Received a letter for examination under oath but they scheduled it same day as my court date. So I had left several different voicemails that was never returned. Also I wrote an email that was on the letter to leave paper trail behind. Woke up this morning. I decided give them a call again. Finally someone picks up and transfers me to Ellen. She is rude and not helpful at all. Talks over you, tries to make it seem like you are in the wrong when they have not returned any of my calls or email then wanted to argue with me stating she sent out the letter so she knows what's on it & I was supposed to write a letter to reschedule my appointment but clearly on the letter I received in black and white stated if I need to reschedule to contact office.
Nowhere did it state to write a letter. So then she said it was out of her hands, to contact the adjuster Adam. That he is the only person that can do something at this point and hung up. Clearly they are unorganized and I am insured with Geico. I mean is the legal team supposed to be working with me or against me??? Why do I pay my auto insurance every month for this crap??? Who else can I contact to get assistance?

I've used this company for many years. I've had several occurrences in which I needed to speak with an actual person and this company has always been very prompt with responses. I've had payment problems and they have helped me with billing and coverage issues. GEICO is my go to company for car insurance. Me and my fiance have and always will use them for auto insurance. I love their prices and their mobile app is very useful. Having electronic proof of insurance is very handy. I have never had a bad experience with them and so, I will always use them and recommend them to anyone.

I have never reported any claim so I only have talked to anyone when I first started their Insurance. I have other times by email. They email me when bill is due as a reminder. Anytime I need to get in touch with Geico I go online. I have been happy with any time I needed to find out anything or update my insurance.

Their "insurance agents" seem to be girls in their 20s with little experience of any type, let alone in auto insurance. The company is cheap but screws up every time I deal with them, including incorrectly reporting I had made a claim when I actually had not, and not bothering to call me at a crucial time but instead sending an email which I never saw. After years with them they have screwed up this much without my ever having made a claim.

Easily obtained and provided a cheap rate. I obtained my quote online and then spoke with a nice gentleman over the phone to confirm my order. Very nice and quick response. Easy to work with. Nice and helpful with my questions whenever I actually had them.

This company is a good insurance company to have if you need insurance at a very good price but won't use it often because you're an good driver. I'm not sure how this company will cover you if you were ever to get in an accident. But they have 24/7 roadside assistance which comes in very handy.

GEICO has great service. I have been using them for years. I have a car wreck in March. My agent called me and got my car fixed fast. I also have they roadside service. I had a flat and they came and fixed it quick.

I switched to GEICO almost a year ago because of their lower rates. I have two drivers and two vehicles on my policy. I recently purchased a third vehicle and added it to my policy. However, minutes after I added the vehicle to the policy, my fiance was driving it and the throttle stuck, which ended up causing an accident within a mile of our home. The accident occurred due to a mechanical defect and the driver was one of the insured drivers on my policy.
I sent all the necessary documents to the claims department and was assigned a representative to handle my claim. I then waited a month and when I still hadn't heard anything about what was going on with the claim, I made several attempts over the next three weeks to contact my claims representative. I left five messages and called at least a dozen times. None of my calls were returned. I then called and left a message for his supervisor. My call was not returned. I made several more attempts to contact anyone in claims and was unable to reach anyone over the past several weeks.
I then received a letter in the mail stating that my damages were not going to be covered because the accident involved a vehicle not listed on my policy. I am an insured driver and a paying customer with three vehicles on my policy who has never had an accident in my life until now. I have paid for insurance for thirty years and have never filed a claim, but when I need them to pay out, I can't even get anyone on the phone then am denied for an illegitimate reason.
They then proceeded to raise my rates $100 per month because of a "high volume of accidents in my area!" I spoke with someone in customer service and was given this explanation for the increase and told that everyone's rates in my area have gone up because otherwise the company won't have enough to pay out for all the claims filed. It seems like they will do anything to avoid actually having to pay out for a claim, yet they advertise a quick and easy claims process and affordable rates, which have just become a little less affordable if you happen to live in my area apparently. I have never felt less valued as a customer, nor have I ever been treated with less regard and decency by a group of so called "professionals" in my life.

