SafeStreets' equipment is very nice and is of good quality. It's top of the line and it's the only thing you need but if you want cameras, they'll give you that too. I even have the system on my phone so I carry it in my pocket. I also like my chimes and I don't care what anybody says about them. Every time a door is opening in my house, I really feel protected. I love the sense of security and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. In addition, their sales rep helped me a whole lot. He taught me how to run the machine and he was very good. The installer was courteous and polite as well, and he took time with me. I'd also recommended them to others.

I really amaze, how easy and stress free I went through all this process of getting the right security system and CCTV, through the installation. I want to give an special thanks to the technician that went to my house Mr. **, for been so professional, courteous. This guy is a real asset for this company. Keep the good work and spirit.

To protect the home when I’m not around, I got a home security system. The interactions with the sales rep of SafeStreetsUSA were all straightforward and they very thorough. Also, they're very friendly and helpful. The installers gave their input and I gave mine and we came to an agreement on what the best way for everything was. I’ve had no issues with the features that I have. Plus, the cost is fair. I feel very secure that if something happens, my alarm would go off. It is a good feeling. I’m pretty happy with the way everything is now.

He was courteous, friendly, very professional. He took time to explain, and guide us several times to make sure it was done correctly. His personality was fantastic, and knew he job. I would recommend him for more jobs to come.

I live in a really safe area. My husband got ADT, which we had before, through Safe Streets since he was not home all the time. Their customer service people were able to answer all my questions and were very polite. The installer was very nice too. I am disabled so, he worked around with what I needed. I'm very pleased with the features of the security system. I was able to customize it and I like the fast break. I'm very satisfied with it. We feel more secure with the system being here. However, a man gave me papers to turn in for the rebate and I haven't heard anything. Other than that, I would highly recommend them.

We were going to operate a medical foster home in our home and so we needed a security system for safety. I'm with ADT and SafeStreetsUSA resonated in my area because it's what most people use. The Safe Streets reps were kind and professional upon entering the home. They appeared very personable, knowledgeable, task-oriented and skilled. They gave us all the do’s and the don’ts and ran us through the process in an expedient manner that wasn’t rushed. I accidentally cut off my smoke alarm with my cooking skills and they called me instantaneously because I was in a panic. They told me what to do and then the next morning, they reminded me that I had to reset it at 8:00 AM. My husband was in the hospital and that reminder was very helpful. It was awesome.

Safe Streets USA contacted us and they had a promotional deal. The sales reps were fine and the installers were very good. The cost seems pretty reasonable and I would tell my friends to give Safe Streets USA a try.

David was very Knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. He took time to make sure we understood our options and how the system works. He took the time to show us how to program and how all the features work. The ** are satisfied with their service. Highly recommend David.

We purchased a home and we put in a security system through Safe Streets. The installation was quick and right to the point. It took them less than 40 minutes. The security provider called us right away when the alarm went off by accident and the customer service people were pleasant. I'm comfortable with the security system and the service is great. I would recommend them.

COMPLETE SATISFACTION and that doesn't happen much these days!! Our technician was prompt, informative, and highly professional. Would recommend this company to friends again!! TOP NOTCH!!! I love the service I get from Safe Streets. I feel much more secured having the system and I'm very happy with it. The system, the reps and the installer have all been fantastic. The guy who came out to install was on time and was very friendly. He was only here for not that long and then it was all good. The camera system is my favorite. I can also log in and log out using their smartphone features. I could see everything and do whatever I need to do.

Murray ** was my installer today. He did a Great job, he was quick and efficient and answered all questions and demonstrated all the buttons and went through multiple scenarios. Thanks so much. I feel safer already.

I called ADT and they sent out Safe Streets to set up and so far their service is good. I've only had the one guy that installed the system and he was awesome. He did great work. He was fast and he explained everything to me. It feels good knowing the home is protected. But the only downfall is when we got the cellular part, so I could access it from my phone, I noticed that it was slow. It could take up to three to five minutes of waiting for my phone to load. It would be easier to open the door and disarm it at the panel. But other than that I like everything about my system. The glass sensors and the smoke sensors were a little high-priced. But I like having the feature knowing that the downstairs windows are protected since they're accessible and there are no smoke or fire if we're gone.

Why would any service tech install a partial system, then spring on you that it will be an additional $4000 to finish with window, motion detectors to "secure" your home? Isn't this the reason for the initial installation? To secure the home. Very disappointed in the drill into my walls scenario, install partial equipment, then tell me it's $4,000 more. Just near ready to have them remove the whole thing. But, under a 3 year contract, waiting for a manager to call. They said this could take 2 days. What a joke!

