Scheduling the service with Terminix is very easy. The technician comes quarterly, and he gave us his cellphone number, so we can contact him anytime of the day or night. If we're going out of town, we call him or send him a message and let him know that we would like to schedule it earlier or later. And if we wanted to adjust the time, we could do something about it. We hardly had any pest activities in the house for a long time. There were a couple of roaches in here a few times but he came on and did an extra service, so everything is well under control. We're very satisfied with Terminix particularly with the guy we've got. He is outstanding.

Terminix has been coming to the house religiously and doing a good job. When I schedule, they come here right away and don't call to let me know. They show up whether I'm home or not and take care of whatever they have to take care of. The very first time the tech came, he explained things over and over. He answered all my questions even if it was the same thing and was very patient. I will highly recommend them and would use them in the future if I ever stop using them.

We’ve had the annual and regular term inspection. We've had excellent interactions with the representatives when they call and tell us that service is ready. Tammy, the technician, is very nice, efficient and does an excellent job. We’re very satisfied with Terminix.

Our experience with Terminix was really great. They came and looked at what we needed them to look at and gave us a couple of options on what they could do to help us out. We ended up going with the best option as the salesman described. He really helped us find something that was affordable and worked with what we needed.

I’ve been with Terminix for 10 years. I use them because they are a good company, and have always felt comfortable with their people. I’m usually here when they come out and they always do a really good job. I also like the fact that I can get somebody 24 hours a day if I've got a question or a problem. I have my annual termite service with them, and they also come out once in a quarter to a barrier treatment on the outside of my house. They used to come inside our house and spray since they had to use the chemicals that they had inside the house because they fade quickly outside. Now, they have the barrier treatments wherein they can treat outside the house and keep anything from getting inside, so it's much better. Science is advancing and they’re going along with it.

Terminix schedules the quarterly service for me and tells me the date. The gentleman comes out to spray for bugs and termites. He is very friendly, always stops to explain what he's doing, and engages me in conversation every time. He looks thorough when he does the treatment and knows what he is doing. We haven't noticed any pest at all, and I'm happy with the service.

Terminix come out every two or three months and do a great job. I had a great communication with the technicians they sent out to my house. I have recommended them.

We have done business with Terminix for quite a while and our most recent experience with them was excellent. When scheduling our service, they will call and say they would be in the area or I call them when I need them. The technicians are professional. I just tell them to do things lightly because my grandbaby has asthma so they don't do a lot of heavy spraying in the house. And they usually do what I ask in the areas that I specifically want them to spray. We got an attached garage and sometimes we might see bugs out there so we ask them to give us a little spray there. Since our last service, I haven't had to call them.

The rep from Terminix came out and did the annual inspection. She came through, checked a few things, walked through the inspection and that was it. I've talked to the technicians they sent me a couple of times too and they were polite and friendly, and they spend a couple of minutes with me. I'm not always home and there were a couple of times when I came home and there's just the flag in the yard saying that they've been there and sprayed. Everybody from the company seem pretty good.

Some field mice were getting in the house and Terminix took care of them. The technicians chatter and are polite. They stand by their work and do a good job. I'm really pleased with them.

We always have good service from Terminix. Their technicians were neat in appearance and they wore things on their shoes so they won't be tracking up our house.

I was out of town when Terminix came for their recent visit, but I had a nice chat with Leo, the chappy that comes here. He is absolutely wonderful, very thorough and does anything I want him to. There is zero pest activity since their service.

I had a recent routine check by Terminix and it was probably the best service I've had from them. They called, arranged it with me and the technician came on time. He was very polite and told me what he was going to do. He checked my attic, my basement and around the house then came back and told me he didn't find anything. Then Terminix followed up with an e-mail. I've had Terminix for about 20 years, and I think they've improved their service. I'm quite pleased and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Terminix comes around and does their annual inspection. Scheduling was smooth and easy and at my convenience. The tech was very professional and polished.