I have never had an issue with my insurance. I have never had a reason to contact customer service as I have never had any auto issues. GEICO always sends me my update insurance cards on time and their website is user friendly for a technology illiterate person like myself. I think the monthly rate per month is a little high for full coverage however I have never shopped around for a different rate because they have never given me a reason to leave. I would LOVE if the company would implement an incentive program for good drivers and/or customers who make consistent on time payments like myself!!

They have very good customer service and stand by what they mean. They also helpful when filing a claim. I also like that the company have low fees and have a low monthly policy. One of the things I like with GEICO is that they always keep their word and are not trying to persuade you into things that you do not want to purchase. They are a trustworthy company and you can always count on them to get the job done. They are always there when you need them and have honest people who seems to take care of you whenever you run into a problem.

When I moved to a new state 8 years ago, I could not bring my auto insurance with me. I did exhausting research on the internet and made contact with numerous agents by telephone as well as email. Having limited income, I was looking for a good, reliable company that the best rates for me, and the insurance I felt I needed and could afford. GEICO immediately gave me the best rates. I have looked into changing insurance companies periodically but after checking with a number of companies, GEICO remains the winner in my book. I have not had an accident, so I cannot relate to you their service should that occur.

While Geico has obnoxious TV commercials, their rates are by far the best. I have never made a claim with them, so I don't know what that experience would be like. The claims process is the major criteria to judge an insurance company by. I don't know how fast they pay claims. But if you are looking for the best rates, I would strongly recommend Geico. Most of the time I deal with them on the internet but I have called their call center and got good service and didn't have to wait a long time on hold.

I love GEICO. I have been with them 13 years strong! They are very easy to get in touch with and customer service is easily reached and used. I have had any issues and sometimes they let me make late payments with no charge. I would definitely recommend them to others.

With fair rates and affordable price for coverage, GEICO auto has been one few companies that have satisfied me and my auto insurance needs. With paperless billing, fast response claims and friendly customer service who was there all the way with me. I've had no issues with them. When my car broke down and needed a part, GEICO was there for me and quickly replace the needed part.

Easy to get but not low enough cost. The cost has not come down. Been with them for 4 years and still going up not down. No tickets or accidents. Would like to keep them. Do not like to jump around. Do not drive much. Car is 4 years old only - 22000 miles on it.

They have always been helpful when I call. They also send emails to let you know what is going on. When I got hit by a truck they explain everything to me in detail and even asked how I was. Someone came to look at my car very quickly and followed up even quicker so I could have my car back.

They are very friendly and always there if I have any questions. They are reasonably priced on all your insurance needs and have locations located near me so I can visit their office if need be. They care for their customers and are a trusted name. I can only speak positive about their company because they have always been there for me when I need to talk to them about something I do not understand. I have been with this company for three years and they have treated me with respect and friendly every time I see them. They have never raised their rates on me but have been steady with the rates which is very important when you put your trust in a company like I have them.

The company was easy to work with and answered any questions I had. The price was right. I never had to file a claim but feel confident it would be handled properly if I did. The company also was very helpful when I was starting a new policy and removing vehicles from my policy. They never gave me a hard time and gave me money back when I moved and sold my car and were easy to get insurance on a newer car I bought once I moved.

I've only had GEICO for 1 1/2 years & so far I am very satisfied with them. I have not had to file a claim, but I'm sure if I did they would take care of me. Customer service for GEICO has been great. Associates always seem friendly and knowledgeable about their available policies. When it comes to saving money they will often recommend or encourage online courses to take when one has had a good driving record over a certain amount of time. I moved to another state and my original insurance didn't provide coverage in my current location. I called GEICO and got a quote which wasn't the cheapest, but it was OK. I told them I wanted it and put money on the policy. I also told them my daughter got a ticket a couple weeks ago. Two days later I get an email from GEICO Underwriter's requesting a call. I called them and they tell me that my policy was going up a little; to the tune of $70 per month. I told them the first guy knew everything and quoted me the lower price. I asked why and they just said the policy had to get approved through underwriting first. I expressed my displeasure and I was told they would have to take it to a supervisor and would get back to me in two days.
I don't want to do business with a company like this, so I went and got insurance through another major insurance company and saved $20 per month over their original quote. I guess I should thank them. And yes I asked my current insurance company if the price was going to go up in two days. They told me that a lot of insurance companies send the initial policies to underwriting after the client accepts the policy; so it's not final till then. My current insurance company did the underwriting while I was on the phone.

