Shipment took 3 days, which was not too long but when you don't have a phone, it's too long! Phone was refurbished but just overall happy that deductible was cheap versus paying full price for a new one.

Process of replacement was speedy and professional. The device was easy to set up, and return of the old device was also painless. It was great to receive the replacement phone during the holidays when I needed the replacement for "back to work" travel. Tracking of the device when it was on the delivery truck and on its way was also very simple and accurate, and it went a very, very long way in helping to alleviate the stress of having a damaged phone.

Thank y'all for your help and getting a replacement phone sent to me ASAP. I only have one issue getting activated and now it's time to go into the store and provide my identification that I'm the owner of this account and I have this phone activated which it should be that I just call the 611 number and give them the new sink our number to have activated this account but it's not that way.

I broke my phone on New Year's Eve and the lady who helped me was so friendly and patient as I scurried around finding passwords and SS numbers. I didn't get the device for almost 5 days but I survived. The last two times it came the next day. I know the holiday was to blame.

My overall experience was great. I think there should be more options added to the section describing the damaged cause to the phone. This is where only problem occurred which led me to the wrong option to solve my problem. The problem was I needed a replacement phone and not screen repaired. The phone was not repairable by having the screen fixed. I needed a replacement phone.

Assurant phone insurance is crap. I pay for insurance with Spectrum for insurance through Assurant. I broke my phone, filed a claim, paid $100 deductible and was then told they didn't have my phone and I would need to buy one myself (up to $999.99) and they would reimburse me in about 14 days. I explained to them that I don't have extra money at this time to purchase a phone and they basically said too bad.
I pay for insurance every month and I expect to be able to use it when I need it. This is ridiculous. I am not going to finance a new phone and add an extra expense to my monthly financial responsibilities. I want to get what I pay for and get my phone replaced! Today is day 5 without a phone. How is it that they can give me up to $999.99 to replace my phone but they have no phones they can send me??? I told them it doesn't even have to be the same phone... just something of the same value. This doesn't make sense and you would think either Spectrum or Assurant could do SOMETHING to make this right. But I have gotten no help from either side every day I call.

The processes for trading in my IPhone was easy and fast. I thought the refund value was fair. I’m appreciative that a trade in program was available when upgrading my I-phone 7. Assurant’s service was quick in processing my refund. I would rate the overall experience a 10 out of 10.

I got the first replacement the next day, however it wasn't even close to the same phone. So I sent it back and finally got the correct phone just not the color I wanted. That is the only way I will be happy. If I get the correct color I will send the other one back.

I broke my phone twice in past 10 days. I was able to put in a claim immediately both times. My phones had to be shipped to me because didn't want to pick it up. I received my phone 2 days later each time, which was great timing for me. I'm so satisfied with the services.

My phone experienced battery swelling, opening back cover. My local T Mobile store recommended I replace it under insurance claim. Having no experience, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of filing a claim online and the quick response of Assurant! New replacement phone arrived quickly, transferring data from my old phone easy and fast, following instructions sent with my new phone. Excellent experience!

Love it. My new phone holds charge and is better than the original. I will say my battery life has increased tremendously. I don't think I could have asked for any other carrier and insurance plan. My wife's phone was damaged, and I called Spectrum to have it replaced. Within 5-minutes, they gave me a tracking number and a replacement phone was shipped. It couldn't have been easier. Although the phone is refurbished, it looks brand new for all intents and purposes. Setting up the new phone was easy as well. They sent a sim card with the phone. I called the Spectrum rep and they set the card up remotely and got the phone working within 15 minutes. No lines and no waiting.

Instructions were written clearly for how to submit my claim and the steps to take after receiving my replacement device. I think 10 days is a fair amount of time in order to return the device. And the tracking system never left me wondering. The deductible was fairly priced and I received the replacement fairly quickly.

I had zero issues with making my claim and receiving a replacement in a timely fashion. No hassle submitting my claim at all and the process was pretty simple. I expected having to jump through hoops to get my claim approved but that was not the case. I would definitely recommend Assurant to a friend.

