The rep was very informative, and had a lot of knowledge. We like the system. The water tastes better. I'd recommend RainSoft.

Working with the reps has always been very good. Since the installation, the water definitely tastes soft.

I reached out and said I needed a water softener system. Jeff from RainSoft contacted me within a couple of days. He was the nicest gentleman. Told me all about it, all the positive things that there are, gave me comparisons from RainSoft to the other companies, told me exactly how it worked and what they would do, and the whole process of them setting it up. They set it up a few days after that. And the people who installed the system were professional, boots on their shoes, and were nice young men. I had one gentleman post set-up, and he was very nice. He also went through how to use computer thingy whopper. I love my system. I got the whole system because it also came with an RO. I love the water. And the soap is nice. I'm very pleased with my RainSoft.

My first consultation was awful. The guy was just there for three hours. We kept telling him, “Okay. What's the price? We don't need you to keep going.” He's very salesy. And then we didn't want to proceed. But then, I tried a different salesperson, Justin and he was way better. He just answered our questions and we signed on the spot. The installation techs were good.

I purchased the water softener and the alkaline filter. Both the salespeople and the install team were great.

I had a great experience with them. Working with the rep was pretty smooth. Wallace answered questions and gave us information we needed. We're really happy with the installation. The water tastes, looks, and smells better. It feels better when we're taking showers. It's how water should be.

The demonstration was interesting, and we said, "Let's give it a shot." It went well. It was a little more expensive than I thought, but it wasn't too bad. The system does what the reps said it would do. Our drinking water quality tastes better. And the shower water is not as hard as it was prior to getting the product. We're pleased.

The installation was quick and efficient. It was 120 degrees outside, but those two guys got it done. Buried the tank which was harder to do because it’s hot and it was during afternoon so they had the direct sun on them. I love my RainSoft system. The water is soft. It doesn't stain. I don't have to clean the toilets every day. It tastes much better. Even all the soaps that I got with it, I use them for everything. It's a very good system. We had one 40 years ago, which was six houses ago. But now I understand you can take it with you when you move.

I enjoy the product quite well and I like the difference that it makes. However, I tried to contact it through my mobile phone and it cut me off. I need assistance in getting back in contact with the unit from my mobile.

RainSoft gave me a demonstration and showed me how their product works. They explained the process of the installation and the whole thing and we went for it. The installation was seamless and it was done next day. Everybody was on time and everybody did a great job. The system is working like a champ.

It's nice having that water just taste much better. It feels better too. I know when I go anywhere and taste the water, it's nasty. However, RainSoft should make sure they are clear about the product thing that we get with the service. Because it's just a discount. We thought we were getting five years of free soap. It’s a five-year membership to a company where you can get discounted soap. It's not five years of free product. That was supposed to replace $80 a month or more in soap and detergents. And that's one of the things that we used to justify paying the $6,000 for the unit. But the unit’s fine.

My rep was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything, gave us the samples and ran it through the system. The differences in the feel, texture and the taste of the water has been amazing.

The experience with RainSoft was pretty smooth. There was a lot of typical salesman stuff and the sales pitch went on a little long. There was about an hour and a half's worth of convincing for tertiary products that we weren't really super interested in. But the immediate service after the sale was good. Also, the product has worked well. It has done exactly what we wanted it to and when it's supposed to.

Their rep Trey did all the testing on the water and talked to us about the system that would be required. The installation was very easy. He did a great job. We have a pre-filter, a softener, and we have also an RO system. So, water quality is much better. I'd definitely recommend them. Everybody was very professional.

Since our RainSoft system has been installed, the water is a lot softer. I noticed it on my skin as well. I noticed a difference. The installation was cool, and I was comfortable. I just wish that the pipe that the water travels to to get to my washer and dryer could have been behind the wall. It's showing.

The product works great. It’s everything that they advertised. The only problem that I had was when it was put in, part of it leaked and that's still an ongoing issue. They're supposed to come out and address it this Friday. Also, there were some mold issues. The fellow who was out sprayed it and he's gonna come back on Friday to put some sealer on the wood.

I liked the water test. It was very thorough. The sales pitch was long, though. I also didn't really like that it was misleading. But we needed a water system because the softener that we bought wasn't working. The test products that they had were really good and we liked the system. The technician was polite and professional. I would recommend it to anybody. It is a little bit pricey but the water softener is excellent. The purified drinking water system is wonderful. You can definitely tell a difference just by drinking bottled water.

The water softener from RainSoft is awesome. The water is now definitely a lot cleaner. The taste, I can drink it right out of the faucet. I have to get a bypass from my refrigerator water because I don't need the refrigerator filter anymore. The installers did such a great job. The sales rep was also awesome and very pleasant.

The installers of our RainSoft were prompt, on time and professional. The system is good. I've gotten a little used to it. But the newness of it has gone. At first, I would wash my hands and it would feel like I need to wash them again because I used too much soap. I forgot that I don't have to use that much. I feel okay with it.

We were moving and putting in a well. We knew we gotta have to have a water softener. The consultation with the RainSoft rep was good.

We moved in September 17th, and I couldn't drink the water. All I drink is water, and I hated the taste. I couldn't get the water down. Come to find out, it had three times the amount of chlorine that it should have. From September to May, I was drinking bottled water. We had RainSoft before in our other home and we called the number that we had and got a whole house system, the same as our other home. We're very pleased with RainSoft. We also called other people to come out to give us estimates, because we wanted to compare. The other people made appointments and never showed up or didn't even return our call.

I've never owned a water softener before, but I've always wanted one because I know the hard water in San Antonio is really bad on appliances and plumbing. I wanted something to purify the water, and we got the spout coming out of the sink too. I'm real happy with RainSoft, and I like using it. I haven't noticed any hard water problems, so that's good. I was also getting eczema from the everyday use of chlorine, and I've noticed that the eczema has gone away on my hands. I even noticed my hair to be softer.

The sales rep did a very good job explaining what they had and what was different from the other people in the market. From there, every step went very easy. They fulfilled the commitment as they did, did good installation, and everything, from drinking water to water we take a bath with, is better. The stains from the bath facilities are gone too. Everything's doing fine. We have a well pump and we wanted to modify what we were getting, to get the sediments out. With the system, we knew we were going to get something better on the water.

I've been very satisfied. I have clean drinking water. It's nice to bathe in it as well. We're pretty happy with the RainSoft.

They were very patient. We gave them the runaround twice because we weren't home when they were gonna be there. The representative we had was very knowledgeable. Didn't make us feel funny. But we live on a slab and they installed it outside and put it by our propane hot water heater. I told them they could run the power to it. But they just ran the bare wire for the little 12-volt charger all out in the open. It was just hanging off the wall there. The rep said that the little structure that they put the water system in was gonna be on a slab or a building of something. He made it sound like rock. But they just put that little building on the dirt. But my wife said the water cleans the clothes better and the water tastes better. It's also super easy to use the Rainsoft system because we don't have to do anything but put the salt in it. The biggest hassle is going to get the salt. If they could deliver the salt to my house, I would be ecstatic.