I've had a great experience with GEICO thought the years. The price is reasonable and they have come through and gone above and beyond when I've needed them. I've been involved in a few accidents and having them for an insurance company made things go more smoothly. My deductible is decent and they were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. I live in an area with deer frequently running out in front of cars and since I have had that happen to me, I now know that if it does again, I will have the best experience I can through GEICO insurance.
I've had bad service with insurance companies in the past as well as them being more expensive than I could afford. My new insurance company solved my financial problems by having lower yearly payments. I would definitely recommend GEICO to those who are shopping around for car insurance companies. You will have a great experience when disappointing situations occur such as wrecking your car, hitting a deer, or general car complications.

Good service until I got into my first fender bender. In the beginning, my main representative was always helpful and thorough in giving me the details of my insurance prices. I was satisfied with the amount I had to pay. After the accident, my yearly prices were hiked up drastically. My representative would give me the run around when it came to my bills. I would be told it would be one set price, which I would pay promptly. I would then receive another bill later claiming I had not paid the full amount. I called up representatives and would be told conflicting information each time. I have not changed my insurance but I plan to quit soon.

Always available when I need them. Seem to be handling a recent claim efficiently. Were very soothing when I was on the phone reporting the accident and also when they called for my statement. Auto draft for payments works well. Monthly premium has decreased each 6 months since I changed from Farmers Insurance. Their roadside assistance is also very efficient.

I have been with my insurance company for a few years. They provide great coverage for reasonable prices especially since I'm still lying on my car and have full coverage. If we have had questions we are provided with good solid answers in a timely and professional manner. They cover more states than other insurance companies do. So if you have to move as I have you most likely keep your policy and just change your address. I am very happy with our service and would recommend them to anyone.

GEICO helped me get what my car was worth when another driver hit me head on. They even explained to me what I would be going through with the other insurance company. An agent came out and spoke to me directly about my experience of the accident. And they had my car towed home and went after the other insurance themselves. They even came out and took pictures of where my car was hit and took pictures while the other car was on top of my hood.

This company is completely non-responsive. I have gotten in touch with them (since the day of accident) every week/two weeks to resolve this claim. It was a 3 car crash (I was at 0 fault) and it just so happens that the car that hit me was a Geico policy holder as well. They have kicked me around to different associates and auto adjusters and no one has had a resolve for me. I have left several messages over the past few months with the correct auto adjuster, Kim **, she never got back to me. Every time I called and spoke to an associate (or someone on the team) they acted like it was the first time I had ever spoke with them. They would say they were writing down notes and next time I called I would have to rehash all the details every time I called.
Then they would act shocked to find out that it was a 3 car crash and say they have to investigate it EVERY TIME! Mind you, they have the police report which clearly states that it was a 3 car crash. Keep in mind the person who hit me was a Geico policy holder. I have tried to get in touch with the supervisor twice, leaving messages. They never call back. I am completely an unsatisfied customer and would NEVER refer anyone to them.

Geico ran me through the wringer driving all over town trying to get my car fixed per their conditions after one of their clients crashed into me. A month later now my car is still not fixed. I think Geico offers me services that contour to my needs. An extremely low monthly rate and a good policy for my car. It seems that when I compared them to the other carriers Geico really won on all choices. I've been with them for over 2 years now and haven't had an accident or a single ticket, so my rates went down right away. I will stay with them if everything stays the way it has been over the past 2 years for a good while. I compare rates frequently and can't find another insurer that is in the same ballpark as Geico. Hopefully Geico will have these rates for a long time in the future and I don't have to worry about switching auto insurers. Thanks for the opportunity to speak about this topic. We have not had any issues with GEICO. Every time we have problems with our car GEICO has quickly provided us with a rental. Because of our insurance if I ever lock my keys in my car they pay for someone to come out to rescue me. Also tows and windshield fixes are covered.

