    The representative that I got my policy through was very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable of my needs and the policy I was there to obtain. I went into the office with no appointment scheduled and I didn't have to wait and I had a policy with Progressive within 15 minutes. I was very impressed. I like the price of my auto insurance. They have the lowest prices per policy that I searched. And I was really impressed with the overall service that I had received at the office location I went to. I would like if they would be even cheaper. I would like to get full coverage but I think the price is a little high. Also, they could provide a little more help financially with the liability policy.

    Progressive was so easy to access and it was a big advantage to us using them for our auto insurance. We were somewhat satisfied with our coverage and the price of the insurance. They did a great job when it came to handling the claim that we had and they were able to help us save money and they even let us know who had the best priced policy for us when we purchased insurance. However one of the things that we disliked was the fact that when it came time to renew our automobile insurance policy they did not have anyone talk to us. They just wanted us to blindly renew our policy and not think about the options that were available to us. Even though we had some changes in circumstances including the claim that we filed.

    I was in great need of insurance due to being a young driver with a bad record and Progressive got me approved for a fair rate. They always tried to keep me happy and worked to lower my premiums when they could. They were very helpful with finding ways to save money and always wiling to work with you when you had a problem with a payment if you informed them ahead of time. I was able to make last minute check payments in the office. Also, they always answered my questions and calls quickly and with excellent information. But since they do not have a lot of offices outside of major cities, you have to call their customer service lines to deal with any problem and/or claims. This was the second time I was insured by them and I was living in a rural town at the time. There was never any face to face conversations. But it was a good experience overall.

    I purchased the policy online which was very simple. I could make changes to my policy at any time by going online or calling Progressive directly. The customer service reps are all very friendly and their website is very user friendly. I like how easy they are to file claims with. They are very easy to get a hold of and talk to and they make the claims process simple. Customer service has always been great. The only thing that I disliked about having Progressive for my auto insurance is that their prices are higher than what I am paying now for the same coverage through Geico. Other than that I did not have any other issues. So if they would just drop their prices a little bit then I would definitely consider switching back to Progressive.

    Progressive is a really great company to do business with. It's very easy to sign up with them online. I had a policy in about 15 minutes. The website is very user friendly and you can perform a variety of services without having to talk to anyone. I also like the flexible payments and their excellent claim service. They totally paid for an at fault accident and I didn't owe anything in my totaled car. Progressive has been very good to me so I'd recommend them to anyone! Very happy consumer here!

    Most car insurance gives you a good discount when you bundle with other insurances. I did this with Progressive and my home insurance. I got a good discount on the auto however my home insurance was much higher than old policies and didn't cover anything extra in comparison. I have been with six different auto insurance companies prior to my current insurance with Progressive and I can definitely say Progressive is, overall, the best car insurance I've had when comparing price, ease of access, claims processing and customer service. They were very quick in processing my claim which I appreciated at the time. However in hindsight I don't believe I made the best decision in taking their settlement. I would rather I have had my car repaired. You're usually in shock after an accident and not thinking as clearly. Quick processing is not always in the consumer's best interest.

    We are mostly pleased with Progressive. We have a local agent that is readily available when we need assistance. Having someone local is extremely convenient, prompt response. People that you know in a small town when we need her. I had damage to my car and we had an agent assessing the damage the next day. Claim processed and car fixed very quickly. We haven't had any bad experiences with Progressive. But we would love to see premiums go down. Even when we have no claims the premiums are raised every year. If you are a safe driver the premiums shouldn't go up, if anything they should go down. And if no claims shouldn't insurance go down?

    Progressive is a great insurance company. I purchased the insurance online through their website. I had to change to Progressive from another company and they made it very quick and painless. The online process of choosing policy is very easy. Customer service is quick on claims as well. It is easy to pay bills or makes changes to your policy online. I also like the option of being able to download a copy of my insurance policy on to my phone if needed. Their explanations of policy benefits are easy to understand as well.

    Purchasing the insurance was easy and comparing coverage was easy. It was all done in one sitting. The customer service seems good and fast. They have good coverage and fair premium pricing. They seem easy to get in contact with and available at all hours. The coverage is clear and the contact process is easy. It would be nice if they could start allowing larger discounts and one on one coaching on how to lower insurance premiums. Overall, though, I do not have any complaints.

    I've been a customer with this insurance company for over 6 years. It is reasonably priced and is a very low maintenance company. I have been through 3 kids starting driving and 4 cars but still the same insurance company. I like the online option for this insurance company. They are real quick with any claims and/or questions. The app that is available is great too but you can only do so much on it. If you want to do any changes or quote information it will transfer you to the online website instead. The paperless option is good. You can do everything paperless and get multiple discounts but it also has to be auto pay policy and you cannot choose your pay date. That would be nice. Other than that, I'm very pleased with Progressive.

    It was okay purchasing. Was fairly good as I was sitting inside a car dealership purchasing a vehicle. They were very friendly and helpful. I had hail damage from a severe thunderstorm that blew through our area and they had a surveyor come out to my place of employment to survey the damage and within a couple of weeks I received a check in the mail for the damage. However the insurance is very costly. I always paid for it month to month. I had full coverage, never had an accident and my insurance was well over $300 a month. For a single mother of two it was way expensive and I ended up changing my insurance to USAA. I would still be using them if they weren't so expensive.

    Overall I had a good experience with this company. It was easy to choose, create a policy and make payments. I was able to easily enter all my personal information and driving history in order to get my policy started. I liked that it provided quotes from other companies. They have a lot of different pricing options/packages. They also make it easy to adjust policies and pay premiums online. The only reason I switched companies was for a cheaper premium.

    I purchased the insurance online with their webpage. It was a very easy process and they save your quote so that you can go back and review it easily. The overall process was very easy (easier than with some other companies) which was nice. The price for the insurance was the best for what I needed. Their website is very easy to navigate through. They have several different options when choosing the insurance you need and you can add and adjust what you need. But the problem with all insurance companies is the cost of insurance. However thankfully you have the option to shop around and compare prices. It would be nice to see all the full details of the insurance you are purchasing before you purchase it.

    Purchasing a policy with Progressive Auto Insurance was easy. They're convenient and have competitive pricing. However, my rate went up $60 per month when I got rear ended in a hit and run and it was not my fault. Probably standard for all companies but it really sucked!

    My experience with Progressive has been satisfactory to me. They have a friendly staff and their 24 hour service hotline is very convenient and easy to use. They have reasonable prices for being in Alaska and pay over the phone is awesome. I once need to add a driver and a new car and they were able to do it over the phone. Being able to pay off insurance and request new proof of insurance is more than convenient. All in all from the first purchase to now it has been a good experience. I like Progressive and will continue to use them.

    Happily taken care of. Roadside assistance is very cheap and the longer I stay with the company, the more discounts I get on my six month rate. I love that they can also quote any vehicle within minutes as an addition on my policy if I'm looking into buying a brand new vehicle. But I would make the policies a bit more flexible, making it possible to pay a full year upfront versus 6 month bits, or just more flexible monthly rate plans in general. I would also change the way they do back pay because I've had quite a few issues getting money they owed me back into the correct hands. Nevertheless, Progressive is always really helpful when I need to speak to customer service and they're always able to figure out a good rate for my vehicles. Whenever a supervisor needs to be spoken to, it is always done so in a respectful and polite manner. They work fast and are overall an easy going company.

    Our overall experience with Progressive had been pretty stellar, so far. The issues that we had with our local Nationwide branch were difficult to navigate, and resolve. This lead us to shop for new insurance. When we spoke to the rep from Progressive, they assured us that they could remedy our issues and provide a significantly lower bill. The process of changing policyholders was painless, and all promises made at the time of our purchase have been kept. The customer service has been praiseworthy. A local representative that is more accessible might be a plus, but considering the effectiveness of any representative I have had to deal with, there isn't too much of a need. But insurance should be cheaper.

    Cheap auto insurance for what's out there right now, but still not the best when it comes to using it to get repairs. Also if you lapse, it's a huge penalty just to restart or continue service with them. No vanishing deductible like Allstate, although Allstate is very expensive. Still would like some benefits for not using the insurance for a wreck, like they take the money but no benefits if I don't use the insurance. Deductible could be cheaper but overall just average like Geico. At least Geico is a bit cheaper and offers are better for roadside assistance and rental car use if in an accident.

    I signed up for a policy in person at a local comprehensive agency which compared my rates among multiple providers. Progressive happened to be the least expensive policy available at the time, so that's the one I signed for. I am on a tight budget, and while this doesn't exactly fit, it doesn't break it. The rate of my premiums has only slightly improved over time. However, I'm still waiting for a determination on an accident which took place 5 months ago.

    Their rates are good against other competitive companies. 24 hours accessibility any time anywhere. Roadside service is good but could use improvement. I like the easy availability of info online but it can be improved. Good experience with agents. Easy access and very helpful with all my questions. Also good customer service when calling on the phone when you have any suggestions. But when accessing info through phone there can be less wait time. And should also consider more rewards for returning customers based on good safe diving.

    I have only been with Progressive for approximately three months. I like the customer service from this company. The website is excellent. I'm able to review all of my policy information and pay my bill with automatic draft so my experience with the company has been good so far. But as with all insurance it is expensive but it is also an item that is required to protect me and others. I've heard very good things about the company from other people and I anticipate that should I ever have to make a claim the process would go smoothly.

    My overall experience with Progressive has been a good one. I liked the customer service and the ease of a mobile app. I was able to get a quick response from a customer service agent anytime I had a question or concern and more often than not it was solved immediately. However, their rates were a little high and they could lower the prices a little bit. But because I had a lot of discounts the price seemed to be okay at that point.