I have been paying $18 per month for my Assurant insurance as a cell phone insurance since March 2023. When I filed a claim to Assurant, they denied the claim stating I don't have insurance which obviously is not true.

I've mailed the device with the return label, but that was last week, and it still hasn't been scanned in by USPS -- I'm worried about what happened to it. I looked at the website, but even after I called the phone # listed, I couldn't get through to a person to explain what was going on, and I don't have great faith that the device will ever be received. That said, the replacement device arrived quickly, and worked well.

I was completely satisfied with filing the claim, the time it took for the replacement to arrive, and the instructions to activate. I guess if you had included an ice cream cone, it would have improved the experience. I expected a longer delay for my iPhone replacement to arrive, and was pleasantly surprised to find it without fuss or feathers in a couple of days after filing my claim.

This company is a scam. Ordered a phone through Spectrum and was offered 81 dollars for it. Sent phone in and received a response of phone having “no power”. The phone was completely functional and I used it up until the day I received my new phone and sent it to Assurant. I now realize this is a common scam with them.

Super easy steps to qualify your phone for an insurance claim. Once I answered a few questions, submitted the claim, I received an email, notifying me that my claim was approved and my new replacement phone would be sent via UPS. It took a day longer due to holidays but a very seamless experience with the Assurant Phone Insurance.

Assurant has came through for me twice, expediting a prompt delivery of a replacement phone within 24-48 hours. Such insurance eases one’s anxiety after losing a device with all of your personal data attached to it. I immediately contacted my carrier to suspend my service until the replacement phone arrives. Thank goodness for Assurant, Apple, and iCloud.

I'm really happy with the ease of filing a claim. The entire process took about five minutes! Totally worth it to have this insurance because the worst can happen anytime, anywhere. Best to be prepared for any eventuality - my phone was only about eight months old and the touch screen just died. Tmobile's warranty wouldn't cover it, so it was a relief to know that I had this insurance to help with replacement device. I filed the claim online and the phone was shipped quickly.

Excellent service! Again, the entire staff will fully help. May have been three to four helpers just helping. A young man who had been there for 2 weeks, was as if he had worked there all his life. The claim process was easy. It's not time-consuming. The convenience of having to do it online was great. Getting updates on the claim process. Questions was short. Replacement phone arrived quickly. The deductible was affordable. Phone was in good working condition. Package came with instructions of how to activate new phone and how to return the damaged ones.

When all was directed to the right department went well. I went to store, they said it’s internal so call customer service or go online. So I went online, the chat person said since I couldn’t answer a question about seeing outside damage, they had me call insurance customer service claims department to make a claim. That’s how I got my phone ordered.

I love my new phone. It works perfectly and it came just in time. The instructions were clear on how to return it and there were really no issues with anything except the lady at the UPS store was confused about what I wanted when I went to return the phone, even though I was specifically told to bring my old phone to a UPS store.

The replacement was quick & and easy. The new phone arrived in two days, but I just wished we knew the replacement phone was going to be an updated model (A54 instead of the original A53) right away so we could shop for a new cell phone case & screen protector right away.

Was very fast and easy for replacement of my cracked screen on Flip Z5, Just wish they would send a NEW replacement instead of a refurbished, Just always a little worried knowing it was someone else's that had issues. But for the most part always never had a problem with the replacement phone I received.

Took 8 days to get my replacement cellphone - when trading stocks it was nearly impossible to keep up with the markets while waiting for a replacement cellphone to come in. The holidays didn't make it easier - but to do a second verification without a cellphone it was impossible to get into some accounts as well.

My phone fell and the screen was broken. I filed the claim and it was promptly answered and a new phone sent out. I was able to set up my phone pretty quickly with the instructions that were in the package. I also followed the instructions that were in the box to send back the damaged phone without an issue. Process was relatively easy. Did obtain some help from Spectrum Customer Service. Am pleased with the new device. Did like the convenience of using the UPS store to return the trade-in devices - was quick and painless. Appreciated the help received at the UPS store to send them back, they were very helpful and knowledgeable and received a receipt with tracking number. Were notified when they were received.