Brandon ** adjust with Seattle Automotive $3168 with aftermarket parts in a 4 months old Prius 2015 with 2000 miles. The only guarantee that he knows for the aftermarket rear tail light is a "lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer" (is this a joke?). I take estimates for $2750 and $2900 by myself. I feel that those adjusters are dealing in behalf of "Seattle Automotive" instead of me, because they are generous with the body shop at the same time that are saving $100 in aftermarket parts to my cost. Craig **, Kyle ** also "supervisors" are more of the same, always telling "That's the policy..." but nothing clear about official GEICO guarantee, or a quality of the aftermarket parts.
The aftermarket part where they are saving is the rear tail light. The leasing company doesn't accept any external different with the original, different color in the future, or different bright, or water inside if is an aftermarket tail light. When you call to the GEICO main number they only give the number of the supervisor David ** that is the supervisor, but never take a callback (Seattle Automotive is a recommended body shop at the GEICO website).

They have me at a good policy and claim just in case I get into an accident. They are helpful and cheap to have, my monthly payments are low and I feel secure with them. If I get into an accident, I'm fully covered. I would suggest GEICO as a place to go for insurance.

Great rates. Very responsive when I was in an accident. My car was repaired in good time. I was emailed pics of the repair as it was being done. Repair was excellent and I was given a great rental during the repair. GEICO rates are reasonable. I enjoy their magazine and tips and take advantage of discounts available through GEICO.

I was involved in an accident on 5/30. It has taken them 5 months to process the claim then they lied and said they would pay the medical bills directly to the chiropractor and never did. Instead they paid me for the inconvenience and my time out of work and told the doctor their costs was to come out of that. Now I have these medical bills that I wasn't expecting to have to pay!

Reliable and great customer service. They are open 24/7 and are always responsive and warm. Their rates maybe a wee bit higher, but well worth it in the long run. They have many claim centers and they handle your claim immediately. They have a fantastic website, and it is easy to navigate. They are honest and truthful one hundred per cent of the time.

My wife was involved in an accident where she was rear-ended by another when she tried to merge to left on a two lane road as the right lane was coned ahead for construction work at 10-15mph. Another car on the left lane rear-ended her car when she almost merged and the driver said after the incident that he did not see the lane merge warning and was not expecting her to merge.
We were under the impression that since she was rear-ended it is usually the fault of the driver behind, but the Geico agent was quick to tell us that it is our fault since we should have been careful merging whether or not it is the construction zone and lane was blocked off and he even told that he has not spoken to the other party involved who was from another insurer.
I can't understand why Geico would not spend time doing their homework. It was a very minor incident with my damages about $1300 and the other car about $1500. I am pretty sure they are going raise my rates so bad to force me to get out of Geico. We had the best price from Geico for the last 8 yrs and never had any claims since both of us started driving 15 years ago.

Bought homeowner's insurance from Traveler's through Geico, and paid the premium immediately. After a visit by a home inspector, Geico decided that I needed to pay a greater premium, which I paid immediately. Several months later, I receive a threat of cancellation notice in the mail, saying that I had an overdue balance on my policy. I had never received any notice regarding this issue previously. I was eventually told by a Geico customer representative after being on hold and transferred to many other individuals, that the overdue balance was due to need for proof of an home alarm system certificate. I provided that via email on the day of our conversation. Now, over a month later this last Monday, I receive a cancellation notice for my homeowner's policy, saying that I did not pay my outstanding balance.
Once again, I forwarded the certificate to Geico on Monday, and get a written reinstatement and approval of my homeowner's insurance. Today, now two days later, I received another email, stating that my policy would be cancelled again, because the alarm certificate is in my partner's name! Now, I am wasting more time trying to get a hold of Bay Alarm to get another alarm certificate with my name on it. I have a trail of emails and paperwork to corroborate this story. This was a horrific experience, due to repeated incompetence and lack of clear communication on Geico's part that has led to undue stress in my life. I hate Geico and can't wait to switch companies the minute I find a better one.

