Our consultation with RainSoft went fine, and the sales rep that came for that was good and informative. We have the rain softening system and the water filters, and the installation team that came and set them up for us were very friendly and nice. Since the system was installed, my skin certainly feels softer and our water tastes a lot better.

I was happy with the rep that came over. He was very good, knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. I got Rainsoft's water conditioning system. It took the installation team a couple of hours to set the system up but they were good. They also answered all my questions, test the water out for me and make sure the system was working. The water has been very soft since the system was installed. We noticed there's a big difference in the water, showering with it and using it for drinking. We're very, very happy.

The RainSoft sales rep and installers we dealt with were very good. We purchased the RO System and water filter, and our water has been much better since we have them. Our only issue is their price, but other than that we are happy with them.

Since having the water softener from RainSoft, we have been using less soap and I've cleaned less scum. The hard water off my shower are mostly off. I'm still working on it, but it hasn't come back so that's a good thing. We also purchased the thing under the sink. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, smart, kind, and personable. The installation team was good as well.

I purchased the RainSoft water conditioning system and was a little shocked with the price. Their sales rep was also very good, thorough and seemed to be right in line with what I knew of the company. Their installation team was excellent too. Since I had it installed my water is much softer and very clean-tasting. The smell of the city water is gone. However, they were pushing me to get a bunch of soaps and laundry detergents that they said I'd get a free supply of them temporarily. But as it turns out, it wasn't free. It was part of the price and I made them take it off.

Our water is no longer quite as hard since our CleanStart and drinking water purifier from RainSoft was installed. We were not at home when the installation team came to set it all up, but they came back and we had a fine interaction with them. Also, it was good that the sales rep whom we had the consultation with didn't try and push anything on us.

I purchased the water treatment system from Rainsoft, and it was at a higher price than we expected. Their sales representative was knowledgeable with the presentation, and the installation team who came out explained everything to me and left the work area clean. Since the installation, the water is a lot cleaner and I don't have to wipe off the faucet every time because it doesn't stain everything. But as far as taste goes, I like the old one better.

I got RainSoft and so far I enjoy it. I’m very pleased with the difference in my water. I’d recommend it to anybody!

Fifteen years ago, I had RainSoft in my old house. Then I lived in Arkansas, and I didn’t need any water conditioner there. When I moved back to Modesto, I needed it again. The RainSoft system does exactly what it's supposed to do, so I like it. The company, installation, customer service, and everything about them was great.

A couple of years ago, I've decided to have a water service come and look at the unit. At that time, they put some salt in my unit. Then about a couple of months ago, I noticed that my water in my commodes was black and thought to better get a professional out here. RainSoft had serviced me briefly before and I liked them. So I called them and the manager or one of their sales technicians came out and explained what the system was. They said they could use the one unit that I already had therefore, I wouldn't have to purchase that. So I signed up for it and as of now, I'm happy with it. My water is just as clear as can be and they say I can drink it.

We got RainSoft's drinking water filter and water softener. We can tell the difference in the quality of the water now because it doesn't take as much soap and it feels a lot soapier. In addition, during the consultation prior to purchasing, the sales representative was very good and know what she's doing. The people who installed the system did a good job, explained everything, and finished in a timely manner.

We have a new RainSoft and it’s working perfectly well. The guys who installed it were great, did a wonderful job and seemed very knowledgeable. They installed it quickly and it seems to work fine. It was a great experience and I'd recommend RainSoft.

I got the whole enchilada from RainSoft. I had superb interaction with the sales representative who came and did the consultation for me. The interactions I had with the RainSoft installation team the day they came and set up the water treatment system was perfect. Everything was smooth as could be. Since having our system installed, there was by far a big improvement in the taste of the water and there has also been a remarkable difference in the amount of detergent that needs to be used in the washing of the clothes and the dishes. So we're very pleased with it.

We were satisfied with RainSoft. The water's smoother, better tasting if you drink it out of the tap and no spots if you wash a car. They said we're supposed to get shampoo and other cleaning stuff but I haven't seen anything yet.

I first heard about Rainsoft when we got a postcard in the mail from Home Depot and it said something about a $25 or a $20 gift card. So I called their number and the next thing I knew somebody was knocking on my door and it was a young man demonstrating Rainsoft. He wanted to test our water with the product since we had just moved into the house and was pretty busy trying to get everything set up. We took time to listen to him and he did a fabulous job. We were impressed with his presentation and real nice young man. And so we knew that we needed it because we have been buying bottled water. My husband will be 90 and those bottles were getting too heavy for him to handle. Besides that, we like the taste of the water after he tested it so we decided we'd buy it.

We love RainSoft. It's great. I didn't like the hair shampoo though. I'm not sure about the laundry detergent either but it seems it's doing okay.

One of my customers that I dealt with referred me to Rainsoft. The rep came, did the water test and then went on to the sales pitch of the equipment. It seemed interesting so we decided to go ahead and purchase it. We got the drinking water filter, purification and the softener. We got really hard water here in Bossier. Since having the system, we don't see all that build up that we used to see in the ice maker. Everybody knows the dishes are cleaner. The water is supposed to hydrate us more by reducing the sodium. It's a good peace of mind knowing that it's hydrating more. It feels good about the fact that it might not mess up my equipment and the water taste better. I'd recommend Rainsoft but its pretty expensive.

Our RainSoft system works really well and we're very pleased with it. It is very nice working with them.

I've been very pleased with Rainsoft. The gentleman who came here was pretty thorough in testing and unfortunately, our water is very bad. He made it really simple for us to understand everything. He knew what he was talking about, and that was the selling point for me. Ever since I put the system in, it's been good. I would recommend it to anybody.

Overall, we're happy with RainSoft and the reverse osmosis system we purchased. The reason why we picked RainSoft is because we were told that if we sell our house, they can move the system. But I called and found out that we need $900 to uninstall and reinstall to the new house, so I think they can do a better job in explaining that part, that we can relocate it but it’s this much money to do it.

When we were buying new furniture I was also looking to find a water softener company in Clarksville, Tennessee, and the individual who was selling the furniture said he used RainSoft and was happy with it, so I thought we’d give it a try. We got the water softener and the drinking water system. The sales representative was nice and pleasant and actually selling the water softener real well, except we kept trying to tell him we’ve had water softeners for 50 years and we really didn’t need to be sold on it but we let him go ahead ‘cause he was nice and pleasant and it seemed like he needed to be able to do the whole spiel, so we let him.

I used to buy 32 to a pack bottled water from Sam's all the time and it was always hard to carry it from my car all the way up into my place. But with RainSoft Water Treatment Systems, I can trust the water now. In fact, this is the first time I drank Florida water and I've been here for 26 years. That makes a big difference and I don’t have all the work of carrying everything upstairs. The only thing I didn’t like is that the free supplies I got are all oatmeal soap for the shower and I was supposed to get some lime coconut. But other than that, I really love it.

