I cannot say enough good things about Terminix and the service I have received since purchasing my new home two years ago. My service representative goes above and beyond what I would expect, always inquiring as to my needs. He is professional, courteous and personable. I feel very secure that my home and yard are safe and "critter" free, not only for my family but also for my pets.

Terminix technicians are very friendly and very tolerable of my children who follow them around. The guy I have is very nice. I have done the online request for additional services when needed and they have also been very good at responding. It's been very good and hopefully I have no more ants. All in all, I'm very pleased with their services.

I was pleased with the service. It was what I expected. The technician was very helpful.

The rating above only applies to Stephen ** the best technician that has ever serviced our residence. Every other facet of Terminix I have dealt with, both home office and the web pages are a disaster. If it weren't for Stephen I would have left Terminix long ago. If I were rating Terminix it would be 0 stars.

The gentleman who takes care of my home and grounds is always available when I need him. I was infested with ants and the poor guy came back so many times and I think we finally got them all. I would not change companies if they gave me free service. The gentleman's name I believe is Andrew (I don't know his last name). My family and I are very happy with Andrew and Terminix. Thank you.

My service person, Philip, is wonderful. He is very thorough in checking for pests when he comes to do a service. He cleans the cobwebs and checks for ants, and other creatures. I have fruit trees and there are traps for the roof rats that love to eat the citrus. I can trust Philip to do a great job.

Four years ago when we replaced the windows in our home, we discovered termite and wood ant damage to sheetrock and some localized damage to wood frame 2x4's. Terminix conducted a thorough inspection, and presented a very clearly explained and reasonably priced program of treatment, which includes annual termite inspections with supplemental treatment if needed, and quarterly external pest treatment. Since starting this treatment program we have had NO further indications of termite or wood ant activity, and minimal insect pest.

One of the best pest and termite control services. Always prompt and in many cases even proactive... But a bit expensive.

Cannot begin to express how pleased we are with our Terminix service. We have been customers for over 15 years and have received on-call service visits without a hassle each time we felt a need. Their prices are very reasonable and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. We are so pleased we have encouraged our neighbors to sign up for their services.

Our phone reminder from the main office about service isn't always accurate, but we can count on getting a call from our service tech Dennis ** who confirms the time and works with us if the assigned time doesn't work. He does a great job and reports to us what he's seen and what he's done. Great service!

Having a local exterminator to begin with, then going to another trial and fail company I went with the one my Mama had for a long time and that was ya'll. Have been satisfied every since. Our house was built around 1900. My grandfather built it. As you might imagine keeping the pest out no matter how clean it is just about impossible. The mosquito program ya'll offered was a bust. Think they thrived on the stuff. Was a waste of money for me. Discontinued the program after three months of wasted money.

Our first connection with TERMINIX was the recommendation of a neighbor who had used your services. We were experiencing a huge influx of ants in our home and no matter what we did, we couldn't stop them. I would count 20-25/day when finally I told my husband enough is enough! I called Terminix and your great tech found a carpenter ants nest under some rotted wood on the edge of our door entry off our deck! He immediately went to work and then returned the following day to treat again - and followed up with a phone call to see if problem was resolved! He was wonderful and we have used Terminix services ever since, even transferring our services to our new home in PA when we moved 1 1/2 years ago.

We are very satisfied with the Terminix people. They do a good job, the men that come are always very polite and respectful. Thank you.

I like the services that Terminix provides. They will come whenever I call them to come. But the pesticides that they used wasn't effective to put out the bugs from my house. As a result, I have no choice, but discontinued the agreement. I wish the medicine they used would be as their services, but it isn't.

I'm very pleased with my Tech and my Terminix service.

I live in a one-storey ranch house that is about 70 years old. Especially in the winter, a variety of pests try to get inside. There is nothing worse than preparing a meal and seeing a big ant crawling across your counter. Or maybe being attacked by wasps nesting under the eaves by your front door. I put up with it for a few years after moving in 1966, don't ask me why, but I finally got sick of it and contacted TERMINIX. What a miracle! Carlo ** came out, treated the whole house outside and put bug catchers around inside. No more creepy crawlies or flying nuisances trying to get inside my house!!! Carlo also removed a stray mouse and a vole. All I can say is YIPPEE!

Always on time and very efficient and knowledgeable. Give John a raise!

We thought after we paid a year in advanced, after being with Terminix for 3 years that we would be treated fairly. We not. They billed us an extra month and they said it was told to us. It was not. Very upset.

