We purchased two regular windows from RBA. The installation was originally supposed to be scheduled for the third week in December, but they had to move it to the third week in January. But that was okay. Everything went great.

I had a slider door put in by Renewal by Andersen. The guy was very professional and a very nice guy. He did a great job. I was pretty impressed. What he did was real nice. I was impressed with how fast he tore everything out and put it back in, and how nice it looked. It's so much better than what we had, so I was really impressed. The quality of products must be pretty good. It looks like it anyway, and a little expensive, but I had to get it done because the other one was really old and it was outdated and the weather would come through the frame and everything. So, I'm really happy with what he did.

I have Andersen windows and I liked Renewal by Andersen’s reputation. I was looking for a door and the rep showed me all the options. He was helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. The installation was supposed to be at a certain time and they changed it, but it was still in a timely fashion. The installers were very genial and helpful, and I enjoyed the experience with them. The door was a little pricey, but it's of good quality and I'm satisfied with it.

I had used RBA on prior projects. I went with them again recently and got double-hung windows and a front door. Everything went well during installation, except for their wooden windows and their subcontractor for staining the windows. That did not go well. But the windows themselves are great, and the door is excellent, too. Their customer service was great as well. I would definitely recommend RBA. They are much more expensive, but the products seem to be worth it.

Sales by Michael ** answered my many questions re buying, installing, warranty of exterior door with cat door. I asked specific questions and he answered them to my satisfaction. I was and still am content with door I ordered re color, steel type and double pained gas filled door window. He was available when I had a question. Installation manager Joe ** was competent and also answered my questions about installing the door. Aaron and Steve did a 5 of 5 stars excellent on door installation and clean up. I am especially pleased that installation crews work for Renewal By Anderson instead of being third party contractors. The warranties are for installation and life of the product. Better than other warranties with other companies. The project was pricey but I believe worth it for superb workmanship and warranties.

The finest quality in windows and doors. They installed a new back door that is beautiful and secure, and the new windows match the door. The salesman who originally signed us up was extremely nice and professional, and explained every aspect of the purchase of windows. As we waited for the windows and door to be made, we prepared for the day they would be installed as we were told the morning of installation, the crew showed up on time and ready to go to work. They proceeded to tell us what work would be done and how it would be done and proceeded from there. They worked extremely hard and quickly. Carlos’s crew were the best. Renewal by Andersen went above and beyond during the sale and installation of my new windows and doors. The installation team of Jeremiah, Matthew and Sam did exceptional work, were beyond professional, and they were exceptionally clean in their work.

Renewal by Andersen replaced all our windows in my current house. Then, I have a rental where I needed a window. Since I liked their service, product, and efficiency, I hired them again. This time, I purchased two-pane windows and a slider. The guys who did the install at my rental were the same ones who installed at my house. The replacement took about two hours, which was amazing because it was 25 degrees outside at the time and I had a renter that was in the house. Renewal's reps were able to keep it warm and quick. The install went flawless and the quality of the windows is 10 out of 10. The price was a little high, but you got to pay for the quality. You can go for the cheaper guy, but you're going to get a cheap product.

We started off with Renewal's presentation in a seminar at a restaurant. We like the quality of the product line. We did windows, and they're top rate. I haven't seen anything better. We looked at a couple of other brands of windows prior to this in the past couple of years. These, by far, exceeded anything that we've seen. They look fabulous. The installation team was here on our second build just a month ago. They were here earlier. We used the same crew that we had the first time. We were able to schedule with them. It was a marvelous installation. We've watched some other homes having windows replaced. The way Renewal did the install was custom size. They perfectly fit into the hole that they create. It's a superior install. The price is high, but you get what you pay for.

The old saying "you get what you pay for". Rings very true in this experience. What astonished me was the company did everything they said it would do from sales to follow-up after installation. They were exceptionally fast, quiet, and conscientious about the work they did. They were very respectful of my home and belongings inside and out.

Renewal by Andersen put in a big picture window, and it has sliders on each side so I can have a screen for fresh air. I was a little worried about the time frame because we talked to the rep in December. I am in South Carolina, but it still gets chilly down here. They came within a month. Luckily, it was right before our big freeze. So the time frame was fine except when they first said it. I was worried about the weather. Our sales person was great and the installers were gentlemen. The installation went quickly. They put up this really nice plastic wall on all sides so I didn't get dust and dirt in my house. They were great. Renewal by Andersen was efficient. It was a very good experience. Don't go to anybody else.

Would recommend Renewal by Andersen, they do a thorough job. Very professional. Had a new front door and new patio doors. Installed in one day. Cleaned up and took all debris away.

We had 4 windows replaced. The whole process was smooth, professional & clean. The 2 man crew were on time and worked very efficiently with each other. Also we were given a thorough demo of how our new windows operate. We now know that the upper window tips from the inside also, for cleaning purposes. My experience with Renewal by Andersen was outstanding, thanks entirely to the incredible work done by Spenser and Jace. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were top‑tier. They kept the workspace clean, respected my home, and made sure I understood each step of the installation process.

My house has Andersen windows in it that was put in in 1962. Then, I had two windows that had some rotten areas in them and I needed to get them replaced here before the winter. Renewal by Andersen were the only people I could get to get it done, so I went with them. I got the sliders and Renewal by Andersen gave me a timeline on how long the window replacement would take but they had to push it off a week because it was during that cold snap we had. Other than that, the service was great. I'm an ex-carpenter and they did everything like I would do it. I didn't see anything that they would cut corners on and they cleaned up their mess. The quality of the windows is really good, but I don't know if the money matches it. They are about the highest priced windows I've ever bought in my life.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. Although the window is fine, it took 3 tries to get the right caulking, and way too much communication. No follow-up with the sales person, although for the extra-high cost, I expected good service. It did not happen.

I had Andersen put in before and we were pleased so we went with them again. I bought seven new windows from RBA, one of them being a bow, the rest of them being standard flat, and molding around the sides. They installed them in one day. The installers were prompt, quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very good from start to finish. I recommend them highly. However, they should cut the cost in half. I would have been a happy camper.

We worked with several people at RBA - the salesperson, the project coordinator, and the installers. They were all wonderful, informative, and knowledgeable. They kept us informed step by step about everything that was going on. During installation, we had four guys over here, and they banged it right out. They were in and out of here in no time. Love the quality of the windows as well. So far, so good. We have one that the installers didn't quite get in right, but they're coming out to take care of that next week. But we’re pleased with them, especially with the ease of opening them. I just like them altogether. There's no air coming in around them. They're wonderful. It's a little more than I wanted to pay, but I'm hoping it's worth it in the long run.

We bought a set of French doors from RBA. They are good quality products. I don't think anybody can build them any better. They shut well and they sound good. We have no air coming through them. At this point, we're very satisfied with them. They were pricey. But nowadays, you gotta pay for quality.

We are so happy with our beautiful windows and most of all the services we received. Everyone that work with us was 10 percent and more. Gavin followed us through the whole process. George and Petro worked as a team. George had such a wonderful, helpful relationship with us. George’s detail to the installation and finish work was incredible. Not only do we have beautiful new windows, we have new friends with Gavin and GEORGE. Thank you!

