The technician that Terminix sent out was cordial and we like him. Since using Terminix, the pest activity here has been fine.

I've been using Terminix for almost a year and have a regularly-scheduled service. They send the same technician all the time and they've been really good. Right now we don't have any pests. I’d recommend them.

Terminix has always been nice to me. I had them once before at Albany but they didn't do right, so I had dropped them. I haven't had them for several years but here in Bainbridge I took the contract out with Josh. Scheduling my services has been great, I don't have any problems. I receive it every two to three months and they always call the day before they come. Dana is wonderful! If she's in the area and she can’t spray at my girlfriend's house right then because no one's home, she’d come on and spray mine then go back later. She's really nice. And since my last service, I haven't seen any mice or anything except two water bugs but that was because the mop was outside hanging up. That's the only thing I've seen since I've been here. I would recommend Terminix. I hope I live a long time and they could still do my spraying for me.

Terminix was great. The schedulers were very friendly and their technician was professional. We haven't had any pest activity since their service.

I've been using Terminix for years and I'm very satisfied with them. They come quarterly and they leave the scheduling up to me. If the day doesn't suit, they suggest an alternative, then we work on another day or time. Not only that, they call and let me know ahead of time that they're coming. Then when they come, they do the inside and outside of my house, and keep the insects down. The technicians that they've sent to our home are always very nice and check to see if there's any special place that we want sprayed. I like their friendliness and flexibility. If I've had to cancel at the last minute, they've always been very nice about it and helped to reschedule, and that's the pleasure, that I don't have to worry that somebody's going to be upset because I've had to cancel at the last minute. I haven't seen any pest activity since our last service, which is a good thing.

We had to call Terminix because we have an issue with ants after they'd spray. They sent Theresa and she did very well. She cares about her job and she explained things to me which made me feel comfortable when she was here. And, we've had very minimal pest activity since the service.

Our Terminix serviceman is prompt, friendly and thorough. He always asks us if we have any problems that need to be addressed. If we have a problem between scheduled visits he comes quickly and takes care of it.

The experience I've had with Terminix is 100% good.

Save your money and Use someone elsewhere. These people offer terrible quality products and their customer service is a JOKE! I wish I would have read the reviews first! They didn't show up. Harass people for collect their money.

Our technician, Roger, is always professional, has great customer service skills and kind. He is very knowledgeable on the variety of pests. He always asks about activity noticed in and around the home. A big thank you to Roger for keeping our home pest free.

I had a terrible problem with roaches and had another company who couldn't seem to get rid of them. But Terminix did and I'm very happy with that.

Everything is fine since our service with Terminix. The tech who came out to our home is one of their most outstanding workers. It was a brand new home 10 years ago and it still is a brand new home since we take excellent care of it. I live in a seniors gated community. They do the yard, mow, collect the grass, and fertilize. I fertilize and seed above what they do because they don't do enough, but the house is fine. I have recommended them to several friends.

Terminix comes out regularly. The technician is great and does a good job. I've talked to him on a few occasions and he seems knowledgeable about everything. He calls before he comes and if I'm not there, he explains all that he did. Since our service, the pest activity in and around our home comes and goes. I don't know how the chemicals are but the pests start to pop back up, then I'll call Terminix to say we've got something going on and they'll send the tech out.

Our Terminix Technician always takes the extra steps to update us on the condition of our home, takes action to address the issues and assumes ownership of the success to protect our home. He is like family and we trust his judgment and care.

I hire Terminix for service with the pests and they take care of it. They're accessible but as far as their coming out unannounced, it's unscheduled. Other than that, everything is fine. Their technician is a great guy and since the last service, I have had no issues, knock on wood. I'd recommend them.

I asked for specific pest control services and ended up with a contract I did not want. The tech came to the house when I was not here, walked 25 steps across the front of the house and billed me $107. If you go with this company, DO NOT SIGN service contracts, particularly if you want a one-time service.

Terminix is excellent. We had cockroaches and now we don’t. It was pretty close down. The treatment worked really well so I was pretty happy with them.

