We went on vacation and upon return had to file several claims. Upon speaking with the representatives, they all seemed genuinely concerned, which made me feel a lot better. Each claim was promptly processed. I would recommend Select Home Warranty to all of my family and friends. My sister and her husband have already made the switch. Thanks Select Home Warranty I know my family and I made the right choice. This was our first experience in filing a claim and I am telling all of my family and friends about the coverage that Select Home Warranty provides for Appliances and Plumbing and I have to mention the value for the money. You cannot find another warranty company that covers all of the appliances and plumbing at these fair monthly fees. Me and my family are very pleased and satisfied with Select Home Warranty!

Great job. Good value for what they mentioned they can do. Have my fingers crossed. Owning a home worried me with all the repairs that could be needed. Definitely a peace of mind. Let’s hope that I never have to use it. My salesperson was very informative about how the program works. I’d definitely recommend this company to others. With having an expensive boiler for heat it just makes sense to have this warranty.

Bought a warranty, it states in the contract "Replace or repair". I filed a claim for my dishwasher after it stopped working. They sent someone out to collect my $45 and I was told he would order the part. I waited 2 weeks before calling to see what the hold up was, they asked me to provide photos of the serial and model numbers. Keep in mind, this dishwasher was bought new 3 years ago. After another week I got an email stating the cost to repair is greater than the value. Well, in that case they want me to have it repaired or replaced, submit a claim and they will reimburse me $150! Now where can I have it fixed or replace for 150?? I just paid $45 for you to reimburse me 150 plus the monthly cost for this warranty?? I left a review with Facebook which they blocked me. The group I'm in is "Select home warranty complaints". Many other people have the same issue. Run!!!

Abraham ** helped me with my order for coverage for home I am renting out. He offered additional discounts by paying more upfront. He explained the level of coverage and the process only took less than 15min. He was professional and knowledgeable. I waited until I received my policy via email and was very patient. I was skeptical at first with all the discounts presented. I am satisfied so far and will refer to friends. Thanks Select Home Warranty for the prompt service.

Received a call this morning from Richard to confirm the 1 year warranty, but then offered a 5 year warranty, which we accepted. Richard was very professional in speaking and in his knowledge of his business. He explained it very thoroughly and answered all my questions. It's a comfort knowing that with a new purchase, and not knowing the condition of the furnace, water heater, etc., that it will be covered to be replaced with a small deductible. It really offers us peace of mind for the next six years.

This is the second time (renewal) that I have chosen this company for my home warranty. They are courteous, professional and extremely helpful. There is always someone to speak with when you call to report an issue. Their costs for a repair person to come on the house are the lowest that I have found in the industry. They also cover so many more systems and items. This gives me peace of mind and it is a wonderful value. In addition, they give a pretty nice discount. Other companies that I have spoken with did not offer that. I would definitely recommend this company!

Phone conversation as to possible SHW coverage was pleasant with Chase **. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He recommended a multi year contract, but did not aggressively oversell which I greatly appreciated. I will be happy to extend to multi-year once/if I experience positive Select Home Warranty service and coverage. I'm hoping not to have to use the home warranty too much as that means something has gone wrong, but if I do, I hope the positive comments about SHW will ring true and that this purchase is a positive one.

It was a bad experience first as the agent was very rude but then got a follow up call and was offered some Incentives which were good. I hope the service standards are met in future when and if I need a service call to prove your company credentials as I am using it for the first time. You should also have a follow up service recovery as it was not good the first time.

I don’t have the claim or order numbers but the woman who answered my call was very helpful and knowledgeable. She got the information on timely basis. I asked her if my claims had been approved, she looked for the report and this of me they had been approved. She said as soon as they made contact with Company then someone would be calling me back to set up an appointment to get my appliances repaired!

Good Service. I had already chosen Select as new provider while still using American Home Shield. Price was better and service fees less. Opted for 5 year coverage, reducing yearly amt and service fees substantially plus one free year. Nathan was persistent but polite. I contacted him when I was ready to sign. He pointed out benefit of extended coverage (years). Should work out well for Warranty coverage. What more is there to say?

A representative was able to request a new contractor to come to my home to fully diagnose the issue with the ice maker. Another contractor came to my home without scheduling an appointment with me. The contractor did not complete a full diagnosis of the issue. Thank you for taking care of the problem. I truly appreciate the second representative from Select Home Warranty for listening to my issue and requesting a new contractor to come to my home to diagnose the issue with the ice maker.

I had an issue with my garbage disposal at the condo unit. Select Home Warranty were quick to call and get my claim set up. Friendly representatives. Easy to use claim process. I will be reimbursed the price for the unit after I do the install. The contractors was on time when I had made a claim in the past. It was a plumbing issue and the contractor was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely fashion. I have been using Select Home Warranty for 3 years now and enjoy the service.

I called to transfer my service to a new home. The process was very fast and easy to complete. The representative refunded the remainder on my previous home and started service for my new home. Excellent customer service as usual. I'm always very happy with this company. I recommend them to everyone I know when they purchase a home. I had a problem with billing or just a little miscommunication. Once I brought it to their attention they were very fast to correct the issue. Customer service was A+. They took the time to explain everything and made sure that I had no further questions. I haven’t made any claims but there’s no doubt in my mind that all of my needs would be met. I called about a recent storm that seemingly caused electronics to break as the screen turned black on one and the other the touchscreen stopped working; even though they have their own warranty I'd like my home evaluated for electrical issues or a breaker problem. Select Home Warranty accepted the claim promptly and assigned an electrician to me as well within a day. They're courteous and easy to work with. Everything was smooth and simple to handle from start to finish.

They help me so I could get my plumbing fixtures fix. They said I would have to pay $49.99 annually for plumbing and lighting fixtures. Very kind and answered all my questions. I got my emails quick. They I should get a call from Drain Doctor Toledo Plumber In 12 hours. If I don’t hear from the Drain Doctor Toledo Plumber In 24 hours call their number 419-473-8728. Customer Service and the billing department were kind and curious. I would recommend Select Home Warranty Company to my family and friends and share Select Home Warranty on my Facebook page a Social Media.

