Melissa ** did a great job installing our security system. She was very patient in explaining the process to me and my husband, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend her services if you're looking to deal with someone who is professional and very knowledgeable.

The installation consultant Terrence ** was very helpful during installation. He walked me and my daughter through the whole process, he asked me if I had any questions during and after the process to ask. He explained how the system works in the most easiest way possible to remember. My daughter said he was amazing and she like him very much! I would recommend This company to any friend that's looking for security. I now have a peace of mind, thank you so much!

So I had a rough start with communication before having the system installed. I received two different window prices from ADT. Not very clear. Ronald ** the installer with SafeStreets did a great job explaining the whole process. He was great!

We had our ADT system upgraded on May 26, 2017. We want to tell you how pleased we were with the work done by your chief technician, Austin **, and his trainee, Skyler **. Both men were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely efficient. They worked well together, answered all our questions and gave us an excellent training on the new features of the upgrade and how they were improvements over the previous system. We have been using our system for a little over two weeks and everything has worked perfectly. Please extend our thanks and great pleasure with our new system to both Austin and Skyler.

SafeStreets installed an ADT security system in our home in early May. A motion sensor was not working properly and a SafeStreets representative, Mark **, came to correct the problem. I could not be more pleased with his service! He covers a huge area and due to appointments already scheduled was not able to get to us until after 8 pm. I told him he was welcome to come at a later date, however, he elected to fix the system then. He was professional, clearly knowledgeable and was very courteous! He represented SafeStreets and ADT in the best possible manner! Bravo Zulu!

Our technician Jean was very professional, polite and a great representative of your company. He made sure we understood all our options, how the system worked and that we were satisfied. After a very unpleasant and dangerous break in, my Husband and I decided it was time for a security system. ADT came highly recommended. I did not sign their contract. I thought I was dealing with ADT, so, when I had to cancel my contract I called ADT and was advised that I had to pay 1 additional month and then the contract would be over. Then SafeStreets entered the picture and claims that I owe them for the remainder of the 3 year contract that I signed. I didn't sign the contract... The person who came to my house used DocuSign to create my signature and initials. A 3 year commitment was NEVER discussed with me, nor was I given a copy of the contract at the time of the installation.

Orlando the technician was very friendly and professional. He described the equipment and was very patient. I only want Orlando to service my security system because he was very knowledgeable and willing to explain. Customer service is very important to me and Orlando was very professional and helpful.

We just moved into our home. Have always had ADT in all of our homes. Never have we had such a professionally done and well organized installation of anything done in any home. Our Safe Streets USA rep, NICK, was fabulous! We don't come from the "computer age" so we were amazed with the patience he showed! He was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process! We want him to come to Florida to do our other houses!

I was very nervous about big brand security services. I never had a system or monitoring in the past. Neither had my wife. I looked at three other providers including AT&T, another authorized ADT reseller and a local provider. Working with Alex ** as my sales specialist could not have been better. My experience with the installer was very friendly, informative, and he was gladly open to answer any questions. I would recommend them to anybody wanting an alarm system at a reasonable price. The installation was fast, and he cleaned up after he was completed.

I've had ADT for 43 years in different locations - home and office. When we moved, there was an existing service here and I wasn't satisfied with it so I called ADT and we turned it in. Everything went well during the installation. The installer was very professional, knew what he was doing, and put a lot of stuff in very quickly. I was very happy with him. I've always used ADT and found them to be very professional, fairly-priced and it's a good service. I always recommend ADT.

My landlord in an old apartment years ago had Safe Streets installed and had them there for 2 years. So when I moved to a new apartment, I looked up Safe Streets and got them to come out. I got their alarm system and all is good every year. I totally feel safe and Safe Streets is a great company. Everyone's been very responsive and it's been fine experience.

Greg was early for the install and very knowledgeable about the system. Answered all my questions and was professional throughout complete install. System was very easy to learn and good pricing. Would highly recommend. Added on a couple window monitoring that he recommended at a fair price.

SafeStreets is the vendor in my area. The person who came was very professional, did everything very quickly, and explained what I needed to do or how to set the alarms. It's been about two months now and the system has been working great.

Safe Streets is my first security company and I feel safer with it. I have the three doors and added a system for the windows. All the sensors are working properly. The installer was really nice and he explained everything really thoroughly, so it wasn't hard to understand how it worked. It's just my friend and I living in the house so at night, it's way better. I go to sleep more comfortably knowing that the house is secure.

We've had Safe Streets' service installed a couple of months ago. It was a little bit different than what ADT had told me. Installation went well however Safe Streets was putting in fewer number of sensors and stuff and I had to argue for it. I don't know if they always get the right information from the ADT representatives but they did not have the right information. I had to talk to the owner or whoever was in charge at the office and we had to reschedule things. So initially, it was a little hectic but the work was done.

My tech Corey ** was pleasant, showed his identity and spent a good amount of time going over all of the features of my new security system. He was very helpful and he got me the best plan and everything was up and running in no time.

I feel so much better knowing my family is protected! I spoke with ADT in the evening and technician was able to come install system for me then for my parents first thing the next morning. Very impressed with his knowledge and care! TY ADT!

I've had Safe Streets since December. I went with the premium package for security and a couple of things added in the house. However, I haven't heard from them since they installed it and I haven't received the bill and it's February. I'm not sure what's going on. Other than that, installing the security device was a good experience.