Tony, my service technician, is very professional. He arrives during the scheduled time frame and does a thorough job. He is very courteous and answers any questions I have quite satisfactorily.

A Terminix technician did the outside of our house recently. The good thing about it was I had ants and he told me what to do to get rid of them, which I did and it worked. He's very polite and does a good job. We have a good conversation when he comes. He comes regularly but he comes also when I need him if it's in between calls. I appreciate them coming when I call. It's an experience that I wouldn't want to have to go through without Terminix.

So far service has been very good. Randy the serviceman in charge of fumigating property is very diligent and has good people skills.

Service Delivery - As for as the experience I have had with the Terminix technician who has been serving my home for the past two years, he has been outstanding and extremely professional in every aspect of if service delivery. Happy Customer. Management- As for the costs, they have been increasing over the years with no additional services added or provided which as a consumer makes me unhappy. I have stayed with the company only because of the service technician professionalism and dedication to customer care. If your prices continue to increase I will be forced to look for another service provider. Concerned customer!

Was not here but that was fine as this was an exterior treatment. Anthony did call me on my cell phone to see if I needed anything done on the inside that he would come back. Very nice.

All I can say is short. My dwelling was swarming with pests and now it isn't. End of story.

We live on Sanibel, home of the roof rat. We have used Terminix out of Fort Myers for the past 16 years to alleviate/thwart this issue. There is no one any better in my opinion. Gil **, the GM, and his team (Carl **, Mike **, etc.) have been extremely responsive to all of our needs. We very much appreciate their efforts on our behalf.

Bill takes time with us and wants to make sure we have everything we need - quite consistent and persistent.

Very professional and helpful. Explained process, was on time and efficient. Answered any questions and seemed to provide excellent service. Have had service for a while and am satisfied with all of the technicians that serve us. Have premium service.

Every time an individual has come to treat my place of residence it was done professionally. In most cases the individual has come on time. If that individual was either going to be late for an appointment or had to change the appointment for some reason they called in advance to give either the new time of arrival or the new appointment date with an explanation as to why they could not meet the required appointment. I have been a Terminix customer for over 10 years and without question I would recommend to any of my neighbors the many fine Terminix products and services.

Robert ** is always professionally minded and concentrates on the specific area on which he is working. Never hesitates to ask questions and to make suggestions. He follows up on issues or areas that were a problem on the last inspection. And he does it all with a smile and a positive attitude. He is the type of employee that I would want in my business, if I were in business!

Franklin our tech that comes to our site is very knowledgeable of the service that you all provide and whatever we are requesting at the time; We haven't seen any more mice in the "office area" where he set the traps and actually caught some. Fantastic service and follow up!

Pest control has been good for a couple of years. Our tech is very pleasant. I think we had some mice recently so he set some bait while here on his regular visit. Hope it works. No ants have been seen. Just a couple of Japanese beetles looking to stay warm this winter.

I had to have a repeat visit within 2 weeks of the initial sugar ant bait placing. That was a little disappointing, but the technicians were very friendly. There was an initial problem when I signed up for the service, since they tried to "bait" me into a yearly contract over the phone, and wanted to sell me much more than I needed. I only wanted a one-time service. But the tech worked it out when he arrived at my home. Very satisfied.

My service tech is Albert ** and he is fantastic. Always shows up on time and is always efficient. He is extremely efficient and very polite. I couldn't be happier.

I am a much happier person now that Joe (Terminix) has conquered the ant problem with his expertise in my home in Sultan, WA. He answers my questions while still doing his job thereby finishing up the work in a timely manner. The home is on sandy soil in the "boonies" so it was a lot of ants to conquer. He did an excellent job.

The Terminix person did an outstanding job. The first rep did not fix the problem but the second person who came, fixed the problem and was very pleasant as well. The second rep has been here before and always does an excellent job.

The gentleman that came to do my pest control service was very courteous and explained everything that I asked of him.

When he finished, he left the bill on my door. He said to call him if I have any problem and he will come right away.

I almost rated two stars. We have been having quarterly insect protection. After which we're still battling with cockroaches, spiders, ants, etc. We discovered in June 2015 we had a termite problem and July 2015 we had the house tented. The day after tenting the house I was back to killing spiders in the house. A few weeks ago I noticed in the garage, the same indications as before of probable termite niblets/dusting. I am awaiting a phone call so we can arrange to have it inspected and determine what the next course of action will be. If you can assist in resolving this I would appreciate it. We had begun to see several roach insects and since Terminix already had our termite bond, we called them for this problem. After treatment for several months the only roach we see is one on his back dead as a doornail. Thanks Terminix!!!

