Very trustworthy and professional people. I like that they have an so to download and use for passing bills etc. My policy is extremely high but I don't think it's due to the company itself. I'm sure it has to do with the accident I was in previously.

I like their competitive pricing. They also have the good driver discounts & you can bundle all your needs for another discount. I was able to choose the policy best for me & it also had a low down payment. But maybe they could have more discounts & easier way to find lower prices without having to go through a third party agent. But I have had a great experience with them so far. Fast, friendly services & easy internet access for policy information & policy cards as well.

Their website is good and allows you to do the majority of your functions online at your convenience. I can quickly change vehicles or drivers whenever I want and I can print out any documents when I need them. I was able to remove vehicles from my policy that were totaled in order to stop paying for a vehicle that was no longer drivable. And I was later able to add the replacement vehicle to my policy without needing an associate or having to wait for someone to pick up the phone.

I compared quotes with popular insurance companies in my area and decided Progressive was the best option for me. It was quick and easy to set everything up over the phone. They have the lowest quote. They offer bundle packages and other special offers such as roadside assistance and SnapShot. I can also order my insurance cards online. Although the prices are lower than other companies, I still feel like it costs too much. And the safe driver savings are very minimal. Even though they offer SnapShot to help save you money, it also penalizes you if you don't qualify for the savings.

Progressive Insurance company has a lot of great features. It has an app which is helpful and has easy internet bill pay. You can call over the phone and talk to a customer representative. They’re a very nice and friendly group. I love their overall service all in all. Progressive Insurance company was super easy to purchase and get my policy set up. It took less than 15 minutes. The agent I dealt with was very nice and ask a lot of questions to get me a lot of discounts. They've always been a great insurance provider and very super easy to deal with.

They were the cheapest insurance around. I like that I get free insurance every 6 months and that my insurance drops after 5 months, they answer any questions I have had. All the people there are very nice, never had any problems out of them and they will also work with you if you need them to on the bill. They are great. I'm a very happy customer and I wouldn't go with anybody else. Also, I would recommend anybody to go to them.

This company meets my needs well and I look forward to continuing. This company has been mildly helpful and so far I am currently trying to bundle multiple things together and seeing what discounts would be included. I wish though this company would send me paper statements and paper insurance cards and they mail it. Makes it difficult if you have to provide this information.

I got online and got some insurance quotes from different companies but Progressive has the cheapest insurance quote I found for myself. The starting cost wasn't outrageous like all the others. It was affordable and they offered lower monthly payments. Progressive was the best option for me. As far as just general liability insurance coverage the company offered was good enough for me.

My overall experience of purchasing an auto insurance from Progressive Auto Insurance was really good. They made it simple for me and explained any questions that I had about the company. Everyone was very helpful and I was satisfied with the cost of the car insurance. Plus, you can choose to only get liability. Also they let you pay for the insurance for six months in advance or you can choose to pay month to month payments. However, they should have more offices open in the area. Other than that, I've been satisfied with them so far.

I'm always looking for the best rates for my auto insurance needs and Progressive has always provided that. They have been great to work with and makes my insurance experience very enjoyable. I'm always able to reach a customer service agent when I have questions and every person I've spoken with has been extremely kind and knowledgeable. I can also access all of my insurance needs from their user-friendly website. I like being able to track my policy via the website and see that I'm getting the best rates that meet my needs. Ebills are also really convenient and makes paying and policy info easily accessible. The only thing I would change is to receive better instructions on the use of the snapshot device. Overall, my experience has been great.

I purchased Progressive Auto Insurance online so I didn't have to deal with long lines, waiting times or phones. I enjoyed the experience and things were pretty clear. They have easy to follow instructions, too. It's a good process. Moreover, I like the way they handle claims. They are so fast and efficient! And the customer service reps/accident specialist are really great and very nice. I found them to be both kind and understanding and they back up their words with actions. If they say it will be there, it will. You can count on it! I expected my rates to go up some after my car/deer accident last year. But not as much as they did! I live on a very limited income and I try to make every penny count. So when something like Insurance goes up a lot, makes everything else harder too. Other than that though, they do a good job.

The process of buying my policy was quite easy and their customer service was awesome. The pricing was lower than all the other quotes that we had gotten and they had a great commercial. It was when I needed my coverage that I ran into a problem and not only that I had a lien on the vehicle! They had adjusters that came to the scene of the accident. However, they refused to pay for the damage to my vehicle because my teen daughter was not on my policy and they returned my premiums. In the state of Florida you can give someone permission to drive your own vehicle. I should have sued them!

Progressive is a ok company to work with. I like that they did online billing and that made it easy for me to manage my billing stuff online. Also, their offer of online discounts that they made available to me were worth my time. But I don't like the prices and their policies regarding other drivers in the home. They disqualified my son from my policy and I'm not sure why. They didn't explain it to me very well at all and I found this to be very unprofessional.

Progressive offers discounts for paperless billing, and auto draft rewards such as gold, silver, platinum membership for years of continuity. I like that the premiums aren't outrageous and haven't gone up dramatically throughout the years. I've never felt the need to seek out another carrier as I assume Progressive is still right for me. I've been a member since 2006 with this company and I feel like I'm provided with quality coverage and customer service. However, I don't use the online opportunities because I don't like the website so possibly upgrading those features and providing a quality, easy to navigate app would be my suggestion. Other than that, I have been happy with my providers for over 12 years and this is a long time in good standing company.

Ten year customer. I was clear with the rep as well as the body shop that I could only be able to afford a rental car for one week so I sent the estimate ahead to the shop so parts could be ordered way in advance. I heard from my adjuster next day that the car had to get a new bumper. He was confident that all would be okay by end of week since I discussed my rental car issue with him too. I learned my car would need four new tires as they were bald. Adjuster told me Progressive would pay for partial percent of one tire damaged in claim. I asked if he could let the shop know I’d need three new tires too and would still need to get my car the next morning. He said okay. This was Thurs; the shop had had my car since Fri before!
When I went to the shop they had no knowledge of the tire discussion and told me it would take over three days to order the tires and my car would likely have a blow out. I asked why they didn’t mention it sooner and they thought the adjuster had and the adjuster said it was not his job to tell me that and he was only responsible for fixing the damage from accident; my only option was to drive an unsafe car and the company doesn’t care if I die, not worth the two hundred bucks to extend rental help. Wow! No recourse for bad communication; shop blames adjuster and vice versa.
Asking company to contact me but doubt they will care. Sad for me and other drivers; no standing up for the little guy. Oh yeah, the shop is one of their “guaranteed partner”. Shop's an hour and a half away from me and my work. I have no words for how terrible this was; the $500 deductible plus $450 rental car and $750 tires. The complaint I have is the rental should’ve only been $240 not more due to having to extend it due to poor service and zero communication!!!!

Deductible is a good amount for us. If something were to happen such as a wreck and we had to pay the deductible right then and there with this amount we know we would be able to without an issue or worry. I feel like the cost we pay is high for having no wrecks or tickets then both married and at least 25. However other companies are a lot higher and the ones lower don't include as much or have heard bad things about the company. Progressive has always been nice and helpful when anything has needed to be changed around such a car taken on or off.

I have had a great experience with Progressive. The website and app are both very easy to use. I purchased my insurance over the phone and I have called on once with questions and in both instances the employees were helpful and nice. I like that I am able to access my policy information, cards, and payment through the Progressive application on my cell phone. I also enjoy the ease of using their website and the "perks" that I earn for continuing to be a customer with Progressive. But I would change the deductible for windshield replacement under comprehensive insurance. It is higher than it costs to replace the entire windshield so the insurance for that is useless.

Very appealing commercial ads attracted me to this company. Fast and easy access to billing and policy information on the website. Like ability to chose how much I can pay then base a plan from that amount. Experience and purchasing a policy was both positive. Progressive offered a gadget that I clicked in to my car and had to return after a period of time. But my car was stolen and the device could not be returned. I ended up having to pay a fine to Progressive and now I cannot use them in the future. Found a different insurance company that is cheaper and covers everything I was getting from Progressive. After terminating my auto renewal policy, I was charged 3 additional times and had to fight to get my money back.

I like being able to use the account online, and I really like the app. I like having 24-hour access to my account. Everything I have ever done with Progressive has been online, including uploading accident reports and making account changes. But I'd like to have the policy for free.

I've been with Progressive for a few years and haven't had any issues. I like that Progressive has a continuous insurance discount, multi policy discount, defensive driving discount, safe driving discount, and large accident forgiveness. But I would love Progressive if they made the snapshot program geared towards everyone. I work late at night so it would hurt before it would benefit me to try it out.

The price was what I’m expecting because my husband has a some ticket but it was good price for three cars so Progressive is good. I don’t have my license but it's good to known that they can still insurance me and my car. I hope they have insurance for my apartment so it will be a good price too. I love Progressive. Thank you for create a good agent but I like most because they are less rude than State Farm such a nasty people and so rude with the other. They are good and bad people but for someone it’s bad the company. When I have a crash then they didn’t want to cover me and then I change to Progressive and I have like 2 or 3 year with them. Call and call and then call and call again until you find your perfect insurance.
The customer are so disrespectfully sometimes when I call customer service. The people are so rude and one day they hang off my call. That’s why people don’t trust the good insurance that can be Progressive. If the people are so rude shouldn’t work there it makes the company bad. You have to find a good agent because sometimes they only wants to win more money but don’t explain the policy or don’t help you. I have a lot of bad experiences but I hope this people known what it feels that someone are rude with you when you most need their advice about insurance. That’s so sad the there are people that didn’t want to work and the other people have to pay their bad behavior with people.