We have an alert system before wherein we had to wear something around our neck in case we fall, and I didn't like that. I felt that we needed Safe Streets USA more than that in case I fall or needed to help somebody. I thought it would be better for us so I switched. We've been using them for a couple of months now. Their installer was very nice and installed the device at the doors and one room with windows that were low. I've let it go off a couple of times now because I forgot to turn it off when I opened the door. They called but they hung up before I had the chance to tell them. So I was punching the numbers again that I had to put in and it went fine. It was good. I know how to arm and disarm the system and that's all that matters. So far, the system seems to be fine. I feel much better now because the system made me feel safe.

Great service, very knowledgeable about the products, and knew what it would take to protect my house and family. The technician made the experience feel like he was part of our family and wanted what was best for our protection. Enjoyed the experience and feel much safer and less concerned about theft of our belongings as we did before. I would do this all over again.

We see the ADT sign all over our neighborhood so we decided to stay with the same company that everybody else has. I called ADT and they set me up with Safe Streets USA. We got the package that comes with one camera and door sensors because sometimes we hear cars going by late at night. So I wanted to have a camera on the outside to check and see if there's any kind of activity going close to our house at night. Their technician was very polite, respectful, clean, and neat. I feel more confident now and more secure at home and the neighborhood. Overall, the experience was great. Everything was prompt and professional.

Installer - Ronald **. Very knowledgeable and patient with us during installation and walk through the training process. Very efficient, knowledgeable, explain clearly, work cleanly, organized, neat, happy, take no break, always sure of what he is doing and very very good. Efficient, thorough, always accommodating.

There was a pretty good deal with Safe Streets through TG&E and it was easy. There was the motion sensor, some doors and windows or alarms. The installation has been okay but we had a little bit of misinformation which has been a little bit troublesome. The information was a little confusing 'cause there were a lot of parties involved. Plus, the guy from Safe Streets USA was a little bit difficult. I had to change plans when we're going to be there to even a later date than the time they said and that's the biggest thing. Then, he also said that our small dog wouldn't set the motion sensor off but she did and that was also a little negative thing. Nevertheless, with Safe Streets USA, it's nice to feel that safety.

I wanted to let you know that my Safe Streets USA technician came to my house this week to perform an installation for a security system for my home. He was absolutely amazing to say the least. I'm not sure how you reward or recognize your employees, but I would strongly recommend my technician because of his professionalism, courtesy and the immediate level of trust that he achieved as he walked into my home. Please let my technician know that he is doing a tremendous job and that he is the epitome of what you as an organization should be striving towards.

Today my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Terrence **, the ADT Technician assigned to install our security system. Since this process was new to us, we had many questions. Terrence was not only friendly, personable, professional and very knowledgeable, but he answered ALL of our questions to our satisfaction. In addition and most importantly, he made certain that we had a very clear understanding of the operation of our system before he walked out of the door. My husband and I felt that he was genuine in his concern for providing us with the most safe system set up possible. Our overall experience with ADT today was excellent! We would definitely recommend ADT to our family and friends.

I wanted to make sure the house is well-protected so I went with Safe Streets USA and I've been using it for almost two months now. Their installer was quick with the whole process. He tried to call back and see if things are going smoothly. The automated door lock wasn't functioning well, as well as the home automation. So, he went back the following week and fixed it. Other than that, everything's been working so far. I'll probably keep it for the next two years, as per the contract because at $60 per month, I might try to look for something else. Overall, I'm happy with the installation except for the pricing.

Al ** did a great job updating our security system. He was professional and made well thought out suggestions that will provide us with a secure home. I have recommended him to neighbors that are planning security upgrades as well.

Safe Streets was provided when I signed up for ADT. Their sales guy showed me all the bells and whistles of the equipment I could choose from. However, I was a little bit surprised that I had to pay for all the equipment because with some companies, I get a free one. I hope someone could explain why I had to pay over $800 for the equipment because the only thing he said was I was free to take it with me when I moved.

I looked into ADT and the deal that I got for Safe Streets through the concierge service was too good to pass up. So I never looked at anybody else. Everything was awesome. The guy who came to install the system looked over the entire house and didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. I chose to add a few things like the sweeping sensor and the fire alarm/carbon monoxide alarm through them because I like the idea that everything was connected to the police and fire.

We've used Safe Streets ever since we moved to this new property. We had ADT before, but we switched from ADT to Safe Streets, and the service is the same. There was no problem in installing our security device. It was well done.

I was very pleased with the alarm technician. He was very friendly, personable and professional. He was very thorough explaining and going over all the details with me. He drove 3 hours to do my install. After leaving I had a minor issue, called him, he was an hour away, and came back to resolve my issue.

The installer of Safe Streets was good as he knew exactly where to put everything. And the device works well. There were a couple of times when I forgot to turn the alarm off before I let my dog out, and they've been pretty good about it and called directly. Having the system is nice. I know when somebody opens the door. I travel for work a lot and I like that I can turn it on and leave here and not have to worry about somebody busting the windows or messing around in my house.

Everything's good. The installation of the security device took a few hours and it was pretty seamless and I was satisfied with the work. There was one time that I opened up a backdoor and the alarm went off. I tried to access the web application on my phone but I couldn’t make it all work fast enough, the 30 seconds had elapsed. And so, I very quickly got a phone call from the alert center and it was a good experience with them. The alarm worked fine and everything worked the way it was supposed to work. I am fully satisfied with the service and I'd recommend Safe Streets USA.

I ordered Safe Streets through ADT. The guy who came to install the device was very personable and was sure that I understood everything before he left. He was very thorough. I'm overall satisfied and I wouldn't use somebody else because I'm comfortable with what I have.

I wanted to see what the camera deals were and Safe Streets was a little bit cheaper so I went ahead and got that. They got the installation done pretty quickly and my wife said they were friendly. Safe Streets USA has been around for a long time and so far it's a good company.

