Overall, my most recent experience with Terminix was very positive. The call was answered quickly, routed appropriately and resolved with a focus to customer satisfaction.

We once called Terminix for a particular issue and after the service, the pest activity has been non-existent. Scheduling the service was great and the technician sent out was very nice and answered all my questions.

I've had an experience wherein we had to rip and replace the walls due to termites - it was a wreck. That's why we have Terminix and they routinely do their service for a rental property I own, then I just get the bill.

We always have a great experience with Terminix because of Harold, our service provider for several years. He always answers questions and helps us out. I had a problem with some pests and he told me what to do and how to get rid of it. We've got it all taken care of and I know that I can count on him. He's so professional, wonderful and does a great job. He's the best we've ever had and we just love him. We're absolutely satisfied.

Terminix is excellent. I love the servicemen that come for the routine services. They're all professional, accommodating and easy to work with. If I have a problem, I just let them know and they will take care of it.

Terminix comes to our house on a routine schedule. We had a German cockroach problem and the technician came out. The bugs were spotted exactly like they said they would and the tech got rid of them.

Terminix did an encapsulation on my crawlspace and then put the bait stations around my house for termites. The technician explained everything really well. He walked me through the process of what he had to do, explained to me why they were putting in the dehumidifier, and told me how the bait traps work for the termites. Also, scheduling for the service was great. They did everything quick and held true to the estimate given to me a month before. So everything worked out good and they did a good job. I am a very satisfied customer.

Terminix came around and sprayed and the technician that was sent out to my home was all right. Since I started with their service, everything has been good. I would recommend them to a friend.

Recently, Terminix was here and checked out to see if there were any entrances for vermin. But the last major thing was they put new installations in my attic last year, so it’s been nice. This time, I needed them to come because I have a sign of activity in the back bathroom where we've always had problem. Scheduling an appointment with them has always worked well. The technicians are very quick and stick to their business and don't stand around. It's always been a good experience. I have mentioned to someone that if they have problems, they should call Terminix.

The most recent visit from Terminix was a routine visit. They schedule the visits for me which is kind of weird, but as long as it works for me, I'm okay with it. They send you an email that they're going to come out on such day and time. Everyone that's been coming to my house has been good. I only had one reoccurrence of the termites right after we did the first treatment, and since then, I've never had any. So far, the company has been good.

The service tech did arrive between the time scheduled. I appreciated this. I had no problems to report. However, the sight of pests seen were eliminated. The service tech was thorough in what was needed and all things were left very clean.

We had trouble with mice in the house and Terminix took care of it. We have been on a routine call but we haven't signed a contract with them after the first year. Their tech was personable and did a good job.

First of all, since I moved to Pensacola and after having lived here for nearly three years now, I can honestly say that Terminix is one of the best home services in the entire area. The agents who come to the house are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Whenever I have a perceived problem and I call Terminix, someone comes almost immediately to check out the difficulty, even to getting up into the attic to survey for possible squirrels, etc. I always make the best possible comments about Terminix for the reasons above and much more. Thank you for all that you do and for your customer-oriented and very professional treatment.

We've had no problems with Terminix' indoor quarterly treatment. The young laddie that does the termite is great. We've had to quit with the outside mosquito program though because the technicians for that didn't show up, didn't work, and kept changing their product. I've been a customer of theirs for many years. We've had three program for years but now we just have the two which we found good.

We've been under contract with Terminix for almost 20 years and in that time, we've had three infestations that they have had to come out and correct. Each time, they came out and made it right - I've never had any complaint. They come out every year to do a routine yearly inspection of the buildings on my property. The guys that come out to do the inspections are usually pleasant, act very professional, and do a good job. There was a problem though with the computer that the technician used for monitoring for the last inspection. I received receipts for two out of the four buildings, stating that they were inspected, but I never received those for the other two. That aside, I would recommend them.

During my most recent experience with Terminix, I had to call them out for ticks. Scheduling the service and speaking with their rep was fine. They answered my questions and were professional. The technicians couldn't spray the house the day they were here because it was too cold for us to put our dogs outside and leave them out, so they're gonna come back when it's not so cold. We had them spray once before and they had to come back out, but lately the ticks seemed to have slowed down a lot.