I've only done online transactions with them so I'm not sure how good their actual customer service is or claims department as I have never had to file a claim with them. I first began using this as a young driver when my father was in the military and GEICO was only available to military personnel, their families and government employees. Later, I switched but came back to GEICO when it was made available to the general public. I have tried AARP (The Hartford) as well, but have returned to GEICO yet again and am very glad I did. They really do have great coverage for very fair rates, are great to deal with, always were, and I highly recommend them, no matter what state you live in. They stand behind their product!

I chose Geico to bundle my car and renters. The process was easy and simple. I have not had to submit an accident claim so I cannot speak to that process however I was disappointed when my wife's car was hit by another vehicle and she needed to go to physical therapy. Warning! Geico scams its customers and here is my story. I called in March to ask about my coverage and one of my questions was if I have insurance for a cracked windshield after being transferred three times. I was told yes but since it was $250 deductible no coverage anyway... which makes sense. NOW seven months later, I find out that they created a claim without telling me. And as a result, my premiums are up and I can't even get a decent premium from another insurance because of this fake claim.
I again spoke to three different departments today but was told that this is how it works! BS is my response since I never had a claim in the first place and they will not remove it. So meanwhile I had to call them seven times just to change my address on top of this!!! What else is going on here?? These people cannot be trusted anymore. A friend of mine almost got killed in her own driveway. Guess how much Geico paid? $0. Yes the commercials are great and they used to be good but it is time for consumers to speak and find another insurance company!!! Thank you for reading this!

Overall, I have not had any issues with GEICO, but the cost of our auto insurance is outrageous. I also had issues with linking my homeowners insurance with them. I found it to be ridiculous. My grandparents were with GEICO for 10+ years and recently switched to another company because of the extremely high cost. Overall, I am happy with the service. You have to show that you did your research and know the competitor's rates to get a good one with them. But if you do, they usually will drop below the competitor to keep your business.

Geico has great customer service and is always easily reachable. I was able to switch over to them in a matter of minutes and saved $50 a month compared to my old insurance company. Geico keeps in regular correspondence throughout the month and handles my policy completely paperless through email. Their website is easy to navigate and they sent out paper insurance cards within 3 days. Even though we have only had this policy a short time, we are highly satisfied. Our old policy kept raising the price, but Geico shows me what my exact payment will be for the next 12 months.

On 10 9 I was in a car accident. A bike ran out in front of me caused me to hit a pole - totaled my car. I had full coverage in my car but when I turned it in I get nothing. They didn't even pay off my car. I thought full coverage was just that. They never explained any different.

I was hit by a Geico customer on 10/3. She admitted fault and we exchanged info. Apparently the practices at Geico are to record you and ask you a series of questions that will incriminate you and have what's deemed shared negligence. I was not at fault and they (Lyndon and Emily) bullied me into accepting 50% of the estimate instead of the 100% I was due. Those two individuals out of Macon Georgia have no business in the insurance industry. They are horrible phone bullies. They refused to help me get a phone number for their client while I was nothing but forthcoming with them from the start.

Their price has always been competitive with other companies. I had actually left them to go to a strictly online insurance company as I could save $2. Then I bought a car with a rebuilt title, and the online only insurance company declined to cover the car because it was a rebuilt title. So I checked different affordable companies, and GEICO had actually become more affordable so I went back to them. A month into the coverage, they did want me to take the car to their local agency so they could physically see the car and verify the car and VIN actually existed and matched. I find that very acceptable.

I never really used the insurance for nothing because I'm a such good driver. But from what people told me they are pretty straight and do everything following the law. One of my friends reported an incident though. When she tried to use the insurance because she crashed her car into the sidewalk, they gave her a pretty hard time. She had to go through a lot of bureaucracy in order to get the insurance to pay for the fixing of her car, which I think it's insane, because the amount of money we pay to have this insurance is tremendous and the least we expect is for any issues to be resolved immediately, without any complications.

