This phone is the worst phone I've ever had in my life. I just got this new one and it's already giving me problems. It's not fair. I'm not paying another sixty dollar deductible for a piece of junk phone. You should make better phones. This one really sucks. And it's not fair that I would have to pay another deductible to get another when this phone is a pile of junk and should be remove from your business.

Everything was good. The speed was excellent... However I did have to sign for it but was not home... So I had to contact a neighbor while the delivery company waited for me to tell him where to go... The delivery person stated to get impatient and almost walked away...

The process of replacing and recovering old data from my phone and transferring to the new one was not explained very well from T-Mobile or Apple. I had forgotten my iCloud password and didn't have access. I waited over a week to get my phone to the place where I could transfer info and install apps.

Had several phones replaced and each time it has been a fairly seamless experience. This last time the process took a bit longer, no fault of Assurant, Apple had to step in to help with lost passwords and unlocking phone due to camera damage, hence, the 10-day return, with weekends, made it difficult to return on time. Thank you!

Easy peasy process, simple rules declared understood, the only thing different if you offered for the customer to pay extra for overnight shipping that would be the best. Cause as if you did like the job. It was better itself than the rest. I will always be 1 even without you.

The representative helped me activate my replacement phone and since I've been a customer for over 5 years the activation fee was waived. They also helped me save money on my current plan turns out I was paying too much for service. The associate stayed on the phone and made sure my replacement phone was working.

Only thing different to improve is to get a more detailed information for transferring data from phone to phone. A SIM card came with it but after installing, realized I had an eSIM and didn’t need it. The QR code wasn’t very helpful. Other than that, I think you all did a fantastic job.

Very pleased with my experience. Have only used twice, answer phones promptly and was able to understand the person and they took care of my issues. Very happy with quick shipping of replacement product. People were also very nice on the phone. I was Very happy with transaction and would recommend to everyone.

I have no subject to discuss. I was pretty satisfied with my service. As I stated earlier, The biggest issue that I had was having to pay an additional 25 dollars to reactivate my service. That fee should be paid or waved. Other than that I have no complaints about the service I have received. I'm satisfied with the service and I will be continuing to use it in the future.

This is my second time going through Assurant phone insurance and both times were smooth-sailing. I received my replacement device faster than I anticipated and the performance of the device is phenomenal. Assurant has made it very easy to get my device fixed both times it has broken down & for that, I am appreciative! Assurant has saved me so much money because instead of me spending the money on a brand new phone, I paid $0 to get my device fixed both times. Thank you Assurant for being so easy-going and always willing to help!

My experience was pretty easy, I would recommend to my friends and family. From putting a replacement claim, to setting up the new replacement phone. Doing it online was easy since the instructions were there. I loved the whole experience. The customer service person was very nice and explained to me what the process would look like. As a small business owner, having a broken phone take 3-5 days for approval is a long time. Overnight replacement could be done. Faster review and processing via a 24 hr. Services line for fast filing and processing for businesses. Just a suggestion.

It was very easy to get a replacement phone. It is definitely worth having this insurance. I filed a claim and the next day had a replacement phone. Followed the instructions and sent the broke phone back in. There were absolutely no problems with the process. Highly recommended everyone to get the insurance.

The $99 fee should have been covered with the monthly insurance coverage fees that I have paid for over two years. I'm not understanding why we pay the coverage and still have to pay again when the phone needs to be replaced. I believe that paying for over two years should have counted for something. Had this been a second replacement then I would understand or if I had only had the phone for less than a year then maybe. I believe the good customers shouldn't have better incentives.

The process was easy and so fast. The phone was sent to my local post office and it took my s I'll me to one to find that out. I'm the meantime I contacted you and got a notification that you sent another phone. I sent an email right away but was notified the second phone had been shipped. I haven't received another phone but a charge was placed on my Visa card. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I am completely satisfied with the process of replacing my stolen device. The device that I received was for my mother-in-law. Her phone was stolen out of her room and the nursing home that she was staying at so she had no way of contact with the outside world. I received the device replacement quickly and was able to bring it to her and she has completely satisfied.