Since using RainSoft, the water feels smoother. When I shower, I feel the softness of the water.

Right from the start, we had a good feeling about their rep Brandon as far as his style. We poked in jokes a little bit. We also talked more about our families for the first our before he even started getting into the RainSoft thing. It was a really good experience. With the system, there has been a huge difference.

The rep did a great job. But the installation was broken up. There's a door on the unit where it opens and I can look inside. That came with a knob missing and I still haven't gotten a call back. Also, I wasn't happy with the alkaline water in the kitchen. It had this funny sea salt taste. Someone should have called me to see if I'm satisfied and no one did. I haven't been able to use the alkaline water aspect of the system. Overall, I'm happy, but I'm not happy with that. I want the system and I would encourage people to get stuff for their house, but I don't know if I would be jumping over the moon because of what happened.

The installation was super easy. The techs got it done pretty quickly which was nice. Washing stuff and bathing has been better since having the system installed. We definitely recommend them.

We had a manager because somebody couldn't come to see us. He was very knowledgeable and good at his job. We could tell he's been with the company for a while. We did the tank underneath the kitchen sink with a spigot as well as the floor compartment softener system. After the beginning process of breaking those in and clearing out the air, it's been great. We were new with a newly built house over here. My water was horrific. It was not drinkable. We had tests done. Not even good for plants. A suggestion was made, "Explore a reverse osmosis system, because none of the others are going to make any difference." We contacted RainSoft to come out and do a test, and they were wonderful. We had already done some checking ourselves, and we didn't give them that report until they finished their work and everything agreed. It was good.

Zack, the RainSoft rep, did an amazing job. The guy that came out for installation was very respectful, knowledgeable and did a great job. Since having RainSoft installed, it's been amazing. From the standpoint of our showers and how the water feels on us, the drinking water is night and day.

I had a good experience with the rep of RainSoft. He was very knowledgeable. The installation went well. The system is doing its job for now. Everything's working like they said it would. The taste of the water is better. There are also no spots on anything. Dishes and glasses come out clean. I would recommend them.

We love the water that we've had since having our RainSoft system. I'm recommending it to everyone. It's the best investment. I'm very happy, so far, with it and with the company's customer service.

I have eczema. I was looking into other options to see how to benefit my skin condition with what I have. I realized that RainSoft water doesn't really harm me and it's all right. I decided to end up going into it. Since having the system, the water is soft and different and it felt like it's very lathering when you use soap and water.

My wife was pleased with what she saw when a guy came out and gave us a little demonstration. So, I purchased the RainSoft product because it was what she wanted to do. It was the next day install thing. As far as the local company, Quality Water, their management sucks. They're a disaster. They don't do their homework on permits, and I could care less if they did the work without a permit. It took over three weeks for them to get this deal done. They left my yard torn up. Everybody kept on saying, “Oh, I’m gonna call you back,” and nobody called me back. “Oh, we're gonna take care of you.” Nobody took care of me. It's always passing the buck. I even did a survey from RainSoft. They said, “Would you like us to contact you?” I said, “Yes.” I gave them the time. I never even heard from them.

I had a great experience working with RainSoft. The installer worked outside and said he'd let me know when he was done. It didn't take very long. The water is great now. The system is expensive, but it's worth it if you're gonna live there for a while. Also, I like the fact that it can follow you if you move, they're gonna move it for you.

Since having the RainSoft system installed, there's been a tremendous improvement in our water. Everything hasn't been perfect, but the water quality is much higher, which is what we wanted and what we have now. There have been some delays in getting the electrical done, but RainSoft has been very responsive. Everything from the salesperson that came out to test our water to the installers has all been great. We were just starting to get a little bit of a black line again but it's very minimal compared to what it was before in the toilet. They're sending somebody out here this week to take a look at that.

The consultant that came out was very transparent about everything. I felt she was very genuine and she had scientific reports and different things to show that she wasn't just giving us the line, “Ooh, you need this because of this.” She was showing us actual facts about our water and what can be in the water. The phrase that sealed the deal for us was when she told us that one of the leading causes of stomach cancer was ingesting chlorine. Then we found out that our tap water has one of the highest chlorine contents it could be legally, and then she showed us the website where there's water testing done on the tap. There were lots of chemicals found in the tap water in our area from the carpet manufacturing industry as well.

Someone came to the house and explained how RainSoft worked and the different costs, depending on what I chose. It has operated well. I love having it. I love having the filtered water and alkaline water, because the water in the Coachella Valley tastes bad. It's a great, affordable system. I've already had the money reserved to pay for the system in full, but I thought it would be good to take advantage of the no-interest credit. That was a good deal.

The installation of our RainSoft went smoothly. Their service was good. Since having the system, I didn't have to put cream right away on my skin. My soap also lathers up faster. I didn't even use bubble baths in the tub ‘cause my soap generated enough bubbles. That was neat. I liked that. Sometimes when you have sensitive skin, when you come out into the air, it dries out so fast that you begin to scratch. Now, I don't have that as I used to when we first got here.

They did really well on the installation. There was a little bit of miscommunication at first on what we were supposed to be getting. But, I talked to the people and we got it all straightened out. They agreed to give me what I was under the impression I was getting anyway. Since having RainSoft, my skin feels a little smoother as far as when I get out of the shower. I also did the alkaline drinking water setup, which I absolutely love. The water tastes better than bottled water. We had one of those ZeroWater filters and those things can get expensive. You have to replace them every couple of months. So, RainSoft saves us on stuff like that, too. I would definitely recommend RainSoft because I am very satisfied with the product and the results that I'm getting.

The rep was really knowledgeable. We got the whole package minus the AirMaster. The installation team was great and they did the installation in a timely manner. Everything was fine. We immediately noticed the difference in our water. We have softer hair and skin. The drinking water is a lot better too.

I've had a water softener for at least 30 years. Where I live, there's a lot of lime in the water. The water system I have helped to prevent buildup within the pipes. Techs come every year and they are always good and very knowledgeable. If they find something, they show me. We chat and they make recommendations. It's been a good match.

I got the system for the garage where you put the salt and it has everything. The techs were pretty good. They did what we wanted and were courteous of how it would look. The experience during the purchase was good. They explained everything and the presentation was good. However, they had to come back twice for the installation. They didn't finish a part and another part had to be ordered. We had to wait on it. Other than that, everything’s good now. I’m drinking water from our refrigerator, and I can feel a difference when I'm washing in the shower. It feels a lot better than the hard water. If you are experiencing water well chemicals, Rainsoft is the way to go. Also, if you want to have softer clothes and the overall water experience, Rainsoft would be it.

