Unfortunate experience with the company that was originally dispatched and came to diagnose and service my washing machine, but SHW has done everything they can to remedy the situation and send out a different company. They even waived the service fee since I already paid the previous technician who’s now gone missing in action. Select Home Warranty has great customer service! This is an important quality to me!

The service representative I spoke to was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about the service and offered me a lot of options to choose from. Unfortunately at this time I could not take advantage of them, maybe in the future. Switched over from a more expensive plan with a different home warranty company.

My claim was denied in error, representatives do not know effective date of my policy and after speaking to a supervisor the resolution response time on a defective appliance still will not get fixed in a reasonable timeframe. Sub standard service from SHW. I definitely not renew this policy or may very well cancel early with expectation of a refund.

Mr ** explain in detail what is offered and covered under this policy. He offered me additional rates and discounts. Mr ** answered my questions with knowledge. I just hope no additional charges will apply å after my year expire. Mister ** is. Very polite. I hope the plan is worth the payments. Thanks.

I signed up for SHW and have received excellent customer service for everyone. They're all so nice and very prompt in helping me obtain the services and answer all questions. I believe you would be very satisfied with SHW and should strongly consider this wonderful company. If you're in the market for a home warranty this company is the very best in the business. Strongly suggest this company for all home warranty needs.

I am pleased by the service I received from Josh. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He did not take a lot of time on unimportant things. He was polite and was not pushy when I declined the upsale. The cost was reasonable and I feel as if I'm receiving a good bargain.

The customer service personnel were nice and helpful. However, I have had 2 claims in since November, and they are just now being addressed for repair. I have stressed to them the urgency of repair... I have had to go to a laundry mat in a "seedy" section of town. The Technician was here-- very nice and professional gentleman, weeks ago, and he also had not heard of approval until now.... and the weather has been so nice here, that if my pool heater was working, I'd crank it up and be in it. NO KIDDING! I am happy to say FINALLY my dryer will be fixed soon and hopefully pool heater. I really hope that if I have another claim it doesn't take this long for repair!

Jeff ** was excellent in walking me through all of the aspects of the warranty coverage and explaining every one of the questions that I had. He made sure that I had options in the coverage that I selected for me and my family. I will feel more comfortable having this coverage for my home and would consider getting it for our other properties.

I have used other companies which I was not happy with. I decided to try Select Home Warranty. They did everything they promised Regarding contract. Just called in my first claim. They were professional and extremely helpful. I was extremely happy with their customer service. Now waiting on service. I am happy we decided to go with your company. And if the service is as good as the phone call, I will be pleased.

I was browsing the web looking for a home warranty to replace our current warranty, who just increased our price by over 200.00 dollars. David ** took my call and sold me a home warranty at a very reasonable price, It will be less than half of what we were going to pay to renew our current warranty. David took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very polite and courteous. I believe we will be quite happy with this policy.

I have gone to the OEM and they are in the process of arranging a technician to come and repair the unit. The original call to repair the unit was to the wrong people, Eddie's Pool company doesn't repair those types of units!!! Select Home Warranty should have followed up on this with Eddie Pools, please take them off your list of repair companies.!!!

Richard ** is a good agent, he spoke slowly, so it was easy for me to understand him. He gave me a good rate in warranty contract and service fee and also provided more options in discount for me to choose, but he is not pushy annoyingly and very polite, I liked his service and a thumb up!

I called Select Home Warranty regarding an electrical issue, The customer service representative was polite and reassuring, he told me what to expect and how long it would take. He also gave me multiple options to complete the service repairs and SHW has a very low deductible per incident. Thank you Select Home Warranty for always being great communicators and giving me the best value for my dollars.

I happy with SHW customer representative. He explained the insurance coverage details very neatly. Also explained all the different coverage options, payment details and discount details for each plan (Monthly, yearly options and the advantages). I will refer SHW to my friends. Also he explained the 3 years option and rate lock down and discount details for the same. So it will give some idea to the customer to choose the right one for their needs.

