When we moved here to Missouri, we received a card about having a free water sample. A gentleman named Robert came out and he explained the RainSoft product. He was a good fellow. He showed us how hard our water was and convinced us so we got the system. We just bought a new washer and dryer and refrigerator. We didn’t want any of our machinery to be affected by the hard water. Water softeners are recommended to everybody. Since the system was put in, we've been happy with it. I've taken showers enough to know if the water is soft or if the water is hard. The water we have now feels soft. I haven't noticed a huge amount of suds when washing things. I'm sure there would have been more suds if we had left our water as hard water.

RainSoft was great. Even when we had an issue, they came right out and fixed it. In different ways, I’ve told a couple people I know that own their houses about RainSoft and they're definitely looking into it. One family's more about health, and I said, "Well, the water's alkaline water." They have to give it to their daughter, so it helps them save money that way. They don't have to buy bottled alkaline water.

I had a problem with the financing of the RainSoft system. My interest rate was extremely high and I just paid it off with another credit card. I got interest charged to me before I even got my first bill. I read it and they were in the rights of doing them but I've never received anything like that before. With such a large purchase, I was taken back by that. It did force me to find another way to pay for it.

The customer service is excellent. From the time that I purchased to the installation was three, four days which was a fair amount of time. The part that I did like about RainSoft was they gave me a firm price. They were very clear. When I checked the other one, they would give you an outrageous price then it would start going lower and lower. I love the RainSoft system. So far, it's really good and the whole family's happy with it. I spoke to family members and they’re planning to get it.

We had a RainSoft system that developed a leak in the mechanism. A guy came out and he could fix it but said, “Who knows how long that would last?” We've lived here for 14 years. We bought a new RainSoft system and the installation of the equipment was excellent. We highly recommend it.

The options that RainSoft automatically gives you are ridiculously high. It’s kind of discouraging after you go through this whole process of going through the whole water treatment. That’s an hour long then you're faced with the price which is a little overwhelming. You kind of got to keep asking to get down to the more affordable ones for working-class people. It’s mainly the working class people that are going to be the purchasers because we're not going to be in best areas for filtered water.

My husband's always been a big water drinker, but I have not. Since we've gotten this though, I have become one too. I'm finding I'm drinking more water than I am my soft drinks. That’s the great thing on that. I also tried a lot of my products, and the only one I'm not crazy about is the dish liquid to wash dishes ‘cause it doesn't stay foamed. It disappears fast. The others, I love. Another thing is when I turn on the water in the master bathroom, it foams at first. If I'm gonna get water to take medicine with, I'll put a little in my glass and then pour it out and get some more ‘cause it's cleared by that time. It has a funny taste to it, but that's the only place I find when I'm doing that. Other than that, my husband and I both like the RainSoft system.

The sales rep, Kathleen, was very informative and not too pushy. She told us everything we needed to know and armed us with the information and the pricing options. Installment was very smooth as well. They also armed us with a bunch of information and then told us how to maintain the system. The only thing that I have a concern with is the system is outside and it sits on the floor. I would’ve laid some carpet down first. Because in Texas, the ground shifts and it's really sandy. It's already starting to move. Other than that, the system is working very well so far.

The gentleman that came out laid the out what product was. He took some samples from my water and was able to explain to me how dirty it was. I knew it was dirty. It was all rusty- and brown-looking. It stunk like sulfur. There was no way I would have drank that water. In fact, I didn't even like to shower in it. We raise standard poodles as well, and we wouldn't even let them drink the water. It was nasty. The gentleman offered the product that we can buy to make my water usable and it came out to 100 bucks a month. It was very expensive, but compared to driving to an artesian well all the time to get our own water, it's not that bad. I can stay at home and not have to spend three hours chasing down water twice a week.

When the gentleman came and did an explanation, he showed us the water we have. Apparently, the area where we live has very bad water. After they showed us what kind of chemicals and minerals we have, we decided to go with this deal. I am very satisfied with both that gentleman and the installer. Very professional and nice. For the reasonable price, were were promised good water. Unfortunately, we never asked and we never tested after installation. Still, we definitely see the difference in taste.

We got the regular filters that are outside, the reverse osmosis filter that goes under the sink, and the ozone that goes in the air conditioner. RainSoft's sales rep did a great job then four guys came out and hooked up the equipment. They were very professional and they answered every question I had. Since we started using RainSoft, we love our water. It tastes great and even our kids drink more water now. I also like the part that you can wash a vehicle and don't have to worry about it spotting. Before you could not. Plus, when you're washing clothes, they seem to become a little cleaner without having to scrub spots. Aside from that, we have two dogs that are in the house and nobody smells the dogs anymore. The dogs get baths on a regular basis, but you know where you could go ahead and tell somebody has a pet in the house? Nobody knows now.

We had RainSoft's sales agent visit our house and he was a nice guy. He provided a good overview, then we looked out in the market for other options. We found a couple but they weren't that good product-wise. So, I called RainSoft back and we got the system installed. It took a week max and the guy who came to install it was also good.

I haven't had any difficulty with the system. I knew how to work a few things and then if I ran into problems, I would call and they would come out and fix it. The snowstorm that we had earlier blew out one of the parts in my system. A gentleman came out and talked to me about the different ways I could go about the issue. I could get the part replaced, but then they weren't sure about the motor and how long that might last. They were offering a good special on a newer system so I went ahead and got a brand new system. I had to wait for two weeks or so because everything was on backorder because of the snowstorm. But a couple of days after it was put in, I can tell that all my clothes and my bathwater were cleaner. I've really enjoyed it.

I had hard water and there were stains around the house from the water. The mineral deposits left white residue everywhere, so I wouldn't drink it. I'm not from Houston. So, when I got down here and I saw that, I did not drink the water. I got the whole house system and now, I can drink my water. RainSoft is good so far. The rep was very knowledgeable and everyone that was here was very professional. I like that the sales rep checked in to make sure everything's okay. Product matters but at the end of the day, it's that customer service that matters.

The sales reps of RainSoft were informative. The installer was also friendly and very helpful. Now, the water seems to definitely be softer and there's definitely a different flavor to it now.

I'm so happy that I got a new system from RainSoft. I got well water, so it doesn't stink anymore. It’s different, clear and good.

The system works, it's worth the money, and it's better than buying bottled water. Also, our clothes come out a little bit nicer and our showerheads don't clog up as much.

The only problem we have is that we were told that the system would be linked with our phone. But after the installation, we were told there's a software problem that would have to be worked out. Other than that, the installation went very smoothly and since having the system, the water is less harsh on our skin. My skin doesn't feel very dry after taking a shower.

The installation went very smoothly and I was surprised in how quickly it was. The reps were probably in and out in less than an hour. The water is more drinkable than tap water since we’ve had the RainSoft system. When you live in an area with a lot of agriculture, the chemicals that are used for planting are seeping into your water system. So, we don't like to drink water from the tap and from the regular normal system, which is why we prefer the water from the filtration.

I've had three water softeners and when I spoke with Rainsoft's sales rep, I just wanted him to give me the presentation, show me the prices, and see what he had to offer. I've heard them before, I knew the song and dance routine, and he did a good job. I got the EC5 and since then, the water has been clean like it's supposed to.

I like the guy who demonstrated the RainSoft system to us as well as the guy who installed it. They were both super good. The installer did everything fine and he was nice about it. He cleaned everything up and explained as he went. Filters were put under the sink and the water tastes better. It feels a lot better since having the system in place. It’s easier to take a shower and rinse. I've also noticed there’s not any water spots anymore.

We have the whole water conditioning system and we have the air part of it too. I have a breathing problem and I know that the air portion of it has helped me with my breathing. Also, my husband and I can tell a whole lot of difference in the taste of the water and when we shower and use the soap. Everything we've got has worked out really good. We called to send more supplies out and they were very efficient. They sent those right out.

Setting up our RainSoft appointment was easy. The rep was really professional. Then, we told them we wanted it and then they sent out someone to install it. It went really smoothly all in all. I noticed that the water tastes better now and it smells better too. I've noticed that my skin is not as dry as well.

