We've been with Select for a few years and when it came time to move into a new home, the choice was fairly easy for us. We compared services in the market, and for the price, Select is definitely the best. When I called to sign up, Isaac **. was my agent and he walked me through the entire process, as well as provided me with several options to help save additional money while securing the same level of support. Sol ** went out of his way to accommodate my needs for a home warranty. He helped find the right plan at a considerable savings. I wasn't sure which plan I could afford but his suggestions and then getting help from his supervisor found me the right coverage. Select seems to be the best home warranty around. Eager to see how it goes on my first service call which I hope I don't need though!

Major issues: false advertising, dishonest salespeople, counter-productive customer service, failure to provide coverage for promised items, ineffective communication with customers or service providers, hidden costs for cancellation. My wife and I called Select Home Warranty while on a road trip to discuss covering our rental property. During the course of the very long phone call we asked several specific questions about the coverage. One of the questions we asked was about HVAC/air conditioning units, at which time the salesman assured us that should we have any issues that required replacement the unit would be replaced, hassle-free, with a simple phone call and a $100 visit fee.
About 1.5 months later, our tenants called complaining that the air conditioner was not working. We called Select Home Warranty who sent a technician the next day. After paying $45 for the diagnosis, we could not reach the service company until we called the technician’s personal number who said they could not contact Select Home Warranty. We finally paid an additional $280 out of pocket to send a self-procured technician to temporarily fix the AC. Our tenants went 3 days without AC in blistering Arkansas summer heat.
A week after the initial call, Select Home Warranty finally asked for photos, the serial number, and documentation for annual servicing, all of which we sent them. The next day they called to deny the claim for lack of documentation, which we corrected by telling them we had sent it the previous day. Finally, we were informed the claim was denied because Freon leaks were not covered in the policy. I complained, called, emailed, and elevated to one of their managers who eventually made an exception to provide us $800 ($300 more than the $500 the customer service representative said they could provide), which falls way short of the $3900 we had to pay to fix the unit.
Now, we are trying to cancel our original 5-year contract, and Select Home Warranty is saying they’re going to prorate their refund, remove all savings we accepted as a part of a promotion, deduct the $800 from the one claim we filed, AND charge a $75 cancellation fee. They promised an email which I have not yet received 3 days later, and after the other horrible experience I have had with them I am dreading the rest of this cancellation process. Simply put: Select Home Warranty does not provide a warranty service. They will simply take all of your money and provide no service advertised or promised. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When calling about the various coverages and prices for a new warranty, the service rep was very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was able to get a understanding of what would be covered and what is not. After hearing the prices with current promotions, I went ahead and signed up for a new warranty. Not only did I get one year, but I have signed up for the 3 year promotion and hoping Select will meet my expectations.

He help me save a lot of money and upgrade the home warranty. He gave me options on how to save. Also upgraded my service with extra months as well and lowered my service call fee from 100 to 45 dollars. WOW!!! He was a very nice sales representative and explained everything to me on my warranty coverage extremely well. I was very lucky to get him as a sales rep. I can ONLY say that I hope whoever orders out there gets this gentleman because he was GREAT!!!

Jeff did a great job in helping me through the process. We are purchasing the policy for new home buyers. He was friendly and professional and answered my questions. I know the policy and service will be an appreciated gift. We look forward to working with Jeff to make this happen. The price was reasonable and the coverage was good. Since we are in a condo and do not need coverage for the roof, Jeff gave us an extra month of service for that.

I was in the phone with Ralph, he provided at me his phone number **, he was accurate in explaining to me the information about the services, plus he offered to me the 3 year plan, but the reason that I am providing the 4 stars is because he as soon as I paid he was trying to finish the conversation with me and did not disclosed to me the information about the other payment that I made of the $562.50. I do like the price and the offer about my 3 years of services and also since that I can keep my price after the expiration.

Daniel ** was very helpful and knowledgeable and tried his very best to find a plan that best benefited me AND fit my budget. It started out dicey as he called at 7 am on a Sunday morning, but apologized profusely when he realized that we were on opposite coasts even though I have a Virginia number. He more than made up for it and helped me save a good deal. Thank you! I was thrilled when I found out that it is portable or transferable! That was the final info that made me buy it!

I called and spoke with Bruce. He was excellent in all ways. He answered all of my questions with expertise. He was also patient while I thought about what he was telling me. He explained everything clearly and seemed to want to get me the best deal possible. If the warranty itself turns out to be as good as the service I received from Bruce, then everything will be great. I appreciate the fact that Bruce was very friendly and not pushy.

I just purchased a warrantee in the young man on the phone or do use it it’s not so good. They seemed to be honest. However, I do not have any coins so it remains to be seen when something goes wrong in my house. So far so good. The salesperson was very nice, he was not pushy. Another item I would state is their coverage encompasses more items than the competition. Also promised me that if those please send some ways to escape yet hopefully all is well.

Home warranty plans seem to be pretty similar in coverage and cost. Your company is the third I spoke with today and, ultimately, Jeff is why I chose Select Home Warranty. Jeff was to the point and didn't rely on pushy sales tactics to gain our business. That, in itself, was primarily what convinced us to go with your company. He was friendly, but not superficially so, which doesn't come often when dealing with salespeople. He was informative and prompt in responding to the voicemail I left. 10/10 salesman. Give Jeff a high five.

I worked with Abraham for purchasing my warranty. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him. This home warranty covers most everything in the mechanics of the house. This is a very worthwhile thing to have. I am a realtor and I advise my clients to get this warranty for an easy sale. The boiler and heating system is covered along with chimney and electrical systems. This warranty saves each home owner plenty of money. It is important to have.

A professional, painless warranty renewal process done over the phone that provided the coverages I wanted for my home and pool, for the time period that I wanted, and was very senior/veteran-friendly. The Select Home Warranty Senior Account Representative took his time and thoroughly explained their 1 yr/3 yr/5 yr policy renewal options for me to consider for my home/pool, its needs and our financial circumstances. We really appreciate the transferability and refundability of the Select Home service Warranty, should we need to do so.

I am so pleased with the rates that I have been given through Select Home Warranty. They have taken my circumstances into consideration and have been able to give me discounts to match that and still keep me 100% covered in my home. Truly an economical decision that will keep me, the appliances in my home, the heating, air conditioning system and so much more in my home covered for an extended period of time. They responded very quickly both in e-mail and through the phone calls. Although I had to buy another microwave because they determined it would cost more to repair. I bought the exact one I have and they pay part of it. I was hoping for the total but I am satisfied. I need to send in paid receipt and then fill out a form to get reimbursed. I will be doing that shortly. I am happy that I choose this company to use as my home warranty company.

