A RainSoft rep came for a consultation regarding our water and it lasted for 8 hours. I wasn't planning on buying their system but when he tested the water, it was disgusting. What intrigued us about RainSoft was that we got the double amount of product for $6,000. The rep was saying how much we could save. My daughter googled to really see each of the product and the prices of other systems since we didn't want to be screwed. We went back and forth with the salesman. We told him we wanted to sleep on it before we decide. The next morning when my daughter and I got up, we both had agreed to go for it.

One of the times we went to Home Depot, we got a test little thing to check the water. We live in the country so we have a well and we wanted to know the situation. I was a little suspicious about the validity of the test done. We were shown many things and that we had high acidity. So just to be on the safe side, we got a little test kit and it worked like RainSoft said.

It was pleasant and very informative working with the sales rep. The water softener is great. Since RainSoft was installed, the water is much softer and my skin is a little softer with more moist. However, it's a little expensive, but other than that, it's pretty good.

Our water was so hard. The RainSoft sales rep that came out, Edmund, was great. He knows his product inside and out. He did all the demonstrations and answered any question that we had. The installation team came the next day. Since then, our skin feels so much softer and my dishes are cleaner. We got all the products, dishwasher, dish soap, and oatmeal bars which I love. They're just so soft on your skin. I don't have to use half as much laundry detergent and they gave me enough for at least a year, which is a big savings.

The RainSoft rep that sold us the system did a great job. I talked with the installation team and found out quite a bit about the unit. They showed us the installation and it was good. The guy did everything we asked him to do. There were some areas in our particular kitchen where he had initially indicated it would be tough to do what we wanted, but he found a way to accomplish it and so we’re happy. The water here in our area is hard enough to walk on, and it has gotten a lot better and works like regular water now. We’re totally satisfied with the service, the installation, the additional free salt we got, the Pure and Soft, and the soap package. We're gonna make a couple of changes though since my wife doesn’t like the fragrances, but other than that, it’s been a great experience. I’ve already recommended Rainsoft to neighbors.

We've been doing really good with Rainsoft. Brian was really good, he came out and explained the product. We discussed it the next day and decided to have it. The installers were very pleasant as I watched them on and off. They explained how it works and left the area clean. And now, our skin is not so dry anymore.

When we moved in, we received a mailer from Home Depot about a gift card that we would be eligible for. We filled out their little mailer and sent it back, and when they called, they said they wanted someone to come out and test the water. We hadn't had any issues with the water, but I wanted to know what quality of water I was drinking and we were really surprised. The RainSoft sales rep was great. My daughter was really needy that night and he was understanding, not at all bothered by the fact that my daughter was playing such a role, and very professional.

I like our RainSoft system because I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore. I drink right out of the faucet now. I sat and listened to the sales rep, watched him test our water. He even tested my bottle of Zephyrhills water, and the filtered water came out better-looking than the Zephyrhills water did when he tested it. Our tap water definitely tastes better now. The house unit is perfect, but with the little units that they gave us, the guys that delivered them don’t know how to hook them up or install them. They didn’t tell us to take the plastic off the filter. They didn’t tell us a certain way to put it in there. There were no instructions in the box on how to do it. So one was broken, and they delivered another one, and we got that one working. They need to know how to work the little ones that they give away.

I've had Rainsoft previously when we're in Arizona because Tucson's got terrible water and we couldn't live with the water any longer. And now we also have it at our house in Indiana. It wasn't a hard sell because it was all related to price and because we'd had it before. We had been through the whole thing. The installation guy that did the outside work did wonderful work on copper, which we don't see much anymore. They did a good job. They were in and out real quick, didn't leave a mess, and didn't break anything -- a lot of it in better shape than when they came in. The quality of the water is so much different. We can drink water now out of the tap and we use less soap in the shower. It's a matter of if people can afford it or not because the system's expensive. We didn't really have the money to do it, but we just got so tired of everything being related to our water and went out of our way.