Great response and shipping even during the Christmas holidays. The process was very easy. Just a couple of clicks and approved for a replacement phone. Received an UPS tracking number within one working day. Phone was delivered and was very easy to set up due to the set of instructions that was provided. Also a return box was included. All I had to do was wipe the phone and cleared all my data from it. Place in box and mail it back.

I would highly recommend the assurance. I would highly Ed five's purchasing the Assurant protection plan for your device. We've used it multiple times and they've always taken really good care of us. They've always repaired our devices quickly or replace them as soon as they can. Sometimes it takes a little longer, just simply based on how new the devices are.

I had to go to Metro and the Young Lady in store was Phenomenal! Online they put My info on the wrong phone. She took care of Everything and was absolutely gracious and kind for as busy as She was! Great Experience and Super Easy to get things done. Claims process isn't a typical situation with lots of forms required so extremely easy. The item came in three business days so I wish that part was faster. Overall a great experience from start to finish but it could be faster for instant gratification.

Was pleased that the Insurance replaced my phone after a screen damage and the return was simple and easy. Will continue to use the replacement until I can get an upgrade to the product when time allows. So far the change to the replacement has been an easy transition and when I have the opportunity, am anxious to compare the photo quality.

It was a very simple process to receive the phone, take to the store and have service transferred and then mail the trade in phone back. Now I am in the process of waiting on the money from the trade in which should take no more than 24 hours. Switching to Spectrum from Verizon has been very simple and less costly.

My phone had developed a variety of operational issues and had become nearly unusable after 5 years of use. I contacted Assurant and was able to speak with representatives on the phone. Within a day I had a replacement phone. This is the best experience I've ever had with this sort of policy!

360 Protection is really worth it. It covers you with a small deductible if recommended. I love it. My device was to me in 2 days. I was surprised with the holidays approaching but they really came through. You would not be disappointed. If you do not already have it go get it. It is a must!

The only complaint I have is I wish they would have told me in the beginning to file a claim when I first called T-Mobile when I dropped my phone in water and then it cracked the screen because it was about 10 to 14 days from start to finish for this whole process.

Assurant is a great claims department but I was Greatly Disappointed the last two times due to y'all sending me the wrong Devices. Since I've started using Galaxy Samsung Products I use them across the board, my cell phone and my tablet. I wanted My pics synced together with Samsung. I can't do that with a Revvl. Check my records! I had a Samsung Galaxy TabS1 first. When that one broke, y'all sent me a Samsung Galaxy TabS4. When that one broke y'all sent me another TabS4 with a stylus pen. When that one broke, that's when y'all sent the 1st Revvl. I should've sent right back to y'all but I tried it out 'til the screen just went black on me. Now I have this 2nd Revvl but I want another Samsung Galaxy Tablet!!!!

Customer service with Spectrum was the easiest and reliable trade in I'd ever encountered. It was awesome. Fast, friendly, and efficient. My old phone to an new upgrade phone was a fair trade in. Spectrum mobile service is the best company out there. Old phone was a Galaxy A12 to upgrade Google Pixel 9 pro was a steal.

Very easy to log on to the T-Life app and follow the instructions for an insurance claim. Took about 10 minutes and the deductible was even less than I thought it would! Replacement took about 10-ish days to get here, but to be fair, Christmas was in the middle of it.

The ease of filing a claim and actually receiving the replacement device is actually surprisingly fast and very convenient! Even through the holiday madness going on (Christmas and now New Year's) I was able to receive replacement device faster than it would have taken me to go in store with my busy schedule! Which entails being a father of 4, working 2 jobs!..Peace of mind knowing I have the protection is why I still continue to have the assurance I need with Assurant! Thank you so much!