We've never had any problem with Terminix since 2005. They're always really good. They come in, do their job and if I have anything extra that needs to be done, with no hesitation, they'd send a guy out and have it done. However, they had problems with the turnover for a while and we were constantly having to call them back and readjust the service. But since we got this new guy, they get here when they say they're going to come or even earlier, which is fine with me because a lot of times it's convenient for me to stay around the house and wait for them. He is very knowledgeable and has shared a lot of stuff with us that I did not know and no one has before. We're very satisfied with the service and the information that has been passed on to us by our Terminix representative. Terminix has always done an excellent job. I'd definitely recommend them.

We've got a contract with Terminix to do maintenance for general bugs. They come four times a year, and they always call and let us know when they're coming. If that's not convenient then they're very easily changed and fit our schedule. They're doing what they're supposed to do and are very polite. Overall, they are on time, very efficient, easy and accommodating.

The Terminix tech that came about a month ago inspected, listened to us and explained what he was doing. We have two attics and he went up both of them. He was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. Also it was very easy scheduling for service. Everybody has been fine and I'm very pleased with Terminix. We had one problem several years ago but it got resolved easily.

Terminix was quick to schedule me for a service. We had them come over and spray for some bedbugs, and they were very good. They were on time, nice and friendly, and explained what they were doing. It worked out.

Terminix comes out regularly for treatment and it's always a great experience. We had an easy time scheduling service and we have a personal relationship with Mike, the technician, who takes care of us and I'm able to call him anytime I need to. He always does his job right.

The man from Terminix comes to spray the outside of our house for termites. He's very polite and always rings the doorbell before he goes into my backyard to make sure that the dog has been put away. We haven't had any pest activity since the service.

Pest activity since we’ve been receiving Terminix services has actually decreased and I think the products are working. The technician that came out twice to my house was very professional, personable, thorough, and came within the time block that he said he would. I’m very satisfied with him. I like the fact that they kept the same person and he really likes it. It’s important to have somebody sure to come into our home and do their job. I also like the price and how often they come out as well as their willingness to come out in between.

The dispatcher came out to the house back in December and he was awesome. I informed him of the problem I was having and he took care of it from the inside of the house as well as the outside. I had wasps, but I hadn't seen anything since the service from Terminix.

Terminix is our extermination company for the entire state for our business and I've been nothing but pleased with them. They come every month and were just here a month ago. The nice thing is they just come in, do their job, and they're gone. It's so simple and they're very good. Our pest problem is now under control. If I had to reschedule for some reason, which is extremely unusual, there's been no problem. They are very happy to work with us and their accounting people have been more than cooperative when I've had to call and talk with them. I really enjoy working with this company.

I've had a great experience with Terminix. They’re always prompt and thorough. I can’t ask for more.

We have Terminix take care of three houses, and we've only had positive experiences with them. We have them on a three-month, and usually do it through email with Chris, who we deal with most of the time. Whenever he came, it was great. I feel very good about Terminix, and have no complaints with them at all. They all know what they're doing, especially Chris, who's like one of the family. He's a great guy, and needs a raise.

Terminix excels in ease of making or changing appointments and working with you to find a time that is convenient for you. Our Service Technician is always thorough, professional and takes time to explain what he is doing for you that day.

We are extremely pleased with our regular technician, Jeremy. He is always very friendly and thorough in his work. We could not be happier with the service that he provides.

We have a regularly scheduled visit with Terminix and I like the friendly guy that comes out here. But I still got some cockroaches. There's one area in the house that I've had the technician treated several times, but they always seem to come back. The situation is better than before though and he tries different things to get them taken care of.

I like my technician James. He is always friendly, comes in regularly on a scheduled service and checks inside and out and asks me if I've seen anything. Since we have Terminix, the pests are under control although I've seen a couple lately.

My Terminix service is regularly scheduled but each one is different. The technician came and did an inspection in December. The service was good.

