They delivered the refrigerator based on when we wanted it delivered. But since we received it, the ice maker doesn't work and there are a few issues that is going on with the fridge. I need to contact Viking to have someone look at it. It would be good if Viking could contact the customer after the purchase to make sure everything is good. If there's something that needs to be looked at, then they could send someone over.

Viking makes good quality products. The Viking refrigerator that I bought was affordable. It was 5,000. It’s a French door. It has that commercial look where there's nothing protruding from the doors. No screens.

The fridge has great quality. Having that professional restaurant kind of look is what we were going for. So I liked all that coming together about the fridge. My wife was concerned about the height because it is a very tall unit compared to most people's home units. But the more important thing is we knew we wanted a very nice built-in kitchen. It's built into the woodwork around it and that was a good look. It checked all the boxes that we were looking for. We knew we were purchasing the higher end thing, and we're very happy with that. The ringing doorbell thing when you leave the fridge open is my favorite feature but it's also my least favorite because it's annoying, but that's the point. I like that it's there.

We spent a ton of money on Viking. We put a ton of stuff in and the double oven with French doors was our longest lead item. It was a six-month wait. We bought this stuff in September, and it didn't get installed till early April. Everybody was blaming COVID. We've got everything in now and running, but initially, we had a rough install. We ended up doing a lot of it ourselves 'cause our installer couldn't get the double range. It was easy though. They just had to move the outlet box. It was sitting in their way, and we put it right in ourselves. That was our experience with Viking, but so far, it was just more or less our installer. The appliances themselves have been working fine.
The refrigerator was a little iffy at first because it was showing that it was not cooling enough on the fridge. So far, it's still about 12 degrees off. We've been putting a thermometer in there to watch it, and we keep it on negative five to keep it at about seven. That's with us not even opening the door very often at all. They were supposed to be ordering some parts, but our installer has never have gotten back with us.

Our Viking refrigerator broke down three months ago. We were able to get it fixed through Viking a week ago. We had to go three months with no refrigerator. It was disappointing that for such a large region in Northern California, they only have one company that we could work with. And that company, unfortunately, it took them three months to get it done for us. We had to wait on one company to figure out how they could fix the refrigerator. They ended up coming out a bunch of different times. And it was a disaster. We paid for the appliances within the sale price. And we understand the reputation that came along with Viking. So, it's something we wouldn't expect. The real test of time when you're paying for these high quality products is the service that you get. That's the selling point. It's not worth it if I couldn't count on things happening when they should in terms of need.

We had various other Viking appliances and the delivery time was the most attractive of anything else that we considered. The Viking refrigerator is sufficient and looks good. The techs installed it and left me the instructions. They were good and very helpful. There was an issue with the initial installation though and they had to come back. And I'm gonna have to have them come back again because the icemaker in the freezer section doesn't seem to be working.

It's truly humbling to hear from start to finish you are more than satisfied. Thank you for giving Viking the chance to continue providing excellent service and quality.

We like the Viking refrigerator a lot and we're happy with it. There are issues but it's being very picky -- things not being perfectly rectangular and perfectly aligned and having the same width of a gap all the way through the entire gap. But overall, it's a really nice refrigerator. It's quiet, it's working, and it looks neat.

I like the style of it and the quality of the refrigerator and I got a good price. The only issue I would have is the front adjusters that are supposed to lift the fridge up and adjust the height. The ones on the front kind of broke so I have a piece of wood stuck under there to level it out. I thought they were kind of cheap, given the rest of the fridge. But that's about the only thing that I found that I have a problem with. Other than that, I like the external appearance. I like the lighting and everything's metal, even the inside shelves on the doors feel really solid.

There's a lot more space in the fridge than we had previously, which makes it nice to be able to use the doors. Also, the water machine works great. I like it. It doesn't have an ice machine showing on the outside -- it's on the inside of the fridge.

We've used the refrigerator for about a month and so far, so good. But there's a drawer that is a very cheap one compared to the price. They could have spent more money to come up with a better drawer than a plastic one.

My husband picked out the Viking refrigerator and it wouldn't be my first choice because the freezer space is horrible. It's not big enough. We have a family of five and we're constantly shoving things in the two drawers. I'm not a big fan of that. I would rather have the side-by-side refrigerator freezer.

I have all Viking appliances in the home and I love all of them. The refrigerator is a good size and it's nice to have the drawers that I can move so they don't just stack on top of one other. I can have space between the drawers to put things and I can move everything around that needs to be cooler.

I'm not very impressed with our Viking refrigerator. We've had a repairman out and there's still an issue. When the crisper drawers slide, it makes a scraping sound. When we close the refrigerator door, there's something in the hinge that's making a loud click. I reported the crisper drawer. They said that's the way it works. The door hinge clicking sound happened after they came out, but I intend to have them come back and look at it.

Our refrigerator wouldn't hold temperature since we moved into the house. It's only about a four-year-old Viking and it seems like the sealed refrigeration system is faulty. And even though it's under warranty, both Viking and their authorized service has not honored the warranty, and the authorized service provider is now not responding to calls. The third party person was generally rude and gave me incorrect information. I have a warranty card that says the full sealed refrigeration system is under full warranty for 6 years and the limited warranty till 12 and this person was telling me that it's out of warranty and they don't cover anything in the sealed system. People should go with Sub-Zero Wolf.

We got a developed house and the Viking refrigerator was already installed. You can do different temperatures. So far, it seems perfect. There is only one thing that I am confused about. I'm confused about their warranty and if you need to register the product.

We love the Viking refrigerator. It looks good and it is reliable. The feature that my wife likes is the door closes itself automatically. If you leave some of the doors open, the shelves close automatically. Also, it has the feature of the icemaker being independent. The arrangement all over is really nice. It’s also great service. We had an issue with the fan and they sent someone in two days. He examined the refrigerator and identified the issue at hand. He ordered a replacement and he was back the following week.

Viking is a brand that's well-known and it's a family preference. I love the refrigerator from them. It was put in a new construction home that we don't actually live in yet so it's just sitting there. Customer service was excellent. There was great communication and follow-up. I had an issue with another appliance I got and there was a speedy resolution.

At times it takes our breath away to hear how our customers remain so faithful to Viking. Thank you for placing your trust in the quality of our brand.