Updated on 05/03/2019: SHW failed to deliver the warranty service. They offer incentives to customers for leaving positive reviews. The reviews are not about a claim experience. They are about the sale experience. They charge $75 plus prorated time to cancel your warranty, even if they failed to provide a service to you. I spent a month and went through 20+ correspondences for a dishwasher claim and I still don't have a resolution. I finally canceled. The customer service is irresponsive and departments seem to not have any communication in between.
Original Review: I purchased multi year warranty for two houses. I filed a claim for a dishwasher and they connected me to a local appliance repair company. The company made an appointment and did not show up. I called Select and Select scheduled the company the second time. The contractor did not show up again. Twice it was a no call no show. If Select is unable to provided qualified repair contractors then what am I paying for? I took off especially to attend to these appointments and it was a complete waste of time!

Very happy with the level of service I received. Alan ** did a great job with explaining all the details of the program prior to me accepting to join. We are moving our account away from the home America Home Shield. We are looking forward to starting our new program with Select Home Warranty. The price that you guys offered as well as the level of coverage that you offered makes this program seeing much better than what we currently have. Jonathan ** was fast and easy to work with, and helped make the settlement/closing process that much easier. He was knowledgeable about the warranty plan and a pleasure to speak with. As first-time home buyers, it can be very daunting to potentially encounter multiple repairs that we don’t have expertise or experience dealing with. We feel at ease knowing that we Select Home Warranty and at a fair price. We recommend Jonathan and Select Home Warranty based on the easy, hassle-free process and the fact that our warranty covers roof leaks, which we found that not all warranties will cover.

NOT HAPPY with their initial (1st) claim, the communication was non-existent. I was chasing the issue down daily. Then the declination of my second claim is completely unwarranted. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Homeowner who uses Select Home Warranty. Had a plumbing issue that caused the plumbing to back up through the house. Called the warranty company and Customer service was spot on, and very understanding of the issue. Worked fast to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. They contacted a local plumber company call Rotor Man and they came as soon as they could to fix the issue as well. They were Fast and professional service. Will and have recommended both companies to family and friends.

I worked with Zachary who expertly explained the home warranty coverage to me. He was superb in securing additional discounts for the plan I chose. Based on my interaction with Zachary, I decided to go ahead and purchase the home warranty. The process was informative and simple. I researched several home warranty plans, looking at the fine print of each. Select was the most comprehensive warranty I could find. Select was also very competitive price wise.

The previous contractor would not provide the diagnosis so Jaime recommended getting a new one. Still waiting for the contact information. I received an email today that the new contractor info is in process. I like Select Home Warranty and have it on two of my properties. Wish it was offered in California. Select has the lowest deductible of any of the home warranty products on the market. I have done a lot of comparative shopping.

Fred ** gave great service, the great information and simple explanations, right down to the 60$ copay needed with calls to the house. Thank you. Very friendly and gave many options, We liked the extra time added to warranty thru June. We like the security it gives as a backup plan. I would recommend this service to others. I like the coverage on all the systems and appliances in the house. The convenience to use your own contractors is great and handy in the northern states.

High Low Plumbing sent tech Shavn for fix of kitchen sink with slow drainage in double sink. Repair done to perfection. Called on time and best service, he is best rep for High Low Plumbing Co. Flushed out double sink and cleaned up before he left. Also double checked the work, he did best work ever. Hope he stay with co. His work is good no problem but he should not loss time on phone. It should be done from office.

Fast and great customer service! Thank you. Allen was a great customer service representative. He provided me with all the benefits and discounts. I got a great price and was able to break it down in 3 payments. I just started the service and I hope it’s great if I need to use it. I’m glad they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I’m also glad they have prorated refunds and can be transferred to a new owner or to a new house. This plan is great for the price and has a low deductible. If you pay for more years, the deductible goes down and you can lock in the price. I really appreciate Allen for helping me get a plan I want and got me the best price. I plan on keeping this plan for as long as I have this house. I can’t say enough about how Allen helped me, I would’ve been paying over 500 a year with other companies.

Great representative on helping choose a plan. Great customer service. I would refer this company to everyone. This was included in our home purchase through my realtor. We have just moved in so we have not had an opportunity to test the claim process or the installers. Time will tell. The agent we have been in contact with has been great so far though. There was a bit of a hiccup in the beginning, where we should have gotten documentation sooner, but we worked with our realtor and it all got worked out without much inconvenience.

He told me I will receive several emails with the assigned electrician contact information, and I should be receiving a phone call from the electrician within 48 business hours. I did get in contact with the electrician and scheduled a service call. The electric repair company that they scheduled has excellent reviews on Google.com. Highly recommended. I found your representative very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a great rate. I was very satisfied with all he told me and the coverage seems great. The original electrician, the contractor was unresponsive. The Select Home Warranty representative is reassigning a new contractor. It will take up to 48 hours. Although, it was disappointing that the contractor selected was not responding and that it would take another 48 hours to be reassigned the representative was courteous and wanting to help. We have lost our lighting in the kitchen making using the kitchen a challenge. I would like for future reference for the company to respond quickly to situations that require a more urgent response.

Signing up with Select Home Warranty was easy and everything was well explained. Though I have not yet used the service, it seems like the coverage is comprehensive enough to serve my homeowner needs. The representative was polite and I felt that everything was made clear as far as what was covered and being able to use your own plumbers and electricians was a surprising piece of information. Usually, a service limits who you can use. Overall, a good experience.

I called up to learn about this service. The customer service of the agent was fantastic. I wind up signing up for three years. His knowledge was excellent also. The agent made the process seem so easy. He explained the coverages and if I have to call in for service what to expect so it was great. I liked how they on the price if you sign up for more than one year right away that several packages.

I called to ask about a problem I was having with an appliance. I explained what the appliance wasn’t doing and that it just stop working properly. I was told I could file a claim and would get back an answer in less than 24 hours. The representative explained the process how it works really well. The representative was very helpful. Chase ** was very good in explaining what was covered and the amount that he could offer the coverage to me. The policy seems to be good... and for 3 plus years. A total of 40 months for $1,050. I haven't seen the contract yet where these items are listed but I am sure that Chase was honest with me in the details of the policy. I am so glad that I saw this company on my computer. It will turn out to be great savings to me and my family. I am 70 years old and me and my wife are on a fixed budget.

Buyer Beware!!! Select Home Warranty will sound good at a reasonable price, but the customer service from outside the U.S. is useless. For example, I made a claim on 3/10 to repair a basic countertop oven. After 4 days, Select Home Warranty advised that they could not find anyone and gave me the option to find someone. I found an appliance repair facility in 5 minutes who came the next day. After isolating the problem, we called Select Home Warranty to authorize the repair. It has now been 7 days and I have spoken with Select Home Warranty 5X and I still do not have authorization to for the appliance company to purchase a $70 switch and then install it. I have heard these words from Select Home Warranty 100x, "I am sorry, I understand, I will expedite this," BUT, none of them have done anything. Highly recommend that you choose another Home Warranty company.