A bad device should never be sent to a customer. I was unable to start the device. It kept asking for me to insert the sim card, even after I inserted the sim card. The T-mobile rep at the t mobile store said that the phone is in airplane mode.

I received my replacement quickly and as stated. However, I did not receive a charger or earbuds or any information, such as a booklet on the phone. This is a different phone from what I had. I called to request a charger. The representative went out of his way to assist me. Your policy is to NOT include a charger. I can barely afford my phone bill, but have been a loyal customer for appx 25 years. I got my kids and friends to all use Tmobile, I always pay my bill, including my insurance. If I need anything to operate my phone it should be included with the replacement. This phone is great, but I am borrowing a charger and That's not right. I live on a very tight budget, and pay my bills. Please look at your policy

Replacement phone, I'm happy that I have my replacement phone, it took me three weeks to get my replacement phone, but I had to call to found out what is the status on my phone which I had on a Friday on the week after Thanksgiving, I spoke to a sales rep about the issues on the matter & should not to call the issue.

It is good to know that there is a process that allows for easy accessibility for filing a claim for your cell phone. One of our family plan phones stopped working and we had to file a claim. I love the customer assistance. Thank you very much. The beginning of January 2024 was the first time ever I got phone insurance and I'm so glad I did that. My phone actually got stolen. I was able to get a new phone the very next day sent in the mail. I was also able to get back my stolen phone the very next day by tracing it with my new phone that came in the mail and I sent my old phone back to the insurance company and I kept the new one. Good service, but no charger was included. Another point is that the cost to get replacement is high ($250). When I received the device it was locked but customer service was able to help get it unlocked for other networks since I made all required payment for the device.

I had a problem with Assurant about 6 yrs. ago when I had mobile service with Sprint, but since I've been with Spectrum the services from Assurant have been much better. I had a lot of issues with Sprint, so I don't feel that Assurant had too much to do with the problems I had.

I would like to know that once my return device was scanned, you could notify me. I have had returned phones not being received, even though they were scanned at the shipper. So, I didn't receive the credit for the return. The return process should be more secure no matter what carrier is used.

Everything was great. It was very simple to do. Took care of it within a few minutes. Next day the phone arrived, and I just mailed it back the broken one. I don’t know what else to say. There’s nothing else that could make it simpler or easier to do. I forgot about the $99 deductible. Maybe you should explain to the T-Mobile people that to remind me about the 99 deductible if they wanted me to upgrade instead of replacing.

I had left my phone on the hood of my vehicle. While driving in heavy traffic on the highway the phone fell off the hood into traffic. Since it was a highway with heavy traffic, I was unable to retrieve the phone and had to file a claim for a replacement. Unknowingly my phone fell out of my golf cart on a main road and it got run over. Someone on a bicycle found it and with FIND MY, I found it. Immediately started the replacement process and within 24 hours, I got a brand new phone - not a refurbished phone. [; Can’t complain about that! We’ve been paying for insurance for our iPhone 12 minis since 2020 and are relieved we didn’t cancel the insurance plan which we were talking about doing just a month ago. Everything was great other than the instructions telling me to first of all erase my existing phone. I needed a working phone to complete the process on the new phone. Also I am not sure that the battery is as powerful as the OEM, but maybe it is. Can't be sure about that. It seems to drain faster. But the phone says it is 100%.

I had started with a nasty experience with service representative from the W. Granville store. Her name was Tiffany and she treated me like I did not know what I was talking about. All I wanted was to change out my damaged phone for a new one and transfer all my data to the new phone. She acted like it could not be done and spoke to me horribly which resulted in a back and forth heated argument. Alivia chimed right in, offered to help and did. She corrected the situation by listening and doing exactly what I had tried to explain to the other lady. It resulted in me having a new phone with all of my data. My experience was great once the claim was filed. We received the phone fast. Little wait time and tracking mechanism was great! If we didn’t have insurance we would of had to buy a brand new phone which costed several 100.00 more than what we paid for. So the insurance was highly cost effective and worth every penny. My phone got wet during a storm and it only took a couple minutes to request a claim. I contacted Google through chat customer service and they sent me the link to place the claim. The delivery of the new phone was fast. My only concern is that the delivery was scheduled for the morning and it arrived while I wasn't home and I couldn't contact FedEx to ask how much it would take. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Only issue I have is I have to shell out $40.00 for a new screen protector. Wished that was covered with the insurance but was advised it is a new phone that I have to pay for it. Maybe next time have that as covered by the insurance so I don't have to pay for the new protector.

