I know my brother and other people had the system from Safe Streets so I went with them. The installation was fast and easy. The guy did a good job of explaining everything. I got the basic package, sensors for the door and motion sensor for the living room. They were helpful and brought peace of mind when I go to bed at night.

Based on reviews on Google, we had Safe Streets as our security provider. We've had them since December, and our experience in installing it was very positive. When my wife accidentally hit the urgent button, the police were on the house in five minutes. It feels safer since we had this security device, and it's a nice feeling when my doors are open and close.

Safe Streets was recommended to me through ADT. A friend used them also. I only needed one entry and one motion sensor and got the package that ADT advised. Their team was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installer worked efficiently and got it done pretty quick. Now, I feel secure.

Safe Streets USA is slightly known in our neighborhood and the first security service provider that I looked into. I chose them because I'm more familiar with them. The ADT system was installed here two months ago and I definitely feel much safer since then. Installation was really easy. The person who installed it was awesome and walked me through my different options. I told him what I was looking for and he made that happen. He was great. The person who I set it up with on the phone was very good too. She gave me information about what to expect with the billing and made sure that I knew who was the person coming out here.

We recommend Safe Streets. The installer was terrific and the security device is working fine. I accidentally ran in and it beeped but my husband put the code in and it stopped.

I purchased a package that's about $50 a month. It has a box that’s cellular-connected, then it’s three doorways, there’s a motion sensor, and a camera. I paid additional for the three window connects. They’ve called me to say that our motion detectors went off. Our dog ended up being too big for it and it went off when we accidentally set it to away instead of stay. Now we have to use the stay mode all the time because of the dog. The installer guy, Leslie, was great, professional and installed everything really well.

Installing Safe Street's security device was pretty easy and I appreciate that the technician told us how to work certain features, and how they may or may not work for us. He's really good about telling us that motion detection may not be a good idea in our living areas since we have a dog that could trip it. I appreaciated his insight so that we don't end up with more of a problem on our hands. Since having Safe Street, I have more peace of mind.

Safe Streets didn't set up the system on the first appointment, but they turned up on the second appointment. However, the installation was more expensive than I thought it was going to be. And they had to pull a permit to do the electrical work. I still haven't been contacted by anybody to sign off the permit.

We didn't have a security device on our house and our next-door neighbor got broken into so I thought we needed to get something. I went through ADT and they set me up with Safe Streets to come and install. The installer explained what he was going to do. They're very professional and didn't make a mess. We found a spot where we were going to put the security device at because it has to be close to a plug and within two hours, he was done. We have three little dogs and people don't normally come into the house as long as there are dogs barking but to have that extra security of an alarm to go off and it's going to dispatch the police in our house, I feel safer.

We had our own home burglary system before but it kept on giving us false alarms so having Safe Streets is nicer in terms of having that added security aside from having a dog. Now, we don't have false alarms which I really like. The gentleman that installed it for us was really nice and helpful. He did it all in one session. He answered all my questions too, about our old system and told us about the ADT system and how it's so easy to use. It's a great system and I'd recommend them.

With the promotion that ADT was on, as far as the $99 install, it kind of caught us a little off guard. But once I understood what was happening, the service guy would come out just to install certain sensors and take off. In terms of the service and the installation, it was very professional. The gentleman that came out was very thorough and he went through everything in explaining everything. We are definitely more confident since installing the system, especially with recent break-ins in our neighborhood. We're a lot more confident being able to leave and not have issues. My wife and I commute to and from work, so we're not right in the immediate area during the day. So it's nice knowing that we have the security system in place.

I'm having them come back out Friday because the system is not working. Their workers were extremely courteous and they were great at trying to explain but the system is unsuccessful. I'm not pleased at all with the product. My connection is weak here so I had to have an antenna. But the installer did not install a large enough antenna and the motion detector would not work. I also found out that even though it's ringing with the door connections, it doesn't actually send back to anyone because my bug guy came in with the alarm set. I forgot to tell him about the new alarm system so he didn't have the code. He was unable to turn it off and I was at work that day. I had no clue he even came by the house until I got home and saw his bill on the counter. I should have received a call saying, “Your alarm system is going off. I didn’t get a call and the police weren’t here. I paid all the money for nothing.

I wanted to get ADT so they sent SecureYourHome. Their specialist during the sales and scheduling process was amazing. He was helpful and friendly. As for the installation, it was a great job done. It was completed in a speedy amount of time. Now, I definitely feel way more secure.