I Google searched ADT and Safe Streets USA was one of the numbers that came up. When I called them, they responded right away. The first guy that I talked to was really nice, pleasant, very thorough, detailed, explained everything to me and how everything worked. They’re the ones that did the setup and installation. The guy who came was a little early. It went well and I even asked for an upgrade. They worked with me and the guy installed the extra doors that I had asked for. Overall it went very well and the people that I interacted with were very pleasant.

I was very satisfied at how Melissa ** got right to the point of suggesting what services I needed, and she thought of windows easily accessible that I never thought of. She was very detailed in how she attached the box to the wall which I can respect.

We've been using Safe Streets as our home security service provider for about three months now. Their installers were a little bit early which was nice, and they were great, very friendly, helpful, and professional. They also showed everything as far as operation and it worked out real well. Then, one of the guys called me to make sure everything seemed to be working fine. Our service package includes the smoke monitor, fire detection, and a burglar alarm and it covers the doors and windows. It's nice to have peace of mind.

My parents had Safe Streets USA and recommended them to me. The guy that did the install was on time and gave me information I needed and showed me how to use the product. It was a great experience. They gave me their opinions about where to set up the cameras, where to point them out, and where to put the stuff. I was supposed to get a gift card and I called them a couple of times about it and they told me how to get a gift card. I also talked to another guy about time hooking the device and that went pretty well. All my interactions with the team were positive. Since having the device installed, I'm more comfortable, and I sleep better.

My house had the ADT system in it but it was old. So, I got a new one and I got three sensors and a keypad. The guy who came and installed the system was on time. While he installed the device I had to go to Richmond and grab some paperwork to give him proof that I bought the house. But he did his job pretty quick, cleaned up after himself and then he showed me how everything worked. I'm satisfied with it and I'll probably have Safe Streets forever.

We've been using Safe Streets USA for three months now. Installation was simple, easy and straightforward, and their installer was really nice. They gave me a three-four hour window and they showed up right away. They have good customer service.

Originally I was pretty happy with Safe Streets. They gave a good deal and were in contact with me whenever I needed them. However, today I am very angry with them and almost want to cancel my service. My alarm was accidentally triggered today and when I was called, they said my verbal password was wrong. I repeated multiple times that I have only ever given one password. They said it was wrong and called police. It took three representatives to finally tell me they had input my verbal password incorrectly. Once I knew that, I was able to log on to my ADT and discovered that not only was the verbal password wrong, so was my emergency contact's name and phone number. Someone random had been called after me!

When we moved, we just went through ADT. They offered a coupon and I figured that ADT has a good reputation. We've had them for about three months now. We had another one from a local company but we don't use that as much. We've used Safe Streets more now and I've been so happy with it. My husband travels so I use the system when he's gone. I could also turn the alarm on and off when I'm not here through the phone app and it's a good feature.

I had a buddy who had gotten the ADT system. He told me he’d looked up ADT and called, so that’s what I did too. Google gave me SafeStreets USA's number being an ADT dealer. I called their rep to set up an appointment and that all went well. Their name brand, I've heard, has been the longest so I figured they had the most experience and I heard that people are satisfied with it so I went with them. I purchased a three door monitors, a motion sensor and the system. However, I don’t get email or text notifications.

Technician Juan did an awesome job setting up my security system. He was there when said he was coming and explained everything that I was getting before he got started with the installation and I was very pleased with that. He also made sure that I was satisfied with my equipment how to use it.

We were put in touch with ADT directly through our gas and electric provider and they sent SafeStreets out. SafeStreets did a great job. I'm a little bit more conscious of my safety now since I had them, and I know that I'm protected. Also, the installation was pretty quick and it all went pretty well. The guy was really informative and helpful. He set everything up properly and made some recommendations on how we should have the system set up at home.

A lot of people in our neighborhood have ADT. Then I saw an ad in the paper and I called them and got it set up. I've had them since November. I'm an educator and our installer was the young man that had also put the system in the school. He also showed me and my husband how to use it. He was very good. One time, I had to call their team because my alarm went off saying that there was a crash in the window. It turned out to be coming from a loud noise because I had dropped something and they explained that to me. They were very helpful with that. Everything else has been fine and I don't have any complaints.

Joshua was knowledgeable, professional and the explanation of programs was great. No hard sell... just hard facts. He stayed a long time to make sure we understood everything and was pleasant and very well trained. We had many questions about security and the ADT system.. I'd seen a lot of the ADT signs placed outside which they use to advertise when I'm driving up and down the streets. I've had them since early November. A nice man came to install it. He came right on time and he explained it to me, but it was on the same day that I moved so I didn't quite get it. It lets me know when people are going in and out of the door and the garage, but I need a little more experience on working on that remote. My alarm went off accidentally once from my pocket and everybody was calling me. The device was too sensitive, but their response was sufficient enough. I didn't know my codes, so I had to go all the way home and tell them my code and daughter's name and address. Other than that, my experience with them has been good so far.

An alarm is currently going off and our property manager there is trying to figure it out. He said that the installer told him to do one thing and he is doing it. The alarm won’t turn off, passwords aren’t remembered and the last thing that has been done is that he is calling ADT and they’re going to walk him through the system in order to turn it off and get everything back together again. We haven’t concluded that yet. But up until just this moment, there’s been no problem. We would recommend Safe Streets to a friend.

There was an ADT system already installed in the residence we purchased. We chatted with Safe Streets and decided to continue with it but chose an upgraded version. Everything has been working fine. Having the system has given us more peace of mind. Also, the technician was very good and thorough.

