I’ve been with Safe Streets since June of this year. Installing their device was amazing. The man came in and told us that he was with Safe Streets. He showed proof of identity, which is important to me. He gave a recommendation of what I should have for the size of my house and said that it will completely protect me. He also showed us what the special was and the additional items. We ended up buying these additional ones. He then installed them right there at the same time that he presented the offer to us. He gave us a card because we were considering getting video cameras installed, so I have his information. However, I was supposed to get a gift card and I have not received it yet. But they're great and Harold was awesome.

Don, the technician who installed our ADT system, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He helped us make an informed decision as to what components would work best for us, without breaking our budget. He helped select placement for the components that would be effective and would not detract from our decor. Don even wrote up a "cheat sheet" of the basic commands he thought we'd find most useful. Outstanding service!

The guy who installed Safe Streets was very informative in telling us what to do. Everything was there with the existing system we used, so he just changed the codes. We called our rep last week because when we set the alarm one night, it took about a minute beeping, and it’s very loud. We asked him how to shorten that time, and he answered right back and told us what to do. During a period of moving, it was a delight and it was not stressful at all. Safe Streets was great.

We were burgled one time up in Maple Valley and we put in a system. We first heard about SafeStreetsUSA when we were down in Star, Idaho. We were driving around and we didn't see anything for my alarm center. The only thing we saw were ADT signs, so we talked to our future neighbors about it and they said it was very simple, very reliable, and they feel very safe with it. When I called them up, the service was excellent. The technician came out on time, did a great job, had a good sense of humor, and answered all kinds of questions that I might have not thought of. He offered an incredible amount of instructions and left his card, so if anything ever happened, I can get in touch. If I needed another fob or anything else, he said ADT would be happy to supply it to us. SafeStreets is now installed in our new house. The experience was seamless, easy, and on-time.

I had ADT in the past and when I got my new house, I decided to continue the service. The Safe Streets installer was knowledgeable about the equipment and it was an easy process. I like the remote access to it, and if I wanted to add things later on, I can always do so. It’s an extra set of eyes and ears from inside out versus just having a neighbor. It gives me a little more peace of mind and it's convenient especially for when we're out of town. When we set the alarm, we know it’s set and armed. If it goes off, we know that there is a reason for it. One thing that I wasn’t unaware of was the fire or smoke alarm. I didn't know that taking it off the wall sets the alarm off. As soon as I disconnected it from the wall, the alarm went off and the fire truck came. So the inconvenience of that is a problem. I wish I could be able to take that off the wall anytime I want and move it to a better place without having to have the alarm go off.

Safe Streets reached out to us after we purchased the house and moved in. The installer was very good and knowledgeable. Overall, our experience with them has been excellent.

I had ADT before. Then, they gave me to Safe Streets who have been great. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service and I’ve never come across any problems. I call and my questions get answered. They send me where I need to go and that keeps me happy. The installer explained everything from start to finish and was excellent.

The installation of the Safe Streets system was strange. When the guy came in to install, he told me that he was putting in the glass break sensors instead of the motion ones and charged me 200 dollars for it. I already knew about the sensors but I was told there wouldn't be any charges. Also, when he put the wiring through, the wiring is just hanging there in my garage and if I accidentally hit it, it might disconnect the whole system. I had to call them to find out how to bypass the back patio door so the alarm wouldn't go off because I now have a dog door in there. As for trying to figure out why I was charged that amount, they gave me another number to call. I’m satisfied with the system and I feel safer with it, but I wasn’t too satisfied with the fact that I got charged an outrageous amount when I was told I wouldn’t and with the way the wiring was put in.

I got the ADT Pulse Monitoring from Safe Streets. When I was installing the device, I was a little confused about how everything works, but I got it after a couple of tries. With the security device installed, I feel secure. So far, my experience with them has been good.

I called ADT before and they referred me to Safe Streets. We got their Pulse package and have been using them for two months now. Their installer was very professional. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Since its installation, we feel safer. When we're away, we're not very worried about what's happening at home that much. I'm very satisfied with them.

I knew I had to have some kind of security so I was trying to figure out what would be the best way. We were gonna call Steadfast because that's who we had, but my daughter said that they joined together with ADT, and so we called them and got Safe Streets. I did it on the internet. They got questions, and I answered and replied back. Then having the device installed was okay. The installer explained everything, but after he installed it, the doorbell stopped working. So I needed to get someone to check and know if it just stopped working.