Besides the windows being excellent, the entire staff for this project, sales reps, support, measurement, installers, and follow up personnel were all amiable, polite, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I have had Renewal by Andersen out for two projects. Recently they upgraded my door from the white door to the beautiful black door in the pictures! The staff throughout the entire process was informative, respectful, and overall extremely polite! This new door makes me love my home a little bit more.

The whole experience was great! The installers came and Zach and Tyler were awesome! Very professional and informative! Keep up the Great Work! From the beginning with the sales people and the people that measured the window areas were great. We felt no pressure to buy. We saved a lot of money with military discounts and promotions that we didn’t know about.

Renewal by Andersen had caversers going through the neighborhood two years ago. I was looking for a replacement for my patio door. They took my name and stated that a sales manager would contact me. So, let me start out that I have worked for a home building contractor for 10 years then going to other construction work.

Our consultant thoroughly explained options, materials and installation process. He was easy to talk to and took the time to understand our needs. Install team took precautions to cover floors and minimize any mess. They worked efficiently and got job done on time. This work was done on coldest day if the year! We instantly felt the improvements reducing the drafts. Windows and doors are worth it. I highly recommend Mitch and Juan for their knowledge and customer focus. They did everything as promised.

Everything's good in my experience with RBA. We wanted some good windows and they did a great job. That's the second set of windows we've gotten and they've just been great. It's a little pricey, but we understand that quality comes at a price. But I would suggest it even if it's expensive. The reps were great too. They explained everything and everything was executed properly. They were professional and did a great job.

Recently in August 2025 hired Andersen to replace sliding door to porch. Salesperson was knowledgeable and personable. Paid full right then to save 200. Door was still 7000. Installation was 2 months later. I thought that was long but I was very happy with the quality and the installation. BUT a screw that holds the handle was defective and they had to order it from the plant, after several calls finally installed Jan 2026. Then had to wait for county inspection. 1/2 year after hiring them it is finally done. They are not the cheapest but I expected better. The biggest peeve not once did I recieve an apology, I did recieve "I understand your frustration" from a women who took my calls. I truly don't know whether or not to recommend them as the door itself was top quality. I just get the impression the corporate doesn't care.

From start to finish the the process was seamless and the product is outstanding. Over the past few years we have had widows and a sliding door installed by Andersen Renewal and we were very satisfied. The one time we did not, we faced a consumer's nightmare. We went with another company because we needed the door immediately and Andersen Renewal was booked out beyond the date needed for installation. The other company did not communicate well, gave us a different door than what we wanted, the door proved to be faulty and the door would not close properly. When we got the door changed by that company it arrived in the wrong color. We cut our losses with that company and contacted Renewal by Andersen.

I have used Renewal by Andersen. They replace all of my windows and doors. Each time I ordered I had a pleasant experience from start to finish each time. Everyone I encountered was professional and so nice. My windows and doors are all different and not normal (my house is 300 years old). But they did a fantastic job to make sure each one was the perfect fit. I would definitely recommend them!

I love my windows, made a big difference keeping the heat inside and room warmer. The crew was awesome and very professional. Quality of window is above standard and beautiful. This is the third time within our family using Renewal by Andersen. Can't go wrong from quality of product and staff. P.S. My doors are perfect too!

The replacement went well from sales rep ‭Niko, to customer support Gillian and ending with installer Ryan and his and crew Carter. They were all professional, considerate, and easy to work with. We chose RBA because we wanted well-done installation. Ryan and Carter were task-oriented, knew the project, and prepared. The product is top-notch but they have deceptive sales strategies. They know the buyer will have sticker shock so they push the partial replacements which are considerably less expensive. You cannot use inside mounted blinds with the replacement windows. I specifically asked the saleswoman and she claimed she didn’t know. Told me to call a blind company! Of course she knew! I was told she was the most experienced project coordinator they had! They make a big deal out of the fact that there is slightly less glass on the replacements because of the molding! I do not respect deceptive sales tactics!

Recently my wife and I purchase 12 windows from Renewal By Andersen, on my personnel experience Starting with the seller and continue with Mr. Ken whom measures windows and passing through office personnel culminating with installer it’s magnificent, no complaints at all, I have a special needs son, Quadriplegic, Autistic, 95 Degrees Scoliosis… They work with us, we don’t have to get out of the house, one of the rooms we exchanged windows it’s his. They adapted to our need and that’s in my heart and never going to forget it. What’s money when you gonna have for what you pay for and your loved ones be safe. Try Renewal by Andersen. We had RBA replace all but two windows and a patio door. They started the installation on Dec 3, 2025. They scheduled it for 2 days and it took 4, they weren’t prepared for the height of 2 of the windows even thought the consultant made note of it. When they were done the outside trim looked like crap, none of the windows were plumb and the had broken and removed some tiles in the bathrooms and tried reinstalling them with caulk. They had a QC guy come out and look and he agreed that the install was very poor and he would make it right.

Vitallii and Peter were a most professional and hard working team of installers. They were very polite and answered all my questions. I am very impressed with quality of the windows and especially the finished product which is direct result of the skill Vitallii and Peter used to complete this project. Thanks very much for providing such a quality product. From the Sales Rep to the Installation Rep to the Installers promises were met and expectations were exceeded.

After contacting customer service about a piece that broke off my retractable screen door they wouldn’t cover it under warranty and wanted me to pay more than half of what I paid for the full door when it is clearly a manufactured defect. Will never buy Andersen products in the future and will be replacing my retractable screen door from a different manufacturer.

I made an appointment to get a quote from Renewal by Andersen to replace some old Andersen windows. They asked way too many questions about me and my property, but that didn't seem too problematic. We made an appointment. Unfortunately, the weather turned against us, and we also had to take on some grandparenting obligations. I requested a cancellation and reschedule of our meeting for later in the week. Instead of agreeing to my request (the customer is always right), they said it was short notice, and my appointment would be difficult to replace, given the short notice (one day in advance). They suggested I move the appointment earlier on the same day. Really? Well, I suggested we cancel the whole thing. They were very aggressive and customer-friendly, in my opinion. I believe I can have a better experience with another window replacement company. I am sure I will be treated better.

The installers Cody B and Chris B. were on time and professional. They kept our home clean and organized. They answered all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone. I am only a couple of days into the new windows but am loving them.

I bought nine windows from Renewal by Andersen. One of the reasons I chose them is the guy who came out showed me my Milgard windows and then he showed me what Andersen's looked like. In full disclosure, there were two things that attracted me, one of which is I'm a quarter of a mile from a train track, so I wanted to reduce the noise. They also had a coating they can put on the windows because the west side of my house gets direct west sunlight so much so that all that sunlight gets absorbed in the summertime, and by 1 o'clock in the afternoon in June, I'm sitting in a cave to block out the sun.

The sales rep was respectful, courteous and understanding of what our problems were, which I appreciated. We paid almost $5,000 for custom-made window, which is steep in anybody's language, but they exceeded our expectations. We were a little surprised that Renewal by Andersen was able to make it a little longer than what they anticipated they would be able to.