I booked an appointment and a guy came in. He was totally believable. I watched everything that he did. He didn't hide anything. I invested and so far, I've been extremely happy and feel much better about everything - water, air, the shower, the clothes, my drinking water. What a difference. I'm so glad I did it. I have to order a charcoal filter at some point for the refiner but I'm glad I got that too because I can get water from the sink at room temperature. If I'm gonna make pasta, I use that water. I don't use the regular water. The only thing I use that regular water for is washing the dishes or cleaning the sink. Even the dishes are coming out cleaner in my dishwasher. Also, I don't have to clean the shower anymore. Water here in Florida is disgusting but the Rainsoft system has been amazing. I love it.

With the RainSoft system installed, it's a lot easier to wash clothes and dishes. I don't have to use a lot of products in order to clean my dishes or clothes and my son's eczema pretty much cleared up. It's been a week of using the RainSoft system and it's been a huge difference. Also, the reps were very professional. They answered any and all questions I've had. They were there for us the entire time for me to get to know what they were doing and showed me how to maintain the system on my own. They were very thorough and made sure I knew exactly how to keep up with the system and what it did. They offered a sample pack of basic home cleaning supplies and they worked pretty well.

I had moved from Illinois to Jersey and I was having hair issues, so I was losing a lot of hair. My hair was dry. I went to Tennessee, and my friend had RainSoft. I used it and it seemed like it was a life-changer. It was a miracle. So, I talked to my husband about it. Yusef came in to test our water. It was pretty bad. We installed the system and now, it's fixed all of our issues. I don't have a buildup in my hair anymore. I'm not losing hair as much. I don't really need to use conditioner. The quality of water, overall, is very good.

RainSoft is a good investment. The installers were good. They did a good job. They told me everything they were doing and explained how the system worked and what I would need to do maintenance. They put it on me to be the responsible one. The only thing is I haven't been able to figure out the soap thing yet, but it's just due to me not educating myself very well. Other than that, I love the reverse osmosis that’s underneath the sink. That's my drinking water. That's the best part of it all. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I've only had it for a little while but it's a brand new home, so I intend to keep it forever.

I was impressed with RainSoft's rep. He was great. Our water was terrible. Our heads were breaking out when we take a shower. Now that we have our RainSoft, the water is softer and cleaner and it seems like it's easier to get things clean. The upkeep is very little. We add salt once in a while. I'm happy with the purchase.

I had a RainSoft system years ago. This time, I got a system for the whole house. I was impressed with the salesperson's knowledge of their product. So far, so good. It's just that the bags of salt are too heavy. Somebody needs to make a 20-pound sack. I quit the first time because I got tired of lugging salt in the house. They said nobody makes a 20-pound bag of salt.

The rep during the consultation was very informative and friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond, showing me everything and explaining it all. I felt very comfortable with the presentation. He showed me how it would affect my water and my home long-term - my pipes, my faucets, and everything. With putting everything in new, you want to get rid of the calcification problem and we had some very hard water. This information helped a lot in making my decision.

I had regular tap water and it was hard water. I signed up with RainSoft and the sales rep was very good. The installers did a good job too. The water I have now is excellent and it's a lot cleaner. I would recommend others to get RainSoft instead of a regular water softener.

We had a funny foul water smell. We called to get a water testing and the gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and friendly. He tested our water source and showed us the difference. The change in our water is phenomenal. The water is softer. It's a really good system. We had one issue with a pressure regulator that went bad and they came out ASAP and took care of the problem.

The unit works very well. It does a very good job. I'm very satisfied with it. But I ordered some test strips from RainSoft and I haven't received them yet.

The service tech was really nice and quick. There was no mess. He just went over the system briefly and gave me the package. He said if I had any questions, I could call this number. Kelly was a very personable and pleasant young woman. She did not do a hard sell at all. Rainsoft was very expensive but they include all kinds of cleaning products, laundry detergent, soaps, and dishwasher stuff. But I would prefer to have had money taken off the purchase price rather than include cleaning products because we already have made our selection on cleaning products that we like. Other than that, the unit itself is working fabulously.

We went to Home Depot at night and RainSoft called the next morning. They asked if they could set up an in-home test and they came out the following day. Then, they were like, "We can install it tomorrow." Everything happened within three days. The guys that came in for the sales and installation were very professional. Also, we love the system and I've told everybody about it.

They were awesome from start to finish. The installers had a little trouble with finding my main water line, but they worked until they got everything perfect. Now, my skin’s softer. My clothes are brighter. The water tastes better.

I got the EC5 and I like it because it comes with the app. I have it on my phone and I can monitor my system at any moment. It could be better with the technology that's out now, but it gets the job done.

The customer service rep was very professional, comical, and informative. We got the full house system and the undersink reverse osmosis filter. Everything in my house is cleaner and softer now. If anyone has hard water, you need this system. It will change your life.

I purchased an appliance at Home Depot and the gentleman, Chad, offered this product. He signed us up and Dimitri came over and we were sold. Dimitri is excellent. When I thought we had a glitch, we called him and he responded and came over. Also, I'm pretty pleased with the product. My skin feels softer, smoother, and almost like, "Do I still have soap on my skin?"

The chlorine in the water here in Waterloo is quite strong. My son had been to a home show and he had gotten some information from RainSoft and he talked positively about it. I had it installed and the crew was very professional and timely. When I shower, my skin feels smoother and softer. The taste of the water is a lot different and it doesn't have that chlorine taste. It seems like I use less soap too. It's been an overall positive thing. I would recommend RainSoft.

The reply I received from Chris B. from RainSoft in Columbia, SC was unacceptable. He negated my findings from a reputable insulation company reflecting inaccurate measurements 5500 sq ft versus a factual measurement of 3600 sq ft. In addition, the cost for the product including labor (which his sales rep Tim H. stated "you will not be charged for labor") totaled $18,792. Actual product and labor cost is a maximum $6200. You can't fake your way through factual evidence, versus hearsay! In addition Chris B. requested I remove all negative reviews, for a $1000 credit on my account (for maintenance of my water softening system).

I had RainSoft in a previous home 15 years ago. I had it set up this time and they did all the work, so I didn't have to do anything except tell them where to put the system where I wanted it. Compared to what I had previously, they've upgraded and changed it quite a bit. It's more expensive now but it's also a lot better technically. With the system in place, we've noticed a difference in the taste of the water and the feel of the water, which is what we were expecting since we experienced the difference before.

RainSoft has been awesome. The person that gave the presentation was Angel and she was great. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. She told us the process and it's pretty cool. It's easy to just flip on the faucet and use the water. There's no iron in the water anymore so that's good. We just have to make sure to replace all the filters that need to be replaced on time.

