I liked the installer of our RainSoft water system. He did a really good job at it and he explained everything. He was trying to explain to me that when I put the salt in, I'm supposed to go in and readjust the numbers. But I don't remember what the numbers were that he told me to adjust it to. Other than that, things are pretty good right now.

We did a water test that we got through Home Depot and sent it out. RainSoft got in contact with us, if we wanted to sit down and discuss the product. We agreed and we ended up purchasing it that night. They installed it within a week or so. Before, our toilet bowls were orange. The taste of water had a funny taste to it. It was highly chlorinated. It wasn't palatable. Now, it's 100% the opposite.

The whole process was quite comprehensive. The water was nasty before, but now, we're ecstatic about it.

The cost of our RainSoft water system was fair compared to its quality. But I noticed something was wrong about a week or two ago and I wanted them to check it out and make sure everything’s okay. So, somebody’s coming today for a service call.

I did my little research and found out that RainSoft was the leader in the industry. So, when I decided to put a softener and filter in my house, I knew I wanted that one. The rep that came did his water test. I wanted it anyway, so he didn't have to try real hard but he was real professional. He knew what I wanted and then outlined it, and gave me the best price he could. The product was installed the next day.

The installation went really well and since we got the unit from RainSoft, the water’s been a lot better. There had been a promise of some additional cleaning chemicals that we were going to have access to that we have never heard anything more about since we got the system installed, but other than that, the system has been working just like it's supposed to.

RainSoft's sales rep was very good. We spent one and a half hour in the kitchen while he did his thing and we listened. There was a dialogue and a presentation during that time. We got the water system, the extra filter system for under the sink in the kitchen to get the best water possible, and the air purifier system. For the installation, the tech came here, installed all the gear, and explained how the system worked. Then I signed some papers, warranty stuff, and he left. Since we got the system, the water is much better and softer. Everything that we wanted to achieve, we achieved.

I don't like RainSoft's soap. You're supposed to dilute everything with the water, mix it, and wash clothes. It does nothing for the clothes. The clothes don't smell good and it doesn't seem like it cleans very well. When washing dishes with the dish soap, it doesn't do the job as well. Other than that, RainSoft has been good so far. My sister-in-law's kids have really bad eczema. They would cry when they put them in the bath. She bought the system and the bath experience is a little bit better. But t hasn't cleared up their eczema. I'd recommend RainSoft but not their soap products.

I used to live outside of Lansing and we desperately needed a water system there because our water was so full of iron. We went with RainSoft and we had a few bugs in the beginning but when the bugs were worked out, you could not beat our water. RainSoft cured all the problems that we were having. Then, I purchased a home in December, in Harbor Springs, and one day, one of the faucets didn't let water through. I also noticed when I would do dishes, they would have all sorts of white spots on them. So, I called RainSoft and had a new unit installed.

The RainSoft rep tested the water. He showed us how the water would be filtered through the little demonstration system. He took a reading with that meter as well to show us how hard the water was. I've been able to get my questions answered quickly. We purchased the water softener, as well as the RO system. I was told it would be three to four hours to install it. But they were quick, two hours at most. They came in fast and got out fast.

We got our system and it's is fine. Their people were great too. However, the guy who installed it said that somebody will come back out and explain to me how to take care of the system or what to do with it for the maintenance. A guy came back to install the alkaline water system but nobody came out to explain anything to me. I have no idea how to take care of the system at all. I emailed the guy that sold us the system but he never returned my email. I've been waiting. Other than that, the water quality is good. The drinking water doesn’t taste that great but I’m stuck with it.

RainSoft worked for our home. I've noticed the difference. The taste of water has improved and whenever you take a shower, your shampoo is different. It’s doing its job. I'm satisfied with the system.

The sales rep was fantastic. I'm a new homeowner so there have been people trying to come into the house to sell me stuff surprisingly frequently. But he has been the only one successful so far. The installers went over everything with me and made it very obvious the things I needed to pay attention to, and when it was time to call them for anything. They did everything right. In addition to everything else, we got the drinking water setup, and now we have alkaline water right out of a dedicated tap which is even better because we don't have a fridge with a water line for getting water. And they put in an air purifying system into our HVAC as well, which has been nice.

The reps were first class. They were bending over backwards to answer any questions I had or any concerns. They were very cooperative, and looking at the water a second time, and making sure it was working right. They did a good job. Since having the RainSoft system installed, washing things, taking showers and the taste of the water are nicer all the way around.

The sales rep came out and did his assessment. We liked what he had to say when he showed up. They had an opening within the week. The system was installed after five days. The people that came into the home are very professional and courteous. We're happy with the installation, the system and the water. Everything has been going well. The water feels softer and it tastes better. We don't have any of that white residue on our faucets.

I saw what was in our water such as magnesium, chlorine, and calcium deposits and those are going through our refrigerators, washer/dryer, dishwasher, showers, pipes and hot water tank. All those different things resonated with me as far as the longevity of our household appliances and increasing them up to 70%. I also wanted to have clean water to drink after seeing all that chlorine in there with the test strips.

The company that did the sampling of our water called me and told me the results. They said, “If you don't mind, could we come and do a more extensive water test from your kitchen faucet?” I agreed. The fact of the matter was all my clothes are red and so are all my sinks, bathtubs, and everything. I have such high iron content. I've known for years that we needed to do something. My husband and I talked about it. We got RainSoft and it's a great product. I love it. The only thing wrong with it is it is very expensive.

The customer service with RainSoft was very good. I don't know anything about changing the salt though and I'm going to have to call them and ask them how to do it and learn about that. But other than that, the system is fine.

The rep did the water test, told me my readings and what it would cost to get a system. I've had it for two months now and I've added one bag of salt to it. Our skin feels better, our water looks, feels and tastes better. RainSoft is great. Buy one.

When their team came out, their presentation seemed very knowledgeable. Since having the RainSoft system installed, I can feel the difference in the water and the taste, too.

The installation was super quick. RainSoft had three master plumbers out here and did everything exactly the way it should have been done properly, and it was easy. Since having the system, the water quality is way better. We had super hard water and heavy metals were apparent in our water. All of those things are being filtered out now, which is amazing. I have a great peace of mind for my two-year-old who obviously shouldn't be consuming heavy metals at her age. We also got the soaps and shampoos, too and we've had a great experience with those. I was a little bit skeptical that they wouldn't work as well as maybe other chemicals but they do.

We purchased a RainSoft system before at our other house. The city has really hard water, and we missed the soft water that we had before. We got a new one and the installation was excellent as before.

I got RainSoft because of all the great reviews that the salesperson provided to me in addition to the great customer service, and the quickness. The install was seamless. The people were seamless.

My whole system has been out of use for some time before I reapplied but I've had RainSoft before so I know that it’s a good product. The reps were pleasant and informative. Now that I have the system, I like the texture of the water. It’s soft and gives you a smooth bath. Also, the taste is better. It's more pleasant.

Once RainSoft came and verified how hard our water was, we decided to go with buying the product. I have the E5, and the reverse osmosis inside. The only thing I have to do is buy the salt pellet once every three to four months and put them in the container. We can drink the water even from the faucet and our skin is softer. I will definitely recommend RainSoft.

We liked the presentation from RainSoft that we had when the guy came out and did the water test. Then, the guys who installed it were great at the work that they did and explaining how to work it, and how to wash it and it cleans itself, as well as how to maintain it and whatnot. It is a massive difference in the water taste and the softness of the water. It's holding up to what it was explained to us and to its end of the bargain.

Our RainSoft product softens the water and we doesn't use much detergent. It's great.

Mike had an excellent presentation. He answered our questions, but it was not a high-pressure sales technique. We called him the next week and said, "Go ahead with it." It was within three weeks. We asked Mike if the water softener would clear up my husband's dry skin. And he hasn't had any trouble since we put in the system. Also, we use less soap. And like Mike told us, the water deposits would still be there, but they wipe off. We love it.

The rep was awesome. He tested the water and he was very thorough when it came to knowledge and describing the pH and the parts per million of particles that were in the water. It was very thorough and I appreciated it. I'm 100% satisfied with the system.

We get clean water with RainSoft. We can tell a big difference between drinking, taking a shower, and clothes coming out cleaner.