My experience has been really good with Safe Streets USA. I got confused with what I was supposed to do the first couple of days, but got the hang of it. The sales rep was really, really good and helped me a whole lot. I didn't know too much about my iPhone and he was able to put everything on my iPhone and help my son, and he stayed here until he was sure we knew what to do.

We just moved here, and I've been a user for a little over two months now. Installation was fine and so far, it’s doing its job when we put it on at night. It hasn’t gone off yet and, hopefully, it won’t need to go off.

The installation experience went very smoothly. I have no problem except that I can't get the system working on my phone. Every time I log in, it tells me I have the wrong credentials and I know I don’t have the wrong credentials. I just don't bother although I should, and haven't called Safe Streets. Still, having the security system gives me more peace of mind.

I have teenage children and I'm a single parent. The idea of making sure that they were okay at home and that we had a fire security system to wake them up was important. The installer from Safe Streets was very professional, very clean, and very good at explaining everything. He showed me how the system works and showed it to my kids, too. He made sure that each one of the children was able to have their own code. He was really cool. The fire alarm or the smoke detector did go off one time and they did call to make sure that everyone was okay.

I've been with Safe Streets USA for two and a half months now. Their tech was on time, however, there are a few things I wish were done differently. He installed an automated door lock and he didn’t check to see what my other doors were keyed at. He also put in a Kwikset lock when I have non-Kwikset keys so I can’t key that door like with my other keys. If I had known that before he installed it, I would not have had him install that one. Now I won’t be able to keep the keys alike.

I requested a new ADT system and I was set up with Safe Streets USA. The system is good compared to the other systems I had in the past. I’m satisfied and it is serving the purpose that I needed to be served.

The electricity provider for the community that we've moved to recommended ADT. Then, the Safe Streets technician who did the installation of our system was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. He was prompt, too. I would recommend the installation.

I ordered ADT and got pushed to Safe Streets. The installation was fine but I was misled with the pricing between Safe Streets and ADT and that’s the bottom line. The advertising says one thing but then when they came into our house and started installing, they tell something else. You really don’t know what you’re dealing with. I think the advertising is not only misleading but it also takes advantage of their consumer.

We decided to have ADT installed just to give us an additional sense of security. Our installer was Wesley **. He did a great job of not only installing our equipment, but also of explaining everything to us. He never made us feel rushed and was very kind and helpful. It's nice to encounter people who are not only kind and respectful, but also experienced.

Since October 1st, I've been using Safe Streets USA as my security provider. The system installation was awesome and with it, I feel safer. I also like that if you're in trouble you can push two buttons to get medical help, the police or fire department. I got detectors for carbon monoxide and smoke put in and if something happens while I'm gone, somebody would know and can go ahead and get help.

The guy from Safe Streets who came out and hooked our home security system up knew what he was doing. The wifi system which connected the security system to the app on my phone was down so he had to come back the next day and set that up for us. My girlfriend is home by herself all day and she feels more secure since we had Safe Streets installed.

When I bought my house, I was given a whole bunch of packages and got a river of phone calls with a whole lot of different types of people who hoped to help me get everything organized and Safe Streets was one of their options. My installer wasn't aware at the time that the outlet that he installed my system to was hooked up to a switch so every time I turned the switch off, my system turns off and if I leave the switch on, my light stays on. I'm going to have to reroute that whole unit there. Right now I'm not living in my home so it’s not a huge ordeal but before I move in, we’ll have to fix that. I have some worries about being in a house by myself but having the system will help me sleep better at night. I will have more peace of mind once it's operating at full function.

We’ve been with Safe Streets since October. The installation of our Safe Street security device was very simple and straightforward. It was very educational as well. The guy spent a lot of time explaining everything to us to make sure we understood before he did anything and before he left. We're still new to the system, but we're happy with it.

It's been a couple of months now that Safe Streets USA has been my security provider. Setting the system up was fine and with it, I have more peace of mind and I feel safer. I've had no issues so far.

I received a phone call from ADT telling me I could have home security for as low as 40.00 a month. I thought "Well that sounds like a great deal" so I said "Ok." So a nice man came over a couple of days later to install. He was very nice, he took his time and didn't ended up leaving our house until 11 pm. (I fed the man dinner.) He informed me that it would be 340.00 for the equipment and I told him "Well dang no one informed me of that, but ok I understand." I wrote him out a 340.00 check. The next thing I know my account was charged 600.00 dollars. ADT took out money which I was unaware of and of course Safe Streets also took out money. This hit my account like a ton of bricks. I would have never let this man install this system if I was aware of that because I didn't have the extra funds for all of that. My account was pushed into the negative and I'm still having a hard time trying to recover from that.

Installation went smoothly and quickly. The guys who did it were very professional. I had to call Safe Streets because I needed a copy of the contract. I couldn't find mine and their reps got to me very quickly. With Safe Streets, I have more peace of mind at night overall.

I bought my house and I was switching over all the utilities. When I was calling about the gas or electric, I was asked about ADT. I had ADT previously, but I would be getting it for my new house. That ended up being with Safe Street. The installation was okay, however, I was supposed to get an outdoor camera. But there wasn't a good power source to the outside so the installer had to give me an indoor camera which we point out the window. Although, that doesn't work as well as I thought an outside one would. But it was either that or destroy my walls to make electricity.

First time with ADT very happy and feel safe. Had my system installed on Saturday. Ronaldo ** installed my alarm. Very cool guy and very professional. He show me how to work my alarm and did a great job. If I know anyone who wants ADT I would recommended Ronaldo. Thanks.