Leonard is my Terminix guy and I'd give him an A plus on everything. I have a big house and I don't have to worry about anything. He comes the same time and tells me what he's doing. Overall, Terminix is wonderful.

I had a fine experience with Terminix. Tommy, our service technician, came out and sprayed around the house like I asked him to and got rid of some unwanted fleas. He did a good job and I'm very pleased with him.

Our most recent experience with Terminix certainly has only been bug-proofing the house. They go around outside and spray the foundation. I like what they do. We haven't had any issues with bugs since our last service. Their schedule is quarterly and they call a couple of days before they come out. They do an outside service, so there isn't any need for us to be here when they do it, and that's fine. I don't have any interactions with the technicians who came to service our home because they come when I'm not home. It's been a couple years since I've talked with Steve. I gathered he retired in the last year or so. Before he retired, whenever we had a concern, he was able to look through it.

Terminix is wonderful. I had another service and bugs always found their way back. A few months after switching to Terminix those bugs disappeared and have not come back since. Our technician, Jeremy, is a true professional; always there when scheduled, works efficiently and always has an answer to our questions. They do an excellent job and are well worth the investment!

I had one of the routine visits at home from Terminix recently. They came in and did what they usually do. The pest activity around our house concerns mostly about ants and we still see ants occasionally but not like we used to before we got Terminix.

Everything we've had with Terminix has been excellent. Their technician was great. There hasn't been an issue with pests in our house since.

I do not enjoy bugs, my service technician never makes me feel bad for not liking bugs or being afraid of spiders in my house! I am always asking questions about the habits and behaviors of insects and he always has an answer for me.

Jimmy, the guy who's been coming here to spray, treats us like family and I appreciate the way he does his job well. Since our last service with them, we see a pest every now and then, but that's it. The guys from Terminix call me up every six months and tell me they're coming to visit and spray around my house. Their service technicians have been fantastic and I don't have any bugs now.

The technician from Terminix was always here at the first of the month. He gave me his phone so I could call in case I'm not going to be around and he'd reschedule it for me. I moved residence and I told Terminix. They came over and sprayed my new residence. When I saw one spider on my back deck, I called them and the technician came right back out and sprayed for spiders again. And I haven't seen but one since. Those were big spiders. The technician who comes to our home is always the same guy. He's a nice elderly man but knows what he's doing. I've got pets and I told him that I don't want my pets to get a hold of a spider that's been sprayed. They might eat it and get sick. He said that what they use is very family-friendly.

It's a very good experience each and every time a Terminix technician comes here. They are knowledgeable and professional. I don't have any pest activity in my home so I'm very satisfied.

Terminix comes out regularly. Recently, they came to redo the treatment and check to make sure everything is okay. The technician is friendly. He sprayed the outside of our house to make sure that we've got everything out and if we needed it, he sprayed inside as well.

Yesterday, Terminix came to our home for a routine service. The agent was very nice and businesslike, but he still thinks about the customer. I like him. Since the service, the pest activity has stopped too.

My technician William ** always arrives in good timing and even calls if he can come earlier than scheduled or in the area another day and has time to stop by, which is greatly appreciated. He has been diligent in resolving spider/bug issues and persistent in the ongoing rodent fight.

We get the perimeter of our home done by Terminix once a month. Our technician is Garrett and he is amazing. He has been so good and successful at our place that we've referred him to our neighbors. He is knowledgeable, courteous and always on time. He gives me a call if he thinks he's going to be late. He always checks and makes sure that the time that's scheduled for the service is convenient for us. He goes above and beyond, if he sees something that might need to be attended to, he takes care of it right away.

Terminix was very good. Their technician was thorough, on time, courteous, professional, dressed neatly and did everything to help me.