Terminix has real good people who do real good work. When I need them, I'd contact them but they call and come out every two weeks if we need help with anything. They're nice people. The service is good but I still got roaches and I don't know why. Nevertheless, everything's great with them.

My last service with Terminix was on December 12th and it was pretty good. The technician was excellent and very helpful. The pest activity here has been acceptable and pretty good.

Terminix is a great company to deal with. They called and asked me if I wanted to renew my policy and I did. They gave me a very special price and a good deal on it too. A woman contacted me and asked how the service was and when I wanted the service to take place. She also followed up on it. I’ve had nothing but positive experience with them not just this time but in previous exchanges too.

I have Terminix service every three months. They always call ahead and say when they're going to be here. If there's a problem, I'd say so but normally there never was. I just let them come in the backyard and take care of it. They're just doing outside work, and they take care of it just the way they should. I talked to the technician when he first started and he was very cooperative. We talked about what I needed done, he understood, and has taken care of all of it since and we've had no issues at all with any insects getting in the house or even in the backyard. My experience with them has been very smooth and easy, I like it.

I get a quarterly visit from Terminix and I had a very good experience with them a month ago. I have not seen any pest activity since then. The technician that comes to our home was very good. He’s very friendly, professional, and he does a great job so I have no problems after he leaves. Also, we’d know when our next time is going to be before he leaves. Needless to say, scheduling the service worked out great. .

Larry, from Terminix, came by recently and sprayed outside and inside of my house. Working with him was great and he's quick and nice.

The lice are gone now thanks to Terminix. I cleaned up before and then they came back a little bit and now they’re gone again so service has been great overall.

I receive semi-annual service from Terminix, and we have no pest activity as per result of the inspection. I'm satisfied with them and will continue to have their service.

The Terminix guys are very nice. I go online and schedule a service, and the recent one went fine. I would recommend them.

I have automatically scheduled service with Terminix, so they call and let me know when they're coming. Someone did call and asked me if I would be home so they could do the free attic inspection for rodents, and I had them come do that. The gentleman doing that inspection got here about half an hour early, and he did call to ask if that was okay, which was very nice. That makes it even better and I had no problems with it. The other gentleman, Patrick, is the regular guy who comes once a quarter to spray. He showed up within the time window and did the inside treatment first, then outside. He's always very nice and I'm very happy with the service that I get. Regarding pest activity, I haven't seen anything.

Every three months, Terminix sends a technician for the termites and another guy for the bugs and pests outside. The technicians usually come when I'm at work but they always leave the information that they've come along with proof they've done something. They seem to have taken pretty good care of the pests since I'm not seeing any so far. Everything seems to be okay and I'd recommend them.

Scheduling has always been very good with Terminix - I have no problem getting service when I need it. My latest service was a spray outside in my garage and it went fine. Plus, my tech is very helpful because he listens to all our concerns and if I have any special needs, he makes sure that he takes care of them. So far, I haven't seen any pest activity since the service.

We receive services from Terminix monthly and they send the same wonderful guy. He is very friendly, helpful, answers all my questions and reaches out to me to make sure that I’m satisfied.

We are exceedingly pleased with the service that we've gotten from Terminix. We haven’t had any problems with pests they’ve taken care of. They did an excellent job when they recently came out and put in the insulation, which is rodent repellent and more energy efficient. The man who comes out for the pest control is so polite and wonderful. We recently moved and he’s still with us. I never worry if he’s in; I trust him implicitly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody. In fact, I've given our technician's name to one of my former neighbors.

They come when they're supposed to, and when I know they’re coming, I call my son and tell him to come over here and he oversees them. And so far I don't have pests so they're doing their job fine.

Terminix is excellent. I've been using them for 16 years and I don't have any problems with them. Technicians ring my doorbell, tell me they are here, do their job, and leave. I've never seen pests, that's why I keep them coming. I'm very happy with Terminix.

Bruce is very thorough and always asks me of any activity. He always explains to me what he has done. I have had Bruce for over 10 years now and he has made me a loyal customer to Terminix.

