The new installations were leagues ahead of what was there before, exceeding my expectations both in quality and aesthetics.

The installation team was professional and thorough, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. But when it came to the sales process, I felt somewhat dissatisfied. I found the sales tactics to be overly aggressive, with long presentations that weren't necessary for someone already convinced of the need for window replacements. Despite feeling pressured, I ended up making a purchase because my situation required immediate action to address water damage from a hailstorm.

The presentation was quite thorough; the representative, Emily, did a compelling demonstration using a heat lamp to show the difference in heat transfer through their windows versus other brands. After evaluating our house, she had a detailed discussion with us about the installation logistics.

I got windows from Renewal by Andersen some time ago, and I was very impressed with the quality and decided to go with doors, too. The consultation visit was nice and professional, with the representative being very informative. It took about six months to schedule the installation due to a shortage of staff in the Lewistown office, but when the day came, the installation team was fast, efficient, and pleasant to be around. I absolutely love the quality of the doors; they are amazing.

I ordered a picture window and some replacements, and my experience was smooth from start to finish. The sales process was straightforward, and they were prompt in addressing any questions I had.

When I reached out to someone from the Andersen team, it felt like I was speaking to a marketing representative rather than a knowledgeable window professional. I wanted basic pricing information about their windows, wanting to know if I was spending closer to $1,000 or $100,000 per window. However, the representative couldn't provide any specifics and seemed to be reading from a script.

Some friends asked why Andersen they are expensive. I explained the updates from start to finish was great. The installation crew Paul & Ura knew exactly what was needed and I feel they went above and beyond on their work, it seems is like they take pride in their work. They cover all furniture in house & cleaned up after. This was something we did not get from our first time getting products from other place we had 20 years ago. I was very happy with Andersen.

I was extremely satisfied with the installers and installation. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the look of the window. I was also extremely pleased with my salesman. I highly recommend Andersen.

We built our retirement home in Fredericksburg Va. and all the windows and doors are by Andersen. The builder, Aaronal Homes said they were the best. Well they are not. In my previous home I had windows and doors by Thomson Creek and when I had a problem they quickly repaired or fixed the issue. The same level of service is nowhere to be found with Andersen windows, I wait days and cannot even get the installer to give me a call about a serious problem. I would not have use this company if I had know about their poor service and quality.

The installers did an excellent job trimming out the windows. The windows were not measured correctly as they have 1/2-1" shortage that needs patching and painting which we were informed after the fact that it is not included with the painting of the trim. We regret not doing more research.

Fresh door install has exceeded expectations. Can’t say enough positively stellar things about Steven and Chris, but they took it to ELEVEN!!! I purchased 2 windows from Andersen. A bay window in the front of the house and a slide window in the back which was amazing but when the installers left there was cracks left around the windows. When I called the sales rep he had the installation team come back to fit it but again when they left my wife had to complain that they were rushing and not fixing the problem professionally. (They did make it look much better but We still had to have our contractor come back (who remodel the entire kitchen) to fix the problem. I got my calls from representative of Andersen asking me how everything went. I explained to them the whole situation but never came to a final outcome. As of yet. I was looking to redo my doors to the house after paying off the windows but will most likely look to someone else.

I consulted with several friends who had Andersen windows installed and shopped around before ultimately choosing it. Our installation included not only windows but also a sliding door in our office area.

Andersen Windows' brand recognition is notable, and that's what swayed me initially. We needed a new screen door. The contractors who came for the installation were excellent, providing efficient communication and interaction. In terms of the product quality, I'm genuinely pleased with the screen door itself; it functions perfectly. There were noticeable improvements from our old door, which didn't close properly. The new one works as it should, providing convenience and functionality. If asked to summarize my experience, I'd say that while Andersen Windows might be on the expensive side, they certainly deliver in terms of quality.

I shared on Google and I was very impressed and satisfied with the windows and the men who installed them. Polite, friendly and respectful. They were also helpful workers. I already recommended Andersen Windows to my friends and Family. Great job guys. Thank you so much.

We first were introduced to Renewal by Andersen some 20 years ago. New windows for the house! But not all at one time. Have always been pleased! Had some minor maintenance that needed looked at. The management had changed…husband-wife team advertised on TV & thought they were celebrities!! HA!! Poor management & wouldn’t stand behind product - that our windows were too old. So we did nothing as it was minor.

On a subsequent occasion, they returned to replace two dormer windows situated on the front side of my roof, once again demonstrating their professionalism and attention to detail. On January 25, 2025, we had the Renewal salesperson at our house to give us an idea of what the new patio doors that we wanted replaced would cost. We also had two windows in the attic that also needed to be replaced. Two of our patio doors are a standard size. The third is an oversize door. When he measured the larger door, he did not state that they could not manufacture a door that large. But he quoted a replacement cost anyway. On January 31st. a second gentleman came and measured the openings for the doors and the windows. For the oversized door, he also did not recognize that it was larger than what the company could manufacture.

We thought it was time to get our windows re-done and took a chance with Renewal By Andersen. And we're so glad we did. Chris the sales guy really outdid himself when he made Jesse the leader of the crew. All the guys were very professional. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

The Andersen crew was great from the salesman Chris, to Brittany and John, on the front end. The installation crew, Wilson and Victor, were very professional, knowledge and kind but most importantly respectful to me having a disability. The installers covered everything that would be subject to dust and at the end did a wonderful job cleaning the debris. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I selected Renewal by Andersen to replace our sliding glass doors. We did so because we wanted a company we could trust. The installation was a few months ago and everything went smoothly but we recently attempted to use an outdoor electrical outlet that is adjacent to the new doors. When it did not work, we called our electrician. His conclusion was that one of the wires feeding the outlet was nicked by a screw when the door was installed. Although he is capable of fixing the problem he recommended that we call the vendor. Unfortunately, I have now called three times and still have not received a response. Needless to say this is not what I expected from a respected company like Andersen.

On the whole, my Wife and I are satisfied with the quality of the windows we purchase from Renewal by Andersen. Our sales rep. was 2 hours late. He spoke eloquently of the quality and materials the windows were made from. He was however sorely lacking about transparency and integrity about features we were interested in. Our sales rep failed to discuss screen options and he did not discuss the option of having a pull down handle at the top of our windows. If our sales rep was truly transparent, he would have gone over every facet of our contract in detail with my Wife and I. In retrospect it felt like our sales rep was anxious to have us sign without taking the extra steps to insure customer satisfaction.

