Excellent person helping me, very genuine, professional, courteous... he's "a deal closer". 1 out of 10, I'd give him 100. He definitely has an excellent personality, and I wish all the people I deal with had his positive charisma! He deserves a large raise.

The Customer Service representative was knowledgeable and professional. The warranty offered everything I needed and the price was very competitive and affordable. Checked with other home warranty companies and Select Home Warranty is the one we were most impressed with. They offered swimming pool and septic tank coverage. Choice Home warranty and Sears Home Warranty we had in the past. Your coverage was more affordable than Sears Home Warranty and more inclusive than Choice Home Warranty.

Josh ** worked with me on my contract and he was both professional and thorough. He quickly found the right program for me and had me signed up in no time. I was with AHS for 12 years prior and am looking forward to working with your company going forward as needed. I got a call only seconds after submitting my Information for a quote. He seemed sincere and was honest in helping me get a good rate. Every question I asked he had an answer for including ensuring that they service the area where I live (considering a lot of companies don’t come out this far) and sent me my contract only moments after getting off the phone. I hope their service continues to be good and the copayments are affordable so I look forward to our business ahead.

The salesperson I spoke to took asked me what the my problem was and I informed him my a/c was not cooling. He took down all of my information and walked me through the process of receiving an email by tomorrow with the name and number of the company that would be contacting me and I would set up date and time for them to come out to fix my a/c. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

The customer support representative for great! The agent took his time and answered all of my questions. He understood everything I was asking and looked for the right deal for us. He had no problem looking at several different options that would best fit our needs. On items that we did not completely understand, he took his time and explained each one. We were very impressed and hope to continue using your home warranty service. Your customer support representative was half of the reason why we selected your company. That level of customer service is hard to find these days and was very much appreciated by my husband and I.

I spoke with Daniel ** who was very informative, and he helped me decide which plan suited my needs. My experience was positive. My questions were answered knowledgeably and quickly. I would recommend this program to any home owner. I hope I don't have to use this service very soon, but if I do, it is very comprehensive with all the items that it covers, and at a reasonable monthly cost. I am pleased with my purchase.

Michael was very helpful and answered all of our questions regarding the warranty. Very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable. He offered us the 5 year plan and went over the whole benefits. I will most definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I was happy the plan covered even old appliances and systems, and that it covers all makes and models. Also happy that the warranty is renewable. Your service call fee is reasonable.

David ** was incredibly prompt and knowledgeable. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He offered savings that I was unaware were available (senior citizen). I'm glad to have this process completed and feel confident in my coverage and the company. I will encourage my family to also check into this program. George ** provided an exceptional service; quick and best customer service that I can get from this company. The coverage is great and it covers almost all my appliances as well as the roof, which is a better policy to cover all the appliances I have for my rental properties. To avoid the increase of the insurance cost, George offered a five year plan with a great discount and cheaper per service cost. In my current policy, I have to pay $100 per service cost. Compared to this policy, which I require to pay $45, which is a much better and cheaper plan. I would recommend Select Home Warranty to anyone who is looking for a good policy.

I just signed up with Select Home Warranty insurance company, and my experience was very informative. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and gave me an excellent rate for 42 months of platinum coverage. This is my first time of signing up for this type of coverage and based on what they told me would be covered I am feeling pretty good about my home needs being taken care of. I would recommend to future home owners looking for this type of coverage.

Just signed up for a home warranty plan. My salesman Abraham was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! Hopefully I'll be happier than I was with my previous home warranty company. When I called my other company to submit a claim, I waited on hold for over an hour! Seriously!!!! And when I finally got a human being on the line, they weren't too concerned with the fact that I had waited so long. Horrible customer service!!! Glad I found Select Home Warranty.

I had an 15 yr old AC unit that stopped operating after working perfectly for those 15 years. When I had to have the unit replaced, they denied the claim saying that it was either the wiring was not covered or that it was improperly wired. I am so upset that they denied coverage as the AC unit worked perfectly for 15 years and was not wired improperly. They just didn't want to pay for a new unit. I have had two other Home Warranty companies and I have never had a claim rejected. I will be filing a complaint against this company and I'll never do business with them again (I have several Rentals and I have referred them business as a Realtor).

Representative addressed my concerns in a professional manner. I explained that I had a problem with my electrical outlets in my garage. They are not working! She addressed possible overload. I told her I didn’t have too many items on 1 outlet. System have been working fine. I have lived in this home almost four years! Moved here in July 2015. I have never had a problem with any of my systems. I try to make sure that I am not putting too much of a load on any outlet in my home. Until now!

Very satisfied with information and answers Isaac **. gave. He explained the items of coverage by the warranty and the 30 days before coverage is available. He gave me the exact monthly cost and explained that the payments would remain the same. The cost-savings effects of annual payments, etc. He explained that I would be receiving the warranty by e-mail in 2 to 4 hrs. He expressed sincere gratitude for my business. I am now looking forward to the comfort of knowing that I have coverage for all the major items that make for the comfort of my home.

A friend of mine at work expressed that she had used her home warranty on her air conditioner, it made me think I may need to do that as well, since my home is getting older. While talking I also purchased one for my daughter and her husband on their new home purchase. I have been considering getting on for my mother's house as well. I hope I never have to use it, but I'm glad that I was able to purchase this.

I was sent my contract online right after I made my inquiry. Everything was made clear and simple which I appreciate. I was looking for a company that provides good service and with Select, I found so far so good. I read the contract over and it all seems very reasonable to me, and I feel assured that if and when I have a problem I will be able to count on Select to handle it... I will be recommending Select to my friends.

I was outrighted lied to when I purchased this warranty coverage. Since still after two weeks my refrigerator still hasn’t been fixed and no one from the company is calling after I asked to speak with a supervisor. I just called the company again and they tell me I have to pay for labor. I once again asked to speak with a supervisor and they refused to transfer me thru. Lousy company, lousy service. I expect a full refund for what I paid. I

I’ll start by saying the price and the customer service for this company are good. The problem lies when you put in a claim. On the website (which is where they encourage you to submit claims) there is nothing to mark to differentiate between a normal call and an emergency call. It basically says they will get back to you in 24-48 hrs. For a regular call that’s fine but if I have leaking pipes or an AC that’s out in the middle of summer, I want someone to come the same day. So usually I have to call and tell them it’s an emergency and usually that really doesn’t speed up the process. Also, after putting in a claim online they require me to call with additionally information...slowing the process. I chose Select because they have had good consumer ratings and they were very affordable. My last company was more expensive but they were much more efficient and timely.

