The claim processing is easy. I am able to do it online. It is flexible for me because I have a busy schedule. They are also quick in the claim processing. They cover my accident costs. They cover my car damages. If I am a safe driver, they deduct my rate. Over time, if I am a safe driver, my rate will be greatly deducted. Insurance is very important. It helps me pay for the repair when I have an accident. This insurance company is reliable and covers my car repairs. The customer service is ok. They tell you what you need to do and that's it. They don't treat you like anything special. They are only helpful when it's something general.

Was easy to contact my agent in regards to getting a claim started and processed. Contact them via telephone and they followed up. Did not have to wait too long to hear back from my rep. The agency covered a lot including renters and my car. They did not alert me to different tiers as it relates to my having to pay any deductibles. But on the coverage, it was very adequate. Value was hit and miss due to not knowing what the deductible would be when filing a claim. Also, not being made aware that I could and should make some changes for different coverage. Was happy with the customer service.

Such ease that I am pleased and do not want to switch. Nationwide is a good company and they help me everytime with nice service. When I got into my accident they were very beneficial to me and I was grateful for their assistance. It covers everything. The insurance company is great. I had an accident and they covered everything because it wasn't my fault, gave me a rental at a low cost, and fixed my car with great advantages. I think the value has always been good and with this company it is great, better than other companies. I would highly recommend this company to anybody and everybody. Great customer service. They are very kind, helpful, to the point, valid, cautious, careful, fun, and enhancing. Their customer service is probably the best customer service that there is.

Claims processing is fast and accurate. Representatives are well trained and helpful. They have a 24 hr call center and claims are processed quickly. Some available coverages are Bodily injury liability, Property Damages Liability, Uninsured motorist bodily injury, underinsured motorist bodily injury, Comprehensive, Collision, Rental Reimbursement and other coverages. My policy has helped when I locked myself out of my car. The policy gives me confidence when I am traveling. I feel confident when transporting my grandchildren. The customer service people can make calls to get help for me.
When I see other cars in accidents while traveling I always hope they have Nationwide Auto Insurance to help them. They also offer Accident Forgiveness coverage and roadside assistance. I have called customer service because I locked myself out of my car and they called a company to come and open the car. It only took a few minutes before help arrived.

They have very quick claims processing because I have had to use this before. They helped me and reassured me every step of the way until my car was fixed. They have multiple options for coverage like just the basic minimum or full coverage insurance. They have different levels of coverage. I think Nationwide is a good value because insurance is kind of a big deal and you need to be sure you have the right amount of coverage at a fair price. I would recommend their customer service because I have experienced it before. They were kind and courteous to me and worked with me to solve my problem.

Never had to report a claim with Nationwide but I am hoping it will go smoothly if I ever need to claim due to an auto accident from myself or others. Coverage is good, but price could be lower and I would like them to call and ask questions first before making assumptions with people who receive mail at our address. It has not added much value other than knowing we are covered in the event where an accident may occur. We have two vehicles with them and will be adding a 3rd. The customer service representatives I spoke with was amazingly helpful with all issues I had. He went above and beyond to help me and answers questions I had. Nationwide does seem to have great customer service compared to other insurance companies.

Their claims processing is quick and very satisfactory. We have never filed a claim with Nationwide but we know other people who have and they are very satisfied. Nationwide has several coverage options to fit everyone's needs. We have very good coverage on our vehicle and we pay around the same amount each month. I believe Nationwide insurance is very valuable. You get good coverage for a decent price. If you have had a good driving record then Nationwide will take care of you. I love their customer service. Every time I call to pay my bill, the representative is nice and very willing to help me. Up to this point, I have not been disappointed by the customer service team at Nationwide. Five stars for me.

I have never had to process a claim. I have full coverage because I'm required to while still paying off my vehicle. I feel it isn't the best but it's not the worst. I'm satisfied with this because it's the best of all values I could have gotten when trying to get insurance. No one else was as cheap. I don't like them especially well but it is okay. They are often very rude and uncooperative when trying to ask simple questions or obtain details. Sometimes they don't know what they are even talking about and other times they're just rude.

And I have a package on mine where if my car breaks down I can get help and it is covered by my policy. I have never had to use but its a comfort to know I have it when I go out of town. I got a very good rate. Considering I have one ticket that is dropping off soon. I pay monthly to a little more but being on fixed income that is the best I can do. I was t-boned by an 18-yr old girl running a stop sign. She was issued a ticket and her insurance company (GEICO) has accepted full responsibility. Great huh? Nationwide who is my insurance won't get an adjuster to authorize any repairs to my truck. This accident happened 30 days ago and I still haven't had any repairs done to my truck. Numerous phone and emails and all I get is the run around. This guy is on vacation and the other adjuster is too busy and it's not his district.
I have been with Nationwide since 1976. I have only had one other major claim and they just don't give a rat's ass if you are taken care of. I can't even get my truck out of the shop as they have storage and towing fees that will need to be repaid. Over 2k in storage fees. I have asked the repair shop when the repairs will start and all they can say we have to wait for Nationwide to authorize. I have to assume that they no longer want my business anymore. Home, motor home and 2 cars with them and over 4K in premiums per year. This company has really changed in the past few years and not for the better. I now will have to shop for another insurance company.

They were average. I had an accident and they refused to cover it because I had missed a payment. As a result my car was auctioned off and I lost my license. They had all of the usual options but nothing special. This was years ago before they hired Dale Earnhardt. I hear they do better now - at least that is what Dale and Danica say. Their lack of coverage for an accident almost ruined my life. Not only did I lost my license, my girlfriend and my job. Thanks to them I had to take the bus for a few years.

I've never used them for claims. I've never had an accident. I have got safe driver checks for about a year-and-a-half and I like them. It's easy. I have the mobile app so in case I ever did get into an accident I can just take pictures from my phone and upload them. The coverage's good. I have fear I haven't had the opportunity to use them or have to file a claim but I'm happy to know that they're there. The value is decent for the amount of money I pay. I have liability with Collision and for the price it's a deal. When I did have questions about my policies or questions about my good driving record or any other information that I did need they were very helpful and prompt. I received the email within 5 minutes and they knew what they were talking about.