Cameron ** installed our system today with a professional and friendly attitude. People like Cameron is what makes ADT great! Cameron is a tremendous asset to the ADT family. I will recommend ADT and Cameron to my friends and family.

I got an empty house and I heard a thief lives across the street from me so I said that I better get a home security even though I got insurance. ADT is only one I had ever seen in the advertisement so I used them. Installing their device was okay. But when we set it up it somehow had whirlwind going through the walls because it had a vent where he drilled the hole, so he redid it and covered the hole up. I was also changing my code in it but I didn't know if it accepted as I don't really know how to do that. But then I recommend anybody to get it since you work hard all your life and somebody's going to steal from you. It happened to me a couple of times.

We got Safe Streets because of the free installation. That was a big plus and that’s why we picked it. A tech came in and he installed it quickly without any problems. We have a sensor, a monitor, and a camera, and we feel more comfortable with the system. It’s been servicing us quite well - there haven't been any glitches with it. It gives us peace of mind because we have a lot of break-ins in our block.

I heard about Safe Streets from my electric company. I purchased the ADT Pulse Monitoring package and installing the device was easy. I've had no problems since we have it so I’m perfectly happy. A very satisfying experience.

Safe Streets did a good job installing my ADT security device. I feel safer because I had a break-in not so long after the installation. It’s a good alarm system and I would highly recommend it to a friend or to anyone who wants security for their home.

I like the price of Safe Streets and seeing the ADT name with it as well. The installer was very informative and nice. One time I screwed up and forgot to turn the thing off and then, I got called and they were very nice. I feel more comfortable since installing it. I live five miles out of a very little town and I'm by myself and my dog is extremely friendly, so he's no help. Also we have quite a few people coming through from the border area. And I'm happy with the situation with the ADT.

I used ADT in San Antonio but we have a new home and I wanted to keep everything under the same company. I was logging on to get a security service through ADT and I was a little bit disappointed because it was an alternate site for ADT which was Safe Streets. I was expecting to get directly with ADT. I ended up with Safe Streets and I felt like I was nickel-and-dimed once they came to install. It seemed like it was totally different than what was described to me. I remember being very specific about the type of security that I was looking for - pretty much the same security that I had in San Antonio.

It hasn’t been the greatest with Safe Streets. I had a door replaced and called to get someone out and the first thing they told me was that I was going to be charged $129 to move the sensor from one door to the next. I was told when I got this that since I wanted to change the system it wouldn’t be a problem. Then I also wanted the smaller ADT monitor mounted to my wall. This was well over two weeks ago. I got a call last Thursday saying that somebody will come out on Friday, but I work Fridays. I don’t even know how they came up with that day and time, but they went ahead and made that plan. Saturday or any time after 6:30 would’ve been better. I was very dissatisfied on the whole experience.

A friend of mine told me about Safe Streets USA and we've been using them for a couple of months already. A technician came and put it in. He was very nice and he knew what he was doing. Everything went fine. It was a very good experience dealing with Safe Streets.

Installing our Safe Streets security device was very easy and it didn’t take much time. We got it because we travel a lot and have animals at home. We want to make sure that everything is set okay, and we feel a lot better since the installation. It has been a great experience, and we'd recommend them.

I called ADT and they hooked me up with Safe Streets saying that it's one of their providers. The installation was good and the installer checked everything before he left. He made sure the system was working and the cameras were positioned like I wanted them.

So far the system and hardware of Safe Streets have worked out for me. The guy from Safe Streets showed me how to arm and disarm it, but I didn't see any instructions left on how to operate the system. We were in a rush the first day I dealt with them so I left the guy. But the installation went pretty well. The only problem that I have is that I gave the guy my information for my debit for billing, and my credit card is getting billed, not my debit card. But other than that, it was an awesome experience. I'm pretty satisfied with the system and my wife is more at ease since we have it.

Safe Streets was in the house when we moved in but we never hooked it up. When we decided to do it, we just went with that. The installation tech was a great guy and did a good job. It was easy, well-done and professional. I have them for three months now and feel safer. My kid always sets the house alarm every night.

The price that I was quoted before Safe Streets came out was exactly what it was when they showed up, which is very unusual these days. So it's very nice. The guy who came to install did a great job. We feel pretty comfortable when we leave for a night and we know that the alarms are on. They have a very good system, great customer service and it's been a very good experience.