I do research before I hire, and I know from reviews that Renewal by Andersen always has good reviews. I got estimates from other people, and from other companies, and Renewal was the best. I've also used them before, and I liked them. This time, I went with a patio slider and a regular window slider. They gave a timeline of six to eight weeks, but when they came in to put the patio slider in, the door frame was bent, so they had to redo it. That was another eight weeks, which was very disappointing. I was frustrated with that 'cause the manufacturer should have checked the product before they put it in the box, and the installers should have unpacked it before they got it to my house. However, other than having to wait again another two months to get the patio door in, it was okay. Communication was very easy and I had great installers. I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen again.

I needed windows and I got one window that slides sideways from Renewal by Andersen. It's for downstairs and then we got a sliding door as well. I was given a timeline in the vicinity of four to six weeks. We got the windows within the six weeks and they had them installed. The slider window and sliding door are wonderful and I like the way they're built. There's no air coming in here. They're solid, closed and they slide nicely. Everything about them is beautiful.

We needed five windows replaced. My daughter had work done with Renewal and so we went with them and got a quote. We liked the product and got the double-hung windows. On the install day, they came around 9:00 and had it done around 4:00. They showed us how to operate the windows, cleaned their mess and left. It’s a good product.

We got a sliding door and a window from Renewal. The timeline was two months but it only took about a month to complete. The people that came in to install put them all on the same day and the quality of the work that was done was very good.

We had an Andersen window before, and when I called recently, I got Renewal by Andersen. I liked the product that they offered and that was why I took it. They were supposed to put a storm door and a window in my garage. They measured before the installation but the window was flipped when they brought it. So, they had to reorder a new window. Everything's in now and so far, I like the quality of their products. After I had everything done, somebody told me that I could have gotten it cheaper. But everything was tight, so getting Andersen was worth it.

I am a repeat customer of Renewal by Andersen and this time, I got seven windows. They provided the same excellent service and completed the installation within the timeline they gave me. My interactions with their reps were very positive and they were keeping us informed of the whole process. For the installers, I liked their professionalism and cleanliness. All in all, I'd recommend Renewal by Andersen's service and product.

Renewal by Andersen is good in what they do. I got the double hung windows and the installation went pretty good. I really like the looks and the smoothness how the windows operate. They're pretty expensive. But if you want a good product like that, you're gonna pay. There was one thing about the installation where they made one window too tight and it wouldn't open up as designed. So, they had to redo that one side of the window. In doing so, it didn't look as clean and professional as the first one because they had to go and redo the caulking on it. You don't really see it unless you open up the window curtains or the blinds and look at it, but I notice it. Also, there were a few things that I need to get addressed. There were some defects. But I haven't heard back from Andersen yet about this.

We purchased seven double pane sliding windows and one entryway door from Renewal by Andersen. We decided that if we're gonna do it, we'd do it right with the best, and they did a hell of a good job. They got done in plenty of time too. The quality of the windows and door is excellent. I would recommend Renewal by Andersen.

We had windows replaced in the bedrooms and one in the kitchen and they were sliders. So, we have the crank out ones now, which I originally wanted because that's what we had in the very beginning. To me, they feel better than the sliders that we have from another company. Everything went smoothly with Renewal by Andersen. They had to replace one window because it was opening the wrong way. The young men came and set it all up. They were phenomenal. They were really pleasant and very knowledgeable. They were cautious about if you got rugs. Renewal by Andersen is quite expensive. But they have their reputation behind them.

My husband saw advertisements online for Renewal by Andersen. We picked them because we were in need of a custom door to fix a problem and they had a quality product. Our house is an older 1939, so it was a odd size. The door that we did was a side door and also a screen door. It wasn't a standard size, and it's very secure and sturdy. We appreciated the quality of their workmanship. Renewal by Andersen is expensive, but the quality of the product in our case was definitely worth it.

When we hired Renewal by Andersen to install four basement windows, the installer did really good. Installation took two days and we love the windows. I would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen. They walk people through everything and they do what they say they're gonna do. Plus, they're very friendly, nice and professional.

Our original windows in the house were by Andersen and they were marketing while I was in Walmart. My wife and I had been talking about replacing a window and it hit me at that particular point to talk to them. They sent someone out that same afternoon to give me a bid. My wife and I talked it over and we accepted it.

I had a neighbor that had Andersen windows installed. Their house is basically a twin of mine and I liked the way they looked. Also had actually something I never respond to, a salesman knocking on my door purveying the neighborhood. I told him it was his lucky day as I was looking for windows. Since I was familiar with their product, I thought, "Let me hear your spiel."

I'm happy with the quality of the windows. We've had the windows before. I like the Fibrex material. Josh was the lead install guy. He had Toby and Jonathan with him and they were all wonderful. They went out of their way to clean up and keep things organized during the day when they were there.

Renewal by Andersen was handing out informational things at a Halloween gathering in town, and the guy who came to demonstrate the product and tell us why we should get it or explain to us what the benefits were was fantastic. He was a little awkward, a little goofy, but he was fairly passionate about it and convinced us to be the same. He did a good job convincing us that it was the best product on the market, so we went with them instead of another company.

We got windows and doors from Renewal by Andersen. We got mostly sliders for the windows and there was one awning. There was a sliding door and an external door as well. The whole process took about 12 weeks. The items have excellent quality. There was one window that came out of the box with a hairline crack. I've already got notification of the replacement will be here in another two weeks. It's just a matter of slipping this old one out and a new one in. Renewal by Andersen is expensive. But if you can afford it, do it.

We have Andersen windows in our house and we love them. So we checked what they have to offer for a new door. We had a front door and storm door put in with the side window by Renewal by Andersen. The installation was the best experience I've ever had. Part of it was because we live in a rural area and any time in the winter that we have a delivery coming, we never know whether they were gonna come because a lot of people won’t. We have a long driveway and it snowed like a day or two before the installation. We were expecting that they were gonna come and say, “Oh, yeah. We can't come down your driveway.” But that didn't happen at all.

My son had used Renewal by Andersen in Las Vegas and was very happy with them. A couple of our neighbors had used them as well and said while they were expensive, they were quality, so that made choosing the company easily. I had two different representatives. When I called to have the first one come out, he said he wasn't working there anymore, and referred me to another gentleman who helped me finish the project.

Renewal by Andersen contacted me, and I told their salesman three times that I wasn't buying windows and by the time he left, I was buying windows. I replaced one of our windows with a picture window and another is a sideways slider, and the others are the double hung ones. Renewal originally told me the installation would take two days, and then they said one day, but they were a light on the crew that day, so they ended up doing two days, which is okay because that was the original agreement.

We've already used Renewal by Andersen once before. This second time, we had the rest of the house windows installed. We did half once and finished the rest of them this time. Everything with the installation was great. I wouldn't have got Renewal if I didn't think the first side was good. They were great. I was very satisfied. They're a little expensive but they're good quality windows. They could quit some of the advertising. We keep getting tons and tons of it still.

The representative who gave a presentation when he came over convinced me to purchase from Renewal by Andersen, and we got a new sliding door. They said they could do the installation within a day. It was just the scheduling that would take a minute. Only one guy, Craig, did the install, and it took him five and a half hours. He power-lifted the door and he didn't even set up a cold tent. We were impressed, and so far, the door is excellent quality. We haven't had an issue, and it's already making our house a lot warmer than it was before. The cost was worth it. My only downfall with Renewal by Andersen so far is that I've had to work with PowerPay.

