    I'm happy with this company because it has saved me about 1000 less a year and they have very friendly customer service and an easy website to use and it's very affordable.     I am completely content with my current auto insurance. I haven't had any crashes though, so that is probably why. I don't pay very much each month, but I get great coverage in the incidence that anything is to happen. I can't say I'd change auto insurances to a different one, the process is cumbersome and usually drawn out and tiring. This may be a thing to change in the auto insurance industry.

    I have been a customer of GEICO for over 20 years. Their customer service is excellent. In the unfortunate event that you must file a claim, it has been my experience that they are compassionate, helpful and they expedite the process with the least amount of red tape possible. If you use one of their GEICO EXPRESS collision places for auto repair, the appointment process is painless, the drop off process is fast with paperwork already prepared upon your arrival, and your loaner car is waiting. And they guarantee the repair 100%. I highly recommend GEICO.

    It's mostly bells and whistles, it's decent insurance with its up and downs. The commercials are shoved down your throat and you feel obligated to purchase from them. With deeper and more diligent searching, I probably would have found a better provider.

    I have had nothing but good experiences with Geico. They go out of their way to help me, and help anyone I know that has their insurance. They've got to be one of the best insurance companies that I have ever been involved with. I don't think I would ever want to be with another company, because they wouldn't match up well with them.

    Best price for pretty good coverage - they have a lot of discounts that have helped. Customer service has been okay, could be better but definitely could be worse. They assisted me when I was having trouble with another company due to a car accident and never raised my rates.

    Geico is very reasonable with their rates. I like that I can manage my policy online, if I do have an issue with my policy and need to speak with a customer service representative, there is not a long wait and they are very helpful.

    I don't have much experience with the auto insurance company since I rarely drive. It's like any other auto insurance company that wants your money. It's nothing special is all I'm saying too. Seriously I finished school and didn't want to be hit with an essay.

    I have nothing but great things to say about Geico. They are awesome. They are very passionate and if you need to change your billing date, there is no problem. They also have other insurances like life insurance, home insurance, and other insurances that you might need. They have always handled claims professionally and accurately.

    It's a fine insurance provider if you need a basic policy for a low price. If you have complicated needs or want an insurance policy that does more than satisfy your legal requirement to carry insurance, you're probably better off with another company. That said, their rates really are low, and the service I have received in the 9 years I've insured my car with them has been competent and polite. For people on a budget who don't need a lot of insurance, it's a great fit.

    In 2013, I was hit in the back by a uninsured motorist. The driver who hit me had a suspended license and had no insurance. I suffered an acute neck injury which required extended medical treatment and pain management. Geico attorney dragged the claim out 16 months after I completed treatment. Although, I only had two car accidents in the past 30 years both in the last five years, Geico lawyers treated me like I was a criminal. Geico lawyers claimed that I was trying to recover twice for the other accident I had. Although, I have been driving for almost 30 years and only had two accidents, both accidents in which I was hit by an uninsured motorist, Geico lawyers accused me of reporting the same damages in order to prolong settlement efforts and to undervalue my claim. Geico lawyers went as far as to suggest that I staged the entire accident.

    During the arbitration, Geico lawyer attempted to correlate the accident with the fact that I was unemployed. At the arbitration, Geico hired three arbitrators with a maximum fee of $20,000 each to award me $1500 in damage. I have $25,000.00 in medical bills and suffered considerable pain and loss of life as the result of my accident. I make payments each month to insure my automobile. I have never committed a crime in my life and have an excellent driving record. Yet, Geico lawyer had the nerve to asks my nephew during a deposition if I was trustworthy and could I be believed. If you have to file a uninsured motorist claim with Geico, I suggest you inform your lawyer to bypass arbitration and file civil suit. I have fired my attorneys and will be filing civil action in a court of law against Geico. Geico treated me unfairly.