A gentleman set up a home interview then the company sent out Ivan, the sales rep. He was really sure of the product and he has faith in RainSoft. Somebody who has faith in their product can sell anything. Since we got the unit installed, there's been a difference in the feel and taste of the water. There's also a difference in my clothes and my hair. My fiancé has noticed that my hair doesn't feel as dry and I came to discover that I don't like the taste of water anywhere else now.

The sales guy did a good job. The installation took a few hours. It was quick considering the installers had to trench. We're glad to not have to buy bottled water to drink anymore. Except for my husband, we all have sensitive skin. So, we have less itchy, dry skin. We have little kids, so we wanted to make sure they're bathing in clean water.

We had the dual tank water softener in the garage and we also had under the counter oxygenator installed for drinking water. We've had a serviceman come out one time for regular service and it's been excellent.

I had very dirty well water. I went to Home Depot and the same day, somebody from RainSoft called me. The sales rep was excellent. He explained everything like he'd been doing it for 20 years. The installation was done in a couple of hours. The installer was very friendly and excellent. The whole experience was perfect. I honestly never want to shower or drink anything from anywhere again. It’s that clean. I recommended RainSoft to all my neighbors already.

Before, the water was considerably hard in this particular area, and RainSoft just softened it up considerably. I just haven't kept up with it as well as I should. I've only had it for a couple of months. I'm going to call the people and have them come out and do a last check of it.

The salesman knew exactly what he was talking about. The installation went pretty smoothly as well. The crew came in and did their job. Since having the system, the water tastes much better. We've had it inspected a couple different times by different people and another guy came out to retest the water. Everybody has been very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.

RainSoft did a full test. Rich, the sales rep, was really cool, very thorough, and friendly. Changing of salt has been easy so far. Since having it, we now have softer water.

We previously owned a water treatment system and knew what we wanted and RainSoft offered it. The installation was a little bit more complicated. The guy didn't initially want to put in the water alarm if there's a leak thinking we won't need that. Sure enough, it was leaking by the end of the night. We had to call and talk them through how to get it right. Then the initial installation was put in a place that was really inaccessible for the installer and not convenient for us as homeowners, so they had to come back and move it. I really felt bad for them that they didn't take into account the homeowners when they installed the first time. But we're happy with the product, and we've talked to people about getting it. The things that we experienced, they took care of it.

RainSoft did a presentation at my home. They had their apparatus and did a bunch of testing at different points. They had some informational pieces and a couple of videos. We had a discussion session and back and forth questions then we purchased a drinking water system. The installer made some drilling into the ceiling in the basement. He explained what he would do and that he would patch it. He was pretty professional. Now, I’m not worried too much about my seven-year-old getting his water whenever he needs a drink.

The rep I worked with was awesome. He showed me all the toxicity in the water that I thought was clean. He really spelled it out for me and made sure I understood. He answered any questions that I had. I love my RainSoft. The water and even my coffee taste better. I feel clean in the shower and my dishes come out really clean from the dishwasher. There are no spots or anything, which I love.

We had a system when we bought a new house but I didn't know if it was working properly. RainSoft sent a salesman and they said the system was an old system. They were gonna give me credit for it and put in a new one. I had to pay a little more and asked if that was fine. I was like, "All right, whatever." So far, the system has been perfect and it's working fine. They had good customer service. The only thing I had problems with was setting up to get the payment in. I tried so many times and they finally accepted it.

I recently tried to contact RainSoft because the arrangement that we have is, once the salt level drops to a certain level, they would come out and fill it out for us for free the first go. So, I called four different numbers. I called one on the receipt that they gave me when I bought it, and it didn't work. It was out of order. Then I called their 1800 number and finally got somebody, but I was told I called the wrong number. It made me feel like I was not able to make a phone call properly, which was rather not very exciting. It was difficult getting in touch with them and the person I talked to was very indifferent about the whole discussion. She sounded like she really didn't care and gave me a you-know-what about what I was trying to say. She was like, "Do you want the appointment or not?" It was like, "Dude, you're an idiot for calling the wrong number."

I had a great experience with the sales rep and the installer was very efficient. We love the system from RainSoft. We don't have a bunch of crud in our water anymore.

The gentlemen that did the initial testing were really informative and the people they sent to follow up and install the system were very helpful. Another group came after that because they had to build a dry well for the filtration system to flush out because I didn't want to hook it up to my internal pipe and those guys were great. The experience with RainSoft couldn't be better. Since having the system, I haven't seen black sediments come in the water and I've noticed that the water tastes different. I no longer use bottled water. Also, they were kind enough to plug an additional filter system for the water osmosis system. They piped it into my refrigerator and my fridge now no longer uses the internal filter.

I like the Rainsoft product. However, the finance company that I was set up with, Aqua Finance, is a debt collecting company. There are reviews on there where they've put liens on people's houses. They didn't put a lien on my house for the system because I would have told RainSoft to come and get the system back. I called Aqua Finance because there was a misunderstanding with the bill. I was told in the beginning that the bill would start in January 10th. Then, when they called, they said, "No, the bill will be taken February 10th." They wound up taking the bill on January 10th. So, I called them back and went through the rigmarole again with them and I took off the autopay out of their system.

The salesperson was really good at what he did. He did a water quality test, showed us a bunch of information, and it was something we were looking into and it sounded like a good thing for us. The only thing is we've been in a mess with Aqua Finance who RainSoft financed us through. We like to pay cash for things and we said we'd like to wait until March. The rep said, "I can get you the system here today and we can defer your payments and Aqua Finance will finance you." The unit itself was $7,400. He said we'll owe $7,400 and we could pay it before March. That's not what happened at all. It was Aqua Finance who opened an account through a credit union for us. So, we have an account through Aqua Finance, an account through the credit union, and it's a higher price.

The installation was fast. The tech answered any questions we had. The difference since having the system installed has been 100%, even on my skin, appliances and everything. It feels like I have lotion after I'm done using the water. It feels like I gotta keep using it thinking that I have soap still on my skin. That's how soft it leaves my skin.

The rep answered all my questions without going round and round. Everything was all inclusive including digging up the yard and running the pipe under the driveway. They had the installation done in half a day.

Beware of sales representative TIM **. I had just moved into my home. I decided to purchase a new Rainsoft Water System. The rep informed me he could help me save $ with a radiant barrier installed in my attic; and I would not be charged any labor. I wrote a check for $18,972. Later found out the job could have been completed for a lot less. Don't trust Tim **. He robbed me blind, and I am a disabled veteran! Shame on you Rainsoft for hiring this crook!

Water here is very hard and it leaves spots and marks. I bought a tabletop filter hooked up to my faucet for my drinking water. And I love that machine. I've had it for 10 years. But I kind of wanted something else for the whole house. When RainSoft came, the reps explained to me that their system makes alkaline water. It doesn't do ionized water. I don't know if it's just me or if it's just the water, but it leaves an aftertaste and I don't like it. So I may just hook up my other machine.

The guy came out, explained everything and did a test. The next week, we were filtering our water. RainSoft’s system got rid of the sulfur smell and we had a small amount of soft water when the reps tested it. The filtration system made our water softer.

The rep opened our eyes to the water that we were dealing with before. The installation of the system went really well. With it, you can tell my water is cleaner. You could just drink the water now.

Louis, the salesperson, came and we started talking. He presented himself very well and then after that, I asked him to put on a mask. He said yes politely. When we spoke, he asked a lot of questions and I answered because I totally understand that you need to ask questions to understand who you're dealing with. He found out about my finances and what type of water treatment I needed. He presented me with options and did a great job from presenting to conclusion. The price was too high for me so the manager called. They didn't want to lose my business and we worked something out, and we were happy. Then Neil, another rep, called me and I got the system for the right price. Everybody was great. I loved it. RainSoft is the second company that I worked with in my life here in the United States that I'm extremely satisfied with. Since having the system, the water and my skin are soft.

We liked RainSoft's system and the presentation. Their rep Jason was a very congenial man. He answered questions and gave a lot of information. Even though we knew how systems worked, it was nice to get refreshed. The installers were very nice. The regeneration time of our system is quieter compared to previous experiences. The water feels and tastes a little better.