I had a Rainsoft demonstration years ago in our other home and this time they gave me a free gift card to talk to let them talk to me. Sales rep was a nice fellow, knowledgeable, plain and straightforward as far as what his product was and what they could do. I liked him. The installation was okay. He told us what we needed to know about the system and got it installed in a timely manner. I've noticed that the dishes seem a little cleaner. We use the dishwasher a lot, so they're dried on their own and there are no hard water spots now. I like the RO system as far as having filtered water for use for drinking. Everything was pretty cool.

We love Rainsoft. We've had a good experience with them. And, we'd definitely recommend them.

Overall, the experience with RainSoft is fine. The tech replaced what we needed to have replaced and he was gone and it was smooth.

I purchased three tanks for the water treatment system from RainSoft. Setting up the consultation with their sales rep was extremely easy and simple. He was wonderful, very professional, and helpful. He gave us really good information and answered a lot of our questions. The installation went very smoothly, too and the installation team was very efficient and timely. Since the install, we can drink right out of the faucet which we could not do before.

We had a really nice experience with RainSoft's conditioning system. Since it was installed, there have been a tremendous difference in the quality of the dishes that comes out of our dishwasher. Everything's been excellent with washing and showering. Also, the sales representative and the installation team have been excellent.

I was disappointed in what I was drinking and excited about the possibility of drinking clean water, so I purchased the whole house filtration system from Rainsoft. The sales reps were courteous, easy to work with and were able to schedule a time that worked well for me. Their installation team explained the system and left the work area clean. Now, I enjoy taking showers because the water feels so soft. I highly recommend Rainsoft, and in fact, I already did.

I purchased the purification system from RainSoft. Since having it, the water seems to be purer, tastes better and it doesn't have a bunch of black stuff coming out of it. It's really expensive, but I would recommend them. The representative that came for the consultation, as well as the installation team, were very good.

This is already my third RainSoft system. I purchased the one that's in the basement for the whole house to get rid of iron, and, since I had it installed, the water has been better on my hair and skin, and it hasn't been staining the toilets or the bathtubs. The sales rep who came for the consultation and the two installers they sent later on were excellent, and I had no issues with them at all.

My husband works at Home Depot. They had a guy come in and do a demo, and we ended up purchasing a water softener. They were very friendly, courteous, and on time. RainSoft has good customer service, too and I am very pleased with how well they walked us through everything. Since the system was installed, we have less soap scum on our shower and our water has been softer.

We were looking to replace our Culligan system and we went to Home Depot and Lowe's to see if either one of them had a water softening system. Home Depot made the call to RainSoft and had them call us, which went fine. We've had Culligan for nine years, and as far as comparing RainSoft to them, the water doesn't make me feel slick smooth. But it's great in that I also don't slip in the shower. My clothes are white and the water tastes fine. The one good part is we haven't had to go out there and service it every month since they put it in. That's a biggie for us because with Culligan, they were back out here every month to six weeks having to do something to their crummy system. The only complaint would be that we weren't given options, but I think that's the fault of our water.

We're very satisfied and happy with RainSoft. It has been an easy and fantastic experience with them.

Consultation with the RainSoft sales representative was fantastic. The guy was great and very impressive. We got the water filtering system, and now, the water tastes so much better. When their team did the installation, they got everything cleaned up. They were very professional and I'm very appreciative of them. I have recommended RainSoft to friends.

Someone from Home Depot called me about RainSoft. And then a gentleman came. He was nice and very convincing to make me try. I got the water treatment softener, which you hook it up to a water system and that's it. But it didn't work when they were trying to hook up with drinking water to my fridge so I'm going to call them about it. We also got a letter from the bank related to the industry. I would like to know why and how it works either. And I haven't heard anything from them regarding their promo when you recommend somebody. We could name as much people if we want to. Nevertheless, the product of RainSoft is good and their service is excellent. They're very cooperative.

The RainSoft representative was very good at explaining what he was doing, as well as the reason for the test, so we had a good experience with him. The installation team was quick, and also explained how the system worked, as well as how many times we need to change the filters out. Since we had the system installed, there has been a difference in the clarity and taste of the water, so it’s been good.

We have very hard water so looked into getting Rainsoft. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable and made nice presentations of their things. In the end, we got the one that has a 20-year warranty. The installation team left everything clean and explained the system, mostly to my husband since I wasn't there. Since the installation, we've had nice and soft water. On the whole, RainSoft is a very good system and it's worth the money. They have great support and the system produces great water.

We had a great experience with Rainsoft sales rep. He came in and showed us everything we need to see and got everything all set up. We got the top of the line restaurant quality system. It's doing everything the guy told us it's going to do after it got installed. I've recommended Rainsoft to a friend and other people too.

We got the water treatment system from RainSoft and installing it has made a difference, so it's been good. Everything they said would happen has happened - it changed our water. Moreover, our interactions with their sales rep and installation team were also good.

I would recommend Rainsoft. My experience has been good.

My husband primarily did the consultation with the RainSoft sales representative and I really liked the salesman. However I wasn't sure about the information we were giving and some of our questions didn't get answered. We had them install the water softener and we had issues when the installers first came. The plumbing had to be done in between two floors--a very small space--and they had to have the owner do all the plumbing work for it. It was really late at night and the RainSoft installer disappeared without tightening the clamp on the water softener. So the whole thing was running out in the room all over the carpet and floor for a month before we discovered it. It's wonderful now that we've got it working, but up until everything was installed correctly, it was a disaster. Our water is clean and soft however with their system. Thus, I'd still recommend RainSoft despite not having a very good experience during the installation phase.

Rainsoft was in the house when we bought it. The water tasted exceptionally good. I was not familiar with RainSoft, but I thought maybe I needed to have it checked out, that the filter needed a change. So, I went to Lowe's because I didn't know where to start finding this and they said, "Oh, RainSoft. Yeah. That's a good one." The lady at Lowe's looked it up on the internet and told me where to go in Austin. I went up to the office and talked to a lady and they sent a tech out. That was a year ago and we're very happy with it. I'd definitely recommend them.

The sales rep at Rainsoft was fine but blew my phone up for weeks until I said, "Okay, fine. Come over." It was annoying. The salesman was informative but we were sold on the product after 45 minutes and he went on through the whole thing which was unnecessary because it wasted both our time. The installation guy was awesome, informative and knew exactly what he was doing and everything about the product.