I have been with Terminix for over 5 years. Each time the technician comes, they always do a good job. We always see a positive result when we have service. Before the holidays we had service inside and outside. We also had a special request for a snake seen on the outside patio. The technician put down an application to take care of that problem.

We have been with you 8-9 yrs, very satisfied with Tech Edy **. He's very attentive to what my wife needs from him as a exterminator. He cheerfully complies. ZERO PROBLEMS.

John ** is our Terminix Service Technician. He is an asset to Terminix because of his professionalism. Our home has a year round contract and, if needed, additional service can be arranged. John is knowledgeable and competent.

Our technician covers all areas of the outside of the house. He continues to give 100% when he is here.

Terminix spraying for pests has kept my home free of pests since I began the service. Roaches were a severe problem but are no more.

We have a cedar house in the woods which was highly susceptible to insects/vermin before we obtained a routine pest control service. I believe that Terminix follow IPM philosophy and practices which I support & applaud. IPM is the only way to go! We noted tangible evidence of decreased pest activities after we got & had the program maintained. Now if only woodpeckers fell under IPM practices we would be really happy! Wood boring bees were brought under control. The staff are always ready, willing & able to help.

Terminix has always done a great job every time they have come out. Anthony is our service man. He is always very polite and address any issue we have, solve it every time. I would recommend to all my friends.

You have a stellar employee in Mike. He is knowledgeable, polite, considerate, on time, thorough, and is reliable. He personally calls clients and reminds them about appointments. Now that is service and with a smile. The company is a bit disorganized in its computer reminders because the day is often wrong and the time frame. I just ignore the telephone reminders. Billings are handled promptly etc. so not much to complain about.

We have been thrilled with the great service over the years from Paul **. With a new person on our account we are debating whether to continue the service at all.

I moved into a new apartment three years ago. My last apartment had every bug imaginable and I knew that I would be bringing some along in my boxes. The customer service rep when I first called suggested that I have the apartment sprayed when I moved in. I did and after 3 weeks still had bugs so they came back for free. I haven't seen a live bug since. They are prompt and pleasant and always willing to help.

I have been very pleased with Terminix. They call ahead to let you know they are coming or if they need to change the appointment time. They notify you when they are done! I have no issues with them at all.

Tyler is an excellent asset and perfect representative to your company. He is prompt, efficient, friendly and considerate.

First I want to say that the service technician who does both my termite and pest control is the primary reason I have stayed with Terminix. I would like to use another termite treatment vice bait traps, but have not been provided an alternative by Terminix.. Also pest control does not include spraying yard for fleas and ticks and to prevent/control mosquitoes. I have been approached by other pest control providers that offer such protection at a better cost that currently pay Terminix for just house pest control. I have been with Terminix for many years, but with the economy being down and competition in area going up, I am looking for alternatives.

I've had a very good experience with Terminix. They came and helped me with some water bugs that I was having problems with. The result has been very good and the tech was very nice and efficient. He did a good job. They also do termites once a year and other stuff on different times. I was really impressed the last time that the tech came because he told me to call him back if I had any problem and he would come back at any time. I am very pleased with the service.

I have had Termite service with Terminix for a few years now. This past year we added their Pest control service as well. The Terminix Rep that came to our home was very accommodating and well trained in his field. We have had very good results with both services and recommend them to whoever may need either type service they provide.

Patrick does a very good job. He has been doing our quarterly Terminix inspections for several quarters now and seems to do a good job.

Your Terminex agents are always very professional and knowledgeable. As a result, most of the time I don't see many live pests until the next treatment. If I do I keep them and date when captured.

Technician and service is/are excellent.

My experience in January was amazing. Prompt and on time. Polite and engaged in conversation. Clean and uses foot covers before entering house.

I think that Terminix is doing a wonderful job helping me get rid of the pests in my house.

After traps were set no one came to check them for 6 weeks and I had to call to get him to come then. I removed dead rat which had been in trap for weeks. I paid $800 for this and very unhappy with service. I expect better from Terminix.

Mike, my service tech, is very thorough and answered my questions and concerns about bugs and rodents. Also gave me a couple of suggestions that are working. Thanks Mike.

My service technician Jan is the best. Very courteous, prompt, clear in explaining what issue and preventive measures needed. Calmed me down and assured me the situation was treatable and not an issue like I thought. (I don't do well with bugs...)

We had a horrible problem with roaches and no matter what I did, we could not get it under control. Terminix took over and now we do not have a single roach anywhere. So glad I use the quarterly service to maintain the same level. Mahalo Terminix!