Customer service was good. Service Tech did a good job letting me what the problem was. Because my oven was an older model cost of repairs exceeded the current value of your unit. I was offer $125 to help replace it. I am currently looking at ovens at several different stores. I have not found one yet but when I do I will use the $125 to help me with the cost of the new oven.

I would like to commend David ** for providing excellent customer service! Quick, responsive, and supportive. I was in a bind, selling my house and needed to find coverage to provide to the buyer, and was completely unaware of what was possible. David took the time to listen, provide options, and get me what I needed - all in a very positive manner. I highly recommend this company. Their products are very reasonable, and their customer service is top notch.

You guys are Terrible. First, never received a policy after signed up on phone, promised several times to email it but NEVER did, do not honor claims and refuse to refund monthly payments after deciding you guys are crooks and dont want to pay out for legitimate claims, even after emailing me that Furnace was determined that it needed replacement from the contractor and pictures that I sent. I was told that Joseph Marcus is the owner and would like for him to call me please **. Getting in contact with you guys is the absolute worst. Even if you leave a call back number, no one calls you back. I was warned that you guys have no problem taking money from customers, but you dont like to pay out for legitimate claims.

With all the many companies out there offering home warranties, I chose Select Home Warranty with the purchase of my new home because they came highly rated from Consumer Reports. The process for signing up was easy and they had an exceptional sign on bonus. In addition, I found they offer the lowest service call pricing in the industry, just another plus. I will highly recommend Select Home Warranty to all my friends and family who are looking for this type of service.

Snake clogged bathroom drain. I thought I would have the service the same day. I called but they came the next day. The plumber unclogged the drain and cleaned the sink. I had to clean the counter and the wall by the sink. The job was a bit messy but finished and I was happy the drain was unclogged. When I purchased the service they said the plumbers were close by and I would get same day service. This did not happen and I was a little disappointed.

While the company that came out to complete my work order was great and did did a great job. The tech was great. Select Home Warranty just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I not sure if I will be staying with Select when my year is over. Select has a great deal on their annual cost but remember, you get what you pay for.

I was looking for a home warranty plan and came across Select Home Warranty. The gentleman that I spoke to was very helpful in answering my questions and the plan met my needs. I also am appreciative that their service fee is less than what other companies offer, especially for people living on a fixed income. I would recommend others to speak with them, before purchasing from a different company. Also, the gentleman e-mailed me a copy of the contract right away, so that I could review.

I made a claim for my Water Heater Leak at home. I understand as per our policyholder agreement I am not eligible for the claim. I appreciate for the prompt response and explaining the reasons for turning down my claim. The lady who answered to my call was very polite and helpful. There was a guy came to inspect this damaged on the same day. He was very professional. He took time to check the water heater and did his inspection according to our best satisfaction. I have no complaints.

I called to follow up on the status of a ticket I have open for several days for HVAC issues at my rental home. The technician's recommendation was to replace the thermostat as soon as possible. There was some communication breakdown between the contractor & Select Home Warranty and the issue wasn't resolved for a few weeks. The agent I spoke to did some derailed research & was finally able to give me an update & reassured me that the problem will be taken care of by next Monday (in 3 days)!

My husband and I purchased a Platinum care plan from SHW in September 2018. It is now February 2019 and our hot water heater stopped working. We made the claim on day 1. We have already been waiting 3 days with no hot water. We contacted the contractor they assigned. As soon as he heard it was a warranty claim he no longer wanted to help us. We called the company back and even spoke to a supervisor whose only answer was, "Oh well, you will have to wait until Monday." Our water is 48 degrees. We have 3 children whom need to bathe for school as well as my husband and myself. And now we are told we need to wait until at least Monday? WTH? What is the point of paying for the home warranty?

Initially, I was impressed with the prompt responses from the representatives. My experience with enrolling with Select Home Warranty was very easy and pleasant. There are different plans to cater to families that are cost efficient. Bruce was very helpful in choosing the right plan for my home. He was very thorough. I was looking for another home warranty and found that Select was more affordable and also had free limited roof coverage. I looked online at reviews which all seemed good so I decided to purchase. The only con was how many sales reps reached out to me via phone and email to try to get me to sign up. It almost felt like I was being harassed to sign up. I called one of the sales Reps back and he was very friendly and quick to sign me up. He even worked with my budget. I did ask him to take me off of their call list though because I was sick of being contacted. I haven’t used the service yet but it’s nice to know we are covered if something does go wrong.

Started to look into other home warranty options after our premiums on an existing home warranty began to increase year by year. Needed a better/more cost effective solution. I have had their policy for about two years. Then when I filed a claim it was denied saying toilet bowl replacement is not covered when it is clearly included in the policy. Don't buy their policy. It is a scam operation. They will look for any excuse to deny your claim or offer $90 settlement. I am also going to report them to Texas Real Estate Commission.

My husband is off a lot and I have been worrying about the fact somethings around here I would be worried about getting them fix if something needed repair while he was gone. They have the better reviews and pricing of all similar companies in the area. I have just purchased a 3 year plan with a free 6 months added coverage, this promotion also covers my roof for the term of this coverage at no additional cost.

This Home warranty is the worse warranty company ever I found it. I made couple claims and both claims are denied. They sucks people money and do not provide the good service. I never saw tech come out and inspect the damage but they deny sitting at their office stating that your claim is denied because it does not fall under coverage. So never ever buy this home warranty. People be careful before buying this warranty.

Very dissatisfied with Select Home Warranty experience. Denied the claim saying water leak was in garage and this not a part of the house. I have covered garage attached to the house with tile ceilings. Placed 3 claims and they denied 2 claims since I join. Customer service very rude when called to place a claim. Called this Monday 2/18/19 regarding the claim, as I received email my claim was not covered. Cancel the warranty this Monday 2/18/19 and I was told I will receive an email regarding cancellation within 1-2 days. Did not receive any email as of today 2/21/19.
Called again this afternoon 2/21/19 and was told warranty is not cancelled. Representative was not sure why. I was told he will cancel it and should receive email about it in 1-2 days. I will never going Select Home Warranty again. Not only because they denied claim but because of poor customer service. I have used home warranty companies before and this was the worse experience.