The RainSoft unit that we had needed extensive repair - it wasn't generating soft water - so we decided to get a new one. The sales representative was very helpful and thorough. He also felt confident in all of his abilities. He was also the same one who replaced our unit. We're very happy to have soft water again. We were very pleased with this company overall.

Our water is stinking and it was making our clothes yucky. Now that we have RainSoft, everything’s clean, like the dishwasher, the faucets, the toilets and our clothes. Also, everything’s softer. I can brush my teeth without gagging though we’re still getting some of the stuff but not like before. The sales rep who came was fine. We asked a lot of questions and he was able to provide all the information. The first installer who came out hooked everything up and another guy, an electrician, had to come out. They were both very good but a piece had broke after we had the system in. The water started stinking. My husband doesn’t smell it but I do. So we called and their staff came out right away and fixed it. Overall, we really like RainSoft.

With RainSoft, the water tastes better. I feel better about drinking a lot of water, and in fact, everybody wants to use my water. The sales rep from RainSoft was sincere, informative, patient, and it was extremely fun interacting with him. However, the installers did the reverse osmosis under the sink and they lashed it around my sprayer hose. They installed the system to where the sprayer is locked under their hoses, and I can’t use the sprayer anymore. Other than that, the whole experience was great, and I'm very satisfied.

I got the in-house water system from RainSoft and since the installation, I have great water. The sales rep was arrogant, while the installation team was great and I had no complaint with them.

Initially, when RainSoft's sales rep from came out here for consultation, I was a little put off in the expectation because it was a direct engagement and I didn't know what to expect. He dove right into it without explaining. But it worked out to be good. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And when the installation team came out, they didn't know what to do, so they had to come back and they still didn't do it right. I have an older property and they probably aren't familiar with it.

RainSoft dropped mails off our door so I called to ask what it was. They came and did their test of the water, and we eventually purchased one of their treatments. Their installation team came the next week and told me the best way to hook it up, and they did it one night. It's been all good so far. Our water tastes better and it works better for our showers too. We have a daughter with cancer, so we like the fact that we're using treated water now. At first, I wasn't really going to spend the money considering the cost but I think it's been worth it.

I had Rainsoft before for 30 years. It lasted that long and then something broke in it, so I had to get a new one. The sales representative and the technician, who put the system in, did a good job. I like Rainsoft and I would recommend it.

We got a whole house of RainSoft products. Their sales representative was very informative, nice and very accommodating. She could answer all our questions and everything with her was really good. Once the system was installed, the water tastes better and it's nicer in the shower. We really like it and miss it when we're gone. It was a great experience with RainSoft.

RainSoft is a real good system. It's doing a great job. Our water is better than it ever has been, but it's extremely expensive. The startup cost is $5,000. And pot perm is $50 for the little container that I have to put in there about every month and a half (they told me it would last three months). I talked to one of the gentlemen who put it in and he said, "Well, maybe you're using a lot more water than we thought you would." There's only two of us in the family though. So if I'm spending another $50 every two or three months, that adds up to a lot of money at the end of the year. I would eventually get to a point where I won't know if I'm going to be able to afford to keep putting pot perm in or not. I told people about Rainsoft and how much it's costing me and they're trying to decide if they can afford it.

We went to Home Depot and told them we wanted to talk about water filters. I listened to what the sales rep had to say and went for the RainSoft water system. The installation team was very good and efficient. A leak occurred when they hooked the line up and they immediately came back and fixed it.

RainSoft sent a flyer and we called their number. A guy came out to our house in Florida. He was personable and we liked him. I was there for the installation and the team did a good job. I didn’t know of any things that came up that I didn’t think was right or questions I had that they did not answer. They were fast as well. If the salesman came in the morning, the installers came in the afternoon. Our water is definitely softer and better now. We’ve been happy with the RainSoft system.

I was shopping down at Home Depot and a lady came up and asked me about my water. I live in Sierra Madre and the water here used to be great. It's from wells. But since the drought, I ended up with brown water. I told that to the lady then somebody called and asked me if I was interested in having clean water. RainSoft came out and I got their water filters plus the thing for the washing machine that goes under the sink and holds water. The sales guy did a great job and convinced me that I was buying a good product and that I needed the product. We charged it up to the Home Depot credit card, no interest for a year, so the purchase worked out great.

