Good experience. Bad phone. When I call the phone I can't hear the voice of the person without it being on speaker phone. But other than that great experience. I would use it again. The people are very knowledgeable. Fast service and replacement. The people were very nice and sweet. I had no problems filing a claim and getting my new device back in the same week I filed the claim.

Everything was amazing so I recommend the 360 plan for any T-Mobile user or any device user anywhere in any network. It’s amazing. I love it. Thank you so much. And other than that, they are great for having my phone come very fast and it just worked out amazingly and hopefully I don’t have to go through this again but if so, I will definitely count on them. As I mentioned before, communicate when and how I can pay for the deposit. I had to reach out a second time to figure out that I didn’t pay. That caused a delay in getting my device replaced. Other than that, I’m happy with the experience. Customer service was impeccable.

I had great care when I called about busted device. I'm over 60 and can't see well and currently in hospital, I have nobody at this time to help me photos, videos, information ,off the cracked device. I need till the 16th of April is when they will let me out of hospital. I don't want to charged anymore money for the month of April other than my phone bill that was $71.00 an month and has went up to $81.00. Due to my sickness and having nobody to help or read for me at this time, I need till at least the 16th of April, to daughter won't be back for an while on business, she is all I have to help me.

Everything was easy and very understanding to do! I am just unsatisfied with the replacement. People I have spoken to says it keeps cutting off the conversation and that they can barely hear me. And they hear me better on speakerphone and I have to speak loudly. Do I contact you or T-Mobile?

Just took too many steps to get what I needed resolved with getting phone replace..Told to go to Assurant..No payment then told there was a charge...Lost a whole day what could have been resolved from setting up phone to be shipped for replacement...Then Assurant told me it was not a 100 guarantee what they fix will resolve issue.

The phone was my grandson's and the dog had stepped on it and destroyed the screen. The replacement process was simple and quick. He had a new phone in less than a week. I would recommend the insurance to anyone who has a young person on their plan just to cover should something like this happen.

I received a replacement in a fair amount of time. However the phone I received was not a good replacement whatsoever. The phone had previous security restrictions that the store technicians could not bypass. So I had to go through the protocol to get another replacement for the original replacement. This turned a three day experience into 2 plus weeks.

Overall I got a good experience with my Assurant event. The customer service is all I got from the Spectrum store associate and I had all my questions answered and the product is working excellent. After switching to Google from Samsung, I was worried there would be a lot of troubleshooting but was glad to find out that was not the case and was seamlessly transferred over in less than twenty minutes.

This I'm my family's 8th phone replacement I think. I have 3 kids and this has been a wallet saver. My kids get great pixel phones and I get peace of mind. 1000% satisfied customer. Every time we get a replacement phone that looks like a new one. I just changed my star ratio to 1 because of your stupid review character minimum, took a happy customer to an irritated one, nice job.

Opened my phone. When it opened it cracked underneath. The process was so simple. Shipping was fast and hopefully I don't have to use it again but if I do I know it's simple. The only thing I wished was the had my color. Everyone was helpful that I talked to.

It was very easy to go online and order the replacement phone. I received it in just five days. I don't see how the replacement process here could be any simpler. The deductible is over $200, but considering the value of the phone, it is worth it.

I was unable to use the touchscreen to maneuver around on my phone. It go to the point where I had to turn the phone away from the cracks. The screen was cracked in several places. I contacted both the chat and in person staff at T-Mobile who directed me to a link to start the process of making my claim.

Very poor service! Paid so much money for this vehicle protection plan and they declined every claim so far. Do not go with this company ever, it’s all about them getting money, they don’t care about helping the customers. Very disappointed!!