    The costing can be great throughout the month and they'll have extra care when needing back up during the car's problems. Between the great price and the overall help people get with the cars, Progressive is a great company. However, customer services and time to get to the help of the car, it seems it takes a while, so between the service and the timing to get to a call is one of the dislikes about the company, but it's easy to fix-up. Overall my experience has been well. We had the insurance for 2 yrs or so and been able to use the help of them quite a few times and between here there are problems with a car or bump, but it's been there for us. I, however, would like for friendly service and little faster speed to sites to get the cars going, but great insurance.

    Very good service. They always do what I ask and do the job efficiently and in a very timely manner. They are nice and very understanding. They listen to my concerns and take care of my problems. And they don't push thing on me that I don't want and don't care to hear about. I wish there were more places like this one and that every company put as much concern into their work.     I most preferred having the opportunity to peruse various insurance coverage options online and make our selections at our leisure and after contemplation. I also liked having the opportunity to compare Progressive Insurance's premiums to those offered by other insurance carriers. The experience of selecting and purchasing insurance was helpful in the initial stages of researching and selecting possibilities, but became more difficult once we got the point of making a final decision because of the inaccessibility to human beings in a streamlined fashion. It is an acceptable service, reliable, but ultimately, more expensive.

    Progressive Insurance is very accommodating for its customers. They make the process of buying an auto policy very easy. They have both in office and online services to assist their customers with all of their insurance needs. Progressive was able to meet my family's insurance need overnight and online. They were patient to help me find the policy that would best fit my family's insurance needs. It is a good insurance company on all levels but some of their pricing is a bit costly. Still they allow various ways to reduce your monthly bill. But if they offered more incentives, customers would most likely become long term customers.

    Progressive had the most competitive price and they offer a discount if I pay the full premium up front. I much prefer this over installment payments. Anything that can lower the cost of insurance is very helpful. I used a broker so it was very easy to purchase and the broker found me the best price. Progressive was also more forgiving of past incidents and were able to insure me quickly. However I dislike the customer service aspect of the company the most. There are long wait times when I call, and it is difficult to reach a live person. I would like to be able to talk to a person more easily and not just an automated system.

    I also do not like that they continuously market to me even though I am currently a customer. It seems very unprofessional that they do not have a database of current customers. What are they still trying to recruit me when I am currently insured by their company? It lessens my opinion of the company. Also, I don't think my policy is very clear, I wish a better explanation of the policy was provided for me.

    Having agents available by phone at all hours was nice. It was easy to talk to an agent, claims were fairly easy to make, and they sent someone out to assess damage and document with photos. It was also very easy to set up and purchase the policy. At the time I did so by telephone but I imagine it is now offered over the internet or through an app. I was given several prices under several scenarios involving different levels of coverage as well. However, the claims adjuster was not very knowledgeable about cars or impact issues. She estimated a few hundred dollars in repairs when in reality it was nearly three thousand. Having someone more knowledgeable would have eased many of my anxieties. Further, it took them forever to get the other drivers insurance to accept fault.

    I liked that they had multiple locations and that the insurance was cheap and affordable. It was also easy to make payment and talk to someone. They were always available and had great customer service. However, I hated we didn't get a grace period. And when I left I had to verbally cancel my insurance. I hate the deductible and I also hated we didn't get any bonus. I also didn't like after I was hit and in the wrong, received no ticket and my insurance still went up by $100. They are also easy to contact until you are in a car accident. But my overall experience was okay! I won't go back but it's wasn't the worst. But it could have been better.

    Progressive's customer service is very good and I have always had a good experience with them. They really care about their customers and they are there for you when you need them. I called for an auto claim and the agent was genuinely concerned. Asked if I was ok first and foremost. I was very impressed. However, the insurance is way too expensive. I had to have full coverage and I paid way too much. I found cheaper insurance elsewhere. My driving record is mint and my credit is good. But you get what you pay for. It was a very easy online purchase. The website is easy to navigate and it took no time to complete my purchase. I received my info via email and mail. All in all a good experience.

    Progressive is one of the best. I like the ease of understanding the policy, seemingly transparent communication, excellent customer service and the rates were very affordable and reasonable. I had spoken to several carriers. With Progressive Inquiring & purchasing processes was pleasant, clear. There was not any use of sales tactics. I really appreciated that they did not pressure me to buy up. I was with them for a short time, the only item that made me change is I found better coverage with a provider with a known track record for reliability and had better rates.

    Please make sure you thoroughly review other insurance companies before using Progressive. I am in a situation where I was in a car accident where the vehicle T-Boned me on my drivers side door. The vehicle had bad tags, no insurance and the person who hit me smelled of marijuana. I have been dealing with my insurance company, Progressive, to get this claim taken care of. When I initiated coverage I requested FULL COVERAGE on my vehicle, well FULL COVERAGE to Progressive is not full coverage at all!!! With the person who hit me not having insurance, they are saying my uninsured motorist insurance will not be considered because they are accepting fault. My vehicle was totaled and they are devaluing it at a substantial amount. When I ask for a cost analysis of how they are devaluing my car, they stated they cannot provide... HOW do you state a car is devalued at x amount but cannot produce how you came up with the figure???

    Again, when I got my policy, I requested FULL COVERAGE, they are stating now that my medical bills will not be covered AFTER I had initially spoke to the representative handling my claim and she read off my policy information letting me know that Progressive would pay my medical bills before my own private insurance kicked in... Now they are back tracking. I requested to listen to the tapes of our initial conversations to prove to her she stated this information... They are stating they don't know if that can take place!!! I am so FURIOUS and feel taken advantage of with this company.

    Please make sure you get a printed copy of your ORIGINAL insurance policy... I question if they change your policy at their discretion based off of them not wanting to pay claims. Make sure that when you request FULL COVERAGE you are getting EVERYTHING to protect you in an accident. They have too many A LA CARTE items that most insurance companies include in their policy. What seems reasonable in cost is not reasonable in the long run AT ALL. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

    My wife was in an accident a few days ago. Within the span of a few days, they have explained the process of a claim, gotten the side of both drivers (My wife was at fault), and are currently in the process of scheduling repairs at our preferred place of business. What is even better is their "Deductible Savings Account" which they put $50 every policy period you stay accident free. Whatever is in that Savings when an accident does occur, is deducted from your deductible, making it cheaper! While it stinks that we have to use them, I have no regrets being a Progressive customer!

    I came to Progressive trying to find cheaper rates. I did an online rate check and found out I was paying over 100$ more than Progressive insurance was. There are many insurance choices available with Progressive and you can customize the policy and coverage you need. Customer service is good and polite too. Their price is reasonable and I'm very satisfied overall. Although it can always be more affordable. Insurance prices could be set on a curve depending on your annual income. They could also do a better explanation on coverage regarding some policy options, offer rewards for safe driving and no accident bonus at the end of each year. Lastly, their website's a little tricky.

    I am really happy as a Progressive Insurance customer. I have been a customer for many years and have no interest in leaving this company. The billing is easy and they have good CS.     I get a pretty good rate for a full coverage plan at Progressive Auto. They have good coverage at a great price. They are on top of getting paperwork done as far as proof of insurance and payment schedules. They have really good discounts for many different ways to save money on your policy. However, their claims department is slow and needs a lot of work on their communication with a customer's. If you call to speak to claims representatives you more than likely 90% of the time end up talking to voicemail where you leave a message and wait sometimes 2 or more days for anyone to return your call. They tend to raise the rate quite a bit for any kind of claim even if it may not have been your fault.

    Still, my overall experience has been good. They have always had the lowest and best rates on their policies. The representatives for the most part are very nice and pleasant and always willing to help. Most departments are very fast in replying and answering my questions. I have yet to find a company so far that can beat their coverage.

    Progressive Auto was the first insurance I had purchased on my own and I was very nervous about finding the right company. When I researched prices they had the lowest rates so I have stuck with them ever since and they have never given me a reason to switch. I had an accident last year and it was a little frustrating trying to get my claims representative on the phone when I called and he never would call me back. Also I really do wish I could get a paper bill in the mail. It's easy to miss a bill in the flood of emails I get daily. All and all their service is pretty great. They don't bother me much and they do break down my yearly renewal up into 3 payments which is a blessing since I am a single mom and often financially stressed out. They made it very easy when I signed up which was great because I had no idea what I was doing!

    They're easy to contact, and very understanding. They make it as if you are talking to a close friend. Not only do they have pretty decent deals, but they also have some of the lowest prices I've seen. But they take a little bit too long to send me statements, and any other paperwork you request from them. They are very kind, but It is kind of annoying to wait for so long. I like the place, and would not switch. I have not met any place or come across any place that can beat them, so unless I find any better deals, I'm sticking with my buds!

    Progressive is wonderful in the fact that their internet presence is amazing. They offer online statements, automatic payments, and a multitude of other things! They make it hassle free to file a claim, and their customer service representatives are knowledgeable and kind. However, Progressive tends to have higher rates, as well as a higher deductible. Although filing a claim is easy, the time for claim payout can be quite lengthy. Their customer service is great, but the wait time can be absolutely terrible if you have to call during peak times. Overall, the process of purchasing the auto insurance policy was horrible. But, after many phone calls, it was finally straightened out. Pure stupidity on the representatives part, complete inability to listen to what I was requesting. Downright sickening.

    Progressive is very understanding of previous records and accidents and they are quick and easy to work with and have a good setup for payment plans. The low rates also make it affordable. I'm having a lot of money issues so my plan has been on and off with them, but they are very understanding so it's never a problem to pick up insurance again once I have the funds. I would definitely recommend this insurance to a friend or family member.

    Progressive has given me a wonderful experience. They were very professional, helpful, and easy to understand. As a very young adult at the time, they were one of a very few that were willing to insure me. They had the best rates and my policy was affordable. I also like that their sister company is one that supports military members but a military discount or benefit would be appropriate and helpful. I was overall pleased with Progressive and would highly recommend them.

    We went to a direct company, told them what we would like and they put a package together and gave a price. Easy and satisfying. We liked it in comparison with others and we got the Best coverage for the best price. The representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Good service, payment options and we can pay online. But online service could be more user friendly. It would be nice if spouses could jointly access the account to make payments as well.