We were with another security system. Then lightning hit the house and blew the system out. My wife called them and they were gonna be three weeks getting over. She called ADT and they came out the next day and put the security system in. Their reps were courteous and their service was better. We installed it at the house where the lightning hit. We've moved since then and ADT has put in the system here, too. It went smooth considering everything.

My mom had Safe Streets and somebody broke into my house so I looked on the computer and I figured Safe Streets was the best one. Everything with the installation went smooth. A couple of times I hit the alarm by accident and ADT called up. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had a hard time getting started with Safe Streets. I didn't know how to operate it properly. I went into the hospital for six weeks right after I got it and while I was in the hospital, somebody robbed a lot of stuff out of my house just because I couldn't get it set. I've been working on getting it going.

It's been two months that Safe Streets USA has been my security provider. I wanted to add some security and I'm not worried about anything now. The service tech was great. I had other providers for different services that didn’t show up on time that day so for him to be on time and get the job done, that was good. And although the installer was fine, I got one of the new boxes that use the AT&T card instead of Verizon so there were connection issues. There were some concern of whether it was monitoring the way it should be if it wasn't connected. But when I called ADT, the person said everything looked to be fine. It wasn't like there were any down periods or it wasn't being monitored.

I am a new ADT customer and was very pleased and actually impressed with my installer. His name is Anthony **. This gentleman is not only very professional but is courteous, efficient, proficient and just an all around awesome individual. Any company would be fortunate to have him as an employee. Great first time experience. Thank you so much.

I just had my Alarm System updated and reactivated today. The technician Ron was very knowledge and helpful. He walked me through the new system step by step. He did a wonderful job. I recommended my parents and they are having theirs installed soon.

Safe Streets came and installed the ADT system, and it was easy. Their sales rep was very professional and informative. They're also very quick to respond. There has been a couple of times when we'd accidentally set it off and it's good that they responded immediately with a call. I feel safer and more secure with them, especially at night.

Keagan Is the BEST Central Support Agent in the WORLD :-) very professional. I got the system put in at the last min I had death in my family - was going out of town. Didn't have time to check my email for contract, but when I did check it was not there. So I called in and Keagan was there to help me. He corrected my email address and sent all of my info to me ASAP. Then I had to email back a week later and he called me right back. He is very much on top of his job. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and you really don't see good service anymore but he is the BEST!

I called to get a quote from ADT and Safe Streets came out to give me the quote and do the install. The installation went really well. The guy who came out to do it was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. He certainly took his time about it and it was nice to see that. It was a really good experience. We've been with them for a few months now and everything has been working great. We definitely feel safer and have less worries now. It's nice to have that sensibility online. We're very satisfied with Safe Streets. They're quick and have great customer service.

I’m with USAA and they have a discount with ADT, and I’ve also had experience with other people that had them. Installing the Safe Streets device went very smoothly, and the installer was a very nice, friendly and helpful girl. She explained things to me so I was very happy with the whole situation. It was easier than I thought. I am here alone with the dogs, so I feel more secure that I have their system in the house. It was a very satisfactory experience and I would definitely recommend them.

My mother-in-law signed up for ADT and received a rewards card. She was seriously injured and unable to get around for 8 months. The card expired. After numerous calls to various people, I finally found Greg ** who went out of his way to assist me. I talked with eight plus people before finding someone who would help me. He listened to my problem and solved it. All the other employees just said "sorry I can't help you." Please take a moment and acknowledge Greg for his excellent customer service.

I started with Monitronics but I like Safe Streets better. Their response is quicker. I moved my service to my new location and I don't know anybody. We have to travel back and forth to Houston and I was worried about my valuables while we were out of town. But I felt safer now that I can set an alarm. And, I love the remote. Overall, it's a great service.

Safe Streets USA offered affordable price and good customer service. The team members were really nice and patient. I had a lot of questions but they answered all of them. Installing the system was quick. I got the basic package with the remotes in the security system. Since the installing the device, I feel more secure. If somebody ends up breaking in, then the alarm will wake me up and cops will be alerted immediately. I had an incident already before, but nobody had broken in. As soon as the door opened back up, the police were notified and they went to my house and made sure everything was good. Apparently, my mother didn't close the door all the way. I was away from home at that time. They called me as soon as that happened and the police were out there within about five minutes and they called me and let me know what was going on. So everything went well.

I've been using ADT for two months now since I moved into my home in September. I compared other security companies and finally I shortlisted ADT and went with them. Safe Streets USA's rep helped me with the shortlist and he gave me the deal. He clarified the questions I had. He even gave me his direct number and extension so I called him a couple times to change appointment details and had a few other questions. Since we started using it, there was peace of mind. I don't have to worry in the night, when I leave for the day in office or for a weekend trip. I'm confident our house is safe.

The installation was easy. The technician who came out went through everything thoroughly with me and my wife, and made sure that we understood how to work it. The rep that we talked to made sure that we were familiar with it. He gave us his name and number on a card. And if we had any questions, he said we could contact him. But we got very familiar with it for about seven days or so, and now it's like clockwork to us. Knowing that whenever we leave or go to sleep, we can set the alarm, and we don't have to worry about anything. Or if the house catches on fire or there's break-in while we're out, we don't have to necessarily do anything to either get the police out there or the fire department. It's been pretty nice.

We prefer ADT to Protection1 in that there are some aspects of how everything runs that we like a little bit better. Installation of the Safe Streets device was a fairly good experience. The only thing that was a gotcha moment was that we were promised within the sales pitch that something was going to be covered by ADT but then it was an expense that we were going to incur. Having my camera access is nice as I'm able to have the ability to understand what's going on at the front porch. We have a second camera that hasn't been placed in a permanent location but we're planning on putting that near our side garage door so that way we have visibility there.