It was a very good experience. Since I did not use Whirlpool coverage and garage door opener and roof leakage I got a very good discount. I give Allen ** a thumbs up for a great experience. Sam ** spoke with me. He was extremely cordial and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me get the best offer available. I felt comfortable in doing business through him. He told me that Select H.W. guarantees same day service, which is a main reason I'm making a change--my former provider made no attempt to provide quick service in spite of the circumstances I was in, such as 5 day service to fix an air conditioner in August. Not acceptable!

Your supplemental "pool coverage" states in bold print that "heating system" is included; yet under the fine print it later states pump systems (the most common pool heating system in the world!) is excluded from coverage. This is disingenuous and misleading. I cannot overstate how disappointed I am in the service your company provided in resolving this issue. I would not recommend your organization to anyone looking for "peace of mind" as stated in your sales pitch.

At first, I felt very put on the spot to purchase. I didn't expect to get a phone call (3 times) after entering my information for a quote. Then my husband wasn't happy that I put him on the spot to listen to the offer. Though we both held our ground and didn't cave right away. Abraham did make an offer that was comfortable for us and we do feel it was worth the price to cover our home that is now 10 years old.

I was happy with what I originally ordered. I did not like the fact that I was called and was given a sales pitch to purchase an extended plan when it could have been offered on the website to begin with. I think that if there are many options that could be offered as alternatives to your coverage that you should be up front and have that available on your website for the customers' review.

Very easy to work with and great coverage for the price. The price was much better than anyone else I called and the salesperson was very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone especially first time home buyers who need the security of a home warranty. The option to add multiple years for a better rate was great, so now that is one less thing I have to worry about for 6 years. The coverage for roof leaks was something that no other company had available and was a nice addition.

Alan ** explained my contract to me. I still have a question about the deductible though. As it was explained, I thought it was a one time yearly deductible. I am now reading my contract and it looks like the $60 deductible is per service call. I have placed a follow up email to Alan and I am currently awaiting his response. Either way, I am happy with the contract. I would like to be sure though if my deductible responsibilities as soon as possible.

It seems that there are lots of exclusions when it comes to policies with Select. I’m starting to wonder what exactly you do cover. I have had several plumbing issues, including leaks and recommendations from plumbers with denials from your company. I have paid the service charge for someone to come out with no fix. I have a line leak to my kitchen sink and am now being told that it is s fixture problem. It is a leak in the line to my faucet. Not happy at all about the services you provide.

Our old model dishwasher stopped working. It stopped in the middle of a cycle and wouldn't drain the water. The repairman diagnosed stating that there weren't any repair parts available. Thus, the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Additionally, due to the age of the dishwasher - there was no replacement of like-kind. My experience with Select Warranty cumbersome - they lost my first submission, I had to resubmit, then resend receipts twice, then wait for 45 days to be reimbursed. I was not pleased with the turnaround time.

Daniel was very informative and made it easy for me to decide on a policy that works best for me. I signed up for 42 months and was able to use my families military status for more discounted rates. What better way to start in a new home than to have protection for all appliances and then some. I was originally only going to sign on for a year, but upon further discussion I realize the best plan and bargain for me would be the 42 months with 6 months added on for free.

I spoke with 2 different people. I signed up once (Jeff **-Jeff **) and then I received another call from another gentleman Troy ** (manager). I checked my bank statement and both charged for 2 different amounts. I called and left a message with Troy and I am waiting until tomorrow morning and hoping he will return my call and take care of the matter. I want him to take off one of the charges. Both gentlemen seemed knowledgeable and were offering good deal for the home warranty. They both explained the information to me. I just don't understand why Troy said that Jeff didn't process the order and that I wasn't going to be charged for what Jeff had written up.

Select Home Warranty responded to my claim within 24 hrs and they called me to set up an appointment the next day. The service I received was on point. The repair person arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and immediately realized what was wrong and submitted a ticket for the repair. Within 3 days my claim was approved and the damage was repaired shortly thereafter. Thank you for the prompt service and repairing the damage to quickly.

We did not have a working furnace for two days in very cold weather because this company kept giving me the run around. Finally I hired someone myself cause this could not go on any longer. Now I am only being reimbursed for 1/3 of the expense. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a warranty company. This is the third home warranty company I've ever dealt with and they are the only ones to treat me so poorly. I hope that if I have another claim before my policy expires it goes better, or unless they figure out a way to make up for this experience I will not renew or recommend them to anyone.

Was way too fast paced and rushed which I am from NY so that is a hard one for me to experience. The experience needs to be slower and allow for questions with review of terms. The quick call just by pulling up a site was a bit much and did not allow me to review your services and pricing options. This of course caused me to have to request time and multiple calls/emails before I was ready to purchase. It was also rushed once I was ready to agree to sign up, then I felt like I was being rushed to get off the phone. Customer experience needs to be better.

They did a good job. Pretty straightforward and gave me a couple discount options. I’m hoping the claim process is as easy. The price was very low in comparison to my current home owners policy and the agent on the phone was able to give me an even greater discount. They were also able to add additional coverage such as roof leak protection at no additional cost, which I appreciated. I was happy with my last home warranty company but after my year expired they raised my rates significantly. I happy to say these guys were able to offer a rate which was even lower than my original policy.

Isaac ** was very knowledgeable of the coverage Select Home offered. I am a home owner and have looked at several other companies with some of the coverage this company offers but did not find them to measure up to this companies program. He did not pressure the sale and answered all my question and was very helpful in making an informed decision. I would recommend this company to anyone who owns a house and would not be able fix the items in timely manner.

Great salesman. Only started out with one year ended up with three years. Gave me the low down on price saving per year and got me a deal for decreased cost per service call. Looking forward to having the service which I hope I won't need! I am glad he gave me his name and way to get a hold of him if any questions or concerns arose. Also happy that he explained that if I was unhappy with the service at any time, I could get a refund of any remaining monies.