    It was very easy and hassle free to purchase Progressive insurance. I had no problems at all on the website. I just went on, said what we wanted, put our information in and boom. Now we are covered. I like all of their features. They have a good price for my husband and me. There are also multiple discounts available. Snapshot driving helped with the price also. Because we are safe drivers we get a discount. The only thing for me about them would be cheaper rates, but anyone will say that. We have full coverage on 2 vehicles and it is very affordable for us paycheck to paycheck folk.

    We had to use them for sr22 insurance as Massachusetts was privatized when my husband needed it after moving back to MA. Since he had lost his license in Maine, and MA did not carry it, we were very limited to which companies we could use and maintained his sr22 insurance through Progressive for the required term. Price was awful, payments were ridiculous, the only way to "save" any money was to pay up front for a year and it was still over twice as expensive as our current policy for 2 of us with 2 cars! At one point we could only pay for one month instead of 3 or 6 and the price difference almost doubled from what it was for multiple months.

    They were hard to deal with in terms of payment plans and also tried to make it harder to make payment plans that were reasonable, encouraging us to pay more at a time we could not. The person my husband spoke to on the phone for making a payment kept trying to convince him to pay up front for more time despite us reiterating multiple times that we didn't have enough money at the time.

    Progressive is inexpensive, they offer roadside assistance, and have excellent twenty four hour customer service. I liked the ability to compare prices of other insurance companies before choosing the policy I wanted. However, they offer no accident forgiveness. If I am ever in an accident I want the ability to not worry. Snow premiums going up and the price of insurance more than doubles when you have a fender bender. They need a better accident evaluation. Nevertheless, Progressive has a great customer service team and I felt valued from the start of my service until I ended it. The customer service is super helpful and work to resolve claims quickly and efficiently.

    I don't like anything about Progressive. The dealership I bought my car from recommended Progressive. They offered great rates at first, but their customer service was lacking. When it came time to renew, they more than doubled my rate. They couldn't tell me why the rate increases. I didn't have any claims at all. They billed me the wrong amount on two different occasions & when I called to complain they threatened to cancel my coverage if I didn't pay the amount that I was incorrectly charged. I would improve their rates, their customer service, & their prices. I switched to Allstate because they offer better coverage for less money. I will never use Progressive again if I can help it.

    It was fairly easy to get my auto insurance. I started everything online and switched at the end of my online paper after being told that I couldn't get it. Talked to a live rep who helped me finish and I was able to purchase my insurance. Work with an actual person for a better experience. Progressive also allows you to connect a device so they can monitor your driving for a period of time and give you discounts by how well you drive. This is a plus compared to most insurance companies. However, they have tried charging me premiums for months that I no longer carried their insurance. I have also been turned over to collections because of these premiums.

    Progressive had good rates and cheap group rates. I had this with my mother when I started driving and it was only about $50 a month for my mother to add me to her policy... We were both very surprised and happy. They also helped a ton when we had gotten into accidents and such. Quick service and all of our questions were answered in a short amount of time. But the thing I liked least about this insurance was that my mom always had to be there for anything though I was on the policy, I was unable to call and change my vehicle or anything... Most other I have found that if you are on it, you can make changes to the account. Overall, I loved this insurance and my mother still uses it to this day, I would but my husband wants to stick with what he knows so he stayed with the company he has always used.

    This was actually the easiest step for my family and I. Very simple to get a quote and possibly even easier to get started. I got a quote, saved it so I could come back to it, and then that's exactly what I did. Came back and got me Progressive! Great military discount that is offered. I haven't used much other things yet since I'm new to Progressive but I love what I have seen so far. Also, the mobile app is wonderful and extremely user friendly. So far so good. The only thing I've noticed so far is on the mobile app, you can't quite do everything that you can on the computer website. I would recommend to anyone curious and/or needing new insurance. I've heard great things about Progressive and am excited to be a new member. Everyone wants an insurance company they trust and I feel I may have found just that! Thank you Progressive.

    I put all my info in online, answered all of their questions and provided proof, got my quote and paid through my debit card. The process of getting the quote and paying the bill was really easy and everything was done online. Their reinstallation fees are ridiculously expensive but I liked that they gave discounts after being with them for so long. And they were easy to deal with.

    Progressive's website interface is user friendly and gives many policy coverage options and I like the ease of purchasing the insurance and how easily I can make changes online to my policy. My favorite thing about Progressive is their very competitive pricing. I'm upset though that the prices go up continually even with a good driving record. I wish there was a discount for that. Sometimes, after an accident, the claims process can be a bit overwhelming. I've been a customer for over 10 years because of the benefits of their easy to use online shop. Overall I am satisfied with Progressive which has made me a loyal customer.

    They allow you to choose your payment date and pay online for convenience. They also have an automatic payment option that is very convenient for busy parents. They are active when investigations of a claim is made and very helpful to follow up with photos and police reports on any claim reported. Overall pretty good experience. They are polite. We have two cars on our policy and have never had any really difficult problems. We compared prices with three or four other companies before choosing to use Progressive. The price was reasonable and they have always been good about investigations into claims made by the customers.

    But they could improve by taking out auto payment on date of due payment. Sometimes the auto payment does not come out on time so I have to check my account to make sure the payment went through successfully. That can be very aggravating when trying to budget because sometimes the payment will come out over a week after the payment date that is set so I have to be sure the money is there and available for the payment.

    I like that Progressive value their customers and the policy I have is so awesome. They work fast to help you if you get in an accident in a timely matter. They even fixed my windshield when a rock from a truck hit my car. It took only a day for them to get my windshield fixed and gave me a rental car when someone vandalized my car. I can't thank them enough. The experience I've have had for the last five years have been beyond great. Their commercials are hilarious and they have great affordable policies for everyone regardless of income or driving record.

    Progressive Auto Insurance phone customer service is always excellent. Affordable pricing. Mobile and website is very easy to use and there is always someone available to chat with. However, their mobile cards need a little improvement, they don't always load properly. To get items mailed takes a little time to navigate the mobile and websites. My overall experience with my insurance company is excellent. But unfortunately some of their CSR will give you grief if you have fallen on hard times or something unexpected comes up.

    I had no problems with Progressive until they raised my rates. They were easy to work with but they should have had lower premiums for good drivers. If you are a good driver rates should decrease as time goes on not increase. I wouldn't change insurance companies if that happened. I usually change insurance every 5 years because they all continually raise rates.

    I like Progressive's convenience, the fast service and their customer service. However, the price was a little higher when I relocated to a different city and different state, so I changed insurance. They were not as good as in the other state, and I found a local, less money and good service as well. If I was in the same city, I probably would continue with them. I was with them for a few years. They resolved all my issues, and they were very good at it.

    The insurance agent was very helpful in informing me of the different plans Progressive have. My husband and I were both happy with this. It was actually the only insurance plan that we agreed on together. I also like the price. I like that the agent took the time to explain everything to me. She went over prices, deductible. I appreciate that she gave everything in great detail and she answered all the questions I had. I did not feel rushed to make a decision with her at all. I truly do appreciate everything about the insurance but it was kind of high. Other than that, it is pretty darn near perfect.

    Progressive was cheapest and I love that they automatically lower my rate as my record improves. I like being able to have auto payments and also to quickly pay on my own if I can't pay on the scheduled date. I can make payments at any time of day, too. Also no one would cover someone with an accident categorized as my fault even though all the written witness statements said it was the other driver's (a cop) fault except Progressive. The other companies were a nightmare because they would cover me at first and then revoke my insurance a week later... as if purchasing insurance isn't a confusing headache already. It was more simple with Progressive. No going back and forth. But I hate that they send new insurance cards before the old ones expire. Makes me not pay attention when the time does come to switch out an old one from my car.

    The purchasing experience is pleasant and affordable. Also, love that they have an app and are technology-based Which makes it easier for young people and people new to buying insurance. I like having full coverage and gap insurance as well as snapshot so if my driving remains good I save money. Customer service is very helpful too. However, late payments cost money and I get many phone calls if I'm a day late. It's kind of similar to harassment. I also dislike that having no credit means I have to pay 800$ upfront for a policy.

    I like the auto draft from my account and the fact that there is a local office that I can visit and handle my insurance business in person. With the local office I feel like it is more of a personal experience. This is a great company. They make it easy and simple to add a vehicle to the policy and have always been fast, friendly, and helpful no matter how I have contacted them. We have only been with this company a little over six months and so far they have been wonderful. After six months of our policy our rates dropped. However, they did move the office where I would visit and did not inform us so I had to call to find out where the new office was. There could have been better communication on that area. We have been very pleased with everything except the failed communication on the move of the office.

    I like that it was easy to sign up online. I just went to the website; put in my information, and I was done. I downloaded the app which was easy to find on Google Play and had digital insurance cards that day. I can do anything I need to on the app and it makes sure you have everything you need at your fingertips. They also had the lowest rates of the companies I looked at. My bill is always on time and the auto pay option makes sure I never miss a payment.

    Progressive is cheap, covers what I need it to cover, and it was suggested by the local company I purchase insurance through. Everything is also easily available online and automatically deducted from my account. However, it is hard to speak to a human on the phone and not have to go through a ton of automation.

    This company made purchasing insurance very pleasant and easy. All I had to do was call and give them minimal information and I was insured within 10 minutes. But this insurance is somewhat pricey. I wish they would focus on reducing costs for their customers and maybe stop spending so much money on advertisements. But I like that the customer service is available 24/7. I also like that they are willing to move your payment date for you if need be. All of the agents are very courteous and helpful. Also anytime you need to contact them for any reason, you never wait on hold long.