There was a lot of iron in the water and everything was turning yellow. It was ruining our faucets. We had bought this house a couple of years ago and we never experienced having to use a water system with the well before. The water system was old and broken when we moved in. We realized after two years that it needed to be fixed or replaced. It was one of RainSoft's really high-end ones back in the day when it was purchased. They said that it was a good one and it was well worth fixing. We fixed some of the main components and we also added our system to it for iron specifically.

We had hard water and decided that we wanted a water softener. We went to Home Depot and RainSoft was the one that works through them. A representative came and did all the testing. He was very knowledgeable. We got this nice, big water softener and it's easy to maintain and does the job I need it to. We have the drinking system and we enjoy the filtered water. I like how nice the water is.

The presentation of the RainSoft rep was not high pressure. We bought the most expensive one that had a lifetime warranty on the resin. But they showed us the warranties on other soft water systems. And the fine print said the warranty is negated if you have something in your water, which the rep showed us that we did, some calcium citrate. Most homes in this area have that, so he said already, "Even though you supposedly have a warranty, if they test your water and say, “I'm sorry. This damages the resin so we can't honor your warranty.” That worried me. It’s so expensive and they said three years, they’ll come out for no cost for service calls. My husband and I are older but they also said it's a system we can give to one of our kids. We don't necessarily have to leave it in the house. If we sell the house in five years and downsize, we can take the system with us and they'll set it up for our kids for 150 bucks.

They met my expectations during the installation. There were two services being done. One was taking care of the water problem and one was taking care of the plumbing problem. They were in several times and it took over a week. But they told me that upfront. Also, the people I worked with were really good.

I have had my RainSoft system for 2 yrs with the separate drinking water and it hasn't worked correctly ever. They come to fix it at least every 3 months. It's ridiculous for 10 grand. I shouldn't have any problems ever. I wouldn't recommend it. There probably cheaper better systems.

Two gentlemen came for the installation. They were very clean and professional. One of my parts was on backorder so they had to come back a couple of weeks later. But they explained some of the beeps and lights to me. If I have any problems I could call them back.

Everything went well with the reps. The installers were pretty fast. We love the system. My wife and my daughter say that it's really beneficial to their hair. They feel a difference. We also taste a difference in the water. It's of a really high quality. I recommend you get RainSoft if you're looking into a system.

June 2021 we got system installed. Two weeks into the install the drain system that the installer modified simply fell apart and water leaked into our under sink storage area. We contacted the RainSoft representative’s office who is located in Newburgh NY 12550. The owner stated that he could not have the issue repaired until a minimum of 48 hours later. We were forced to contact a plumber to have him correct the situation because water was leaking under the sink storage area, Approximately 6 months later our reverse osmosis water system stopped producing drinking water.

The purchase and the installation went pretty good. Also, the water is different and it smells better since having the system installed. The only problem is we were told when we had it installed that somebody would be coming out within a week or two to explain everything to us and we're still waiting. Nobody has come out to go over the system with us.

It was a pretty eye-opening experience with the sales rep because he did different tests and showed just how dirty the water really is. One of the things that he mentioned, which I notice now, is that once I have the water softener and I go back to using city water for anything, I'd notice the smell of chlorine and I've noticed that. I have the whole house system and it has the salt and the other system in the front yard. It's right where the waterline comes in and it filters everything. The water seems a lot cleaner and it tastes better.

The sales rep who came out was very thorough with demonstrations. I had the complete system installed and it was very good with the installer. Now, the water is much purer and we don't have any of the iron or chemical problems we had before. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They were very professional people.

Everybody that came did a great job. I like to commend them. They were professional and knowledgeable about their job. With Rainsoft, the water is much softer and cleaner. I don’t have to spend so much money to buy water in a bottle anymore. You don’t see a lot of scum, especially in the bathroom. I like everything about the system. It’s more cost-effective. You pay more upfront, but in the long run, you save. I thought it had affected my water sprinkler though. A gentleman came up and looked, and it didn’t affect it. The guy that does sprinkler came back and we found the problem. It had nothing to do with RainSoft.

Water softener EV 100 developed a leak within 2 months of installation. Technician came and recommended the unit be replaced. Came on a Saturday with the wrong part EV 75. Promised to return the following Monday with the right product. It's been over a month and it's still yet to be fixed. I have called several times and keep getting the same message that I will be contacted within 24 hrs but no one ever calls. This was from Simply green group. Also sent an email to Rainsoft and no help. Would not recommend this product as lifetime warranty is useless if it's not honoured.

The installation was good and since having the system, I have softer water and it’s slippery in the shower. The product is a little high-priced but the quality is good.

The installation of our RainSoft was perfect. The taste and just the showering experience are much better now. However, I thought I was gonna get a $25 gift card back, but I never did.

My skin feels better and there's no itching since I had the system installed. The customer service has been good. The installation guy was really great. He went above and beyond trying to find a spot for where I wanted the system and where it could go. But my waterlines that he ran could have been cleaner. He did the best he could, but he could have had a little bit more craftsmanship as far as mounting them. They're just hanging down in some spots where they're not really flush with my floor joists on to the house.

Everything went fine. The system is nice. We like it. The water is clean, clear and fresh.

I've had two different systems from RainSoft. The salesman had the plumbers come over and look at our situation because it was unique. We had an older home and we needed it to go to a certain place. They went over how they would install it and where it would go. They were super quick. When we first got RainSoft, our skin feels better, the soap is a lot easier to use and we use less soap. The calcium buildup is gone, too. The biggest part is we don't have to buy bottled water anymore.

They did a good job in installing the system. But right now, I'm not very happy with it. We still have cloudy water and it's leaving white residue all over everything, including our dishwasher, sinks, faucets, and dishes. It seems to be a good system if we can get the kinks worked out.

We love our Rainsoft. We're really happy that we made that investment. Our water before smelled so much like chlorine. The pressure was also a lot heavier than what it is now. Now, we don't smell the chlorine. It also cut down on us having to purchase so many water bottles. They came out less than a week ago after we had it installed because there was a valve that was not filtering out. They fixed that. Everyone was very professional. They practically gave us all the information. So there was really no question in regards to how the system works, what we need to do for the upkeep of it. Everything was answered by the people that came to the home.

They did a good job. Since having the system, there have been no spots on my carwashes and we have soft water.

The RainSoft rep was really knowledgeable about the product. He did a good presentation. I was also impressed with the installers. They would explain what they were doing. They were clean and did a neat job on all their installations. Just a really good experience. Now, the water tastes better. I had really hard water and it’s soft water now. Don't have to use much soap, too.