A guy came to our house some 20 years ago and sold us on Rainsoft and I’ve had one in my house ever since. I moved a couple of times and now we have a new system. As far as people coming out and getting the stuff done, it couldn’t have been quicker or more pleasant, but I’ve had a problem with the system and I can’t get anybody to come out. They say, “oh, a little bit of noise, that’s okay.” But the noise is like a banshee screaming at 2 o’ clock in the morning. I’ve called the guy who came and sold it to me and he said he’d get in touch with somebody. They said they’d call me later because I was going out of town, but I haven’t heard from them again. Other than that, the system is a good one.

I had a very good experience with RainSoft.

A RainSoft salesperson came out to our home and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I got the drinking water filter and the technician who installed the system was able to answer any additional questions that I had. He's kind and open to anything that was brought up.

We got the water softening system and the one under the sink from Rainsoft. The installation team was very professional and was good about coming out and fixing the problem when we had some problems afterwards. A couple of days after they installed it, we started getting a terrible, loud noise in the house which sounded like a foghorn. They had to come out two or three more times, and they ended up changing the tank out. We didn't think it was the tank, and my husband was the one who led them in the direction of what was wrong, that the pipes had to be tied down better because they were vibrating and making that noise. They had to batten down some of the pipes before it quit.

We filled out forms from the Home Depot and their representative came and did a demo of RainSoft. We knew we had bad water so we were interested in getting it. The representative showed us what and where it should be. He was pretty good and he answered all our questions and helped us out. We got the RainSoft tower because we have a purifier through our refrigerator. It has been nice having Rainsoft. My clothes feel a lot softer and it has been gentle on my hair, face and skin.

We had RainSoft for years and had a very good experience with it. When it finally broke, we bought it again. Our water immediately improved as soon as it got installed and we have recommended it to our friends.

They did a great job in installing the water system. We noticed that there were a couple of differences in washing our hands and hair, taking showers, water taste, the dishwasher and our clothes. Everything was so much better and we're very happy with RainSoft.

The Rainsoft system came with the house. We had the technician come out and he fixed everything, but a week later, the system outside needed service again. I needed to call and have someone out because I could hear it inside the house, beeping. That’s the negative. The positive is I like the Rainsoft—good tasting water.

We got some kind of communication that wanted to know if we wanted to have our water inspected and it turned out to be RainSoft and our experience with them was very good. The installer did a really good job on a difficult project.

I enjoy my Rainsoft. I can save on products as far as washing and dishwashing liquid and the feeling of my skin as I bathe is softer unlike that rough feeling I usually do with soap. It's a good experience to have knowledge of the water that we were eating with and drinking and what the product does at least for our health. Although, buying it was a long process but they have a great customer service. The rep that came out was excellent. Also, their other representatives are always calling to make sure everything's okay and there's nothing going wrong with the product.

The sales representative from RainSoft and the person who put the system in are the same person, and he explained the system quite well. And he told us what to do and if we had any problems, to call him. The water is a lot softer since the system was installed. They're the best!

We heard about RainSoft Water Treatment Systems through Home Depot. They contacted me, and said they'll come out and test our water. The salesperson was good and he hooked me. Also, I know how important good water really is. Just tap water is not really good anymore, and I always wanted a whole-house system, so I got it. The installation team was very personable, and it was adequate. I'm bright for my age so I can figure things out. We purchased their high-end product. It's excellent water, I'm happy with the product and really enjoy it. I water my plants with it and they grow nice. My tub's a lot cleaner, too. I'm very satisfied and I would recommend them to anybody.

I love my Rainsoft. I love the water. The only thing I didn't like is when I financed through them, they gave me a credit card. I did not know that at the time and it was $6,950 and I put $500 down and I got a credit card for $6,450. That added to my existing credit (I just bought a home and a brand new car), to the debt to income ratio so it dropped my points about 15 points and I didn't like that. I wish they had told me that it was going to be in the form of a credit card that has to be enrolled online. Other than that, I'm happy with the Rainsoft system. I have recommended it to some of my friends who have tasted my water and they love it.

We’ve got the RO system under the counter and the full house system from Rainsoft. At installation, the work area was left clean and the system was explained. It's one of those things that when somebody explains it all to you, it makes sense, and then they leave and you’re going, “What?” However, the materials were pretty clear. We've talked with the different people involved a couple of times and feel very comfortable. They would be available to answer questions and help us at any time. RainSoft has good employees all the way around, from the sales rep that helped us all the way through the home office. Everybody that helped us was experienced and knew what they were doing. Furthermore, with Rainsoft, you get quality. We just started using the soaps that were provided and there’s no water spots per se. There’s still a little bit, but not like it was before. Also, it's nice that we can go to each faucet and actually drink some water if we wanted to without it tasting awful.

The RainSoft sales rep was very respectful and courteous when he came to our home for our consultation. He was a straight shooter and transparent, and answered any questions we had without talking in circles or trying to deflect our questions and move on to something else. We got a conditioning system with the salt and we got their product for our sink and drinking water. It was also a good experience we had with the RainSoft installation team. They went over with my girlfriend how everything works and how to program the system if we lose power and the programming goes out. They showed her how to use the RO filter in the sink and told her about how it needs time to refill after you use it. I would definitely recommend RainSoft and I have no problem with anything we got from them.

After the third icemaker blocked up and we realized that the water was very, very hard, we put a RainSoft unit on. That was the first unit we owned, and when we had it on the system, we stopped having problems with minerals in the icemaker. When we moved, we brought the unit with us. It ran another ten or twelve years till it blew up just recently.

It was a fantastic experience dealing with RainSoft. I'm glad we got them. The sales rep was a nice lady. She was well versed with the product line and I have no complaints with her. Water is typically hard down here in south Texas so we ended up getting the builder's model and thus far we're happy with it. It doesn't seem to be using the salt as fast as my other unit but perhaps because the water is probably not as hard. The installation team was great. Instead of running it from the water main, they tapped into the water line. Otherwise, it would have been an extra five hours on the job. Once they finally located it, which was their longest portion and they tapped into, they just zipped right along. They were really good and friendly. We already have recommended them to a couple of our friends.

I will recommend RainSoft to a friend because the water tastes very good and it saves me a lot of things. The teams that come here were loud but they're always very nice and tell us everything.

I received a Walmart gift card in the mail for a water test to be done in my house. Then a RainSoft rep came and did the water test. I was pleased with the information and decided to purchase the water treatment system. We like the system, mostly for health reasons. Our interactions with the installation team went very well, although they changed the date that they said they were going to come. The installers worked late in the night to make sure that everything was done properly. They're very nice people, very knowledgeable, and they explained to us how to use the equipment and maintain it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience we had with RainSoft. Everything was done well and professionally, so we will do business with them again.