I was very satisfied with RainSoft. The gentleman who tested the water explained everything he was doing. Once they set the guy up to install it, he was there the next day. He was in and out in about an hour. One of the filters for the extra drinking water was leaking but he came right back out the next day and fixed it. Everybody was very informative and it was a speedy process. The feel of the water from what it used to be completely blows your mind. The drinking water tastes good. I work outside so I take a half-gallon jug with me every day. We've been more than pleased with everything. RainSoft should have a water sample saying that you can taste the difference between your tap water and this drinking water, and that you can feel the difference in the softness.

The RainSoft rep was very good. So far, the quality of the water is very good.

The sales rep I worked with was very pleasant and seemed to be very knowledgeable. RainSoft installed the system on the same day and I could see and feel the difference immediately - like the softness in the water and that it no longer had a smell to it. I hope that in the future, these systems become a little more economically friendly for everyone to be able to utilize. Not everybody has $5,000 to pay to upgrade their system.

I had a great experience with the rep from RainSoft and the installation process was awesome. It was professional and I was so happy. I had many issues and the installer came right away and fixed it. Since having the water filter installed, I can feel the difference when taking a shower and drinking the water. I'm enjoying everything. Everything is as expected and to my satisfaction.

The water is a lot softer and the taste is a lot better than bottled water with the water system. I wash the bottles that I had from the bottled water with the RainSoft water and then I fill them up and put them in the refrigerator. Also, I don't have to use as much lotion as I used to. I've noticed the difference in my skin and the way it feels.

We were extremely satisfied with RainSoft. It's definitely better quality water and it's not hard water the way we were used to. The sales rep also explained everything to us. We would recommend RainSoft.

The RainSoft rep did an excellent job with his presentation. We had two presentations before him which were okay but his was a little more informative and thorough. Now, the spotting on the shower glass is less noticeable. Occasionally, we still will do the squeegee thing as one would expect a degree with the soap and oil from a person. But just from the water itself, it's certainly better there. Since the time we've had the system, we've only cleaned the toilets once and though the ring build-up wasn't bad before, it's much less now.

The guy that came out from RainSoft was knowledgeable. The crew that came out the first time was good. But I've had the crews out 3 or 4 times already because I've been going through a lot of problems with the softener. Hopefully, this kind of resolves some of the problems. But the water's great. It's soft and the system's working really good. My wife and I like it. I'm glad I did it. I should have done it 26 years ago because that's how long I've been out there where I live. I'm up in the hill country and the water is terrible up there. There's a lot of calcium in it.

I got the whole water filter system from RainSoft. Everything was good with the sales rep. The installers came in, installed it and they told me about it. They were pretty good. Before, the water had a smell. Now, there's less of a smell. The taste is a lot different too.

RainSoft put in the system and it was great. Then, we traded that in and got a new RV and that was the same thing. They had it put in right away and when we quit RV-ing, we got a house. We had reverse osmosis put in and I went up to Lowe's the first time and got it. We went to Home Depot last time and got a new refrigerator with this RainSoft. The rep came and hooked it up. He was here today because they didn't turn it back on right and it didn't make ice so he fixed that and we're waiting on ice to come out. They're good people.

RainSoft exceeded all my expectations. A guy came in and tested my water. He did a great job. There were also a couple of younger kids that came in to install the unit and I talked to them. They were really honest and it was just some good communication. I was very happy with them. There was also Annette who handles the account. She called me later and sent me a thank you card. It was the best customer service I had in years. With RainSoft, I like bathing my hair. It's much softer. And even with washing, my colors seem to be a lot whiter so the system is working great.

The guy who came to install the RainSoft system was very knowledgeable on home improvements and stuff. He helped us with other things that were going to affect the water system. The same time he was installing it, we were fixing our food disposal and he gave us some pointers. He helped us organize the filters for the water and the food disposal under the sink. That was very helpful.

It was a great experience with RainSoft. They spoke to us about it and we did the install the same day. I didn't think it was gonna happen that fast but it was pretty instantaneous. Now, there's a huge difference in our skin. My kids have super dry skin and it's a lot better now compared to what it was before. The system is amazing. It’s the cost that irks me. A big reason why we switched was because my son was starting to have scalp issues. He was reacting to the water that we were getting within our home. His hair was starting to discolor so I had to change to a filtering system.

The water at our rental property is really hard and it needed filtration. We weren't comfortable drinking it either. So, we did both the softener and the drinking water system. I was told though, when I purchased the system that I would be able to communicate with it remotely as I'm in Minnesota and the system is in Arizona. Once I finally got an answer, I can't do that. So, it doesn't help me to have an app for it or anything. I have to rely on a renter to alert me if the alarm goes off. I called RainSoft and they said I was misinformed. Being able to communicate with the system remotely was one of the main reasons I went with RainSoft. I could have gone with different systems.

The sales rep was amazing and it was a seamless process. The installation was perfect and since then, the water is 1,000 times cleaner. Everything was great and I would refer RainSoft to anybody and I have.

Our daughters have eczemas and we noticed their skin is a whole lot better after the first time we had RainSoft installed. We got a really bad freeze in Texas which busted our whole system. We repurchased another and the installer was nice and informative. The ladies at their office called back the next day to make sure installation went okay. The water softener helps with the irritation of my daughters and they don't have as many flare-ups.

We had some problems with the salt that RainSoft uses. We were getting a little too salty water but that was regulated pretty easily.

The reps knew what they were talking about. We got a whole house system that had a timer set up in it. Now, our water is softer and we can drink it. The water was coming out bubbly and a little weird and we had to have somebody come out and check it. They did that and it was good.

We moved into a house and we were smelling chlorine and bleach in our water. We got a RainSoft system and the installers were all very good. We now have softer water. We used to smell sewer water in our sink and now, we don't smell that anymore. We're very happy with Rainsoft.

What a difference RainSoft has made since we had the system installed. Even my friends who have city water are only drinking mine. The crew was great and it felt like I could hang out with them. They were nice and explained everything to me. I asked the guy all the problems that I had before and since we're remodeling, I asked him if we had to move and he said no and that he’ll put it on the install that we are remodeling. He told me to call them and they would come back out and move it if I need it moved.

The initial salesman who came out was thorough. He knew what he was doing and made sure that he showed us how bad our water was. Englewood water is somewhat known for not being the best city water system in the world and he convinced us that we should have the RainSoft system installed. Now, it’s a better water quality than we had before. One of the installation people couldn't speak English at all and the other one did his best. Then, there was a follow-up gentleman who came out about a week later. He did an evaluation and made sure things were working right. I shared with him that the person who installed the system left tools behind and I asked him if he would put a rain proof cover over the plug-in and he said that if he had one with him, he would put it on. Otherwise, I could go to Home Depot and get one. For $5,000, I don't know if that was a good response and I didn't like it.

The techs who installed my system were very helpful. Everything has been going well.

The faucets discolor with the calcium coloring and that doesn't happen now. Also, when there's a build-up of a hard, crust-like thing, it's hard to get it off and with the system, it's less work. We don't have to clean much - even the shower doors and the utensils stay clean. The only downside is the price. I've been recommending it to people and everybody is concerned about the price. It comes around 10 grand total and it's probably expensive for most people.

The salesperson who came told me that she could be the one that make the payment every month and they haven't started taking the money out of there. I'm not satisfied because of what I was told initially - how things could be paid versus now.

I picked three different companies to talk about their products and give quotes and RainSoft seemed to be the most comprehensive. Also, the rep was insanely better than any of the other two people we talked to. After everything, it ended up being the best deal. The technician explained what each of the products was. He went through the pros and cons of each one and mentioned, from a long-term perspective, what he felt would be best. We purchased the combo of the water softener and the filter and we thought that it's the best value for what we actually needed. Every other week, we were having to take apart our kitchen faucet and get the sediment out but now, we haven't had any issues there at all. I trust the product works.

I like that I don't have to add salt to my RainSoft system once a month like all the other systems in my neighborhood. Since the installation, my water feels smoother and silkier. It also tastes better.

The water test RainSoft provided was a little long but it was a very good experience. They gave a presentation of everything - the quality of the water and how it affects everything in the household's needs. Then, the installation of the water softening system was seamless. They were in and out in under an hour. Everything has been a pleasant experience and the quality is fantastic. Also, the app that came with the equipment works very well for me. The price was a little expensive, but that's okay. It's worth every penny.

