I file a claim with Select Home Warranty on May 16, 2020 and an representative call me back quickly. She asked me a few questions about the Roof issue and the claim was processed to get a roof contractor as soon as possible. The representative was very polite and courteous. Thank you Select Home Warranty.

The customer service advisor was able to put my request in for service. Problem I had was his accent was so thick I had a hard time understanding him. Then he kept asking the same questions over again until I got upset and started crying. I highly recommend that someone who answers the service line needs to speak with less of an accent so that the hard of hearing customers can understand them.

My burner won’t work anymore. Fast service as soon as I submitted my claim. Very nice people. So far everything is going great. This is my first claim and I was very impressed with the prompt service. Will definitely recommend their service to my friends and family. And would like to just say thank you!

Helps shoulder unexpected expenses with home repairs. Had problem with plumbing. Had to contact own plumber and was reimbursed for call. Satisfied with handling of claim especially with being able to get a hold of someone. Wish there were more service providers in my area as it is difficult to find one to come out and expensive and want to be assured of compensation before they have made a diagnosis.

Knowledgeable salesperson. I am thankful to have found this. This will save me lots of money, I bought an older house and there is no age limit. This will protect me as I replace the appliances with new ones over the next couple years. I like the build your own package as I had just replaced a few upon moving in.

I was looking for a company to provide extended coverage to our appliances, did a quick Google search Select came up on top. Made a call, and voila!! Deal! No wonder they are on the top of the list. The sales person was thorough and knowledgeable. No need to look for more.

I had the pleasure of working with Jake ** today who set up my new home warranty. It was fast and easy. He explained what I asked and was very thorough. He was able to explain the costs associated and fees quickly and was very pleasant to speak with. I am glad we chose to come here after using American Home Shield which turned out to be a nightmare.

Hello I'm a first time home buyer and this was my first experience buying this insurance. I had a good customer experience. I feel like Bruce did his best to work with me to provide me with the best service and rates that he could. I would recommend to friends.

The phone call I had was excellent. Answered every question I had to ask. Give me more information on the detail of everything that was cover. Had a great deal on their package and they showed compassion on talking with customers. I will recommend this company to all my friends so they can have the same experience that I had.

We waited several weeks to get assistance because when we applied online the claim was applied to the wrong account, We were told that the account was canceled. The customer service people did help me resolve the issue. Today’s customer service was good, but we have been customers for over ten years and never had any value from this at all. The one claim was denied and they tried to deny these too.

The agent was very well-informed and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me much information. I was very happy with him. Your product sounds like a very good deal. I hope the outcomes are up to my expectations. The only thing that I would have changed is having to pay three years in advance. Otherwise your service and product were represented very well by the agent.

I reviewed 5 highly rated companies and Select was by far the most efficient and well organized when I called. They were very friendly and answered all questions without delay. Hopefully, I will continue my business at least 10 years or more. They operate 24/7 and problems can be submitted by phone or online. I felt very comfortable with the agent and seemed very honest and that is at the top of my criteria when buying a product. Good customer service is a 5 star with me. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a good price and quality service.

Zachary was able to answer all my questions about the home warranty I selected. I look forward to using this home warranty and hope to have a better experience with this provider than with American Home Shield. I was able to lock in my rate for 6 years for $60/service fee. That’s less than $30/month with all the coverage I need.

Dealing with Select was easy and everyone was serviceable. A company was dispatch quickly to do the repairs. The only hiccup in the process was with the company that was sent to do the repair as they canceled my appointment with little notice and then could not find the dispatch order to reschedule. Overall I was happy with Select Warranty.

I had a great experience that were fast and easy to sign up and worked out a payment plan! They were friendly and helped me pick out the perfect plan. I will definitely use this company again and renew my warranty with them. The phone call took less than 10mins to have my warranty setup for my new home!

I put in a claim for an ice maker that was not working properly. I was told that I had not selected ice maker as part of my contract. They allowed me to add the ice maker and then gave me the name of a contractor. I am pleased with their swift response.

