    We had Allstate as our auto insurance company and had a very good relationship with them. I would recommend them highly. However, since my husband passed away and I don't drive, we no longer have auto insurance.

    Only have had them for a month, they so far have met all of our home and auto needs. One of the lowest rates around! We also enrolled in Drivewise which will help with bigger discounts. They always put their customers first. Our agent is very tentative to our needs and make sure we understood all the fine print in the policy. Would definitely recommend!

    It's great, I love love it so much. I have had such a great experience with this company. They are always there for me. It is so great. I have never gotten into an accident, but it doesn't matter because I just know they are wonderful and many of my family members can attest to that as well.

    My auto insurance provides full coverage at a decent rate. Also Allstate has accident forgiveness in case of an accident. Most of all I really enjoy that the company gives you money back every 6 months just for safe driving. We get back around 70 dollars every 6 months. That's like 11 dollars a month just for safe driving.

    I don't have problems with Allstate. Everything works and is should and is what was promised before I signed up. New services are added often to keep coverage up to date. Customer service is always available. I don't get harassing phone calls asking me to upgrade my services.

    Have had no problems with this insurance and have had them for a very long time. They are about the same as the other average insurance companies. They have been around such a long time and have a good reputation. They have ads all over the place and you see their ads on TV "every five Minutes".

    The insurance is good. Have good pricing for my two cars and my under 27-year-old under the policy. What I hate the most is having to call a customer service rep. for my calls are always forwarded to voice mail because the agent is always away from their desk.

    When I began auto insurance coverage with Allstate, my monthly premium for my Michigan P.L.P.D. was $90.00 per month. Over the next few months however my monthly premium began to increase although I had no accidents, no tickets, no claims were ever filed with Allstate and my premium was always paid ahead of schedule. Finally when I was notified that my next monthly premium for my minimum coverage auto insurance would be over $260 per month I dropped Allstate and signed up with The Hartford where my premium for full auto insurance coverage is $90.00 per month.

    Allstate is working with us to make our experience with them as good as it can be. Their rates are competitive. When we had a minor accident, they were quick and very helpful in taking care of our car. We have an attachment to our car that records our speed and braking to help to be more aware of our driving habits. As an added incentive, we get points and can use to them to try our luck at sweepstakes. The deductibles are reduced if you don't have accidents. I don't know of any other auto insurance company that offers all that and more.

    It is just an insurance company, something that I have to have in case of an emergency. All insurance companies are pretty much the same - they just have different names. I have had the same insurance company for a while because it is too difficult to change even if you can save a little money. Insurance companies, like banks are profit driven not customer driven and only care about the bottom line.

    It's an excellent company. Currently I have not had problems with this. It is accessible, accountable, it meets all standards. Has a network of clinics and hospitals, a large network of affiliates, available in almost all the country, and know how to meet the customer needs. It is a very large network available in almost the entire country. It is excellent. So far I have no reason to have or be with other Seguradora.

    We have always had good services from Allstate. We have never had a claim, but I hear they are easy to deal with when you have a claim. We like staying with a well known or brand name company and we do not shop around from other insurance. Having a local agent in our hometown is a must.

    Prior to making the best switch of my entire driving life, I was insured or should I say "taken" by a company who in the 4 yrs of insuring me, changed their company title name a total of 5 times. Oh the frustration when $589 was the down payment they charged me that first day I signed with them. Nowadays, I'm proud to say & to be insured by the all around greatest insurance company, "ALLSTATE". My policy covers multiple cars all at a truly unbeatable price. I never would've thought I could afford Allstate as my company, but boy was I proven otherwise. The day my dad asked/invited me to visit an Allstate office to see what they could do for me, I'm happy to say it's been almost 3 years that I've been with Allstate. They are helpful, attentive, warm, smart, effective, ruthless and on fire when searching for ways to help you save the absolute most on your policy. Allstate is the place to get intelligently insured.

