    I Shattered the screen on my device. I filed a claim, paid my deductible, which was affordable, and had a replacement Nokia in less than a week. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process.     I posted a previous review of a replacement phone that I was having a problems with and disappointed. I didn't think that anything else could be done. I was contacted a Resolution Specialist who was very helpful in coming to a quick and satisfactory solution. It is worth 5 stars.

    I was having battery charging problems with my phone. I filed a claim that was approved and I received a replacement phone. I was disappointed that the replacement phone was an older model of my phone. After transferring data from my phone to the replacement phone, I had a difficult time trying to match the apps and settings on the replacement phone and some of the apps didn't work. The battery also drains faster than my phone's battery did. I called to see what could be done and the customer service representative told me to go to a dealer to confirm that the replacement phone was an older model. I did and called back to confirm it. I also sent pictures on the contact website. I was told that the representative contact me in about 24 hours by email. I didn't receive an email response after more than 24 hours so I called again to find out the status and was told my complaint was rejected and there was nothing else that could be done.

    Phone broke. Tried to make claim online. Wasn't happy with how far I had to go to get Phone fixed. Called and spoke with representative. He was nice enough but kinda pushy and didn't answer my question straightforward. I had to ask several times due to his answer of "We'll cross that bridge when we get to it" when I asked if I'd have to pay for shipping old phone back. I didn't want to commit without knowing all costs. They ended up sending me a refurbished one. I was leary because I didn't know the history of the phone or how bad it had to be fixed, but I had no choice in the matter regarding replacement. So far it's fine though.

    Overall it was a good experience. I went to my local Spectrum store and was in and out of there in less time than I expected. It just needed clearer instructions to activate new device. I couldn't activate online and had to call to get the new device activated. I tried to activate it several times online then got frustrated and called the next morning. The person that answered was very nice and helpful with my problems and fixed all of it for me.

The only slight issue was when a screen cover was ordered for my Motorola Edge phone but was not the right size and only to find out that there was not a cover made for my phone which was a little inconvenience due to second trip to be told that.     I had an excellent experience! My replacement came very quickly and I had no issues anywhere else. I am very glad I decided to get insurance on that particular phone as it gets lost quite a bit. I have insurance on my other phone which is on my T-Mobile account. I must pay extra every month for the insurance and is worth every penny.     I damaged my phone and had to file a claim. They notified me that they did not have a replacement device to send me for my damaged phone but offered me a reimbursement of $1200. I was told to buy a replacement phone and send them the receipt and they would issue me a reimbursement minus my deductible, it would take approximately 5 days. So I did everything they asked. Submitted my receipt and sent in my damaged device. It has been almost a month now since I initiated my claim & I haven't seen a dime from them. Nobody has any answers as to why I haven't gotten it or when I might receive it. Everytime that I talk to a customer service rep they say they will initiate an inquiry and it may take 5-10 business days.

    I'm so sick of this company. I'm out several 100s of dollars for a phone that I should have never had to pay for. That is the entire point of paying for insurance. Nobody there can give a straight answer. They have no idea what is going on. They just give scripted responses that are absolutely meaningless. You would be better off talking to a wall. I'm just disgusted with them.

    More info about how to back up passwords for different apps. I had to go back into all the apps and recall all passwords. The facial login feature would be nice for every app on the phone.     The claim was easier to find and file than in the past, being able to come directly from a tab in the Google store. The only thing that I dislike is that the devices are no longer shipped with their original boxes or accessories like they used to.     Did a warranty exchange on my Z Fip 5 through T-Mobile because it was overheating back in December, it's been 4 months of going back and forth with agents saying my phone never arrived. But I have proof that I shipped it out. With the weight of the package, they are now saying the packaged arrived empty undamaged. Someone stole that phone from the package and I'm getting hit with the non returned fee. It's ridiculous. Been using T-Mobile and this cellphone protection for years. Never had issues but they dropped the ball on this one!

