First impressions make a company. Our sales person Leslie exceeded our expectations. The whole team from the start through the whole process was flawless. Our installers (Jay’s team) was kind, professional & truly cared about us and our home. The windows and new front door make our house look new & refreshed. This company believes in teamwork & their employees excel in all areas. Customer service is a rare thing anymore and Renewal by Andersen is AAA+. We love our new windows & door & will definitely be back as a return customer.

From start to finish, working with this company has been phenomenal. Although they may be a little pricier than the other companies I talked to, their product is undeniably better than the rest. And since I you get what you pay for, I feel comfortable and happy to know that I bought a top-of-the-line product from a company that stands by their product. Our sales person was great. Our customer service rep/middle person was wonderful. And the installers, which were my biggest concern due to past issues with installers, could not have been any more clean, professional, and friendly. Amazing crew. Thank you so much!!

The care, professionalism and detailed job was great! I love all of our windows and sliding door! They are already keeping our home cooler! Love our screens. Hopefully my dogs will realize they are there and stop running into them! Lol! I will refer anyone looking for windows to you!

On our job there was a change change that was NECESSARY due to a post between 2 double hung windows. I called the probability of there being a post in the million to the salesman. The job was bid and the contract signed for all of the windows to be sliders. The post made the installation of 2 windows instead of 1 big slider necessary. When the change order came there was an increase in price due to the need for 2 smaller windows instead of 1 big slider. I Emailed the salesman and told him that I felt that the contract should be binding and that Renewal by Anderson should absorb the extra cost. He was supposed to be our contact person for any problems and I never heard back from him. I had researched Renewal by Andersen and chose them for superior materials even though there are other companies. What I didn't expect was pressure to sign a contract at the first meeting pushing financing.

I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis. From start to finish excellent customer service. Beth and Frankie were very professional and informative. Installers Joel and Zach did an excellent job. Everyone showed up on time and were professional.

I’d recommend Renewal by Andersen. They did a great job. And the quality is fantastic. My son is a contractor, so he came over and looked at them. He was very impressed. Also, the installers were very efficient. They took off their shoes before they walked in my door because there were a couple times it was a muddy day. I appreciated that. And they cleaned up after themselves. It was fantastic. The only problem we had was when they did the frosted window in the bedroom. They accidentally frosted our bedroom windows. We had to wait a bit longer, but they replace those.

I like the quality of Renewal by Andersen's products and the customer service. I like that you deal with one person. They're a collective company. They don't have subcontractors. They did absolutely everything. They came to my house, showed me the product, then someone came and measured. Then they did everything, including the trim, and they put them windows in so well-insulated. I was extremely impressed. The rep was very personable and very nice. I was gonna have another contractor come over, but as usual, the guy didn't show up. I immediately went with Renewal by Andersen because they're dedicated to their customers. When they say they're gonna be there, they're gonna be there.

Now: We have a problem with defective screens. We purchased 7 full-sized windows and three small windows, all with screens, last year. They were installed in Nov. of 2023. This week (May, 2024), warm weather finally arrived here in ME and we opened the windows for the first time. As we were cleaning the sills, we noticed two screens were separated from their frames.

We got a window for our sunroom and it’s three separate units. Two on the outside open and the center is a solid one. It's a nice window. We enjoy it. The installation took only four hours and we had good interactions with the installation team. They were good people.

This is the second time that I have used Renewable by Andersen. Yes, they can be expensive, but I will guarantee you that you will get your money’s worth! I can’t say enough great things about this company! They did an excellent job installing as well as laying down mats to protect my floors and rugs and carpet from the constant back and forth of going outside to do what cutting they had to do for the trimming around the windows. Also, they took their time explaining the operation of the windows to me and had me do it to be sure I understood exactly how to do it myself, which I appreciated. Everything was cleaned before they left and they made sure I didn’t have any questions. They told me to call though should something come up later that I needed to ask.

I like how incredibly quiet it is to close an Andersen window. We purchased double hung windows for our house and two casement windows. It's a little bit difficult to park in our neighborhood. Considering that, I appreciated how everyone handled that well. The installation was very efficient. It was clear to me that there's a set protocol in place, and everyone came in and did their job. It felt very seamless to us. We were excited to get the windows, and we've been very happy with them.

Renewal by Andersen replaced six windows and the entire project went smoothly. Everyone from the Design Consultant (Justin W) to the Concierge Representative (Kyrsten) to the Installation Team (Nate S, Asher S & Deurym W) was highly skilled, friendly, and very professional. They all appeared to be dedicated to making sure I was happy with the windows. I was informed at every step of the project. Neighbors have commented that the windows look great and one neighbor was impressed with the work he observed that went into installing them. Extensive floor coverings were put down and the clean up was impeccable. Not only do the windows look great both inside and outside I hear less noise from the interstate. This was an excellent investment in my home.

We used Renewal by Andersen in the past and had good luck with them. Everything was good. It was the same thing this time. Everything turned out perfect. We ordered late fall of last year. They were already done first part of this year. The salesman didn't waste time and didn't hound us. Everything he said, they did.

My contractors did a great job and my windows look great. We ordered the products shortly before the holidays but I didn't want that disruption, so we didn't install until February but they had arrived earlier than we installed them. The trim work that they took off and put back on was done nicely. There were no dings and dents. The installers were on time, and they worked in a timely fashion. Overall, we like the pricing and quality, and the contractor was big. We still have half the house to finish up but I'm waiting and hoping that Andersen is gonna do a drop down from the top. A lot of the windows that I have left to do are on the second story, and I'd like to be able to clean them all from the inside.

We had 26 windows replaced, a patio door, and two storm doors by RBA. It was A-class from top to bottom, from the salesman who sold it to us, to the discounts they offered to us, everything they explained to us. There's one piece that's missing and they knew it was in the factory. They've been following up to make sure, "It's backordered. We're on it."

I bought 16 windows and two patio doors from Andersen. Their sales rep was there for about an hour. He went over different options and priced them out. He was a friendly guy. For the installation, they give me a day's notice. Someone had cancelled so they were able to move me up and I was happy about it. The windows were six months out from getting installed, so I got them a few weeks earlier than I thought I was going to.

We built the house 32 years ago and went with all Andersen windows and doors at the time. We had a number of things that we had to have replaced. The first time was over a year, the second time was six months and so was the third time. The last installation was a bedroom window. They came out, took the measurements and ordered the window. Six months later, they came out and installed it. They even replaced a couple of boards that needed to be replaced around the trim of the exterior of the home. The windows and doors are very good. They're expensive but in the long run, they're worth it. There are 40 windows in the home and we only have to replace one of the doors and four of the windows. The salesman, George, has always been a good guy. He helped me with the patio door, the bathroom window, a window in the kitchen, and a window in the bedroom.

I purchased a sliding glass door and a large picture window from Andersen. The installation went smoothly and the contractor was fantastic. It took about two months to get the windows in and have them installed. The windows are fantastic and I would strongly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Someone called me before they even sent someone out to look at the house and she was absolutely horrible, asked me questions that should have been left for the contractor who comes out and basically wanted me to provide all sorts of information I did not feel comfortable with or was unable to provide. She refused to let me off the phone and stated she couldn't send someone out to do an estimate unless I answered all her questions. I felt pressured and did not feel comfortable with this company actually properly handling this job. Customer service is terrible. I finally told her to cancel the appointment. I guess they just didn't want the job. I have never had any company demand so much information before coming out to view the job and do a proper consultation and estimate.

I called Renewal by Andersen and asked them to do the work. They said they could replace the window and make it look exactly like the windows next to it. It's very expensive but I figured it would be the best window. It took them a long time to put it in but they finally did the job and it turned out to be perfect. I'm happy with the window.

I called an Andersen rep and he made a quick offer. He didn't beat around the bush and I liked what he said. I replaced all the windows in my porch. I didn't want the ones that went up and down which I had. He had one where a great big window would slide from one end to the other with the middle part being permanent. He put four of those in and I couldn't be any happier. The installers knew what they were doing and were quick. I'm getting a lot of positive comments on the windows. The product is what the rep said it was. They'll last my life and when you close them, they seal things out. Renewal by Andersen is very consistent with what they do.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I am a designer and know this product. The install team is professional, highly highly skilled, fast and courteous. These windows and doors are well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Excellent company for door replacements- this is our third time with Renewal by Andersen and our second house to use their services- workmanship is amazing- They are extremely professional and on task.