I purchased a sliding glass patio door and two windows from Renewal by Andersen. I like the company's pricing and the information about them. Overall, my experience with Renewal by Andersen was excellent. Their representatives who came out here were wonderful. Two came separately for the door because the wrong door was sent the first time. So, we had two gentlemen the first time, and they were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It was the same with the second two men. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I got nine different windows in my house from Renewal by Andersen. The installation was completed in about two months. The whole process was good. The representatives have all been great until the very end. They called me and told me they transposed two numbers on my invoices and looked like I had a balance of $18 still. I told them after spending $18,000, I think it's petty to call me for $18 when their guy did his paperwork wrong. It's not like I wrote them an incorrect check and thought that they should go ahead and eat the $18 rather than bother me while I was working over $18. At my work, if our guy messed up, we're not calling a customer and say, "Hey, you gotta come back and give me 18 more dollars." We're like, "No. Mister employee, this better never happen again. You just cost me $18." Other than that, I'm happy with the products.

I'm impressed with all the people at Renewal. From the salesman that sold them to where I'm at right now, they have definitely kept me abreast of everything along the way. The salesperson was very confident and convincing, it made me feel comfortable about the process. A lady by the name Audrey, who was assigned to me, called me about every three weeks to keep me abreast of where we were, what was going on, and what to anticipate.

I got my windows replaced by Renewal. One was a complete window and three were sliding and we got three more to go for our whole household. The installers were quick even though it was cold that day. We appreciate that they are respectful and good workers. I also had a positive experience with the salesperson that did all the pre-stuff before the installation. We keep getting them because the quality of the windows are good. The cost is more each time but that’s with everybody so we have no complaints.

The installers from Renewal by Andersen showed up on New Year’s Eve. We felt terrible that it’s a holiday and these kids are out in the snowy weather doing all this work. But they were personable and did a great job. They cleaned up and it looked better after they left than before they came. I was home pretty much the whole time and they were not intrusive. They just went about their business and did what they needed to do.

Renewal by Andersen said they were willing to do one window and that's all I had left to do. I went with a picture window with something on each side. Replacement took a while (four months), but the installers were awesome.

We had Andersen Windows, so we went with Renewal by Andersen, and the price was a shocker. When the rep wrote out the price, I thought, "Oh, that isn't too bad." He said, "Well, no, that's from one window. You're getting three." I thought, "Oh, my Lord," but it was too late to turn back then. So, we went ahead with it. We had a bay window installed and it went well. The quality is very good. It's just gonna be tough for me to get in there and stain all the little trim work in between the window, but I'll have to deal with it.

We went to the fair and got a slider and a front door from Renewal by Andersen. We loved the quality of the service. The rep we worked with was very friendly, and the installation team was good. They put up tarps or plastic so it wouldn't get dusty, and they put the doors in in one day.

Outstanding product and amazing professionalism. The crew went above and beyond to ensure we loved our new door. Even though they were missing items to complete project, the crew came back the following day as promised.

Our experience was excellent. The installers were amazing. Everything we were promised actually happened. We will use this organization again in the future. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking to have their windows replaced.

If you want high quality craftsmanship and professional service then Andersen is a good choice. They handled everything from start to finish with no hidden charges. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Renewal by Andersen began my window and door installation on November 4, 2025. They visited over 9 times over the past two months, each time after I literally had to beg them to get me back on the schedule for completion. They clearly have no idea how to schedule installation and no respect for the customer's time or money. After they returned on December 31st, when I have a text guaranteeing completion, they did not, in fact complete the stain and paint that was scheduled. They returned on Friday, January 2nd. Yet again necessitating my time to be on site. They did finish the stain and said they would have to come back to do the paint. When I called to beg them to finish the job and let me get my house back they said the soonest they could come would be January 19th. This is ridiculous and insulting.

We love our new Andersen door. It's the best upgrade we've done yet. The price was right and the installers, John W and Austin M, were awesome. Everything was done right and left clean as a whistle. Highly Recommend!

I spent over $ 100,000.00 on replacement windows. My backyard is bay front. All of the windows and sliding doors that are bay front are Not sealed and insulated properly. I have drafts that come from them. I have my heat set at 70 degrees and it is still cold and drafty. The worst experience dealing with this company. Extremely overpriced and they do subpar work!!!! They also play games with their pricing policies!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid approximately $7,000 for a front door, and while the door itself is acceptable, the installation has been problematic. The installer completed both the entry door and storm door installation; however, there is a significant draft coming into the home, which we traced to an issue with the framing. In addition, the installers removed our ADT security camera, which resulted in additional out-of-pocket costs for us to have it replaced. The installation occurred in late September or October. We sent photos and documentation to the company representative assigned to assist with issues. She acknowledged that installers are not supposed to remove existing security devices. After several weeks with no resolution, she informed us that the matter needed to be escalated to management.

Everything was done nicely. They cleaned up and I was extremely satisfied with the window. The people who did the installation were organized and very clean. They took my window shutters down, and then they put them up the way they were. It rained and we had no leaks. So I'm very pleased. Renewal by Andersen did an excellent service.

I have had the worst customer experience of my life with Renewal by Andersen. I signed up for a full replacement of all the windows and two doors in my house. They began installation on November 4, 2025 and as of today, January 2, 2026 they are still not complete. To be clear, the windows are fine, it is the project management and scheduling that are completely disrespectful of my time and space. They have been on site over 9 times over TWO MONTHS. They told me today they could schedule the final visit on January 19th. This is absurd. If you have money to burn and nothing else to do this is your company! I am so sad and disappointed. I spent over $70,000 and lost my holidays with my house in disarray for MONTHS.

Very professional and knowledgeable employees. Arrived on time and kept the working areas clean. Product is very well designed and custom fit the older windows openings. Would recommend Renewal by Andersen to my friends.

Andersen’s window quality is the best around. Their installation process, communication and professionalism is the best I have experienced when dealing with a company. Then skills of the carpenters that installed the windows was excellent. The made repairs to the window openings from the previous builders poor installation of the original windows. They used their time well and galled away all of the old windows and trim. They even washed the wood floor to clean up when they were done with the job. The person sent to stain the woodwork was also polite, professional and used her time well.

My installer Juan and his team were great. They were prompt, they cleaned up everything. They cleared out my old door and blinds. Renewal by Andersen kept me updated on my order throughout and kept on track for installation date. Would definitely recommend. Love our new patio door.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the Richmond Window Corporation's sales team's handling of our project, which ultimately created unnecessary difficulties. During the initial purchase discussions, we expressed our preference to divide the project into two separate contracts, a request that the sales team assured us could be accommodated. However, after the windows were ordered, we were informed that this was no longer possible. Instead, they insisted on consolidating the entire project into a single contract, which was not in line with our original agreement.

I like the reviews about Renewal by Andersen I was looking at on Google. I purchased a new window, they gave me a timeline on how long it would take, and completed it in the timeline they provided. The installer was a really nice guy and was helpful. The new windows are really good. It was really good work, and the price was about average, so I guess it’s a good price.

