Even though there is a deductible with this insurance coverage, it is far better than having no coverage. Replacement phone was received promptly and in excellent condition. Agent was knowledgeable, professional, and skillful. Would purchase plan again. Would recommend to friends that have young adults or teenagers on their plan.

I received my phone a few days longer than expected. If rushing isn't available for phone delivery then please don't offer it as an option. I was under the impression that the replacement phone would be the same as the one I lost. It was the same model not color.

The service tech questioned me on what's going on with my phone. They assessed the problem. Then told me to turn the other phone in to get another. The phone repair cost was far less than (a third of a cost for a new phone purchase). The company had me mail my other phone in within 10 days so I wouldn't have to pay for the complete cost. I would recommend this insurance. I once broke my screen protector. I called Assurant, told them my problem. They sent me a new one without any cost. Nor did I have to submit my old screen saver to them. Great insurance to have!

My experience was easy and prompt. Had my new phone in 24 hours. Would recommend Assurant to anyone and everyone I talk with. The replacement was equal to or upgrade to the damaged phone I returned. The only problem I had was trying to activate the phone on the phone. Had to take to phone to the store for activation.

Thanks to the sales agent who patiently assisted me with the broken phone and how to replace the phone! In fact, after transfer of data from the broken phone to the new phone, she even packaged the broken phone to be sent to the company. All I had to do was to drop it in the mailbox. I Lost phone and replacement was needed. Assurant made it easy to replace. By logging into my phone service provider and selecting my phone, it made it easy to file this claim. Once I had the funds for the deductible, the rest was easy. Just tracking the UPS was sketchy.

Phone fell in the sink and got wet. It was ruined. I tried to dry it but to no prevail. It would not charge all the way. I waited the 24 hours but still would not take a charge. I could not make phone calls or text. It would of affected my work but with as quick and swiftly it was replaced I did not miss a call.

I will describe my experience one more time it was OK here it isn’t a handbasket. I don’t even know if the phone works right. I might be returning this phone because it doesn’t have a case on it. It doesn’t have a screensaver. I’m very upset about all all the non-help.

The coverage is reliable for accidental damage, loss, theft, and mechanical failure after the warranty period. The claims process is straightforward, and the promptness of device replacements or repairs is commendable. However, high deductibles and refurbished device replacements are a concern. It would be helpful if there were an option to buy back the damaged phone, allowing us to fix it independently or repurpose it, such as giving it to our children.

Overall good experience. Assurant is good at taking care of its customers. I like that speed of the process from the time you start a claim to finish. I would recommend other consumers to Assurant because they are efficient. I wouldn’t have it any other way but to have them as my insurance provider for my devices.

I returned my phone and received my statement of credit. The process was easy to understand and I wish you could have been a little faster but it was finished. I received the credit I was told I would get upon inspection of my phone.

Thank you for your assistance. Everything was great and we had to go into the actual T-Mobile store to get everything activated. We lost some important apps on the iPad which I'm trying to recover, however technology can be tricky sometimes. Hopefully I'll be able to regain everything as they were saved to the cloud.

The process to file a claim was very easy. I filled up a claim online for my damaged phone and it was approved within minutes. The response was that I would receive my replacement device in two to three days. To my surprise, I got it the very next day!!

It was difficult to get help from 611 or the 800# supplied as those only work for Apple Iphone products. I was finally able to go to the website which at 1st wanted to send messages to the non working phone I was trying to replace but finally took the information and I received replacement phone the next day. The other issue since it was not the latest model I had a difficult time finding a cover for the phone. Reviews online implied covers did not fit properly. Replacement after I finally got thru came the next day with return instructions which was excellent service.

I visit Spectrum. Show them my phone. I needed to file a claim. Received the phone number I made the call. Told them the situation. They sent me another phone in a few days. I return to spectrum. They help me to activate my phone and download my files on the new phone. I mail my old phone with the provided box. Put the label on in it. It was mailed at the Post office. It was not a big hassle. A easy process system. Thank you so.

On top of paying an insurance fee every month, you have to pay a deductible and the phone is a refurbished one.. I did like and appreciate the fast shipping though, FedEx does deliver packages at the door and not at the mailbox so kinda risky on that side.