Our kitchen is set up for a built-in refrigerator. Since we were needing a new refrigerator and didn't want to remodel the whole kitchen, I was limited to brands that offered one that fit the dimensions of our space. I looked at a few different ones and the Viking one stood out to me. I went to Best Buy as that was one of the stores that the associate presented.
It took quite about nine months before I got the Viking refrigerator I ordered. For the most part, the refrigerator seems to be working pretty well. The only thing is, we had some issues with it in a short time. The built-in icemaker had some quality issues. But those were resolved by a warranty repair. A third party company was sent out and they seemed pretty knowledgeable. They were good to work with and they made sure that we were taken care of. It just with what we paid for it, we had more hiccups than we should have had early on. But for the most part, I'm pretty satisfied with it. Everything seems to be pretty good quality. I like how modular everything is in it. You don't just have the ability to adjust the shelves, but the positions of all of the different parts such as the crisper drawer and the deli drawer. You can arrange it however that suits your needs. That's my favorite aspect of the refrigerator.

My Viking refrigerator is a built-in, two side-by-side, with an ice maker. No water dispenser. A bit bigger inside than what the Whirlpool that it replaced. Stainless steel. It's on par with the others. We would like to have had a water dispenser, but Viking didn't offer that. And the motor is a bit noisy. But it's a good refrigerator. It's worth the difference in money from a Whirlpool.

We used Viking across the board for the refrigerator, the double French door oven, the stovetop, etc. A huge thing for me was the 5% kickback that they did. When they gave me back 1,800 bucks, that was a win. The Viking refrigerator is big. I saw the dude take it upstairs, and it was gnarly for him to get up. I like the shelving and the way they have the soft-close doors. The ice machine pumps ice out super quick. It’s not clear ice, but it's close to clear. All that stuff works fantastically. It also has that very clean, almost luxurious look and feel to it. It could be a lot more feature-driven though. Also, once that warranty goes up, they’ll want three grand to fix it. But all in all, we're great so far.

Viking is super helpful but I wasn't too happy with the Viking refrigerator. The first one broke down. The compressor went out. Before that, the lights went out, so I had a repair guy come out several times. Everything was returned under warranty, and the service was awesome. They gave me a brand-new refrigerator after two years. However, sometimes the fan's running too much. It's happened two times, but it seems to be running okay now, so I'm gonna wait and see.

The process of purchasing the Viking refrigerator was a little difficult because everybody was out of stock, but when we finally found a place that had it in stock, it was great. The installers came back today because the bottom hinge on the door and the spring sprung on it. So, they're ordering the part and then, they'll come back and fix it. But everything else is working good and the quality is great.

Viking and Wolf are high-end brands. We had had Wolf before and we really liked it. We went in to buy a Wolf product and the lead time on them was much longer than the Viking products. Ended up purchasing the Viking products. We wanted everything to match. We bought everything from the same brand so it all matched like we had in our other home. We bought a Viking stove and oven. We were redoing the kitchen.
We just got the Viking refrigerator. I like the ice machine better than the Wolf ice machine because the ice is bigger and better. We've had the refrigerator now for a couple of months. Last week, the refrigerator door was opened and there was a sound. It was almost like something was touching the fan. So far, this happened only once. We're gonna have to call Viking and have them come back and check the warranty.

The ice maker quit working after three weeks. So they had to come out and replace it. Then the drawers that are supposed to automatically close, some do and some don't. But overall, the refrigerator is fine. The customer service is terrific.

I went to Best Buy Pacific Sales to buy appliances. Viking was very attractive because it looks good. I was looking for something built-in and they had a good deal with all the bundles. I bought a refrigerator about four years ago and it broke down three times already. I would not recommend Viking. Every time the refrigerator broke down, I called the service and it would take three to four days. I throw all the food inside the refrigerator. I have to buy another refrigerator.
When the refrigerator first broke down and wasn't cooling, I called the Viking and they gave me another vendor working with the Viking warranty. I called them and a couple of days later, they were gonna stop by. They came in and then they fixed the refrigerator. They didn't charge because it was under warranty. After eight months, the same problem occurred again. I called the vendor and they said I was out of warranty. The part will be under warranty but the labor will be paid for. I had to pay $600 for the labor only.
A couple of months later, ice was not being made. I called again and I was told that I would have to pay more than $5,000. I still paid them. Right now, my LED light isn't working. I called and was told that they would have to change the whole panel and that was more than $1,000. That was it for me. I'm just gonna leave the refrigerator without the lighting. The cooling is okay and I'm just using it right now.

I am not happy with Viking at all and I would never buy a Viking appliance again. Nor would I ever recommend Viking. Our whole neighborhood has Viking and just about everybody has had a problem with Viking, whether it be a dishwasher, oven, or refrigerator. The service has been awful. It's a brand-new house and a year after we've been in the house, the freezer went out. And now, the top part of the refrigerator is not cooling correctly. So, I've been dealing with service people and parts for six months and I can't get anywhere.
The latest issue is that the part that's needed to fix the temperature control is back-ordered and as of yesterday, it's been 112 days. So, we had to go out and purchase a smaller refrigerator to put in our garage just so we would have a refrigerator. And I've had to throw out everything in my freezer when the freezer went out, then just about everything in the top part of the refrigerator when the temperature control was at 56. There are two authorized dealers in Birmingham, Alabama that are Viking-approved and it takes them a week to come out once you place a service call. I've had two different techs because I've had so much trouble. The first technicians that dealt with the freezer, it took them four service calls to get it right. Then the second company I used for the top part of the refrigerator, they've come out twice and they were better than the first.
Viking's customer service reps are also not good. When the freezer part went out, the customer care advocate said that maybe they could compensate me to go buy a refrigerator to store our food in. She said I could send her the receipt and she'd see what she could do. That went nowhere and she hadn't done anything. In fact, I've had to pay $635 for the first service repair. Then, when the top part had an issue, I asked them if they could send out a used Viking refrigerator or something that's been on the floor or something that works until the part could come in. But they said they couldn't do anything.

The refrigerator's capacity is fine. And the controls are very easy to use. But we've had two small parts break. Overall, we've been disappointed in Viking appliances.

We just have a new home built. We've had Viking in the past. We like the quality. So, we went Viking. We're very pleased with it. The company we bought it from came and did the install and delivery. They were professional and knew what they were doing. We love the fridge. We like the look. Our house had a cabinet built in a certain size, so we had to get a built-in refrigerator, and Viking had what we wanted.