My device was giving me network problems and after going to the store and trying 3 times they told me it's probably something physical broken inside. I started a claim and received a new device in just a few days, the return instructions where super simple and easy to do. Worth the money I spend on the insurance.

Arrived fast and the process was good. The reactivation was a little hard. Still trying to figure out why it looks like I got messages in my message app. Just blank bars that fade in and out. Didn't have them on my previous device. But overall, the insurance process was easy.

My Pixel 8 was replaced with a Pixel 9. While I am ecstatic I get to learn this new phone I would like to not have my data transferred. But, there's a solution for that, no skin lost. The new model Pixel is extremely sleek. Like, almost too gaudy to not have a case because it is slippery to hold.

Getting the replacement device was extremely speedy! Working through the updates/phone resets and getting it set up with the transfer info was a bit tedious and confusing but after an hour---we were all good!! The representative on the chat feature was helpful, patient, and specific with what steps to follow.

Quick replacement of broken phone under the 360 warranty program and the deductible was reasonable and then received great service in the store from the employee helping me switch all my information and helping me set up some new settings that I hadn't used yet and didn't understand. A great experience with T-Mobile all around. And will definitely be keeping my cellphone service with them.

Took too long to process the replacement. I had to fill out forms and send it back. Didn’t make any sense. I am a Tier 2 and should of paid 129.00. I had to pay 180.00. You all don’t go by the tier level. You all need to make the process easier.

My phone was damaged and instead of casting about I knew I had 360° in good standing so I gave them a call. I answered some questions and I submitted it. It was processed that day and my device was shipped and I received it THE NEXT DAY!!! By getting the claim filed before 1500 it was handled in its entirety. The next day I got my brand new phone and a self addressed brown box. I ported my info from the damaged device over to the new one fairly easy but this process was time consuming. I sealed the box with tape, wrote my info in the return address spot on the label (top left) and put it in the mailbox.

My experience was great. It was terrible to go without a phone but it seemed pretty simple. I paid the fee, the insurance claim and it seemed like the very next day I had my new phone. This experience filing was simple and the only hiccup was that there were no instructions on how to transfer the SIM card and the SIM card sent with the new device meant nothing. So, I went to T-Mobile to get their assistance with physically transferring the SIM card into the new device.

I had a problem with the camera on my Pixel 6 and sent support a couple of samples via email to tech support. They suggested a replacement, which took only a couple days to arrive, at which point I just needed to swap SIM card and set it up under my account. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated and my replacement phone is working great!

Overall switching my old phone to my replacement phone it wasn't a big deal or problem as long you have a friend or family around as I did. It was back and running in 20 minutes with everything back to normal. Everything that was on my phone was on my replacement phone with my old SIM card which they send you a new one but I used my old SIM card so I would keep my old set up?

My phone was expedited overnight. That was great service. Customer service was very good and very nice. When I received my phone they me get it back on correctly. Process was seamless, fast. My issue is after I got a text about my insurance was cancelled, follow this link. It didn't work, so I have no idea or information of what is going on. That part is broken, fix it. If the link worked, I would know what's going on. I don't have time to go back and forth.

Cloning new phone took a really long time. Maybe it was issues with the internet. I finally got it finished when I got home. I love tmobile services and the phone look as well as the price of monthly plan. I'm totally interested in the webcam.

Everything was fast and easy to complete, my only issue were some fees tacked onto the the deductible, I was told it would $93 and I ended up being $105. And I was only given 10 days from the start to complete the claim, I don't think it's long enough time especially if you have to try and come up with the money.