I went back to Andersen Windows and Renewable by Andersen after we had 4 of our bedroom windows replaced by them 4 years ago. We were impressed with the quality of the windows and the workmanship. This time I had two patio doors replaced, a slider window (picture window size) and a bay window installed in my front room on the second floor. The men were knowledgeable, efficient and they kept me informed of everything they were doing. I had some rotted boards under the old patio doors that I was not aware of until they showed me. They replaced the wood and then explained everything about what they were doing and why. The crew was friendly, hard working and efficient. When the project was done, they did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves. I was totally impressed. I would highly recommend the crew and the windows and doors. I used to be able to hear the sound of the wind outside when it was stormy. Now I don't!

We had 3 new windows and 1 patio door installed by Renewal by Andersen. Was very pleased with the process from start to finish. Our installation team was absolutely terrific. They worked hard to ensure that we were satisfied with the end product. Will definitely be returning to Renewal by Andersen when we are ready to replace any other windows.

Paid over $10k for 2 exterior french doors. Installed in April 2023, both door came defective, company has come to fix 9 times in 12 months and I still cannot securely lock my new exterior doors. Management and Corporate take weeks to even call back and refuse to help even though this is a safety issue that they caused.

We had Renewal by Andersen to do 8 windows including one very challenging one in Our bathroom. They done an outstanding job on all windows. The team was very professional and in contact with our needs and requests during the installation process. I would recommend this group 100%.

Yes, Andersen is a bit expensive, but very high quality windows and it is your home. Informative and low-pressure sales representative. Installation staff was very professional and hard working, since it took 3 hours longer than anticipated to install. They needed a third install worker. Extremely satisfied and will definitely use Andersen for remaining window replacements.

Have had my Renewal by Andersen 22 windows & door for a year now. So far, have lived up to all they advertised, look good, and easy to maintain. The install team completed the job in about 7 hrs and left the site as clean as when they started. Price is the only Con. I take objection with phrases like "affordable" or "they won't break the bank". They are not cheap no matter how they sell it. But if you can afford it; Renewal by Andersen is a great way to go.

I purchased Andersen 100 Series windows. So far, I love the quality of the product. The contractor and his crew were great. They were there for two days. He told me he would take a day for the windows and a day for the other stuff. He was on time and courteous.

Andersen provided a thorough review of our old windows and the new ones they offered in order for us to decide the ones we wanted. They communicated all aspects of window ordering and delivery dates (which they provided on time) in clear emails and an occasional phone call that we made. The RBA installation team was an excellent part of Andersen and aside from the new look of the windows, you couldn't tell they were even here.

We have had the majority of our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen and have been very happy with the entire project from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a top notch product and team.

We have Andersen windows in the house and have liked them. We purchased double-hung windows and a sliding patio door recently. They had to come back at a later date because one window was the wrong size. They gave a timeline on that and they've worked on that timeline also. Everything was very nicely done. Very high quality. I'm very satisfied.

The installer of our Andersen Window was fantastic. He followed up every time I called him. We had a long waiting period, though. They were behind at the factory. It was a good six months after we ordered it. But so far, the quality of the windows is fantastic. They have a process that they lam their windows. In the two, or three years, maybe if they did it wrong, the lamination in the window, you'd get air bubbles or fog. But right now, the window looks fantastic. Looks like they did a perfect job. The price was a little high. But if it holds up the number of years that they claim it's gonna hold up, then I won't have a problem with it. Overall, it was a great experience.

I like the quality of the Andersen windows. I had their windows before and I liked them. Even though it was in January and it was cold, the installation went well. We're in a historical district so the windows have to look like the old windows, and they do, so I was able to get the approval to have them done. It was easy. It never occurred to me not to use Andersen Windows. I wish they were less expensive, but that is what it is. I knew that going into it, so it's all good.

We recently ordered a new front door and were very pleased to have another opportunity to work with Jason **. A couple of years ago, we worked with Jason when we installed new windows in our home. Jason is always very pleasant and thorough. We've never been unhappy with his work and trust him to do the job right. Jason did all of the measurements for the door and explained the process. We trust that we are going to love our new door.

Sales rep came to my house and gave me a bid on replacing all my windows. After seeing price I told him I would pre order now and pay half and the other half when installed but would ask to be installed in three months as I deal strictly in cash and would have to work it into my budget. He would really rather I financed them (through them of course). Then he said they had a referral program and if I referred others he would pay me $250. I called my brother in law right there on the spot. Rep went to their house and hour later and they ordered windows immediately. I called rep and asked about my money due me for the referral and he said I had to wait till they were installed.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the product. A woman at the showroom showed us the windows and talked to us about the doors. We saw how the crank for the casement window folds in so that it’s not out in your way when you're not using it. We saw the locking system and the materials and I was very impressed with everything that we saw. Two years ago, we had three windows installed and was assembled on site. We also bought front and rear doors. This year, we had eight windows installed - four sliders and four casements. We also bought the side door for the garage because we needed to replace the people door.

I got three double-hung windows from Renewal by Andersen. The presentation was good. The rep explained himself really well. The installation went well and took about six hours. The windows looked really good. I’d tell others to go with Renewal.

I like Renewal by Andersen. I've had them before and they're very efficient. Three guys came in and it started to rain but they pursued. They showed me things and took time afterward. We got them set up so they could work in my garage and it was fairly clean considering they had to cut things. They worked hard to clean up after themselves. I liked working with the guys. They were great and very respectful of my home. I had four windows and they got them all in place. It's a joy to see the windows and use them. I've had them for about a month and I haven't used heat much. The weather has modified itself this last month but I have turned the heat off and not been cold. It’s in the 50s here so I've been doing great.

We did six windows, a front door, and our garage door with Renewal by Andersen. The quality of their products is top-notch. We paid half of our order last year and we paid the other half this year. The installation was done very nicely, quickly, and efficiently. We're very happy with the work and we would recommend them.

Renewal by Andersen just completed a job in our home. We replaced 3 windows and had an older installation of windows rewrapped on the outside. The sales person came to the house and was thorough in looking at our project and giving us a written form or "What to Expect". Once we decided to go ahead with the project and signed the contract, RbA sent out their install manager to measure the windows. We received all of advertised discounts. The time between completing the contract and installation was about 7 weeks, but before we signed the contract, RbA was clear that this was the timeline. When they set up the installation date, there was a 1 day delay, but they promptly notified us. The 2 installers were very professional and did an excellent job. The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Renewal by Andersen is overpriced, but it is a good product. To price out a comparative Fibrex window at Lumber Yard and try to find someone to install then not have any warranty on the installation, you're probably paying about 20% more when you're done for their product. But the warranty worth it. The installation was great as well. I'm happy.

I'm very happy with Renewal by Andersen. The people that installed it did an excellent job. It took them six hours to put all four of the windows in, which was very fast. I could have gotten cheaper windows, but I wanted the quality with Renewal by Andersen. I've used Andersen in windows and houses since 1964.

Renewal by Andersen came to my house and explained to me what they were gonna be doing. They gave me a discount too. They did a good job installing. They took their time and figured things out. I like that Renewal by Andersen has the warranty. If I got somebody else and something happens to the windows, they would keep going down the line. With Renewal by Andersen, they come in and check it out and if they have to replace it, they replace it. Also, when I got the same windows a while back on my porch, I never had any problems with them.

I called Renewal by Andersen, and they sent me a brochure. I looked at it, I called them, and their rep came out and took measurements. I got my windows about three weeks ago. They're all custom-made so they're not just stock. So, it takes them about six months to get an order ready, and that was about how long it took. I wouldn't have wanted to have them put in in the middle of North Dakota winter. When the installer came, he got the installation all done in a day all by himself. So far, the windows are not leaking.

