I love how you can choose your own cycle which there is so many cycles and you can delay it also on a Samsung washer and you can connect your smartphone to your washing machine and I would recommend anyone to buy it. Samsung washing machines are great washing machines.

Very efficient and easy to use. Quiet and smart to where I can start my wash when away from home. Saves on water and it can handle large loads. Conserves on all aspects including detergent and softener. I'm in love with doing laundry!!

Have had a few of their washers and usually very good performance and last quite a while. Must admit new one I bought a month ago (front loaders are what I get other than once supposedly High Efficiency top loader/Kenmore that was so NOT HE) does not seem to spin out right. During these times they said they could not come into my house to install--though my laundry area is only semi-enclosed; so maybe all my efforts to level it haven't done the job.

I love the fact that the Samsung washer has an app that I can use to monitor and control at a convenient way. It was a great idea for the washer/dryer set to be bluetooth. As far as the way my clothes come clean, the machine does the job. I also like the fact that it has a sanitizing setting and the dryer has a steam setting. Overall, it was worth buying because it does as advertised.

It has a 5.3 sf tub which is really great for the same price as the 4.7. Overall a very good value and it also has multiple wash settings. It is a high energy efficient model and it conserves water.

I purchased the Samsung Front Loader Washer & Dryer with pedestals. I love all the features on it especially the extra spin cycle. First load, the washer leaked all over my basement floor. It was obviously under warranty & was “repaired”. 2nd load did the same. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at Samsung and when I finally did, they couldn’t care less about their piece of garbage. I had it repaired yet again with the promise they’d take it back if it did it again. While it didn’t leak again, it doesn’t clean. Every load comes out with pet hair still on clothes, simple dirt still there. It is a nightmare and I will go back to my top loader when this hunk of junk dies. I will also return to an American made brand. Samsung makes excellent TVs & that’s what they should stick to making.

Do not even look at this machine! Ours lasted 1 year one month just past warranty. A piece of garbage. We are a household of 2 adults. Customer service was called 3 times no response. All of our loads were quite light. We use minimum detergent. We ran regular cleaning cycles and cleaned the seal.

It is the top loading washer with recall. Bedding was changed to something else. It does not clean well. Dissatisfied. It feels unsafe and is loud. I had the repair as replacement was unfair and was not even one third of what I paid for it. Samsung should stick to phones.

I love my Samsung washer, with the included soaking sink. I’ve had it for 4 years now and have never had any issues. The matching steam dryer is wonderful! My clothes always come out super clean and half dry so I don’t need to run the dryer for an extended time. Would highly recommend this pair. It’s a little pricy but so worth it.

I love my Samsung washer. It is very spacey and energy efficient. I have a big family so it is perfect with all the laundry we do. We wash on a daily, especially during certain sporting seasons. Plus having 3 girls and 3 boys constantly on the go.

We’ve had our Samsung washer for about 10 years and it’s been a great add on for our family. It’s very reliable and quiet, and have not failed us yet. It’s the best! I would recommend Samsung’s products to everyone. ????✌????

When I purchased this machine I was told that it was good for heavily soiled clothes. It's not working for me, the machine does not clean you clothes. I have had to wash clothes twice to get them halfway clean.

Our washer worked great for almost a year. Then, while my wife and I were at work, a loud alarm went off on my phone. I received message that my main water was shut off and a leak sensor was triggered. It turns out the filter drain was leaking. We have replaced the drain plug and seal, but it still leaks. This is the third Samsung product that we loved when we saw. Liked the features and how it worked and then... Something small throws a damper on the mood. Our Samsung microwave just died too.

Well this is my 1st front loader washing machine and also my 1st Samsung washer. I have had it for about 20 years. Last year is starting giving me problems so I had to change some parts out. Doing this myself was a little challenging but worth the money saved. I'm not sure if it's the dissatisfaction in front loaders or the brand. But I'm disappointed and dont think I would purchase another front loader.

The delivery service and customer service is great. This appliance is usually pretty great! My machine has the capacity to do a large load. Only problem is if you don’t equal out the load at the beginning. It only displays a code which I had to download the manual which is a bit of an inconvenience. But other than that highly recommended!

The drain pump broke 17 months after we purchased this expensive washing machine. Since it was past 12 months, it was not covered under any warranty. Samsung did not offer to do anything and it was a $350 repair bill on a machine that was 1 ½ years old!

The washing machine is awesome, and works very well, I the different cycles are very useful for bedding. I love the steam feature, and the cleaning feature from on the front is an excellent feature to keep the washer from having a odd smell.