My new system was installed yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. JR was the service tech and he was very efficient and thorough. He explained all aspects of the system and made sure I knew how to activate and deactivate. Thank you JR, it was a pleasure meeting you.

For a couple of months now, Safe Streets USA has been my security provider. I went with them because of ADT. They've been in business for a long time. The installer did his job and he asked me what my preferences were with windows that I wanted to be blocked off. He showed me examples of how most of the house would be covered, from where I could put the camera, what he thought was best and which windows would be best to have the sensors on. He showed me how everything worked and helped me set a password. My experience with him was good.

Safe Streets was the only company in the area that did the installs for our home security system and everything went very well. We had no issues. The technician that came out was very informative, friendly, and efficient with his work. The service was very quick and the people are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

One of my friends has the same service. I got an offer from an advertisement for the Safe Streets package to my home so I called and reached out to them. Installing the system was good. I was able to get an additional noise detector for the same package. Their team explained how the system works and what are the shortcuts and keys to be remembered. Aside from that, they provided me the contract documents. Since I've been with them, I feel a bit comfortable knowing that the security system is on, and I don’t have to react immediately to any noises that I hear.

I have a friend that had Safe Streets. The person that set up the device was very friendly, nice and informative. I've been using it since September and sometimes I forget to turn it on.

I was moving into a new home and there was somebody in the town who I called for some information on the town itself. I had mentioned that I was looking for ADT Home Security and so they put me in touch with Safe Streets. So far, everything's been pretty positive and I feel more secure. My ADT home security system is doing what it's supposed to do and it's really easy to use. However, the ADT app is not good. It's got some serious flaws in functionality having to retype the password on it. To even put in my password, I have to reset the page three times. It's not very user-friendly and it needs a lot of work.

Everything was great during the installation of the Safe Streets security device in the newer home. I have known them because we've had ADT in my house in Rifle for 20 years. Their staff was very congenial, accommodating, efficient and professional. The device gives me peace of mind especially if I'm not in the house all the time.

I upgraded my system to Pulse and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. The installer, Ron, was very helpful in refreshing my knowledge of how best to use the system since I have had ADT for quite some time.

The installation was also straightforward and simple, plus the installation guy was just really nice. He showed me how to use the system and gave me insider tips as to other devices that I can have to protect myself even more. Since device installation I feel secure.

I got my alarm system put in through ADT and got charged $100 for installation. The installation went pretty smooth, however, a bill came from Safe Streets for a separate charge of another $100 and some change. I have no idea what that fee was for and what Safe Streets even was. I thought I was doing business with ADT only and found out that I wasn't. I've been trying to get a hold of somebody at Safe Streets for the last two months now that I had my system and no one will return my call. I've called multiple times and it seems like they're never working. I'm still confused because I can't even reach ADT to ask questions about my bill. Moreover, my cameras aren't working right now. It's saying that the device is missing and I can't get a hold of anybody to tell me what's wrong with it. I need to get a discount and I was even going to ask them to just cancel my whole service.

I was looking for an ADT dealer and found Safe Streets USA and then got the basic package. The installer was courteous, efficient, and timely on getting here and doing the job. He also showed me how to use the products. We feel more secured and it gives us a peace of mind. However, we were supposed to receive a $100 rebate, but when my wife went to get it, they said that we didn't qualify for is since we had to have the system for six months. Other than that, I haven't had anything negative towards Safe Streets.

I wanted security because I just bought a house, and I got the Premium Bundle from Safe Streets USA. The guy who did installation took a few hours, but he knew what he was doing. I moved the security box and it started making a noise because it wasn’t tight enough, but I called ADT Pulse and they helped me with it. I sleep safer with Safe Streets. They have been friendly and reliable.

Installer Brian was knowledgeable and very nice. Was very curious and made very little mess at the house. Customer service was top notch. All equipment was very nice from honeywell. The system exceeds my wife and I expectations and gives us peace of mind when we are out.

My first choice was Comcast but they didn’t know what they were doing. They told me they didn’t do home service, but when the guys came here to install cable and internet, they said they do. I had already made arrangements to deal with ADT, and I previously dealt with ADT six or seven years ago. The installer couldn’t come here so Safe Streets USA had to set up a date again and I had to take off work again so the guy could come here. He had some problems because he didn’t have on his contract what I was promised. I just told him to leave ‘cause I didn’t want to deal with his system. Safe Streets called back and they told him I was promised some cameras.

A friend at work recommended the service. Overall, the experience is good. The alarm went off by accident one time and I got a call at work. One of the sensors fell off because it was too hot on the window.

We've had Safe Streets for two months now. My wife feels safer since we had the security device. Installation took a lot longer than I thought it would be. Also, the installer drilled the holes through my wall right through the side of my house and it has not been repaired yet. But, they were friendly and showed me how to use the device.

I've been using Safe Streets since I moved in last 2012. Everything was good during the installation and there were no problems. Everyone was really nice, helpful, and walked me through the process. They did a great job. My package includes a camera outside that definitely makes me feel better. If anything happens then I would be able to have it on film. It makes people not want to break in because they know I have a camera on the outside, an alarm system on the inside, and a dog. It was a good experience and I have no complaints.

Jake ** came to do a Pulse upgrade at my house. I knew I was in good hands because he was also the tech that installed my system three years ago. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Jake was friendly, polite, professional, and very efficient with his task. I would highly recommend Jake and Safe Streets based on my experience.

