TruGreen Lawn Care Reviews

In considering the company for my lawn care, I choose TruGreen over a local company, based on their sales presentation. They have serviced my lawn with chemicals since July, 2015. They did a good job for weed control, however, I believe the balance of their lawn and weed chemicals are not accurately blending well. The last technician who came in February, when asked about who the chemical he was apply was for, it responded he was new and really had not learned all the information it. Shortly, after the application, my grass was streaked with light areas,. Another week later, I had brown spots where my grass seemed like it was burnt. Now, I see small webs all over my yard, which now tells me I have some type of fungus. To said the least my lawn should be the showcase of the neighborhood by now with me not beginning over due to TruGreens playing like they are lawn specialists.

I, in good faith, signed up with TruGreen and am pretty pleased with the results. However, my year contract ended and I began receiving bills from them. I have asked what these bills are for and was advised that they continue treatments after the contract ends. I wasn't aware of this so I asked that they be halted until someone could call me to make arrangements for a possible new contract. I also advised that the aeration and overseeding that they had done in the fall was not good in certain spots.

After using TruGreen services for over 20 years, I am still pleased with all aspects of this company. The specialists are knowledgeable and professional, answering all questions I may have. My lawn always looks healthy. The most important factor is that they are very dependable, priced right and consistent.

TruGreen helps keep my lawn and shrubs looking great and weed-free! The cost is very affordable and the customer service is excellent. Great value!

Our lawn was a disaster before treatment. Now, with just one year of treatment, it is much thicker and healthier looking. We still have a way to go but I'm happy with the results. The specialists we've worked with have all been extremely knowledgeable and very helpful!

TruGreen has proven themselves to be trustworthy in the services they provide. Integrity is paramount with me and they have kept their word about improving my yard and not cheating saying the work has been performed when in fact it has not as the previous company did. My hat is off to TruGreen.

Weed applications were minimal. Lawn is still full of weeds after 10 months of treatments. I personally purchased weed killers and fertilizer to aid in lawn treatment. TruGreens answer was for me to wait 2 more weeks... weeds abound and streaks did not get any better.

The product and the service has always been great. The billing and A/R is disconnected. After recently finding ourselves in a billing issue, we were ready to leave for a competing service. Seth ** (TruGreen) spoke with my wife and it was not a fun conversation for him. He could have done what I expect out of most companies (and CSRs) and move on with his day, never providing closure to the customer or issue, but he didn't. Seth then called me to sort things out. He made the choice to make a difficult call, that's impressive. TruGreen, and other service related companies, need more employee like Seth... willing to confront difficult issues. I wouldn't have felt comfortable recommending TruGreen prior to yesterday's interaction. Hopefully Seth's personal approach to customer satisfaction becomes a top-down initiative.

If anyone is thinking about using TruGreen please don't. I started their service last year. At sign up I was told by the salesperson (of which I have the original paperwork that they would come every 6-8 weeks). Every time they attempted to come every 4 weeks. I repeatedly told them, (the office here in Grand Parrie Tx and the corporate office) to come every 6 weeks, of which didn't do any good. I had to turn them away personally every time. The latest problem occurred when I referred my son-in-law to TruGreen, who signed up for a year of service. I was told by my salesperson when I signed up that I would get a $40 referral fee. When I contacted Bill at the Grand Parrie office to collect my 40 referral fee he, Bill, said they haven't done that for 4 years, although I was told by another employee it was 2 years ago they stopped that program.

Operator is always on the job when promised. He is polite and answers all my questions. If there is a problem area, we discuss it thoroughly before making a decision.

I have had this service approximately 10+ years and overall I have been most happy with the men delivering the service. They are knowledgeable, always try to please and appear to be interested in doing a good job. My only complaint is the quickness in which they go about the job. I would prefer they put down the material with a bit more accuracy & overlapping. I appreciate that they offer to return if I am not pleased. I like granular best over the liquid application.

I at one point used their service but they killed my lawn so I discontinued service. But now their sales team will not stop calling me. Even after I repeatedly asked them to put me on the DNC list. They call me at my work and at home almost daily. And they have the uncanny ability to interrupt our family dinner every time. No matter what time we are eating. Each time they say they will fax the DNC info to their corporate office to have me removed but they never do. My advice is to not use this company. First they will kill your lawn and then kill your spirit. And I am going to write a 1 star review for every phone call I receive from here on out.