Overall this Samsung washer is the best I've ever owned! It's self cleaning, balances uneven loads, quietly runs and I really like the signal when the wash is finished. I'm a senior citizen and I impressed with how easy it is to operate and the cleanliness of my laundry is superb. I LOVE MY SAMSUNG WASHER.

We have had a front load Samsung washer and dryer set for about 3 years, and it has been a wonderful set. We have had no problems, and they clean and dry excellent. The were priced in our price range and would get another set if it became necessary.

Don't waste your time with this washer. The water saver system is horrible. Clothes don't even get covered with water. Can't wait till this washer quits. Will go find washer with an agitator and no water saving system.

My machine is a new top loader. I always have to wash the clothes on deep water because even a light load stalls the washer. The clothes don’t smell clean and fresh using the energy saving water feature. Bring back the old agitators!!!

This washing machine increases the time to wash on some settings which is very frustrating and I've had to restart the wash to adjust for this. I do like the numerous settings it offers, especially for bedding.

I have a front loading model (to replace my previous Whirlpool Duet model that died after 10 years). When this one goes, I will go back to a top loading, full water tub version. I do not feel clothes get as clean in these water saving washers, despite the claims. When traveling I would use the hotel machines and they were always top loading and full tub versions, and I always noticed how much cleaner my clothes were and smelled (even using the same detergent as at home).

My Samsung washer has a very stylish and contemporary look. It has the ability to handle everything we have thrown in it from king sized comforters, large dog beds and family sized loads of dirty smelly laundry. Everything always comes out clean and smelling good. We’ve had no issues with it and that includes a move into a bigger house.

I am very happy with my Samsung washing machine. It has so many options depending on what you’re going to wash. I’ve never had any problems with it and will definitely buy another one if it ever dies. When I was searching for a washing machine I was told that Samsung was one of the better brands to get.

Our specific top loading washing machine was part of a recall we were never notified of due to drum issues. Ended up scrapping dryer after 4 years and purchasing a different brand. Samsung fix when called was to run washing machine at a lower speed.

Intuitive, easy to use controls. Excellent selection of options. Huge capacity. Easy front loading. Have had machine for several years - not a single problem. Matching pedestal base brings machine to convenient height and provides excellent storage for detergents, dryer sheets, etc.

The washer does not fill with enough water to wash the clothes and at times I still have patches of detergent left on clothes even if I select the highest load size. The tub size is misleading because it never does use that much water.

I have many Korean appliances. They all worked and had no issue with quality. Many American brands are made a few companies and quality and price are inferior to Korean product. I have a Whirlpool Appliances now. (Only because they were included with our home). I find them cheap in construction and all features were not well thought out. American industrial practice pump out cheap and sell lots.

The HE washer without the agitator doesn't destroy my clothes and it gets the job done. It's larger than the traditional washers and it's a top loader. The sensing and locking lid are great features.

I have recently switched from an LG washer to an Samsung and the performance, quality and overall performance is 100% more efficient. I won't use any other brand again. I'm completely satisfied with Samsung product.

This is not my first Samsung appliance. They stand behind their product and they are there when you call them. Very happy with my Samsung washer. I really believe they put a lot of pride in their appliances. Well we have a Samsung T.V. Great picture and will buy another one when this one goes.

I bought my Samsung washer because it had the most features and the largest capacity of any consumer-grade washer... It also came with an unbelievable 10 year warranty. Well I shouldn't have believed it. 2 years later and there are issues where it shuts off with the error code 4f, and on top of this the door leaks.

The best part of this washer is the small load option on the top. I like that I can wash a few items vs having to wait for a full load in the main washer. It is great for my work / good clothes. I feel that the ability to synch to my phone is a wasted option as I only ever do laundry when I am home. Overall very happy with this machine and would recommend.

I have a front load washer, it comes with several preset wash settings for various types of laundry. What I like best is being able to create your own custom settings. It's quiet and also had a setting to clean the washer.

The machine has been completely reliable, the steam feature does nothing but cost you a fortune extra in run time. I also was offended, that when I called for a repair, I am 73, I was told the machine would have to be on the floor, not the pedestal. A disgrace!

Purchased this top loading, water-saving model 2 years ago and we are very satisfied. It's loaded with features, very quiet, and hasn't given any problems. The wash cycle takes a little longer than our previous machines, due to the water-saving feature, but it coincides with the time it takes for the dryer to dry the machine. We also appreciate the large capacity basket as we wash comforters, etc., quite often.

For what was supposed to be a high-end machine, I'm disappointed in the amount of rust around the top, particularly around the bleach dispenser. Also, the recall due to lids flying off when spinning was a bummer. Finally, I had to replace the four suspension rods after only a couple of years. They relaxed to the point that the drum settled down on the safety switch and would not allow it to spin. Less than $100 fix DIY. On the plus side, the machine cleans very good, is fairly quiet, and is programmable enough for about anything needing washing.