Richard ** is an EXCELLENT sales rep. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the services you offer. I had been looking at other home warranty service; I submitted an email requesting more information. I was about to sign up online, realized there were some unanswered questions, decided to call them, AND, I got Richard. He explained to me the pros and cons of signing up online, vs speaking with a sales rep. I think I actually saved some by speaking with him. Thank you, Richard for a pleasant transaction!

We had a garbage disposal go bad a month after purchasing the plan (so now I can't cancel for a refund, they conveniently make you wait 30 days to use and only have a cancellation within 30 days.) They came back and said due to the age of the product, it is not worth the repair and they will give us $75, and nothing else. That's only after we hire someone to do it, or we repair the item ourself. I was told by the salesman, Bruce that this was not their tactics and that that clause was for expensive things such as furnaces and such, which he then said look at their reviews (which they control). He told me that if there was not enough money to cover something like that that their policy would to to borrow off of other items for the year since everything does not go bad at once.
Everything in our house breaking is usually due to AGE. What a slimy tactic to get of of being honest. I would recommend putting the cost of your repair into saving monthly and then use it as needed. I remember a time in America when companies tried to do the right thing and not try getting out of their responsibility. These are the types of things they should be explaining to people.

One half of my home went dark, and my A.C. quit working. We tried new breaker, battery on thermostat, etc. we are not electricians; so we called our warranty services. The service is a must for any home owner. Thank you Select for being there. In Ft Mohave AZ it is 112 outside today, inside at least 120, and roasting us to puddles of goo. This is not the time to lose an air conditioning unit when you live in the desert. Thanks to having a warranty. It didn't cost me thousands of dollars. M.

Stephen was very professional and courteous. He explained the discounts, the deductible, the service providers, and provided me with the senior citizen discount. He also explained that the warranty policy could be transferred to another home or a buyer of the home. He also complimented me on the flowers that I planted in the front of my house and even recommended some for me to plant - golden cypress mops. The service call rate of $45 is the lowest that I have ever heard of.

Ease of filing a claim and receiving updates about claim far surpassed all previous experiences that I have had with other companies. I would recommend this company to my family and friends for their home warranty needs. They offer extensive coverage for both common and uncommon items found in most homes. I was even able to cover an additional refrigerator and stand alone freezer. When you have a large family, having the security of knowing that if something goes wrong with an item in the home, there is a company that will work diligently to fix it is amazing.

The door would not go up or down making it non operable unable to use the door at all. I contacted Select warranty to file a claim and a technician was assigned and I contacted him to schedule a appointment for a diagnosis to be done. He returned the following week to replace the motor. I had to pay an additional 80 dollars for the outside keypad to be replaced as well. He charged me another ten dollars to take the old parts and dispose of them because he said the trash man would not pick it up, so I had no other choice but to pay the additional money.

Zac ** wouldn't let me leave a good deal just sitting on the table. He answered all the questions I had. I let him know that I was shopping around and comparing plans. He put a pkg together for me that I could not turn down. Thanks Zac!! I had a competitor call me after Zac and I let them know that the early bird gets the worm. Zac called me first thing the next morning explaining their coverage. I let the competitor know that he was about 45 minutes too late.

I had a good experience with the rep that I was talking to. I called to find out more about home warranty and the rep that I was talking to really explain what the warranty was and how it worked. The only thing that the rep didn’t tell me about the service fee for every claim that You file but other than I had a good experience with the rep. I was for sure if I was going to get the home warranty but after talking to your rep, he convinced me that the is a great deal and I was sold.

No sooner had I clicked submit for quote on their web page, when my phone rang, and a Select Home Warranty Sales Rep was on the line with me to discuss my options. He was very thorough, offered me deep discounts to sign up, and the warranty offered was $20 cheaper per month than my current home warranty, with the same exact coverage! I was skeptical of it all until he sent me several emails verifying the things that I was asking about (price, cancellation options, and coverage). To be fair, I have yet to use the warranty since I just purchased it, but I have high hopes that their response times and coverage will be legit. 4 stars all around, and the only reason I feel that I can't offer a full 5 is that I haven't yet used the service.

I've put in two claims since I've signed up with your company. For all the money we're paying throughout the year I am disappointed in the way claims are handled. They take way too long to get a reimbursement check to you if any. They ask for way too much information. I left another company to come to Select Home Warranty, the salesman said they reimburse you right away. Didn't say anything that it would take 24 to 48 hours then another 30 days. If I had known that I might of not switched. Only good thing is the repairman came out fast. My air conditioner quit in 80 degree weather and they couldn't help me, that's why I have a home warranty in the first place. I wonder if something major happens will they fix it? Warranty says it warranties everything.

The problem was that the garage door would not close. And then after a while the garage door opener made a grinding sound and just stopped working. So I called Select Home Warranty and got through pretty quick, they lined up a contractor within 48 hours. But of course, when the contractor got here the garage door was working again. Even though it would not turn on for me last night. So, he only had 2 set the high and low settings for the garage door. So all in all it was a pretty good experience.

It was time for me to renew my home warranty for our house in Tucson, AZ. I decided to do an online search to compare prices and coverage, and was curious about Select Home Warranty. I had some questions about the price of service calls, and called their toll-free number. I was connected with a very well-trained and friendly fellow who answered all my questions and was able to secure for me a reasonably priced home warranty plan. The process to obtain coverage was very easy. Everything was explained in an easy manner for a first timer. I am excited about having coverage on my home and it seems that someone will be able to service them within a reasonable amount of time! Called as a new customer to follow up on contract. Service rep was thorough, professional and cleared up my questions. I tried a competitor and after many delays a service tech showed up; he told me what was required to fix my appliance. Then the company called and said yet another service tech was coming! After a week and a half he returned. Supposedly with 9 parts as he had indicated was needed but he only had one! Really made me not trust this Company thus the reason I am now with you.

I believe that David did a great job with offering a great customer service experience and I would recommend the service to everyone I know. The additional discounts and various options made worthwhile for me and my family. Also, the roof coverage along with the low service call fee it made a difference in terms of selecting "Select Home Warranty" vs other companies. The service was fast and easy and I was able to save more money vs online purchase. I did not feel the same level of professionalism and care when I was talking to the other company, therefore, I would recommend Select Home Warranty to my friends and family members.