Fast and usually friendly call center agents that caters to my needs without or minimal hassle. They give fast response while clearly stating their requirements so after 3-5 days, they processed the claim as long as every requirement is complete. They have different coverage to choose from and different budget that fits your needs. It gives me flexibility without breaking my bank account. They have competitive coverage wherever you are in the country, they almost always cover it.
The value is very competitive especially in the market today, wherein there are a lot of auto insurance with different price range but the value and what it covers vary and sometimes you need to dig in the fine print to see if you have a good quality value. Customer service is awesome. They are very helpful. They are not rude and very friendly to the customers.

Only had claim processed from someone hitting my parked car. It was OK but they made me pay a deductible even though I was the victim. Coverage option were fine but they charged too much. They charge increases on their insurance yearly even if you have no accidents. They claim that they are forced to increase everyone's rate and it is not their idea.
You get proper coverage but you are forced to pay exorbitant prices to get the coverage. They do not reward you properly for being a safe driver in my opinion. My agent was extremely rude to me on several occasions and did not address me like a valued customer. You constantly get increased bills for annual rates every year instead of being rewarded for being a safe driver.

My favorite is the Vanishing deductible for having a good driving record. Nationwide offers much more than this with its roadside assistance plan, towing and labor, and rental reimbursement insurance.

If you just want liability they have good packages but if you want full coverage then it starts getting expensive. The value of your insurance is what you put into it. If you pick a package that doesn't cover some things then it's out of your pocket that's why I had full total coverage and was dissatisfied with them. The claims process is lengthy and it does not pay as others in the area do. They do not come to you to process your claim. You have to go to the local office and meet them. I thought I had good coverage until I needed to use it. Then I found out how it did not pay and they only wanted to spot fix car. Coverage should cover accidents or natural disasters. I thought I had a good policy until I needed it. Then, I found out I wasn't getting my money's worth when I needed it the most. They were extremely nice and provided excellent customer service at the local office. I would recommend them to anyone based on customer service at the local office.

I would recommend for their claims department. I am not aware of all their coverage options, but they provide what I need. I have my auto and homeowners insurance from them. I have been with Nationwide for over 10 years. I have had no issues with any aspect of their service. The claims are handled quickly and well, you don't have to worry because they will be there for you. I have been dealing with an agent locally for over 10 years. As I also had property damage to worry about this prompt service was a great help. Great coverage. I could not say anything negative about this company it terms of how well my auto claims in the past were handled. I highly recommend them. I got a policy for full coverage. As I had no record of traffic violations nor accidents I got what I considered a super rate better than some of their competitors. I was very happy with the value I received. Customer service was responsible and very professional on the phone and in person. My claims representative was right there to assist me when I had a weather related claim.

You can really save some money when it comes to this company. They show you what you're getting and they really take the time. They sit down with you and go over everything. They have a alright customer service but it can be better. Some of the workers are a little rude and they act like they don't get what you saying. As I researched auto insurance from different companies I realized Nationwide is a lot higher premium than others. I asked if the agent could do any better and his answers was just no. I should have written years ago when the trouble first started. I was rear ended while sitting at a red light intersection. I called my Nationwide agent office. They asked for the police report since the driver who hit me refused to give me any of her info. (The police never send the report, you have to go and pick it up.) The police location was 20 miles away from my house. Within days my daughter had a major accident with a driver-in-training (his mom seated next to him acting as instructor) with our other car in the middle of a construction zone and that became a priority.
Nationwide, my own insurance company, provided the 30 day auto rental as the policy outlined, but suddenly called me and demanded the rental be returned on day 28, which was the day before Thanksgiving! It seems the Nationwide adjuster at the time, who refused to answer any of my phone calls, was going out of town for the holidays and wanted the rental returned 2 days earlier - and 4 days before my own car's repair was completed! This was absolutely unforgivable as I needed the car to go to Thanksgiving family dinner. Me and my kids were not able to join other family after all because no one could pick us up and the dinner was 45 miles away.
I returned the rental car as instructed in the phone message because I did not want the entire rental bill sent to me, but this was just a nasty thing for this female adjuster to do. She thought the entire situation was her running her own business. No one from the agent's office ever returned my calls until after all was done and then they said my husband could go and pick up the car again for another day - after Thanksgiving!!! What? Are they crazy? Nationwide seems to think we all just sit around waiting for them to decide how to follow contracted legalities? I filed a complaint with the CFPB and with the NYS Finance Dept.
So, here we are 6 years later and my husband just had a car accident. Guess who just called us stating she wanted to set up an appointment time for her to come and look at the damaged vehicle? The same snakelike adjuster who thinks she is running her own business and does not know how to count up to 30!!! Is she out of her mind? By the way, it's only a couple of weeks till Thanksgiving again. Some people just have **. RUN FROM NATIONWIDE. They seem to do whatever they want, cannot count days properly, forget about prior commitments (totally dropped the claim of the car that rear ended me), and they have no memory.
If you want to use Nationwide, be prepared to fight them as if they are the other insured's rep and be prepared to spend days doing so. You will have to keep all your own records, use your own phone, print out your own letters, spend time trying to find your representation and carry a calendar around with you. Basically, you will have to act as your own agent while you pay them to fake it.

