They have always been quick to fix problems and claims process is easy. We have not had any issues with them. We like being able to make changes online. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is the time it takes for them to deduct our monthly payments from our checking account.

I feel like my agents at our local Allstate are very informative and helpful with any information I might need now and in the future. I have not had to file a claim, but am confident that if I did, they would handle it with the same care that they would wish to receive themselves.

I did several online auto insurance quotes starting in 2014. I had previously used several other auto insurance companies in the past. I chose to become a customer with Allstate in October 2013. At this time I was living in Tucson, Arizona. I found that dealing with the local agent in Tucson was much nicer than using an insurance broker like I had done in the past. I do an automatic withdrawal payment system every month, so I don't have to write a check or go online to make a payment. They also do automatic policy renewal. In 2014 I moved to Wisconsin. I did several auto insurance quotes with different companies but none could compare to the coverage and price I get with Allstate.

I only have PLPD so I haven't really had to get too involved with Allstate. I will say that I do think it is very reasonably priced insurance. I also like that the late fee is only $3.50 and there is a 30 day grace period. It is also helpful that if I wanted I could pay my total in one payment and get a discount. It is useful that I have the option of paying more on my balance. I also like that I can pay my bill online and can enroll in automatic payments.

They have a very good price for the coverage and the agents always have my best interest in mind. I have never had any trouble with them, and they even save me money. They have been in my family for many years and a while back when I needed to use my insurance, they were nothing but polite and helped me get back on my feet.

Are you in good hands... NOT WITH ALLSTATE!!! One of their policyholders hit my car, admitted fault at the scene, begged me not to go through his insurance, and left the scene. My sister stopped him in her truck and got his information. Now his insurance says that I went into his lane, and I am at fault. He was looking the opposite direction coming into my lane. I was honking my horn and he paid no attention, until he hit my car. They said I was at fault, because I had no insurance.

They provide coverage cheaper than my previous insurance and seem to be responsive to any inquiries we have had. When we first signed up we were provided with a lot of information on our policy and even information on our month to month bill that seemed to fluctuate in the start. They were always professional and courteous about everything. I feel as though no matter what happens Allstate will help us with every step of the way.

I have had Allstate for over 10 years. I have had to file 1 claim, a windshield claim. It was quickly dealt with and very easy. I was able to pick the company and they came to my house to change out my windshield. I did check around just to see what else was out there. I won't name the company, but they were almost $300 every 6 months more. They even told me that I should stay with Allstate. I have a wonderful agent that knows me by name that I can go and talk with about any concern I may have or to do some changes or updates to my policy.

They are really good and nice. Every time I visit them they're all welcoming. I am very happy with them and their help and service. My husband really really really love them. He's the one who told me to go with them. That means that my family is all in the same one.

It's perfect. Nothing wrong. It's cheap and love it especially when you have kids. I had Allstate for as long as I can remember and no problems even when I was in a car accident. Allstate has very good customer service, very very patient and can help me with anything. If you are looking for insurance Allstate I recommended 100%.

We recently switched from Liberty Mutual to Allstate, saving over $100 a month! The application process was quick and easy and our agent helped get us the best deal. Our family insures two cars and the savings we are getting with Allstate have been wonderful for our monthly budget.

I haven't been in any major wrecks so my record is pretty good, but the rates are really high compared to some other places, so I will probably be switching soon. I wouldn't recommend Allstate unless nothing else is good around the area. The customer service on the telephone wasn't very good. The person I talked to didn't have a good understanding what the problem was.

I have used Allstate Insurance for my cars and my house and have always been happy with their treatment of me. My local agents are always prompt to return my calls and to answer any questions. When I have had a claim, I found the company to be fair and quick to respond.

Our claims experience was good; though it was sometimes frustrating to get caught up in the telephone prompts. Our representative was friendly and prompt. Allstate did not feel very personal.