I have a bad roach problem and it's calmed down quite a bit. The guy from Terminix is very good. He told me that I had to work with him, get the place cleaned and pick up all the dead cockroaches because they eat each other. He told me there are three things that make a cockroach thrive: water, heat, and food. I should get rid of some of those things if they're around. It’s hard with me with pets though because I’ve got water and food hanging out for the dogs and the cat. I'm working with him and trying to keep the house clean as much as possible and not leaving any dishes in the sink. There was a time that I had the whole house immaculate. I had a cleaning crew come and throw everything out of the shelves and throw away appliances. I called the tech and he was two cities away. He said it was not a big problem to come down and spray the house again. It was a cool experience.

We had a regular scheduled visit for routine service. We called the tech's attention to certain areas where we wanted him to spray, which he did, and then he left. And I haven’t seen any pests since the tech was here. He comes every three months so it’s not a matter that we have lots of troubles for him to resolve.

We had some rat infestation and Terminix got them out of there. We are satisfied with the technicians they sent and they did a nice job. Scheduling was easy as well.

I received a call from a debt collections agency about my account. I settled the issue on phone and immediately called Terminix. I was notified that my last 2 payments had been denied by bank? Turns out the account number they were applying had been closed due to lost card. My question to Terminix agent was why not contact ME before 2 payments were denied before a debt collections agency. BTW, I had been a good paying customer for 10 years!!! Why then would I not pay a bill and WHY would Terminix not give me the courtesy of a call or letter? They frequently call when they want to sell me a new service??

I’ve had Terminix for quite a while now and I’ve been very pleased with them. They come out every three months and spray on the outside of the house, in the garage, the back porch that's enclosed for spiders and around the windows. The technician who comes is very friendly.

I have had Terminix Commercial for several years. I was pleased with their service until recently. I requested that my service be changed from monthly to bi-monthly. The representative I spoke to on the phone stated she would send the information to the local headquarters. I did not receive a monthly bill so I assumed that my message was forwarded. To my surprise, I recently received a bill stating that my account was overdue for monthly service. Secondly, I was charged for Termidor treatment that I did not authorize.

I have a quarterly pest control service by Terminix which started December. My late mom started the pest control due to rat droppings. We haven't had any recently but there are bait stations around the house. Our technician named Bond checks them and refills them as needed. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Very disappointed that Shaun ** is not with you anymore. He was a very good and friendly technician. In fact we wanted to tell him on his next visit that... thanks to him there was a rat caught in the trap that he left in our laundry room. So you can see he went over and beyond in helping us get rid of that rat.

We've known our tech from Terminix for years now and he comes to our house every three months. The last time he was here was on November and did dusting, inspection, and he did the outside. He's very pleasant, thorough and a good man. I had no problem with Terminix and I recommend them.

I just want you to know that David is THE reason I am still with Terminix. He is always so prompt and personable, excellent at his job, and always makes sure to find out if there have been any problems between treatments or anything I have a question about. He is impeccable in his appearance and manner and is truly an asset to your company.

They lost the order and didn't keep their word the last time I called in to try to get an earlier appointment. I was off work then so I can schedule for them to come in because I had some spiders inside. The guy came out on his regular scheduled date and wasn't aware that I tried to move up the appointment. The fields guy has always been very beneficial, helpful and always goes above and beyond but the person I talked to on the phone was rushing off the phone and said, "Yeah, whatever. I'll get it in." I was very disappointed with that and then they didn't show up. I didn't want to punish the tech by calling in and making too big of a complaint about it when it was the rep who took the order.

I had two properties. Terminix has been good in one of the property but in the other one, it didn't work. The roaches and everything are still there so I cancelled. Now they’re just doing one. Their technicians are okay. And since I’ve gotten service from Terminix, everything in my home has been okay in terms of pest activity. I’m satisfied with Terminix.

Recently, I had an excellent experience with Terminix. It was very easy to schedule my service. We had bedbugs and the technician they sent was very knowledgeable about them. Since then, we don't have any pest activity at our house.

I had Terminix for maintenance and the pest activity in my home went from low to nonexistent. I've had excellent interactions with their technician. I would recommend but I don't like the way they keep on bumping the price a few dollars every year.