I had water softening system and the older type of filter for about 17 years. I stay in touch with Life Water Systems here in Mississauga and their sales rep gave me a call every year for the maintenance of the system and was very persistent to make me update the filters. Also, the saleslady here in Toronto was trying to convince me about RainSoft's reverse osmosis but I felt it was too expensive. But for the past couple of years, I've spent the money on the bottled water, so I decided to switch, and I’m very happy with the taste of the water now.

The sales representative explained everything and told us the benefits of the RainSoft system, but we already knew we wanted to go with the drinking water system because we were buying bottled water. He kept going over about how hard our water was and did way too many tests of something we were already fully aware of. The installer was very efficient and quick. He explained a few things and we were done. We have clean and clear water.

The sales rep did all the water treatment tests, showed us the whole thing and did an excellent job. The installation guy was concerned about drilling a hole in the wall and he was real careful and he did a great job, too. We drink the tap water ever since the installation. Taking a shower has also been great. They gave us a discount on a restaurant thing and we got that set up. RainSoft has been very good, and we haven't had any problems with it.

We were over at our friends' house playing games one night and they gave us a little envelope from Home Depot. It had a little vial in it and you were to take a sample of your water and send it in, which we did. The salesman who came out and tested the water said we had pond scum. It was high in sediment which we did know, but it was also high in chlorine. RainSoft's sales rep was terrific, very likeable, and he sold us our water softener system. Our experience with the installation team was absolutely fantastic. Because our water was so hard here, I was told that after they put the system in, it would be absolutely spot free. It'll be wonderful, but it turned out it wasn't exactly that good, so they came right back and added another system to it that has absolutely made it 100% pure. It was financially painful, but by all means, I would highly recommend RainSoft. They're an outstanding company.

According to the free water test that was done by somebody at Home Depot, there are still a lot of things in our water. And I know that softer water is better for us so I went ahead and bought the RainSoft Water Treatment system. Their sales rep answered questions that I had. There's some maintenance I have to do on the system now and I want to make sure what I need to do but I can't find the manual so I'd like to get another one. Other than that, I'd recommend RainSoft. They did good.

I had looked into water treatment system before. I bought a unit and it wasn’t performing the way it should. The unit I had was okay for in-town type of service, but not where I live. The water coming into the house was better than coming out of the unit, and so we looked at the RainSoft unit. I appreciated the sales lady. She was very good and nice. Same with the installers. They explained everything quite well. We are satisfied with the unit and it is doing what it’s supposed to.

I felt the water we have in the area is hard and not good for drinking. We had Rainsoft's drinking water system first just to test the product, and when I saw that it's good, we decided to do it for the whole house. The installation team explained everything, like how we can work it or if we have any problem, we should call customer service. I like the product. There has been much difference from the previous water.

A RainSoft salesman came to the house and we liked his presentation. He put things out so we could see what we had, and we liked what he had to say. We are in a relatively small house in a new subdivision, and we've had problems with water staining things like the flushes. He also seemed like a pretty good guy and looked like he needed a raise in pay so we bought it.

We saw RainSoft at a home show, inquired about it and then set up a time for their consultation. Their people were friendly and professional in handling our inquiries. We got the whole house system and now our water's clear.

We had a water treatment at the last place we were at and when we moved, we noticed the water quality. We bought the water softener from RainSoft that goes onto the main line and there's a filter that goes underneath the sink. The sales representative was very polite, knew his business, and didn't try to oversell. The installers were very courteous and got the job done. They had to come out twice to adjust something and they've been on time with their appointment. The water tastes better and the chlorine smell is gone. It's easier to keep the appliances and the bathroom fixture is cleaner.

The RainSoft sales rep was fun and entertaining. He was great and answered everything for me. We purchased a water treatment and since then, the water is a lot cleaner (less grime) and we don't have to use as much lotion.

I first heard about RainSoft through a couple of friends. I then went down to Home Depot and bought their system that treats the water of the entire house. Everything is much better since we have the system installed.