We're very satisfied with Terminix. They come routinely and we've had them for a long time. We feel that there's no problem with the company or the technicians that we've had. Our technician not only comes and sprays, he does it in every little crevice, under the overhangs and everything else. He goes the extra mile. We've seen a few dead pests and that's good but even better is we haven't seen any live ones.

It's been quite a while but usually when Terminix comes, it's just outside. They come four times a year. The tech would usually ring the doorbell and say "I'm here for the gizmo", I say "great", then he hangs the gizmo on the door when he's through and leaves. I haven't had problems with pests since the last visit.

Terminix schedules my service so I don’t have to worry about it. The technician was very nice and did what he said he was gonna do, and we haven't seen pest activity since their last service. Also at the time when my daughter was having chemo, the technician that came out helped me get her in the car as she was having trouble fainting. So it's always been good and everything has been great with them.

I sold my house and cancelled my services still having about 2 months left for termites. Terminix refused to reimburse me for 2 months left on my contract. That turns out to be their policy and it is wrong!

Terminix is always helpful & accommodating when I need them to come out for something special. Our regular pest control services are great. Luckily we have been pest free! Thanks Terminix for the great service.

We recently had a treatment done by Terminix and we have no problems with pest activity in our home since then. Scheduling the service with them was a fantastic experience, and I had great interactions with the technicians. It was a good experience so far.

I love Terminix. They're absolutely wonderful. I need them to come out again though because we're still seeing some pests and we want to get ahead of the problem. Our schedule with them was supposed to be every other month. I already have my card on file for them to do which I need to change and the only way that I'm able to get them to come out is if I call them. Overall, I'm very happy. They're very reasonable with their prices and they're all very professional and helpful. They explain everything and they know what they're talking about.

Terminix has been a really good company and the same can be said about my experience with them. They usually send me an email and then I'd get a phone call to remind me of the service scheduling. Their technician has been good and he'd ask if I've had any problems before he starts doing his job. So far, there have been no pest activity since my most recent service from them.

My serviceman from Terminix, Eric, is excellent, very thorough and knowledgeable. I'm scheduled quarterly with them, and I get an email and a telephone call for my service. Very satisfied with them.

We have quarterly pest control and the termite stuff once a year with Terminix. They are very good to work with and their technician, Angel, is a tremendous asset to their company. I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Excellent service from Terminix. My guy is always here when Terminix says he’ll come and he does a thorough job. And if I need him to do any extra, he does it very willingly. He’s very polite. I wouldn’t consider any other service at this point.

Overall, we've had a good experience with Terminix but it's been several years ago since they did us a complete service and they come by and check the house out once a year ever since. Their technicians were really good and I've got no complaints at all with any of them. As of yet, we haven't had problems with the termites but we never do until about April. They come about and swarm when weather gets warmer.

Every time I've called up Terminix and needed somebody to come as soon as possible, they were very good about setting up a service fast. We got the plan where we pay them every other month, but they've come back quite a few times before so I'm very happy with them. The technician sent has always been very nice and knowledgeable. I asked for the same guy the last time, and he was great!

Terminix shows up when they tell me they were coming if I had an issue. Recently, the technician came out and sprayed around the house. He has been nice and informative. I don't have any bugs that I know of inside or outside since they came.

Terminix recently came to check our termite bait stations outside. Their technicians rarely interact with us and on one or two occasions, I may have bumped into their outside tech. A couple of other occasions, they've come into the residence to help rid us of cereal moths and do a checkup for pests. Back on their first attempt, the pest activity in our home has not been eradicated, but after they came back once or twice with the supervisor, it was controlled.

The Terminix guy was awesome. He did what he was supposed to do, and went above and beyond. He was courteous, cordial, and very professional. I wish I can see him if he's in my area. Wonderful experience.

Terminix did a great job. They are overall very friendly, efficient, and timely. They come routinely and usually send me an email before to let me know. I don't have any pests around so it works!