    My overall experience was fair. Mobile phone app was my favorite feature and that's really the only feature that I really liked about the company. I liked how easy the mobile app was to use because I dreaded having to call customer service because I always ended up frustrated and upset. The customer service was awful, everyone I talked to was always rude and in a rush to get off the phone not concerned about answering my questions. I had to file one claim while I had a policy with them and it was surprisingly simple. I had a great agent handle my claim who took care of everything very quickly. I only stayed with them for my 6 month policy term because I found rates that were almost half the price with other companies. I most likely wouldn't carry another policy with them...

    Overall I really enjoy the benefits and ease of use of Progressive. The process to purchase the policy was easy and well explained. The representative was well informed. We receive great customer service and great response time for any problems. We also get very reasonable rates. There are many benefits in the full coverage package that other companies don't offer. It would be nice though to have a life insurance policy included or as an add on option. Of course everyone likes lower rates. To be able to personalize your insurance package would be great too.

    I love purchasing the auto insurance policy through the internet. They have highly customized policy quotes and easy to use website pages and policy access. Snapshot the ability to play with coverage and prices and instant card printing. However, I would lower the Arizona insurance rates and have quarterly options for paying. Also no charges for EFT payments.

    I went with Progressive mostly because I had a local agent who I could call whenever I had problems. I liked the advertisement of being able to add just what you need and I got a discount when adding in renters insurance. I also like having a local agent who went through prices and what I needed and helped me with renter's insurance. However I have found that quite a few people my same age and circumstances are getting lower rates with Geico. But Geico does have higher rates for other things but if I had done a little more research I could have gotten a better price. Plus other companies have accident forgiveness and you don't have to wait for years.

    Purchasing Progressive Auto Insurance is Great. I love everything about them. They handled my claim in a very timely manner. They took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about anything. They made sure I fully understood everything and that I didn't have any questions and if I did they answered it to the best of their abilities. They have easy online access and navigation too.     I enjoy the online and app access to features such as roadside assistance and digital insurance cards. They have proven to be very useful in a pinch. Also the app is easy to use and self explanatory. But we didn't get in any accidents or speeding tickets and somehow our insurance cost went up. I am still unclear as to why it has risen and am hoping sooner than later to get answers. Also, there was a time I tried to use roadside assistance for a 12 mile tow, our policy covers 15 miles, but they wanted to charge us for 40 miles. We ended up having a family member help us. All in all, it covers most things that you can expect to happen. It is decent coverage.

    The purchasing process was easy and the agent was kind. The agent told me about all my options and helped me pick what was right for myself and my budget. But I would like insurance to be more affordable to those of us on fixed incomes. Your insurance payment shouldn't cost more than your car payment. But I liked Progressive because it the cheapest for me at the time 20 years ago. But I now have GEICO insurance, because they are the cheapest full coverage for my new vehicle.

    The format of Progressive's website was easy to follow and offered more options. I also liked the price comparison feature on their website. It offers easy decision making. However I didn't like that my policy premium was much higher than what was originally quoted. I feel I am a good driver but my credit score at the time of my policy was lower than it is now. My premium was much higher as a result of my credit score and not my driving record. It is not fair to base someone's premium off their credit score. Rather it should be based off their overall driving record.

    Progressive has been wonderful. They have reasonable rates which is great for my limited budget as a single mother of a two year old. They are great and super friendly. I love the atmosphere. Always smiley and extremely helpful. They treat me like family and I love that they are so considerate and are willing to work with me when money is a little tight and I cannot make a full payment all at once. It also does not take a lot of time to meet with someone. It's nice to be able to insure the safety of myself and my child. I would recommend them to everyone I know, even strangers for that matter.

    It's fast and easy to purchase the policy and I like the things Progressive offers for the price. They are fast to respond, and available when you need them. They are relatively reliable. I just wish this auto insurance was a little bit cheaper. Consistently expensive, but I have no choice as I have to carry insurance to drive. I don't understand why insurance is so expensive, even if you only drive a few times a month. It's not fair. Pay for what you use.

    The price was the main reason I chose Progressive for auto insurance. Unfortunately, I did not review the features. I was in somewhat of a bind when I made my decision.     Progressive is a very well known company. It was simple and convenient to get through online. The questions were precise with no gimmicks or hard to answer questions. I also like the device that tracks my driving. However, they raised the price too high after my first year and there was no customer service representative who could explain the increase.

    It was very easy to purchase our policy online. It's nice with Progressive that things are very simple and you can read about coverage online. You have it right there on the website in writing instead of having to go to a physical office to talk with someone. We didn't have to interact with a salesperson trying to upsell us a policy we don't need or want. Many times in person sales associates will try to convince you to buy coverage you really do not need then it hikes up your rates. I like the ease of filing claims, the cost of the policy, the amount covered for accidents, and being able to access account online. It makes it so much more convenient to manage everything online. I also like being able to print a copy of my coverage quickly and easily instead of waiting for it to come in the mail.

    If I had to change something, I would lower the price or ask for incentives or a lower cost for safe driving. I also would like to have a live chat with a salesperson if I have questions or need help. It would also be nice sometimes to have a local office with someone to talk to who is local if I get into an accident or need help. Someone who knows local repair shops is a plus.

    I didn't like anything about them. They were way too expensive and I only got them because my other insurance lapsed while I was in hospital and had to go on high risk. They were the only insurance company that I could get but I switched as soon as my six months was up. They said I would have to be with them for 10 years before price would go down in price and there was no way I could afford it.

    Progressive's customer service was not that great. Also, I could never figure out why the costs kept raising when I had no accidents or issues. You don't have an agent so the customer service can't tell you that much. I switched to Badger insurance because of the cost and customer service.

    Progressive insurance is affordable and has ok coverage. The staff is very helpful and has friendly service and support for if anything goes wrong with your car you can't ask for a better service than that. When I crashed my car they were right on top of things making sure I was ok and did I have any injuries and insured me. They would hurry and get my car fixed and they did. I have a very enjoyable experience working with the company. I can't say enough about the company. They are there when you need them. We need more insurance companies like them.

    I like how Progressive had low rates and how they covered my accident when I got in one. They were very reliable and easy to speak with when I needed to get a hold of customer service. My overall experience with them was good. But I wish they had awesome rewards like safe driving or something along those lines. My husband and I used them for a while until Geico became cheaper. My husband is still in school and having to pay almost nine hundred dollars every six months became too expensive. If it wasn't for Progressive's rates rising we would still be with them.

    I really like their app. When I got into an accident it was user friendly, allowing me to take pictures of the car that hit me, my car and the other driver's information. It even saved those pictures to my phone as a backup. Purchasing my insurance was easy. Just went online, put in what I wanted and was able to edit and see what I could do and my final total before actually purchasing it. However, it's more expensive than I would like. As a single mom, in her 40s with only 1 accident, which was not my fault, no tickets, I expected to have my bill go down after the last six months not up.

    It has been a pleasure to have Progressive Insurance. They take care of us anytime we have an issue. I like how they appreciate me as a customer and provide great customer service. I also like that we can add and delete vehicles on our own through their app. Anytime we have a question, they move us to the front of the line on the phone due to our length of service. But the price is a bit much and I do not like having to pay so much for two teenagers. Also I wish their home insurance rates were more reasonable so we could save on multi-policy discount.

    Progressive was recommended to us by a relative. We felt very comfortable talking to the agent who took our call when we first contacted them. We told them what our needs were and he was able to recommend a policy that fit well into our budget. Compared to other insurance companies we have used in the past Progressive is far better and less expensive than most. We loved that they were not pushy and trying to force us into purchasing a more expensive insurance. Overall it was a good move for us when we switched.

    It was really easy to choose my policy and to get signed up. I was able to do it in just a few minutes from my computer. With my crazy schedule, it meant a lot to be able to take care of it all without any hassle. Also, I like that they didn't bother me a lot. There were no constant calls trying to get me to add to my plan. They knew that if I wanted something, I would come to them. I also like that there was no pressure from agents to expand my coverage. However I felt that the rates were a little high based on what I could get with other insurance.companies. It's why I eventually went with someone else. I was able to find the same coverage with another company for a lot less. I liked Progressive a lot, but my wallet is always going to win out in the end.

    Progressive insurance has covered my personal items for a very reasonable price per month. I would suggest for them to truly have a great bundle package that would save you more money. I have insurance with another company for my home and I don't bundle it with them because it would be more expensive. Overall, however, I have been very pleased with the whole coverage. When I need to get ahold of them I always have the pleasure to speak to a person instead of a machine, which for me is a great plus!

    I got my quote online, then I called and spoke with an agent. That way it was easier to pick my policy to the way I wanted it and they helped personalize it to perfection. It only took about 20 minutes to complete and I was able to print off my temporary insurance cards. They have great rates and bundle discounts. Also they make it extremely easy to add another vehicle and driver to the policy. But Progressive needs to improve by putting up physical locations for customers to be able to visit. Sometimes it's nice to be able to go and sit down and talk to someone in person.

    When getting quote it can all be done online without pushy people making you pick them. And with any new vehicles I've added it's always been a very easy process. Any questions have been answered and dealt with right away as well. I like the quality and price of my Progressive insurance. I liked the 3 month period that lowered my insurance due to good driving which has continued to help keep my insurance affordable. Also helpful people when you have questions. I also like the name your price having a option for less or more coverage. Overall I've had a good experience with this company. Maybe 1 rude person in 10 years of coverage with them but good service overall and will continue to stay with them.

    Progressive has been a great insurance company for us. Purchasing the insurance was very quick and painless. I went through an insurance agency in my hometown that cross referenced many policies that suited our needs and met our criteria. Progressive was the best match for us with both premium and benefits. We pay through that agency and get mail from both them and Progressive regarding our benefits and bill. Then, we have had an incident where we needed to utilize all the features of our insurance and they made the process quick and painless without a huge increase in our policy. They made it really easy to find a great mechanic and to get the rental car while the work was being done.