The technicians did a great job. They had the system installed and they told us how it functioned and how it's always got water in the tank. We have the air purifier as well, and both systems are working very well. RainSoft water is really good, especially when it's cold. My wife and I noticed a big taste difference, so we love the system. We have a cockatiel and even our bird likes this water. She drinks a lot more water than she used to. RainSoft also calls and asks if we need anything. They're doing a good job.

The installation was perfect. The tech was really great. We're satisfied up to this point. One of our sons has some skin eczema and we can definitely tell the difference so far.

Working with the rep from RainSoft was a decent experience. The presentation was very informative and the installation went well. Since having the system, I noticed that my tap water tastes better and t makes my skin feel better. We like the idea of having the system and it's still new to us. But so far, we're satisfied with it.

The tech who installed was very professional and courteous. He answered all our questions, showed us how to program the system and what we had to do if something went wrong with it. I would recommend him or anybody with RainSoft to my friends or family. Since having the system installed, there's been a big difference. Our skin was really dry and now when I rub it, it's smoother. Also, I don't see any build-up around my sink or spigots where water comes out. As of right now, I'm having the best experience since living in a house.

They were very understanding. Whenever I made my appointment, the sales team was very punctual. The installation team was very punctual as well. They did not mind me asking all the questions I needed to and did not leave until I was satisfied with the information I had. When we first got the house, the water was hard. Whenever we washed our hands, it felt like it was rubbing a stone in my hand. It felt like my skin wanted to repel the water. Now, my shirt feels cleaner and my hands feel softer. My wife is a nurse and she can come home and have absolutely no problems about washing her scrubs after being with a COVID patient. She knows it's going to come out just as good as new. Also, the rice I make almost tastes sweeter.

We had really hard water before so we were having to replace fixtures all the time. The installation of the RainSoft system was fantastic. We had a bit of a challenging installation as we live out in the country on hard clay soil. So, they were gonna have to dig a French drain. The attitude of the techs was fantastic. It was, “Well, whatever you need us to do, we're going to do.” It was a professional-looking installation and I have utmost satisfaction in the job they did. We have soft water so the water feels different. There's a lot of systems that you can buy that cost less, but the RainSoft product is a premium one and it's going to give us years of service.

The installation of my RainSoft system was easy and quick. Since having it, I've had soft and consumable water. I'm pretty happy with it.

Their rep Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He knew his stuff. The installation wasn't the neatest but it was effective. Since then, the taste of the water is different. My coffee is stronger and my body is smoother. Knowing you came out of the shower, you looked like you were kicking flour because of all of the stuff on your legs. You don't see that anymore. So, I don't even have to lotion if I don't want to. My hair itself is softer with or without the conditioner.

I like RainSoft's system. Before, our water was poor and now, it’s clear. To maintain it, we check the salt level and take the test kit once a month.

The service guys from RainSoft were very good. The system is functioning exactly as it was advertised. I work out at a gym and I take a shower there and my skin feels extremely dry from their watering system. When I come home or when I shower at home, I don't have the same feeling. The water tastes good. It tastes better than it would have if it was just the standard water we were drinking. Right now, the system goes through salt very slowly. We haven't had to buy any salt since we bought it. So, it's better than just a standard soft water treatment system. The system was very expensive, but happy wife, happy life.

The water was not drinkable out of the faucet before we had the RainSoft system installed but it is now and the ice in the ice maker is much better. We were able to save money on bottled water. We'll buy it for trips but we can drink it right at the tap here or out of the hose. Also, my skin is dry and usually, in the wintertime, my back is very itchy. And now it's not. We’re happy with the RainSoft system. Having a water treatment system has long term benefits in the plumbing system in the house. We found the one issue and hopefully, there are no others.

The customer service has been over the top. The lady that came out and spoke with me was amazing. The woman in the office worked with me, and she was great. Also, the gentleman that came out and put the system in was fabulous. We were having some massive weird water problems right after and I thought that it could have been the system causing some problems with my water. The gentleman came back out to check on everything and the issue was something else. I did a review for him and the company because he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fixed and figured out.

We're new to the area, and the testing results were significantly poor. We were told by the real estate agent that we needed a water softener, but we did not understand the healthiness of it. I've heard a couple of sales pitches, but the person that I bumped into in Home Depot that was doing a survey and introducing RainSoft was very honest-looking, authentic and could answer my questions. I decided to go with them, and when we had the salesperson come out and do the testing, he was also very good and honest. We trusted them, and from beginning to end, we were very impressed. I enjoy the water softener very much too. It has done very well, and we are relieved and very happy to have clean water.

My dad used to have RainSoft. I had bought all this high-quality Moen stuff for my shower 10 years ago. I had to replace it all because it was just all pitted. Florida water sucks. We had some problems in the very beginning. When they were doing some plumbing underneath my sink, my garbage disposal got damaged, but they went out there and got a new one and replaced it. I ended up using my personal plumber and they were okay with that. RainSoft took care of that.

We got RainSoft beginning of December because the city water is horrible. The Rainsoft reps were good. The installation was okay, as well. Now the water is much better than before. It tastes better and it's softer on the skin. It also doesn’t have any odor like before.

It was a great experience with RainSoft. They were very nice. The sales guy came to the house and he was really cool. I have a skin condition called ichthyosis. Naturally, my skin is very dry. Now, RainSoft helps that because the water isn't as hard. My skin is doing quite better now. Then we can also drink from the tap. I appreciate their service.

We met with the sales reps of RainSoft and they've made a good pitch. We've looked into the alternates and we were pleased with going with RainSoft. We really loved RainSoft. We've had a great experience so far. I feel like we've had it long enough now that everything's through the pipes in the system. We're really starting to see the benefits of it. Now, we're noticing our skin is much softer and nicer. I feel like my hair is softer and better too.

Everything was great and I'm very satisfied with RainSoft.

Rainsoft did the treatment tests and they were showing us exactly what our water looks like when it came to the chemicals in it. Everything has gone really well from the sale. They told us if we needed any assistance with the products that they could send a technician out pretty quickly and have them look at the system. If it needed to be fixed or a part needed to be replaced, they would do it right away.

The sales rep was a salesman. He could talk, but was very polite, tactful and outgoing. He had a great personality. He didn't overkill anything. The installation guy was very quiet. Whenever he was done, he showed my husband how the system worked. Initially, we were told that it was going to take approximately X amount of time, but it took a little bit longer. But I was okay with that because he did fabulous work. Everything was tight, secure and very neat.

The dude was a really good salesman. He just came over and spent a very long time here and talked me into it. I wasn't really in the market for it. There have been three or four people that have come out over the course of getting the system, and they have all been very knowledgeable and friendly. It has been a pretty good experience so far. It took a while for the tap water, for the thing under the sink, to make the water taste good. It tasted bad for a little while. But finally, all the water flushed through it and now it tastes awesome and I love it. And showering and cleaning, I've noticed that it leaves less spots and it's easier to clean things. I feel the whole thing is expensive. But it lasts supposedly forever. It’s a one-time purchase. I love it.

The purchase process was pleasant and the installation was perfect. The crew had to have somebody come out and check on the system's computer. RainSoft is working great so far. It's a good buy.

The sales rep gave us time to deliberate and decide if we really wanted to do the system. When we tried testing our water, we could see the little pieces of calcified materials in there, and so since having RainSoft, it's been completely clear. It's very low maintenance and it's made our water quality so much better where we don't even have to buy bottled water. We're extremely satisfied. We've talked to a couple of our relatives that have well water and hard water and they're considering it.

RainSoft came and did the demonstration and we liked it. Since having it, our water tastes better. Also, the customer service has been perfect. The lady that we were dealing with was very helpful.

Our sales guy or the install was such a down to earth person. Everything was very simple to do and he made it easy to understand. I don't deal with water complexity stuff every day. I understood how the product worked and the whole three buttons that I have to work with. RainSoft is top-notch. Now, my water is not yellow anymore, so my bathtub stays white, and it's kinda nice.

RainSoft put a water softener in the house, and they did a nice job. Nathan was my sales rep and he was a good guy. The installation went very smoothly. It took them about an hour. Everything seems to be cleaning up. The system is working well.