The only issue I have had with the refrigerator, for what I would consider a luxury model, is the icemaker does not work well. The arm doesn't reset, so I'll refill sometimes on the door. I've had nicer icemakers. We had Viking come back out to check it. The techs came once, and they thought they had it fixed. Since then, since they didn't fix the icemaker, we just lived with it. Other than that, we like everything else.

Our Viking fridge got a lot of different storage areas that’s kinda neat. There are a lot of drawers and shelves that you can configure. So far, so good.

We bought the refrigerator from a subsidiary of Best Buy that does more of their high-end stuff. They brought us the first one and then brought us another one. We said that the first one they brought us was less damaged than the second one. So, I asked if they could cut me a discount and we’ll just take it because we literally moved into our house and we needed a refrigerator, and they ended up doing that. They talked about ordering one but they said it might be a while to get one, and we couldn’t wait that long. The fridge we have now has some minor imperfections but it works well. When my wife opens the refrigerator, you can almost feel like it's an AC unit because you can feel the cold coming out of it. It's probably one of the coldest refrigerators I've ever owned but it's just how we got it was not the best experience because there were scratches on it when we unboxed it.
I was looking between Viking and KitchenAid and Samsung. And even though the price was more than I originally was thinking for a refrigerator, Viking has very good quality. It's made in the US and supporting US people and I’m good with it. I like its aesthetic. The only surprising thing is if you're a parent, you have kids and they give you artwork, the outside of it is not magnetic. So, I can't hang the usual stuff on it. I’m a little disappointed but it looks nice. Beyond the receiving of the product, the Viking refrigerator is a great product. It's been dependable.

I'm not happy with the Viking appliances I bought. The ice falls out of the ice maker. It goes into the container, but when you open the freezer drawer, it falls out. It really shouldn't happen on a $2,000 refrigerator. There should be some way for that ice to be captured and not end up all over my floor when it overflows in the tray. The freezer drawer also came bent. We're still waiting for a replacement. It looks nice, but there's nothing special about it. The dimming light is nice when you open it. It's off and then it slowly turns on. But there's no water dispenser. I would never buy a refrigerator again from Viking ever.
We also had to go through three different microwaves because the Viking microwave didn't work. The Viking dishwasher also doesn't even have a cycle. The part in the door that holds the detergent is broken. They've replaced it twice and are waiting yet again for another replacement because it still doesn't work right. The door doesn't click on and hold. The worst part, I wash my dishes and they're wet. They don't even dry.

Their reps were informative and it was completely opposite to what we had with the previous brand we had. The installers knew what they were doing and they did a good job. We are very pleased with Viking so far. The only thing is the door shuts a little faster than we like. Other than that, the fridge works very well.

We were shopping for a Sub-Zero and the appliance store that we went to said that Viking had a good special where if I bought a refrigerator, I would get a dishwasher. We needed a dishwasher so that made sense. I like the quality of the fridge very much. It's a nice space and it's nice-looking from the outside. The lights just recently went out and somebody came out pretty quick. They were good. They didn't have the right product the first time and had to come back, but it was fine.

The freezer didn't work and the fridge wouldn’t hold the temperature. Their Viking rep had to keep coming out and trying to fix it. We did that for a little over three months. I wrote them a nice email that it was time for them to step up and replace it because we're a family of seven. I had to get demanding but they worked with me. They ordered a new one for me and they were nice and gave me $400 to buy something for my garage so I could at least have a fridge during that time when their fridge wasn't working. I finally got my new Viking fridge in January and then the icemaker wasn't working so they ended up replacing the icemaker. Now, I have a fully functioning Viking fridge. I like that it's a bigger fridge and it has French doors, which I've never had before.

The salesman was good and they delivered my Viking on time. It's an awesome refrigerator. We had problems in the beginning where one of the doors bowed out. Also, in the other door, the weatherstripping was compressed. Viking sent someone who did some repairs. It's still not great and the new weatherstripping they put in is still compressed. Also, it's loose and it didn't get installed correctly. So we still have to get something done. Other than that, we like the size of the fridge and the lighting inside. I also like the way the shelves are and that there are drawers I can adjust and move up and down.

I liked the layout of the Viking refrigerator and the fact that the salespeople told me they tended to be more reliable than some of the other models because they're often used in commercial applications. They don't have a lot of customization options other than whether or not you want an ice maker. I did that. I bought the fridge brand-new December 2022. Shortly thereafter, the ice maker failed. It's under warranty so I called the appliance store back and they took care of it. They were a little skeptical about the design of the ice maker.
They were able to fix the ie maker. But what happened is that the fill pipe that brings the water in froze solid and they think it might be a design flaw. Since they fixed it, the fridge has been operating for about a week. The problem may be that if you don't frequently take ice out of it, that pipe is going to freeze again. Other than that, the fridge has worked fine. It looks to be of a good quality. I like the way it's laid out.
It's a French-door refrigerator with a very spacious freezer drawer. There's no deli drawer in-between that you can pull out, which a lot of the other ones have, which seemed to me makes them basically more complicated. The other reason I chose this one is it does not have any kind of digital electronics. All appliances now will have apps that hook up to your phone and iPad and I didn't want that. It's just stuff that is eventually going to malfunction. I want it basic.

I had a Viking fridge in Chicago in my previous place. I liked the quality and that they were made in the United States. I got a new refrigeration unit. I looked at the size that I needed and I said, "Yeah, this is what I need. This is what I'm buying." It keeps everything cold properly and it doesn't fail. That's the best feature. It's the primary feature.

We had a problem with the refrigerator and they got it fixed. They were trying to get out of paying for it, but it was a defect, so they had no choice. Other than that, I like my fridge. It's top of the line. A Viking is a lot better in quality than anything you would get at Home Depot. But get your checkbook ready.

When I moved in the house in 2016, it had a Viking refrigerator in it. It had a problem and I needed to get it fixed. But they were unable to fix it. It was an old refrigerator. It took me two years to get the new refrigerator. It is working. But when it was installed, the door made a bad sound when you opened it. It was like a spring is about to break. I called the person that installed it and he said he could come. I got a new appointment for him to come and fix it on April the 19th. But he did not show up. He didn't call or text me. That's where I'm at right now.
I'm talking to a very nice lady at Viking. Beverly is her name and she's been trying her best to help me out. But she's been unable to get the installer to respond back to me. I think that has something to do with the issue that when the refrigerator was installed, the wooden floor was severely scratched and I'm being avoided because of that. Beverly told me that my next step would be to talk to her supervisor. But in the meantime, I told her I was going out of the country. I couldn't do anything right now.

