Hello, I recently called Salad Master about an issue I had with their pans. I purchased the pans on 7.22.87. Back then, the pots were expensive; however, we went ahead and purchased them. At the time of sale, we were expressly told the cookware carried a lifetime warranty. This was a key factor in my purchase decision. I sent photos to Salad Master. When I initially called, they asked if I was the original owner. I said I was. They asked if I had a receipt. I told them I think I do. At first they were willing to assist, but then they sent me this long email informing me they were not and where I could purchase parts. This is inconsistent with the lifetime warranty I was informed about when I purchased the pots. I am reaching out to see if the company will honor their warranty. Thanks for your time and have a wonderful and blessed day.

We purchased our 1st Saladmaster Set in 1980 in Kennewick, Wa. We loved it. It cooked great, the food tasted wonderful, and my wife had health problems and we felt it helped. In 2003, 23 years later, our Fry Pan started to pit. We called the local dealer in Cedar Rapids and explained the situation to him. He said to stop by, and he replaced it, no questions asked. Fantastic service. In 2015, we retired and moved to Amarillo, Tx. After 35 years, we decided there must be something better out there, so we donated our Saladmaster Cook Set and a Henckels Knive set to Hurricane victims. We were wrong. We bought a set of Al-Clad and returned them after a short time. We exchanged them for a set of Calphalon pots and pans. They lasted about the same amount of time and we returned them and got our money back.

Bed Bath and Beyond bent over backwards to keep us happy. I contacted the local Amarillo Saladmaster and bought a new set. I added to it several times and loved it. In 2023, my wife of 56 passed with Alzheimer's. I left everything in the house and had a realtor clear everything out and sell the house. I moved back ot Washington, St., my son had asked me to move home so didn't need any kitchen stuff to live with him. 6 months later, I bought a Condo and had to start from scratch. I started with a set from Calphalon again. I wasn't happy with it again. I'm 78 and don't have the money for a new set of Saladmaster. Also, I don't need a set that will last another 35 years. But I expect they will. I finally went on eBay and bought a really nice used set and a few extra pieces. They will be here next Tuesday. I can hardly wait:-).

I have set Saladmaster. I request for warranty but it's a Fraud. When you bought, said is warranty for life, any damage include, with the pass of time, decrease, bumping inside and more, called CUSTOMER Services, and send pictures, said no cover for replacement and need to pay 500 for 2 cook. I need information to take action.

So we have owned Saladmaster pans for over 20 years and added to the collection periodically. Though the pans are expensive, they are outstanding. Based on the pans alone, I would give them a 5 star review....however, the Customer Service is RIDICULOUS. Their site says this: "Saladmaster offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for its stainless steel cookware, ensuring it is free from material and craftsmanship defects for the original purchaser's lifetime. This warranty includes repair or replacement for defective products, although it excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear." We had an issue with one pan that the handle bolt rusted out and the welded nut needed replaced or repaired. After submitting multiple photos, they agreed to fix it but required postage up front for the return cost. Naturally I paid that and then paid to ship it to them as well.

A few weeks later I called to check the status because I had not heard from them and they said that they were unable to look at and repair the pan because it was wrapped in a T-shirt and not bubble wrap or paper. I asked why that would make any difference and she stated that it was just their policy to keep their people safe. SO...they were able to SAFELY open the box and examine it enough to see that the pan was wrapped in a T-Shirt for padding, but were too scared to take the pan out of the T-shirt. My assumption is that they are still operating in COVID protocols or something from 6 years ago, but to have a fear of transmission of ANYTHING via a T-shirt is crazy. The lady then said that in the fine print, it states how you are to package the metal pan and handle within the box.

I am still waiting for them to send it back to me (waiting over a month), but if I want it fixed, I will have to pay shipping both ways AGAIN. I even asked to speak with a supervisor to discuss the safety danger of the T-shirt, but I never heard back from them. Lesson learned in dealing with customer service, we will not be buying their products in the future.