Renewal by Andersen was great. They were clean and they put down tarps to make sure that none of their workers messed up any of the floors. They were very quick, and everything looked fine when they were done. There was a tiny bit of damage to one of the screens and I didn't expect anything of it. I was just thinking I was gonna fix it. They called me and said, "We got a report from our worker that we damaged your screen. So we're gonna be bringing you a new one." I've gotten a couple communications about the progress on that. I'm really happy with them. I didn't even have to ask. They just said, "Our worker said that we needed to fix the screen. So we were calling you to talk about that." I didn't even notice. The damage was really small, so I hadn't noticed until they called me.

Though they were very expensive, and the installation did not go well. They hire subcontractors to install, and my daughter had to have them take out a couple of windows because they were not straight and reinstall them. The French doors they put in did not latch right and blew open in the wind. Could not lock our house for over a week because they had no openings on Saturdays and wanted us to take off during the week to fix it. They did eventually fix the problem but went through a lot of aggravation and phone calls. I used them to avoid contractor problems and that didn't work very well.

Work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the work is excellent. Technicians were very professional...Very good team work and delivery is also fast and satisfied with work. Keep up the good work...

Great product and great service from start to finish. They were respectful patient and always went above and beyond. The quality if their work and installation was superb. The windows have been great quality and you won't be disappointed.

Our whole experience with Renewal by Andersen was not satisfactory. The first day of install they unloaded the 15 windows and put one window in. It looked so bad that we called the company and said we were canceling the install unless a supervisor came out. So the next day the supervisor came and agreed he would not have installed the window the same way and redid the sloppy install and finished the rest. The interior of the windows is wood and it was not sanded or finished correctly. The wood is so rough that I'm not able to get dust and cob webs off and the stain looks terrible.

We had Renewal by Andersen do all the windows and doors in our house in 2021 and we wanted something that matched that. I purchased one narrow horizontal window for a bedroom to add more light and the quality of the window is excellent. They did a really nice job. The only thing I'm missing is a screen that didn't come with it and it's supposed to be here April 24th.

It’s been more than one month from the installation of my replacement patio doors. The factory shipped the wrong color trim. The installer insisted it was not an issue and customer service would take care of it. They did not! After a video review they sent the wrong trim. I am now waiting on the factory. Estimated delivery date no guarantee. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS! My salesman is not responding to my text. Customer service gives me no hope of getting the trim correct and installed soon. They did make sure they were fully paid the day of install. Very expensive and not worth the experience!

After 20 years, many of our windows permanently fogged up. I, the homeowner, had replaced many of them in the past. I could no longer get the replacements. Their warranty was long passed. Andersen replaced four with the heat-reflecting glass. They were expensive, but their performance was so good, we ordered another five! And, that was with full knowledge of what the installation process was like from the first time! The same crew, Rigoberto and his people, who were a joy to have around. The second installation completely renewed two bedrooms. The views are beautiful! We are really pleased!

I purchased a large patio sliding door from RBA. The guy who quoted us was fantastic. He was a very nice guy. He was prompt and detailed. It was very professional. He was kind enough even to help us out with a separate issue that we had with another door. It was a great experience overall.

I had a good experience with RBA. They're a good company. The installers did a good job as far as leveling. The openings weren't square. I have some oval around-the-top windows. Everything they did was fine.

I installed 4 windows in 2023 and 6 in 2024 all with Renewal by Andersen. Both times I had a great experience from sales to concierge to installation. Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and focused on ensuring my satisfaction was high. There was frequent communication from the point of sales to installation. I was always kept updated on progress. Renewal by Andersen took care of everything from working directly with my Condo Association to pulling and delivering the permit. I wanted to push out the installation a few months and Renewal was ok with it, no pressure. Love that. The crew both times were amazing. On time, clean, respectful of my property, knowledgeable and very hard working. I love all of my windows. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Renewal again or recommend. Call them. You won’t be disappointed.

From the no pressure sales person to the end installation was very professional and exceeded our expectations. Our cabin was built in the 1940's and even though windows were upgraded 30 yrs ago before we owned it, still some single pane windows. The install crew came out before a snow downfall and was able to install in 2 days. The cabin is warmer and much more quiet. Well worth the price and will save us money in the long run. We are very pleased with the entire experience and I can't recommend Renewal by Andersen enough.

In an era where customer service is practically non-existent, Renewal by Anderson is a breath of fresh air. Their service and product line are excellent. From sales to project management to installation, the whole experience was truly pleasant. My windows were installed by professionals who clearly know their stuff. I also like that everyone I dealt with were under the Renewal by Andersen umbrella. I had one point of contact through the whole process and didn’t have to deal with multiple people to get my questions answered. My windows are extremely well made and look beautiful in my home. I was impressed by the quality of the product and the people. I would use Renewal again in a New York minute!

We are the second owners of this house. After 24 years of ownership, we have done a lot of remodeling! We have now replaced every original window in this house, but this is the first time we went with Renewal by Andersen. While we just had them installed, I can already tell they are higher quality windows and they will last longer than the other replacements we put in. I wish we had used Renewal by Andersen throughout; but we simply did not have the money at the time.

We had new windows and entry doors installed by Renewal by Andersen of Boston. We were extremely satisfied with our experience from the designing to the installation. We had a dedicated team who were professional and knowledgeable in their areas. Installation went smoothly, and the installers took care of our home as if it were theirs.

We picked out the door we wanted. It took a few weeks for it to be manufactured. It was installed in about half a day. Looks really nice. Hopefully this will be the last patio door we ever have to buy. Very happy with our purchase.

Andersen Window of Florida told me my windows were in the warehouse and ready to install. They schedule a date for installation March 11, only to cancel because the permit they submitted Jan 31, 2024, hasn't been issued. I called Osceola permits office to follow up. They state Renewal by Andersen has not submitted an application for window installation for my Name or address. That applications submitted it only 1 take a week, not 2 months. It now April 5, 2024, wondering what the true status of the hold up about false information given about my permit. I request a full refund, it's been 6 months now, your timeline of 3 to 4 months is not realistic.

We decided to replace all of our windows. The work were great! The quality of the windows is amazing and all windows were replaced on the same day. The work crew was very professional and friendly. They helped us move some of our furniture, window treatments and curtains and replaced them before they left. They cleaned up everything and took all the old windows with them. They stayed at the end to ensure we knew how to operate each of our windows. I’ve never seen a crew work so well together.

I'll be back for the review. But for now just saying this. Had Michael come over yesterday for estimate on two windows. He gave me the estimate he had on his laptop. He said the estimate would be emailed to me. I had to email him this morning and ask for the estimate. He told me that it should have been sent automatically. However, he did attach the estimate to his response to my email. The emailed estimate was $2000 more that he had quoted my previously. I will update this review when/if Michael gets back with me in a timely fashion.

I got the double-hung, thermal pane windows. Renewal by Andersen gave me an estimate. They knew that they were very busy and it would take several months before we would be able to install the windows. But the installation guys were really good. They wore booties coming in and out. So there was no tracking. They were very professional. It was a nice experience. They are amazing windows. They're not cheap windows and everything shows. They look like original installation now. They did all the trim work, inside and outside. I'm very pleased. The only thing was that it was a little pricey but you pay for quality.

I like that Renewal by Andersen was having deferred payments. I got 8 double-hung windows from them. The guys who did the installation were very neat. You didn't even know that anything was done in the house. Renewal by Andersen was prompt and delivered what was promised.

We had a great experience with our window purchase and installation. Oscar and his team did a fantastic job with the installation process. He was very good at what he does. The whole process was very easy. The price was worth it. I would highly recommend Andersen.

First - I selected Renewal by Andersen as they have been around for years with top ratings. I replaced several windows in my home due to cracked seals and replaced my front storm door and interior door. Mike the installer and his assistant, Dalton were very polite, friendly and professional. They answered any questions or concerns I had. They completed the job with utmost perfection- taking their time making sure everything was installed correctly — even in the pouring rain those two days! They thoroughly cleaned up the work area upon completion of the project. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations! My windows and doors are in and they look absolutely beautiful! I love them!!! Awesome Job guys!! Thank you!