I was very impressed with rates and coverages that were offered to us. Also the discount we got as Sr. citizens. We switched from another company because of rates increasing every year. It was a nice surprise to find that my rate is locked in for the life of my home warranty with you. But the amount of things that are covered in the home!! WOW!!! My experience acquiring the new home warranty was easy and quick. The customer service personnel were quick to answer all my questions and -provide me with the needed information I requested. It was the second time I had to call to request a copy of my policy, although I am not sure if this was customer service error or was it a computer problem on my end. It was an easy fix so it was not a major issue. Thank you for your assistance. Hopefully all my experiences will be this easy.

I was hoping to just sign up online but received a call immediately from a guy name Jeff. I didn’t have many questions because the website was straightforward for the questions that I did have were answered promptly. I was able to get a great rate and was also offered even more discounts. I know several people that can use this service and I will do everything I can to get them in. You can’t beat the rates and the coverages for the price. And did I mention that it’s all locked in for life?! I would highly recommend.

I have been disappointed by so many different home warranty companies in the past. So I'm putting my trust in Select Home Warranty company and I hope they don't let me down. The customer service nailed all the right things I wanted to hear. I just pray that I can keep writing good reviews on you guys. I like it that they dropped my payments down for a whole year. And in the past other contractors come out days after you have made a claim, with Select they send someone out 8 and 24 hrs. after you have submitted a claim. That Part!!!! I'm liking it so far.

Phone centers customer service was great. But the that was sent out for my dryer diagnosis was unprofessional, unresponsive, and just came to take my $60 fee. Still can't get in touch with the guy, should have known something was up when he didn't show up for 3 scheduled appointments with no calls no show. He's from the company Affordable Appliance. Repair name is Sam. Please stop using this company. I'm not the type of person to publicly call people out but it needs to be said for future customers.

These guys are great! They are not too pushy when it comes to try and pushing you towards a deal, they are salesman though and will try. However Daniel my rep only asked once and a no was a no. He respected that. Overall I am pleased with their services and will continue with them. We are new home owners and he worked to find any more additional discounts he could and as well as dropping the service call fee. It was awesome to see someone go out of their way for us.

A. ** was my representative. I was looking for a possible alternative to my current coverage, which continued to go up in pricing. He contacted me and we spoke on the phone. He explained to me what my pricing would be, the current promotion and answered my questions about coverage. I received the email confirming all he said to me on the phone. I did have a question about a refrigerator and he responded back that both were covered, since we have one in the house and one in the garage. Some might find him too much to the point in his responses when questions are being asked. All in all, he deserves the Five Star rating above, based on our interaction and subsequent results backing his statements and assertions. Good job A. **!

I purchased a new home warranty. My questions were answered efficiently, but did not receive my policy information within the specified time frame. When I called back (to Ralph) about it, I received it immediately and was satisfied with the service. I am happy with my experience so far, but it is too soon to tell about the actual service that I may need in the future. Purchasing has given me some peace of mind.

I had originally planned to go with AHS for a policy for our buyer as that's the only company we had experience with. HOWEVER, after seeing SHW consumer ratings, the coverage, service call fee, and total price, I decided this was definitely worth checking in to. David gave me all the info I needed and after deciding to purchase, my contract arrived by email immediately. It's everything I needed for a good price and I have confidence it will service our buyer well!

Request for clothes dryer service. First of all and to be clear that the staff that takes the call for service were very patient, no issues there. However the company that was assigned to me never responded after waiting a week. I didn’t wait for them to call me and I placed the calls and left the information on their voice mail. At the least a customer service representative from any reputable company would contact you and say that they have your claim and would be in contact with you as soon as possible. This is what I would expect from a serious minded company, any company that provides services to a customer.
Moving on again I contacted Select Home Warranty and was told that they would assign me to another company BUT it would take up to another 24 hours or so? And there’s an option to make my own arrangements and be reimbursed. Frankly I don’t have money like that to front and then apply for reimbursement. I am a retired senior citizen so funds are limited which is one reason I have this type of company for home repairs. Thank you. **

I have not used the home warranty yet, but am confident it should be good as described by my 9 year employee customer service rep Richard **. I sent a copy of my agreement to my father in law, he is super frugal, and now he is going to use them.

My first claim. So far, Select has responded to my request and I hope to hear from a technician soon. I haven't actually had repair so can't evaluate the whole experience yet. Our a/c went out so we called to file a claim. Wait time was only 7 minutes. The representative was friendly and informative. Call only took about 5 minutes. And that's that for now. Just waiting for the technician to get a hold of us to set up a appointment.

I completed a request for a quote for home warranty on the website and I got a call within a minute of the form completion. The customer service representative, Nathan **. was very polite and friendly. He took his time to explain the product clearly. I understood the policy very well. The attitude of the customer representative was very positive. It influenced my decision to buy up the plan. I was also offered the option of the 3 years plan. I also like the fact that the customer rep emailed me to thank me for my business.

Avoid Select Home Warranty. They assigned 4 different companies to come and service who no longer contract with them. First tech didn't fix issue or wait for full dishwasher cycle to run, next tech assigned of which no call no show. The first one out didn't fix the issue (60 dollar service fee), 2 months and 3 more attempts at getting service one of which was a "no call, no show" I took leave for. I finally get second one out. Also doesn't fix it and sends the claim back. Another 60 dollar service fee. They offer me 150$ for replacement, so 60$ (×3) a month plus 120 in service fees and I'm still in the hole without accounting for lost time and leave used (3 days). I'm now awaiting a call from a supervisor. They are the worst, I'll be going back to HMS and putting in a call to the BBB.

A short time after moving into a new house we experienced an electrical issue (six outlets and two wired smoke detectors stopped working). After a week of trying they were unable to find a contractor that services our area and authorized us to hire our own to diagnose the issue and then submit a claim for authorization. The electrician sent them a diagnosis for a broken positive wire servicing the outlets and a repair cost for $800. Select Home Warranty ruled that the claim was covered per policy but they would only pay $150 and when asked stated they only cover parts and not labor. I must have missed that part in the fine print! All in all, we have been very dissatisfied with the product and service. Buyer beware!