Easy renewal process. It's affordable rate too. Price hasn't gone down despite being an eight year long loyalty though. I wish I could get a better rate because I have a perfect driving record yet I know that if I looked at another company I could get a better rate. But purchasing is easy. Progressive is a well-known company. Easy to contact customer service online. I could change my coverage options to see how the price would change. It was easy to apply for and select my coverage online. The website was easy to navigate. I can use autopay to reduce paper waste and not be late on paying my bill. But I dislike an increase in my payments/policy without any accidents or tickets causing the increase. The price I pay for my policy is too expensive. I'm going to check with other providers.

They are quick to assist with claims, especially in the case of an accident where an uninsured motorist is involved. They are extremely helpful when you need to rent a vehicle while yours is in the shop. Unfortunately the deductible for our policy is high, I would prefer it to be lower. The monthly payment is lower by a fair amount so it is a trade off.

It was easy to sign up with Progressive. I was able to sign up with them online without any hassles and was able to change my policy with just one phone call. The process took me less than 10 mins to make my policy and be activated. Progressive Auto is the cheapest and the one with a good quality customer support and easy to understand. I am able to modify it to my needs and be able to pick what I am looking for. It’s only been a while that I been under this insurance. And they should try to explain better how their safe driver program works and be more transparent with any hidden fees.

I like the fact that I can pay 6 months in advance and choose my dates and not have to worry about paying every month. They just take it straight out of my bank and they were the only ones to insure me with my credit and my previous tickets. Plus I didn't have to talk to anybody to get it. I just went online. Every place I did a quote for Progressive was cheapest so I used a credit card and voila insurance. I would make it a little cheaper for the people who have bad credit and accidents like me though. And I would recommend a better plan that works for younger people. Nevertheless Progressive is the way to go.

After moving from a different provider I came across Progressive and I went with them because the policies were the same and the prices was slightly different. I like Progressive's app and online presence. Many other companies do not allow you to do things online, you have to go see an agent. I can do most things online and do not have to have a local agent. I purchased my insurance online and have diamond status although there aren't many perks to the status. They should offer more discounts for people that have had no accidents and that have been loyal. I wish that the prices were lower. My rate has not gone down a ton although I have had no accidents and have two vehicles insured. Also, I don't like that they claim to offer the lowest prices but generally their prices aren't much lower than others.

I like that I can compare prices. I have not seen that in any other company. It helps to make your choice with what you're getting... But I would have liked it if Progressive explained what features they had if you totaled your car. I totaled my car and I got a rental for a few weeks and they paid off my car but there was no money to buy a new one. No one discussed that with me. They need to work on their customer service. I had questions after my accident and I was being told in a rude manner that they couldn't help me.

I get great savings from Progressive Auto Insurance and it's very affordable for a new driver like me. I would completely recommend them to everyone. They have everything to suit my needs. On the other hand, I feel very strongly that customer service definitely needs improvement. I found the people very rude whenever I called with a problem and I didn't feel that I was helped enough. But I am going to be loyal to this company. I also enjoy their funny commercials.

Progressive is loyal, honest, helpful, friendly and people pleasers. I like their low cost premiums and caring customer service. I think the best part about Progressive is they don't leave you on hold for hours and it's usually only about 5 minutes. And they always have your answers when you call them. But they seem to have mistakes on their system and aren't able to figure out fast enough. A lot of companies like to tag on tickets and accidents on your insurance just to raise your insurance. I Had a accident claim on my insurance claim and still haven't been able to find out information on it. But all in all good company. I go through someone that helps me find the lowest insurance and lately it's been Progressive and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have tried other companies and sometimes had to pay triple for the same insurance. I trust Progressive over most companies they have out there today.

It was so easy to get my car insurance. I was able to get insurance within 30 min and had insurance cards emailed me so I could print them off. I like that I was able to sign up and everything online. The insurance website is also very easy to access and it's not hard to understand at all. I also get an email a few days before my payment is due to let me know. I also like that the money is taken out of my account monthly on a specific day. They've done a great job at making getting insurance the easiest it can be.

I wondered if I was on a different planet after reading many negative reviews. I have been insured here for more than 10 years and have only good experiences with all staff and services. They are consistently courteous, concerned and helpful... claims paid promptly and fairly. Excellent claims service and competitive rates. Although I am 'Emerald', I was afraid I would be disadvantaged after 2 recent claims... one for Hurricane Harvey when they totaled out my car. I would have preferred repair, but I realize they had thousands of claims with which to deal and much fell through the cracks. They even included the replacement cost for my added collision avoidance device.

The process of purchasing was very easy, painless, very simple yet informative. I was in and out in a timely manner but they still took the time to answer my questions and concerns. I got a great deal. I really like that it is affordable and covers me if anything were to happen. I feel safe knowing that. I can easily access it online, change my policy, talk to my agent, and pay my bill very easily. The agents I have spoken to have always been very helpful with any issues and making a claim was always extremely simple, you can even do it on the app now. I have both been in an accident as the victim and the perpetrator and they are always very helpful in situations you have never encountered before. I have had two different cars with Progressive and they have always given me a good policy and rewarded me for staying with them over a long time. I bought my insurance through a private agent that my mother used once I became an adult and needed my own insurance. I also had an OVI conviction which Progressive helped me to get insurance quickly after. I would like a lower price but also I have a newer car so my policy has changed and as time goes by they will eventually give me a discount so I am not dissatisfied with them at all.

Purchasing our policy was extremely easy. Especially when we got a new car and had to change certain information on our policy. The staff at Progressive was very kind and helpful. They also have an app for smartphones that is easy to use. I can look at my future payments, change my due date, look at my policy, and pull up my insurance card. But it would be nice if once my 6 month policy was up, I knew what my next month’s payment/policy total would be. Instead I have to wait pretty close to my next due date to know how much my payment is going to be.

Progressive was the cheapest and it was quick and easy to sign up with them from online. It's also easy to make payments and they give you discounts for paying in full. They allowed bundling which was also quite nice. It was super easy to add homeowners ins too. But Progressive just went up in price for no reason and no one is available to quite explain things to you. And my local agent is a slacker. No one seems to care because it's a huge company and they don't mind if you switch. Progressive was fine originally but I am starting to look for another company instead.

I've had other car insurance carriers in the past that made claims and regular payments difficult. And I like Progressive's convenient and friendly service. I enjoy the mobile and website pages they have available. As of right now everything that I have experienced with them has been great! I would recommend and not complain at all about PROGRESSIVE. As long as my rate does not go up I will be happy and will stay with them. We check competing rates regularly and Progressive always beats them out.

Progressive is great and awesome. They were so pleasant with me and they go above and beyond for their customers. They're always willing to help if their customers need anything or answer any question, and will print your insurance cards if you didn't get yours through the mail. They are always willing to sit down with you face to face and have a conversation. They're always smiling and welcomes you every time you go into their office. Great team work.
Progressive took me when my current insurance company had a higher insurance with two vehicles and it didn't cost much to add my child add and his vehicle to my insurance. I thought they would have a outrageous price for two vehicles but they didn't and I couldn't be more happier. We love our insurance company and I'm glad they have a great rate for two vehicles. My son is happy with them so we are going to stick with Progressive.

I liked the price when I got Progressive and the coverage. I had good service the first time a vehicle was vandalized, but feel like I am being screwed on this current vehicle vandalized. I didn't ask to be vandalized and wish the customer service was as good as last time. Insurance is good, but during a recent claim they only wanted to pay less than 1/3 of the cost of replacing it with a vehicle of the same make, model, and condition. After being a loyal customer for years it is like being slapped in the face. Should have a better payout for totaled vehicles due to vandalism.

I switched from another insurance company that was charging me for high risk Insurance when I was not high risk. I found Progressive and gave them a call. I like their speedy responses and they're always friendly. They have never let me down and have always treated us with the upmost respect. I'm always sent to the front of the line when I call due to my loyalty to them and their loyalty to me. They insured vehicles that we have that no other insurance company would insure and they even insured our 1975 Pontiac. Their prices are amazing! I have been a member since 2003 and I will be with them as long as I own vehicles.

Competitive rates, friendly customer service, always quick to respond to claims. Very professional customer service representatives and the flexibility of payment plans and levels of insurance offered. They have repaired our windshield quickly and also did an incredible job getting our car repaired after having a something come through our windshield. The marketing is a little out there, but everyone knows what company it is. Also, I hope they would have a better selection of loaner car companies in my area.

I love Progressive. It is inexpensive for the amount of coverage that I need. I know that if I have an accident I will be covered. They also offer great bundle deals for those on a budget or needing some help financially without being worried about coverage. I wish they offered road side assistance and more insurance coverage like renters insurance or health insurance though. My overall experience during the process and purchasing was outstanding. I was given many options and different types of coverage for what I could afford. Everything was explained to me in detail and Progressive made sure that I understood what I was signing up for before purchasing.

I am very disappointed with Progressive Insurance. I've had nothing but a horrible experience with them. I was happy with Progressive until I had a claim. They are very unfair to their customers and I dislike their claim service. I was offered less than half of what my vehicle was worth. They dragged the vehicle settlement out for a month and we went back and forth with them to finally get a decent settlement. And when they finally settled, it was for the amount I told them in the beginning. I am looking for another insurance company.

I have full coverage insurance at an incredibly affordable rate, that is my favorite part of the whole policy. Also, I have talked with very helpful agents who have answered every question I have asked. My insurance agent is very efficient; he was also extremely patient through the whole process of me looking for insurance. I am glad I chose Progressive Auto insurance company/agent to purchase my auto insurance from. Easy, Affordable, Stress-free. But I hate that my rate went up $15 when I moved, despite my having been with the company for 2 years now. At the very least, I thought it would have remained the same because of my loyalty to this particular company.