After purchase I had the chance to speak with a customer service rep and they help save me even more money on the plan. I would recommend using this company to protect your home!!

Select Home Warranty was recommended to me by my real estate agent. She says her clients have had very good experiences. When I spoke to the Sales associate, he was very knowledgeable, could answer all of my questions and was gave me a great offer to get my business. I appreciate all his efforts.

I have been with Select Home Warranty for many years. Always consistent Excellent customer service, reasonable plans....highly recommended. Only suggestion is they have a long wait time on the call, it will be great to reduce the hand offs and process it faster while the customer is on the call.

The setting up process went very smoothly and has given me great peace of mind. I took the extension on the offer because after my tenant moves out, I can either keep the account going on the original property or move the policy to another property. Very well pleased so far.

This will be the first time I have used Select Home Warranty but communication with the sales/customer service was very good. Since that is all I can comment on I guess that is all I can say. I hope their service is as good as the first communication I had.

SHW responded when I called and gave me instructions on what was needed. I was able to call a local repairman as there were none available through SHW at that time. From the time I first called SHW, getting the service done to getting an approval notice for reimbursement was about 2 weeks total. Now waiting on the reimbursement check from SHW.

Elliott was very knowledgeable and efficient while answering all my questions. The reason I chose to try Select was because we had a BAD experience with First American Home Warranty concerning our air conditioning. They sent a person out to do repair that was not a licensed contractor. So I canceled my contract with them and giving Select an opportunity to serve us.

I had a good experience calling in my request for service. This is my first time inquiring about submitting a claim. I got a text within minutes asking what would be the best dates and times for a service person to come solve the problem with my air conditioner. The customer service girl was quite friendly and seemed to ask all the right questions.

I'm a 65 year old man and disabled. My appliances and respective home items, AC, Plumbing and etc. is coming out of manufacturer warranty and I'm on a fixed income. The gentleman that assisted me was appreciative of my situation and very compassionate about this product which makes me feel very much worry free. Thanks.

The claim process was fast and easy. I was always able to speak to a customer service claim rep without long hold times. I was able to get the repair done with the brand recommended service tech in quick manner as well. Was reluctant to buy a home warranty, but I am very glad we did. I did some research on home warranty companies and this company was highly recommended. I agree!

The ice maker in my refrigerator stopped working. I filed a claim with Select Home Warranty and a repair was scheduled for the same week (3 days later). It was very easy, they sent me some dates to choose and I picked the most convenient to me. The repairman came on time and was very friendly. He fixed the ice maker and the ice maker started making ice the same day. It was a great experience.

Before I hung up the phone with the Select Home Warranty rep, I had a contact from the appliance company that was directed to come fix our appliance. They came within 48 hours, ordered the part required and we are waiting for the part to arrive. Couldn't have been any better service.

My AC isn’t cooling and water is on the outside backing up in the AC Unit but the young man who took my information was the best. He went above and beyond for me and that I’m thankful for because I have asthma and Seizures. I can’t get overheated. He put an emergency tag on my case and he understand my medical conditions.

I contacted billing to inquire about my monthly billing date for my account. I asked if I could change my monthly billing date. Austin assisted me with this info. He said it would not be an issue to change my date and he did. He could not have been more helpful and nice too! Being a new customer to SHW, I told Austin that I did not have a copy of my contract yet, so he emailed me a copy.

Great customer service. Loved the added discount. Look forward to being with you all for a long time. If all goes well I will definitely keep you if not just for the coverage then the perks as well. I've done a lot of research in the market for home warranty and by far your plans are bar none the best. Just hope things go as stated.

Good communication skills was having good condition with sales manager, helpful and good to talk to, help me now with what we have, a great time in the conversation with your employees and give great advice on what you have to offer. Wichita will work best for you to live without worries on stuff going wrong with appliances breaking down.