I damaged my phone and went 2 days with trying to use it even though only half of the screen was functioning. Once I finally filed my claim the new replacement was in my hands within 2 days. It was a smooth process. The only thing that I needed more information was on how to properly transfer all data that's not automatically transferred. Like embedded data in the phone's memory bank.

I got my replacement phone in one day and I went to T-Mobile and they help me get everything from the old phone to the new one. It's stressful enough when you have to change everything over but their help was great. You need insurance for your phone so something happens you know you'll be taken care of.

I got the phone the next morning. It was seamless. However, when I went to set up the new phone I accidentally fat fingered the new password, and locked the phone. The only people that could help was the people at the Apple Store. Not our actual phone carriers. Which is frustrating:

If I based how I felt about T-Mobile based off your Des Moines location I would not be a T-Mobile customer service person. Also a "Supervisor" I spoke to basically said she would be happy to cancel my service since I wasn't happy. The absolute only reason I am giving a 5 is because of the in office care I received at a local branch in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

I believe that I shouldn't have had to pay anything. My screen went out and was replaced through a certified store that you guys provided. They fixed my screen but broke the back of my phone so I could no longer use the network unless I was home connected to wifi. The service provider was at fault, not me.

It went OK in my opinion. Would have thought I would have received a newer model than what was delivered. Just to ensure longevity for part replacement in future if needed. The people I spoke to on the phone about getting my SIM to work all told me different things. "Keep your original SIM and put it in the new phone. It's easier since it's already been activated in the past" or do the opposite. I do think it could have been a bit simpler. The box info should say (if it doesn't already, I don't recall) that you should call on another device so you don't get disconnected mid-call and note that you may have to go into your settings if somehow your carrier's texts are blocked since you need a 6 digit code. But overall I'm happy with the ease and speed of things.

The Assurant cell phone insurance is the biggest scam I have ever seen by two legitimate companies. T-Mobile offers you coverage, as provided by Assurant, but neither company will tell you just who gets the fees (identified as Services on the bill) you pay on a monthly basis. When I reported an issue with my cell phone display (Google Pixel 6 Pro), it took several calls to determine the telephone had physical damage. Actually, I took my cell phone to an Assurant competitor and they told me it had physical damage and it should be covered with Assurant. Several telephone calls later, Assurant finally acknowledge the physical damage and informed me of the deductible.
A few calls later they said they couldn't fix it and offered for me to send my Google phone in and they would send me a Samsung phone as a replacement. Even after mentioning that when I take my car (let's say a Ford) into a body shop, my expectations is to get a Ford back. The best they could offer was the replacement as an option.
I ended up spending $321.10 at the competitor's authorized vendor to get my screen fixed. DO you think Assurant has offered to accept this charge? Not a peep.Every time you talk to one of their customer service representatives, they say the same thing over and over and try to explain getting a different make of a car is what I am paying for in the Services charge. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER ASSURANT - Save your MONEY and sanity.

Good, worry free replacement. There is no need for me to be concerned about my phone. Insuring it when purchased is good and a safe care free replacement. Unfortunately I have used the insurance twice. Knowing how many phones I have came across, (2) times is nothing. I will always know my phone is insured by using Assurant.