Looks great works horrible. Always seems to have an issue. I can use 1 cycle only. I wish I would have read more reviews. They make a decent phone, but forget the washer and dryer. Can't wait to sell this property to leave the Samsung behind.

I absolutely love this washing machine. I am able to wash my California king size comforter with ease. It is super quiet, autosenses each load making it extremely efficient and is hands down the best purchase we have made.

This machine is quite reliable and does a fantastic job washing the clothes! This machine was competitively priced and is extremely easy to use. It has separate areas for detergent and bleach to help ease of use.

I LOVE my Samsung heavy duty washing machine! This machine can handle almost everything! You do need to ensure that the load is spread around evenly. I like that you can turn on a water stream to rinse out the liquids from the cap(s). The operator manual is good in explaining error codes. The downside to a extra large heavy duty machine is that in order to accommodate those big loads the depth of the tub sometimes makes it difficult to reach to the very bottom to get out smaller items like socks.

My Samsung front load has since I bought it has always stopped before finishing the cycle with a code of nf or DC. Or it may finish the cycle but doesn't actually spin out. I have tried several DIY fixes but it doesn't help. The dryer works great aside from not being able to use fabric sheets because it affects the sensor so it would auto dry.

I have only had the Samsung washer and dryer for 2 years, but they work beautifully. The additional features are exceptional, such as steam wash and steam wrinkle remover. Lots of options for cycles and temps and spin speeds. I'm very happy with them so far.

I'm very dissatisfied with this washing machine. It takes 59 minutes to do a normal load. The self clean feature takes over 4 hours. I do not like the fact that I cannot adjust the water level. The warm water wash is cold water. And yes the hoses are connected properly. I would not recommend this washer.

The washer and dryer was the worst brand I have had. No parts are available. Junk. I did without a dryer for 3 months because it had no parts to fix it. I had to buy a new. Not happy. Even Sears could not fix it. Never again. They had recalled on a lot washers.

I love my washer and dryer set. I've owned them possibly a year now, no problems. Everything is efficient, from the use of water and detergent and time. I do wish it was slightly more quiet, but other than that for me Samsung is a winner.

It's a good washer, not excellent! It is a front loader. We have to prop the door open so it doesn't smell!! We have cleaned it according to manufacturer's instructions, but still need to keep door open. Sometimes have to put a dry cloth in ALL the rubber rings, to soak up the nasty smell!

My Samsung front load high definition washer and dryer has been a dream. My clothes are clean and I have cut back on dry cleaning thanks to the steam fresh feature. Well worth the money. Very little maintenance too.

Love the style and the size of the washer and I love the ringer but unfortunately it's a little pricey. I bought mine on a deal sale but the cons to the washer is I've had mine 3 years and around the glass is done rusted and some loads will be undeveloped very easy which takes all day to wash one load when that happens.

Machine was repaired under a recall.. It could spin out of control and eject metal parts. The repair took about an hour. Company added additional one year warranty. I have had no problems since then.

I expect a new washing machine to at least work for a month after purchase. It didn't. A few repairs later it finally worked well enough to quit calling for repairs. I had cancer surgeries, recovery, work, etc. and just gave up. There are times it works perfectly, times it won't spin, times of clanking noise while going to a different function & a few times when it missed since cycle. My problem is that I don't know when it will or won't work. If it doesn't work for repairperson they could work on it again but if it does work what is the point in calling them?

My first washer was an LG, but sold it when I moved. My Samsung is 5 y.o. It’s fine, but I miss the features of my LG. I miss the super hot setting. My Samsung is adequate for our small family. I would recommend the Samsung.

Has good features. Quiet operation, large capacity, really cleans your laundry with large cycle selection. Has automatic load weight calibration hand wash basin built into the lid has bedding cycle that helps out with heavier loads only negative is if you overload it you have to recalibrate tub but it’s just pushing two buttons and it automatically recalibrates itself.

I love my Samsung washer! Everything always comes out so clean and fresh. I have been loyal for years and will always be! The price isn't too bad and searching their website is great to compare for what you need. Plus I'm okay with paying more to get a better product!

I've inherited this machine when I bought the house - we had to replace the Samsung dryer as that was a horrible nightmare - so far the washer is ok - it definitely builds up gunk and mold in the soap and conditioner bins and I've had to replace the cap in the middle of the drum - I have a top loader - it works okay but I use Vinegar in the rinse cycle as it was leaving a lot of lint and stuff on my clothing so this helps.