In Aug our car was damage by Nationwide tow service. The damage haven't been comforted. Nationwide don't want to pay nor do Agero. Since the damage in Aug they have that is Agero the tow supply company. Agero send out the same company who drop the car, and they come out for another tow and destroy where I change gears and override it to put it in gear. Nationwide haven't even came out, but I continue to pay my insurance to a company that willing fix my car. Am not even driving the car, and the state of Ohio requires us to carry insurance. What even sad is I asked the state insurance for help and Ms ** stared then stop and stop context with us. I can't understand how Nationwide is allowed to have license to sell insurance. Oh as far as license to work how about the tow that they used haven't been licensed by the state since 2015 so that means no insurance.
Do you know how Agero paid for my drive for the damage. They ask us if we agree to payment. They sent a check for 307.00 as if to say we better take it when the Senate is more. This is not the first time that Nationwide tow service dropped our car. Just three years ago they dropped in our drive and the car ignition wouldn't RUN. Send the car to Mercedes Benz of Bedford. Car could move or go into gear, but they put it on the rank and they told the car out. Take this Mercedes the same make and year and Nationwide said they can't put it on the rake, check it so Nationwide tell Mercedes to check and see why the car wasn't ranging and not to tell me shareholding on, but when I had my car tow there I told Mercedes what was wrong. I wanted them to check the undercarriage of the car for damages.
So now Nationwide state I had my estimate of the car. So they won't pay for another that's why my car is sitting up. What's sad is I have a tumor. I've been taken off of work. I don't have any income only from my family and my wife who's on disability. We have to pay for ride or miss appoints concerning our health. Do you think Nationwide care. Not only was nobody sent out to access the damages done to my car, they told me that my car was just going to have to sit there on the side of the road over the weekend until a body shop opened.
My car was in the shop for over 60 days, during which my insurance agent neglected to contact me even once about what was going on with my claim. I tried calling on multiple occasions and the ONE time that I was actually able to get a hold of my agent, he told me that "these things take time". I was responsible for my 500 dollar deductible, which has yet to be reimbursed to me. I have yet to hear anything from my agent. When I did hear from them they denied the claim. I was livid. How on earth can they do that? She hit me.
So now it has been over a month and Nationwide sent me a letter saying they put over $10,000 in her bank to fix her car. I have been talking to attorney and they are baffled by the whole thing. Six and a half weeks ago I was rear ended by a person with Nationwide Auto insurance. I have still not been paid for my car. Nationwide let me know within 24 hours that they had accepted liability for the accident. It was cut and dry. Their insured plowed into the back of my car, totaling it. Nationwide gave me one week in a rental and then took the car away. My car had not even been looked at by the body shop until the day they took my rental. It's six and a half weeks later and I am still having to go to a chiropractor daily. With no car. I made a complaint with the insurance commissioner and was granted one more week in a rental. That was four weeks ago. They made a low ball offer on my car. I pointed out to them there was no way it could be replaced for what they offered. Similar age and mileage cars were all two to five thousand more dollars.
They agreed but said it was not their problem. The Claims Specialist is completely incompetent. He tried to have my car towed to a scrap yard two hours away, promising me no one would touch my car until I was paid for it. That was also four weeks ago. Imagine if I had let them. The car would have been stripped and crushed by now and I would have literally nothing. He said, "you have my word no one would touch your car." He lied. Those yards move cars with a forklift and strip them of everything within a week of arrival. Every time I talk to him he acts like it's the first time we have ever talked. Two other claims representatives have called me on his behalf. When I call back they cannot be reached either. My claims rep is now on a two week vacation. I wonder if he is vacationing with no car? The shop where my car was towed has not been paid either.
They were nice enough to let me tow my car out of there so that Nationwide would not have to pay more storage. This was a big deal to my claims rep and the reason he cited he wanted to tow my car to the scrap yard. Now that the car is gone Nationwide has put me in a bad spot by not paying the garage for looking at my car or the tow or storage or anything. They call me several times a week and they also call Nationwide several times a week. Every time they actually reach someone at Nationwide, Nationwide tells them to fax the bill to them. They lie and say they will take care of it. Another week goes by and they never do. I hired an independent insurance adjuster to evaluate the value of my car. He also agrees it cannot be replaced for what Nationwide wants me to settle on. There are no cars available for what they claim is value. It's a limited production vehicle. I am not being unreasonable.
I am not asking anything for the 20,000 dollars in extra parts on my car or the hundreds of hours of labor installing and tuning it. I just want enough to buy a stock car the same age and mileage as mine. They refuse. They are unreachable by phone or email. They do not return calls to me, the garage or the independent adjuster. I am just out of a car completely. A car I special ordered brand new and spent over a decade building. What they are doing is immoral and it should be illegal.

I went into a local office here in Knoxville, TN to speak with a Nationwide agent to get coverage for my janitorial business. I was told by the agent Terrance ** that he needed some information about my janitorial service and about myself to get coverage started in which I know that's the process. After giving him my information, I was asked for a two month payment to get the policy started. I paid him via credit card and thought everything was fine. Terrance ** explained to me that I was covered and that he just wanting for the underwriter to review the policy and I will be receiving an welcome package in the mail.
So I went back into the Nationwide office to let them know that I needed to add two prospect customers to my policy. Once I got to the location, Terrance ** was not there to assist me but he had another employee there to assist me. I explained to this lady on this date and time that I was here to add two clients to my (COI) Certificate of Insurance. After her searching through her system, I was told that I don't have a policy with nationwide. I then explained to her, how could this be. She then asked me for my policy number to try and pull it that way. Well... I didn't have my policy number with me, so I asked if she could just pull it from my business name are social. NOTHING!!!
She stated to me that Terrance ** also works out of the Chattanooga TN office and my files could be there at that location and asked me to call the main number to see what they could pull up. So I did. After speaking to a nationwide agent there, it was explained to me that the reason why the local branch does not show that I have an active policy is because the underwriter is keeping my payment for an old policy I had back in 2012.
I was SHOCKED to say the least. I explained to the agent over the phone that yes, I had a policy that I started but canceled that policy because I wasn't getting any business back then. The agent explained to me that was true but for the days I had the policy for a WEEK. That I didn't inform them of the cancellation in time, so that's why they are holding my payment for the new business. I asked how much was it for and was told that it was $61.10. So I asked if they could just take out the old balance to pay off the $61.10. The agent explained to me that she couldn't do that but I have two options. 1) She could just send me the the money back via check or 2) Ask the underwriter if it's possible for them to take out the payment and just send me the overages out of the check. I was asked to hold on while she try contacting the underwriter and use her "magic".
After holding on about 15 minutes, the agent explained to me that she could not get no answer and would it be okay for her to call me back the next morning because the underwriter had left for the day, I told her that would be fine. So I contacted my local agent two days later asking him if he heard anything from the underwriter and here are his words.
"I have been out of town attending my grandmother's funeral. I apologize for the misunderstanding. When we set up this policy, I was unaware that there was still a balance owed to Nationwide for the policy that you had in 2014 of approximately $61. Underwriting is rejecting this policy due to this balance. I'm not certain that there will be a refund issued because there have been additional insured's added as well as a balance owed. If you would like to give me a call or come by the office then we can discuss this process, but there is nothing I can do about the balance owed to Nationwide or the cancellation because the underwriters have the final say. Please let me know if there is something else that you need from me. Thanks, Terrance."
Shocked again. "You can contact the billing/customer service department at 1.888.508.8622. They will be able to look up the billing and the policy and speak with the underwriter about this matter. You can also come by the office if you would like to work with me on calling them. If this is the first that you are hearing about this, then that makes 2 of us and I will do whatever I can to straighten things out if you feel that you didn't have a past due amount from the cancellation of your last policy. Thanks, Terrance."
"Hello Keelin, I received a call yesterday from a rep and she said that the underwriter advised her to apply the funds to the collection amount and the difference would be refunded but that is the extent of what she told me. If there is any further info that she spoke with you about, then she didn't mention it to me. I hope this helps. Thanks, Terrance."
"Customer service explained that they provided certificates of insurance to you within that week of coverage. If so, do you no longer need those certificates for that week of coverage that they are mentioning. If they say that I can backdate the coverage then I suppose I can but I've never heard of that. It's usually up to the underwriter, and what the original underwriter stated was that there were certificates provided and that's why she wouldn't back date it. So please let me know if you received certificates or not, because if you did then there is probably no point in me calling over their again. Please let me know if you didn't receive or have any certificates issued and I'll make the call. Thanks, Terrance." Now I am out of money all the way around. STAY AWAY FROM NATIONWIDE INSURANCE. THE OUTCOME WILL NOT BE GOOD. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DON'T TRUST THEM...

