Don't let the cute lizard fool you. Geico inexplicably held up closing an auto accident claim that they were going to be reimbursed for by the person-at-fault's insurance company. We told Geico that we were through with treatment claims and they sent us threatening letters and mail concerning getting a medical review from a doctor whose reviews online were very bad. This was even though we told them a number of times that we were done, and they should submit the medical claims to the other insurance company for payment reimbursement. Because of this terrible claims handling experience, we decided to terminate our coverage with Geico and go with another company (also saving about $200 a year for better coverage).
When I called Geico to cancel, the guy just kept trying to sell me and wouldn't get it done. I finally asked to speak with his supervisor and he said he didn't have one! I called back and asked another rep to put me in touch with the first Guy's supervisor. Left a voicemail - and received no response - twice! Worst customer service I've experienced with any company for a long time. Comcast customer service is better!

My son got into a car accident and immediately GEICO assumed that my son was on a job at the time and refused to pay for the claim. They also advised the other driver to file a law suit against me instead to get me to pay for the accident. It was a minor scratch on the bumper and this is the service I am getting from Geico.

We had a glass claim & they were quick to get it replaced. No arguments or delays. The service they sent out was on time and did a great job. The Geico representative was pleasant and very helpful. They only had a few questions and solved our problem quickly. The coverage was very good. They were pleasant and didn't argue or cause any problems. They were quick to make arrangements to get the window repaired. We were very pleased with the service and our coverage. At the time we purchased Geico insurance we saved a good deal over our previous carrier. So we felt we were getting a good deal for the same coverage. They confirmed who I was and my policy number. They asked a few questions and made the arrangements to replace the window. We were very pleased.

The process was easy and efficient. I am also covered for a rental car in this case, and it was a breeze. Geico has great customer service, no matter which agent you contact, and they always give knowledgeable explanations. When my car was hit by a deer, my car was fixed within days, while I enjoyed a rental car. The cooperation between the repair shop, Geico agent, and myself, was seamless and impressive. They truly helped me not to worry, and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I'm covered with the state minimum required and the old car I drive don't feel additional coverage would be any benefit, if it were a newer car yes but what I have for this old car is good. I have instance coverage to fit the state requirement and nothing more, careful driving and experience should keep me from needing any type of claims or additional services. I never contacted customer service, I opened my policy online and make my payments and need on the computer as well.

The insurance company will cover and compensate for any injuries and repairs sustained until the actual fault is determined and then will negotiate with the other driver's insurance company (if there's another person with an insurance company involved) to decide who pays in the end. It has been of great value to my life since it makes me feel more secure, safer and with the assurance of backup funds in case of any damages to my car or the car(s) of other people involved and also for treatment of any injuries sustained by me or other people involved. The customer care representatives show enough patience, politeness and professionalism to help out in resolving an issue or complaint and giving directions on the process of how to file a claim.

They have coverage for when you rent a car which saves a lot of money so you don't have to buy the insurance from the car rental companies. I saved money by switching to Geico. I had farm bureau for about 15 years and dropped them because Geico has customer service available on the weekends. I like that you can speak to someone 24 hrs a day.

So far I am satisfied with how easy it was to sign up and get a quote. The rest of the insurance companies were much more expensive for the coverage that I wanted. I am satisfied with the coverage because it was the best value for the level of coverage that I wanted and needed. They offer a variety of levels of coverage to fit a variety of needs and budgets. It is a good to have. The best coverage for the money.

I had a claim from an accident that was not my fault, but in which a person was injured. The agents at Geico kept in contact with me and interviewed witnesses in order to properly dispute the other parties claim. They were very nice throughout the process. Geico offers many different levels of coverage to suit my individual needs. I was able to increase and decrease coverage in certain areas in order to make my premiums more affordable. I am not sure it has added any value to my life. In Illinois it is required that you have auto insurance, so there's that. It's kind of expensive and an irritation. Customer service is good. Everyone I have spoken with was very kind and helpful. Not usually a fun thing to deal with, but they make it somewhat easy.

Didn't look into the claim. Just settled and made me take responsibility because "that's what they do". It wasn't my fault and they should have investigated. They offer a pretty low deductible. Which is nice and makes it easy to get your car repaired. Other companies charge more. But you have to go where they want you to, to get it fixed. The value it has added to my life. I feel like I could get more for my money because they're a little high with prices but the deductible is lower. So it all works out the same I guess. I've had to deal with the customer service a lot when handling my claim. They've always been very nice and respectful. They have answered all my questions in a timely manner.

We are happy with the coverage we receive. It is easy to find information on what we need and what is available. I feel like it is a good deal when compared to other companies. I know we have tried to find cheaper coverage, and haven't been able to. We actually got a quote that was cheaper, but when we tried to sign up the price doubled. I don't see us going anywhere for a while. Any time that we have had to speak with customer service, it has been about billing. Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating. They even call us back to make sure the issue was corrected.

Geico has comprehensive coverage for a really good price. We are able to have full coverage and a very low deductible. They offer great rates for their coverage. They make the entire process very easy which is of a great value. We do all of our work with Geico online.

I have never filed a claim, however, with the speed and accuracy of how they handle everything else, I would expect them to treat claims the same way. They cover my auto and home with the best coverage I can afford, without trying to sell me things I don't need. They always follow up with a courtesy call and a letter to make sure I understand my coverage. GEICO Insurance has made my life so much easier because I have less to worry about, and stress over. That is true value no matter what else you say. I had a minor problem, called customer service. They answered the my questions quickly, and professionally. Solved the issue immediately. And then thanked me for being a client.

Claims processing is usually pretty fast, keep me up to date with everything that's going on. The investigations carried out by Geico is top notch. Great coverage, have a range of everything that they have to offer and are very upfront about it. Great value. Good price for their plans. Their customer support also helps me to choose the right value for my package. Customer service is superb. Very friendly and helpful when trying to solve and discuss my issue. Very fast to response and usually solve the issue right away.

Their customer service has always been good quality. Also the claims process went really quickly. And they didn't seem judgmental when doing so. Coverage was average and was comparable to any other company out there. Basically you get what you pay for as far as coverage. I was on the lower end of coverage opting not to pay more. They more than tripled my rate from one year to the next after an entire year with no claims. No reason for it. No explanations - just it is what it is. So I left and went with Progressive who gave me the same coverage for lower rates. Their customer service was always friendly and nonjudgemental. Also efficient in handling claims and fielding questions. Customer service was never an issue - tripling my rates after I had been a loyal customer for 10 years is a huge issue.

GEICO is prompt when handling a claim and when doing your claim via the internet, it is extremely user friendly. It allows you to add multiple photos of all vehicles involved and contacts you right away if they need any other information. GEICO insurance is fairly and competitively priced. They also have great deals when bundling other insurance with your auto (home/renters/multiple vehicles/etc.) GEICO auto insurance ensures my comfort and well being knowing that my loved ones as well as myself are protected. I am very happy with them. GEICO has always had friendly employees who are knowledgeable about their products and frequently asked questions. They have top notch customer service and I highly recommend them.

Representatives have a way of calming you down and assuring you that everything is OK and that they are there to help you and assure your safety. Wide variety of coverage options are available to choose from. Whether you need only liability to full coverage as well as boat, motorcycles, and many other types, Geico has it all. The rates that are offered are very affordable and show the value well within your first cycle of insurance. I have always received great value for the premiums that I was paying. Great discount options are provided as well. Cost for coverage amounts is great. Geico has always been a very customer-centered insurance company. The representatives are always great. They are reassuring and always provide great customer service to me. Questions and concerns are answered and handled immediately without any hassle.

GEICO responded very quickly to our claim. They were professional, friendly and did not cancel our policy or increase our premium. They gave us good advice that helped us make positive decisions. We have collision, comprehensive, and overall coverage. GEICO also provides roadside service, student discounts, professional discounts and 24 hour service. They offer rental car service when needed and great medical coverage. We have been with GEICO for over twenty years. My son had an accident several years ago that cost over 100000 in damages. GEICO worked closely with us to ensure we were covered and made the right decision. Then they did not cancel, met son's insurance and worked with us on rates. I have never found a lower rate. Due to our claim we had to use customer service frequently. They have been helpful and polite in all of our conversations. Every time I call with a question they have a positive answer.

I have been with Geico for 6 years. They pull my payment out of my account. They cause my account to go into Neg by trying pull whole premium out and additional fees... My bank froze the account and then my bank closed my account altogether. They say they cancel the policy they still after policy cancelled still continued to try to pull payment out. Why payment then say one date I had insurance and then back date it so it looks like I been without for a month. Customer Service Amanda told me they would give me a refund and my policy wasn't cancel the next month. But then back dated it so to say because it's been a month. We can't give you full coverage... Then send me a letter stating I requested to come out of Autopay and I didn't.
So I called and then find out for a month the insurance been cancel. I call. They tell me I have to pay payments to get restarted only find out they lied after I made payment. They say they can only give me liability knowing dang well I have to have full coverage. They don't care about years you been just money. If you ask for Supervisor you get ahead floor walking supervisor at the call center. They all trained to do one thing. SAVE GEICO MONEY and GET GEICO MONEY...

Claims are easy and anyone can do it without much brain power because their employees are extremely very helpful and understanding and make sure you get the help you need. I feel that I am safe at any given time because of the comfortable coverage that I have. It helps having this sound state of mind at all times. Their customer service is great. They won't stop till they are fully confident that you know everything that is going down and are available to help you whenever.