Very patient and understanding. My device was outdated so the concern was what to send as a replacement. The first agent was on and off line with me for 45 minutes. He would ask if I was still there and explain what was going on. In the end he told me I would hear back in 24 hours. The second agent also explained that there was a concern about the fact that my Google was a 3A and that was no longer available. She shared that I would be hearing soon. As predicted I heard shortly after that they were indeed sending me an upgraded replacement for the deduction payment. I have sent back my phone in the required packaging and am enjoying my new phone greatly.

I believe this was my third claim for the same tablet. The first time was a little tricky because I attempted to file the claim at a T-Mobile store. Which was the wrong process. My grandson is happy now he received his replacement tablet so fast. The process was quick and simple. I processed the claim online, which made it even easier. The shipping dates were changing which was frustrating but ultimately it arrived within a few days instead of overnight. I also think there should be a pickup option so that customers can receive their replacement if they don't have a secure shipping address. Ultimately the replacement works well and the rest of the return went smoothly on our end.

Overall, the experience was quite good. I was able to apply for a repair/replacement relatively easily on-line, although I would have preferred to have access to a phone call as some things were not so easy for me. Once I received the phone, I had difficulty transferring data and setting up apps - I am still having one or two problems - and it is not obvious how I can get help. But, the phone works.

I took the device to my local Apple Store to have them transfer my data and everything. I didn't have faith I could do it correctly myself. I am a film major and had a lot of images/clips that I needed to have saved. The return label was damaged. I had to pay an additional $13 for a new label to be printed. I also wasn't sure if I had to go to UPS or USPS. The instructions could have been a little clearer. Overall an extremely positive experience. Thank you for making this easy during finals week!

Great customer service, there was no hassle at all. I did not have to hold for long before I was answered and spoke with a representative. The entire call did not last more than 30 minutes to have everything processed. I called before 5 pm and was informed that my device will be out for shipping the next business day and I received my device in less than 5 business days.

My experience was surprisingly good. I anticipated this was going to be a hassle, but it was pleasantly a smooth experience. Highly recommend having insurance. Your damaged phone will need to be send back to avoid replacement costs. The phone was destroyed in a work accident- completely able to be fixed. The phone still had to be sent back to avoid being charged full price for the replacement phone and shipping costs. Otherwise, the representative was responsive, hassle-free and prompt with the claim.

Assurant was easy and quick. Good process for claim and replacement. T-Mobile staff assisted me for the find my iPhone turn off, but otherwise, all good service. I received my replacement in about 2 days. A return box was included with postage and seal. I wrapped it up and took it to my USPS local station.

Filing my claim was super easy fast and I received my replacement phone in a great amount of time. The only thing that I would improve about my experience is the Return instructions being a little bit more detail, and there should be a way to track the damage device once a customer mails it back to Assurant. I Return my damaged device by mail 24 hours before it was due and now I am receiving emails that it still has not been received by you.

All went exactly as planned... Great program, Apple, and it actually extended the value of my existing phone to where the decision to purchase a much newer model was a no-brainer! Using Assurant insurance process was easy. Was disappointed I couldn't just get a screen replacement as closest authorized repair center was a Batteries Plus 2 hours away in the Bay Area. I have a Batteries Plus in my city but they didn't have the parts available to do the replacement. Had to send phone in instead. New phone arrived next day which was great but new phone seems to not always register taps and touches on certain parts of the screen. Just something I have to pay attention to and get used to.

Tech advisor instructed to insert existing sim card (active Xfinity account). I had already performed a complete data transfer independent of the Mobile sim. I inserted the sim correctly yet could not connect to the Mobile network, nor could I call back to the advisor. I then proceeded to the Xfinity store for the resolution.

Other than not receiving the tool to take out my old SIM card, the experience was easy, worry-free and I received my replacement device in a timely manner. I was really worried that I would not have my claim approved because of the amount of time that passed between the date of damage and the date of my claim. From the time that I filed a claim, it took 3 days to receive the device and another 3 days to get my service restored to the new phone. I had no success following the instructions with the package, and over the next two days I made several contacts to the Xfinity Mobile customer service and they could not get the device activated. Finally, I had someone drive me an Xfinity location and it was there that I finally got restored service.