Replacement phone came quickly. Customer service on the phone is good. No problems whatsoever. I'm happy to have this service because it was a lot cheaper than buying a new phone. MetroPCS is doing a good job and an insurance is an important part of this. Metro PCS has been a good carrier for me for a long time. This is your first time I had to use the phone insurance.

Everyone and everything was great and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who had their phone damaged or lost or stolen. I also think it's a good idea to send the broken phone back so you can recycle it or fix it for someone else. Great to have this insurance cover my phone for a great deductible price.

Super easy and fast process. Claim was approved right away and replacement device was sent right away. Thank you for your speedy and efficient service. I am extremely impressed with the quickness and hassle-free service I was provided with in replacing my stolen device. The process only took 30 min or less and my new device was delivered to my house within 2 business days. Setup was fairly easy after I realized there was an insert in the box with detailed instructions on how to activate my replacement device. Thank you again.

Replacing the device was overall easy. I was not thrilled with how it was shipped. There was not much updates on it being shipped, and while I understand that’s more on the shipping company. I did not like that a signature was not required upon delivery. I didn’t like that there was the potential the device could have been stolen, especially when I am expected to return my old device or get charged.

My iPhone 13 suffered cracked front and rear glass from an unfortunate fall, but luckily there was no other major damage. Filed a claim with Assurant for replacement device. The replacement process was pretty straightforward and the replacement unit was shipped promptly. Although the replacement unit was refurbished, it was in perfect condition.

Worst insurance company possible. Experience was absolutely horrible. Customer service was terrible and communication was nonexistent. If there were a negative star I’d give them that. 1 star is being nice. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please do your research beforehand. I only wish we had done that. Now a closed claim and “thanks for nothing,” my family is now suffering.

The two service centers where they sent me at the beginning to try to fix my phone are to be erased from the map. Really incompetent. Thank god after I called the service center everything changed. They sent me a new phone and the service was impeccable fast and well organized.

Unfortunately, it took a couple of phone calls and an escalation to secure a replacement phone. It was explained that there weren't any replacement phones, and then after the escalation, a phone was not only secured but also shipped the very next day. The call service agent should have been similarly empowered to ensure we were satisfied.

Assurant made the whole process of replacing my cracked phone so simple! Usually these things are a drag and I'd rather do literally anything else, BUT this was smooth and very easy. I was approved for my replacement within minutes. They kept me updated throughout the entire process from receiving and being approved.

It was a pretty simple process to file the claim and get a new phone. I filed the claim and got the phone within 2 business days. I was able to keep the same number and it was easy to get the phone working. My only issue was getting the code to log in on another device. Luckily I had a tablet.

I called the toll-free number with some general questions and the rep helped and let me know of the online self service if it would better accommodate me. The online self-reporting was great. I think it was the easiest self-service I've ever used. So easy, I thought I missed something and the received phone instructions was just as easy. It was an overall great experience.

Great experience overall. My wife's Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 was having a hardware issue. It was easy to file a claim, and the deductible cost was fair. It took a few days to receive replacement device but the replacement appears to be new. So far, so good. Thanks for the great service.

Overall it was an easy fix, I struggled to get my payment to go through with the automated system and had to start over via chat but it worked out in the end. Customer Support was very helpful and friendly and they sent a replacement phone right away. They made it easy to return my broken phone by emailing a label before I even got my replacement phone.

Lost my phone. Lee at the store was great in figuring out what to do to get me a replacement. Phone arrived quickly. The instructions to set up a new iPhone do not work if you do not have the older iphone to set up the eSIM. Trying to send a code to a device that does not exist is problematic.

Dropped Phone resulting in the screen going black with no access to setting. This in turn made it impossible to transfer old phone information. I filed an insurance claim and received a replacement phone within 2 days. Only issue was with the delivery service of FedEx. Recommended choosing a different delivery service for more accurate delivery time based on prior time of notifications from delivery service & it being a lot, longer time of receipt with no notification of the time change.

When I broke my phone I had first went to T-Mobile then they told me to call since I had insurance. The setup online was very easy and the speedy replacement came very fast. The price for the replacement was great, better than not having insurance. I appreciate this company and their amazing service!

The entire process of purchasing the new phones was very easy. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. Setting up both phones was a breeze. The available stock was on hand and prevented my wife and I to leave the store all set up. Trading in our old phones and receiving a refund was in my opinion a good deal. I would recommend doing business with Spectrum to anyone that inquires.