Last year, TruGreen would call my cell about 8-10 times/week asking me for extra service. I would decline, and then, people would show up at my house to perform said declined service. This happened twice last year. This year, when the ENTIRE SERVICE was declined, they continue to send me bills (even before the season has began). My review is that this company harasses and does not take care of the customer. They only want your money. If you are willing to deal with 8-10calls/week about your lawn, then go for it. Otherwise choose a more respectful agency.

I am very satisfied with TruGreen's maintenance of my property and the service man is excellent and. Keeps me informed as to the areas of concern.

I was supposed to get 6 lawn treatments in one year. I know I received the first treatment and strongly doubt if I received another. I was assured that I did in fact receive the treatments. So, I questioned the supervisor, If I am getting the treatments why is my lawn deteriorating, i.e., weeds, bare spots, dead grass, etc. My lawn looks worse now than it ever did, even during water hours. The supervisor then said, It is because how the lawn care people are mowing the lawn. This is ridiculous because I have had the same mowers for 15 years. Then I was told, it was my lawn sprinkling system, which I again considered a ridiculous response. I have come to the conclusion the TRUGREEN has no interest in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION but in getting you to take out a yearly contract. I could never ever recommend them

I hired TruGreen in Shawnee, KS last spring for lawn applications. By far, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. First of all, they stated they would come every two months to apply fertilizer. Rather than showing up every two months, they came every month the first three to four months despite repeatedly asking them to only treat the lawn once every two months. Second of all, they burned out our lawn and applied grub control when it was not ordered. A manager showed up to inspect the lawn, stated he would credit our bill for the problem, and then failed to do so. I had to repeatedly contact him via e-mail before the bill was finally credited.

We had nice green grass in our nice neighborhood here in FL. We wanted it to be better so we hired True Green. Now our lawn has terrible huge dead spots in our front lawn the VERY NEXT DAY AFTER TRUGREEN TREATED IT!! WE ARE THE TALK OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The community does not even want to see one of its trucks in our community anymore because they see what a horrible job TruGreen has done at killing our beautiful grass. You can see the spray marks in the dead grass. Perfect radius rounded sweep marks in the dead grass from the wand where they sprayed and killed it. It is very clear they had something bad in their tanks.

Excellent service, on time, professional, polite.

We had some tree pruning done at our residence. We wrote a check for the entire amount owed and gave it to the "foreman" of the job. He lost our over $500.00 check. We then were told to mail in our payment. We did exactly that and today I got a call from the company saying we have a past due amount! They clearly lost our second check we mailed 10 days ago to a location a few miles from our home. I'm disgusted with this company and won't have anything else to do with them in the future. In the meantime, we require an explanation about the second lost check.

I have used Trugreen for the past three years and I don't have any complaints about their service. I really appreciate Greg, our Trugreen person, as he is always friendly and knowledgeable about their product and what our lawn needs.

Like most organizations, TruGreen may have a strong mission statement, but fail in delivering those goals to the customer due to an Associate's lack of training or knowledge. This has been true in my experience with TruGreen, and so for consistency in service and results, I have requested to have one Associate assigned to my property. For the most part, Scott ** has been assigned to my property, and it appears on the occasions he is not scheduled, issues occur; as an example, my lawn was severely damaged this past spring during an early application. The damage to my lawn was not able to be corrected for over six months - unacceptable! To the credit of Jason **, the newly assign GM of Branch #5815, he did take ownership of this issue and provided an acceptable resolution, and my lawn was repaired in the fall. As a follow-up, Jason indicated he plans to review my lawn in the spring and take further corrective action as necessary.

I had watched the service applicator earlier on in the season, being it was my first year with TRUGREEN and I must say I was very pleased, not only his timeliness but his professionalism as well. The lawn never looked better. Keep up the good work.

I have been a customer with TruGreen for many years. All services include a detailed report of the status/needs of my lawn, trees, and shrubs. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I would not trust any other service for my lawn, tree, and other plant needs.

I have been using this service, although with different names at times, such as Chem Lawn, however service has remained the same of the over 30 years. I have been enrolled in their programs. A large portion of this positive experience has been due to the expertise of the technician we have had for several years. Mark ** is one of these employees who knows what "above and beyond" is all about. Much appreciated.