The demo was very nicely managed and well-planned. We got the Rainsoft water softening system which is in the basement and second one is under the sink. The very first experience that we noticed was the water has a soapy effect. Even after using the soap and rinsing, we still feel that the soap is still there. But the representatives already told us that this is supposed to be like this because it is supposed to leave a softening effect even after drying out the hands with a towel. Secondly, my younger one had acne problem on his skin. That is reduced now to 0%. Thirdly in our water kettle that we use to make tea or coffee, when we boil water there was that black substance on the base of that water kettle. We have to clean that up every once in a while. There is none now.

We like the system. We've noticed a difference in the water. My wife went from drinking from the Zephyrhills water jugs to drinking the water from the fridge. I also noticed the difference with the washing machine and all around the house, there are less calcium rings. It's a lot better with the less stains in the sink. So we're happy with it. It's a really good deal.

I got my water treatment system from RainSoft in 1996, and our water has been much better. We live in Brighton where there's a high mineral and salt content and very high chlorine content in the water as well. It's great to have that water softener. However, when the new product comes out and the old product is discovered to have a flaw or degradation over time, the previous customer should be notified about that. If they called me a year or five years earlier and said, "We're experiencing these issues with this product. You probably need to have it replaced and we're gonna give you a discount." I would have totally gone for that, whereas I ended up putting in a completely brand new system.

Harvey was our sales rep and he was nice and very friendly. The installation person was great, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that we had and gave us some pointers. The water tastes good since the system was installed.

When they came to the house and showed us all about the system, my husband and I were very happy with it. We were excited about it. We got the carbon filter tank thing and then another tank that it passes through. We also have the one that's outside our house, where you put in the salt pellets. Then we also got the RO system underneath our kitchen sink. We have the setup on the thing to alarm when we need to refill the salt and if it needs maintenance on it. The system is very simple to use. The hardest thing that we have to do is when we're watering our grass or washing the cars, we have to bypass it so we're not using up the clean water. Rainsoft is overall a good company about taking care of the community and they're doing it to provide better water for protection.

Since my Rainsoft system has been installed, there's no more sediment coming through the water system and water tastes better out of the tap. I don't have to clean as much like toilet rings and hard water. Some hard water in the drainage pipes have been loosened up and released into down the drain because of the soft water now. I'm very happy with RainSoft. There is no maintenance required. The cost is expensive but the service is great and if I had to do it again, I would.

The rep that came out was really nice. Everybody has been happy since the system was installed. The system is really good when it comes to appliances too. But the one thing we don't like about it was that once we got the system on, our water pressure went down a little bit.

The installation of the Rainsoft system went very well. The lady was very nice and cooperative. She gave me good ideas and explained the service. So far, everything is going fine. I don't have to buy the bottled water anymore. However, I gave Rainsoft a referral for someone and they said the person would get something but I don't think that ever came through.

The people that installed my system were in and out. They explained everything with the warranty. That is for life and that was what really made me like it. Even if I moved, I can pack it up and call RainSoft, “I’m moving here. Can you guys come out and set it up?” The installers also explained about the filters like when they need to be changed as well as about the salt. This system is worth every penny. I'm saving a lot of money not buying plastic bottles. I can just drink straight from the faucet. The water doesn’t have a taste to it and it's just clear. I can tell the difference especially when I get a shower. It seems like my skin had been so dry.

The installation of our RainSoft was done in a few hours. Very efficient. I noticed the water pressure is very low. But we don't have to buy bottled water anymore. The coffee is better, too.

We got the softener and a whole kit for well water. The installation was done quickly. The installer knew what he was doing. We like the system. My daughter's hair seems a lot healthier now. It's easier to brush every morning now. I also have a lot softer skin and the clothes smell better.

A RainSoft representative came out to test our water and after our results from some of those, we figured we would give it a try. The representative was good and we enjoyed working with him. I liked all the information that he provided us with. With the system in place, a difference in the moisturization was there as far as when you take your bath or wash your hands. RainSoft come out I guess once a year to look at the system in the kitchen. But as far as the system out back, we are just supposed to look in October to check the salt levels. If it's needing to be replenished, we should pour a bag or so in there to put it back to the line that was designated for use.

They explained everything and they were really efficient. I love the system. The water tastes a heck of a lot better. There's no discoloration or smell.

The salesman and installer were great. The water quality seems good. We didn't notice a big difference in taste because we had just moved into the house but based on the testing they did, we are eliminating a lot of the crud that was in our water. But we noticed that our water dispenser on the fridge seemed to be leaving mineral things. Other than that, it seems to be operating just fine.

I got some troubles earlier with my RainSoft system and it stopped working. Something was broken inside it and it was not giving soft water. RainSoft immediately fixed that so I'm happy with the service. They're quick to respond and it was set up properly. It's working fine now. The effects of their soft water is really good. I got glass and now, I don't have watermarks. That was the initial impression. Whenever I take a bath, it's like soapy. When you're rinsing, it's still soapy. That signifies that your skin's not getting dried up. When I got that dryness on my hands, it makes my hands itchy. When I started using the soft water, that has gone away. It's back to normal.

They have really good customer service. The rep showed me the water differences and took me through it. I got a whole house water treatment and the installer came by and showed me where the water line is and asked me if he could install it there. Since the installation, the water is not ruining my silverware anymore.

The rep was fabulous. My husband and I really enjoyed talking to him. He was very down-to-earth, knowledgeable and respectful. The water is a little bit nicer since having the system installed. But we are still getting some yellow discoloration when we fill up the bathtub for my kid. I'm bummed that's still there. The other issue is that they said if we put a RainSoft sign in our front yard for publicity, they will give us our first year of salt replenishment free of charge. I've called them twice to follow up and they're like, “Okay, we'll get back with you. We'll make sure someone comes to deliver it.” And they haven’t done that yet.

RainSoft has been pretty good. The water is okay and it’s really comfortable. We also have a system for the drinking water and it’s pretty good. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the salt. Supposedly, I can go buy the salt at Home Depot, but the times that I went there, I only found one bag, and it was ripped. So since I got the system about three months ago, I’ve been able to only put one or two bags. But I need more than that right now because it’s down to the bottom. I sent an email to Rainsoft and somebody reached out to me. But other than that, everything’s been really, really good.

Since having RainSoft, we don't have to worry about anything in our water that's harmful and we don't have to buy water anymore. We had iron in our water bad and it's taking off the old iron that was in the tub -- slowly, but it's taking it all. Also, the people were very nice, congenial, and easy to get along with. They explained everything completely and we’re very satisfied with the result.

The water system seems to be good and taking care of whatever problems that we had. The only downside of it was programming the phone app to work because there was something about the computer software on the actual device that you have to turn off your home Wi-Fi to set that up. That got real complicated because it wouldn't let me download the app without being able to access my home Wi-Fi. I called tech support that was from out of state and he was very helpful. But he couldn't control that problem of having to turn off my Wi-Fi and then try to program the module on the device itself. So we went back and forth on the phone about four times and then I had to figure it out myself. But it works now. I was able to get it programmed. Everything seems to be okay at this point.