    Anytime you have to get an extensive amount of work done is stressful, but it was made to be a very simple process with plenty of guidance. However, I would like a lower premium overall since my car payment and insurance are the largest bills I have and almost always are paid by stretching my budget and doing without in other places. But, compared to the quality of service, I am not disappointed by the premium.

    The experience I had signing up with Progressive was great. 1-2 phone calls and printed my papers in few mins and waited till 12 am and I was all set. Didn't have to leave my house and customer service a+. They are easy to sign on, no back and forth competitive payments a month. When I had an accident I had no problems with the claim. They took charge and I could go to my body man to fix. I didn't have to use who they said. The customer service is quick, well mannered and know their job. Can answer all questions too. However, I wish there were more Progressive offices around. It would be great to deal with a person face to face and wish it was a little cheaper to insc your vehicles and wish the confirmation papers were larger. They are small cards.

    I like the ability to manage my policy online, rather than having to call and wait to speak to a representative. I can save time if I can make any adjustments myself, even file a claim. However, I dislike that rates increase for varying factors, but do not decrease as readily. This is an industry-wide problem and not specific to one company. Even so, the purchasing process and management of the policy is quick, easy, and hassle free which is one of the most attractive features to me. Rates are adjustable depending on what I need or don't need, which makes me feel like my policy is customized.

    The initial sign-up was fairly easy; their limited paper waste policy is a plus - everything you may require, as far as documents go (i.e. Proof of insurance, policy agreement). You can access their site on the web very easily & are able to then view your "paperless policy" info there online. I like their phone operator's pleasant manners. Their 24 hour telephone line operators, in my experience, have all exhibited excellent customer service skills. But the rates just keep going up, even though they advertise themselves & their policy differently on tv and in radio broadcasts as well. It is frustrating and crummy.

    Progressive Bundles automotive insurance well with renters insurance. Numerous discounts available. Great roadside service and easy pay at a local insurance agency. I purchased insurance with Progressive through an insurance agency which eventually moved to an unfamiliar location. And they were unfortunately overpriced and did not provide a phone app to allow me to pay online. I then purchased Geico online and have found it has far better service and rates, as well as Wawanesa.

    The overall purchase process was easy and I got comparable rates. I only left because I got married and my spouse's insurance was a lot more affordable. But Progressive was a good company that always took care of me. When I was rear ended, a rep came to my place of work so I didn't have to miss any hours to get a report done. But the policy was a little pricey. And nobody got back to me regarding an uninsured driver that hit me. I was taken care of for the most part, but I did have to pay my deductible even though it wasn't my fault.

    Progressive is competitive. Good services and helpful. Were very prompt in processing a claim after an accident I had. No questions asked and the check was in the mail within a month. They did raise my monthly payments but it was to be expected. They did not drop me off the insurance even though the payment was high. I would highly recommend this insurance company to all my friends. And a matter of fact I did so. I was very happy and satisfied. Maybe they should advertise more to get more exposure. And also have more offices.

    Horrible experience. I was asked to send in proof of where I live to keep my policy so I did and still got cancelled. I went based on what another representative told me to send in and I paid the payment. Apparently one document wasn't accepted so they just cancelled the policy and won't refund my money. Never again will I do anything through Progressive.

    My husband has been on Progressive for 2 years. We have paid auto deduct of $65/month for years. Recently, I was balancing the bank account and found that they deducted $223.00. Furious I called them to find out that they added my 16 year old daughter to the policy. I said that I did not authorize you to add a household member nor did I authorize you to increase my premium. The kind man on the phone indicated that they get notified of anyone in the household that is driving and they add them to the policy. I immediately insisted that they refund all of my money and cancel my policy. Iowa does not require you to insure all drivers. They only require you to insure the vehicle and as such all authorized drivers are insured. I find it highly unprofessional that they did not call me, send me a letter, or notify in any way of this change. Never again Progressive. Be Aware!

    They are good on price and they also help whenever you can't pay it. They make sure that you can keep your insurance even if it means you have to make payments to them little at a time. Everybody that works there is easygoing, nice and likes to help everybody. They help a lot. If you're broke down or if you run out of gas or your tire bus or anything they will come to help you or they will send somebody to help you. They're very quick about it and when you call them you don't have to wait an hour for a representative to be able to talk. I would totally recommend them before I would recommend any other insurance company.

    The company is very well known. They have competitive prices and coverage has been very good. The auto and home insurance was very easy to get. We used the website to get competitive quotes. We then used the website to select the features and the coverage we needed. We also used the website to purchase and pay our premiums each six months. We are then emailed proof of coverage and we also have it on our phones on the app. The app and website are convenient and easy to use. They are easy to contact either through the app or the website. The company will also either do paper or paperless for customers. Easy to show proof of coverage through the online app. The commercials are even entertaining. My family and I have been very happy with the company and our insurance coverage.

    We knew what we wanted to pay and went in with that in mind. Progressive's price fits my budget better than others, which was our major consideration as other companies wanted way too much for less coverage. And it was easy to customize our policy to get the price we wanted. We got the quote and buying the policy was super easy. But I wish Progressive had lower prices for long term members and more rewards for those with no claims or accidents. Something like Allstate's claim free rewards would be awesome but I would settle for our price not going up every year despite being listed as gold or platinum members. It seems those designations don't really mean anything because rewards aren't easily noticed or visible on the bill/statement. And it does seem that new members get better quotes than existing though which seems unfair. Too much focus is on gaining new members instead of keeping current ones.

    It was very easy to get coverage online and make changes to my policy when needed. It was also nice being able to extend my due date when needed.     The overall experience and the process of purchasing my auto insurance policy through Progressive went very well because I physically went into their local office and spoke with someone in person who was able to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable making the purchase. The employees were very knowledgeable and considerate as well. I felt like they really cared about getting me the best price for the type of coverage I was interested in purchasing.

    However I would ask them would to consider improving the training their customer service representatives receive. I've only ever had to call 2 or 3 times but each time the representative I encountered did not have the information that I needed, did not have the answers to any of my questions, and did not have the authority to complete any of the requests that I had. I'm not trying to be rude but that makes it frustrating and makes me not want to call because I feel like it will be a waste of my time like it had been in the past. If I had tried to call the company through the customer service phone line, I have no doubt that I wouldn't have purchased a policy because I wouldn't have felt comfortable with purchasing something so important without getting any of the questions that I had answered first.

    It was very simple to purchase from Progressive. My insurance agent found them to be the lowest rate at that time. It took very little time to purchase policy and get paperwork. The company was quick and very helpful. When I did file a claim, someone came to my house to take pictures and file the claim. It was very easy and less stressful than it could have been. But I would like to have a lower rate, since I have filed no claims in many years. Considering my age and driving record so far, I feel I am overpaying. Plus I don't get a multi-car discount since I am the only driver.

    I like that they always try to find you the best deal for what our family needed. The rep was very helpful with helping us decide what type of insurance would fit best for each type of property we owned/rented. The purchasing process was a simple and stress-free experience for us. But I don't like that whoever is answering the customer service hotline isn't very polite, don't seem to listen to what you are requesting or are not very familiar with your account or the services that are offered. But I like that they offer rental assistance. I also like that they will really fight for their clients if it appears they have been wrongly accused of fault. I like that you can access your proof of insurance online and save your proof of insurance to your cell phone as well.

    I appreciated the convenience of online policy management with Progressive and the cost of the coverage was within budget while offering affordable deductions. I liked the free app and the ability to have my identification card and other important account information on my mobile app, even while out of service range was convenient.

    The process of obtaining the policy was also simple and relatively self explanatory yet very impersonal, which was apparent when a question arose on my end. The process and amount of patience required to work the phone tree and automated voice was trying. The inability to speak to a human being was disparaging and the inability to answer specific questions without quoting policy and sounding alien was a deal breaker. I changed companies because of the discrimination I discovered while attempting to upgrade my policy and become a multi policy holder. The indifference and uneducated decision to breed discriminate based on mass hysteria and bigotry and not account for time tested professional opinion and research provided me with enough evidence to take my policy and my money elsewhere.

    Purchase was very easy with an on phone agent. When I sold my car and needed to add the new car I purchased it only took moments to add which I loved. I like the fast service and reasonable rates until my rate was raised in South Carolina with no other reason but the county I lived in had an overall rate increase. It was extreme at least 30% increase. That to me was a cop out reason. I had no accidents, claims or tickets. I had been with them for over 4 years and felt jilted. I should have been rewarded for being an excellent careful driver. Worst part was the increase came with no warning at my renewal and I had to barrow the money to continue to be insured as they refused to allow me a partial payment. I was prepared to pay what I had paid prior. I ended up switching to Geico.

    Within the last 2 months, both of our vehicles have been hit by Progressive customers. Dealing with their claims department is a joke! They don't bother to contact you with any updates... I specifically asked that the repair on my car be done by Toyota Collision Center and they sent it to some fly by night body shop instead! I have NO RECOURSE on that! The incident happened almost a month ago, MINOR damage, nothing mechanical... I am waiting almost A MONTH to get my car back and I have to call them for any updates!!! They are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with!!! I don't know if the rates are cheap but the service damn sure is!!! I pray I never encounter another Progressive claim EVER!!! They spend all their time on commercials and zero time on good customer service. Hated everything about dealing with them.

    Progressive Auto Insurance has proven to me to be completely unhelpful, unwilling to go a little extra mile to help their policyholders, and honestly dealing with them has become an utter inconvenience. I was going through an intersection, green light, and it had been green for at least 10 seconds prior to going through it, when a sedan ran full force through the red light, t-boning me, as well as hitting another car next to me. I've had Progressive for about 2 years, and when it came down to the claims department, they were extremely unhelpful.