I purchased an Andersen patio door and the installation was good. I had to wait a few months between the contractor was assigned and when the work was done and that was a little bit of a delay. But other than that, it was a seamless installation. It was installed within two hours. They were very good and cleaned up afterwards. Everything went well. The quality of the product is very good, too.

They were really professional and the install went really well. They got it done in four days. The windows look better than what we were expecting. Everything was really good. The only thing was that during the sales part, I would have liked to see more options. We went through that a little fast and I wasn't quite sure what other options were available to us. But it was a minor thing. It was more just peace of mind that I get to look over everything that I wanted to or not.

Andersen wasn't the cheapest but I went with them for the timing of when they could do the install. I got a patio door and the installation went very smoothly. Andersen’s contractor did a great job. But the weather got really bad around that time and it was hitting below zero. So, it wasn’t any fault of theirs that they didn't make it in the time that they said they would. They were excellent. I've done tons of home improvements in the past year and one thing that's very annoying is the salesman. They don't stop. They keep talking and talking. But these guys from Andersen were straight to the point. They let the product sell themselves rather than wasting my time with hours of some sales pitch.

We ordered 6 windows and an exterior door. Renewal by Andersen kept us informed from the time we ordered to they were installed. All work was performed in an excellent manner. We are very happy with the products and company.

I was impressed by the sales pitch of the RBA rep. We bought six windows and one sliding glass door. It was one of the more expensive options but the quality is very good, and so far, we're very satisfied. It took two days for them to come out and they did a high-quality job.

I purchased two very large picture windows, seven smaller picture windows and two windows that open. The installation was wonderful. The people were great and very professional. So far, the windows have been great. We had a number of them put in our sunroom and it's much easier to heat it using less electricity.

We have completed two projects with Renewal by Andersen and they wowed us both times! Our window and door both arrived earlier than projected and both installations were completed earlier than projected. We appreciate that the installers are employees of Renewal by Andersen. Our installers for both projects were respectful of one another and performed efficiently. They respected us and our property, They took care to minimize dust and performed efficient clean-up at the end. They were clean, on-time, personable and followed up the next day to see if we needed anything or had questions. The employees who phoned with updates and to schedule appointments were pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen. You receive what you paid for....excellent product, no hassle install and an outstanding warranty! I paid with a casher's check but do not have final receipt yet.

I don’t recommend wasting your time explaining the scope to them, and finally they give you 6- 10 times price higher than the market!! This is what happened to me (I have to change around 30 windows, expecting the window’s cost around $400 to $500 - for very simple standard window) but they gave me “starting from $3,000" / each window!!!!

Spoiler alert: Save yourself hours of sales spiel, this is the bill for one door and a 3’x5’ window. You owe it to yourself to at least go get a 2nd estimate from the highest end mill shop in town. The sales pitch is a parlor trick. It’s evening and the salesman is frantically text and emailing you to spend amount of money you’d normally spend months researching. Collect yourself and breathe, politely decline and buy yourself something nice with all the money you just saved.

I was very satisfied with the Renewal by Andersen installation and product quality! Yes, it’s a bit expensive but the product speaks for itself! The installation team was very respectful, worked quickly and it was obvious they knew what they were doing! Office staff are helpful and cheerful. Overall, I am very pleased.

We split our window improvements into two separate projects. Both were very professionally done by Renewal by Andersen. From initial contact to finishing our window project we couldn’t have asked for a better nor found a more competent company.

The salesperson who came to the house was very helpful and guided us to the door we truly wanted. What we thought we wanted wasn’t really what we needed and he patiently helped us make our perfect choice. The installers were polite, clean and did an amazing job and ensured that our new door was perfect in all ways. I’m already thinking of other projects for Renewal By Andersen.

Wanted windows with something other than Vinyl, I live in KS. Renewal by Andersen uses Fibrex, sounded like a good product. The double hung windows function as advertised. The slider windows howl and rattle. The sliding glass door will need to be replaced before I sell the house as my six year old granddaughter is unable to open by herself. It appears to have been mis-measured and forced in during install. Service has been out twice for the window installation – The installer had the window trim flowing water back into the window instead of flowing it away.

We got eight slide-by windows and a big bay window with a slide on each end. The installation team arrived on a Monday and were done by 10 o'clock on Wednesday. We had Andersen windows in the house. They were slides, but there was only one slide that slid one way. These new windows have slides on both sides and they'll slide either way. The ones we had weren't the greatest. I put plastic on the windows every year because you could stand there and feel the cold air in the winter coming in. Looking forward to see what it's like in the summer now.

We had four, top to bottom, windows put in by Renewal by Andersen. And then we had two crank-out, one is triple window, and then one is two. Our previous windows were Andersen. We like the quality of it and how they lasted so long. They did the installation really quickly. The rep I dealt with was very friendly. He came on a Saturday because we weren't able to do it during the week. So, it was really convenient for us for him to come. He walked through all the rooms and he even noted a newer window that we had in one room and said that being that it's newer, it had the same tint as the other ones that we were getting. He suggested not to replace that one because it was newer than the other ones that we did have. He measured everything, did a quick measurement, and picked out exactly what we wanted. He was very nice.

RBA had done some work for me eight years ago. I was very pleased with their work, so I went back to them. They also offered me zero interest financing. The rep I worked with, Frank, was very professional and explained everything. There was no rush. His crew was great. My girlfriend was impressed by their cleanup. I like the way Frank walked me through everything that would be happening and what was expected. I'm very pleased with the windows. Having had installation before, it was of equal quality. It was good workmanship.

Renewal by Andersen took care of the whole process. We finalized our order of windows in July and they were installed at the end of January. We had about 12 of them put in, most of which were slides with one or two double-hung. The installation went very smooth. The crew laid out their mats, moved whatever they needed to move, and put their drop cloths out. They did an excellent job of keeping things clean and being very respectful of the home. Everybody that was at our house was very easy to work with and communication was good. Also, the windows seem to be very good quality. We were a little concerned with it being a sliding window but these appear to be well built and built to last. I would recommend Andersen to anybody that needed to do this process and I would go to them again for window replacement.

I've had Renewal by Andersen twice. I got the first windows in 2018, and the second ones this year. I got double hung windows, two picture windows, and several of the smaller ones for two bedrooms, the living room, and the sun room. I worked with Mitch who came to the house and gave me the estimate. He was excellent. He answered questions and was very helpful. The installers were wonderful, too. I called the lead guy New Jersey but his name was Trenton. The house was cleaner when they left than it was when they came. They were fast and they worked steadily through the two days that they were there. So far, I like the windows that I got. They're lovely and the wind doesn't come whistling through anymore. They were worth every penny, but the price was an awful lot.

The sales rep was great, straight to the point and very professional. We got two windows done in the kitchen. The product was all made in-house and it's of good quality. They’re thermal insulated, keeping the heat in. There are no drafts and they're just night and day above the windows that were in the house. It was done very quickly. We were told the replacement would take a day but we were done in about six hours. The guys cleaned up after themselves and everything went smoothly. They just did what they had to do. People should go ahead with any projects that Renewal by Andersen will suggest or call them because per my experience, Renewal was spot on and did everything they promised they were gonna do.

I purchased four windows from RBA. It was a bay window set and the kitchen window. They said it would be available in six months because they had to build the bay window. But it ended up being four months. The installation was fantastic. They gave me a date. I had to reschedule. They were fantastic about that. The guys showed up on time and were courteous. They kept the house clean and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. We love the windows. We got the bay window for our dog so that he'd have a perch to sit and watch outside. And it fits him perfectly. It also makes the house look a lot better and makes the room seem bigger.

We had an all around wonderful experience from the sales rep to the installers. We couldn’t of asked for better. We did have to wait about 5 months for our windows and sliding doors to be completed but it was worth the wait. We had to have actual demolition in our basement to go from window and doors to one sliding glass door and the 2 contractors were professional and experienced.

The installation process was smooth. It was a special situation ‘cause we were replacing a sliding door with windows, so there was some construction involved. But it was quick. I was satisfied. I'm very happy with the casement windows. We also have other windows and doors in the house that are Andersen. I've always been happy with them.