After much research, I have decided to go with Select Home Warranty. The person I spoke with was named Ralph and he did a fine job of explaining the plan and how it would work for me. I think I will sleep well tonight knowing that I have a warranty company that will protect me and my house. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, he knew what I need and ask me about the water heater problem and water model number and how old is the water heater and the serial number to be sure to direct me to the right service technician, and he said that "We are going to finding a local technician and the technician will call you as soon as we give him your information."

Ray ** did a great job if everything is true on what he told me. Won't know until it's time to use it. From what I've heard it should be a good plan. Time Will Tell Us. I've been using a home warranty for over 2 years. I just think they're going to be going out of business soon Sears that's why I was shopping and I have looked into other warranties so we will see. Time will tell. Your guy Ray did a good job explaining everything.

A person called to discuss the renewal of my policy. I informed him that it was not a good time and I could talk later. He advised me that I needed to talk then. I said I would talk when I had my policy before me. He yelled at me that he had all the information I needed. I hung and later called the agent who wrote my initial policy.

Bruce ** did a great job on explaining different plan offers and their prices and benefits. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He also asked questions to help match the best promotion prices. It was very helpful for me to select my plan. It was great experience and I would recommend to others.

New Warranty Coverage. I have been searching for a home warranty company for a while. Select has everything I'm looking for, including coverage for my lawn sprinkler system. I called and spoke with Chase who provided me with the requested information and helped get my policy started. Select also offers a Veteran's discount which is much appreciated!

Very easy to sign up. Affordable and great coverage. A rep calls you the minute you sign up and even lowered my service charge from 75 dollars to 45 dollars. I highly recommend this company to protect your home appliances. Without it, you'll pay high service charges, parts and labor charges.

I have had multiple home warranties and they all seem to have their tricks so I had a lot of questions to ensure I wasn’t going to be surprised by loopholes. Sam did a great job answering all of my questions and really sold me on Select Home Warranty. I haven’t had to use the service yet but if it is as good as Sam I will be thrilled.

My experience with Abraham was excellent. He worked with me to obtain a program that worked with my budget. He was very personable and did not quiet until I was comfortable with the contract price. He explained to me all of the services provided and informed me how I could sell the contract to the new homeowner if I decided to sell my home. I will refer Abraham to my friends who purchase a home because of how he made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

The experience with Select Home Warranty was good. Fixx My Appliance was the vendor sent to access my garage motor issue. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience associated with this repair. The customer service reps at Select Home Warranty were very nice, polite and friendly. They were very helpful.

I submitted a claim to repair my Samsung washer. It keeps running the runes and spin cycle. The customer service representative was professional when taking my claim information. I want able to submit my claim online. I do not like the fact I have to call the service contractor. With previous warranty companies, the service company would contact me to schedule the appointment.

I was very pleased with the rep on the phone who was able to meet my needs on time and discount services for me. I am a new home owner and I am happy to be a new customer with Select Home Warranty. I would highly recommend this company because of the plan they were able to give me.

Call was handled properly and efficiently. Was told that a technician will be located in a day or so due to the urgency of the matter (below freezing temperatures in the Midwest in February). This is the 2nd time I used the call for service and every time, the technician is located, service is done and I never see a bill or anything. They take care of everything. I just pay the 75 dollar service fee. My coverage includes heating system (so happy about that).

I have had a policy with SHW for over 7 years. I called to renew my policy and Allen was very professional and thanked me for my business. SHW is very good at understanding what the consumer needs vs what they can afford and is willing to work with their customers to match those needs.

Submitting the claim was easy over the phone. However the website would not complete my claim which is why I had to call. Can’t comment on the service as we have not had our claim completed yet. That being said so far so good. Will be able to verify once full process is over.

Very good at describing all the options. Also no pressure, just information. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He understood my feelings and did not put pressure or a time limit on responding. Nice young man, knew his information and presented it in a professional manner.