The installation of our Rainsoft went perfectly with one exception. One of the techs had accidentally knocked over some toxic glue, so I've got this blue stain on my carpet. We also had to air out the basement. But the water tastes a lot better now. It's possible that we might have to get some different soap for the dishwasher because it may be bubbling up so much. But, everything seems to be working pretty well.

They had a representative reach out to us and he was awesome. He demonstrated everything to us. Since the system was installed, everything's different. It's just like as advertised. Everything feels cleaner.

The salesman and the installer were phenomenal people. We got the water softener and my wife and I noticed that our skin was much softer. My daughter's skin was really soft, too. We're also noticing that their hair is coming up more fuller and it has a bounce to it. I have noticed that my cup doesn't have any spots on it and my spoons no longer have those scale spots on them. The whole system works well. I couldn't be happier.

I bought a RainSoft unit about 25 years ago and the motor went out on it. I noticed that it wasn't using the salt. I tried to regenerate it but it wouldn't kick in. The last two people that I had do little service work on it both retired. I went online and found this outfit down here close to me in Cincinnati. I called them and the guy came out to repair it. When he got to look at it, he said the unit is so old and they don't make that motor for it anymore. He said he couldn't fix it. From there, we went to replacing it. He was very informative and did a very neat job. I was very satisfied.

The sales rep was great. He was a super nice guy. My mother was here during the installation and she said the installers handled everything great. We got the reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink and we love it so far. The water is really clear compared to what it was. The taste is better. I wouldn't even drink the water before but I drink it now.

With Rainsoft installed, I see a difference on my skin. It's not as dry as it used to be. The system for drinking water is also very good and overall, it's been a good change.

The water is a little slimier. It always feels like I took a shower in olive oil and the dishes always feel still soapy when I put them away. There's no more soap water, but they feel slimy. Everybody that I've talked to out here says that's what you get with you get a water softener. We've been experimenting with different kinds of soap and we just haven't hit upon the right combination yet.

The sales rep was very professional. He gave us all the information that we needed. It was a very enjoyable experience. The installation went wonderfully. The gentleman looked for the best place to place the water towers and also helped me fix something. RainSoft was great from start to finish. Even though it's just water, you can taste the difference. I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for a water treatment system.

They were very informative and knowledgeable. Our water is softer and cleaner since having the system.

We had three Rainsoft systems installed, one under the sink, one’s for the washer, and one for the tank in the home system. The install started off rocky. During the first week, we didn't even have saltwater. It took me doing investigating and trying to get ahold of people to realize that the installer drilled a hole through my wall and plugged it into my daughter's room. She unplugged it to plug her iPad in. I called the system here in Tucson and Rainsoft's main corporate office, trying to get that resolved and have them hardwire it. They told me tough luck, pretty much.

They are scammers. Do not buy anything. They say that the products will be for 10 years, then there are only 4 orders. The system is not very good either. I want my money back. I want a serious person.

The rep that came and showed us everything did a great job. The installation was super easy and the installers were out of our way. They completed it and left. Everything was great. We're really satisfied. The water is significantly better now.

Walking through Home Depot, an older lady who looked very friendly asked us if we had time for a two-minute survey. She asked us some questions and said we could get a $20 gift certificate. We got buried under the cost, so it sounded appealing at the time. We went ahead and answered her questions though she didn't tell us what they were for. A couple days later, we got a call from Home Depot saying that if we allowed somebody to come out and test our water, we would be able to collect the gift certificate.

We have the rain-free water softener. With the system installed, our water is beautiful. I can drink it and I don't have to get bottled water anymore. Also, it makes my skin soft. I had a skin problem but now I'm doing good with this water softener. My hair is so soft too. Get RainSoft.

The water didn’t taste good coming from the faucet and I got water stains on my car that wouldn’t come out or in the shower door. But I’ve noticed a difference since having the RainSoft system installed. Everybody was professional and good. They explained everything very well and followed up. It was awesome.

The reps were wonderful. They tested our water and showed us where the water was good and where it was bad. They explained to us the quality of the water typical for our area. The system that we had installed was a whole house filter, a water softener, and a reverse osmosis system for filtered drinking water. Since the installation, the water has been fantastic. The water from the reverse osmosis system tastes great while the water in the rest of the house is filtered and soft. We've been very happy with our decision to install the system.

Titus, the rep from RainSoft, was very nice and knowledgeable. So, whatever questions we asked, he was able to answer for us. The technician who came to fit the system was a very well experienced guy. He didn’t mess around and the things were done in a proper way. We’ve been using the system for one and a half months and we are okay so far. We don’t know how it will be in the long run but my friends who are using the system gave us good reference. So, we hope everything will go well.

The installer and sales rep were fine and they answered all my questions. The system seems to be working well.

The installation went very well and since then, we’ve noticed that the rust and a lot of the contamination that we were getting in our old system is now gone. My wife says the water's not quite like as soft as she had expected. But overall, we're very happy with it. We like the soap products that were shipped with it. We haven't used all of them, but we've been happy with the ones we have used.

They had a demonstration of how their water filtration system works. Halfway through the demonstration, they sold my fiancée on it. My kids have eczema. Now, we’ve all had smoother and cleaner feelings again. Using less soap when doing dishes. If you’ve ever washed your hands in city water, they would cause some redness on your skin because it's dried out. That doesn't occur when washing our hands in our sink anymore.

When we are using the RainSoft system, we can feel the difference. The water is soft. The installation was also good. After that, I had a small complaint. I talked to the rep who came to my home and he told me they will come and do the service but they never came back.

The installer did a good job but we clashed a little bit. I just have a small area in my laundry room and he came with things that were not what I ordered. It was too big and it will not even fit in there. He was so snappy with me about that 'til he saw it my way. But he called and had someone bring the right thing out. Also, he left a hole and didn't patch it up. I still had a contractor here because I was remodeling, and I could let him look at it. But he said, "No, I'd rather they'd fix it." Other than that, everything worked fine. I had their rep Phoebe and she is absolutely wonderful. She said she would reach out to someone about coming to patch the hole in my wall where the tech had to go in.

Scott was our rep. He was friendly and professional. He did a really good job going through and explaining things, and showing us the benefits of the RainSoft system. What really impressed me was he had all the details down. He knew the product inside and out. We got the whole house water filtration and softener, and the reverse osmosis.

The installer was amazing. It was done very quickly. I didn't even notice his presence. I'm happy and satisfied.

I've had RainSoft since '86. I had good luck with the system and it worked well. It had good components and a brass valve. I was having some trouble with my system and Great Lakes came. The last time the tech was out, he goes, It's getting kind of old. We need to probably do an update.” He treated me fairly and I said, “Just do it.” The old system was on a timer and it had to regenerate. With the new system, I'm using less salt and it has my water really good. I'm satisfied with the RainSoft. Their rep Ken is a great guy.