There was no problem with the installation and the technician was very nice and professional. The only problem was that SecureYourHome told us we were to get a $100 rebate in a form of a Visa card and we have not received it. That was supposed to offset some of the costs. I'm very dissatisfied right now. It was part of the promotion and when the guy came over, we filled out all the paperwork. We received the stop signs but have never received the card. They said it may take a little longer.

The system itself is good, too, but the only thing I have a problem with is the price. I figured I could get a better price than $46. I could have gotten a better price of $27 a month. With the $46, I only have two monitors and one keypad and a pad at the house on the wall.

Having the ADT monitoring system gives a nice sense of security, but the only downside is the interface of the app seizes out and it's not working right now. However, other than that it works fine and our experience with them was great. We didn't have any problems with those who did the scheduling process for the system. The installer who came out was great. He came both times because my husband wasn't here and we had a problem with the camera. But that camera thing that shows just one and a half anyway, so I thought we were fine with that. But then my husband said, "Well, where are the ones outside? That's where we're having trouble with those people breaking into the cars and boat." I said, "Well, I didn't understand that." So then we called and they scheduled another appointment. They came out and he's very efficient and he get out in dawn before I realized he arrived. Everybody from Secure Your Home has been so exceptional and they had been great in calling and contacting us and telling us what we need to do. The whole company, every representative, everybody, has been nothing but very professional and I appreciate it.

The SYH sales rep was great and the installation process was very easy. We got the basic package with the addition of our windows and doors. With the security system in place, we do have peace of mind and fewer worries. It has been a great experience with them. They're reliable and kind.

It's alright with SecureYourHome including their staff but I wasn't pleased with the installation done by Gaylord Security. I'm not happy with one of the sensors that's on the back door. Every time the wind blows, it sends a signal that something's wrong. Before with my other system, I had it connected to our little house in the back and we couldn't get a signal back there.

Gaylord is the local company here where we live. We got it in the phone book. The specialist during the sales and scheduling process was very courteous. All the service was very prompt. We were very happy with the way everything was set up so quickly. We were leaving town and they were able to expedite things and get it set up fast for us. Installing the security system was very good. I do feel better since installing it. We're often away from home so that's a big plus for us knowing that its being monitored. We just purchased the basic package so we don't have fire protection or medical emergency notification. I was hoping that we could get a reduction on our AAA Homeowners insurance but they told me that we can't get anything unless we have the fire protection. So that was a little bit of a disappointment but that's not their fault. They were excellent in every way and we would recommend them to our friends.

The problem was discussed and with regarding my complaint with this company with Bill, and he heard me out. He also helped me understand why I was so confused and upset at the installer and said he would try and make the system more clear from the beginning. Bill also said he would follow up with the installer, as there may be a need to "watch" his dealings with customers going forward. At this point, the attempt to resolve this issue would be given a star-rating 5.

The installation of the security system seemed to be all right until I had the first problem. One sensor is too sensitive. Something happened so it didn't clear. The installer said to call them if I had any problems. I called him, he was busy,and he couldn't do it. I called the other people and I haven't heard from a person since. I was satisfied to start with until they said someone would be calling me back and come out and I've never heard anything.

When we lived in Alabama, I had an ADT security system. When we moved out to our ranch, I also had ADT. But when my husband passed away, I moved into town and lived in a rented house. I cancelled the one out at the ranch so I wouldn’t have to pay the extra amount, then I got a system from SecureYourHome. The specialist I spoke with was nice and professional and the installation went very smoothly and was quicker than I thought it would be. I feel much safer now in the rental house. The only problem is that I’ve had three false alarms from bird strikes and I’m wondering if it’s a little sensitive. Overall, it was a good experience.

I called ADT and asked them about the strange anomalies that were going on. The timestamps especially on videos and sensors seem to be totally whacked. I've got videos that are timestamped like 10:30 in the morning and it's at night time. Other than that, it's pretty good. The last couple of days, for some reason, it's just not been where it should be. It seems to be like five hours off or something close to that, because last night I could have sworn I heard it go off as far as just one time.

They came out on a Saturday, so that was convenient to not have to miss work, and the gentleman showed up on time within the window that was given to us. Overall, they were pleasant. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and discussed what was necessary at the time or not necessary. They had all the necessary hardware they needed to get the job done one-time visit. We already had some pre-existing wiring from the previous people that lived there so that might have helped out. We have motion sensors going off on everything. I definitely wanted this ability, how things are going on besides the fact I can set it, lock everything and feel secure, but it’s not that we feel super unsecured before.

