I had an incredibly frustrating experience when a pot arrived unexpectedly on my doorstep without prior notice. Upon contacting the seller to return it, I was shocked to learn they demanded $1500 for the return, which felt entirely unreasonable. What's worse, I felt threatened when warned that refusal to pay would damage my credit. Despite never using the pot and wanting to return it, the process was needlessly complicated, and I felt coerced into keeping it. Despite my plea for time to decide, I was pressured to quickly fill out a form for a supposedly fast resolution. However, upon finally declining, I was informed that the three-day return window had passed since I signed the form. This situation left me feeling exploited, especially considering my role as a mother with an autistic child in dire need of resources. I want to caution others about similar experiences while actively seeking to return the item.

These are easily the worst pans I've ever used, I spent 5k on these pans because a sketchy dude knocked on My door and sold us the pans, we ended up not receiving a piece of our order in the contract and he blocked our number and refuses to send us anything. And Saladmaster is overall useless when it comes to this case. They keep saying to contact the guy who sold us the pans. The pans stick so bad when cooking too, I promise a 20 dollar Walmart pan is 10x better than these trashcan pans. DO NOT BUY.

I love cooking with these pans; however, the steam vent in the lids are incredibly sharp on the inside. If you're not really careful when cleaning/drying the lids, it's too easy, IMHO, to take a piece out of your knuckle when running the sponge/dish towel inside the lid to clean or dry it, or cleaning the vent. I just lost another chunk and feel it's important to note this. I've lost count of how many times this has happened to me.

When you are in this business, your percentage whatever you sell is base on the customer credit line. Very pricy products but if credit line is BAD. Commission is 25 bucks even products sold 13000 USA.

I purchased the electric kettle and over 4k worth of other products about 4 years ago. The electric base has failed, and I am told my only option, as the 2yr warranty is expired, is to purchase a whole new kettle for over $700. The base itself couldn't cost much. The policy that my only option is to replace the entire product is wasteful, illogical and bad business. Not interested. Why would I pay big dollars again for a kettle that may last 3-4 years? I'm a doctor that has recommended this product to thousands of patients for years. The technology is great, the company policy on this product is ludicrous. The bad taste left from this will definitely color my comments on this brand moving forward.

My mom send me a Salad master and I could say that this is one of the best gifts I've had as I loved to cook. Saladmaster is the perfect partner in preparing healthy and delicious meals. The meat tenderized exactly as it should be in less time than I am expecting using other cooking pots. Cooking with Saladmaster is a very rewarding cooking experience. It's all worth it.

I was hesitant about the Saladmaster cookware until I saw an in-home presentation. It's literally replaced every other cooking gadget in my kitchen. We have saved so much money because we don't have to cut as much. The time it takes to cook a meal makes it easy to cook every day.

Cooking is not among my top skills so I was delighted to discover Saladmaster cookware which would help me with the process, in addition to contributing to my health. I love the "dump" method which is so easy, efficient and pretty much a "no brainer" approach. I particularly like the Saladmaster Food Processor which saves me so much effort and time in slicing veggies (I have issues with my hands.). The quality of the cookware is without question top class, and the consistency of heat produced is something I can count on. Cleaning is a breeze plus the fact that being a waterless, oil-less medium, makes for a very healthy equipment. Being Diabetic, I am so thankful that I can create healthy meals. Saladmaster cookware has far exceeded my expectations!

It cooks evenly on the bottom and sides and is super easy to clean the hardest cooked-on foods just by soaking for a short while. We also love the shredder/cutter that makes cutting vegetables a breeze. We highly recommend this product.

I bought Saladmaster 10 years ago, still today. My wife favorite cookware it's because food taste is big different than others. Also a durability 10 years still excellent 6 pcs assorted types. Technologically advanced since it's shortened a cooking time.

I loved using my Saladmaster professional set as it protects the flavors of my food and it cooks fast and mostly I love the waterless cooking. This Vapo-Valve is amazing it creates a semi-vacuum cooking environment that locks in moisture and maintains my food's natural flavor. Saladmaster is one of the healthiest cookware in the world.