The installer from Safe Streets is a very nice gentleman and the product works pretty well. Since having the system installed, I definitely feel safer. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Safe Streets has been good. Their service has been reliable. I like that there are people who can help if I have any problems with my monitoring system. Also, if I need someone to come out, they're more accessible than the old company I was with. However, they charged me for about $171 on a bill and I didn't know why was it that much. I called and made arrangements and they said that my bill is late. So I don’t like how they handle the billing system - there's not enough communication.

A tech installed the Safe Streets for us and he was courteous and we're satisfied with what he did. But if it were up to me, I wouldn’t have ADT and would've owned a pistol. The system just added a bit more complications to our lives. We have to be aware to turn the damn thing off before we do certain things. Once, when we left, there was a glitch in the system and the sheriff came out and we had to pay $250 for that, which was very annoying. But my wife wants to keep it as she's somewhat fearful. We live on an island and there’s only one bridge on and off. Our road is a private road and our neighbors, especially across the street are usually there and they really know what’s going on in the neighborhood. So, I think that we're the only ones on this street with an ADT system. I wouldn’t recommend a security system to anybody. That’s something that’s very personal depending on their fear level.

Safe Streets is more well-known than all the others and I like that. A tech came for the installation and it didn’t take him long and he explained everything real well. My husband works midnights and I feel safer having it.

Xcel Energy referred Safe Streets to us. The plan that I’m on with them didn’t really seem like what they promised on the phone as far looking after as many windows as they’re going to connect. They didn’t do any. They covered one room. I wasn’t here when they installed it, but my girlfriend was. There were two installers, one for ADT and another one for the internet, and it seemed like my girlfriend was talked out of the promotional deal that was promised. But it sounded like everything was pretty easy with the installation. They also had respect for the home.

My friend has ADT for 20-something years and I got it installed this year. An installation tech came out for that. He was extremely good and I was very pleased with him. Since then, I sleep better knowing I've got it. It's exactly what I thought it would be. However, I wasn't sure if they were going to put my monthly bill on my credit card because I never talked to them about it. But I saw that they had charged my first month on there so I don't know if I need to call the business office to find out.

I just bought a house and got a Safe Streets security device. The guy who came to install it was really friendly and knowledgeable. He was interactive while he was setting it up, he knew what he was talking about, and when I asked questions, he knew the answers. Having the security device gives me peace of mind.

It was a pleasant and easy experience with SafeStreets USA. I've been using them for a long time because my parents used them prior to me owning the house. The installation tech who came was nice. It's helpful that I can control the system from my phone. And it’s just nice to know that it’s there.

A couple of months ago, Safe Streets hooked up my system and so far I'm happy with them. The tech who installed our security device was fine, and I was satisfied with the installation.

My house already had an alarm system and Safe Streets upgraded it. The installer came and hooked everything up. However, I still have problems. They put in motion sensors that don't work, so I don't even use them because I have a dog. They said as long as the dog is under 70 pounds it won't set it off, and every time I set my alarms, the dog sets it off and then the cops come to my house.

We had an ADT monitor in the house when we moved in. I went online and found Safe Streets as an ADT dealer. The people at Safe Streets were very nice, helpful, and professional. Having Safe Streets makes me feel more secure.

I've had ADT before and when I called them to set it all up, they hooked me up with Safe Streets. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac right by a school. My husband wanted the alarm because our dog passed away so we didn't have that live monitoring system anymore. He goes out of town a lot so he wants that extra knowledge if something is there. We had the installation tech come and do the installation for us and he was great. However, I got charged more than I was told that I was going to get charged for an extra door connect, but, I don't have the time to call and fix the issue. Nonetheless, our experience was quick and easy.

Safe Streets has been all right. Some of the equipment they gave me might be faulty because alarms have been going off when there’s nobody. It’d be cool if somebody could check it out. Also, I was under the impression that the man who came to install my stuff was going to come back a couple of days later, and he never did. I figured he’s going to finish some installation stuff so I’m waiting for him to get ahold of me. I don’t trust the equipment that much.

Our family has always had ADT and Axel was giving me the free installation so I went with Safe Streets. We’re already in a pretty nice neighborhood, but having their home security system is a good deterrent.