I cracked the fold screen. I went to the T-Mobile store, the clerk explained what we needed to do. He did everything right there. The clerk was very helpful with the transaction. I made my deductible payment of $199 there at the store. Two days later, I received my new phone. So easy!

Don't ask people to use the old phone and information off it to help activate the new phone when clearly their old one is broken so they can't use it because if they could they wouldn't be asking for a replacement. Also, think of a way for people's information to be sent directly to the new phone even if the old phone is not able to get into.

Returned the replacement phone as it was discovered that my original phone was not damaged, just the plastic protector. Sent it back; still waiting for credit of the deductible. Haven’t heard a word since returning it last week.

My experience was good, and when I called the person I spoke with was very friendly and courteous.. They explained what I needed to do to get my claim approved. It was nice to speak with someone and they walked me through the process, which made it a lot easier. When I did receive my replacement phone, there was instructions how to send my damaged phone back.

I activated the replacement with the SIM card it arrived with. You did everything in your power to make it work, even talked to T-Mobile about it. Without attitude, doubts or conflicts you opted to replace it immediately. But I opted to go to T-Mobile office and get a new SIM card. Phone worked fine then. Another replacement was NOT needed.

My daughter dropped her phone and half of the screen stopped working. We ran out to T-Mobile and they recommended filing a claim since we had the insurance. I went home. Logged into my account and filed the claim. It was very simple to complete. My daughter's replacement phone showed up a day later. The process was easy and efficient.

Placing the claim & receiving the replacement device was very simple. The device that they sent had a declining battery performance percentage thus will need to be replaced sooner rather than later. Otherwise the claim process was an overall great experience, thankful to have the coverage to be able to assist with replacing the broken device!

I think it needs to be the customer's choice how the trade-in amount is applied to the account. In submitting the device the trading device I did not speak of the camera being shattered with the representative because I just completely forgot . But I understand and I think it's fair with the adjustment was with the trade in . Thank you.

My son left his phone in the back yard and it was damaged. Prior to that however we noticed the battery wasn’t lasting long and the microphone was difficult to hear calls on. We put in a claim which was very simple online. They mailed us a box with the new watch, walked thru the guided instructions and returned the old watch in the same box with no issues. There was a $10 incident charge and that was it! Very pleased with the seamless process.

My claim was taken care of quickly, I got my phone the next day. Amazing service. Thank you for everything. Getting notifications for every action taken all the way to delivery eased my anxiety. Not good sending me the wrong device and my bill should be prorated because of not having my phone. Because it’s going on three weeks of not have my phone and use my phone for my job so I can work so I’ve lost out my money at my job. So things need to be fixed.

My experience was great. I'm glad that it was so easy to apply. You guys do a very good job at what you do. Keep up the good work and thank you for my device and the 360 protection plan... Was very easy and very helpful with my job. I'm glad that I have got it. Other than that I would still be working with a broken down phone and you guys have great service. As to break a bill down I'm glad that you guys have that option also. Other than that you guys are great when it comes to a mobile carrier.

Service in store and online was exceptional, the replacement phone was delivered in an excellent and timely manner. Replacement phone was on the better side of poor but will work as needed until I see fit to upgrade. Will keep using Assurant 360 protection for future electronics. The process was fast and simple. Thanks so much for the easy replacement and quick shipping process. I just wasn't sure if I needed the replacement Sim or how to ship the damaged device. Maybe put more of a step by step card in the box. Either way no big deal and I already recommended other people get T-mobile.

On Thanksgiving Day, I got my phone wet and didn’t act up till Friday. I made the claim Friday and they shipped the new phone that got to me by next Tuesday. It was great and the new phone works even better because of the new refurbished battery. Money well spent.

It was easy and quick to do the claim, but took extra time to ship it and too expensive for such a low brand phone. I don't think I should have had to pay $50 for a crappy phone plus having to pay the $15+ a month to keep the protection 360.