    I am currently insured with Allstate and another Allstate person ran into my car while it was parked. The claims processor was really easy to work with, got me in right away and I had a check in my hand that same day. It was a great experience and super easy.

    Allstate has been a fine company for our renters insurance. They seem to have gone up in premium even though we haven't filed any claims; so we are searching for a lower rate. I have had great rates with Allstate for at least 5 years, but in the last year, the rates have started going up little by little each month. I think it's time to shop around.

    I switched to Allstate to get a better rate than what I had. The agents are great and really concerned about us. My husband had a minor accident just a few months after the switch and I called the 800 #. The person was very caring and helped me to set up an appointment for the insurance company to check out the car and give me a quote. I chose to have it fixed at the place they recommended and it was done promptly. Allstate paid the bill and it was hassle free. I am glad we had switched to a great company.

    I like what Allstate offers, but I wish that they were more loyal to their good customers with good driving habits. They have good customer service and a good representation in the area that I live. They work pretty fast. They should, however, give me more of a heads up when my insurance increases and let me know why. I think they should offer better discounts to those drivers that are really safe drivers.

    I really like Allstate's policy and prices but just not a fan of their customer service. I was assigned to a local agent and he is not very responsive. I have contacted him directly and emailed, I never get a response. The only time I get a hold of him if I call the office and miraculously he picks up. I wish he was more involved and attentive with my account.

    My insurance company is always there when I need them. Someone answers the phone, they help me when I have a question. I always know that my call is important, they know who I am. They even know my voice when I call. I have been with this company for 25 years and they have not let me down, not even once.

    I had to file a claim as someone hit me from behind. Allstate approved the claim and sent me to their preferred shop. The repairs were speedy and the shop was great. However, I cannot say the same for Allstate. They told me they issued an electronic payment for the repairs though the repair shop had no record of receipt. I was told if I wanted possession of my vehicle I would need to pay out of pocket and Allstate would reimburse me after they confirmed where the electronic payment had gone. Needless to say, I was livid. I have had Allstate for years, but after this fiasco I'm in the market for a new insurance carrier.

    Switched to Allstate after comparing rates with my then current company. Allstate was about $400 less per year, so we switched about 3 years ago. I have Allstate take my premium directly out of my checking account. They are very good about notifying you the date and amount which will be deducted and they remind you more than one time. To date I have never had a problem with paying my premium this way. Recently, I updated our auto policy upping my limits and the price increase was minimal. Am very happy with Allstate and every employee I have spoke to have been extremely nice and helpful. Thankfully, I have never had to file a claim so I cannot comment on that aspect.

    Good insurance as far as I never had to use, and paid me nothing with car was totaled, because of age of car. This was in 1982. Bought new car and again never used the insurance. No longer had a car or car insurance.

    Allstate charges way too much, and when my payment check was delayed in the mail, they cancelled my policy the very day the payment was due. And they got the check the next day, and I had to go reinstate my policy. They didn't even give me a grace period. And I had never been late on a payment for three years, but I thought they were a good company so I stayed with them. One day a lady came from out of nowhere from my left at a corner with no stop signs and she broadsided me like a tank. Allstate didn't want to pay me and gave me all kinds of crap before they did. That is when I stopped buying insurance and stopped driving.

    Had one accident in 8 years. Allstate did not raise my rate. They fixed my car and I love those safe driving checks I get twice a year. Allstate's rates are competitive and I love Dennis H. in the commercials.

    I am in the process of shopping around. I believe they are very highly priced. The customer service is very good, hence the reason I have kind of drag my feet on changing. We were with AAA, and their pricing is very high and the costumer service was not as good.

    High rates but good discounts for good driver, good student. We get a corporate discount so our rates are fair but insurance in general have high rates because of lawyers. Also in my area people abuse the system and make false claims. I do like that they give us better rates for having a good driving record you should be rewarded for having no accidents.