I have a house in Delaware and I had a door done up there. When I came down here to Florida, I mentioned it to the rep and she did the front door as well. Both reps are super and I rate them a 10 all the way across the board. The installation exceeded my expectations. They notified me and it went as scheduled. Everything was good.

I got two double-hungs and one slider from Renewal by Andersen, when they were running a sale. They were within the timeline of the replacement and the quality of the windows is phenomenal and better than I expected. The cost is also within the industry norms.

I love Andersen Windows. From sales, measurement, and installation, they were great. The salesperson showed me what the windows were gonna be and they were exactly what he said. The installers were professional. They weren't chatty but they asked questions when they needed to. They didn't take a break. They finished up everything on time and cleaned up. It's an old house, and they did what they were supposed to do in terms of the lead paint notice so I appreciate that. It's costly but it's a great investment and I'm glad I went with them.

I have a friend who used to work for Renewal by Andersen, so I went with them. The presentation was impressive. I got three windows. The installation was pretty quick and smooth. My overall experience with Renewal was good.

I heard about Renewal by Andersen from a co-employee. We set the appointment up by phone and the presentation was positive. I did seven windows. The installers came in at 9:00 and left at 5:00, and they had everything done. The quality once they were done was very good. It was a little expensive, but we put some money down on it to bring it down. Renewal by Andersen are very nice windows.

We ordered 2 doors and 2 windows. The ordering process was easy. A representative came over and went through the windows and doors, colors and cost with us. A crew showed up and installed professionally and neatly. Everything looks great and the doors and windows are of good quality. We are fully satisfied with the products and installation. It was not a problem to them that we only did 2 windows at this time. We will be ordering more windows for the remainder of the house.

From start to finish, everybody was top quality, great to deal with, very pleasant, and informative. I needed two patio doors and a side door, and I needed someone who had a good quality product and who could install the product properly. And I know Renewal by Andersen has a good reputation. So, I went ahead with the purchase.

Love my Andersen windows, love the sales consultant -he was right on estimations and the install crew did a great job. I did 0% with Green Sky Financial and that experience was fine. Why I knocked two stars off my review is because I’ve been being hassled by every financial telemarketer in the United States and I’ve been being harassed for a year now- 6 to 7 phone calls a day leaving 1 minute messages- nothing stops them- nothing.

Once the decision was made that replacement of our patio door was necessary, we considered various sources and decided on RbA as the best overall value. All staff from sales to installation were courteous and professional. The installation team (Ruben & Victor) were very knowledgeable and made thoughtful recommendations and changes specific to our door. We love our door!

I had minor revisions. See. I had some doors and windows put in our house by Renewal by Andersen. They were eight windows and two doors and they appear very nice. The crank out windows, which we already had before from Andersen Windows fit much better. Their installers always called before they were coming. And before that, they'd check with us and let us know the approximate date they'd be coming and they were right on.

I had looked at three other window retailers and they couldn’t come out. Renewal by Andersen came out and showed me their products. I liked them and the way it was gonna be put in. We were able to get financing and a decent interest rate on it. I got two large windows and one smaller window. When the crew came out, they introduced themselves to us. They let me watch while they were working.

This is our first time dealing with Renewal by Andersen and are very happy with the results. It has been pleasant from start to finish. The service was excellent with plenty of help from the staff at our home, on the phone and on the internet. The cost is well worth the overall experience. The product is well worth the cost and the quality supersedes all expectations. We highly recommend this company and the products they offer.

Renewal by Andersen replaced other windows in my house with double windows. The quality is good. The price is high. Paying $23,000 to replace a storm door and two entry windows is expensive.

I've always had Renewal by Andersen windows and had good luck with them, so that's why we chose them. This time, I got four windows, three cranked out and one stationary. The gentleman who did the presentation was very good and told us all the ins and outs.

I replaced all the windows in my 30+yr old home in 4 phases. All installations were exceptional with the final installation world-class. From initial contracting experience to final cleanup of the 4th installation I am grateful to Andersen Renewal for their high quality materials, exceptional service and professional of their teams.

I’ve used Andersen in the past for other homes I’ve owned. For the last house, I did the entire house, patio doors, and windows with them. This time, I had them replace a couple of windows and the quality of the windows was much better than what I had in there. It’s a really good product and that’s why I keep using them.

We had previous windows purchased a couple of years prior to this last time. Every window in our house now is an Andersen replacement. Obviously, we liked the product the first time and went back the second time. We purchased three larger crank-out windows for the front of our house because we were having trouble with the seal breaking.

We got windows and doors from Renewal by Andersen. And we decided to go with them because they showed us that the product was a little warmer, and that's what we were shooting for. Unfortunately, the windows are not quite as top as we need them to be, and that’s a little bit disappointing. 

I chose Renewal by Andersen because of their one-year no-interest offer. I had them install a door, and the quality was good and I liked it. It was installed in just a few hours and the installation went smoothly, and the team did a good job.

My brother, who is outside San Antonio, had Andersen Windows put in his house and he was happy with them. So, I know they have a very good reputation. We had three different quotes from different companies, but generally, they were not interested in coming this far out of town to do the job. Andersen was fine about it. And during the quoting process, they were very positive and optimistic that they could do the job without a problem.

I wanted to replace a window in my home. My previous windows were installed by Renewal by Andersen, but they were too expensive. Someone suggested I go with Andersen instead, so I did.

We had a custom window made and it’s working fine. It took a while, but as far as the interaction with the employees, it was excellent. The two men who did the installation were very professional and we liked both of them. They did an excellent job.

We've had Andersen windows put on the house before. Then we had one last window that we needed to replace so we were looking for some place that would have that as an option. Andersen’s quality is very good and that’s why we were looking at them as one of the options. From the time we ordered, it took a good six weeks for the window to come in. Then, they got the job done in half a day. They did great work. I recommended them to one of my neighbors and they went and purchased one as well.

Can’t say I’ll buy Renewal by Andersen windows again. The process and installation are my biggest concerns. The process, I had three no shows by individuals in the process delaying my installation. Then the installation, it occurred in two phases. The first phase went smoothly but they did not have material to complete the installation. The second person came back a month later to finish and did a horrible job. The caulking is messy and the dry wall repair is worse. They just slapped some mud on and called it a day. They did not install covers for all the screw holes as well.

Andersen Windows did a terrific job on our kitchen window, front door, and the storm door. We put the order around 24th January and three young kids got here in April. The guys drove down from Philadelphia and showed up. The installation was a couple of hours and everything was put in very easily. It was all around perfect, and the quality is very good. The cooperation was terrific. We’re by Reeds Bay and the Great Bay, where the chill is something, but there is no draft. I recommend my friends to give Andersen a call, check out, and get an estimate.

I liked the look of the windows by Renewal by Andersen. I know the windows are well-engineered. I've purchased 15 new windows. The presentation was fine, and customer service was very good. It took about three months from presentation to installation.

I had Renewal by Andersen install a big picture window in the front of my house, which was very expensive. And I had other Andersen Windows it’s the 100 Series windows installed majority in the rest of the house, and I’m fine with all the two items.