I have only had insurance with Progressive for a little over a week and the entire process has been executed in a great manner. The process of getting insurance was simple and quick. They offer a few different options to help you get the best price for your insurance needs. I started with an online quote and ended up buying the policy on the spot. They give you a mobile version of your insurance card for instant proof of insurance. I like the snapshot option. Also, Progressive is extremely efficient on answering calls and resolving any issues. They have the name your price tool and automatic bill pay as well.

When I went to purchase my insurance package, which was a bundle of home and auto, I got the purchase through rather quick even though it was slower than I thought it would be. I like that Progressive had Snapshot which is where when you drive safely you will save a lot of money compared to other companies. This is one of their strongest suits. What I disliked about Progressive is that their customer service is quite slow and isn't necessarily worth the wait unless you really want to get Progressive's insurance. This is their biggest weakness along with the little options of saving money.

Progressive Auto Insurance has a great reputation and very well known. The purchase of my insurance was extremely easy. I was given a quote almost instantly and the options for additional coverage was well explained. I could also opt for automatic payments from my bank or pay online, making it very convenient. Customer service is wonderful and I like that I'm able to pay online and they provide the coverage that I need. Also, I like being able to add additional coverage without opting for full coverage. However, I do not like the deductible. I wish that any issues with car damage to be completely covered without deductible because years of premium has been paid into the company without ever needing to file a claim. Therefore, I feel that the coverage should be applied 100%.

Progressive is cheap and I can do online payments so that it’s easier to pay. I really like the company and their policies. They are good at what they do and their customer service is great as well. They do roadside assistance for me and they have many different insurance plans as well. But I hoped they would let people keep the online pay to a certain amount only because companies can take your money nowadays and you never know who is behind it. Nevertheless, I would stay with Progressive for a long time if I can and will never change companies for any reason.

I walked in and told the lady what I wanted and she told me what I had to have and it was super easy. She got me in and complete within thirty minutes and I did not have to wait in line. My insurance was cheaper in Indiana but it have to have and Progressive is the cheapest I can get in Kentucky. It's just the minimum state insurance I could get so it will cost more if I got into a wreck so I drive more alert. That thing you plug into the computer is a joke and could raise your insurance premium but those who have wrecks more often than others or company vehicles should have it because those are the people who don't care so they don't pay much attention.

4/02/18 I totaled my Ram truck and when I informed Progressive they said, "Ok. Everything is gonna be fine." Two days later I get a call from Progressive and since my policy was up for yearly "Renewal" I'M NOT COVERED!!! Is it just me that's not covered or is failure to NOT tell customers this common practice. My truck totaled, a friend SERIOUSLY hurt and they won't cover it BUT THEY SENT ME A BILL!!! WTF. SERIOUSLY??

We went with Progressive and the process was easy. Progressive is a well known company with good rates compared to other companies but it would always be nice if insurance was cheaper.

I like that you can choose the amount you want to pay and it tells you the coverage you get for that amount, then it guides you by showing what get with more money. I purchase online and I like that. Overall I have had a positive experience. I like the discount for paying six months at one time. I recommend to others.

The process was very simple. I did it all online and it was convenient and there wasn't much that needed to be done other than answer a few questions. One of the most important things is being able to do it online because I work nights and I do a lot of this stuff overnight. It was easy to use and cheaper than most insurance companies. Customer service was decent enough. But I went to a different company because they offered more coverage and better benefits than Progressive such as windshield repair. Progressive did not offer that type of coverage.

I like that I can extend my bill up to 10 days. That is very handy for the months I don’t have the money on the exact day my bill is due. The staff is always very helpful when I call. I am pretty satisfied but hate my bill is only cheaper with auto pay every month. I don’t like the autopay or that I don’t get notified as a reminder my bill is due. Prices are okay but I hate how my bill went up after 6 months. We were never told it would go up so that was disappointing. If they do online promotions then they should make it clear that's what it is.

The process of purchasing the auto insurance was a nice, easy and smooth experience. The customer service was excellent and they were very helpful. I like the price the company offers but it could also be a little lower and they could process claims faster.

I have had the same insurance for five years. I have always had positive experiences. Easy online convenience and very reasonable rates. Very easy to navigate website. I can always find what I need online and my questions are always answered quickly and effectively. Customer service is always available and knowledgeable, and always easy to get in touch with people regarding my policy.

Purchasing the policy was a very simple process and I actually did it all over the phone and they were very helpful. They answered any questions that I had and made sure that I was satisfied. I love that they have the name-your-price tool. They are a leader in insurance and are very helpful. Anytime I need anything or have any questions they are always happy to answer. They always have great customer service and seem to always care about me. But sometimes I have to wait on hold awhile to talk to someone and it can get frustrating. It could be a little less expensive but I do get a lot for the price that I pay. They are competitively priced because I do compare companies.

I like that Progressive Auto Insurance is always there. I had Progressive Auto Insurance and had to travel from Mississippi all the way to Montana. When I got to Montana the check was waiting at a local office for me to pick up for my vehicle that I had lost. I can always get insurance if it's 3 o'clock in the morning on my computer at home or walking into my agent's office. There has some line of communication open for me to ask questions, get insurance, make anything that I need. Although sometimes insurance companies get too caught up in things and forget that they are insuring people that people are paying them money out of their pockets and that those are the people that they should be loyal to.

Progressive is an above average choice for auto insurance, and though not perfect, consistently trying to improve. The premium cost being the number one factor that I consider, I like to pay the lowest cost for the most coverage. Customer service is also important. And I get both those needs fulfilled with Progressive. If a company is cost effective but has poor service, I will change companies. I have not experienced that with Progressive as of yet so I am hopeful I won't. Overall it has been a good experience.

When I was looking for an insurance policy, Progressive had the best price that had everything I wanted in an insurance policy so I went with them. And I was so happy with the way they handled my claim. When I had a claim they were fast at getting it taken care of. I like the tow and the car rental. That was so helpful and the speediness of it all. They were so helpful about everything. They are there for you at any time of day or week and that was great. If I had any questions they were there to answer them all.

It was very easy to purchase. I just got on my internet, used a search engine Google, and typed easy insurance policies to get the coverage needed to protect myself as well as my family as I need and or want it to just check the cost of upgraded or downgraded coverage. I like the fact I can check my claims as well as have my insurance card on my mobile device. It is a lot easier that way. I also like the ability to have a conversation with somebody at any given time I need to process a claim for anything. The price could be lower however the plan I have is well worth the price to be complete coverage as well as the little time it takes and the ability to upgrade or downgrade of coverage needed.

Progressive Insurance Company offers very low rates which are lower than those of their competitors. Their ads are clever and grab my attention. Due to their clever TV commercials, they have high brand recognition in the marketplace. I was pleased with my customer service experience when purchasing my auto insurance policy. I purchased my policy by phone, and was happy with the many discounts available to me for such things as paperless billing, auto-debit of my premiums and discounts for paying for multiple months at once. During the recent hurricanes in Florida, Texas, and Puerto Rico, it was necessary for some claims examiner to be removed from their regular caseloads to deal with the claims of hurricane victims. While I realize these victims should get first priority for their claims, Progressive should have measures in place so their regular claims aren't on hold indefinitely.

I got Progressive Auto Insurance when I was buying my car thru my dealership. I was financing at the time and they were quick to get my info that I needed. They emailed me everything and also talked to my financing company saying I had insurance already. I liked the price and how they would work with me if I needed to make my payment late. They were very nice talking to them and very helpful. I still use them and everything was really good.

Their purchasing process is very quick and easy. The reps are very understanding and really try to meet the customer desires. I liked the fact that they ask questions only pertaining to the business at hand and not be judgemental. They are honest and they are loyal to their customers. I like the discounts and 24 hr customer service in which you talk to real people. They are very transparent. There are no hidden fees. They alert their customer of updates and changes. Their charges are 2 times less than other insurance companies.
But The payment is a bit slow coming out of your account. I would rather have it come out immediately because it keeps my account balanced. For instance, if your payment is due on the 1st of the month it post til 5 days later. That kind of disturb the budget of many customers. Many companies take the payment out the same day. I also dislike that they don’t reward their customer with a safe driving bonus check after 6 months. Or instead give incentives like 1 month free payment etc. With incentives like these it helps to motivate drivers to drive more safely as well.

I recently changed to Progressive from Liberty Mutual due to the significant reduction in cost. Buying was very easy! I'm so happy I took the time to shop around online. It literally saved me hundreds of dollars per year on my auto and home insurance. Their representative was very helpful and immediately sent the needed documents. I like their great customer service. I can't say enough positive things about the representative I spoke with. It's a huge change from the awful reps at Liberty Mutual. I also like their website & online functionality is mobile/cell phone friendly & online capability is fast. My only complaint is that I wish they had 12 month policies instead of just 6 months.

Progressive will suffice for now. I like the new snapshot device that plugs into my car and monitors my driving habits. It could lower my rates and maybe take someone if the road that shouldn't be driving if it captured images. It knows if there is a 4 way stop and I make a full and complete stop for 5 seconds. However, Progressive loves to do all their business online and that's not always possible for some people. If you don't have access you're charged an extra 100 dollars unless they changed it. Plus they have me over quote, I didn't buy that day, and the best quote was 25 bucks more a month. 63139-1709 is now considered a very high crime area where it was once a very nice place to live. I drive less than 4000 miles a year so I'm hoping snapshot will help lower my rates. I think every insurance company should require it. It would save the industry a fortune on premium payouts.

On 04/02/2018 @ 01:40 pm a Progressive Insurance policyholder backed up into my 2013 Mustang that my son was in. While he was waiting in the drive thru line at McDonald's the Progressive policyholder backed up from a parking space and hit him in the side. Progressive adjuster Danielle ** said the claim would be denied because the policyholder had just got the coverage the same day, even though she provided proof of insurance to the police that just happen to be across the street and came immediately to the location. Progressive Insurance, what a joke!!!