We took the offer from Home Depot to get the free water analysis and it was a pleasant experience. The rep took a little bit more time with us than he needed to. I like the system quite a bit. It seems to be very low maintenance, which is nice. It's working fine, so I'm pleased with the quality.

RainSoft did a pretty good job. The sales guy is the whole reason I got the system. I like how the water feels since installing it. I also like the taste of it a lot better.

The lady who came to my house and presented RainSoft made us feel like we needed the product. Everything went smoothly with the installation. But I would like an update or for somebody to stop by since we had it for a while now, and to make sure everything is still the same and I'm getting what I would ask for. A tech did come by and test the product when he first built it, but I wanna make sure that we're still getting the same thing now that we're nine months in. I wanna see how good my water is. But there's an improvement in the taste of the water. It looks better because I wasn't necessarily comfortable with the look of what I had before. So that's good.

I interviewed several people and the RainSoft rep was the only one who was actually honest with me. RainSoft was very good. We liked the water. It’s good quality.

Paul was great. He came out and did a pretty comprehensive water check. He tested the levels of the water and he was very informative. RainSoft was quick to come out and install everything. I had the full house water filtration system installed as well as the one that goes under the kitchen sink. Since installing the system, my water definitely tastes a lot better. Also, the dishes come out cleaner. There's not as much buildup.

The process went without a flaw. The guy explained everything. He took his time and showed us the equipment. When the techs came to install the system, it was excellent. They did their job. And then, I had them change the spigot 'cause I wanted a copper one. The installer tried to find me one which he couldn't. It was nice of him to go out of his way to try to locate one. I found a copper spigot and called RainSoft to see if they could install it. I was thinking I would have to pay them but they installed it for free. I loved it. I'm telling my friends about it. People should get a water softener 'cause of the way our hands and skin feel by having a water softener in here. We could tell the difference.

The rep and the techs were good guys. The system is of good quality. It makes my water nicer.

Everybody who came out was good. The techs came with a truck and they were gonna put the system outside the house. They looked around to see where it was best to put it. They ended up putting it on my back porch. They were courteous and they spoke to me and my husband. Our water is much softer and feels much better on our skin. We could taste that. They hooked up the faucet part for us to drink water from also.

First visit by technician was on time and listened to what I needed. Second technician the next day was prompt and finished within 3 hours. Installation was professional looking. System use was easily explained. Product has provided exemplary soft water since installation. No issues with equipment after two weeks use. Could not be more pleased with how this turned out. No more stinky water for me. I highly recommend Rain Soft to take care of your hard water problems.

I needed a filter and the RainSoft guys started talking about that. After I saw the test, it was really the option that I needed. The system installation went fast. The water that we're having is really good. RainSoft is great and I enjoyed my experience with them.

Everything has been good. My family and I are really enjoying the water installation. The technician was very good. He went through all the demo. The guy who did the installation was very good too. They took me through the process very well. I'm happy with the system. I like everything about it in terms of the softness when taking my baths. Most importantly, I like the value for money. But RainSoft's marketing is not really strong. We had to physically go in to ask for any water softener and alkaline water provider. So if RainSoft is out there visible, then that would prompt more consumers to want to purchase the product.

I'm satisfied with the water softener system. I love the water. The water is great.

I had a very nice sales guy and a wonderful installer. He was on time and he got everything done in a timely manner. RainSoft is a good quality system and I love it. It really helps a lot. Our water had a horrible smell to it and I kept having allergies. With the water system in place, my allergies have cleared up. The soap bubbles too and the laundry comes out faster.

Our water was too hard and it would leave stains. With Rainsoft, it feels nicer now and there are fewer stains. Everything went pretty well. Our sales rep was really nice and our installation guy was fine as well.

RainSoft should make sure that their people who install know what they are doing. Other than that, RainSoft is great. I could tell a difference when I'm just using the water in general. I haven't had to use as much soap when I'm showering and my kids don't complain about drinking out of tap anymore. Also, we don't use a lot of water, which is great. So our salt intake is still full. And there is not a lot of upkeep that we need to do.

The presentation went really well. They were on time and their rep Paul was very good. He was so sweet and informative. It seemed like he wasn't just selling. There's definitely a difference between someone saying, "Oh, buy this because I need the commission." and someone saying, "No, this is how this will affect you. This is what improvements will be made." I liked it because it seemed as though RainSoft was something that he also used.

The rep was great. Seeing the difference from the treated water and what I was using. And when I tasted it, I drank the treated water, I was like, “Oh my God. Yes, I have to do this.” The guys that went and installed the system were awesome. I’m pretty happy with it.Since having the system, my skin is softer and my hair is different. Whenever I wash my daughter's hair too, it’s a huge difference.

I was having issues every time I'd get out of the shower. The itching would be so bad. It was painful every day. It was bad enough that I didn't want to take a shower for three or four days. RainSoft checked the water and found that it had three times the chlorine that it should have. So, they put the filter in there that knocked the chlorine down. The installers were local dudes and they were super nice guys. We had plenty to talk about and a lot in common. And it was just a good time.

You have to do RainSoft. The installer was great. He explained everything and he was quick. Before, my water sucked. My wife didn't like it. Now it's great. She can brush her teeth and drink her coffee. She's a happy camper now.

The rep was very knowledgeable and had a lot of good information for us. He was here on Friday, and they were out here Saturday morning putting the system in. They were on the ball and Johnny-on-the-spot. They spent all day that Saturday putting it in with two guys. And they did an excellent job. They drilled a little purification tap by the sink faucet in the kitchen. That way, we can get pure water out of that. Because these old faucets are so crusty until we get them replaced.

A lady came over, did the demonstration, and couldn’t believe the water that I was drinking. Even filtered, it was still nasty. We fell in love with the system right from the get-go. The water tastes better, keeps our clothes better, and gets me cleaner in the shower. It is a 900 times difference.

We liked the reputation and the history of RainSoft as being quality. The installation was perfectly fine. I just checked the salt just today. It's still high. Other than that, it's just making sure that I have clear access to where the system is and that's it for now. I got used to the touch and feel of it. We could feel the difference over time, but it is just normal. If you want a quality product, and if it's important for what you are putting on your body or in your stomach, I would certainly consider a water softener for your health. And I would recommend RainSoft to anyone that asks.

We just moved into a new house and it had a well. And while we knew the quality of the well water was good, it was still cloudy. We’ve had whole house water filter systems previously, and wanted to look into something. And when we went to Home Depot, we found information on RainSoft. Everybody was very kind, cooperative, and informative. We couldn't have had a better experience. The water is certainly clearer and much softer. I'm sure it's much healthier for us too. So, we’re pleased.

The RainSoft rep came and he was nice and patient. We had a great experience with him as well as the guy who came to install. They were very well-behaved and professional. So, they’re definitely an asset. Even if your product is very good, people will not listen to you if you don't have the right people to present it. It's always the people skills that matter. Those two were exceptional. Things were explained very clearly even in terms of payments. It was a great experience. We just let the installer into the basement. He did it in half an hour and he was all done. So, it was very quick. The water is softer. It takes more time to wash. But we don't use Brita anymore. So, we're consuming water off the tap.

The guy was very professional. He explained to me and had a lot of data about the type of chemicals that they use. Because the water table is so shallow, a lot of chemicals get siphoned into the water table. They do basic filtration and they just dump chlorine and other chemicals in there to purify it and make it drinkable. When I agreed to do it, they came out in a couple of days and they installed the system and tested it. They came back, tested the water again, and explained everything to me again. They were very straight up.

RainSoft offered a gift card to have our water tested and then the sales guy talked us into it. The installer was here the next day. He was really nice, and in and out. Since having the system, my white dog is actually whiter and less crusty, water tastes a lot better, and hair is softer.

We did the water testing and we sent it back. Someone called us regarding the water testing. Somebody can come out, explain the results, then talk about a possible solution. And that was how we came across RainSoft. We run the dishwasher on a weekly basis. There are no water droplets left on there. It's very clean. Even showering and bathing, the softness of the water, we could tell there's a difference. But sometimes, maybe we are using a little more water because we think that we still have soap on our bodies because it feels so soft. We added the alkaline to the water. We didn't know that we needed to flush it, but once we reached out to our the salesperson, they mentioned we need to run it first. Because it tasted different and we didn't like it. I considered having my husband to call to try to remove it. But once they said to flush it, it worked perfectly. The water tastes good. My entire family is enjoying our RainSoft well.