From first contact, not pushy salesmen, answered all the questions and explained every step as it would happen. Let us know when our project was being built. Let us know when our team would arrive. And the finished project beat my expectations. Trim interior and exterior looks great. Highly recommend!

I replaced all of the doors and windows in my home with this company. They never installed the back patio door correctly and recently the wind caught the screen door and completely pulled it out of the wall. The holes were too big in the wall and they came out twice and it was never fixed right. On the basement window, I wasn't informed I needed an Egress ladder and we had to buy one and have it installed at my own cost. The back patio door they sent me a quote for 628.00 to repair. Very disappointing

Grady and Chase did a wonderful job installing our new door. They started by walling off the opening so that way the house would not get dirty. Then they put drop cloths down inside and outside of the house, too again ensure the project site stayed clean. They installed the door perfectly, cleaned up before they left. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Our door was installed in January of 2025. During the installation, some issues and flaws were identified that needed correction, and a new part was ordered to complete the installation. The part has supposedly been ordered and promised to arrive every month. Six months later, it is still not here, and the door installation remains incomplete. Very disappointed in Renewal by Andersen - promises not kept, communication is terrible. I would look for a different vendor next time - one that honors their commitments and stands behind their products.

My sister-in-law had Andersen windows installed in her house, and I was impressed with their technology and performance. I also researched online extensively and talked to people who had installed Andersen windows. We installed six windows and evaluated Andersen's high-impact glass due to strict Gulf Coast hurricane impact resistance requirements. Andersen's website was valuable in comparing price options, effectively helping us analyze cost methods that involved their advanced, shatterproof windows ultimately more expensive (about four times the tempered glass), but there was a consideration for their long-term benefits.

Great product! Staff is helpful and engaging from beginning to end on the project. I was informed and engaged every step of the way. From the sales staff, their ambassador, installation, and inspection it was as smooth as could be. Very happy with the result!

My daughter had a good experience with Andersen when she needed doors put in. The same guy who helped her recommended Andersen, so we decided to try them for our storm doors. We went ahead with the purchase and chose a couple of storm doors ourselves.

On installation day, everything went smoothly. The team managed to install the large, three-panel picture window in my house in less than 5 hours, and impressively, it was a one-man job.

I wanted retractable screens and after comparing various options, my installer and I settled on Andersen. I had them install a new set of double front doors. The installation was a bit challenging, taking around five hours due to some missing chrome screws, which have been ordered but not yet installed. Despite that, the quality of the doors stands out positively—they are of excellent quality, exactly the color I wanted, which was important as I live in an HOA community with specific aesthetic requirements.

The installation was professional and My husband was capable of doing the installation but it was essential for Andersen to handle the installation to ensure the window's guarantee. The installation was professional and the quality of the bathroom window with its specific vinyl trim impressed me. Looking ahead, I'm planning to replace all the windows in the home with Andersen. Their superior quality makes them stand out, so I’d recommend them to anyone considering window replacements.

I needed to replace a broken window that was originally an Andersen window from the early '90s. It had a rather large and odd shape – about 75 inches wide and 85 inches high – which made replacing it particularly challenging. However, the outcome was fantastic and I was really pleased with how everything turned out. The timeline was estimated to be 6 weeks, and true to their word, they completed the project within the same period. The installation process was seamless thanks to Keller, the dealer who handled the job. They were very professional, ensuring no mess was left behind. They even managed to preserve a lot of the original custom-made framing, which was a big plus for me. Special recognition goes to Russell from Keller, who expertly handled the measurements and oversaw the project from start to finish. This was one project where I believe both the product and service were outstanding.

Although I didn't directly interact with Andersen's customer service, the installer’s support was top-notch, ensuring I was completely informed and comfortable with my purchase decisions.

We have had five new windows for the main part of the house and two in the basement, two interior and two storm doors purchased and installed thru Renewal and we are very happy with everything. From our salesman Ron H., the tech that measured, and the installers, all did a fantastic job! One of the storm doors had some problems that could not be fixed so it was replaced with no fuss whatsoever (and it was in for two years). The basement windows which were a challenge I’m sure because the old ones were put in in1953. But what they did to frame the new ones were done perfectly! That installer, I believe his name is Serhii and his helper (I did not get his name) they are ** and very professional. We were very pleased with the installers and the process. They kept us informed and worked very hard to get the job done right. The windows seem to be good quality and added a nice brightness to our home. Even though the windows are pricey, we think you get what you pay for.

I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the sales staff who contacted me via text. Cody was assigned to assist me but refused to visit unless I agreed to a 90-minute quote and presentation. When I clearly stated that I was only interested in receiving a quote for the door, I was subsequently ignored.

Our experience with Andersen was first class from the first phone call, the selection of our windows and the heat demonstration was available very impressive and to the installation was first class, thank you Andersen.

2.5 - 3 stars. We had 2 bay windows replaced and it took them 3 times to get the job done here in Wisconsin. Their marketing is fantastic/great but don't believe the hype. Also, the cost of the windows are WAY TOO high. If I had to do it again I would go with another company. Details: On the 1st install the person didn't fill in the gap with foam or installation tightly and putting the interior trim on was not straight. 2nd time: another person came and adjusted the trim and filled in the gaps with foam/installation more tightly and straighten the trim and did a much better job than 1st person. 3rd time: after a hard rain there was leaking on bottom bay windows, so we called to have someone review and correct issue. After a couple of weeks someone came and installed drip cap, new exterior cedar trim board, and caulked up all areas where initial work was not sealed correctly.

It took almost a year to install the door, and it still isn't right. There is a Gouge in the trim of the transit window. They left the job unfinished, claiming they don't do the final painting inside or out, so the job is left unfinished. During the installation it they cancelled appointments about six times, claiming the manufactured parts were not sent from their factory. This was the biggest mistake I have made in years, even though they have good reviews, their work is far from superior. It is not recommended that you use Renewal by Andersen for any project in your home.

Andersen Windows looks solid, and so I purchased six windows from them. The presentation was low pressure, and the installers were very professional. It took them one morning to get those windows up. Overall, my experience was great.

John and Tyler were very professional, punctual, and considerate of our home environment and made sure that our cat and living situation was not compromised. Plus, they went about their work with a very high skill level which shows in the quality of their work. Moreover, they also kept their work area clean and orderly which really helped a lot.

My experience with Andersen has been a nightmare from beginning to (not quite) end. Their customer service is a joke and communication is awful!! Delay after delay. Cost is insane. I do NOT recommend this company!!!!