We have gone through Progressive insurance for almost 6 years. We have insurance on our home, vehicles, and camper all through the same insurance company here. Progressive gives us amazing rates, and now that I am nearing 25, I am excited about the discounted rate I will be eligible to receive. I like that our insurance company is run by local people, who understand our needs and desires when it comes to auto insurance. Every time we call, needing a faxed document or help with renewal information, the workers have always greeted us with the utmost respect and diligence. We would not go anywhere else but to our Progressive agency for insurance. If I had to be picky, the month by month payment option is a tad bit expensive, but the pay in full amount is not that bad. I can trust that I am insured and also not paying an arm and a leg for insurance.

I like Progressive. I had them years ago when I was married. I wish I would have kept them because I would have had the eight year discount already. I think I will stay with them this time. I like the multi car discount and all the other discounts they offer. You can also choose the snap to in order to lower your rates. The customer service reps are friendly as well. However, they can be expensive if you add people. I added someone to my policy and my insurance went up 100 dollars a month. Also, if you have less than perfect driving record, they can be outrageous.

I made a visit to a local insurance company, and they hunted through different companies to find me the best bang for my dollars. They compared the different coverages from medical, to roadside assistance, to repair and replacement, saying the company I am currently with offered the best deal at the lowest price. Progressive seemed to be the most reasonably priced, with the best coverage for my needs. It covers medical cost on me and anyone else should I be in a wreck and repairs to the car. But I would prefer the coverage be less costly... The average American consumer has a difficult time making the high cost for coverage, especially on new autos. I also had to pay for additional coverage thru the car dealership in case the ins did not fully cover everything.

I use Progressive insurance because the price best suits my family. I also like the online and applications I can use on the go making it more accessible when on the go. They seem to pretty update with their websites and applications making life a little easier on the go. But they could work on their response rate when dealing with accidents. I've spent a deal of time on hold with customer service waiting to turn in a claim. Other than that, I have had an overall good experience with Progressive insurance.

The reason I chose this company was because the prices of the quotes I got. Progressive was the cheapest out of every quote. I like how simple the website was and also that they had an app for all the things I needed to do. The app was very easy to download and use. I also liked that I could use electronic insurance cards instead of paper cards. I used electronic everything for my insurance including receipts and that just made things a lot easier to do and less time-consuming. My overall experience was good with this company. I had an easy time paying and setting up the insurance and really liked the app that they have.
But I would probably add more and different rewards for good driving and using their company for so long. I would also like to see more bundling options for the different insurance options they have. I didn’t like the personal qualities of this company. They should cater more to individuals instead of the average person. But overall, they were pretty good to go through.

I like that everything was available Online; easy access; less money than other companies. Needed coverage and they didn't require me to already be covered. It was Hard to get customer support though. Can't talk to anyone in person. Also, never knew why my rates were what they were. I never understood what was covered and what wasn't. When I tried to file a claim, what I thought was covered wasn't covered. When we moved States, we needed more coverage and went with a different company.

Purchasing my auto insurance was very easy with Progressive. I did it all online and within just a few minutes I was able to get a quote. If I need to make changes it's very simple. But I'm not sure I understand why insurance rates would increase after every renewal considering that everyone on my insurance policy has perfect driving records and the vehicles are aging every renewal. That's never been explained to me after 8-9 years of being a customer with Progressive.

My first time to buy insurance with Progressive I was probably in the office for twenty minutes. They called me the next morning with the lowest rate they could get for me. The employees are all very friendly. They make you feel like family. When I need them they are there. Their office is also less than ten minutes from my house. But maybe they could drive me everywhere I need to get to. I suppose I could also get a policy that is lower priced than them.

I very easily got quotes and purchased my insurance policy over the internet. When I had a question regarding the quote I got, it was very easy to get a hold of someone in a timely manner to help resolve the issue. I love that we got a multiple driver discount along with multiple policy discount because we also have homeowners insurance through them! Having the availability of Snapshot is great as well as accident forgiveness. Being able to manage my account through the app is so convenient and I was able to change my dues date to something more convenient for me. Regardless of how much I'm already saving, it is always better to save even more. Maybe if a life insurance was offered at a reduced rate if you already bundle auto and home would be great.

Easy to start my policy with this company. I like that Progressive has an app that is easy to use and I like the automatic payment methods. They draw straight out of my account once a month. No bills in the mail and always on time that way. Overall experience was good and customer service was great. But cost is a little bit too high for someone 22. I would consider switching companies for cheaper insurance. And it took a while for paperwork to come in the mail and they recommend the app as proof of insurance, it's not always easy to have phone service in the areas I live, so an actual hard copy of my policy would be better than using the app. Also multiple car home and auto would be a good policy of offered. Maybe life insurance as well.

I was able to easily purchase the policy online in the comfort of my home during non business hours. I was also able to customize the policy to accommodate my needs in an insurance company. Their mobile app made it easy to make changes if needed and the bank draft made it easy to pay my bill. However it was a little difficult to drop the insurance. The policy was automatically renewed and it took 6 months to finally drop it. And every single time it was time to renew my policy my rates went up even though I had no traffic violations or accidents and there were no changes to my driving record. I saved a ton of money by switching to a different company.

My overall experience has been great so far. The process of purchase my auto policy was very easy. I received a quote online, which was much cheaper than I was paying for the same coverage, and I purchase the policy right then online by paying a small down payments and was able to print my cards right away. I have a different car insurance company now. I didn't like the coverage that I had with Progressive. My car insurance rates were too high with this company for the coverage that I had with them. They don' t go by just your driving record. They also go by your background records that had nothing to do with my driving record. It doesn't seem justified to make your rates skyrocket. Progressive made me feel like I was being scammed. Wasn't worth the hassle with having car insurance. This is a Good way to lose a customer. Bad customer service as well. The only good thing was it was coverage until I was able to get better rates.

Getting insurance started was quick and easy, the customer service is knowledgeable, clear and concise about our insurance options. We could find what insurance policy works best for our needs and then set up an insurance policy and later adjust it with our changing needs. Whenever we have questions it's easy to speak to a person, but also, it's easy to get information online. Snapshot is a nice idea to let you lower your rates through good driving. It was so touchy though that it would ding you even while driving great, so initially it was great to think you could drop the rate, but by the end it felt like a gimmick. In our sons car, we never did get it to work.

Choosing and opening the policy was very simple. It was all done online and didn't take very long. Adding or removing vehicles is also simple. I can do everything online and it is convenient. I am also satisfied with the cost of my current insurance in comparison to other companies I've used in the past. However, I dislike the fact that you cannot remove anyone from your policy without that person calling, even if the policy is in your name.

I go through a company that I have been with since I was 18 that found the lowest rate for me. It happened to be Progressive and they have been decent. I had one wreck with them once and it was handled fast and painless. So I am overall happy with them. The only reason I would leave was for a better rate. I think I pay too much, but I called one other place for a quote once and it was way higher so I just stayed. I like that I get a lower rate every time I renew. I also like the automatic withdrawal system. That is nice. I like the customer service for the most part. But when it was time to add my teenage driver I didn't understand the laws and rules and a couple different agents weren't so nice about it.

I purchased my policy over the phone and had immediate coverage. It was easy and simple to do. I have auto pay and they take my premium right out of my bank account so it is hassle free. My insurance cards are mailed every six months. I like my coverage with Progressive because the price is right. I own an older car and they gave me the best rate of anyone. But it is charged to my account at the end of the month instead of the beginning which would be much more convenient.

It was easy to sign up online and they give you quotes very quickly but it is annoying that every six months when I have to renew, I have to make a double payment each time which makes those months a little difficult. But I like the roadside assistance. It's easy to use because of the Progressive app which is also nice. On the app you can have proof of insurance, call for assistance, pay your bill. It is all very convenient. But for being someone with no bad driving record it's discouraging that I am charged so much for full coverage. I also would like if they made it cheaper so I could afford to bundle and include renters insurance as well as auto.

Progressive is cheaper, easier to pay, easy access and I can check my bill on line. I like the way they help with your policy if needed. They have an app that I can download on to my phone where I have my insurance card electronic instead of fifteen hundred pieces of paper in my car. The app is very helpful in finding the information I need to have on my policy. The app also provides all of my documents that I have had since I began with Progressive. But roadside assistance takes forever, you sit for two hours waiting for the service to show up to your service area. Also they are horrible about providing the right address to the service company.

I have been with Progressive for about 3yrs. They have great rates for females my age. Their customer service and rates are awesome to me. Once they are called upon, they are great about making sure that you have the help that you need. I would recommend them to anyone else who is looking to be insured. But I suggest they extend the grace period as two to three days is not enough time in my book.

I am not presently happy with my current insurance policy at all in any way, shape or form. There is absolutely nothing I am getting from my current policy (basic liability insurance for one vehicle) that I could not get from another insurance company for less money. When I switched my current policy to a different vehicle, I was told there would only be a $16 increase in my bill. When the bill arrived, it was $75 increase and when I called was told it was a mistake and the $75 would be my increase.
I live in a better area than I did with the old policy so why the drastic increase? I still have no accidents on my record and a very basic policy, yet I am still paying through the nose for one vehicle. I don't like the fact that my policy rates keep going through the roof despite having no accidents, living in a safe area and driving an older vehicle. The customer service can never answer my questions and it takes hours on the phone to reach them. I am currently looking to switch companies.