Don't have 1 complaint about my machine except price. Good machine. Well built. Easy care. Even plays music when a load is done. Would be nice if they sat a little higher though ... Shouldn't have to buy a pedestal for the cost of the machine.

My washer gets off balanced very easily. Cannot use the bedding cycle for fear of the recall they had. Tried to get someone to come look at if from Samsung and never heard back. The machine itself doesn't do that great of a job gets clothes clean. Overall it's ok. Probably won't buy one again.

I like my washing machine (Samsung). It is really reliable & it cleans my clothes thoroughly. I still cant believe how fast it spins, it's like it makes a jump to lightspeed on extra fast spin. The dirt & the water just spin their way out of the fabric.

My washer has been great however, Samsung customer service is terrible. I have a Samsung Oven and when it caught on fire Samsung did nothing about. My whole kitchen is by Samsung and I will not be buying it again.

The washing machine is just all right. However the tube is way too large. I need a stool to be able to get the clothes from the bottom of the machine. In my opinion it should not be that way, however, most tubes seem to be made this way. I think clearly a man is designing these machines. When one doesn’t use any item themselves they make only what they believe the item is supposed to be not having any real idea what and how an item is used. I see this in many things that are made. So it works but if someone had to use it things would be different.

This is new machine for me, I like the larger size and the ease of how to work it, it's modern and works well. It is also really quiet and send me easy alarms noises when my clothes are done. It was easy to receive as well.

Samsung Washer bought 4.5 yrs ago. Has been good with all settings, until 2 mo. ago when the setting for lingerie won't utilize the spin mode. Called the Warranty Co. Warrentech, had tech out. Tech stated, let them send you a check, as they wouldn't honor the warranty. Warrantech sent me full amt for the Washer $649.

I had no idea how wrinkled items would be when washed in this front load high efficiency machine. If I could go back, I would buy a top load washer instead. I hang much of my laundry to dry so I am totally disgusted with the outcome. The clothing looks terrible. It is a good thing that we are in stay at home mode because I have to wear wrinkled clothes.

I am really happy with my front load Samsung Washer. Only problem I have had is a seal on the door was leaking on the floor. Since I bought an extended warranty it was all covered. I have had them 3 years and would most definitely buy them again without question!

The Samsung Washing machine has all the features I was looking for. Although I'm not used to the slow agitation as in the newer machines, I was surprised it gets our clothes nice and clean. The only drawback I see it it doesn't allow you to choose deep fill on all the cycles. I don't have a huge comfort level with the small amount of water in a regular load, so I use the deep fill in all the loads I'm able to.

Love all the cycle choices, especially the quick wash option. You can save “most used cycle” so it is a one step process! Happy with the eco warm water choice for efficiency. Smart care and self clean are bonuses. Extra large capacity and child locks are additional reasons to purchase.

Bought front loading Samsung washer about 3 yrs. Very reliable. Built like a tank. Best washer I have ever owned. It has excellent features. Multiple wash modes. Has built-in heating element that does great job on bedding and linens. A quality product.

Frankly I love to do laundry and I would love to own one I can do my comforters in. With different machines you need to used different detergents. I still haven't found the right one for this yet. It's a good machine but I wish it could hold my comforters. Uh and a draw for underwear would be nice too. And a indicator that you forgot to put in the detergent would be lovely.

I like the sleekness and modern, tech-friendly approach Samsung incorporates in their products. There are some minor issues that could be improved in the engineering of this product, but overall satisfied.

We finally got an energy efficient washer. We weren’t used to no agitator but googled the difference. The newer washers push water through the clothes vs the old way of pushing the clothes through the water. It fills with only a fraction of water estimated by the weight of the articles. That scared us at first as it didn’t seem to add enough water to possibly wash clothes and get them clean. After more researching and doing loads of laundry. This Samsung has gotten the clothes much cleaner. I don’t like how it takes longer to wash clothes with these machines but it is what it is. The machine is very quiet vs our old ones. We no longer have to shut our laundry room door. We forget it’s even going until it plays a song when done.

The dryer get hot but not as hot as I would like and it shakes from time to time. The washer is amazing, I really like that it offers a special setting for my special delicates items. It also offers a special feature for underwear.

I have had my Samsung Washer and Dryer for over 5 years with no issues at all! They Wash my clothes perfectly. The only reason it don't get a perfect score is you have to dry it out and take the dispenser tray out when finished washing or it collects mold rather quickly.

Initially I liked my washer. Less than a year after purchase I got a recall notice. The drum caused injuries to users. But even prior to the recall the washer would become unbalanced with very little in it. It is mediocre at best. If I could do it again I would stick with a brand that is known for their home appliances.

Probably the worst washer I've had in 35 yrs. Doesn't add enough water to even wet the clothes. Has no agitation to wash the clothes and only spins the water out about half the time. There's no way to tell how much soap is left in the auto dispenser.