Renewal by Andersen is great, and I found their commercials to be very informative. I got some super windows. They are high-quality windows now compared to the ones that I had before. They did the installation, and they did a fantastic job taking the old ones out and putting in the new ones. They did good.

I’ve known about Andersen Windows my whole life, and I know their reputation for quality. But it was really an advertisement on TV that made me decide to purchase them. I had over 22 windows to replace in my home. About a third of them are fixed windows, a third of them are 3/4 sliders that are open from the bottom, and the other ones open halfway.

We got three windows from Andersen, but we did not use their company. A third-party did the installation and they were quite cheaper. Andersen is a high. The product we got replaced three big doors, and the installation went very smoothly. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would tell friends to go with the company we went with.

All my windows were blown out during a hailstorm, so I needed them replaced. I went with Andersen because my daughter had them and they were happy with them. Renewal by Andersen replaced windows in my bedroom and on the north side of my house. I got them after five months. They're good, clear glass, and I’m very happy with them. The installers were very, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They knew what they were doing, and I appreciated them. I would recommend them highly because it was very well done.

I had seven double hung windows from Renewal by Andersen and they were good. On the installation day they were in and out fast. I like the quality, and I like that I can open all of the windows.

I heard about Andersen Windows through a contractor I was using. I purchased 17 windows from their Series 100. The timeline given to me to get products in was accurate, and it took six to eight weeks to get them in. The installation went very well. It took about a day and a half, but the company did an awesome job of staging, installing, and cleanup. So, the two men were well-trained and did an awesome job. Overall, good quality and we had a good experience.

I was familiar with Andersen, so I got double-hung windows from Renewal. It’s part of a big project, and it was expensive. Other than that, the sales visit and installation were good. I had no issues. The quality of the windows is good so far.

We purchased our windows from Andersen because we wanted a quality product and were drawn to the fact that the outside would be carefree for many years to come. From the start, we were informed of warranties, start date, finish date and care that would be given to our home during the process. All of which were rang true. The windows are a wonderful upgrade to our home. The windows have kept out the heat even in this extreme heat of late, and we are looking forward to keeping the drafts out in the winter. The installers were courteous, and very hard workers, staying late the second day to finish the job. That it is carefree.

From the associate showing all the interests facts about the company, there products, testing to the installers, are very very courteous. Thoroughly explains all aspects of the job. Very detailed in providing quality, and services. Open to your concerns, questions and facts on their product and service. It is worth the experience. It was a pleasure working with them. I can't wait to hire them for more.

Had Steve ** design consultant come by and show us the windows and he was a very good salesman. No pressure. No strong arm. Just looked at what we had and suggested what windows needed replaced and let the product speak for itself. He was a very friendly open person. Wish more salesman were like him. After the sale we didn't feel like we had been through the wringer. Felt like we purchased a good product.

Five Stars for Renewal by Andersen – Again! I recently had a new sliding glass door installed at my Florida home by Renewal by Andersen, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. This was actually my second time working with them—they replaced all the windows in my Oak Brook home five years ago, and that excellent service made them the obvious choice when it came time for this project.

This is the most amazing company I have ever used. Their workmanship, their installation staff and all staff involved from the beginning to the end are absolutely amazing to work with. The installation crew knew exactly what they were doing and were very proud of the company they work for. They were very professional and were able to answer all our questions. Their work ethic was amazing also. They were friendly, polite and amazingly knowledgeable in every aspect. They helped move things, they did things we thought we would have to do but didn't know how in regards to taking blinds down from windows; they really put our mind at ease. They were amazing to watch during the installation process; we could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and cared about the job being done exactly as it should be.

The price is too high. No customer service. After we signed the contract we received a call that the installation process will begin. Yes the work was done well but that feeling of the new windows was absent.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and excellent communication during the process. The only drawback is the prices are pretty high compared to some other companies, but then you get what you pay for sometimes.

I’m so upset and disappointed over the service that I’ve received or lack of service. Had a door installed first and the crazy part is I never met or saw the installer because no one told me the time and I was at an appointment. When this was done my picture frame on the wall was destroyed because it fell off the wall and the installer sent me a text apologizing and offered to pay for it. Then next they send a painter, at a later date and he knocked over my candle melt and got wax on my carpet, but offered to clean it up and his paint job was horribly done with running streaks of paint and I sent the picture in to sell rep and they offered to come at the end of June so still not done and the weather stripping is curling already.

Renewal by Andersen was very good at keeping us up to date on everything to do with our purchase. On the installation day the crew showed up on time and were VERY professional. They were very courteous while they were in our home. They covered all the furniture and put down drop cloths. I was very impressed when they put down a drop cloth in the driveway to catch all the sawdust when cutting the trims. When they were finished they did a fantastic job cleaning up, and yes the driveway was clean not a speck of sawdust anywhere. I would not hesitate to call Renewal by Andersen again for our next project. They aren't the cheapest but in my opinion they are the best. Don't forget you get what you pay for.

Love the windows and patio door! The price is higher than others but well worth the price and maintenance free. Our experience with Justin helping us pick out windows to Mason and Mitch installing windows was amazing. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable with their jobs. Very happy with the whole experience.

The prices are ridiculously high. I paid $12,861 for 2 windows and a sliding glass door. Shop around... Although the guys who installed them were very professional and thorough and stayed until the job was done. They were polite and cleaned everything up when finished.

Everything was great. The team worked with an awesome conglomerate form of unity. I have one complaint, that it wasn't made clear to my wife and me concerning the joist (frame of the outer window). They are discolored and don't match the new windows in 7 of my windows, 3 which are in the front. The work order didn't any of my 11 windows to have them replaced. With us not having that mentioned in the walk through as not being repaired was a little sour for us. The window joist can be painted to match the new windows, however, that was not what we thought would be an undone part of window repairs, otherwise we would've had them done even if it cost more to complete. Over all the 4 windows that they did put new joist on are beautiful.

From in home sales agent to installation was smooth. The product is outstanding and looks great. Expensive, but I knew that before I called them. They definitely are energy efficient. If you can come close to affording these products you will not be sorry. Warranty is outstanding.

Easy to work with. Did not try to sell me more than I was wanting to do. Great communication from start to finish. Install team polite, explained what they would do then got right to work. Our previous sliding door was not square and leaking so much air. The install team made sure to fix this problem. Team cleans up and reviews new product with you and answers any questions right then. The total experience was very professional and friendly. The two person crew was totally amazing! The windows already reduce the amount of heat coming in on our hot desert days. Also extremely easy to keep clean.