After two years of service I did not see any improvement. I called many times to report this problem from the beginning to customer service. Sometimes they send a supervisor who certify the lack of improvement of my lawn. They did not do anything to resolve the issue. Whatever product they applied to the lawn was not the right one for what was needed. I was paying service after service was not result. I did not pay for the last tree services and they called many times to collect the money, but did nothing to resolve the issue with my lawn. I do not recommend this company. Avoid yourself a big inconvenient customer service just sounds nice but no solution...

Had a seeding issue after aeration in my Travelers Rest, SC home. Called and asked for re-seeding. It occurred in a week with great results.

My lawn is the envy of the subdivision. TruGreen has done an excellent job over the years. The service is timely and professional. The cost of TruGreen lawn service is worth every cent. The specialists are courteous and helpful whenever approached. My TruGreen service is virtually automated to perfection with little input from myself. This makes TruGreen ideal for busy customers.

Lawn treatment done reliably by how honest, cooperative, friendly staff. If you're going to have a lawn service, these folks have done good work and have been a delight to have for their service.

First, my local agent was great. He caught me in 10/13 and I easily agreed to the offer for a year and valued the effects on my lawn. Where the problem lies is with corporate. First, some time in the summer of 2014, service costs went up. This caused the amount I paid for a year service to not be enough? Huh? They then CONTINUED to service my property despite my objections. Now trying to charge me $95 for one service when my annual for a year was $225. Horrible horrible horrible.

Lawn is healthier, less weeds.

I started TruGreen service early in Spring 2014 responding to a gentleman doing door-to-door sales. He caught me in a good mood. I signed up, because I had some weeds and dandelions year before. I don't pay landscapers or other yard services. I mow my lawn when I have to. I ordered TruHealth Lawn Service and TruGreen comes as scheduled. Specialist is very polite, comfortable with my dog, doesn't scare my wife, and my lawn has had no weeds all year. Good stuff

We paid for the complete top-of-the-line annual plan and it was worth every hard earned penny.

My shrubs had a white powder on them so I called Trugreen. My shrubs look great, so I called them to help with my lawn half a season and I am very pleased. My lawn is starting to look good. Thank you Trugreen.

My experience with TruGreen has been so positive that I actually didn't mind writing a review. When the specialist came to my home he actually spent time going over all my questions regarding proper care of my shrubs, plants and flowers. Since I just started the service, I won't be able to actually see lasting results until Spring. However, I must compliment my specialist for his knowledge and patience. The information that he gave me was extremely helpful and I look forward to the next treatment.

I had Trugreen about 3 years ago and cancelled due to customer service issues and requests that went unheard. I switched to Scotts the next year and saw a decline in the appearance of my lawn. I came back to TruGreen the next year as you never gave up on me and send mail to please come back. I did and it was the best decision as my lawn looks fantastic and I am receiving the courtesy phone call letting me know when you are going to show up. Keep up the great work, it is appreciated.

I have been very happy with TruGreen's service. Our lawn looks very nice throughout the summer, weeds are gone and it is always nice and green. I schedule it on a yearly basis and the lawn is serviced as TruGreen sees fit so it is very convenient.

TruGreen didn't do real well eliminating crabgrass along the curb, but otherwise did an excellent job. Plentiful rain and moderate temperatures made for almost ideal growing conditions this year. TruGreen applications made/kept the grass looking great.

TruGreen is always there on the day they say they would be and my lawn has never looked better. I am not always home when the technicians are there but the times that I have been present when the service is taking place the techs are courteous and professional. You can't ask for anything more.

I have been trying to get my lawn so that it is thicker and greener and with the help from TruGreen it is coming along. It still has a year or two but the grass is getting thicker and looks better each year.

We are rarely home when our TruGreen specialist arrives but on the occasion that we are home they are always professional and friendly. We are on a recurring cycle so I rarely have to call to schedule. Neighbors are envious of our yard and talk about how green, weed-free, and thick it is. We love it!

I had some trouble with the service this spring but it was corrected plus more. I'll be back next year.

This is my first year with TruGreen. I didn't start at the beginning of the season, but TruGreen was still able to almost completely eradicate a large variety of weeds that I had been unable to manage for years, and my grass has never been greener or thicker.

Our lawn looked fantastic.