I got the Saladmaster cookware 2 months ago. After using it the first time, I could easily tell the huge difference between the Saladmaster cookwares and my old cookwares as to the taste, flavour and texture of the food that I cook. Also, the food stays longer and doesn't change its texture. Saladmaster is known to be made of 316Ti and titanium is the only metal which our body accepts. This is a surgical metal grade hence, it is used for hip & knee replacement, dentures, braces etc. These cookwares don't leach impurities and chemicals that are harmful to our health while under high heat, unlike other cookwares. Saladmaster cookwares retain the nutrients and natural flavours of the food that in some cases, we don't need oil, salt and other condiments & spices when frying. Practical thinking is that using Saladmaster on daily basis could potentially eliminate the buildup of toxins that is gradually increasing in our digestive system.

The price of these cookwares is justified by its make, characteristics, capabilities and health benefits that it offer. Saladmaster is actually the breakthrough of all the cookwares and the best investment that I ever made. Now you have two choices to make, to continue taking in toxins from the food that you cook with your low-grade metal cookwares or invest in Saladmaster for a healthier meal because you deserve a better, happier and longer life. Cheers!

I bought my Saladmaster family package in 2007 believing in what they said that it has a lifetime warranty (and all my friends believe it that way no other details was said to us about it). Last February my rice cooker decided it's time to retire (that was 17 years old) and anything that is getting old even humans will have problems or it has its end so I contacted their customer service and they told me that they only cover the defects and craftmanship. And I need to send it to them for evaluation…wow really…I took care of it because it's expensive but EVERYTHING has its end…

They only offered me 50% discount…I did not accept it. I just felt that maybe I am just an ordinary customer they don't care about, I realize even this big company with a very, very expensive product can be a FRAUD…maybe if I am a movie star I will not have a 2nd email, they will just replace it at once…Poor ordinary people who we taught we have our investment but I felt CHEATED

I purchased a classic cookware back in 2018 and fell in love with it. My only concern was it was a little heavy. I will still give it a 5 star considering it was a high priced cookware and heavy but it really is a good cookware. However, I did an upgrade yesterday and purchased 3 more pots. I was able to bring home 2 pots with me and 1 was a backorder. When I opened it this morning, I was disappointed with what I saw, you can see the impression on how the handle was being welded or connected to the pot in both sides. It was explained to me that, that's how they manufacture the product now. I was told that the manufacturer made the cookware lighter. I don't buy the idea that it is the reason why the impression on the handle was there.

If I compare a cheap cookware with the same handle as to the Saladmaster, You won't even see an impression like that in a cheap cookware. That being said, I am now under the impression that this cookware I have is manufactured with low quality for such a high priced cookware. I will give it a 2 stars now. I hope Salad master manufacturer can read this review so they can respond and abate this issue. Is this a manufacture cosmetic defect? A quality assurance negligence for passing this batch? Or just a low/poor quality material overall? I would appreciate a response from Salad Master management.

My wife and I bought our Saladmaster Set in 2018. It’s really a blessing to have them in our kitchen. My favourite 2 pieces are the Multi-purpose cooker where you can make chicken stew, steamed rice, and even veggies and the Electric Skillet where you can fry chicken without oil and salt. Instead of using Microwave oven (which has radiation) to heat up my food, I choose to use my small top stove cookware. Overall, I am a happy user of Saladmaster cooking system.

Our friend is the one who insisted to sell us this set. Cost us more than $5,000, and honestly we regretted doing that. If you are on a fence of buying a set, DO NOT DO IT. This is highly overpriced and doesn’t really do magic. But hey, here we are now. We have this set. Then, I contacted my “friend” who sold me this set because one of the pots’ cover has a big chip, and you know what she said? That I have to pay $10 for it to get replaced. Mind you, they said it has lifetime warranty. This is a scam, pyramiding business and I am warning you, do not do it.

My mother bought a complete set of Saladmaster cookware 52 years ago. She passed away a few months after the purchase and the cookware was still in the boxes unused. My father gave them to me. I have used them everyday for over 50 years and I absolutely love them. I am sorry they are so pricey but considering I am still using them 50 plus years later I consider it a wonderful buy!