Progressive Auto Insurance's policy provides the coverage I need at a reasonable price and that is really all I need. My overall experience and the process of purchasing my auto insurance was straightforward and easy. Moreover, all my interactions with sales representatives have been helpful, productive, and friendly. Plus, the mobile application is easy to use and convenient. It has all functionality needed to pay online and email notifications are always very helpful. I was a couple of days late on a payment and could no longer access my account details online. The process to reinstate is also fairly easy but, it would be helpful and convenient to have access online to pay versus calling and speaking to a sales representative to reinstate the policy.

Progressive is 100% there for you. I've had them for years and wouldn't change one thing about them. They did all the work for me when I got in my accident. They came out and did all the photos and got my insurance claim done and did within 24 hours. Just absolutely love them. It's also very very cheap and all of the customer service 24 hours. We get 24 hour care. AAA comes out and helps from anywhere in my state. I am completely 100% Satisfied by this company.

The purchasing process was easy and I also like the convenience of doing everything online and having the app to complete most tasks needed associated with insurance. I was able to choose exactly what coverage I needed or wanted and was able to add or decline as I pleased. I also like the peace of mind with having the roadside assistance option. The payments were low for more coverage and offered better product options.The price for full coverage versus state minimum requirement was not a huge gap difference. And the variety of coverage options gives enough flexibility to allow many choices. But I want lower payments and more discounts. Price really seems to be the only issue with insurance as well as having to pay a large sum when you renew the policy.

I had Progressive many years ago. They were a good company and the prices were good. When I first became a customer they were very helpful and explained everything very well. The process of getting the policy was easy. I did most of it online and purchased online. They outlined all my different payment options I could choose from. But they started raising my premium without giving a reason. I had a hard time getting my questions answered from customer service. They were good in the beginning but once I was a customer for a few years they were like I wasn't important enough to deal with.

My experience with Progressive Auto Insurance was mediocre. Having the ability to sign up for my policy online was convenient and to pay monthly was nice, it gave flexibility to cancel if I wasn't happy. But I dislike cancelling via phone and being stuck on hold for a while, and the refund policy was a bit long. As a loyal customer for five years, the price continuing to go up drove me to another company and I've been with that company for 6 years now.

On February 1, 2018. a Progressive insurer was riding a truck carrying multiple bales of hay, uncovered and not tied down on 58 highway. The bale of hay flew into my vehicle at 55mph and hit every area of my vehicle before bursting in the road after another truck hit the hay. I contacted Progressive Ins. First person took my call was a male. He was very rude. He didn't ask if I were okay or anything. Then, my adjuster was Reta **. She acted as if she was so concerned, NOT. I went through 5 adjusters that came out to inspect my vehicle. I had to run off the road and hit the shoulder because of the driver's carelessness. I suffered damages to my vehicle and bodily damage. Reta said for my inconvenience, broken glasses, and days out of work, I was offer $1700! WOW!
After my vehicle was repaired, my attorney told me that I was entitled to diminished value for my vehicle. Reta ** told me that I had a car accident on my vehicle in June 2010. I told her that was a lie. I never had an accident with my vehicle. ** stated she could not give me diminished value because that is what her report showed. I went to the NCDMV office in Raleigh.
I stayed there 3 hours and went to several departments to get proof that, again she was a liar. NCDMV stated they were the only "Real Official Title" agency in North Carolina to get an official title history. My title history showed no accidents on my vehicle from the time it left the manufacturer until I purchased the vehicle from a dealership. I was the second owner. I have since file a complaint with the NC Insurance Commissioner. I am hoping that Progressive be fined or lose their license to practice insurance in North Carolina. They are very rude people and it was not my fault. Their insurer was 100% at fault... hailing hay to go feed her horses and endangering other people lives. The animals were going to be fine.

Buying the insurance was an easy process and I was pleased that I selected Progressive. I was immediately impressed by the knowledge of the person who helped me over the phone. Progressive has a good online presence and easy to understand website. They are also easy to contact either by going online or by contacting them by telephone. However, they should improve their image. My initial impression of them was that they were not as reputable as Allstate or State Farm.

I have Progressive and I have a great experience. The workers are great and I like the company. Customer service is great, never rude, always answers your questions on time and in a friendly matter, and they will let you know if you're late. They're always there when I need help or when I have a issue. For the most part they really work with you on what your price range is and will let you get an extension if you need one. They have good rates but they need more valuable rates.

I liked that they offered paperless billing and auto pay because I did not have to remember to pay the bill monthly. The policy offered uninsured motorist which I liked because not everyone carries insurance like they are supposed to. I also liked that they were available anytime online or by phone because accidents happen and not always during normal business hours. But I did not like that they did not notify me when my rates would go up, even without having any accidents. When we would call or go online for their 24-hour service, the customer service was subpar and the majority of the time the individual on the other end of the phone call seemed rude and bothered that we called.
Our overall experience with this company was not well. The policies they offered at their "competitive rates" was generally higher than the company we are currently with. They wanted to charge more even when we were accident-free and their customer service was a big turn off. We switched to Geico and now have all the coverage we need at less than what we were paying through Progressive.

They were ok despite but frequent price increases. Have up to date detailed information on any changes to policy and they had good service if involved in auto accident. But they need to be more compassionate about what their customers are going through. I liked them till they dropped me when I divorced. They should have offered me some kind of insurance when I needed them. I helped make the payments and felt left out in the cold. I may try them again someday but not currently interested in them unless they offer me a deal too good to pass up.

I had an accident that was not my fault at all and Progressive was helpful. And when I had an accident, they were super easy to work with and were right there when I needed them. Everything was done in a very timely manner. My overall experience with Progressive has been very good. I do wish that they had a local office though. I would have liked it if they had a representative that could have met with me face to face. I really wish that they had been a little more into the whole communication thing.

I have had a decent experience outside of the intrusive tracking/monitoring device, but I am secondary on the account. I was only added later to save money and for convenience. I like the low priced family plans, and the very easy to use website. I also enjoy the fact that I don't have to think about payments, they come directly out of my partner's account. Autopay is great! But I dislike that we must plug in a tracking device to our vehicle to maintain the low prices. It's very intrusive and invades our privacy! It also beeps every time it perceives that you brake too hard, it makes you feel like you're being watched and judged at all times... and living in Minnesota with the snow and ice, sometimes braking hard is necessary!

It's always a pain to enroll with an insurance company no matter the size big or small. Also it is always very time consuming to call, to enroll, and to get any help or any information. With a bigger company like Progressive...I like the most is its Easy access to call and they are Usually always available because of the 24 hour customer service they provide to their customers. Unlike a local company, with them, you get what you need when you need it without any hassle. I love that. But price is the most major issue to me as a customer. So when doing my shopping this is what I look for first and go to the best company for the best price. That's why I cancelled my coverage with Pogressive. They say they are the cheapest but they aren't.

This was my first auto insurance policy. It was extremely expensive because I was a young, inexperienced driver. Any insurance would have been expensive, so I chose the one with the best service and reputation. Great customer service and a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. The claims process is clear and uncomplicated as well. They make everything easy for you. The only problem I had was the price.

I went through an agency who found my insurance for me, taking into account cost, and my expectations. I have always thought Progressive Auto Insurance cared about their customers even when we were not able to work out mutually beneficial agreements, it still felt like they sympathized. Also, I like their customer service, that I'm always able to talk to a real person within a reasonable time frame. They have also been flexible to my situation in the past, which is invaluable. However, often when calling in off hours, their customer service people are obviously not in this country. Sometimes their accents are so thick that it is difficult to understand them, and on one occasion they had trouble understanding me. But overall, my experience has been good.

I like the name your price tool and I like the commercials. The employees are friendly and very accommodating. Insurance was easy to get and the quote was fast. I got my cards in the mail pretty fast and their website is nice and easy to use. I’m overall pretty satisfied with the company. The price is a little too high and I would improve bringing the prices down. Also they shouldn’t send so many emails to their customers.

Progressive Auto Insurance not only gave me the best rate, but is easy to work with. I get a number of discounts including one for being a policy holder for a number of years. They also offer Snapshot, which I have yet to use but it seems like it's a money saver. However, I recently quoted myself almost 100 dollars cheaper and wished to get the lower rate. When I called, they wanted me to pay again for a new premium, even though I had already paid my payment in full about 3 days earlier. Basically,I would have had to pay an entire payment again for nothing. I also feel like I get a lot of paper mail considering I went paperless. Nevertheless, I have had a good overall experience and would recommend them to others. I have also quoted bundles through this company and the rates seem excellent.

Progressive provides the Lowest premiums with my new driver being added to the policy. Love the Gap coverage. Easy website makes buying policy and claim reporting easy. I was able to change desires coverages in order to see price differences. They have great service after filing a claim or when I have general policy questions as well. But I did not find that the renters insurance policy provided a competitive premium though so I have to use a different company for that coverage. Overall, my experience over the last 3 years has been extremely positive.

I like that, in order to give the consumer, myself the best coverage for the most competitive rate, they compare prices & coverage with other competitors and share that information with the consumers so we know exactly how much money were saving. I would replace the woman they use in all of their marketing ads, Flo. She's really annoying and she's been on for far too long. Overall, I've had great experience in setting up, discussing and determining which policies are the best match for myself and my family. Every single transaction and conversations with Progressive agents has been excellent & I'm very pleased by how I'm treated. Purchasing the insurance was a very easy process. The representatives were very helpful and very informative. They answered all questions I had and made the whole process run smoothly. I really like that my policies for both vehicles were at a cheap rate. I like their tier plan to where you can earn more incentives the longer you have been with them. I find that very rewarding and gives incentive to stay with the company and not to shop around for cheaper car insurance. But I wish Progressive included free accident forgiveness immediately and not after 5 years of being with the company. It would bring in more clientele for them as well as make their customers a lot happier.