This company has been a total disasters. We have signed a 100k + contract to change all windows in our house in May 2024. We are now in June 2025 and still waiting for the job to be completed. We live in Florida and we just started another hurricane season with no hurricane windows. As of now we do not even have an estimated time to completion. Filed several complaints with BBB of Florida but still no resolution. Beware of Renewal by Andersen.

I wouldn’t recommend these windows only because their salespeople do not tell the truth!!! They do not stand behind their words!! I was told lifetime guarantee which quickly became 19 years and then when I did have an issue with them, it was only 10 years. Buyer Beware!!!

We saw the Renewable by Andersen ad on television and thought we would see what they had to offer. Eight of our windows were unique and were in a location that was difficult to access. They not only were able to duplicate the windows, they brought in special scaffolding to support an aluminum porch roof while the windows were being replaced. From start to finish, everyone we met or spoke to were courteous, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable. The installation crew was absolutely awesome. They were coordinated, efficient, and professional. They ensured our flooring and exposed furniture was protected. They exercised extreme care when removing the old windows, ensuring they could be reused if someone else wanted them.

Although our project was a little pricey the entire process was well planned and carried out. I appreciated the fact that we were informed every step of the way. The workers were pleasant and very professional in the work done. Everyone made the process for us very easy. It was a very good experience when so many home projects these days have not turned out as well as this one.

From the sale and wide variety of window options to the installation process, there is no one I would even consider to use other than Renewal by Anderson. EXCEPTIONAL Installers were polite with prep work and cleanup exceptional. They truly showed care for my home and product being installed.

My experience was excellent from the representative Sean, who came to my home with samples to the installation by Serge. I’ve heard so many horror stories from friends and neighbors, so I decided to spend the extra money for peace of mind. I have not been disappointed. The entire experience has been so easy. My HOA is famous for taking months to approve any type of project, but Andersen got the approval in weeks. I was kept informed about progress. Installation was perfect, done by a true professional. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say, which is not always the case. lol

I had patio doors installed about 4 years ago. Custom fit so they had to make a door for us. All went well, love the product. The screen for the product was not ready at the time of installation so they promised to deliver it once available. Never happened and when I call for help the only voice I can get is a person that says someone else needs to take care of it. They advertise that there is not any run around between Andersen and the installer because they are the installer as-well. I am here to tell you that they also provide the run around service as well. As far as a recommendation I give a mixed response. Product is great, follow up on promise >>>> there was none.

The installers were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They came on time and cleaned up after. Thanks Chase and Jared. You did a great job. Great experience from start with salesperson Richard and then installers.

The salesman and the entire crew were very obliging and efficient. Job was done on time and cleaned up very well. The salesman warned me ahead of time that they more pricey than most, but I like the fact that the company does the installation. The framing is very substantial. I would use them again should I decide to upgrade any other windows.

Our two new doors look amazing and the installation crew did a great job. They were prompt, professional and went to great lengths to protect and respect our home during the installation. They cleaned up completely. The communication process from sales to installation was great. Our only downside was that the two screen doors we ordered along with the new doors were not the correct size, so now we need to wait for that to be resolved. Besides that, I would have given a 5-star rating. So far, RBA has been communicating with me regarding the resolution, which I also appreciate. Mistakes do happen, but as long as they are rectified professionally and in a timely manner, I'm ok with that and would still give RBA a high recommendation.

Artem and Julio demonstrated professionalism and respect for my property throughout the installation process. Their courteous demeanor and meticulous cleanup of the worksite were exemplary. Renewal by Andersen employs an exceptional team.

My review is about customer service not the quality of the windows. Once you pay for your windows the struggle to get someone to address your concerns is very frustrating. It’s like once they got your money they have no problem ignoring your requests. I tried emails after emails. Phone calls to different people and the response when they get back is to tell you they can’t correct their own errors. I spent 40k with this company and will never dea with them again.

Sales and pre purchase pleasant, then after commitment it went down hill. Door received and they scheduled install for coldest day of year. Then it was defective, so no quality control after it sat for a few months. Replacement ordered, finally installed but shipped with no screen, so that had to be a separate install. So finance was a year from project completed, but would not honor that. It was only a couple of weeks but keep your word. That also was the second misstep in what I was told to what actually occurred. Crews were good but no quality control or service from others. Had plans for another project but will be looking elsewhere.

My purchase from Renewal by Andersen was a great experience from start to finish. From the salesman, office staff to installers, the level of professionalism was amazing. Yes, the product might have a higher price than others; however, I plan on leaving this home to my family and I don’t want them to struggle with repairs. I do not want to spend money and then find the company I selected left Arizona. The windows are sturdy, beautiful and come with a great warranty. Watch for sales and do a few at a time, if you have to. These windows are the best product on the market, in my opinion.

The installation team was first rate. They were on time, professional, efficient, and thorough. They explained everything about the operation of the windows and door, and answered all our questions. Everything was clean when they left - floors, counter tops, furniture, etc. I could not have asked for a better installation team.

I was in desperate need of new windows. I had actually been putting plastic over some of them to keep the house warm this past winter. One of the windows was leaking all winter and I finally decided I was going for them. I admired the ads that Renewal by Andersen ran on my TV so I called them. I was sold immediately by the amazing salesman Christopher. He was extremely thorough in describing every detail. I was so impressed with how clean the installers were. They never left a speck of anything. They exhibited such care. This is my second time installing Andersen in another area of my home. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am writing out of frustration of trying to get my patio door fixed. In February we had a representative out to our house and he evaluated that we needed a new panel because the panel on our door was bowed. He said they would order that panel and call us when it was in to schedule installation. Keep in mind I haven't been able to use this door since February. In March they sent another representative out who tried to fix the lock that is broken on the door. He's reiterated that the panel was ordered and we would soon be getting it.

We have purchased many products from Andersen and have always loved this company. The lock on our French doors broke on April 17, 2025. This is not the first time this lock has broken. They called to say the part would not be in until May 13th and they could schedule us for May 23rd. I explained to them that our door does not lock leaving full access to our home, so they fit us in on the 14th. I do not sleep at night knowing our door cannot lock. Andersen does not seem to care. They just called again today (5/6) and said the part will not be in until end of May and are scheduling us for repair on June 3rd. Again, I explained that we have NO LOCK ON OUR BACK DOOR and anyone could just walk in our home, but they don’t seem to care. We are extremely disappointed in the service from this once great company and I doubt I would recommend them. This is so unsettling and unacceptable!