They works very smooth with not much noise. Clean real good. Spend less water. I have them over 4 years without any problem. I can say Samsung washer is great that every can love to have. Dryer also was so good. I think nobody can complain against.

I have had the washer and dryer made by Samsung repaired 4 times in two years. I think something is new should have been repaired under warranty. When you purchase a new washer and dryer you expect no problem with it for at least 5 years. I had a Whirlpool washer lasted 20 years.

I like the washing machine, but it does have a lot of little plastic parts, like in the tub, there is no agitator, there is a plastic piece that covers a bolt in the bottom. That cover broke off in a week. The water control valve started leaking, kept dripping water continuously. It is kind of hard to get to, especially when the warranty ran out 3 months ago. The parts are expensive to purchase. But overall the price is good for what you get.

The delivery men were careless when they brought the washer & dryer to my home. They were inexperienced boys and they scratched my kitchen floor! They need more training for delivery! But I do love my washer & dryer.

I got the HE agitator-less washer from Costco for a grand. Works very well, uses little water and the drum is huge. Have to be tall enough to reach down to get the clothes out! Nice features for all different washes and no problems. Had Samsung washer before and I liked it so I went with another in this house.

Only problem I have is the tub is so deep I need a stepstool to unload and I'm a tall girl. There is no lack of wash cycles to choose from and not having the annoying agitator I find to be a nice feature.

Front loader started having problems after about 18 months. Samsung did send out one Serviceman that was totally useless, didn't listen to one word we said and off he went. Complained again and second guy was more helpful but we are limited to Delicate or Towel Selection to keep the machine from totally going into orbit during the Spin Cycle. There is still definitely something wrong with this machine but it would cost as much to repair it as to replace it. A consumer has the expectations on a purchase of a washing machine that it would certainly last more than 18 months. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. Buyers would be wise to stay away from this brand. They do make a good tv though.

My Samsung washer is one of the worst washers ever. Twist up your clothing. Does not clean right. Does not fill up with water like old washers. I have had to replace the WASHING MACHINE MOTOR & INVERTER ASSEMBLY twice and WASHING MACHINE REAR ROD & SPRING ASSEMBLY four times. I would suggest keeping your old-time washers. That washed great, lasted forever and was made in the USA.

This type of machine does good for colored clothes but it doesn't do anything for whites. I have to use extra bleach and wash on heavy to get them a decent white. This is because it lacks an agitator. I would not recommend this type of washer although I do like Samsung.

Great machines. Big enough to wash comforters. I have front loaders. They look nice and keep clothes clean. I like the eco features and the sanitize features. Best investment that we could've made. Very happy with the Samsung washer and dryer.

Great quality for price, reliable, quiet (almost silent), efficient on electricity and water. Used it for last 5 years, no technical issues at all, great for family and large loads of laundry, and most important- user friendly.

My Samsung set is beautiful and crafted well.. mechanically works, spectacular and the options are great for the washer. It’s more the dryer I either don’t understand or is poor quality option wise. The drum light never stays on when I’m retrieving clothes and it often completes cycles although the clothes are still damp when run until dry option Is used. Cosmetic it’s a gorgeous set... bottom line washer exceeds dryers performance.

I love my front load washing machine. It’s been reliable and works Very well. We have three of us and can get our wash done in half the time and loads as the washer is big and we can load more clothes in it.

Washer makes a thumping sound since day one. Sounds like someone is knocking on the door. Service had been out 4 times and the last time they said it was normal. We have two Samsung Washers, one in our rental unit and it does not make this sound.. Now it's out of warranty and customer service told us we need to pay to have it repaired. Terrible customer service from this company. We own a fridge, dishwasher, 2 washers and 2 dryers, not to mention a Note 8 and Note 10.

I actually just a few months ago bought a new top of the line Samsung Washer and Dryer set. I love them! They are really cool with the many cycles and such that you can choose from. The only downfall I see is the repairing of them will probably quite expensive. And I thought they were a bit expensive in first place. But we are hoping that buying a good brand will bring us quality.

Constantly goes off balance and washer needs to be stopped to readjust load even after serviceman balances it. Easy to use but paint is easily scratched if laundry basket is set on top and removed without lifting straight up so any other kind of contact would probably take paint right off. Getting correct amount of liquid detergent for load is difficult to eyeball. Disappointed in extended warranty, company does not send a reminder and only warranty to purchase is 5 year for $500, I'll just put $100 away each year since the washer is only a 400-500 value, depending upon where you buy it. The machine works well after 3 years now and the only real issue I have is that it doesn't stay in balance. Would I buy it again, yes, if it extends past a 10-15 year mark like my previous washers have. My Kenmore lasted for over 20 years so I'm hoping I will hit that mark with my Samsung.