I've only had two accidents in my life but each time I needed to submit a claim GEICO has spoken to me to ascertain the cause of the accident, and they have sent me to an adjuster/repair shop to get my vehicle fixed. I have no issues with their coverage, and I think that their prices are very favorable for the coverage that they offer. I feel comfortable driving knowing GEICO has my back. I find that GEICO has high value for their coverage. Not only do they offer affordable insurance but they also offer ways to earn discounts to your insurance. GEICO customer service is excellent. They have reps ready to speak to you as well as a website that is very user friendly and allows the customer to make changes to their insurance online.

Great claims processing. If an accident occurs they offer payout right away and does not hold funds like Mom and Pop insurance agencies. Been with Geico for over ten years and no complaints. Would recommend to anyone. Great coverage across the states. Great value for the money. Only had one complaint and that was when I left for a year, besides that the best bang for your buck. Never had better service. Customer service is excellent. Their customer service is based out of the states which is becoming rarer and rarer nowadays.

The claims processing can be a bit lengthy and frustrating but overall they keep you up to date and informed about when it will be ready and what to expect. The coverage is fairly reasonable. You get exactly what you paid for. Essentially, they have coverages that will fit your budget and is applicable to you. The value of the insurance policy is satisfactory. You get affordable coverages at reasonable price and you are able to upgrade whenever necessary. The customer service is very effective and reliable. They ensure that needs are met in a timely manner and they also are very knowledgeable about any issues that you have regarding your policy.

Relatively smooth, good communication, prompt. I've had multiple claims. Geico ROCKS!! Great quality customer service, prompt expedited service, do what they say!! I was with USAA, rates kept going up, switched to Geico. Freaking fantastic choice. Even after multiple claims, none at fault; my rates are still unchanged. Fast and frustration free service. Only bummer is when you get a quote they have to get back to you instead on instant quote, but no biggie.

I got hit and made a claim. It took them 169 days to inform me that there was nothing they could do because of the size of the road even though it was on my package. If you get hit on a small road and you have a insurance policy with this company, they will take six months and then give you the runaround and then tell you that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. I found out that I can get insurance cheaper than they could ever think about. I got a ticket for reckless 3 years ago and they want over 6 hundred dollars. State Farm insurance 129 dollars and it was a better policy. Stupid, rude, no clue how to do their job. Can't help who are not necessary for the job. You would be better off talking to automatic.

The ease of the claims processing was from my time with Geico, the insurance company, was very good. I fully recommend it to others. There's no need to look anywhere else because this is the best. It was simple to enter the information with the GEICO app. It was also easy to check on the status with the app as well. I was very happy with the easy of the process. The coverage is great. They cover everything that we need and then some. It is easy to check coverage online, over the phone, with a representative, or on the app. I have been a "valued" customer of GEICO for over 15 years and yet they charge me an arm and a leg. I pay a ton for my coverage and I am very unhappy. Unfortunately for some reason GEICO is still the lowest auto insurance that I can find. Go figure. GEICO has the best customer service. Everyone that I have ever spoken to have been super friendly and helpful. They have always gone above and beyond to help answer any questions I had for them.

They make it very easy to file a claim. Even when you are at fault. My husband got in an at fault accident and they made it so easy and they stood by him even when the other company was trying to take advantage. Their coverage is second to none. They make it really easy to get a quote for a policy that meets state standards, but it's equally easy to customize your plan to suit your needs and get the exact coverage you want and need. People may think they are too expensive, but they really are a great value. They also offer a wide range of ways to get a discounted rate. We got a discount just for being a member of our credit union! I haven't had a lot of experience with their customer service, only because they make it SO easy to handle on your own, but the few times I have dealt with them, they have been patient and professional and made it all a breeze.

Call the customer care center and then a representative with awesome customer service and communication skills will answer the phone and gladly help you out above and beyond with your claim. I love them and wouldn't switch to anyone else. Just really depends on the vehicle, you have just about anything from half coverage to full coverage. We have 2 different things up to 10,000 damage with 1,000 deductible. They are about the cheapest auto insurance there is.
They were able to lower my bill from $150 down to $116 when I first signed up with them which helped me a lot because I was buying a new car at the time and I already was short on money. They were very helpful and I thank them for that. The last sales representative that I spoke with, his name was Mark. I loved that the whole phone conversation was not just all about the insurance packages and signing up etc. He made conversations about other things which made my experience even more great.

Very easy claims processing that didn't take forever and a day to fill out and get processed. They also were great at answering all the questions I had during the claims process which I really appreciated. It made me feel like they cared about me as a person and that I wasn't just a number to them like some insurance companies seem to view their customers as. You can choose a variety of different coverage options, for whatever is best for you. And they offer many discounts which is helpful. I checked out the prices of many different insurance options online, and Geico was the most affordable option I found.
I highly recommend Geico because it is the least expensive insurance option I found online from a reputable company. It also has great sales representatives. I highly recommend GEICO for their customer service. Every time I have interacted with them, I have been treated with respect and been given time to answer all of my questions.

Quick to respond to tow services or emergency help and it is fast and reliable service, so I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. It is productive. Because it is autopay and the cheapest I have found that help with services in a quick and timely manner, not only for me but for those who are in my family who also have the service. Because its value is so valuable and helps, it is something I fully recommend, and that others will have benefit as well and will see how much it helps to have Geico. They are always there by text messaging to respond to any questions or inquiry and that quick answer is important since sometimes there is emergencies.

I had to file a claim and they were very helpful and understanding. They process it quickly and no hassle. I won the case because they provide me with lawyer and I was very satisfied to know I can rely on them. For the price I feel like the coverage is well worth it. I only had liable but it was great customer service and affordable price. I would definitely recommend it. The value is great. I feel like I was getting my money's worth. It's very affordable yet good service. GEICO is one of the best insurance companies out there. Customer service is great. Whenever I had any questions or issues they were just one phone call away. I just walked into the office, answered some questions, signed on the dotted line, paid for my first month and it was not painful at all. The people were also very nice and helpful. They asked me what type of coverage I needed and I said just the basic and that’s what I got with no pressure to buy anything else. They also offered taking out the money from my checking account so I wouldn't have to think about a paper bill every month. The value of the insurance was way much affordable than other quotes I received from other companies and that made me very happy. I would recommend them without a doubt. The employees there were very cheerful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They were very interested in knowing what we could afford and what products we did not need at this time.

Haven't had to make any claims as of yet, but their online process seems easy and straight forward. Love their user friendly interface. Geico provides comprehensive options for a fair and great price. You can customize your coverage to fit your needs and compare prices to select the right package. This is why we chose to switch to geico... its pricing was great for the coverage we needed. We like the fact they offer auto payments and billing and send you your coverage card electronically as well. When we didn't get our insurance card was misplaced, I called customer service and the answer was very quick and courteous. The agent walked me through how we could find the information on our online account but also went beyond and mailed me a copy. Very satisfied with their customer service.

I've used the claims process twice including once for a hit and run. The representatives were helpful in getting my situations resolved quickly and in the case of the hit and run even helped me track down the other driver and helped me get in touch with his insurance company. The coverage offers standard limits which meet my needs. I have never had an issue with coverage. Coverage has always been adequate. I chose my coverage 10 years ago. Used to be a great deal – in the past 18 months the prices have risen significantly. As a long time customer I am disappointed in this. Any time that I've had an issue, the representatives have been helpful and I've never had to wait on the phone on hold for a long time. This is helpful as my insurance isn't something I think about often, and I'm glad it's there for me to conveniently access when I need to.

I am canceling Geico today for the second time. I am so sick of how my husband and I were treated involving a claim. Not only have several agents contacted us saying different things but now an investigator wants to be involved. How come I can't just get my damn car fixed? Was supposed to get quote on damage Thursday but it all came to a screeching halt today as they wanna be ** about it. I feel we were treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against as my husband is unemployed. They are drastically different from State Farm and suck so much worse!! Claims with state farm were a lot more professional and friendly. This company treated us horrible. I won't recommend Geico to anyone!! They will make fixing your car in a timely manner almost impossible and treat you like a criminal at the same time.

I'd recommend them because of the Easy claims processing, good follow up and quick processing of claims for quicker way to get back on the road. Friendly service to get you the correct service and available discounts that will fit your budget, also use of website to access account for additional services. Good value for multiple cars and good coverage for the price, and having multiple discounts available and included is also a plus, which is why I would recommend them. Awesome customer service. Willing to help and ask if there's anything else they can do for me prior to hanging up. Also thanks me for being a part of a military family.

Like any other insurance company, they try their best not to pay out claims but at least they are nice. They are open 24/7 and can be reached by phone or online. They offer very competitive rates on cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Their coverage meets or exceeds state requirements and it easily customizable online. What we pay is definitely a reasonable amount and the coverage is good. They are competitively priced compared to the other large companies. Geico has very friendly employees that genuinely wish to help with whatever your need is from a policy change to an actual claim.

The claims processing is usually quick and is highly convenient for me as a customer. I am able to get my insurance set up in no time and complete tasks required in case something happens. I use liability insurance but for my age I have a great quote for coverage. I am able to receive additional benefits such as towing and others which is great for me.
The overall value for Geico is fantastic, I have a great price for insurance with great coverage and a guaranteed rate which helps me out a lot more. The customer service works with me when I need something to be done and I was able to get my quote through the customer service and we were able to get our first bill set up to get started.

When someone else is at fault it is significantly easier. Accident forgiveness makes it easier if it is your fault. If someone else is at fault, and they have Geico and you are injured, getting the claim resolved can be difficult. It is easy to get a variety of coverages, up to full coverage, for a reasonable price. The lowest coverage still provides for anyone you may hit. Once there is an accident, you can put it into their hands and expect it to be quickly and easily resolved. Reasonable prices for the full variety of coverages allows you to protect your vehicle without feeling as if you're throwing away your money. Even if you never have an accident, you are still left feeling like it’s a worthwhile investment. The representatives are helpful and kind. There is no judgment.
The staff are reassuring and calming, especially when you are already distressed because of an accident. They let you take your time to convey all necessary information without rushing you.