Very disappointed in the amount quoted VS the amount billed. My husband signed the paperwork and should have verified and at the same time the consultant should not have said 6K knowing the final bill was $75000. I would have never agreed to pay that amount for 3 small windows.

The door that I purchased from RBA looks amazing. The way it works itself is great, like it's very functional and it looks good. The installation team was great. They were clean. Everything was perfect and everything went great. However, they're still coming on Thursday to paint the outside. They did stain the inside, but they need to do the stain a little bit better, or do a second coat.

A co-worker raved about Renewal by Andersen when he learned we were considering new windows. From start to finish, we agree! Our salesman, Matt, was very accommodating - meeting us after work at the house, and explaining - with samples - all the options, costs and answering many questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly and not at all pushy. The company kept in touch with us throughout the lead-up to the install. As expected, the installers called prior to arriving, and were obviously well-trained and well-prepared. They were neat, skilled and attentive to their work.

The customer service of Renewal by Andersen was very good. The gentleman came out to look at my windows and he also said that they could fix my sliding glass door so it wouldn't leak anymore. They also convinced me not to switch to a French door since they were more expensive. I liked the overall quality of the windows and I felt very comfortable with them. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.

Excellent customer service, consideration, installation, and feedback. I would work with this company for every window and installation that I have. I had a great team, and the installation crew was beyond amazing! They made the decision, cost, and the process of installing windows as stress-free as possible!

The cost is high, the value is not. They use subcontractors to do the work. Subcontractors who RbA hires (lowest bidders?) get very limited training or supervision then are trusted to correctly install the numerous and varied types of doors and windows, some of which they have potentially never installed before. Critical thinking skills and installation knowledge are essential for correct installation. When storm winds push rain through the giant hole where the window or door is located, the cost of water damage mitigation and the regret and remorse will feel overwhelming. Don’t do that to yourself. Pick a company that does not contract out the installation to the lowest bidders who then may skimp and cut corners to rush the installation so they still make money on the work.

The products of Renewal by Andersen are made here in Minnesota, United States, and that's close to me. I fell right into their products because of the way it's made.

We were looking around, and Renewal by Andersen was one that jumped out at us. And I liked what they had to say. So, we went with them.

Several years ago, we had all of our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen except for a bathroom window since they were not making them that small. When we found out that they were making them that small now, we wanted it done by them.

The service and quality of workmanship was excellent. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, quality of the window was exceptional, and the installation was meticulously completed. The installers insured that proper insulation was installed between the window frame and surrounding brick. Clean up was immaculate. Will definitely use Renewal by Andersen for future window replacements.

We just heard really wonderful things about Renewal by Andersen and we've been talking about doing windows for a while. We decided if we're gonna do it, we wanted to do it right. The presentation they gave was unbelievable. So professional and thorough.

I chose Renewal by Andersen mostly because of reviews and feedback that I saw from other customers online who had a good experience with them. Their product has good quality and they have good customer service, too. We did our large windows, kitchen windows, and two sliding doors. We're splitting the house into two phases. About half of the house is done so far and seven large windows and two sliders were installed.

I had a friend who had a really good experience with Renewal by Andersen. So, I had one major window done to see what it was like and how much it was. And they were so good. They came when they say they're gonna come, they kept me posted as we’re going through the process. And one of the things I really loved is that they cover everything and they completely clean up after themselves. You couldn't even tell that they had done anything. It was a very good experience and so, I had a whole bunch of other windows done by them.

I have great respect for the people I worked with at Renewal by Andersen. They were professional, wonderful, nice people, very clean, and quality of the workmanship was fantastic. The only thing is the factory made one window backwards twice, and I had a door that was 1.5 inch too short, and they still haven't replaced that. I’m annoyed ‘cause it’s been months now. But I know it's not their fault, it’s the factory, and they're trying to fix the issue. The beauty of a company is when people stay working with them for a long time, and some of the people that I’ve met have been working with Renewal for 18 years. I think it’s amazing when I hear that ‘cause it must be a good place and any company that takes care of their employees is worth their salt.

We've worked with Renewal by Andersen a couple of years ago and we got them again to finish this last project. We had them install windows before for half the house and we had them install the other half now. It went good. The process has been very easy. It's going to make a difference this summer with our utilities. The cost was a lot, but we're happy with the quality so far.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Renewal by Andersen did a great job installing and communicated very well with me. I chose them since I'm familiar with their product. I had five windows and doors installed, and so far, they seem great. I wish I didn't have to pay as much. But I knew it was gonna be expensive, so it's not a dis against them. Overall, I think they were priced well for the product. It's just one of those things that it's a shock when you see the actual final amount. But I think it would have been that with any company. I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

JT, Martin and Patrick are extremely professional. They made the entire experience easy. I would not hesitate to call them again. This team of experts knows their product. They can make suggestions that better suit your home. Not only do they keep you updated on your windows and doors, but they follow up after the job is completed.

I would NEVER recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone! They lie about installations, subcontractors, quality, sizes and customer service. They jack you around, don't return calls, use subcontractors and subpar quality materials and products. They've not done what they committed to doing and they're 10x as expensive. Don't do it!

We got replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen, mostly slider windows, and a few of the crank opens for our bathrooms, and they're great. We really like them. We were flexible on the timeline ‘cause we weren’t in rush to have it done. It was more about not doing it on a super cold day. And we had some weather come in, so it was extended to three days. But it's definitely a lot brighter in our rooms, and it's nice that we can actually open the windows. They insulate better against the outside than our previous windows, so they’re perfect.

Had Renewal by Andersen quote on replacing two windows and one set of French doors. The quote came to over $50,000! That's the price of a nice new car. It works out to 5% of the value of my million dollar house. The two windows alone came to $18,000. Their sales rep warned us that their prices averaged about 1.5 times higher than competitors. Not true. I got a competitive quote from the original manufacturer of my windows for $2,000. So Andersen was 9 times more expensive. I would literally have to take out a second mortgage to replace two windows and two doors. It's preposterous. Needless to say, we won't be doing that.

Renewal by Andersen put in a patio door for us in the past so we went with them again. We got a new front door, an entry door, and a door between the garage and the house. They had to order them and it took a while. But I’m pleased with the quality. It was a good product but it was kind of expensive.

I love my 11 new windows and frames. The quality of the Windows and having them installed by a professional team was the dealbreaker for me. Knowing the windows and installation of them are warranted is worth the peace of mind.