I have mixed emotions about your quality of service. While the technician does a good job, I don't like it when I get a no show - no call. This has happened a couple of times. I can never reach a live person when I call. I'm also disappointed about the 2nd rate increase that was recently announced. I don't feel you have earned this.

Your telephone voice recognition software is not user friendly. The monthly cost of your service is NOT competitive.

I called Tom a few times in the Albany office. He said if I seen another bedbug he would be out. Still no return phone call. They never done the job right the first time around. We paid for bed covers and never got them until they came the second time around. I help lift the mattress up when they sent a women here that just came back from a worker's comp case due to hurting her arm by lifting a bed. So I help her out every time she came. She was a nice lady. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for them to call me back. I found 2 more bedbugs and still no phone call.

I have been using Terminix Pest Control since I moved here 14 months ago. I had ants and spiders when I called for service. My serviceman, Wayne, came to my home and did a thorough investigation of the inside as well as the outside of my home. He explained that the insects were looking for water as we are in a drought. Wayne told me what he was going to do to get rid of the pesky bugs. He sprayed the entire perimeter inside and outside of my home. I now have quarterly service and I am very happy with Terminix and Wayne.

I really like having the same technician for each of my visits. He is professional, prompt, very knowledgeable, and pleasant. He has gotten to know my property, our extermination history, and anticipates our future needs.

Everyone from the inspector (Jamerson) to the actual technicians who did the work were top notch. The pricing is a little steep, however, you get what you pay for. If you want people who know what they're doing, you need to pay for it. Best part is the warranty that comes with the services Terminix provides. Any issues, just schedule a follow up. Overall, I am satisfied with the job completed.

I felt so bad for the associate who had to come out the day after Christmas when my appointment was scheduled for the 29th of December.

Terminix keep out all insects from our home. We are very satisfied with the service from Terminix.

A complete inspection was done by your serviceman, Frank **. I previously the week before had an incomplete service by another service person who left my property without completing the job. I am satisfied with the promptness. My problem was taken care of by Frank ** and will continue rating Terminix a 5-star company.

We are happy with the Terminix service. The technician showed up within the time window on the appointment date, and administered pest treatment for our house quite unobtrusively. We did not require inside treatment at this time. We would recommend Terminix if any of our friends mentions pests in their house.

I have relied on Terminix for many years to maintain my home and property to keep it bug free. Here in Texas we live with a lot bugs due to our hot humid weather... Its a no brainer. You need Terminix!

I have been using Terminix for 15 years. I moved last year and the local team has been excellent. I have pest, termite and bedbug contracts. The new house had a bug problem but within 6 months we had it corrected. My frustration is with National. It took them a year to quit billing me for old address. Their email notices on service is always wrong (wrong date and time). Frustrating. I stay with Terminix because of the local service people and the good results I have had.

Small black flirs - The technician looked for the source of the problem and concluded it was a water leak in the kitchen but none was found. He did locate an area in the kitchen that they were populating. He sprayed but unfortunately the problem still exists.

As of today I am 100% satisfied with Terminix. After five months of dedicated service from the Terminix Team it appears we will have a pest free future. Thank you Terminix.

I am very happy with my service. The only issue I have is the rising cost. As much as I like it with a fixed income it is becoming harder to afford and since it is not a necessity I will probably need to cut it out soon. The service itself is great.

I have been so pleased with the service provided by Craig ** from Terminix. I have the responsibility to take care of my residents at my community of over 200 apartments and Craig helps me satisfy my goal. I appreciates all he does.

Have yet to be notified as to when to schedule annual termite inspection. Purchased an extended contract and have several years remaining on it. Very unprofessional. Will contact company and raise H--- in the next few days.

I loved dealing with Jim! He's considerate and will call when he's delayed or has other problems. We referred our neighbor last month! Terrific product.

We had a patient that had bed bugs. Rick ** worked with us through the whole issue and helped us protect ourselves and others from spreading from room to room. He treated the Patient hot rooms and the surrounding rooms to be sure. We loved how it was kept to ourselves instead of scaring everyone and he never made it a big deal. We were very impressed. The patient was also very thankful that it wasn't an embarrassing situation that could have went viral. We had also been dealing with drain flies and Rick also helped with this situation and got us on a daily routine of cleaning and drain cleaning with a biological drain cleaner (bio 5) that has helped eliminate the huge issue. He has had a mess dealing with us lately, but he was "Johnny on the spot". We appreciate the dedication to both these issues.