The rep that we bought from came over and showed me everything. The plumber who installed the system was awesome too. Since the installation, there has been a difference in the taste of our water. We recommend RainSoft to others.

There was some promotion going on and I didn't have to pay for three months. At the very end, the lady said, "Yeah. It’s three months,” then I got the bill. It wasn't due till June but they're already charging interest. I got charged $70 and never had a first bill, which is frustrating. I called the loan company and they said, "It's what it is." I also had to ask RainSoft a couple of times to get the $20 gift card thing, but they got it to me.

RainSoft's reps were good. They understood the product and sold it to me. The installation was seamless. I was at work while the techs did the filters on the front side of the property. I came home and it was neat and clean. It's been a great experience so far. I can shower and the water doesn't smell terrible. While it comes out murky, once it sits for a little while, it would clear up though. So, I see that as something that's part of the filtration.

James, the RainSoft rep, was wonderful. Also, the installer was fantastic. He did everything very professionally. He put everything together and cleaned up behind himself. I was very impressed with that because I thought I would have to clean up behind him, but I didn't have to do a thing. I now drink from right out of the little faucet RainSoft put under the purified water. It's so delicious. One of our friends’ dogs was over here and the dog wouldn't drink tap water. But when I put that water in a little bowl for her, she drank it. So she even noticed the difference. I have five people already that got the system installed. I’m working for number six now, so I could get my check. If I get six people and they get it installed, then RainSoft pays for my system. And they said I will be one of the first people who ever did it.

All the representatives were awesome. The presentation and installation were great. There's a world of difference now with our water. I drink it and when I shower, I feel cleaner. I feel not sticky. Plus, our dishes don't have spots and our clothes are cleaner. I'm 100% happy with the RainSoft system. It's awesome.

We installed the RainSoft system and we noticed a really big difference. My wife is really happy with it. A lady came out and tested our water after we had it installed for about two weeks. She was very pleasant and she did some minor adjustments to the water softener. The only thing was the way to get the free soap was really confusing. We had a really hard time trying to figure out how to redeem the free soap. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

We got RainSoft for our son that lives in Arizona. We were down visiting him and he had just moved into a home he had just bought and the water was horrible. So, we had it installed there. It was great. It makes a world of difference in the water. We also have a reverse osmosis system at our house in Missouri. The representative was great. He explained everything, he tested the water and showed us, and we had bottled drinking water there that we had him to test. We were impressed with him and we loved the product.

Our well water had an odor and we wanted to make sure it was soft enough so we could bathe and wash our clothes. The rep tested our water and it was extremely hard as we suspected. We got a system for the whole house. We have a water softener, purifier and a device under the sink for drinking water. We also have an oxidizer for the washroom. Our water is definitely a lot softer and it doesn't smell anymore. The drinking water that comes out from the tap is really good. Also, things lather up better when before, we weren't getting much lather from soap or shampoo. We get plenty of suds when we scrub up and it's a much more pleasant experience in the shower. I highly recommend RainSoft. We love it.

The representative of RainSoft that came and did the demonstration was good and knowledgeable. The follow-up guy who came knew his product and he was equally cordial. The installer who came seemed to know what he was doing. He was fine. The only issue I had is I never got the gift card from Home Depot until I called twice to inquire why I didn't get it. Then finally, someone sent it digitally. I'm happy with the quality of the water we're getting. The water is a lot softer and more pleasant when I take a shower. The glass shower doors in our shower seem to stay a lot cleaner, spot-free longer and the water tastes better.

We have a lot of calcium and lime in our water. With their testing, RainSoft said there were also a lot of chemicals, formaldehyde, lead and things like that. We got something added to our system to filter out a lot of the extra chemicals they detected. The technician helped with some extra things 'cause I just had knee surgery. However, I can't say that I've noticed that much difference in the water. It's just good soft water. RainSoft is a little expensive but they're responsive to our needs. They're marvelous.

My wife and kids go through a lot of bottled water. I told the guy with RainSoft that if he can make our water better than bottled water where I didn't have to buy bottled water, I would buy the system. The rep came out and he was very respectful and knowledgeable. The system I got softens the water in the whole house. We had pretty good water, to begin with. But with RainSoft, the coffee is better and we use less soap when we're taking a bath. We can drink water right out of the faucet.

With RainSoft, the water is much cleaner and tastes a lot better.

An installer came in and explained the RainSoft system thoroughly. He also explained how to change out everything. If we need any help, we can just call. With RainSoft, our hair is totally different. When we first got here, we had really bad dandruff. We don't see it anymore. Dishes don't have as many spots. These are just little differences that we are noticing day by day but much better than what we had. We like our RainSoft system so far and we are happy.

The sales rep was great and I got the whole house system from RainSoft. Since then, the water has been smooth on my skin and the hands are softer. So, you feel like you have soap on you. The whole system is different and the chemicals are great.

Everybody was great and explained everything. It feels different all the way around since we had the RainSoft system installed, even when taking a shower, and it’s not very expensive to get one.

A friend told me the benefit he got from RainSoft and recommended the system to me. There is a difference in our faucets and shower. The water also tastes different and we can drink the water straight from the faucet.

The installer explained everything that he was gonna do. After he was done, he showed me. He also did some water test to make sure everything was running perfectly. Everything has been pretty good so far. My family notices the difference in the water on their hair and skin. I recommend this system to anybody.

I live in downtown Phoenix and the water here has got a chlorine thing going. I disconnected my icemaker because it's using that. Even though it's filtered, it still looks weird so I wanted the RainSoft water filtration system to make my ice as well as for cooking and drinking. The guy who did the original assessment was great and the guy who installed it was so fast. He showed me what to do. Both of them were great and even the lady at the store was nice. So, I have no complaints there. It was a super great experience with the reps. I'm very happy with RainSoft.

The rep was very nice and polite. He answered every question I had. And the installation crew, he was super sweet. He did it super fast. He took less than 25 minutes. Things have been going great with RainSoft.

The technician was new and he didn’t have a lot of experience but he still did his job. One phone call with RainSoft normally takes care of the problem and I have no issues with them.

When RainSoft's reps did the demonstration, that was a red flag for us. My wife liked what she saw and she told me we were getting a system from them. The installation was good. My wife likes the water better now.

RainSoft suggested we do the reverse osmosis system and they tested our water. After we had it done, we're drinking it now. It's good water. Everything went well with the reps. They were very professional and did very well. They got the job done and we're happy with it.

The company gave a good presentation and did a quick install. They eliminated obstacles rapidly - any problems and any questions. The water is softer and my wife said her hair and skin are nicer and her clothes are cleaner.

A very kind gentleman showed us the Rainsoft system and did the demonstration for us. He was very thorough in the details and we enjoyed his company. The installation was super fast. I could not believe they came the next day then installed it within a couple of hours. We were very pleased with that. Having RainSoft, I can drink my water now. I couldn't even make coffee with the water. It was so gross. Now, I can make pots of coffee a day. I don't have to buy bottled water by the cases anymore. I recommend Rainsoft to everybody who says they don't like the taste of their water.

We got the EC-550 system from Rainsoft. The very first thing that we noticed was that what we always thought were the rust stains in our toilet bowl were fading. Also, our water is softer. We don't have the buildup like we always had before. Our clothes are still getting clean but we're using less detergent. I contacted Rainsoft twice in relation to the app that comes with the system where you can monitor it remotely. Both times, they were very helpful. They answered my questions and were patient with me when I asked a lot of them.

Everyone at RainSoft was awesome and I enjoyed the process. The only thing that I noticed with the showers, it gets dirty so easily. The shower doesn’t dirty so easily before when I had the odd water. But the water makes my skin smooth when I use it now.

The installation of our RainSoft was great. There was a gentleman that came back out and rechecked everything and told me they would be back out at the end of the year and recheck again. I'm washing and using it every day and I love it. If people want a great system, they need to go to RainSoft. RainSoft is very good.

The salesman did a good job showing us what was going on and explaining things. We got along well with them and the installation was faster than I thought. Having Rainsoft, we don't have to use as much soap and shampoo. I’ve also noticed that my shower and coffeemaker stay cleaner longer. We used to have to clean the coffee pot all the time because the limescale would get built up in it. We started using bottled water and everything in it but we don't have to do that anymore ‘cause it doesn't do that anymore.