DO NOT PAY FOR ASSURANT! Paying stupid insurance for years. Quite literally thousands of dollars. Should be $0 to fix screen. *T-Mobile employee said it was easily fixed but I would have to fight them to do it*. And Assurant denied free repairs *Note lawsuits from repair vendors*. But approved replacement for me to pay an additional $50 more for deductible. And NOW I'm being blackmailed into sending MY phone, that I PAID FOR, to them!? Or else pay more, TO KEEP MY OWN PHONE THAT I PAID FOR! This is not ok. Greed, plain and simple. Assurant is a scam and T-Mobile backs them. Don't believe for one minute that T-Mobile doesn't get a cut of the $ action from Assurant. DON'T NOT PAY FOR THE INSURANCE. Save the money for yourself, not them! So flipping sick of corporate greed. 😡

Broke like my 100th phone at my backcountry job. Replacement ordering was smooth, it arrived quickly. Setting it up was pretty smooth as well, but it always had some kind of hiccup. Thankfully my phone screen still worked but I had to use wifi to finish my setup so I had to drive to the library in town cause I don't live in town in the summer. Long story short. Got it ironed out. I hate phone troubles.

The process was very easy and I received my new phone in less than 24 hours. Was completely satisfied with the process, though I did think the deductible was high for as much as we pay every month for the insurance. Hopefully I never need the service again, but they made everything very easy.

Too many issues returning the phone and no assistance from the Metro store in Pasadena, CA on Los Robles. Cash register guy was rude and the CSR to receive the phone was impossible and it was very frustrating to not talk to a live person to avoid all that I went thru to get my son phone replaced.

The screen cracked along the fold of the phone, on my Galaxy Z Flip 3, again. This is the second replacement phone, that required replacement due to a screen durability issue/early onset screen failure. It was originally claimed +1,700 flips open & flips closed, on the original screen for this phone. But I've had 5 of these phones now. The first 2 were accidents & completely my own fault, as well as occurring during the time frame when I didn't have the insurance on my phone. After that, I've had 3 including this current replacement. But the first 2 replacement phones from your company, died the same way: The main screens both cracked along the fold. There was no outer damage that caused it. It was simply a weaker screen material than what Samsung used originally.

There always seems to be a communication problem with the operators. Neither don't understand or not sure what they're doing. It takes far too long to get to the hands of somebody who knows what's going on. And to get to a supervisors like pulling teeth. They do everything they can to keep you from getting into a supervisor or somebody who has a little more knowledge and speaks a little better than they do. I'm not a bigot, are in any way. Upset that the they have to earn looking to.

It was quick and easy. Shipping was fast. Claim response was fast. Only thing is if you are going to upgrade the phone could you send the make and model thru the claim accept. email but other than that. It was a great experience. And send a message that you have received my old phone. But like I said this was a easy transition. And I'm loving my upgraded phone.

My daughter had her phone stolen and I was able to report it stolen, and have it replaced within a few days. I feel like it would be helpful if the $250 would have the option to spread it out over a few payments. It's a lot out of pocket when you aren't prepared for it!

My grandson misplaced his phone and though we searched thoroughly, it was never found. I called Spectrum to see if they could track the lost phone but sadly they don't have that capability. I highly recommend anyone to have protection for your phone. As my phone could not be repaired it was replaced with no cost. Having protection coverage is worth the small cost. It was amazing how fast the new phone was shipped over night. I bought it in to my internet provider so they could transfer all my data from my old phone to the the new phone. It all went well again at no cost.

It leads me to say that replacement phone is a subpar refurbished phone. Don't particularly mind refurbish but charging issue is an issue. Also, had to purchase new charger.

Getting a replacement & it shipped was so quick and easy. It only took 1 day. Setting up the phone was a little harder than I thought it would be but figured it out. Customer service was no help to me at all but I eventually figured it out on my own. There was an issue where I needed the phone shipped to a different address after it was received at FedEx but they made it work.

I found my phone. I called to have a reverse and that was approved. I'm waiting for my refund and have my claim removed from my record. I spoke to an agent today and they said that they are working on refunding me my full amount of $53. Also, I told him I one of my claim reverse and put back on my account.