Terminix comes once a month, and our man is very pleasant and seems very thorough. He is quick, checks over everything, and does it efficiently, way better than the service we had a year ago. He is very mannerly, and I don't have problems with him. He doesn't visit a lot though, but it's a pleasure to do business with him. We are a livestock auction barn and going to have certain pests regardless, but it seems to be under control.

Our latest experience with Terminix has been easy. Their tech looked around for bugs and sprayed a couple of places. He pretty much schedules the service on his own and comes by regularly. It's pretty simple and efficient and he takes care of everything whenever he's here.

I've had Terminix even before I moved to Az. I had it in Ohio and when I moved into my home here in Apache Jct. 18 years ago, I still continue to use them and always will. They have no problems coming back if needed, which only happened once in Ohio, really bad water bugs, and the tech that comes to my home, which I've only had 3 in the 18 years in my home, will work around my schedule if he can, which he usually does, and he has no problems with my dogs and they like him too. I like having both inside and outside completed, and the techs have explained I really don't need to do it that way, but they will spray both for me because that's what I am wanting. That means a lot to me that they will do that service for me to help keep my peace of mind with the darn bugs away. I haven't seen any either.

In our experience with Terminix recently, they were quick, efficient, and professional. Scheduling services with them was very smooth. They send the same technician and he's been out to our home a couple of times. He's quite friendly and gets his work done

Terminix comes around every three months and gives me a call a week before they come. The technicians got nice personality. They did a good job the last time and left. I don't see any pests so it's good.

Terminix has been excellent. I've been with them for 19 years and the house has been with them for 21 years. They're fair in price. They're good and the servicemen are excellent. Scheduling the service was good and they're always friendly and able to get a time that works well for me. There are termites every time they do an inspection and three times they found damage or termites. They're able to stop it before the termites do more damage and they've had to put down Sentricon.

I schedule service from Terminix quarterly, and they notify me by phone. They sprayed around the house, and it was great. The sprayer guy is awesome. He's very efficient at what he does, and it kills bugs. All in all, they're good.

Terminix would come here twice a month to do their service. They introduce themselves and they let us know that if they are needed for anything, they’re at our disposal.

Terminix does pest control at my home and at two of my rental properties every three months. Richard has been doing it for years and he's excellent. I know when he's coming, so if we got a problem, I can call him a couple of days ahead of time and he's there. He is very dependable. If he has to come back three different times and takes care of something, he'll do it and they don’t charge any additional fee. I also used him for termite control. But, their price is a little on the higher side compared to others that I've used for termite, but that's a one year deal. Overall, it's very good service and I'm happy with them.

The salesperson that came out was excellent. Terminix comes every other month and did really nice. If I have a problem, I call and they come out even if it's not the regular scheduled time. They couldn't be more professional or nicer. Working with Terminix is easy and they are very professional. I love them.

Terminix is very flexible and kind when scheduling the service. I've never had a problem getting service. Also, the technician, Bryan, is awesome, pleasant, very professional and neat. He takes his shoes and stuff off before he comes in to my house. He listens when I try to explain what's going on. I’ve shown him where the ants were coming from and he'd start tracking their path so he can cut them off at the problem point. He always addresses all of my issues at the time that he comes, doesn't complain and does what needs to be done.

During their last visit, Terminix checked my termite traps. They usually don't show up on the days that they're supposed to. I end up calling the headquarters to reschedule and find out where they are and wait around all day long. No one comes or calls. But their service technician Tim is very good. I'm very pleased with his work and very satisfied. The pest activity has gotten better since I started service with them.

The representative from Terminix was professional, thoughtful, friendly and thorough. All the guys who had come have always been personable, knowledgeable and did a good job. It's what I would expect a good company to do. Before the termite program, we had no termites. We had a threat from the neighbor that the termites were coming but we still have had no termites. The little bugs that we've had treated last summer haven't come back, so it's good.

Our overall Terminix experience was fine. They've done a great job and I would recommend them to a friend.