Geico seems to make things really easy for their customers. Geico seems to have the whole spectrum of coverage available for the picking. From minimum coverage to maximum coverage. You can also insure your home including renter's insurance. For what I am getting I believe I am paying a fair price. I have compared other insurance providers and Geico comes in the cheapest each time.

Called on telephone and processed easily. Paid quickly so I could pay repair bills for damage. This was many years ago but I still have positive memories. I remember it being affordable and comprehensive. It was best quote with most value at the time. Everything was done on phone quickly and efficiently. I shopped around with many agents and GEICO had the best rates with most comprehensive coverage I could find and they were quick to settle a claim without raising my rate. I did everything on telephone and the GEICO representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They didn't waste my valuable time.

I've been with Geico for several years, I've always had great coverage. Luckily I've never been in an accident or needed to use their service. I Have road side assistant which is a bonus. I think Geico is good value for its money. Compare to AAA and other auto insurance they're cheap and good value overall. Never had any problems with them. When I signed up with them about 5-6 years ago it was a good experience.

If I need to remove or add someone to my insurance it's not costly. They always helpful. When my brother got into an accident with my car they handled everything. Very helpful. With the couple of accidents people have had in my cars they have always been very helpful and covered everything and whenever I had questions they had the right answers. They are always there when needed and always have someone smart that helps you. They are very professional and if there ever is a problem with a service person they fix that right away. Customer service is wonderful!! They are always available and helpful in every occasion they are needed. They communicate awesomely. When there's a accident you don't have to call them. They'll call you.

My vehicle was a total loss and they took care of me in a timely manner from the towing to the appraisal, which was more than expected and even covered a rental until I found my next vehicle, which they covered for less than I expected. They cover as much or as little as you desire within the law and will even bundle additional services such as homeowner and rental insurance. They allow you to break up your payments into 6 monthly installments so it is more affordable with the option to upgrade or reduce coverage at any time during the policy period. I requested changes to my policy online and they e-mailed me confirmation of the changes along with printable attachments to keep in my car.

Several of my friends have filed claims recently. They had a very quick and easy transaction receiving check in a day or two. My policy covers every I need and even more. There are many options to choose from and a representative will take the time to go over each one and make sure you get the coverage that is right for you. Every year I review my price options with several insurance companies. I have always found Geico to be the best value. I have been with them for over 10 years. I have only needed customer service twice in the past 10 years, once when I signed up and more recently when I moved to another state. Customer service both times was professional and very helpful.

It is okay. I got the most basic with full coverage but I would like to have better coverage but I can't afford it. The insurance would be way too high for me. I really would like my rate to be lower if possible. I haven't have any tickets or accidents in the last few years but somehow I am still paying more than I have when I first started with GEICO.

I have basic coverage. I bought the least expensive policy. I don't fully understand my coverage. The value is good for me as it is affordable, but I am not satisfied as my rate increased last month for no reason as I always make my payments on time. I was charged a late fee of over $20 for a single late payment that I felt was unfair so I made a complaint to the state attorney general's office in my state.

Very responsive company in all aspects of business it conducts. Geico brand is highly recommended with extremely low dissatisfaction rate. Whatever you need for coverage, Geico can accommodate your needs for all insurance products they offer, automobile, motorcycle, renters, gap. Geico has by far come in under other insurance providers for cost which translates into more income available for life's other needs and expenses or savings. Customer service issues are nonexistent. Staff is knowledgeable about the products the company sells and stands by the quality of policies.

It was very easy to file a claim. They gathered information and used it effectively. They were always on my side and very helpful. I could call at any time to talk to a representative. They were always available when I needed to get in contact with them and file a claim. I was satisfied with the coverage they provided for my cars, old, fairly old or new. They did not discriminate. They looked at my car like it was worth a million bucks. Lots of options for coverage and they always seeked to find me the best deals. Their value has made me quite happy, great value for a great price.

It was satisfactory enough. Was a little slow to respond. People could have been closer to talk to in person. At least they spoke english. The roadside assist was not very responsive though. I wasted time waiting when I could have just gotten help faster. It was satisfactory for the price but I have since moved on to greener pastures. I decided to go with someone more local and more up to date on things in my area as for roadside assist. They are very nice mostly and but have to always put you on hold and call you back is kinda aggravating but other than that its ok.

Had a fender bender, called Geico. They sent a local agent out, took info and pics, set up rental car and paid out very quickly. Always very professional and courteous. I have a great rate on the one vehicle I currently own. The deductible is very reasonable and fair. The customer service is off the hook. The value is the best in the game. Other companies charge an arm and a leg for basically the same coverage without the a+ customer service. The customer service is the best in the business. The only problem is trying to decide on which coverage you want because there are so many options. The value is great. The claim is ok, but the process is slow and take long time and need to send information and confirm if they get the information and ask for the follow up. The coverage is for amount of total coverage is ok. It has different level of coverage plan as well, hope they will provide more options. Just for one auto is reasonable deal. I feel safe and secure of using the full coverage insurance. I had a minor car damage and they covered it. Only a little bit longer process and feel some upset. Have to keep an eye on it myself. You can file claims online which is very convenient to a lot of people. They have people who can help answer questions about your claim and the process of filing your claim. Their rates are good. Maybe not the greatest always but it is affordable. We have full coverage which is always on the pricey side but it isn't as bad as other insurance companies. The value of Geico is good. It's not too expensive and they give you a decent payout on claims and whatnot. They have great customer service making their value good. I was able to quickly and easily get a quote and then get paid for having the work done. They made it simple and convenient and treated me well during the entire process. They have a variety of coverage options that let me choose the best plan for me. Since my vehicle is old and not worth much I only wanted a basic plan but with enough to take care of me. I was easily able to do that. I was able to get the same basic coverage that I had with my previous 'name brand' carrier, USAA. Their cost was slightly less and they seem to be just as good, if not better in some ways. I feel good about switching to them as I still have decent coverage but for a lower price. At first I felt like just a number, just an anonymous client. But as I got to know a person when dealing with a claim my service was much better and more personalized. They were always polite and friendly.

Available coverage options are extensive and my policy was easy to customize online. I was able to get all the coverage options I needed, and then some, and still stay below my monthly budget. I enjoy having the peace of mind that comes with good auto coverage, as well as the knowledge that if I need to use it, it will be fast and easy. No one wants to have to make a claim or use their auto insurance, but I feel comfortable and confident in my coverage if I find myself in that situation.
I haven't had to make a claim or reach out to customer service yet, but so far the experiences I've had online shopping for and setting up my auto policy have been extremely convenient and easy. Any questions I had in the back of my mind while I was setting up my policy were answered along the way through the processes they have in place.

Very fast with communication. Stand by you if claims are against their clients. They'll fight for you. The coverage is enough at very good rates. It should be well of enough to support the client if an accident or whatever were to occur. The coverage is sufficient for the client and the injured if an accident were to occur. Overall this company is ok but it could have better customer service, it's hard to get anything done because they basically ignore you especially if you're looking to cancel. Pretty cheap but there's a reason why. This company lacks the essentials when dealing with customers. Looking for a better insurance company. Too hard to contact the company for any reason. Needed brakes and could not contact any one for information but if you're late 1 day with a payment they are ready to drop you. I have second driver coverage that is not expensive road coverage. The policy is just too long to read and understand. It has not added value to my life. You have to have car insurance or you get a ticket and your license gets suspended or revoked until you get some. There is no specific number to call for customer. You call another state. There is not even a office you can go to. They are all in the suburbs.

The coverage seems thorough. I have full coverage due to having an auto loan. I also like that roadside assistance is included with my coverage in the event of an emergency. Offering coverage at a reasonable price. The customer service is very good, both via phone, website and app. I like that I am able to temporarily reschedule/postpone a payment if needed. Very flexible for that reason. Phone customer service has been helpful on issues I can't address on the app.

They were a bit rude at times, but overall got the job done. They weren't very helpful with the questions I asked them. I am looking to switch soon. I was pretty satisfied with the coverage. That's the only thing I liked about them. They helped out a lot when it came to coverage which was nice! It was overall a not good value. I would not recommend them. There are many levels of coverage and I really like that you can go online and try different coverages to see how the premium may change, without actually making the changes. Have had them so long that my rates are low by other standards, though I feel I pay too much, no matter what. I almost never deal with customer service as I access my account via the internet. They processed our claims quickly and without any dispute. We were able to get a rental car and they paid the mechanic directly, so it made with very easy and painless. We have been with Geico for several years and it has been a good experience so far. We have full coverage on one of our cars and liability only on our older car. The full coverage include a rental, which has been extremely useful. Our car was in the shop for about a week and it was nice to still have transportation for both myself and my husband.
It is a good price and I have been satisfied with the coverage. My husband and I had a lot of speeding tickets on our records and so other companies would not insure us and it was nice to have Geico as an option, that wasn't too expensive. The people we have worked with have been helpful and easy to work with. I have spoken with many different agents and they have all been workable and helped make the difficult situation better. I have been satisfied with my interactions with Geico.

Well I like that everything can be done through the app. That makes it easy and convenient for me to submit and track my claim without spending all day on the phone. They have a lot of coverage options that you can customize to fit your needs and pocketbook. If you need to change something later it's pretty easy to do through the app. That way you don't have to spend all day on the phone on hold. You can customize your coverage so it can fit your budget. I also like that the app lets you change your coverage if your financial circumstances change. Later you can add more like rental car or roadside assistance. So far I've only used the app but in my email communications with the company they were polite and professional. They've never come off as rude or anything.