Please note difficulties stated plainly on previous page. 24/7 claim of customer assistance on the Google site is a load of malarkey. In trying to get help never got through to an individual. Instead always got a recording to call during regular business hours. It could be 8AM or 1PM, the recording was always there. An absolute troublesome pain in the rear.

Was easy to get a new phone for my son. The only problem is getting a receipt from US postal service in New Caney, but they finally allowed me to get a receipt as they were very busy and didn't want to argue with me. I hope you will receive the returned damaged phone soon! Assurant did their part.

Wish an adapter was included with the power cord, as now have no way to charge the new phone! I'd have thought Spectrum would have these adapters. Or perhaps told me where to get one. Now need to do more searching before phone loses its charge! Otherwise, staff was great, friendly, kept me company as I waited for phone to complete transfer.

Company iPad Generation 9 tablet screen shattered and Assurant went over and beyond to assist me with the utmost respect and understanding. I paid my deposit/fee and it was in the mail and I received it 2 days after my payment. They also sent all the materials needed to send the broken one back.

CSR who helped me was best services in T-Mobile store. CSR is very knowledgeable and patient. UPS provided best deliver services, deliver on time and device was protected well. Now, we are using device and everything is working well. I returned back to T- Mobile store when I got device and CSR Dan gave best services and helped me set up device.

First, I have to say that I LOVE the new phone. My life is on my phone. The turnaround time was a bit longer than I would have liked. I'll be sending the old phone back tomorrow or Monday (can only see 1/2 screen so it is challenging). I'm just waiting for my pictures and documents transfer to the new phone or my computer. We had a phone that broke and was replaced the next day after our call. I liked the way this operation went that the same day that the iPhone was replaced I purchased an iwatch and bought the coverage for it…. The salesman at Xfinity went way out of his way to help me…. Great people.

I received my replacement phone in about 4 days. I didn't have to haggle with the representative nor was I met with any resistance to fulfill my request. The service was great, my request was handled with care, instructions were easy to understand, and a very quick decision to replace the damaged phone, and the replacement phone was received much faster than expected. Experience was great but a $100 deductible for an iPhone 11 when the 16 has already dropped is a little expensive. The phone is years older. Why not do $59/$75? Paying $100 when we all know that model is subject to go completely due to newer models is ridiculous. Not to mention the policy keeps increasing all the time.

Phone quit. I called to get it replaced, but I also need to get the files from my phone. Can anything be done about that before I send it back? Other than that, the people were kind, helpful, and did everything to make sure I was served properly and promptly.

The Spectrum seller was very clear about the phone trade and he was in contact with me till I sent it. The transaction was easy and not cost for me. Also I got a good deal for two lines, cheaper than my old company. I got a fair amount for my old phone too.

It was fast with the replacement. I had a new one within a week of me filing my claim. The replacement came with detail instructions to replace my damaged phone. I would recommend Assurant phone insurance for any one wanting a quick resolution. The replacement comes with a return labels so you don't have to provide any additional packaging to return the product.

It would be nice if I was able to talk to someone before and during the process instead of it being all automated. I had a question and had to go ask my service provider at the store. The store told me that I would most likely have to take it into the "fix" place but then everything was done by mail (which I did like).

Shattered both sides of Samsung Galaxy S22+. Unable to turn on or off. Phone was inoperable. Difficult to file online or with teleprompts. I finally got someone on the phone to speak with. They did all the claim filing for me. I paid the copay. It was a rough start but it was finally done. Because it was close to the weekend and approval was needed the phone came the following week. Meanwhile, I ordered a new case and screen protector for the phone. Both came at approximately the same time. The old phone has been boxed and is ready to return.

Submitting the claim was very easy. I waited for the claim to be processed, but after 2 weeks it still had not been reviewed. I reached out to the Assurant chat feature and the person helped me immediately by processing the claim and approving a replacement. The replacement was shipped out within 24 hours. Overall it was extremely simple and fast, and I am very satisfied with my new phone.

Very friendly and very fast service. We have never had a problem with replacement of our broken phones. I wish you would offer cases, or protectors with a phone purchase, and or offer a discount for your long-term customers. Even a credit for a free movie we were thinking of going back to Dish to lower our monthly bill. Times are tough, you should show some appreciation for all of your loyal customers.

My old phone was messed up. I filed a claim. Had a new phone in about 3 days. I had very little problem getting it activated. It works great. I would never buy a phone without getting the insurance. It is worth it. I would definitely use this service in the future.