Scheduling a service with Terminix was actually easy, as their sales rep was the one that set up the appointment on the phone, and I just confirmed the time. The tech that came over was really professional. He did a good job of explaining what he saw, why he wanted to put things in certain spots, and what he expected would happen. Since the service, the pest activity has gone down. Terminix does a really good job. We're going to stick with them for now and the foreseeable future.

On 1/4/16 Terminix estimator (Louis) came to my house to inspect a minor termite damage to the wood floor of the second floor of my townhouse ("TV Room"). Louis marked an area of 600 square feet to be treated: Two (10'x10') walls in the garage. Ceiling (10'x10') in the garage. Two (10'x10') walls in the TV Room. Wood floor (10'x10') in the TV Room. Louis quoted the cost for the treatment of 600 square feet of my townhouse to be $900. A few days later, Mike the Terminix technician came and told me that a spot treatment of 2'x2' is sufficient and that Louis overestimated the job. As the area that was treated professionally by Mike the Terminix technician is vastly smaller than the area estimated by Louis the estimator, I asked Terminix to reduce the cost for the job from the previous quote of $900. Terminix refused!

The service that I have appears to be working fairly well. I have noticed some bugs (although dead) downstairs. I am not sure why they are there if you create a barrier on the outside all of the time. I may have to have the tech come in in the future.

I scheduled the service online, but their system was a little messed up and didn’t work with what they had available. Someone called me back immediately and rescheduled. The person from Terminix that came out for the pest control was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. She also explained what she was doing and why she's doing it. The pest has diminished a bit since the service.

Our experience with Terminix went smoothly. They're dependable. We have a routine schedule with them. They call and let us know when they'd send somebody here and I get the dog tied up. They do what they're supposed to do, and do a good job.

Someone had called, but I couldn't understand them. All I heard was Terminix, and then they hung up. So I had to call to find out when Terminix was coming. I finally got a hold of them and they made an appointment with me to come out. The technician came, and I didn't know what he was looking for but he said all was okay. I knew I didn't have termites. Also one time, they didn't even make an appointment. I was going out of the garage when the man showed up, and I didn't even know they were supposed to come. So I hope the next time they come, they'd call beforehand and don't get somebody on the telephone who talks then hangs up.

We have routine service with Terminix and we received a notification before the technician came out. He wanted to know exactly what we noticed and if we wanted him to do anything special. He’s been out here before and he’s very skilled, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a fantastic experience and I have recommended them to friends and people.

The Terminix technician is a great great guy and usually calls me before he comes. He once asked me if there's anything extra that we need. He always does the basic service and he tells me that I can call him whenever if he needs to come out more. It's a great service. Our pests were handled the first time he came.

We have once a month routine inspection with Terminix and everything has always been great. We get done what we need to get done. Their technician, Shane, is awesome and we think highly of him. If we have a problem, we let them know and they take care of it. They're very good, thorough and helpful when needed if any issues come up. I highly recommend them.

I’d recommend Terminix and since the last time they've been out, I've no pests. The technician was very good and he's been doing it for quite a while so he does a good job. He comes to our home every three to six months and my recent experiences with Terminix have been all right.

My most recent experience with Terminix was excellent. The guy came and I explained that we weren't going to use the service anymore and he explained what may happen if we didn't continue. I told him we still haven't had any problems. He's a real nice young man. Since the service, we've seen one spider and that's it.

My most recent experience with Terminix was two months ago. The technician is very nice. I stayed with Terminix because of him as he takes care of everything so I don't have to worry. I'm very satisfied with them.

Terminix is good at scheduling my service. On our recent experience, one of their men came down and looked at the house for regular inspection, and everything was good. We talked about the problems I had here and he was very professional. Pest in my house has been controlled since I had them. The company is pretty good.

We scheduled a service with Terminix and they were there when they were supposed to be. They only came out for an initial treatment, because I saw a couple of bugs that I didn’t like. After they were there, I saw more bugs than when they first showed up. I asked the technician if I was going to start seeing no bugs and he said, initially, I should see a few more and then I should see none.