I’m a law enforcement officer, so I keep a lot of my equipment in the house which need to be locked up and not stolen. I called Xcel Energy one morning to let them know we were moving in on a certain day, and the rep I talked to was able to give me a deal with Safe Streets. I went with them because they ended up being the cheapest that I could find.

The security system I got was a full package that covers the whole house. The product is good and I’m satisfied with it. However, I’m not satisfied with SafeStreets’ system because the company said that I was going to get a return of $100 for the installation, but I haven’t received anything yet. I called SafeStreets once and I was sent to another agency who they said was going to take care of the $100. It has been three months. If I don’t receive the money back, I’m going to take out the service.

There was an ADT unit already in the house and it was first time dealing with SafeStreets and ADT. The customer service on the phone was very polite and helpful. The gentleman who came out and installed was very informative and very helpful with the setup. He walked me through the completion of the installation and getting me online. He installed an additional security camera to the existing system so it’s been great with keeping an eye on the house while I’m travelling or out. He upgraded the existing system with the wall unit and the touchpad. I like the system and I’m happy that I can access it via my phone. I also like the smartphone features because now I can monitor the camera on the phone or even at a laptop. It works in the night too, so the night vision is great. I can even see what’s going on outside at night. The system is great and everything has been a wonderful experience.

I'm glad I chose ADT. I can set the alarm off and on with my phone. The setup was nice and neat. Customer service was great. Dante ** explain each part carefully and made sure I understood how to work my alarm system. Thanks again???

We did a new home purchase and got a home security system for safety reasons. We had ADT in the past and we recently got SafeStreets. I did mostly everything online and their site was very user-friendly. Everything was pretty straightforward. There was nothing too complicated. The installation went really well. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He wanted to make sure that we understood what was going on before he left. It wasn’t just “try to get this done as quickly as I can and run out the door” kind of thing. He was very professional - “yes, ma’am, no, ma’am; taken his shoes off before he even came into my house” kind of thing. He was also super knowledgeable about the system. He walked through things with not only myself but also with my older son.

We needed a home security system since it's just me and my son. The people at Safe Streets were great. They told me the prices of different security systems in my area and what benefits I would get out of ADT security system if I chose Safe Streets security system. The installer talked me through each step of the process and walked me through the website and the app. He did great. I love the system's features. It's very sleek and very affordable, and I was surprised. I like to use my keypad, my phone and the little kitchen thing. One morning, as I was getting dressed for work, the keychain was in my pocket and I bent over and set off the panic button. Two minutes later, they called just to make sure everything was okay. I feel a little bit more secure than I did without Safe Streets.

I needed a home security system and felt a little safer with one. We wanted ADT and they sold us SafeStreetsUSA. Their reps were very knowledgeable. The technician that came to install the alarm was very knowledgeable as well and very courteous. We had a very good experience with him. He explained everything and walked me through the whole process. It was fairly quick and he did a nice clean job. The features of the system are okay and they were what I needed at the time I chose them. I added a camera in the living room and I'm happy with the quality of their security equipment. The smartphone features are okay as well and it's nice to have it.

I moved into this gated community so I would not be harassed but your salesman but just ignore the signs. Next time I will be calling the police to have them arrested. I will be filing a restraining order if I Need to. These houses are not cheap and I just wish your salesman would follow the orders and quit trying to see us something. I said no and that wasn't good enough. They keep talking and I very rudely shut the door in their face.

We just moved into a much larger home and we couldn’t keep track of our exits so we felt like getting our alarm system. We wanted ADT but when we signed up, SafeStreets USA was the local ADT supplier. My installation experience was great but there were two issues that we didn’t realize. The first issue was they never left me with any of the ADT street signs to put out in my yard and we still want those. And then the other issue was a bunch of windows were opened and never closed. And we didn’t realize that there’s a very small crack and we got a bug infestation about two weeks ago.

We are very pleased with this new ADT system. Jacob ** was the installer. He is a very nice, well informed and helpful young man. We are looking forward to a safe a secure future with this company. Jacob told us he will be our tech, GREAT!!!

This is the first time I've owned a home and there have been some issues in the neighborhood so I got additional cameras for the area. I have Safe Streets USA for a month and a half now and it’s been very good. I went with them because of their reputation. Their reps were very knowledgeable and put me at ease as to what to do. They showed me where the placement of the devices was and told me what my options were for future additional services. They were also very patient, friendly and supportive.