Had a problem with the carpenter bees. It took 2 trips but the bees were removed with a excellent result. They were in a difficult to reach position but the operator reached them well.

We drove ourselves crazy with growing ant problem. Self-treated home and left house for 3 days. Came home and they were still there. Sat down and called Terminix and my insanity was ended by a professional technician. I was so happy that after a few days most were dead and gone and we had our lives back. Thank you Terminix!

Erik ** is amazing and is very thorough with getting rid of any pests I might have and suggestions on how to keep them away. He's always pleasant to interact with. I love that I'm able to schedule appointments around my schedule and they're actually punctual!

Terminix and their technician Virgil have serviced my pest control needs for something on the order of 15 years. Virgil has proven very dependable and takes the lead on recommending needed actions I do not have on my regular request. All work performed to perfection.

After buying my condo and getting moved in I immediately realized there was quite a roach problem along with any other insect possible. After many different treatments by the techs and having to unpack all my cupboards again another treatment was set and treatments continued it seemed every few weeks to follow up on any progress. After months - I have to say I so very pleased that with the quarterly treatment in/out of my condo my life is "bug free". Hooray for Terminix!!!

Our experience with Terminix has been a great one. We moved into our home 10 years ago. We had their service from the beginning, and had not had ANY pests into our home! Our serviceman has been great. He does the inside and outside of our home; last summer, he noticed some bees on my neighbor's yard. He sprayed their nest so that we could not get them in our area.

Service man always shows up as planned, on time, efficient, friendly - good service by good company person.

Knowledgeable, expert service. Complete service as well. Nothing was overlooked and all areas were treated. Fresh supply of sticky pads for garage use. Great service and results.

Service is great but their bookkeeping department needs help. Our annual renewal is due every August on 150 units. We were billed incorrectly on EACH UNIT and was corrected over the phone. I was told I would get a corrected bills. Every month since August, I have received a past due bill for every unit saying there is a balance due when there is not. I have called every month and spoken with someone who says they will take care of it and their system is showing it's paid in full. As of 3 days go I received 150 more bills saying FINAL NOTICE, TERMITE PROTECTION HAS BEEN TERMINATED!!!

I was very pleased with this experience. The technician was very friendly and I got along with him instantly. He did a thorough job and was able to report to me that there was no activity to report. Of course I was elated. We chatted briefly before he left and I felt that the whole experience, especially the interaction with him, was fulfilling.

Service has been excellent. The recurring visits are always on time and the serviceman has always provided what we needed and not what was just 'on-sale'. When we were remodeling our garage and found some termite problems TERMINIX sent a Regional Rep to our home within two hours and he contracted with the people we had on site to repair the problem immediately allowing the remodeling to continue. TERMINIX is the best investment you can make in keeping your home in great shape in the event you want to sell or just continue living there. Think of it as the best insurance policy you can purchase in order to protect one of your biggest assets.

Infestation of mice, termites, and fleas. It was horrible. That is all I can say. Thought I was going to have to move. Techs did a wonderful job.

Each time I get a new person, which is not all the time, the technicians are very respectful. I have them do the outside and inside. They give me works until the next time they come out. I'm happy. Every time I call if I need to reschedule or if something comes up, I have no problems rescheduling. Everything is fine, and things seemed to be working.

Been a customer for over 20 years and have not had a pest problem since they took over. To be honest, I haven't even seen a black widow anywhere in a long time. Jesse ** has been my go to guy for a long time and I've never had to call him back after his monthly visit, even though he always says to call if there's a problem. Great service tech and a good company.

Totally eliminated my problem in 2 sessions - had used other pest control company and they could not eliminate fleas after four sessions so I was ecstatic with Terminix's results.

When the first tech came, he didn't believe we even had ticks. I almost cancelled but decided to ask for a change of techs. Jonathon came next and he did an excellent job of controlling our problem. I've had Richard out twice because of pantry moths. He sprayed the pantry and put up sticky paper. However, I still see 1 to 3 moths flying around every day. I've cleaned out the pantry and thrown away anything open. So I don't know where they could be coming from. Any suggestions?

The people who conduct the pest control quarterly treatments have always been professional, punctual, and friendly. They will answer any questions I have. Very occasionally, through the years, I have asked for a visit in between the regularly scheduled treatments and have always been accommodated. If I have a conflict with the scheduled appointment, it is easy to reschedule.

I have to say the tech that came out was nice but about a week later where he didn't spray, they came back. Been calling since, no return call back. Went to the store, spent about 80.00. I think they shouldn't get paid until my pest problem is resolved.