Progressive Auto Insurance's rates are significantly lower than other companies' rates, based on my research. However, I would make the annual rate increases smaller. Based on my research and from the information I was given via Progressive, these increases are common and typical. But customer service seem to be decent. So far, my experience has been positive and I don't have many complaints. I am decently satisfied.

The overall purchasing process with this insurance company was easy and straightforward. I did it all online and they even chatted with me to help me get the best price. I like that they have settled my claims in the past quickly and efficiently. The employees are nice and helpful and I felt taken care of when I spoke to them both on the phone and online. But I dislike that my insurance payment has gone up because of no fault accidents I have had in the past. This has been a strain financially to keep my insurance.

Has good variety of coverage. Cheaper and very friendly people who work in the office. Easy to get a hold of and make changes to my policy. The agent is very helpful and knowledgeable. If he isn't available he has a very knowledgeable secretary who is always happy to help with quotes and types of coverage. Very easy to get coverage started with auto draft from the bank. But Progressive could be cheaper. If rate was same without having to have it auto drafted from my account. More activity more chances of mistakes in my bank account. I like that the majority of the quote/updates are done online. I can easily view/change things on their website or through their app. Also they offer many discounts. The process for purchasing insurance through Progressive was SO easy. I did it in one day, within less than an hour. It was super fast and easy to understand. I was able to print everything out I needed that day and then was mailed other papers in the future. However, my insurance has progressively gotten more expensive over the past year. I haven't had any accidents or tickets. Not sure why a loyal customer with a clean record would have their insurance rates go up.

After researching various insurance companies, Progressive has some of the cheapest prices. And since we have little need for auto insurance due to being safe drivers, the only reason we have it is because it is the law. We never have any accidents and only carry insurance as, well... as insurance just in case, lol. So, as long as it's cheap, we are good. When we recently bought a new truck, all it took was a quick visit online and voila, we were covered. My wife handles it all online. If I was crazy rich and didn't care about throwing away my money, I might consider changing companies.

The process of purchasing the insurance was a little confusing so I had my parents help me. I also asked staff questions before purchasing a certain coverage plan. I have full coverage and they are easy to reach and the staff is supportive and easy to talk to. When I got in an accident the staff was professional and caring towards my case. I purchased my insurance policy online, and eventually had to speak to a representative who then helped me complete my purchase because I wanted to get the full coverage. I like Progressive Insurance company because I am never on hold for more than 2 minutes when I call into customer service. I have road side assistance through Progressive and I have only used it once however that experience was nice and the assistance came really fast. I was on the NJ parkway when my vehicle started flashing some lights on the dashboard, I called the road side assistance and I had someone with me in about fifteen minutes. It felt nice to have someone come to my aide quickly because it can get super creepy super quickly being stuck.

This insurance provider’s prices are pretty low, and it was quick, convenient and easy to get set up. The auto payment was very convenient for us and being able to call a representative gave us peace of mind. However, Progressive handled one of our claims without proper communication with us. We had no idea that they had already settled the claim with the other party. We had to do our own investigating and digging to figure out what had happened. This is the main reason we switched providers.

Progressive Auto Insurance is a joke. And I'm very disappointed with them. They were very nice, but they lied to me. In addition, I never got one discount and I wish they would have gave better ones. They need to be more polite and call to make changes to help the working man. Moreover, I didn't like having that computer plugged into my car. It beeped every time I hit the breaks and I think it was stupid to use this. Plus, they were a lot higher on insurance than who I have now. I found a different company to use who was a lot cheaper and gave me better discounts on my insurance that's why I don't use Progressive now.

I was pleased with my overall experience and process of purchasing my policy. Everything is done completely online. All forms are signed electronically except for one set which had to mailed to me and faxed or mailed back. It was very simple though and the policy started right away. Plus policy cards can be mailed or printed online. Easy to access claims forms and great customer service. Very affordable options available too. Discounts for multicar, students, and no accidents plus more available. Prices lowered if you add homeowners, renters, or some other kinds of policies with them. But roadside assistance offered is not wonderful. I would work to improve that which is an additional cost added to your policy already. So you would think you would be able to choose what you want out of it. But really it's a very basic roadside assistance.

I liked the snapshot feature we got with Progressive. It was neat and helped save us money by giving us some more discounts until we unfortunately had to return it after using it for 6 months because that was the deal. I didn't like how expensive some of the policies were as well as the layout of their website, which was a little hard to navigate. The process of purchasing our auto insurance policy was long and time consuming. We had to repeat some information a few times while checking out and had to restart a couple of times because the site booted us off after a certain time if we didn't answer in a certain amount of time. Progressive has fast & friendly service, they not only give rates for comparison, but if you are in an accident, they will come to the accident site, and if necessary requirements are met, they will cut a check on the spot. However, your policy is NOT TRANSFERABLE to another state, meaning you have to start a new policy for that state, and it's possible that your rates will increase, due to the insurance requirements for that particular state. IF this issue was corrected, that would be one less thing to worry about when relocating to another state. Also if you're in a NO FAULT accident & your NEW CAR is totaled, Progressive should have a NEW CAR REPLACEMENT policy, where they replace your car same year or 1 year higher, and the online rate discount quote you receive should also be available.
If you have to go to an office to complete your policy, and if you go out of town to visit & unfortunately get stopped by the police, they should be able to see your coverage when they run your tag through their system because when I went out of town & I took ill my son used my car. And when he was stopped by the police, he received a ticket for not having insurance coverage, when in fact the car was insured. When I brought the issue to Progressive, I was informed that because I was covered at the time, and my policy was written in Florida, there was a chance that, that particular state would not recognize the coverage, again because my Florida coverage requirements may not have been the same for that particular state, and I was on the hook for the ticket.
There should be a way that no matter where you visit your coverage should be recognized in every state, not just the state it was issued in. If this is not possible we as policyholders will continue to pay for tickets received outside the issuing state, OR Progressive can pay for the ticket, OR Progressive can reimburse you for the ticket by deducting the cost of the ticket from your monthly payment. That will ensure Progressive won't lose any new customers, OR the current policyholders, to another insurance company, that offers New Car Replacement and the insurance coverage is recognize when visiting another state.
And lastly lower the rates by partnering with a few companies and offering their employees coverage with the option of automatic deduction from their payroll check, while still meeting state requirements for full coverage with Comp & Collision coverage with a $500 deductible that is required for new cars in most states. And once these adjustments are implemented Progressive can have the Monopoly on car insurance but all in all Progressive is a wonderful company, I have recommended Progressive to family and friends. My over all experience with the process was great, when I had questions or concerns, I was able to do a live chat which was very helpful and with service like that, Progressive will always have me as a loyal and faithful customer.

I love Progressive Auto Insurance. To get this insurance is really easy. I just need my paperwork for my car and state what premium I want and what deductible. Also, the expiration that they give is really helpful to me. I like that they are always there to assist me on whatever I need help. The price is excellent but Progressive raises it. When I went in to pay my bill they had told me that it was $5 more than what I was paying and there was no explanation to why the price went up.

I like that my auto insurance policy is a good price point with variables in deductibles and low cost and mediocre coverage for full coverage and the aggressiveness in price comparison quotes on a monthly basis. The customer service has been very satisfactory and helpful and the friendly reminders with up to date information is a refreshing opening in the market today. But I would like lower premiums for more coverage and more options to choose from with a wider variety of coverage. The accident insurance part is way too risky on a buyers end.

Progressive has really great customer service and when I would need to call for any issues or questions I never once dealt with a rude or unhelpful agent. I also loved how user friendly the website is. When I went on to set up the policy, it was a very streamlined and easy process. I also liked that I could print the ID cards from home. However, the cost for the Progressive insurance premiums was too expensive and they never lowered the cost over time the 2 years I had them. We were able to move to another agency for cheaper.

HORRENDOUS customer service! A waste of money when customer service is rude, condescending and combative. Forget that I saved $540 a year going elsewhere. It's where the customer service is argumentative and harmful. They added a person to my insurance policy that I have no relation to, without communicating a policy change to me "the authorized policy holder". They corrected the mistake upon my call, but gave me a partial refund (short $120) and acted like it was my fault. I immediately switched insurance companies, called back to cancel, and with much argument about my switching my business elsewhere. They contacted my State motor vehicle department reporting "no insurance" when I gave them my new insurance information on my cancellation call.
In my opinion, what this is: A mediocre middle of the road insurance underwriter who obviously caters to people with average to poor credit ratings. The level of employees that serve in customer service (I have dealt with six of them including a manager) is below average in customer service skills. Almost like a boiler room breeding in negativity. If you have exceptional credit, exceptional driving record, Progressive is NOT for people like us. When I switched to my new insurance company, I noticed a much higher level of customer service (and yes the money I saved) (which is not the only factor). I have never had a claim, so I cannot speak about the level of service on that.

Setting up the policy was pretty typical. My account was billed and paid on a monthly basis via a monthly statement and insurance cards were mailed to my house. The rates were good up until my son had an accident. Progressive doesn't seem like a very good company. My policy was cancelled and this seems unfair or even unethical as you pay the premiums every month but as soon as you actually have to use the services, you are dropped. So they will gladly take your money every month but if you actually ask them to do their job, they have no interest and want to drop you.

Cheap and great customer service. They're always friendly and helpful and easy to talk with. They always take time to address any concerns you have. No matter what time of day they are always there. I know all I got to do is pick up the phone and give them a call and they will be there with quick answers. They are very easy to work with and they explain your rights and your policy and terms that you can understand and make it not so hard to.
Every time I've had a problem they've been there to help me with no questions asked. They also have very competitive rates and offer the same quality service that you would find in a more expensive insurance. Very happy with the service. But there need to be more offices close to home instead of always having to try to get them on the phone. And more local offices would really increase the business and their customer base. Local office is also employing local people which makes it and more personable people.