The rep was very informative and the installation of our water purifier and softener went well. The system works very well and the water is a lot softer and very good for the skin. Our drinking water is great too. Definitely consider RainSoft.

The system saves a lot of money. The quality is really good. I used to buy bottle water for drinking. Now, I don't buy it.

The sales rep knew what he was talking about. The installation was quick and the techs were professional. We're drinking water from the system every day. So, we are already saving on buying water bottles and we definitely feel the difference in how our soap is reacting to the water. It's lathering better and we don't have to waste as much soap.

We have hard water buildup on our faucets. The person who installed was excellent. I can tell the water's soft now. It doesn't have the hardness to it but I can't say that I really noticed a difference yet. We're still trying to get that hard water deposit cleaned up. Other than that, the reps have all been super friendly and very professional.

We had two other companies come in. When Matt came in, the rep of RainSoft, he was the last one for the day and we immediately connected with him more than the other guys. The other guys felt like they were pushing us to buy, so we didn't like it. Matt was very personable. Also, Rainsoft is a treatment system that we didn't even know we wanted.

The techs have been very pleasant. They try to get out as soon as possible. We've never had an issue. We can't be without a RainSoft system.

The sales rep did an outstanding job and the installer and his helper did a very good job. He did a good job of explaining everything too. I’m extremely satisfied with the RainSoft system. All the appliances involving water are more efficient. They don't get dirty as easy and the dishes come out better. Everything has improved. RainSoft is absolutely the best. We had a system about 30 years ago and this is our second time having one. We built this house that we just moved into and we looked for a water system, and chose RainSoft. A lot of it was based on our experience with the past as well as the salesperson and the effort that that salesperson and the manager went through to give me as much information and help with making sure the price was where I wanted. They did a fabulous job in every way they could.

Since using Rainsoft, there's a huge improvement in the way the water feels on your body and the way your skin feels afterward. My wife loves it for her hair. We don't buy bottles of water like we used to. The installation was also phenomenal. The guy was great. With the person that came after the installer to explain the system, it could have been a much better experience though.

The gentleman that came out to install was fantastic. I really enjoyed him, which is difficult to say about a salesman. He was a very sociable guy and professional. He sidetracked every now and we talked about family. It was more of a friendly relationship, and that, I appreciate. There was no high pressure at all. I ended up getting a $40 gift card for a local restaurant, and that was because he came into the house and gave me his spiel. I'm happy with the water softening system. I like the soft water for the walk-in shower, for washing clothes and for the dishes. But I don't know if I'm happy with the finance company.

When the salesperson did the testing and showed us that the water could be better, the RainSoft system does make it better. He was great. He was an older guy and very knowledgeable and respectful. He was definitely a people person. We’ve had it three months and I asked him to come out again last month. I said, “Tony, I would appreciate you coming out and doing your testing on our water again with your chemicals to see what difference it made because we may feel that it's different or better but without a test, how do you really know?” He set up a time, came out, tested the water, and you could see it with the first sample it definitely changed for the better. We're very pleased with the system so far. It's worth having. Our salt’s only down about half and I'm quite surprised by that and pleased that we've only used that much in three months.

Since having the system installed, my water tastes better and I don't get any skin irritations anymore. Also, they save me on filters and soap. Their service rep has been really good as well. He checks up on me regularly, sends me messages, and follows up after me.

The rep who came out to test our water was very personable and he knew his job very well. Then, they followed up two weeks later and a rep came to check on our system. He made some adjustments to the system. We were glad that they were prompt in coming and following up.

I noticed my reverse osmosis water comes out very slow. If I'm making a pitcher of sweet tea, I barely have enough water coming out to make a gallon of tea and that was very disappointing to me. Also, I was under the impression that after a month they were going to come out and check the system but nobody has ever come out or called.

Their reps were great and the installation went pretty well, although they had to come out and redo the way they hooked up the drainage and everything. Other than that, I love the system. The water is clear, it tastes a whole lot better, and my skin feels better when I'm washing.

They offered a free water test and the rep who came out was very polite and cordial. He explained everything to us in great detail and showed us what was going on. He gave us the options and gave us a better price than I was expecting. Then, the installation was quick and painless. The system has worked as described. Our water doesn't smell or taste bad anymore. We can drink it straight out of the faucet.

Having RainSoft, the water is better on my skin. It doesn't leave any marks on the dishes and the faucets. It also takes the chlorine smell out. I’ve been happy with the product so far. I would recommend it and already have to the neighbors.

Our experience has been good so far. The salesman was very informative. As far as the installation, they were quick. The guy went through everything with me and told me what was going on. He explained what I had to do and what not to do. He was very professional. The installation was very easy and it took up the least amount of space. But my husband says that there is still a weird taste to our water.

We had some bad water where we're at in the village. So it tastes better. We also had the reverse osmosis installed, too. I've been trying to get as many people as possible to get Rainsoft. I've been telling everybody to hook it up.

I love Rainsoft. I don't think I've ever enjoyed drinking water until we got it. It's a big difference because kids hate water. They actually drink it now. The gentleman from RainSoft did some kind of an introduction and did the chemicals test with our water and showed what was in our water versus our bottled water and our refrigerator water. How he demonstrated and explained everything kind of broke it down to where you can see it a little bit more in-depth than just a glass of water. I'm dealing with hair loss, and I like the idea of having a softener to the water and having it not affect my hair as bad. So, the idea of being able to possibly have my hair not fall out all the time and then the drinking of the water were the biggest selling points.

My old water system died and I got RainSoft. Their sales rep and technicians were good and professional. So far, their customer service has been pretty good.

Everything is good. The installation guys did what they were supposed to have done. The water seems cleaner since I had the system installed. The only thing is that they haven't been here to do a follow up. They told me that they would be here a month after everything had been set up. They came once but I wasn't at home.

Rainsoft had a better price and everything was guaranteed forever. Since getting the system, our water is better. More people drink out of the tap more than they did before.

We had filtered water as well as ionization installed. The tech was phenomenal and very helpful and understanding. We could relate well to him. The system is great. It's probably one of the best things that we've done. You can definitely feel the softness of the water. I highly recommend RainSoft.

The RainSoft rep was very helpful and informative. He demonstrated right before us, with all the test kits he had, how much our water was contaminated. He made a very convincing pitch, so we were sold after his presentation. Since having the RainSoft system, there's a noticeable difference I could see. When I have my bath time, I see more lather. Also, I don't see any of the residues. It met my expectations. I'm happy with the product. The unit has been functioning as advertised.

Dan was working on my equipment and he did an amazing job. He was on time, professional and really friendly. Any question I had he had an answer, very knowledgeable at what he does and straight to the point!

Since using the RainSoft system, the water is a lot softer. It doesn’t leave water spots as much as before with the hard water. I would recommend RainSoft.