Excellent experience! We have routine visits from Terminix, but we also call them if we notice a problem. We’re very happy with the service we get from Richard. He sprays outside, and everything is good. He has been exemplary in identifying anything that's unusual, and we definitely appreciate that. My only complaint is that I usually get a phone call or an auto-message the day before our service and I would like to have a few more days in advance if we could.

I've been pleased with Terminix. They have more than met my expectations and Jam, the service provider has been a true professional over the last five years. Recently, he came out and did a complete job. Usually, it's external. The service is done routinely and whenever I scheduled, he's here ten or fifteen minutes of the stated time.

In a nutshell, our experience with Terminix has been convenient, pleasant and effective. I usually get an email telling me when my next service will be. The technician's really nice, quick, and comes as close to on-time as he can. There has been one time he was late, but that might have been because the call he was at before us had an issue. But he calls and tells if he's going to be late. The pest situation has gotten a lot better though I still see one every once in a while.

Terminix comes over on a routine basis. I get an email telling me when they're coming out, I verify it, and let it go like that. They come, do their work, and go. The technician that comes is polite. Then there's an email of the receipt, and the next schedule. We haven't had any pests since getting service from Terminix.

Terminix came out this year for a routine visit and everything was fine. Sometimes I schedule them but sometimes they just come. They let me know they're at my home and what they're going to do and when they get through, they give me a paper. Things were good since I started using Terminix.

We have a regular guy from Terminix that comes here named Sean and he does a good job for us. He calls before coming in. We've been using Terminix for well over six years and wouldn't change service provider. They are prompt, effective and have courteous service.

All my experiences with Terminix have been really good. Whenever there's a problem they're very prompt and they come right out. The gentleman that comes out was very friendly, easy to talk to and understands our concerns. The last time I had a problem were with bees and he very well understood. I have an elderly lady up here and also have a very young child here. So, I've got a variety of ages I'm trying to keep a balance between the bugs, the bees and whatever else that comes along. I would definitely recommend Terminix to anybody. It's worth it.

Technicians from Terminix were out here a couple of weeks ago. I did the preparations for them to be able to do their inspections and the tub traps. Gus, the serviceman, has been coming out here for a number of years. He knew the routine and is very professional and thorough. He checked the outside and inside. I appreciate the fact that they sent a postcard out reminding me of the date and time that they'll be here. If it's not convenient, I can call in and change it. I really appreciate that. Since the service, I don't see any termites.

Inspection done 1/13/2016, with termite evidence found in garage. Rep. JEFF ** did inspection & showed me the evidence. I'm charged $29/month for coverage. I've received NO CALL BACK FROM MR. **, after I indicated to him my belief I am covered. I should not have to pay. I WANT SITUATION REMEDIED IMMEDIATELY. Mr. ** failure to call me back is very UNprofessional.

Terminix comes out every quarter and they have done a great job for us. The technician always calls me before he comes out to make sure I was going to be there. We have had very little insects. We have the little boxes that catch the pests that make into the house.

I'm happy with the Terminix service. The time scheduling is good, and they come at the given time. We can also re-adjust the time if we want. They are already familiar with my house surroundings, and they know the places where we need to spray. They don't spray on the edibles, and are doing things properly.

Our service tech, Bob **, is always on his schedule time of arrival. If he is running late due to another job running over, he calls us to let us know of the delay. He is thorough and does a very good job in keeping the bugs at bay around and inside our house. We are very much pleased with his service.

Living in Florida, I can't get rid of the pests. Terminix comes out and sprays quarterly and it keeps the insects out pretty much. It was very professional and straightforward. I spoke with the technician and he explained some of the stuff he was doing. He was very personable, pleasant and businesslike. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and matter of fact, I have.