This company is the worst company. Had a hvac fan went bad and my unit is over 7 years old. Would not cover it. Too old. They said cost was 375.00$ there. For I have a small child. I guess we will freeze to death. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SELECT HOME ???? WARRANTY.

Application process online was very easy. It would be nice if a summary of the services was provided in an email. We selected the platinum level of service. I would like it more if the confirmation email stated that we ordered the platinum level. We decided to take the one year discounted offer.

Garage door and Garage Door spring. I called and spoke to a man named Frank. He was very polite and professional. He handled my request quickly and told me to watch for an email answer. I received the email answer within 3 minutes. Although you do not cover my problem, I was still very satisfied with the service I received.

I filed a claim for my washer that was not working. A technician was assigned to me within 48 hours. The technician came out two days after and diagnose the washer. I love the prompt response and the fact that they have contractors in their system that they can access for repairs. I will recommend Select Home Warranty to friends and family.

Run away from Select Home Warranty as far and as fast as you can. They took my monthly payment just fine but when it time to resolve a claim, they didn't step up and they didn't reimburse me for my expenses as promised. I'm going back to American Home Shield.

Toilet. THIS claim was easy to deal with. The last claim I am very upset about as the labor/part to replace (almost $200) was not paid for a rider on a pump that was replaced. The company paid for a new pump but the labor was not covered as it should have been.

I called about my oven not working and the representative was very attentive to my issue. He was also very kind and polite and filed the claim immediately. I am happy with their quick response and a repair person will be dispatched soon. I like having the peace mind that this warranty offers, for appliance repairs.

The representative was very informative and answered all my question. He gave me several option plans to choose from and was not pushy. A very good experience and would recommend this company to all looking for home warranty coverage. Pricing was very good and service charge very reasonable. No pressure to purchase the home warranty and sales rep knew his product and was very professional on the call.

I have yet to have the technician come out for the claim as it’s scheduled for next week but setting up the appointment was easy. They had a different number on file and when the company was unable to get a hold of me Select sent me an email so that I was able to get in contact with them directly. Great service so far- this is the first claim we’ve had to file- been in the house almost a year.

Washer Repair order. Service rep was knowledgeable and professional! She understood the problem, and thoroughly explained the repair contracting process. Select Home Insurance is a step up from the previous insurer that I had, which cost so much more for the same service level! Claim on Clothes Washer. Processing claim process was little difficult. Had to call in several times to follow up on claim. The amount that was approved to replace my unit will not actually be enough to replace the unit. Process and service could be better. Please be more specific about the replacement of the unit if it can't be repaired.

Mr. ** was very good in his presentation; knowledge of product, articulate in explanations of same. As a customer & former realtor, I appreciated him taking the time to inform me of what was offered with this policy, when policy becomes effective, et al. He made it a very pleasant sale.

It will be grateful not to worry about things breaking down and having to worry about how to get them repaired or replaced. Having to just replace washing machine, was difficult, just trying to find someone that won't gouge to make a profit and to honesty. Steve was Swift and very kind. Did offer a discount if I could pay for a full head.

Very helpful with putting a claim together and answering questions I had with the policy itself. They asked specific questions to make sure the claim is correct and done right. Very easy to get ahold of as well. Called the number and it was clear and easy to get ahold of an actual human to speak with.

I talked to Chase about the product. He answered all my questions about policy. It was not much more to cover a second AC. I will let you know how all went, when I have to make a claim. I don't change from one policy to another. The deal seemed so good I could not pass it up.

My hot water heater is leaking I assume. I just know the floor is wet around it. I submitted a claim and got immediate feedback. Even though I pay for the highest amount of coverage I was immediately told hot water leaks are not covered. All I say is I’m glad I didn’t for someone to come out and look at it if they weren’t going to cover it.

I have found that this company is just okay. I have had two terrible experiences, and two decent experiences. My two terrible experiences include them not even sending a tech for one claim, and another involves them saying they will reimburse me $120 for a broken washing machine (good luck getting a new washing machine for $120!) but I had to call to remind them to even send me that check! I am currently in the middle of another claim involving my furnace and they did send a tech out right away - hopefully this experience will be better.