At the end of April my son was involved in an accident driving his grandmother's car insured by Allstate. The auto was totalled and my son sustained back injuries. No fault was supposed to go into effect to cover his medical bills and was told he would receive a weekly no fault check. While he is still receiving physical therapy covered under the no fault claim, no monies at this time have been distributed to him. His claim started very poorly as there were 3 different claim numbers issued by incompetent reps. It just gets worse from here. We have made numerous phone calls to get the issue straightened out with his representative and her supervisor. Apparently these two women sit near each other, and apparently transfer the call back and forth to each other.
Yesterday I was hung up on three times trying to get resolution. I have a letter stating all the paperwork was in order and the monies were ready to be processed on OCTOBER 7th. What a joke! They have again changed their tune! I cannot believe the incompetence these representatives have displayed. Allstate should be ashamed!!! If I conducted my job as these women have, I would certainly be unemployed!!! You should look into this as we are ready to contact a lawyer. Please take this matter very seriously!!!

My agent is always there to help. My new policy always comes in plenty of time for me to take care of it before a lapse in coverage could occur. It's about the going rate and I feel it comes with an actual human to help in case I have any questions.

I have never had a problem with them. They are a good company to be with. They’re always nice and always there for any questions you have. I have called a few times they answered all my questions and quick when you get in an accident and to give you a check to repair any car problems you have.

Have had a fairly good experience. Haven't really had any problems and get help when I need it. I did have one problem a few years ago but it was easily fixed. Haven't had any problems since then.

We have had Allstate insurance for several years. We have never had a problem dealing with them. Our local agent has always been helpful and their customer service is good. I just wish their rates were a little lower. Adding our teenaged children was easy, but costly. I wish there were more discounts for good drivers and drivers who have been long time customers.

We are very happy with the service we have from Allstate. We have both auto and homeowner’s insurance through them. We have only needed to make one claim and it went smoothly. Our agent is knowledgeable and helpful and always available to answer any questions. We have not been able to find a better deal either.

My auto insurance company is just okay. It's not great, there are no special bonuses, no special offers, no special customer service but we've had a it for a long time and it's been okay. I can honestly say that I am not all that impressed with our insurance but not sure where to start to find something new.

This auto insurance company has great rates and employees. I have used this company for more than ten years and I have never had any complaints. The insurance is very reasonable. Not too high and fairly cheap. I would definitely recommend this auto insurance company to others as well as friends and family.

In my opinion it is affordable and really fits my financial needs. This does not mean that it will work for everybody, as they have not always been completely reliable. However, the price easily can cover some complaints, but if you want to have a really safe choice, Allstate may not be your auto insurance.

It was easy to sign up and they gave me a good rate at first but after having them for a year and no accidents they raised my rates up and don't understand that. It is stupid to raise rates if you never filed a claim. It makes me want to switch insurance companies.

After over 45 years as a customer I would say that customer service has always been good. At one point we had a car almost totaled by a tornado and a week later a car stolen. The next renewal period we were put in a high risk pool. I always felt this unfair as we're not responsible for either and could not switch insurers with this on our record. Aside from that we have been satisfied.

Your agent is never available to you. When you call you leave messages, or another person acts on the agent's behalf. For as long as I had Allstate I never reached my agent. Premiums increases dramatically, and they do not work with the client. I changed insurance company.

My experience has been basically non existent simply because I have (4) policies and I have never had any claims. However, there was an incident of a frozen pipe in a unit owner above my rented condo. Even though I have a policy with Allstate, I didn't have to file a claim, my neighbor upstairs did because it was her fault. My unit still had water damage and it was impossible to retain people to extract water out in a timely manner. I called Allstate to inform them of this problem and even though I was not filing a claim they could put me on their waiting list for the company they used for their customers who had claims for water extraction and I was going to pay for it and get reimbursed from my neighbor upstairs. They did and it took (5) days but everyone else I called it was a minimum of (2) weeks. Some companies never called back at all. They even gave me an estimate for damage. Hell, it's the least they could do considering I never file claims.

We are loyal Allstate customers since 1986. We have always gotten A1 service. We were involved in two accidents where another person rear ended our vehicle; one of which was totaled. Allstate was right by our side facilitating and overseeing the claims in our behalf. One year my foot slipped off the brake at a traffic light and I bumped into the vehicle ahead of me. No one was injured but I damaged the tow on that vehicle. Allstate was right there for us. Our rates remained low. Allstate is the only carrier we have ever used.