2.5 weeks ago, I filed a claim via Tmobile for a phone which was restarting every 3 seconds and wouldn't even stay on long enough to allow us to scrub personal data. That initial claim appeared to have been addressed perfectly- we received a replacement phone from Assurant within 2 days. Unfortunately, within 14 days we were unable to insert a charging wire as several pins in the port had bent. We have 6 phones for personal and business on our family plan, and have owned cell phones basically since they were invented. As we've never had an issue with the charging pins bending before, it is our belief that we were sent a refurbished phone with prior damage to the pins- they were only able to make it 2 weeks before falling out of place!
We tried calling the carrier then speaking directly with a supervisor at Assurant, but they would not waive a required $49 fee to replace the phone. Assurant cited their terms and conditions providing only 7 days for customers to notify them of a problem with a phone. We don't believe that is fair to consumers looking at a physical problem impacting phone performance. 7 days may be totally fair if you're talking about a cracked screen, water damage, even a technical issue possibly due to a bad app having been downloaded, but the company should provide a $0 remedy for a charging port issue rendering a phone useless within 30 days of receipt.
We've been paying for 360 coverage for years and do not feel that the escalation process within Assurant has addressed our concern about this replacement phone. The 2 stars are for the super friendly customer service reps who were bound by the company's strict policies, the 3 missing stars are for the terms and conditions which should exclude a charging port issue from the 7 day "happiness" guarantee.

Claim needed further action to approve but website indicated nothing. I only called because I am impatient and was told claim needed more processing. Should be some type of status indicator. Also the filing and tracking using the same first few data fields on the site is inefficient and confusing.

For three long years, I endured using a phone that had a cracked screen and other damages. It took less than 24 hours for them to send me a replacement after my screen went out. The process was simple. Except trying to do transfers and wiping the phone was hard with no screen. Great service and great working replacement. So far no issues. Only thing is signal is weak in my area but I live in a rural place, so understandable.

The phone works replaced quickly, and I had no trouble setting it up. Had to go to the Metro by T-Mobile store to get the SIM card replaced and set up. The SIM card cost me $10.40. And the whole process took about four days from placing the insurance claim to getting the phone activated and using it.

Took my inoperable phone to trade in and found out it was worth $49; $100 deductible and now it’s worth $500. It’s a new phone. I’m going to keep it and trade it on the iPhone 27 or 28. Might even hold out for iPhone 30🙀. Because it didn’t work, I couldn’t tell (and didn’t remember) the storage capacity and chose the wrong one. Resolved quickly, but it added a day or two to receive my replacement phone. It arrived and will certainly work like the old one as soon as I can remember my passwords to everything. 😬

Easy setup and everything to return the phone is delivered to you. Just put your old device in the little bubble wrap they give you and seal it up and you send it away in the box.

Ordered new phone and took out the Insurance on the device. I don’t have anything to share, other than I got my new phone and as soon as I received it I got a scam call telling me I got someone’s else’s phone and someone else got mine. They wanted me to send my new phone back, but luckily I did not fall for the scam. How would they even know I got a new phone?

This was the easiest insurance process I have ever been through. While I was running, my phone fell out of my pocket hit some rocks and fell into a creek. Just like most of our population, I am dependent on my phone for many reasons. I filed the claim and my replacement phone was to me in less than 48 hours. The most difficult part was trying to factory reset the phone that wasn't working. The instructions to send back the damaged phone were easy to follow and sending it back didn't cost me anything except a trip to the Post Office. I would recommend this insurance to all my friends and family.

While the REPLACEMENT experience was great, the ACTIVATION of the new phone has not. I have been unable to transfer any of the data despite TWO visits to T-MOBILE stores -- ONE Franchise, ONE Corporate. The replacement phone now sits "unactivated" and I do not know what else to do.

Before I went to the T-Mobile store, the customer service person was very helpful work walking me through the process because I had lost all of my contacts.

I really didn't have much of a problem with getting the exchange. I'd much rather talk with someone because you're going to be doing that anyway. Not everyone has access to the internet or a computer all the time. It all depends on where you stay how well your service happens to be.

Over all, was a very easy process to get the new Apple iPhone. Customer service was very friendly in going through the buying a new phone. When I contacted Spectrum on getting the Apple 16E, was a little early. Went to their office on March 28th and picked up the iPhone there. Was easy to work with their staff. Changed over my information to new phone was easy.

My son's phone camera lens was cracked and the front display screen was cracked too. Called and spoked with Assurant representative to place the claim from February 27. The staff from the very beginning was very thorough with establishing the claim. Called back to follow up the claim and told me that my son's iphone was still not disable location device. The second person did not walk us through to make sure because he said it takes 24 hours to make sure it was disabled as compared to the third person who had helped us and walk me through step by step and literally stayed with me over the phone to make sure the device was disabled rather than waiting for 24 hours. I appreciate the third person who had helped me.