The servicemen from Terminix come to spray outside around my house every three months. They do what they have to do and they're out right after, so I'm happy. I tell them to make sure that they do all around and by my other side of the house where my fences are, and to make sure that they do the eaves. I want to make sure because we've had spiders before and they took care of it. They've always been very courteous and willing to help me in any way.

My experience with Terminix has been outstanding. The fellow who’s been taking care of our property has been with us quite a while and he’s really outstanding. We had tiny ants in the bathrooms and the kitchen, and he came in twice and took care of it very well.

I've had Terminix for so long that I don't see any bug. I have an automatic schedule with them. Every so often, they come and always call before to make sure I'm home and let me know ahead of time. Also, if I see anything, I call them and they come as soon as they can and take care of everything. Early last summer, I found a flea on me and I called them. They came right away and sprayed everything. The guy was friendly and did the job. I am well satisfied and I recommend Terminix to people.

Terminix is excellent, we've had them for 40 years now. Bill, our technician, is terrific. He's very courteous and always there to help you. Never in a hurry and is really nice. If I have a problem he gets rid of it pretty quick. The only thing we had a problem with were the little bitty white ants, like the end of a pin, and it was hard to see them. It took a little while, but he finally got rid of them, which was great. He worked really hard to get them out of here. He’s a real good guy who takes real good care of his customers. I appreciate what Terminix do for us all the time.

I had a good experience with Terminix. Their guy was very friendly and he'd come twice to our home. I called them and they came, then they scheduled the appointment for the next time. So, it's very easy. I don’t have any issues on pests since my last service.

We have asked repeatedly for a different time for our service. We work during the day and would like to have someone come after work hours or on Saturday. WE have manage to catch you a few times and your service people are very courteous and professional.

We had Terminix come in to do the routine service to do the outside bugs, and the tech was very pleasant. After a week, we had Terminix again because we had some droppings in the attic. The tech quoted me a price, but for safety, I called Truly Nolen and they gave me the same deal for half the price. Plus, Truly Nolen came out to the house and walked around outside and found two spots where the bugs could’ve gotten in. They sealed those spots which Terminix did not do. For that, I was not pleased and very dissatisfied with Teminix.

Terminix has given us excellent service over all the years we have been their customer (which is over 20 years). The Terminix professionals arrive on the day they say they will. They are efficient and professional and do their job well. We have had no problems for which we have had to recall them.

Mike has always been professional, on time, and handled all our home pest problems.

I awoke with spots on my body and went to the Dr. and was advised it COULD be bedbugs bites. To be on the safe side I called a local pest control company and the inspection lasted for a few hours all throughout my home. There was no sign of bedbugs. I have a contract with Terminix and decided to call them as I have always trusted them. They set the appointment however the inspector called that day and cancelled on me. He advised he would be there the next day and he (inspector) arrived at my home and I was not there as I was running late.

I have had nothing but excellent and efficient work with Terminix. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. The technicians are very knowledgeable.

We are still having live roaches in our house! They have been seen in all rooms!!

Terminix comes when they say they're going to come. I'm the type of person that when somebody comes into the house I follow them around, see how they do and they don't cut any corners. They do what I want them to do.

I had (4) services done. I was reasonably satisfied with (3) of the (4). On the 4th service something was removed (i.e. stolen) from the property. I called the regional office, reported it and cancelled any other future visits. They had the audacity (or lack of attention) to call me a couple of months later to ask me when they could schedule a technician. This is not customer service.

Terminix comes every three months for our service. The technicians we get are always good and we never have any problems. We've seen around five spiders in the three years we've been using their services.

The serviceman from Terminix was here about a month ago and we had a really good experience with them. I know the young man that works for them, and he's very nice and does a thorough job in our home. If we have a problem, I call and he comes right out. Perry, my service tech arrived on time and did a great job of covering all the issues I had. He is always very personable, clean, polite and very good at what he does. He can actually anticipate my needs. I have contracted for pest control with Terminix for several years now. It is a positive thing that I have had the opportunity to get to know my tech, who returns whenever I need help. Thank you Terminix, and thank you Perry.