Everything went great and whoever I talked to on the chat was very helpful. He finished my application for me. Because my address was wrong for some reason and then he also finished the rest of the application for me. Then something went wrong. It crashed. I couldn't see my text. Last thing I saw was yes verifying my card but I couldn't tell if it actually went through and had to open a new chat window to find out if it had actually been processed and you know I was going to run late so otherwise if I wouldn't have been as much of a problem.

Refurbished phone replacement. When sending refurbished phones out I believe that when it comes to your system analysis team I think that they should run at least three or four diagnostic tests before sending the phones out to make sure there's no glitches inside of the system software. When I work for Apple I had to do it a good six times before we said, "Okay this is good. We can send it." There's a few glitches inside of the software on this phone but it's nothing I can't handle but I think that in order to give a great phone to somebody especially when that's been refurbished and remanufactured that it should be checked a couple a couple of times at least.

Also adding link on T-Mobile website instead of a phone number will help. The Assurant rep was very helpful when I called the number. This is because there is no notification that leads one to understand when to advance to payment versus leaving the claim thinking the replacement process is initiated. You guys sent the phone amazingly but Apple did not help. I give them a zero for assistance in changing my iCloud over. What’s the point of a new phone if you can’t get in your iCloud to transfer info. Maybe you guys can get some access to help reset iCloud so we don’t have to use others.

I always had AppleCare but I guess I forgot to renew, luckily T-Mobile worked with me and I was able to add insurance through them. Website is friendly user. My claim was approved right away and my phone arrived next day. With Apple nowadays it takes forever even if you do express replacement and if you are not home they will not leave your package!

I am very happy that I paid extra for the preferred plan. I hadn't had my device a year before the battery started being faulty and that investment was hugely beneficial in getting a replacement sent. It was replaced by the Metro office in Ft Myers. The CSR Samantha was extremely helpful. She advised me that I had insurance and only had to pay the $50 deductible and the new phone would be delivered to my home shortly. I was happy to see that she informed me that I had that insurance because it saved me over $80. That's important when you're on fixed income. My son's tablet was lost. I filed a claim to replace it. I was sent a bigger, and I assume, updated version of his former device. It arrived within 2 days. The confusing thing is that they still sent instructions to send the former device back or be charged for the full price of the replacement.

Cellphone received was used and the battery don't last long and we are not happy at all with the replacement phone received. I really want to see if I can get another phone with better battery life or an upgrade because is really frustration charge the phone twice or three time a day. I had an event that cause a total damaged of my phone. I immediately contacted the Assurant insurance provider. I spoke with one of their representative, she was able to help me and even explained the contract agreement that I have with the Assurant company. Everything went well. The phone is fine. I just don’t understand why the high deductible. My car deductible isn’t even that high. I could have found a phone anywhere for that deductible and possibly even got an iPhone 14 or 15 for that $400.00 deductible. Seems a little unfair, should at least been able to get an upgrade to a 14 or 15 for that deductible. Just saying!

I didn't encounter any issues with my replacement device. I am completely satisfied with the device which arrived in a fast, timely manner. Once I received my replacement device, it came with instructions how to set-up. The setup process was quick and easy and I'm completely satisfied with my replacement device.

After trying to do it online, I found I couldn't go back and make any edits and I was able to get the option I wanted so for that I give the online function poor rating. When I called, it was handled with professionalism, and a happy and understanding and polite person who handled everything in just a few mins.

Easy to use and got an answer in a timely manner. Device was sent out and recieved, easy to turn on and get everything transferred to the new one. Return package is included and do not have to add anything else because it's everything there and available for you to send out.

For the most part I was very satisfied. I had to go through several people before I got to the right one. There must be an easier way to reach the person you want to speak to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Associates all seemed to want to help to get me to the correct person.. You need to review the step involved for the phone help.

My son's phone was stolen. Filling my claim was easy and quick. It took less than ten minutes to complete, and I received an answer right away. We got a replacement phone in less than a week and the package included instructions as to what to do next. This is my 2nd replacement phone.