The fridge collects water in the pan underneath it. The problem with that is it doesn't make ice when there's water in there. We constantly have to take the water out to keep it working with the ice maker. But other than that, it works great and keeps stuff cool. It seems to be a well-made refrigerator.

We love all the Viking products. The appliances are phenomenal. They feel well-built. The oven is our favorite piece. As far as cooking on them, they heat evenly and we have good control of the features. The Viking refrigerator classically looks good. The quality is outstanding. I like how easily you can control the temperatures. But I would tell others to purchase through an authorized Viking dealer. I went through a third-party retail site to buy these appliances and once they were delivered, I had a lot of trouble getting them set them up in the home. The guys who came out here to deliver it said, "We can put it in the garage, but we can't bring it inside.” I paid for it on the install. That was a little frustrating. I could have went to a retail outlet and purchased from a Viking representative to make that process a little smoother.
When I got my dishwasher, the door was dented so I had to file a claim. A representative from Viking came out here. He was phenomenal. He replaced the door on the dishwasher and went through and set everything up because the install guys wouldn't do it. He also walked me through the features. It was a way better experience.

It's truly humbling to hear from start to finish you are more than satisfied. Thank you for giving Viking the chance to continue providing excellent service and quality.

We had to have a repair for the refrigerator. The door wasn't sealing correctly. You had to force it to close. Viking ended up replacing the refrigerator. It didn't take that long for that. But right now, something might be not completely right with the ice machine. It makes noise and it shouldn't make that much noise. But overall, we're pleased with the products.

When I was appliance shopping, the builder sent us to a couple of different appliance places and the main one that I went to, Viking was prominently displayed. I've had other friends that had the Viking appliances as well and here locally, we had a Viking store that did cooking demonstrations, which were great. When they feed you like that, it's a good chef cooking, so it was really nice to see everything up close and personal.
We ordered our Viking refrigerator last summer, and it arrived around early October about the same time we demoed the kitchen. There were lots of issues with delays getting things to us, and then the kitchen remodel took longer. We’ve had the refrigerator in place about two months now. It has a great design and it's roomy. The all glass inside is really nice, and I like that they've got the deeper shelves on the door itself, so the condiments can't flip over easily. I also like the bottom drawer for the freezer to have things down low. To be able to open the upper portion and have everything at eye level is really a nice feature. I’ve always had a side-by-side, so this is my first one with the freezer on the bottom, and I'm very pleased.

Viking has handled any minor issues we've run into and they've been good. We had a water dispenser issue on the refrigerator and there was a dent on the refrigerator door. They've addressed all of that. The old refrigerator that we got rid of was also a Viking from 2006. The one we just purchased in 2023 looks almost identical, except for a few lighting and alarm features that they've added. It's kind of weird that they don't update the styles, but plastic is good.

The refrigerator is only three months old, and every time you open the door, it squeaks like a mouse. It's very annoying. Also, a lot of things on the top left corner on the refrigerator freeze. Every time it fills up for the ice, it's very noisy. But the design is nice.

Viking is the worst refrigerator I've had. And nobody seems to care. We've had trouble with it in the beginning and Viking has been unresponsive. Two cans of Coke exploded in it because the upper part of it got out of control on its temperature. The ice maker has been broken since we got it. I tried to turn it off and on. It still makes ice cubes to the point where I open the freezer, I can't get it open. But when I do, those ice cubes fall on the floor. We often have water on the floor. It still isn't fixed. Viking said it's on order. I'm close to just saying, "Okay. We made a mistake and getting rid of it." It's a disaster. I wish we could return it.
It took weeks to get Viking to come out. They called and called back many days later. They scheduled an appointment a week later. Meanwhile, we got the same problem. The guy came out. And he adjusted somehow the temperature, but he didn't do anything with the ice thing. He said, "It's broken. You need a new one." That was two weeks ago and said we would hear from him quickly. I haven't heard anything. Then it would be another week. It was almost like they were doing us a favor by selling it to us. And the service has been zero. The refrigerator costs more than $15,000, which is preposterous. It has been a terrible experience.

The installation of the Viking went very well. Martin's Appliances had their installers come in and they did a very good job. The refrigerator is great and we're very happy with it. I like the alarm when I leave the door hanging open. I also love the shovel for the ice machine.

I have a brand-new Viking refrigerator that got damaged in shipping. The whole basket wasn't closing properly, so we had to wait for a brand-new one to come in. Since it wasn't closing properly, the ice maker got damaged. Now, we're waiting for the ice maker to come back in, which isn't until May 5th and that's been a good month. It's under the warranty. But they won't give me a brand-new one, even though I've been through all this. I have not been too happy with this whole experience. But Vikings are good. We had success with our last refrigerator, which we had for almost 20 years. The only reason I had to replace it was because it died. I'd recommend Viking Refrigerators.

I've bought about $120,000 worth of Viking appliances. I have two refrigerators, two wine coolers, an ice maker, a range, an outdoor grill, two dishwashers, and two ovens. I haven't had problems with any of them. I looked at Wolf and Sub-Zero as well, and all three products are good, but the difference was Viking was available quicker than Wolf or Sub-Zero. What made me hesitate and makes me question my decision to have gone with Viking is it is virtually impossible to get service, given where I live in rural Northwest Georgia and given the policy Viking adopted a few years ago of only letting Viking licensed repair people do Viking stuff.
We had a slight issue with one of the dishwashers, but it was an installation issue and it got taken care of. However, it took six weeks to get an appointment. The place where I bought the appliances from, which is a very competent dealership, has service, but they're not allowed to service my Viking appliances because they're not licensed by Viking. It's a terrible policy. Viking charges people a fortune and that's if they can get an appointment. The service is the key thing. The products are all fine.

