I believe that is a great form of customer service by offering a great experience to their customers.

Only had one claim for a cracked windshield. It was very easy. The company doing the repairs handled everything, from contacting the insurance company to repairing the windshield. We had full coverage on both of our vehicles. We had good coverage with our home and auto being bundled for extra discounts. I wish they would have had an office for Progressive available in our town instead of a broker that handles several companies. The value was fairly good to begin with, but after a while they were not any better value than other companies. But we would definitely use Progressive again without any hesitations. Customer service with the website was exceptional. I feel the personal customer service would be better if Progressive had a representative for their company by themselves instead of an agent that handles many companies.

Package deals to get the most for your money. They make it simple to feel secure. I can insure my home, my car, and my husbands motorcycle for a great rate! I wanted to get a rental for my customer. We are a rental company and the representative wants to send my customer to Enterprise. The law in Oregon doesn't allow the representative to take someone's customer and send it to a different company. Megan wasn't able to repeat. She wanted to forced my customer to go somewhere else. And she hang up on me.

I owned a motorcycle, and Progressive had very affordable rates (less than $100/year), making it possible for me to own a vehicle as a college student working half time, fully responsible for all costs. Progressive had the best rates for my vehicle, which is why I chose them as an insurance provider. Progressive had significantly lower rates than all competitors. I sold my motorcycle and cancelled my policy. I got daily calls from Progressive asking if there was anything they could do for me to keep my policy. They were very nice, but didn't listen when I explained I had only cancelled my policy because there was nothing left to insure.

A quick call and fast service. Quick repair of damages. Easy, no hassle claims, courteous claims processors with easy availability to check on progress of claims. You get to choose how much coverage you want. This is helpful as you can save costs by selecting how and which coverage you want. Easy to add and remove coverage depending on changing needs. The value depends on your coverage and I am not sure if I had less coverage if it would be cheaper. As of right now, it is a little on the higher end, but I haven't taken the time to assess any possible changes. Every single time I have called for any reason the customer service representative has been helpful and kind. The service claims themselves have always been very quick. No complaints.

Great customer service, no hassle, they responded really quickly and solved the issue in no time. Highly recommended from me and friends and family. Depends on what you choose and your premiums and deductibles but overall great coverage. The packages vary but if you choose full coverage there are no fine prints. You get what you pay for. Never be cheap on insurance. That's why they call it insurance. They are actually much cheaper than the other companies I have dealt with in the past. Excellent customer service and very fast response. When they say they will call they actually do call. Very polite and understanding. Overall very happy.

I just joined the company this year. I have not had any claims this year or ever with Progressive. The coverage is great! I haven't experienced a problem yet. The prices are low, which is nice. The value and prices are great! I really like how affordable Progressive is. I pay low monthly payments and only for about six months and then I'm done for the year. I'm very happy with Progressive and their customer service. Every time I call, I get great service and people are very friendly on the phone and helpful too.

The claims process was easy. There was a processing center fairly close to my house. I spent less than two hours there and left with a settlement check which I thought was fair. I was happy with my coverage options. I went with the middle of the pack which more than satisfied my state's minimum coverage amount. I do wish I had road service and towing included and may add that rider soon to my policy.
I like the value of my coverage. My rates are relatively low and have not gone up even after I had a claim for an accident in which I was at fault. Customer service is very good. I have a local agent but did not even use him when I had an accident. I called my company's customer service line and set up an appointment at a local claims center. I was in and out relatively quickly with a check made out to me in hand.

My agent does everything in her power to help me as much as possible. She is always friendly and answers any questions that I have. She gets back to me in a timely manner.

Never had a claim but heard the process is easy and they work well with the customers. They work in favor of the client and extremely responsive to your needs. I got the lowest rate from this company and did my homework... very competitive pricing. I would recommend everyone to check out their deals. I did my homework with several insurance companies and this company was by far completely within budget and would recommend everyone to try. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the signing on process. Staff always helpful in getting me answers to all my questions.

Very easy, representative was able to answer all of my questions and their response time was prompt. My claim was settled in a few days and my monthly payment didn't increase very much. Many different coverage options for different needs, I had low coverage for my old car and more coverage for my new car. It fit my needs. It gives me peace of mind knowing my car is covered and protected against uninsured drivers. I don't have to worry about day to day driving. Customer service didn't keep me on hold for a long time and was able to help me with my questions without having to transfer me around to different people.

It was fairly easy to make a claim with Progressive. I got in a fender bender with not much damage done. I just called them to talk to a customer service representative but I'm pretty sure that you could probably just make a claim online if you want. The customer service was decent and the claims processing was decent as well. Everything went smoothly. I don't have to drive often or very far and I'm on a budget so I opted for a minimum amount of coverage. The package was affordable and decent coverage for the price. I no longer wish to be a Progressive customer. The monthly bill got a bit confusing for me and I talked to friends who told me I could probably get a better deal elsewhere. The customer service representatives were nice and polite. They were pretty helpful with any questions I had and were able to help quickly.

I think its okay. Like I said could be better. The claims sometimes take too long or I sometimes have a problem with the claims. They cover me enough sometimes but also coverage can be a little to me but I can or would like more of the coverage. I hope what I'M saying is not a problem. The value its good. I been with them for a while now, I wouldn't switch for anything unless he go up on something but overall the value has been okay. They are very good when it comes to this. I never, ever, ever had a problem with them serving me with my needs. Someone is always there with no problems.

I didn't have any accidents during the time I was with Progressive Insurance but I'm sure their claims department is just as good as any other. Their coverage is the typical liability, comprehensive coverage which was great until at the time of renewal I was able to shop around and found a cheaper rate with another company. I valued the fact that I was completely covered in case of a accident and wouldn't have to take a loss. They brought me peace of mind which definitely added value to my life. Their customer service department was OK too, to the best of my recollection.

My daughter was hit by another vehicle (driver fled the scene, had a revoked license and also had Progressive) and my car was totaled. It took FOREVER to get through the claims process and we barely received any compensation. The coverage I didn't think was bad until my car was totaled. It was then I realized how little it truly covered. I ended up spending thousands of dollars on medical expenses, car rental and, not to mention, a new car. Monthly premium was reasonable. Customer service was always helpful. It was a great value until I really needed it. You get what you pay for. Customer service was always very pleasant and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had about my policy. If they didn't know the answer, they directed me to someone who did.

I have not ever personally filed a claim with them, but I have read other reviews and they were all positive, so I'm inclined to say they are great to work with and would recommend them. They have a wide selection of different coverages that you can choose from, depending on what you can afford. You can choose from the minimum up to full coverage, which is great. I believe they are a great value. I received rate quotes from many different companies, and they were the best value I found, and the easiest to work with. They have wonderful customer service, and are able to answer any questions that you may have in an easy to understand way. They didn't try to sell me more than I needed.