Terminix is scheduled to come in every three months and having them has been excellent. Their tech was here today to do his business, then left me a note and a receipt.

Terminix came to see what needs to be done first, and then they sprayed around the house. They also put some pellets underneath my bathtub because I had some kind of animal. I did smell some dead animals for a while but they never came to look at what it killed. Nevertheless, I had talked to the younger guy and he said that if it's a rat, it might stink for a few days and it shouldn't be a bother anymore. But, he was also worried if it might have been a possum or a squirrel. Since the service, I haven't heard anything moving around. Terminix have been great so far.

I was very pleased with Terminix and would recommend them, in fact I have. The issues that I had have gone away since I started the service. The service is pretty well regularly scheduled and they call and let me know when they’re coming. The service for the termites is a once a year thing, they let me know, and if I have a problem I make sure I'm here or I call back. I have the same gentleman that comes. I ask him if I have any questions and he's always been able to answer them.

We had a couple of gentlemen from Terminix in our home and they surveyed the outside and inside. They sprayed, and explained what they were gonna do quite well. They were very nice and capable. They were also efficient and in and out in no time.

I pay Terminix so much a year and they come by to check for termites once a year. Afterwards, they come back and they're supposed to fix it. So far, I haven't had any pest activities.

Terminix came when they're supposed to and they did a good job. The technicians were locals so I knew them well. They were flexible in scheduling the service and there were no problems on my part since I have had their services.

We've been having a little bit of problem with scheduling and we're hoping we got it taken care of. Sometimes Terminix would call on a Friday and tell me that I have a scheduled appointment on a Monday. I know nothing about it so I have to call them back and say that we can't do that. I kept trying to tell them that if they need to make the appointment without me knowing, they would have to give me at least a week's notice. I have animals that are outside that I need to make sure they're taken care of.

Since my most recent service with Terminix, there was not as much pest activity and it's been much better. When scheduling, the person would give me the appointment right away. I've had two services and both technicians that came out were very professional, pleasant and explained things to me. So far I'm pleased with Terminix.

The guy that came out was nice. He looked around and did his job after. I appreciate him. The only thing I'm gonna complain about is the cost. I think it's too expensive. I don't know what they put out there but I don't have termites. Terminix is a necessary evil.

Horrible experience with Terminix. Previously to July of 2015, I had never used their services. This was until my girlfriend and I were being bit in the middle of the night. Her mainly, but me seldom. After reviewing different bite pictures online, we felt that it was Bed Bugs. We had Terminix come out to inspect. This is in Stafford, TX. They disagreed and suggested spraying a general pesticide. Showed them the bites and they responded by suggesting that it could be due to her having sensitive skin that they looked the way they did.

I haven't had any pest activities other than crickets and a few spiders, but my services from Terminix are automatically scheduled and they come out every three months.

Since my issue was resolved by one of the managers, I have not had any more problems but praises about the service. Mr. ** has been to my house three times and he is mostly on time, polite, professional and very caring. Please thank him from me.

My overall experience with Terminix was good. My name is on two accounts and w hen they called with the appointment date, they didn't specify the location, and it was at Christmas. So I thought it was coming to my house, when it was at Debbie's house wherein I'm her power of attorney.

We got Terminix' service when we started living in our home about five months ago. Their technician was just here in December. He's a very nice guy and we like him a lot. We chatted for a few minutes and he did what he usually does. Our pest activity is pretty close to zero since their last visit. I'm very satisfied with Terminix and I'd recommend them.

Terminix came and examined our house for termites and took a good long time to do it. When they came in, they said they're gonna look through the house then came back and said they had to go outside to look. They said that there wasn't any indication that there were any termites, and so far we've had none. I felt like they did a thorough job, and as far as I know, they were good.

I don't usually schedule service from Terminix since they do that automatically every quarter, and I just get a thing that they're gonna do their outside service. The entire time that I've been in this house, I've had their service and it's been perfectly fine. I don't have any pest issues and everything's been taken care of. Recently, I had to call someone out from the company to spray for spiders. Scheduling it was easy and straightforward and their guy was able to come out within a couple of days.