Washer sprung a leak. We called Select and washer got fixed in 4 days. They were very efficient and found an appliance company right away. Very pleased with response. They followed up after we got washer fixed with no delay. I would recommend Select Warranty to anyone that has a home or has just purchased a new home.

Plumbing claim. So far I am very pleased with Select Home Warranty. The way customer service handled my problem in a such an expeditious manner made me very happy. I hope to have a very long & prosperous relationship with them. The agent was very helpful in explaining what it was I needed to do in order to get claim handled as soon as possible.

A/C unit quit working. We called Select Home Warranty. That same day Travis from All Pro Air contacted us to schedule an appointment. Travis came on time as scheduled and replaced the defective part. He also checked the unit to make certain everything else was in working order. We're very satisfied and commend Select Home Warranty for referring us to All Pro Air.

Had a great experience with Peter signing up for our policy. Peter explained and went over all the options within the different coverages and the difference in prices between each option and the deductibles. Peter also explained the different pricing with different length terms so I could make a decision on which policy would be best for us.

I was simply signing up for a quote and I received a call before completing the process! My representative was patient, helpful, and anticipated things that could be useful for me to know. He indicated that during the daytime hours all of the calls are answered domestically. I was also heartened to find out that both the deductible and for a service call and the annual fees were significantly less than I had been paying.

Great customer service. We went with this company because of its high reviews. Great value for the price and it covers everything that we need! Glad all of our appliances are covered under this plan. Our last plan only covered kitchen appliances. We are happy to have a plan that includes all of our appliances. With today’s technology you never know when an appliance is going to break down.

Made an inquiry to Select re a new policy. After some discussion we agreed a policy to cover everything we wanted plus an acceptable call-out fee for a 6 year contract. We were happy with the result. We were unhappy with our previous company so are looking forward to working with Select.

I was originally satisfied when I made the call to get my plumbing issue fixed. It is an issue I consider an emergency issue as my main drain line isn't draining, it is backing up into the basement. I got an email saying a company was scheduled however then it got cancelled. I called the company to find out what was going on and the company said that Select Home Warranty is behind on paying the invoices so they can't accept any more work from SHW. I have no way to verify if that is correct or if there are other disputes or not but unfortunately I got caught up in the middle. To be fair to SHW there is another company scheduled but I haven't heard from them yet about getting the time set up for the repair.

Ac repair. Let me just say how pleased I have been throughout the entire process from submitting a claim/my first, tracking the status, and scheduling a technician to come out to the house. The company selected was professional as well and made the repair in tall order. I cannot be more Satisfied than I am with Select Home Warranty, definitely would recommend to a friend or relative.

The price is way cheaper from the AHSW, to include the service call, if you are in a budget this is great. Customer service is top of the line! And they have a VIP program where your yearly cost is warranty as long you remain with them. As retiree that is what I look for, great service and good price. The 3 years VIP can be transferred if you purchase a new home, or sell the existing home with the insurance as a selling point and can be transferred to the new owner. You can't beat that!.. The warranty covers all my appliances, cooling/heating, electrical, plumbing AND ROOF LEAKS! Why pay a 10% deductible on your home insurance for a roof replacement when the leakage can be fixed for the cost of the service call! I recommend Select Warranty insurance in a heartbeat! 100%.

It was extremely easy and comprehensive to get this policy purchased and started. The phone person was very helpful and offered several options to choose from. Was first denied and then approved very fast. Now all I have to do is wait 30 days for a check. I hope to renew with this company as long as they back up what I purchased. I’m glad they made it right. Would not be fair to pay out of pocket when you have a warranty.

This company was very helpful and was able to resolve our issue of having the incorrect address. We had also requested that they send us a copy of the warranty. They sent exactly what we needed within moments. They did a great job in the initial purchase process as well. We were coming from a different company but had read that this was a much better company. Additionally, they were offering a better price and two extra months. I called to ask if you my electric wall outlet was covered. The representative asked where it was located. I said in the family room. She asked when it malfunctioned. I told her around Saturday. She was very courteous and told me that someone would get back to me in forty eight hours. A technician.