    I haven't really had much to do with them in the past few years. Last time I submitted a claim was over 5 years ago. They did handle that well. Payment was quick and I was able to get the car repaired easily. My local agent has changed during the time I originally purchased the plan. I'm not really excited about it, but it's not a big deal.

    I have been a customer of Allstate for over fifty years and they have always treated me fairly and with respect throughout. Claims are handled quickly and efficiently and questions answered promptly. My semi-annual premium may be somewhat higher than I could receive from a "low cost/minimum insurer", but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for, and Allstate has provided me with that confidence and satisfaction I receive over the years.     It's a cheaper one and the people are nice. They treat me like a true person. I actually left State Farm for them and am happy being where I am a person and not a number. I am not sure what else to say. My liability insurance went from $53 to $48. So a little bit of saving is good.

    I really love this company. I had no idea what kind of policy to choose. But was on a very strict budget. They took the time to explain everything in detail to me of what was necessary and what wasn't. I ended up getting full coverage on my truck and at such a good rate I was able to add renters insurance too. I would definitely recommend Allstate to anyone!

    They offer really good rates. They have great website which is very easy to use and very easy to understand. They have a rewards program which is also very easy to use. Their customer service is top notch and they are very helpful and explain clearly whenever I have a question. When I filed a claim last year after hitting a deer, I was quite shaken, but they set my mind at ease and made it very easy for me to get my car fixed and looking like new.

    I have had this for about five years, never had a problem with them. The car and all of the house and everything in it is also in through them. We have had a couple of claims filed with them. They got back to us within a day or so. They were always pleasant and friendly. The claim were processed in a very short time and we got the check. Everything was done in about 8 months or so. I would tell anybody about Allstate. And it would be all good. Thanks.

    This insurance company has always been attentive and trustworthy. Never had a problem with a bill, claim, or question. Staff are cheerful and pleasant every visit. If the person I asked a question didn't know or wasn't completely sure of an answer, they made sure it was right before answering. I'd much rather wait for a sure answer than bet on a guess.     I am 58 years old and recently was hit and run by a box truck 02/13/2015, my first accident in all my years of driving. I now know why so many people have complaints against them, they are the worst insurance company from the CEO all the way down to the crooked adjusters. I also have and intend to change my homeowners insurance with them. They are in league with the forensic company called lsh Brooklyn NY Metro Park.

    I hate Allstate. If I could give them less than one star I would, they deserve a big zero! You are not in safe hands with them, those big hands are to rape your pockets. Their homeowner adjusters want to come in and intimidate talking sexual connotations and "my son is a border patrol in Tx." I need to know this, Why? They all sleep together. While I am in my pajamas... On crutches... While repeatedly calling my house and hanging up, leaving no message. My message to Allstate is know your place... You're not mobsters, you are paid service/servants to a customer and like it or not the customer is always right!

    Allstate is a good insurance company because if you go without having an accident you will receive an accident forgiveness check in the mail. You can also get Allstate life and renters insurance which are also good to have in case of something happens. Progressive is also a pretty good insurance company to go for if you don't want Allstate.

    I've been with Allstate for over 7 years and am very satisfied with them. I've never had a problem with them. They are very professional and treat us like people and not just a number. I've never had to file a claim, but would expect them to be fair if I did have to file one. I would recommend Allstate to my family and friends. Their prices aren't really high. They don't try to cheat you with their prices.

    I like how this company has worked with me to help me with my auto insurance, but they did not notify me of changes that were coming and that I would be paying more until it was procreated in the agreement but other than that they been a good service. Would recommend to other people.

    My auto insurance company periodically (annually, it seems) initiates a complete review of my policy with an eye to qualifying me for any available discounts. I've been insured by them for over a decade and have always had friendly courteous service. The one claim I've had in that time was investigated promptly and efficiently. My only quibble with the process was the approximately three weeks it took to receive my settlement after it was determined that my car was a total loss.