There is a option for me to choose from and collision coverage pays for damage to my car when my cars hits. Too bad there's no option for ZERO stars on this review site. I had the great misfortune of having two vehicles seriously damaged by Geico drivers in the past 60 days. Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare!!! In the first instance, the driver of a rented Budget truck (who is insured by Geico and had waived in writing any right to any extra property damage insurance through Budget) backed onto my private property and hit my parked vehicle, doing $2500 worth of damage and rendering the car undrivable. That was Oct. 16, it's now December 5, and I have yet to receive a check for damages so I can repair my car (which WAS for sale when hit).
After weeks of "investigation" to try to figure out how they could squirm out of paying my claim, a Geico adjuster did finally come to my home to inspect the car and provide a written estimate. But, no money changed hands. "Ordinarily," she said, "I'd give you a check on the spot, but my printer isn't working." That was two weeks ago. In the interim, three different Geico employees have given me at least four different dates when my elusive claims check was supposedly written and mailed. All lies, apparently, because to date my mailbox is still empty.
To add insult to injury, about three weeks after this incident, I was broadsided by another Geico driver who ran his junk heap of a car straight through a stop sign. To my knowledge, no Geico adjuster ever bothered to view my vehicle after it was towed to the body shop for the more than $5,000 in necessary repairs. If they had, they would easily have seen that I was 3/4 of the way through the intersection when their driver hit me. Still, despite interviewing two witnesses (both insurance agents!) who were directly behind the other driver and corroborated that he was 100% at fault, Geico only agreed to pay 90% of the claim.
When informing me of their decision, they sent a letter addressing me like a driver's ed student, advising me in detail how I could have more safely navigated the intersection to avoid the accident! I found that pretty infuriating, considering that I've lived less than a mile from this particular crossing for over 35 years and have driven through it no less than 20,000 previous times without incident. The most troubling fact about all of this is that, according to my own insurance claims person, it's now routine for Geico to assign some percentage of blame on the other party in almost every accident involving one of their drivers. Quite a crafty business practice, given that their (probably incentivized!) claims people know exactly what figure they can get away with without fear of being taken to arbitration.
It may be just a few hundred dollars per claim, but when you add it all up at the end of the day, these shady, cost-shaving maneuvers save Geico millions of dollars a year on liability claims they ethically should be pay out, but don't. No wonder billionaire Warren Buffett views the company as a jewel in the crown of his Berkshire Hathaway holdings, and why he pays Geico's CEO many millions of dollars a year in compensation! Don't believe the hype about this hypocrite businessman who claims to care about the little guy. In reality, he and his cronies will happily put their hands in your pocket and anyone's else's as long as they end up a few bucks ahead. If anyone knows of any class action lawsuits against this company, I would LOVE to get on board.

I requested a quote at an address in Michigan. Was to see the price difference before making final plans to move. The locked me out of my account and automatically changed my policy to a MI policy from a GA policy without my saying to do so. There was a huge price difference and they now say they can't change it back without verifying my residence. They didn't verify anything to switch it and didn't even tell me they did so. They also said that they'd switch it on the 5th if they didn't hear back from me. At that point they had already switched the policy. I have all the calls recorded and find it appalling that they are so crooked to lie like that.
I would never recommend trusting GEICO again. There's so many bad reviews. I'm only thankful I never had to deal with the horrific claims department I have read so much about! Thank you Lord. I normally don't post bad reviews but in this case they need to be blasted on their blatant dishonesty with changing my policy without approval.

Have basic coverage on two vehicles. So I am legal yet sufficiently covered. I am comfortable with their service and coverage on both vehicles. Value is okay but not exceptional. Have read several articles that looks as if paying too much but have not challenged this. The package is okay but rate could be lower. It is a company that you have no problems with and when they give a quote there are no hidden charges and fees and when they tell you something that is what you guarantee the bill will be and when you call the company they are real friendly people on the telephone and they answer your questions truthfully. It is a company that I would recommended to all my family and friends. I hope I can keep this company as long as I am able to drive and for many years to come.
I have had no trouble with this company and I have full coverage for a reasonable amount of money and it is suppose to cover all of my wrecks which I have not had any and the amount of money I pay for the full coverage will not break you up. They understand that you have more than one bill to pay. The amount you pay for the insurance with this company is of great value and the company does not act like this is the only bill that an individual has a month. They are very understandable. Offer a variety of coverage options from minimum coverage to very comprehensive coverage with a wide variety of deductibles. Was very satisfied with their offering and felt that they had coverages to meet most people's needs. The value it adds is mainly peace of mind that I will not have to suffer a huge financial setback as I have never received any money back from them. Customer service representatives were helpful over the phone, but I had to contact them. They are not proactive in contacting you. I felt like it was somewhat of an impersonal experience.

I only needed to use it once when someone rear ended me in stop and go traffic. It was a pain and the process took a little longer than I'd hoped. Luckily everything was covered. I must say that all in all I was satisfied with the experience after the accident occurred. The coverage was adequate. I was satisfied. In general I feel insurance is overpriced and in need of drastic reform. I have and still do pay entirely way too much for car insurance. It's everybody though. Whenever I had questions or needed information and called or chatted with customer service they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. They are always helpful and ask questions about other coverage you might need, but are not pushy about trying to get you to sign up. I needed coverage for my auto in another state where my second home is located (after finding out that my current carrier did not write auto policies in that state). Never had a long wait or a bad experience with customer service. No matter who I spoke with, the individual was always polite, informed, and helpful. They were more than willing to discuss the situation and any other coverage that might be needed but never gave a hardcore sales pitch to try to get me to purchase additional coverage.

The claims process was easy to do online and over the phone. I received a check the same day the agent looked at my car. I was able to set up a good time and place to meet with agent. The coverage options are good and easy to change and customize to fit different vehicles. I can easily go to Geico site and view or change coverage and also get prices if I make certain changes. I have the cheapest coverage that is allowed in the state of Florida. It covers the basics and nothing more. I drive an older truck and do not need top of the line coverage. I can only rate the value to the fact that I am legal to drive in my state. My rate is good so I can't complain. I have not had to contact customer service since I got my insurance policy. I'm sure that since dealing with the company from the get go that there would not be a problem. Might find out someday I guess.

Enough staffers to make things work without too much of a wait. Never had any huge issues that needed much attention, but Geico did fine. The coverage offered is enough to be legally cleared, but not too much where I feel it's wasteful. It's good on its own. It works and it makes me feel secure in the off chance I get in a car accident, or anything as such. But, progressive offers better rates from my research and I plan to switch once I buy my next car. I have talked with customer service and was delighted with the results. I love the fact that have roadside assistance. I haven't used it yet, but I like the idea that have your back on the concept. That's really the only extra option I am interested in. This company has the best prices for me personally. Their whole payment process is a very good and important to me. I have also had them recommended by some of my other friends. I had my wallet stolen and wasn't able to pay my auto deduct payment without my debit card. Also most insurance companies don't care about the customers, but if you sign for Gieco they are very nice and understanding if you have financial difficulties. Also the coverage of full can take care of any accident that occurred in any way. Most insurers don't promise to keep you covered throughout all and any damage even if you were not responsible for an accident they will pay for you. I have felt very safe when I go places or even when I let someone drive my car, because I know if anything was to happen my insurance will have no problem taking care of things quickly. We never had the experience of needing to process a claim through Geico but friends of ours have and stated that it went very smoothly. We always carried full coverage on our cars just in case of an accident we were covered. On the website the reviews show that the claims process doesn't usually have any issues. When we were living in CT the full coverage rate on our vehicles was reasonable, but when we recently moved down to SC the monthly installment amount skyrocketed to a ridiculous amount which ended up causing us to change to another carrier.
We have been Geico customers for a number of years because of their outstanding value they offer. We have never experienced any issues or problems with the company until we moved south and our rate went up, other than that we were planning on continuing to stay with Geico. Geico has always had very pleasant customer service associates in their company. They are very knowledgeable and helpful to resolve any issues in a timely manner. I would and have recommended Geico to friends and family because of their customer service and will probably continue to do so.

Good customer friendly service. No more more questions to bother. Easy process to apply claim. They quickly acts and refund the money. Excellent! Options are vary on need base. From low amt that can be for 6 months at a time bumper to trunk coverage or not. All are available to chose the best. 25000 is the one I have opted which is mostly suitable to my preowned car. Nice and tension less. When running out of money... saved a lot when wreck happened. Kudos. So always grateful to the brand and service I have received from them ever since I applied or contacted. I got in a small accident and had to get immediate repairs on my car. I had no problems speaking to an agent and I was reimbursed quickly and I did not have to fight for it like I have in the past with other companies. I was covered for up to $5,000 for accidents and got rear ended by someone with no insurance or job. Geico promptly helped me with the repairs. My car has around $3,500 in damage. I paid upfront and then Was quickly reimbursed. They were very helpful by being efficient and prompt because paying for the damages upfront was pretty costly considering it was unexpected. I was very stressed out thinking I was going to be waiting for the reimbursement for a long time but wasn't. They are very nice and helpful and very good at keeping me calm and at ease and reassured me that the payment would not be a problem and would be prompt.

I was rear-ended 2 years ago and they made it easy to file the claim over the phone. They also answered all my questions in a timely manner. They offer many options for coverage and at reasonable prices. They also make it easy to change your coverage and show you the price difference before you commit to the change. I don't have to worry about insurance with Geico. They give me the coverage I want and they always provide me with reminders when my auto-pay is coming up. One time, my tire blew out and I didn't know what to do, so I called Geico. Even though I don't have roadside assistance with them, they still sent someone out to me.