Without having the coverage for my phone, I would have paid over $400 for a new phone. Since my phone wasn't covered under the warranty, the protection plan help me secure a new phone with only a small fee. I received my phone within a day! The phone arrived and I was able to transfer all my previous information from my broken phone to my new phone with little to no trouble.

The process was fast and simple. The only thing I dislike is the deductible. If I'm paying $18 a month for insurance take the deductible out of that money I've been paying just in case something happens to my device but the person on the phone was awesome. The time it took was great and the whole process was easy and super fast.

I like the insurance but when sending a refurbished phone it should be checked for defects. Now I’m having to wait again because this phone isn’t charging.. Bought new cord but still won’t hold a charge. It’s frustrating setting up a new phone and waiting so when they send out one that won’t charge it’s time consuming.

I moved my AT&T account to my brother's T-Mobile plan. When my phone was lost a few months later, 5 days were wasted by not having the insurance people tell me that it was incorrectly classified when that transfer took place. I contacted the insurance people and it took another 3-4 days to change my classification to 360, before waiting again to have the changes made and then waited again to receive the replacement phone via Fed-ex. It should not have taken this much time to receive the new phone. It took Jessica in the Tampa office, an account executive, to straighten it out, I am very grateful for her.

Unfortunately wasn't able to activate as quickly, but it was finally handled when having to physically go to a Spectrum store. The inconvenience was due to needing a "new" sim card, which was there was already sim card that arrived with the "new" replacement unit.

I had trouble getting data to transfer or be accepted by the replacement. It didn’t. Spent 3 hrs at Xfinity and then back in the afternoon. Ended trading my old iPhone 12 in. Not everyone is tech savvy. Good simplified directions or any directions are needed. When steps don’t match the screen it’s a problem.

It only took 1- days to receive the replacement phone. Instructions to transfer SIM card and data were clear, but took several tries to stay connected.

Claim experience and new device were excellent. Shipping process to receive device had unnecessary errors and delays in shipping. Device was re-routed to UPS store instead of delivered to address, then when I attempted to pick up at the UPS store, they had already forwarded to my home address and I had to wait an additional 3 days to receive the device.

The problem I had with my phone wasn't a clear option but I chose the best fit to file my claim. Filing the claim was quick and easy, everything is clear to understand. The shipping service is very fast, I got my replacement the next day! 10 days seems a bit short to return the old phone.

It had a pin like the Samsung Galaxy S24 but the device they sent was an S2. I would have liked to have known that the S21 was not comparable before the replacement was sent.

Phone arrived next day after making the claim around noon the day before. Only difficulty was with the new SIM card, it didn't work immediately so to save time I just replaced it with the old one from my broken phone. The new phone looked brand new. In the past it was evident that the phone was refurbished. I was able to make the claim by just searching for Assurant Insurance and did not have to go through T-Mobile.

The only thing I can recommend is to add more options on the claim itself for what the issue is. I have a galaxy fold 4 and was unable to put damaged inner screen as an option as that was my problem. Speaker phone doesn't work, and it's constantly going to home screen on its own while I'm using applications. Also, the steps to have my SIM card activated were not correct. I had to go into a store and leave work to have someone from the store call customer service just to verify my PIN. It was very inconvenient. The customer support you can't even understand since they're in another country. Worst experience.

I had to replace 2 phones within a month with freak accidents. No problem at all. I had to pay the deductible twice but that was the worst of it.. Glad to have the coverage, and both phones arrived within a day to replace. I did have to go to the store to get some transfer help but that was fairly easy as well.

Exchanged my phone number is **. T-Mobile representative could not transfer the information from my damaged phone to my replacement phone. There was no manual nor charger shipped along with my device. Gabriel, suggested I spend an additional $42.00 or more with someone at the Sedano store who knows how to work with damaged screens but I didn't have the extra money after paying my insurance claim deductible.

I purchased a cell phone through Spectrum and traded in my new IPhone 13. I was assured I would receive a $280 credit. I mailed the phone on 8/5/24 and Assurant received the phone on 8/8/24. I have called spectrum several times the past few months and keep getting the runaround from Assurant and my rebate. They obviously are a deceptive company and by all means basically stole my new IPhone 13 I traded in. I’m seeking legal counsel ASAP because after 4 months it’s ridiculous.