RainSoft has a good price and the purchase was fine. They went through their whole testing and promotion and that was fine, too. It was a little long for me though ‘cause I knew what he was doing. The installation went very well. The service technicians were very good and did what they needed to do. The thing I really noticed was that when we make coffee in the morning, I used to get indigestion. It might be something else medically with me, but as soon as we changed over to the water filtration, that disappeared. Now I’m enjoying my cup of coffee in the morning. We have it for the whole house, so we feel a little bit cleaner when showering and washing, as well.

We had to reschedule our first water test with RainSoft for when my wife was there. But everything went smooth. Seeing the water test and how the mini filter that they hooked up, how clean it was compared to our water running through it, that alone was enough to be, "Yeah, we need to do something." The water straight out of the tap tastes better and we can feel the difference with the showers.

I had one salesperson from RainSoft and the conversation started okay. The schedule time was good. It was communicated that the presentation would be for half an hour, but it went for more than two hours. But the installer did whatever he needed to do. Only thing, he installed the ultra light that is exactly behind the humidifier filter. Because my furnace is on for heating, I’m not able to increase the humidity level inside the house. It looks like it is exactly behind the humidifier filter. Because any light will emit the heat, it’s possible that it is drying out the water that is routed through the filter. That needs to be corrected. The salesman told me that he’s going to come after one month. He called me but we had our Diwali festival in the first week of November. I mentioned that he can come after Diwali. But Diwali is gone, and one month passed, I still didn’t hear anything from the sales representative.

When I moved here, I want to start afresh. RainSoft called us from Home Depot and they wanted to come and show me something. So I said, “Yeah, sure.” The company did an awesome presentation job. It wasn't just, the rep came and said, “Hey, taste this water and taste this one.” He explained what the whole water process and how the city cleans it and what we're drinking. It was very helpful. He could sell you anything. He was very patient. He answered all my questions. I had to go because I was working. He ran over his time and he wrapped it up quickly. He understood. It wasn't like he got frustrated because he had to cut his presentation in half. And the guy convinced me because at the time it was not in the budget. I buy a lot of bottled water. Not only will it save me time and money, but I wouldn't have to be worried all the time about the water I use for cooking.

The consultation with the rep went unbelievably well. We have a sales rep company and we'd hire him in a second. He had a little presentation on his iPad. It wasn't like one of those boring ones. He referred to it when the subject came up and had a lot of little stories. He was very well-informed about the system. The installation was very quick and they ran through the whole system with us. We had hard water buildup all over the counters before we had RainSoft but we don't have that anymore. The clothes are better. They seem to be cleaner.

We have been aware of the current water situation in our country and in the couple of places we have lived in recent years. So we looked into RainSoft and we liked the presentation and what it brought to us. So, we went for it. After having it for a month or two, we are very happy with the result and the quality of the water. In bathing and cleaning ourselves, it has been a lot better and nicer on our skin. Not as dry. And it feels like it’s weighted down from whatever was in the water before. Also, our drinking water is great. We used to have a cooler where we had five gallon jugs, and we have gotten rid of that. We just use our little tap in the kitchen. So, that's great. And we have also noticed that cleaning has been a lot easier.

We've had RainSoft now for a while and we've been very happy with it. It uses the salt and the dechlorinator. RainSoft also offered a $25 Home Depot gift card, which I did get. The install happened immediately, too.

We had an older system and then we had to replace it. The individual explained everything and installed it. With this newer system, I don't have to replace the salt as much. The water is soft.

We bought both the clothes washer system and the softener with the three tanks from Sunrun and setting up the system was nice and simple. The rep was efficient about it and it’s still going good. At first, you see the big difference and now, you don't notice a difference. But if you go back to the old system, you would see a big difference. It's one of those things that you get acclimated to.

The RainSoft water test consultant came out to my house. He was able to explain the chemistry, how it works, what the install would consist of, and why it worked. And the demonstration with the chemicals, he compared it to my pool water. He did a very thorough job and was very personable. The techs were significantly challenged to install it because of the way the water comes into the home and everything. They went above and beyond. I went through a lot of bottled water because I didn't like the taste of the tap water. But I don't do that anymore. I also no longer filter my pet water or coffee water. I also noticed a significant difference in the feel with the different soaps. Stop drinking bottled water and having to recycle all that plastic. It's gonna pay for itself. Take a look at it if you don't like the taste of your water. It's amazingly different.

I'm very pleased with the function of the equipment but I got ripped off as part of the sales presentation. We were told that a perk in buying the system was we would get free soap and household cleaning materials for the next years. But when we went on, it was a misrepresentation. What RainSoft gave us was points to use on purchases with a cap. So, it was like buying triple price cleaning materials and getting half price off on them and still spending more than double than you would in the store. We were very displeased about that.

The guy came, showed me the amount of junk in my water, talked to me about the different products RainSoft had, and I picked the stuff I wanted. I have the drinking water filters put in under my kitchen sink and the water treatment system that's in my garage. Also, I've been using all of RainSoft's products and I love them. I use a lot less soap, and I don't have to buy fabric softener. My skin and hair are better. I don't use a bunch of conditioner and junk in my hair. Their cleaning products are awesome. And just cleaning with fresh, clean, pure water makes a huge difference.

The guy came, gave us the demo, we were convinced to purchase the system and we went through it. The installers knew what they were doing and it was all good. I found RainSoft as a very good product. It has had a lot of difference. The skin dryness were our most common issues. My daughter has eczema and she no more complains about being dry. She also used to complain about the clothes. It is a bit expensive when it is compared with other brands. I wish they could work out the prices. Otherwise, it's 100% good. I recommended RainSoft to my knowns and friends.

RainSoft called the one day, then came the same day and installed it then. It was a lot faster than I thought it would. We had two little kids running around and the tech would always let us take care of the kids quickly. Or if we had a question, he would be able to answer anything. He was a nice guy. We got the salt bin downstairs and the drinking water one underneath the kitchen sink. We also got that UV one that goes into the furnace.

We're very pleased with the way we were treated and with how everything was done. RainSoft cleaned up beautifully after themselves. When everything with the installation was completed, everything was explained to us. We use the system very happily. We have the extra faucet now on our sink and we get the drinking water and the water that I cook with from there. It's convenient. Now that I have adjusted to the difference in taste, I'm pleased with the taste of the water.

We had a bit of an issue with the installation. Some people showed up to my house when they weren't supposed to and tried to open my gates. My pregnant wife saw it on a video camera and freaked out. Aside from that, it was good. You feel a difference in the water.

The guy from RainSoft that came out was nice. The water tastes 1,000% better. We also noticed a difference in using the soap because it doesn't take as much as it used to. Our skin feels better, too.

I was at Home Depot and the presentation that was given was thorough, and I thought that RainSoft was a good product. I feel silky smooth after I'm done with a shower. Also, the clothes are much softer after a wash. Also, my eczema flare ups are less severe. I like the rinse off products as well. The soap works very well with the treatmeant of the water. The system is flawless in terms of the repairs. The reps came out and fixed the salt level, because they said it was a little high. So, that was really good.

We have the RainSoft system hooked up in our garage with a line through the wall to our hook-up to the city. The installer gave us a full explanation of the system and walked us through all the different aspects of it once it was completed. He was pretty efficient. He just got right at it and worked at it. Since we had the system installed, the water tastes good and we use less cleaning products when we're doing anything. The only downside is that my wife has to find the right hair product. Whatever she uses doesn't really come out of her hair well because of the softness of the water. But in her words, "That's a small price to pay for all the other benefits we have with them."

Maintaining the RainSoft system is basically nothing. I just add salt. With the system, the water is clean when I take a shower. Also, it's better to use the recommended soap for RainSoft products. Additionally, if you get the washing detergent system, you don’t need to get detergent for your house.

Everything was good with the installation. The guys were very nice. Now that we have the system, the water tastes better.