Salesman was very pushy and rude. I hate being pressured. He very much Needs to gain listening skills and patience. Very good value and discounts are great. I hope that customer service will be better in the future. I have switched over to your company from American Home Shield due to their services going up a $100. I tried to explain to the salesman that even though he was giving me a great value with a five year plan that I’m unemployed right now and can’t afford to pay all of that money up front but I could not get a word in edgewise. I could tell he was very annoyed and talking over me and almost yelling.

I made a pool claim Thursday morning, I called (Julian's) 3/14/19 10:44am after I was emailed by Select, and left a message to call me or email me. Monday I called Select back and advised them I had not been called or no-one has been to my house. I was placed on hold, and was advised (Julian's) did not answer for Select either. I was assigned (Southwest) as new tech. Today 3/20/19 12:16pm I received a call saying they would be at my house tomorrow. I called Select to let them know. Anyway Southwest showed up and they were going to contact Select for approval for the parts.

This is my very first year and first claim with Select Home Warranty. The representative were very responsive to address my first claim and they assigned the technician within 24 hrs of reporting the issue. The assigned technician came back to my home the same day to address the issue. I would recommend to go with Select Home Warranty since they have superior customer service, economical price compared to other service providers in this space.

I was contacted extremely fast - almost too fast. I had just put in my information on the website and my phone rang. I hadn't really had time to look into the company yet. However, the agent was very friendly. I'm looking for a specific item/system to be covered for our home. Most companies do not cover it. Yesterday I had a phone call from another warranty company that I had planned on using. The salesman was very pushy and rude. Called Select today and talked to Daniel. Very professional, informative and told me all the options. No pushiness there. After he had answered my questions, I was convinced that Select was the way to go. The representative at Select Home Warranty was courteous and answered all of my questions. I compared several companies and Select was by far the most reasonable. I purchased the combination plan which includes appliances and Air conditioner and heating units. The monthly payment was in my budget and the service call fee was less than others. I liked that this company was recognized and had been voted by others as best in service for the last couple of years. It's important to know that I can trust them if I have an unexpected problem that I can count on them to handle it.

Filed claim for broken clothes dryer on December 31, 2018. Today is March 20, 2019 and they still have not sent anyone to repair. They have "assigned a contractor" to us twice, but both times the contractor was hundreds of miles away and does not travel to our location. We have been using the laundromat and relatives' machines when possible. I have never been so frustrated with a company. We pay almost $50 a month to them in order to have peace of mind on our 5 year old home, and should have never switched from the original company we were using just to save a few dollars.

I have been without heat for 2 weeks since the technician came to my house because my "claim is being processed." Now I get an email saying they need pictures of the unit and maintenance records. I have only been here a year so this is my first maintenance. Also, the technician that was here working would have a better idea of what they would need and should have sent pictures. If I could give 0 stars I would. Have 1 bathroom with a stoppage, they send a plumber out who has no tools and says he will have to come back the next day. I am then informed snaking my vent is not covered and he will not come back out after my husband took off work to meet him. When I call for an explanation they tell me that it is not covered but they cannot tell me where in the contract and then they tell me that it was because I paid small money for my warranty. I purchased the platinum up front. It wasn't the most expensive but it is not small money to someone who goes to work every day for it!!! If I had paid for the $1500 or $3000 warranty then maybe just a simple stoppage would be covered! Worst customer service, worst experience, would never recommend them!

Signed up on January 11th for the Platinum Care package. On March 11th I submitted a claim for my refrigerator which stopped working. The claim was assigned to a local appliance repair company who came out and stated the compressor had shorted out, wasn't worth replacing, and was recommending the unit (whole refrigerator) be replaced. Several days later I received an e-mail which stated the following:
"Dear Donald **, We have processed claim #** for your Refrigerator for policy #**. After a Review concerning the specific issue with your claim, we have determined that your Policy Does Cover this item, and you have been Approved for the Full Available Cap of $150.00 for the Repair. Please refer to your policy section 10. You may use this Reimbursement towards Repair or Replacement. Please send us your paid invoice of the repair/replacement." That's $150.00. For a refrigerator.
Here is what section 10 of the contract states: "(F)or appliances (non-heating or cooling) in the first three months, a $150 repair/replacement allowance will be paid to the customer. This repair/replacement allowance will increase to $500 after the first three months of coverage. For additional coverage options in the first three months a $150, repair/replacement will be paid to the customer. This repair/replacement allowance will increase to $400 after the first three months of coverage. In the event that the part is not available, Select's responsibility is to reimburse for the value of the part up to the policy limits." I immediately cancelled my plan/policy. Technically, they're correct. However, neither the salesman not their website advertise this, they will lead you to believe you can make complete claims after 30 days. I think it's important that you pay attention to this before purchasing a plan/policy from Select Home Warranty.

She helped me file my refrigerator request and helped me put a hold on my order so that I could take time to think about what I wanted to do. I really appreciated all the work that she did. The process of filing a claim is a big waste of time! I called them and the automated system says to go online to submit a claim then it tells you that someone will call you after its reviewed. I got an email the next day saying they have questions and to call them which is what I did in the first place! Big waste of time if you can fix the issue on your own for less.

The initial set up for a claim has been very easy. I entered the information online then someone called to confirm the next day. I received a timely email explaining the process. The work has not been completed yet but I am sure it will go well. I will happily return to do another review once the technician is able to complete the work. I feel better having this insurance. I’m a single woman and know nothing about working on appliances or other. I would recommend this insurance for anyone in my shoes. You can sleep better at night. Received a call to discuss my online application. He verified the coverage that I had selected and explained that I did not enter my property address. The representative explained to me the benefit of purchasing for the entire year. I explained I couldn't afford to pay for the entire year right now, he then offered to split the payment into two. He also explained that the service call fee would be reduced from $100 to $60. He also explained the coverage of the policy. Very happy with my first experience.

However my issue with the oven is still not resolved, due to the technician, that was supposed to come out never contacted me, when I finally got thru to him, he advised he would come out on Friday March 15 but did not show and never called. Every time I submitted a claim they came up with an excuse not to replace or repair. For my cooktop they wouldn't pay the for the replacement of it citing that they don't cover installation. For my pipes that had an overgrowth of grass in it they stated they wouldn't cover to replace them because my pipes were rusted even though the tech stated they weren't. That's just a couple of instances. Don't get coverage from this company. They are a sham.

There is easy access to the website for SELECT HOME WARRANTY to make a claim. The online process for filing a claim is very self explanatory. The response to my claim was within a few minutes of filing my claim. The employee I spoke to explained the process very thoroughly. They ensured they understood exactly what the problem was. Customer service is outstanding. I received validation of our conversation within minutes of our call in email. I received the Contractor's name within hours of my claim on a Saturday.