The people that RainSoft sent into our home seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. My son was here and he's almost 60. My husband and I are in our 80s. We understood what was explained to us and we had some idea before of what was going on. They cleaned up after themselves, didn't make a mess or leave everything around. We're very pleased with them. We have extremely hard water and a high level of sulfur but since using RainSoft, it seems to be much better. We had to use a tremendous amount of chlorine for the system and we were not using nearly as much as we did.

When the RainSoft rep came out, it was good. We talked about my drinking water and I told him about a filter that I have. For the most part, he did a great job with the demonstration. I had the water softener and the CleanStart system installed. The guy did a great job. He installed it and he took the time to show me how to operate it. But he noticed that my water shutoff in the garage is in a different location from my hot water tank. I have tried reaching RainSoft because my cold water still smells like chlorine and the hot water is very soft. So, it's a noticeable difference between the two. I don't think that both the cold water and the hot water are going into the system. I've talked to an operator twice. I've also reached out to the sales agent and all three times, I've been told somebody will contact me back but no one has responded.

The only problem I have is how to order my supplies. Other than that, I like RainSoft very much. The regular faucet water was terrible. It tasted like chlorine. And bottled water is costly there. It’s much better drinking and the water goes out smoothly. I drink more water now than I used to. And when I take a shower, my skin feels smoother.

Hard water refers to things that are in the water, like calcium. So, I had pipes and showerheads clogging up, I got water pressure, and all my glasses turn white. I asked the tech where water softener would be installed and he told me it would be right next to the hot water heater. But when I got home, it was on the other side of the basement from the hot water heater. So, it's not in a convenient spot. RainSoft should get on the same page. And if they could make the system cheaper, that would be awesome. The sticker shock is a little much. Other than that, so far, it has done exactly what they said it would. And I've had no complaints with the way that it works. My water is a lot better.

I like RainSoft. We had a couple of complications with where we wanted to put it because of the line, and the guy that installed it helped explain to me the best place for it to go. He moved all of the stuff out of the way for me and put it back and took off his shoes when he came inside. I am confused about the point system thing for the soap, though. But the water’s definitely a lot better. I've noticed a difference in my hair and in my skin. The shower doesn't get buildup. When we moved into the house, it had a lot of buildup on the shower doors and the faucets and we've replaced a few things. Around that same time is when we had the water filter installed and we haven't had any issues with anything, black stains. So, it’s nice.

Everything has been phenomenal with RainSoft. The rep's presentation was great. However, I've noticed that the pink is coming back around in the toilet bowl. So, I got to reach out to them and ask them to come and take a look.

When the rep from RainSoft came by, we were kind of surprised that someone would come to the area and talk to us about it. We decided to take advantage of it and the customer service is very good but I don't notice any difference in the water. They also said we would receive an incentive or a coupon for doing this but we've received nothing.

The installation was perfect and I enjoyed it. It was actually what I was looking for. I definitely have softer water that feels better on the skin. My wife said that the water is cleaning out the old hard water from the faucet that was in the shower. But I'm sure it's gonna take longer than a couple months to actually do some good cleaning of that hard water scale.

We had a RainSoft softener and wanted to use that again when we moved here. The rep knew what he was doing. He told us everything we needed to know. He did an excellent presentation and we felt very confident with him. The man that installed the system did a good job. The system was placed in the right spot and everything was done professionally and very clean. I like the results for using RainSoft. It makes everything feel better and everything taste better and water quality is greater. It'd be worth every penny others could put in it to have it installed.

When we purchased, they installed the system the next day. Since we've been using it, I like that we don't have to buy water. But I hate that it has a really slow flow and it takes forever to fill our cup of water. Sometimes leave the cup there and not be mindful of that and by the time we turn around the water overfills. The reps explained a lot of stuff and they said they're gonna double back but there's so much information at one time.

The rep from RainSoft seemed to be the most knowledgeable and credible of what we had looked at. With RainSoft, our water is much softer. There's not as much buildup. We have a glass shower, so you can tell the difference from that alone.

I was happy with the installation. The techs ran exterior piping so I could water my grass with just regular water instead of running it through all my water softener stuff. It was a clean install and they were efficient with the time. So far, I like our Rainsoft. It has a lifetime warranty and we can get the option of the lifetime warranty on our filter. Or, we could choose a 20-year warranty and there's a 10-year one as well. I also like it because I don't have to buy bottled water for my coffee pot, diffusers, or humidifier. Also, the toilets are much cleaner. I'm not having to scrub those or my tub. Water softeners are pretty expensive so it's pretty easy to be unhappy with them. But I'm pretty happy with mine.

The gentleman who came out was an amazing guy. He sold us on the RainSoft system and I am loving it. My wife deals with it a lot more than I do but I notice with the showers. We both feel an extreme difference in what the water used to be versus what it is currently. We are still in the process of trying to set up getting stuff made specifically for the soft water and I'm sure it'll make it even that much better after we get that.

The salesman was dynamite. Working with them was pleasant and the installation was done in a timely manner. Since then, my water has been soft.

We did a in-home appointment and the salesman was really good. We didn't even have to do any shopping around. We were sold with the first one and we're happy with our RainSoft softener so far. With our laundry, there's a big difference in the softness in them as well as our hair and skin. Water tastes better as well. My little girl knew without even knowing what was happening. She came home and said the water tastes really good.

Working with their team was fantastic. Since getting Rainsoft, the difference in the water was almost instant. The quality is way above what I was expecting it to be.

My RainSoft system is performing as it should be and we're happy with this installation and the service. The water had some earthy taste but now, it doesn't have that taste. We don't see as much of those white stains all over the place from the minerals on the water.

We have soft water with RainSoft but my husband said it's slimy. You feel you still have soap or body wash on your body. I also didn't like the taste of the water in the beginning and I'm still hesitant to get water from the faucet but they told me it's good quality water. The sales rep that did the presentation was informative. However, during the presentation, it was very fast. It was late when we finished it. I still have some more questions to ask but they haven't called me back after the installation. It's been four weeks. I thought in two weeks, they would come and talk to us. It's an expensive investment so they better come.

I love the water with RainSoft and I recommended someone to them. The sales rep was amazing and the installation was good. I had more trouble trying to get my WiFi connected to it so I ended up having to go and buy a router to get it connected. However, when the salt gets low, I could see it on my phone, but I don't know how to change it when I add salt to it. It was 117 pounds, and I added 80 pounds, but it's still reading 80 pounds. It's showing that I got 70 some percent when I should have more. Also, in the initial sale, they give you 16,000 some points to purchase products. They said it would last me six, seven years. But it won’t because the stuff costs so much. It's real good in the sales pitch, but it’s not true.

RainSoft gave me a discount for purchasing the system right away when they came. The representative and technicians were great.