Technician was right on time, went directly to work, and within about 15 to 20 minutes advised me of no problems.

Since I've been gone, Terminix has called our house a couple of times on billing and I didn't appreciate the way they talked to my wife. Other than that, the technician that we had and my overall experience with them have been very good.

I've had a really wonderful experience with Terminix. I get service quarterly and my most recent one was back in December when a guy did termite inspection and checked and sprayed here and there because we'd seen a couple of wolf spiders. We haven't seen any pest activity since that. Also, he was very friendly and professional. I had to cancel and reschedule service but the interactions I have regarding scheduling was great.

I've been with Terminix for a long time and I don't have any problems in the house but whenever I do, they assist me and do their job. Since receiving their services, I don't see insects or anything. The only thing is they bill six months ahead of time. I don’t know why they’re wasting their money on it. My contract is due in February and then November. One should give a warning one or two months before. But I have received letter after letter, "You have to pay, you have to pay, you have to pay". My contract ends for the 27th. If I pay it before the 20th, I'll be okay and I don't have to be reminded missing November.

I'm very delighted with Terminix. We've never had a problem and it's been pleasant all the way through. The gentleman is nice and does whatever needs to be done. The service is regularly scheduled and if there's a conflict, all I have to do is call and they'll pick another time for me. If Steve can't make it at a certain time, they've always called and re-scheduled. It's been excellent.

My Terminix serviceman was completely professional and courteous. He was thorough and completed his inspection in a timely manner. When he entered the house he covered his shoes so as not to track any dirt on the carpet. I would recommend Terminix highly.

Clay is the man who does my extermination and he is amazing. He's the best exterminator person - super friendly, and very careful in the house. He knows bugs and has taken care of our house for many years, and I hope he never leaves Terminix. I couldn't be more pleased. I don't see any bugs in my house. I've recommended Terminix.

Terminix is very good. They come to treat termites once a year and if there is a problem in between the year or whenever I need them, I call them and they send a tech right away.

It was extremely easy scheduling a service with Terminix. Their technician came, did an inspection of the house and everything went smooth. He also recommended that I get covers for my gutters but we decided not to do it. It's great that I no longer have any pest activity since the last service. It was a fantastic experience.

When we first moved in, there were tons of spiders in the basement and now there's very few. If ever we have any problems, I call Terminix and they come back out. We've had Jay come to our house on multiple occasions for the last 5 years and he takes good care of us. He puts out mouse traps and sets it all over the house, and takes care of it if there happens to be a mouse. I home school my boys so they are always here when he comes. He gave them a little lesson on what Robber Jays are and what they do, and identified the spiders we've caught and put in the jars. My kids definitely look forward to whenever Terminix comes out to visit us.

The Terminix technician had done a good job. He looked in to the land and put the stuff out like he did the last couple of times he’s been out. It's easy scheduling the service, but they always come here every two months and I can't afford it. I had to tell them the last couple of times to make it every three months. As for the pest activity, since I had their service, I've only seen one rodent the other day. Terminix have done all right.

Terminix came recently for a monthly spray and it's a good service. They email me when they would come and are always on time. I love Pete our technician. He's very friendly, pleasant and nice. He would have a conversation with me and my husband, pet my dog, and go around the house to spray. He's like part of the family. I had one technician that didn't like dogs which was a little difficult but Pete came back and as long as I have Pete, I'm happy. I haven't had any problems as far as bugs since and if I do, I know I can call and have an extra service done. It's been a great experience with Terminix.

Our technician Melvin is always very efficient. He cleans up everything and doesn't miss a thing. He always has a little time to say hello, how are you. He is a wonderful man to be associated with and Terminix should be very proud of him. We always have positive results with him and I don't have any bugs now. I am very happy with Terminix.

Terminix comes here quarterly, and whenever I need something, they take care of that too. Their technician was always nice and informative, and since I had their service, I no longer have problems with pests. I'll still be their customer.