The claims department is alright depending on who you are dealing with. If the person is nice your claim filing process will be easy. If the person is a ** then it's difficult to get your claim filed. My coverage is good. It covers the basics. It's a decent price per month. Was easy to sign up and the representative I dealt with was very very nice and didn't try selling me the more expensive packages. Customer service is usually very good. They are nice, patient and explain things. They usually don't try to up sell you with higher priced packages.

Every quote I got from GEICO was easy, quick and cheaper than expected. GEICO's customer service is fast and helpful and I have never had a problem! GEICO offers sufficient coverage. I have no complaints. I have not really researched other coverage than what came with my quotes. I would like to look into better glass coverage. The value of my insurance is more priceless! If I recently broke down on the side of the road with my 3 kids and hubby was out of town, I called my road side assistance and they the tow truck was there withing 20 minutes and got me and my car and kids home safe! I've actually had to use the claims process twice since being with Geico. I found that any claim documents could be accessed easily online. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful during the process. My car was fixed super fast. It so simple to change your coverage options via the internet. You can easily change collision, comprehension, even rental reimbursement from the comfort of home.
Dealing with a customer service rep is always pleasant. They are always helpful and polite. My claims were handled very quickly. A rep dropped off a check for my vehicle to be fixed. My car was fixed and life was good again in no time! Always polite, helpful and caring. Every time I've called or received a call from them, the person on the other end has been a blessing to deal with.

I actually was never in an incident while being a customer. I can't say how they handle their claims. I really liked the coverage I got. I have an extremely great driving history and I assumed that at some point my rate would decrease but it never did. That was the reason why I switched. Taking into account that their customer service really was phenomenal, their value was better than average. There are companies that charge an insane amount so I consider them better than the norm. I was incredibly impressed their customer service. They were friendly and extremely helpful without you having to stay on the phone with them for a half an hour. I found that some employees of other companies aren't able to efficiently answer questions that you have without patching you through to a couple of customer service reps. They train their staff very well.

I get terrific coverage for a good price. I've had no problem getting great deals from them for my auto insurance. Whenever I want to increase my coverage it's instant. Only once did I ever obtain a quote from another company and they could not even compare to Geico. They have decent rates. Geico has customer service representatives available twenty four hours a day and seven days a week. There is a one eight hundred number to call and the representatives do their best to assist you.

I have to easily say that they were honestly one of the best auto insurance companies who actually process the claims fast and very efficiently. They definitely knew what they were doing and super helpful. I have to admit that I am pretty satisfied with the coverage that I have had thus far. I can't say that I am totally happy because I haven't had anything major happen to me but my rating may change in the future. If I had to say something about the value I would say that I am pretty happy. Though it may not be the necessarily cheapest thing that is out there, they are at least one of the more affordable brands. You know I am very happy to say that I actually enjoyed the customer service because they were at least friendly and nice. Other companies are just plain rude.

The claim process is as easy as it gets - you call and they have the claims specialist at your home within a day or two. I have the Geico app on my phone. So I can send pictures of the vehicle if I had an accident. The claim specialist can also allow you to get a rental car if necessary. The coverage is affordable especially for someone like me. I have 2 cars and a motorcycle on my policy. I also have my son's quad on my policy as well just in case the ATV is ever stolen. I added glass for both cars and I saved by adding my motorcycle. The value of having my insurance policy with Geico is saving me around $87 per month from my old policy with a different company. Along with the ease of use makes the value speak for itself. I have used the Geico insurance customer service representative to add a vehicle to my policy on the fly and the customer service representative added my motorcycle while I was at the dealership. They emailed me the I.D card.

I used the app to claim hail damage. Within a couple hours they called and we talked about it and made appointment for my car to be checked and fixed. Everything was done fairly quickly. I do like the ease of talking to customer service when needed and the app to check everything or change anything. Coverage is easy to understand. It can be checked or changed at any time. Geico gives government employees discounts...that includes public school staff and teachers and their families. The prices are very reasonable. Private school teenagers get discounts as well which helped me afford to pay insurance for my son who hardly ever drives. When you file a claim on the app or online customer service will call within couple hours and talk thru any problems or questions you may have. They answer any questions you may have anytime about anything, coverage charges, changes, anything.

I went onto the website and got a quote for $95 and some cents. Then, I went forward and tried to start the policy. When I pushed for the policy, the amount JUMPED to $352 something. I had asked for my account to be charged on December 4th for the policy to start after. I immediately called seeing this extorted rate. They informed me that they immediately charged my account on December 2nd for the higher amount and I would have to wait 5 business days to get a refund. The lady then got very rude with me and actually started talking slowly to me. I then asked for a supervisor and he was able to cancel the payment. It was a horrible ordeal and I would never recommend Geico!

Geico offers the same coverage options as other insurance companies. We switched to Geico because they offered the exact same coverage at a significantly lower price. We were able to lower our deductible and still save money. I think Geico has added value to our lives. There is great value in having affordable deductibles and rates that don't make you choose between paying your insurance premium or buying groceries. Geico customer service has been flawless. There was many helpful follow-ups after my accident to make sure all my needs were met. They arrange for a rental, and the choice of car was great. My car was fixed in a timely manner. I don't like that towing is extra to add it to my coverage but everything else is great. My coverage makes me feel secure when I drive without worry. I feel what I pay is worth its value. There are many discount opportunities, so I feel my payments are not as burdensome as they could be. The people I talked to really care about my issues and concerns. I enjoy talking to them. Was in an accident other persons fault. They had Geico. Geico made a very stressful situation less stressful. After that I switched over to them. When my car was totaled they paid for the value of it and gave me a rental until I got the money. Great experience. Also paid for my and my passengers injuries. Geico is a great company. They do pretty well, making it as quick and painless as possible. I had an issue with a unknown drive denting in the hood of the car and they got it fixed quickly for the price of my deductible. It was pretty expensive where I was but whenever I needed anything they were usually there. They also allow you to get picked up by a tow truck. It was too expensive per month for one car. They were always there but there were other people who were paying less for three cars than we were for one. Whenever we needed something Geico reps were always on top of it. They would call back immediately and fix any issues as well as explaining anything that we need to do so that it was clear to us.

Honestly I don't remember having to do a claim or anything that had to do with processing anything. If there was something small like a ding in a windshield my husband would have taken care of that type of thing. I no longer have a car but am planning on getting one very soon. It had all options, from full coverage to liability. It all pricing and every different rates. For people like us we were told one rate and got another. It was a bad value as they quoted one price and ended up charging a lot more. They basically just gave us the runaround when we called to inquire what was the problem. Bad, we called to find out what the problem was with the billing and got the runaround and it was a huge headache. We had to drop them, never again.

I have actually had an accident recently within the last few months and it seems like everything was ok. Geico has been professional and I would stay with them. Coverage was fine and I have no issues. Insurance value was good as any other insurance company so I have no problem with the value. GEICO is a name that I feel cool with. I had to file a claim many years ago. It was the first claim I ever filed and they doubled my rate. They are not very forgiving. They should have accident forgiveness like some of their competition does. Their coverage is adequate to meet my needs. I can't complain. It could be much worse. I have all of my coverages set at the minimum for my state so I can keep my premium and my deductible lower. I don't know if I can really say that being insured by them has added value to my life. It gives me peace of mind to know that I am covered no matter what happens. Their customer service is alright. Nothing to write home about. Their coverage options are great also and is laid out in great detail and again I have not had a problem with them. Anything I need is right there on the website or I can simply call and ask. Their pricing is very fair and the best at least in my area. And yes I have shopped around and nothing has come close to the price that I am paying for the kind of coverage I have. Fortunately I have not had to file any claims as of yet. I have heard positive experiences from others though for the entire process of filing the initial claim, quote to repair. I was pleasantly surprised with the extensive coverage options available that were comparable or even better than the high end carrier I had for over twenty years. The website was very user friendly where I could research various options and pricing.
The coverage we were able to obtain for our family is better not only from a financial standpoint but from a safety and sense of well being standpoint. We were able to add towing coverage, roadside assistance, rental coverage and higher limits all within reasonable premiums. The process of switching to Geico was seamless and the best experience I've had with a carrier. Any interaction I've had with customer service has been efficient and positive.

Have not had a claim yet so I would not know what the claim process is yet. But I was happy with the sign up process of Geico, best of all the pricing. Offered various options and deductibles. As well the quoting process allowed different quotes and price ranges for the various options and coverages available. It's was a much better value the exact same coverage and deductible as Allstate but was over $300 less for a 6 month policy. That was more than enough savings to justify the switch.

I've used their roadside assistance and that was good. There are a lot of options and it will take through a process that you don't have more coverage than you need based on the value of your car. I don't feel it's a great value but that has more to do with Michigan's no fault laws jacking rates up rather than the company itself. When I've needed roadside assistance they've been good about coordinating it and keeping me posted on the status. Plus my use of it hasn't raised my rates.

They have good coverage to meet your individual needs such as riders and whatever deductibles to meet your requirements for your individual financial needs. They offer competitive pricing initially but continue to raises rather than lower your policy every year regardless of your vehicle's depreciation or not. They claim it's because the pool rates have gone up based on the number of accidents other drivers that they have are having. Their customer service is ok. Nothing special. They take a while to answer the phone initially and then they appear to be friendly enough but usually don't really give you a good answer as to why your policy has increased in premiums.