I called in on a Saturday afternoon to refer my client to switch over to GEICO because his current insurance company is always closed on weekends which made it extremely inconvenient for him. Worst experience I've ever had with this company and I'm in the process of pulling my family's own insurance policy and switching. The insurance broker asked for his name, address, date of birth and social security number, then she told me to hang up having her own assumption that he's not a good enough long term customer without any explanation. She kept insisting that we hang up and would not provide a quote. I asked to speak to her supervisor and he kept insisting that it was a miscommunication and she made a wrong assumption. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'm pulling my family's auto policy with this company. No more future referrals.

I called to get a 5 day extension on my payment seeing as I just dropped my whole check on my car payments. Anyways, I was told not to worry because if I didn't have the money in the account it'd take at least 4 days before it checked the account again. It took it out the day AFTER it was supposed to be due and made me go under -$158... Thankfully I'm responsible and was able to cover it. I just don't like my account messed with and when a rep tells you something is going to go one way and it goes another? Nah, I'm gonna go with AAA or someone else. Geico is AWFUL.

Personally, I do not pay for my own auto insurance so I don't not know enough to rate it well. However, as far as I know there haven't been any problems using this company. Eventually, once I have my OWN insurance I would most likely probably have to go with using USAA. I use USAA for my banking needs and have never had a single issue ever come up with them. I found this to be cheapest and after being with them for a year my insurance quote decreased a lot so it's even more affordable. The only disappointment is their lack of double checking what they are entering into the computer system. Somehow my VIN was entered in wrong leaving Secretary of State to assume I did not have auto insurance so I had to go in and show proof when I needed new tabs which caused another issue and I had to make my trip longer as I needed to get on the phone to have it corrected.

My son's father had my vehicle as his was down heading to our son's basketball game. Ended up in an accident which was caused by a signal light that was out for the traffic going straight but the light for turning light was working. Residents of the area said many accidents had occurred at this intersection due to the light not being fixed for some time now. Geico failed to investigate the light, ignored the police report that also mentions the light w/ multiple accidents and placed blame on my driver when the city should have been responsible for the repairs and damages. Not only this - the adjuster comes to the house to submit a estimate for the vehicle. Recommends one particular shop for repairs and the 3 locations they have due to the fact my vehicle is a Mercedes Benz. The shop can't get me in for 2 weeks so I set up the appt. With them. Get the car towed to them a day ahead.
All the while Geico has placed me into a rental from day 1 of the wreck. I'm thinking "Great." The dealership starts repairs but finds the estimate is NOwhere near the estimate they gave. Actually tells me they can believe the car was not considered totalled as the repairs are now past $10,000 which is close to the value of the vehicle. Geico values my Suv at $14,000 - well beyond what the used value would be. I call the dealership to get an update on the vehicle. They are still waiting for Geico to respond back on their decision. We are at day 24 now. Initially was told car would be fixed 7-8 days.
Day 31 of repairs the rental company is now telling me my rental is no longer being covered since past 30 days (policy they say). I've paid my insurance w/ no lapse for the past 5 yrs. To them and they refused to help me out as a single mom, leaving me with no vehicle due to policy. I will be telling ALL of my friends family and any associate to NEVER do business with Geico. This has been the absolutely horrible experience with an insurance company in my life. Day 42 I finally get my car back and a bill from the rental company for more than $500 on top of a $500 deductible.

The Geico app is very user-friendly. You can view coverage, make payments, and use roadside assistance through the app. They provide fast support including roadside assistance. They are reasonably priced and have wonderful good driver discounts.

I think that they don't have enough coverage for the amount you have to pay. And why is it that they say Michigan has the highest rates? What's so different here from other states. Ask that question and see if you get a real response.