This is resolved. I feel they are a 5 start company; it was my misunderstanding about the rodent visit.

My most recent experience with Terminix was with an issue that they were helping me with. I did not like the guy who came out last time. He was not the same guy that had been out the previous times. He came only with the idea that he was supposed to look for bed bugs. We'd have three issues in a six-week period and he was supposed to be re-treating the whole house again. And he told us that he wasn't going to do it, that he needed a supervisor's authorization because there was no need to retreat it if he couldn't visually find something.

The technician from Terminix is awesome. He is always very willing to come if I need him for anything else besides the scheduled things. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and always on time. Since the service, there's not much pest activity at all.

I seen more baby roaches like crazy. The roaches gotten worse, they never got better.

Part of the contract was to provide a new plastic door to the crawl space. This has never been completed even after at least three reports of the problem. Not totally satisfied!

The pest activity in my house has been okay since last month. If I see anything left in the yard, all I have to do is call Terminix and the technician will come back. He is very polite and sprays my house every third month.

Most recent experience with Terminix was a regular periodic visit. Thomas ** has been our technician for a long time. He does a great job and I have a nice rapport and relationship with him. He's always thorough, always complete, knows what he's doing, and that makes all the difference.

Since having Terminix come to my house, I have experienced no bug problems. Kimo (the guy who comes to my house) comes every quarterly and gives my house a thorough spraying around my house. He is never late, always comes when he says he will, and most of all does a fantastic job. The price is reasonable and the job is excellent. Thanks, Terminix & Kimo!

About a month after our dog died in April of 2015 we discovered flea infestation in our backyard and in the house. I called Terminix and their salesman came out and told us that the best way of getting rid of fleas in the house was to fumigate the whole house with an added chemical, at extra charge, which would destroy the fleas, flea eggs, termites, and any other insects in the house. This special chemical apparently required additional permit from State of California. He also said that Terminix guarantees their work for 3 years!

Since I've been using Terminix, I haven't seen anything alarming in terms of pest activity in or around my home. A lot of bugs have been taken care of and I'm not having any problems at all. My experience with them has been good. I've known the technician for quite a number of years now. He's always professional and answers any questions I might have.

I have been a customer of Terminix for 2 years. I can't say enough great things about them. I did a comparison of another company and after one treatment couldn't wait to come back to Terminix. They are friendly, professional and on time. I don't have to be home, which is nice. Once they come, I don't see any pests. I hate bugs and as long as I have been using them the only bugs I see are dead ones. I highly recommend Terminix for your pest control needs.

We moved here 26 years ago and we had Terminix shortly after. We've been using it for years. Somebody comes over every three months and checks inside and around my house. He does a really good job and I hope he can continue coming. We're pleased with Terminix and have been very much satisfied. We're supposed to still have them, but they don’t come like they used to check everything.

The female technician who came out was professional and she did her job. We are on a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and they seem to be fine. I'm not having problems with ants since we began with their services. I would recommend them.

We've had a few months and Terminix has been out here a number of times to take care of things. We still have a bug once in a while but not a lot like we used to. Terminix has done everything they could do. We got a big house and we got it fixed for the roach bugs and it's a whole lot better now since they've come around. We don't have the amount of bugs that we had before. It's been expensive but they're great and we're satisfied.

The last time the Terminix team came over, it was a callback. I wanted them to recheck what had been done 12 days prior to that. They came back and everything was fine. I only had one little isolated problem, so I didn’t really have Terminix come over on a regular basis. Two different gentlemen came out two different times and they were fantastic. I was a happy consumer.

Everything is always very good with Terminix's technician. We're not having any pest activity in our home since my recent service with them so it has been excellent.

Terminix comes to our house every three or four months to spray for bugs and stuff outside. The technicians who come out for the service were all usually pretty friendly. The last guy that came really took some time to listen to my complaints because we saw a lot of bees in our backyard. I showed him where all that was and he was super nice and checked it out for me, making sure that there wasn't an actual beehive anywhere. He went above and beyond and they seem to get everything taken care of. I like them.