My phone was dropped an broken in a dramatic and tragic accident. 🥲 (I really just dropped it and it hit a table gosh darn it.) Assurant made the claim easy peasy and the deductible was reasonable. New phone sent and received within 3 days. Woohoo! I'm very happy with how the process was precise, guided, and streamlined. Only thing is that I'll miss some things that were on my other device.
Oh no—sounds like that phone took a dramatic dive worthy of a slow-motion replay! The ol’ “table sneak attack”—classic! It’s always tough saying goodbye to a device that’s been through so much—photos, messages, and all those little digital memories. But we're glad to hear the process was smooth, the deductible felt fair, and the new device arrived faster than a plot twist. It took a few tries to get it fixed because there was an attached number, but got it replaced. I was satisfied with the replacement and timely manner of the new phone. Another happy child has her lifeline back, a 17 yr old and no phone is the end of the world, so I really appreciate all the help I received. I would recommend all parents get insurance. It was a matter of replacement or upgrade for a good price. This survey took more time than getting the phone replaced

Everything was perfect. The amount of time was good. They made it easy for me by giving me a good set of directions. The cost of 100.00 was not a bad amount. The returning of the broken phone was also easy. I will be able to tell other people that this was a fair and reliable way.

My experience was nice and smooth. No issues during the process. If I were to write anything not positive it would have to be the amount of time you have to return old device. Due to my schedule I was cutting it close to 10 days, almost getting the extra fee.

I only had to pay $100 through my insurance to replace my phone, which is so little compared to what the phone is worth and very affordable.

Screen broke after 2 days win new phone it had a screen saver on it that they received. It a case on it. It wasn't dropped. I opened it probably 20. The screen started cracking. Great service, the time that it took the received phone was great. But the device was garbage

My replacement was delayed by a week because I did not expect the reverify email. During my support call I had already verify my shipping address, so I did not check my for 3, 4 days because I was sick. And I was expecting my phone to arrive on the day that given by the customer support rep.

I went to replace my screen protector and realized the back of my phone was cracked and couldn't get a new screen with its condition. Asked for a replacement and they went through all the steps and handled everything quickly and professionally. Delivery was quick and painless. Experience was great! Easy to file claim and received replacement phone quickly. I knew exactly what was going on and when. The deductible wasn’t that bad considering the age and type of phone being replaced. Only problem was getting the replacement phone set up and had to contact Spectrum over a separate phone. The QR code nor website worked to activate. The replacement phone looks perfect and brand new. It is working just fine. Will continue to get protection on all my new phones going forward.

Aggravation of experience with phone found for replacement & being sent OVERNIGHT, only to be sent a msg 2 days later saying it wasn't sent. Mixed msgs re: HOW to replace, ie: buy any phone, has to be Spectrum phone, msgs sent to phone that was LOST/STOLEN with codes, etc.

The process of filing the claim is easy and get approved instantly. Basically just filing out the information on phone and what happen to the phone and it'll tell you the result right away (I assume). I received the Fedex tracking on the same day and got my new phone the next day, which is relatively sooner than I expected so I don't have to wait with not having phone. I feel it is worth it to purchase the insurance plan on my phone because of its ease and speed when something really happens.

I had to replace one of my phones, which I received in a timely manner. I was able to use it right away. I was just disappointed I was unable to get my photos transferred. I just wish that my phone bill would be added with my cable bill. I should only get one bill for everything.

It was so easy to get the replacement device. No really long hold time, didn't have to go into the phone store. It came in 24 hours. Was easy to get everything switched over to the other phone, shipping the damaged one was very easy. They provided a box and a label. Any post office will take it.

The process to make the claim was super simple and smooth. Super easy! The phone was shipped via expedited shipping which made everything even more amazing. The new phone replacement was like new and the transfer was seamless. I did have a glitch at checkout that prevented it from taking my payment but it was my bank preventing the payment in case it was a scam. Confirmed it was me with the bank and made the payment for the claim.

So far I have had a great experience. I am having an issue currently charging my defective device. I need it to be charged enough to reset to factory settings prior to sending to Assurant. I am hoping to get it to UPS today. Assurant has been nothing but helpful and prompt.