We had a plumber come in and told us the water was making black rings around our toilet. He told us to get a water softener system and it would do better. We told him we already got one and he told us there is something wrong. I have to have a technician to see what's going on. The problem started when we got the Rainsoft system. A man came back out, did a test and said everything was going through all right. But with that toilet, we'd be ashamed to have guests come over ‘cause they’d think our toilet’s dirty. We got three toilets and all of them have that little black thing. We clean them but you have to do it every day because you can't even let it sit for a day. Other than that, I'm satisfied ‘cause our skin’s so soft. There are minor technicalities but if they come out and fix it, we’ll be alright with that.

I'm glad working with RainSoft. The system's very nice. When I used to take my shower, my body would be dry when I would not put lotion in my body. Now, even if I don't put lotion in my body, my body is really good. No dryness. It's a good experience.

The sales rep was really informative and very nice. The installation team did a good job too. He explained how the system worked. The system has been really helpful. We don't get the deposits on the sinks anymore. I’m in love with the system. It's excellent.

RainSoft had a problem getting the water line in and we had to use our backhoe and do the installation. They took about four days to get it in instead of one day because they kept attempting to do it with the machine they had and they couldn't do it. They used our machine and they didn't compensate us at all for that. If they would have had to rent one, it’d probably been around $800. But everything else went well. They did a good job.

The RainSoft sales rep was very knowledgeable and persuasive. The installers were punctual and did the installation quickly. I was having some skin problems and those skin problems have cleared up since I've had the system. My hair isn't falling out every time I take a shower. Also, the water tastes better straight from the tap.

I'm very happy with RainSoft. It's a great investment. Everything seems to be working fine. Everything was explained to me. When the rep came to inspect, he checked everything. It was good.

We have been a RainSoft consumer owner since we first moved in our house about 20 years ago. We needed a new development and there was a salesman that came through. We had a demo on it and we kind of looked at the unit and then we had it installed. We went through some water testing with it. We were able to see where it did have some residual materials in it that was causing surface tension issues with the water.

My husband and I purchase their system back in October of 2019. They promised us 0% finance as a special promotion that is in our contract. Now they are saying they did not gave us that and are charging us insane interest. We were originally billed for $8,195 and right now we owe $7,745.72. Please look for another company that will stick to their word.

The Rainsoft system automatically recharges. Having it, the water is better. I don't buy bottled water anymore. Washing our clothes is better as well as taking a bath and taking a shower. The way your skin feels after is smooth.

We had a water test that we got from Home Depot and the RainSoft team came out after that. There are a lot of changes since having our system installed. You can tell the water is clear and it doesn't leave a residue in our tubs. We're running through the reverse osmosis system. So, the taste is different, but it's not any way better or way worse. I have to change up the filters on the reverse osmosis system every year, and the filter for the hardness in the water, the only thing we have to do is add salt to the container. RainSoft has been great and easy to use.

The installers were very good and covid precautions compliant. However, we did have to have someone come out twice because we had a leak in one of the hoses where they connected. When we noticed it, we made a call then the next day, someone came out. It was even on a weekend. They tightened it up then it leaked again. The third person came out and they were able to correct the problem free of charge. We've had the system for about a couple of months and we're pleased with it especially from the drinking water standpoint and shower. The drinking water has no taste other than the water so we know that it's getting properly filtered. The softness of the water when you shower is nice especially with us just coming out of the winter months.

Water in Houston had some metals and stuff like that. I was looking for a water softener and I heard good things about RainSoft through an acquaintance. I googled it and I saw good reviews. The RainSoft team was really professional. Everything went like they told me. Whatever questions I had, they answered it. Since having our RainSoft, there's a lot of difference. When we take a shower, it feels very different. Having the system is good for the appliances and even for the drinking water. It's been really good so far. We don't have any issues regarding the cleaning and everything that it does automatically, so that helps a lot. I don't hear any noise as such, too.

What helped me decide to go with Rainsoft was the warranty seemed a little better than some of the other filters. The overall customer service has been significantly better as well than the others. The whole process was easy and I'm happy with the product.

My wife was complaining about the effect our water was having on her hair, and once I found out how hard our water was and the effect it would have on all my plumbing fixtures, we decided to go with a water treatment system. We researched water softening companies in our area. I had a quote from one other company and then I decided to check with my neighborhood to see if anybody else had the same problems we had. Someone in our neighborhood used RainSoft and were happy with them, so I got on the web and emailed them. The owner of the company contacted me then I mentioned the other quote I had, and we discussed it all, the pros and cons of why they would be better. It went very easy.

Before getting the Rainsoft system, I was buying bottled water. Since I got the system, I stopped buying bottled water and rely solely on it. But, Rainsoft doesn't follow through with their promises. They were supposed to give me a gift card when they came in to sell the product but I didn't get one. Secondly, they told me that in less than 24 days, somebody was supposed to come back to test the water to see if there is any improvement. I've never seen anybody. Rainsoft also said that if I refer six people, I would not pay for the services that are rendered. Nobody's telling me how many people I have referred have signed up. There is no way of checking.

The installation of our system was great. The rep explained everything to us. The water just feels so good to your skin. No more itching or scratching. The skin is smooth. I would recommend RainSoft to everybody. I've been trying to tell my sister about it. It's a big difference in the water.

Our Rainsoft system was 40 years old and they said they don't make parts for them anymore so we bought a new one. My husband is on water pills and we use a lot of water in the bathroom. We flush toilets so we had to sorta readjust it. The guy that put it in told me over the phone how to do it. It seems like it regenerates once a week and I got plenty of soft water. I'm well satisfied with Rainsoft. The only problem is the main office here is in Perham, Minnesota and we live in Alexandria. It takes them a little while to get here if we call for service. I don't think there is anybody local around here that does it. Usually, the same person comes out almost every time.

The salesman was helpful, nice and great with scheduling. He kept wanting me to be there, but I had to go pick up my kids and I said, "No, listen, I'm sold on it. And you don't have to sell me on it." It was a very good experience. Installation was great too. They were helpful, and they got everything done very efficiently and quickly. We were impressed. We're happy with RainSoft. There's no smell, there's no water stains in our bathroom, my showers or sinks and the water tastes great.

The rep of RainSoft was awesome. The installers were good, too. The install team let me know everything that I needed to know about the system. They were able to accommodate my work schedule to come and install it, so I was pleased with that. We live in the country so we have well water. We were having some calcium buildup on the toilet seats and then the tubs. Now that we have RainSoft, the quality of water has been really good. It doesn't stain. I got several of my friends to order from RainSoft. They were all happy with their systems as well.

Our home is already 10 years old when we bought it, and it didn't have a water softener. My wife and I talked about a water softener for our home and we looked at prices. I got the questionnaire while I was doing a run at Home Depot and then we set up an appointment for the gentleman to come and give us a presentation to test our water. The result was eye opening. Also, the guy that tested our water, the salesman, was very good, and it fit within our budget. The financing just worked out.

We're very happy with our Rainsoft system. It's done everything they said it would. They told us once a year, they could come out and service the system if we wanted. But we've just been making sure it's filled with salt. It hasn't had any issues so it hasn't had to have any work. The water taste is a lot better now and everybody's hair is not as mashed up is a big thing. The water purifier for drinking water is also nice 'cause now we don't have to keep a bucket in the fridge.

I like RainSoft. I have the one in the kitchen and I noticed the difference in my cooking, ‘cause I use it for cooking. I’m glad I invested.

I ​was leaving to go back to Texas at the time and I needed to get the house ready so that I can leave my fiancée and our two small children up there. So we needed clean water and RainSoft got it going right away for us. I called them on a Thursday. They came out on a Friday and they installed it on Saturday. However, I wish they would have been more forthcoming with the fact that I can only use RainSoft filters for the Ultrefiner II because they're really expensive. I recommended RainSoft to a few people, but the only thing I didn't recommend was the Reverse Osmosis. I said, “Go with one that you can get universal filters for.”

I'm very sensitive to water. If there are too many chemicals and stuff in it, my body reacts to it. In the long run, having the RainSoft system ended up being cheaper than bottled water. It doesn't upset my stomach. I even had a friend that said, “I like this water. I drink bottled water, but I like your water.” When you shower, the water doesn't leave your skin dehydrated. It doesn't feel like it rips all the oils and everything off your body like non-treated water. I like the system. It does what it’s supposed to do. I just add salt to the reservoir when it goes down.