The Safe Streets reps were professional. I was with another home security provider but I switched to ADT since I didn’t get very rapid service when I had a service issue with the hardware in the house. ADT responds more quickly. Our SafeStreets agent, Tyler, installed our security system. He is an excellent installer and we love him, but the only thing is that when he came out to install additional equipment with new keypads, he has the main keypad temporarily installed in our kitchen so it's lying on the countertop, and he said he's going to come back and install it so that it’s wired in, and he didn't call and never came back. It was about a month ago, so we're going to call him by next week. He’s a pretty good guy and usually very reliable, so it must have slipped his mind. Other than that, I’m happy. When we mistakenly set off the alarm, somebody calls within a minute which is reassuring, and as long as our system is armed, I feel safer.

I had my house robbed four years ago and when I moved back to my house, I wanted to make sure it's secure. I knew other people who had ADT, and so I called about the home security service. I've just had Safe Streets for a couple of months. A technician came out to install the system and he was awesome and very good in explaining things and working with me. He went over everything several times and he was very helpful and pleasant. He did everything by the book.

I called some security providers and the prices were comparable. Sometimes they would cut on this and add here. SafeStreets is a name company so I decided to go with them. I had a monitor alert from SafeStreets on my mother around her neck when she was still alive. That was the first and only time and I used them for about a year and a half. I used to have two big dogs, but they passed away after Christmas so I got the alarm. SafeStreets installed their system adequately. It works and I'm satisfied.

A gentleman from Safe Streets came and knocked on our door. We talked to him, heard what he had to say, so we went ahead and signed up. This is the first time that we’ve had a home security system and the installation tech who set it up was great. With Safe Streets, we feel safe with everything. It helps us feel that we don’t have to run into some of the problems people have been doing in these areas, so we’re happy with that. Safe Streets is a great company. It gives us peace of mind.

I’ve never had any issues with Safe Streets. The tech who installed the device showed us how to use it and went through everything. He did a really good job. I like having the device in our house because we have kids.

I recently moved and when I called the electric company, they connected me to Connections who then connected me to Safe Streets. Bill contacted me to set the installation and Jacob came and had everything in order. He was excellent and he knew what to do. There was a situation where Comcast was at fault but he corrected it, so everything went smoothly. They were both very professional and they did really well. With the security device installed, I definitely feel safe. When I leave my house, I feel confident that nothing’s going to happen. My experience has been very positive. I’m glad I pushed through with it, and glad that they reached out and made it effortless to get the system set up.

When we were moving, we were steered in the direction to Safe Streets. We went straight to ADT last time for our home security but this time, it's all set up through Safe Streets and it was easy. I called to set up and they hooked me up with everything. We've been with Safe Streets for less than two months, which is since we moved into the house. It was very easy to install the security device and there was no problem whatsoever. We asked to be given the basics so we got ADT Pulse to start with, and then we can always look at upgrading from there, like go Premium. Everything went smoothly.

It's still not fully installed but they have full payment. The ADT salesman said I'd only have to pay 100.00 for at time of install but over 430 is out of my account. Whoever I let into my home didn't show me how many sensors he put in and DID NOT DO WHAT I ask. He even put them on the garage door??? I specifically told both of the 2 men I DID NOT want that. When it came time for him to leave, he just scrolled though his Galaxy Note phone and quickly tapped the screen as my signature!!! I swear to God, this is so wrong. I not want this happen to someone else. I'm putting in a police report today and filing a claim at bank.

I’m pretty satisfied with Safe Streets. After they had the system installed, they did a follow-up and asked if everything is working well, and I told them everything is going good for me. We have a better sense of security especially during the weekends if we're going camping or fishing now that we have them. A good friend of mine has got them and they’re happy with them, too.

I would like to say that our technician John ** was very professional, showed up early. He was great. Our home was burglarized a week earlier and I feels load of worry lifted from my shoulders now that we have this system in place. I can't say thank you enough to John and Safe Streets (ADT) for peace of mind. Thank you.

I got a camera at the entrance and the regular monitoring for around 60 dollars a month from Safe Streets. Their customer service team was quick, fast, straightforward and not giving me the runaround and the technician was super knowledgeable, friendly, efficient with his time and answered all questions. I would recommend them. Since having the security system, I feel safer and don't worry as much at nighttime because I live in a dorm so it's pretty busy with transients around us. It was a good deal for my money and a great experience overall.