    I have screenshot with different agents telling me different stories. Telling me that I'm not responsible for it since the package did arrive, others telling me I have to pay it. I'm not going to pay it. I sent that phone in. And this fee needs to be waived. I've been following up for 4 months doing my part. With no answers. Emailing, chatting, escalating it and no one seems to give me a correct answer. Told me the phone didn't arrive but then it did and they had it on hand, it just needed to go through some steps, they were supposed to call me back by April 10th and on April 11th my phone was disconnected due to nonpayment when I paid my regular bill on April 1st. I have screenshot to share! Now the company doesn't want to be held responsible for their negligence.     T-Mobile store personnel were great, insurance personnel were incompetent and disrespectful, warranty personnel were great, I had to pay insurance to replace my phone, after a week I contacted insurance they gave me excuses why I haven't received the phone. I called back to insurance, they gave me different excuses, I received the phone after 2 phone calls and over a week, the phone lasted about 2 weeks, I had to bring phone back to the store and they couldn't get it to work either so I had to do a warranty replacement. The store employees and warranty were great, the insurance company employees were incompetent.

Now just one week later, I have my reimbursement check and plenty of email communication follow-up (not all of it assured the same timeline Joseph did).     Very good experience, menu for navigating what kind of claim you need to file needs work. I couldn't file for the inside of my screen directly as the instructions only stated to file for the front screen only. I had to reach out to my service provider and what would typically take 5 minutes took almost half an hour. I understand there are procedures but the menu should at least allow to specify what kind of screen damage so that nothing falls on the customer as "disnohest."

    Similar to another consumer's review, the manner in which I received my replacement phone was ridiculous. Did it come fast, yes! I am grateful for that. HOWEVER, the phone arrived in a super unsecured state. Firstly, no signature was required, they simply dropped it at my door which is worrying as it could have been stolen. The phone was shipped without being placed in the bubble wrap protection which was simply thrown on top. It came in a flimsy package slip with ZERO padding. Is this how you want to send a 1k device? Further to that, they did not even include the return label so I had to call to get that and I have no means to print it and 10 days (working full time 5 days in the week) to get this back. Clearly there are quality issues at the distribution center. This is unacceptable for the high fees I have paid! I pay more for this insurance than the renters on my apartment! For some perspective.

    I have been paying $20/month for 26 months which totals 520, then add onto that the deductible of 100... 620! I could have bought a new phone for that. I could have gone to Apple and had them swap it for a new one. Instead, I get a crummy "refurbished" device sent in this manner which does not make me confident in their so called "quality standards" around refurbs. And I was right, immediately I noticed an issue with the microphone at the top (picture)...

    I am scared to even accept it, I worry there will be issues with it later on and they only warranty 60 days! I am left wondering the lesser of evils, keep my phone which is working fine outside of extensive cosmetic damage, or try out this new mystery refurbished phone which could leave me worse off and then I am stuck with it. For as much as I have paid, I should not have to make this choice. I decided to not accept it and asked for another to be sent. If this one is bad, I will have to keep my broken phone. WHAT IS THIS! I want my fees back please, ridiculous that I am having to keep a broken phone after the high insurance I paid for. Or please let me get one from Apple direct which I know will not fail quality checks and reimburse me.

    The only reason why I moved to T-Mobile was because I was recommended by a friend. I was with AT&T. I would always be very upset with their service so now I have moved on to T-Mobile. I am very happy that I have chose T-Mobile as my cell phone provider. The rep replacing the phone with insurance has been very easy for me so far very easy and quick and I’m very very impressed how T-Mobile has excellent customer service no matter what time it is during the day. The only thing that I do advise is to add instruction on the piece of paper that’s given to you in the box, that the return label is the actual box itself.     It was easy and timely to replace the defective item. I have to go to the phone store to ask them how to use the insurance program, I don't recall information being provided initially which I think would be convenient. That was the only issue I had but got resolved by chat after I heard nothing but once I got on chat everything got resolved.