I bought the Saladmaster because I am sincerely concerned about my own and my family's health and well-being. With Saladmaster I can cook meals without using a lot of water or oil and at a low temperature. While water depletes critical nutrients, cooking with oil adds undesirable fat. Foods cooked at low temperatures and without the use of water will preserve more of their natural vitamins, minerals, texture, and taste. Yes, it is quite pricey but I can say it is worth your money. Because I think that living a healthy lifestyle is well worth the high price that I paid for. I believe that no other product can provide us with the health-conscious lifestyle I want.

I've been using the food processor and electric skillet. The food processor is very useful specially when cooking in large quantity. It's fast and convenient but the downside was when there's little food left, it can't cut properly.. While the electric skillet makes healthy food options with the least oil.

I grilled my fish in my limited edition elite saute, my fish did not dry out, it smells perfect and taste better than another way of grilling. I am a user of Saladmaster cookware since October 2021 and since then I did not buy oil ever, because I fry my food without oil.

Original Review: Feb. 23, 2022
I was made to buy the Chef set and they introduced me to Maple Valley through documents to finance the Cookware purchase. I made this order with the intention of giving part to my sick mother before Christmas. I was also told no interest will be added to my order till October 2022. I signed contract in July and was told will receive items in August/September 2021. I got only the professional sets and the hosting gift and today is February 2022, I still have not received more than 25 percent of the cookware. I have contacted them that I no longer have need for this items since it did not arrived at the said time. The company has suddenly become mute.
I want to pay for what I received already. I needed them for Christmas of 2021. How do I keep servicing loan for items I never got. Nobody is responding to my complaints and chat anymore from Salad Master Green apron. Everyone has become mute. Plus I was told no interest till October 2022 but realized I was deceived. I no longer need the back order. I no longer have need for them.

Saladmaster was introduced to us more than 7 years ago. I never thought it was possible to cook fried chicken or fried porkchop without oil nor boil an egg or corn without water. It was such a saver because oil becomes a large expense when it accumulates over time. Also, dishes taste much better even with less salt, spices and sauce, highlighting the true taste of the ingredients. I taught cooking in my Home Economics class and I can say cooking with Saladmaster is one of the best methods to cook healthy foods.

This would be one weird review as we do not own a Saladmaster. Living in a 3rd world country, these kinds of cookware would be a luxury, only the elite and rich would have it. Luckily I have a bestfriend who owns a set, thus my review; I love to cook, so whenever or wherever I am, need it be, I will cook. Knowing my bestfriend has the best kitchen gadgets (thanks to her mom) I would gladly use them all the time. I've never cooked and tasted food better than any of the other cookware that I've used and own. Food never tasted better when cooked in Saladmaster, I cannot explain what science it has behind it, but I can attest over and over that this is the best and most durable cookware I have encountered in my life.

I love my Saladmaster pans! We them EVERY day and They are wonderful. I love how it tells you with the clicks when it is up to temperature without taking off the lid. They are a little pricey, but I am so glad that we purchased the set that we did.

We are also happy to have ultimate healthy meals everyday. Cooking is so easy with Saladmaster without using too much seasoning and oil as my family and I enjoy eating food with its original taste and flavour. It retains 93% of the food nutrients. I've experienced healthy cooking since I was in grade school. My mother bought a set 30 years ago and she is still using it up to now. My brother also have it and we got ours 3 years ago. The product really speaks for its value and worth because healthy living is healthy cooking.

Watched a presentation and was amazed by this cookware. Took one star off because the electric skillet stopped working part way through the demonstration. The product does have a lifetime guaranty though, so it wasn't that bad of a setback. Definitely would recommend this product. It makes delicious food even without adding any seasoning.

I invited my husband to accompany me to join the Saladmaster offline demo, when I got home from the demo, my husband immediately got rid of all the other cooking utensils and the rice cooker.