This entire process from start to finish was extremely easy and pleasant. The new phone came within two days, the instructions were very simple to follow to transfer data and make the broken phone ready for shipping. They even gave a 10 day grace period to allow for transfer of data. Came with a prepaid box. You just have to drop it off at the post office. Extremely easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend using the service.

The experience was easy to get phone. The uploading was time consuming. The phone itself I believe is defective from Samsung. I have several friends with the same one, experiencing the same issue. When you open the fold phone a black line started down the middle and continued to get wider.

Phone kept flickering. I was able to run a few troubleshooting steps but this did not resolve the issue. Further discussions with those in a nearby T-Mobile office confirmed the phone needed to be replaced. I received the shipping box fairly quickly with instructions on how to return the damaged device. Transferring the data and contacts from the previous device to the new device was straightforward. I was able to sent the damaged device back on 03/18/2025.

Was easy to do, just had an issue with wasting a day waiting for the package because I thought I had to sign, when I did get it I didn’t have to sign for it. I also think you guys should allow for drop off to happen at nearest T-Mobile and not just the USPS store. Makes life easier when you have to go inside at T-Mobile anyway!

My phone fell out of my hand when a dog jumped on me, when I picked it up I noticed my screen had cracked and I was unable to see who was calling or texting me that's why I had to get an replacement phone. Would appreciate it if phone could have been replaced at an T-Mobile store.

Replacement process was easy. Filing a claim was quick with the help a Google Fi representative. Shipping was fairly quickly. Luckily I had a backup device to use until my new phone was delivered. I had my phone stolen during a moment of inattention and felt terrible, like I had failed and let someone take advantage of my inattention in a public place to take my phone. I didn't even think of my insurance originally. When I went to my phone dealer, they confirmed I had paid for the insurance and that I could get a replacement. Fortunately I had all my data on the cloud, so it is almost like I never lost it.

I had to go to one of the metro offices to set up my phone because I did not understand how to do it myself. In the future I would like to be able to transfer everything from one phone to another. Assurant sent me easy to follow instructions to follow to remove my personal info from the trade-in phone, and gave me a fair estimate of the trade-in value. I was able to return it to a local UPS store nearby, with several options available for that task, and was later given an even larger trade-in value after they inspected the unit, which will be applied to my account. It was convenient, easy, and very fair. I would recommend this option without reservation.

I filed a claim with Assurant and paid a $200 deductible for a working phone. However, they sent me two replacement phones that didn’t work properly. Now, after nearly a month without a functional device, customer service says I have to wait even longer for them to scan the returned phones at their warehouse before issuing a refund. Instead of making things right, they’re making me jump through hoops, waiting for them to receive the second replacement and then another 10 days for processing. Meanwhile, I still don’t have a working phone and need to buy a new one with the money I already paid them. The hassle just isn’t worth it!

Stolen phone was insured. Replacement phone was replaced two days after claim. I was not aware that I had to pay a deductible fee when I purchased the insurance. That was a shock and very disappointing. The only good part of this issue was that when I took my claim to Spectrum they were very accommodating...

Cell phone could have been shipped faster using the same shipping company, (FedEx) that option should be offered. Many customers would be willing to pay extra for that choice, because a cell phone is a vital part of today's society. I wish I would have been offered a faster option.

I was waiting for a new device, not a refurbished one. When you pay Assurant you are expecting that in case a claims issued, a new device will be delivered, not a used and refurbished device. Other issue was the time to receive my replacement. The time passed to receive was too long.

My phone died, I wasn't able to se anything or do anything (my work is 100% in my phone, and clients I managed there). The new process were I can't go to the store and get the new or a repaired one... doesn't work for me at all. 5 days until I receive the phone for me just don't work. I lose business there. They just say "you need to wait until we send it." ¿Do someone understand how important a phone can be to business people? I actually didn't enjoy my waiting experience and the attitude of employees that were not understanding the situation.

During a heavy rainstorm my phone slipped out of my wet hand into a puddle of water. It was waterlogged and damaged beyond repair. Assurant had an exact replacement model and, in my hands, the next day and was making phones within a 24-hour window. The claim process was all online, user friendly and took less than 15 minutes. My cell phone was not charging properly. The port was jammed and would not take a power cord. I visited my local T-Mobile and the worker helped me through the process of filing a claim. Cell phone was delivered the next day and followed the instructions on how to import my apps. Everything went well except I could not dial out and text. I went to the T-Mobile store and she send I did not have a sim card inside. I gave her the sim card that was provided and all was fixed.