Everybody was polite and did a great job. All my questions were answered. Excellent installation and they left the site spotless. We were constantly updated on the next step through texts and phone calls. The installation took less time than anticipated and was flawless. Would recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone considering replacement windows. We were always confident throughout the process that we made the right choice.

Renewal by Andersen has very high-quality windows, and everyone was so, so friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. The salesperson was here for hours talking to us about the windows and different stuff.

I purchased entry doors. And they were scheduled, then that had to be delayed. It was delayed two times. I didn't get exactly what was going on, but the impression I got was that there was a problem with the delivery of them to the organization here. They rescheduled for another time. Then the third time, they were here with everything. It wasn't really frustrating, because I had doors there. They were gonna replace them. So it was fine with me. They were great. They got here about 8 o'clock in the morning. And they went right to work. If I had any questions, I asked them. They answered. They were very pleasant. It was two of them. They took the old doors out and put the new ones in. And they were gone by 2:00 in the afternoon. I'm comparing them to the doors that were on my house when it was built. It was built back in the mid-1950s. So those doors were ready to be replaced. As far as I can tell, they fit beautifully. They redid everything. I can't see daylight around them. I can tell they keep the temperature in the house better. They're well insulated. I like the locks that are on the deadlocks. There are three deadlocks on the door. So they're very secure.

Renewal by Andersen did a great job and I gave them all good ratings. Everyone was excellent and we were very satisfied. The one thing that I have been having trouble getting is we put $8,500 on my credit card and then finance the remaining $17,000. We would like for the bills to come in a hardcopy mailed to us and arrive before the 1st of the month and to be paid on the 15th.

We purchased from Andersen a very big picture window with two casement windows on the side of it. They said it would take up to four to six weeks for the replacement after they measured, and that’s about how long it took them to build it.

There were three young people that came to my door and they were friendly and nice, so I was open to listening to them. And I had some windows that I’ve been thinking about changing out and I was okay with certain people telling me what the deal was. I’ve seen their advertisement on TV as well. I always thought they were very expensive. My first introduction to them was with a different person and I wasn’t impressed at that time. Eric’s presentation was thorough, which I appreciated. And I’m more about the quality of materials because once you buy something, you want it to last.

We put the home up in 1999. And for almost 25 full years, we’ve lived in the house. It was time for new windows in here as they were drafty. And I’m always getting letters from our utility company telling me that I use a lot more electricity than anybody else. But I’ve never missed a payment. I told my wife we’ll try to get somebody. We looked at the Best Windows in Altoona. And they have a thing out at big center where every spring everybody that builds and does stuff have an open house.

I’ve known about Renewal by Andersen for quite some time through TV and the internet. So, somehow, I’ve had it in my mind that Andersen windows were the best windows. Renewal by Andersen appears to be the biggest provider. 

We went with horizontal sliding casement windows from Renewal by Andersen for the entire house. In the first meeting, they told me I would get them in the first part of March, then they said it would be end of May. However, they called again and said they got them already, so it went from three months to one month.

I was searching for a new patio door, and Renewal by Andersen was a local company. So, that’s why I chose them. And so, they came out and they gave me the best price and the best deal. I’m a teacher and a senior citizen, and they gave me quite a cut in the cost and financing.

We had tried a different company many years ago and weren’t happy with them. This most recent install is our third with Renewal By Andersen. We’re doing a few windows at a time and they’re almost done. I stick with the same company because I like the guarantee and warranty they provide.

We purchased two doors from Renewal by Andersen. They gave a three-month timeline to come back to do the install. They came last Thursday, and it was very good – communication with the technicians, the quality. It looks good and feels great. They did a great job.

I purchased remanufactured composite windows from Renewal by Andersen. I was able to get a few hundred dollars off the total amount, but I had to wait three to four months before the install would begin.

We purchased eight windows from Renewal by Andersen and replaced all the windows in the house. They initially visited our house on January 28th, and installed the windows on April 1st they put them in, so it wasn't that long. The installation was also pretty quick. They got there about 9:00 AM and were done about 5:00 PM. The windows are great. I hope everything stays that way. The price feels high, but you have to pay for quality.

I had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen. They did the work professionally, and I enjoy the quality of the windows. I especially love the trim work they did. As a matter of fact, my neighbors have been saying, “Hey, nice windows.”

They were very professional. I’m going with another company for my other windows, but only because of that warranty. I have talked to another company for my other windows and their warranty is better than Andersen’s. The other company would replace my windows even if I break it, even if my dog scratches the screens. That’s the only thing that I would say negative about Andersen. They should have better warranty. I don’t expect them to replace all my windows, but the warranty is a big thing.

I had 10 double-hung windows installed from Renewal by Andersen. The process was very quick from the time I spoke to the salesman in my home and he showed me everything to setting up the financing. It was in a matter of two to three weeks. A week after I spoke to the salesman, I got a call from the installers and they showed up promptly.

I’ve used Andersen before. The first set of windows they installed was perfection. This set is just as good. I’m really happy with them.

I chose Renewal by Andersen for the quality of the product and the quality of installation. The interaction with the rep was good.

I got two doors with Renewal by Andersen, and they seem to be really good. My interactions with the sales rep were fine, and the installation went well. They got it done in the timeline they gave me.

Renewal by Andersen was absolutely amazing. I liked the quality of their product when I looked at how long they were going to last and their windows were reported to last a lot longer. I went with the most expensive option, but I think the quality is going to be worth the price.

There's been a whole bunch of problems with Renewal by Andersen. They keep sending windows that have defects or are not put together right, so they have to order another one, which takes a while for it to come in because it's a special order. So my installation is still ongoing. The contractor putting the windows in is also discovering problems.

I love my windows. I chose Renewal by Andersen for the quality. Customer service was excellent. I wish the prices were lower, but I know it’s not.

My windows were totally shot, and I needed new windows. So, I purchased four slider windows and one patio door from Renewal by Andersen. And I chose to purchase from them because a friend of mine’s daughter works for Andersen in a different department. And I just know that from word of mouth, they have a good reputation as the best windows. And I had seen the flyer on the sale that they were offering. 

This is our third year of putting the finishing touches on our house and working our way around replacing old windows. And we keep coming back to Andersen because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. Aside from that, I am also impressed by their timeliness and excellent communication. I hope they keep working hard.

I’ve been using Renewal for years and the consult visit was fantastic. I love my girl. Installation was good, and the guys were super knowledgeable. They cleaned up their work, and everything was done beautifully. The quality is superb. I’ve had my newest one just in the last month, and then my other ones I’ve had for three years. Overall, everything is great.