Talked to three different agents today. First two was very rude and disrespective, and hung up on me, one because I couldn't hear clearly, and the other because I had questions. Wasn't going to call back, but your plan was a little better than the one I have now with HomeServe, and I'm glad I did. Talked to Richard at ext.** and he was very patient and helpful. He is the ONLY reason I joined up today. Instead of the one year plan I got the five year plan. Again Richard gets all the credit. Being a disabled veteran I qualified for a few extra perks.

I called to request a repair of my home clothes dryer and almost immediately after I hung up I was assigned a repair company and chose a preferred date/time for a technician to come out. Spoke with the company by phone to assure that they had the order and they were in the process of assigning a tech.

I purchased home 1 year home warranty on April 3rd 2019 from Select Home Warranty for my house. They have 3 months free so it is still active. I reported one claim for a propane pool heater in last summer since it was not heating up the pool. They sent contractor to check and then ultimately denied the claim saying that it is working fine considering that unit is old. However, it still doesn't work. In any case, during regular HVAC service, I just found that compressor is dead (completely separate issue on another appliance). So I submitted claim for that.

Good phone salesman. He continued to try and upgrade us. It was a waste of time. However, he did say he would honor our request to start the policy on 5/15/2020. I will check in the morning to see if the policy does not start coverage I f it is not true I will cancel the policy and provide many reviews to as many sources as possible.

Was very helpful. And quick to place request in for work order. Quick to respond and to inform me that there are contacting service in my area. If I have any other problems in my home I feel that they be there and help will people to get home repairs done.

Ed was friendly and helpful. I got the recommendation from the internet and found Select Home Warranty to be the best buy. He willingly hooked me up with a special for Mother's Day that I wasn't aware of. The Warranty was more than $100 less than the previous one I had purchased and the service calls are less. I hope to not have to use the warranty, but if I do it will be easy.

I was not happy with the response I received when I requested service for my refrigerator leaking water. I was initially told they would send out a repairman then later I received an email saying since I had water leaking it had to be a line leak and those are not covered. I thought that was ridiculously unfair to make a judgement call without coming out to view the problem. So I was unsatisfied. But, after letting them know they did agree to send someone out.

Garbage disposal. The sales person was very helpful and thorough. I was very happy with his service and would definitely recommend Select Home Warranty. Thank you all so much. They worked on our order immediately and within a few minutes the problem was resolved. Thanks again for all your help. Select is definitely a quick and easy company to get issues resolved fast.

Spoke with Isaac who was professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. He also was informative & got us some discounts we didn’t know about. I feel so much more secure being a retiree with a fixed income. I would recommend this program to everyone but especially retirees. This program is highly rated & recommended.

We were looking to renew our home warranty and did a search online and came across Select Home Warranty. I called and spoke to Richard where he discussed several options/plans for our house. I feel confident that if an issue arises, they will treat me and my household with care. I received a great deal when I enrolled with the program. I also received a great deductible rate with the platinum program.

My dishwasher was not draining water after cycle was complete. The tech said it needed a new pump and hose I think, not sure. But I was offered $200 to repair it or use the money to purchase another dishwasher. Not worth investing the money in an old one when it is more practical to invest the money in a new one, with less problems, hopefully in the future. So I decided to purchase a new dishwasher as mine is old and may have other issues in the future.

I spoke to Sean ** today about renewing our contract with Select Home Warranty. He was most helpful and offered us a wonderful deal for the next 6 years! As I am not particularly familiar with an iPhone, his patience was greatly appreciated. We are living in a new (to us) house and have already had Select out for two things, so I'm so happy to have this service at a price we can afford. It comes at the perfect time! I would highly recommend this company!

I have experience with other home warranty companies and the experience to purchase this contract was a great one. Zachary definitely knew his product and help me make a plan selection that was most suitable for my situation. He was so helpful in fact that I will not renew a warranty on another house and purchased a replacement with Zachary.