We bought the Rainsoft machine back in '05 because the water was awful where we lived. We purchased their water soft cleaning tank (I don't know exactly what they're called). The water's a lot better and a lot softer since we had it. Consultation with the sales representative was good. They're very nice and professional. They answered all my questions. The installation team was good too. Every time I called, they're very patient with me. Awesome people.

The guy from the installation team showed up and went to work. I mean he was pretty nice. I can definitely feel the difference when I'm bathing or even just was washing my hands. We got the complete RainSoft Water Treatment home system which has the washer portion and water softener. Throughout the entire installation process, their installer kept us informed of what he was doing and how it would affect us. The water’s a lot softer and much better now. Our clothes are very much cleaner. The bathing part has been the best so far, we also take a shower with it. The system is a great product and it’s been working great for us. I’ve been extremely happy with our experience and I would recommend it to any homeowner. In addition to that, the salesperson from RainSoft was very knowledgeable and kind during the consultation process.

Ten years ago, a lady and a guy from RainSoft showed up and explained the water softener system. We were having a smell in our water supply and they said this system may take the smell out. So we said, "Okay," even though the price seemed outrageous. They sent a certified plumber out here to install it. He was slower than a box of rocks, but the system he installed worked. We were happy with it and I've had no complaints about it. The taste of the water improved and made our coffee taste a heck of a lot better.

We had a brand new well put in and it's interesting because drinking the well water wasn't such a pleasant experience. When we put the Rainsoft in, everything has been clean and good. The water has been completely clear and it takes the smell out. It's been a very good experience for us and I'm very happy with it at this time.

We purchased RainSoft water softener or the water filtration system that removes the chlorine from the water. The difference in taste wasn't so much that we could taste it right away in our house but when we go to other places like restaurants, we could definitely notice the difference. The customer service is really great and very professional. We have a young child and they were super accommodating when we needed to take breaks to take care of him and get him to bed while they were at our home. They were there to educate and were very thorough in explaining everything. We definitely recommend them.

RainSoft put a test tube on my mailbox to test my water. They had the kind of a nondescript test tube with a note on it for testing my water. Once I submitted it, they called me back and basically told me that they would have someone come to my house and test my water for me and if I wanted the results, they would be available to me. But they made it sound like it was their own independent testing - kind of going over and above the city's water testing. I was interested in knowing what was in my water regardless of who it was. But it wasn’t until I opened the door on our first appointment and saw the salesman’s polo that I knew what was going on, as far as being sold the water softener as opposed to water testing. Regardless, the people I spoke to were very, very nice.

I know the owner of RainSoft so we talked and he came out and described all of our problems. He said he could make it better. And he did. The owner's great. He took care of everything. The workers were very informative and they were polite and they cleaned up the mess. It was a great, freaking fabulous experience and we were very pleased with the water system that we have now. I'm very satisfied.

It was a good experience hearing about Rainsoft from the sales guy. I didn’t realize it would be an in-depth appointment and I hadn’t set aside that amount of time, but fortunately, that day I didn’t have anything scheduled. And the install went fine. The day he happened to come out — but that was scheduled — was the day we had street sweeping. That ran into a little issue, but we were able to get that resolved.

Our water had a funny smell on it and tasted horrible and rusty so we contacted RainSoft. We purchased the big water softener and I liked the product. The sales rep was great and very thoughtful. Everything was good as well with the installation team - I have no complaints at all. RainSoft was very professional.

The Rainsoft sales representative was great, very knowledgeable, and detailed and the installation team did a great job. I bought the water conditioner and air purifiers and have noticed a lot of difference in the water. It's a lot better, cleaner on the skin and it tastes better.

RainSoft is a little on the expensive side, and although there were some bumps in the road that probably shouldn't have happened, our overall experience with them was good.

We got two different units from RainSoft because we're utilizing one from 2011 to soften the water, and since we moved and we're on a private well, we got another unit to cut down the amount of iron in our water. RainSoft is very reputable and they have a reliable product. Since the system was installed, we could see a huge difference. We see it in our toilets, the rings and the way the water feels and smells. Also, the sales representative at RainSoft was fantastic and the installation team has been phenomenal from start to finish. RainSoft is expensive but it's worth the money so kudos to RainSoft. I've already started handing out the cards from the authorized dealer that we've dealt with to all the neighbors in our same area.

I've researched different sources such as newspaper, friends, and computer before I decided to go for RainSoft. I've had a very pleasant consultation with their sales representative. We had a lot of rocks but the installers did an excellent and efficient job - hard workers. I thought it'd take them at least half a day but they didn't. I would highly recommend the system to anybody looking for a water softener. I haven't had any problems with it and I'm very pleased.

I got a follow-up phone call a week or two after our consultation with RainSoft Water Treatment Systems. We set up the appointment. It was very easy, very seamless. The gentleman that came out was excellent. He spent two-and-a-half hours going over everything and showing me everything. We had to do the installation in two phases because there was some kind of kerfuffle in the front office about what time the team was supposed to come out and so they didn't get there until much later. So they did that part of the installation that weekend and then a different team came out and completed it the following weekend. Both teams were very good, very helpful. They did a good job. They were clean, friendly and professional. No complaints at all. It was a very good experience.

The sales representative of RainSoft was entertaining, funny and really good. The installation team was good but they tore up my lawn and had to come back and fix that. Since the installation, the water and ice cubes are cleaner. They taste better and showering is much easier on the skin.

My parents have a RainSoft system and I have my own as well and it's absolutely amazing. I have the water conditioning system. I could just feel much cleaner water used from cooking, showering and drinking. Their sales representative came out within a couple of days and gave me all my options for what I needed. They tested the water. Installation guys were thorough, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with them as it was a great experience.

We recently moved to The Villages and were contacted about RainSoft coming out and giving a demonstration and water test. The sales representative did his test, described a few things to us, and we ended up choosing the RainSoft system. We got the water softening system and the system for the washer. We had some problems with the installation because the first group seemed rushed and dripped glue that ate through the paint and ruined a section of the garage floor. Then when they drilled the hole through the wall to put the drain pipe in, a big chip of the exterior wall was left hanging. We contacted RainSoft and they've been very helpful since then.

When we purchased our water purification system from Rainsoft, setting up a consultation with the sales rep was easy, and their installation team did an excellent job and was very informative. Since it was installed, our water is clear. My clothes come out super white and it does a great job on my dishes also. While before, our water used to be yellow and it had an odor to it. I'd highly recommend Rainsoft. In fact, I have already recommended it to friends.

Lasted 3 years and tons of issues afterwards. The cost of service calls are adding up quickly with this system. The control board went bad. Then the bed resin went bad.