    I've had Allstate Insurance for 20 years and have always been satisfied until the last 5 years. I keep saying I will switch insurance companies but for one reason or another I stay thinking it might be a hassle to switch. Although the customer service reps seem like they are listening and will help you, I find they never follow through on what they say. My bill is always changing and they have made numerous payment errors both for my account as well as my parent's account. We fight to be reimbursed and each incident requires multiple visits to their office to clear things up.

    It costs too much for the coverage you get. I filed a claim and of course most of it was not covered after deductible and their limits on what they will pay. My home was robbed and they have all sorts of limits on how much they will pay for what...like I would know what would be stolen in advance. How would I know there was a $1,000 limit to cash meaning all cash including gold silver coins, paper money, collectable money. They lump it all into "cash" so they don't have to pay out.

    Arranged with agent to increase coverage to a premium plan which was to issue a check every six months for safe driving record. Six months passed with no check. Called agent and was told there was no record on file of my policy upgrade. No explanation. No apology. I have three vehicles, a boat and trailer insured with this company. Never had a claim, yet my premiums continue to increase every year.

    I got my insurance policy by phone with Allstate in 2012. I pay every month with no trouble until I open another policy with and teen son. The office wanted them to come and sign the paperwork but my had an accident in Feb 5, 2015 before he was able to sign the paperwork. This policy was cancelled by April 2015. I called my agent and asked my agency to transfer my car and my husband's car to my other that I have had since 2012. They did transfer the cars to my other policy but add my husband as the driver, but never added my to my policy.

    My son was driving all my cars because they gave me the impression he was covered under my policy. He had an accident with 1 of my vehicles. Then a lawyer from Allstate contacted me, stating I lie and that I never add him to the policy even know on my registration it is in his name. The lawyer are also asking questions to me involving my personal life which has nothing to do with car insurance. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone. Also never get insurance over the phone or online. I feel very violated and attacked by this insurance company.

    I am 100% happy with Allstate! I was recently in a wreck and they made everything hassle free for me. The lowest deductible that I have encountered and they did not raise my rate because of it!

    I would highly recommend Allstate to anyone wanting a reliable and trusted insurance company. I have had Allstate for car insurance for 12 years now and added them as my home insurance 7 years ago. They are very quick to respond to any questions or problems you have. I love the website. It is user-friendly and the live chat option is the most helpful part of the site. I have used this option several times and each time my problem was resolved within the hour. No need to call and talk to a representative so far with this option. I've had to make one claim with the car insurance and within 24 hours I had an appraiser at the garage and a check within 7 days. I love them and have no desire to switch companies anytime soon.

    I have always had great experiences with Allstate. The representatives in the Dinuba, CA branch are always very kind and helpful with all of my needs. The online site is easy to navigate. It's great and convenient that the company offers automatic pay. Allstate really does care for each individual and it shows through the staff and the way that they handle each individual case. The discounts available are endless and it's convenient to bundle other insurance plans with automobile insurance. My parents have been with Allstate for over 25 years and I plan to stay loyal as well.

    Ever since I have had my auto insurance with them, they have always been there for me and always helped me pick the right packages or plans, or coverage I needed. They never left me hanging.     At our agency too many very young people and not as knowledgeable. Last November we called to have storage insurance put on 1 of our cars and when I called back in March to have the storage insurance taken off I found out it was never put on and when I wanted to get life insurance it took 3 mo. I finally canceled and the agent kept bugging me until I made a complaint.

    Allstate is a great provider for auto insurance. They are relatively low cost compared to others but are by no means the cheapest. It is extremely easy to sign up with them and they easily offer discounts on multiple policies such as renters insurance.

    Our coverage is good for what we need but our rates have increased 29% in a little over 18 months. The local agent is below average in his service and response to normal insurance issues (i.e. explanation for rate increases, response to questions about coverage and possible offsets for increased costs, etc.) and while his staff is always friendly they are also below average in their performance. The insurance plan that we have includes safe driver discount which includes a six month cash rebate and an annual reduction in our deductible for a claim free driving record.