My replacement needed to be a over-the-range microwave. Since the repair on the microwave was deemed to be more than the worth of a new machine, Select Home Warranty let me purchase the machine of my choice. Select Home Warranty is sending me a check for a portion of this expense and I appreciate that very much. I have not received the money yet, but trust their honesty and look forward to it.

Service Rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm switching from AHS to Select. I hope the move will be a smart one for us. We are retired and on a fixed income. California seems to be more expensive for service providers. We can't afford a big bill if something goes wrong.

I just dropped my previous home warranty provider because of fine print exclusions that would not cover certain items. After speaking to a representative that not only answered all my questions, they also gave me a better rate and lower deductible. They were very professional and made sure I had the coverage I required.

The call was informative and complete. I felt comfortable enough to buy a home warranty at the completion. The only part that I did not like was the hard sell after the sales pitch after the salesman found out that I was a Veteran, and tried to sell me a "one time only"- extended service contract for over $1,000. That was when the hard sell came out. I do not like the hard sell approach.

My furnace stop working April 28th and I file a claim, technician need a new circuit board for $600. Select H W said I don’t have maintenance record (which I bought my house last year). After I said I will cancel the membership they offer me $250 for. Today is May 13th I am still waiting for approve code for $250 to fix my furnace and weather in Kansas City temperature at night around mid 30 degree. Very cold.

Fred was very helpful in getting up set up with our warranty on our first home! He was friendly and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and made sure that we got the best deals. Having this coverage helps to give us some peace of mind as we get ready to move in our first home.

Water Heater Pilot. Select Home Warranty responded by email promptly with a service provider. Follow up from Select Home was good. This is my first time using this warranty. When I subscribed in February '20, I was told by the sales rep each service call would be $42 but in fact I was charged $45.

This process was very easy and I feel like the customer service rep was very helpful and professional. I was going to call a different company but stumbled upon SWH and am so happy that I did. I feel very secure about the items in my house now and any unforeseen expenses that come up.

Clothes Washer. Select Home Warranty was very helpful. They were quick to respond to my online submitted claim after 5pm, and to my follow up phone call the next morning. Customer service and the Dispatch teams both understood my concern with the problem, and were attentive in scheduling the contractor. I highly recommend Select Home Warranty, very easy to do business with.

I found their agent to be knowledgeable and polite. Took time to explain the policy and offered alternative plans of which to choose from. After given information on all plans, I chose to just insure my appliances. I now feel secure that I won’t have to face any large costs for the next 14 months.

I called to obtain warranty information on my new policy and the gentleman was able to provide that information for me and get me to the other department to aid with my other questions. He was very polite as well. He made sure I received my email regarding my policy, before we got off of the phone.

Ceiling leak. My service rep was quick and to the point. Said he would have a tech out to fix it within 48 hours. That was yesterday. I received a confirmation email today saying they are still working on it. It's too soon to tell if they hold up to their word, but as of right now I am pleased.

Went through several calls and people to get to a compromise about my problem that was never fixed the first time. Not very happy with the way things were handled until I got the Bob **, who worked with me. He lowered my service charge fee for the life of the contract and helped me compromise a solution to getting the problem fixed under the capped amount approved for Tech to come back out. Bob was Awesome and so was Julio (the agent prior to Bob), all others were not fit for customer service and resolution. Misinformation and Poor Customer Service for the Select Home Warranty.. It appears they are out to make money in such a time as this (pandemic) which is sad!

The rep was very professional, and offered us the best possible deal available, much better than the competitors we were looking at online! The value and coverage are amazing! Dave informed me of all the offers were available for me and I chose the one that was best for us at this time. He answered any and all questions I had regarding the policy. He worked around my schedule talk to me, I asked him to call me at 6 AM on Monday morning Which he did. I found this policy originally for my son but went over it and decided it would be a good time for us to have also.

The staff were super helpful and got me the best rate I could afford. If you can spend the money when you first get your house, do. Definitely a better deal than my current provider. Glad I searched around!