I've had Safe Streets USA for a few months and the quality of the system is fine. Also the installer showed up when he was supposed to and I haven’t any issues yet. My wife feels more comfortable because I travel for work sometimes. She likes knowing that it’s on. If I’m not home she sets it every time she gets home until she goes to bed. It’s nice.

I am very dissatisfied because since I have had SafeStreets I have had almost $500 in total in damages and theft. Long story short, I tried to settle this matter outside of a court room. I had a technician come and check everything. It took over a month to get everything half way completed. I do not recommend this company or ADT. A firearm is more reliable than their cameras.

SafeStreetsUSA contacted me through the home warranty that I received when I purchased the house. They offered me a better deal with the ADT security than another one that I was looking at. Also, installation was pretty easy. I’ve been with them since September and everything went smoothly.

I bought a new house and the power company presented a $50 package where I would be able to get a security system and all my utilities taken care of right then. I decided to sign up then they had somebody come out and install the system. It was a pleasant experience and it went real smooth. Once, I made a mistake and set the alarm off and they called immediately. They were very friendly and they asked me for my passcode to verify everything. It seemed real secure so we definitely feel much safer with the security system, especially my wife. It's only been a couple of months but I'm very satisfied with Safe Streets USA and I would recommend them.

I also got my window detail through the mail and the reps I spoke with on the phone were very good. I'm highly satisfied and very pleased with my experience. I feel good about the device, too. We had a home security system before and we just want to replace it. SafeStreetsUSA has an app that is a little easier to use. We have a second house and we're not always there. With it, we can monitor what's going on and we can look and see if people have been in and out. We have visibility to monitor from afar, so that’s helpful. However, there was one person I spoke to who wasn’t very good but the second person I spoke to was much better. It definitely was helpful that there was a $100 Visa card we got for signing up because that helped make the decision and we’ve gotten it in the mail. The installer was nice. Though, there are a couple of things that shifted during what I thought we signed up for and what he said we signed up for. So that was always a little awkward.

I wanted my home secured while I was moving in so I decided to go with SafeStreetsUSA. I got their $44 a month package. The installer was good and the installation went very well. I’ve been with them for two months now but I haven't really used it yet because we're just about to move in, but we're moving this week.

I’d heard good things from other people about ADT, and when we moved in two months ago, we purchased the ADT Pulse monitoring package through SafeStreets. The gentleman who installed it was very clear and he explained everything he was putting up and what it did. All the instructions were easy to follow. The SafeStreets team made it very easy and comfortable to learn. And I feel very secure after having the system installed. I have to get into the habit of setting it up when I leave and coming in quickly and deactivating it. My granddaughter happened to push one of the buttons and it called the SafeStreets team and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend SafeStreets to other people.

This is my third year with ADT and so far, my experience with them has been great. I was called by a rep and was told that my contract was coming to an end. He said that I had an opportunity to upgrade my equipment, so I did. The installation went great and the tech was super. He was in and out, and even made some improvements on some of the locations where my stuff was, like on the back door and where the camera goes. I got the package that included one security camera with updated sensors and updated monitor with a smoke detector that's tied directly for the fire. I feel a little bit safer now because I got that camera. I could turn it on since it's hooked into my Wi-Fi system and I could look in from any direction.

I used a different security provider before but I wasn't doing the monitoring, then I got the ADT security system that I had previously, and now I've had the Safe Streets system for almost two months. I've had the Safe Streets security service before, so I went with them again. The installer explained the Safe Streets system and let me know what goes on with it, so that experience was good. One time, I called the team at Safe Streets because of an issue I was having with the alarm, but it corrected itself so I didn't need to have anyone come out. Overall, Safe Streets has been professional.

Last week, he installed my Mom's system at her Pearl MS home efficiently, recommending important options that ensure we receive the best service. I can recommend him with the utmost confidence. There was a Safe Streets promotion that I was given through my utility company. It was giving me a couple of extra sensors for the system. I got the complete monitoring package and the installation turned out okay. The guy came out and installed the system and showed me how to work it. He was excellent. Since having the Safe Streets system, we have fewer worries when we’re away from home. There was a loss of the system once and they called in an instant and took care of everything. They gave me the password and everything was back to normal.

I recently purchased my first single family home and decided to use ADT as my security provider. My installation consultant Anthony ** did a GREAT job on my install!!! He was on time (actually early), professional, knowledgeable and efficient after explaining all my security package options. He showed me how to use the equipment after install and he confirmed all contact numbers needed for any further questions/monitoring. I was very pleased with the work and his expertise!!! Thanks ADT (and Anthony ** as well!!!).