The person on the phone was polite and helpful. After being in a car accident I was immediately told what the next steps were. Although the problems with insurance that I had were because of the person who hit my car's insurance I felt Geico didn't help to make it easier or faster. Geico has a lot of options and you can add and remove different options as you choose. For example we recently moved from NY to TX and the website made making changes to our account simple. My husband now works from home and lowered the coverage on his car very easily on the website.
I feel that it is a good value in NY. Although I have not shopped around for insurance since relocating to a less expensive place. I feel that it is a probably a good value here because our cost for coverage went down substantially after the move. Most of the representatives that I have been in contact with are very nice. They are thorough and attentive to detail. I felt that the local representative I was paired with were very sympathetic to my situation.

I had no trouble with my claim except that it took GEICO a very long time to pay my claim. Almost a month and I wasn't at fault. I was making a legal turn and the other driver hit me. I bought just over the legal minimum and the price was decent. The purchase of the insurance was handled entirely by phone with no service at a local GEICO office. By having the insurance I was able to obey the law and when my car was totaled in an accident I was able to replace it even though it took GEICO a very long time to pay my claim. Until my insurance was canceled my customer service experience was satisfactory. While everything was handled by phone or mail, I would recommend that possible customers only purchase insurance from an agent with a local office.

I never needed to file a claim due to the fact that while they covered me I never had an accident or any damage done to my vehicle. At the time I had liability coverage only. Basically you get what you pay for. At the time I had Geico insurance I couldn't afford liability and collision coverage. Geico insurance had a lot of different options and plans I could have chosen from. It was a good value considering the plan is chose and the monthly payments. Anytime I needed to call Geico the representative I spoke to was very friendly and understanding of questions I had. The representatives were knowledgeable about all aspects of auto coverage.

Processing claims is fairly fast and very easy. I recently had an accident and was able to get my claim processed in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend! Coverage is how little or how much you want. They will make a policy for you and keep you satisfied so you don't ever need another auto insurance company. It has made my life much easier knowing I have them on my side. Currently have full coverage insurance on my vehicle with uninsured motors coverage. I'm able to add or remove coverages as needed without penalty or extra charges. I have multiple vehicles and the customer service has made this easy for me recently. I value my personal property by using Geico. I don't have to worry about whether or not my vehicles will be covered. Geico staff has always made sure I have exactly what I need. I recently called customer service to remove coverage temporarily off of one of my vehicles as it was in storage. They gave me all the options and allowed me to choose what best suited my needs. They answered all my questions and assured me I would not be receiving any penalties for charges for the temporary removal.

I have only filed one claim with them in 3 years, but they handled it very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them for saving money on your policy. They offer every coverage imaginable for every vehicle imaginable. Not only did I find the prices were VERY competitive, but the amount of deductibles had ranges for every type of budget. After doing many searches by phone and also online for quotes from different companies, I found the value of Geico to be unbeatable. I have used several companies throughout my life, and I am very pleased with them. These days, I find it nearly impossible to have outstanding customer service. The person without Geico insurance was so impressed with Geico that they switched insurance companies. They have an app that is awesome because I can't also find my insurance cards. Involved in an auto accident, other party was at fault. I paid my deductible up front so I did not have to wait to have my car repaired. It has been 6 months and GEICO has continued to give me the run around with refunding my deductible. Sylvia ** in subrogation told me I had the choice to choose a $0 deductible, whose team is GEICO on? In addition to that, GEICO refused to cover my brake caliper that was clearly caused by a semi truck backing up into my car. I cannot wait to stop GEICO, horrible piss poor service.

The ease of navigating the app as well as contacting them via phone makes the process less daunting. It's a fairly straightforward system. For what I can afford its range of coverage is superb and higher than its competitors, although I would like to upgrade my vibrate to a higher tier. Depending on the state you live in having insurance is a must. Geico was very effective and affordable. It's added a peace of mind knowing that I can easily take care of my car, and have multiple options to pay for the service. If contacted through an office or directly over the phone the representatives I've dealt with on occasion have been kind, very caring and on top of their jobs. Unfortunately the app while it has multitudinous uses it lacks that one-on-one aid of dealing with a person.

So far, the only claim I have had to make was to get my windshield fixed. Within a day, they had Safelight out to my house. Safelight replaced my windshield within a half hour and that was it. I think that I have a decent amount of coverage. I would like to say that I am getting good value, but I have not had to make much claims as of yet. The only claim I made so far was to have my windshield replaced, and that went over very smoothly. I have had good customer service so far, in that my claim was handled in a very timely manner, and it was taken care of very quickly. The customer service agent was very polite and helpful.

The coverage options met my needs. From accident to liability, as well as the roadside assistance and towing, the package I selected gave me peace of mind during my trip. Although not the cheapest out there, the value of monies paid versus the coverage options offered is certainly still competitive in the auto insurance market. I ended up totaling my car in the end and they reimbursed me for what I spent on insurance for the second half of the month. I originally just only had liability and that was too expensive for weak coverage. I switched plans and was happy in the end. They have decent options if you shop around. Geico is by far one of the most trustworthy insurance companies and I'll definitely head back there with my next vehicle unless I find something else! I had really good communication with customer service, always willing to help me out. And one time I did receive a bad call, I asked to be transferred to a manager and they apologized sincerely and made sure everything was right.

The claim agent didn't do a complete walk around and did not take picture unless pointed out by us. We were side swiped by an angry driver. He got 90%, we got 10%. UNFAIR. We had enough choices when choosing the coverage options. We had no trouble choosing the best option for us with the premium prices available to us. Their claim center was at the buick dealership where my car was serviced. We got a free rental. The repairs were done on time and the job was very professional. My car is now covered by my daughters plan and she and her husband took care of obtaining the policy. We bundled all of our insurance - home, auto and umbrella- when we purchased. Prior to that, we had been long term customers of farmers. In addition to the one auto claim, we filed on claim on the home insurance. With Geico, you do everything online. There is no customer service people involved nor do you get a call from an agent trying to sell you other products.

I use the Geico app and filing claims is a breeze. If you have any sort of issue, you can log onto the app and click the options you need and it will guide you through the steps you must take in order to get help. I highly recommend this company. The coverage is amazing. Everything is super cheap, at least for me. I was able to save hundreds and hundreds of dollars by switching. They have so many coverage options, you won't be left without what you need. Geico has saved me so much money. Definitely the best bang for your buck. I had to call to get my new insurance switched over to my new car and it was a breeze. The whole process took about 10 minutes and I was never stuck on hold. They were polite, friendly, courteous, and everything else you ask for in a customer service rep.

It was relatively easy to find the service needed to decide whether to choose this service or not. The coverage of your choice and to its benefits are relatively up to you. The coverage of the insurance listed is worth it to me. It's overpriced for full or even liability. The value seem decent, but the overall value wasn't worth it to me because I currently pay cheaper for the same coverage and overall device. The customer service is wonderful, just not the service of the actual provider. The people are very kind to assist and help with quote.

Very easy to process. I never had a problem processing any claim I have had with them. I would recommend Geico to my closest friends without reservation. They have coverage for varying budgets. I have never had issue with any coverage. I have never been underinsured or paid for coverage that I didn't need. The value I receive from my coverage with Geico goes beyond auto insurance. It is peace of mind and that is priceless. I have never been caught without coverage whenever I have had to put in claim. Geico's customer service personnel are friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I have never had less than a stellar interaction with any Geico employees or claims adjusters.

Every year this company nickel and dimes you to death. Rates go up for no reason. Even ALLSTATE is cheaper than GEICO. This company is just a big scam. I would hate to see if I got into a wreck. My good rates would climb for sure.

I've had GEICO for many years but never had to use their services. Until, I got into an accident that was clearly the other vehicle's fault, which happens to have GEICO as well. GEICO decided that the accident was no one's fault since we both had different stories. Which is stupid cause if they did an investigation it would have clearly been the other driver's fault. They considered my Jeep a total loss and gave me a measly $3000 for it.
In the meantime, it took them over 2 months to get this money. I wasn't provided a rental because it was up to the other vehicles provider to do that (WHICH WAS GEICO!!!). Every time I called I had to explain the situation over and over, no one seemed to want to help. They kept tossing me to the agents that never picked up. I ended up dropping them after this and went to State Farm which was way cheaper! So far so good, let's see how they act when an accident happens...

I was rear-ended by a driver while parking, causing obvious damage to the rear driver's side quarter panel of my truck, and damage to the front of his car. I had two witnesses that were unrelated to me agree to speak with the police and Geico. They never were contacted. I spoke with the agent reviewing my claim and she had come to her conclusion that we were both at fault and they were going to pay the claim to his insurance from her observations on Google Earth. When I asked her if she looked at when the image was captured by Google Earth and if she was aware that the street may have changed since that point, I received no explanation. She never went to the scene of the accident in person (Denver, CO), nor did she inspect the damage on my vehicle or the other involved in the accident. It was determined from an Internet satellite image from her desk in Texas. Ridiculous! This should have been cut and dry.
Besides the obvious location of the damage it was clear I was not at fault, unless my truck can drive sideways. I also had two witnesses say he obviously got annoyed and impatient and attempted to aggressively pass me and didn't have enough room. When I called to speak with her manager, I had much trouble reaching him personally and left three messages. I got a call back after the third message and almost two weeks, but I wasn't home, so he left a message stating "he was sorry for my experience and would take care of this".
After that I made calls to him on about five more occasions, each time reaching only his voicemail. When I tried another number out of desperation, I was told he was gone on vacation. Never heard back. Their lack of effort, concern and acceptable investigative process left me with my first accident in my 38 years of driving! Geico is horrible, do not use them! I'm now with State Farm and very satisfied with their personal service.