Had the worst experience ever. I pay Nationwide for roadside assistance and in return you outsource that responsibility to the ** company ever. I was locked out of my car with my three kids after a run. We're parked in a busy crowded parking lot near a trail. I call Nationwide.com and they connect me to agero. The rep ask me a bunch of questions to locate my account. She never said she couldn't hear me and she read back my answers. After forever she tells me that I don't have roadside assistance but can give her my card number for $56. I knew that was a lie so she COLD transfers me to "customer care". I start all over. After this lady asks me everything, I even pulled up my policy while talking to her, she says, "Mam, I'm sorry. Are you sure you have a progressive policy?" Umm hell no, I have NATIONWIDE.
At this point I'm like put that damn rep back on so she can begin doing her job. But remember she COLD transferred me, dumped me with the wrong insurance co, and went on to ruin someone else's day. SO I START OVER AGAIN, called NATIONWIDE, got transferred to agero and all of a sudden I do have an active policy, and I do have roadside assistance. Then I got a 90 min eta. I called at 1208 pm got in my car at 248pm. Was that rep just stupid? Trying to boost sales numbers by suckering 56 out of me? Just malicious? And I began the call by telling her I WASN'T IN A SAFE LOCATION!!! You hired these people and you need to fire these people or compensate me for my troubles. I had to call family to get my children out of such a situation. You should be monitoring this company which has a 2.8 rating.

Was rear-ended by someone insured by Nationwide in August 2015. Though they contacted me right away and accepted responsibility for the accident, everything moved pretty slowly. Have been taking every opportunity to slow the process even more. The vehicle is commercial and not readily replaced by rental and so downtime for repairs was going to have to be the bare minimum. Out of one side of their mouths they kept saying how helpful they were going to be until they decided the claim would exceed their insureds policy limits, (who has a $25,000 limit these days!!!) then they wanted my insurance to pay for everything then they could get reimbursed by Nationwide.
Finally got vehicle repaired in February out of service 12 days (their estimate was 5 weeks) and I had to find the shop to do the job that quickly (Nationwide authorized shop). Here it is now 2 weeks shy of 11 months since the accident and still no final settlement. The body shop got paid but I have not received my lost wages, medical and pain and suffering settlement plus now Diminished Value appraisal which cost me $525 to acquire and submit ($8700).
Today they offered $6000 to settle that part. I'm tired, their insured nearly cost me my business by his negligence and Nationwide doesn't give a rat's patootie. They are not on my side, not that I expected them to be though they sure made it seem like it way back in the beginning. I will tell everyone how poorly they have treated me, dragged their feet and generally caused my opinion of insurance companies to drop even further than I thought it could go. Judging by the other reviews I've read here I guess I'm not alone. Caveat Emptor folks.

I've been a Nationwide customer since I bought my first vehicle in 2003. At the time I had a local agent and everything was great. If I needed to file a claim I'd call his office directly and everything was taken care of in a very quick fashion. As an added bonus every 6 months when it came time to renew my premium, my payment would always go down by a dollar or two. After my agent retired and closed his office my policy got taken over by another agent, my premiums shot up 20 dollars a month and haven't moved since.
Then I had to move to California and shortly after arriving my wife struck an object that fell off the back of a truck causing undercarriage damage. I filed a claim, and with no local agent anymore everything had to go through call centers. You call, wait on hold, get asked several questions, get transferred to someone else, get put on hold, asked the same questions. The claims adjuster that I got assigned to would never return her calls. She would call me in the mornings when I'm at work, I'd call her back and leave a voicemail stating that I am hard to get a hold of until noon. But she would only want to call in the mornings, I'd call back a couple of times during the day, never getting an answer and leave voicemails that went unreturned.
It go so bad that I asked the supervisor to assign me a different claims adjuster. After taking it to their shop for an estimate on the damage it came to 167$, of which I had to pay 100$ to cover my deductible. So they were shelling out a grand total of 67$. After over 10 days I was getting nowhere. Whenever I did get someone to return my phone call all they wanted to do was ask me for the VIN and then I wouldn't hear from them. Call and wait on hold again after a couple of days, get transferred to someone who would ask me all the same questions and the VIN and then not hear anything.
Finally I gave up and told them it's not worth the hoops they were making me jump through to pay for parts and labor on a 55$ splash shield. I would order the part and put it on myself. Of course this was in a voicemail because you can't get anyone in the call center to answer their phones. I switched to eSurance and have the same coverage for 300$ a year less than what I was paying with Nationwide. Years ago with my local agent I would have said the difference in the payments was worth it for the better customer service. But every time a local agent retires they just transfer all the records and everything gets routed thru call centers to save them money. So they're not worth the higher premiums anymore.

A semi side swiped me on Tuesday 7/5/16 around 5 pm. I called Nationwide immediately. I was happy how fast they picked up the phone, set up a tow truck to come get my car, set up a rent-a-car, an appointment with the body shop and the general professionalism of the lady. She said I could have the car towed to my house as I had gear in the trunk and that someone would come by in the morning and tow it to the body shop. That was Tuesday night. This is Thursday night and I have not got one call from the tow truck place, body shop. The worst thing about it is I have to pursue Miss ** my claims adjuster to try and get some help. She is polite but whole lot more training needs to be done with her. You don't sit on your hands and say "you call 'em, or I don't know how it works, etc." Sad. According to her they have no control over the towing companies. If Nationwide's Miss ** can't resolve this I will be contacting Miss ** her supervisor.