The rep who did the water test was very upfront, honest, and not pushy. The guy who installed my system blocked the access to my sprinkler system. I called and RainSoft was like, "We'll have him come out and move it right away." He was supposed to come that week but he didn't come until I called a second time. And then he came the following week. So, it was three weeks that my sprinkler system was blocked which isn't a really big deal. But it was like I didn't care when he came. I wanted him to come sooner than later so it was a little aggravating. But other than that, it was fine and he was very polite. He apologized and moved the system.

We got a little packet in the mail from RainSoft asking for a water sample and I sent it back, and then they came out to do the testing, and then we got the system. Installation was done in under 24 hours from when the analyst came and they were in and out in under an hour. Everything was explained perfectly. It was great. Since having the system, the shower feels completely different. The laundry feels completely different. Drinking water is excellent. We won't drink anything anywhere else at this point. We're taking our water with us everywhere.

My water was not great and now that I got RainSoft, I got better water. It tastes better. It doesn't smell like chlorine like it was before. If you had the extra money hanging around, getting RainSoft is worth it.

Our water felt gritty and there was always a film in our tubs and the color of the water was brown. We got RainSoft and everything went smoothly with the installation. Now that we have the system, the color, the smell and the feel of the water is softer. Our clothes are cleaner, too. I feel, all around, our water's a lot better. It's a great service. I love it. You should get RainSoft. It will improve your water and will help keep your appliances running in the long-run. It's a great system.

When I moved in, there was a RainSoft set up already in the home and I just updated it. The representative I worked with was very nice. Since the upgrade, there's a huge difference because the feel of the water, the smell of my laundry and everything are different.

After doing the testing, we found that our water supply was crappy. It had a lot of chemicals and stuff in it or particles. With RainSoft, we noticed a difference in our skin that it's softer and it rinses out much better in the wash. My husband had a rash for years that he could never get to go away and it's gone. We love RainSoft. The installers were very knowledgeable and accommodating. We showed them where we wanted the system and they said they could put it there. They were good to work with.

I like RainSoft and I’m enjoying the system very much. The water is softer and seems cleaner. Brian, the installer, did a fantastic job. He was professional and efficient. He brought everything out and installed it. There was no wasted movement and he knew exactly what he was doing.

The RainSoft softener is great. My wife has eczema and that all went away ever since we started using it. The only thing that I'm not happy with is the air solution thing. Within the first week, a bulb went out in it and I haven't been able to figure out who to contact about the bulb or if I need to buy one or if that's under a warranty.

The installation of the RainSoft water treatment system took a little bit longer than I expected but it went fine, and things are hooked up and working well. Now, my eyes don’t burn in my shower and the water is a lot cleaner. I can drink the other water from the sink and it’s not disgusting.

We get lots of soapy bubbles now that we had their system installed and the commodes don't have the ring on them quite as much. Also, the water tastes good. We're drinking the water straight from the faucet so we save a lot from not buying water bottles. And we don't have to use as much shampoo anymore. The bottle lasts longer. We also got something for the laundry and I don't have to use as much laundry detergent now.

RainSoft's sales rep was awesome and their technicians were very professional. The guy that came out to do the install and went over the system with me was also great. However, there is the app that I have never been able to connect my phone with the part itself. So, I have no idea what I'm doing with that. It just sits down there and I wish it was easier to set up. But I use the system and my water feels cleaner. It tastes better and I know that there's not a ton of junk going into my body like there was before.

The installer was a very nice person, but he drilled the supports into the drywall and the next day, it fell out. So we had somebody come back out and drill it in the studs where it was supposed to be. But the guy who came out to fix the mounting issue needed to have been better prepared. He had no lumber with him at all. A pre-stage silt filter was mounted before the actual units themselves. It was installed in the drywall with just mollies. There was no stud in the middle. I had to go out in the garage and find him a piece of wood to screw into the studs so that he could mount the filter on the wood. It's not a big issue as far as I'm concerned because I happened to have the wood. But if I hadn't, then he’d have had to leave and go find some wood and come back, and the whole process would have gotten lengthened considerably. Other than that, he was professional. I had no problems with his attitude and the level of his workmanship.

I purchased a TC water softener from Florida Energy Water and Air. This water softener killed all of the grass between it and the where the water drains out to the sewer. Another tech was sent out that stated the first tech dug the discharge 2 feet deep when it is supposed to be at least 6 and that he had corrected the issue. My grass never regrew and the discharge pipe is constantly pushed out of the tube. When I scheduled another tech, they ghosted me and never showed, then the company scheduled me an appointment for two weeks out. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend. This product will kill your yard and Florida Energy Water and Air doesn’t care about helping you after they have your money.

The sales representative from Rainsoft was by far the greatest guy ever. He was spot-on. We had a major problem where our system was full of water. They came and fixed it. Now, it hasn't used any salt at all. We just figured this out the other day. We thought maybe it was just because sometimes you have to go in and hit it a little, but now, it's not even using any, so we are so confused. We went from loving this, and two days into it, it was nothing but water because the guy only put two bags of salt in it. So, they had to replace something. We have the whole house system. My hair and skin were horrible and we never drank water at all. Now, the water is definitely softer. My hair and my skin are better and we're drinking water.

There was a promotion at Home Depot and the rep I worked with didn't speak English very well so it was a little bit hard to understand her. I didn't even know what I was signing up for. Then, a representative from Quality came by and they did a little display kind of thing. The rep was really informative and the system is something we wanted and we were interested because our house is brand-new and the city has really hard water. Since having the system, the main thing that I've noticed is I don't have to use a squeegee to keep the shower clean anymore. The glass stays clean. Another thing is everybody's acne has cleared up.

The sales rep and the tech were fabulous. Since getting the system, our water tastes and cleans better.

RainSoft is great. We have pretty hard water and it was messing up things, including the showers and the coffeemaker. But since having the water system, taking a shower is a different experience. It doesn't take near as much soap. We're happy with the system. It cycles as needed so it doesn't use a lot of salt though. But I expected more salt to be used because I'm used to the system I had before where it always ran every night. So now, I have to remind myself to go check the level of salt too.

The salesman did a good sales pitch. He was a good salesman. Home Depot is working with the RainSoft people. Home Depot stands behind the product and they're good installers. So, it's all good. But I do want a follow-up visit because I want my water tested again and to check the system if it's working.

RainSoft's rep was well-mannered and he walked me through everything. But he said that he needed to put a sign out front for my house so that the men who came to install it would know where to go and I still have a sign. I had to call them to ask them to please take it. I feel like it was free advertising and I'm not impressed about that. Other than that, the installers did a great job. Before the heating element ring was starting to turn all white on my a brand-new dishwasher but now that's no longer the case. It's back to its original color. My bathtub and faucets are also a lot cleaner, plus I'm not getting the soap scum or the calcium buildup on the glassware. So, that's good.

We have the system with RainSoft where they put the stuff back in so you can drink the water and it tastes a lot better. Washing clothes is a lot easier and showering takes a little getting used to but you come out a lot cleaner. The dishwasher is a lot cleaner too and there are no streaks and smell. You should make sure though that you have a filter in your ice cube maker because we just moved in here and we don’t have an ice filter on it. I understand that the system takes all the stuff out but some reason, I don't have anything for the ice cube maker so it's not tasting very well. But other than that, everything's going good.

I had a representative that would come and service the equipment every two years. COVID came so everything got messed up. I called my representative but the person in charge retired. My system stopped working since early part of the year. And I thought, “Okay. I need to have this looked at.” So I went online and got another service rep. He came out and looked at the system. He said, “Okay. I recommend that you upgrade.” So we did. It was still RainSoft but they took the old system out and upgraded to a newer one. I have better water now. Because the old system stopped working because it's mechanical. After 20 years, technology changes. The tech always comes and changes the water filter for the sink in the kitchen.

BEWARE. Where do I start? The salesman. He came to the house to sell the Rainsoft equipment. He tried to also sell us his book and some steaks. We foolishly bought the water softener, the Airmaster, and the Cleanstart for washer. He wanted to have them come install that evening. We asked to wait until the next day at least. When they showed up to install, they did not have all the equipment and didn’t tell me until they had already started. During this installation, they ripped the door halfway off the dishwasher and hit the fridge, leaving a nice dent and scratch. They did reimburse us for the fridge door AFTER MIKE called us on a Saturday morning being extremely rude saying they didn’t want to pay. I had to call the main office for them to do something.