Too early to tell how good the service is going to be. However Select Home Warranty was the only company I found which covers 100% of the a/c refrigerant. Which is huge as I just paid $480 to a HVAC technician to add 6lbs of refrigerant. My current home warranty company will ONLY cover $10/lb I pay the difference, what a joke as the refrigerant is $95/lb.

Fair price for a good amount of coverage. They responded quickly when I contacted them requesting service. I would like it if they covered cooktop ranges. I was under the impression when I signed up that they did cover ranges but when I went to make a claim I was told otherwise.

I was helped by Daniel...He was very polite and told me of all the benefits...especially for buying extra years for savings...I was unable to take advantage of future savings but he was very kind...I just couldn't afford it at this time....This is my first home warranty as I just retired and had to replace my water heater to the cost of $1100. I had a problem with a claim, and after several discussions it was resolved to an excellent solution. Their plans seem to be reasonably priced too. As with any contract you should read and ask questions, but they answered them. They also have a multi year plan that is discounted and may fit people who intend to have these type of service contracts for several years.

Mark was great. He answered all of my questions and is a big part of why we decided to sign up with Select Home Warranty. We have the 5-year platinum plan, and it is the best coverage and price that I have seen, compared to at least 5 other companies that I vetted.

I received a very good service from these people. They answered all my questions and I think I will be very pleased with this policy. I also like the fact that I could pay this out in three installments instead of paying it all at once and it will still be the same price and not an added on cost because I didn’t pay it all at once.

Select Home Warranty helped get me connected to a warranty that keeps my budget in mind with the coverage I needed to cover the new home purchase that we were needing. They were quick to find a plan that covered our needs and for a price that didn’t break the bank.

To site several instances; I called for my electric oven because the locking mechanism was jammed and the oven door wouldn't open, after what seemed like about 10 days, the service man they provided had no knowledge on how to unlatch it, hence I was charged for his fee. In another instance, I had a short in my electrical, bottom line, they don't cover wiring. Garbage disposal went out-labor not covered. Their network of service technicians is scarce and inapt. On top of that you have to pay a fee for them to come (days later) whether they fix the problem or not. If you call to arbitrate they put your claim under review for as long as month and then finally deny it. I BELIEVE THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

Tom ** did a great job assisting me in purchasing my home warranty. I bought two today because of the incentives. Good customer relations. I’d recommend him to my friends. I saved money after comparing several other companies including Amazon and American Home Shield. Tom listened and followed my instructions on calling back. No hassle purchase.

Richard ** was a real Pizon! So helpful happy, & informative! His personality was quite ingratiating. He helped us navigate through all options, which helped us to make the best selection possible. I can only hope the service (if needed) is as good a representation, as Richard is as a sales person!

My microwave died on us and I contacted SHW. They were quick to response with a solution which was acceptable and fair considering that the microwave was a few years old already. Considering the fact that it would cost more to have a repair person to come and do repairs. Wouldn't make sense, so I accept their resolution of $95 and I pay the difference.

I researched Home Warranty plans and Select seemed to be the best one. Easy to apply for and follow up call saved me money and gave me free months of service. Have had bad experience with other companies. Am hopeful Select will be a good provider. Good customer service so far.

Great quick service. Tech was also great! I was pleased with the quick response by Select Home Warranty. They contracted a wonderful plumber. They were able to resolve all of my plumbing issues very quickly and efficiently. I was able to get a response within a day and a plumber out the next.

Oven repair. I think they need to do a better job of securing contractors to work with them. The first company had a full mailbox and I couldn’t leave any messages. The second company I called 4 times in 3 days before I was able to connect with someone. They told me they were not interested in doing business with SHW and wished that they (SHW) would quit giving their number to customers. I finally got approval to use a contractor we had used in the past. I paid him and am now waiting for a reimbursement check. This whole process took 9 days.