I have full coverage for all 3 cars and still paying the same amount. When I called Nationwide they are saying that I had to do inspection of the car for insurance. I was not informed about this before. When I said I am still paying the same amount, the representative is saying that he has to talk to supervisor, and they have to present this case in meeting, but no response yet. We decided to move to Nationwide several years ago. When we moved, the agent and assistant visited our home and we discussed necessary and desired coverages. We own a log sided home and horse farm. We needed coverage on equipment, camera equipment, barns, vehicles, etc. We contracted for multiple lines of coverage and they sent an inspector to view the property. Their underwriting was involved and emailed us with questions. We THOUGHT we had it covered. Every possible thing we could disclose, we disclosed truthfully and honestly. 2 years ago November 2016 I was rearended in a rental while stopped in traffic/construction on the interstate at Thanksgiving. I had camera equipment, a pet, children, electronics in the vehicle when it happened. Travelers Commercial refused to pay saying I was at fault for stopping for traffic (not that they're insured was following to close in construction or anything ha!).
I lost thousands in equipment and that is all we really wanted replaced. So I tried to file a claim on my insurance to get it replaced and was told they would deny it and increase our rates because I didn't have appropriate coverage. YEP... Didn't have coverage, yet I was paying for a supplement line for all my camera equipment and computers. Still am paying for the SAME policy to this day because no one has bothered to return a phone call to correct it or take any action. I don't have a copy of the policy, nor my auto or homeowners policies but they keep taking the money.
Had a vehicle claim, dog ran into the side of the car did damage, took it to their PREFERRED SHOP, wasn't repaired correctly, adjustor would not ever return a phone call and took DAYS to return emails. Finally found my way up the food chain and got someone to get it to another shop after 3 months to get it fixed. Yes it took them 3 months to get what should have been a small issue corrected. On April 27 this year a deer hit the passenger side of our car near the rear door and wheel. VERY minor damage that was reported immediately to the agent (left message and finally spoke to someone).
Yesterday the adjustor FINALLY showed up 2 hours later than his appointment. He then emailed to say he had sent it into the body shop but as of 15 minutes ago they had nothing on it, neither did the rental place (which by the way they only will pay 2 days on even though I have up to 900 on rental and could easily cover the Friday to Wednesday request so that we can take it to the shop which corrected the issue last time instead of shops which have horrible reviews and multiple issues with performance but are easier for us to get to... And he wants to put AFTERMARKET parts on a 2 year old car).
Nationwide advocacy doesn't return emails. They don't return telephone calls. Asked after the last issue to have our rental coverage increased... Never happened. Asked to have equipment added 6 months ago... Never happened. We were trying to avoid making a change when we are in the process of selling our farm but it looks like we cannot avoid it any longer. Nationwide has absolutely no problem taking your money but they damn sure can't or refuse to provide service. #nationwideaintonyourside

I apologize for the interrupt and hope this communique may serve to bring about some kind of positive change. Recently after over a year of claim free tenure with Nationwide Insurance (for both Home and Autox2), I got into a minor fender bender with another driver while at a local Home Depot. I was backing out of a parking space and he attempted (not so successfully) to quickly squeeze through. This resulted in t-bone style collision. After the obligatory unfriendly greetings... I came to find out the other driver was not licensed, not in the country legally, and had no insurance for the vehicle he was driving. Further investigation on my part later would reveal that the gentleman was driving a salvaged vehicle, which had failed all state required safety checks, had been in another collision less than 2 months prior, and was not listed as safe to drive in Texas.
The accident was minor and the only damage to my vehicle was to my rear bumper. The total cost to fix the 2014 Honda Pilot was 1069$. After the accident I had a very pleasant conversation with a Nationwide claims representative [Daniel **] from Iowa. He informed me during our initial conversation that since the other driver was not insured and not licensed that my 250$ deductible described in my uninsured motorist policy would apply. I wasn’t even aware I had this coverage. I was happy to hear this information and felt better that he was supportive. He assured me that Nationwide would attempt to recover the money from the other motorist. I immediately felt better. In addition he scheduled out the repair services needed to fix my vehicle for the next day, and we ended the call.
The tone with Nationwide changed as I brought the vehicle into a Nationwide approved service center for repairs (Caliber Collision). At checkout I was informed by the service center rep that the deductible I would need to pay at the counter (on the spot) would be $500 instead of the previously agreed upon $250 deductible discussed the prior day with Daniel. I called Daniel immediately (while at the service center) and for some reason he magically could not recall the contents of our conversation that occurred the day prior. I was left on the spot to foot the 500$ bill.
The following day I reached out to Daniel to try and determine what had changed. He calmly explained that because they had not determined liability yet I would be required to foot the standard collision deductible of $500 until the liability could be determined. I reluctantly and unwillingly had to accept this as the current state of the matter. He assured me that the investigation would continue and they would rule on the liability soon.
The tone of our next call a few days later turned even worse. He accused me of causing the accident, being at fault and stated that license, insurance, vehicle safety and operability were not determining factors of liability. He told me the 500$ was most likely gone and that Nationwide would wait for the police report to make a final decision. I was aggravated and upset at this turn of events. I felt I had been swindled out of 250$ and lied to by my insurance company. I calmly told him if it continued this way I would cancel my insurance policies with Nationwide. His response to this was smug and uncaring.
After hearing nothing from him for over a week I called State Farm and requested an auto quote. I was shocked to find out that the claim with Nationwide was listed as closed and that no further investigation was pending. I was quoted a MUCH higher rate for them. BUT based on my experiences in the past, you get what you pay for. I swiftly signed up and unapologetically cancelled my Nationwide insurance policies today. I was shocked (although I probably shouldn't have been) to see that Nationwide didn’t even attempt to preserve me as a customer. My main logic for cancelling is this: “If Nationwide lies to me and 'nickel and dimes' me over 250$ in relation to a minor incident, what will happen if something catastrophic occurs? I doubt Nationwide is on my side"
The interesting thing about this whole thing is that Nationwide stands to lose thousands worth of policy premiums from me in the future (which are ALWAYS paid on-time) over a 250$ dispute. The whole thing seems financially foolhardy as a company to behave this way. It’s also a sure fire way to drive customers away. That being said I thought I would share my experience in hope of some positive change taking place in the future.