Someone that installs Andersen Windows goes to our church, so we had him do it all. We had to wait over six weeks for the windows to arrive and to get the installation scheduled. I was told that the installation and the windows are warrantied. I would recommend them as long as the quality is there after a long period of time.

Andersen Windows was recommended by a sales rep and were liked by all of our clients so we just keep using them. We work with local distributors and they're good about telling us timelines and things. I have a good crew who do the installation and we’ve done a lot of Andersen 100 series, sliders, and replacement windows. Their products are all great.

I researched a bunch of windows that fit our criteria, a lot of which was the style trying to match the existing window that broke. Andersen had a lot of different series and levels. I went with them and we had two batches of windows. I haven’t received one yet but the other one came in within seven weeks, as expected.

Andersen Windows was the type of window that was already in our house. And so, we used them again and got two windows replaced. The people that we've dealt with were good. It took them a little while to get the windows, but the actual replacement was fast and smooth, and the windows look nice. We just wished it would have happened faster.

There is nothing you can say or do to tell me Andersen is a great company. It's a super, super company. I have no complaints about nothing. They were on time, on schedule, and did excellent work. I’m an expert. I've been building for 35 years, so I knew what I needed. I did double-pane windows that were cheap and bleeding inside due to the house being 30 years old, so it was no big deal. I did 29 windows on the front side.

On my first attempt with Renewal by Andersen several years ago, I called and they came out and gave a presentation. I was very impressed with the engineering and the thought that went behind their windows. But the cost for it was more than I paid for my house. They said it will add to the value of my house.I told them that it’s not gonna happen mathematically. We didn’t get in an argument and didn't do anything.

If you are planning on getting any windows by RbA, please remember to buy plenty of foam rubber tubing so that you can seal your windows and doors. I've been working with the installers for 19 months since the first installation, and my windows still leak even after 2 additional reinstalls. They simply do not seal.

My last purchase with Renewal by Andersen was two pairs of French doors. And about three years ago, I had all the windows in my house replaced. All aspects of me dealing with Renewal by Andersen's personnel have been pleasant, thorough, and excellent customer treatment. And when you do any big job, you're always gonna have a few hiccups, and they jumped on those issues and took care of them very quickly. So, I’ve been satisfied with them.

The sales representative from Renewal by Andersen who came and spoke to us about our windows was very nice. He showed up on time, and was very thorough in explaining their products. He even broke them down and looked at different incentives to see which one we would get us the best deal. And so we ordered a big living room window, a smaller window for the bathroom, and a sliding glass door that night he came. We were told that they would probably be in close to December. But then they called and said they were already to be put in in November. They gave us a date and time of when they would be here. The guys who put them in did explain some things to us like we were told that we were supposed to keep the windows sealed for two days before opening them, showed us how to work them, all that.

Renewal by Andersen came out and went through all the details about the windows and the warranty, and they explained the installation process and how it would go. The representative was very, very knowledgeable, and I felt very informed.

My experience with Renewal by Andersen has been great. They’ve done all my windows and patio doors, which is awesome. I especially love the double window in the bedroom because it lets in so much light.

It was great from start to finish. Our salesman from Renewal by Andersen was awesome, supportive, and had great conversations about our best options to the measurements. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and very kind. We did three windows and a door. On the install day, my husband said it went without any flaws. They were there early and were done within the day. Everything was cleaned up, they’re beautiful, and the windows look great. I was very happy with the results. It was expensive, but we know it's quality.

I got Renewal by Andersen because of their lifetime warranty and the product itself. I had a French door installed, and the timeline they provided was met exactly. The representative, Michael or Michele was very informative and courteous. The installation itself was excellent and when I first saw the door, I was thrilled. I was happy that I got a new door. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had a storm door installed by Renewal by Andersen. The installation was excellent and the people were in and out in no time. They also did clean up after themselves. I love the door that was put in, and they really did a good job on that. There’s no gaps in it at all.

I had a sliding door installed from Renewal by Andersen. The installation process was very efficient. Two crews came, one for the door and one for the windows.

I bought four double-hung windows from Renewal by Andersen because the other windows I had in my house, which I had for 30 years, were drafty, and they started bowing. I chose Andersen because they looked like a better window. The customer service I got when I purchased was fine, and the installation timeline was okay, except I had to wait for them to fix one window because somebody forgot to transfer the figures correctly. But the other seven windows were perfect, and they came in and put them in.

The quality of the windows and installation is excellent, and I recommend their product. The problem I have is the cost. They tout "no interest" but that is misleading. They sell your loan to a finance company and build the cost of their finance charges into your total cost of the windows. The interest rate the finance company charges is well above what you could get on a home improvement loan from your bank. You are not given that option. If you are able to pay off the finance company before the end of the financing period, you do not get a rebate on the interest charges. RBA should make you aware of this and tell you they sell you loan to a finance company.

They got the job done professionally. Very nice to work with. Kind of expensive but the quality is there. I love my new windows. I didn't think it was possible to take old windows out. They were very old.

Highly recommend RBA. I had entire townhouse windows and sliding door replaced in two phases a few years ago. I since moved and had RBA replace all my windows and back door in my two story single family house, again in two phases. The crews have been exceptional and the product more than meets expectations. Thomas and the crew with him were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had PGT windows in Florida but would have preferred RBA but they weren't available. I would purchase again if the need ever comes up.

We initially had Anderson replace 7 windows 5 years ago including a large bay picture window. Our experience at that time was very satisfactory, both with the quality of the windows and also with the installers and the overall installation. We have had one minor request for service and that was handled promptly, as were questions on the proper way to open and reclose window sashes for washing. We just had the remaining 10 windows replaced and the experience was the same - 4 weeks or so for manufacture and then a one-day installation which went very smoothly, even after an 8" snowfall the night before.

My aunt had built a house a couple of years ago, and she went with RBA. I've heard of a couple of other people using them, and it looks like it was a little bit cheaper than Pella. So, I went with them. The salesguy was a nice guy. Seemed like he knew his stuff. He gave me some ideas. I knew what I wanted, and then he led me in the right direction. The only thing, I paid half at the time of his visit, and then the other half was due upon installation. Nobody knew the total for the second half because I didn't end up having to have tempered glass. It took some costs off. I haven't paid for my second half yet, and I reached out to my salesman and said, “Somebody gonna tell me how much I owe for sure?” I don't want them coming back and saying, “You didn't pay for the rest of your windows.” The installation was good, all the way around. Everybody was very professional, friendly, and acted like they knew what they were doing.

I have had Andersen windows for over 45 years. Recently we upgrade all my windows in Florida. The Andersen windows are amazing but the communication afterwards to get final inspection has been a fiasco. Windows installed in September and I am still waiting now in December for closure. I have called every point of contact, even my county inspectors to finalize this process. County inspectors informed me that Andersen is using a third party company for my inspection. As of today no response from Andersen no call backs from Management. I could not recommend them in my area due to poor service.

Poor education on window functions. I found out later that I could have done the same project through Home Depot for a 50% discount. That’s $6500!!! I feel that I was tricked.