I've had a great experience in getting my security system from Safe Streets USA. It went very smooth, quick, and easy. I had been seeing it around my neighborhood with all the signs in the yard, then called them off the mailer. They were very helpful in setting a payment plan because the cameras were expensive. They were able to break that down into three payments for me.

We purchased a home and were using the XFinity home security through our cable company before we moved. I went online and googled as well as pulled up some local home security companies in my area. I'd heard a lot of good things about ADT and read some reviews. There was another company that I had reached out to but when I made the initial phone calls, Safe Streets really made me feel at ease. The Safe Street guy explained to me that whenever the alarm goes off, we'll get a call within the first eight seconds. I never experienced that with my XFinity home security. We had our system go off for over a minute one time and nobody ever called us. That's one thing that we've experienced that is wonderful in that aspect. In case we had a home break in and nobody ever called in then that's ridiculous.

My family has used ADT for as long as I can remember. When I purchased my own home, it was also offered to me as part of a new homeowner's package through Safe Streets. Installation was quick, easy, and painless. The gentleman who installed the device was great. There was a little extra cost because we were covering a couple more doors than within the initial offer but he explained the contract and I've since gotten a $100 gift card. The customer service team is some of the friendliest people I've talked to in this whole new homeowner thing.

Been since May have not received rebate. Done all the paperwork sent in. Looks like I'm going to get ripped off on the rebate. Hope nobody goes for the rebate scam. When you call somebody nobody knows nothing.

I had bought a house and ADT was already in it. I've ordered that my ADT system be updated and that's when I realized Safe Streets is the one controlling the system. There are a couple of sensors that needed to be upgraded. The key fobs were reused. I haven’t really messed with it yet but I have to be either standing in front of the main panel to get it to work or it might just be a dead battery.

I feel better about the Safe Streets system being there. Having it installed was easy but there's an additional sensor that's supposed to be installed and I've never heard from the installation people for over a month now. I'm dissatisfied with their lack of follow-up. But overall, I've had satisfactory experience with them.

We know that our home is safe with Safe Streets USA. We got the pulse package from them. The technician was professional, informative and efficient. It was a great investment for our home and our family. Definitely, we have a peace of mind.

I already had the device installed. It was just a matter of them exchanging the one that I had in there, and the entire thing was done in a couple of hours. They were very friendly and showed me how to operate the security device. The person who did the installation was really good. He informed us of everything that he was doing and why he was doing what he did. It was a clear explanation of the services that we would be getting and who would be providing it. We were looking at Cop but we realized that they were more of a target and a lot more people stay away from ADT signs than they do from Cop, so we thought Safe Streets was the better deal and began using them since the end of August. The guy that helped us install the system was really nice. I enjoyed him being around and he was very wonderful. We got the package with the security on the wall, the door and one window. Since we got it, I feel super secure and don't have to worry about anything.

When I was setting up the electric for my new house, First Energy had a connections program where they offer discounts upon signing up for security or cable with ADT. The installation went really well. The team who came out was friendly and showed us how everything worked. It is installed in my mother's home and it provides me security knowing that she's safe. Overall, our experience with Safe Streets has been easy and I was very happy.

I'm not impressed with Safe Streets at all. I called ADT because I wanted the ADT reputation but ADT told me that I have to use Safe Street. During installation, the guy that came, who showed up with his apprentice, ended up flirting with me and hitting on me. Then he had to come back a couple of times to troubleshoot and wrap things up. Then Curtis, the one who last came here, didn't know anything about my system so it still isn't working. I've had it installed for over a month and don't even use it. I had a note saying I should check the living room motion sensor but I haven't called them back.

My boyfriend was getting his security alarm system done by Safe Streets USA at his house and I got the ADT Pulse Monitoring for me, too. The guy who installed the system showed up earlier than scheduled, was nice, and explained everything fairly well. However, we haven’t been able to activate the system recently because one of my devices attached to the door came off. It’s saying, “backdoor is open” because the sensor’s not there. I just need to get a new sticky thing to apply it back on the door. Nevertheless, it’s been a pleasure to work with them and I'm happy with the service so far. The system seems easy to use and I like the camera monitoring. I have no complaints except for the price difference. They quoted me at one price and I've been paying at a higher amount.

I went for Safe Streets because of the deal that they had. It was an easy installation plus the person who installed the security device was a great guy. I have one camera and I have the ADT pulse monitoring package so now I have less worries when I'm not home, when I'm out of town. I'm having a great experience with Safe Streets. It's easy to use.

I called the Safe Streets sales team to get an estimate. Then when I set up the appointment, I thought the appointment itself was where the gentleman would walk through and tell me what I needed and how much it would cost me. But the guy came prepared to install. I was a little confused because what the person told me on the phone was not exactly what the guy had information on. So I went with what the guy was prepared to do. I thought the system that I was talking to the person over the phone was a little cheaper than what the guy told me about. I had it all written down and showed the guy and he was showing me for something else. But that's okay as I get easily confused when I'm talking to somebody.

I had ADT on my previous address so I thought of keeping it going in my new place. The installer came, installed my ADT Pulse, and left. It has been working fine which is important for me. We were doing 10 years on the property before moving in and it allowed arming and disarming without having to actually be there and that was useful. But lately, we just press the button before leaving and when we arrive.

The stuff that I read said that ADT was the best, and that's why I went with them. They installed it for me, and there were no problems at all. I have been using them for a few months now, and I feel safer, especially when I'm on the road and I have to leave my family at home.