The price of the unit is considerably more than most other units out there. The system didn't do everything RainSoft said it would, but it helped. Also, the technician was great.

When we bought our home, RainSoft came and tested our water. They showed us exactly what was in the water and how we could fix it. And we bought the system. The water is the best water we can drink. A few of my friends have got the system because of my husband and I. And we were kidding around that we became water snobs because we carry our water bottles everywhere. We go to New York for Thanksgiving, and I was like, "Oh, shoot. This coffee just does not taste good without my water." So we love our system. Everyone should have one. It makes cleaning so much easier. We don't get that soap scum all around in our bathtub. Dishes don't get those water spots on them. We saved money because we don't need as much laundry detergent, shampoo and dish soap.

Home Depot sent out Scotty to test our water and he was from RainSoft. He was fantastic and we purchased a system from him. The only thing I had to do after the installation was to install an additional junction box to support the extra plugs that were coming off the units that I didn't know about. Other than that, I had no problems with the system. The original water I had has left water spots on everything. It had so much iron and it colored the outside of the house orange on the irrigation system. Within two weeks of having that water in the house, the toilets started turning brown. Once we got the RainSoft system, we had the toilets professionally cleaned out and the brown color hasn't come back since then.

The water is a lot better and we don't use much soap. And conditioning the water is a lot better.

RainSoft's reverse osmosis is great but the overall system is still a bit iffy. One of the main reasons why I wanted the RainSoft system was that I thought that would get rid of the red ring around the toilet. But it had gotten worse, which is weird. I also chose RainSoft for the simple fact that a friend of mine referred it. But I sort of wish I waited because in the subdivision that I had purchased through, the builder gave a promotion to all the new homeowners, which is way cheaper than RainSoft. I was in the process of planning to call Home Depot to see what are my options because with that, we get 12 months free and it's a fraction of the price. And it's exclusive to just us, so I'm having second thoughts. But I haven't heard anything from the person that was supposed to come back and do my follow-up and it's been over a month.

Here in Miami they play with the client and after he signs I know ... I bought to have alkaline water for my son with down syndrome and I received nothing. I signed on August 2, 2021 and to this date I have no water to drink and I continue to buy bottled water because the one that comes out through the filter has a strange taste. I almost have to start paying and I do not have the service for which I sign. Another case I have a video of the boss where I arrive an hour and a half late to the appointment saying, "** I do not return again," because it was the second time they went for the same trouble.

Before getting RainSoft, you can really smell the chlorine in the water. I had to boil it and put it in the refrigerator for it to work so we have drinking water. Since having RainSoft installed, the taste of the water is so much different. It doesn't have the aftertaste and I don't have to boil water. It's really nice. We're enjoying RainSoft. Also, the reps seem to be pretty nice and very friendly.

We have very good experiences with the sales team. The installation was quicker than normal. We had a really good and pleasant experience.

After 2 weeks in our home, tasted salt and chemicals in shower. No alarms on system to shoe anything wrong. Unbeknownst to us, our dogs had been drinking this water for days (lost taste due to Covid), so ended up at emergency vet with massive bills. Then when owner finally called two days later, started screaming at ME over the phone for being upset. Don't even TRY to get it OUT of your house. You can't per their contract. Service only. And you have NO IDEA WHEN ITS DEFECTIVE because there are no safety features on it. Unbelievably rude and belligerent co pant that installs. So once it's in your house beware. This IS A NIGHTMARE!!!

Everybody and everything was awesome. They installed the system at my mom's house in August and my mom noticed that her skin is not as crazy.

Since having RainSoft, the water had a lot less chlorine. They did a great install and left me their phone number if I need to contact them at any time. They also gave me some stuff for two years’ worth. It's quite a lot.

We had a RainSoft system years ago and our water was crystal clear and drinkable on that. But a pipe busted loose and it soaked the system one night and ruined it. At the time, it was $1,500 to fix it, and financially, it wasn't in our budget, so we went with Culligan and we rented one. We had it for several years and I finally just bought it off rather than paying monthly. We had to call again and I was looking for someone to come and tell me what was wrong with ours. The water smelled and our tub and toilet were turning brown. We were on a well. Also, my wife has digestive issues, and we felt the water was doing part of that. We had bought a water cooler-heater kind of deal, but we started to see about a water softener. I got online and somehow I ended up at HomeAdvisor and they gave me RainSoft's number and I called.

I've had the product installed for a couple of months now. RainSoft is supposed to be taking $125 direct deposit out of my girlfriend's account, and yet we still haven't been charged anything. I'm very confused as to what is going on and I don't want to all of a sudden end up having extra penalties incurred. Other than that, I'm very happy with the service. The water feels nicer on the skin. Then the drinking water is way better.

We were introduced to RainSoft by the Welcome Wagon in the area and we saw what was in our water. We liked the deal and we went forward. After the installation, we went out to the garage and found the puddle. One of the elbows was not completely seated so the inbound water was leaking. I called the salesman at 6:30, 7:00. He was at our door at 9:00, 10:00 and then he fixed it. Overall, RainSoft is a great product. It was put in what I thought was record time with a group of guys that were very courteous, kind, and caring about the work they did. I'm very happy with them. I'd recommend this product to anybody.

The installation was really good. There was a unit that was placed underneath the kitchen sink and then there was another unit that was placed inside the garage near the water heater. Now, the water is a little bit softer and it tastes a lot better.

The salespeople were nice guys. They were friendly and helpful too. The installation was done in just one evening. It was flawless. The installers did a good job. The water is pure now, and it also tastes better than before.

I got the two tanks with the discharge, and then the under the sink, the reverse osmosis with the five different filters. The installation went great. The guys were awesome. It was a great experience and we loved it. Night and day, the water’s perfect.

The gentleman that installed the softener did a great job. He was very nice and personable.

The dude who came and did the water test knew a bunch about water and the different stuff that's in it. When he did the test, the demonstrations were pretty cool. I would start to laugh and be like, “No way". The installer came late in the afternoon the first Saturday they came out. So all they could do was the one under the sink. Then, they had to come out on another Saturday. Two weeks after, they did the rest of the home.

The rep and the tech were absolutely amazing. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The tech answered any of the questions I had. Their work was outstanding and they didn't leave any trash lying around. I like the soap pack they provided. Rainsoft did a top-notch job. We couldn't be happier with it. This was a pleasurable and hassle-free experience.

We have noticed improvement on our water. RainSoft is a little pricey, but as long as it does what it's supposed to do, I'll be okay with it.

I moved here and the water was terrible. I received some type of flyer from RainSoft and I reached out to them. They were great to deal with. They worked with me to get my financing set up until I sold a property where I moved here from because I wasn't expecting that big of an expense to hit me right up front. Since having the system, I don't have to clean my toilets. They just get black in two days. I don't even know how people can sell a house here without some kind of treatment system, so it's been much improved, and I would not have stayed in this house could I not have gotten something to fix that.

The process and the time that RainSoft took to explain the various things that were happening, especially in the water and the transformation, was amazing. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and understandable as well, and he broke things down the way that anyone could understand. After having the system installed, it knocked out the smell that the water had. That's one of the things that really gave me much more confidence to go full out with the company. It lives up to my expectations. Then what happens is that when the water comes out, the top looks white. My wife was saying that and I explained to her that because of the system and these fine tubes and all the straining system that it’s been through, it caused bubbles to form. But when it comes out, everything is white and clear and it tastes good, different, and it smells way better.

The gentleman came, gave his pitch and we agreed to have the system installed. It was a pleasant and easy purchase. The water tastes good. There's no water residue on anything, so I presume the system is doing what it's supposed to.

The RainSoft consultant came in, took us to the kitchen sink, and did an hour long demonstration. And since we were thinking about getting a water softening system for a while, it was an easy sell for us, we signed the paperwork, and got everything squared away. We had a gentleman come over to install the system. It took a couple of hours on a Saturday. We have a fairly open basement that is only semi-finished, so it was easy for him to figure out where to put everything and to hook everything up.