    I had a good experience with GEICO right from the start. When I spoke to a representative over the phone she was very helpful and was also a very good communicator. I found her customer service to be excellent as she helps me decide which categories I needed to focus on and how much I should be spending. Since then I have had a smooth ride with the company with no problems whatsoever.

    I was satisfied with GEICO insurance. They had reasonable rates and I never had any issues or problems with them during the two years I was insured by them.     While I have been insured by GEICO Auto, I have always been treated with respect. When I call I never wait on hold. When speaking with a representative, my questions are answered in a timely fashion. I feel that the prices are reasonable. Other family members also insured by GEICO have only excellent things to say about the company.

    They provide me a good coverage with affordable price. My insurance premium drop at least 20% after I switch to GEICO. They had customer friendly website and mobile app. It is every easy to use. So far, I have not had any car accident after I switch to Geico, so I have not get chance to deal with their customer service. This is reason I give them star 4 instead of 5 here. If they keep same premium for me next year, I will stay with them.

    Just recently got GEICO after our rates went up with Progressive. No complaints so far, and the cost of our insurance is low, always a plus! We have full coverage on one car and liability on the other, and are only paying $72 a month. We were going to be paying $107 a month with Progressive. Only downfall is that the deductible is high ($2500), but we could get a low deductible and still only pay $97 a month.

    Geico was a pretty hassle free company. I was able to pay my bills online through auto payment every month. I even once dinged a car in a parking lot, and Geico did all the work for me to reimburse the other person, and my rates didn't go up.

    Happy with their service, easy claim service. Can text photos of accident from your smart phone. You're in good hand with the local agent that WILL LEAD YOU through with all the paperwork. They will pay you with a check after deducting your deductible and order the work to be done and tell you how much it will cost. If you want the work to be done, they will tell you how much time it will take and the car rental agency is right next door . Your accident stress is greatly reduced with all these convenient services available.

    Geico has been a great insurance company. I get full coverage at a decent price (could be better). When I had my one fender bender in 10 years of coverage, the first thing they asked me when I called was "are you alright" and through everything were most with if I was ok. They helped me to know what I had to do and got my car towed and fixed.

    I was shopping around online for a new insurance company about a year ago because I was unhappy with the premiums I was paying to my insurance provider at that time. The best deal I found was that I could save around $180 a year with GEICO for the exact same coverage that I already had. I signed up immediately, and I have been very happy with the change so far. Paying my bill online is easy, seamless, fast, and hassle-free. I have not had to use customer service as yet, but I am quite confident that it will be a trouble-free experience.

    I did a lot of research when looking for an auto insurance company, GEICO gave me the best price. I was hit by another car and they gave me advice about what to do since I was not at fault. They advised me that I should not make the claim through them but through the other person’s insurance and explained why it was more likely to benefit me. I took a car off of my policy and it was very quick and easy, and they lowered my bill for the length of time the car was not in use even though it was insured. Signing up was simple and online and I printed out my insurance cards right away. I love GEICO so far and have been trying to convince my mom to join them!

    It was really easy to get insurance. I called and within minutes I was able to get it. I even called late at night at around 11. You get several benefits that I haven't used yet.     I haven't had any accidents nor has my husband so we haven't filed any claims ever with Geico. We have received accident forgiveness because of this which is great just in case something does happen in the future. When we signed up with Geico their customer service was great and very helpful. We also added our home insurance with them as well which we haven't had to use either yet! So far we have loved Geico but that could change if we ever have to file any type of claim with them.

    I've gone back and forth from Geico to other insurance companies a few times now and I always regret it when I leave them. I currently have car and renters insurance with them and I couldn't be happier. Since my insurance needs are very basic and I shop for the lowest cost and the least amount of coverage I can legally have they're definitely the insurance company for me and I've hopefully learned my lesson about leaving them for another company now. They say the third times the charm, right?

    I've had this insurance for years and for the most part they are great! I've never really ran into any problems besides a miscommunication between customer service agents and them adding products on instead of taking them off. Otherwise they have been great and I can't really say much more because besides coverages I haven't had to contact them with any claims.