    After purchasing a new vehicle I was asked if I wanted to insure with Allstate. The rates on my auto and motorcycle worked out to be about the same with my current insurer, Farmers, but the rate on the homeowner’s policy was significantly less $1100.00 (Farmers) to about $550.00 (Allstate). I decided to go ahead and switch to Allstate as a bundle. I don’t have much EXTRA time, however after finally going through the whole process of contacting my old insurance filling out a few forms with my mortgage company to changeover, several emails... All fine and done. Nope! About a month into Allstate I get an email saying they had sent out an inspector and the inspector failed me because of the roof. I called my insurance guy and asked for more information... "You have shingles that are lifted". Well I figured, okay no big deal I need to fix them anyway, I get home and I can find nothing wrong with the roof. No lifted shingles.

    I call the insurance guy again and ask him to send a photo from the inspector. He sent a black and white pdf that looked like someone had hand drawn a picture of a roof. I told him I will get someone out to repair, hired a handyman, the handyman could find no lifted tiles but stuck a few staples in areas that could possibly be construed as "lifted". Called insurance guy told him all is good and fixed and to send the inspector out again... BUT this time I will need photos if he sees an issue. Another month goes by, I’m thinking all is good. Then I get another email saying the roof is not good and my insurance is canceled in two days. Two Days!!

    I called the insurance guy again, "Well I am not able to send you colored photos from work, but I will send you color photos from my personal email address later, sorry but there is nothing I can do and your insurance will be dropped regardless". "I will keep your auto insurance at the same rate and have a friend that will work on getting you homeowner rates with someone else". That very day I received a letter from Allstate stating that my insurance is to be dropped because of moss growing on my roof.

    Wow, would have been good to know it was that easy. This is the climate I live in. There is a shaded area, North side that had no more than 10 growths of moss on the roof. I easily removed all with a broom, 3 minutes work, no issues with roof. I had several past due bills with Allstate for some reason. Paid them of course... Done... I have moved on to another insurance company. What a pain in the ass! Do not go Allstate. Corporate greed. Horrible customer service.

    I like this insurance. My only problem is that I have never had an accident and my insurance keeps going up because of the drivers all around us. I wish that my insurance would at least go down a little due to my safe driving. I think because I drive a brand new 2015 SCION TC it makes my insurance go up. Personally, I think getting a rebate for all my months of good driving would be more beneficial

    I currently have All State Insurance for my auto and Home. I have had All State for my home for over 30 Years. I did not file any claims, the rates is pretty good. On the other hand, I have only had all state for my auto for the last 2 years. The rate when I first signed up was pretty good. The last time for renewal my rates have gone up. I only had one claim. I was hit from behind and the other insurance company paid for the damage. My husband and I are in our mid sixties, and I feel our insurance should be going down, not up. I will be looking at other insurance companies.

    We went with Stafford Insurance Co. They are with Allstate. They have been wonderful. The staff have made sure that we are happy and satisfied with everything. They have also offered us other insurance policies. Like Umbrella, Home, Life, etc. We chose the Umbrella Policy and Home insurance Policy. Having all three policies have also given us an extra benefit like savings. Just within the first 2 months we bought a new car so our policy changed that quick. They helped me with it within 20 minutes on the phone. I was at the court house trying to get my tag, not realizing you have to have your policy card in hand. While I was on the phone with them they faxed my policy card straight to the courthouse for me. That way all I had to do was go back in and wait 5 min and there it was ready for me to get my tag. All in all I was at the courthouse maybe 30 min tops.

    I've had my policy for 2 years. I really enjoyed this company. But, recently I was contacted by an agent stating that Allstate decided to not renew my policy. My policy ends in December. I'm so hurt by this. Now I have to shop for a new company. I've never had an insurance provider send me a notice of non-renewal. The accidents that happened to me were not my fault. They even rewarded my deductible back to me due to this. Not only do I have auto insurance with them I also have homeowners. But, they didn't want to cancel that one. Honestly why would I stay with a company that chooses to cancel my auto insurance? So, for anyone out there that has a not at fault accident or you have your children on your policy and they have accidents you may want to choose another insurance provider. Allstate doesn't really have accident forgiveness.