I think it’s a good company but frontload or at least Samsung frontload sucks. Half the time I turn it on, I go out later and it never started and the clothes do not smell fresh. They also don’t last as long as top load washers. They look cool, but I will never purchase a front load washer again.

Decide to get this machine due to top loading and large capacity. Decidedly gets clothes cleaner and has great capacity. Does not become unbalanced all the time like my former machine. It is quiet and stable. Nicer sound and lots of choices in wash cycles.

We have Samsung Washer and Dryer for last 5 years. We bought this brand new. The product is solid in build and the ease of use is just amazing. Overall great end-user experience. I'd definitely recommend this to a friend or a family.

We've now had this washer (& dryer) for about 5 years. So far, no problems and no need for service. We've also moved during the time we've had this - which I'm sure you can imagine isn't the best thing for anything, let alone anything with moving parts. I would highly recommend Samsung for washers, dryers (and other home electronics)!

I don't like the sounds of the alarms on it. I wish I was a way that you could change those but other than that it seems to work pretty fine. I have a handicapped older brother and a lot of big dogs and it seems to get out even the biggest of messes.

Ive never used a washer like that before and I love it. It's quiet and super easy to use. Sings when it's done working. The only thing that really took a little bit to get used to was there wasnt any agitator in the center.

Constantly tearing up and highly recommend trying another manufacturer if at all possible, zero stars. I had multiple service repairs done to it. The main issue is the bearing failing after only two years.

We are happy with our Samsung Machine. We HAD this for Over 9 yrs. now, never had a breakdown. We use this for our daily use. With a family of total 7 living in house, usage is more than a normal family. I do not know if there is a better unit out there for daily economical. but we feel happy to acquire this. We bought this unit after we moved in this home in 2007.

This wash machine has a wide variety of settings for washing. The bedding and waterproof items setting is very helpful. Without the center cylinder things like this can tangle, but not so in this setting. The spin cycle does a great job. Much less dryer time is needed. The water jet inside the washer is super handy to touch up items with a stain before the load. I wondered if I would use the deep fill water option since my old machine used a lot more water. But I have not felt the need to use it yet, this washer gets clothes nice and clean without all the extra water. I love that it reminds me when it is time to clean the machine. The self clean cycle is great. You will enjoy the little chime that goes off when the load is done. Highly recommend this washer!

It does not get the clothes clean. I am not able to choose the water level I want to use. Overall it does not get the close clean at the water level it uses. The machine does not let me choose another water level. I think it might do a better job of cleaning if it had more control settings that I could use for the size of the load.

Washing machine worked fine but main drive system broke entirely after 5 years, and the repair cost exceeded value of the machine. We had to replace it with an LG. Repairman said LG was more reliable and said not to buy another Samsung. Samsung were not helpful at expediting original delivery.

Overall this machine has really good features like the different spin cycles and have not had a lot of issues with it. Trying to find someone to work on it is difficult since we live in a very small town Granted we have only had to have it serviced twice in four years.

Good machine but did have a recall which has since been repaired. Many settings and features. Quick run times. Minimal water usage required as this is a water efficient machine. My only complaint would be it bangs around sometimes when ending spin cycle.

This washer is just awful. For an extra small load it’s a minimum of 1.5 hour wash time. You have no choice but to put it on the deep fill setting or your clothes won’t even be in water. I always have to put on extra rinse and deep fill water settings to make sure they get at-least a little clean. They hardly get agitated at all. Watched the washer for 10 Full minutes like a kid at the laundromat and the clothes were still in the same position.

I love my Samsung washer especially my little washboard in the top. It's also nice to let things soak that are stained. It is very quiet and spins the clothes very dry. It has a deep tub that allows me to wash my blankets and quilts and comforters.

I really like my washer and dryer. My only problem thus far has been that the softener won't disperse into the washing machine but I have an extended warranty that hopefully will pay to repair this item. Other than that pretty happy.

Hi. I bought many different washing machines, but Samsung is the best. Firstly because it washes properly. Secondly works for ages. If you look after it, you don't need to buy another washing machine till end of your life.

It's a great quality washer. I love the features and all the cycles and true water temperatures. All around great product. Team Samsung. The price wasn't too bad but you have to pay a little more for good quality.

Love this washer. It looks great and it is a great washer. Many features including a small washer for small loads. It just a beautiful machine with many features. Easy to load and very quiet. Great color.