SafeStreets is the existing system in our house. I called because the system was outdated. So they came out and put a new one in when we moved in. The reps were fine. I have no complaints. The installers were really good as well. The only thing is that I don’t think that the sales rep I spoke to on the phone explained correctly how much the actual installation was going to cost because it ended up being about $1,000. I thought it was going to be like $200. But by that time, they’ve tacked on everything on all the windows or all the different entrances. They need to be a little more detailed on their phone calls because we were surprised at how much it cost.

I was mislead by salesman. That if I get ADT Systems for 99$. I would receive 99$ gift card and my monthly fee would be 29.99$. But once the bill came it was 52.99$ and I never received a 99$ gift card. Contacted Safe Streets explained what happened. A customer service rep told me "contracts bite. We can't help you!"

We just bought our house and ADT recommended Safe Streets, so I went with it. The installers were friendly and answered my questions. So far, I recommend them.

I’m happy so far with Safe Streets. We got it since we moved to California in June. I was very happy with the installation team. They were very fast and gave me all the details I needed. I called the sales rep one time because I needed a copy sent to me of the alarm certificate to give to Upland police and they were very helpful and resent it to me by email. I forwarded it to the police department and I was happy with that, too. So overall, it’s been a good experience.

Safe Streets is like a brand name when it comes to security. I've been using them for several years. I've had phone calls with them to update the service and they've always been friendly and able to answer questions.

I have been in a circle with Safe Streets. Not a single person can answer a simple billing question for me. This has not been a pleasant experience at all with all of the transfers and then transferred back to the original person I spoke with. WHY?

We just moved into the house and I was looking into getting a home security. Since Safe Streets is affiliated with ADT, we got them as our provider. The installer came and explained how to work with the security system. I was upset that ADT couldn’t provide me with a copy of the contract that I could print up and use. They sent it to me encrypted and they didn’t have the capability of sending it to me unencrypted. Also, the password step didn’t work and couldn’t get it over to me.

We had recently purchased our family home so we decided to get a security system. The installation job done by Safe Streets was very nice, fast and professional. The installers really worked with me. Everything was really good and it is a great system.

I Google-searched ADT and they put me in contact with Safe Streets. I called one other company but they didn’t give me a good feeling on the phone and didn’t seem to be able to answer my questions very well, so I wasn’t as confident with them. When I called to set up the account with Safe Streets, it went more smoothly. The gentleman who came in and installed the system was professional and did a good job. I was happy with him. Having the system gives a little extra peace of mind. We’ve been a pretty safe neighborhood but it never hurts to have a little extra.

I went through my internet provider about a promotion for a free install on ADT. I have a new home and having the security system was something I wanted to do, so it was perfect timing and just what I was looking for. I've had Safe Streets installed two months ago. It's been working perfectly since then. Nick was my installer and he seems nice, friendly, casual, considerate, and cleaned up after himself. Things you would want from someone entering your home. It was a quick and courteous installation and I was provided rich information about my entire system. He showed me how to use the key fob, every little nuance that I saw, the whole works. With Safe Streets, you can be in the house with all the doors and windows locked at night, or even in the day if you're concerned and when you leave. So I can have security at any point and that's comforting. I'm definitely feeling safer.

The guy who installed our Safe Streets home security service a few months ago was great. He was awesome and we talked forever. Now, I feel safer when we’re gone and my dog is at home. I don’t really think anybody’s gonna bother a 180-pound dog, but I would worry about fires. Also, Safe Streets has great and very thorough customer service.

I called ADT and the salesman discussed the cost, and I told them that I was interested. Safe Streets came out and installed the system. They were great and there was no problem at all.

ADT technician Logan ** installed a new system at our cottage on lake Michigan. A very knowledgeable and personable young man. Always a pleasure to watch someone work who knows what they're doing.

I've had Safe Streets since July and it's my very first home security system. My daughter also has one in another neighborhood in Denver. I was gonna track what’s supposed to be a $100 gift card that I haven’t received from them, and I don’t know what happened to that. Other than that, the installer was very good.

I'm happy and satisfied with Safe Streets. I live by myself and I already have had it for about a month. I was at work during the installation and it was my mother who was present then and everything went fine. However, the system is up on the wall in the corner and I had one beep a couple of days ago. I don't know if it needed a battery change but it's not doing it now.

My mom had ADT and I remembered the good service they provided, so this made me go for Safe Streets. The guy who installed my system was really good. He answered all my questions. Of course, I forgot half of them but he was very nice, personable, and professional. I feel safer with the system. The neighborhood is basically safe but there are criminals all over. Hence we got the alarm.

I’ve only been with ADT for three months. My parents had it and my cousins have them. The Safe Streets guy who came for the installation was all right although it seemed like he was in a hurry. I only got sensors for the three doors and after I got the fact of the deal I have, I started seeing all these other deals about window sensors and T sensors. I didn’t get any window sensors so I wished I had them. I need more sensors through the house. Other than that, they were good.

I had a very good experience with Safe Streets. Their rep was very helpful and very patient with me. He explained everything to me and showed me how to work this and that.

I've had Safe Streets since mid-June and it's been excellent. Unfortunately, I had lost my phone so their rep wasn't able to show me how to use the phone part of it for the pulse. But otherwise, everything went well. I now have more peace of mind.

I had ADT years ago and I got it again thru Safe Streets when I got back in the United States. Having it was quick and easy. And because I have it, I don't worry about my house as much when I'm gone from it.

Safe Streets did the installation two weeks ago and the young man who came in was fantastic. We have the normal monitoring service and the ADT Pulse. The only thing is I'm a little disappointed in that I had to go through the trouble of calling a number to get a code just to set up some automatic payments. Overall, my experience was as smooth as a baby's bottom.