They did what they came to do. Nobody was on their phone goofing off and making personal calls. It took less time than I was told, because there was no messing around. We just got a window, but we've replaced doors before. Everything in our house is Andersen. The installers were in and out within a couple of hours. I'm retired, so I was here when they put the window in. They were here around 8:30 and by 12 o'clock they were gone. It was a big, good-sized window that they had to take out and then put the new one in as well. So, it was no small task to get that done, but the two guys were very efficient.

I have been very happy with my experience using RBA. It was the second time I've used them. I got windows in both instances and they were the replacement windows. I did all different types, the double hungs, the awnings and the casements. Both were pleasant experiences with everything. Not pushy, willing to listen to me and my input. The installers were clean, polite and respectful of my home. I love the quality of the windows, too. The only thing that was a detraction for me as far as customer service was I wasn't kept up-to-date. I should have been contacted closer to my estimated date for the product's arrival.

Andersen Windows did the second storey a couple of years ago and we've been very happy with them. So, when we did this part downstairs, we wanted the windows all to match. They're the best windows. Andersen took two months to get the windows. But that worked with my construction schedule. When it was time, they were here. The installation was superior. The crews that came out here were very safety conscious and took good care of my property. They had to do part of it off the ladders over my air conditioning unit. So, everybody was top-notch. Andersen did a great job. If you're gonna replace some windows or put in new ones, if you can afford it, go with Andersen. You won't regret it.

I purchased another and more expensive competitor doors and had nothing but hassle from day 1. I was not in the loop and had no clue when my project would happen, and I had contractors go AWOL, taking months longer to complete. I regretted not having Andersen. Be aware that ordering an entry door you do not routinely get a fibrex product despite aggressive television marketing suggesting otherwise. You do not actually get an Andersen product. Instead, you get a Provia door. While not necessarily a bad product, unlike the windows, this is not an Andersen product and the basic models are made of fingerjointed wood. And if you are looking for a model design on the Andersen site, these are not necessarily options available to you by Renewal. Be aware that Renewal products including Provia are among the most expensive out there.

From first contact to installation completion, my husband and I were very pleased. There was great communication from the entire RBA team. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made efficient use of our time. We are so happy to have our new doors and windows! We sat down and listened to our salesman. We asked a lot of questions, we were able to physically look at and handle the materials/products, we were able to discuss price points and what was in our budget. After our talk, we decided on our product choices and knew what the cost would be.

The crew was honestly the best group of workers that we have had doing work on the house; they did everything right. We chose Andersen after listening carefully to our sales representative, compared to the gentleman from Pella, and carefully reading customer reviews of both companies. The windows that we replaced were the 101 year old original windows and were the biggest waste of energy, almost like having Swiss cheese as window frames. No more Moretight caulking and no more energy loss! Overall the windows are pricey but it does add value to the house and the energy savings will pay off. The task of staining and finishing the interior part of the windows is a bit daunting, but totally expected.

We've had Andersen Windows in our house for 30 years. I liked the quality, but we had issues with the third party installation which I was very disappointed in. It took eight months to get the door, and the door showed up but it was broken. They shipped it back out again, and we got another one. It was the wrong door. It was a hassle. That's not Andersen, but it was almost like they stepped away. They didn't do anything about it. That was more disappointing to us because we've been loyal to them for 30 years. We have a 6,000 square foot home with all Andersen Windows, all Andersen hardware.

We have gone with them twice now to improvement to our home and we have been very happy with their services each time. The product quality is amazing and beautiful. The project manager was very knowledgeable about the product and what needed to be ordered for our home and was with us every step of the way. The installers are great, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. I highly recommend going with them for your door and window needs. I am absolutely in love with all of our windows and doors they have placed in our home.

We had Andersen windows put in our home a few months ago. They had to replace the molding on two windows. The hack job they did was atrocious and no one will come over to look at it. The project manager was supposed to be all of a sudden became too busy. Not to mention all of the condensation on brand new windows. Pretty sure that’s not supposed to happen. We spent over 20 grand on these windows I would expect better. Now if we talk about their financing that is an absolute scam. It shows an interest rate of 6.99 but in small little print there is daily interest accrued. So monthly interest is 65%. I make double and triple payments and we are not getting anywhere. Run as far as you can from this company.

I had to replace my windows that were installed almost 30 years ago. When we talked to the salesman, he was a nice guy. He told us that the installers are regular employees. They don't subcontract. That was the selling point. Because when you buy from somebody and they subcontracted out, then if you have a problem, it's not their problem. It's the installer's problem. There were 10 windows that we replaced. All of my windows were Andersen windows.

Originally, I had a dining room window which has a stationary center part and two roll outs one on each side. And I had the same situation in a front room window. I had two double hung windows done at the same time. One was in my kitchen and one was directly upstairs over the kitchen. And they were replacement windows. It was a big job. But I was amazed that the Renewal by Andersen installers took the old ones out and had the new ones in. They're very good about keeping their areas clean, putting down tarps, so they wouldn't trample on carpets. They worked as a team.

We would tell them how efficient Renewal by Andersen was not only with the work, but with the financing end of it that they used. The salesman was wonderful. Two Renewal by Andersen salespeople came out and we told them what we wanted and they told us how the windows were made. They were very nice and they could tell us a lot of information. We agreed on a price. They said it was four to eight weeks, and it was like six weeks, the window was in, and it was no problem. We did financing with them. We're very happy with it. It looks nice. They did a nice job with the trim on the inside and outside.

He was great to listen to what I wanted without pressuring me to purchase windows from Renewal by Andersen or try to upsell me their most expensive windows I could not afford or want. He listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. You won’t go wrong dealing with them. The installers were very professional and careful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. He looked at all of our windows and showed us some of the benefits of Renewal by Andersen windows versus the ones that we had installed. There was a little hiccup the first time ‘cause there was a bit of miscommunication between myself and our rep. However, he took good care of us, and everything went really well. Everyone did a really great job, and they were really kind and explained what was happening and when. We got a new door installed in the back and we got a bunch of windows installed throughout the house, and they've been really nice.

Our experience with Andersen was positive from start to finish. The project manager, Chad came on time, explained everything completely, and called several times to check up on the job while it was being done and afterwards. I live in a century home so it was important not to damage the interior trim and the installers, Ivan and Nikolay didn't leave a mark on any of it. They tidied all areas after working and demonstrated the operation of the windows for cleaning. I was very impressed with them and would recommend and use them again.

When we needed to replace the windows, my husband suggested to go with Andersen Windows since we like those so well out in our farm home. The contractor was easy to deal with. We appreciated him from the get-go. There was no high pressure. When the two windows came in, one of them was damaged. They called and told us they needed to put it back two or three weeks when they would come for the installation. We appreciated the fact that they waited to get one that wasn't damaged.

All the caulking had to be redone. It was smeared all over the window frames and walls with fingers by an untrained installer. Window did not close/slide properly. New team had to come out and take all the caulking out and redo. The other windows I had done in my house were the same but by a different company and cost $2200 each instead of the $10,000 initial charge of the same window. The 50% coupon you get in the mail means that they double the price that they would normally charge when they start the price calculations. At least they were quick to make it right.

I definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen. The quality of windows, doors and window box replacement materials were outstanding as well as the quality of the workmanship done by the installing crew. They were very knowledgeable in tool use and any repairs that were needed for completion. The crew worked hard and had my large job done in one day. I would hire them again for future window and door replacement.

I got 15 full windows and doors for the whole house from Andersen. I got the double-hung windows and one solid pane. When the installers showed up, I let them into the house and it took about two days to get everything up and switched out. They were good and their work was great. I would tell my friends to go get a quote from Andersen and see how it works.

Ordered replacement doors 2 year ago. Measure and order took over 1 year though promised much sooner. Installers had problems leading to over 4 different installers over 6 months getting job finished. Doors just did not close properly and after 4 different attempts to correct figured out one door was slightly warped. Waited months for replacement and finally got project finished today. Assured they would reach out and work with me financially since this project was so poorly done and the door was inferior and had to be replace. Looking forward but no one seems to care. Highly recommend you look into other options in Nashville Tennessee area.