Will not make good on a claim. They owe me a lot of money, made me testify, get dr reports on and on. We dumped them, terrible adjusters, rude. Don't return calls and are unethical. Am reporting to state dept of insurance.

I have been with Allstate for many years, and the local South Ontario, CA, Office takes excellent care of me and makes me feel as if I am their most important customer. I recommend them to all of my family and friends because they do an outstanding job. When I have had claims, they have handled my claims in a professional manner and expedited processing them. We switched to Allstate in April from another insurance company. The quote I got from our local agent after filling out our online form was very quick and offered us more savings than I expected. The agents in the office are friendly and accessible - I would definitely recommend them. The only reason I did not give Allstate five stars is that we have not had to file a claim with them yet, so I feel like I don't have enough information on the whole.

I was on my way to work. When I was almost there, a lady rear ended me. Immediately I started to worry both about the cost of repairs and how I would get to work. The police were there within 5 minutes. Just as I was done answering their questions, a car pulled up. It was my auto insurance agent! He not only assured me that he would take care of everything, he actually drove me to work! I love my insurance and the dedication of their agents!

I had someone hit my car when it was parked outside my house and Allstate took care of everything. No issues, no problems. It was very quick and easy. The agent was easy to work with and explained everything. I had my car fixed at a repair place that I trusted and they did a great job.

I was hit from behind by a person who had Allstate as their insurance. First off, I had to go to Wilmington, Delaware to the appraiser. I live in New Jersey. Very inconvenient. Then when I got there, the adjuster acting like he couldn't bring up my claim. Mind you, I just got got off the phone with Allstate and they had no trouble finding my claim. The adjuster didn't give an estimate for 3 days. Even though the lady on the phone said they would be cutting me a check. I have a 2012 VW Passat sel. This adjuster was trying to get me to go to the body shop where they would patch and paint my bumper!!! There are 2 holes and my bumper says Chevrolet backwards. The girl hit me so hard my trim was popped off and deep scratches. And the undercarriage was messed up which is hard plastic. How was you gonna fix that without replacing it?
His estimate was $686. My car is full of sensors. "I want my bumper replaced" I told him. Nothing was wrong with my car. It still looked brand new! Till your insurer hit me. So I told the adjuster I'm going to go through my insurance company (cure). They have been awesome. They came to my job and did the estimate. Replacing the bumper trim and undercarriage! Yay!
Now, I used Allstate for rental. Not once did they tell me that I would have to put a $50 deposit on the rental. They only approved $20 a day. I had to insure it. So after speaking with them 3 different occasions, not once mentioning the deposit, I dropped my car off to get fixed. Had to wait 3 hrs for the rental. Thank god I have a major credit card to cover the deposit. I had just got it 2 months ago. Otherwise, I would be without a car the next 3 days! I called to complain and get them to cover it. The only thing they could do was apologize. Well, apologies does not get people to work!!! I hope I never ever have to deal with Allstate again! You are definitely not in good hands!!!

I started with Allstate then switched to Esurance which is also Allstate but cheaper. Auto payments monthly from checking account, no down payment. It was my agent that suggested it, thought that's very honest of him.

I have used Allstate for about three past year. I think that they are reasonably priced considering the things that they cover. During the period I have had them I have not yet really needed to use them for any problems. So far however they have been a lot better at communicating to the customer compared to when I had Geico.

No problems. My rates have went up every year although I haven't had any tickets or any accidents and I am driving the same car. Do not have much contact with my agent. Receive my bill twice a year and payments are automatically deducted from my checking account.

I am currently going through a claim right now. I have been with them for over 14 years... I know it is a little high what I pay but I have always been loyal. I struck a tire in the road and had nowhere to go. It was either hit the tire or other vehicles. It chose the tire. It ripped apart my bumper and radiator and other things. They say it is collision and not comprehensive so they want me to pay a higher deductible because they said the tire wasn't moving... How do they know... were they there... just another excuse for insurance to screw people over. I have given them over $50000 and now they are going to lose a loyal customer over $750.