We hired this company for both lawn and shrub services for a year. Halfway through the year our lawn began to turn yellow and die off in spots. After complaints were made a manager was supposed to come out and look at the damage. I took off of work that day and lo and behold he never showed up. After complaints were made the services stopped. TruGreen said that every time a rep or technician was supposed to come out that it was "out of the service area" or they just never showed up. But you can bet they still wanted to be paid even though they failed to render services. This is a terrible company with terrible business practices.

TruGreen provides quality lawn care. They are quick and will return for follow-up treatments to remove weeds.

I used TruGreen this year and was very satisfied. I did have moles in the yard in September and treated them. I used grub control. I asked TruGreen why they do not treat for grubs with their lawn treatment? I am awaiting an answer. Believe the moles come with the grubs. I mow 3 acres and just recently treated the entire yard. Our yard looked greener this year, that in the past 5 years. I give TruGreen and their techs credit!

My lawn is much greener and almost weed free. My lawn was taken over by weeds and has come back from the dead. The weeds are almost gone and I suspect by next summer then my lawn will be weed free. Great products!

My lawn looks so much better since I have re-hired TRU GREEN to take care of it, and I don't have to worry about the lawn not getting what it needs because I am on a strict budget and I did not have them for awhile and thought I would try to do it myself, but that did not work. TRU GREENS care really does show in the appearance of my lawn and trees. Scheduling is very easy because they call and let me know when they are coming and I do not have to be home when they come. The specialist always leaves me a note letting me know what was done etc. I work closely with them on budgeting and billing of same and they are always very kind and helpful. When I am here to talk to the specialist that comes, they are always very helpful and informative about telling me how my lawn is doing and what it may need. My experience is VERY HAPPY AND YES, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TRU GREEN LAWN AND TREE SERVICE.

My lawn care with TruGreen has been outstanding. The lawn service Rep and TruGreen (the company) work together insuring that customer satisfaction is not only met, but exceeded. If there is a concern, TruGreen wants to know so that they can correct meeting their high standards as a company and customer satisfaction.

TruGreen did not call the day before treatments so my dog could be put up as I requested, they applied 3 out of 5 yearly treatments into one month & they charged $65 for a "free" Re-treatment of weeds, poor over the phone customer service with issues.

I have had used TruGreen in past 2 years and it has made a HUGE difference in weed control and lushness in lawn. The specialists have done a good job although we were not home during all applications. There were some issues about services in additional to basic lawn care. I did agree to pest control since I didn't want any critters entering our home. At this time, the value for the money is well spent instead of trying to do it on own.

My lawn is doing well. When a concern was raised, it was dealt with in a timely manner especially when spot treatment were needed in some areas of my lawn.

I hired TruGreen Lawn Care for both tree/shrub and lawn services for the 2014 season and pre-paid for the year in full. I added flea/tick service, which I thought was expensive and then cancelled it after one or so applications. I then added a fall slit seeding application for my lawn and paid in full with my credit card over the telephone and with a credit from the pre-paid flea/tick service. After the slit seeding service was performed, I then received a bill for an additional $107.00. I spoke to customer service representatives and explained what occurred. They seemed to want to help me straighten this out and the calls for payment began. Long story short, I reluctantly paid the $107.00 and then cancelled the remaining services for a refund of $141.19. Based on the fact that I received a price for the slit seeding and paid the price I was told, the company should not have changed up and came after me for more money after the service was performed. Shame on them!!! Be aware of deceptive business practices.

We received results and value for the services provided. I have not seen this kind of improvements with other lawn care companies...and I found you through word-of-mouth!

I live in the Avalon Park area and the grass is very hard to grow here without crabgrass or weeds taken over. I put new sodden and ever since I've had your company service my lawn, any time I see a problem I'll call you and you'll be out within a day or two at no charge to respray or to solve my grass problem. I am happy with the company and do not intend to change anytime soon.

I really liked the timing of this application. It was done at a perfect time. Look forward to spring.

Tru-Green have always been wonderful to work with and got my lawn looking wonderful. If I call to get reapplication they come right out and get it taken care of. My lawn has never looked better.

I have been using TruGreen for a few years now and I have had to call a few times and complain about weeds and bare spots but they always listened and tried to take care of the problems. This year I called once about weeds on the sides and curb area and I am happy to say that they took care of it. TruGreen will listen and strive to give you a great looking lawn.