I was able to file my claim easily. I was able to follow progress and communicate, without any problems. I, asked for clarification regarding my claim on Chat with a Representative. He, provided excellent service. My claim was processed within less than 24 hours and received my new replacement device in good condition, within 24 hours. Replaced phone # **. My husband's name but above information is account holder. Instructions a bit misleading in pkg. All files uploaded to iCloud first, then steps followed to delete defective phone. Had 2 Factor Authentication thus sent text to his number but his trusted # was his own cell # & couldn't pass by 2-Factor Authentication. Contacted Apple who assisted in turning back on defective phone to obtain code for authentication. Then able to connect phone # to new device. Still had to contact Xfinity because of SIM Card. Couldn't use new SIM card provided. Used SIM card from defective phone which brought over all contacts, messages, etc. In the end, after about 3 hours we got completed. Mailed back the defective phone too.

Upon receiving my new device, tried to follow instructions in the package and called the number listed to activate my sim card. However, the representatives with whom I spoke told me they were unable to activate my SIM card. Because my the phone number was not active, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Because of this, I had to go in-store to have my device and SIM card activated. This was absolutely unnecessary and a tremendous inconvenience, not to mention that it made absolutely no sense at all. I have activated SIM cards for prepaid phones, so I know that it's not only possible, but standard procedure to use the IMEI and SIM numbers to activate service. My experience with customer service was incredibly disappointing, irritating, and frustrating. If your service didn't offer the great features that it does (lifetime screen protector replacement, screen repair, etc), I would not recommend your service to anyone based on my experience with your call center.

Phone rep agent efficient and courteous and was willing to accommodate my travel schedule by shipping the replacement phone to my destination instead of home. The phone agent answered all my questions and reassured me that the phone would be the exact same model, as I did not want to learn a new phone while traveling away from home. I had a great experience with the representative and with fast shipping but the device doesn’t work as well as I had hoped. The battery life isn’t very good and the screen doesn’t fully work all the time. The phone also overheats and shuts off. Thank you all for your hard work to make us customers happy.

My phone was destroyed when it went to the metal scrap yard. One day later I went to T-Mobile store. The guy in the store filed a claim me. He also gave a new SIM card so I was able to use my older phone. Three days later I got my replacement phone. The whole process was easy and it only took about thirty minutes.

Overall great experience, thank you. The only issue I had was the person in the store who said my claim was filed in the phone was shipped to me was wrong. When the phone did not arrive, I then called and they said I had to approve it and pay the deductible first, but the person in the store did not tell me that.

My experience was awesome. I filed my claim online, it took me about 5 to 10 minutes then connected to a live agent who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I got my claim approved really fast and made the deductible payment. The next 2 to days I received the replacement phone. Thank you!

I had dropped my phone and all I could see wrong with the phone was a green line across the screen. I told the representative this and I also told her I was not a cell phone repair technician so I am not sure if there was any other damage. She put me on hold and quickly came back and said she needed to transfer me back to TMobile. They denied the claim, stating the damage was internal and my coverage was only for external damage. TMobile said I had to go to the store and have the phone examined. Of course they were trying to sell me a new cell phone.
Upon taking it to a Certified Samsung repair shop the technician stated there was indeed a small hairline crack in the outer screen that caused the pixels to short out. After filing another clam with Assurant, they still refused the claim saying they needed profit that I owned the phone. Really! It is a scam between Tmobile and Assurant. I pay for insurance every month for 20 years with Tmobile. Time to find a new company that does NOT have Assurant in their Bed!

My phone work good but I couldn't touch the glass to receive anything so I took it back to the place where I purchased the phone and I had to call the insurance company myself there the second party who handled the claim. It was taken care of. It took me a week to get my message across but the problem was handled overnight.

Everything was excellent and the representative was most helpful. The phone came the next day without fail. I have an old model of phone; however, the phone was undated and easy to work. Love the phone much better with updates than my old phone even though they are still the same model.

Phone not received in the date that it was promised. Phone claim was done on a Saturday, Phone was received on a Wednesday. It would be nice if the phone arrives on the promise date. With the amount that is paid monthly for the insurance coverage this type of issues should not be happening.