My service technician, Jeffrey white, is the best. He has been with me for many years. Always prompt, courteous, clean & neat. He's always flexible with my schedule. He is the reason I use Terminix. I can't give him enough praise!

Very disappointed with Terminix. About a year ago, I gave them $450. They crawled under the deck to look and see how snakes are getting into my basement and they said they got it all taken care of and if I get any more that they’re going to come back and recheck it. But I’ve called and called and no one will come back and recheck it. $450 for a widow is a lot of money but I’m very scared of snakes and I keep getting mice in there, too. I don’t go down there to do my laundry anymore and I have to take it to my daughter’s. The only thing they did take care of for me was the bug and spiders situation. That all is pretty good, but this home is 70 years old and I remodeled it over and over and I don’t know why they can’t find how the snakes get in or why they can’t come back. Not happy with them.

I am greatly pleased with Terminix. My main problems are wasp nests around windows and spiders coming into the house. Since I've been with Terminix, these issues have been dealt with satisfactorily. I will continue to use Terminix.

I haven't had any problems with Terminix. They come in for two seconds and spritzes all around, and leave. I am satisfied with their service.

Urban has been great EVERY SINGLE TIME he comes to service my house. Very nice. Very fast. Always tells me what he will be doing and always asks at the very end if there is anything else I need. He always ask how I'm doing and asks how my family is doing. I feel I've known him forever when it's only been a few years. I would not change to any other technician.

Our guy does a really good job. No insects in or out of the house.

I'm very pleased with the service from Terminix. It's a regularly scheduled visit and I like having the same person come and get to know them. They know where the light switches are and I don't have to bother with walking them around. If I did have a complaint, it is being called which I received the call yesterday that my service was going to be scheduled and it's a three days' notice. However, I would like to have a week's notice. Also, maybe we could use a discount because there was this instance when the guy who came out for the service couldn't do the outside because it was raining. He's a very nice guy and we like him very much. He did the whole thing but he said somebody would be coming back to do the outside shortly, but nobody ever came back.

I moved into a new house and had a whole bunch of spiders. So once Terminix came in to clean and spray, I haven't had pests since then. Then they kept spraying on the outside and that has controlled them. I'd recommend Terminix.

My most recent experience with Terminix could be considered a special case. They came out a while back to treat for bedbugs and the treatment went well. Unfortunately, there were a few little bugs that were left and I was two days past my 30-day guarantee and they came out and did the treatment anyways. So everything went well and we were extremely pleased that they guaranteed even though we were a couple of days past the 30 days that they had initially set. The technician came out and he was very knowledgeable about what exactly was going on as far as the treatments. He described that there are several different ways to treat it and after his evaluation, he explained which treatment would be best for our situation. Being very knowledgeable about it really put our minds at ease as far as going with Terminix and going through that whole process.

Terminix has been serving my houses for over 30 years. My pets are safer and happier without fleas and mosquitoes to bother them. I rarely see cockroaches, beetles or crickets even though I live in Orange County where all the orange trees used to be. I just bought another house and started service there even before I moved in. I've never been sick or had ill effects because of the chemicals used. The service providers do their jobs carefully and they are polite. I will continue with Terminix and recommend this service to friends having problems.

I have had the service for over 10 years. They are very thorough and I have never had any pest issues since we started using Terminix. I highly recommend their service.

Melvin has been a great representative over the last 4 years that he has serviced my property. He is very friendly and professional. Anytime I have a problem with a pest, he promptly comes over and gets it addressed.

Whoever comes out here does a good job. I should probably have the inside of my house sprayed as I haven't done that in years and occasionally I see cockroaches but that's on me. Thank you.

I have a yearly contract with Terminix, and they’ve been coming every three months. They call me for my 3-month interval, and I’ve had three contract visits. I had a problem with tiny ants which wasn’t cured during the first visit, so I called them and they came back, but it was still a problem after that. It was on their fourth visit that they finally killed them.

I have used Terminix for more than 20 years all over the country and the Customer Service Technician that takes care of me here in WV is the best I have ever seen.