    I left Esurance for a better quote from Allstate. Esurance was not pleasant to deal with on the phone when cancelling my plan and I even had to ask to speak to someone in charge to follow through with my cancellation. I went to school with the gentleman in town who sold me the Allstate policy so there was some familiarity before I went in the office that day. He was polite, patient and well versed in all that Allstate had to offer me. He described all of my fees and coverage in detail. It's nice knowing there's a human being I can speak with should I ever have any more questions. No surprises with Allstate since becoming a customer, I'm very pleased.

    Allstate has good coverage, but it is not cheap! A few fender benders and my premiums went high, and have not come down after 3 years, and 37 years of driving experience!? When asking my agent why my premiums have not come down, he told me we are all paying for other drivers as well???

We did not ask for the insurance company to pay for the problem, we just wanted an opinion. The policy was cancelled because this made us have 3 claims in 5 years.

When doing the transfer Allstate gave me an excellent service but after the policy expired Allstate increase my premium in a 100%.     I'd like to start off by saying that my agent is great but that's where it stops. After filing a claim, it took almost 5 days for an adjuster to look at my vehicle. After finally viewing it, they didn't document everything needed. So, another adjuster (an outside vendor) had to go out and view the car. Why it's not the same person is beyond me? So of course, there is more of a delay. It's been four days and a reports has yet to be sent over to the body shop. Would you find this to be acceptable if this was your car? This has been ongoing for 2 weeks.

    I've had Allstate for about 7 years. I have been very happy with their service. Their customer service reps are polite and helpful. They also offer good coverage plans for a good price. They're not the cheapest but they're well worth the money. I've had two accidents. One I was not at fault in and they provided me a rental and took care of all the damages done within 2 weeks of the day of the accident. I would recommend that at the very least you call them and see what coverage they offer for the price. You might be surprised.

    On September 11th I was rear-ended by an Allstate customer. I was stopped in traffic when I was hit. After filing a claim, an adjuster was not sent out to me for two weeks to estimate damages to my car. After receiving the estimate and taking my car to the shop, I learned that the estimator had ordered me used parts. I wasn't happy about that, but after doing research, I found that was perfectly legal. The parts arrived at the body shop damaged, which required my car to be kept longer. In total, my car was in the shop for 2 weeks. Now that I have my car and have returned the rental car, which Allstate covered, we are being told that we owe $136 to Enterprise because Allstate will not cover the extra days the car was in the shop. Not only that, but we were told we had to pay $96 to the body shop for paint since my bumper already had prior damage before I was hit by the Allstate customer.

    The body shop was extremely upset about that and didn't make us pay that $96, but sadly, they got ripped off by Allstate. Not only that, but Allstate called the body shop, upset that they painted a piece for under the car that won't be seen and that meant they had to pay another $36. On top of all that, we are having problems with Allstate about replacing the car seat that was in our car. The estimator at first told me that he believed the seat would be ok, but to check the manual. I did and the manual clearly states to replace the seat if there is ANY kind of accident. We faxed the car seat receipt and our claim number to the claims department and then emailed it as well. After not hearing anything from them in weeks, we called Allstate and were told we would receive a check in a week. A week passed, and nothing.

    We called Allstate back and they connected us to the adjuster who dealt with us originally. He tried to argue with my husband and said that he would have to come get the seat (even though he never mentioned this to us, so we had already thrown it out) and then said he would come out Monday to "figure it out". It is now Monday at 4pm and we haven't heard from this man at all. That was a $341 car seat we replaced due to the accident that was caused by an Allstate customer. Allstate has no consideration for anyone and they have been the biggest headache ever. I hope to never do business with them again!