    Apparently you pay hundreds of dollars a month, and when someone else is in the wrong (and APPARENTLY in the wrong), you have to wait like a sitting duck to get any repairs on your car unless you're willing to pay out of pocket and wait God knows how long to get reimbursed. For someone who is a full time student, and works full time just to pay bills, it's not very easy to just have $1,000 laying around to be given back "eventually". I don't have rental car insurance, but my driver side doors is not only smashed in, but it doesn't even close completely. Without even discussing how this is a safety hazard, it is raining and my door doesn't even close enough to keep the rain out of my car.

    And Progressive apparently can't waive a rental fee until the other person's insurance pays for it. To ensure the safety of their policyholders. Now, I can pay out of pocket for it, and get "reimbursed" eventually. Again, I'm a student, I don't have extra funds to fork out for a rental car for however many days/weeks I'll need to until my car is fixed. A multi-million dollar company that I'm insured with, can't help their policyholders enough to temporarily waive a rental fee that should be covered by the car who ran the red light's insurance, but I can pay out of pocket and the other insurance will reimburse me later.

    Progressive has just shown me, when you do need them, and something happens to YOU, they will only be there for you on their time, and what is convenient for them. Instead of having your best interest in mind. What do I pay hundreds a month for then again? To wait 4+ weeks to get my car that doesn't even shut the door fixed, without any additional help from them. Lovely. After this experience, I WILL be changing insurances again. Progressive you've lost another policyholder.

    I am with them now and I have many many friends and family that have them also. I had them in the past and they always were courteous, friendly and very professional. Their rates were great and they always handled things in a timely fashion. When they handled my claim they were fast, accurate, honest and respectful. They gave me options and made sure everything was handled with the shop of my choice. I was always very satisfied that is why I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I have had many insurance policy and none has been anywhere close to making me happy as they did. They were awesome and it was such a pleasant experience. On a scale of 1-10 they are above a 20.

    Good pricing and bundle specials are nice. They have friendly employment staff and they're easy to contact. I never had to use my coverage but it was easy to set up and gives good quality for the price. Progressive is more cost efficient on liability, but not so fantastic on full coverage which is required for financing a vehicle. The pricing I was given was a little different than what I actually paid but not a huge difference. Geico has better pricing but overall Progressive is good.

    We have only been with Progressive Auto Insurance for 6 months. We chose it because it was the lowest rate and we were promised that the rates would lower as we continued to be loyal customers. It was a quick and easy process. I googled the nearest insurance place to me and went. It was close to 5 pm so the guy seemed annoyed over the phone so I was skeptical to go at first. But when we arrived he was great. We actually stood a bit past closing time because we talked about so many things. He told us our different rate options and made sure we got any discounts we qualified for. He gave us the best deal at the time. Our agent is a very cool, down to earth guy that's always a pleasure to visit. He provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision that was right for us at the time.

    However, I dislike that they told us if we do the 6 months and stay loyal to the company, the payments will be cheaper when we came to renew for another 6 months. The rates went up without any warning and now we are searching for another less expensive insurance. I do like my agent but I feel like he said what he needed to say to get the sale.

    For years I enjoyed Progressive. They had excellent response times for roadside assistance. They were pretty reliable and most customer service experiences were ok. The policy were good and offered what I needed at the time. But they raised prices without warning or reasonable explanation. I never had a speeding ticket or accident but they still kept raising prices. No rewards for being a loyal customer. Extremely expensive and I felt unappreciated. They gauge their customers. And for that reason I switched to Geico whom I have been with happily for a while. I will never go back to Progressive. They do not care about their customers

    I had a claim with Progressive and it was dealt with quickly. I never had a problem getting in touch with them. Claims services keep in touch through the completion of the entire process. I like how they have an account that goes towards the deductible. I like their phone app. It is user friendly and makes filing claims and paying my bill easy. I also like the pay through PayPal option. However, their rates are high but not much different from others. At the time Progressive was my best rate if I shop around.     I enjoyed having Progressive Insurance as my insurance carrier. Overall I was satisfied. I like the low monthly payments and the roadside assistance option. I utilize the roadside assistance a few times because I had locked my keys in the car and that it was covered by my policy. Was wonderful the customer service that I received when I called in. They send help immediately and that helped my day get back on track.

    I like the coverage that I am able to get too. I enjoyed the online ordering experience as well as the app and the ability to download proof of insurance onto my phone and my laptop computer and order to printed out instantly. I also like having the ability to do comparisons to other companies as far as price and it made the entire process pretty easy. I like that because of the state I live in it's a lot less than what it would have been in another state. That would be the total of everything.

    But I did not enjoy the device they wanted me to plug into my car in order to prove that I'm a safe driver. I believe that my driving record should be enough proof seeing as I have never had an accident. I also did not like that my rates went up because other people had accidents and I feel like I paid more than enough for what is required to have insurance and to be charged for other people's issues was unfair.

    Progressive is a national insurance company so I could carry the coverage with me wherever I went. They were easy to work with and they reply quickly. Notified me each time my premiums were due, with plenty of time to pay. Purchasing the insurance was also quick and efficient. Offered many different policies to pick from, to be tailored to my needs. They have fair premiums but at some point, found a company that gave me a better premium. It would be nice if they offered a suspension policy for when I am not using the car for extended periods of time and a reduced premium for good driving. Competitive premiums are also always a help.

    The process as a whole was very quick. Was easy to get my quote, and sign up for insurance. Customer service is very friendly and wants to resolve issues quickly. They are the least expensive out of all the available auto insurance in our area and they also had the most discounts that you could qualify for without putting in much effort.     We would sit and compare several different insurance companies, seeing what their coverage was and cost per month, see if there were any other discounts we were able to get, then see what the best deal for our money would be. The only thing we really did not like with this company was that their prices were not quite as good as another company that had just as good of coverage, so we had switched to a different company because of this. But I enjoyed how quick they were able to respond with claims and how their insurance was at a great price. I appreciated how they would contact us directly and promptly. They were efficient and fair too.

    I truly enjoy my experience with Progressive and don't intend to change providers. I like that I was able to choose based on prices which I could afford. The user interface on their website was very easy to use and I liked being about to see a lot of information. It makes me feel more in control when I do the work myself. It doesn't feel like there is an agent pulling numbers out of the sky with a bunch of back up information which doesn't make sense to me. I didn't feel rushed or pressure because I was going at my own pace and I could always stop to research information if I didn't understand something. And payments are also easy including when it is time to print insurance cards or access information.

    Progressive works with you on the amount you can afford a month and the due date. My fee was a lot more expensive than it is now because they needed proof of my last insurance company. I sent them what I could, however, I needed to call to make sure my account was up-to-date. Progressive also has pet insurance which I will be looking into in the future.

    I am currently pleased with Progressive. They had the most competitive rates at the time I purchased the policy after leaving my prior company after a divorce that left me financially destitute and facing bankruptcy. However I am considering shopping for a better price for monthly premiums or discounts and incentives or rewards. It would be nice if Progressive have some sort of payment arrangement option or flexibility with payment due date, perhaps limited number of due date extensions during hardship times, waived late fee or something to avoid unnecessary cancellation or policy lapse.

    Progressive Insurance is completely unprofessional. I went online to get an auto and home quote - loved what I saw and signed up online. Started receiving emails with completely different numbers. They wanted to insure my home for over $1 million - my home is NOT worth $1 million. When I called to inquire about where they got their information, I spent over 45 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) and was told that I would have to take off of work and allow an inspector to come over and inspect the property to prove that it is NOT $1 million home. Ridiculous! I asked to cancel the policy and speak to a supervisor and was told that all of the supervisors were "in a meeting!"

    The coverage was perfect for my needs and picked specifically for what I required in coverage. The staff members were very quick at getting me all my paperwork and cards the same day I purchased the coverage. They were the first auto insurance company to reply to my questions and concerns. They have better rates and friendlier staff members. They were also very helpful when I needed rate advice and picked the best coverage for me. On the other hand, I was unable to obtain house insurance through them to bundle with my car insurance.

    Progressive was easy to buy, took very little time to complete once I made my decisions on what coverage I wanted, and all the information on pricing and coverage needed was very easy to find. Plus, the price was competitive and reasonable. Like most people these days I like that everything is their online presence but what enticed me the most is that everything is handled online even accidents are, which makes everything simple and fast. It's mostly controlled through the mobile app which is very simple to use. The only issue I have ever had is that the customer service, when you talk to a real person could be a little better sometimes.

    Purchases through them was a breeze and they helped us every step of the way getting the coverage we needed. They made sure all of our questions were answered before moving on to anything else and everything they did for us was done very thoroughly for each step. Worth the money and we have a very decent rate with 2 vehicles with full coverage. For the most part they have decent customer service but the last few times we have spoken with customer service they were very rude. Otherwise customer service work well with us when we have to make payments past due dates. But they should also find a way to simplify setting up payment dates. Most times the date is set from the day you sign up. Most times we have to pay past that date due to paycheck dates.

It was easy to understand their phone reps, great customer service. Every person I spoke to on the phone or chatted with online was helpful & patient. Also, I love the phone app. It's very easy to get the documents I need quickly. It's always a hassle free experience and I don't end up stressed out and confused. However, they should add more discount to lower pricing, they should give second chances before raising rates, and they should consider a rewards program.     I like it as long as they send paperless reminders for auto withdrawal for my account on time. But it's still very expensive for someone who is 43 with no accidents. They need to lower the rate for people over the age of 40 that have been driving since they were 16 in New Jersey. There is no reason I should be paying $700 every 6 months for one vehicle and no accidents. They should not go by your income or your credit rating to give you Auto Insurance. My credit has nothing to do with my driving so why do they bring that into the situation? When will they stop using the credit rating and whose idea was it to start using the credit rating to do insurance coverage?

    I also know people in their 70's that have no accidents and pay astronomical fees. Don't they understand that these people are living on Social Security a very limited income? What about our veterans, do they even care about them? They used to give discounts for people who worked in the hospitals but not anymore. I work in an industrial plant making plastic. I don't get a discount unless I go to another carrier. I've been with them for a while. Should I switch to another company so I can get my discount just like my Federal Credit Union? They said that I can get a discount but they will not honor it. They need to stop thinking about their pockets and thinking about the poor less than middle class trying to make a living to keep a roof over their head to feed their family.