We worked with a decorator on our lake house, and she said Andersen had good windows and good cost. That’s the reason we chose them. Their communication skills are excellent. They were easy to get a hold of and gave us all the facts. The agent never pressured us to do anything. Even though we needed to do a lot of windows, he told us to pick what we wanna do and we’ll do the next one when we’re ready. 100% of the people have been friendly and knowledgeable. The windows are good value. This time we got a door from Renewal, and we got it in a few weeks. It is excellent quality.

Entire process was professional from sales meeting, scheduling, installation, and follow-up. Great communication throughout the process. Technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. They were also mindful of our home and conducted a thorough cleanup upon job completion. A great experience all around. I will definitely choose Renewal by Andersen to work on my next project.

Horrible company. They have hard sale pitch and won't leave you alone. Finally, purchased a door. 5 months later paint is flaking! They won't honor warranty. They don't return calls when they say they will get back to you. It's been a month later and they haven't even offered a repair for a price even though the door is 6 months old. They are rude, money hungry liars with no honor or honor to their warranty. Stay far away from Renewal by Andersen.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with everything. Every part of the process was extremely professional and easy to navigate! Far exceeded our expectations, thank you!!

They are a little pricey and depending where you are could take some time for the custom made frames to be made and shipped to my state, I believe the presentation of their product along with their warranty is worth it. They were professional and respectful from start to finish.

Updated on 04/09/2025: The check has arrived and it is for the full amount. The postage stamp date is 4/4 (not 3/31 as they stated) and the post office postage date is 4/7. They did not even put postage on the envelope until April 4.

I had a pleasant experience interacting with the entire staff, from start to finish, for having 33 windows replaced at my house. The Design Consultant, Measurement Tech, and Installation Crew were all very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, personable, and committed to their tasks. I highly recommend their services.

Renewal by Andersen was great. I used them before in my first house and I just used them again. We had windows and doors put in and we'll have them back to do our front door as well.

I had 23 fiberglass windows installed by Andersen Windows. I couldn’t afford the Marvin windows, and Andersen was almost as good as them. The house is from 1920 and the windows were from 1920. So far, the new ones are fantastic.

We were promised 1 key would be required to enter the door. Instead, we were given 4 keys that have different cuts on them. The key on my ring would not open the bottom lock. We had to call a locksmith to gain entry into our home. Andersen not returning our calls or emails. We have asked for door to have new lock installed with one key accessing both locks. We also asked to be reimbursed for the locksmith call which was $200. We sent Andersen a copy of that invoice but they will not return my calls or emails. Can anyone please help us with this matter?? Our sales rep was Nicholas ** who confirmed 1 key opens both locks. The tech measure person was Paul ** who also showed up during the install. Paul also confirmed during install 1 key opens both locks.

Granted I've only had my windows for a couple days BUT! I feel the difference in temperature within my home. The sliding of the windows is smooth. The installers were the best. Just a professional group from salesman to office personnel to installers. For me a stress-free journey overall. I've been looking for quality windows for a year, and I'm glad I made the best choice.

Updated on 04/16/2025: Renewal by Andersen replied to my unsatisfactory review on this site. Said they would inform their TEAM about my issue. The TEAM did nothing...no reply/concern. That's how they roll. I'm watching for their truck and will tell those that they mislead as to how you really operate. You have 3 days to change your mind after signing their contract. Change your mind...and select a real window replacement provider.

The subcontractor Andersen referred us to was Exterior Improvements. When we first contacted them, they sent out a salesman named Ralph, and he was wonderful. He looked at what we needed, listened to us, worked with us, and helped us choose beautiful windows and a door, exactly what we were looking for.

I used the remodeler to do a roof and siding on my house, and he was on a deal with Andersen Windows. So, I replaced a bow window with a bay window. I wasn't really given a timeline because the major thing that they were doing was to work on siding and roofing.

I liked the quality and options that Andersen Windows had. We particularly liked a type of window that they had. We got five windows and three of them are adjoined as one. Those were higher end energy efficient windows. There was also a pair of standard windows for the garage that were nothing special but we needed. We were given a timeline on how long the window replacement would take, except for the duration of how long it would take to order them. They had to place an order and when it was available, they had to call to schedule the installation. They did that promptly.

We got one sliding door and two windows from Andersen Windows. One of them is a really big one and then one normal size, a double one. The whole process was pretty good.

Andersen Windows has been pretty good. It met our needs, and their pricing was reasonable.

I've used Renewal by Andersen three times in two of my homes. They provide excellent service from beginning to installation. I love their products!! They are slightly more expensive than competitors but it is worth it considering the quality of the products. They always have a special of pricing so it ends up paying off in the end.

We purchased our patio French door slider a few weeks before Christmas. The installation process was great. There were a few aesthetic flaws with a panel and Anderson scheduled the replacement for Feb. The major issue was the lock would stick and I couldn’t enter the home. A service team member came out a few days after the installation and confirmed the lock needed to be replaced. The lock is a Schlage which is readily available through any hardware store or Amazon. Anderson said shipping was delayed due to the holidays so I spent the next 8 weeks crawling through the dog door to enter my home.

We just had our installation, of windows only, completed. The whole process was excellent. The installation team respected my home, inside and out, even in the rain. We had the option of rescheduling due to the rain but elected to go ahead with it and had no problems since they were prepared for it. Overall, we're very happy with Renewal by Andersen.

Renewal by Andersen had great reviews, so I contacted them. They gave me the name of Accord Windows and Remodeling, which is in Buffalo Grove or Northbrook, and I went with their recommendation. Morris and his son Jared came over first and did the water testing. Then Steve and another technician handled the installation, with a third guy helping on one portion of the job. They were all great, and it took about four days for them to complete two balconies and install the sliders.

From what I gathered during my research, Andersen seemed to be a better product than many of the others I looked at, and the pricing was fairly comparable. That’s why I decided to go with them. I purchased two storm doors.

I really like the lead man and the team that they sent to my house. They were very professional and responsible. They gave me a time and did a great job. We replaced all the windows in our house and they look very good. I like them and they make a big impact in my house.

We purchased a patio door in 2023. In the winter, the door gets extremely cold and hard to close. We called Andersen for a technician to come and check out our door. He told us that in order for the door to close we need to push at the top of the door and at the bottom of the of the door when we close it and to adjust the striker as needed. It as if the door is warped. Customer service called us and told us that the door we purchased was made by an outside company and now Andersen is making their own doors and there’s nothing more they can do for us. We paid $6700 for a door that we thought was the best and ended up with a subpar door with no thermal break between the outside and inside. We replaced a door that was purchased at Home Depot 20 years ago. It was far better than the Andersen door. We will never purchase from Renewal by Andersen ever again. They don’t stand behind their product.