Terminix came and put out the termite liquid and baits because I found I had some termites in my home. A rep came out for an inspection and the termite service was done the next day. The technician, Rusty, is young and took his time. I told him that I didn't care how long it takes him as long as he did his job right. It was a cold day and he really had to dig because the soil was difficult but he did a very good job. He's only been working a couple months but I'm sure as time goes by, he will be a little quicker. The termite issue was handled right away and hopefully, it's going to get rid of the problem but I won't know until Terminix comes back in 90 days and check. I also had a flea issue in my basement and I had to have them come back but they did not give me any problem about coming back and re-spraying.

I asked Terminix to come out and check all evidence of live and subterranean termites in my home, and since the last time they've been out, there has been no pest activity.

I have three different locations and I'm doing three separate things at different levels with Terminix, and all of these are very good. I have the general pest control. I am also building a house and during the framing, we bring them in to spray all the brand new wood. It is very easy to schedule our service with them and we've had no pests since our service. The representatives are friendly, but definitely not knowledgeable, and that goes for all our three accounts with them. The system they have set up there is incredibly backwards and very bad. I've been with them for a very long time and it's very difficult. My name was misspelled and the address was wrong on one of the accounts, and these still can't get fixed, although it's been three years and I've been into their office personally and also tried to do this over the phone. I would still recommend them to a friend even though their internal system is backwards.

Their tech comes in every other month to spray. We're bug-free and happy with our Terminix service.

Terminix came to put insulation in the attic. This is a preventive measure since I don't have problems with pest activity before the service. Nevertheless, they did their job and cleaned up when they left. Also, it was very simple to schedule the service.

I have an annual contract with Terminix and I had no problems with pest activity ever since. Paul, who has been working with me for a long time, does a good job.

The service is great and the person that does the work does a great job. I'd recommend Terminix, but not having a local number to call is not a good thing. I don’t like the toll free number that goes from foreign countries. It's ridiculous.

Terminix did a very good job for us recently when they came for routine service. Once a year they come and spray around the outside and also inside of our house if we need it. They're always on time and give us a couple of hours when they'll be there. Their technicians would come up to the door and let me know that they were there, and go about their business, and then give me the paperwork on what they did. Pest activity in our home has been very minimal. Once in a while, we'll see something and if we need Terminix to come out, we call them and they're here within a couple of days.

Somebody from Terminix always calls and tells us when the technician is going to come. Then the technician calls the night before he comes to confirm that we're going to be home. He is always friendly, courteous and efficient. He comes in and does a good job. He came two months ago, and I haven’t seen a bug at all.

Terminix does a routine service at our place and the guy who came was a good man. He did a check-up for termites.

Terminix comes every four months, and they call to let me know when they're coming. The tech is very nice and helpful. Since getting their service, I've had one or two spiders inside, but nothing like what it was. The outside is fine. I've been very happy and satisfied with everything that they have done.

The last time Terminix came, I had just moved into a new house. They came to fumigate and I had a little difficulty with the timing of their visit - we weren't notified that the guy wasn't coming and he rescheduled us. That was fine but a little bit more communication would be great, as far as when we should expect their representative to come and what the rep's name is. Their service has been good, although I still found a spider after they sprayed, but it's nothing bad.

Terminix goes to my rental house and they do the in-ground service and pest control on a routine basis and their technician is exceptional. The group out in Hawaii does a great job. It's a very good organization.

I like that everything goes through on the computer when scheduling for a service with Terminix since I'm working all the time. My wife is at the house whenever I know they're coming. The technician does a great a job.

Our Terminix technician has been the same person for six years, and he is always awesome. He's polite and accommodating, and he asks if we need anything or if we have any questions. Our service is done on a routine, and we have been pest-free since. Terminix is consistent and professional.

We are pleased with the service but want you to be aware that we had a mouse in our charcoal right outside our backdoor in the garage. When is your next scheduled visit to spray?

Terminix schedules the time that the tech is going to come over and he gives me a call. He comes to spray around the house. He's very gentle, good and doesn't mess up the place. There hasn't been any roaches and ants, so far. My experience with them has been good.