The home warranty industry is generally bad, but Select Home Warranty is one of the worst that I have dealt with (and I've had warranties with several). I purchased a home warranty from this company in May of 2018 when I purchased my house. Over the past few days, while I was out of town on business, the blower motor in my furnace failed and my house's inside temperature was 55 degrees and falling by the time my house-sitter reported it to me. I called an HVAC company to diagnose and repair the furnace and called Select to file a claim.
The blower motor cost $800 and the service call cost $100. Select Home Warranty is paying $150 because I cannot produce three years worth of service records on a furnace that I have owned for less than a year. When I asked how this could possibly be a fair resolution to my claim they stated that the warranty clearly states that I was required to produce pictures of the unit (which I did) and three years of service records - naturally this was never called to my attention and I did not read every bit of fine print in the contract, nor would most people in my position, which these mercenary companies count on. Avoid Select Home Warranty.

This was not disclosed to me. At this time, even though I am not looking for a refund, because I want the coverage, I was told I could get a refund after 30 days, nothing more. This information below should have been released to me. "After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty."

Sam ** was great. No pushy sales -- just very knowledgeable and easy going! The representative gave me his phone number and time to think about the different offers and told me to call back when I was ready. Do not call other companies. We feel ripped off. We filed a claim that wasn't diagnosed correctly by the service technician and received no communication that our claim was denied. We have been attempting to contact the service company and SHW by phone and online for 2 months. We finally got customer service on the phone today and they told us that we would need to hire our own technician to come out and make the repair. We cancelled our policy. Not worth the hassle or the run around.

Select Home Warranty acted on this request for service and repairs immediately sending out to us a very competent contractor. Kingdom Electric, the Contractor sent out, was prompt and gave excellent service including giving us priority in the schedule in case we had a fire hazard. We are very pleased with all those involved. Electrical problems can be a fire hazard and having a Warranty Company that sends out quality contractors that provide a quick response, makes Select Home Warranty Services well worth having. Satisfied with the help the representative provided. He was very knowledgeable about the coverage. Rep was courteous with providing me info on multiple packages. After committing to a five year term, one of the exclusions in the contract made me nervous so I called to cancel. The customer service retention rep Ron helped fix the issue and I hope to have 5 years with no issues. Definitely when you order the service make sure you voice your concerns so that you give the company a chance to earn your business. Definitely would recommend anyone look into this for warranty coverage.

I’ve just been offered a deal of a lifetime! 6 years at $312 a year for the PLATINUM package! Can’t beat that. Lots of perks for over age 55, teachers, military, etc. Free 1 year coverage with 5 year contract plus discount! With a 5+ Year contract, it locks in rates indefinitely! How can I say no to this offer?! It all took just 5 minutes of my time. Lots of coverage and only $45 service call.

My time with Select Home Warranty has been nothing short of superb. When I signed up with them in 2017 I liked what they had to offer. In this year they still deliver on their promises quality repairs. I have called once for unexpected service and got quick and straight forward response. I spent five minutes with Richard ** on the phone, got a $150 discount on their Platinum plan and 14 months service for the price of 12. Title company was happy, lender was happier. Looking forward to never having to use it, but comfortable that if I do, they'll deliver. The policy covers everything I could imagine needing, and there are options that I could add in the future. I'll be happy to refer them to my friends and business associates.

They provided superior coverage in comparison to competitors. Coverage of more areas of my home for a lower overall cost on my behalf. Select also provided coverage of my septic and sprinkler systems. I would definitely recommend Select to a friend. Only advice I would offer is that not every customer wants phone calls and text messages on a product 60 seconds after looking it up. Overall very good product. Will keep Select for many years to come.

Bruce was very personable and knowledgeable when discussing the details of the various plans. We have had some problems with the reliability of previous home warranty companies. He immediately put my mind at ease. We chose the Platinum Care for its coverage of all the major systems at a reasonable price. We also added the pool and spa coverage at an additional fair rate. This company has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've filed two separate claims with them and I'm yet to have a contractor to my house to make repairs. I paid for my contract in advance (huge mistake) and they simply don't honor their side of the bargain. For our first claim we were assigned 3 or 4 contractors after making over 10 calls only to have them tell me after I called to cancel my contract that our claim wasn't covered. Wouldn't that have been nice to know on the first call.
Now I have claim that is (supposedly) covered and it's been 4 days and still no contractor. I have also received no follow up from SHW to make sure they were delivering on their promises. I can't stress enough how much of a scam they appear to be. They take your money and seem to make it their job not to deliver on the service you paid for. They seem to make 10 times the effort to prevent you from canceling your contract than they do to get a contractor to your house. Total ripoff.

What sold me for purchasing this warranty was the exceptional help I received from Zachary. Zachary was very clear in explaining the coverages, and how their company offered water sprinkler system coverages as an add on as others do not offer. This was a huge sell for me. Also; the service calls would be $45 less than other companies. He worked with me as I explained to him I just retired and I am on a fixed income. I hope I will not need to use the insurance, but it gives me peace of mind to know I have it in case I ever need it. Thank you, Zachary.

The representative was friendly and professional. Kevin ** was able to answer all my questions regarding the home warranty that Select Home Warranty offered. He offered special deals depending on our status. Not having used them before I cannot talk on how they handle calls for service or handle claims. It appears to be pretty straightforward. I used my service for the 1st time last weekend, I called at 1:00 am reporting heat pump issue on Saturday, got the call from a contractor at 10:00 am the next day with email verification early in the day. The contractor showed up on Monday and had to return back the next day for few testings. Turns out my thermostat had to be reset. The ice maker was dispensing only crushed ice, even when selecting cube. The customer service agent took our claim. The next day received an email stating ice maker is not covered by our plan. Why was this information not told at time of the initial call? It would have saved time, plus we would have not had to call back (after getting the email stating ice maker was not covered) to insure no local contractor would contact us concerning repairs (or get charged the $45 for our portion of our service call).