Wife's phone had stopped charging. After a few mins problem was fully resolved. Was fast and painless. Only thing if I had to nitpick would a heads up on model phone that was being sent for replacement so cases and screen protector could be ordered not a deal breaker by any means. That said if I have a choice Assurant will always be my go to.

Having the insurance is a life saver, especially after accidentally locking yourself out of the phone by creating a security password. I called Pocket Geek to get help and he was able to help me remember what I used. Again, I would recommend the insurance, no matter how great or small the issue.

Everything went smoothly till trying to activate, you need to support more information about how to activate instead of just a website link. The website link didn't work. Only me the home page with no place to go to activate the phone. Ended up having to call tech support.

Phone was stolen, called T-Mobile, got replacement. Everything worked out. Not sure though why Next Day Air took 3 days. Otherwise very satisfied by Assurant and T-Mobile Customer Service. Not much waiting time on phone either. Set/activation up was not hard. But it took longer because verification was done by text. I wish email was used instead.

My phone was stolen and I made a claim. It was handled very quickly. Everything was handled online. There were several screens to fill out and once I provided all of the information, it processed my information and I received a confirmation that my claim was approved and processed. Two days later, the replacement phone was received. It looked like a new phone. It would be impossible for me to have a complaint about the experience, It was handled fairly and quickly. I highly recommend Assurant to anyone.

When looking at insurance coverage for devices, we don't have much for options, so you are stuck paying what you are told. This too will evolve over time, but a company that could evolve their cost structure would be a welcomed commodity in today's world. No claims in 2 years, reduced price. No claims on a device over 3 months $x, same device needs replacement at 6 months $x - 20%, same device doesn't need replacement until 9 months $x - 40% etcetera. Lower replacement/deductible fees the older the age device in EVERY tier or longer length of time in between claims also equals a reduced deductible as examples..

I never had to use phone replacement before, so I believe it went as planned? I was worried at first but received a new phone in 2 days. I was home on lunch at the time so I received the package from delivery driver. It's a company that has taken packages to a "drop shipment spot". Glad I was home.

I was able to file my claim and receive a replacement device within a two day process. Set up was easy. I was provided with clear instructions to get up and running and even got instructions on how to send my broken device back. A box with prepaid postage was included in my kit and I was able to package and drop my old device off. Everything was quick and smooth.

The actual process of completing the claim process online was easy to navigate. I received the replacement phone within 2 days. The part that is difficult, and should be improved upon, is the actual activation procedures for the phone. That part was a horror story. I had to rely on a family member who is tech savvy to get the phone activated and even then it took them an hour and a half. The next day Xfinity was unable to figure out how to get my data such as phone contacts transferred from the old phone to the new. After an hour of failure I thanked them for their time and had them to give me the phone back. I am entering phone contact information in manually.

Thank goodness that I kept the mobile insurance on my plan w/ Spectrum mobile! I just lost my job. Then, I lose my entire wallet w/ every thing. Then, my iPhone gets stolen. The $250 deductible was rough for me to come thru w/ but, I UNDERSTAND & it’s better than paying the full retail value for sure! I can’t get over how fast my iPhone 15 pro came in the mail-I think it was literally the next day after I had JUST filed the claim! Thank you.

I had been on the phone first with T-Mobile and underwent two identity verifications and then when transferred to Assurant, yet another. I'd spent more than ten minutes overall having identity verified and repeating the same information. Once we got down to the essence of the matter, things went smoothly. The verifications of identity were redundant and annoying.

Just got it. Don't know anything about it. You should use Fedex when sending or receiving items....USPS is way too slow. It's hard to track and takes forever. I like my new phone and the deal we got was good, but since S9+ are selling for up to $100 at Walmart, I felt we should have gotten more in trade. I am still waiting for my sales tax refund on one of the phones.

Both front and back of the S10 phone were dented and cracked. T- Mobile reminded us we have insurance through Assurant. So we placed a claim form and a call to finish the claim process. So good to have the warranty. I received a replacement phone the very next day, and I am satisfied.

I paid by monthly the low-cost of insurance and I was wondering if this was worth it at the time. When the time came to get my phone fixed after an accident, the process was simple and quick enough for me to get my new phone replacement without any hassle. I had a good experience with the return. It was simple. There was no delay in my device reaching me. The only issue I had was to understand how what to do with the old device and how to ship it back. It became clear after I checked the Google store website but there was no instructions in the packaging. Apart from this, there were no other issues.