Unfortunately we will be ending our long relationship with Allstate. The purchase process is relatively painless but follow up borders on telemarketer tactics. Additional services are often outsourced to sales forces.     They have always been extremely helpful. When we had to file a claim and then take the vehicle to be inspected, they walked me step by step through the process and explained all my options to me. They even worked with my schedule and found a time for my car to be inspected on the weekend so I did not have to take time off work.     I have had Allstate for a total of fifty years. I have never had a problem with them. I had one accident in the fifty years, they resolved my problem immediately. Even through all my moves they help me. I would recommend to everyone. My family members switched to them because of their quality.     The down payment is the monthly cost which is low. This was the cheapest company for me and the rewards online are beneficial. They have many discounts and a lot of ways to save money. You can also check how you have been driving on the website with your personal log in information.

    Allstate has been a good insurance co. If I have any questions about my policy they get right back to me. They will also help me lower my insurance bill when I ask about that.     Hands down, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in dealing with a claim. When I initially went on site to meet with the adjuster, I was assured that, in the event that the body shop assessed that I needed a replacement quarter panel (rather than the "pop out and paint" option the original adjustment called for), this would be handled with a phone call. Not so. My car was dropped off on Monday, and contacted Allstate for the approval of a replacement part. The adjuster did not go onsite until FRIDAY, and at such time insisted that the body shop "try" to pop it out. When that did not work (as the body shop assessed), the approval was issued for a RECYCLED quarter panel (a structural piece).

    Luckily, my body shop refused to move forward with this - so FINALLY after escalated phone calls, 8 days after my car was dropped off, Allstate issued the approval for a replacement new piece. At this time, I called to request some compensation for my rental, in light of the ridiculous delay. That call was NEVER returned.

    We have had a excellent experience with Allstate. We switched about a year ago now from an agency that was significantly more expensive. I was concerned with how difficult it would be to switch but it was a piece of cake. We only had to email them our information and they responded within a few minutes with quotes and questions for clarification. Our agent quickly responds to any questions we have. Allstate's rates are comparable or better than any other agency for the same or better coverage. We have yet to have any negative experiences with their service.

    Bundling house and auto insurance is the best thing with present day economy especially for the middle or lower class citizens. I believe that discounts on bundling helps drastically.

    At the time I bought it after comparing rates from different companies, I found Allstate to be the cheapest for me. However, lately their rates have been increasing so I've been checking out other companies. The agent I dealt with was very polite and helpful in the shopping process. Overall, I've never had a problem with them other than the rate increases.

    I have been with Allstate for over 12 years. Not only do they give me the best policy for what I can afford and it is full coverage. When I was in an accident 5 years ago, A truck ran a stop sign, I swerve to miss him, but still ended up hitting him. When I called my insurance agent from Allstate, the first thing she said is "Are you alright?" She was concerned with me before my minivan. How often do you honestly hear of that. She made sure I had a rental car the next so I could go to work. About a year ago my agent was going over my policy and notice if we change it from a platinum, to a gold membership. I know it sounds weird going down, but I have the exact same coverage, plus renters insurance for actually $4 less a month than I was paying.

    Had been with Allstate for over 20 years. Did some shopping around, found GEICO was more than half price for more coverage. Cancelled my policy with no money owed, was told "No, can't do it," so I stopped paying them. Now I'm getting billed by a debt collector for non-payment when they owe me money for unused premium. Had a minor fender bender 5 yrs ago. Paid me $100 dollars for rear bumper & told me to go to junkyard & find another one. This is a 12-yr old truck with 40k miles on it. I keep it immaculate. Never get any of their advertised discounts, was paying over $1,800 per year for old truck & 5-yr old car. Went to GEICO & got more coverage for $800 per yr. Allstate doesn't care about anything but taking your money.

    Allstate gives a discount for having multiple insurance. I have my car and home and save lots of money! Customer service is excellent. Response to emergencies is appropriate.     After no claims or accidents, they gave me a safe drivers check. I usually get one every six months. I also I have homeowners insurance with them. I had to make a claim for my roof to be replaced after a storm and they sent an adjuster who was really quick about coming and was very fair about the amount. I got my check 3 days later.