We were in a situation where we really need to do something about our hard water and the RainSoft sales rep was very good, knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and professional. We purchased the basic system with the ultraviolet treatment and the reverse osmosis unit. A man came and installed it and came back to do the ultraviolet. He was very good and helpful. The only thing negative about the whole thing is he had to do it all by himself and he was rushed. Otherwise, it was a good job done. Everything works fine and I was happy with that.

I had no problem with Rainsoft. Everything has been good and I'd recommend them to a friend. However, I was supposed to give me a $20 gift certificate for listening to them when they came out but I haven't gotten it yet.

We built the house about 15 years ago and intended even then on having the RainSoft water treatment system installed, but ran out of funds. We couldn't do it until now but since having our system installed, it's been great. It took a few tries but we finally set up our consultation with the sales rep who has been great. We purchased the system with the three tanks downstairs and a bunch more under the sink and the washing machine. The installer was also good. I do need to call the installation team to have them come by because I don't have cold water now in my kitchen sink.

There was something that came in the mail from RainSoft. I clicked on it and my husband wanted to listen to it because we just did some remodeling and put in some new equipment. We had a consultation with a fantastic lady that went awesome. We got the softener in three parts. During the installation, at first there was a problem and they needed another part but they went and resolved it. The follow-up took a little bit longer than expected, but they did do it eventually and everything seems fine. Since the installation, my glasses have been clean.

We spent over $4,000 on an elaborate water softening system which was supposed to be lifetime guaranteed. We have had several problems with our water softener and there are no Rainsoft service businesses in our area. We had to find a person authorized to service the Rainsoft softener, which this person lived about an hour-and-a half from our house. Now this service person is unavailable.

The installers from RainSoft were great. They were very thorough and very professional. They had to go up in the attic and do whatever they had to do and everything worked beautifully. They explained a lot of the information about maintaining it. I have a phone number that I can call if I need any help. We also have the products that they sell as well and we’ve been using them and noticed that we have a lot less lint in the dryer. Other than that, we love the water from the sink because it makes the water really taste good. Our water tasted like chlorine and so now it tastes very clear and clean. I’m still using some soap products but it takes a lot less. I'd definitely recommend RainSoft.

When we first talked to the sales rep for consultation it was good. So we purchased a RainSoft water softener for the whole house but we're not happy because we're having problems with it already. When we get up in the morning after it's ran its cycle, it has put the salt back into the lines in the house. And the maintenance man came out and he supposedly cleaned it up. It had some stuff in the line, blocking the stuff inside the machine. When the system was installed, we asked the salesman and the people who installed it whether we needed a filter on it and they said, “Well, not really". So we never got one installed. Then the guy who was here the other day had a RainSoft for 3 years at his house and he's got a filter on his so he can see the stuff that comes in and get it cleaned out. So I don't know whether this is going to be a continuing problem and if we'll have all the time or not. I can't afford to pay somebody to come out here and clean it out every month or two.

I've heard about RainSoft in the past, but they came to our house with an invitation from the Home Depot store. During our consultation, the representative was very knowledgeable. We've had other water softeners before so we were able to follow what he was saying. He did a good job. The installation team did a really great job. They were very thorough and they made sure everything fit right. They ran into a little issue, but they were able to work around it when they were setting up the reverse osmosis. They were able to engineer some little solutions to a problem we had. They're good.

I'd recommend RainSoft. The rep that came for the consultation was very good and polite. She went and talked about the area around here and their product and went through all the stuff with it. For the installation, there were two guys that came and both of them told me what they were doing. The last one that finished it explained the manual and the different parts of the system.

But I found out that I paid way too much money for this system. We got a flier in the mail from RainSoft and we've always been interested in a house water system. They called and got a consultation scheduled. A guy came out and he was very pleasant and full of information. Then we moved forward. Once the water system was installed, we were pleased with all aspects of it.

We have had our RainSoft for nearly 8 years and I remember one of the major selling points was the lifetime warranty. Over the years we have always done the annual tune up. A couple years ago, shortly after the annual tune up, the system began leaking. When the technician came out he determined the valves which had supposedly just been replaced needed to be replaced again. After many, many phone calls and letters they ended up refunding me. It took months of arguing though. Recently, the system began leaking again and the technician said we needed a new circuit board. He quoted me around $160 for a new one. After weeks went by and I didn't hear from anyone, I called and was told they had one. It was clear to me it was not a new one they just received.

The RainSoft sales rep who came to do a water test was very pleasant. I was very impressed but I also told them that I needed to change my air conditioning unit and he said they can do that too. I had them do that and also ended up purchasing the whole house water unit that is installed outside with the salt. It started raining when the installer started working on it so we told him to come back. He did and finished it the following day. He was pleasant and did a good and clean job. It’s a little hard to get used to it at the beginning because it feels like it still has salt but it’s a nice change to be able to drink tap water.

Many years ago, RainSoft came and did a demo for us, and we were impressed and bought their product for our previous house. So when we moved, we bought a new product from them for our new house. Since our system was installed, we have soft water, so the water changed and became a lot better. We don't have to clean the bathrooms as much because everything stays cleaner. We don't have to use as much laundry soap as before. So all these things that they advertise are true. The sales rep was very cordial and helpful. The installer was very professional, helpful, and explained what he was doing so I appreciated his help.

RainSoft set up a schedule that worked for me, and the consultation with the sales rep went well. I ended up purchasing the water softener that runs through the house and the one that I can use to drink water from. The person who came to do the installation was really nice. However, my son was asking me about the water that runs through the house. He'd say, "Mom, the water doesn't feel as soft as it did when they first installed it." So I went to look and added some crystals to the container they go into although the crystal level wasn't that low. I'm hoping that will bring it back up. The tech who installed it told me that I had to watch it and fill it up once it gets to a certain point. I thought customer service would be calling me back after I called them yesterday where it said I had to leave a message and they'd call. Other than that, it's been great with RainSoft.

I've had a positive experience with RainSoft. We're a previous customer so we were already sold on the product. The bathtub has the biggest difference where there was spotting and the difference in the feel of the water on my skin.

My son got a RainSoft system and he referred me to them. The sales representative did her job well. She explained everything and sold several things. She made it quite easy to understand what was happening and what would happen. I purchased the drinking water filtering system. The installation team came in, did what they needed to do and checked everything. They were very professional. Everything's been fine since then. However, it's hard to get used to having soft water.

I purchased a water softener a week ago and I don't like it at all. It took me 5 times to wash my hair out and it still has shampoo in it. I want to return it but apparently it's just a given that I know we have to return it within 3 days. 3 days! That's not even enough time for the hot water to go through the system. The manager Mike called me and said he couldn't do anything and as a manager you would think that he would know how long it takes for the hot water to go through the system before you could see a difference in water. He then questions me on if I know the ins and outs of my own business. Great customer service Mike! So now I have to pay over $4,000 for a product I hate because apparently it's a federal law that I have to return it within so many days. And Why the sales rep couldn't have told me this... Because they are not allowed to. WHAT A JOKE!!