I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and could not explain why your company wouldn't cover my a/c issue. They sent me a section of the contract that says what you cover and don't cover. It's clear to see that the item that needs to be replaced is covered under my policy. Also, I asked for a pdf file showing me the entire contract, I never received it and the manager hung up on me. I will be canceling my policy shortly.

Due to the boiler in the house not working there is no heat. It was difficult waiting on the approval process to review our claim with no heat in the home and a blizzard on the way. But we waited and gave them all of the receipts and pictures and records they requested. So I guess under their rules and the policy purchased we are to receive a $150 from the warranty for a $1400 dollar repair bill I guess that is what they feel is appropriate.

Bought the year warranty. When I bought it the guy on phone told me plenty of contractors in my area would clear up claims within a week. File a claim for my washer 2 and a half months ago. They give me the run around saying all contractors are busy in my area. Finally last week they tell me they don't have contractors in my area at all. I asked for a full refund they say can only do a portion but wouldn't tell me how much. I got scammed into buying this. I told them if they can't fix my washer then they aren't fulfilling their side of the contract. They give you free months worth of service for good reviews on their site and they wont let you leave bad reviews. Don't be scammed by them. They also say you can get your own contractor and get reimbursed by them but all the reviews elsewhere say they deny those claims. My next step is the BBB and Attorney General's office as they are scamming people.

It had now been more than 48 hours since my claim was dispatched & I have received no contact from any local technicians. I am not sure what process the company follows to expedite claims dispatch, but I am not very satisfied at this point. It appears that there is no follow-up once the claim has been dispatched.

Abraham ** was able to get me a great rate locked in for 3 years (with a half year free) at low deductible. Crushed the competition. The only complaint was that I said no thank you a lot, only to be offered another special, or deal, so I felt pressured. However, I did wind up getting a great deal, so I can't complain too much in the end. As long as their service lives up to the deal he gave me, I will be happy. Abraham gets 5 stars overall but I give 4 stars to customer service overall due to the pressure they put on potential customers and without knowing how the service is when I actually have a claim. I can't give 5. I will write a follow up review on major forums after my first service experience.

First off I see there commercial I was like, "OK this seems great." I call, get setup, I feel like I have sercuity for my home if anything happens. So now my hot water heater stop working so I called repairman, says it need to be replaced. I'm like glad I have a great home warranty plan. Ohhhhhhhhhh was I fooled so this section 6.7.1 or something like that comes up that I have no clue about pops up. You not approve for replacement. What the heck. So I'm very angry. The agent who took my call was friendly and helpful. I needed my thermostat replaced because it was not communicating with my furnace properly and they called me back within 2 hours with the phone number of a technician who could help me. I recommend this service to those shopping for a home warranty plan. I had an issue where my drain needed to be replaced and that service was not covered by the warranty plan, but they allowed me to hire my own plumber & once they wrote up a quote and diagnostics receipt, SHW reimbursed me for what I paid.

I received good detailed answers to all questions and good descriptions of the differences between all three home warranty plan options. I liked that they didn't have a cap on individual items but had a collective cap on all items. Costs are competitive. Didn't have to jump through hoops and do all kinds of paperwork to get it started. Both individuals I spoke with knew their product. Felt they were the best company after calling other companies.

Filing the claim was easy, they found a repairman quickly and in our local area. He came out at the time frame he said he would, was clean and courteous. Nice experience. He returns in a few days with the part to repair the Dryer. We paid only 45.00. We've had other plans where the service call (deductible) was 100.00 and had to pay additional amounts! Mark did a good job of comparing our current coverage with Select's coverage. He did a good job of going over the various plans (3/5 yr. vs 1 yr) and the costs savings they offered. Received a callback immediately from a representative regarding the 3 levels of the Select Home Warranty options. Representative was knowledgeable and provided as good overview of the pricing options to include multi year discounts. Pricing was competitive and covered major homes systems to include roof leaks. Policy information was emailed immediately and outlined coverages and limits. Would be a good idea in the future to discuss the coverage limits upfront, however the booklet is clearly written and does statement exclusions and limits. Given all waranty companies do have exclusions, the pricing for this one is very reasonable and compared to other home warranty companies. Would recommend to others as a good option for those looking to purchase a home warranty.

Spoke with Richard ** at Select Home Warranty today and purchased a 1 year warranty. Richard was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. It's tough when you're on a budget and something breaks...what then? Thanks to Select Home Warranty, those fears have been wiped away. One of our biggest fears living in the south is our A/C breaking down, and with summer approaching, we don't need that issue. But if it does, I now have a warranty to cover those possibilities. Alan was very good to work with, courteous, knowledgeable and came up with the best plan to suit my needs... I will recommend Select Home Warranty to my family and friends... In researching, I found this to be the best deal in home service warranties. Be sure to ask about the multi year plans... I got a 3 year plan which includes a price lock, lower service call out of pocket, and roof leakage coverage included for a great price...

Not only did the belt break on our opener but we had a spring break also. Lyle's Garage Door Service was prompt and speedy in fixing it, they also work with Select Home Warranty. I will recommend both companies to anyone. This has been a good experience. The techs were friendly and did a great job. Then they cleaned up after themselves. So I had no problems at all. If there is a better way to have it fixed I dont know what it would of been.

I have had another Home Warranty for the past 10 years. I understand costs increases and rode along with them even though it seemed when I used a lot of my time searching for repair people myself. Upon my renewal contract arrival I thought I would take a look to see what was out there. I requested a free price quote from Select Home Warranty. I received an immediate callback from Abraham who not only gave me the full explanation of coverage but also a great price on BETTER coverage than I had. He was understanding of the coverage I needed and saved me money. I highly recommend him and Select.

Considering I have very little free time due to work & having a small child in school. I was very pleased. This was a quick process & Jeff was able to find additional discounts for me. I am also very happy they offer coverage for my sprinkler system which many companies do not. They also provided roof leak coverage for no additional cost which is a great value. Since I had coverage with another company he was able to make my coverage effective immediately & to me having that peace of mind is everything. I look forward to working with Select Home Warranty in the future.