They got back with you right away. It was easy set up and the coverage was good then I added my second home and got a discount price so overall I would rate them at five and it’s nice not to have to worry about anything breaking down that you can just make a phone call and somebody will be here soon as possible. The setup process was great. David ** was very informative and a pleasure to work with. I was very pleased with the 5 year plans price with a 6th year free. With that I also will be locked in for life with a $45 service fee. Much better than the 2 other places I had called. I’m looking forward to knowing I’m protected for the next six years. The people I have spoken to on the phone have been top notch and all my questions were answered quickly. I reviewed several other companies and Select's customer care won me over. Hope I never need them to. I'm glad they are there if I do. In looking over the coverage this company seemed to offer the most for the money and the additional months beat out all other companies. Fred was excellent in giving me a full review of the services and shared multiple price options. It was due to his demeanor that I signed up for 5 years and his reassurance of the intended coverages and waiving the $75 fee to cancel after 39 days. It is not likely that I will cancel, but I felt more trusting when there is not an admin fee to cancel. We discussed a variety of potential scenarios so that I fully understood how the plan and coverages worked. I was very concerned about the renewal pricing which Fred put me at ease when he said the prices is fixed at renewal unless I add additional items to be covered.

This winter I had a call to fix my heat - then I called the Select Home Warranty and they assigned someone to my job right away. Select then sent out a technician someone. I decided to get this plan because it covers what I need for my home. The rep answered all my questions professionally. He offered discount if I could pay for a year in advance. I could get 14 months for the price of 12 months. I had been considering getting a warranty for several years. I am glad I chose Choice for my warranty. He also gave me a senior citizens discount which was greatly appreciated. I will share what I have learned with others.

I required my HVAC to be looked at due to increased energy bills. I called SHW to create a claim which was done quickly. The first company they provided me failed to show up to our scheduled appointment. I called SHW to coordinate for a different technician/company to look at my system. So far I have been pleased with their work - but the real test will be when I get my next energy bill and whether or not it has been reduced.

The customer service was very pleasant and he was informative, helpful and courteous. Answered all my questions. He was patient and not so pushy like salesman can get. The prices were reasonable for the coverage. They offer a couple of different packages but I would recommend the platinum package. The person you speak with can definitely help you choose the proper package that will fit your criteria. They also offer discounts you can ask about the variety of discounts they offer or have available.

I am truly one of the victims of Select Home Warranty. I have never ever been deceived this much in my life. They first increased my deductible and then claim that it is what it is until I showed the proof. Then they had to reduce it for the next order. However not only they did not such thing, but also they didn't reimburse the difference in the previous deductible. Also they refused to pay the contractor because of this and that **. So all in all, they never paid nothing however I have issued three claims so far. I blame customer affair for this because of all those fake reviews. People, stay away from them. They are the worst you could ever experience.

Would like to see the terms of the contract, meaning I opted for the 5 yrs and I told that if I cancel for whatever reason, I would be charge roughly $291 and the rest ($1459) would be refunded. This is not mentioned in the contract I received. The remaining coverage, cost for service call are clearly spelt out.

Called to renew our policy and Ray answered the phone. He told us it would be $399 for another year. We asked if there was a senior discount and he said he would give us 2 more months for that price. Great, quick response. Knowledgeable and professional. I had heating air boiler failure during cold winter season. I was reached by the phone in next 2 hours after submitting a claim. Next day I scheduled for inspection. The inspection went safe and professional, they called 30 min before they arrived. They had a ladder and all support tools to perform safe and effective visit. The board failure was diagnosed and it's on order.

I like the warranty. The waiting process is too long. Once you can reach someone on the phone. You have to wait again after you start a claim. Then wait again for technician to call you. Then wait again after the technician come out. Then wait again for results. Then wait again for reimbursement. Still waiting. My first claim to fix my dryer was so much quicker and easier. I am not so happy with the second claim for my washer. Too long for the problem to be resolved. Two weeks is too long. Please work on a speedier process.

Signing up for the service was super fast. So far so good! Chase walked me through every step of the process and was very helpful when answering my questions. I was cautious at first because of their quick response, but it worked out great. I didn't want to give my credit card over the phone, so he was able to email me the details. Followed up exactly when they said that they would. First, I was contacted by a salesperson within two minutes of putting my information in their website. After a good discussion with him, I received a follow up call from another salesperson seeing if there was anything else I needed. I signed up in 9/18, my heater stopped working 11/18. I called Select and they sent out a very unprofessional company that looked at system, first they replaced thermostat with a used one, that didn't repair heater, they came back and told me wiring was bad and it would need to be replaced, I had no confidence in their suggestion. I called another company, they found a gauge was stuck on unit and replaced it and everything was working. I called to cancel warranty 11/19. I was told I would get refund check in 15 to 30 days. I received check 1/29/19. The check was for $176.66. I called and they confirmed that I had service for two months, I had paid $399.99 for 12 months, so the two months cost me $223.30 after they gave me list of deduction they took. Do not trust this company.

I purchased a warranty policy from Select Home Warranty. My Central Heat & Air unit went out in February with below freezing temperatures. From the beginning the handling of the claim was TERRIBLE. After the technician came out, it had to be reviewed. Finally after 4 days, SHW came back and denied my claim saying it was an electrical failure & they wanted 3 years of maintenance records. SHW literally left their CUSTOMER OUT IN THE COLD. SHW only knows how to offer EXCUSES!!! I WOULD NEVER recommend this company. All they know how to do is quote the policy of why they are not going to repair. But they are more than willing to take your money.

I've been had very bad experience with SHW. When they sell you the products, they promise you a lot of things like lower premium, extra month's coverage. But, when you have claims, it will take a couple of days or weeks to get respond, or never get any respond. What's more, you need to read the tiny words carefully under each items they would cover, otherwise you will find that they actually cover nothing when you have problems. Even worse, when you discovered how bad their service was and decide to cancel your contract, be prepared to get almost nothing back since they will use different methods to calculate. NOT recommend!!!

My main reason for purchasing this warranty was the excellent help from the salesman. Jonathan was very clear in explaining the coverage and the very view limitations/exclusions -- e.g., frozen pipes and roots in the sewer line. For example, he said the hot water heater would be covered even if it failed due to corrosion. Other companies said it would not be covered. Also the service calls would be $ 45.00, less than other companies.

Very disappointed ☹️. They told me I had the best package so my air conditioner broke!!! Needed a part replaced and it had a leak. They said, "We don’t cover that." And now did not want to return our money. That they said they would if we were unhappy with the policy. Never again. I have had home warranty in the past. Going back to one of those. Select Home Warranty is a SCAM!! Don't WASTE your money! I gave them $375 for annual platinum coverage, and when I submitted my first warranty heating repair, they declined and refused to cover it. I immediately requested a full refund, but they said it was past the 30 days, and would only give me a prorated refund based on $500 annual coverage less proration for 5 months less $75 cancellation fee. So I basically would get $91.68 refund for 5 months coverage. That's UNFAIR!
When I disputed the refund amount asking for full refund, they refused to understand and cooperate and kept saying the refund check was mailed. I wish I could give zero stars, because their customer service is awful. We decided to switch to American Home Shield which is NUMBER ONE for Quality and Services. We know they cost more, and had used in the past. I guess with Select Home Warranty, you get what you pay for which is NOTHING!!!