There is nothing to improve on, since you can get your replacement phone in a couple of days shipping. The whole process is making the call, receiving the replacement a few days later, and shipping defective device back to them. That's it! It cannot be any shorter due to shipping times.

At $120 for my phone. And $10 a month for insurance... It turns out that it's not much more expensive just to buy the phone itself after a while. Plus my phone being lost were stolen. My bank account May have been compromised so I needed to make a cash payment which there was an option at the store but the store does not honor the option for payments for Assurant. All instructions for clear when I got the phone. The instructions were to take it up to Metro by T-Mobile and have them program it because there was no SIM card that came with it and I was not given a QR code for a ESIM. Good thing was Metro by T-Mobile waived the 25 or $30 fee for activation.

My son had lost his phone during Halloween in another city. As we weren't sure if the device would be found or even be of use, I started panicking at the thought of buying a new phone, as we didn't have the income to purchase a new phone right now. I had forgotten about the insurance, but extremely grateful I had in fact paid for it! The replacement device was much more affordable for the deductible and we received the new phone within 3 days. Upon arrival, it was also simple to set up. Although we had a minor snag, I was able to contact customer service and have the issue fixed quickly!

Tyler was very helpful. He explained why my bill was high and what I owed on my phone. He also told me how to exchange broken phone. He also told me how to lower my bill by adding my cell phone account to the account that's at my residence. Tyler was again was very helpful. The replacement phone itself is not the best quality because it keeps freezing up. I think they need to take time to thoroughly examine the refurbished phones before sending them out to customers.

Made an insurance claim to replace a phone with a cracked screen. The mailing of the replacement phone was pretty quick, I received it within days, but needed help in actually fitting the SIM card into the phone tray. Went to the local T Mobile store to get help and transfer over all information from my old phone.

My device was destroyed so I couldn't use the old phone. I used the computer assistant through T Mobile to add a physical address. The computer was quick and easy to communicate with. Then quickly got me in contact with a real person. After getting in contact with a real person the back and forth conversation was concise. Also the responses were quick and easy to understand.

I was worried about both getting a refurbished phone and not having a phone for several days! After filing a claim I was shocked to be holding a flawless Samsung Galaxy S24 in a little over 24 hours! I was truly amazed how easy it was and even more so when I filed a claim fairly early in the morning and received a replacement the following day in the afternoon!!! My experience was great. After filing claim, process took less than 30 min to be approved and shipped to me within 24 hours, free shipping by ups. I was also happy to see that I actually received the upgrade from what I had which was pretty amazing. I haven't noticed any extra charge to my account for that, I was assuming that they no longer make the model that I had previously.

My phone fell off a nightstand and the curved edge of the phone got hit and it spidered across the entire screen, rendering the top half mostly useless. Grateful that I opted to carry insurance that I'd considered cancelling at once point, I put in for screen replacement. After attempting to get it replaced, through no fault of the insurance, I called the insurance and explained the situation with screen replacement and requested to replace the phone.* We walked through the process, I paid the the fees, the phone came and it is a new phone (not refurb) and the same color I had originally. That was unexpected, but nice. Overall it was a good experience and I'm glad I kept the insurance. *The repair shop was short-staffed, really behind on fixes, said my particular phone takes at least 3 hrs to fix, and I'd have to leave it overnight, but I need it for my job. It was a bad situation all the way around. Didn't have a spare phone laying around that I could use as a backup.

I was able to call in to Assurant program and got my damaged phone replacement with the same exact model which I owned. The deductible of $99 + fees are reasonable. Once I received my new replacement phone, I was able to transfer all existing contacts, apps to my new phone and then sync everything from my iCloud account. Thank you.

Was very easy. Phone came very fast. The only thing I was change if I could was the price for insurance. I think if you pay every month for insurance phone should be free or close to free so it is easier for people to get phones if it is broken or lost.