I have two homes and I lost my fridge in Arizona, but I had time to wait. I really wanted another Sub-Zero 48-inch, but I'm still waiting on that a year later and it won't come in for three more months. The one in Saint Louis is my primary home, and Viking was one of the higher end I could get that would not be a year's wait. I absolutely hate it though. I've had Viking come out to service it three times, and the problem with it is the ice maker is not making ice. I can let it go for 24 hours and it doesn't even get a fourth full. If you had a little ice cube tray that you put in, it made 24 to 26 ice cubes in 24-hours at the most. I'm so frustrated with having to go buy bags of ice every time I need ice. It doesn't make me have a very good feeling about anything about the refrigerator.
I'm following through with what Viking wants me to do, and that is to follow this process. They have replaced things twice, and one time, they looked at it, but now, I've gotta have another service call. I'm leaving for Arizona, so it will have to be done when I get back. They're coming back out again on May 8th, because when I called, they told me that I have to have them come look one more time, and if they can't fix it, then they'll escalate it to see if they can do an exchange. I said, “Just swap it out. There's obviously something wrong with this thing,” but I'm not getting that much help yet.
With people working, whenever they have a day off and they're getting a service call, they sit around and wait the entire day for the company to call them. They're limited to anything they can do for at least a five-hour window. I've already done that three times and I'm on my fourth time now, and it's very frustrating. The one that was in this residence before was a Thermador. It looks just like it at 17 years old, and if it wasn't for the motherboard that went out, I would have kept it. It was like brand new, and everything worked perfect on it.
I rate Viking a 1, and not that the gal that I talked to, Michelle, on the phone, is not doing anything about her job. However, when I called the service people to repair, she said they need to come out one more time and look at it. When I called the service repair company that came out here, they said, “Well, if we don't find anything, then we're gonna charge you $45 a visit.” In their defense, completely, the service people are like, “We've fixed everything that we could fix on it. Everything that looked like it was the issue, we replaced.”
Luckily, I put the purchase on my American Express, because they allow me to dispute charges up to a year. I hate saying I'm frustrated and if it can be fixed, I'm happy. I don't wanna go through the hassle of the refrigerator being removed, but it's very embarrassing when I have friends come over and I have to get a bag of ice because I can't make a cocktail for anybody because there's no ice.

Our original refrigerator was a Sub-Zero. It was built into the cabinet and we had to have a larger refrigerator. Viking provided the size refrigerator that we needed. We also liked it because we have friends who own Viking and I've heard good things about it. We needed a really good refrigerator with a good warranty. We purchased the Viking refrigerator through Appliances Connection and we had some issues with the installation. Appliances Connection uses a third party. They just showed up and dropped the refrigerator in our kitchen. They never came back out to hook it up. They couldn't wait for our plumber to show up to disconnect a water line for our refrigerator.
The refrigerator sat in our kitchen until January before the installers could come back out, take the old refrigerator, and put the new one in. They still wouldn't hook it back up. We had to have the plumber come back out and hook it up. That cost us even more out-of-pocket, even though we got the white glove through Appliances Connection. But as far as the Viking product itself, we enjoy it. We like it. The only thing is I'm short, so I need a step ladder to get to the top back of the refrigerator and freezer. Other than that, it's good and it's staying cool. It's doing its functions appropriately. We're looking at getting the microwave, stove, oven, and range combination as well at some point to make sure we have all brand new appliances.

I liked the fridge from my previous experience with it. I purchased multiple Viking appliances, like the fridge and the microwave, and since then, I've been having a lot of issues with both of them that have required numerous time for people to come here to fix. There was the hinge of the fridge door that was an issue, so, the door wouldn't close. My freezer side pulls in nicely. You could close the door and it would be slightly open, and we wouldn't know that it's open because it's not pulling in and close. So they replaced the hinge, but that issue is still happening. And there's a gap. It's more pushed out at the bottom than it is at the top. So, I would have them come one more time on Tuesday to see if they could fix that.
And with the microwave, there was a period of time where it stopped heating. So, I had somebody come to look at it, and they said that there was some damage done to the magnetron. So, they replaced all of that. It worked two times and the same thing happened. I had a different company. They said that it was an alignment issue, so they realigned everything. It worked for a while, but I'm having this issue since two days ago.
I'm a physician and I work during the day. I'm doing video visits and trying to find time for people to come in, and they're here for multiple hours. They also need my attention. So, it has been very difficult. It has been six months and my microwave still doesn't work and my fridge is still not alive. I understand that Viking would rather continue to try to fix an issue, but there has to be some limit of time, because I paid over $20,000 for these items. If my microwave cannot be fixed after the third or fourth time, they need to send me a new one. I don't know how long I have to continue to do this until that is the conclusion.

The design of the Viking Refrigerator is a little different than what we're used to. They might have some bells and whistles and drawers, but you really can't store too much stuff in here. You can't fit large items in unless you remove a shelf. My family is also not crazy about the bottom-drawer freezer. The handles were also the wrong size. We had to reorder them. The water filters could also be more cost-effective. They're so expensive. It would be nice when you buy a refrigerator, they give you more than one. But the quality of the fridge is good. It's a nice piece of furniture.

I have Viking products in my household. I have their refrigerator and the style is nice. I like the ambient lighting inside. It's a good product. But I'm having some heartburn about the whole thing and I've been working through Best Buy, where I picked up the refrigerator first to see if I get a result. It's almost been a year and we're still not very happy.

I'm good with the experience, so far. I like the cold water dispenser in the Viking refrigerator. However, we got a problem with the dishwasher. They unwrapped it and the top of it is crushed. We're gonna have to get a replacement for that. The range is the outstanding piece that Viking does but I thought it would be slightly more heavy grade.

The Viking products work good but I was expecting more because they're considered higher end. On the dishwasher, the little thing that you put the soap into is temperamental and we even had somebody come out and take a look at it. The tech said there’s a special place where you push and so it won't pop back. But I have to redo it or put more soap in because it all drains out before it's ready at least four times. Then, we had some problems with the stove. I love the stovetop and it’s great but one of the sliding shelves in the oven that you put your stuff on was defective. It got caught up and I had to get that replaced.
We already had something break on the refrigerator. When you open the door, there's a little stop at the bottom that keeps the door from swinging all the way out and around and breaking off. It's a stopgap and the piece of metal completely sheared in half and broke. The person who came through the warranty service said he fixes that a lot. He was training someone and he told him that he was gonna fix a lot of those and showed him what he does when he’d doing it himself. So, it wasn't a new issue or something that they rarely see.
We have rental properties and from time to time, we have to replace their appliances. So, we always look for the lowest costs because we're not gonna spend something high end in a rental property. We rarely ever have to have somebody come out to make a repair but we've already had probably four people come out to fix a Viking appliance. And we've only had these products for two years. For the price, I expect better reliability. The things that messed up weren't preventing me from being able to use the product but it takes weeks to get somebody out that's especially approved to work on Viking appliances and I don't even know how much it's gonna cost the next time it breaks because it’s a specialty repair. So, I am not happy with the high maintenance of it that's required and I'm not getting better quality equipment.