Updated on 03/04/2025: Well seeing when I sent a comment you guys listed it as resolved. It was not resolved. I’m going to have to see an attorney because I’m sorry but I pay insurance every month and I pay the deductible and I’m not paying to get a broken phone every time I took the phone to Apple and they said there’s no way That this supposed brand new iPhone would have on the battery percentage life of 77%. Oh, and the volume button doesn’t work so I think people would have to agree that it’s a rip off. It’s a scam so you can keep violent claims and they can keep sending you broken phones.
Original Review: I’ve been with Metro by T-Mobile for 15 years and I pay assurance insurance $12 a month. So first of all I was sold a fake iPhone to start with and the screen cracked and I paid the $200 deductible. They sent me out the phone that the volume button didn’t work Broken and then I sent that one back and they sent me this iPhone which is an iPhone but the battery is degraded after eight months and I still pay and they’re telling me they want me to pay another deductible after they sent me this which should be part of the original claim and Metro won’t do anything and I’m getting the runaround and I’m sick and tired of this.

Great customer service at the Knapp location. They were very friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. They even helped lower my monthly cable bill which had gone up significantly over the last few months. My sons we replaced and everything is running smoothly. The customer service was poor. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They were very unhelpful and only wanted to do was make the sale. No customer service except for the sale. No training on how to use the new iPhone that was purchased..a very bad overall experience. Never going back to them again and possibly change carriers.

Given 3 stars bc the first time I call and made claim was not approved. Took 2 days after and made another claim. Took time off my work day to make a second claim and very frustrating situation bc all mine devices are fully insured and never had a problem till now. I the time of the claim delivery time also I had to make few more calls to know about the speedy delivery and took more time off my work day to talk to 2 more person. So I don’t think first time my time and client loyalty was taken care of and never I was offer any type of incentive for all this confusion. That’s all. After I talk to few person about the claim everything went smoothly. But took time off my day for. Something could have done nicely the first time. Thank you very much.

The experience I had was great. I had my phone delivered to a T-Mobile store. They got it all set up for me and I went on my way. It was an easy process, and the store wasn't very busy. They also had adequate staff that were very knowledgeable in setting up my new phone and transferring all of my info including my texts. In and out, I was in the store for about 30 minutes max. I would definitely recommend to everyone having the insurance on the phone as this process was super easy.

My iPad was cracked and would not work. No charging etc... Unfortunately I was unable to access important information necessary to initiate a warranty claim. The first representative wasn’t able to assist so it took multiple calls to Apple to gather the necessary information. Otherwise, everything went fine.

My son is the worst with phones, so this is a blessing to have. The phone came within a day of placing the claim, that was appreciated by all! The process is quick and simple, my only issue was the cost. Paying monthly for the service and still paying out of pocket for the replacement was not my favorite thing to do, but we’re still happy with the service.

My son lost his phone. We called T-Mobile and was transferred to Assurant which was great that we didn't have to hang up and dial another number. Process easy, link set, payment made and device received within about 5 days. I was not sure how easy this was going to be, because nowadays everything is a hassle to get replaced or pay some outrageous amount for, but this was easy enough.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. The instructions for a claim are incorrect and confusing. The fact that you click submit on a form but actually you were supposed to save as a PDF and send via a different platform. Also when talking to useless robotic support, they kept telling me that I didn't submit the form even though I did multiple times because their system doesn't talk to each other but the individuals aren't even trained to know how incompetent it all is. They also ask for an email for the claim but repeatedly sent to another email of mine which is poor infrastructure. Then they finally send the phone only for there to be no return label in the box.
I keep receiving email from Assurant saying to return but I have no way to do so. I contact them only for them to say it is on Google and there is nothing they can do. Like if you are a vendor with a company then you should engage with them. Now they are threatening to charge me for the phone I have no way of returning due to their incompetency.

I had recently subscribed to Spectrum internet which had the domino effect of me switching my mobile phone from Access Wireless. While I would avoid Access Wireless at all costs to any party as their lack of customer service is astounding. Prior to Access Wireless I had been with Q Link Wireless whose CEO has pleaded guilty to defrauding the Federal Government for billions of dollars. Assurant like a seasoned professional was able to seize opportunity and make the unbelievable, a reality and resounding victory for the customer in this instance.