SecureYourHome was dishonest and lacks communication. I've had the worst experience. The first time when I called, I didn't call the regular ADT number to get set up and they had a $4.99 special deal. That's what I see everybody has and we're charged $45 a month. I questioned that and they said, "That's just what you had in your contract." Then we are part of First Credit Union and we get other offers and stuff since we're members and there was something on ADT stating that we would have discounts and offers so I called SecureYourHome or Gaylord itself and they transferred me to ADT who then told me that since we went to an authorized dealer, which was not something I asked for, that wouldn't qualify or they wouldn't even look into it and I'm stuck paying the rest of it all. I had to pay almost $600 of another payment which I was not informed of upfront.

Sales rep was good. The installer was quick, efficient and he told us how to use the ADT security system. I have fewer worries since I got the system installed; I like having my house alarms when I leave.

I have the package with motion sensor and calls to emergency services. Since installing the system, I have peace of mind because I'm not home often. The guy that installed it was very thorough and nice, and made me feel comfortable. It was easy to set up and very fast. The response time was quick to get someone in here, which was great. However, I didn't realize that the way for me to put screens on my window has to be propped on the inside where the sensor is. It blocks where I can put a screen. It's really not ideal with my windows.

We feel the ADT system is working better than our former security system. The sale and the scheduling process with the SecureYourHome specialist was perfect and the installation by Gaylord was efficient. The installer was informative as he guided me in directions that I may not have known about but made sense to me. The only downside on my part is that we’ve been gone a lot and haven’t really had time to learn about its features or even give an appropriate test. So I’m derelict in my own personal follow-up. But I'm happy with it and it's fine. We might come back and add a few additional things to it at some point in time. But we haven't gotten to that process yet.

We installed an ADT system because we had a break-in and so far, the experience has been great. The SecureYourHome specialist was good although I still haven't received the $100 gift card that he told me since we signed up. The guy who installed the system was very professional with a good sense of humor, which made the three-hour experience enjoyable. We like how the security system tells us which door is opening. After my installation, I ended up getting some marketing material in the mail talking about 10 free window sensors and I don't know why that didn't happen at the time of installation - that would have been a better time for that. My husband hasn't gotten used to it yet and has already set it off twice. He was in the bathroom one time, he's got the remote and set the alarm off. I was asking myself what was that noise and the closer I came to the front of the house, the more I realized it's the alarm. I turned it off and was worried about it. They called my cellphone but I didn't answer it because I was on the other end of the house. When I looked out the side windows, there were two cops in our garage and they're swarming around. I hollered at him for turning the alarm on but he didn't know it. I told him to leave his keys when he goes in the bathroom. But it was awesome! We are so pleased with it and glad we got it.

However, once they installed it, they said that we had to have the inspection with the city for the electrical and they were going to have the office call us in a month to schedule it. Though I never got a call that they were coming, a dude showed up at my house this morning at around 8:30. It was a guy from the city and he inspected the house this morning when my wife was there. Overall, they were great except for that one thing.

I was surprised that the sensors were expensive, they cost $500. I almost cancelled at that time when he was there, but I didn't because I didn't want to be rude to him. I'm paying in three payments just for the sensors and that means a lot. I had Central Security before, but they provided me with all the sensors without charge. Also, I was told that installation was for only $99 and I was surprised when he told me that he was going to install only the two main doors and the garage, and that was included in the $99. So I said, "Oh, I cannot do that because I already have sensors in all my windows and doors, everywhere in my house".

And then he left another updated wireless remote. I like the fact that with ADT if I forget to set it before I leave I can use my mobile phone - the app to set it. I love it and I'd recommend it.

A woman from my bank referred me to SecureYourHome when she heard that I had a break-in. SYH's specialists were good but lady was not accurate on a couple of things which I'm not too happy about. I told her that I might be in the process of moving out of state and she said that I have to wait for 15 months before I can sever the contract without penalty and she wants to sell it to the new owner as well. I talked to the realtor and she said that she spoke to ADT since that didn't sound right at all. ADT will sever the contract immediately as long as I sign up again in another state and that was very misleading. Moreover, she also told me that my dog would absolutely not set off the motion detector. My dog was was under 80 lbs and she sets it off at least 2 or 3 times a day so that's not accurate either. Other than that, the installation person was very good and professional.