The customer service worker was great at listening to my concerns. He handle everything. He very knowledgeable. Indoor air service called within next 2 hours. After, I spoke to the customer service rep. water flooded my kitchen floor and the basement water came from the bottom of my sink, Indoor Air Service Inc, was able to come out the same day, that is truly awesome. Updated on 05/30/2020: Great customer service on the phone. Agent was caring and helpful and seemed to try and answer my questions. A good warranty for the price but sometimes take a while for contractors to get back to you for servicing. Disappointed on coverage of ceiling fan which they paid an amount for instead of coming out to service. We had to submit bill for prorated price of fan.

Rep was very pleasant and very helpful. Explained what coverage would be good for me but did not pressure me. Got a very good coverage plan that will be great. Give me peace of mind if something breaks down. Very happy with what we are getting. I called another place and he was really rude when I told him I did not have my bank card at that time. I would call him back as soon as I got it back. I hung up on him. Your rep told me that I could call him the next morning and he gave me his no and I called him the next day with my card in hand. Home Select's team member, Johnathan **, was responsive and attentive. He made the difference in verifying the language of the warranty to ensure all elements agreed upon were covered. His customer service and knowledge of the product was exceptional. Product offered includes coverage not seen in other competitive home warranty policies. Additional coverage and per visit service fee were more than reasonable. Maintenance records are necessary when attempting to obtain repairs. Service for the warranty does not begin until 30 days after the purchase date.

The person that I spoke with was Fred **. He was very knowledgeable and well as friendly and understanding. He was able to explain your product well and also let me know in full detail what you cover so that I full understood what I was getting. He also made sure that I would get the best plan that would service me and my family. I had a different service before and he was knowledgeable enough to show me the difference between the two plans without downgrading your competition but to also show that your service is better with respect and pride in the product that he is representing.

My garbage disposal started making a horrible noise about 10 days ago. I checked to see if anything had fallen inside but nothing detected except the blades. I was pleased with the quick response to my claim. The customer service rep was professional and courteous and explained that SHW would probably replace my garbage disposal. Friendly and continued the entire time to tell how bad all the other companies were so I bought the 4 warranties and what a mistake. They misrepresented everything, they tell you if an item in your home is broken they will fix or replace it. NOT true, they will find any way they can to get out of paying. I would say there best line is The item was not properly installed, just to sum it up I had 3 HVAC units go out and they covered $0!! Yes $0. Number 1 you used the wrong Freon not covered. How did they test the Freon? Next they said it improperly installed.
Number 2 the Freon leaked out and the compressor burned up Not covered because they don’t cover Freon leaks so to get out of any claim just say Freon leak. Number 3 bad heat exchanger Not covered per the policy, remember they sell one we fix or replace it. But there is always a way out. Number 4 Dishwasher not draining, not covered they don’t cover recirculation pumps. Sum it up I wasted $1700 for nothing don’t buy from them. Try American Home Shield, when I had them they actually fixed item in your home that are broken.

Select Home Warranty was very helpful in responding to out call for assistance, and explaining the claim process during the evening when our furnace was not producing heat. They were in contact with the repair technician, who provided them the information needed for the claim approval. Once repaired, they were efficient in their response about what was needed for a successful claim process (which included a variety of pictures of the furnace), and were prompt in the processing our claim.

Would like to have had the option to have 3 to 5 years renewing annually and paying then. Rather than having to pay all at one time. Was offered 5 years at 368.00 but do not have the money to pay 5 years at one time.

I called to report my washer needed repair. It took a couple of days before I received an e-mail that my claim had been assigned; however, the repair company did not contact me and after 24 hours I called. No answer - 2 days later - no answer. I then called customer service and they said they would assign another repair company. They assigned one company and apparently they could not come and they finally have assigned another company. I received the e-mail today, so now I am waiting until I hear from the new repair company. Although I am not happy with the delay your representatives were very cordial and professional. Now my wait begins.

When I purchased the warranty I explained to the sales rep that we JUST bought the home. Our blower just went out on our heat, they sent someone out inspect it, I paid my 45.00 service call, went through a lot of back and forth, he said she said calls, then they said I had to show proof of maintenance on the unit. I sent them the only one I had from a year ago, when we bought the home, when it was initially serviced, they came back with NOW I needed to show the THREE years worth. Which I CAN'T as I did not own the home 3 years ago, and the man who did, is deceased. Total scam. Was NEVER told this when purchased, or obviously, I would not have bought it knowing I JUST BOUGHT THE HOME. I was warned NUMEROUS times by another warranty company, CHOICE, and unfortunately, I chose to ignore them. HUGE mistake on my part!!!

Overall, I have no issues with the company. Every time I put in a service request they fulfill their duties. The only time I had an issue it wasn't their fault but the fault of the contracted repairman who never came back to repair my stove after ordering the part. It took a 3 way call with me, Select and the repairman to get him out to finish his job after dodging me for a month. Things otherwise went smooth. My only complaint is that I was never contacted by phone or email to renew my contract. I had to call in myself, apparently someone dropped the ball. But my contract is renewed now. No other issues. I am glad of my selection.

The gentleman provide good customer service. He was good at providing information on signing up for the service. He informed me of the different types of services also the cost of the jobs how long the service would be. I did ask for a Identification number which he never provide. Going into my 3rd year of owning our home, I wanted to make a switch to a new home warranty company. The overall service and price of my previous company was not very good. When setting up my new account the rep was very knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were explained to my satisfaction when ordering my new service. Because my wife and I are senior citizens, Zachary found the program that was the best fit for us. We selected the three year program gaining extra months of coverage. I did my research on different companies offering coverage and chose Select Home based on positive reviews and a representative that took the time to make me feel comfortable with the company product.

The representative verified my contact info; determined that I needed a contractor; explained the process; and asked if there was anything more I needed. I explained that we are functioning without water during our wait. She explained the estimated wait. I reiterated our urgency. CSR was quick, answered all and set me up in less time that it takes to check my balance at the bank. I am very happy. All 5 star. I called and spoke to Nathan previously and he was a great help in comparing your warranty to the one that is expiring that I have now. I needed well and septic and was told the platinum roof leakage well septic and two free month with 60 deductible and it was all better than my renewal offer. Thank you for 5 star service so far.