Our door has always been a problem since we moved here. So we put in a brand-new sliding door by RBA. Everybody was really great. They let me know once the door was ready, ‘cause they had to make the door to fit the space. Once I was notified of that, I received a phone call. I couldn't answer it at the time ‘cause I was driving. Then they sent a text message, and they said, “We could work with you through text.” I said, “Oh, that's fine.” We just texted. They said, “We have availability this day.” It was perfect. One or two days after the text, they could come out. They also said it would take half a day but it didn't take that long. It was a quick installation and everyone was very good with communication. I highly recommend them. Great service, great products and great people.

I had an RBA representative come out a while ago and give their sales pitch, show us what was available, and tell me about the company. It was a six to eight-month time lapse right before we made a decision, and did a little bit more research on other companies, and just didn't really stand out. Then RBA called again, sent the rep back out, and we had made our decision.

Renewal by Andersen kept us in the loop, informing us how the process was evolving. The 2 gentlemen who installed the doors were absolutely professional!! They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and then went to work. They cleaned up afterward so well, we could tell they were there. They had booties wear over their shows so as to not dirty our carpets.

The sunroom had older windows and the seal between the panes had broken and some of the valances had broken. We decided to replace them with the same company that did our house, which was Renewal by Andersen, because we haven't had any problems with the house part of it. The representative we worked with was very nice. He was the same one who did it when we did our house several years ago. The installation went well. In the sunroom, I have a baby grand piano, and they were more than gracious to slide that over to be able to get to the windows. They put the blinds back up to where they would fit and hung the valances back up. Then, they put the piano back in place. So, that was good. We have been very pleased with the windows we got in our house.

I really struggled to invest in Renewal by Andersen when I knew that I could get the sliding glass door replaced at a lower quality for a much lower price. I am so glad that I made the investment. It was Worth every penny. The install team were exceptional and the finished door is actually beautiful. It’s no longer just a door but a showpiece.

Gregory, the salesperson, was amazing. He was great, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. It always takes a little bit of time to place the order, but I was aware of that. So, there were no unexpected delays in that sense. We had a door and windows done. Most of them are sliding and if you open on the side, it opens a little bit from one side to the other. Everything was very professional. Two people came in for the installation and explained what they were gonna do. We had a little setback with the framing of the windows. What I ordered was different than what we received. But the people fixed it with no issues.

Renewal by Andersen is reliable and we’ve been using them for a long time. But after a while, we saw gases in between the glass, but we thought it was condensation. We have no idea how to deal with it. We have Andersen sliding glass doors upstairs and downstairs, and they were already installed when we moved into the house and we liked them.

We saw Renewal by Andersen on TV and a man came out after I called. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was originally only gonna get one window fixed, but since we're older, we figured we’d do it all and get it all done right now. That way, we don't have to worry about it down the line. It was about a month between the sale and the delivery. We got double windows. You can pull them in so you can just clean them right from inside the house. We had wood windows, and they were a little bit warmer. Right now, I don't feel quite as warm as I used to with the other windows in the wintertime. But they're nice. I like them. Renewal by Andersen is pleasant to work with. They're very proficient.

I had a wonderful experience with RBA. We worked with Dwayne, and there are not enough superlatives to explain how wonderful he was. He was excellent. He was not at all pressure. For instance, we had double windows in the front and in our master bedroom. He said, “Have you ever thought about a glider?” Then he showed us what that was and then with the awning, because it's a window over the sink, my husband was saying, “We never opened the window because we can't reach over the sink like this.” He said, “That's why I suggested the awning.” He was just fantastic.

We bought five windows from RBA and the timeline was what they said it would be. The quality is impeccable. It's just wonderful. I was also surprised that they gave such a good warranty, that they would replace any broken windows, and screens, too. I also have never seen anybody as professional as the installers were. They didn't stand around and talk; they got the job done, and they were nice.

I got double-hung windows from Renewal by Andersen and they provided great service. Unfortunately, they gave a long timeline and during the installation, they were very neat. So far, the windows are good quality, too.

I like the quality of Andersen's products and I recently purchased windows from them. I got a double-hung, a slider, and one that open with a crank. I called, had an appointment, and we sat down and talked. Then we went over what we wanted done, and they showed us a whole bunch of different samples and options, then we talked about each one for each window. During the installation, since it's a construction job, there were big holes throughout the day. But other than that, it went just as they said it would and everything came out exactly as we were shown. So far, the windows are very good. It was not an inexpensive job but I'm satisfied and I don't know if I could do it the same for less or more. Overall, I got a very good salesperson and a great installation crew. Everything was perfect and I would tell others that they'd be very happy if also they went with Renewal by Andersen.

I went with RBA because I heard there was a good warranty with them and they were good of quality. They also had what I wanted in terms of the wood on the inside and then the material on the outside that was not wood. Because the previous windows that I had were both wood on the inside and outside and they didn't last as long as I would have wanted them to.

Overall experience was great! Will use them for future projects. The installers did a fantastic job. The new entry door we had installed went above what we thought. Had it all done in a day which was great.

I previously had Andersen windows and because of the type of windows that I needed recently, I went with them. I purchased the A300 series, and the installation by their certified contractor was seamless, except for the few issues we’ve had. There is a single locking device on the windows and on two of the windows, pieces just fell out. We didn’t get one of the screens, another was torn and several had gaps that could let bugs in. So, we weren't pleased with any of that. But the quality of service has been very good. It’s not as timely as I would have hoped, though. It took us at least two months just to get the windows, but they told me upfront that it would take that long. The techs also had to come back and replace the weather stripping, so it matched the outside of the frame.

I had installed an Andersen Renewal door wall. It is the 200 Series per shield door wall. It operates and looks very good. The installers did a very nice job on the fit and trim work. When they were done installing this door wall, the area was cleaner Than when they started.

Renewal by Andersen is on television. I had a good experience with them. The guy put in my small basement window nicely. He was professional, and he did a good job. It's a good, well-made, easy to operate window. I'm happy with it.

Updated on 02/02/2026: The false advertisement, bait and switch, non-accountability (Kara), false claims and promises, faulty windows and materials, unprofessional and inappropriate behavior by the workers, damage to my home (inside and out), wasted time and efforts on my part to accommodate now the 5th VISIT AND REPAIRS in the windows, the representation of the consultant (Jason and Tim **), the failure to comply with consumer law when solicitation and disclosure requirements for Disabled Military Veterans. There is so much more than cannot be conveyed in this survey. I am escalating this event, trauma and misrepresentation to the Attorney General and national news. This is NOT buyer’s remorse. It’s standing up to the false claims, contract, media, news, commercial and print advertisements and promises about this product.

I had to replace both windows in the house that are both exactly the same size. Renewal happened to be in the neighborhood after doing a couple of windows and were looking for new business. Initially, they said it could take up to four months to build the windows at the factory since they’re custom-sized and that there’d be a one-day installation once the windows are done. The installation went outstandingly. Nate came and did the installation of one window in less than an hour. The second window upstairs took him about an hour and a half because he couldn’t get to the outside to seal it up.

When we remodeled our house years ago, we put in 400 Series of Andersen Windows. They're good, warm and tight and help a bit with soundproofing. However, the windows are expensive. The windows that I recently got were two windows that have never been replaced. I put in the 100 Series window. 