We had an issue with our over the oven microwave and had to replace it as, after some research, it was not worth the repair cost so we decided to replace it with a new one. We called Select Home Warranty, talked with a representative who was courteous and helpful and the claim process went smoothly. We were approved right away and payment was made promptly. So far I've submitted 3 separate claims to Select Home. Roof leak, garage not working properly, and most recently an issue with my tub in the guest bathroom. The water won't get hot, but in the sink it does, and all over house water gets hot. Select ALWAYS tries to figure out how to NOT fix the issue. The only reason the roof was something they could fix was because I paid extra when I signed up. However, they sent a terrible contractor out. This was the 2nd contractor they reached out to me, because the 1st one NEVER called me to schedule an appointment. My roof leaked again in the EXACT SAME spot within months. Now I have to chase that guy down. They would only fix the garage door opener!
Finally, the issue with my tub, they didn't even try to send anybody out to see what the actual issue was. Based off of my description, (and I'm not a plumber or handyman), they said it wasn't included in my policy. How would you really know that if I don't know what's going on myself? Ridiculous. I absolutely will spend more money going with a different company. This policy has not been helpful at all. Total waste of money. I got the special for $399.

Our Samsung Range and Oven died. I called in a claim and they sent me to Appliance Rescue. I left a message for Terence at Appliance Rescue. **, Terence here in Kailua Kona. He called me and set up an appointment to come out the following day. He came right out, took the oven apart and discovered one of the major motherboards that runs the oven died. You approved the claim. Terence has to order the part. Thank you. Looking forward to being able to use the oven again.

I purchased a home warranty at the end of May. Total cost $499.99. I was supposed to get 3 months free so a total of 15 months coverage and a service charge of $45 per service call. At the end of August I had an issue with the faucet in my kitchen, so I called to file a claim. I was told, plumbing is covered, but NOT the fixtures, so I paid an additional $100 to cover the fixtures. When the plumber came out he was going to charge $300 for the faucet, I thought that was unreasonable so I purchased a faucet myself for $103 at the local Ace hardware. The plumber installed the faucet and I paid them $90 which is what I was advised by the Select Home Warranty representative told me to pay. So now my $499.99 plan has cost me a total of $792.99.
We have had an abundance of rain, so I walked into my bathroom in September and noticed there was a leak in my ceiling. So I called SHW, in their original pitch they said they provided FREE ROOF REPAIR! The rep told me they would take care of it and a day or two later I received an email telling me that a certain roofer would be contacting me. I called the roofer after a couple of days and was told that I lived too far away for him to service. (I live in the 4th largest city in Tennessee) I called SHW back and was told they would send someone else. A few days later I received another email and I called the 2nd roofer and he told me he DOES NOT work with SHW and didn't know how they got his name and number.
By now we are in October, I called SHW back and they told me they would find someone else. I waited a few days and called back, and was told to find my own roofer. I called a roofer and he came out and gave me an estimate. I called back to SHW and they told me to send them a copy of the estimate. The estimate was for $800, to replace move the roofing materials and replace the boot on the exhaust vent. Then I was told, that the warranty DOESN'T cover shingles. In fact if you read the fine print, the FREE ROOF REPAIR is a LIE, the only thing not listed under their list of we don't cover is the BOOT, but they wouldn't cover mine.
In November I was told that they were sorry, but they wouldn't fix the roof. So I asked for a refund as I was paying for the services I needed and they weren't covering anything. I was told I would get a refund less $75 service charge, that was almost 4 months ago and I still haven't received my refund. They STOLE my money and provided me with nothing! Look for a different company, these people are THIEVES! I gave them 1 star because I had to, I would have preferred to take stars away. BUYER BEWARE.

Record temperatures led to a serious pipe break in the hot water line as it moved from our garage into the house. We got the water turned off, but there was serious damage the situation was an emergency. Normal response times would have led to more damage so we notified SHW right away... and received full back-up from SHW... also right away. As a result, SHW has at least one possible new vetted service provider in the Colorado mountains. Pipe got fixed same day as burst; drywall is due this week. Paint same time. We've had multiple temperature ranges from 20 below zero to 40 degrees leading to excessive problems with pipes, leaks etc. SHW responded quickly.

Technician was sent to me in a timely manner and my heating system was fixed temporarily while a job order was placed for the flame sensor which is the aging part that needed replacement. Also the job order for replacement was approved in a timely manner. However, reimbursement for the previous job that was done by a technician from me on the heating system took about three months before the check got to me in the mail. I was nearly discouraged by the length of the process.

There was a misunderstanding about a call out for my dryer that had stopped working. It was a bit of going back and forth with no resolution. I was then referred to Mr. James ** a supervisor. He turned the situation around in a timely and positive manner. His course of action has helped to restore my confidence in your company. I was thinking of cancelling my policy because this was not the first time I have had problems with a call out. One of the major problems is the time that it takes to get through to the relevant department. I am just left holding on for long periods of time.

They worked to give me the best value for the longest terms so that my policy would not increase in the near term. I would like to have seen that exhaust fans were included in the policy. With that said the representative was able to get my garage heater included in my policy.

My microwave stopped working and I sent in a claim to Select Home Warranty. It was almost new, just thirteen months old and the one year warranty was just up. I sent an email to Select Home Warranty describing what it had done. They said it would cost more to fix than to purchase a replacement. They said they would send a check I could use to purchase a new microwave and they did what they said they would do. Glad I had the warranty with Select!

He went over and above to help me out. Which I appreciated very much. He was able to work out my plan to suit my needs and my budget. I purchased a home warranty for my current residence. Bruce ** provided wonderful customer service. He answered all of my questions and was able to work out an excellent offer. I am extremely happy with the customer service and the affordability of the policy. I have not needed to make a claim yet but Bruce assured me that my area is well covered with multiple technicians available for repairs. The co-pay for service visits are extremely reasonable.

The most recent call i had with the company was not good. The representative wouldn't take her time to understand my question, even after me repeating and rephrasing it multiple times. She was not American, I could tell by her accent. She was nice on the phone, however I found it rude when she interrupted me to give me the same reply to my question she'd already said 5 times. I asked to speak to a manager, then the call was silent. No response. I ended up hanging up. Other than this instance, I've been fairly happy with Select Home Warranty.