    My only complaint with GEICO is that they try to get the body shops to use non-OEM parts whenever possible. I own a Lexus and always insist on Lexus parts. I found a good body shop that is willing to go to bat for me and they do stellar work. GEICO processes claims quickly and it is very easy to determine the status of your claim, either through the Internet, phone app, or a phone call. Sometimes the wait to get through on the phone to speak to a person can be long but their customer service folks are available 24/7. Very understanding and easy to work with.

    They are a decent price and good benefits. They have good coverage especially when my mom's car got a flat on the side of the freeway. Also they pay for towing if your car dies.     A person fraudulently claimed we back into her. GEICO double our rate, with 0 damage to our vehicle, no police report, no witnesses and never even sent out an investigator. Our car was a Mustang that supposedly did $850 in damages to a Ford Expedition's front bumper/front end without even scratching the paint on our plastic rear bumper. Agent had to have failed an IQ test...

    It is a decent company, I would neither recommend nor, not recommend, however if you need to see if you can get it cheaper, I'd definitely give them a call. Maybe you can find the type of insurance you need, for the perfect price in your range.

    I have had a good experience obtaining insurance for 5 years. My car was old 1996 so only bothered with liability and uninsured motorist. I was hit by another vehicle and pushed into the center divider. I reported it to my company immediately. The adjuster called the other party's company for me while I was on the line and stayed on for the duration of the call. She did not have to help me at all since I did not have liability. 20th Century was my previous company and they just washed their hands off a prior accident as soon as they saw the coverage.

    I am purchasing a new vehicle this next week and my boyfriend just bought a new vehicle 2 weeks ago. At that time I called to add his car, (he is already on the policy). My insurance is due on Oct 11 and she added him with full coverage letting me know it started immediately. We do not have to pay anything until the new policy date where we will pay it all and were given a great price. I had intended to check rates all over since it has been a while but now will continue with GEICO because they have gone out of their way to be helpful.

    Great. Been with them for a couple years. Switched from Progressive because GEICO offers roadside assistance for cheaper price. When I was with Progressive I broke down one day, called Progressive. They said I did not get roadside assistance. My son was with me, he called his insurance company which was GEICO. They sent someone out. Needless to say I called GEICO. Got 4 vehicles full coverage with roadside assistance for cheaper price.

    GEICO has great customer service! Making changes or updates is easy through their app or by calling on the phone. I never experience long wait times and their customer support is attentive, polite and thorough. I love that my policy renews every six months and my payments are divided evenly. I don't have to worry about a down payment every time I renew my policy. They also have many discounts available on policies that I am eligible for. They offer excellent driver discounts and multi-policy discounts. When my car was totaled last year, they were very attentive and quick to respond to all of my needs and inquiries during the claims process. I have shopped rates before to compare policies and haven't been quoted a better rate than what GEICO offers me.

    They are so nice every time I call. You can tell they have good training and are professional. Only one time that I called I was misinformed but when I called back I was given the right information so it was fine. They have really good rates as well.     I really love Geico insurance. We have had it for many years. All the insurance companies we have had before always raised to where we can't afford it but Geico just raises a little but it is still cheaper than most other insurance companies around here.. So if anyone is tired of their insurance being too high they should give Geico a try. I am glad we tried it... All you do is give them a call and they will give you a quote over the phone...

    They have tried to find ways to reduce my auto insurance and I appreciate that. I haven't had any problems in claims as I hardly had any accidents. The only thing I can remember is when someone hit me in the back. I kept asking Geico to do something but they since it wasn't my fault. However, when I went to Allstate (the other guy's insurance) they did everything. However the premiums are much higher than what I pay at Geico so for now I'm sticking with them.

    My car is really too old to take full advantage of my car insurance, and it would cost double what I'm paying to get full coverage, so I'm stuck with partial. I'm a good driver, but statistics dictate that my "group" is terrible drivers, so I'm stuck paying more than other people. In conclusion, I haven’t really had car insurance long enough to get a good grasp on how well they take care of me and the car.