The refrigerator has good quality. It's beautiful inside and it's operating. But I'm not 100% happy with how everything has turned out. The installation scratched the door. Now, we're waiting for the distributor to replace the door at some point, and that's gonna take weeks or months. Also, we received the wrong spacers, so we're waiting on those as well.

I bought a house that had Viking appliances in it and I had so much trouble with the refrigerator for the 17 years that I owned it. I had put $5,000 into trying to make it work. We didn't really want to get another Viking but unfortunately, it's built-in and this is the only model that would fit. I got a $14,000 refrigerator in December and it doesn't work properly.
From day one, this thing started making a fan noise that I could hear everywhere in the house. Also, it wouldn't make ice and when I open the freezer door, there's frost all over the shelves. The defrost automatic is not working properly in the ice maker. I called them within the first week and I didn't hear anything until the middle of January. Finally, I called the guy that sold it to us and he gave me the company that they use for service. I looked up that company and they hadn't called me. They never came out for a month and they said somebody lost the ticket.
They did send somebody out and the tech seemed like a very nice young man. He said the gasket around the freezer is not tight and it was flat and that we have to pull the door to open the refrigerator because it creates a seal freezer. He said they would get us a new ice maker and they would do a new gasket. I asked about the noise and he said that could be a bad fan or motor and that he would get back to me. A month went by and they said the ice maker was backordered but they had the gasket and they wanted to come out and put that in. The guy came in and put on a new gasket but it didn't make any difference.
For the fan, he said he was gonna put some insulation in because maybe it's a vibration and that will quiet it down. I asked if that wasn't just masking the problem and he said it was probably just a rattle. It quieted down but sure as anything, a week later, it's making noise although not as loud because it's muffled. Then, we got a text that they want to come out to put in the new ice maker. Now, the thing makes ice but it's intermittent. I looked at the instructions and it says it's supposed to make nine cycles of ice every day. If I did nine cycles of ice in a week, that would be a lot, but it does make ice.
If I hadn't paid so much for this thing, it would be almost comical. We're into this six months so I'm halfway through the warranty and I know dollars to donuts that as soon as this warranty is up, something's going to happen here and on the next service call, I'm paying out of my pocket. If this thing is not working in tip-top shape come September and I only have three months left on that warranty, I'm gonna be one unhappy camper. I would love to have somebody that actually works from Viking give me a call. That's all I want. I know they have regional people because when I had problems with the old Viking refrigerator and the wine cooler where I had to replace two motherboards within a few years, they called and made something happen. But right now, everything is so far removed from the actual manufacturer.

I had to wait for two years to get the Viking refrigerator and they had to reschedule eight times to deliver it. So far, the quality is ok and it has the new HIPAA compliance system, auto recycle and air control feature in there. But aesthetically, there are a lot of newer companies that have better-looking refrigerators.

I received two dishwashers, a refrigerator, two ovens, and I'm not impressed with them. I've had issues with all of them. The ice maker has not worked right since I got it. It randomly would stop making ice cubes and would start again. I had to purchase another shelf because Viking doesn't give shelves to fill the refrigerator so I had a big empty space. For the amount of money that I paid for a refrigerator, I should not have to get more shelving. When I received my dishwasher, it had a dent in it and Viking didn't replace the front of it for me.
The repair guy had to come out several times for my oven. It was broken between Thanksgiving and it got fixed two weeks ago. When I emailed the company about my oven, they replaced six different pieces, and I thought at that time that if I paid for a new one, they said they wouldn't do it. And it wasn't a year old, so I shouldn't have had that happen. It took over a year to get them because when I ordered them, it was during COVID. I have another house we're gonna build, and I'm not interested in doing it again.

The Viking refrigerator is a high-end product. With the one I chose, a refrigerator is on the top and the freezer’s on the bottom. I have a limited amount of space in my kitchen, but I knew I wanted to do all the high-end appliances because we just moved. I like the way it works. I don't have to fumble with two doors. It's just one door on the top and one drawer on the bottom, and it keeps the lettuce and all that stuff really fresh. The spinach in the bag lasts a lot longer. The fruits and everything. It does last a lot longer. It keeps everything cool. It makes a lot of ice. I use a Brita water thing and it cools it really fast. It's the nicest refrigerator I'll ever own. It looks very regal when you walk into my kitchen.

While the Viking refrigerator was a little outside of our price range, it fit what we needed. However, we had to call out a repair tech as soon as we got it installed. One of the interior pieces either was not attached well or something popped off and it was only able to be repaired by a technician. We bought the refrigerator through an appliance sales company so it was a little interesting trying to figure out who was the best person to speak with. But once we got connected to the correct people, it wasn't too terribly difficult. For the most part, the refrigerator has very good quality.

We like that everything is visible and easily accessible in our refrigerator. We have all Viking appliances, and so far, our experience has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend them. For us, the key to the install of these products was making sure we had somebody who is an expert with the brand. As long as they know and they're familiar with how the brand is made and how to do a high-end appliance install, then we were good.

Viking itself was all right. But we had a pretty huge headache with the local appliance store that we bought the fridge through. It was a long and terrible ordeal to actually get the fridge delivered. It was about a 500-day lag time between our order and actually receiving the fridge. When it finally showed up, it went fairly smoothly. The fridge is wide and shallow so everything is real easy to see. Nothing is hidden behind anything else. I like that it maintains a stable temperature. It’s the first fridge I've ever had that doesn't freezer burn everything we have. So that's kind of nice. Cosmetically, it looks beautiful in the kitchen.

We were looking to buy a different refrigerator and it was gonna take up to a year to get. The Viking was available, so we decided to get that one. It's pretty big. The capacity is large. So, that's nice.

The ice maker hasn't worked since we bought the fridge. Other than the ice machine, the fridge has been great. It looks good and feels quality. If you have the opportunity and it fits your space, a Viking is a great fridge to buy.

I'm happy with everything from Viking. I'm just not happy with the refrigerator. It's extremely noisy and I don't like that. We had an issue with the ovens and I had to have a service guy come out. So, I asked him at the time, "Is that normal noise?" He said ever since they changed the condenser that they put in the newer refrigerators, they are much noisier. Other than that, I like the size of it and the space inside. Every space is well available. It's a good quality. I just wouldn't recommend it because of the noise. I'm dissatisfied with the noise and we have to live with that. I would not buy a Viking refrigerator again.