A few years ago, a gentleman from RainSoft took a water test and presented us some information about it. That's when we decided to go with RainSoft. The installation was fast and they did exactly what we wanted them to do. They always accept our point of view, so we're 99% satisfied. We have their system installed in our two houses. They replaced one of those under warranty once and this year, too and everything ran smoothly. If people won't consider the price, which is the biggest turn-off for everyone, I would recommend it.

I purchased the whole house water softener from RainSoft. Since installing the device, our clothes are softer and we don't have water spots on our dishes. When you're in the shower you can tell a difference. Setting up the consultation with their sales rep was a good experience and they worked around our schedule. The sales rep that came to our home for consultation was nice and knowledgeable while the installation team was good.

We haven't really seen the reduction in water or electric bills as we haven't had 1 or 2 bills from RainSoft since the unit was installed, but I expect it to. The water softener and the insulation and attic venting are okay and there's no problem with either one. However, they were not going to add insulation on the attic over the garage but it's connected with all of the other attic's bases. They saw our point that not increasing the insulation there might affect the overall insulation even though they didn't think it would at all and they went ahead and did it. It's all good.

I had been looking for a soft water system for quite some time now and found RainSoft on the internet. I purchased their water conditioning system and it's expensive, but the product seems to be very good. So far we're very satisfied. We have noticed that our dishes are now much cleaner looking and the water's obviously softer by feel. We're not getting any scaling like we used to. Also, everybody seemed very professional and the installers were extremely confident and did a nice, neat job.

He happened to come out the following week and checked things out. We felt like he did a super job. The installer even stuck around a little bit as there was an issue with one of the PVC pipes not really adhering properly to make sure it wasn't going to blow again. We were excited that he was willing to do that.

The water in our home in Weatherford, Oklahoma is very hard. Then my banking customer, Bob, a Rainsoft technician, sold me their water system. And when we moved to a new house, I wanted that again, so I called him and we bought another one. Bob did an excellent job in installing it, there's been a difference ever since. Because when I drain the water heater once a year, there’s a lot of calcium deposits that come out because of the hard water. And when I had Rainsoft's water softener this year, there was hardly any sediments in the water heaters at all. That's why we’ve recommended it several times to neighbors. In fact, our neighbor across the street bought one not long ago because I told her that I loved Rainsoft.

The RainSoft sales representative was fabulous and answered everything. He wasn't pushy, didn't even ask me to buy anything, just told me about the system and did the demonstration. When the installation team came, I was at work. He did the job good, but I think he was having a bad day because he broke our water line that goes to our sprinkler system and they had to run to the hardware store and get a part. My wife thought he was a little rude so she called me at work and I called the company and they took care of it. The system is working so well and the company is so good at getting back with us that I even recommended one of my friends and he bought one. Excellent experience so far.

I noticed that the buildup in some glasses because the water was hard has dissipated. It appears that what RainSoft said would happen is happening.

We purchased the high quality system with bells and whistles last year. We had stinking water, clothes were dull, and water tastes bad. We are pleased with everything this system does. No more bottled water as the salesman promised - no more dingy whites etc. We chose the automatic payment each month which was affordable. But we decided after a year of this payment, we realized that we were actually only paying approximately 33.00 each month on the softener and around 86.00 in finance charges.

We were questioning our water quality so we looked into water treatment systems. We went with RainSoft and their sales rep was good and we bought the whole house water softener plus the individual drinking water system for the sink. Their installation team were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Since the system was installed, the water tastes good and not as hard so it feels better.

They've put in my RainSoft system and everything has been working fine. The installer explained everything and showed me how to put salt in, but I don't know if I'm supposed to do anything with the water filters. Nobody showed me how to do that. Also, I thought when I get out of the shower I'd be nice and soft and I wouldn't feel dry but I do. But other than that, it's fine.

I'm very happy with RainSoft. The new house that I bought had really hard water, so we knew we had to do something. The sales rep was very nice, informative, and not pushy at all. I purchased my RainSoft with a lifetime warranty 25 years ago. The system worked great all those years and it was self-maintained. During those years, I did my own troubleshooting such as changing my own filter and taking care of any kind of leaks (there weren't that many). There were only two instances where I had to go to the RainSoft office to ask about some troubleshooting questions which they answered and I moved on.

When the difference between washing glasses in our regular water and then once the water was treated was showed to us, it really did make a big difference. The former also wears your appliances out. That's one of the reasons why we went ahead and got RainSoft. It really is a good system, we really do like it. Since having the system, our glasses don't have any water spots on them, our kids' skin looks like it's not near as dry as it was before, and the cleaning, the soaps, we don't have that anymore with the new system. The installation team were great when they went to my home, no problems. They did it very quickly, made suggestions on where to put the system. We already recommended RainSoft to a neighbor, and they did install also. We love RainSoft.

When we had our dishwasher installed, the Home Depot people asked if they could send somebody out to test the water. The guy who came out told us about RainSoft and since having the system installed, I could tell a big difference. The water is much softer, and I don't see the hard stains in the sinks and the tub anymore.

We agreed to a water test and RainSoft came out and did a good presentation. We decided to go all out and get the best. I hemmed and hawed as I really didn't want the expense this year. After speaking to "his manager" he said payments would be deferred for 1 year. This helped fit my budget and we did it. He said someone would be out the next day to install it and would bring a partial supply of soaps and a gift card. The installer did the install and was very professional. He had no idea about the soap or gift card.

I told him what the problem was and that there was no need to hard sell for the only thing I wanted is the price and the quality of the stuff.

We moved from Cincinnati to Orange City, Florida, and the water is absolutely horrible. Not only is it hard, but it also stinks like crazy. So we said "Well, we can't put up with this." In Cincinnati, we had river water and it was better than what this is. We saw a tree display that had free water testing bottles on it, and so I sent it in. Then RainSoft contacted me and the rep was very pleasant, at ease and did an excellent job. We were prepared for high pressure, but he just sat down and had a conversation with us. It was very nice. Their installation team told me everything he was going to do. He went under the house to find where the waterline came into the house because he couldn't detect it from outside of the house. Every step he did, he kept me informed and did a very nice job. We’ll never shut our RainSoft system off. It’s a big difference. Less soap usage, no smell, our skin feels better and it's like fresh water. It is fantastic.

