I’m in the real estate business and put home warranties on my buyers’ homes when they buy. I found Select online when I replaced the present company I use because I wanted a little more coverage. I have Select on two properties right now. I like their services and they have amazing sales reps. I think they’re very good. I’ve been very happy with them.

We were purchasing a home and so I looked and pulled up a list of home warranty providers online. I went through companies who had a decent consumer feedback and emailed a couple asking about what kind of services they provide. This was the first time I bought a house and so I didn’t know what was in or out of the home warranty. Select gave me a call back and we liked what they provided and they threw in a couple of extra things for us. We got 2 months extra and my husband just felt like they covered more than their competitors.

I was really unhappy with my previous home warranty with a different agency so I went to find another provider and found Select Home Warranty online. I purchased their gold plan which has the lowest copay. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Select. I don’t have any problems at all. The claims reps were courteous and kind. They walked me through the process.

My realtor told me about Select so I chose them over their competitors. I had one claim and they were pretty fast in getting someone out to the house. My interaction with the claims reps was satisfactory. They were knowledgeable and walked me through the process.

When my home warranty services with American Home Shield expired, I went looking at other options and found Select Home warranty on the internet. I’ve submitted one claim with them so far and my experience was pretty good. They walked me through the process very smoothly and were able to answer my questions.

Select Home Warranty was one of the top five that was listed on the site so I decided to go with them. Submitting a claim with Select was smooth. The claims rep was able to walk me through the process and the sales people were knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

We’re purchasing a new home and Select Home Warranty gave us a better price so we went with them. The customer service with Select wasn’t stellar and it was a miserable experience dealing with them. They didn’t locate my payment even though I have emailed confirming it. They said the policy didn’t start until a few days after the first time I called. It was terrible if not for the plumber that they sent out which was great.

We purchased our new home and the seller didn’t want to cover home warranty. So we decided to do it on our own. I went online. I called a few of them and Select were the most friendly. They gave me the most information over the phone so I went with them. The experience was easy and painless.

Select has the most coverage for the least amount of money than a lot of companies do. I’ve had one before and my appliances were getting old so I considered doing it again. The claims I’ve submitted with them have gone well. They always got me. The provider sometimes has been a little disappointing but it wasn’t Select’s fault. I’ve been very happy with the service and I don’t have any complaints at all.

I found Select online when I was looking for a home warranty provider that is less expensive and more reasonable than the one I previously have - their prices have gone up and I wasn’t happy with it. Select has the same coverage that I had before and my experience with their claims rep was great. Great customer service. No problems.

I received an invoice that should have been paid under my warranty. I was assisted immediately... I was very satisfied with the speed of taking care of my issue.

I had an oven issue over the Thanksgiving holiday. I Was pleasantly surprised when they were able to send someone out and fix it. Thanks.

Leak in downstairs bathroom ceiling. Plumber arrived on time, as explained. Polite, fully explored and explained everything, had to go out to get part, removed leaking toilet in bathroom above to replace wax ring, cleaned up. Completely satisfied with timing, service and personnel. Thank you.