I've been with Terminix for 20 years and they are very good. It's very easy to schedule service with them and if you need to change it for a reason, they will try to accommodate you. I was serviced this morning and the technician sent to our home was a very nice gentleman.

Terminix has been on time, courteous and helpful. They sent us plenty of little pamphlets so that we can alert the residents prior to the technician coming down. It's really been a big help to us because it stopped the flood of inquiries that came into our office. The service is usually a routine thing. But now that we're doing the tenting, scheduling was really easy. We get in touch with the main department, and they set us up. They give us three different days to choose from and we choose the days that worked for us. We haven't had any complaints on the technicians from the residents. Since the service, pest activity has been greatly reduced. Our experience was a relief because we know we're with a business who understood and knew what we needed.

We got ants in the house. The technician sent by Terminix was good, and pest activity has been very small. I'm satisfied with Terminix.

Terminix is a great company. Scheduling my service with them has been great and every time I ask a question they will answer it thoroughly and completely. Their technicians are friendly and very thorough with what they do. Since our recent service, Mom says she's been seeing little ants around the house but I haven't seen anything. We're pleased with Terminix. They come out on time and they do a very thorough job.

Our most recent experience with Terminix was great. They're very unobtrusive and they do what you want them to do. Gerald is the man who comes out and he's a super nice guy, easy to talk to and deal with, and does a great job. We've had minimal pests since.

Our pest activity has been under control since receiving services from Terminix. The technician who has been here before was here again to do inspection. He is excellent and pleasant. When we had some questions, he answered them all very knowledgeably and patiently and he takes his time.

Bruce is the best technician from Terminix. I prefer him because he's been with me for ten years. We have a personal relationship and I'd let him in my house when I'm not at home. Terminix tried to get someone else for me and it took them a while to get Bruce back. But we've got it all figured out now. When Bruce is in my area, he just comes by. Recently, I had my exterior and interior treated for pests and since then, there has been zero pest.

We recently requested termite service from Terminix and it was a very positive experience. Their tech was a great person and did a very good job. He called to let us know when he would come to the house. We also told him that we saw a little mouse problem, then he saw holes and told us where they were. We appreciated that he went out of his way to do extraordinary things for us. Since then, everything's been fine and we're very pleased.

We had a problem with ghost ants which were well out of the way most of the time. But just like everything else, they can show up because they are getting in from different locations since our house is not perfectly sealed. Our pest control guy from Terminix made a special effort to take care of them because they were caused by the weather and they were getting all over everything. The result was perfect and the pest activity has subsided. The technician has been outstanding, careful and wonderful. I had an excellent and easy-to-manage experience with Terminix.

We had a contract for termites and have an annual inspection with Terminix. On their annual visit, we call them and we set up a time. We did have a little difficulty getting someone to do two appointments and nobody serviced to that, but we finally got one and we have seen no signs of any termites so far.

Terminix has been doing business with us for years, but I feel that we're entitled to have an appointment before they come out. They never bother to call and make an appointment and it’s not always convenient. The people that come out here are great. It was the company itself that I have something against. Nevertheless, I don't have any problems since my last service.

I get serviced by Terminix once a year for termites and my recent service was good. The technician who came in and inspected was very cordial and mannerly. I have no pest activity since he came out, although sometimes they come when I don't know they’re coming.

We were having ant problems and Terminix was great. They're really very good. After the first treatment, we had next to nothing and none after the second. They worked around our schedule, which was great. Only one time they showed up without telling me they were coming and my husband talked to them. The technicians were very good and concerned as they wanted to know exactly where we were having problems. They made sure we had a callback number so that if we continued to have problems, they would be back out. One gentleman actually went above and beyond because we have a quarter acre lot and a pole barn and he sprayed around our pole barn for spiders as an added precaution.

Started pest service, quarterly, immediately after needing our house tented to get rid of termites. With a swimming pool and lots of yard, the service has all but eliminated ants, roaches, fleas, spiders and others insects. I was easily spending the same money on chemicals to control fleas and ants before the service started. A great bargain and I don't have to spray the yard.