We like using Progressive for our insurance company because we were able to access their services online. We found their rates to be comparatively less than other insurances for the same policy type and we have continued to find them easy to use and work with as we have upgraded and changed our vehicles. So far we have had a very smooth experience with Progressive regarding purchasing insurance. If we had to go through the process again there is little that we would change. We periodically review our insurance coverage to ensure we are receiving the best-priced coverage for our needs, as such we hope that the rates will remain competitive.
The company has an average rating for satisfaction and that a number of people have reported online that the customer service is not always to a high standard or quality. That would be very concerning if we needed to make a claim which we have not as yet had to do. Other than that the only thing we could ask for would be even better rates and extension of coverage.

We've been with Progressive for 8+ years. I appreciate that you can change your policy at any time online. I also like the deductible deposit program, discounts, reward program, coverage on property, good customer service, good at issuing payment for submitted claims. Overall, reputable company. But because Michigan is a no-fault state, we have high insurance premiums. In addition, accidents stay on our records for 3 years and impacts our premium price for that amount of time as well.

The lady was very nice and very helpful when helping me get the coverage I needed. I like that they have a person you are actually talking to when you call. Progressive is quick to deal with a claim after an accident and the service is also fast. They were helpful to tell me the closest place I could get it fixed that also supplied a courtesy vehicle. But their rates go up every time the policy is due. If a driving record has not changed, rates should only go down. I also do not think your rates should be based on the type of car you drive either. Maybe the cost of the vehicle, but the driving record should be considered, not sports car or family car.

Shopped at different companies online for quotes and Progressive had the cheapest quote when originally looking for insurance. Purchased it online and received documents in the mail a short time later. It was fairly simple. Also, easy to make automatic payments online, easy to get quote updates every year and have an app for phone use. Window replacement was quick and easy. It was affordable and came invaluable. I just called and they sent me to a reliable company and my window was installed in less then 15 minutes. Most insurance company don't offer window replacement and I don't like that. Now I always ask for window replacement for any insurance company that I get insurance from. However, the policy cost of Progressive became high. I had to have a SR22 but no tickets on my license and it wasn't suspended. I didn't have any accidents either. I had an old warranty that I was unaware of. Progressive doesn't pay enough to fix your car and rental car when you have an accident. Insurance company need to provide better for their customers and rates need to be more affordable so that if we do get in an accident they will pay for all of the cost.

Progressive was the cheapest insurance company that I could find at the time. The site is easy to navigate and it was easy to choose and get a policy. They also have several payment options to choose from. However, what I dislike is that I have not even had a ticket in around 15 years and I am 60 years old and I have three cars on my policy but instead of the rates going down they seem to keep going up.

I like Progressive cause you can compare their prices with the other top name insurance companies, like Geico, State Farm, etc. Also Progressive have better customer service than other leading insurance customers. I like their 24/7 customer claim service and the sales staff are courteous and friendly. I like their payments are affordable. But they don't have a disappearing deductible policy. Also I don’t like that Progressive don’t have products for business customers and that they don’t have a BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating. My experience with Progressive has been amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. The loyalty program is a great feature because you get more incentives each year that you're with them. The incentives you get definitely pay off in the long run. The recovery service is also a great feature but it needs to be included in the liability insurance as well and not just the full coverage. I liked that they, Progressive, gives you a price comparisons almost immediately online from other insurance companies. Sometimes they are not the cheapest but it felt like they were being extremely honest. One other company was cheaper but I felt Progressive was more trustworthy. I purchased my initial policy with Progressive over the phone. After a few years I went to a local insurance agent, who doesn't represent only one company, and he was able to keep my same policy but change a few things in my favor and overall I keep saving money, it's great! I like their Snapshot device that can help you get a discount by driving better. It beeps very loudly if you accelerate or decelerate too quickly and you quickly pay more attention once it goes off on you once. Anyhow, I'm not sure if they have a mobile app to access your insurance cards but that would be very convenient for those who live in states where an electronic ID card is acceptable.

Cuts out a check in person in the event of a wreck and you can choose a place that you want to fix your vehicle or give a quote. They never take forever to get you an inspector to look at damages to your vehicle either. All the staff are extremely helpful and nice as well. But I canceled my policy because I sold the vehicle I had on that policy and they still charged me for the remainder of my term even though I no longer had a car in my possession. Also, I was unaware of that until it was in collections and on my credit. They should charge less if you have good driving history. Most people pay out of pocket for insurance and never have to use it. So it’s only fair that those people pay less for car insurance. At least until they finally have to use it then maybe let it raise in price. Nonetheless I would come back to Progressive again.

Progressive is reliable and I'm satisfied but a cheaper policy rate would be ideal and would be what I'm looking for but I will stick with what I've got for now.

I purchased the policy through an agent, so it was pretty painless. I just went in when I bought my new car, they compared the different policies for me and gave me my options and I chose the one that looked the best. They offered roadside assistance with their full-coverage and various discounts. At the time, this was a new concept, the only discounts being offered were if you bundled home and auto insurances. But I didn't own a home, I was a college student. Since then I've been impressed by the customer service I've received whenever I need to fix the windshield or the one time I had an accident. They've been really great.
Like the discounts too. When I had an accident they were really easy to work with and provided a rental while my car was being repaired. Then, after a short while, that accident was cleaned off my record and I became eligible for discounts again. I've been really pleased with the cost too. Everyone would like to pay less, but I really can't complain too much because they give me discounts for safe driving and the time I've had the policy.

Customer service on the phone was quick and easy. Any changes we needed were instant. When we needed to file a claim, they wrapped it up in 2 phone calls. Received payment very quickly, too. Everything was over the phone, we didn’t have to go in anywhere to sign anything. Simple and fast. Easy questions that helped us get discounts. But I wish there would be discounts on regular rates for driving low miles in a year. The plug-in driving monitor was not helpful and I didn’t like it at all. They also need to change their commercials. Flo is getting a bit annoying.

Progressive is too expensive but I have no choice because of my driving record. Purchasing went well except when the insurance company made a mistake with my bank account. They do not take the money out for payment that caused me to have no insurance and a suspended license.

Progressive is quick to take care of a claim and treats their customers like they actually care. For an insurance company they're all right. They've always treated me great, like each customer not just another claim number. Progressive was informative and helpful, kind and supportive... nice and personable. I am a big fan of Progressive Auto Insurance. It was very easy to get a quote and I was happy with the pricing. They have fair prices with great customer service. Purchasing the policy was very quick, easy, and smooth. I did not need to deal with anyone over the phone, and the website was easy to use. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and wish there were more benefits and discounts for long-term customers.

I like the price, the ease of electronic payments and easy to use website. The length of time I have been with them gives me a discount, like ease of printing coverage cards and information, never have to speak to a person. They handle everything electronically. Give me payment options including all at once or installments. But could be better. Dislike ridiculous premium increases. When called them about it I was told the state, SC, votes to ALLOW them so the HAD, to increase. But they lied to me, the state of SC did not force them to increase my premium. I hate lying companies like this one. Other than being lied to the experience is good. Easy to use website and at least they will answer the phone when you call and it is an English speaking person.

I have liability and it's super cheap. I only pay 58 dollars for my pickup, which I pay online. I like that I can switch my insurance on my vehicles any day and not have to jump through hoops. Though the interface on their website and ease of access could use some improvement. But overall, I love my insurance. My agent is personable and I can walk right in her office and have a conversation about my policy or life in general. I like her so much I invited her to my wedding.

We signed up online for our policy and my experience has been really good. Like the price of the policy for the coverage. Also they have wonderful customer service. I have had such wonderful experience with them. They save us money and help to make sure we are getting every discount we qualify for. They called us 6 months in to see if they could save us some money and they could and they will call again in another 6 months.

So far my experience with Progressive Auto Insurance has been alright and I have been completely satisfied with the company. Customer service is polite and helpful. My policy covers everything I need. I like the price for the amount of coverage I receive on both of my vehicles. However, I dislike that the prices are changing from what I was originally quoted and now going to cost me more than before. So I'm going to have to change insurance companies now.

The experience I had with this company was absolutely awful. I speak English only, I was born and raised in the United States; and although everyone is entitled to a job, it is difficult for me to communicate with the customer service. Also, insurance companies including Progressive should not be allowed to put a person at fault or not at fault in a collision. This should be left up to law enforcement.

Progressive Auto Insurance is one of the best and I like the decent rates they have for their policy. Even though policies today's date rates are so high and won't cover enough, Progressive still pay with no hassle when claim are post. I don't think that any other company does that. But it would be nice if they could lower their rates for something way more affordable and cover more. I can assure that they would have way more customer than any other insurance company. But my experience with Progressive was not bad. I like Progressive so much.

The process of buying Progressive insurance was very easy and straightforward. Their policy is very easy to understand and they are affordable. The features that I liked about Progressive was that it was affordable. They had good customer service. They were lenient with being so many days after the due date. They had a reasonable grace period before they considered your payment past due. What I most dislike about Progressive insurance is that once someone files against you. The representatives did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Then when I told my insurance agent that I was done. She did not cancel my plan. She completely ignored me. I told her that I would not give Progressive another penny. So now Progressive are trying to say that I owe them money. I just hope one doesn't have an accident or something. Because after that the payment for liability becomes extremely high.

Progressive is a good insurance company, I have used them for my cars, house and motorcycle insurance. Customer service is amazing and they were working very hard to take care of me and my car. They have always been there when I needed them for a claim, or any other issues. I have been with others and they never helped me at all. My car never got repaired and my insurance was very high. I love Progressive and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my insurance business.

I love the customer service. Anytime I called they were helpful and polite. If I had an issue they were quick to solve the problem. I also really liked how well-known they were. Everyone knows who Progressive is so I had no problem with finding shops that would help me service my claims. However, I did not enjoy the price of the insurance. It kept going up and up every time I renewed with them.