This machine is awesome. It has a huge tub with a kit of different settings and I love to sensor wash as it detects how much of a load you have. It’s quiet and I don’t have to keep checking to see if the wash is done. It plays music when the wash is finished. I also have it synced to my phone so that I can see where it is in the washing process. I love this machine and would highly recommend it.

I have a Samsung VRT top loader to replace my Kenmore. It is energy efficient, very quiet and simple to set up. BUT... problems with balancing in certain cycles is very problematic especially when it has to keep resetting to 12 mins and then starts a whole new load. So then I must remove the clothes and wring them out myself because all water doesn't drain. I spent so much money on something that was suppose to be top of the line. Samsung should stick to cell phones. Very disappointing.

Once the machine starts, you have about 15 seconds into the wash to press that pause button, if you have to add a piece of clothing you forgot. After that, it locks and it will not reopen unless you reset the wash. If that happens, the machine drains everything out, so you will have to pour more soap & fabric softener into the dispenser.

I have always had old top loading washers and my husband talked me into a front loader on a pedestal. The washer has been reliable and does a great job of cleaning. I like all the features and having it on a pedestal makes the front loader much easier to use.

It's great, but since it is an "energy saver", the "hot water" mode is barely warm. I can turn off the cold water spigot to get the water hot, BUT if I forget to turn the cold water back on in time, the error code keeps flashing and cannot be reset without unplugging the washer and starting over again.

I have had zero issues with my washer. Settings are easy to use and understand. My electric bill has not been impacted and my water bill also remains low. I have had a lot of success using Samsung for different items and would highly recommend.

It's a front loader, cleans very good but because it hold some water there's mold that has to be cleaned out regularly. We have to drain tub every few months and you need to have the additional platform, without this task is difficult.

I really love my Samsung washer and dryer, they are very efficient and get my clothes super clean! The capacity is incredible, I can load it all the way up and it still cleans incredibly well. My washer has a self cleaning mode that helps keep my machine sparkling clean and fresh!

4 years old and so far everything is working. My one complaint is that once you get put on a certain extra wash, rinse, soak etc., it is hard to cancel it. Also the energy efficient settings are also hard to get rid of.

Washer is 12 years old and still going strong. Only repair I had was to replace the drum, which had disintegrated. Thankfully, that was covered by my home warranty. Still, a strong recommendation for the washer.

The washer load goes out of balance easily - great care is required loading items into the machine to help prevent a "dancing" machine across the floor. The machine cleans items very well and it is a power saver which helps lower utility bills.

There is a "special" setting for "SPIN". Not everything actually spins enough to put them in the dryer. EVERY time I attempt to use it - it shows 11 min. Doesn't actually start spinning till 8 min. THEN, it changes to a RINSE/SPIN all by itself. I've ended up yelling at it to STOP. It's ridiculous that I'm trying to SPIN to get the water OUT; instead it fills up with more water. I will never buy another Samsung appliance. P.S. I feel the same about the matching dryer!!

We've had several washing machines over the years but nothing compared to the Samsung. We use less detergent than ever before. The machine is quiet and operates continuously load after load and never gets out of balance like the rest have done in the past. Plenty of wash cycle choices to meet your needs. It's Samsung all the way for us.

Not all loads get sufficient water even though the water fill is suppose to be automatic. Sounds like a plane taking off when it's agitating. On heavy items spin does not sufficient wring out water. Needed to put it through the spin cycle twice. I can wash comforters and pillows. So that is good.

The Samsung washer has been great. I have had it for about 5 years. There have been no problems and gets my clothes clean. I love how the top loader does not have the agitator arm in the middle like old washer so I am able to fit a larger amount of clothes.

I like the machine but the smell that builds up in these new machines is so bad. I really can't stand it. I honestly feel like my clothes don't get as clean as they did before with the old agitator ones and definitely don't smell as good. Plus my hot and cold water are switched.

Been a great washer...lots of choices to use...really like the steam feature....no agitator saves the wear and tear on our clothes. Nice looking controls are in an easy place to use....really like the big tub and holds lots of clothes.

Samsung has really gone the extra mile to engineer a washing machine. The sensors automatically adjust to the load capacity and can adjust balancing with no effort. Best buy I've made in 22 years! The customer service is great and can help you to tap into all the features that you may not be aware of. Samsung Washers are loaded with exceptional features. Cannot go wrong with Samsung washers.

Very nice options for this machine, but it had not been very reliable. The drum had a screw that gets loose often, and had to be tightened by a professional. Also very difficult to keep the inside of the drum clean.

Just wish that better parts were used so as to last longer. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years and still stick with today but improvements can always make a product better. I am looking to upgrade soon.

I could not be happier with my washer. It’s effective and spins the clothes so well that they don’t need much dry time. I love that it automatically sets the water level according to the load.