I called SHW on June 5th to report that my AC unit was not cooling my home. Some of my info was not correct in their system so the rep made the changes. Shortly after the phone call, I was assigned an AC company. As instructed, when I did not hear from the AC company within 48 hours, I called the AC company and left a voice mail. No one returned my call. I called SHW back. Once again, my info was not correct.
After making the changes, the rep put me on hold and called the AC company and scheduled an appointment for me without asking my availability. The rep apologized and said she would call back and give them the times I was available and let me know which day they would come. After not hearing back from the SHW rep, I called the AC company and scheduled an appointment for the next day- which they were not able to keep. However, they did come the following morning. Finally, on June 12th a very nice technician arrived and quickly fixed the issue that was covered by the warranty.

This is like the 3 or 4 time I had to use the insurance on different things. Always friendly and helpful when calling in a claim. Quick response within 24 to 47 hr... although never waited that long max 24 hr. Great contractors. Quick and efficient. Not once did I had a problem. Great job. Been with them for 2 years now and they keep their words on coverage... so far so good. It's cost efficient too. Great prices. Would recommend this company all the time and I do so all the time with friends... Thank you.

I submitted a claim for my garbage disposal and was contacted the same day. The representative informed me that this item was not repairable, therefore it was no reason to send out a technician. This saved me from having to pay out money for something that couldn't be fixed plus having to spend more money for replacement. I stated we were having knob control problems with the dryer. I was told knobs are not covered but the real problem was the knob control board. I was told to call a service provider and have them call SHW. Why do I have to pay for service you are supposed to provide? This is not the first time this happened. We ended up buying a new dryer after 4 years of purchasing a new GE. 24 to 48 hours to wait is excessive especially when service is needed. As said this is the third time this happened in our 2 year tenure.

I purchased warranty coverage and Fred ** at 855-267-3532 ext ** assisted me. Fred was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also made suggested on how I could improve my coverage selection. He made what at times can be a telephonic experience with customer service a pleasant one. The pricing of the coverage was very competitive with other companies and completely satisfied our needs.
Fred also quickly contacted me over the phone with a minute or so after I completed the online form. It was also of importance that when I returned Fred's message, he was on the line with me in less than two minutes. On many occasions with a company representative leaves a message I've had to play phone tag with the person which is very frustrating. That didn't happen in my experience with Select Home Warranty. Establishing contact and getting the coverage I desired was both quickly and easy. In addition, I received the policy documents within 10 minutes after completely the call with Fred; just like he committed to me.

I was a little dubious that this offer is too good to be true, but so far the customer service has been good. Buying the plan was easy, and although I have not had to make a claim yet, the customer service and the contract for what the plan covers looks great. Hopefully this is a policy I never have to use, but it gives me and my family peace of mind if I do. I hope that customer service is as great if I do ever need to have anything in my house fixed/replaced.

This was the easiest process I've had to go through for my first-time home buying experience. I called to report an issue with my AC. They were kind and understanding. Still waiting to hear from technician 24 hours later. It says that I have to wait 48 hours to receive an email. I did not have a long wait for the receptionist to answer. It was slightly hard to understand her but we made it work. I’m very happy so far with my service and like I said I will know more after the technician calls me back and the services are provided.

He was very helpful and informative of products offered. I was pleased with the information offered. I like that all the major appliances are covered. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, garage doors, garbage disposal, air conditioner ceiling fans. I like the roof leak protection also and electrical coverage. The water well was extra but l declined that coverage. l felt it was not necessary. l only use the well to water the yard. I have city water as well. I want to try one year with them first before l commit to multi years. So l declined on the discounts for the multi year options. May consider this next year but not at this time and l thank him for the information.

Your salespeople all were professional. I was contacted by a few of them but stuck with the first man I spoke to named SOL **. He clearly understood your product, introduced the warranty in a simple manner, answering all my questions. Then when talking pricing he worked with me accommodating to my needs. Instead of getting one year of service I bought two years of service and paid in full (could not afford to do three years at this time) and the rate for vendors to come to my home more reasonable too than for one year. I have been an American Shield customer who was not happy with the vendor situation so decided to study the competitors and chose SELECT because I felt the overall product and service defined were the best. Now, I will wait and see and review again to let others know if the service is what they defined initially.
SOL ** had to wait nearly two weeks for payment only because my new account debit card had not been received. So he followed up and kept in touch with me, not to lose the business. I did not know he was not on commission, so I thought he was just a sales pro doing what you do--- pursue your prospect and sell the product. He did that without being aggressive. I called for some electrical issues I was having and you sent an electrician out for service. While the electrician was here, he said it wasn't the outlet, he said the microwave went out. I called and within 1 hour I had a resolution. You guys rock, I appreciate the quick response. Your service is far above most companies, and I appreciate you. This was my first experience using this home warranty. I was wary about them at first after having switched from another big named home warranty company that continued to disappoint. I made my claim online. Within the hour I had an email advising me that the repair company had been assigned to my claim and would be making contact with me to set a time/date to do the repair. The company that was assigned was a reputable company in our area, a representative reached out to me and my dryer was repaired within 24hrs of filing my claim. Everything seems to be in order, but the real proof will be if we make an appliance claim and we can then measure their response rate categorized as positive or negative. It is difficult to rate a service prior to using it. Hopefully I won't have to use the service and my appliances will not need any repair work. At least the follow-up in the process of signing up was very positive. At least the sign up process was positive.

I submitted a claim on May 10 for a GE dishwasher that was less than one month out of the one year warranty. We paid $849 for it. Technician came out May 14 and diagnosed the condition as computer module that had failed. One month later after numerous contacts and multiple requests from SHW for the same information and pictures, I have been offered $225 to repair or replace the unit. The repair is $500. I was told the depreciation value of the appliance is $225. I have requested them to review again and was told that it would be another 24-48 hrs before I get a response from the resolution team. I am very dissatisfied with the length of time to resolve this and the result. Based on this experience I would not recommend SHW.

The salesman was courteous and helpful. He worked with me. The salesman offered a multi home policy and he eventually offered $200 off each home we ended up ensuring with this company. We also got a warranty on the roofs of both our homes. We purchased warranties for our primary abode, as well as a policy for our rental property. It is our hope that these policies will be helpful in the event of damage or issues.