Within six months after we bought the range and the refrigerator, the range had problems with the lighting. You couldn't turn it on and one of the burners wouldn't work. It took about a month until somebody came and took care of it. The Viking customer service was responsive, but their vendors weren't responsive enough. With the refrigerator, I'm still very disappointed because the icemaker kept on freezing up. And now, it completely stopped working. All the technician told me when they came was that one of the gears is freezing up, that's why it's not working. But they want $600 for just that and it doesn't make sense to me, especially since we paid $9,000 for the refrigerator.
We bought Viking with the idea that it's going to be working well and we thought we were buying a brand name with reliability and reputation. But the icemaker has been giving us trouble from the ninth month on. After a year, they said that the warranty was out as it's only a one year warranty. But a one year warranty for the refrigerator is ridiculous. We assumed that since it's a Viking, it's going to have a good, reliable three or five-year warranty at minimum if not more. I've stopped buying Viking from the day I had this experience with them.

I had a good experience when I bought the Viking refrigerator. The reps were helpful. It’s only been a couple of months and the refrigerator is still working fine. I like the ability to change the temperature for the food tray storage area. I’d recommend Viking.

The delivery and setup of our Viking Refrigerator were easy. They were very accommodating. We remodeled our home and our entire kitchen. We bought five Viking appliances. We needed a couple of them to be delivered in different phases as we were doing our remodel and they were happy to do that with no additional fees. The refrigerator has that really nice fit and look in the kitchen. Everything is congruent and appealing to the eye. It also keeps things inside of it cool.

I recently purchased a home which has a Viking stove. I purchased a Viking fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher to match. The fridge has been great. It's goofy, but it's got good lighting. It's pricey, but it's worth it. Viking has quality products.

We needed to replace our refrigerator, which was a KitchenAid. We looked at a variety of options in the upper end of the market and I was more familiar with Viking Ranges. The dealer we went to had the Viking refrigerator which we found to be attractive. We wanted a French door unit so we ended up choosing that one. Our sales associate was terrific. We purchased during the pandemic and there wasn't an abundance of appliances available. There were long waits. But she helped us locate a unit that was within the state so the wait for the unit that we wanted was relatively short. The quality of the unit is good, especially the vegetable crisper drawers. They keep the produce fresh for a substantial amount of time.
There's one thing that I'm not happy about. It's not the functional part, it's the visual part. The doors have an odd rippling look along the outer edges. I imagine it's where they're glued to the frame. I had never seen that before on a refrigerator. We thought it was a defect. But when we inquired, we were told that they all have that now. It's because they use a very thin layer of stainless steel that goes on the outside. That's a big minus for me because we modeled our whole kitchen and included a Viking range and a Viking dishwasher as well. We want to have a high-end look. That does not look high-end to me.

2018 home renovation. We purchased all Viking products side by side fridge freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven (gas) and a convection microwave. All except the micro has been replaced. I grew up admiring a Viking stove and I wish I did more research. This company lost its way. Total junk. The quality is gone. Regarding the oven the knobs are cheap and melted. The oven door was bad from manufacturing so replaced it completely. We smell gas every time we use it. We actually call consumers power to run a check on it for CO. It truly is not the Viking I grew up with. The oven is terrible and a total disappointment. My experience with customer service on the oven was so bad it’s hard for me to believe they are in business.
The fridge/freezer was replaced because it had a cracked pan. This happened 6 months after delivery. This too is just a piece of junk. Water leaked all over our wood floors. It’s loud and vibrates as well. Total junk. The replacement took months and again the customer service rep was rude and didn’t care about us. The dishwasher came in damaged much like the oven door. It was replaced. Almost immediately the light went out on the dishwasher. Just terrible workmanship and quality control.
Recently we had the issue again on the oven with terrible gas smell. Customer service was so bad and they said sorry it’s out of warranty. The CS rep sounded like she was 14 and acted like she was not trained or understood how to satisfy a customer. I recommend you buy anything but a Viking. I have given up on them ever doing the right thing. Please do yourself a favor and look at how they have cheapens this product and don’t buy Viking.

I like my Viking refrigerator, but I did have a slight issue on the freezer. I have some problem with the ceiling or the rubber part. Other than that, I'm pretty happy about it. I like the sizes and the icemaker. The Viking is keeping all vegies fresh in the fridge.

The Viking has been pretty bad. I put it in a brand-new house and I've been living in it for a year. We've already had to replace almost everything in it. Everything has been leaking including the compressor on top and the coil inside the freezer. Once they changed those out, they realized the heat exchanger in the back is also leaking. I'm waiting for that to come in. Other than that, the reps have been very helpful, polite and attentive. They've been on the mark with no delays or hassles.
Also, I love the look of the Viking. I got the counter depth model with the cabinet door in front. When it's working it's amazing. But when it's not working, it's not working.

The Viking fridge is fine except that there's an issue with the freezer. The blower is frosting up. Our neighbor has the same refrigerator and the same issue. I'm not totally happy with the refrigerator 'cause it's not very old and we already have a problem with having to throw out food because it stopped getting cold.

I like the overall construction of the Viking refrigerator. It's stainless steel outside. It's nice and polished. They're quality doors, very sturdy. It's white inside. Plastic looks nice with the food. It fits a lot of products inside. I like that they have compartments for the vegetables. It's also nice that it closes smoothly and slowly. However, it's pricey. Delivery and unpacking were also a little bit subpar because when they opened the device, they used a sharp tool to take the plastic off, which left some markings on the doors. Then one of the drawers broke. So, I had to call them but they came and fixed it.

Providing superb customer support is just as important to us as the manufacturing process. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

They dropped the first Viking fridge they delivered and they wanted me to take it and just get a front door replaced because they had banged up the door. Fortunately, they didn't break it off any of the granite, although it hit the granite. They sent two people to deliver this and I think you really need more for a 42-inch fridge. I told them they have to get me another one and they did. This time, I had four men delivering it and there were no problems.
What I like about the Viking fridge is it keeps the food a lot longer than our KitchenAid did because I can buy enough for almost the whole week. It's not something I expected. Because the type of stuff that goes bad is the lettuce and the spinach that's in the produce clear plastic boxes. Usually, I never expect the stuff to last till the date on it. But with the Viking, not only was it lasting to the date, two times, I found something that lasted beyond the date. However, the Viking has two shallow drawers and one deep drawer. Since I have a lot of fruits and vegetables, I would have preferred the two deep ones. They also have a very good Viking repair person in New Hampshire. They pick up the phone and they talk to you. Our doors were a little out of alignment and the Viking is a little noisier. The tech came and listened and he said everything was fine.