I've known about RainSoft for 40 years. I moved to a new house and I was contacted by them, and I had always wanted RainSoft. Their sales rep was excellent. Now that I've had the product installed, I don't have the calcium buildup, the water tastes better, the water looked clearer and I get more suds.

I got one of RainSoft's systems 23 years ago for wedding gifts. And the one we had was outdated. I called RainSoft and they were on it. They're good. I love it. I got the reverse-osmosis and the water softener. I didn't need a new reverse-osmosis but they took the old water softener in on a trade and got us one. And it's updated. They were about as helpful as anybody can hope to be. They put a sign up in my mailbox, and I tell others how good it was. I told everybody that asked me, “That’s what you probably want." One of the employees I work with got one of them.

I recently bought the EC5 Water Filtration System after having a free water inspection done by Home Depot-RainSoft and I'm seriously stunned by the difference. I feel like I'm showering in bottled water. Ben ** came out and was extremely professional, gave me an incredible visual demo of how much my gross city water is affecting me. He was also very personable! We ended up having a great conversation afterward about my new house and about his passion for helping people live a healthier life. I can't recommend this system enough honestly. It increased the value of my home immediately, allowing me to increase rent to pay for the entire purchase in a couple years.

Everything went well with the installation of our RainSoft. The maintenance is easy. It pretty much does it by itself.

The RainSoft system's working great. When we moved to the house, we had a system and it was not doing the job. We just kept replacing one piece, taking a piece away and buying another. So, it wasn't like a real system because we kept putting pieces together. Home Depot recommended RainSoft. The sales rep was so funny and great. As far as sales goes, he got me and the wife involved. He got her to touch each other's hands. He got us through the process. Our water was really bad. It's perfect now. The system needs salt at some point but they said that somehow it lets them know, and they'll come out and fill it up for just $60.

I was in Home Depot and a young guy came and put my name and my address, and then somebody called me about a splitter. When the rep, DeShawn, did a demonstration with the water, and then when I tasted the water, it tasted pretty good. So, I went with it. I was impressed with his knowledge and what he would talk about. He was really outgoing and didn’t act all kind of bashful. I liked that. The installer knows exactly what he was doing. I like the way my water tastes now. I’d get up and I drink two cups in the morning before I drink anything else. When you turn the faucet on and you have your other water on you, the water pressure doesn't come out that strong.

Everything was done beautifully. RainSoft said they gave me everything they said they were going to give me. I am thrilled with my water system. There is a big difference in my hair and how my body feels from the water. It tastes beautiful. Everything's different. If you can afford it and if you have any issues with the water that you drink, I would definitely get RainSoft.

They did a good job. The installation was great. Since having the system installed, there's a difference in the smell and taste of the water. Every time I've called them, they’d come out here. They had to replace the panel board already and they're coming out here in a couple of weeks to do the motor.

My wife and I love our RainSoft. We run into people, and they have RainSoft. I’m a home inspector, so I’m at homes all day long. I’ll say, “Hey, how do you like your RainSoft?” They’ll say, “Oh, we love it. People say we pay too much for it, but I don’t give a ** what they say. I love my RainSoft.” So, it makes us feel good. We like that we can drink out the spigot and not have to worry about mostly anything. The guy who came to install did a good job. Another guy came and made sure everything was set up. He tested it. Now, keeping up the system is work. You got to put that salt in there once every six months.

It was great with the sales rep. He knew exactly what he was doing. We got the water purification system and our water is totally clean now. We don’t have to worry about all that gunk.

We love our Rainsoft system. It's awesome. There's a mobile app feature on it which can give you notifications when you need to add salt. I've downloaded it and registered but it's still in kind of awaiting confirmation mode. But the gentleman that came out and pitched the product did a good job explaining the warranty on it. We've got the package with the plant cleansers and soap and we're happy with that as well. The water here is really hard so it's definitely more pleasurable to have a shower when you get out and you feel not all scaly.

The representative went above and beyond and explained everything to the family even to the kid. He was very hands-on with this experiment with me and my children. He wasn't very pushy on selling the product. Rainsoft is a great product. My skin is not as dry anymore and I don't have the same problems with my eczema. The water doesn’t dry my hair out and tastes better to drink.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and it was a good experience. A person came over for the installation, took out the old equipment, put the new equipment in and explained it. With Rainsoft, the water is less hard.

The sales rep of RainSoft was very friendly and nice. I purchased the reverse osmosis and then I did something for oxidizing the laundry.

I would recommend Rainsoft. We bought the outside water softener, the under the counter filter, water filters and the soap for for the washer. The installers did everything that needed to be done. Having Rainsoft, I noticed that age spots clear up, my skin seems to be moister, and the water tastes a lot better. The only thing I'm worried about is in this development, you need authorization to do anything outside and the salesman said that they had a blanket authorization. I thought I would get some kind of notice when they were coming out so I can check on it. But they came out the next day and it was a Saturday so I never got a chance. I'm kind of worried that if somebody sees it and reports it, I'm gonna have to take the installation out.

The guy that came out and did the pitch for us seemed like a genuine salesman, not like a snake oil salesman. He seemed like he believed in the product so we liked it enough to go with it. The water filtration system seems to be working fine. I definitely can tell the difference in the water. We could have gone with a cheaper option because Rainsoft was on the more pricey side but the lifetime warranty for the whole system versus some certain components was worth paying a little bit extra for. The only issue that I had was it kept disconnecting from my wireless network.

We've been living for over 26 years in this house and I drink the water every day. It's city water and I haven't died yet. But the gentleman from RainSoft came and did a demo that was absolutely astounding. So, we signed up for it and they installed it the next day. Now, our water absolutely tastes much much better because there is less stuff floating out in there that I didn't realize was in there. When we cook with it, it actually helps the food taste a little better too.

We have softer skin and less breakout since having the RainSoft water system. Also, there is no more calcium buildup when we boil water or on the showerheads. But we noticed that on the sink, just for a second when we turned it on, intermittently, it'd be a little brown and then one of the toilets would be a little brown after flushing it.

RainSoft had the Lifetime Warranty and if we were to move, we could take the system with us, so we decided to go with them. Our water was a little bit hard but I didn't really realize the difference that the system was going to make in the feeling of my hands when I'd wash my hands. I feel the difference. Also, my son and I both suffer from eczema, so it helps with that.

The gentleman from RainSoft that came here was very knowledgeable and he explained everything in very nice detail. He showed us the samples. We try to take care of ourselves and stuff and we drink a lot of water, so the RainSoft system is perfect. We got all the products that the gentleman had promised. It was the best thing we ever did because of the smell of the water and our skin feels very silky. The water also tastes better and we don't buy bottled water anymore.

I called the number and RainSoft called me back. Then I made the appointment and the guy came out. I liked that guy. He was courteous, informative and very easy to talk to. He showed me what I was interested in and made my choice. However, I'm not happy with the water at my kitchen sink. I have the osmosis set up and the water that comes out of there is still smoky. But the installers were very nice, efficient and neat.

It took them about two hours to get the system installed. I had to call them back because they were supposed to deposit the salt in there. Didn't do that. They gave half of it and then tried to tell us to go to purchase it at Home Depot. I said, “I'm not purchasing anything. I just bought a system. Fill this up and then we'll go from there.” They sent somebody out two weeks later.

The sales rep did the water test and answered our questions. The system install was good. Didn't know he was gonna tear up half my lawn, but now I understood why he had to do it, he needed to tap into the line. That was no big deal. But they might wanna tell some people that beforehand. Also, the install on the little pure water system that goes on the kitchen sink, I didn't realize at the time, I can't open my panel windows ‘cause of that extra faucet. But that's all right. The water quality is great. I really appreciate it. It makes a considerable difference.

We've had the system for two months now. The water is clearer and it's not brown anymore. The only thing that's still a little funny is the taste of the water. It's sweet and although we were told that we could drink it, we don't. I was trying to get a representative out here to come and take a look at it. I was told that after we purchased the system, it was gonna get retested again but it never was.

It was very knowledgeable demonstration and the install was amazing. Jesus did a great job. So, all in all happy.