We went with Andersen based on online research and talking with other people. We got five windows and one door from them. The contractor came out to visit us. He gave us a quote, and a week later, we accepted his proposal. He was on time with delivery and installation. The installation went smoothly, and the windows work. The price is expensive but it is reasonable. As long as it does what they say and that it keeps the cold out, then we get what we paid for.

I grew up around Andersen Windows and Renewal by Andersen. I've heard the good and the bad about them, but, so what? The same is said about other providers. The team assigned to me was excellent!!!! Tariq [sp] and crew were timely, skilled, knowledgeable, respectful of me and my belongings. There was one hiccup, but that was handled in a flash. They had a setup methodology which was employed for the take down as well. Nothing was left to be questioned after they left.

We had to cancel our insulation due to emergency surgery and related medical bills and were charged almost $3K as a restocking fee with no consider given for the circumstances. Customer service is lacking and the sales pitch is a high pressure, very annoying, very lengthy ordeal. I regret ever requesting a quote. The product seems amazing, but way overpriced.

I purchased windows for my entire home from Renew by Andersen, I was impressed by the custom measure/custom built windows they offered. When the window installers came to my home to install the windows in September 2024, they broke the living room window frame and my bedroom window's glass was cracked. At the time I noticed a huge gap between the frame of my house and my windows. I asked the installers about it but they didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. So I had to wait three months to have them rebuilt and reinstalled. When they came back out, they did not have my bedroom window and informed me it was broken in the warehouse. I asked him about the gaps and he said that was not correctly built.

Prior to my purchase of windows I made sure to point out my $1000.00 window treatments and how they lined up with my current window panes. The sales representative said and I quote “they will be the same windows” After installation. Not even close. His suggestion, cut down the $1000.00 window treatments to line up with the new window panes. He also quickly pointed out that I signed a paper that stated your window treatments may not fit your new windows.

The process went smoothly from the initial sales visit and through the installation process. A number of windows required attention due to window openings that were not perfectly rectangular. The installers added extra material to install and seal the windows properly. They were professional and able to answer all of my questions. The house is quieter now, and I am looking forward to lower heating bills!

I had to wait 5 months for installation and even then it was not complete; parts were on backorder and never communicated with me. The caulking outside looked sloppy and edges not properly sealed. The new siding around the door nickels under pressure. When you pay this much for a door you expect the best.

Installation crew (led by Kristain) were all GREAT. They were Professional and friendly and punctual. Reviewing my order before they started and I was Advised of each step of the install process. Left home clean from their work.

We went with Andersen's 100 Series windows due to budget considerations, as we needed several installed. In total, we added eight 8-foot sliders, four large picture windows, and two additional windows, one of which is a 400 Series. The whole process took about 8 to 10 weeks, including the time for prefinishing.

The condominiums in my area have always used Andersen products, so I decided to stick with them for consistency. The original windows were from when the place was first built, and over the years, I've had to replace a few due to living close to a golf course, where errant balls sometimes cause damage. The contractors who came out recently to replace the sliding doors did a very good job. They managed to install three sliding doors in one day. Although someone needed to come back to fix a minor issue, overall, the service was efficient and professional.

I had Andersen Windows installed to replace some older windows in my house, as I was already familiar and satisfied with their product. I chose to stick with Andersen because of the quality I had experienced previously. I replaced a set of three triptych wind-out windows, and the installation process was smooth. The contractor worked efficiently, completing the job in about an hour and a half. The installers left my home as they found it, only with enhanced windows, which I appreciated.

I recently had Andersen Windows installed, which was the preference of my contractor for an insurance claim. We went with a variety of 4 windows, including sliding and partial sliders. The timeline given by the Andersen-certified contractor was met, even with manufacturer backlogs at the time. Communication was excellent throughout the process.

I chose Renewal by Andersen initially because a flyer arrived in the mail just when I was building a room in my house. Although I planned for it to be a three-season space with screens, delays with my contractor changed my plans. By the time the room was ready, it was too cold for screens, so I decided to install windows instead. Renewal by Andersen's flyer happened to come at the right moment, so I contacted them, and they directed me to the right department for new windows.

Everyone knows that Andersen Windows offer a good product. So, we went with them. The contractor, Alex, was exceptional. I had other companies like Pella and Champion come out for quotes, but they focused more on sales pitches instead of listening to my needs. Alex understood that I already knew what I wanted, so he didn't waste time on unnecessary pitches. He was very communicative throughout the process. We ordered the windows late in November, and despite the production holidays, the windows arrived earlier than the anticipated 10-12 week timeframe. We replaced a total of 17 windows, but only 14 or 15 were installed since we adjusted some window sizes.

I purchased a customer door that cost over ten thousand dollars from this company. The locking device never worked. I have been reaching out to them for over 2 years. There is always a different person and a different excuse. I may not have any other choice but to seek legal advice. I should have gone with Home Depot. I got a door for half the price at Home Depot, and it has worked perfectly. Their service has been great as well. I will never use Renewal by Andersen, and I can never recommend them. This morning I had a really difficult time trying to open the door, but why am I going to call them, if all they will give me is another excuse.

I recently had Andersen Windows install two sliding doors, specifically the Series 100. This choice was influenced by a strong recommendation from my contractor. The Andersen-certified contractor initially quoted the job, ordered the doors, and adhered to the promised timeline.

I requested a quote for my dining room cracked window and window replacements for another rental property. The company asked for details, including both property addresses and the number of windows needing replacement—five in total. They initially scheduled two appointments but later canceled both. Eventually, they informed me that their windows are high-end custom products designed for premium homes. Wow, I guess they did research about my house and found it is not profitable. I found this response surprising and felt it was dismissive of my inquiry. Bad experience with this company.

We just had 10 replacement windows installed by Renewal by Andersen. Our installers Brad, Justin & Arthur were a well oiled machine. Very personable & professional. We can already tell the difference in the room temperature. We can't thank them enough for the work they did for us. Very pleased with entire process from sales appointment to installation. Started with a mailer (we all love that junk mail). I had been looking for new windows and had a few other companies give me quotes. The salesman showed up and started his spiel (all the while me thinking oh great another long winded salesman) however he explained everything and when he started telling me about achievements I went and did my own research online and found he was very truthful. While the price he gave me was not the lowest it was not the highest either.