Select has always been professional and offer great pricing. I’m a renewing customer and was happy to continue my service. I filed a couple of claims and were always handled fast. My A/C broke and we had a tech come out the next day and fix it right away. Website is pretty user friendly and simple. Contract is pretty straightforward and pretty self explanatory. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend to my friends. They also have multi year terms which assist to lock rates and provide constant pricing.

Select Home Warranty - Why do you buy a home warranty? I will tell you why I did. I bought a home warranty to cover my family if we ever had a major appliance go down. 7 days ago my hot water heater went out. Cold showers in February is not fun, but I thought I was covered with my home warranty. They send out a technician to access the problem. He tells the warranty company that I have a leaking hose that connects to my water heater, and also that my water heater will not stay on. It starts up and then flames out...
He also tells them that my water heater needs to be replaced. Long story short - I am informed that my claim is denied because of a 14 dollar leaking hose that connects to my water heater. I really feel like I wasted money by buying a warranty from this company. I hope that I can help people with my story, who think this company will cover them when their appliances go down. When in the end you will end up fighting with customer service or a manager and they will find whatever excuse they need to deny a claim. I will never do business with them again. I encourage you to shop elsewhere when choosing a home warranty company.

The price was much better than I had gotten from another home warranty company. I just purchased the warranty program and the customer service was awesome. Being a single person it is really nice to have a home warranty program. Don’t have to depend on anyone. I really enjoy the customer service rep as she was very polite and professional. My sister has home warranty and convinced me to get one. I have positive experience with my leaking roof/porch. They got back to me quickly and explained the policy and coverage very well. A lot of people do not read the policy carefully so I am one of them. I placed a service request not covered by policy which I was not aware of. Lesson Learned! Several of the additional discounts as well as excellent reviews online made my choice easy. I purchase an expanded service plan and received two additional months of coverage as well as a $150.00 discount on my yearly contract. The $60.00 service fee was great compared to my current $100.00 service fee. I hope that this plan is much better than my previous service provider.

My refrigerator broke in Sept, took a month before the appliance company came and repaired it. It was repaired Oct. 23, 2018. The repair was the defroster mechanism not working and ice built up in the refrigerator because it was not defrosting and the refrigerator was not cooling to proper temperature. The repair person showed me the ice build up behind the drawer in the refrigerator. Ordered the part and replaced it. That took a month. Three months later, the ice is built up again, the part he replaced is bad. I called the repair company because their website said their work is 100% guaranteed. They said they only guarantee their labor for 30 days and I would have to call Select Home Warranty.
I am sure it took way longer than 30 days for all of that ice to build up. Then they texted me telling me Select Home Warranty did not pay them for the job so they will not take any more work for them. I had not only put out the $60 deductible, but the repair company also made me pay an additional $55 because Select Home warranty only pays $150 if the job is within the first 3 months, which I was never told. I then called Select Home Warranty and they said because it is over 30 days I have to make a new claim, meaning I have to pay the $60 deductible AGAIN on something I feel was never fixed properly the first time. I will absolutely positively not be renewing my policy when it is up. I am so glad I stuck with my instinct and did not let them talk me into more than a year!

Select Home Warranty was quick to find a professional in the area to check out our AC Unit. It was a bad capacitor, and it was replaced that day. The company they used was great. He checked the rest of the system over to make sure there were no other issues, blew out the drain lines and we were nice and cool again. I took the policy out on 2/4. On 2/8 on electrical panel started to arch. I called them. They said they would send someone out. On 2/12 I called and they said my claim was denied because I have to wait 30 days to file any claim. When I signed up the man on the phone didn't to me that. Just said I was covered for everything. Really? How was I suppose to know that. I'm on social security. I gave them all I had for this plan and now I'm screwed.

14 days for $50! That's how long it took to finally get an answer on my broken down dishwasher. Then, after 14 days, you tell me you can give me $125 when it already cost me $75 just to get it looked at and deemed un-repairable. So, this home warranty is paying me $50 for a broken dishwasher that can't be replaced for under $400??? How is that even remotely the right way to do things? You're ripping me off and don't care one bit! I will tell everyone I can to stay far away from your company. Instead of home warranty service, you should call yourselves rip-off warranty service.

Recent washer repair - Initial contact and appointment scheduling took a little longer than expected; however, once that was resolved we had absolutely no problems. The tech was knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue. Everything seems to be working. He completed the service yesterday afternoon and I'm not sure if I can confidently say the problem is totally resolved. I can say - the one load of laundry I washed has been completed and we have no problem today thanks to the service tech. Thanks!

This is how my washing machine claim goes like this: Call Select, they did not provide email verification that claim was made. Next day, call again and they process the claim. The technician comes out $45 per call and determines the machine is not getting any electricity from the outlet. Closes his toolbox and says I need an electrician to repair the outlet. Place another claim for the electrician to come out only to find there is 120V coming from the outlet and pays him another $45. Next, call back Select who says they have received the diagnostic report from washing machine tech.
Finally, after a week of going back and forth of Select telling me, they have made calls and messages. I call the technician who states they have no messages from Select. I advised them that the out is working fine. So the washing machine tech comes back out and finds that the control panel is not working. He didn't need power to make this determination but was too lazy to due diligence when he first came out.
Please do competitive shopping when selecting a plan. It is my fault for not catching this earlier but the appliance repair or replacement costs caps at $500. What appliance worth anything cannot be replaced for $500 per year. They said you can use multiple years cost for $1,500 on current plan, but that reduces future funds available to repair or replace. I see others who offer up to $3,000 to replace appliances if that is what it costs for a replacement. Select only pays for white. If you have a light blue laundry room and blue washer and dryer you are screwed. I will never recommend this company to anyone. You don't have to say it, I should have done my due diligence when reviewing the contract.