It has been several days since I called in. I would say that it was medium. Person difficult to understand. I gave you my information and then you demand that I write 75 words. I have just started my contract with your company. There are some things now that possibly will cause me to cancel and get a refund. I would go to the company I have had in the past. Toilet valve leak. Took four days after submitting claim, and speaking to them on the phone three times when they say they need additional information before an email saying a technician will call. Then the next day another email came denying the claim. Call them back and spoke to three people and say they will get back to me and never did. After a week, I called and cancel the contract. Complete waste of time and money and the people who work there have no ideas what they are doing.

Enjoy the conversation very much. Purchased the warranty after talking to the sales person. He provided all the information I need to know. Very flexible in starting the warranty contract in the right time. Price is very competitive compare to one I currently have with the AHS. I would recommend it to any of my friends if they need warranty coverage on their home. Many extra items that can be selected for coverage is a plus. Prompt and to the point sales. They even provide extended long period coverage at an deep discount. I may choose the long coverage after the current contract expires in 14 months.

We signed up for the extended years plan - our salesperson, Stephen, was excellent - very knowledgeable about the plans and willing to take the time to describe the advantages and how to save money - highly recommend this company. We are seniors and retired military so Stephen was able to give us additional discounts. Stephen reviewed the six year plan for the cost of 5 years and the roof leak plan and the different service fees. By locking in for 6 years we locked in our annual fee and got a lower service fee as well as getting a good policy. We got the platinum plan. We had American Home Shield for the last 10 years. Select platinum policy is half the price. American Home Shield has gone up every year we have had it - now our annual fee will stay the same for the next 6 six years.

I seen a TV commercial and thought this should be good, I sign up and they took my $450 and 30 days later another $300. I then read the reviews and looked at BBB they have over 2500 bad reviews. So I called and canceled it, That's when they showed their true colors. I get an email telling me it will be 14 to 30 day to get a refund check and they are charging me $75 to cancel and $46 for a month of service which was the waiting period. So now I'm waiting for the check and it's been 21 days.

I chose the extended warranty and am not in the financial position to take on such without excellent customer care. I got the gut feeling that my requests would be fulfilled without hesitation or discrepancies in his description of what I was purchasing. I was a long time AHS customer but their price got to the point it was ridiculous considering over 5 years I had one minor claim that was fixed in minutes with my heater. In addition my son also had AHS and it's taking over 3 weeks and still waiting to repair a refrigerator. Select offered a great 3 year plan at a reasonable price with much lower co-payments. Johnathon was very detailed in answering all of my questions and concerns. I am recommending Select to my son whose terrible service with AHS should have him cancel his contract with them immediately.

Select Home Warranty is a terrible company. I had a clogged kitchen sink and they hired a technician who lives 3 hours from my home and he declined to come. Then they wanted me to find a technician. I found one and got a quote, the poor guy had to deal with many customer reps to give the diagnosis over and over, but they told us that they can not authorize at the weekend and the technician left. This is a scam company. They also lied to me about coverages and conditions when they called me for renewing, which I figured after signing up and reading the contract, then cancelled immediately. Stay away! They need to go out of business. They are big liars.

I purchased a home warranty plan with Select Home Warranty. First, I did not receive confirmation that I was covered. I called about a month later and they sent confirmation to my email. I needed my bathtub diverter to be fixed and I called about it.They said it was not covered. They said in order for that to be covered, I would have to pay an additional $49.00. I paid the $49.00 and they sent a technician out for repairs. The technician repaired it and the cost was $505.00. I had to pay a trip charge of $60.00. The balance was $445.00 and Select only paid $150.00. I ask them did they have another technician that could do it for $150.00 and they said no.
They told me to pay the difference and send them the invoice and they would reimburse me. I paid the difference which was $295.00 and sent them the invoice. They said they were processing the reimbursement of $295.00 and I would have it within 24-48 hrs on my account. I did not receive it and I called and asked them could they mail it to my address. The guy stated that all they would pay was the $150.00. I have the email where they said they was going to reimburse me for the $295.00. I told him that I was going to cancel and he tried to argue and convince me not to cancel. I do not recommend Select Home Warranty. Please do your homework.

I do not normally write reviews. I have had the warranty company for a year. I have made two claims on the stove and dryer and have been denied both for various illegitimate reasons. The stove was inspected by both the gas company and a stove technician and was suggested to be faulty. SHW would not replace the stove. The dryer was making an excruciatingly loud noise when operating. Since this did not impede the "proper function" of the machine, the repair was not covered. Both their reasoning was not legitimate. Waste of money.

We have had a policy since 2017. Renewed it in January of 2019. Had a small problem with washing machine but nothing major. Our air went out Saturday night. Tuesday we had contractor but they did not service our area. Was told to wait 72 hours for new contractor even though I explained my 90-year old mother was with us. On Wednesday we were told our policy is inactive due to waiting period. They were waiting for information from main office. Refused to give us a number to call to talk to someone who could resolve this problem.

I had a positive experience with the operator today. The guy was fast and informative. The next few months will show me the kind of company they are. The monthly fee is good and the deduction is good as well. I had gone with another warranty company, Choice Home, and the customer service was horrible. I renewed with them and may even think of purchasing another home warranty for my other home, that is with another home warranty company. So far I like the package and price for Select Home Warranty compared to 2-10 Home Buyers. I also like the lower deductible compared to my other home warranty as well. As I mentioned earlier, I have not had to use Select Home Warranty for the first year that I purchased my home warranty. I will try to write another review if and when I call them for a problem.

Daniel **. was very easy to work with and very helpful explaining your program. He did not push me but seemed interested in helping me understand the program. He explained the various options if I needed them and told me about the discounts available if I purchased the 5 year plan. He also said if I referred someone, Select would add 1 month to the policy. Select Home provided a technician quickly to come and evaluate the status of my refrigerator. Once the technician sent his report I received a solution to replacing my nonworking refrigerator within 24 hours. I called to ask a question and the wait time was around five minutes. I was provided an option to receive a callback when there was a customer service agent available. The agent was very thorough in his knowledge of the situation.

Informative. Talks a little too fast. Polite and confident. A little pushy at times but not overly so. I have nothing else to say at this time. The proof is in the pudding. When/if a claim is filed will make up my mid. After signing up reviewed BBB standing and not very comfortable with the number of negative reviews showing there. Also on reviews I saw limits as to how much would be paid on claims, not happy with that. I would have liked to see full replacement costs addressed on reviews and I do not see that. Will give you a chance but I will keep a lose eye on this.