We moved from the D.C. area to Ohio and started using Safe Streets USA about two months ago. We purchased the package which was a step down from the one where we can monitor closely. Their tech who came in was fine and installed everything. It brings us peace of mind being able to alarm the house during the day and when we leave at night.

We had a security system before but the company no longer exits so we have been without a security system for a while. We're getting ready to list our house next spring so we thought we have to get one. Safe Streets was out within two days. We have a fairly large house but they did everything in a timely manner. They were here most of the day and we got a lot of doors monitored. I know if someone comes in my house at which door. They were really good people. I pay them $45 a month, and we're on contract with them for three years. We can carry them with us if the new owners of the house don't want the same coverage or if they want a different company.

We received a flyer in the mail about the security service of Safe Streets USA and the flyer gave us quite a bit of information. I would feel safer in my house especially at night when I'm alone. So, I went with Safe Streets and I've been with them for a couple of months now. I had a very good experience during the installation of my security device. The installer was informative and very polite, and he did his job quickly. I've been paying $40 a month for the basic service package and it has been working fine. I just have to make sure that I remember to turn the alarm off when I should. Since the security device was installed, I've definitely felt safer.

The technician Shawn who came to install my system was amazing!! Made everything easy to understand and use, he was courteous and kind to me and my two noisy children. I had a problem with the Ring Door Bell. Safe Streets came back 3-4 times but they got it working right!!! The Alarm Technician William ** would not stop till he got it working! I'm over 60 & have had several service guys over the years. William rates at the top!!! Wish they were all like him. A company is only as good as the people working for them... I would recommend Safe Streets to anyone who wants great service...

I got my security system installed by Safe Streets USA. The technician was great, very knowledgeable & explained how the system work. He make sure that I understand it. He was very patient with me. I feel safe in home now.

I Googled an ADT dealer and Safe Streets USA was the first one I saw. I've been with them for three months now. I got their package with the phone, camera and keypad. Everything went smoothly with the installation and it was fine.

The install took over FIVE hours. The tech was at my house until after 10 PM and still was not finished. At one point during the install, he had to leave to go back to his last stop to clock out of the GPS to finish the install at my house. I was also told by customer service to ask for a certificate of service. When I asked the tech for this, he had NO CLUE what I was talking about. The tech left numerous holes in both the front and back side of my hallway wall.

Technician Glenn ** came to our residence, and done a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond to get everything that we needed and wanted. The guy is a hardworker and I appreciate his help. That is not all, the system is great and easy to use!

Aldwin was very professional and friendly. At the beginning he covered the selected plan and what his suggestions were, and he covered cost honestly before installing anything. He made sure that he explain everything to me and that I understood what each piece equipment did and how it functioned. He worked quickly and efficiently. Aldwin also has a great personality and is very polite.

I was very happy with our installation consultant Jean **. He did a great job placing all of the equipment in areas that he thought were for our best protection. He spent at least 45 minutes reviewing how to work the system and showing me how to use the app. I was very happy with the customer service.

I picked Safe Streets USA and have been with them for four months now. However, I wouldn’t recommend them. I just wanted the basic package but I felt like I was pushed to buy more than I needed. I didn’t like that and I felt like the system was overpriced too. The salesperson who was also the installer went in and installed all the devices in all the rooms and even on the windows and they were not necessary. But since I already have te system installed, I'm just trying to finish my contract.

I did not sign their contract. I thought I was dealing with ADT, so, when I had to cancel my contract I called ADT and was advised that I had to pay 1 additional month and then the contract would be over. Then SafeStreets entered the picture and claims that I owe them for the remainder of the 3 year contract that I signed. I didn't sign the contract... The person who came to my house used DocuSign to create my signature and initials. A 3 year commitment was NEVER discussed with me, nor was I given a copy of the contract at the time of the installation.

The installer was really nice and he explained everything really thoroughly, so it wasn't hard to understand how it worked. It's just my friend and I living in the house so at night, it's way better. I go to sleep more comfortably knowing that the house is secure.

We've had Safe Streets' service installed a couple of months ago. It was a little bit different than what ADT had told me. Installation went well however Safe Streets was putting in fewer number of sensors and stuff and I had to argue for it. I don't know if they always get the right information from the ADT representatives but they did not have the right information. I had to talk to the owner or whoever was in charge at the office and we had to reschedule things. So initially, it was a little hectic but the work was done.

My tech Corey ** was pleasant, showed his identity and spent a good amount of time going over all of the features of my new security system. He was very helpful and he got me the best plan and everything was up and running in no time.