I have had Allstate for over 30 years. They have always helped me if I have a problem... I would highly recommend them. They will sit down with you the first time you go in the office and help you find exactly what you need. My agent is very helpful when someone in my household has an accident. She will tell you what to do and who to contact.

The price for basic coverage is okay; it's nothing to write home about, but it's not bad enough to look for another insurance provider. However, don't waste your money on the roadside services! We've had three incidents that required tow services, and each time was through Allstate. All three times, we've had to go through several parties, and twice we've waited more than four hours.

I really enjoy Allstate. I haven't really had the need to use the company (knock on wood) during the time that I've had them, and they are definitely a bit pricier than other auto insurance brands, but the experiences and the encounters that I have had with them have always been positive in nature. The only thing I do not like is that you have to pay more for some of their features like the Safe Driving Bonus, whereas I have always been a safe driver and would like to be rewarded for it.

The customer service I receive has always been great. The local office I use is responsive to my questions by phone and email. They have always been professional and helpful when I need to make changes to my policies. No complaints there. My premium, however, has continued to increase over the years with no warning or explanation. I have never had any claims and haven't had a speeding ticket in two years. Everyone I know doesn't have as good a driving history as me and they all pay less than I do. I appreciate good service, but it's not quite worth what I'm paying.

I have had Allstate insurance now for over 20 years. I realize they may not be the cheapest insurance company, but they have addressed any claims we have without any real noticeable changes in premiums. The repair for a collision claim a couple of years ago was handled professionally and the repairs were done at Allstate's suggestions at the shop of a dealer for that brand of vehicle. I appreciate that.

My auto insurance is great. My monthly payment is extremely low for being 20 years old and with a ticket and have good coverage. My onetime payment deductible is only 500 dollars on any amount of damage.

Very courteous and attentive personal customer service. I receive personal emails from my agent of updates. He is keeping me posted as to when my coverage will be lowered. I adore the Allstate commercials and received very good comments on Allstate services from friends and family. I have three family members that has Allstate coverage for car, rental and homeowner insurance.

Allstate is a great company. Customer service is hard to find but my Allstate agent is right there for me with just a click away. They have many discounts that you can qualify for to try and get your payments to something that fits your needs. You can also bundle multiple things like car insurance and homeowners insurance. I had Allstate growing up when I was on my parents insurance. When I was old enough to get my own insurance I switched to a company that was cheaper, however 5 years later I'm back with Allstate. You just can't beat the coverage for the price!

I had a motor insurance 4 days ago. A claim was filed 3 days ago. The agent who was assigned my claim never returned a call, even after 4 attempts and leaving messages. Finally she claimed that her work was not done so i need to wait further to get a rental car. 3 full days not enough for her to approve a rental vehicle!! Then why do we need insurance at all?!! My agent is great. He helps me and knows me and the family situation. However insurance rates keep claiming and I have never had a claim. Not ever. As a realtor, I have referred clients to his Office. It's absurd keep paying this much insurance.

Our Allstate experience has been uneventful, and I tend to regard that as a good thing when it comes to insurance products. We pay what's pretty much market rate for our two cars and have not had a significant premium increase since we bought the Outback in 2007. I cannot speak to their claims process since we haven't had to file a claim with them since Allstate because our insurance provider in 2003. Others we know seem happy with the speed and reasonableness of their claims process.

Allstate has always processed my claims quickly and fairly, though they have been few. I have only called them a few times and they were friendly and willing to help to the best of their ability. The agency I signed with has changed agents several times so I have an issue with stability. You get to know someone and then they're gone. I believe Allstate is just as good as other companies but not really better. A good option if they are close to your home or work.