    GEICO is a wonderful company. When I started looking for car insurance, I tried getting quotes from different companies both online and over the phone. Without question my best experience was with GEICO. Online, everything was easy to understand and use. When I called, it was not too difficult to reach an actual person and when I did, they were helpful and not pushy at all. I chose GEICO not only because of the great rates, but because of the quality of their customer service.

    My insurance agency is an okay car insurance company. I personally have never been completely and totally happy or completely and totally unhappy with them. To me (and my family) they have been average. Throughout the years with my auto insurance company we have considered moving companies before and would consider it in the future, but for now they will have to work.

    I had a car catch on fire. GEICO took care of everything and had a rental car ready for me in just a couple of hours and settled the claim within 3 days. They made sure the claim was settled quickly so that my life was not disrupted by the car fire.

    I have had very pleasant experiences with Geico. When you call you actually speak to people! I did, however, have a fender bender not with another car but a gate and my insurance went up, so I'm unhappy that it went up after one issue unrelated to another car.

    Full of b$ and lies, especially GEICO, as always law only works for the big corporations right it's time for someone to get back to them. They review my friend condition state, he do not need more treatment. GEICO stop paying for the car accident related injury, guess what happen my friend health is going down to the drain his spine everyday worst and he is doing some ER visits and taking hydromorphone on the last one because of the pain so unbearable that drove his blood pressure to the sky. I also note he say he helps with fertilization issues for couple be aware of those doctors.

    I went from paying $47 a month for 2 cars, after selling one that just had comp that was parked in the garage to $64 a month. I just received the new cards and I found out my monthly premiums will go up to $88. Spoke to Rep at Geico and she said it was because of the "Medical claims" have gone up. If this is how they treat great drivers and Military Vets with no tickets and accidents for over 25 years, I don't want any part...

    On October 5th, our Fifth Wheel camper had the misfortune of blowing out a tire. We called GEICO, they could not find anyone to help us, nor sent a State Trooper. On our return trip, the other three tires also failed. Again we called Roadside Service, Agent hung up on us. We feel that GEICO should refund our Camper Roadside Service we had been paying for on time every month. When it came time for them to step up, they Committed Client Abandonment. Several Agents agree with us, except Corporate! If you have Roadside with GEICO for your RV, I suggest you drop them. Per ex Roadside Agent, they can't or won't help you.

    It's okay. They were the cheapest I found for my new car. After 6 months they went up on rates. I thought insurance go down if you drive good and no tickets. I'm looking into others now because I haven't received tickets over 8 years. I like that they do take money out my account and if I can't pay on my due date they give me two weeks.

    I and my vehicle was damage (injured), reference a shooting. My insurance company assisted with paying my medical bills and repairs for my vehicle. Provided the medical bills to my agent via fax. Claims adjuster responded to my residence, inspected my vehicle, determine the amount of damage, and provided repair locations to have my vehicle fixed.

    I researched GEICO because my previous company raised their rates for all customers across the board. My driving record is excellent with no traffic violations and no accidents in over ten years. Nevertheless my insurance was due to go up over $150 for a six month policy. I contacted GEICO and they sent me a written estimate for the insurance I wanted by mail. After reviewing their paperwork I contacted the company on the internet and applied and was insured the next day. I do most of my correspondence online but I have on occasion contacted an agent by phone and have receive excellent service in all respects. The important issue for me was that I saved at least $200.00 for a six month policy over any other company that I have contacted.

    Few weeks ago, I received a letter saying that my insurance policy will be cancelled because they need me to provide some information. I called them and thought I solved the problem. They said that I would receive my card in the mail. 2 weeks later, I did not receive the card. I called them back and find out that they cancelled my policy. I tried to reactivate it, they told that it's ok, and I will receive my card in 15 min but that never happen and I was told it is ok to drive with no proof of insurance.