The installation of my RainSoft went great. I bought the unit and they installed it the same day. Everything's working fine. The water seems to be better.

The water softening aspect of the system is outstanding. I don't see any more buildup on the fixtures and no more rings around inside the toilets like when they sit for a while. Also, when we shower, the water feels silky and when we wash our hair, we rinse longer because it feels too slippery. The RainSoft system softened the water like crazy. The other thing is the drinking water at the tap. I did the reverse osmosis and the water is so much lighter. It's much better than the filtered water that I was getting from my refrigerator. Also, the CleanStart works really well. I'm using less and I'm using only cold water so I can mix colors and whites, which saves me from having to do two loads. The whites are cleaner.

Since having RainSoft installed, I don't need to use nearly the detergents or soap. Much easier to clean things. The skin and hair love it. I don't have to nearly put on the amount of moisturizer that I used to. Everybody was also really nice, professional, answered all my questions when I had them, and so I was very impressed with them. Overall, it's a great experience.

We had only been in this home for probably three days when the salesman came and did his testing. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and we were impressed. The softener was installed almost immediately. The installation itself was good, except the guy didn’t come until about 9:00 at night. Then, he told us that he was going to fill the water softener with salt but he failed to do that. We had to call him back and probably a week later, we got the salt. Since having the softener installed, the water seems softer when you’re washing dishes. It doesn't take as much soap and it seems to rinse better. When you take a shower, your body feels cleaner. RainSoft is expensive but the system works well. People should get it.

The installers of RainSoft were fabulous and very nice. I'm very pleased with them. I had to have my drinking system removed because they were redoing my kitchen. The gentleman came out, removed it and put it in a safe place. He said, “We’ll be back to reinstall it when your kitchen’s done.” They were very easy to work with and accommodating, too.

I would like to know how much salt the system uses. The salesperson that was here said two bags of salt a year. Whereas the other guy that came in after told us it would be a couple of bags every four to six months. We're also getting some of the deposits when water stays in someplace. But other than that, we've been really happy with RainSoft. We've noticed the cleaning products work better and the taste of the water itself.

Since having RainSoft, I now have softer water, no smells and no mildew in the bathrooms. The cost is worth it. I could see it being very expensive for some people. But to me, it was really important.

The reps and installers of RainSoft were great. Now, our water is way better. There's no odor. It's hard to get used to the soft water, 'cause where I come from, the water's very hard. So, being used to the bleachy, chloriney hard water, now when our hands are soft, we're like, "Eew, it's slimy." But we're definitely getting used to it. Definitely the first month, all three of us in the house had our skin detoxed. Everybody's skin got really nice and clear. We feel better and we want to drink water now.

I liked the RainSoft rep that came out. He did a good job and was friendly, too. Now, there's no iron in my water.

I have a neighbor who is also a friend of ours. She was given a demonstration for RainSoft and she was really impressed. She gave our name as one of the referrals and RainSoft gave us a call. We made ourselves available for the gentleman to come out and do a demonstration. We were sold after we saw the demonstration.

RainSoft's reps were very knowledgeable. The sales rep was the kind of guy I would have a beer with and the installers made sure that everything was cleaned up. I like the way that the equipment is compact, in my garage, and out of the way. I can easily go out there, look at the digital display, and see if it's time to add salt. It's also not really expensive and with all of the bonus stuff they give you when you purchase it, it's worth it. They gave us soaps, cleaners, and stuff to help offset the monthly cost. We wish those had been explained a little bit better by the sales guy. When he explained that portion of the deal, he made it sound like it’d be more financially beneficial. But there is some benefit as far as not buying as much cleaning supplies. Other than that, the water is much softer with RainSoft and it tastes better. There's also no chlorine smell to it.

We love our RainSoft. The water is much softer, even when you take a bath or a shower. You also don't need lotions because it's coming off of your own oils like the rep explained to us. When we went to Oklahoma, we stayed in a cabin where they didn't have RainSoft and we could tell the difference in the water. RainSoft's rep also told us that our coffee was going to be totally different and when I made my coffee, it was phenomenal. He said that the filters at the bottom would normally last about eight to nine months and that somebody from RainSoft would give us a call to tell us not to forget to change it. He then told us about the levels of the salt that's in the tube in our garage and that when it gets down, it'll show us on this digital screen what to fill it up to. All in all, I tell all my friends and sisters that everybody needs to get RainSoft, especially if you have kids that have allergies and eczema.

We've had RainSoft before until it just got so old, it went bad. We ended up just replacing it. Installation was spread out over a few days because it was raining off and on, but they got it in. Everything went well, and now, the water is soft and everything is much cleaner.

The sales rep was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything was good, except RainSoft never gave me my $20 gift card for Home Depot. Apart from that, the guy came out and knew what he was doing and where he had to go. He was very knowledgeable about the install, professional, and showed me how to run it, what to watch for with the salt, and how to reset the equipment when we add salt. Both of the tanks on the outside of the house were installed and instantly, the taste of the water and the hardness of it were different. Water's water, but there was a major difference. I would absolutely recommend RainSoft.

We just built a new house, and we went with a water softener because we could tell the water was hard. There is a RainSoft representative that lives in our neighborhood and I met her. She gave me information about the system and how great it is, so I reached out to her when we decided we wanted to do something. The day they scheduled the installation, my husband ended up getting called out on the job and I was working in a clinic and couldn't get away. Erica, our representative, showed up at our house, met them and took care of that for us so that we didn't have to miss that appointment. She was amazing.

The whole process from getting the system installed was simple, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. I like RainSoft, and I enjoy it. I've heard of it in the past, and I know people who've had it, but the main reason I got it was on how the sales guys came and tested the water and guaranteed a certain level of filtering and purity. The system definitely makes my skin softer, and the taste of it is also much different compared to drinking anything else. Apart from adding salt, which I'm gonna have to do, there isn't any maintenance. If there is, it will be done through the people who installed it.

The rep from RainSoft said that she was giving me this price but once she walks out the door, he couldn’t give me this price again. So, it was a high-pressure sale and very expensive, and we didn't get to shop around. But the rep was following the process she was taught to follow. I've been in sales most of my life so I get it. I loved her and had a blast with her. She was funny and we were like minded so we had lots of sidebar conversations and laughing and joking and carrying on. She was wonderful.

My husband already knew exactly what he wanted and we didn't have to go through the sales rep from RainSoft. But the rep said that he would show us what was in there and I said okay. I was interested in what he had to show that was in our water but my husband knew only because we had it before. The installation was quick although the installers had to come back because it was pouring down rain and they could not dig out the pipe from the sewerage to the house. They had to wait until it was completely dry. But once they came back two days later and it had dried out, it took two hours and everything was done.

We had to think about the RainSoft system and I called the rep back the next day and told him to go ahead. It was a good experience. I got the system with the square salt tank out in the front. It's got a unit that is in the laundry room too, for the water, and there's an outtake for the water that goes out. This is in the far end of my garage. It's a water drain out there when it drains and it's hooked to the vent that goes outside. There's a thing in there for the air that hooks to the ductwork that goes into the house. And it's lit up. Everything else has been green.

The installers, Montana and Mike, were on point. They were phenomenal guys and they did a good job. The water is softer since having the system installed. My wife's skin dries out really easy and her skin problems have been clearing up. It's a great system.

I met with the rep of RainSoft one day, we decided to get it, and the next day someone came out and installed it. It went well. They were professional. The rep hooked it up. Once he was done, he explained to me everything. They put one under the sink, and then they put it up outside. After that, I had a schedule with someone else that came and walked me through how to set it up, how to read it on my app or if I have any issue, who to contact. Now, my skin feels amazing. I don’t have to put on any lotion. After taking a shower, my skin is really silky. Normally, I have to put things on my hair to make it soft because of the hot water, but naturally, I don’t have to put anything. My hair was just instantly soft. I love it.

We're really happy with RainSoft. It's made a big difference in not just my laundry but also in our shower.

RainSoft happened to call me at the right time and the people who were here were very nice. Now, our water is better than it was. It's clearer and the feeling is it’s clean water.