Two days ago TruGreen contacted us informing us that the lawn specialist would be coming to treat our lawn today. This afternoon a young man came to the door, informed us that he was from Trugreen give our lawn a fertilizer and weed killer treatment in preparation for the winter. He asked me if I had any questions. I had none. He proceeded to treat the lawn and when finished left information attached to the doorknob letting me know what he had done. I appreciated that I was let know that he was here and that he quickly and quietly performed his work.

The TruGreen employee that arrived at my home today was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about my lawn care needs. He took extra time to answer all my questions, and was patient with all my questions. A great employee rep for TruGreen.

My lawn is a difficult one to manage. I have always been satisfied with the effort, professionalism, and courtesy shown by the TruGreen specialists. They do their best to make my lawn look as good as it possibly can. If there is ever a problem, they do their best to resolve it, and will return, if necessary, to do it. I highly recommend their lawn care service.

Over all, I am impressed with the service I get. If I have a problem, I call. They handle it or try really hard to resolve the issue.

We had been using a different lawn care company and one day, when I came home, one of their sales rep had left us a note that we had white fly. So I called him and talked to him. He came back out and explained about white fly. He at that time gave me a price to treat white fly, I agreed to hire TruGreen for one year of regular lawn treatment services and for them to treat the white fly issue. After 5 months, I caught one of the guys when they were here treating the lawn and ask him how long it would take for the trees to improve from the white fly? He told us that was not his job and he would have someone call us. When the new guy called, he told us that treating for white fly was not included in the price we paid (which the other guy told us it included everything and they would start treating the white fly the next week). The new guy quoted us a price of $3000.00 extra for treating white fly.

Our specialist is very professional and loves his job. He always announces that he is on the premise and shares what work he is doing. When finished he gives an update on the lawn and offers suggestions as needed. Our lawn has never looked better.

I have been a customer for 12 years and have always been very satisfied with the service and overall performance. TruGreen is reliable, they do what they tell you they will do. TruGreen has always complied with my requests and have never let me down.

I signed up for 6-weekly lawn care and once-only shrub treatment. Chris ** was the rep. On September 13, 2014, I Spoke with Chris **, about unauthorized charges for services I had not agreed to and he promised to check into them and call me on Monday first thing. He did not call, so I texted him and he called me a couple of hours later. We discussed the charges and he agreed it was TruGreen's "mistake" and he would make sure that I was refunded the $144.00 charged. He texted me to confirm this charge would be credited within 5-7 days. He confirmed that your main office would email me to confirm this. I received no email nor credit. September 24th, there was an additional charge of $54, again for unauthorized service. I contacted Chris again on that day and again on September 25 demanding that the charges be reversed and that all service be stopped. At this point, he was extremely unhelpful, and eventually, I decided to deal directly with your main office to sort this out. I called TruGreen and told them to stop service and they promised me a return call from a supervisor within 48 hours.

For some context: I have 20,000 square feet of grass, 10-ish evergreen and 10 deciduous trees and 30 shrubs over a landscaped area of 1/2 acres in Pueblo, CO. All my plants are large and well-established. I had a very smart and professional TruGreen salesman walk around with me and sell me on a year long tree and shrub program for around 400 dollars. Great! I could take it easy and have TruGreen's professionals manage my shrubs and trees! WRONG. The first visit, the technician put down 0.08 gallons of fertilizer (1.3 cups). I thought that seemed a bit low and called the 1-800 line. I was told that they would look into it and call me back. No call back.

TruGreen has been doing a good job on my lawn. I switched to TruGreen after 12 years with another firm (Weedman). I can tell the difference already.

After I had three years with Trugreen, and I decided to cancel my services. I had both lawn and tree services. They skipped my July and August lawn services, when I called them and told I only have 5 treatments so they will come in September. Luckily I kept the previous letter with me, it states 7 treatments for year 2014. For my tree service, after the first treatment, the tech didn't come for 2 months. When I called , and I was told because too much rain. The tech finally came, before I even put shoes on to go outside to meet him and he already gone. After numerous called with their managers Nick and Will, I am so frustrated and exhausted. Both of them told me they are not the person who input the data and can't figure out why my services was skipped.

I usually spend all summer trying to get my lawn looking green and healthy. This year was effortless. I also incurred a problem where weeds tried to return to a corner area, contacted them about my concern and they immediately addressed it.

TruGreen Lawn Care proved their services to us by one of their employees hard work and dedication. We have been a customer for some time now and are very pleased. Timely, listen and respond appropriately to concerns for our lawn, surrounding trees, and vegetation. Not to mention livestock that share a common area. Our Lawn is healthy, and good looking! They even brought it back from the brink of destruction due to our own fault! My tip to others would be don't do lawn care yourself, call the professionals!!