Run directly to another home warranty company. Loads of fine print on items you thought were covered are actually NOT!!! Tried this company to save a few bucks over American Home Shield. This company has great salesmen, but terrible follow thru. I was persuaded to purchase a warranty plan. When I found out I couldn't afford it I attempted to cancel the plan, as I was told I had 10 days to cancel. (I called the very next day) I was transferred to several different people and finally was told it was going to cost me to cancel, even when I agreed to this they continued to refuse to cancel and kept offering me "deals". My experience with Select Home Warranty was pretty good. The only thing I had a issue with was when I called I was speaking with one gentleman and I had a list of questions I wanted to ask. He seemed annoyed and ended up transferring me to someone else because he said he had other calls to get to... The second person I talked to was very helpful, patient, and kind. Jonathan explained all of our coverage options as well as multiple plan lengths and how they compared in regards to cost. I really appreciated Jonathan's time this afternoon and I know my family will too. We let our warranty lapse after the first year, but I regretted not having the peace of mind. Came out on January 31st to access the situation and now just getting part fixed today 14th March 2019. I was given excuse after excuse. I wouldn't recommend Select to anyone!! Talked to managers and personnel every day. Will not renew with them. Very dissatisfied!! Didn't have heat and no one came out to fix the problem, but they took my $60.00 co pay.

Jeff ** was very patient while placing the order for our Home Warranty Plan. He gave me all the options and time to decide what option I wanted. The Home Warranty seems to be a good value. I recommend Select Home Warranty for a couple of reasons. They have a low service call fee compared to other home warranty companies which makes it easier to call when there is a problem. They also worked with me when renewing my policy to split my payments. Their customer service team is also very helpful. I had an issue with my master bathroom tub and the representative found a way to ensure that my problem would be covered. Pleased so far.

Oven quit heating, called Select and within the hour the call was returned to me, followed up by an email. The next day an email was sent to me providing me with the name and number of the repair service. Called them, said they would come same day, even gave me a call when they were on the way to my house. Repaired my oven on the spot. Excellent service! Would recommend to friends and family!

My wife and I had decided to renew our home warranty after getting our tax refund. We shopped around and found that for the price and the extra features available (extra months + amount covered, and cost of visits) this was the best option for us. We know how useful and comforting it is to have. The renewal period of around tax refund time makes it practical as well. I would have loved to have taken them up on the offer to have up to 6 years but that is a little more than a family can handle.

I was pleased with the representative and impressed with how quickly the call came. Everything was explained very clearly and we signed up knowing that everything would be taken care or. The phone experience was ok. The experience as a whole with SHW has been horrible. Not satisfied! I filed my claim in November and it is now March and still no progress. You guys are failing to hold up to your end of the contract. I'm paying and getting nothing out of it. I just want SHW to do what they're supposed to do. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I may be getting a lawyer involved.

With kids in youth sports and my wife running a home daycare, we use our washer and dryer almost daily. When our dryer broke, I called Select Home Warranty. This is my first claim with Select and I was very impressed with their claims handling and customer service. The repair company and the repair tech that Select sent out was very knowledgeable. Freezer was not working on side by side ref. Food was beginning to thaw. Water was coming out of ice dispenser when you got ice out of ref. Moisture was on frozen vegetable bags. Noise from freezer running was louder than normal. I cleaned the seals to make sure there was there was no problems with that. I increased the temperature on freezer side and ref temperature. Hoping thar might help. I do not believe that helped any. We have been in the house since September of 2018. Refrigerator was in house and has performed nicely until today.

It appears that Select Home Warranty is having trouble finding a company in their database with experience or authorization to work on the Fisher Paykel dryer I have. So I will contract with a company in Pembroke, NH to fix the dryer, pay them and get reimbursed by Select Home Warranty after submitting the invoice to them. We'll see how that goes. Customer Service tells me that I will receive my check within 30 days.

I was having problems with the water pressure in the master bathroom sink. Warranty was very responsive and helpful in getting a technician to my house. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful in completing the problem. They informed me that the faucet was under lifetime warranty which I did not know. The warranty responded to the claim very timely and I would recommend using them in the future. The water pressure is now very strong and I have not had any more issues.

I called to get warranty plan information and signed up with Select due to the knowledge of the customer service representative, the price and the 30 day free cancellation. The customer service representative seemed a little pushy but I understand with him being in sales. I will review the contract upon emailed and the customer reviews from service calls to ensure what was stated is accurate. The 24 hour service guarantee seems nice as well.

Researched online and switched from a close competitor I had for 2 years. All sounds great but will not know until I file a claim. No online account system to login to for status updates and easy contract information retrieval. Process so far was easy and upfront. Value will come from having an issue and seeing how it gets resolved which was the issue I had with the competitive company. They had to recommend a contractor/company and they usually had low reviews locally.

One issue was the amount we had to wait on hold with the technician. We also got transferred three times. They didn’t have a technician for a septic pump, but we were able to find our own. I submitted a repair claim for our microwave oven that just stopped working. I received a phone call from Select Home Warranty within an hour from submitting the claim. The Customer Service Representative was very nice and she said they would replace the microwave oven in lieu of a repair. I received an email within 24 hours with the amount that they would pay for the replacement which was the depreciated value of the microwave oven less the service fee amount. I will still have to purchase a microwave and have it installed. Then I have to submit the invoice to Select Home Warranty and they will reimburse.

I would describe my time with Select Home Warranty as an overall good experience. They are quick to set up appointments with local pros. I made a call or two and they connected me with someone in the area to come out to my house at my convenience. They are reasonably priced with good coverage. The operator did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. I highly caution you using this warranty company. I suspect a lot of their high reviews are paid or not legitimate. It is March 13th and I have been trying to get a plumbing service handled since February 3rd. This is for our main bath with a completely inoperable shower/tub. This has been a huge inconvenience and disruption to our everyday life.
I've received multiple emails that they were trying to get a technician assigned to my plumbing claim (initiated February 3rd) and after a week since the last email I called and was told no technicians are available. I was told I need to find my own technician, pay out of pocket for the expensive repair and then I will be reimbursed after the review process which can take up to 30 days after they receive it.
As I was writing this review I received a call from the electrician assigned to my electrical claim. I had received an email over a week ago saying they were assigned and I should get a call within 24 hours so I finally called the electrician myself. I was told by him that he no longer works with Select Home Warranty because they were not paying claims out. It has been almost a year since his last claim was submitted to them, and we're talking about claims with small dollar amounts. He cautioned me to be very careful paying out of pocket because I'm likely to never be reimbursed. I'll be working on being reimbursed for my initial warranty cost... But guessing I'll never see a penny of it. So disappointing and appears fraudulent.