    I find Allstate to be mostly affordable and there for me if I have questions or concerns about my policy. I have not had to file any claims yet, so I am not sure how they do if there is accident or issue with my car. The pricing is a little bit confusing, as well as what I actually need and what is just for them to add a little extra money to the bill, but I have only ever had this company so I am not sure how it rates against other car insurance companies. They do try to add a lot to my policy and even after I have said no they continue to try (sending emails, letters, calls).

    Lady pulled out in front of me, wrecked my beloved 1966 Chrysler Newport. The lady has Allstate insurance!! Took them over a month to get back to me, then they said I was responsible for 10% of repairs cause they claim I was speeding! WHAT!!! I never speed with that baby, especially in NJ. Finally got them to admit full responsibility. Then 2 weeks go by, no word. Must be cooking up another way to screw me. Then lo and behold, they say my antique car is only worth about $2500... Can't even find a running car for that. So I declined that considering I paid more than that for it.

    So now the waiting game again. All I want is my car back the way it was before the careless lady pulled out in front of me, is that too much to ask? That's messed up when your driving down the road obeying all laws and a careless driver causes damage to your car and their crap insurance won't even fix what they're supposed to. Isn't that why people have insurance? ALLSTATE IS CRAP and they should be shut down for what they do to people and the heartaches they cause. This car is a family heirloom and means a lot to me. It's part of the family.

    My personal experience with the auto insurance company Allstate was and is one of the top best insurance companies I have seen in my time as being a driver and customer. I highly recommend Allstate to everyone I know and love because they offer the best coverage and aide than most insurance companies that are available. Some may find them high but as other companies it all depends on the individual and the vehicle and coverage they choose. They helped me greatly when I was in an accident and saved me a fair amount of money. I had no trouble getting my vehicle fixed. They assisted me with every aspect or issue I had with friendly workers and led me through with all available information. I give them 5 plus stars in a rating.

    I had a bad experience years ago but all is forgiven. They cancel my policy because they claim I owed money. It was four days away from termination. It was not supposed to be cancel because I was paid up for the policy.

    In the last year out of 30 years as a customer of Allstate I filed 1 homeowner's claim and 1 auto claim and the crooks doubled my insurance. In the last 30 years I paid over $80,000 to these people. What set me over the edge was a claim that I put in when I hit a pothole, which damaged the bumper on my little Mercedes and also something jarred the command unit. The adjuster decided to not cover the radio unit even though they agreed to cover the bumper. He said it was unlikely that the command unit could have been damaged by hitting this pothole. It caused 2300 worth of damage to my bumper and my unit stopped working at that moment... The crooks denied my claim and increased my insurance 100%. I'm out shopping for insurance and an attorney to appeal the claim.

    It's there if I need it. Auto insurance companies take your money and raises your rates and does very little for you unless you have an accident. Usually they raise their rates so high that you just switch companies. So you don't benefit from them.

    I have used Allstate insurance for 2 years, and my parents have used it as long as I can remember. They are usually very forgiving with late payments and do not charge late fees. Allstate also was very simple to deal with when my mother was in an accident. They also provide a safe driving bonus of $100 which is something I don't think other insurance providers do. Overall, I would recommend Allstate insurance as their pricing is very fair and they are very helpful and attentive when you have any type of issue.

    I've never filed a claim so I can't say I've had this experience. They offer the coverage I need and at a fair rate. They allow for me to pay my invoice by direct withdrawal from my bank. Insurance cards are available online. So far so good.

    Parts of Allstate are okay... The roadside assistance is good as is the agent who handles my account. They did raise my premium without notifying me, after a small parking lot bump that was unavoidable. They can be hard to do business with and are very picky about home insurance requirements. I would change companies if I could get a better deal elsewhere.