From start to finish it was an enjoyable experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The support team kept us informed every step of the way. The installation team were prompt, courteous and very efficient during the install.

Renewal by Andersen did an excellent job of replacing our eight windows. They use excellent craftsman to install them and clean up is complete. The follow through after the installation was excellent. They don’t just install and forget you. You are in touch with the company after that to make sure you were satisfied. And I am. I would recommend renewal by Andersen if you want high-quality and a job well done.

Renewal by Andersen saturates the ads and the people that I've heard speak about them always said good things. I did some research and everything I read on the internet that I could find, most of it was good stuff. This was the first time we've done business with Renewal by Andersen and their customer service was very good. When they came out and did the presentation, the guy was very thorough. He had the model and he went through all the tests to show me. That was very good. We walked around together, him and I, and we discussed some things about the different windows and certain things about the windows in which room. The guy was an ex-military and I'm ex-military, so the conversation turned into military conversation.

We were in Blanco at a farmer's market, and Renewal by Andersen had a table set up, and there was a young lady there. I talked to her and scheduled an appointment. The guy that came out and talked to us and showed us the windows was a really nice guy. Two guys came out and put the windows in, and they were really nice and got everything done. The lady that had called me to schedule the appointment said it could take up to six hours, and it only took four. We only got four windows done right now. They look so good. We were pleased. I want the rest of the house done.

I had RBA do all my windows at my house. Their customer service was excellent. They were on time, clean, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. They were all around perfect. Everything looks perfect as well.

I had Renewal by Andersen replace 30 windows. I called them to make an appointment. The salesperson came out, showed us the various products and colors that they had, and we talked about what my future plans were for either keeping or selling the house, and then I made my decisions. Somebody came out to do the final measurements before production. I was given an install date, which was four weeks earlier than I thought it would be. They came out with a team of eight people early in the morning, they worked all day, and finished right as the sun was going down. As far as the quality of the windows, it's excellent. They are expensive, but I knew they would be. So, given the quality, it is borderline worth the money, but it is worth the investment.

We considered the energy savings that we felt like we were getting if we went with Renewal by Andersen. We also decided to go with them based upon the longevity of the company, its history, and the product that they demonstrated. A person who used another company told me that they were pretty happy with what they got, but the person they employed to do the windows got the windows from a certain company, and that company that installed them were no longer around. I thought that if the company that installed them isn't around anymore and there were issues with installation, the warranty would go out the window. But that didn't seem to be the case with Andersen. Then, I got recommendations from neighbors to these other companies, and for one of the neighbors, the color of her windows that she chose were a little faded after 2 years. Also, I just liked Renewal by Andersen, so we hired them.

The windows that I got from RBA are gorgeous, easy to clean, and made our home beautiful. They’re energy efficient too. They're beyond what our expectations were. They're easy to slide up and down, open, close, they lock, and they look great on the outside. My French doors are literally like angels humming when they open. They're just so gorgeous. We also got the best cost for what we received.

We purchased two doors, a sliding glass door and windows from RBA. We met at my house and he looked at what we needed. We met again for our contract. They sent out somebody to measure the windows. Then the crew showed up and installed the windows and doors. The person that I worked with who was the lead on the crew was extremely knowledgeable, was friendly, and was very helpful in answering questions that we did have. When they left, we had no concerns. The windows and doors looked nice and are worth the money.

We used Renewal by Andersen for another project a few years ago. On this recent visit, the representative who came out and did the presentation was very helpful, very professional, and answered all of our questions. The presentation took about an hour. We had four windows done. When the installers showed up, we showed them which windows we had to do. They told us about how long it would take, and then they just went right to it. They had three guys here and they each had their own little job, and they were bouncing back and forth and we were very surprised at how fast and efficient they were. The results were great. There wasn't a mess. You would never even know they were here. Renewal was great. We'd use them again if we ever needed it. We are very happy with what they did.

The rep answered all my questions and was professional. I got a patio door and the installation went absolutely fine. The workmen did their work, cleaned up, and did everything they said they were gonna do. I like the patio door a lot. It's very high quality. Renewal by Andersen's prices are definitely not the cheapest, but if people expect a quality product then they're gonna pay a little more.

Renewal by Andersen did a poor job. We got some replacement windows and a sliding door from them and they said it would take two days to put them in. The quality is fair but the inside was just horrid. I'm still filling in cracks, filling in nail holes, pulling nails, and mis-hits. Also, when I brought that to the attention of Andersen, they sent a guy out to do a few things, but that was about it.

I was checking another company and Renewal by Andersen. Customer service was big and the other company had some challenges with not following up on things, which I didn't encounter at all with Renewal by Andersen. I also tried to look at quality and all the perks involved. Andersen was kind of pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for. I even investigated why did they have a door in Home Depot. It was explained to me how it was what that particular company wanted and that it would take longer to get the product if it was ordered from Home Depot.. So, there was a difference in buying a Home Depot door that said Andersen and a door directly from them. But it doesn't mean that it wasn't a quality door.

Well, not positive. They sheared off my spicket outdoors and never told me. Failed to put several screws in on a very large double window, and ended up putting a long screw threw the center or mullion of the two windows. The weights were not built sufficiently to hold the weight of the windows and 8/10 were replaced. One window still comes down on its own after a 2nd replacement of the weights and they have insisted they come out to take videos before replacing it a week after they replaced them second time.

This is far the worst company that I ever dealt with. The salesperson stated that we would get our front door in September guaranteed, it's now November and still no door. They keep pushing the date further away. I'm fed up with them. Please read your contract before signing it, we did not and now we are stuck with a $20000 debt and no door. We are at their mercy. They are con people. Please be very aware before signing any contract or even considering them. Their sales people are really good with diverting you from reading and understanding every detail on the contract. Now we cannot get out of it. But I'll NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I heard about Andersen Windows through word-of-mouth. I purchased awning windows for a basement and the install was finished in a day. The quality is good while the pricing's outrageous, but it is what it is.

My parents bought from Andersen, and I got four crank-outs and one big picture window with a slider as well. The windows were installed in one day, and the installers were great. They put two windows in the wrong place, and when I noticed it that day, they stayed and took the time to replace the windows and put them in the right place. That was fantastic. Overall, Renewal by Andersen was an easy company to work with. I don't have anything bad to say about them.

Renewal sales rep presented on time but quickly presented options/prices/& obtained signatures w/o time to read entire documents; mislead us in issues that may arise....& DID....when we specifically discussed our hesitations due to past experiences with other attempts to upgrading technology in house. We were told there would be no problem & we hurriedly signed, trusting him, & received no written copy at the time; we would've backed out if we had been able to read the agreement after our presentation & promises. Customer service after installation was even worse.....promises to return calls & resolve issue & still wasn't done as each call promised until I filed a complaint with the BBB of MN. Responses were the next day then! But responses were nothing but lies to our complaint so a low resolution was reached. Renewal is NOT to be trusted!

The window purchase and installation was Amazing! I knew the windows would be pricey but they are well worth the money. The people at Andersen explained every detail and were so nice and respectful of my home and answered any questions or concerns that I had during the whole process.