Will never use Renewal by Andersen for any windows. Called to make appt for estimate and received date and time for estimate. 5 minutes later they call me back to ask if my husband was going to be there!!!

Everything was great except when we got the window in and we got a wind. The wind blew in the upper corners of the window. They came and put some styrofoam in there that was missing and that works good. We're really happy with the window. It's a real nice window. But weren't too satisfied with the big window. It was not a very good window. My wife especially didn't like it. We got ahold of Zephyr and they came out. It seemed like it was gonna be forever before they got it in. But luckily, the winter was mild. So, they got it in in December and I was always really impressed with the people that put it in. They were knowledgeable and they did a real good job of putting the window in. We're real happy with that.

What a major disappointment in purchasing replacement windows from Andersen. It's a Minnesota based company so I assumed they understood cold weather. I ordered four double sung slider windows and a patio door for over $17000. Our old windows leaked causing moisture and ice to build up on the inside windows so figured the new windows would solve the problem. After the new windows and door were installed, the first cold weather hit and our new windows and door ended up with the same moisture and ice problem as our old windows. I contacted Andersen support and they said my humidity level was too high. It was nothing to do with their windows. I guess dried out cracked skin and a super dry humidity level is that answer to keeping Andersen windows and doors from collecting moisture. Might be time to get some window insulator kits to cover my Andersen windows with plastic. Biggest waste of money in my lifetime.

When we had our windows done, I had three different companies come and Andersen was by far the most expensive. They weren't even comparable. Three of our windows replaced were Andersen Windows that we did through them. We had a lot of problems with the installation. We were stuck using them because we were matching existing wooden windows. We had one come with a sash that the lock mechanism had stripped screws. It was broken. It was a mess. I was unimpressed. We had to have that window completely redone, and then they sent it here unstained. So the stain hasn't been matched and our installers had to match it on the fly, and they were in a hurry. It's okay now, but I wouldn't use Andersen again.

We had two choices when we were deciding what to get from Renewal by Andersen. We had the choice of picking a window that was less expensive, but it really didn't fit the style that we had. And the sales guy did not pressure us into purchasing one or the other. But then we decided to go with the same type of style with the other windows in the house and we're happy we did. The Andersen reps were here in October and we didn't have the window put in until December. They had to order it and we had to wait until November for it to arrive. Then they told me it was going to be one week after Thanksgiving, on a Monday.

I had a good experience with them. The rep explained everything about the windows and he made a demonstration about how the window worked. The installer was very professional. At the beginning, I purchased three products. Recently, I added another one. Because I am a little picky, I see that some little details are not well finished. But in general, it’s high-quality windows.

I went through Johnson County Siding & Windows and purchased 13 Andersen windows. They used two people as installers and did anything that needed to be fixed first. Then, they went through and got the windows ready to come out for the next day. I found one window was pushed all the way in in the dining area the next morning and they took care of it as soon as they got here. We've had no problems with the windows so far and I'd recommend Andersen if somebody is looking to replace.

I purchased windows and a patio door. I had to call to get information. But whenever I called, I was able to get the information I needed. They are doing great. I'm happy with them.

Our house on Cape Cod needed its drafty windows and rotting sills to be replaced. From our initial meeting where my trust in the company was established right through what was a most efficient replacement and installation of the 22 windows needed to change over, the professionals we worked with exceeded my expectations. We were able to be in the house working on the two days the installation crew was on-site. Our questions were all answered and the result is a warmer house and an improved exterior appearance. I couldn't be more pleased. This is a company that backs its marketing with its product and work.

Things did not go smoothly for my installation!!! Brad my second salesman was good but with every sales, with me, it's always the expensive. That's just my feelings, but I believe I bought the best windows on the market. Then came the guy who was sent out to measure the window openings. I still do not believe he knows how to read a tape measure!!! When the window installers came out, the first time, the windows were too small!!! Frank, the boss, agreed!!! I was told by the two salesmen and Andersen Windows commercial that the windows would fit "Precisely" into the window opening!!! I had them install my bay window, 'cause installers said, it would be the same size as the bay window they took out. It was not, it was smaller!!!

I contacted Andersen about replacing one window over my kitchen sink and ended up ordering 10 windows and 2 doors. Installation was very professional, clean, and efficient. Looks beautiful, inside and out! It has added to the curb appeal and value of our home. Many compliments! Thanks Andersen.

The home we are working on has Andersen windows in about one third of the windows. We want to continue with the remaining windows and replace with Andersen. We have been trying to get a measurement done and order the windows. You can't do that. You have to sit through a 2 hour sales pitch to get the measurements done. We know we want Andersen, we know what windows we want. It doesn't matter. So, we will look for a window that looks the same and they can lose a 50k job.

The people who installed our windows were highly qualified and personable. The issue we had was with the surprise issues with the stucco on the back of our house. We had 37 large windows (the whole house) redone. This process took about a week. However the stucco on the outside on the back was a big snag. This part took over a month and about $10,000 extra over the agreed on price. We contacted Renewal by Andersen to ask for a small break on the metal framing that they installed and removed since it didn’t work. They weren’t interested in working with us on this even though it was a tiny portion of the extra charges. Overall, the windows were gorgeous and well done but if you have stucco, expect that the price and time frame will increase.

This project was quite an investment on our part, so we wanted to make sure we did it right. We relied on Kenneth to help us understand the options available and what best suited that particular window and door (sun exposure, aesthetics, etc). We are very pleased with the windows and doors he helped us select. Parvin and his installation team were efficient, clearly knew what they were doing and worked well together as a team. Overall, we would work with Renewal by Andersen again.

Renewal by Andersen did great. I got no complaints on any part of the process other than the price, but we knew they were expensive. We got two slider windows and two cantilevered windows. They gave me a timeline and then they beat that timeline. The rep was a very friendly gentleman, knowledgeable of his product, told us all upfront exactly how everything was gonna work, and it did. When the guys showed up to do the installation, they did whatever was needed to be done to make sure it went smoothly, cleaned up the mess very quickly and very well, and we're done all in one day. We love the products.

I bought Andersen windows for the reason it was not a vinyl window. It was more like having a wood window and it looks great. According to Andersen's advertisement, those does not shrink. It's like wood. I'd rather have that than the vinyl because vinyl does warp and twist. That's the main reason I chose Andersen. The guy who put it in was very good. I'm still waiting for my screens on it. They came in with it, but they were damaged. So, they had to order new screens. Two weeks ago, he said they should be in shortly. He ordered the replacement screens from Andersen, and they hadn't come in yet as of two weeks ago. I'll be giving them a call today, but he was a good person to deal with. He cleaned up the area, did a nice job fixing it, putting it in, and repairing it, and repairing the wall that was in. It had some damage, so he repaired that, and cleaned everything up after. I was very happy with the installation.

Andersen was a little bit more expensive than everybody but the quality of windows was better and seeing the reviews online for every company, theirs were very consistent, which kind of pushed me in that direction. Plus, the sales guy, John, was one hell of a salesman. The crew that came in and did my windows and door was fast and efficient. They were well within the timeline that they had. It was perfect. My windows were put in in November and I've noticed significant heat retention in my house. Everything seems to be working in order and they seem sturdy. Andersen is more expensive but for the quality of the product and the installers, it's worth paying the extra.

I purchased the Series 100. The installers were very pleasant. They did a very good job. So far, the quality is good. However, I hope they could make the windows faster. It took them six weeks to make them.

We needed a new patio door, and we have had dealings with the other two installers here in town, and we weren't comfortable with them. So, we thought, “Well, let's give this Renewal by Andersen a call.” It turned out they were up by Siren, which we're familiar with. We talked to Chris. He’s part owner of the company, and he seemed straight to us.

Renewal by Andersen is by far the best decision I have made for adding value and peace of mind for my home. This was the second set of windows I've had replaced in my home. Alejandro and crew made the experience stress-free by providing an excellent job, not only in doing the install in a timely manner, but also cleaning up and explaining everything about how the windows work, and what to use and not use on them. They say you get what you pay for, and Renewal by Andersen is beyond worthy of the amount they charge. Their product is far superior and well worth it for the peace of mind alone that you get with their product. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen and Alejandro and crew for all your replacement window and door needs. They will be the only ones I will ever use.