I purchased a 6 month auto insurance policy from Nationwide, effective November 5, 2015 - May 5, 2016. I decided not to continue the coverage, and let the policy lapse. Shortly thereafter, I received a letter from Nationwide which read in part, "Unfortunately, the premiums you paid did not completely cover the entire time you were insured... you're responsible for paying the coverage we provided." Excuse me? When I bought the policy, it was for a specific time frame, for the specific price they quoted. If they extended the coverage (without my knowledge or permission, by the way), how is that MY responsibility?
They end the letter with a friendly threat: "We wanted to make you aware it's possible a collection agency may contact you if you don't make your payment. This can have a negative effect on your credit report, and make it more difficult for you to obtain loans or credit." Does that sound more like Nationwide is "on my side", or more like a huge corporation using coercion and intimidation to increase their profits?

When you do speak to them, they do not have knowledge of the accounts and cannot answer basic questions. I had to call the 1800 number to get simple answers. I spoke directly to Tom at the Plainview Nationwide, who cannot answer questions that he should have knowledge of and states that he will have someone else call back but never does. They cancel insurance without notice and then are very nasty when trying to speak with them about why it was canceled. I called back at 8, they said someone should be there 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by, I called again to find out that the tow company they sent. Claimed they were out there and not coming back out.
I spoke to a supervisor who said he will try to get someone out there. I called back after a hour for them to tell me they are sorry, it's looking like a 4-hour wait time but if I can find a tow company that can come sooner do that and they will reimburse me. I'm waiting for weeks and nothing received so I contacted Nationwide who advised the check was not released and they would release that day. Another 2 weeks went by and I still did not receive the check so I called again and was told the check was JUST sent the day before BUT I was told it was sent 2 weeks prior. So once again I waited. Called back a week later and was advised the check was issued. Well just the other day I received a $5 check which was the processing fee but not the first month's payment. Why is it I never received the initial payment but only the $5 setup fee? At this point I'm very pissed. I would NOT under any circumstance recommend Nationwide Insurance! We had Nationwide for over 16 years. We recently broke down at mile marker 1 crossing in to VA on I-64 East bound at 11:28 a.m. I called roadside assistance and spoke to the representative for 9 minutes giving her my location. Prior to hanging up, she asked me if I was in Fredericksburg! I told her no and gave her my location AGAIN! After waiting for 32 minutes, I called back and the second representative told me that the first one didn't get my information! Please keep in mind that I had two handicapped elderly men with me and coming over the mountains in WV, my cell phone battery was in the red line and dying. I walked to the Welcoming Center and called roadside assistance again.
The representative told me I needed to get the State Police to be there when the tow truck arrived. Each time I spoke to them, I told them that I was 13 miles away from Covington, VA and to please get me help. After speaking to them seven times and getting a text that they wouldn't be there until 2:03 P.M. The called them and told them to cancel the tow truck since the state trooper had arrived. The trooper couldn't stay with me for another hour and a half. Again, I had two elderly handicapped men with me; both have heart problems, one was in a wheelchair and the other a walker and he also has dementia. I explained this to each representative that I spoke to and told them that I desperately needed HELP!!! The state trooper asked me if the truck would start. I tried it and it did.
He told me to drive it to exit 14 which is Covington, VA; however there is a steep incline (mountain) to climb before reaching exit 14. I was only going 30 mph up the hill and didn't think I was going to make it. I exited on 14 and the truck died at the bottom of the ramp. The trooper helped me push it off the road. To make a long story short, due to roadside assistance not showing up, me driving the truck, the engine was fried! The cost of replacing the engine and more than the truck was worth. I spoke to Nationwide and all they reimbursed me for was the tow truck from the bottom of the ramp to the shop, then to the mechanics, then to the engine shop.
They refused to pay anything for the truck, they stated that it was the roadside assistance company that I needed to speak to since it was their fault. However Nationwide knows that this company uses tow companies that gives them discounts which is why they DIDN'T call for a tow truck in Covington, VA. That company wanted us to wait on I-64 for two and half hours.
On Nationwide's website, they let you think they are the ones you call when you break down. However it is a third company and they use tow companies that on their discount list. Shameful that Nationwide would want me to sit on I-64 with two elderly (85 & 77) handicapped men (one with dementia, which I couldn't leave)! I will no longer give Nationwide another red penny!!! Was advised that Allied or Nationwide deals with 2 body shops locally. Took my car to first of those as well as a shop of my choice. Agent insisted that he would make an actual appointment with the other of the 2 shops they deal with.
This shop was $187.18 less than the other 2 estimates. The adjuster at that shop said, "oh, well, they were doing things that did not have to be done"!!! This was all done without going to my Volvo dealer for a much larger estimate. Being agreeable, I said that I would take the estimate from their first shop which was more that $150 higher. I had my car insurance with Nationwide for years. This year, I noticed a small but steady increase in my monthly payments, which I wasn't happy about. But when I received my bill in March 2016 for a monthly payment of $100 for just one 2008 Pontiac, I said enough is enough. My son suggested Progressive and after checking with them, I was able to get better coverage for half the cost! I had sent Nationwide the $100 payment two weeks prior. I signed up with Progressive and called Nationwide to cancel my policy with them. The Nationwide rep said no problem and canceled it immediately. I told her I'd sent in my payment already and asked if I'd receive a refund for the remainder of the month, and she said yes, they would refund me $42 and it would take up to 6 weeks to process. No problem.
Well, I noticed today it's been over 7 weeks and still no refund so I called Nationwide. I was told I would in fact NOT be receiving a refund, but that I owed them $18.53 and it had already been turned over to a collection agency and would be reflected on my credit report! I was floored! Their explanation was that in NC, if you cancel your policy "mid term", it becomes pro-rated and is then charged by the day, and supposedly when this happened, I suddenly ended up owing them money!
My questions to Nationwide: 1. Why was I not told this up front when I canceled, rather than being promised a refund? 2. Why have I not received a billing notice for this $18.53, yet you went ahead and sent it to collections? Bottom line, if you're considering getting any insurance through Nationwide, DON'T! I'd been a customer of theirs for many years and they completely screwed me over a $42 refund/$18.53 unjustifiable charge. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing this with all the credit reporting companies. Besides that, Nationwide is literally double the cost of Progressive, without even having as good coverage.