I've had Safe Streets since December. I went with the premium package for security and a couple of things added in the house. However, I haven't heard from them since they installed it and I haven't received the bill and it's February. I'm not sure what's going on. Other than that, installing the security device was a good experience.

We have an alert system before wherein we had to wear something around our neck in case we fall, and I didn't like that. I felt that we needed Safe Streets USA more than that in case I fall or needed to help somebody. I thought it would be better for us so I switched. We've been using them for a couple of months now. Their installer was very nice and installed the device at the doors and one room with windows that were low. I've let it go off a couple of times now because I forgot to turn it off when I opened the door. They called but they hung up before I had the chance to tell them. So I was punching the numbers again that I had to put in and it went fine. It was good. I know how to arm and disarm the system and that's all that matters. So far, the system seems to be fine. I feel much better now because the system made me feel safe.

Great service, very knowledgeable about the products, and knew what it would take to protect my house and family. The technician made the experience feel like he was part of our family and wanted what was best for our protection. Enjoyed the experience and feel much safer and less concerned about theft of our belongings as we did before. I would do this all over again.

We see the ADT sign all over our neighborhood so we decided to stay with the same company that everybody else has. I called ADT and they set me up with Safe Streets USA. We got the package that comes with one camera and door sensors because sometimes we hear cars going by late at night. So I wanted to have a camera on the outside to check and see if there's any kind of activity going close to our house at night. Their technician was very polite, respectful, clean, and neat. I feel more confident now and more secure at home and the neighborhood. Overall, the experience was great. Everything was prompt and professional.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, explain clearly, work cleanly, organized, neat, happy, take no break, always sure of what he is doing and very very good. Efficient, thorough, always accommodating.

There was a pretty good deal with Safe Streets through TG&E and it was easy. There was the motion sensor, some doors and windows or alarms. The installation has been okay but we had a little bit of misinformation which has been a little bit troublesome. The information was a little confusing 'cause there were a lot of parties involved. Plus, the guy from Safe Streets USA was a little bit difficult. I had to change plans when we're going to be there to even a later date than the time they said and that's the biggest thing. Then, he also said that our small dog wouldn't set the motion sensor off but she did and that was also a little negative thing. Nevertheless, with Safe Streets USA, it's nice to feel that safety.

I wanted to make sure the house is well-protected so I went with Safe Streets USA and I've been using it for almost two months now. Their installer was quick with the whole process. He tried to call back and see if things are going smoothly. The automated door lock wasn't functioning well, as well as the home automation. So, he went back the following week and fixed it. Other than that, everything's been working so far. I'll probably keep it for the next two years, as per the contract because at $60 per month, I might try to look for something else. Overall, I'm happy with the installation except for the pricing.

Safe Streets was provided when I signed up for ADT. Their sales guy showed me all the bells and whistles of the equipment I could choose from. However, I was a little bit surprised that I had to pay for all the equipment because with some companies, I get a free one. I hope someone could explain why I had to pay over $800 for the equipment because the only thing he said was I was free to take it with me when I moved.

I looked into ADT and the deal that I got for Safe Streets through the concierge service was too good to pass up. So I never looked at anybody else. Everything was awesome. The guy who came to install the system looked over the entire house and didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. I chose to add a few things like the sweeping sensor and the fire alarm/carbon monoxide alarm through them because I like the idea that everything was connected to the police and fire.

We've used Safe Streets ever since we moved to this new property. We had ADT before, but we switched from ADT to Safe Streets, and the service is the same. There was no problem in installing our security device. It was well done.

I was very pleased with the alarm technician. He was very friendly, personable and professional. He was very thorough explaining and going over all the details with me. He drove 3 hours to do my install. After leaving I had a minor issue, called him, he was an hour away, and came back to resolve my issue.

The installer of Safe Streets was good as he knew exactly where to put everything. And the device works well. There were a couple of times when I forgot to turn the alarm off before I let my dog out, and they've been pretty good about it and called directly. Having the system is nice. I know when somebody opens the door. I travel for work a lot and I like that I can turn it on and leave here and not have to worry about somebody busting the windows or messing around in my house.

Everything's good. The installation of the security device took a few hours and it was pretty seamless and I was satisfied with the work. There was one time that I opened up a backdoor and the alarm went off. I tried to access the web application on my phone but I couldn’t make it all work fast enough, the 30 seconds had elapsed. And so, I very quickly got a phone call from the alert center and it was a good experience with them. The alarm worked fine and everything worked the way it was supposed to work. I am fully satisfied with the service and I'd recommend Safe Streets USA.