After speaking with the sales representative over the phone, I bought two policies to cover my two (2) 4 plexes (4 unit apt buildings). I paid $900 each and each policy was written for the 4plex address, 1234 Smith Drive #1-4. Select knew they were insuring a 4 unit building and for the first two months, they responded well. They mixed up the order numbers when I had two washing machines in adjoining units develop problems. They "suddenly" discovered that I had four units in a building and said I would need to pay them an additional $900 per unit. They refused to cover fixing one of the washing machines and said they wouldn't cover anything else. I said, fine, give me all my money back and I never heard a word from them.
I threatened to file a complaint against them with the Arizona Department of Insurance and then when they didn't respond, I threatened them with a lawsuit to recover my costs and damages. I haven't heard anything from them except a refusal to fix another appliance when it broke. They stole my money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FRAUDS!

I had the sprung tune up done for my 26 year old AC unit and was told it needed a new capacitor, the blower fan cleaned and freon and the total cost for that would have been almost $800. I knew the freon was not covered by the policy but not sure about the other 2 items so after returning from an out of town trip I contacted SHW claims and a few days later a technician under contract w/ SHW came out and told me the unit needed Freon but nothing else so they submitted a claim for replacement since the unit was very old.
About one week later SHW contacted me by email that the Freon was not covered which I knew and suggested repair/replace by technician. While waiting for a response from SHW I had another Heating and Air company check out the unit who also told me it needed only Freon no other repairs so they replaced the Freon and fixed the leak. The unit is working just fine now and unless it breaks down again and has a covered expense there is no need for SHW to do anything. I was very satisfied with SHW handling the claim further.

I purchased the warranty from Select Home a few months ago and was pleased with the entire process, price, and offerings. I did not anticipate having to call them to file a claim so soon. Nevertheless, I noticed that my lawn sprinklers were not functioning properly and after diagnosing the problem I filed a claim online quickly and easily. SHW needed more info regarding the claim so they called and immediately took care of the problem promptly. Customer service is great and their speed to resolution is fantastic. The customer representatives were always very helpful in providing the information needed to submit my claim. However, the actual approval process was long because SHW could not find a technician to diagnose my rook leak. I kept receiving notifications that they were looking for one. After one week, I received a notification that since SHW wasn't been able to provide one I could get my own technician. Thank God, we aren't in the raining season otherwise my leak would have gotten even worse.

Bruce ** gave me excellent service and tried to work with me to give me a plan that was most affordable and provided me with the best coverage. I would recommend them to friends and family. I was also able to get my pool covered as well which can be very expensive for repairs. The plan was a better value than my previous plan, and I was glad I came across them on the internet - they were listed as one of the best home warranty companies to work with.

The process to sign up was very easy. I was able to get a quote on the various plans in about 10 minutes, and get signed up during that time. I was also given a quote for 6 years worth of service at the 5 year price, which included discounts. I haven't used this company before so I didn't want to commit for that long without having experienced their service. I was in a time crunch and couldn't stay on the phone too long and they made it easy to hang up.

Select Home customer is good, however, the real quandary is having a technician visit my home to inspect my AC unit. I originally placed this claim - **, around 12:21 5/31/19. The ticket number for this claim is **; the contractor originally assigned is KC AC; I left a voice message with KC AC - they are unresponsive. I'm new to Select Homes Warranty - is this the type of pejorative service I should expect in the event I have to use the service again?

Representatives asked several questions about the water heater. Some questions I knew the answers some I didn’t know the answers. She was very polite. I had to repeat myself several times. Maybe we had a bad connection. She gave me the claim number & I repeated it to her to confirm it was the correct claim number. She also informed me I would be getting an email within 24 to 48 hours. Which I did receive the email with the denial of my claim for my water heater.

The agent did say she would prioritize my claim. Also not happy about how they try to get two service fees for the same problem of my kitchen sink plumbing which is hooked up to garbage disposal. The rep on the phone with our order was very professional and knowledgeable of your products. He led me thru the process without pushing sales, but with the facts and moved me from shopping for one year deal to sign a 3 years agreement. I recommend David ** as a valuable asset of your company. I did open a claim # ** on Sat June 1 for a broken garage door opener, which broke that day. I filed the claim 6/3/19 after filling out the online form, I then was contacted and spoke with 3 reps. I was told the claim was filed, but I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. I still have not been contacted. This is not acceptable service of waiting for a call to even start the service, and no time yet of when it will be corrected. I will cancel my service contract if not contacted if this an example of your poor performance. Thank you.

Air conditioner stopped cooling on May 24. Since that was the beginning of the Memorial Day holiday weekend, I reported it to the warranty company on May 28. On May 30, at 4:37 P.M., which is at the end of the workday, I was advised that a contractor had been assigned and to allow 24 hours to get back to me. I ended up calling contractor on June 3, and on June 4 the repair was completed. Since the repair involved the addition of freon, the service was not covered by warranty. I understand that and am okay with it. The only complaint is the length of time it took to assign a contractor, I didn't expect that it would be done immediately, but nearly 4 days seems a bit long.

I had a stoppage in my sink and I called to report, the plumber arrived less than a day and repaired the stoppage. I haven't had any problems since that time. I am completely satisfied with the service. I've dealt with warranty companies in the past which didn't cover anything. So far it seems as if they cover a lot more than any of the the other companies. And it's cost effective. I was happy not to have paid to actually have the stoppage cleared. And the turnaround time was outstanding.

Easy and fast enrollment over the phone. Offered me a multi year plan that reduces the yearly cost. Everyone loves a deal. And the home warranty is worth it. Especially when you buy a new home. This was an emergency repair. I used my own AC company and it was reimbursable up to 150.00. I haven't rec'd the check yet. Thank you for allowing me to use my own company in this emergency and approving so quickly but I still dont have check and now I called and I have to fill in a form and speak to the billing dept. I have been trying to have my AC fixed since May 24. I have received sub par service from SHW and the contractors dispatched to my home. This is unacceptable customer service and the more I contact SHW the worse things get. When the service rep for SHW reached out to me, I was told the shopping around for service (covered in my warranty agreement) was over. SHW would do all that and that has not been true (false advertisement).
The last contractor sent to my home, I researched. The reviews were awful. I contacted SHW and shared the information I found. The customer service rep said I had to allow the contractor to come out to my home and do a bad job before SHW would assign another contractor. I have never heard of such. Starr Quality (Anthony) came out to my home on Thursday, May 30. He pointed out the broken PVC connection to my humidifier that the first contractor, sent out by SHW, broke (another story). Anthony said he could fix the problem (broken AC) and would be back the next day.
It is now Monday, June 3 and I haven't heard from the contractor nor SHW. To add insult to injury I just checked my bank statement and the premium payment for SHW has been deducted from my account. What am I paying for since my issues have only been addressed with apologies and promises to contact me it 24-48 hours which is NOT true. My desire: Fix my AC by the end of the week or return all premium and deductibles by June 7.