    I have a family of three that I take care of and to pay over $700 in a six month period for insurance is two weeks' paycheck that does not include my rent, my electric, my water and food to feed my four-year-old granddaughter, me or my daughter. They do not care about families. They say they're all about making things easier and cheaper but they keep raising the rates higher and higher.

    They were easy and decent to work with both as a customer and as a claimant. I had automatic withdrawal and it was easy to purchase and pay monthly. When I called the customer service people, everyone was very nice and helped with all my questions. I also liked the fact you could look up your insurance card online. All of your information about your policy could be found online. You could even download an app. They were very accommodating when someone hit my daughter's car with repairs and a rental car. But obviously price is always a factor. I wish there were more discounts for drivers with good driving records and discounts for paperless billing. They may have this now, but they did not when I had Progressive. Also, the wait time is a big pet peeve. No one should wait more than a few minutes to speak to a real person.

    I like Progressive's 24-hour service. No need to wait to next day to call insurance agent office and have to miss work or take a break so I can get in touch with the agent. And I also like the ease of the website where you just type in the words and numbers to get your quote. Purchasing the insurance was super easy. No trying to understand broken English on the other end of the phone and the frustration of trying to get all the info and numbers correct. However, they could in improve in giving rates that are super low like only a dollar a year with no deductible and maybe a free big calendar every year sent to my house thru the United States post service.

    It's extremely easy to start a policy and manage it online. I rarely have to call the company itself. Most of what I have ever needed help with, I found answered online. It's so easy to navigate. They also give you a lot of policy options to make your policy affordable. However, I don't like the amount of paperwork they send to me. They give you the option to save money on the premium if you elect to go paperless yet they still send you mail almost on a weekly basis. What's the point in not mailing a bill if they are just going to send all other correspondences through the mail. But my overall experience and the process of purchasing an auto insurance policy has been positive.

    The process of getting it was really simple. I called. I paid over the phone and then I had to go in and complete some paperwork and that was that. It was very easy process to get insurance through them and I got proof of insurance right on the spot. I did have to wait a week or two for my insurance cards but I did have a piece of paper and proving my insurance. They cover up to $25,000 for personal injury on my monthly rates are fairly low, even lower if I pay it six-month term or yearly term. Also they will let you carry full coverage with a salvage title and not too many insurance companies allow that. I can access my account online and pay my bill online, order new cards online. Anything that I need to do involving my insurance company I could do it online if I choose. But sometimes it's hard to get a complete answer. I have waited weeks for questions that I had about my policy and they cannot answer whether my salvage title car if some compensated to fix my car.

    I like Progressive because they provided the lowest rates for similar coverage when compared to other insurance companies. They have been understanding when circumstances require me to request an extension for my car insurance. They offer various discounts, which even as a young driver, made my car insurance very affordable. The only thing I would improve would be the safe driving tracker. When I previously had this in my vehicle, it was extremely frustrating and overly sensitive. Overall my experience purchasing Progressive was fantastic and very easy. I purchased the Insurance through an insurance broker and was impressed that I was able to save over $100.00 a month by switching.

    We purchased our Progressive policy via telephone and it was super simple and quick. Reasonable pricing, ability to pay policy via phone each month, or direct debit if I would rather do that. We have added and removed several vehicles and they make the process simple and straightforward. Prices are great, and when we did have a claim they handled it quickly. At the present time, I have no major complaints about our insurance company. The only negative I have is that when it's time to make the payment at the 6 month point, you have to call and talk instead of just doing it self-service.

    I looked up quotes for multiple insurance companies. Progressive had the best rates. And I could sign up right then and have insurance right then. It was quick and easy online. I like that I can do most everything I need to for my insurance right from my phone with the Progressive app. Makes for a quick payment method and accident report. But I disliked when I had my accident with hitting a deer it took them over two weeks just to approve getting it fixed. They didn't put factory parts back in. They would only pay aftermarket parts. Which I've had to get replaced by the repair shop warranty.

    Progressive Auto Insurance premiums are misleading. They claim to give you online discounts. I didn't even have an online account and they claim to have notified me by email that I had to sign edocs. They also claimed to have mailed me the notices. I never received them. In fact, when I created an online account, my rate went down by $4.00 and then within minutes, it went up $58.00. I feel that I was scammed. I chatted with someone and have my chat transcript where I requested the email of the CEO, they sent me a consumer email address and I sent them my complaint on 4/17/18.

    It is 4/30/18 and no one has returned my email or contacted me to address my concerns. I could have gone anywhere for the price that I am paying and I am researching insurance companies very well, I will probably go with AAA because they have a wonderful customer service department and have a lot more to offer. BE AWARE of E-DOCS or your INSURANCE PREMIUM WILL INCREASE... PROGRESSIVE PRICES ARE MISLEADING!

    I have held car insurance for over 24 years and Progressive is the best insurance company I've been with.     Overall experience was good compared to the other insurance companies I applied for. They were good about explaining to you that first they would make sure I could get coverage before they would waste my time. And then they asked questions that were pertinent to the coverage I was needing along with the price I wanted to pay. However, I did not like the fact that they asked more than the average questions, they run a credit check and they changed my credit rating. I did not like that they don't do comparisons on other companies and that you could not have had any tickets in the last six months. They also take direct withdrawal from your account, so you have to have a checking or savings account to get the insurance.

    But they got me the best quote they could offer and the coverage they felt would be most beneficial for my budget. They let me pick my due date and because I include my renter insurance, I got a discount for multi insured. When finally everything was done online, I printed a temporary card from an email sent by the insurance company until my real card came. Progressive insurance is affordable and I was able to get started without a down payment.

    The Name Your Price tool was a good add and it helped me save a whole lot of money. I had a accident and they came on the spot and paid for my damage within a week. But the wait time for customer service was entirely too long. They maybe need to hire more customer service representatives. But once they answered, purchasing my policy was really simple. The only thing that's annoying is the snapshot. It beeps anytime you have to brake hard and I feel you could have made this better. But I would recommend Progressive to anyone.

Still, I'd like them to improve on the price. I have PLPD, that is required by law, and think it's a waste because it doesn't actually help anything. It's just so I can legally drive. This is not Progressive's fault, and I understand that. Other than that, I like that I can do most things through the app, and if I ever have a problem it is resolved very fast. They don't have hidden fees, or extra charges, too. They send a device to put in my car that saves me money for safe driving, and not driving many miles.

The agents try to resolve your issues in a friendly and timely manner even if the result isn't completed they keep you informed the next they can. However, I didn't like the fact that when someone illegal me and didn't have insurance. Nothing was done to help me replace my car or offer a rental car leaving me and my kids without a vehicle until I could afford to purchase another one. I'm currently looking for another company. Being nice is a plus but I need something I can actually benefit from when I need it. After all I pay for that.

    Progressive Auto Insurance had the lowest monthly premiums than any other quotes I received. They offer discounts to good drivers and the option to use the safety drivers device for more discount options. I never have an issue with automatic payments. They increase premiums but not where it was extremely higher when I go to renew my policy. After an accident claim they reimbursed the payment in a timely fashion and they always responded fast with help during the time of the accident claim.

    The claim went smooth and the agents that we dealt with for the claim were helpful, nice and straightforward. They had a lot of knowledge of what to expect and how things were going to be handle. But I cant say that about the customer service representatives that handle the incoming calls during the accident. He was not helpful nor trained properly. He couldn't answer my questions and was not able to look up my policy and tell me if towing was included. He was understanding that I was still at the accident site and needed to finish things up with the police officer in an unsafe area dealing with him who really did know his job very well. He also told me one thing then turned around and said the very opposite. They really need to train their representatives better who answer the calls during accidents. I went through a insurance company that I like dealing with rather than Progressive customer service representatives.

    I purchased online while in car lot office and was able to compare rates, choose correct options recommended by my state, print out policy cards and all policy documents for car lot in 10 minutes start to finish. I like their easy searchable website, the ability to compare rates and quick registration process. I can have clear understanding of policy and ability to ask questions from online porthole. I was happy with the services, rates and options available. I am completely satisfied and know of no improvements. What I don't like though is that the website sends frequent emails.     My husband and I had my son on our policy with State Farm after being with them for over 10 years, he had a accident and received a ticket our son did. State Farm more than double the monthly cost of our insurance with him on our plan. We were forced to go with Progressive because State Farm was indicating they had a company policy and we're requesting we remove our son from the policy but only if he surrendered his drivers license which was not required for any reason for having had a accident. It was not a DUI or anything like that. We were so upset with State Farm that we change to Progressive. We call later after her son had moved out and was in the Marines and they still would not give us a fair rate. So we are still with Progressive because we have the same type of coverage for the correct amount of money with our son not on the policy.

    When we signed up for Progressive we were able to do all of it online. It was an incredibly simple process and we immediately had the ability to use the tools on selecting levels of coverage we desired to do a cost comparison depending on what types of coverage we wanted to make sure we had on each vehicle. There was no need during the entire process to contact a customer service representative to further discuss getting in pain to further discuss getting in paying for a policy. We have been extremely loyal to State Farm for many many years. We are now beginning to feel the same type of loyalty towards Progressive.

    Progressive offers the same type of coverage we have had over the years with State Farm. One of the features they do not offer that we really liked that we had with State Farm under our umbrella policy was windshield repair that was not part of the deductible. Progressive offered the same types of coverage we had always had like collision, comprehensive, uninsured/underinsured motor vehicle coverage, emergency roadside coverage and of course liability. We also liked that Progressive offers motorcycle, homeowner coverage as well.