I appreciated the CSR giving me the option of an even better deal than on the website. I wish I could have afforded the deal of 14 months for 1 price but the monthly rate is a great deal. The first 30 day cancellation policy is awesome and keeps me confident about this policy.

Select Home Warranty has high internet reviews and the service rep offered some very good incentives to purchase their home warranty coverage. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. The customer service representative seemed very interested in my situation and was a big help in finding the right coverage level for me to select.

Jonathon ** did an excellent job of explaining the warranty to me. Upon selling my house he told me to call and transfer the warranty to the new owners. This sounded like a wonderful plan and I have been telling my friends about it. I told the new owners of my house that I purchased the home warranty and they were very happy.

Drain clogged. I filed a claim and within a couple of hours I received an email to speak to a rep and they got my claim going. Never filed a claim before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was better than I expected. Thank you so much for making this so easy.

I never received a sign up package. So I called to request one. The gentleman was very helpful. I assume I will be receiving a full package of paperwork, and not just an email. A magnet for the fridge with your number would be nice.

Customer service was great when I signed up. He offered a yearly contract and added to free months. It saved me over half of what I paid from a competitor. We just had a major storm, and I had a roof leak. I was contacted immediately to set the appointment up. Select has very reasonable rates and covers a wide variety of problems that can happen. I highly recommend!

Stay as far away from Select as possible. Extremely difficult company to work with, unresponsive, rude, and unreasonable. We provided ample documentation that our plumbing issue was covered by our policy, but select denied the claim. Ended up forcing us out of our house for over 2 weeks, and our issue has still not been resolved. Will never work with this company again, highly suggest you find alternative options.

They have been very prompt and keep me informed via email about my claim. This is my first claim with this company and I have no issues with their response time or how they conduct business. I bought the 3 1/2 year plan. This was an excellent value to protect my home. I don't think their representatives in the claim dept. are U.S. located however which hasn't really been an issue.

Very professional and pleasant! Took the time to explain everything as far as service and coverage, time frames and cost per year. Explained all costs as far as the different plans, and cost per year as well as the savings for the other plans. I had been looking for a plan and this has been the best as far as coverage and cost I have found so far.

Select was very courteous and responsive, quickly answering my calls and understanding of my concerns which related to a leaky pipe and plumbing stoppage. And when the initial contractor identified was unable to do part of the job, Select allowed me to use another plumber and agreed to pay the job in full so that I could have my plumbing issue rectified ASAP. I was initially hesitant to buy a home warranty, but it definitely was helpful to manage some of life surprises and made my home repair issues less stressful.

Water Heater leaking and gas pilot not working and pilot not working with gas water heater and the water is leaking on the bottom of the tank. When I called customer service the agent help me for setting up the claim and will send email for serviceman to contact and set up appointment.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Greg ** today and I was very pleased with the service I received. This employee knows his job well and explained the warranty very well to me and was courteous enough to wait as I read some of the information he send to me. I would highly recommend this company and will see in the future how they respond to any of my service calls. I will comment again at that time.

The young lady I spoke with patiently listened to my concern and questions, and answered them for me. I expressed issues I have had previously with a different warranty company, and therefore wanted to avoid that with Select since I am a new policy owner. She was patient listening to me, and simply reiterated the procedures I would go through with Select without any comments regarding my negative experience with another company. She was very careful to be sure that I had all my questions answered be we closed our conversation..

Abraham did a very good job of explaining all of the options and the respective cost of each option. He also explained the advantages of getting longer term contracts, to save money on the overall warranty cost and to lower the deductible and lock in the rate. All I can say is thank you for your service.

Zachary was very cordial. He answered all my questions. This was my first time to buy warranty service, so I had a lot of questions. He answered them. He went over all of the exclusions. I had a lot of questions about my air conditioner because it is very old. I feel better knowing I have coverage for it.