Terminix automatically calls and tells us when they are coming and I don't have an issue with that. We've had the same technician for quite a while. David always stops and talks and makes sure he has addressed all of our concerns. He does a really, really good job. We noticed more dead bugs now and don't really notice these bugs as much when they're alive. Last year, we used the mosquito service and it was good. I would recommend it for other people to try.

Everything is working good with Terminix. The technician has been excellent, and the pest activity in my home has been well taken care of.

Terminix comes periodically to my house. I have a new man that sprays the outside of my house and he did not take up the sticky traps that had bugs in them. The man who was here before always did that and left clean sticky traps. I'm going to try to catch him the next time he comes to leave me some sticky traps and also take up the ones that are filled with bugs. I have never been bothered with pest ever since we started service with them. I have had nothing but good experience with Terminix.

We've had the same technician for 18 years. We enjoy Roger. He's always been very pleasant, wonderful, and takes good care of us. Our service is for maintenance, and everything is good.

Outstanding service! Our representative John ** was on time and very efficient. He talked to us after his work was done and explained what he did and answered our questions. He was professional and knowledgeable.

We initially called on Terminix for a pest issue and they came here recently for a routine visit. They're very accommodating in scheduling visits. The lady who comes out to my home and has done each visit was very nice, prompt and polite. We were very well taken care of, and we no longer have pests.

We've been with them for quite a few years and the gentleman from there has been very responsive whenever we've had any questions or concerns. We have the same one regularly so we communicate well, and although once in a while something comes up, the pest activity in our home has been very well under control.

I like the service from Terminix. The technician comes to the door, tells me he is here and what he's going to be doing and asks if we'd seen anything and usually there's none. He'll do his stuff and leave the invoice on my door when he is done. He's great, nice and very friendly. It's been better since we redid our entire house and got all new siding and sealed up doorways. We got rid of all the trees around our house so that has helped. But this last time, I hadn't seen anything in between services and usually, I would see one or two towards the end of the service and right before he'd come out again. I don't know if it's the chemicals or it's just what we did.

So far, Terminix has been absolutely excellent. Jerome, my Terminix gentleman, is wonderful. They just started and they're great. I'm very, very happy. I really hope it stays that way and if they keep that going all year, I'll be over the moon and I'll renew next year.

The service is good. I am able to pick the times or dates that work for me when scheduling the service. Their representative, Brian, is a good guy. The only problem I've had is with those tiny ants. I call them piss ants. I haven't had any problem with the ants in a while now. Maybe he got rid of them.

It was a regularly scheduled visit with Terminix and the guy performed whatever he needed to do and we've been very pleased. He said, "Have you had any problems?" I said, "No," and he said, "Okay. I have a regular three-month treatment with Terminix and the tech, Jason, is nice, polite, and very thorough. He always tells me about whatever bugs I might be seeing, so I always appreciate it when he comes out. One time when there was a flare-up of ants, Terminix came out and treated it in three or four hours within calling them, and that solved the problem. Overall, it's been good.

Terminix called before they came to the house. Scheduling the service was fine. The people on the phone are very nice, as well as the technician. The tech explained what he was doing and did the job. Since the service, there probably is going to be mice on the building where we live, but I think it's pretty well taken care of.

We have Terminix come once a month. The very positive thing about them is the person who does the work for us, and his name is Jeffrey. A couple times, they tried to shift the routes around so that somebody else would take care of us and we made a very big fuss because we love him. He's been doing a great job for 20 years now as he has been our person for as long as we've been working with Terminix. We totally trust him to go around our house, and when we've had special little problems, he'd take care of them. Our experience with Terminix is our experience with Jeffrey, and he is the best.

My Terminix exterminator was most helpful when I had a tenant move out and left the unit with fleas. Dan came in assessed the situation and exclaimed what had to be done. He warned us on time limits to keep apt. empty. He is patient man as new tenants had to leave the unit for awhile and he waited for their exit. The problem was cured and resolved. Thank you Dan!

My new termite guy from Terminix is good. The one I had prior was going to school and I was wondering if I could get somebody as good and I did, so I'm happy. The new tech did an inspection and it's been a great experience. I'm satisfied with them.