Our real estate agent provided us with several options for Home Warranty service providers, and I called Select Home Warranty first because of the great reviews. I can attest to the fact that the reviews were spot on, and the purchase was easy, quick and we saved a lot of money over other providers. Pool pump repairs - We were very pleased with the repair tech and the company. The claim filing was simply done online, got an email the next day and they dispatched someone out the next day. The service we got was great. The service was Hassle free and they got someone out to do the repairs in record time. Plumber was very knowledgeable and helped with my slow leak in my bathtub. He took a lot of time explaining what was needed to be fixed and did it. He also sent text letting me know how far away he was. He showed me pictures from attic and outside line. He had his dad with him for extra support. Abraham was very helpful to explain the coverage and existing offers. He was aggressive but not pushy or demanding. I would recommend using both Select Warranty Service and Abraham. The first rep I spoke with did not offer one of the discount packages that Abraham offered. Whether it was lack of knowledge or desire to generate additional revenue is not important. The important piece is that Abraham was either more knowledgeable or more forthcoming. Thus I signed up for not one but 3 years of service.

I had about 5 companies call me to sign up and Abraham was the best and got me the most competitive deal! He even offered me a extension for 5 years that was very hard to pass up. They even cover the roof for FREE?! Who does that? I felt that this was the best value and coverage out of the rest I researched and he actually seemed to care about my family and new home owner stuff ;).

I had low water pressure in my master bathroom and called Select Home Warranty customer service. The same day they already had my job assigned to a plumbing professional. I was notified they would be out to my home the next day. When they arrived my problem was quickly identified and corrected. Their service was fast and the folks who came to do the repairs were professionals. I have used Select Home Warranty for many years and have always been treated fairly by their service department. I would highly recommend Select Warranty to anyone who wants a good and fair service.

I spoke with Zachary and he was very professional and detailed. This is my first time buying a house, so he went through all of the details of what the policy would cover and how much I would be saving a year compared to if I didn't have the warranty. He also told me how to go about filing a claim and let me know that his company had repair workers who would come out any time of the day, even on weekends, in order to fix any issues I was having. I'm very glad I went with Select Home Warranty.

Additional information was needed on my claim in order to schedule a provider. I didn't get a call or an email from Select saying that I needed to contact them, so a few weeks went by before I thought to call to check up on the claim. Once I got on the phone, it was pretty quick. (The question was pretty ridiculous actually and I cannot believe no one pushed the claim through without asking such a ridiculous question, but whatever.)

Select Home Warranty was very professional and helpful during my decision making process on which company to select. The coverage options, reviews, and cost all seemed to be the best. Also, the payment options were very convenient. I really liked the way their website broke down the coverage areas and they were easy to understand and quantify. I didn't want to make the mistake of leaving off items that were necessary for me to have coverage that would be expensive for me to replace if it wasn't covered, such as HVAC system.

I called Select Home Warranty and spoke with Lex, one of their representatives. He was very polite and responsive. He asked a number of questions to get a clear picture of the problem I was having. He seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding the situation. He acted quickly and advised me as to what I could expect. This experience provided me with confidence in the company since this is my first claim since signing with them.

We lost power to all our wall plugs in the living room. Our contractor arrived on time and went right to work. He found the problem and replaced a plug. He explained how the problem affected the other plugs and he checked them all. He gave us his card and said if we had any trouble to give him a call. This is the best contractor we’ve had. We will request him again if we ever have another electrical issue.

When I set up a quote for Select Home Warranty I had put my card information in myself, but requested for them not to charge it immediately because it would not be used as the primary payment method. We are purchasing a house next week and the seller agreed to pay for part of the balance for the warranty. The very next day I was charged anyway... After that they inexplicably sent me the invoice showing coverage for my billing address (which is the apartment I currently reside in), rather than the house that I had requested they cover.
After calling back and requesting they change the coverage to the house we are buying, they apologized and provided a very good rate if I extended the year. Although I was frustrated with the experience I had so far, the rate was really good and there are generally positive reviews about this company so I went ahead and agreed. No issues since then, but it was definitely a bumpy start that put a bad taste in my mouth.

Zachary ** made the purchase process quick and easy to understand. Very polite and professional and I didn't feel pressured at all. The price seemed fair and the coverage exceptional. I particularly like the prorated payment process should I need to cancel for some reason and I can transfer this to the new owner should I sell my home. If the claim process goes as smooth as the sale then they should continue to relieve 5 stars for years to come.

Not too happy with the service and tech support from the contract you are getting for my problem that I have. This is the third contract you have for me and still my problem is not taking care of, if not taking care of by the weekend will be going to Better Business Bureau. It been three weeks since the the first time I call, this doesn't make any sense. I need my Refrigerator. I have a three week old baby in the house that needs keep the baby milk cold, buy ice every day is not fun. As of right now not too please with the service.

We currently have a home warranty with another company. Our current contract was coming to an end so we were trying to decide if we wanted to continue with the current company, drop coverage or find another company. I started looking at reviews and pricing for reputable home warranty companies. Select had good reviews and was recognized for their service. They offered more coverage options than we currently have, good pricing, offered discounts, low deductible and two free months added coverage. We decided to enroll.

I haven’t used any of the services yet as I just signed up but will follow up with a review when I do. The sales rep (Sol **) was very polite and helpful in explaining everything I had questions on. I had talked to him last evening about the plan I wanted and I didn't have my payment info with me, so he was kind enough to call me back this morning. He didn't make me feel rushed to decide. I don't have my order number as I just signed up for this and the paperwork hasn't all come in.

After much research I had narrowed down my home warranty to a couple of companies. With my current renewal increasing over $200 with my current company, I was looking for affordability, coverage, and a rate lock in. Jeff not only got me the coverage I was looking for but extended that coverage for multiple years with a discounted locked in rate and low call out fee. He was not pushy or overbearing and answered all my questions knowledgeably.

Agent was quick, to the point, courteous and respectful of my time in confirming the information needed for setting up requested coverage. The agent informed me that it was being turned over to the scheduling team for fast, prompt service. I have used other home warranty services that take their time to assist with confirmation or scheduling. I live in a rural area and getting assistance on my own for home repair issues can be difficult, having someone on my side for repair assistance is great.

Our Ice maker stop working, claim process was easy. Called the phone number I got online and they got me set up. They found me a contractor and sent me a confirmation email and I received a call from the contractor. The refrigerator repair guy showed up he collected my deductible and I had ice for my after work drinks again. So far the experience has been easy. Much easier than trying to get my review up.