Covers everything I need on my dumpy 2001 Toyota Corolla. Only concern is liability, since the car looks like cats were living in it before I bought it (tears in roof fabric), the door handles keep breaking, and I nearly gave birth to my son in the backseat on the way to the birth center. Like I said, good coverage, affordable price, only need liability, no claims. Seems good from this perspective so far. They leave us alone, and if we need info or want to make a change to our policy, they are easy to contact, easy to work with. They get it done fast, no upsell, no lollygag. Website is great.

I had an incident with my windshield and had to have it replaced. I had coverage and my windshield was replaced with no cost to me. It was quick and done by professionals. You can customize your plan to your needs or get a plan that covers everything. I was able to pick what coverage I needed and had it custom fit to my needs and budget. GEICO has the best prices of insurance I have ever had. I was uninsured and without a car for over 2 years. GEICO was the only company that would insure me due to my lack of coverage for that length of time. Every time I have had any questions, I contact their customer service number and am pleasantly surprised by how helpful, knowledgeable and efficient the staff is.

When we have called them for other issues, they have been good. Their website is also good as you can enter information there as well. We have the option for full coverage or just the limits plus we can choose to not have under insured and uninsured coverage. Coverages are easy to understand at their website. Auto insurance is required and it is a peace of mind. Luckily we can choose our coverage and think about our income as well. We cannot afford major coverage so we set higher deductibles. The few times we have called them they have been very easy to deal with. We can also find out information at their website which is very user friendly and get info there as well.

I haven't been in the claims process yet but I've heard Geico very good and has great rating for claims. I'm sure when I go through process, I will have a great experience. I only need minimal and the customer service representative was great at listening and didn't try to get me higher insurance. I really like CSRs who take time to listen and gets me what I want. For me being unemployed the price is the lowest as I have been shopping around no one has beaten their price. I'm surprised by that. I hope to increase my coverage and will compare prices. Oh my god they are the best, confident, and provide very good information. Also getting to the customer service didn't have to wait long.

The claim was extremely fast. They are extremely wonderful to work with. If you're looking for a great place they are the ones. Their coverage are really reasonable and prices are easy to afford. It's very easy to get through to customer service and they really care about what happened to you and are eager to help you. They're attentive, fair, and move very quickly. The payout is exceptional and you don't feel like you're being heavily penalized for being in an accident. Their coverage options are exceptional. Very easy to submit a claim through phone. I was a victim of "hit & run" and it was very easy to claim and easy to schedule the repair services. My coverage is great. They depend on how much you're willing to pay monthly premium. But they are worth it and I would recommend everyone to switch over to GEICO. GEICO is the best. The money they make me pay for my premium is the cheapest I can get anywhere else. They can simply beat any competitor prices and I was happy when I switched over to GEICO from another insurer. Great customer service. Once someone hit and run and my bumper and I was able to claim as soon as I got off work. They scheduled me when I was available.

I was insured with Geico and things was great, until now that I had been treated for my neck and upper part due my car accident in March 4th, 2016. It was snowing that day, and the road was bad. I went off the road and my car went debris was on the side of the road, and caused damaged to the lower front part of the car. It affected my radiation. It was leaking and some other damages, it was a sudden moment and I tried to control the car from falling in the ditch. I fell forward, backwards and side ways during the time of the accident. Banging my head against the window and the wheel. I didn't go to the hospital immediately until later on in a month. I felt pain on my neck left side and constant headache.
After 3 different MRI at the Providence they didn't find anything but my pain was getting worse. I thought I might had a stroke and check back in at the emergency. They run tests and find nothing. I decided to visit the Chiropractor for adjustment after few visits at the Providence and I was still in pain constantly. I used cold pack ice, heating pads daily was my only reliever. After my first visit with Dr. ** Chiropractor with adjustment, therapy and massage my headache disappeared and I was able to move around freely. and can sit up longer.
Well my medical charge was sent to Geico and they refuse to pay, and the next thing I know they dropped my car insurance, they send me to their own Doctor for review. I receive a certified letter from the Adjuster Brian **. They are evaluation my claim, at the meantime I contacted Geico twice on their 800.841.3000 11/1//16 - ** (csr), 11/22/16 - ** (csr). Both of them told me Mgr. Tim ** suppose to call me. After waiting for two weeks Tim ** call me today 11/28/2016 at 11 am Alaska time. He told me he send me a letter over 2 weeks. Geico cancel my policy due to my high charge of my medical bills from Dr. ** Chiropractor. I told him I have not received the letter. He continued to tell me it was send over 2 weeks. After few minutes I told him I was driving my car for 2 weeks without coverage. If I would get in an accident I could get in trouble, because I didn't know they drop my insurance.
I also asked him if this was legal. He said he become irate and defensive, then hung up. He just argued he send a letter via registered and I repeated I never receive any letter from him or Geico. Before he hung up I told him I will see him in court. I feel that was not legal of them to refuse to pay my bill due to my accident. After raising his voice and been defensive he hung up. I am very unhappy with this company. I will probably take them to court. I paid the most high money for my policy and they just drop me because my medical was too high. I paid the highest medical in my policy. I will continue this complain if I have to write Congress about my problem, they need to be told of their poor service and rude unqualified employees.

Some punk broke into one of our cars to steal the whole center console. We called Geico, and they gave us the number of the person who was supposed to inspect the car. They paid for the tow to the dealer, car got inspected, then fixed quickly. I have full coverage on both vehicles because they're both leases. The price I got for both cars were the lowest when I was shopping around. It adds up to freeing more money for me and my family because of the low rates. Print service in my time of need, helped with peace of mind. I've had great dealings with customer service. When we got our second car, getting it insured while at the dealer was effortless. When one of the cars was broken into, customer service walked us through the process, which eased the stress of the situation.

They are always there when you need help filing anything. Also it is fast and very simple. I have never had any issues. And I never have to wait on hold. When I signed up there was a lot of options and plans to choose from. I do think that they have a plan built for anyone and everyone. Some do cost a little bit more, but in the end are actually well worth buying. It has actually saved me a ton of money and also has always had me covered when I need it the most. My policy did cover everything that they said it would when I signed up. Customer service through the insurance company is surprisingly very good. All calls have been answered pretty fast. I do not think that I have spent more than five minutes at a time on hold at any time that I have called.

It was easy turn you claim in and they take care of the rest. No long waiting periods. They work very fast to take care of you and any questions call them up and they will help any way they can. They have PIP and liability and full coverage and ATV coverage, RV coverage and boat coverage so they all kind of policy to take care of your needs. Very good value for the money you spend. I really think they have the cheapest insurance. I think they're the best because they have what other insurance companies has but at a lower price. I have never had a problem with customer service. Claims personnel can be rude and not understanding. Had to have a claim reassigned several times until I received a claims person who actually called back and kept me updated. First few reps were rude and very unfeeling. Geico has many options for different coverage, but after being a Geico customer, military as well, for 23 years, all I can say is that they have become very expensive and only minimum options are at all affordable. As a military widow, I can only afford the most basic coverage, which is not enough to be comfortable. Geico used to be a great insurance with great rates for military especially, but it no longer is. I have called several times to find out why my rate keeps getting more expensive for less coverage. The customer service people usually put me on a lengthy hold, then return with garbled explanations that make no sense. In other words, they just keep raising rates for me.

The claims are also unbiased and it is very through in the representative in claiming your claims. Again the coverage is in according to the contract as said. The coverage is good. Monthly payments are reasonable. Policy covers everything I need as far as my auto's and reasonable price each month. I have a peace of mind knowing that my family and I are covered when driving. The value I pay is pretty reasonable for the full coverage I have on my cars. Customer service is usually great. They do not waste time. All you need is your reports from accident, turn in, they check, pay, fix. You take the other person information, turn in to Geico, they verify if claim is legit and pay it. No hassles. I was happy to get the coverage for two cars full coverage. A lot cheaper than AAA. I had a lot better coverage for my passengers. A lower deductible. I also had like a free month with my savings. They are a very good company. Been around for years. I rate them very high. No problems. Their valued is only surpassed by lower rates. They are better than most companies. I value them highly. Great customer service. You do not have to make a million calls to talk to someone. They listen very well. Assist you with whatever you need. I have heard the claims are fast and customers are very satisfied. They treat you like they should and are on your side to help in all matters relating to any accidents. They really put you at ease with the process. They have great rates for good drivers. I like how well they have saved me a lot of money over the years. They give good discounts too. I've luckily never had to file a claim myself, but I've heard only positive things from people who have. They have great customer service so I wouldn't expect less. I've had to get a few minor damages fixed and my experience was great! It was from hit and run so I couldn't file a claim since there wasn't a camera located in the area. I feel like any insurance company should go more off of your individual driving history rather than just a bill to pay every month. I know everyone should have insurance and it's part of being responsible, but some people should get cut a break. Every time I've had to contact customer service I couldn't ask for better! I have not had any accidents in order to have to make a claim yet. I carry liability on one vehicle that meets my state's minimum coverage, and I carry full coverage on the other one. Our vehicles are between 10 and 20 years old, so we are happy with the coverage and benefits it gives us should we ever have to make a claim.

I didn't feel that they really cared about my claim. I had to follow up several times. They also used an automated phone system which drives me crazy. I found it difficult to get a person. The coverage was typical of other insurance companies. It didn't stand out in any way. However I was not disappointed by this. They covered what I needed. I did not find the rates to be any more competitive than other companies despite their extensive advertising to the contrary. I eventually switched to another better priced company. I was not impressed with the customer service experience. I often had long wait times and spent more time with the automated attendant.