I had a beautiful experience with Terminix. It's been real good since they were here. I've seen a bug last night, but I haven't seen a lot of bugs, so everything is fine.

Very poor communication. Service average or below average. Charge too much for what you get.

Why would you go to anyone else when these techs are great.

I was not at home when the serviceman came. He telephoned before the service and I have had no problems with insects.

Great service from Terminix! They’re very flexible when scheduling our service. They give a two-hour window which is pretty accurate and convenient. Sometimes they will get home service within a couple of days, but on rare occasions, they’ll try to work with me in getting one of the technicians called out the same day. The most recent experience with them was a bit of usual. The technician came out last week, and took care of my concern. It has been the same professional and helpful gentleman ever since, but with a few exceptions on a few services. Since our service, pest activity has been almost non-existent with just some recurring spiders that are kept to a minimal amount.

Terminix has always been good. I don't see any pest since their last service where they did a termite inspection. They call me to get scheduled and they tell me that they are going to come and get to my house. Whenever I had the chance for interactions with the technician, it’s always been good.

Terminix usually call and it's okay with us when they show up. A lot of times, I don't have to be home. We've had the man that comes to our house quarterly since we've been here. He's very pleasant and does a good job. They'd do the outside and if I have an issue, they'd come in. I've been very happy with them and would recommend them to people. However, they were supposed to come today, but they called and had to reschedule for next week

We have eliminated all but one or two ants and that's only with one treatment. We haven't had termite for a couple years. Everything is perfect. The Terminix technician for the termites comes once a year as we renew our policy with them, and the other one is going to come every other month for the year. Scheduling the service was not a problem. I got my first appointment ASAP and then they had to cancel which was not a problem for me because normally it takes a couple of weeks to book it.

Upon scheduling with Terminix, they gave me a date, I went with it and they came out. My husband and the technician walked all around the house and talked about any concerns we may have had. He double-checked everything, sprayed where they needed spraying and was out in just a few minutes. He was courteous, excellent and professional and took care of my needs.

Terminix delivers a wonderful service. When I was scheduling the service their staff were friendly and courteous and the technician was perfect. We now have very limited pest activity since we had their service. The only problem I've got with them is on their billing about a year ago. It was chaos. They'd get it out from my credit card and it got to the point that I was double billed a month so I cancelled it. I made a deal with them again and I now use a check to pay the bill.

The Terminix guys come out when they say they're going to come out, which is not very often during the year but they are expensive although they did lower the rate on my rental house and it's fair. They called to schedule the service for me this past summer. When they came out, they went under the house, and did a lot of looking around for me. The technicians were very nice, courteous, and willing to give me information if I had any questions, and they offered information as well. I hadn't noticed any pests since the service.

With Terminix, I had good experience. The first time I had a problem was about six years ago. I called them and they did a thorough checking for me. Since then, I've been using them up to a yearly contract. The only complaint I have is every year the price keeps going up, this year I paid $299. But I live alone, and would rather pay the money than have a problem. Terminix sends somebody once a year and between the year, they also send somebody for a checkup. So far I have no problems.

The Terminix customer service representative was very diligent and friendly. He's always here when scheduled and has helped control a couple of things here which was one of the reasons we first signed up. I'm very satisfied.

Terminix sends the same technician, Gary, to my home and I'm having a very positive experience with them. Gary's learning the property and I know him on a first-name basis. That helps me. It's good that he asks me any specific needs that are needed and takes care of them. I would recommend Terminix to a friend.

I have noticed a problem a couple of years in a row. The house is old and the spiders were getting in. The guy from Terminix called me and they're supposed to come out and treat for the spiders. The weather has been bad and maybe that's why he hasn't called me back. Three strikes and Terminix is out. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I'd call the local office and they scheduled first with the inspector and he takes care of everything after that. The inspector who came out was very professional and explained everything to me well. In addition, Terminix keep in touch with me by email and they let me know when they’re coming. The technicians that come to our home are nice. They do what I tell them to do or what they have to do and they give me a receipt and keep moving on.