I have been with Nationwide Insurance since 2014 and everything was well until mid 2015. Since around October 2015 I have experienced countless issues with them.
(1) Bought a new vehicle and need to drop one vehicle and add the new one. Nationwide charged us for the old policy, created a new policy, charged us for the new policy, and then told us the policies were wrong and needed to start over with a completely new policy and charge us again = over $350 in charges for policy automatically removed from our account;
(2) Called back in November because we received notice that our payment for the "old, closed account" would be withdrawn from our account plus an additional fee due to lapse in policy. No one knew what I was talking about and couldn't find our information so we ended up speaking to the escalation department who could not understand what was going on so they three-way called the billing department. Mind you this went on for over 3 hours and no one knew what was going on. All they could keep telling me was that all the money we had paid was owed to them and they are unable to send us a refund when there is money owed back;
(3) December 2015, again we receive notice that we will be charged for the account that has now supposedly been closed out 3 different times and the billing amount is over $300. Call in and no one knows what going on and they are unable to stop the payment from coming out. This again resulted in an over 3 hour conversation. The conversation ended with me being told that everything was finally straightened out and they are so sorry this will not happen again. WELL NATIONWIDE AGAIN WITHDREW THE MONEY;
(4) Called on April 18, 2016, to all auto policies and keep our renter's policy until June 1, 2016. Nationwide emailed documents over to be electronically signed. We sent them back immediately. Told that auto policies were canceled and renter's policy was still active and that we would be receiving a refund within the next 5-7 days because we have a positive balance on our account.
(5) Received an email and letter within the last couple of days stating we owe them money on our "closed" auto policies. Called Nationwide today. Get told that our one auto policy and renter's policy are closed but we still have an active auto policy and we owe money to them. Now I am waiting for a return call from the escalation department because no one knows why this is happening but they are so sorry for all the inconvenience. STAY AWAY FROM NATIONWIDE. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO HAVE INSURANCE THROUGH.

I was scammed by two people on a motorcycle who claimed that I hit them when I backed out of a parking space--I was nowhere near them. The investigator told me not to worry, that they deal with this all the time and that it would not have an effect on my insurance. Then--they would not renew my insurance, the person at Nationwide I talked to about the incident lied to me about what they paid out (almost nothing, she said) and then told me at the end that there was a witness, when none of their correspondence mentioned one, and I knew that there was none.
The scammer never went for medical care until they initiated the suit, then to a chiropractor who claimed all kinds of damage, obviously false. Everything about it was obvious. Meanwhile, I found out from another insurance carrier that they in fact paid out $44,000 even after I insisted that they pay them nothing. This left me victimized as I now cannot get affordable insurance. My only option now is to sue Nationwide. They obviously don't care about victimizing their customer if it's just the easiest thing for them to do. This was a completely obvious scam.

When I requested that he email me the information so that I could review the details of the plan, he hung up on me. I have been driving a broken car for almost a month now.
The accident happened as I was leaving from work I hit a concrete pole in a parking garage. The damage to my car was from the back door of the passenger side to all the way down to the half quarter of the bumper which really bad. I made an appointment to get an estimate for the damage and get it fixed. I don't currently hold Nationwide Insurance as my coverage on my vehicle. I was rear ended by a semi truck and the owner of said semi truck uses Nationwide as their insurance. This company is a joke, and I pray no one is ever in a car accident with a car that uses this as their insurance. I was in a Ford Explorer, stopped at a red light when I was hit from behind by a semi truck. Myself and my two small children were in the vehicle, all strapped in with carseats or seat belts. I suffered severe whiplash and am still dealing with neck and back pain from this accident. My car had $4000 + damage to it's rear end.
Nationwide sent their adjuster out to my home UNANNOUNCED to look at my car to estimate how much damage was done. I turned him down, telling him he was not welcome to do his appraisal at the time since he just showed up to my home unannounced and I was home alone with my two small children. He left a card for me to call and set up a time later in the week, which my husband did. He came out, took note of the damage, seemed like everything was fine, he agreed with everything that was damaged based upon the police report and how I was struck. From there it took weeks to hear anything despite my numerous calls and emails.
Finally, two weeks later I get an email stating that they decided their driver wasn't negligent (not sure how, since I was STOPPED at a RED light and he rear ended me) and that they didn't feel the damage to my vehicle (all in the rear end of my car) didn't line up with the damage to his semi truck, and they wouldn't be covering ANY of the accident. This is absolutely disgusting to me. Your client clearly is in the wrong, accepted fault for the accident and was ticketed at the scene, it is YOURS/HIS responsibility to cover the damages to my vehicle and person. I hope that no one ever has to deal with this.

So called and they said it was because of his record. I simply asked them if they could take him off the policy to have less havoc. They gave me the runaround at first and said "we will put him as an "occasional driver"."
I said ok then a week went by and the lady never kept me updated so I called back to find out NO they could not do that and he would have to stay on the policy. I was willing to pay more money to this company! All of a sudden a few days ago they cancelled my policy due to my husband's DL being suspended. I feel that NATIONWIDE is not on my side when I need their help. I have been a loyal Nationwide auto insurance customer for over half a decade. My auto insurance policy had just been cancelled on Dec 29, effective back in Nov 29. Now I have a lapse for a month. I got a notice from Nationwide around early mid-December, saying that payment must be received by December 29, 2015 to continue my coverage. I was late on my payment accidentally by an automatic bank draft issue. Payment due date was Nov 29. I purchased a money order for the amount desired and forwarded it using USPS 2 day Priority Mail to PO BOX addressed on the payment slip.
I called the local Nationwide insurance agency yesterday to check if my payment was received and recorded. Then, I suddenly found that my payment was not received before/on Dec 29 and so, my policy was cancelled back to November 29. I called Nationwide customer service 3 times to reinstate my policy. All my efforts to reinstate my policy were in vain.
This was for first time in last 5 years. Plus, this is the holiday season, during which delaying mail delivery typically happens. I'm not saying it's all their faults. But they have to take into account all the things that are important in a situation like this. Thanks to Nationwide, I have suddenly a month lapse in my auto insurance and have to re-sign a new policy at a surprisingly higher rate. This company really hit me hard with an ugly gift like this at this happy holiday season. I'm inquiring about the delivery date as the postal delivery record still shows no final delivery date. If I find that delivery was made on time to PO BOX, I'll sue them for giving me such an enormous stress.