Did not receive my Declaration and ID cards last month (pay premium every 6 mo). Called Geico on Oct 14 for ID & Declaration. Asked me "Why do you need it?", "US Government (state) requires I have proof of insurance.", "Do you drive over 12000 mi. Per year?", "No." After long battle about upping my premium from 10,000 mi. Yr (we are retired) to 12,0000, she didn't ask me if I drive over 10,000 per yr! But asked if I drive over 12,000! My answer several times was no. Then I asked for a supervisor (and she was probably standing in front of his desk with hands on her hips to intimidate him to side with her lies). Supervisor would not listen, would not put insurance back like it was AND said he was emailing my ID and Declaration at that time. Never received. I still do not have the documentation!!!
I have now been billed the extra premium for which I will pay (because their form of calculating 2 weeks of premium use will be an overcharge and will exceed any refund). Here is the kicker! I just viewed my oil change records and since January 29, 2015 to October 15, 2015 we have put 7726 miles on the vehicle (documented). They will not put the insurance back to 10,000 annually and stand firm on charging me for 12,000 miles. All this because I wanted my ID cards! The Declaration goes in my file and I will share a copy (not needed) with my church because I (3 times a yr) drive over there, pick up children's school supplies and or other materials, and take another 4 mi. To the Baptist Children's center AND without being asked, I give them (only them) a copy of my insurance. I'm paying their ripoff and will have no further contact with Geico. I do not deal with crooks.

GEICO insurance has alway been expedient in processing my claims. Their communication during claims is top-notch. Turnaround time for the completion of the claim has been exemplary. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very fast in processing my claim when I had an auto accident. They paid the claim to the body shop and I only had to pay my deductible. I had a number of questions and when I called the insurance company they walked me through the whole process as I have not been in an accident in a very long time.

I have had GEICO auto insurance for 6 years, and I am now in my first claim with them and it is horrible. It is worse than being in the accident, which was not my fault. Of the 4 people I have had to be in communication with, only 1 was worth talking to and that was Colby **. Due to the plethora of sloppy claims agents, I have moved on to another auto insurance company. They are cheap for a reason, because they handle they claims cheap and slow. It is like going to Walmart to process your auto insurance claim. They are that insufficient in their quality of service.

We have had GEICO insurance for twenty years and I had an accident where my truck jackknifed in my driveway. They charged me two deductibles and then boosted my auto insurance over 1100 dollars per year. Why do we get penalized for ACCIDENTS? First accident I can remember and in my own driveway no other vehicle involved and then 1000 deductible and my insurance goes up 1100 a year for three years. That is RIDICULOUS.

I have not had a problem with Geico. They are available on-line and also have a physical store nearby. I feel confident that if I needed them, they would be there for me. But I have yet had a problem where I needed their support. Thankfully.

I am happy with my insurance right now - less hassle and affordable. Geico is easy to apply. Works on our budget. Always forgive us when we behind on payments. When we move we can easily transfer our coverage to our area. We been gone to many insurance company but this one works for us. As of now we don't have any problems.

Martekki ** at GEICO has made it the worst experience ever for me. My car was totaled, my sister was terribly injured, and the attitude Martekki gave me on the phone was completely uncalled for. She does not deserve to represent GEICO. I used to make 15k a year as well as a customer service rep years ago when I was 19. So I understand her frustration, I feel terribly sorry for anybody who has to speak with her about an issue. She laughed and made sarcastic remarks about my car being totaled and my sister being injured. I've been thinking about it for a couple days and had to write this review. Geico has always had great customer service every time I call them. I rarely wait on the phone and when I get someone on the phone. They are always knowledgeable and quick to help. I also like that with Geico I can see the details of my plan online and edit what kind of coverage I want. I also pay my bill automatically and have very affordable coverage.

Had to file a claim and they were very helpful! Signed up online and was a great experience. Always professional, but not sure if it is the cheapest option. They do randomly increase payment with random charges, but still less expensive than my last insurance for what you get.

I enjoy the useful benefits that receive from Geico. I've had near-constant issues with Geico's billing over the past two years. I often have issues with my payments going through, even though I receive confirmation. In many of those cases I've been told that there was no record of any such transactions in their system. Aside from that, my monthly rate tends to randomly increase every few months by small, but noticeable amounts. Every time I contact Geico about these rate increases, I am told that "tickets and accidents over the past few years are just now starting to effect my account." No representative has been able to cite exactly what tickets or accidents are causing the increase in rate. Overall, quick and friendly customer service, but terrible business practices on the part of the company.