I like my Terminix person, I think he is super. He's very friendly and conscientious. He treats the outside of the house to keep pests from coming in. Since I started service from them, I've had nothing in the house. I also have Terminix take care of the rats and squirrels trying to get into the attic. They closed up all of the possible entries. And same thing, they showed up on time, answered questions, and I was pleased with their work. I've had very good experience with Terminix.

I'm very pleased with Terminix, especially Billy, the technician who comes to my house. He's courteous and comes when he's supposed to, and is knowledgeable when I ask questions. I gave him the highest rating I could give him on everything. I also get everything I need from their service. It's wonderful to get this kind of service these days.

Recently, Terminix showed up on time for their quarterly service and did a good job on the perimeter. I haven't seen any pest activity after that and it's definitely better. The only thing that I'm not satisfied is they don't handle rodents. I don't have that problem, but I wanted to make sure that there was no squirrel or anything in the attic.

I have two Terminix accounts. Scheduling the service with them is not a problem. I often have to reschedule because I have two homes and depending on where I am, but it's been fine. Their technicians were also helpful and informative. Pest activity is now minimal. It would be great though if they could lower their fees.

I won't use Terminix once my contract is up. They have to hire good people. But my most recent service from them was what it should be. The technician inspected everything. I'd recommend Terminix but a person needs to be home for the inspection to make sure it’s done properly.

The service with Terminix is done routinely. It's all outside and the technicians got into the locked gate that was provided to them last year and everything was fine. The only time I call up is if they need to get inside or I'm not going to be here and I feel like I want to be here to talk to them about something. I change the schedule and it's very easy to do. For the most part, the yard is a lot better and I'm not having any problem in the yard or in the house since my service began.

The people from Terminix are very good. They're prompt and do what they got to do and they're very nice. They'd call me and let me know they're on their way. We’re on a quarterly type of program. If they have to come before the three months when they call to make the appointment, we don't have to pay for that visit for that month. Last November Terminix came out and it was a different person but he was very nice. He asked if I had any questions. I didn’t have any because they know what to do when they come in.

Terminix is punctual, efficient, effective, courteous and thorough. The whole process is no hassle and could not be easier. I recommend that you give it a try to keep your home and property pest and termite free. After all, it is an investment in protecting your property.

I haven't had any problem since Terminix have been doing the treatments. In my most recent service, they called me and told me when they would be here. The guy came to the house and went all through it looking for signs of termites. He said everything was good and gave me a piece of paper saying that he had been there and inspecting. I asked him a few questions and he explained them. He was very cordial and courteous. Everything was satisfactory.

I've been using Terminix since 1990 and would highly recommend them. They come quarterly unless I call and ask the technician to come back. He is very professional, polite and tries to remedy my problems. If the last procedure they use didn't work, he's willing to try something else. Each time they come, it seems to get better, but I still got bugs, which I'm not happy about, and was hoping that they would remedy the problem.

Quarterly, Terminix visits where a representative goes all around the house and takes down cobwebs. They do the scheduling of service on their own. It's automatic every three months and they send me an email and tell me when they're coming. The technician that was sent has been coming quite a while so we're friends now and he feels right at home. And since the service, we don't see anything and that's a good thing.

Terminix allows me to leave in Florida without bugs. They are professionals at all levels, from the customer service to the technical representatives that come to your home. I have never been so satisfied with any pest control company as I am with Terminix. Thank you Terminix.

Terminix came in last December to do the yearly inspection, and everything was fine. When the tech was done, I signed the paper and they were on their way. My only concern is that Terminix now charges up to $290 for a 30-minute check once a year. That’s kind of expensive when nothing has to be done because we’ve had no problems since we started with their service. Their rate just keeps on going up. Other than that, we’ve always had a good experience with them.

I had a very good experience with Terminix. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the technician that was sent always checks on me to find out if everything is all right. I like the idea of them calling to let us know when they're going to be here.

Terminix makes pest control easy for the homeowner. Terminix treats the outside of my house to prevent pests from coming in. I love not having to have chemicals inside my house. Another benefit is that I don't have to be home, waiting on the "bug-man". My Technician is the BEST!!