The installers did a great job. I couldn't believe those guys never stopped working. They had a crew of five to eight guys at any given time. They changed all the windows in our house and our big rec room. They did a fantastic job. But the problem was they got the wrong doors. So, they had to order the doors and they wouldn't be here until March or April. The order came through for black doors instead of a brown to go with the rest of our home. I was very disappointed about that because they pulled off the job and told me they were not sure they would be back by February. It might even be as late as March. It all depends when the doors are finished and they would come back out and finish staining a woodwork around the doors and install the new doors.

I had all the windows replaced in my home and despite the hefty price tag I could not be happier. The windows themselves are just beautiful and so sturdy. My experience with the installers was also great, probably the best I have ever had. I would recommend these to anyone looking to replace windows. Another great feature is that they do not need to cut your stucco...so the process is very neat.

Our installers were the best, everyone was very professional, efficient, and very helpful! They did a great job and kept me in the loop with everything as they replaced our 3 yr. old windows. In one day, the team replaced 9 windows and a 9’+ door, very impressive. After the installation they explained how the windows and door operate. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I don't think there is anything that could be improved. The workmanship is superb and the quality of the material is top notch. Their customer "service" is the WORST! I bought a sliding glass door from them less than six months ago and today it is RAINING in MY HOUSE. I called them immediately only to be told I couldn't 'be found' in their computer. Huh? They sent me the weather stripping the installer "forgot" to put on so....what's with that. Their best suggestion today, after being ripped off by the contractor for the screen door which he never delivered, was that I pay someone else to reinstall the door. Look, the door itself is beautiful, I love it. But they do not stand behind the work done by the contractors they send to your house. In fact, they try to tell you they never sent you anyone at all. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I got sliders, double sliders, up-down, and double-hung windows from Renewal by Andersen. I feel comfortable with them. They told me it would take a day and a half to install all the windows. But I had to wait five months to have the product come in. The installers came in on time and the work was done exactly in the amount of time they said it would take. They cleaned up really well. Get Renewal by Andersen windows.

The salesman checked for lead paint. That cost me extra but I have no complaints. When the techs came to install the windows I purchased, they had the windows and enough men to get the job done in the afternoon. The windows fit great and they were put in nicely and neatly. If you need windows, it would be a good deal to go to Renewal.

The sales rep and the techs were very nice. We purchased 22 windows and the replacement took four days. They did the rooms that I wanted in the order that worked best for me. The windows are great and they were great to work with. Prices were competitive and their product was a little higher in quality than some of the local places here.

We purchased four sliders and a door from Renewal by Andersen. Their people came out and measured everything up. They came back and double-measured to make sure it was right. They then came in and installed the sliders and door. That took less than a day. We like the work they did. They cleaned everything up really well. The windows and door have been in for over a month and so far, we like them.

We got custom windows from Renewal by Andersen. There are six of them. All of them are fixed. They don't open. You don't hear anything because they are tight. The installers came in and introduced themselves, and I told them what they would be doing. Approximately, they said it would only be one day, and they asked if I had any questions. Then they went and did their thing. The windows are very well made, and we really enjoy it. It’s like looking outside without a window. It's really nice. They're beautiful to look at.

I needed to replace my old wood windows that rotted out and were beyond repair. One side of the room was north-facing and not protected. Those were rotten. I had some local contractors come and give me estimates. They were mainly dealing with vinyl windows. The third vendor who came out had both the vinyl windows and Andersen. He told me about the Andersen windows being made of wood pulp and not entirely plastic. That was an appealing point from an environmental point of view that it's not using as much fossil fuels to make my windows. Plus the windows that I was replacing are a pretty big span. For the strength that was promised, I chose Andersen. I liked the different material, the fabrics, and having that recycled wood in there. Andersen was a little more expensive than most of the polyvinyl quotes, but it was not the most expensive quote I got.

Renewal by Andersen has steel for the kind of windows that we want. We got double-pane windows. One was kind of a picture window and one was for the bedroom. All the people that we work with were really good. Dale was our salesman and Chris was the installer. They were exceptional people and they did a really good job. They're very efficient in what they're doing. When the gentlemen came to install, it was quick. They knew exactly what they should do and they were very proficient at what they did. I was very pleased with the end result.

Renewal by Andersen called me and I went in and set up an appointment. The reps are great. I had all the windows done and the replacement went well. They had the installation done in less than a day. The new windows are great.

The sales rep was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions. We got some picture and double-hung windows, and some that crank out. There were 11 windows in all and we got them installed and done before Thanksgiving. The installation crew was very professional. They were good. They took extra pains to make everything perfect. The quality of the windows is excellent. The biggest thing I've noticed since the windows were installed is that our temperature is more consistent all over our house.

They did an awesome job. They put in a bay window with five panels in it. On a nice day, I had them cleaned and there was a big claw mark on three panels. It was not noticed right away but Renewal was notified. They said someone was gonna look at it on a sunny day but there's been nothing yet. Other than that, I totally love their work and I would like to have more done. They're very easy to deal with and they're on target.

Their windows were slightly more expensive than others. But for the quality and the quality of the installation, it was worth the extra money. I knew that the contractor that did the work would do an excellent job because they did a door project for us previously. It was a three-day installation to do 11 windows. Even though the first day was raining, they got three windows done the first day. And they were able to finish up in the specified timeline. They were excellent. They were very clean. You could hardly tell that they had done an installation. There was a little bit of dust but very little compared to what they had to do. I like the windows very much. They're wonderful. They're about twice as thick as our old Weather Shield windows. And the home is much quieter.

We had a couple of sliding doors, some casement windows and some sliding windows replaced by RBA. The installation took a little bit longer but close to what they said. They were really busy. They had a lot of customers and their time estimate from a year ago took a little bit longer to get to the point they actually could install. They were good to work with. The installation was quick. They were professional. They were very neat and they cleaned up well. They did an excellent job. So far, we're very happy with the quality of the windows. It's only been a month that we've had them. But no drafts are coming through. The trim they put on with the windows turned out great. It was very similar to what we had before. There were a couple of little additional special features that they saved to put back on the trim when they did it.

I have had my sliding glass doors replaced by RBA and was very pleased. This time, I had several windows replaced. The reps were very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. They were right on time and perfect. The quality of the products is excellent. They're easy to manage. No difficulties whatsoever with the windows.

The sales rep was a good guy. He was polite and was out the next day. We replaced seven windows and a patio door. He said, "It's got a 20-year warranty." I said, "I'll be 90 years old. I'd probably be dead before that warranty runs out." It took them three months to make them, which was fine. Worked out perfectly for the weather. Both times, the installers got here around 8:00 and they were gone by 1:00 in the afternoon.

We got a slider door. The rep was very thorough, went through everything, made sure he was getting the right sizes and right dimensions. The installers were also very good, let me know step by step. They knew what they were doing and they took their time, got it done, and got it done right. It was a good experience. It was a little bit more than I thought it was gonna cost, but I wanted to get it done. So far, I'm good with it.

I saw Renewal by Andersen's ads in the paper and I was gonna call them and another company but after their salesman came out, I didn't call the other company. We bought from Renewal. We got the case type kitchen windows. The installer and his crew were awesome. There was a lead guy and two others. They came in and put down all this plastic so they don't make a mess in your house. They were very efficient. These guys knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up. They never made a mess. They hauled off all the trash. As far as the windows, I've noticed how well they close when you shut them, how they do block out sun from the outside, and they look great too. I'd tell others to call them and buy from Renewal.

We got two French doors that open in and we also got all our upstairs windows replaced. Earlier, we got our downstairs windows replaced as well. Renewal by Andersen told us when they were gonna come in, and they came in that day. The installers were extremely efficient and worked really hard. They seemed to know what they were doing. They had a lot to do and ended up leaving at 8 o'clock at night. They finished the install. I'm very impressed. The windows are by no means inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. They're well-made and easy to clean. Because they're easy enough to fold down and clean, my windows are cleaner all the time.