I thought Viking would be good quality. A year and a half ago while the appliance was still under warranty, some of the drawers broke and the ice maker malfunctioned. We had to wait a long time because of the COVID situation. Best Buy sold me an LG appliance that we used for a while until Viking was able to deliver the unit, which was six to eight months ago. There were also issues with the lights. It was replaced once and it made a humming noise. And it was replaced a couple of days ago again. So, the overall impression is less than desirable.

We liked how Viking looks, but we also like that at that time, we can get a refrigerator, a Viking stove and two additional products complimentary. It took a long time to get the products trickled in, but it took almost a year to get the range from the time we ordered and paid. Our experience with Ferguson wasn't that great, but I had to reach out to the representative from Viking and he did get back to me. It wasn't huge help, but it wasn't unhelpful. I got more help when I called Viking call center. They were great. As far as the refrigerator, we like it. It just takes a little while to get used to and know exactly how it works. I like the spacing and the way you can move the shelves. It seems like we have more space than we have had with other refrigerators, but this one is a little bit bigger than we've had in the past.

I had no problems with the people I ordered through. When I called to check on the order, they would tell me and it came in two months faster than what they told me. So far, I love the Viking refrigerator. Everything cools like it should and there's plenty of room. The biggest thing I noticed is the upgraded lighting in the air-tight drawers that they have in the new style.

The first fridge, the compressor fan was screwed up and Viking replaced it with a new one. And when they got back here, it was damaged. We now got the one that's working, so far. It keeps food cold. It should do its job for a very long time.

I had had a good experience with Viking when I owned a Viking range. But I'm having a little bit of problems with the Viking refrigerator right now. We had to replace the ice maker on it but it's not working like it should. The problem is the ice is getting stuck in the little lever before it comes down. It doesn't seem like it's a big deal to fix, but it's irritating because I shouldn't have to poke that ice out of it everyday when it gets stuck. We also had to replace the doors because they got damaged in the shipping of it. There was a little dent. There was a long lead time to get it.
Other than those, I'm happy with my Viking refrigerator. I like the looks of it. I like the shelves. The little storage boxes close on their own, and they're handy the way they are. I'd like a little more room in the freezer part of it but it's a good size refrigerator. It seems to work good. Sometimes things seem to get a little cold on one side. When I open the refrigerator on the left side, some things would freeze. They're a little more up at the top, but the rest of the stuff seems fine. It's not a big issue.

It's been a great experience with Viking. The first refrigerator lasted for a very long time. We probably would have kept it longer, but the ice maker was leaking and it was making a mess, so it was time to buy a new one. We got the newer version of the one that was already in the house. What's interesting about this new one versus the older model is they switched out the lighting. It's got more LED lighting in it so when you open it up, it looks more lit. I like how they changed the shelving. In the old model, it had two rows of shelving or you could move the shelving. This one, the rows go all the way across versus it being broken up into two. That's nice. The refrigerator is fairly easy to clean. I haven't had any issues with wiping it down. It's a great refrigerator. It's built to last.

I went in a store and I got a package. I got the Viking range, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. I love my kitchen. The fridge is huge, blue, and fabulous. But I could not get the handles in gold. The microwave did not come in blue. So, I had to take a silver one, a stainless steel. I wanted them all to match, but since the handles were stainless steel, I figured it pulled everything together. I have gold handles on all of the cabinets and my sink, faucet, and the burners on the Viking stove are brass.
The fridge is giant. It holds everything, it's got plenty of drawers for all different stuff, like your charcuterie, cheeses, vegetables, and fruits. It's got lots of adjustable shelving. But it did not have an egg keeper. I'm wondering if I might have gone online to just find one, but I just bought an ice bucket thing that's long and slender, and the eggs fit well inside it. It fits on the slender on the shelf, much like the clear one that came with my stainless fridge up here in Jersey. There are those little things that are a bummer. Otherwise, the thing is great. I would remind myself to ask about water because I am happy that it's not in the door. And when you get water in the Viking, you get it on the inside, not on the outside. When you open it, there's a little thing on the side. But I didn't get that. My friend has it. But I don't drink that much water, so it's okay for me.

The seven foot size height is great and overall, I'm very pleased with the quality. I would highly recommend Viking. The only caveat I would give is that we have an internal water dispenser and it drips all the time but it's not a huge issue.

Viking Refrigerators is a bit cheaper with everything else, and a couple of free incentives made it cheaper than other products. But I had to replace the icemaker in the fridge already. The top shelf in the refrigerator freezes. When the icemaker tray distributes ice, it gets caught in the arm all the time and shuts the icemaker off. And there ares some trim pieces that you would think for the money, it would match for the fridge. But they're white, so you can see the whiteness on the outside edges of the refrigerator. But the people that come out are nice.

I have found that my Viking Refrigerator has a problem on which I have spent hundreds of dollars to repair. However, at this time it has been classified as a problem that cannot be repaired. Specifically, fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable drawer freeze. The authorized Viking repair company has been unable to fix this problem and Viking has been unable to tell me or their authorized repair company how to fix this problem. Bottom line is that I am left with a multi-thousand dollar refrigerator that is not usable as it is and cannot be repaired. I, personally, would never purchase another Viking product, especially a refrigerator, because Viking does not stand behind its products.

I love how heavy duty the refrigerator and the doors are. I love the look. I'm happy with the quality. This last one had a couple of problems with the icemaker. But for the most part, the issue’s been resolved. The third-party vendor who is local to my house was very on top of it. They did their best. All of my needs were attended to.

Viking's quality is not as I expected. I thought it would be much higher quality. Our fridge just stopped working properly. We’ve had a technician come out many times and eventually, we have a new refrigerator that was swapped by Viking, but still it took many years to get here. Also, their customer service has been very good lately, but a year or so ago, it was very bad. It seems that there are a few people who changed post there and it got better.

Our Viking refrigerator is good-looking and has a lot of space. I also like the temperature controlled doors. But there's no water dispenser with a filter and we wish that it had that. The door says we need to replace the water filter and I'm guessing to the ice box, but we don't actually have a place to get water from the fridge. Also, when our power goes out, it doesn't automatically turn back on to the temperature setting unless you click "Mute Sounds." So that means our food could go bad if we're not here to turn the refrigerator back on. Plus, my boyfriend wishes it had a bigger freezer. Other than that, everything in our kitchen is Viking and overall, we like Viking. It's great quality.