Platinum Care. I was very pleased with the customer service and was very helpful! I will refer to a family or friend that is in need of home warranty services. I received a lot of different quotes before making my determination and the quote I received was awesome! I feel comfortable and not worried if something break down.

Updated on 07/14/2020: The handle broke on my Pentair filter when trying to backwash the system. At that time I checked the balance of the pool systems and found the Pentair Heater would not stay on. Called Select Home Warranty (only 2 minute wait) and found the agent very knowledgeable and handled my claim quickly. She also explained what would happen next.

Thanks for the service, we found coverage that works for our unique situation and offering an extra two months free was the icing on the cake. I do wish there was a two year warranty instead of having to jump from a one year warranty to a three year warranty. But for what we need it it for it works for right now.

Gas Heating service Call. In a matter of 12 hours, I had my service call arranged and scheduled for a time that was convenient to me. The technician that I spoke with was professional and Very accommodating. Service call was arranged. My schedule not the company schedule! Customer Service is a lost art, yet so far so good here!

I called in today to place a service request on our dishwasher. The call agent was friendly, expedient, but accurate and explained the next steps we had to take in a way that was easy to understand. I was grateful for the help and am looking forward to getting our dishwasher repaired.

Hi was very pleased with the customer service today when I purchased the warranty. Helped me with the details of what I wanted to know and what I needed to know as a first time warranty buyer and guided me through everything. I would have to wait to see how the actual warranty service is like, but so far, I'm very pleased with the experience.

Purchased warranty at same time as home purchased! Heater is broken. Policy states repair or replace. Paid company to come out and look at unit. Stated that unit needs a inducer motor. One week later. Received response from Shw that states will only reimburse 150$ of the 700$ repair. Originally when signing up for the service company representative stated that this was the best warranty available today!! I guess we all have different views on what the best means!! Also the policy is set to expire in two months I will not be signing up again.

I had several issues with my pool. They were all taken care of professionally. Great service from start to finish. I have had zero issues with the plan I purchased and it has covered quite a bit. Customer Service does a great job. The value of the plan is excellent.

I hadn’t been too happy with my previous home warranty company, so I decided to look into the email that Select sent me. I went on the website and someone (Bruce) contacted me almost instantaneously. Representative was quick, knowledgeable, and got me what I needed in regards to understanding the plumbing problem. He took the information down to schedule a technician to come out to investigate the problem. He was also able to locate the credit I had and make it visible to the technician.

I called helpline to get more information on the plans. If there was an age limit for systems that wouldn't be covered, but there was no age restrictions. If I could purchase the warranty without living in house, investment property. Answer Yes. I checked other companies views and I felt that Select was the best value for your money. I even got 2 months free.

Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. I filled out my form online and I received a call SHW the next day to get me in the system and set up for my repair. They sent an email and a text to let me know who would be doing my repair and how to set up the day and time.

The service I got was fantastic. Very informative and worked to save me what he could. Plan covers more than the warranty that came with the house when we bought it. Select Representative was very nice. She answered all my questions and told me I didn't have to find a repairman that they do that for me. Even e-mailed me twice to let me know they are working on finding a repairman in my area. We shall see how long it takes to get someone here to fix the washer. Very satisfied so far.

Good afternoon, I would like to say that Select Home Warranty is amazing and made it quick and simple to get my AC unit fixed. I called and they were able to get someone to my house that was able to fix my unit very quick and the man was very professional. I am so thankful for that due to the fact that it is the summertime and it is very hot.

I had joined Choice Home Warranty 9 months ago. Was trying to make my 1st claim with them and they could not locate a plumber (asked me to try to help them locate a local plumber). They finally located one and he did not show up (I waited 4 hours and had called the day before and the day of my appointment). I contacted Choice Warranty and they did not offer any help. I looked up Home Warranty companies and read excellent reviews on Select Home Warranty. They called me on a Sunday and I signed up (saving money for my monthly premium). No comparison. Choice Warranty wouldn't even call me. Go with Select!