I had a home warranty since the purchase of my home. Unfortunately, I was not pleased and cancelled at the end of my contract. Due diligence was done seeking an alternate home warranty. I received a call from Abraham, listened intently and informed him I wanted to do more research on his company. During my research I had someone else from Select call me, and I became annoyed because I informed Abraham once I did my research "I" would call him back. During my research I called Select to ask a question, and the salesperson did not have an answer, yet seemed more concerned about getting the business, and not listening to the customer. If he had, he would have found out the answer to my question.
Several days later I reached out to Abraham, requesting a call from him during a certain timeframe. When I heard from Abraham I explained my experiences I had with his organization. The outcome of my experience with Abraham, I agreed to give Select a try, and considering an extended warranty. He was very professional, and I was able to articulate the value of your organization in my mind, due to the due diligence I had done with several home warranty companies. My mind was made up prior to talking with Abraham to go with another company. Kudos to Abraham. Now that I'm a customer, I'm hopeful my expectations will be met in the event I have a claim. Retention is key. The questions are geared for the "sign on" experience.

Great sales team that sell you the whole package. You have to wait 30 days to use and don't you know their 100% refund guarantee is only during those 30 days when you can't put a claim in. OK... so you get over that and put two claims in on day 40. After 10 days, I'm called and told BOTH claims cannot be serviced by them as they can't find anyone in my area to come and do the repairs. I am, however, given the option to find my own person, then if the cost is over $100, go back to them for 'approval' to use that person and then, with any luck, that person that YOU found can repair your appliances after already visiting our home to analyze the cost and repair. I called on day 50 to get a refund and was talked into 'trying it again' and guess what? After 10 days they couldn't deliver a repair person, once again.
So now, on day 70 I called again for a refund and after finally convincing the person on the other line that I was NOT going to try them for a third time like he suggested, he succumbed to putting in for a refund. However, I lose the $75 cancellation fee and it is pro-rated on how long I've been in the policy. So, don't agree to trying this lousy service again because that just keeps money in THEIR pocket. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. EACH PERSON YOU SPEAK WITH IS CONDESCENDING even when they are calling you Ms. ** and saying "Have a nice day". What a joke and waste of time and money.

I had a plan with another company and saved money by selecting your company. I especially liked the ability to transfer any remaining time if I should choose to sell the condo. I purchased a home warranty 12/31/18. My payment was set up for a monthly auto-draft. I called today 2/11/19 because my second payment was never drafted. Everyone was extremely helpful and were able to let me pay my Jan payment and enroll me in auto draft. Very easy, no hold time and everyone was kind! I hate that my auto draft was somehow missed when I signed up and was dreading calling to fix it but my attitude was quickly changed with how easy y’all make it!

When I signed up for Select Home Warranty I was told I can’t make a claim until I’ve paid the first month and 30 days have passed, which doesn’t make sense because what am I paying for? I have to pay $36 the first month for the privilege of being able to make a claim in the next month? Nonetheless, when the representative said that having the policy meant I would pay $36/month and only $60 for a repair call no matter how long or extensive the repair, it would be covered, I signed up.
In my 2nd month of having the warranty, I submitted an online claim about my washer stopping with an OE, UE and FE error codes displaying. Select Home called me the next day and told me which technician to contact for the repair. They also told me the repair call will be $75. I was annoyed that the representative had told me $60 when I signed up but now I have to pay $75? The rep said the amount is listed on the policy. Why I was told $60 is beyond me.
Unfortunately, I needed my washer fixed and since I was told the total cost is $75 for the entire repair, I called the tech and scheduled the repair for the next day. The tech gave me a 5 hour window for when he could come. I made sure to be home the entire time. When he came he said I needed a new part and he has to call Select to get it approved.
The next day the tech gave me the ticket number to follow up with Select Home. I called and Select Home told me the tech was supposed to call them. I told the rep that I have the ticket number to get the approval started for the part. The next day I had not heard back so I called Select Home and the rep said the part was approved, but I had to pay installation of $118.13! I told the rep that I was told the whole repair would be $75!! The rep said, the policy says installation is not included. Begrudgingly, I accepted and called the tech. No response. Next day I texted the tech. No response. A few days later I texted again, no response. Now I had a ton of laundry piled up and no proper working washer.
Finally the tech responded to a text and gave another 5 hour window. He came within the window, replaced the part and charged $118.13. After he left, I put a load in the wash. I still had the error codes! I texted the tech. He didn’t respond. I called and he said someone would come in the next three days then he disappeared. I called, left a message, texted. No response. So I paid $36 for Jan, $36 for Feb, $75 for the repair call and $118.13 and still a washer with problems!!
I called Select Home to get my money back. They said they can only refund $36 for Feb. The money for Jan they will not refund although it paid for nothing (meaning I couldn’t even make a claim that month). Select Home said their liability ends once I paid the tech. They can send the tech back but why would I want an unresponsive tech who didn’t even fix the problem but took the money?! They said they can send another tech but I would have to pay that new tech. Really?! It’s absolutely unbelievable. I am out $265 and my washer still isn’t working!

They had a very quick response to my broken my microwave. The claim submission was very easy and quick. They gave us a good deal which they would pay 95$ of the new microwave we bought. I am very satisfied by their service. I hope they keep their fair deals and service up. I honestly did not know how good their service was, but I was surprised when I saw how quickly they responded and acted on my problem. Thank you again.

What they sold me is not what I got. My AC unit broke down and now they won't fix it because it has an exception. Salesman Sam told me I would have peace of mind and it turn out it's a lie. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Ridiculous customer service located offshore. Nobody is responsible for nothing. Bunch of idiots who is not able to provide you with any updated information! 24 hours takes to assign a contractor and contractor set up an appointment in another 24-48 hours. Imagine yourself stuck with a clogged toilet of a flood. Select Home Warranty does not have their own technicians, so they just hire someone in your area. In West Palm Beach they like to work with A&Z Plumbing. The technician from this company never arrives as scheduled, the communication between the office and technician is poor, especially after hours. Terrible experience! I am about to cancel my plan!

DO NOT Fall for this Home warranty. 1st time did it with American Home Warranty as a horrible experience tried this with Home Select Warranty. I paid regular maintenance of my HVAC up to $900 out of my pocket, and when it came down to help with a repair, all I got approved towards was $150! I paid $500 for this service and instead they help with just $150 towards my HVAC repair. How are these people allowed to be in business? Save your $500 for a real repair. Not worth it!

Like this company, and have had good luck. Only question mark is how they handled my microwave. The display went out. All they did was offer me $50 to go buy a new one, and have it installed, and said they don't fix them. Hmmm. Seemed like my $400 microwave needed more attention that that. Otherwise, of course, my service has been good. Then, got a call today that my warranty was expiring soon. I re-upped on the phone, with Isaac, and everything was taken care of.