ADT set up a priority service call and told me that Safe Streets is supposed to call me within 24 hours. A week later I still had not heard from them. I called them and wanted to talk to a manager. I was told that a manager can call me within 48 hours. I told them that I wanted to cancel my account. I was put on hold for 35 minutes then disconnected. I called back and was out on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected again. This happened a total of 3 times. This company is not only incompetent but also unethical.

I’ve had Safe Streets for quite some time and I feel much safer especially I’m on a dead end of the street. It’s fine and I’ve had no break-ins. Everything is really great. I could go to bed at night and sleep and not worry, then get up in the morning or go out wherever I have to go and come back in the evening, everything is the same. I'd recommend it to anybody.

Tracy ** first of all did a fabulous job of "blindly" pre planning what our unique home ADT needs might be, and setting us up timely with Jay! He was fantastic! 10 stern all doors, and 2 more in from the garage!?! What a nightmare! The unique U shape in a secluded environment, with non tech savvy local parents, savvy out of town kids who visit, us who travel extensively, and a house sitter who desired safety assistance... That was a tall order! From security to fire, to CO2 and emergency medical, ADT was able to comfortably meet and exceed all our needs!! What peace of mind! Thank you and major Kudos!!

The Safe Streets man that came out was very friendly. It was easy installing the system. However, we did have some problems later on and he had to come back three times.

The house that we moved into already had an existing system so it was just Safe Streets coming in and making sure everything was working properly and it's been pleasant with them.

My wife said that the installation of the ADT system was quick and painless. Since then, she felt a little safer. The product seems to be working great.

I’ve heard of ADT all my life so when we decided we wanted to have the service, my husband called them. He works offshore in Thailand and the reason I got this security system was to call. Up until now, I had an uncle that lived with me and he passed away. Then my daughter moved in for the past six months because she was building a house. When she moved out, I told my husband I wasn’t living in this house by myself and I wanted to move. So he got me the security system and did a great job in installing it exactly where I need it to be. It’s not difficult arming or disarming. If I can do it, anybody can do it. Now, I have no fears when I go to sleep at night. What it gave me is peace of mind. Now, I know in reality if they want to come in, they could come in. But it’s like my first online defense. By the time they get to me, I’ll have my gun out.

My grandparents told me about Safe Streets USA and I have it for about two months now. I like the quality of the product. Also, installing it was real easy and the guy was really helpful. I have a lot fewer worries now.

My fiancée’s parents have ADT and my fiancée really wanted a security device to help her feel safer at night while I’m gone because I work at night. We just bought this house and a month after, we decided to get the system installed. Safe Streets sent a guy out to do the installation. There’s not a bunch of ugly wires anywhere. He gave us tips on where stuff was definitely needed and what all they could do and add later on. He was helpful. My fiancee likes the system and feels a lot safer. It's simple and works well. The motion detector is nice. We have a little dog and she can run around the motion sensor without it picking her up because of how small she is so that’s nice.

When I initially called ADT back in April 22nd, they must've linked with Safe Streets. My understanding was that the kit or the package included the three doors and the windows, and Safe Streets is supposed to be covering my windows. However, Johnson, the guy who started and did everything told me that the windows are not included. They're supposed to be looking into it and getting back with me. I tried to cancel within three days, but they never did get back in touch with me. Then a week later after that, I finally got somebody. Other than Johnson, I had no problem with the service but I wasn't satisfied because my windows were not done. I'm also trying to get in touch to find out why Safe Streets took out two different payments. Initially, it should have been $108. Then the next day, 26th of April, they took out $53 more. I don't understand but I'm having a problem calling their customer service.

I was checking in to ADT and Safe Streets was assigned as the people who would do the system. Installing the device was relatively painless. They had told me what was going to happen and when the guy got here, that’s exactly what happened. He came and did whatever he had to do. When he was done, which was a relatively good time frame, he got us together, went through the things that we needed to know and it went pretty good. If anything, he could’ve done maybe a few more minutes on the how-to, but we got it. The only downside to it was the minute he started putting everything in, it became just one constant upsell to try selling more than what I had discussed with the ADT person. Also, we got to remember to use the system. We live in a very safe area, so usually we go out, close the garage door and off we go.