I love Progressive and they have satisfied me. Their customer service is great and I like that they offer good coverage at competitive rates. It's also nice to have many resources like a bill pay online. But they should lock in rates for extended periods of time. It is kind of frustrating having rates increase every 6 months. But they offer everything I need at a decent price and it was very easy to get a quote and signup. I have even told friends about them. They're the best I have found so far and I am so glad we switch to Progressive.

It’s ok. Coverage is good but the rest is just eh and it could be better. The plug-in discount thing for my car, I like how it gets me discounts based on my driving. However, no wiggle room for bill pay. Sometimes I need to change a bill date but cannot change it through the app or website as well.

I had a really good experience when shopping for my insurance policy because Progressive checked other companies’ prices as well as theirs. I opted for them because they had better coverage for not much more than the other companies. They are convenient to use and have always treated me well. The app is easy to follow along with and when I have called in the past I got to speak with an actual person and not just the machine. But I would like to be able to choose my payment due date. At this point, the payment comes out at the same time as my car payment and that can be a little stressful from time to time.

The process of purchasing insurance through Progressive was quick and painless. I went to the website and purchased it through there. Customer service is there right on the website if you need them. They also have many locations you can visit as well. I like their customer service and how they are always available when I need them. They really have your back and are there through it all. My husband purchased our policy online when we bought our first car. We like the ease of use and the discounts we get as a family with multiple vehicles. When I hit a deer, they were so helpful! We enjoy taking care of everything online and not talking to people or getting tons of mail. And when we do call, it's always a pleasant experience. But it would be wonderful if the insurance covered repairs or offered a payment plan to long time customers when their cars break down.

I like the customized coverage for our family, and the ability to add or change our coverage, depending on what we need. We also liked that we could compare their rates with those of other companies. Really just a better fit, better deal for our family. But the biggest issue I have is with call wait times, sometimes, and occasionally reaching unfriendly or unhelpful reps. If a question cannot be answered or resolved, it should not be so difficult to speak to supervisor, or other rep. Overall, Progressive has been a great insurance company for our family, and we are very happy with them. The rates are great, the coverage is good, and, for the most part, the reps are friendly. We have recommended them, and will continue to do so, to our friends and family.

They have fast customer service and good prices, and friendly people. I like to have a popular company as my insurance company. I will probably keep them for a while longer. But they are a little expensive. And I hate their commercials. I do not like Flo. She gets on my nerves, and she looks like she has bad breath all the time. When I tried to drop a car from my policy, Progressive charged me for an extra 3 weeks. I did not like that and looked around for another company but it would cost more to switch so I just stayed. But overall, it has been good.

Rates are somewhat pricey but try to work with you on your rates and was always online to help with any questions I had. Online people was quick to respond on my app and never left me hanging. Purchasing my auto policy was very simple. I called the agent near me and provided them info. They emailed me the proof of insurance very quickly. The agent was able to answer all my questions and gave me useful information. He also got me some discounts on my policy for being a safe driver. The feature I like best about Progressive is their online account access and the customer service. I can get on my account from anywhere and check my balance, make payments and even report a claim. It's easy and convenient. But what I dislike most about Progressive is the rate increases that happen after accidents. I had an accident that was not my fault and my car was totalled. Now I have increased rates.

Everything is awesome with Progressive Auto Insurance. They're affordable, with good coverage, and great customer service. Purchasing our policies was super easy. We named the price that we could afford with the coverage we wanted. We've had Progressive for a while now and we have had other policies with them in the past. We have also stacked up more benefits such as large accident forgiveness. They make having them super easy and super beneficial. They have been so great with us and I thoroughly enjoy having my policies with them. We have no plans of ever switching insurance companies and would continue to work with Progressive should we need more Policies in the future.

Progressive is relatively low cost per month for auto insurance and that keeps me coming back. Also, the app is fairly easy to use for me. I got Progressive insurance for my last car, and it was very, very easy to switch it over to my new car when I bought that and that keeps me coming back, too. But still too high of a cost per month for car insurance. I'd like to see some better rewards, especially cost-related, for customers who stay and keep renewing insurance.

I am very happy with my Progressive Auto Insurance. The company provides good services at reasonable rates and great customer service. They have been great to do business with and I like that they offer other products as well. It was easy to set up my policy online and if there are any changes, they update me immediately. It's also convenient and everything I need, like getting the insurance card, viewing the policy and paying it, is easy to access and is available to me 24 hours, 7 days a week online. We tried to get a good price from many different companies and Progressive is the one that we found to be the most affordable. The process for signing up was very easy. I was glad that I was able to do it all online at my own convenience. I also like that we can check stuff out from an app. It makes it much easier to be able to find out information about my policy. It is also very easy to get in touch with a representative when I need to and they seem very informed about my account. Overall I'm glad that I can have affordable insurance, but I don't like that my monthly price changed. Not only did it go up a considerable amount, but I wasn't informed of the change before it happened. I also have it set up to automatically take out a payment each month and I don't like how it never actually comes out on the correct day. Sometimes it's several days later and it makes it harder to keep up with my finances.

Progressive Auto Insurance was the best but cheapest insurance in my area. They were fast at issuing checks for wrecks and claims. That had a great customer service with friendly atmosphere. I was extremely happy with the services. I never got the snapshot discount that was promised though. I had to switch agents because my agent wouldn't tell me about the discounts that I qualified for and wouldn't tell me anything.

This is a waste of money with Progressive. I had used Geico for 15 years. Always received very good service when I needed help. Progressive left me and my 71 year old mother sitting on the side of the road for over 5 hours. They wanted over 225.00 to tow my tow dolly 22 miles when I had a flat. They wanted over 650.00 to come change said flat and I pay for roadside service every month. It's the only thing I have ever used on my insurance policies. I have had Geico come tow me almost 100 miles to get me somewhere to change a tire and they have come towed my motorhome out of the ditch when I got stuck and never charged me a penny. Progressive is a joke and not a funny one at that. I went back to Geico this morning and my next flat I won't have to fix.

I like that Progressive has all the things I need for my auto insurance. Good quality people, good insurance, roadside plus full coverage. It is an awesome personal experience and I don't know what I can do without them. They help me in every way possible and they are cheap. They are legit and they treat me well. My overall experience is quite Fair. They treat me well but my overall experience is not too Pleasant. I dislike the full coverage insurance that has to be put on me because of a bank loan and I do not appreciate how far they cannot take me cross the road. They only tell from 100 ft of your designated area. I have been put in a ditch more than a hundred feet off the road and they would not help told me out. Also the communication between me and them are not the greatest.

My overall experience has been amazing and the process of purchasing the insurance, it is easy and convenient. When I was shopping for insurance on their website they also checked the prices of the 3 best companies, even if they are not one of them. That is pretty awesome. There is a great reward plan that builds up over the time that you remain a customer. The price for month to month also drops if you make your payment on time. There is always someone available to speak too at any time needed. But there could be a payment reward for the customer for when they do not have accident for every six months to a year.

It's the most affordable option out there that I've found. It is also really easy to sign up and get your policy. I also really like that you can just print your insurance card and you don't have to wait forever for it to come in the mail. I also had no problem navigating the website or making a payment. Talking to the insurance agent went smoothly and took no more than 20 to 30 minutes to get it all done. They explained everything in detail and answered my questions of what I wanted, what I didn't want, what I needed and when I didn't need as an insurance. With Progressive you can bundle Insurance like I can have my car and my spouse's car under the same insurance and that way I pay only one bill instead of two separate bills. It can be very expensive though. Car insurance seems to get even higher now that cars are more digital and that have more technology and do it so your insurance rates go up with a better grade of car and it takes a lot of money to have full coverage.

I can bundle my insurance packages very easily. I've been very satisfied with my experience. I chose Progressive because many people I know use it and I know it was a reliable company. The process was easy to follow and understand and I have had no major complaints about it since I've gotten it. The people are friendly, understanding, helpful, and have taken care of me. It is a bit expensive though, and I could find a better deal if I looked around. However other than the price I am happy with what I'm paying for and am getting everything I want.

It has a comprehensive coverage, roadside assistance, and I did not have any problems with my claims. I had chips in my windshield and they paid for its repair without any issues. They were responsive with my past claims for the repair of the chips. It takes a long time to respond though. The agents assigned to me kept changing. They don't have customer service after hours. I had to email them several times at one time, without getting a reply. I had to call their main office so I could talk to my assigned agent. But overall, Progressive is okay for my needs. I am not fussy with my auto insurance as long as my basic insurance needs are met and I don't have problems getting approved for my claims.

I love Progressive. It's a great insurance company and I have been with them for 8 years now. Pretty good considering my accident history. And my policy price usually decreases each time at renewal. The people are also always very kind and helpful. My coverage is dependable and affordable. But my policy price went up more than I had anticipated last year when I was in a bad accident.

I am a Progressive agent so the process was super easy and the rates were a lot lower than my prior company. They have very friendly customer service and very easy claims handling. Lots of options available to purchase on the individual personal auto policy. However, I have a van I would like to insure and they will not allow me to put it on my personal policy. I had to purchase a separate commercial policy.

It was easy to sign up with Progressive and it's easy to contact them. The rates were by far cheaper than any other company too. I purchased the policy online and within days I had someone calling me to verify information. I ended up saving an additional 10 dollars per month by things I couldn't do online. But the commercials are super annoying. I also don't like that you don't have one set insurance agent. With my old company I had an agent who knew me and always helped when needed. Despite that, I like Progressive's cheap rates and the click in thing that saves you money. I like how you can go online and easily access your information and every month my rates go down. Progressive is perfect as can be.