A RainSoft rep came to our house and showed us the difference between hard and soft water. We had them put in a filter underneath the sink for drinking water and then do the conversion to soft water throughout the entire house. Their team didn't take very long in installing the system and they were very nice. Everybody from this company has been helpful. They explained everything well and I've had about five different people call or email me to let me know how something works as well as what to do and not. Now, washing our hands feels different - it's like there's still soap on it since it's really slick. There are also no hard water spots on the dishes.

My wife’s been complaining about the dishes not getting fully clean and we’ve had a lot of hard water here in San Diego, so we went with RainSoft to get our problem fixed. The rep who came here was very informative, polite, friendly, and professional. The way he proceeded to explain the reverse osmosis and water softener was very interesting, so he did a good job of informing us.

The Rainsoft sales representative did a very good presentation and was able to answer all questions about the system. The guy who installed it was fantastic. He was in and out and knows his stuff. After it was installed, the water is much better otherwise, I would have it taken out. But the only concern that I have is that I had put down my daughter's name for one of those freebies and somebody called her but never followed up and that was very disappointing.

He was very friendly and he cut to the chase. We already had the product before so he didn't have to give me the entire sales pitch since we knew what we wanted.

The RainSoft’s rep that came for my consultation was a very personable gentleman. He gave a lot of examples when we asked questions about how the product works, and even demonstrated the multi-purpose cleaner. He squirted some cooking oil on the microwave and a couple little shots of the multi-purpose cleaner, and took it right off. We were thoroughly impressed with that hands-on example and didn’t expect him to do it, but it worked tremendously. I was home at the time of installation and the two gentlemen showed me exactly how the equipment worked. They set it all up for us to monitor so that if my unit runs low on salt, the computer would let us know. They were here for half a day doing extra work on the plumbing, and did a tremendous job. They were very, very personable and answered all my questions, and I was thoroughly impressed.

I had the water softener of RainSoft over ten years ago. I enjoyed the water and all the benefits that came with it. I had used it for a while, then neglected it so I went and had them come back and do a maintenance and an upgrade on my system. I got in contact with them through the phone and they had a guy come out to look and fix my system, which was outdated and had corroded pretty bad. It was just better for me to go ahead and get another system. Because I already knew what the service was about, they didn't have to sell anything to me. Overall, I would recommend them.

For this time around, the gentleman came in, did what he had to do, and offered outstanding service. Here in this part of Maryland, water is hard regardless of what system that you really use. But with the RainSoft system put in, I noticed that the water is softer.

When we moved into the house, RainSoft was already the water treatment system in use. Unfortunately, we have high-sulfur in the well-water so we purchased a new system from them as well. Their installation team is pretty good but I had to call them back a couple of times because the air in the system still had a little bit of a sulfur smell. They have been coming back a few times to test the water and adjust some things. They've given us pretty much a whole year's full service but I think it needs a little bit more.

The installation team, on the other hand, was very professional as well. They came in, did what they needed to do, and then went on their way. With the home system we purchased, we noticed our skins becoming softer and the water tasting better, so we are happy with it.

The water out here is not very good quality so I ended up getting a water softener from RainSoft. They had a lady come out and test the water. She did a really good job - she broke down everything and could answer any question I had. The installer was good, knowledgeable, and talked with me the entire time he installed. However we were supposed to get about a year of free soaps but they never emailed us even after I called them once. But other than that, everything was good. The water definitely tastes better and my skin feels softer with the system.

We purchased RainSoft water softener and a reverse osmosis. Since installation the water is much softer. Overall, they have always been prompt when I've had an issue and I would recommend them to a friend.

Dave from installation team was excellent and wonderful. He left the area clean and explained the system to me. The only thing that I'm really regretting is I asked if I could get a few samples of the cleaning supplies. I didn't want to get everything because I just wanted to try it. I asked both Marty and Dave but no one ever did follow up.

I wanted the system to be placed in the ceiling instead of drilling through my walls, so they drilled through my walls in a place where I did not want the system. They tore my grass up and broke the sprinkler system. The only reason they said it happened is because I saw the sprinkler head. The employees sitting outside instead of working decided to help themselves to my beer in a fridge in the garage. What else did they look through while I was inside? We just moved into the house and a lot of our stuff is still in the garage, so we will not know what else is missing until we can go through it all. I would not recommend anyone to get this product unless they can install it themselves or things will be stolen.

When the installation person from RainSoft came out to install our system, he was on time and got it all installed in an efficient and timely manner. The only issues we've had with it was the backwash thing that went down to the subterranean into the soil. And it wasn't backwashing properly. They had to come out and fix that. Since having the system, my wife says the water's been better. It's not perfect but we think it's not the system's fault. She's a hairdresser and back then we had well water up north. We just moved to Florida full time and she wanted the system because she could tell that her hair was not functioning properly. Things have not been perfect, but the response to fixing everything has been wonderful. Every time there have been issues where they have to come and do something, they've been here when they said they would. So I've not been displeased at all. I recommend RainSoft, they have been wonderful.

When I saw RainSoft on the internet, my first impression was it's very expensive. However I had a problem with my water softener and needed it replaced so I went to Home Depot and they connected me with RainSoft. I decided to go with them because I thought they were the best around. Their sales guy explained what I was getting and gave me some confidence that this is the best product available even though it's a little bit more expensive. I hear that maybe I will use this for another 10-15 years, so I decided to spend the money and invest it for the future.

Rainsoft's sales rep was very excellent, persistent, professional and knows how to sell their product. They were able to schedule a time that worked for me and I've nothing bad to say about them. Likewise, the installation team were also good so I've no complaints. After getting the system installed, I don't use much lotion on my body anymore.

We were at Home Depot when a young lady talked to my husband about getting a free water test. We set up a date for the person to come out and had the test done. We decided to get the water system. The people who came to install it were very courteous and they were very good. It took a little bit of time because we were on the phone back and forth. But they cleaned up after all the installation and explained everything so we're satisfied. Now that we have RainSoft the water pressure is lower, the drinking water is good, and the water is much softer for washing the dishes and taking a bath.

I've been a customer of Rainsoft back in the late ‘80s when I had it at my old house in Chino for 15 years. For our recent purchase, we had an absolutely positive experience with the sales rep. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took the time to answer the questions that we had, made us feel comfortable and not pushy. He was more consultative and took a lot of time to educate and give information. So we purchased the one that had all filters, the reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink and the alkaline for the kitchen water. Since having it installed, it went from hard water to soft water. It’s nice in the skin so we reduced the amount of soap that we use. We also don’t have to wash our clothing in hot water, we wash it using cold one which cuts down our gas and energy for heating the water. Showers are a lot cleaner because it doesn’t allow for scales to build up on the tile. Water tastes great and doesn't have smell. We're very pleased and would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

We had a water treatment system which went bad on us so we had it replaced. There was no problem setting up the consultation with the RainSoft sales rep. The sales rep answered all of our questions and I purchased a water filtration system. I was there when they installed it and they did a good job. Everything looks good and we have good quality water now.