Run away from this company. When you close with them everything looks perfect and they give you discount, extra months, low service call fee and then when you have a problem they solve in the worst and cheap way possible. I had a problem on my thermostat (air conditioning) and they replaced for a inferior one, extremely cheaper. They said they had no obligation to replace for something similar than the one that I had before. This is the cheap price paid. Don't fall into that.

I spoke with Bruce **, and he was absolutely great. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and tried to help me out in any way that he could to get me the best "bang for my buck", especially because I am a senior citizen. I would highly recommend him. I asked him all about the different plans and what was covered, and he explained the differences between them. Even when he placed me on hold, he apologized for the extended wait time.

I called and talked with a Jonathan ** about looking to change the type of coverage that I had for almost 5 years now. I explained to him my coverage requirements and what I was paying (I will be 65 years old in soon). With retirement right around the corner I wanted similar coverage if not better and looking NOT to have to pay so much each month. He very kindly discussed numerous kinds and coverage along with pricing. I appreciated his concern for my home's needs along with what I actually could afford. I feel like I am getting more Bang for my Buck now!

I needed my dryer outlet inspected because it was not working. Select sent someone the next day and they repaired within a relatively short time. The repair would have cost me a lot more time, money, and stress without the warranty. They worked around my schedule and explained exactly what was needed once at the home. Additionally, the service fee was very low compared to other home warranties. Please read your coverage carefully and ask questions to the informed representative when you call in your claim. (Be informed!)

Filing a claim was very easy. And they came out super quick and handle the situation for me. I would recommend them to anyone. If you ever are looking for a reasonable and reliable home warranty company then this is your company to go with!!! I dealt with Adam today at Select Home Warranty and the process was extremely painless. Adam explained things extremely thoroughly and the coverage/price was great. The buyer/seller protection really helped, it let me purchase the warranty pre-close without any worry of being out the cost if closing falls through. The purchase process was quick and easy. Oven needed a new element which our contractor supplied. There was a significant delay because the work wasn't approved in a timely manner. The work was done professionally and quick after approval. The contractor and I tested the unit which heated up very quickly. So this was a win for us. We will be testing it out this weekend with a pizza or some chicken. I am hoping for other services in the future go this smoothly.

The agent who sold us our home warranty is Jeff **. We found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful concerning the decision to purchase this policy. He easily explained everything and answered our in-depth questions quickly and accurately. He also helped us understand the necessity to purchase additional coverage for our septic tank. He did all of this plus more without be pushy or seeming hungry to just close the deal. As a retired Lt Colonel with 28+ years of service, I have learned to recognize talent, drive, and dedication to the mission very very quickly and Jeff exhibits all of these qualities. He was very helpful and explained the coverage and the discounts on how it worked and offered me several options. We had a home warranty on the house when purchased and quickly learned it's value, but after replacing most of the old systems in the house, let it lapse. One service call from a plumber for a leaky toilet cost more than the warranty for a year, so decided it was time to get a new home warranty. I was happy to get the discount offered and the two extra months of coverage, but was somewhat dismayed by the push to sell me additional years of coverage. Over the coming year of coverage, we will see how the service compares to American Home Shield, our previous warranty service.

Was expecting a little more than $125 for replacing a cooktop, but I guess something is better than nothing. I am still trying to find a top. Even used cooktops are more than what was agreed upon. Also, it did longer than expected for you to get the report from the contractor. He said he sent it, you said you didn't get it, back and forth. This was very frustrating going back and forth with select and the contractor. The experience with the contractor when he did come out was not that good either. He was actually going to leave my house with my power off.

My washer stopped working and there are no repaired for this brand in the area I work. They tried very hard to get someone from out of town to no avail. They offered me a settlement that I agreed on and I am purchasing a new one. They also gave me a free month of insurance. I am recommending this insurance to my parents who are looking for something like this. They were on top of this through the whole process.

Just signed up so can’t rate service. Customer service so far has been good. Abraham ** was persistent but nice. Answered questions and we feel we got a good rate. Unfortunately we had called before and ordered policy but apparently “wasn’t processed”. This is the first time we got a home warranty and want to have peace of mind. Hope we don’t need service but if we do counting on prompt reliable service as guaranteed.

While the first contractor assigned dropped out, I was so happy with the service provided to diagnose and get approved my furnace repair. Customer service was very helpful and fast at responding to my questions. Hopefully getting the repair completed will be as great of an experience as getting the repair approved- thank you for your help! Hopefully I will not need future repair work, but it is a comfort to know SHW is there by my side in case I do!

I was very much interested in keeping my house contents working all the time and then I seen the advertisement on protecting and fixing my contents. You always wander who to call for pluming or hot water heater and after talking with them I was hooked. I figure if they have people like the man on the phone then I knew I chose the right place. I originally called to get information about purchasing a home warranty for a house I am selling. However, the representative I spoke with showed me the advantages getting more warranty for less cost. So as a result of his skilled upselling I purchased a one year warranty on the house I'm selling for $450 with $45 service calls and 2 months free. I also purchased for my private home a 5-year warranty for $1,750 with $45 service calls, a free covered item, and another year free. I had expected to be quoted approximately $1,500 per year. This was a pleasant surprise.

They had very good friendly customer service over the phone. But I have just signed the new warranty it's only been a few hours. So over the phone all was good but we shall see if once service is needed if they can exceed other companies. I cannot comment as far as work wise and what will happen once submitting for actual services but let's hope the same good, fast services are provided as the advertise.

One for my primary residence, and the other for my rental home. I still need a number fixed on my Mapleton house warranty agreement. My warranty good until September 2022. l should get October 2022. Please advise. This policy covers rentals as well and I’m very happy to have it as the cost is protected from increasing parts and labor. As a home owner I feel protected from all the things that can breakdown. Thank you for the Super Bowl discount and lowering my repair call fee. Abraham explained the coverage very well and I got the 3 year fixed policy. I Hope everything was true and I don’t have to worry about expertise on the service plus expensive parts.

Was contemplating whether to get home warranty and if I did with whom but after talking to Ralph, I was completely sold and went with the 5 years that he recommended. I think I made a good investment. The price, length of service, the amount of equipment covered, value, and Ralph's explanation removed any doubt I had. I feel at ease now because if anything breaks, I don't have to worry about who to call and how much will it cost me.

Very good agents. The agent explain to me other options available for long term contract. He was generous for explaining how much money I would save going long term. He also explain to me what was cover and how much my service fee was for different contract. He was polite, very accurate, and I would recommend Select Home Warranty to my friends.