The installers were quick and efficient. They were also clean and respectful. They did a wonderful job. They were done within a day. I love my windows. I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for windows.

I bought five windows from Renewal by Andersen. I liked them. I was happy with the whole experience. They went over and above what I expected. The reps were very knowledgeable. They showed me the different choices, made suggestions about, “If it was me, I would go this route for this window and this route for this window.” And once they were in, I love what he suggested. It made me think about replacing a window that didn't need replacing, because I like the window so much.

I purchased 5 windows for the north side of an old farm house from Renewal by Andersen.

I purchased the series 100. I got six windows and a slider. I've broken it up into two projects. The first project was four windows. Then the second project will be the other two windows, plus the sliding door, which has not happened yet. The first four windows were done in three days. And that was what the contractor had estimated. They said two days, but it might be three days. It turned out to be three days. The contractor was good. Communicated well. I like the windows so far.

I liked the quality of Andersen windows compared to other windows I was looking at. Their reps were really good. The installation was good. I'm very happy with them. Overall, it was a great experience. We recommended them to a couple of our friends. We love the new windows.

I love my new double hung windows and slider. Quality is excellent. They look very nice and my house is pleasantly warmer. Sales manager, installer, follow up was wonderful. When the installer left, my house was as clean as when they came in. Kept me posted as they progressed. Clean, professional. Highly recommend.

I live in a condominium and had to have my windows replaced. This was a complex project because a lift was needed to get up to my fourth floor windows and the 5th floor dormer windows. Manny and his crew were thorough professionals. What amazed me most about this entire process is how well the project was managed by the company. They reached out to my HOA, gave them documentation, explained how they do they installs, showed them pictures of the windows. The board approved my project and when they saw the end result, they were blown away. My old windows were only about 18 years old- but they were not designed for coastal use. The new replacements that Renewal By Andersen installed are much better quality and have a great coastal rating. I'm already noticing my heat not coming on as frequently as it used to.

I purchased six windows from RBA. The rep was very good. He obviously knows his business. He explained different options and was very helpful. The installers cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly and polite. It was a positive experience. The windows look good. I'm very happy. I like the way they look. The quality is worth it.

We purchased six 1400 Series windows. However, they didn't do everything. They just did the basics. There were gaps. I had to put in putty and caulking. Then I'm gonna put my own 2-inch molding to cover everything.

We just moved to a condo and the windows had not been replaced for over 20 years. They were leaky when we moved in and we needed windows and we felt that RBA was the best choice. We met with the sales rep and liked what he had to offer. We did all our first floor windows. The replacement ended up going well. There was just some timing. First, they said July, and then August, and then September. They were trying to get the woodwork matched and the stain right. That was the only delay. We didn't know what to expect or when to expect it. But it came in October and it was good. They did a nice job. They were very efficient and nice guys. We liked them. We were all really happy with everything except the delay. We just ordered two more windows for the lower level now and we wanted to get in the queue to have them replaced as well. We're looking forward to having some more windows done.

Installer, Dick, arrived on time, fully equipped and ready to work. He put down floor coverings, brought in his tools & got the job done. He was courteous, considerate of his surroundings, & cleaned up afterwards, even the sawdust outside on the garage apron. Old windows were removed for recycling and we opted to finish the wood frames ourselves. The paper backing surrounding each window frame is to protect our walls during the staining process & will tear away when finished with the polyurethane coating. Overall we were very pleased with the job. We agree with some that these windows can be spendy, but also believe that you get what you pay for. We don’t want to be doing this again and the 20 year guarantee transfers to new owners. It’s done!

They did a presentation, showing us the materials and everything before we decided to pick the right window for us. We went with the single-hung window. It took about two months before they could install it. But they kept on updating me on when they got it or when it was gonna be installed. The installers were pretty good. They made sure everything was clean while they were working on it. When they left, they cleaned everything and they did a good job installing the window too. We love it. I'll definitely recommend the Andersen.

We had windows in our pre 1800 home replaced. Given the age of the house the "existing" windows were of different types, metal band, weighted, etc. Some sills also needed replacement. That being said, the installers took the time to make sure that each of the windows fit correctly and was finished on the exterior to complement the house. The zero interest for a year option for payment was appreciated. The quality of the windows is excellent.

Our cabin in the lake was built almost 20 years ago and it needed new windows. The rep from Renewal By Andersen was very nice and professional, and he was a military guy. My husband's a retired military. We did three windows. The installation process was great. They did it in about four hours, which we thought was amazing. They were very professional. I love the new windows. It is very put together. They’re everything that the guy said they would be. Overall, our experience was so easy and streamlined, and there were no hiccups.

I called Renewal by Andersen and got a consultation with them and a quote. The rep was good. I got some windows and doors. The installers removed old ones and installed new ones. Everything seems good now. We went with the higher end of both windows and doors. Hopefully, they're as efficient as what they were sold at.

I started a bit of research on windows. Renewal by Andersen was on the higher end, but I found that as far as the positivity from the people who had the windows installed and the construction part of them, they were top tier. They met or exceeded everything that I had read. They were on top of everything. We were at a local thing that was up at our local fairgrounds. There were a lot of vendors and people selling stuff and I happened to pass by them, got to talk with them and set up an appointment for somebody to come out and talk to us, and it went from there. We ended up going with the slider windows. Our house is a little over 20 years old and we've always had the grid look inside of them. We wanted a more open look.

Their salesperson contacted me after I reached out to agree to set a time for them to come over to our house to discuss what we were looking to do. We had that meeting and we talked through the choices, the options, all the stuff. We agreed to move forward and they contacted me 60 days later once the windows were ready to install. The windows came earlier than we expected. The installation was quick and they worked efficiently. There were 13 windows that they were able to remove and replace within a day and they were really clean and courteous. We're impressed that they got it done in a day and left almost no trace. Now that the windows are installed, it's like a whole new view into our backyard. Before, we said we're looking through a jail cell and now, we can actually see through the window. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I love my experience with Renewal by Andersen. I've had their windows before. They save on your heating and your air and they're just good windows. They have excellent quality. I got eight this time and two of them were double-pane sliding and the rest of them were regular windows. The installers were very courteous and friendly. They cleaned up really well after the installation.

We got a door from RBA and the quality is very good. It was more expensive than any of the others we looked at, but the quality is a lot better. The people who installed it were also very good. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased 2 new 4-panel Series A sliders for a home I was building. I had a relatively simple question on the installation process on the hardware. After many calls with customer support, they could not provide any assistance over and above the instructions that came with the sliders. No one at Andersen knew anything about the hardware installation except what they read off the installation instructions. I paid $10k for each slider and felt that someone at Andersen could have a little more helpful. Very disappointed with Andersen.

We had two windows put in through Renewal by Andersen and the installers that we had were really good. They also finished on time. Then we called back and said we wanted two more windows and a patio door. The rep came over, explained everything, and talked about all the different options. He showed us the different areas that would be affected and how that would be nice for us. He did a great job and we are looking forward to having everything installed. The folks also let us know when to look forward to things, though the dates have not yet been set. As soon as we get the installation done, we'll be calling back and see if they can also work with our daughter. From a cost point of view, we felt comfortable with our purchase and we appreciated the plan that they offered. We also appreciate the fact that we didn't have to do the replacement all at one time and that we could take our time in doing things. That was very helpful.

Working with the sales reps was good. The installation of our two picture windows was very quick. The windows are doing great so far. Renewal by Andersen is a good company to work with. They do their job very well. The pricing is fair and you get what you pay for. I recommend you go through them.

I had five windows installed this first round, but I'm doing a total of 10. The new windows are awesome. I love them. The only hiccup that I had was when the guys came down to install them, that was the first time I heard about the installation team. I'm glad I was able to get off work that day. Somebody dropped the ball and called me. She was telling me the windows were done and scheduling the install date.

The rep was good. She seemed to know the product when she came out and did the demonstration. She had a heat lamp that she put on the other side of the window, then she did the same thing with our windows and we could tell a big difference. Renewal by Andersen then had a second guy come out that double-checked her measurements, which was cool. He seemed to know the product as well.