I had the absolute worst experience dealing with them. Customer service is absolutely terrible, I was lied to by multiple employees, including a supervisor about my claim. I’m honestly so incredibly dissatisfied that I wish I could give them a 0-star review. I will definitely be saving my money on phone insurance in the future and put the money aside to just fully replace the device myself if something happens instead of dealing with this terrible company. Will not ever recommend to someone because it definitely isn’t worth the money and the company overall sucks.

Had to call to file claim due to form not having enough options. Damage was the lifting of the inside screen of fold 5. People on phone were very nice though call took about an hour due to being transferred between departments. Even got a newer version of my phone which I wasn't expecting!

My experience to replace a phone in my account was easier than I imagined. I am very grateful for the services provided. I am not tech savvy, so tracking the package was challenging for me. I may have erased the email. But the package came in a timely manner. Still the replacement was somewhat questionable if it was a different model of a phone? Time will tell.

Once I received my replacement phone, I had difficulty signing into my Samsung account. It would have been nice to have contact information to help with this. Have a free activation coupon to take into store if phone activation does not work. Had a very difficult time at the Authorized Retailer Metro by T-Mobile 905 West March Lane in Stockton, CA 95207. They wanted me to pay an activation fee (right now!) of $25 to turn on the phone after explaining what had happened and told me they could do nothing to waive the fee. I had to hire a car to pick me up and drive me to another store the saleswoman at Metro by T-Mobile 6138 Pacific Ave stockton ca 95207. Helped me stating I will get it waived because it is under insurance. Because of last contact with different store I give 5 rating.

The insurance rep didn't give me the right color phone sent to be to be replaced. You guys sent me a black S22 ultra instead of a burgundy S22 ultra. I've called to fix this issue they couldn't because the replacement phone was already sent out and I just had to take it because I had no choice.

My overall experience was excellent. Prior to returning my device, I wanted to perform a reset, and this was not provided in the instructions, so this was a negative for me. The mailing process was seamless, and setting up the new device was equally seamless. I was highly satisfied with how efficiently and effectively the entire process was handled.

Terrible company. We’ve been stuck in a loop with them saying our claim's been approved and sending us emails that the claim has been approved just to call and find out we have to wait longer. Customer service is useless as they are all foreigners and can’t help you whatsoever. They put you in a loop and give you the runaround. Worst insurance company I’ve ever worked with. They’ve asked us 14 times for the payment info they already have. Scammers.

My original phone was cracked and malfunctioning and I was able to get a somewhat similar replacement in very decent time. Sending the broken phone back was very easy as well. The new phone is in great shape and works perfectly so far.

It was overall a good experienced as the issue was resolved, but the process was a bit tedious. I went into an Apple store instead of Metro to get help with cloud back up and activation & resetting SIM. Also required representative to retrieve supervisor for further assistance in resolving the matter.

Easy to follow link to have a replacement phone in my hand within 2 days for a reasonable price! Yay! My phone was smashed and I was afraid it would be costly or require me to upgrade and I just was not ready to yet. Fantastic! I explained that my phone was ran over multiple times while I was waiting to recover it. God knows how the impact and other vehicles I didn't see smash it didn't completely wipe it out. I was expecting just a quick warranty swap, but instead I had to do the run around and jump through the warranty hoops first. I needed to go and take it in for repairs that was done greatly for the condition it was in. Unfortunately a $1,500 + phone is trash if all the functions don't work properly. Then after receiving it back, still damaged, I need to pay for a replacement to be sent to me. Which also came damaged. Then after that I needed to wait for a phone to be sent to my carrier's store, and I got turned away because I didn't have a ID CARD (That is somewhere on the freeway). After waiting for my wife to pick up my newest phone, everything has been put back in to order.

The young male retailer at this location. This is the second time he has helped me, but he is very kind and very patient and very knowledgeable. He always gets the job done. I don’t think I caught his name unfortunately, but this is the location closest to my house. I’m sure when I return he will be there to help me again.