    The adjuster read over each policy in detail which made it super helpful. Any questions I had he answered and you could tell he was happy to help me. They also worked with me and my budget but still allowed me to get the coverage I needed. I've been late on my payments and the company was so kind to work with me! Definitely a great experience as I was very scared at first. My rates as of now are low and really haven't changed. It's always been great customer service and always very helpful. Progressive goes above and beyond to help and it's not just for a bonus. They know all their info which is very nice having someone who paid attention during training.

    But maybe have a rewards program for the members who are good drivers and who keep a clean driving record. That would be very nice. I would also think that maybe for food drivers their deductible would drop a little with no accidents, tickets or anything of that matter. Other than that I actually like the way they run their business.

    It was very easy to buy my policy online. I was even given quotes for other competing companies. I was always treated as a valued customer if I ever needed to call in. They are a well known and established, reliable company. They have been around for many years. They provide good service and offer fair pricing. They have convenient locations and respond quickly. But they could offer more discounts and better prices to be more competitive. Maybe it's time to stop using credit scores to determine prices. My credit score should have nothing to do with how much I'm charged. When you charge people more than they can afford they are more likely to default. But I was very satisfied with my policy there. I only switched because I was able to get a much lower price somewhere else.

I have checked with tons of other carriers and no one has been able to come close to the price. We have had one total loss vehicle and we were 100% satisfied with the conclusion of the claim.

    I do not like this company at all. Policies are overpriced for both motorcycle and car insurance and representatives are rude. They fought us when we had a legitimate claim. They insinuated that we were committing insurance fraud and it took 3 months to get our claim paid. When we finally left them, we got a better policy for 50% of what Progressive charged. Overall a complete nightmare.

    I have a friend that is an insurance agent and helps me a lot and gives great suggestions. He assisted me when I was shopping policies and it was easy. I thoroughly love Progressive because they are reasonable and always fix everything. I've been with them for almost 10 years and they have 24 hour customer service. However, I would improve the incentives and I would enjoy this company more if my plan didn't cost so much.

    I like Progressive and feel like I can trust what they say but I think their insurance is more expensive than it needs to be but the coverage is good. I don't really elbow what I don't know and don't know the right questions to ask. Purchasing online was easy but it would have been nice to have someone to actually speak to you to explain the questions. Also, I wish someone would tell me how much coverage I actually need based on my life and not overestimate to get more money out of me. The cost for me is over what I can afford to pay sometimes.

    In today's world of fast paced products and services Progressive stood out as the leader in its field. It was easy to find a representative to help me go through the complexities of insurance and find an insurance broker to compare policies that was best suited for our household. They were extremely thoughtful and thorough when explaining all the features of the policy. In the end it was great to have the complete coverages needed for my lifestyle. And with yearly reviews I will be able to keep up with my ever changing needs for the future. I am well pleased with auto and motorcycle coverages that I chose.

    With so many underinsured motorists driving along American highways today, a broad spectrum savings could be implemented for those of us who follow the law and fines implemented to those who do not carry and that money set aside to defray the costs for us who do pay. I would like Progressive to have more options to save me money as insurance rates are ever higher.

    I have had them for 7 years now with no issues or complaints. They are a great, reputable company and I plan to continue service with them in the future. They provide great service and policy details. I always know the details of claims, charges and any updates that happen. They renew automatically and send me electronic alerts. Anytime I have used roadside assistance, their customer service is impeccable; so helpful and friendly I never have to worry about being covered or being supported when issues or accidents happen. The only thing I may change is the policy price. I have no current claims or tickets on my report and I pay a bit too much. They should also have better incentives for loyal customers, especially those with no current reports or accidents.

    It was super easy to add the motorcycle first and then the home and with 2 drivers. I was able to keep adding different policies to my account. We currently have 3 different policies added now. But I wouldn’t mind a bit bigger discount for bundling... because I have 2 driver and more than 1 vehicle and our home. I would suspect we could probably get a larger discount.

    The Progressive Insurance companies, also know was Progressive, the one with Flo, had a very easy to use onboarding process including quote, purchase, running of the department of motor vehicle reports for driving record, running of the claims loss underwriting experience report, acceptance of multiple forms of payment, online services, inexpensive, good customer service. The claims process was eventually satisfactory although a little protracted. It was an easy process, easy to get a quote, easy to make payment, good claims service although a little slow. Progressive was a little pushy with the upselling and not the most competitively priced, but I like everything else. However, I moved my business to a company with a more competitive price.

    It was very easy to obtaining a policy thru their website without having to speak to an agent to get your policy started. The website is user-friendly and there is also a Progressive app you can download to your phone with downloadable proof of insurance and insurance cards. Prices are very competitive and can be put on auto draft for an additional discount which is nice. However, I dislike the wait time when you call in for policy-related issue or to make changes to your existing policy. Sometimes it is hard to understand and communicate with the foreign agents as well.

    My experience with purchasing insurance with Progressive was a very easy and fast process. The best way in my opinion would be to go into the store and purchase your policy face to face. I like the fact that the company is very reliable, helpful, and cheap. The service representative are really nice, they're knowledgeable and listen and answer all of your questions clearly and consistently. However I dislike the fact that sometimes you're on the phone with them forever. I also hate the fact even when being a few days late on paying your policy they'll cancel your policy and you'll have to start all over again.

    Progressive has lots of amazing features including convenient online access and automatic payments, excellent customer service, low rates and friendly customer service representatives. They were super helpful and thorough, making sure I understood all my options and helped me purchase the plan that was the best fit for me and my family.     It was an easy process to get signed up. I called over the phone and completed the process. They were friendly and answered all my questions. There were no issues and I received my cards in the mail in just a few days. I thought they were a reasonable company for the price. Their rates were lower and I decided to give them a try because of that. I found out later you get what you pay for. I didn't like the way they handled my claim. I ended up canceling them after that and found a better insurance company for less. They need better people handling their claims.

    Progressive Auto Insurance has been very fast when I needed to get roadside assistance. Called and within 15 minutes someone from the wrecker company called to let me know when they would be there. But you don't have a choice of the roadside service company. You must use the company they are contracted with. But dealing with Progressive was easy and they did what I wanted and made sure that I was satisfied. When I needed to change my policy, it was researched and presented to me with all the different options that I could use to lower my price. They also give you an option to pay in full with a discount or pay on a monthly payment plan.

    Progressive Auto Insurance was the 3rd company I looked at and they had the best rates and coverage out of the others. I found this and decided it was the right insurance plan for me. They have proven to be a great insurance company for me esp compared to others. On top of it they are extremely friendly and kind. They also make you feel right at home, and like you never want to leave again. However I would want them to change their spouse policy. It is very overpriced to add a spouse on to your insurance plan when you should actually receive a discount or something for adding another person.

    I love my insurance and they are the best. They let you just quote adding a new vehicle before you even add it and make changes easily! My overall experience has been very good. They are helpful. Have multiple discounts and find all the discounts they could for us. They also give a chance to use Snapshot which can drop your rates even lower. Also like the fast responses, very easy to understand and very kind and professional.

    Purchasing the auto insurance was a simple and straightforward process. I insured my cars, home, and, RV. I did it all online and it only took about thirty minutes for the whole process, that includes printing my insurance cards. The website is easy to navigate and if I need to making a claim looks simple as well. And if I need to make changes, that's easy too. They are always adding new features and benefits. I have been a customer for years and I haven't had any problems with them. I love that my bill goes down every year I'm a customer. Plus, they offer quite a few discounts. The more you have insured with them the bigger that discount is. My kids grades get a discount. It's great, saving money for doing things we would do anyway.

    They are very quick to answer my emails and phones calls. Very friendly on the phone and gave me great quotes. However, I do not know where the correct garage to go to because there is not a garage that is only Progressive near me. It's always an issue when I need one. I have to go to a mom and pop shop that will fix my car. But they are very helpful finding me a garage.

    I'm always looking for the best rates for my auto insurance needs and Progressive has always provided that. They have been great to work with and makes my insurance experience very enjoyable. I'm always able to reach a customer service agent when I have questions and every person I've spoken with has been extremely kind and knowledgeable. I can also access all of my insurance needs from their user-friendly website. I like being able to track my policy via the website and see that I'm getting the best rates that meet my needs. Ebills are also really convenient and makes paying and policy info easily accessible. The only thing I would change is to receive better instructions on the use of the snapshot device. Overall, my experience has been great.

    The process of buying my policy was quite easy and their customer service was awesome. The pricing was lower than all the other quotes that we had gotten and they had a great commercial. It was when I needed my coverage that I ran into a problem and not only that I had a lien on the vehicle! They had adjusters that came to the scene of the accident. However, they refused to pay for the damage to my vehicle because my teen daughter was not on my policy and they returned my premiums. In the state of Florida you can give someone permission to drive your own vehicle. I should have sued them!

    I purchased Progressive Auto Insurance online so I didn't have to deal with long lines, waiting times or phones. I enjoyed the experience and things were pretty clear. They have easy to follow instructions, too. It's a good process. Moreover, I like the way they handle claims. They are so fast and efficient! And the customer service reps/accident specialist are really great and very nice. I found them to be both kind and understanding and they back up their words with actions. If they say it will be there, it will. You can count on it! I expected my rates to go up some after my car/deer accident last year. But not as much as they did! I live on a very limited income and I try to make every penny count. So when something like Insurance goes up a lot, makes everything else harder too. Other than that though, they do a good job.

    Progressive offers discounts for paperless billing, and auto draft rewards such as gold, silver, platinum membership for years of continuity. I like that the premiums aren't outrageous and haven't gone up dramatically throughout the years. I've never felt the need to seek out another carrier as I assume Progressive is still right for me. I've been a member since 2006 with this company and I feel like I'm provided with quality coverage and customer service. However, I don't use the online opportunities because I don't like the website so possibly upgrading those features and providing a quality, easy to navigate app would be my suggestion. Other than that, I have been happy with my providers for over 12 years and this is a long time in good standing company.