As with all auto insurance, finding the right one for you can be a hassle. I've had a lovely experience with customer service whenever I have questions that need to be answered! I never have much to complain about when it comes to my coverage and how this company serves me. We have been with Allstate for a little over three years now. Shortly after we purchased a new Ford F-150 in 2013, we were hit by another driver who ran a stop sign. She claimed that she "accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake." Allstate was there for us every step of the way from getting our vehicle towed to a repair shop, through the estimate procedure, helping us get a rental vehicle while repairs were made, etc... They stood by us in a stressful time and made things flow a little bit smoother. I highly recommend Allstate insurance to anyone looking to change their insurance company.

My agent is attentive and makes sure that we are aware of other products and services. We are limited in our zip code to combine our homeowners with our auto insurance. I have a very satisfied relationship with my insurance agent. He keeps me up to date about any changes to my policy and any new things that are about to take place. I have not had to file any claims yet but I can reach him whenever I need to. Any questions I have he always seems to be able to answer them. I have been covered by Allstate for over thirty years. They cover my cars and home. I have always experienced excellent customer service. I had to call 3 time to get my insurance cards in the mail because only the temporary cards were available online. I have found their prices to be unbeatable and with their Drivewise device my auto insurance just went down 27% based upon my driving habits. I do also have homeowners insurance with them and that is the only time that I have had a claim with this company. Their claims were payed within the same week of filing the claim. My experience with Allstate insurance was very pleasing. Every time I have them a call there was never more than five minutes before I spoke to a representative. My agent was very helpful. Any questions I had he answered them thoroughly and was always a please to speak with. My agent also helped me find the lowest deals. I have had auto insurance with Allstate for close to 30 years now. I've had nothing but first-rate service from Allstate and from my Allstate agent. Last year, when I was involved in an accident, my agent was most responsive. He had a claims adjuster contact me almost immediately. The other driver in the accident claimed I was at fault, and the other guy's insurance company initially declined the claim, saying they had cancelled his policy. Allstate went to bat for me and was able to convince the other insurance company to reimburse me for my deductible. Allstate has always gone above and beyond, and has always been there when I need them.

I do not feel as though the person we bought our policy through is helpful to us or our concerns. Wife and I were both hit by other cars while sitting at red lights within a month and a half span. We never had any other claims. No other accidents. Allstate said that created negative driving records and dropped us. We were sitting at red lights. We couldn't do anything to prevent an accident from happening. How does a company get away with something so ridiculous?

I love Allstate. They saved me $700 over my prior insurance company. I have accident forgiveness declining deductible and every 6 months I get a check in mail as long as I do not have a claim. They do not raise your rates if you have an accident and there are also bonus credits.

For 12 days we have been waiting for Allstate to pick up my daughter's car from the tow company who towed it from the crash site and total it out so she can get another. Many calls into Claims and they blamed it on the current tow company that picked it up and the crash site, saying they have left 10 plus messages, never getting a call back or hung up on.
Well today I called. The current tow company left a message and they called back within a couple hrs. They've talked with Allstate numerous times giving them the total every time waiting for her car to get picked up. The tow company said they would keep me posted. Well they just called me again (now remember the Allstate agent claims they never return calls) and told me once again Allstate's tow company can't come pick up car due to weather. What weather?!?! This is the 3rd time Allstate has called the current tow company giving an excuse as to why they can't get it. This was a very cut and dried case. We emptied out the car the day she totaled it and Allstate should've picked it up within a day or two and towed it to their facility. TWELVE days it has sat with Allstate doing NOTHING except lie and bs us!!!

I was driving on 495 and one Trailer throw a stone on to my front windshield and as soon as it happens I took a picture of the trailer then call my agent then she said she will call me back. What she did by giving me safe lite number & the repair was 359 me. I was in an accident with an Allstate insured driver about 3 yrs ago. The driver backed in to my car, admitted fault and the insurance company Allstate accepted Liability. OK great right (NOT). Days after they accepted Liability they said "too bad so sad we decline liability and are not going to fix your car." OK that was incident one.
A week ago an Allstate Insured changed lanes and side swiped my truck. He admitted fault and offered to pay out of pocket. I said "OK" then he did not follow through with his promise so I filed a claim with Allstate. They contacted their insured. He said that he did change lanes and hit me and again they accepted fault. Then two days later they changed their mind again. I believe they are treating me this way because of previous experiences with them. IF YOU NEED INSURANCE ALLSTATE IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. I would recommend any other insurance company other than Allstate.