RainSoft first had a young man come out to see if we could have one put in without destroying my flower bed in the front. He thought that he was gonna have to tear up a bunch of stuff. So I said that we were not going to do it. After two weeks, I decided to call back because he mentioned that he was new so I got somebody else to come out and it was phenomenal.

Paul's whole presentation, professionalism, and personality were great. He had upbeat and pleasant attitude and he had good manners and class about him. A lot of people have different products out there that does water softening and quality of water. The finance program RainSoft put in is a percentage rate in the beginning, and then, the percentage rate jumps up. Some people might not be so ready to do it because of the price. Even though the finance portion of it may make people nervous, RainSoft's price is competitive. Our system is also doing what it needs to do, and I'm satisfied. I'm happy. The water feels softer and the taste is a lot better. Everything feels cleaner too.

The product was good and the reps were very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. We realized that we needed the water softening system, so we got it. We were satisfied. Our water feels softer, it tastes good and it doesn't smell at all. We also don’t use as much soap and I could tell a difference in my hair when I wash it. It doesn’t feel so dry.

I like the environmental friendliness of RainSoft. So for example, replacing the filters did not have to be as often and a majority of the filter can be recycled or broken down in a different way. Their sales rep answered all my questions and was very patient and could. There was an issue with installation just briefly because of the way the screws went in. It prevented me from opening a drawer that was near where it went in. So, I just called the technician guy because he said to call him if anything would come up and he was able to come back the same day and fix it. He didn't complain and he had a good spirit about it, too.

The sales rep came out, did the demo, and was very thorough. The installers then came out, and they cleaned up behind themselves. They did everything they said they were going to do. I have no issues whatsoever. It was very good. I used to buy bottled water, and now I don't have to do that because the quality of the drinking water is much better. I definitely use less detergent when I'm doing the laundry as well. It's cut down on that by 50%.

After seeing the RainSoft demonstration, we figured that it’d be a good idea. We had to schedule the installers out because we were so busy, but they were super available and they were trying to come out before we actually wanted them to come out. Then it took them maybe two hours or so for them to install everything. It was a really good experience.

We have the RainSoft water softener for years, the gold, and it's great. If we have a problem with it, we call them and they come out and fix it right away. That's why I want to go with somebody that's reputable and we've used before. We had sulfur in our water. And the oxygen system from Rainsoft takes care of it. The same company in Lansing that put in our other Rainsoft system came out and installed it. You can actually drink the water from it. We have Huskies and they actually empty a 2 1/2-gallon bowl almost every day. Where before, they just drank enough to survive.

We had some friends that installed and couldn't say enough good things about RainSoft. It seemed like a high quality system and it has a lifetime warranty. It can travel with you as well, so there are benefits to it. Plus, the rep was great, answered all of our questions and took a follow-up call, so it was nice too. Installment happened a couple days later and it was smooth. One thing though is there's still white spots on the shower door all the time and every now and then on the dishes. We're not sure if that's the salt that's part of the system. We thought it might be the hard water, but we had the water retested after the system was installed, and we were told there's zero hard water. Other than that, the system performs well and we're good with it.

We were having an odor problem and the sales guy came out and tested the water. We had very slightly high iron and sulfur so he recommended we put in the RainSoft system that we put in. But we didn't put a salt tank in because we didn't need it. We just wanted the odor gone. I asked the guy what softened water does. I grow a lot of plants. So he said that I wouldn't want to soften our water because it would affect the growth and the salt in the water just upset them. The guy came out and did the installation. That tank puts air into the water and eliminates the odor and then flushes the tank out to remove the particles that the air took out of the water.

When I moved to Florida, I got RainSoft in 2002 then my system got messed up. I went back with them because I liked them. I could have chosen somebody else, but I already had them and I got a prorated brand-new system. The installers were both fantastic. The first time, I got Jason to do the outside. I requested for him to come back, but he didn't, and RainSoft sent me somebody different. He was just as good. When the system was initially turned on, I noticed the difference in my water right away when I used it, but lately, it doesn't seem to be doing it like it was. They've come by to put in the salt, and I don't know if something happened. I know that there's salt in there because I checked it, but I don't mess around with any of that.

The installer was wonderful. My system was installed a month ago and overall, everything's okay. I live in Mays Landing and I pass by RainSoft all the time. They were local. They're great and they have responsive customer service. However, the installer told me it'll take a lot of stabilize and I should get my water checked every year. I have really high lead levels and I want to know if the system they put in works.

The RainSoft rep was very nice and informative. The water is cleaner, clear and tastes better.

The cost of the system is significantly higher than some of the others that are out there. Other than that, everything went fine. I've dealt with other companies before and RainSoft is better. The sales rep was very personable and knowledgeable. He joked around and it was fun to have him around. The system is very convenient and it seems very reliable. I'm very satisfied with its performance and especially the app that came along with it.

I knew about RainSoft because my aunt worked there. But how I got set up was a card in the mail saying that I would get a gift card if I fill a survey out. I didn't know it would be RainSoft coming to the house. I thought it was someone to test your household water. The rep was a bit pushy in that he said that if I didn't get it, I would miss all the freebies like the soap and things that you get. And then he said that I could wait. After I was a little hesitant, he said, “Okay. We can wait a week or maybe a couple of days.” I had to make a decision right then, though. I was a little pressured. But I wanted the system, so I went ahead and did it. The things that he told me were all true, though, and correct. The hard water mineral deposits went away on their own. I didn't even have to clean those areas around the faucets and where you get water from the refrigerator. It always had a lot of mineral deposits on it, and I couldn't scrub it off. But that's gone.

The guy that set up our water system was wonderful and he got the whole thing all in. And the guy that came back out to check on the system a couple of weeks later was interesting. He showed us some things that we hadn't done before and gave us reminders to put on our phones to check the filter system. We've been doing that. Everybody's been really good. We had one small problem where the water release valve or something that is at the bottom was leaking into our shed. They fixed the problem right away. Now, the water tastes so much better and the dishes come out really nice. We're really happy with that. There are also no more rust stains in the bathroom sinks. RainSoft was able to make everything a little bit nicer. People have asked about them and I’ve given my recommendations.

RainSoft was the third company I looked at and I chose them because of the reputable business that they had with the state. It was also because of the testing. It was really cool how they explained things in eighth-grade science terms. The representative was very knowledgeable and informative. He was really good at his job. And compared to the other two companies that I also had up for grabs, the warranties and everything with RainSoft were much better. I want RainSoft to take care of me in the long run.

The lady that came with was very knowledgeable about the product, and she gave a good presentation. She was very respectful of our home and very nice. We knew our water was bad. We knew it was very hard. Our water didn't taste that bad, but I could see evidence with our water fixtures, and a lot of our clear glassware were getting hazy-looking. But for me, as long as the drinking water didn't stink and it's clear, it was probably good to drink.

Normal water that comes from the county and the city is bad. You have a bunch of stuff that is really harmful if you just allow it. Someone came and did all the demo and when he mentioned that he had a filter for the whole house, I was interested. We didn't wanna have to continue buying bottled water or a filter to put in our house. I’m super happy with RainSoft. Having a whole house filter is good. We take a shower and it's actually clean water.

So far, everything is going very well. RainSoft has been working for us. The young lady that did the presentation had walked us through everything so when the installer came and walked us through stuff, it seemed simple. He was in and out in a couple of hours. The water tastes better. Also, I'm not getting a lot of buildup left in my showers. They look cleaner.

RainSoft had a little promotion going on and they ended up doing this checking my water, and then they suckered me into buying their system. After seeing the water test, there was no way I was not gonna get one. There’s one under my kitchen sink with the faucet and we have the saltwater one. There’s downstairs in the basement. Then I ended up getting the water for the washer as well. At first, we didn’t drink out the faucet. But now, I do. The water tastes totally different.

Everybody was super nice. Everything still works as well. Everybody else in the community occasionally compares the brown water and I don't. I moved in the same day my system was installed.

After RainSoft had the system installed, we installed three new toilets throughout the house. There's one toilet that keeps coming up with smells. But everything else is wonderful and all the sinks and drinking is great. My brother just bought a house right here in town with us and the water was bad. We told him that he'd better call in the guy from RainSoft. Then the guys came out so fast and the system was installed so quickly.