For example cost of each onsite service and suggesting options to save on cost of plan for example pay for year in advance. He also explained the appliances covered under each of the 3 different plans available that helped me select the best plan for my needs.

He was knowledgeable about what was covered, the discounts and any other things that might get me a lower price. This was much appreciated since my husband and I are on a very fixed income. The representative was able to answer all my questions and negotiated the best price for me. I received a copy of the agreement within minutes of my phone conversation. I felt comfortable sending in my first payment as I know I have 30 days to cancel if I changed my mind.

Repair of garage door. Quickly located past request for repairs, attempted to contact service technician. Expect to received email within 48 hrs. Based on past experience this will be determined by service received. So far request have been as expected. This will be my first repair since leaving other home warranty company, so this will determine if I stay.

Item was not covered by policy. Heater leaked on floor. Plumber reviewed and said it was no good anymore. Unit is 12 years old and rusted on the bottom leaking on the floor. Testing was done and the heater could not be repaired with parts for repair to original condition so not was not covered.

Select Home Warranty is issuing a refund check to reimburse me for my claim for my clothes dryer and pool. As they weren't able to find a technician in a timely manner. My property is in Hawaii and is harder to get repair done quickly. Glad I could use my tech when I needed repair done asap. Thank you!

Just signed up and has not been thirty days yet but the salesperson experience was nice and the communication is good versus the last company I used. The coverage on home is more complete than what I had for less money per month. I will still have to see after my coverage starts how good that part is.

It was very easy talking to Steve. He helped me get the best price for three homes. Now I hope you answer calls quickly when it's needed. For instance when it is 100 degrees in Florida, you need someone there almost immediately when you are a senior.

They were very easy to work with and offered some great deals. I am looking forward to working with them in the future although I hope I don't need their service often! My former warranty company was much more expensive for the same coverage. The cost and service call charge are both less expensive.

The representative was very helpful with signing up for the warranty service and explained all the coverages of the different appliances, all of them are covered without any restrictions and to age. It was easy to apply. The agent advice was really great and helpful for me to make the decision to use their plan.

I have multiple properties with SHW. Some of them are getting expired. SHW is on timely remind me and provide a very good rate and customer service. I just renew. I am happy with SHW, Every time I called for the claim, they always respond quickly and connected local contractor to fix problem on time. My renters are happy with them as well.

Plumbing fix. It was easy to file a Claim online and a representative called and approved it under 12 hrs, hoping to hear from the contractor very soon. I am with Select Home Warranty for about two and half years, made claims related to Garbage disposal, water heater, sprinkler system and very happy so far with the service received.

Fast attention to getting a tech come to look at my heating system... Glad I signed up for the warranty service... If all continues to go well I will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Select for offering this warranty. It’s reassuring to have home protection and peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, I’m covered.

Claim was settled in a timely matter. It would have been nice if some consideration for installation of microwave was implemented. I expect a check promptly, and hope I do not have to wait four to six weeks. Please increase the amount of claim by fifty dollars so that it can cover the cost of installation.

We are new to the service but we’re so impressed with the way they explained the services to us and offered special prices and options. Ceiling fan stopped working and submitted a claim for repair. It was an old unit and they allotted a fair amount for replacement. I am very happy with this because I can select a fan that I like and that will go with our interior decor. This is a great service and I would recommend this to anyone buying a home. Especially an older home.

In my opinion I felt that Fred ** was very professional and helpful in our phone call. I feel that he worked to get me the best possible deal in home insurance. He was able to answer my many questions. I still haven't received a copy of my insurance policy at this moment.

HVAC. Customer Service was excellent in listening to my problem & asked me additional questions to make sure that I have the right type of technician to be in contact with me to access the problem. CSR was very polite and assured me that someone would be in contact with me within 48 hours or less.

I called for a new home warranty since the one I had was very disappointing. I found out the company I had was not acceptable in the area I live. I would have to pay in advance and then be reimbursed. That was no help to me at all. I am paying them for nothing so I cancelled them and went online for a new company and found you.