They wanted me to take a day off work to go back to FL to get car after it was repaired (6-hour drive one way). My transmission is correct. On attempting to enter a freeway on an acceleration ramp, a wrecker exiting in front of me began crossing the median between his through-lane and my acceleration ramp. As I passed him on his right side, he looked directly at me, stepped hard on his accelerator and turned his steering wheel toward me, forcing me partially onto the shoulder to avoid his obviously intentional attempt to ram me. As I accelerated more to prevent the obvious pending collision, to get out of his way, and to gain my position in front of him, he accelerated harder and turned his wheel more into me. My acceleration put me ahead of him (verified by his own dash cam video, I am told).
After clearing the front of the wrecker, I started to move across in front of him to enter the freeway. However, since the wrecker was in the median between the lanes, my view of oncoming traffic was blocked. Plus, at that point, I would need to cross the median (illegally) to actually enter the freeway. I then considered just sliding on over in front of the wrecker.
However, under his extreme acceleration (with his foot on the accelerator instead of the brake where it belonged), I knew he would squash me between him and the slowing car in front of me. Therefore, in order to give the wrecker alternative evasive options, I did not swerve in front of him. Bad choice. The wrecker took absolutely NO evasive action. Instead, being intent on colliding with me, he kept on accelerating. The right front of his front bumper hit the left rear of my rear bumper. I felt the nudge but kept moving forward to give him the opportunity to slow down or swerve to the left a bit to minimize the damage. At that point the damage (merely a small dent in my rear bumper) would not have been enough to warrant my filing a claim for damages.
However, the driver of the wrecker took it upon himself to continue accelerating, whereupon his right front bumper then got into my left rear fender. At that point, realizing the damage was obviously more severe, I stopped, assuming he would also stop. Again, bad decision. He continued on an additional distance equal to more than the full length of my car, tearing up the full left side of my car from bumper to bumper. It was as if he was going to flee the scene, but he finally stopped.
The most severe damage was actually done by his three-inch long spiked wheel nut covers. They not only tore up the whole left side of my car, but they also tore up both tires and both wheels, neither of which would have been damaged were the spikes not there. The spikes clearly performed as intended. It is clear that the wrecker driver made no attempt to avoid the collision or to minimize damage to my vehicle. Rather, he was intent on inflicting as much damage as possible, especially with those sharp wheel nut covers.
However, the Nationwide Insurance adjuster judged that I ran into the wrecker on his deceleration ramp. She has yet to explain to me how this was possible, given the pictures, the video and the police report. She totally disregarded all of my explanations and pictures. Even BEFORE she received the police report, she finalized her ruling based solely on HER interpretation of the wrecker dash cam, to which she has repeatedly refused my access.
The next day, after receiving the police report, she simply THREW OUT the police report because It clearly indicates that the wrecker crossed the median between the freeway through lanes and the acceleration ramp, which is simply not consistent with her prior ruling. Now, who does she think she is to be doing this. She was not even there, as the police were, to see that both vehicles, AFTER the collision, were on the acceleration ramp way before the end of the separation median, clear proof that the wrecker crossed the median prior to the collision, as so indicated in the police report.
I did all I could to avoid this collision and minimize damage, while the wrecker driver did all he could to create the collision and maximize damage. Yet, Nationwide claims I am at fault, which cost me $500 deductible. Plus, since it is my insurance company making the payoff, I don't get my fair compensation for reduced value caused by the collision, which is at least $2,000.
All I need to refute Nationwide's conclusions is for Nationwide to allow me to view the dash cam video (the only evidence they are using to justify their wild conclusions) so I can first handedly explain what is happening at every frame. The video probably is of very low resolution and fairly slow frame rate, but all that is required to substantiate my claims is a fairly detailed observation of frame-to-frame distance estimates and timing. Such detail would show that the wrecker, which was supposed to be decelerating to get off of the freeway and to avoid the accident was actually accelerating. It should also show fairly clearly that the wrecker crossed the median prior to the collision.
In conclusion, I justly want my $500 deductible reimbursed to me as well as at least $2,000 to somewhat recover the reduced value of my vehicle resulting from the collision. Plus, I want my name cleared from the state records as being responsible for this collision. Lesson Learned: If the other guy is at fault, do not count on Nationwide to represent you against the other guy's insurance carrier. In order to have a fighting chance of keeping your name clear, you must tackle that yourself.

The representative told me to try jump cable, I did twice, the car does not start. Then he told me that he will send me text message about the estimation time and phone number of the man in charge of towing my car to the mechanic.
I was waiting 40 minutes suddenly, someone call saying that he was in parking lot more than 10 minutes. Oops. I was waiting there, no one come to my location. I called again, the lady told me the same. Also, she did not send me any text message and when I call her, she said (sorry our towing car was broken) may they have only 1 towing car in the company.
So now who should I believe, the lady or the towing car driver?!! Waiting from 2:14 until 4:35 pm, I called them to talk to the supervisor. They put me on hold for 25 minutes. My wife was asked by a different representative if she had been drinking or on the phone, which is understandable but the implication, according to my wife, was that she had done something wrong and that the car may not be repaired. Fortunately the value of the vehicle is a little over $9,500. The repair, before the damage was completely assessed was $5,062.39 with a $50 deductible. When the car hit the deer, it fell off the car and immediately got run over which somehow ended up putting a dent in the rear right door. It took the adjuster 4 days to come look at the vehicle which was frustrating. It'll be interesting to stay tuned and see how this finished playing out.

I think that the price is fair, but I don't know if it would go up if I actually had to file a claim. The reason I'm not giving them a higher rating is because I've had to contact them about commercials which I've seen on TV about certain deals, etc. A truly pro-active corporation would make sure that their representatives would contact their clients occasionally to update them on new products, etc.

My local agent is always accessible and answers all my questions. It's great to have most of my insurance needs under one roof! And I get discounts for having auto, home, and life insurance.

I have yet to file a claim. But whenever I have a question they are on top of it. They have a high price but, they are a good place to work with. I love Nationwide. They have everything you can think of. I have renters and auto insurance from them and I feel safe in knowing if anything ever happened they would be there for my family and I.

They provide great service. I got lucky enough that my parents have had Cincinnati so that when I purchased a home, I had a sort of loyalty discount. The customer service is stellar. I'm through a local service in Birmingham, AL, that handles applications and such. Also transferred my wife's car onto the combined policy from Esurance and with better coverage, literally cut her rate in half. Very happy so far and haven't even had a claim yet. (And I hear that's one of their best qualities.)

It is very customer considerate. They try to help you improve your coverage, keep your costs low, and help you with improving your coverage. If I have any questions about coverage I can call the service center and get help either immediately or within the next 24 hours.