Tim was my sales guy and he did a nice job on the demonstration. Everything that he said from the process from beginning to end has been 100% accurate, which is surprising coming from a salesperson. The install team that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. They were very quick and did a great job. The follow-up from the install team to the follow-up from RainSoft was a great experience.

I bought a house that had a really old RainSoft unit in it. I ended up putting in a new water softener system and it's been really good working with the company that I've been dealing with. The water is super rusty and it stained sinks. Once we had the new system installed, it worked way more efficiently and had better consumption of salts. The quality of the water is better as well.

We had an issue at first, that we didn't have an area to put the RainSoft system at. There would be some cutting into certain panels. We waited a couple of months to figure out what we were going to do with that. We got it all situated. The water is great. The main part about it was our original water was really hard. So, it stained everything. We’re happy with it.

RainSoft installed the drinking water purifier and then, they installed a whole house water softening system. The water seemed softer in the shower. When they first installed the system with the drinking water, it would only work for about a half a glass of water and then a dribble. They came back out and it was a defective filter that they replaced at no charge to us. I noticed air bubbles though when I flush the toilet. I haven’t notified RainSoft to come out but it wasn’t doing it before they put the system in. So, it seems like it's sucking air in from somewhere but I can't find any leaks anywhere. Dealing with their team was excellent. I would recommend RainSoft. I have a brother-in-law moving. He's another doctor in Philadelphia and they're building a house in the woodlands in Del Webb. He’s interested in the system but he wants to get a test on the water system they have before he decides whether or not he wants to install one or not.

Getting this unit has been the worst mistake I have made as a homeowner. The sales person was very pushy, he was at my house for a little over 3 hours and wouldn't take no for an answer. After a while we gave up kids was irritated, we was hungry & ready for it to be over with. First he lied to us about the amount, going tours our credit score, the merchandise itself & never got our IDs. My water still feels exactly the same. I've been calling since we got the paper work and all they can say is there is nothing they can do. The "free" products do not work, don't wash or etc. I'm still buying the products I was using before. Please don't make the same mistake, customer service is no help & don't care as long as they get their money but want to call to sell me more stuff. This unit was almost $9,000 & the percentage rate is 99.9%. Very dissatisfied & disappointed. Biggest mistake I have ever made, wish I would've seen the reviews before.

The customer service rep from RainSoft did an awesome job and the installation of the system didn’t take long. The feel of the water was something that I recognized when she had us test wash our hands. I liked the smoothness. And then, I could tell the difference in the taste from drinking from other tap waters. I love it, which is why I drink from it all day. So it was an improvement in the taste.

RainSoft has been great. There are no leaks. We got the EC5 as well as the under-sink units, something for the washing machine and then the air unit. The air’s cleaner. We don't use laundry pods too anymore because the oxygenator in the washing machine does everything. The drinking water’s amazing. It tastes better. The filtration system under the sink is my favorite thing out of all of it. I drink a case of water a day. Being able to just go up to the tap on the sink is amazing. I love that. You can definitely tell the water softener when you take a shower, too.

We got the whole entire water thing where it’s coming in through the faucet, all of the water outlets in the house. The tech came out and installed everything. He told me exactly what he was going to do. He even turned the outside line on to get rid of any of the discolored water that would happen when the water is going through the filtration system and the activations of the carbon so I wouldn't have to worry about it in the house. He explained the keys, did good work, and he was clean. He put it in an optimal location within my garage, which was a really good thing, and built the drain valve outside. I wish he would have sealed it a little better on the outside. But it is what it is and that's something I can do myself. What I'm planning to do this week is to go through the instructions to figure out how I can get the Wi-Fi and everything synced up with my phone so I can know exactly what my system’s doing.

We have a tank to purify the water and then the other tank has a carbon filter in it. When I talked to the RainSoft guy when they tested our water, I was told we had a high chlorine level, which was why they put that carbon filter in there to get rid of the chlorine. Since having the RainSoft installed, the taste of the water is a lot better and I've also noticed my skin isn’t as dried out.

We had a RainSoft system hooked up right away in our brand new house. I liked the salesperson. He’s a good guy. He really took the time to show us, and it wasn't all pitchy. It was good and made sense.

We definitely needed a water purification/softener as the purity of the water in our area wasn't as good as it should have been. We did some research and it showed that RainSoft is a very good company and so we thought we'd give them a try. The salesman did a really good job as far as selling us on the product and selling us on the company itself.

There's a local RainSoft distributor not too far away from my house and I was familiar with the product line from having their products before and didn't really look anywhere else. I had a previous system which stopped working. So, I was replacing it. I'm using and consuming less water now since the old system was from 30 years ago. So when it purges, it was probably wasting a lot of water. The new system probably is better and more efficient. As far as differences, I noticed that when my old system broke and it was down, I didn't have soft water. Once the new system was installed, that fixed all the hard water problems. As far as the customer service, there was a good communication. They answered all my questions.

RainSoft was the company that Home Depot tested with and the sales rep who came out did the evaluation before the installation. Someone said they would come out and do it after the install but we haven't heard back about that. The two guys who came out for the installation turned everything on and made sure the system worked. I check the salt once in a while and it doesn't look like it goes down. Since I've cleared up some of the water pressure in the house, it is a little better than when we first moved in. I like the work that RainSoft did. They moved the shutoff valve for the water of the house. They used to be in the crawl space in a corner but now it's where we can reach it.

We got the filter system and the installer basically set the thing up and showed us what we were supposed to look for and what we were supposed to do to maintain it. Now, our water is softer. Drinking water is very refreshing. Everything is good so far. I wish I knew about it earlier. The only thing is we still haven't received the bar soaps.

The water’s quality is way better since we had the RainSoft system installed. The team who did it was awesome. They did everything I asked them to do.

The installation was easy, fast, and not in my way. I no longer have to worry about carrying cases of water back from stores. Also, my hair felt a lot softer, healthier, and shinier. I've been talking about RainSoft a lot with my coworkers. I tell them everything about the whole testing, what the rep showed us, how the chlorine gets all trapped in our bodies, and how good the water tastes and how soft my clothes are.

The lady I talked to at the company was very nice and she set up an appointment. We have a neutralizer that we put salt and calcite in. That keeps the water from being so hard but we didn't have something to neutralize the acid. Rainsoft installed another drinking water system alongside what we had in the basement and that will keep the pH at a reasonable level. The gentleman who owns the company did the work and he was excellent. Our system is working very well. The rep said that the water would be slippery and that when we wash dishes, we can drop them more easily. The water does have a slippery feel but it's very nice.

The representatives of RainSoft were pretty convincing. The system costs so much, but I can taste the difference. The only thing is that I can buy distilled water and I don't see any particles in it, but in this water, I still see particles in it.

I got an appliance from Home Depot. And then somebody called in and set up for someone to come out and test my water. Craig came out and tested my water. I've been wanting to get soft water anyway, so I was torn between Culligan and RainSoft. I went with RainSoft because Craig was there, and it worked out. He was great. And then, the installers were friendly. The people that work with RainSoft are all around good people. I got the reverse osmosis too and that has been great. We've been using that for drinking water. We're enjoying the great water quality the most.

I just moved in and getting a water treatment system was a good thing to do as a new owner of the property, just to see what's wrong with the water. I just wanted the purified water, not soft water, so I didn't go with the whole system. I agreed to the in-house presentation. The dealer was good. It was just that the lawn was burned when the old salt softener was removed and I let them know about it. They said it would grow back. If it didn't, they’d take care of it. I had a landscaper come over and he just replaced the stuff. That was the only downside to the installation experience. But the product and the water quality are good whether I’m getting it out of the tap or getting it out of the filter in the message. They said there is a lifetime guarantee on it so I hope that if anything happens, they'd back it up. That’s really the litmus test.

RainSoft did what they said they would do and they did it timely and courteously. The installation was smooth. They did a good job and were very thorough. Since the system was installed, there's been a difference in the taste of the water. We got the ionizer to go into my washing machine too and I love that thing. I don't use any fabric softener and the clothes comes out softer. They're clean and they don't have any odor. I like that. Before, it took about three washings of everything before they started coming out softer.