I terminated my auto insurance in August with Allstate. They hit me with a termination charge I'll call it and did not terminate it until Sept. 28th. I received a bill for over $600. I called and it was reprocessed. Now I am told I owe $248 or so. I plan to talk to Consumer Affairs.

I have been with Allstate insurance company for over 2 years. Never had there been any changes to my policy. My vehicle was hit while it was parked. The other person was insured and paid for everything. Since the accident Allstate has been increasing my rates for different excuses. One was because rates have increased statewide then two months later in the middle of a policy stating I had an address change but I moved almost a year and a half ago. They said because I was not at fault and the other insurance paid for the damages my rates will not be affected but every other month they are raising my rates for no real explained reason. My insurance went from 109 to 129 all after an accident that was not my fault and was totally handled by the other insurance.

I had to file a claim with Allstate because I was rear ended by an Allstate customer. This accident occurred in early October and here it is November 16th and still no payment even though Allstate has admitted that their client was at fault. I guess I'm going to have to hire a lawyer to get paid so I can have my car fixed? Not much luck in the customer service department either. I feel like I'm being avoided. Website for guest checking on the progression of their claim status NEVER works. I can never get an agent to answer my phone calls or voice mails either. This is NOT acceptable.

Missed my semi-annual payment date when my dad died. It arrived 3 days after the due date. Allstate cancelled my policy. Had been insured with them 16 years with no claims on my auto or home policy. I recognize they are in business to make money. But really, did they need to cancel me after 16 years with no previous late payment and no claims? Based on this, I cannot recommend Allstate.

I have to say that Allstate has very good auto and renters insurance. Since I've been with this company my Rates have never gone up. Not to mention the Allstate 0 deductible is unbeatable. They know there are other insurance agencies out there and also know their competition which give them the edge for car/vehicle insurers. Great rates!!

I have been with this insurance company for 36 years. I have multiple policies with them. Whenever I had a claim, I was completely satisfied with speed of the settlement and the customer service.

They are great! They are always on top of things. Every time I need anything all I have to do is call. They always make sure my policies are up to date and if I have any questions all I have to is call and speak to my agent.

Incidents and file claims are always handled efficiently and with care. Agents provide status updates on a regular and frequent basis. I feel like they are genuinely hard working and care to make the experience as stress free as possible.

It's ok. Not the best and the rates are still high. Still have to supplement additional for AAA and be out of pocket more $$ to have a more solid coverage. From all other people reviews I hear the same thing. Not great CSR.

I have had no issues with Allstate. Their sign up process was easy and their prices were great. I had a cracked windshield and Allstate had it replaced within a week. Allstate has a great reputation and lowest prices I have found. Thanks.

Ran over a raccoon on a Friday night. Had it towed to the closest dealership from where it happened, about 2.5 hours away from where we live. We called Allstate to file the claim a few hours later. They said an adjuster would be out to inspect the car at the dealership the next week. Come Monday after they had the whole week to send an adjuster, no one ever showed. Said they will just get the estimate from the dealership. I thought all is good now. Boy was I wrong. Another week later they said they had approved the claim and cut a check to arrive 5-7 business days. Two days later I called the dealership to let them know the check is coming and to order the needed parts. Another two days later I called the dealership to see how the process is going, well Allstate contacted them and told them not to do anything yet as they were disputing labor charges on the estimate and wanted the estimate to be re done.
Another 1.5 weeks and 4 estimates later they finally settled on an amount. Everything went fine, dealership order the parts. The Monday of the fifth week, we get a call from Enterprise saying Allstate set the last day for the rental to be paid for on Tuesday, the next day. Even though the car would not be finished until the next weekend. Allstate said they would take care of it. Called Enterprise the next day, Allstate still had not updated the date for the rental. Called again two days later, still no update. Come Friday, car is finished but dealership will not release the car until they have the check in hand since they were told it was coming 2.5 weeks ago, which they did not receive Friday and do not get mail on Saturdays.
We were supposed to meet up with the dealership halfway between my city and theirs to pickup the car, but Allstate managed to mail the check to the dealership, but make the check out to my S/O. So now we have to drive back to their city 2.5 hours there, 2.5 hours back to sign the check over to them. We contacted Allstate today to let them know dealership will not release the car, Allstate said they will call and try to convince them. Hopefully I get my car back today or Monday. They took all this time to haggle and save a few hundred on the estimate, but now they are paying for all these extra days for the rental car. So back to square one for their cost. Pointless. Allstate's prices are great, but communication/claims process is a complete, total, utter mess.