It’s a 35 and when you call Lynn to tell them that you have an a problem they tell you it’s pre-existing and they’re not gonna cover it so buying a home warranty is a waste. Move On. My water heater started leaking on Sunday morning. I submitted a claim, and within 2 hours, I had a response. On Monday morning, they had found a service company to diagnose the water heater. That was done on Monday afternoon. We are now awaiting approval for the work to move forward. If approval moves as quickly as the initial claim, I should have a new water heater within a few days of my initial claim. All in all, the service level was excellent, friendly and prompt. The service company was professional and explained the problem and also the procedure.

This gentleman was very polite and accommodating for my schedule. He even got me a deal and lowered my monthly premiums and the cost of my house calls in case I actually need to use them. This is Affordable because I can pay monthly and I don't have all the money that I need to pay the full year off but now that it's been put at an affordable rate I can do it. I hope that I won't need the service but I feel better that I have the coverage. The last company I tried to work with was too expensive and they had crappy service. AC Repair - 90 degree Texas humid heat. Responded to request with 24 hours and assigned a contractor. The contractor responded with an hour and was able to make an appointment the next business day. Contractor fixed issue and replaced capacitor plus contractor. Select Home accepted the repair immediately with no further discussion. Choosing a home warranty company can be difficult and a headache but Select Home has great customer service. This is my first claim and so far so good! If this level of service continues I would recommend it to other people all the time.

My customer service representative was very good and patient. He did not pressure sale. He was very thorough and provided me every opportunity to help me save money. He carefully explained how the program worked and what systems and appliances were covered. He explained the grace period. He explained to me I could save money by going to a five year or ten year. He started with the 5 year plan and showed me how I could save if I could afford to pay $1,750. The deal he explained was great, but it was not affordable at this time. He even explained the 3 year option, but again it was not affordable at this time. I appreciate Dave's patience and persistence without the pressure. He is a good salesman.

I recently switched from a different home warranty company, American Home Shield, to Select Home Warranty. I switched because of a horrible customer service experience I had with American Home Shield. Additionally, the wait times with the AHS were horrible. Most of the time it was a 15-30 minute wait. I received a call from salesman, Jeff, on Sunday, He was very polite and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he answered my questions regarding my concerns. That was the reason that I signed up with the Company. Jeff promised to email me the warranty contract, which was promptly done. I have a warranty with another company, that came with the house that I purchased in October, 2018. I had to call the other warranty company about my air conditioner and it took them over a week for a technician to come to check the problem, which was minimal, just needed Freon. I also had a very hard time reaching the warranty company and scheduling with the independent service provider. Jeff convinced me that Select Home Warranty stands by their work and their policies. That is one of the reasons that I went with Select Home Warranty.

They couldn’t fix my current dryer because of the age and cost would be more than it was worth. So they’re offering me $225 towards the purchase of a new dryer which doesn’t even cover half a dryer. So in total I will need to spend $500 to get a new dryer and I am only getting reimbursement for half of that. And everything was handled through email which is good but also doesn’t feel like I’m an actual customer.

I purchased a Platinum home warranty from Select Home Warranty when my wife and I bought our home. I was given a list of basic things that were covered, fridge, AC etc. Basic appliances and some other things. The ice maker on my fridge broke so I naturally submitted a claim. I was told that the ice maker part of the fridge was not covered and that I would need to purchase a $40 rider. Ridiculous! Any reasonable person would assume that if you state you cover the fridge, you cover the fridge as well as built-in parts of the fridge. Extremely misleading and devious. Do not buy a warranty plan from them. They will nickel and dime you out.

After a few months of living in the house we noticed a fairly large water leak from an upstairs shower that was somehow flowing into the garage causing damage in the ceiling. We called and put in a claim and Select Home Warranty sent out a plumber. After figuring out the problem the plumber explained that there were 2 parts to the problem, one being a loose drain trap and the other being an issue with the shower not being sealed correctly when it was installed before we purchased the house, something no one could have known at the time.
So he ripped up our garage ceiling leaving the drywall, etc, all over the garage floor, which also happened to be the area of entrance to the house from the garage, and said he was not covered by the warranty co to clean up his mess or fix any damage created by the leak nor would they pay for him to properly seal the shower. But, he could tighten the drain and go, as he did.
Next issue was our AC wasn’t blowing, which could become a life threatening situation for our child who has special needs and is extremely heat sensitive which triggers seizures, so being we are getting into warmer months we are concerned about his health so again we called Select Home Warranty and they sent out an AC tech, who not only didn’t have the correct tools or equipment with him, he was also in an unmarked personal vehicle. He was able to diagnose the problem and charge me the $45 deductible, but because of how he worded his report Select Home Warranty refused to cover fixing it. And we can’t get the AC co to return our calls to talk about their estimate so we can pay to fix it ourselves.
So, we paid upfront all of the cost of a basically worthless warranty to only have to pay more money out of our own pocket to fix damage their “repair professional” they sent out did and could have gotten a FREE estimate from a reputable AC co to come out and save us $45 that we could most definitely use to put towards actually fixing things in our home. I would NEVER recommend Select Home Warranty to anyone and have let our realtor know to do the same. Shame on you Select Home Warranty! I wouldn’t be surprised if Select Home Warranty deletes this so that they can continue to dupe countless other consumers so, I’ve made sure to post this review on other sites as well.

I was searching for a new home warranty and got a call from Daniel **. He was so very helpful and offered me a great value after explaining to me all the benefits to using your company. He is very knowledgeable but not pushy. He is perfect for this job! I like that the trade fee is less than what I am paying now and now I am paid for six years and after that a locked in rate for life. The best thing is that I can choose my own work person if I want, AND I can take this policy with me if I move. That is unheard of. I will tell all of my friends about this. The proof is in the pudding as they say, but I can opt out and that makes this plan fail safe!!! I'm glad Daniel called me!