TruGreen is a great lawn service for me because they are reasonably priced, very good with the service they provide, and always ready to answer my questions or concerns right away. The servicemen they have are very knowledgeable and can give me pointers about what I can do to make my lawn look better all season long. I do get compliments from the neighbors about my lawn.

Our lawn looks great this year. This is our first year with TruGreen; I know we had a lot of rain in June, but the weeds are down too. I have been impressed with the professionalism of your staff: Calls informing us of when you plan to apply a treatment, detailed notes on what you did to the lawn, good follow up and doing what you say you are going to do.

My grass looked bad until TruGreen took over and now it looks good I have no weed it's thick and green. But I still have spots in front and side of the house that have no grass.

From where my yard was before I started w/Trugreen to where it is now is very pleasing. It still has quite a way to go before it will be where I want it. We moved to this address 2 & 1/2 years ago and the yard needed much attention. It was green but w/all the wrong things to make it green e.g. clover, crabgrass, and etc. Using Trugreen this past season has improved it considerably. The service has totally eliminated the clover and most of the other unwanted growth. After the very aggressive weed elimination, my yard had large areas of bare ground which didn't look very good but this is what had to happen. Of course the summer weather didn't help a lot either. But the young man (Evan) who treated the lawn was very knowledgeable and encouraging for me to keep being patient. After the aeration and over seeding this fall it looks much better. I still for some reason have several spots where the seed never germinated. I am hoping that this spring might give a chance for an early seeding to fill in these problem areas. If so, my lawn will be well on its way to being the way I want it to be. We live right on Main Street w/a lot of traffic, and I want the lawn to complement the rest of our over-all improvements.

I have had trugreen for years and they were good but this year they hired lazy workers to take care of my lawn. They only fertilized my grass once this year but kept charging me for doing it. I called and complained with no results. I cancelled my service. Do not use this service or you could be paying for things they don't do. Also they never responded to my complaints till after I quit them. Watch out.

Always courteous tech, timely process, but the weeds have not been very well controlled this year.

Your specialist did a professional job and advised me on watering after his application, my lawn looks much better than it did even though I have mixture of grass types including crab. Hopefully we can crowd out the bad grass.

My lawn has looked great for the last couple of years. The service I have gotten has been excellent, just what I needed. I appreciate the automated calls letting me know that TruGreen will be coming, but I really appreciate the fact that I do not need to be home when my lawn is treated.

I have not seen my lawn since March 2014. My lawn looked terrible when I left. My neighbors tell me it now is the best lawn on the block. I return to my Florida winter home 23 October 2014 (next week). I hope it looks as good as they tell me. If TruGreen brought it up from a hard pan lawn to a Golf Course lawn, I will surely hire them again for the next season.

Great service. Much improved lawn. Weed control is slow but noticeable. We feel the value has saved us money. It is a large lot and even though we are not doing it all, the results are clear on the amount of money and work saved.

My entire family has asthma. When TruGreen sprays their product next door (we're less than 20' apart) the fumes overcome our household if the windows are open. These fumes seem to trigger our asthma, and at the very least are obnoxious. Why does this have to be sprayed? Can't it be spread in a dry/granular method? We had been on the call list to be notified prior to spraying, but it happened again where we did not receive any notification, and of course our windows were open (it's October) and we were assaulted with those nasty fumes. When we called, TruGreen could not find our listing of chemical sensitivities. We have been notified for the past couple of years since our last complaint, but not concerning today's application.

After 4 months of reporting issues with my lawn and trying to clarify and reverse erroneous charges, I have finally cancelled TruGreen as my lawn service provider. My lawn was perfectly maintained for nearly a year before I hired TruGreen. I continued to notice a drying out of my lawn in spite of sufficient rainfalls and regular watering. The grass just did not look healthy. There were weeds and patches of healthy grass in random places. I was beginning to doubt that they were servicing my lawn at all since I wasn't receiving any notification of their visit.

I have been provided with written information regarding all products which have been applied to my lawn. I am always called prior to the technician's visit so that my questions can be answered. Since Trugreen has begun care of my lawn, the lawn has been fuller and greener than in many years. Overall, I am very happy with the service which I have received.