We were having problems with the water sometimes - it didn't taste that good and I heard that it's good to have a softener. Since having my RainSoft system installed, the water is better to drink and I love it when I bathe.

We purchased RainSoft water conditioning system that’s got two tanks, the one with carbon in it that takes all the chlorine and all the other stuff out of the water. The plumber that came in to install my system, who has his own RainSoft system as well, was very positive about. He did an excellent job, we haven't had any problems with it and he worked with us very well. Since we had our RainSoft system installed, the taste of the water is even better than it was. Georgia water is pretty good, but this is very good tasting water, and the feeling that you get on your skin with washing your hands and taking showers is noticeably different. The spotting is less on dishes, sinks and mirrors. I’d recommend them.

RainSoft called us and said that they would test our water for free. The sales representatives came right on time and they talked to us for a couple of hours. They did test our water which we knew was bad. It had gotten terrible. We couldn't even drink it and we were using bottled water. RainSoft confirmed it so we decided to go with the system. We purchased the water softener, the carbon filter, and the osmosis for drinking water. The installation team were professional and got the job done. Our water tastes good after the installation. We are very happy with the product.

3 year old water heater goes out. Hot water heater kept going out then quit being able to light it. Warranty company American Home Services came out 3 times charging 2 service fees of $89 each time without fixing it. Would go out again within a week. Called 4th time and told they would not come out again because they did not know how to fix it. Called Rainsoft who called American. Then American decided we needed 2 more parts and service fee and $200 in labor. Ridiculous. We will buy a new hot water heater that works which is not fair. Will never deal with Rainsoft or American home services again!

Our consultation with the RainSoft sales representative was awesome. It was hassle-free and we had a lot of fun with everybody. The installation was quick and easy. Everything looked great. So far, we've enjoyed the whole house purifier that we got. We love it. We've noticed a few spots this month but I know we are supposed to be getting our service this month, too. I want to make sure that everything is all working the way that it's supposed to be.

A RainSoft salesman came to my home in 2000 and did a demonstration. I found that fascinating and I heard that would be the best when I got my permanent retirement home. We set up a consultation and it was great. We had other reps from other companies but the presentation of the RainSoft rep was thus far the best and he actually told us about the product. He did a better job selling their products. It is pricier but it would be better water.

That installation guy from RainSoft was awesome - he was drilling holes, putting pipes. I'd recommend him to anybody. My consultation with the sales rep was pretty good, but the only downfall is that he said he was going to give us tickets for a cruise. I haven't seen anything of that, so if they are offering it and basically it's going to be some of their selling points, I think they should deliver on it. Other than that, everything has functioned properly. There is difference in taste in water, but I don't see in feeling. From a rating’s perspective, the overall experience is an 80% in my book, so I'm happy with it.

I was starting to hate our water so I tried to find something where I could drink it. I saw an advertisement of RainSoft and I purchased the whole system with the salt. The sales rep and the people who did the installation were nice, and the consultation went fast. So far, I haven't had any trouble but I'm still trying to get a hold of where to get the soaps. Now, I can drink the water. I've also noticed differences in my skin and a little bit on my hair. Overall, I like it.

My experience with RainSoft was good. They spent a lot of time explaining what they were going to do, how it was going to get done, and what the benefits were versus the cost. We had a lot of conversations back and forth. And they were not too pushy. They called back on a regular basis, but it wasn't too much nor too little.

When I first bought my home, I got advertisements in the mail about RainSoft so I had someone come over and tell me all about it. I bought the water purification system and water softener for the home. After I had the equipment installed, I called to set up an appointment to do the water purification test. The person I talked to said she would send someone over but the guy who came only tested the water softener. He said, "No, I don't test the purification." He told me to go to Home Depot and get a test. I found that weird because they test before the purchase to show you your water is not purified. It's a quick little test that they do - it took 2 seconds. So I didn't understand why they couldn't do another one afterwards. I can tell there was a difference with the water softener, but the only way to know for sure if the water is purified is by doing a test. I am not happy that they won't test my water.

I am happy with my whole $6,000 RainSoft Water Treatment Systems. I don't have as hard a water on the tubs as before. The sales representative who came to our door was good and did the job immediately.

My wife says we always wanted a water treatment system. So we talked to Home Depot and then RainSoft came out and told us what they were going to do. The cool sales rep was great. We got the water purification for the whole house and some 5 pounds of blocks of salt stored in our garage. They gave us body wash and shampoo for our shower and soap for our laundry. Before RainSoft, I hate the soap for this type of water. Now it gives me a good sense because when my grandkids come over and want a glass of water, there's only one place I get it and I know I'm getting good water.

We've had a really good experience with RainSoft although there was a miscommunication in the beginning about our order for the soaps. The quality of the water is a lot better and it's helping my family's health.

My husband brought a water sample to be checked when we went to Home Depot. RainSoft made an appointment with us and they came. The young sales rep was very nice, experienced, exact and explicit about the equipment. He was here for four hours explaining everything and showing us samples. He was able to convince my husband who is not the type that buys things like that especially at that price. We were satisfied. We purchased the system which is more expensive and has a lifetime guarantee. My husband keeps checking the machine to make sure that there's salt. But it's softened. It's very good for my hair and skin and washing dishes. I've had no problems with RainSoft and I'm very satisfied with it.

We set up a consultation which was pretty easy and the sales rep who came for the consultation was great -- he was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed us everything. This water system is so much better than the one we had in Abilene. I really like the feature that has some sort of bubbles in their system that purifies the water. Then the installers got in and did what they need to do and it's all good. Since the system was installed, my pool water is a lot easier to take care of. The only thing is that we don't have water pressure in some of our faucets in the house that are connected to the water system but that's okay because it's something we have to adjust to. So overall, I love RainSoft.

Consultation with the sales representative worked out well, we were able to come up with the date that worked out good for everybody. We got the water soft whole house system, the RO and the oxygenator. The installation guy did the whole thing, not a bad experience. Now things are cleaner and would stay cleaner longer. We're drinking a lot more water and we hardly use any soap when we wash. We were supposed to get a voucher for a cruise but haven't seen that, but overall, we're happy. Were having a great time with RainSoft and we love it.

He was upfront that he was new and that he was learning. That's fine with me, I'd rather him refer to the notes than tell me something wrong.

I bought a system from Rainsoft that converts the water in my washing machine so that it could wash with cool water without soap. Everything went good with the salesman - there was no problem. I installed it myself and it works except there's one problem. It doesn't let enough water to it. I couldn't put more because my machine starts beeping. But overall, I would recommend it.