I am very pleased with Safe Streets USA's service. The installers were very courteous, friendly, on time and knowledgeable, and set up the device easily. After that, I ordered some items offline which arrived here well before expected. With the system, I always feel safer especially at night. It's outstanding.

I'm on my second month using Safe Streets and everything seems to be going fine right now. I haven’t really got a chance to leave the house yet and I just set my alarm so that I can see how it really works. But as far as opening and closing the door, it’s working really good because I have my mom that I take care. So, I am going to stick with it for a little bit longer. The one who installed it was very nice and showed me quite a bit about it. The Safe Streets team member I had an interaction with was very nice, courteous, and was really up on answering any questions that I asked, which was quite a few because this is the first time I’ve gotten an alarm. During the installation of my Safe Streets system, the technicians had problems and were pretty late getting here, so I had to call ADT. They called back and it gets pretty confusing because my phone shows that they're calling me from all over the country. But it was an hour and a half past his time to be there and then they're supposed to come back.

I contacted someone about ADT and Safe Streets was the company that was assigned to me. My security system was installed last week but I have a limited amount of equipment because this house was not wired for a security system. It’s an older house. We just got a camera motion detector and the keypad at the back door. But it’s working fine and we’re happy with it. I feel more secure. My daughter and I who live here set the system every night when we go to bed and when we leave the house. We’re better off with Safe Streets than we were for sure.

The installer lives about an hour away but he waited for me to finish moving in and hung around the neighborhood until I was ready to get everything installed. He was here until about 9:30 at night which I really appreciated. He didn’t have to, but he did anyway.

We feel more secure now that we have an alarm system. The guy who installed the system was fast, very pleasant and professional. ADT, in general, needs to work on their sales personnel. They’re not that great and were very pushy. But as far as the installation and Safe Streets USA themselves, they were great.

I used a different provider in Austin, Texas and it was a lot cheaper than Safe Streets USA. The installer was good but I wish that the box where he put it is not where I put it. I have worries that I'm gonna set it off accidentally and it's a pain to have to run to the box to turn it off and on. But other than that, it's fine. It's a necessity but not something that I can't live with.

But also getting the cost incentive right up front by signing up through Excel and getting Comcast at the same time was a big reason why I ended up sticking with them.

I've already talked about it to my neighbors so I've already made a recommendation though that doesn't mean anybody's gonna come over and get the system. But I'm not displeased in any way.

I've used Safe Streets for a couple months now. It is very similar with ADT but I didn't like ADT's bait and switch program. ADT usually comes in with a low ball figure and then their guy tells that you need to add all these sensors and it's gonna be payments you can do for $1400. On the other hand, Safe Streets is more upfront with all the cost of installation. The Safe Streets people were knowledgeable except for the first person that gave me a quote who was supposed to call me back but never did so I had to start all over again. The installation was good but what I didn't like with it is that I told the installer over the phone everything I need and then he shows up to install the system and upsells. At the moment, I'm trying to get back the rebate Safe Streets offered. They said I need to have a receipt which wasn't given by the installation guy and I don't know what to do about that.

We like our Safe Streets security system. A technician came out for the installation and he was courteous and friendly, but he installed our device incorrectly. He had the bedroom window as our garage door. When we open the garage door, it says that the bedroom window is open, so we need somebody to redo that. We got a motion detector included with the package among other things, and then we were given an indoor camera for free. With the security device, it's kind of nice to be able to look at the house once in awhile. The company is excellent in service, and we're very satisfied. I recommended it to a friend that his neighbor just got broke into.

We were trying to set up another code in the system and the instructions they gave me the first time were incorrect. Every time we use the alternate code, it sends a burglary signal to the monitoring station. It took us two days to figure out. But once I called back and talked with someone, they got it straightened out. I have been more comfortable since I had Safe Streets. My kids are driving and they're letting themselves in and out of the house and we have a dog at home during the day so it's nice to make sure everything's okay. He had a very negative attitude and verbalized it. He didn't like his job, didn't like the company, and he cursed several times. Personally, I can overlook that and I was very satisfied with everything. I called on a Thursday and someone came out on Friday morning to install it. He got here within the timeframe and was done by the predicted time. Overall, it was a very good experience.