Geico is one of the cheapest brands. I have been in two accidents that were not my fault and had no problems getting my insurance claims filed. I don't have experience, however, with dealing with this company when the accident is my fault.

I have Geico Car Insurance. I love that they are easy to use. I have only made one claim with them - a glass claim. I did everything online - made the claim online, set up the appointment to fix my windshield online and then rated the experience afterward. As a busy person who hates the phone and loves technology, GEICO gets me. I also pay my bill with a recurring auto pay each month, which I love because it is easy. I have not had a difficult or negative experience with GEICO and would recommend it to other young people.

We have been with Geico over twenty years and have four cars insured with them. However, I called to get an extension on our policy from the 1 to 21 just one time. We have always paid automatically from check. Since I recently lost my husband and had to move I just needed some grace for one payment! Geico refused the extension and cancelled our policy! Never use these guys. I found another top rated company and so much cheaper.

I was with this company for over 5 years. I had a deer hit my vehicle. They acted fast and was helpful with getting a rental. They paid for what was worth the damage too. Only reason I switched was husband is a trucker and they didn't have discount for that, Allstate does.

Got a hit and run on my car. Went to Geico to report it. Found out I had Limited Collision and they will not cover any cost to fix it. You see Limited Collision has some fine print. If you do not know who hit your car, you are screwed. Not good while your car is new and you still owe $34,000 and pay $700 per month for it. There are no agents that talk with you when you are buying a policy. Get an agent, get some professional help, and them money you think you are savings with Geico is nothing. I hope other avoid selecting the Limited Collision feature, and just go Collision. The Geico people were not interested in any negotiation to help. So now we pulled all our cars and house away from Geico and moved to another Insurance Agency.

I have never really needed to use my insurance because I luckily have not been in an altercation with my vehicle, however they have a really good rate to insure the vehicles that are on the policy. The best part was the discounts that were offered. I was able to get discounts for being a good student and for being a good driver. This really helped the overall cost to insure.

I started by joining my friends account. The customer service is really good because everything was settled by the phone. The agent is really friendly and very efficient. I have claimed a case before, and they settled it very quickly. The payment is really easy because we can access it online or we can pay it by phone and they usually will send us an email for recurring payments.

I bought auto insurance from GEICO because they had the best prices. I compared them to competitors and they were quite a bit lower. The sign-up process was easy and the customer service rep. I dealt with was very friendly, warm, and helpful. She wasn't pushy nor did she try to sell me something I didn't want. Since I've had their insurance (over 2 years), I haven't had any problems. My oldest son has chosen a policy from them also and he is well-pleased. I can't think of anything bad to say about them. They are excellent in every way.

Geico is supposed to be this great insurance company? Right. My daughter added another car to their insurance policy a few weeks ago. They should have had a Mazda 3 and 6 on their insurance policy. The insurance agent replaced the car, instead of adding a car, on the policy. Maybe the 6 and 3 confused them, who knows?
So Saturday, she and my son-in-law are rear ended and Geico tells them they don't have insurance for this car in spite of copies of emails that Geico was sent showing that the agent messed up from the get go. In this accident there is no claim against my daughter's policy with Geico because they were stopped, in front of a police officer directing traffic I might add, but Geico's answer is, "Too bad we blew it but that car is not covered. We won't process the paperwork for the accident. We will be happy to take your payments for car and homeowners insurance, but we won't make right our mistake."
Needless to say my daughter and son-in-law will be looking to find another insurance carrier for their insurance needs if someone does not step up and make this right. This would be a bad move Geico. You will be losing a customer who pays their bills on time and has never had to file a claim before. Their first claim and it has turned into a nightmare. This should have been a simple phone call since they have no fault in the accident. No one should be victimized by the people who are paid to help them. Shame on you!