From what I see it is a good choice for my situation. I mean I think it's enjoyable and just instant and fine. The coverage I have with this is perfect. It's what I need and no more than that. It was very easy because they handled everything - the car was totaled and I was compensation for the value. They took care of the other people that were involved which they made a claim for personal injury along with compensation for their automobile. I was not involved in anything and their lawyers handled the case for me.
They have different rates of coverage for different plans other than auto coverage. They also have homeowners, renters, motorcycle, etc. You can decide on what plan best suits your needs. The cost of their insurance is good for the value you receive. They are very easy to work with and I never had a problem of any type with this company. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever had to deal with. You can understand their service representatives very clearly and they speak to you in terms that you can understand.

My wife had an accident a few months ago and the claims process was exceptional. They were proactive and responsive to all my needs. My car was totalled and the claims adjuster was on site the next day and payment for my loss of the car was paid in a weeks time. Doesn't get better than that. The coverage and claim for the total loss of my vehicle was more than fair. I had collision coverage on my vehicle, with a thousand dollar deductible, and the settlement check I received was more than acceptable. It is, in my opinion, the best available carrier to do business with. I would recommend without hesitation. The ads about saving money I found to be true and they did not abandon my needs. The customer service was top notch. From the first call to report the incident, and throughout the numerous channels of the claims process, everyone was professional and helpful.

The available coverage offerings of the Geico insurance company were very similar to every other brand on the market, with a few additional bonuses, including very friendly customer experiences. I would recommend them to another friend or family member, but probably as a second choice. For the cost incurred and depending on the specific needs of your family and yourself for your coverage options, I do think that the company is competitive in its rates, thorough in its customer service and its flexible packages and therefore would be considered a decent value in my personal opinion. Everyone I have ever had to engage with a customer service representative from this company, it has been a completely non-hassle, friendly, productive interaction. I have not yet gotten any nasty or rude operators and have always had my issue addressed and resolved properly.

Coverage is great for the money, half the price of Progressive who I dropped due to expense and bad service. I get double the coverage plus roadside assistance and fast quality repairs with courteous service at all times. The attention is very good, incident response is quick, has good coverage payment. Whenever I needed them have been there to help me. So far I have no complaints about their technical support. I have not had any case to exceed the limit of coverage that have contracted with the insurer, so it can be considered that the margin is good. Generally I am satisfied with the given value, it is not so cheap but it is expensive, has different methods of payment, credit card, bank account, etc. The customer service is quite efficient with all requirements that have been presented, so I have no complaints regarding support. A full-service insurance company, Geico offers many options to choose from. All can be handled online if you so desire. I have chosen to work this way and have chosen those options which matched my budget. Peace of mind is the main value I get from this insurance, knowing that I can keep traveling even while my car is off the road. Compared to other insurance companies, the premium is very reasonable. I wish that it would be faster, but they are helpful once you reach them. The people that you talk to are very extremely courteous and will do everything they can to help you and solve the issue that you have currently. The coverage is relatively expensive for a person like me. I would try to look for something that has much more coverage than this one because it doesn't have much coverage than a lot of other insurances. I would say that I am fairly and relatively pretty happy with the value of the coverage that I am currently receiving but it could be better and you could find something that is less expensive. Although the people that are in the customer service of this insurance are nice, it takes much too long to reach them. But however when you do reach them they are nice.

Getting through to a representative was simple and straightforward. There were no complications or confusions. Contact numbers were readily provided. The coverage was comparable. All the coverage I needed was provided at expected rates. The household does not have any special coverage needs so there were more than enough available options. Insurance is very necessary these days. Any coverage provides peace of mind and less stress especially during an unexpected event. Having reliable reputable insurance is comforting to say the least. Have never had one single problem like we had with USAA!!! We've always come back to Geico, the two times we left! Claims processing was and is always easy with NO hassles as with OTHER companies! Coverage is affordable, BETTER than USAA for the military!!! I was very surprised at this. We are very happy and will not switch to any other company, ever again.
Geico has added peace of mind and also its asset as it has saved us money, in the long run. My wife and I are both veterans, so we get a military discount along with multi car discount as well. Great, fast and easy process for a claim makes it very easy on the one who is insured. Definitely customer friendly is Geico and I will continue to use them because they make my life so much easier. They allow the one being insured to have many different types of coverage with plans that are quite reasonable as far as the rates are concerned. The value is great compared with other insurance companies that are more expensive. I can get the same coverage from Geico at close to half less than I paid my other insurance company. Can set up with app. Quick payment. Friendly customer service. And accurate claims handling. Didn't have to worry about shops since they recommended. Coverage is comparable to the big auto insurance companies. I have worked with State Farm, farm bureau, progressive and Allstate. GEICO is just as good as any other. It is pretty cheap for the amount of coverage you get. They won't lay out just like State Farm but they will in fact pay a pretty reasonable ACV on total losses. GEICO suffers from having too high a turnover and lacking training. Many people on customer service are rude.

I have the right amount of coverage for my situation. I have full coverage and the rate per month is very reasonable to where I feel that I will be with this company a long time unless they keep raising the premium. The value of my insurance seems to be just right. I searched around to many different companies but this company I am with now seems to be the best bet. Customer Service has not been an issue because I have not had to contact them for any reason at all. Hopefully this will continue to be the way that it stays.

When I has to call them to file a claim, it was very easy to talk to them. The lady was very to talk to and she understood my needs. They processed my claim quickly and got my car back on the road! The overall coverage is excellent. They offer different plans to fit your needs. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Very small deductibles! The value it has added to my life is amazing! I don't have to worry about if I get in a wreck I will be left alone! My family does not have to worry when I drive either. They customer representatives are incredibly helpful and don't make you feel silly asking questions. I have never had to stay on hold for a long time. They are so wonderful!

Claims processing has always been easy. They are responsive and reliable. Never a problem when filing a claim. Love Geico. Their service is quick to respond and professional. The coverage that Geico provides is very comprehensive. They offer something to suit any needs that you might have for coverage from basic to advanced. Geico offers insurance rates to meet any budget with multiple options for coverage. They provide for discounts for things like drivers safety courses and safe drivers. Geico customer service is always professional, caring and responsive. I have never had to deal with someone from a call center. Would highly recommend.

My car insurance was through Geico. I got into a head on collision and they did everything to deny me of a rental car, replace the car and they denied to pay me missed days of work. The commercials lie. They are the ** company.

I have never filed a claim but if they are as helpful in other regards I'm sure it will go well. I hope I won't have to make a claim but I'm sure they will handle it to my liking. I'm very happy with the coverage that I have and I pay a bit less than I would with other Insurance Companies. I know I'm covered for all possibilities. It has great value, is a great value and gives me peace of mind. I know I don't have to worry about anything if I were to get into an accident. I could not be happier. They are always pleasant and helpful. They make sure that everything is taken care of and that it is understood.

Premiums are well within reach. You can get the same great coverage for about half the cost. Very good for people who can not afford the outrageous ins premiums with most companies. Great value for the dollar. Would highly recommend them. Can set up auto pay. Don't have to worry about payments getting there on time. Hopefully the value will be there when I need it.

They are very efficient and fast when dealing with claims. They always keep you posted on all the important processes of dealing with an auto insurance claim, so it's not so much of a hassle. They will sit down with you and discuss what how much auto insurance that you will need, whether it be only basic coverage or lots of coverage. They personalize a policy for especially the individual. They also give you lots of ways to get a discount. The value of their policies are very good. They do not try to sell you what you do not need. You can pay in lots of ways, whether it be monthly, quarterly, or yearly. They are always there when you need them. If you are having a claims problem they will go the extra mile to see that you are satisfied.

They always give the coverage you need, but the auto insurance really isn't cheap. It is still a good alternative if you can't find anything cheaper. It is ok but a little expensive, the insurance never really goes down, it always goes up when you renew the policy even if you are a great driver and never gotten into any accidents. They have great customer service. When you have a question they are always there to help, even if you're not filing a claim. They are there 24/7.

It was the best, it was the middle quote & average dollar amount. So I would say they were average when it comes to the claims process. Coverage was great! Never had a problem and fully aware of coverage. If you need more coverage you do have to pay for more coverage. You get what you pay for... Not the same as an agent with an office you could walk into but for the price... it was appropriate! Satisfied. Not happy but satisfied. I think they really tried their best! Call representatives were pleasant and accommodating! Again, not a premium service... so I didn't expect anything more than that!

Quick and easy. Adjustment center was helpful and personnel was helpful. Being able to find out information through mobile app was a useful feature. Using the mobile app allowed comparisons to rate and coverage options. When I had further questions, the a phone operated was available & helpful. It gave me adequate coverage at a fair price. This allowed me to protect myself against financial catastrophe and be compliant with state laws. I had the occasion to speak with a representative when the mobile app didn't clearly answer my question. The representative was professional and quickly addressed my concerns.

Its claims processing show that not only do you actually save money on car insurance, you also have an agent who is always there to assist you. Covered my first accident. I was expecting my insurance to dramatically increase after, but it increased a little bit. That's why I'm satisfied and would recommend Geico. Values the concerns of the customer as well as stands up to the expectations of the customer. This not only makes people want to switch to Geico but also want to feel some form of backup after a car accident. Geico has a great customer service and this makes people want to work with them and they try their best to understand the situations customers are in.

Well I only had to use it once and it was extremely fast and even though it was over the phone the person was friendly and got me going in a super fast fashion and I had no complaints. The coverage was affordable and it has many plans to fit almost anyone's needs. Thanks again!! If you just need minimum state coverage or high risk they offer it all. Geico Insurance has given me the security to know I am covered in the case of a wreck with no hassle help from my agent and worry free is the way to be. Every time I had to deal with a representative be it for new coverage, an existing question, or a claim the representative was friendly and quick.

Options are reasonable and affordable. Selecting options is easy. It is convenient to renew and the site is easy to use. The value is in the convenience. Claim filing is easy and online, so no interaction is necessary.