Assurant owned InsuranceClaimCheck.com is horrible! Assurant owns InsuranceClaimCheck.com which processes insurance claim checks for mortgage holders. After filing a claim with our insurance company (State Farm) following a storm that damaged our home, we received multiple checks from State Farm to cover the costs of the repairs first tree removal, then water mitigation, then asbestos abatement, etc. Each check was made out to my wife and I as well as our Mortgage holder. Before cashing the checks, each check had to first be sent to InsuranceClaimCheck.com who would require an inspection followed by 21-30 days to do a simple endorsement.
We were paying contractors who wanted to be paid once the work was done, but instead of a simple endorsement, InsuranceClaimCheck.com slow walked at every stage and even when we overnighted the checks to them with pre-paid overnight return envelopes, they would take 3-5 days to acknowledge that they received the check and then they would snail mail the check back to us. Their online portal was worse than useless and communication from InsuranceClaimCheck.com was poor at best.
Their phone agents were rarely helpful. For example, after calling them to find out what the holdup was on one check, I was told by an agent that I needed to upload an updated estimate, which I did while on the phone with the agent. I asked if she saw it on her end, but she told me that it would take 24 hours before she could see it. Incredibly infuriating! We started this journey in January and here it is November and we have finally received our last of 5 checks… via snail mail, of course!

I was close to the Assurant repair factory in Lewisville and tried to hand it to them there, but they made me take it to the local post office instead, it could have saved you all the postage and gotten into the system faster if there was a way to check in the shipping label at the visitor door of the factory in Lewisville TX. But glad it worked out and I got my Spectrum Bill Credit after all, TYVM.

There is need to improve on shipping policy. Like make the delivery to be 1 day or 2 days delivery because you can imagine the stress of not having your phone with you for period of 3 days or more. Apart from that every other area is good and perfect. I love my replacement phone and it’s working perfectly.

It was at least a 45 minute drive to the suggested screen repair location. There needs to be more locations in Miam Dade. There was ONE! I was not driving 45 minutes for a $30 fix. It cost me $105 to replace the phone which addressed the cracked back as well.

Excellent experience but the website has limited number of options to make the claim. Also, some people might prefer to talk to a representative than filing the claim online, which is almost impossible. Nonetheless, the online process to file the claim was self explanatory and easy to follow. I would recommend this insurance to everybody.

I was satisfied with the replacements and the speed in which I received them. However on the z flip 4 they have me black instead of the pretty baby blue I purchased. They should have called me to give me other color choice options instead of sending a generic color. That bummed me out!

Damaged my device, input claim and received my device in a timely fashion, within 48 hrs. They provide you the tracking # once claim is approved and return box and instructions are included with shipment. Very easy and the online app is even easier to file claim, as long you have all your info.

I would of like to have a pin key to open my device to retrieve my sim card. I had to take it in to a T-mobile location to get the transfer started. Due to my work schedule it wasted 2 of the days of my return. During the transfer process after I brought it home the phone was on 31% lucky I was able to charge it before it died and I lost information during the transfer. All in all most of it was a timing issue.

I don't think 10 days is long enough time to return the product back (in my case my phone). I still have completely transferred everything off my old phone. Because I have been working. I will sendup paying the $200.00+ to return my old phone. I went to my local Spectrum store to see about having them do this for me. I was told out right that they couldn't do it because it was replaced by the insurance company. I asked them what that had do about transferring everything over. All they was that they were sorry. So, in the meantime I have called Motorola hoping that they could help me. They helped as much as they could. I am also trying to find out how I wipe my old cellphone clean before I send it back?

My grandson dropped his Razor phone during a hike. The screen came apart but the phone still received calls. It just couldn't do anything else. I called T-Mobile customer service who walked me through the steps of filing the insurance claim. Assurant was so easy to work with. From filing the claim, to them sending all the packaging return instructions. Thank you so much for taking the stress off of me trying to figure out what to do and how to do it. My grandson will be so happy to have his phone back.

I received the replacement phone in decent time. However, following the directions to turn on the phone and follow the prompts led me to a stalled/frozen phone that it took me 5 days and 3 T-Mobile store visits for an associate/manager to figure out how to help me.

The Replacement Phone came in 4 days. I had to purchase a prepaid phone to use in the meantime. It would be nice to receive the device in at least two days without having to pay an extra charge to expedite. Also, there needs to be more specific instructions on activating the device or have a QR code that will take you straight to the activation link.

I got a same model replacement phone in a couple of days, My apps, photos, contacts and everything else was backed up on the cloud. I did need some assistance from TMobile store employee to get the phone fully operational as texts and email worked but I could not receive and make calls initially.

Worked out well. I was amazed how fast I received new phone. I was very frustrated when my phone became inoperable but I had the new phone at my doorstep in a day.