Bruce ** was exceptional at giving me all the info I needed to decide on a home warranty. I feel so much better knowing I’m covered if anything goes wrong in my home. I will be spreading the word to family members about Select Home Warranty. I had compared two other companies before I called Select and with no concern I decided to go with Select. Bruce was very knowledgeable of the service they provide and I felt confident in the decision I made.

Provided the best prices for a home warranty and the process was so simple! Richard was easy to deal with and explained everything I wanted to know. I especially liked that this company locks in your rate (when you renew the following year) while many other companies will charge you a much higher rate the next year. They also offered an incredible three year deal, unfortunately I didn't have the capital to purchase that right now. However, it was a great deal. The value is great!

The enrollment process was very easy. There was some effort to upsell to a multiple year contract (which I was not interested in), but the salesperson was not pushy once I informed him that I would only like a single year contract. I may be interested in a multi year after I see how the service is during the first year. Upon enrollment, the contract was immediately emailed to me for review. The contract was consistent with what I was informed in my quote. It has been a positive experience and I look forward to working with the company.

I have used other warranty companies and Select has a better policy. Their limit for repairs is better. Some companies have a $2000.00 LIFETIME claim limit. This is really a better policy with $11,000. What can you do with 2 grand for appliances or a furnace? The last time I used this it was a 3 day turnaround for repairs. The policy I had before this could manage to get me a repair in 7 days.

Easy process for acquiring contract. Seems to be best price around. Haven't had the opportunity yet to request service. Would have given 5 stars but the customer service Rep seemed to be in a hurry to close the deal. I personally tend to reject what I consider high pressure sales. He was courteous enough, just seemed to be in a big hurry. I have recieved contact information to submit a claim, but no actual contract yet. I want to transfer this policy to our new home buyer and have not received instructions on how to do this.

Kevin was great when giving options for payment plans and tried to save us money also! This plan is for a new house we will be buying in the future! I did some shopping online for these coverages and Select saved us the most money. The process was easy and fast and gave us different payment options as well. Hopefully we will never need to use it but if we do it will be there when we need it.

I was shopping for a good warranty package and a friend of mine referred me to Select. My earlier warranty coverage packages were difficult with claims and settlement. I liked the way the agent offered me the coverage and the package, that covers all aspects of the home, such as appliances, roof, and additional month warranty. It's good value for money. I haven't made any claims to know the level of customer service. The 5 year coverage is a good package with great value for money.

Sol **, the service representative, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and provided us with a new homeowner discount. The process to sign up was easy and their prices were much more affordable compared to other companies. So far, I would highly recommend Select Home Warranty. I of course have not had the occasion to use the service yet as I just signed up for it. But my experience dealing with the salespeople and customer service has been satisfactory. The only issue I had with the sign up was that the amount immediately showed up at my bank after I was assured by the salesman it would take a couple days. It did not actually come out of my bank immediately but it did show up on the records as if it had come out and gave me rather a scare because I told the salesman I needed to transfer the money from one account to another. But it all worked out in the end.

Each question I asked of the Select agents was thoroughly answered and the quotes all appeared to be to the benefit of the consumer. Buying an extended plan made it exceptionally affordable and, because Select has received good reviews, I anticipate good service and appreciate the ability to share my plan with others. (The fact that I will receive a free month is an added incentive.) I purchased a second home service warranty program for my daughter’s home to give her the same peace of mind that I will have.

I had a great conversation with the representative with Select Home Warranty. He was very patient, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me all options available. I have already signed up for an annual membership just on the basis of the call. I have received my membership documents already and am extremely pleased with my choice. I have been a homeowner for over 3 years and my current home warranty company has been very slow in responding and show poor customer service. I have only read good reviews for SELECT HOME WARRANTY.

Abraham was helpful and knowledgeable. We now have coverage on our two properties. So that will give us peace of mind that we will not need to worry about any claims over the next 7 years. The rates that we have been quoted seemed fair based on our prior experience with another service provider we used with our home in another state. That is why we choose to sign up with this company. Now we can relax and feel secure that if and when something might happen, we will be covered both in this primary home and our rental. If and when we sell that property, we will be able to transfer it to the next buyer as well as use it is a selling feature knowing that everything in that home is covered by this Home Warranty program.

Your salesman, was efficient, pleasant, and to the point, explaining terms and answering questions and was able to make the transaction a pleasant experience. I am in my 70's, having recently lost my husband, who was able to fix a lot of things, that might malfunction, so I felt this would be a good substitute at this time. Re ** and call to rep for clarification. The email I received regarding my claim was contradictory. Part of it sounded like a denial of coverage, then it instructed me to contact the assigned technician. The denial was due to the issues not being normal wear and tear? I fail to understand how a leaking icemaker and air leaking around fridge door is not normal wear... we are not swinging from the fridge door so I called Customer Service, spoke with Cherryl. She reviewed the email I received, and apparently agreed that the contradiction was confusing. She informed me that she is "expediting" my concern to your reviewers, and that I should expect an email with clarification within 48 hours.

The Select Customer Service team were very informative and asked me what I was in need of. They were very good about explaining how the coverage works and provided me with options to choose from so that I could make the best choice for my family. The sales team then made sure that I was aware of the benefits of the gold plan versus the platinum plan. The gentleman helping me gave me all the available options and discounts. Was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of all discounts and offers. After shopping and researching other offers, this seems to be the best. Time will tell however, and I will keep you abreast of any changes or of any claims I may have to submit over time and how the services pan out. Chase was very patient and helpful in offering policy options and clarifying questions I had about the policy. He explained the differences between American Home Shield and Select policies and the clear choice was Select. As former American Home Shield policyholders, we were less than pleased with the contractors they assigned to handle our repairs. I particularly like the policy feature that allows us to choose the contractor, submit their name to Select, and have Select assign them to our job.

I have had problems in the past with a different home warranty company in getting service people in my area, but Select Home Warranty says they have service people in my area. I have not submitted a claim yet but I hope they do. When I reviewed all the items covered from a few different companies, this one seemed to cover all my needs at a fair price.

The service rep called me after I put in an inquiry, he was very friendly and understanding. He gave me a really good deal on an extended plan with a very low service charge and yearly cost. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me describing each plan they had available in detail and how to get the best deal. Looking forward to working with them if I have any problems in the future.