The process to submitting a claim for a device replacement was quick and easy. The replacement device also game in extremely quickly, even though the claim was placed over the weekend. The instructions for handling the shipping for the damaged device was also clear and easy to understand. I do wish that there was instructions for how to compete transfer of information from the old to the new device. That process took a lot longer to complete.

My daughter left her phone on an airplane when traveling from North Carolina to Kansas, and insurance was able to replace it during her short, one week visit. We visited the store twice- once to report it, and once to have the suspended line reactivated and start the data transfer process. Very much appreciated!

In a couple of days they send me the new phone and the phone came new. Easy enough return process, the only complaint I really have that the phone call and text process to start the return was a bit frustrating at first and took longer than really should have. And it also may make the return easier if the shipping return label could be sent with replacement device.

I had a great experience using the chat to file a claim. The customer service representative did a great job. However, when the watch came in, I was expecting a return envelope to put the old watch in to send back. I was told, if I didn't return it, I would be charged full price. I never saw any return envelope.

When I had to file a claim, it was easy and fast. Everything from placing the claim, tracking shipping, receiving the new phone, setting up the new phone and returning the old phone went smoothly. My screen was cracked. The replacement was quick and easy. Only issue I ran into was activation. It wouldn't let me activate online. The customer care center was great though, he got me up and running in under 10 minutes. New phone works great and all my apps etc transferred over easily

The process was easy and without incident and I am satisfied I received the phone within 24 hours, and it is working fine. The T-Mobile people were very helpful and the phone is in good working order. I had some difficulty re-setting some of the apps but that was not the phone's fault.

I’m so happy that Asurion got my daughter’s replacement cell phone to us so quickly. I had no issues with Assurant and getting the phone ordered and delivered. It was very easy. The man who delivered actually rang the doorbell so that I could come out and retrieve the phone. I purchased a cell phone Razr, for my sister as a Christmas gift in December 2024. Unfortunately, the screen stopped working in April 2025. We went to T-Mobile to explain our situation with the phone. I realize how important it is to insure your devices. They didn't take the time to resolve the issue. Our experience with T-Mobile's customer service was very positive. After visiting the store on Saturday to address the issue, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement Razr by Tuesday. The efficiency and effectiveness of their process truly impressed us!

Assurant made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. After losing my phone on my last night in Las Vegas, I submitted a claim when I returned home. The entire process was efficient, professional, and straightforward. Their customer service was excellent, and I had my replacement quickly. Everything was very easy. It wasn't until the next day when I was having trouble texting that I realized there was no phone service. It took me two phone calls and about two hours to get the phone connected. I don't understand why that part was so complicated. This seems like it could be much easier.

My phone was lost and stolen, was trying to track it and kept moving. Was returned to me three hours later. Process was great to report a claim but refund is taking longer than I expected, but other than the refund experience it was easy to file a claim and have the new device sent out.

The process for replacing my phone was surprisingly easy and I am very happy with my replacement device. I cracked my screen and found out that a repair with a minimal guarantee would cost over $200. I called T-Mobile, who put me through to Assurant. Customer service agents were sympathetic and helpful. There was no hassle at any point. The co-pay was $99 and my new phone arrived within one day. It seems to have a perfect battery.

It was super easy to set up and they gave me everything I needed to send it back. I was very pleased that my claim process was done so quickly and I was able to get the same type of phone that I had. It is important for someone my age to be able to operate the phone. Some phones have too many things to learn. I had my new phone a day of schedule and Maria at Metro was able to help me get everything transferred to my new phone. Had I good experience and fast response getting a replacement phone. I was is to file a claim. It was a little confusing cause the accounts in my mom's name so I did know to put mine or my mom's name on the claim cause the phone's under mine. That's the only thing that threw me off.

iPhone was accidentally dropped causing the back of phone to crack. Assurant was contacted via the Xfinity app and a claim was filed. The claim was accepted the same day. Within 24 hrs the new phone was shipped with clear instructions on reactivating it. I was very happy with the service and the easiness of filing a claim.