I am very happy with it but as I have yet to make any type of claim I can't have a 100 percent opinion anyway but it seems. Like a good company, the apps in the product info that they provide new clients do seem to be very effective

I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from my Allstate agent. His location is very convenient. His staff is very helpful and informative. They are polite and friendly. They are professional with respect to: they are not talking amongst themselves while conducting business with me, they are not taking personal calls while conducting business with me. They do not speak with profanity or slang. They are dressed in appropriate office attire. When I speak to them on the phone they are well mannered and well spoken. They are able to fax or email information that I need and have done so immediately upon request when needed. I appreciate all these things when conducting business. I have been fortunate and have not had any accidents so, I have not needed their services in that regard.

They made it easy to switch and it greatly reduced my premium. I had no paperwork to deal with. Allstate took care of everything and they were there every step of the way. I bundled car and home and saved even more. My agent even gave me her cell number, so if I had any questions on the weekend I could call her.

We have had a wonderful experience with Allstate. We haven't had many claims, but the ones we have are paid promptly and our local agent is always available to us. He is happy to answer any questions we have and meet with us anytime we need it. We have a reasonable rate and we also get the safe driving bonus for not getting any tickets or accidents, which is a nice surprise. We usually get around $30-$35 per bonus, every few months or so. Not a huge amount, but enough to buy dinner! I would definitely recommend Allstate to others.

It just keeps getting more expensive and I just don't understand why. I tried to call about it but they keep giving me stupid answers. They are not as truthful as they pretend to be on their commercial. They don't give you a discount check.

They offer me the best protection at the lowest possible price and gave me free roadside assistance. I also get a greater discount because I also have my Home Owners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance policy along with my auto insurance with Allstate.

Insurance is good, don't really use much because haven't been in a accident. They have roadside assistance which I had to use because I had a flat tire. Took them an hour to come which they said to expect. The guy was nice. Person on the phone was also nice.

The company keeps me updated on any changes that I need to make. The company handles any requested changes quickly. When I have filed a claim it was taken care quickly. My billings are always accurate. As my children aged the insurance rates were changed appropriately. Even when my insurance agent changed my needs were taken care of, without missing a beat. I don't think about my insurance company, I just know they will be there when needed. I have reviewed other companies and I am satisfied with my current company.

I been with Allstate for 30 years never had any problems. I recommend this insurance company. It is a great insurance to have for vehicles and home. Again I been very satisfied. Never had to file a claim or had any accidents.

Allstate auto insurance has been good about fixing the car after an auto accident but it is pricey compared to other insurances. Even before the accident, we were never able to get the no accident rewards that they advertise. The excuse was that we were already getting a lower price. After the accident, the cost went up about 50% but when my husband bought a Prius C, it went up $200 more with the excuse that it was very expensive to fix if it was in an accident.

After calling many different insurance companies, I found that Allstate has the lowest rates for the same amount of coverage. They also have the program that allows you to plug a device into your car that lowers your rates even more. Because I do not do a lot of driving this is very beneficial to me in keeping my rates low.

This company is easy to deal with and has fair prices. I have been using them for about 40 years for my house and cars and have no complaints. If you have a claim they deal with it quickly and I have a local agent who knows me personally and is a pleasure to do business with.

Our rates keep going up due to the claims made in our area, which doesn't make me happy. Our coverage is good otherwise, but we are considering exploring other options. Although I don't want to waste time researching, I will if our rates continue to go up.