Peter was professional, managed a straightforward process, and offers a fair price for the home warranty. Comparing with other companies, I think HSW has the best policy of cover for medium-class homes keeping cost/benefit. However, I have not tested the services, but they claim to offer you that if after they tried to repair many times something, they will replace (it must be there some limitations).

Daniel was very knowledgeable and efficient in helping us find the right policy for our home. We've just signed up so I can't review the policy itself but from what I read in the contract the coverage is much better than the previous company we were using. The price was much more reasonable also.

I am in the process of switching Home Warranties and the Representative (Zachary) could not have been nicer. He explained all the coverage very well and I feel like I will be very happy with my new company. I am presently in my 30 day grace period, and I hope I will never have to use this warranty but it gives me good peace of mind!

Do not buy this warranty. Every will get denied. That is all they do and claim it is not covered. Please save Your money and go elsewhere. Tired and fed up with this warranty. Have not had one thing go right since joining and getting to to but more years.

Customer service was very nice. Sam talked about all the options that are available and gave a very good deal on multiple properties. He suggested signing up for 5 year warranty that is transferable and also something you can cancel if you don't want it. The advantage of this is a free additional year. Thank you so much for everything. Yet to know their actual service call. Hopefully I will never need to have one.

Was shopping for a new home warranty and they had a great deal going and then an even better one for a 5 year plan; so signed up for that one. Fred had great communication and explained their options. With 5 year plan, get an excellent rate, reduced service call, and can use any licensed technician you choose.

I wanted a new warranty company as my previous one, Home warranty of America (HWA), turned into a complete nightmare after 2 1/2 years. I hope my experience with Select will be better. I can't rate the company as the coverage hasn't started yet. (Yes, you have a waiting period, just in case your home has a "previous condition" that can't be covered). Overall, Ben in customer service was good, and answered all my questions. But don't expect a print copy in the mail. Select only gives an electronic copy.

The salesman on the phone was very nice and polite. Was able to save me money which is all ways nice. He explain the different policy and which one was best for my needs. Answered all my questions. Stayed on the line until I received my policy on line. I will refer my friends to him.

Inquiring about a warranty saying that y’all are running a promotion which gives you the hundred dollars off. Previous experience was with her American home shield. Was not happy with them. When calling the agent was really fast, very brief. But I willing to give it a shot. I haven’t filed a claim yet. Just started today. There was a promotion saying that you get $100 off.

My washer goes through the wash cycle & then stops. It will not drain, rinse or spin. At the moment I have a washer full of water with clothes in it. I have been told that it will take up to 48 hours for someone to call me to fix the washer. I do feel that this a a long time to wait for this kind of a problem.

I have never had a home warranty and when I called in the customer service was wonderful! I signed up and am looking forward to future contact and service. I would recommend using Select Home Warranty! They have friendly staff and they know what they are talking about and gave me plenty of information and options.

I had my kitchen faucet replaced. One month later I still haven't received my reimbursement payment. I've responded to all emails. SHW sat on my email and did nothing. I'm being told by customer service that it will take an additional month to receive my payment. I'm not happy with the response of this service.

I called on January 4, 2020 to file a claim on my leaky roof. I was assigned a technician to fix it but found out they didn't work with Select Home any longer due to the fact they hadn't been paid for services rendered. I have called Select Home and emailed them on numerous occasions but still have a leaky roof.

The website was easy to use. I was able to submit my claim with no problems. I was contacted within 24 hours after submitting my claim. The local service provider let me a submit dates and times that I would like for them to come out and look at the issue. This is very helpful because of my work schedule.

I was very pleased with the sales rep. He helped answer all questions and concerns. I would recommend this service to all my friends and family. I never knew that such coverage was available for our home. I was hesitant at first thinking it was too good to be true but the glowing reviews helped ease my mind.