However, I had trouble getting help for my front door contact - with the magnet or sensor that's on the door. If the door opens, the alarm goes off. I had to bypass it. The only thing I am having issues with is the mobile app. Because if I want to look at the camera from my work, it doesn’t come in. I’ll get a frozen picture and it’s not live. I've been trying to call them but I'm being given a runaround and I'm really not happy about that. I don’t even know who to contact now. I would recommend Safe Streets based on the installation but based on the promise, I don't know if I would.

I'm not impressed with Safe Streets' security system at all. My outside camera was just plugged into a wall on the outside. Anybody can walk up on my back porch and then unplug the camera before the camera can even see him. That is not acceptable to me. I would have preferred it to be hardwired someplace else so they can't unplug it. Also, I live in a fairly big house and my main box set the alarm off. It has to be hooked up to a modem which is in my office and my bedroom is far enough away that if the alarm goes off, I can't hear it. It's already happened to me one time and I haven't found a resolution on that problem yet.

I paid additional for the three window connects. They’ve called me to say that our motion detectors went off. Our dog ended up being too big for it and it went off when we accidentally set it to away instead of stay. Now we have to use the stay mode all the time because of the dog. The installer guy, Leslie, was great, professional and installed everything really well.

Installing Safe Street's security device was pretty easy and I appreciate that the technician told us how to work certain features, and how they may or may not work for us. He's really good about telling us that motion detection may not be a good idea in our living areas since we have a dog that could trip it. Safe Streets didn't set up the system on the first appointment, but they turned up on the second appointment. However, the installation was more expensive than I thought it was going to be. He answered all my questions too, about our old system and told us about the ADT system and how it's so easy to use. It's a great system and I'd recommend them.

The technician was knowledgeable and very professional and I feel a little more secure since having Safe Streets. It feels nice knowing that we've got an extra layer of protection.

I haven't had Safe Streets USA that long but it's better than the last group we had. The people I've dealt with seemed to be competent too. So far, so good.

Then the guy from Gaylord did a good job during the installation of the security system. He was excellent and very efficient. he security system was straightforward and everything's fine.

I am very happy with SecureYourHome and Gaylord Security. The man who came took care of things for us. He was a nice young man who was very thorough and patient (with good results) during the sale and scheduling process. He did the whole thing during the installation as well. I absolutely had no problem.

The specialist from SecureYourHome did a good job but some of the items that we asked for weren't available, like the LCD stream monitors. It would be nice if they had all products from stock. Other than that, they did a very good installation for us.

The SecureYourHome specialist didn't really go through all the features of the panel, so I'm still learning. I'm going to have to buy other receivers for the other windows, but so far so good. Since installing their system, I don't have to worry anymore when I leave.

We had a good experience with SecureYourHome. It was the first time that we had an alarm installed. With the promotion that ADT was on, as far as the $99 install, it kind of caught us a little off guard. But once I understood what was happening, the service guy would come out just to install certain sensors and take off. In terms of the service and the installation, it was very professional. The gentleman that came out was very thorough and he went through everything in explaining everything. We are definitely more confident since installing the system, especially with recent break-ins in our neighborhood. We're a lot more confident being able to leave and not have issues. My wife and I commute to and from work, so we're not right in the immediate area during the day. So it's nice knowing that we have the security system in place.

I'm having them come back out Friday because the system is not working. Their workers were extremely courteous and they were great at trying to explain but the system is unsuccessful. I'm not pleased at all with the product. My connection is weak here so I had to have an antenna. But the installer did not install a large enough antenna and the motion detector would not work. I also found out that even though it's ringing with the door connections, it doesn't actually send back to anyone because my bug guy came in with the alarm set. I forgot to tell him about the new alarm system so he didn't have the code. He was unable to turn it off and I was at work that day. I had no clue he even came by the house until I got home and saw his bill on the counter. I should have received a call saying, “Your alarm system is going off. I didn’t get a call and the police weren’t here. I paid all the money for nothing.

I wanted to get ADT so they sent SecureYourHome. Their specialist during the sales and scheduling process was amazing. He was helpful and friendly. As for the installation, it was a great job done. It was completed in a speedy amount of time. Now, I definitely feel way more secure.

There was no problem with the installation and the technician was very nice and professional. The only problem was that SecureYourHome told us we were to get a $100 rebate in a form of a Visa card and we have not received it. That was supposed to offset some of the costs. I'm very dissatisfied right now. It was part of the promotion and when the guy came over, we filled out all the paperwork. We received the stop signs but have never received the card. They said it may take a little longer.