    GEICO has roadside assistance on our policy and I have had to use it. Recently my mother and I were on a trip and we got a flat tire. When I called GEICO they immediately sent someone out to change the tire and get us back on the road. It was a really hot day and my mother is 81, so I was very thankful they acted fast and got us underway again. I tell people to get GEICO all the time.

    Going through the Geico website made signing up for insurance fairly easy. I could add and subtract different kinds of insurance and see the associated cost with each kind. I never had to file a claim so I can't attest to how smooth that might be. My only real issue was how much the insurance shot up after the year was over and it was time to renew.

    I've had GEICO for about 10 years now and have been more than satisfied. I've never filed a claim but responses are always right to the point. My insurance has been at it's lowest level in many years. I try looking for better insurance rates at the same coverage level and every one that I've looked at is at least 1 or 2 hundred dollars more. They also have many discounts they work with which always lowers the rate. Not one insurance company can compare with GEICO and I'll be staying with them a while.

    Decent coverage with average customer service. I did have some issues with an uninsured driver and Geico was not the easiest to communicate over the issue. They did not work very hard to get the money back from the other driver and it went months before they let me know what was going on with the claim. Even when I called they didn't seem to be very aware of my claim.

    They are definitely the cheapest. However, their rates do change a lot. They go up if you have an accident, make a claim, and sometimes just based on the neighborhood. Also, don't get any repairs done by their people. Get your own stuff done.

    Geico is the best there ever was and I kick myself because I waited so long to switch. I have auto, motorcycle and renters insurance with them. Love that gecko! Their TV ads are oh so cool! We save money with all of the different discounts. Geico forever!

    I dinged my car on my mailbox. I got an estimate of close to $1000. I called in to check to see if my rates would raise if I filed a claim. The original customer rep told me the only person that would be able to tell me this is a claims agent. I told the claims agent that I didn't want to file a claim but I was wondering what would happen to my rates if I did file a lower price claim. They then told me they could not tell me if the rates would raise. Of course 20 minutes after the call a claim was filed. So rather than me probably not filing a claim I'm filing a claim. They will have to pay for my car to get fixed and pay the 30 dollars a day for a car rental. They will probably raise my rates. I will drop them and they will lose a customer. That is the definition of a lose lose.

    I like how low key Geico is. I can use them from anywhere in the country, and there are a variety of ways to reach Geico - via app, website, phone number for example. They handle claims quickly, and I have rarely had to wait to speak to a customer service rep or claims agent. I do wish they would give you more notice that rates have increased, and not just use your renewal documents to point that out, but overall I have had no major problems or issues with Geico.

    I use GEICO as my auto insurance carrier. GEICO has a very good price and the service is good enough to match the price. I would love to recommend to anyone. My husband used it first and added mine car on it, it cost us 20 dollars more, which is incredible. We are very happy about it.

    This insurance company provided me with a lower rate with essentially the same coverage I had with my previous insurance company. The other insurer would not work with me to lower my rate even though I had not had any accidents in the past 5 year. So I had to shop elsewhere and GEICO was and is a welcome relief.

    They are great there. Always nice. Great price compared to others as well. When I lost my job they helped me set up a deferred date, which was helpful considering I'm usually on time with everything especially my bills. They offer a variety of discounts so that you are able to save the most money.

    So far I have had no issues with Geico Insurance. They are reasonably priced and do not have any hidden charges. They also have an app which has a copy of your insurance card in case you forget it, which is very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    GEICO is a good auto insurance company. I appreciate them because of their low cost insurance. I have never had to contact anyone with a question and I also have never had to make a claim.     We were referred to Geico by our family. We were previously insured w/ MetLife through my company w/ automated payments out of my paycheck. My company discontinued this service & it drove my ins rates higher, reason why we switched to Geico. We are checking current ins rates to see if we can lower our payments again. Our daughter is driving on a permit & will get her license next month - trying to offset extra cost of insurance. Overall happy w/ Geico though.