The cellphone claim process was quick and easy. I was able to complete the claim in a very short time without any complications. Replacement cellphone arrived the next day. The instructions included were not as clear as I would have preferred, but I was able to activate. Instructions should let customer know to wait 24 hours to activate.

I had shattered the screen of my old phone while lifting weights and the touchscreen was left completely inoperable. I brought my old phone to my local service provider where I was surprised to be relearn that my device was insured. I filed a claim and the new phone arrived in 4 days with the assurance that I would only have to pay a fraction of what I paid for the original after mailing it back in. Overall satisfied with how fast the service was. It's definitely appreciated considering how much we have come to rely on our phones. So many calls and other important things can be missed while you're offline.

I like this phone. The screen size is perfect for me and it's easy to use. We had to order the screen protector, but am still completely satisfied with my order. I only wish they stored carried older models so I didn't have to wait for it to come through the mail. Sam was very helpful.

This is the second time our family has returned an Apple iPhone for repair. The first time It took two weeks and multiple phone calls. We were told that they were processing it as soon as possible. Very professional and was handled with ease. I was impressed with Spectrum and the mail service was easy, just turned it end and given a receipt. No problem at all, in and out under 5 minutes. I already have told others about the deal I received. Love the fact that I don't have to worry about paying the bill for a year! So excited about that and the price is half of what I was paying. Yes!!! Overall, great experience and Gabriel is a great asset to your company. I learned he started a few months ago. The way he handled everything was so professional I thought he was a seasoned worker! Give that guy a raise! I hope you let him know I was very impressed with him. When you break your device it's hard to do things. The chat sucks and I swear they were ready to drop you for any reason before really listening. I had limitations on my phone due to it being cracked. The people on the phone are actually helpful and not lazy.

Ordering a replacement phone is easy. Getting the phone is quick. I must have got a refurbished phone because it doesn't work 100% the way it should but at least it charges my other one did not. I wish they would send charging cords because those tend to wear out as well.

Very fast return. THE PHONE CAME REAL FAST AND NO PROBLEM ON THE RETURN. And had no problems with sending it out and the insurance company gave me problem on approval. I wish I was able to have sent the phone to another address but that was not an option.

Recently lost a phone from my plan and was able to file a claim and receive within 2 days. But I feel that having been with Sprint T-Mobile for over 20 years and pay monthly for 4 lines insurance it should have been free. We pay $18 dollars for 4 lines and believe for being a loyal customer it there should not be any charge for $149.00.

My cell broke and I got a replacement right away. Works great so far so good. It was so easy to transfer all my apps and photos to my new cell I received. Instructions and all helped so much, I didn't need to go in to a T-Mobile to have it done.

Good experience with making a claim and getting my phone replaced. Replacement phone came quickly and is in great shape. Wish they allowed a few more days to ship old device back though. If there are any delays with my shipment it won't make it in time. That's my only complaint.

Make sure you get insurance! The smallest little tiny crack will prevent you from being able to turn your phone in! And sometimes doing an insurance claim is cheaper than having to buy a whole new phone. I had a small tiny crack in the corner of my phone and could not turn it in. My phone had not been working properly for months but I could not get an upgrade due to the crack.

Process was easy. See previous reply. Only had to wait an extra day due to climate change issues. It does still snow in the winter. I thought global warming would have started after the last election. I guess the climate fanatics were wrong. Maybe it just gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer here in Texas.

The online automated system started a claim that ended with a screen repair when a full device repair was needed. This precious time to get the initial claim cancelled before I could have my device replaced was a major inconvenience. Once the screen repair location accepted and cancelled my repair schedule the process moved along as expected. Any way to speed up that process would be greatly appreciated.

My cellphone was damaged from a truck running over it about a day before a large winter storm came to the middle region of the United States. Despite the storms, the replacement phone came promptly, in great condition, and was able to be set-up in lieu of the damaged phone.

Was very labor intensive the process because I needed data transferred. And my screen on old phone was damaged which made it difficult. No real resolution. I had to take to local computer shop to get data transferred. Wish that wasn't the case and it didn't take hrs on phone with Assurant and TMobile to try to get fixed. It really wasn't anyone's fault. It's the way the phone was made I guess.