Our Samsung washer will not spin about half the time. It goes out of balance and displays error code UR. Evidently this is a big problem as people are resorting to stuff foam between the tub and sides of the washer. (see Youtube) Our washer was made after will never buy a flat tub washer again. Our washer was not covered under the class action suit.

The Samsung WA40J3000AW/A2 is a decent value for the money spent. Reliable and dependable. The only downside is the auto balancing feature. Other than that it runs flawlessly. We had ours for almost two years and never really had issues with anything except heavy load balancing. Otherwise it’s the perfect machine

Very nice machine. Simple controls and does a great job of getting clothes clean with a minimum of water. The detergent dispenser is easy to use as is the softener and bleach dispensers. The price was good and the machine was quickly available once that had failed while filled with clothing.

Samsung products are good. My washing machine and dryer are amazing. I've had them for a few years. Still running good. I recommend buying a set. I own Samsung phones, tablets, TV's. The price on a set of Washer and dryer can be a little pricey but worth it.

I've had my Samsung washer for 1 1/2 years and love it. I have washed as few as a few items to extra large loads such as a king size comforter and loads with sweatshirts. Small or extra large my loads have come out great. My only complaint is that on occasion when I've chosen the wrong cycle, I've had items that needed to be put through another spin cycle and that is not an option without an additional rinse.

I absolutely love my Samsung washer. We have had it almost 3 years, had one issue after warranty ran out but they still came and repaired it for free. It looks great and has a ton of features including steam wash, bedding and waterproof wash settings.

My washer was a disappointment. It started giving me problems after 3 months and then 6 months more problems. 1 years more problems and yes I had the extended warranty but it was days and more day before the TECH could come out to do the repairs. So I had to go to the laundromat. Man the cost to use their machine $ 25.00+ dollars each trip. After that I had an outside repairman check the washer. It would have cost me $165.00 to have the repairs done. I never went back to pick up the washer and would be the end of me and Samsung products.

I have a Samsung front load washer that I purchased in November 2019. Last week I dribbled some laundry (Method) detergent down the front. When I wiped it off the lettering that shows the different cycles wiped completely off. Samsung customer service was no help at all, told me it is not defective. I know I'm finished with Samsung washing machines.

I have lots of Samsung Items so when the sales rep recommended their Washer I listened (I had LG in the past)...However a HUGE disappointment...After a year the right side of the panel started to smudge out and getting worse each day. Soon I will not be able to read the settings (Perm Press, Quick Wash, etc). It's only the right side affected....I called no help, I tried to connect online and they sent me in an infinite loop and I tweeted sent photos....Horrible horrible Customer Service....someone tried to help me but his manager shut him down he was so apologetic...Terrible workmanship. I will NEVER buy anything from them again after their attitude. ** though panel could be on any washer I have other problems with this washer too...

Bought first front load in 2010, the motor failed in 2014, second one purchased in 2014. The drum assembly broke and despite an extended warranty running out 4 months prior the Samsung company did not stand behind their product. Do not buy anything from this company, they do NOT care about the consumer after the purchase. No one should have to buy three washers in less than 10 years. We will never buy a Samsung product again.

My year old Samsung Flex Wash washing machine caught on fire after almost exactly one year to the purchase date. The worst part is I am waiting for parts now going on 3 weeks! Both electrical boards were completely burnt yet they wont replace the machine. I have 3 children and during a pandemic NO WASHER. This washing machine is super expensive and Samsung wont do a thing. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT MADE IN USA.

We had a Samsung washer. First of all we know when you buy Samsung you are expecting a good product. Well we are stupid we had one. It was falling apart after 6 months. Well after more crap than you can image they recalled it. Another nightmare we did receive a check and guess we bought a new Samsung. Well this is worse. It puts no water in the washer. Does not even cover the clothes. It moves like a snail. It's the worse washer I have ever seen. It's junk. Shame on you Samsung. Shame on you.

Top loading Samsung VRT Smart care washer will not balance for small to medium load in the rinse cycle. Just stops then resets time to 15 minutes, then fills with water. This happens over and over and over. This is fairly expensive machine and it is is a total piece of junk. Might as well wash clothes by hand and hand wring them before placing the clothes in a tumble dryer. I recommend not buying any Samsung washing machines. Horrible design technology.

My family bought a VRT upload washer less than 2 years ago and now every time I go to use it I smell mold. I get gray mushy particles after my laundry comes out and very often I have to wipe it out with a paper towel and disinfect it. I'm positive there is mold growing under the bottom of the barrel, the bleach pocket, and in the detergent dispenser. There is pink stuff sitting underneath the detergent dispenser and who knows what type of mold is growing there. I will never buy one again.