Called for service on a Thursday. They couldn't get anyone as of Saturday so told me to get some one and I would be reimbursed but had to call before service to authorize. I did just that. Tech got on phone and told issue. I got on phone and lady said none available to authorize service on weekend but I could do it on Monday. I have UC, 4 days no plumbing, think about that. Called on Monday when tech came back. Had to get done, needless to say they only paid part of service. No sense of urgency is what ticked me off the most.

Was having an issue with my pool pump and the service agent took the claim in a short time and got it all set up very quickly. Seeing as I had a bad experience with a previous contractor last year, she put a note in the claim to about that particular contractor.

I have not used my warranty yet. Signing up was so easy. I called to get a quote and information. Alan was very helpful, I couldn’t decide at the time, he followed up with me. When I finally decided to enroll I reached out to him again and he was able to help me sign up super fast.

Truthfully, I am quite disappointed in Select Home Warranty. Being charged the $45 service call when no one is coming to the home, after deprecation yadda yadda yadda the amount that I am going to be reimbursed after I do all the work, my time, my gasoline to travel to the nearest store (at least 11 miles) obviously the insurance isn't worth it. I have a friend that has a different company, had virtually the same thing happen and they received in the area of $150. I can't wait to share this info at the next HOA meeting.

Family member recommended Select due to the customer service and ability to use my own contractors. I have a current Home Insurance policy and am completely disappointed with their service. Switching to Select to protect my home. Customer service was very good for the initial call and set up of the policy. At this point I am a brand new Select member and have not made any claims.

Called SHW at 1130 but never got return call. I called Monday morning at 5am and got someone on the line to report my fridge not working. I was told a contractor would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I have not heard a word as of yet, today is Tuesday. I feel that this should be taken care of more promptly.

I purchased a 3 year warranty and haven't had to use it so far except for my built-in microwave died and they replaced it without problem. Mostly I really appreciate the peace of mind I have knowing I'm covered for any real problems, and that's why I keep my family covered. -A

No one heard my concern. They went off of the information I told them without sending out a professional to correct the situation. The members were rude and had a lack of concern for the consumer during a stressful time at my home. They didn’t send out help when needed and refuse to do so. Informed me to handle it on my own and they would follow up. I'm not a professional they treated me as I was. This service was a waste of money.

I wanted someone to check light fixtures outside my house. But I thought this area was covered by the contract, and it seems I was incorrect is assuming that. Since I was mistaken, I recognize and understand the problem now. So I realize that SHW cannot help with my issue. I will contact someone on my own, and I will research the details of my contract with Select Home warranty. However, I am pleased with the treatment of the problem when I spoke to the agent. The agent was very courteous and I feel they did a good job. They did answer quite quickly, and were as helpful as could be expected.

While trying to determine which plan was right for wife and I & our home I was interrupted by phone call rather abruptly. I wasn't impressed at all by the caller. Almost didn't want to enroll after the way he talked to me. I do however realize importance of a home warranty as I am disabled and my wife is still working.

We paid for the Platinum Care Package which covers the Water Heater yet the company denied our claim after 6 days of leading us to believe they were working to help us. Finally had to call our own service company which was dispatched within 2 hours. After following all of their steps to a T, they denied the claim and refused to pay.

Called in and Rep was very knowledgeable and honest. He told me all of the loopholes to be careful of and explained what hy previous warranty company would only surprise me with later. I appreciated that, so I bought a full year on the spot and he provided me with a sizable discount for that, too. Steven ** was the rep - ask for him!

I called another warranty company and they did such a terrible Job. I told them I would find someone else. I then selected you because you show as number one in the top ten. Mark ** did such a great job and made everything so easy and quick. I was really impressed. I am really impressed with the cost also. I was afraid I could not a home warranty but you made it easy. Electrical repair. I would have given this a 5 star except that I had to call back to continue processing this claim, days later, finding that it had not been completed. The person that finally handled the claim was a 5 star. I look forward to a 5 star experience the next time I have a claim.

Seems a good price over 6 years. Let's see how they deliver when I need them! They covered my hot tub too at no extra cost which was nice. The first sales guy was kind unpleasant, but was getting the job done.