    Been easy to contact and helpful in all the questions we've had. Made one claim and was taken care of very professionally, so I would not give it a second thought. I would recommend them very very highly. The rates are very competitive and we pay on automatic withdrawal, so it is not an issue. Like I say I am very happy with GEICO, so if we had to choose another insurer I would go with them again and without a second thought.

    Good although I wanted better coverage for a better price with no accidents. I have had to use the service for a claim. I did use Allstate when I was rear ended and they paid out the claim very fast. I got almost 5000 settling out of court.

    GEICO has been my auto insurer for about four years now and I have no complaints. Customer Service is available 24/7 and they are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have always had my questions or needs answered on the first call. I had to file a small claim once and the process was handled swiftly and professionally. I have compared their premiums to a couple of companies and their rates have been better. And lastly, I have been able to postpone my monthly premium payment when I was in a financial crunch.

    It's easy to deal with. I use an app for payments. Vehicles are easily added or removed. Price seems to be low. Their phone number is easy to remember. I have had claims. They take care of everything for me. I don't have to do much. One time they fought for me but lost. Stupid act of nature. They let me choose my auto body shop. There were many locations I could go to. Rental car was all set up for me. I'm satisfied. Neither happy nor unhappy.

    It's not the best but also not the worst. It's ok at answering question and claims but I wish it offered more. For example providing accident forgiveness, I have been with the company for over 10 years without an accident and earlier this year I was involved in a back end collision. I was hit by another driver and I'm pretty sure that my premium are going to go up.

    Just received my 6 month renewal notice from Geico. It more than doubled, up over 100%. From about $800 to over $1,700. Absolutely ridiculous. I called to see if it was a mistake. Nope. They told me that Geico was not profitable enough in California and they had to raise their rates. Are you kidding me? It looks like I am being punished for their lousy business practice. Time to call Flo!!!

    I paid for a 6 months coverage with GEICO Auto Insurance. A couple of months later I receive emails about having to make a payment. I call to check what the charge was because I paid for 6 months. They couldn't explain and said they would follow up. But of course they never did. I get another email with a pending charge and I call back again. So this time they said there was a ticket under my car and that the charge was for the ticket. I never got a ticket and I tried explaining that and asked information about the ticket. They couldn't give me any information. I check with DMV and there's nothing there. Called GEICO back and they couldn't give me any information (no ticket #, no issue #, no record information). Also each representative and supervisor gave me different information.

    So they moved my policy date to more than a month behind because I didn't pay for a ticket GEICO falsified. I wanted it to be all over so I provided them with my clean record two days after I spoke to a supervisor called Sierra ** and Chris who said that the policy would be as I signed up once they received my DMV proof. Of course it was a way of getting extra money for GEICO because they never changed anything after I provided them with the information. GEICO pretty much stole my money. It was a mistake signing up with GEICO from the very beginning. It will never happen again!

    GEICO has consistently been the lowest priced option for our family. Every so often, we will check around for cheaper quotes before renewing, and even the company that was supposed to give a discount to people employed by my husband's company was not lower. In fact, their price was twice what GEICO asks, for the same coverage! NO matter what their commercials promise, no one has ever been lower. GEICO offers what we need, all on one account, even though we are not necessarily a traditional household. Many companies would not include my husband, myself, and my mother all on one policy, but GEICO had no issue working with us.

    We have never had an issue while contacting customer service and when we needed to change our payment due date, they were, again, happy to work with us. Thankfully, we have not had an accident in many years, so there isn't much I can say about their claims process. They were also capable of connecting us with the perfect company for our renters insurance and the process was very simple.

    They were very helpful, quick and thorough when I got into a small accident. And I received a check from them for the $500 deductible since it was my first accident. They have also been very courteous when I call customer service for any sort of help. Maybe the one problem I would have is that they raised the price of the auto insurance without notifying me. When I called, they said it was just an increase overall in auto insurance.