The guys who came out were professional the whole time and were really nice guys. They did great. We had a small issue. They took the unit out of the box. And when they installed it, there was a knob that was broke off the top that would leak. But they had somebody come out the next day and fixed it all up. It was a small issue on their end, but they took care of it right then and there. The system is doing everything RainSoft said it would. We've noticed a huge difference. I noticed a difference in the way my hands felt after showering. Also, the water tastes amazing.

I was surprised at the testing - the outcome and how bad the water was - and I was pleasantly surprised to see the dramatic aftermath of having the system installed. I am drinking my water straight from the tap and that’s a huge difference. The only thing that's a little difficult is having just one outside faucet on the side of the house for watering the grass and garden.

We moved from Iowa to our place in Alabama where the water is hard. When I would take a shower, I would have BO so bad. The water was clogging up my pores so badly. Also, our water was so awful so we weren't drinking it that much. The RainSoft rep demonstrated their system to us and showed us the water quality, getting the system was a no-brainer. The installer was a nice guy who was easy to work with. Since the installation, our has tasted better and I don't have the BO smell anymore. My hair is a lot better as well. We're very thrilled with our RainSoft system.

I was very happy with the one that came out and checked the water and the technician that put in the RainSoft unit. He was very good. I can drink the water.

The sales rep was courteous, flexible, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. He showed what a filtered water system looks like in tests compared to our current waters and compared to bottled water. It was eye-opening to see. Also, I like the aspect that we can take it if we ever move. The cost of the whole unit was on the high end compared to any other system out there but with that comes added benefits, like the supply of cleaning products and things of that nature and a lifetime warranty, which is very attractive. That's all worth it in the end.

Since installing my RainSoft system, the water tastes much better. The occupants of my home previously reported dry skin and that's improving. I'm working with one of RainSoft's sales associates and he's going to come and check my water.

I filled out something at the kiosk at Home Depot to win a washer dryer then RainSoft called and someone came over and presented. I was like, “Wow. Is this really in my water?” Out of concern, I wanted to do something about it. The reps were amazing. I love their level of knowledge, the customer service, and the need to ensure that I fully understand what's going on, and try to help take into consideration the health, well-being, and quality of life of my family. I'm enjoying the system so far.

There has been a great difference since we had RainSoft. I feel the water is slick on me and I feel softer. I've had a system since 1996 and I upgraded to the newest system last year. I'm satisfied with the performance of the upgrade that I have.

RainfSoft's reps were excellent and I got good customer service. I got an understanding of what the system does. Since the installation, I can tell that my water is softer and that it tastes better.

This system is no better than a cheap system you can have a plumber install or diy install yourself. They also make you believe your water is bad when it is not. They have several class-action lawsuits against them in several states. I was promised things that they did not hold up to. The system cost $7300 dollars. We have had more issues since it was installed into our house instead of fixing our issues.

I had RainSoft once before when I lived in my Corrigan house about 30 years ago. Then, recently, a person approached me when I was shopping and I thought to try it. The rep came out and did the water testing. I learned that my water was in the hard range. Also, I loved the person that did the demonstrating. He made me aware of all the chemicals and he did all the tests he was supposed to do. He was very informative. Once the system was installed, I noticed that the water against my skin was silky smooth and I couldn't smell or taste chlorine in the water. The water has been almost like crystal clear.

Our RainSoft rep answered all our questions. The installation was great. The tech pulled in on time, did the job really quick, and ran me through the system. My neighbors make fun of me 'cause I spent so much money and I'm suffering from a bit of buyer's remorse. I haven't gotten everything as some of the soaps that were promised were out. We've also discovered that the dishwashing detergent that was provided is really subpar. We have an old dishwasher that had limescale in it. We thought the water system was going to solve it. The limescale is gone but the dishes still come out dirty.

I used to use RainSoft when I used to live with my father. When I bought my own house, I wanted to get one as well. The installation crew came in and did what they were supposed to do. There were no problems and they were very good. The water quality right now is better. I recommend RainSoft to anybody 'cause a lot of people don't know what's in the water.

The rep explained what he was gonna do. He said, "I'm not gonna install anything until you tell me you're 100% positive where you want it to go." He did the little water test to show the hardness versus the softness of the water and explained everything in detail. With Rainsoft, the water is a lot softer. We drink water straight from the refrigerator now. Before, my wife wouldn't even touch it. Now, we don't even buy bottled water.

The sales rep who came out was very educating. He showed the different water types that we have and the different chemicals and stuff like that.

We had a lot of hair falls. We checked with my friends and colleagues and they referred us to RainSoft. The sales and the installation person were excellent and efficient. They explained it and installed it very well. It's working perfectly. The taste of the water is really good.

RainSoft is great. I do nothing with it. It just works. The quality of the water is much different than what we would have with normal tap water. The reps were very courteous, helpful, efficient as well.

The installers did more than I was expecting. The water shut off was buried under a bunch of bricks and shrubs in the front yard so one of the guys dug it out from underneath all the bricks with my permission. Then they put the two tanks underground right by the water shut off, covered it back up, put the fake rock on top, and then went and put the thing under the sink. Now that we have the system, the water feels different. I used to not use bar soap because it felt like it left a gross film and it turns out that was just the water. Now, I can use a bar soap and it doesn't feel like it sticks to me anymore. Also, we don't drink bottled water anymore because the water tastes better and we're not worried about what's in it anymore.

The representatives were both great. We had the sales rep and then we had someone a few days later after it was installed to come in and check to make sure everything was working right, to test the water. He was wonderful too. Anytime we use the water, we can tell the difference. At this point, we've gotten used to it, so we expect it to be the norm. It was in the beginning that was really kind of a shock. The only thing is that some of the soaps or some of the products that we should be getting in the beginning are missing. But we still have enough to go for a while. I’ll just contact them regarding that.

Drew, the RainSoft rep was informative and he really showed us in-depth what our water was and what it could be. Since the installation, we can already tell that our appliances are working a little better. Our skin, hair, and drinking water are also really good. RainSoft is a life-changer drinking-wise. I recommended it to my mother and Drew gave them a system to put in their house.

The guy that came to do a demo before I purchased our RainSoft system was very informative. My girlfriend liked the idea of having soft water, and we have soft water now. The dishes do come out with a little bit less dried water spots on them. The product is very expensive though, and there are other water softeners that are a third of the price. But as of right now, I'm satisfied with what it does. It does what it's supposed to do. So far, it provides us soft water and it filters out all the chemicals in there.

A team installed the entire RainSoft system for me and it was quick and hassle-free. It was a nice quality system and it was very nice to offer the coupons for the salt when I need it in the future.

We were supposed to have an immediate follow-up visit and nobody got in touch with us for a long time until I reached out. By the time I reached out, there were few appointments available. We still haven't had the follow-up visit. That's a disappointment to me because we paid a lot of money for the system and I really wanted to have a follow-up. I don't have time to keep calling and trying to arrange a new meeting. Other than that, I was happy. They were very friendly, efficient, and professional.

I was very happy with RainSoft's customer service. I always tell everybody about how much we like our system.

The sales rep was extremely thorough. She did everything. She had an answer for every what I thought was a dumb question. The installation went great, but we did have a water leak from their installation. When I saw the leak, I shut the water off, called them, and they were out of here same day. So I'm not even upset. They fixed everything. It looks great. So it's like it never happened. Since having the system, there's no slimy feeling on the skin. It's clean.

We got the RainSoft system for the house and there’s an actual filter on the sink in the kitchen. There’s been a change in the taste in the water and our skin hasn’t been irritated. It’s been a great experience with RainSoft.

The guy that came over to sell the system and the team that installed it were wonderful. They were very professional and there were no leaks. Also, I don't believe in any of this stuff but when I shower, my skin feels cleaner and softer. It was an easy and seamless experience with RainSoft.

I sent a sample of water in my well to RainSoft. They called and I set an appointment for them to check my other two wells. They helped me out on the well that I have which hasn't been used for over 50 years because the water in it was not useable. The rep did a good job and explained everything. We're happy with our experience with RainSoft so far.

We did the water sample, and RainSoft contacted us after the water sample came back and asked if they could come by and test the waters out. The gentleman that came by did a great presentation. The little vials showed that we had hard water. After I saw the debris that was in our water, my wife and I agreed that we should take on the filtration. It was a no-brainer.