We are well pleased with Terminix. They were here when they said they were going to be. The technician said it would take about 10 days for the pests to die and that's what happened.

I received a call earlier today that Greg was in the area and was aware of reports of squirrels in attics in my area. He wanted to come by for a free inspection. Greg showed up with no ID other than a logo hat. After 2 minutes in the attic, the conversation turned to insulation. He offered to insulate 60% of my attic because the other 40% was under plywood that Terminix won't lift. He was only recommending installing blown insulation over what was exposed. Wrong recommendation.

I called Terminix for termites in my garage. They came and the entire time the inspector was cross selling their other services. Of course, I blame myself for purchasing multiple services from Terminix but the core issue is that they train their inspectors to upsell and generate a higher ticket sale rather than the root issue, in my case, the termites in my garage which after 1 year is still not resolved. I refuse to give any more business to Terminix. After spending more than $1500 with Terminix, I still have a termite issue. Thank you for wasting my time and my money.

The last time that Terminix came out was to spray the exterior of the house and do a thorough check up for any activity or spider webs. They come every three months and they always notify me when they are coming. They're always on time, and if I have any questions, I ask the technician and he answers all of it for me. He’s always thorough in what he does. Everything’s been normal since their last service.

We somehow got bedbugs in our house and it was quite disturbing. We called Terminix and they came out and told us what to do, how to do it and when to do it. They were very efficient and they got rid of them. We still hadn't gotten the things all put back together where they're supposed to go yet, but we're just delighted that we don't have bedbugs anymore.

I am happy with Terminix. I first had them when I was having an ant problem. They came out and did their service and I was very pleased. The technician, Daniel, came back after two days when the ants were still there and sprayed. I do not have ants in the house anymore. Since that time, they would come and do their regular spraying about every three months.

Terminix came out and did service six weeks ago and it was fine. We have a scheduled service, but we call them if there's a problem as well. I have my Terminix guy's cell phone number and he has mine because when the company calls, it's always screwed up. My guy and I have a system, so we call each other. He is courteous, explains things and get stuff done. If there's anything we need, he makes sure it's there. Terminix is good, I've no problems with them.

Terminix has been great. They always show up either on time or a few minutes early. They often ask us if there’s anything else they could do and never try to sell us products that we don’t need. They come out for routine termite inspection and a few other sprays, and the pest activity has almost been non-existent. They’ve been on top of everything. The gentleman that comes out has been one of the nicest and most professional person we've ever met and we stay with the company mostly because of him.

I am buying a home and got my credit denied for a collection account. When I checked it was collection agency, when I googled and checked figured it was related to Terminix. I used them a couple of times, paid and found out that the landlord here was paying for pest control, requested them not to come any more. They kept on scheduling without me being home although I requested them several times not to show up and not to come. The company claimed they make an automated call and come here for the service, when it was not requested.

However, they have one technician that I don’t want anything to do with and he needs an attitude adjustment but I already talked to his boss about it.

I had a problem one time with Terminix before. The technician that came out and sprayed wasn't my regular guy. They were supposed to be there between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 and nobody called me. I finally called them at 10:30, and they didn't send somebody out until 1:00. When I called, the person that usually answer and does the schedule would switch me over to a supervisor and the lady that I spoke to then was rude. I was just trying to determine whether I needed to reschedule my appointment or not as I've already been waiting over two hours. She could not give me a time and was kind of smart about it.

I have the pest and termite services from Terminix and once a year, they come out for a termite inspection. One time, my son found ants in the backyard, so I made an appointment for one of their guys to come out. Steve came and did the front yard since some ants crawled into the kitchen through the kitchen window out front. He also comes out every three months and was very good.

Everything went great with Terminix a few weeks ago. Their technicians are always very welcome. They knock on the door and let me know they're here, and ask if I need anything else. It's been really good since we started service with Terminix, and we'll stay with them. They have great customer service, and are very friendly and family-oriented.