I am hoping the policy will be as good as the associate. He was knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal. The coverage seems better than the company I am currently with. I am excited to know that I have coverage and the service will be good. The company that I am currently with has had me on hold for over an hour to then just transfer me to another person, where I had to wait again. I know this will be better.

What GREAT customer service! Recommended by several girlfriends, I did some checking and had to go with them for 4 years!! They are number one and can I say~ I just have so much more peace of mind now. Sometimes when it rains- it pours- who would have guessed COVID 19.. Right? At least now if something major goes out... Sam talked to me about the plan and was very good. I do not buy this the 1st time but Sam said he would call back and him did. Not some new person. So I got the 1 yr + 2 more months from June 10 2020-Aug 10 2021 and now doing the review I get one more month till Oct 10 of 2021. So cool. Thank you Sam.

I had no problems getting our plan renewed. I felt like all my questions were answered and that I was assisted in getting the best deal I could. He even gave me his direct number so I could have the time to speak with my husband first. He was kind, patient and helpful. We will stay with this company for the life of our home warranty needs.

It was so easy to understand the offering and provided good deal for home warranty. Additionally it was quick response to the request and excellent services on the coverage of the home warranty programs. Only negative comment was that a second agent from Select called to sell me same insurance and asked for me to repeat my requirements. One salesman is enough.

Process simple so far. Made the phone call and within an hour was emailed info for HVAC company in my area. This is the first time I have had to file a claim. Will follow up with review after repairs done and process complete. Feeling very positive. Not sure about coverage at this point but will assume positive things based on process at this point.

I purchased Select Home Warranty coverage for my appliances in December of 2019. All my appliances are 3-10 years old and high quality. Two weeks ago my built-in microwave stopped working, then dishwasher showed an error message during cycle that there is a pump issue, and finally my refrigerator became warm inside. But it is all right, I have the warranty!! To make the story short, the warranty paid to repair guy for refrigerator $45 for the parts, I paid $120 for installation and service call, for the dishwasher the warranty paid $59 for the parts, I paid $200 for installation and service call. Warranty refused to pay for microwave repairs and offered me $95 that I can use for purchase of new built-in m/o or repairs. I choose repairs and paid $335. So I paid for the warranty $344, plus for everything else mentioned above almost $1000!

I was not expecting to get the great introduction to this company that I did! The representative answered my detailed questions and listened to my needs patiently. The representative was informative, courteous and knowledgeable. After my past experience with a home warranty company this was a wonderful experience. I feel confident that this Select will provide excellent service.

The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and courteous in processing our claim. I was able to get a service technician out to fix our air conditioning unit the next day and submitted my invoice to be paid. Everything was approved and taken care of within a week.

Representative was very good explaining plans, discount and special promotions. Good communication and fully and easily set up program. The rates and co pay are in line with other companies and Select has good national ratings. Will update if and when claim is required. The deduct or service fee is in line with most all contracts.

So far my experience is good. Best price around! I have not had to use the coverage yet but on paper it looks very complete and totally affordable. I bought 2 contracts for two different homes and received an even better discount. Just talk to them and they will work with you.

The agent was very nice and knew her business. Am waiting for E-mail telling me who will check out the washer. Time was stated to be 24-48 hours. Was disappointed that my Hood Vent was not covered, too. However, would recommend the company's customer service. Will review again after job is complete.

Josh was great to work with. He provided detailed information and was able to quote an economical rate which fit my budget. I’ve received several quotes from a few other home warranty companies and Select was by far the best option for me. I was able to call and speak with a representative who took the time to see exactly what I wanted and then found the best price. I was also able to set up the policy very quickly. The representative was helpful. He also made sure that I had received the policy to my email.

Our rep Steven was knowledgeable and enjoyable to speak with. I personally think he should ask about applying discounts in the beginning. We were given a discount for being a senior citizen but it took a long time to get this information to us. We balked at the original cost and that's how we got a discount. Currently, I am satisfied and will write more if we ever need to use this service.