We already have an existing water softener system with Rainsoft. Their sales reps told us about the water filtration system so we updated what we had. The reps were very good and the installers didn't leave a mess after the installation.

We like the system very well and we're very happy with the soft water, and we've already recommended another person to RainSoft to see if they can sell to that person, too.

We had hardness of water. My husband went to RainSoft's office and scheduled a meeting with them. They came out and did a nice job so we decided to go with them. The water softener that we got has done what it’s supposed to do. The water is softer and it suds up, and that's the main thing that we wanted.

I had been interested in getting a soft water for a long time and RainSoft sent me a card when we moved here in December, which we thought it had to do with a welcome wagon because we were just new. But when it turned out that's what it was, we had them come out and see it. Setting up our consultation was easy and the seller came out and did the whole chemical presentation which he handled very well and kept it interesting. He gave us a wonderful price to do all three systems, but since we just moved, we couldn't do that. So it wasn't until the following months that I decided we should put in the basic soft water system and see how we liked it. Then they came back and took care of that and it was handled very well.

Our water softener with RainSoft was 20 years old and it had broken so we contacted them. Working with their sales rep was terrific and they got back to us right away as soon as we approached them. They first sent somebody out to try and repair our old water softener but they were not able to fix it. Then when we asked about replacing it with something else, they turned around right away and were very helpful. We replaced it with a carbon-based water filter system for the whole house and a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen. They did a very professional install. We used to have the filter system underneath the kitchen cupboard, which cost us storage space, and when they installed the new one in the basement, we gained all that cupboard space back. The water quality is great and we're very happy with both systems.

I have had water softeners all my life and I've known RainSoft for 40 years, so I decided to buy a water filter, an RO system and a water softener from them. Our consultation with their sales rep went well and their installers got here, did their job and left their work area clean.

RainSoft's reps came out here and tested my water. I then got their product to purify my water. It helped a lot because our skin seems to be okay now. Although their financing shouldn’t be so high because older people do not have that kind of money.

Our consultation with RainSoft's sales rep went pretty smooth and we then bought an under sink water softener from them. Their installer came over and did the work really quick while we chatted about where everything would fit under the sink. He also tested it out and made sure everything was running and wasn’t leaking.

I had a skin test for a Rainsoft's water softener, and then I got it. Everything came out perfect, and it's running well. The rep was really nice, too.

I bought a property and RainSoft Water System had been installed there. The water there was negative for bacteria, but when I was cleaning since I was moving in, the water smelled. It wreaked like sulfur, like a rotten egg, and it was not a pleasant thing. So, I went to the garage to see what the treatment system was and then I called RainSoft and they came out to look at it. The first people who came out diligently tried to get the system to work because I think they felt bad for me. They were very nice, and really went out of their way to try to help me and they didn't do a hard-pressed sell. They really wanted to get that system to work so that I could have clean water but to no avail. And what had been there had been ignored for years and no longer working, which was no fault of the system itself. So a decision was made for me to purchase a new one to go in place of the one that was no longer functioning.

I got a call from Rainsoft asking if I'd be interested in doing this water test. We then purchased their whole system after that. Their sales rep was very professional and my consultation with him has been very positive. Their installation team was very positive as well. Six weeks ago, we were told that they would come out and retest our water but we haven't had a follow-up call yet about that. But ever since our Rainsoft system was installed, the water definitely feels softer and we have less skin dryness.

We've had a RainSoft water softener since 1999, and when we moved this year, we decided we wanted one in our new place, too. So we called them ‘cause they gave us good service through all those other years. We had a consultation over the phone and we had to change the schedule once, but other than that, it worked out great. The installers showed up when they said they would and they've setup the reverse osmosis and the basic water softener faster than they said they were gonna do.

We had really bad water. The sales reps from RainSoft accommodated our schedule in setting up our consultation. We rescheduled a couple of days prior because of family issues. When they came, they knew what they were talking about. However, the lack in information on the financing program was not necessary. The payment schedule was correct, but the overall dollars and the time frame to pay it off that was discussed was not remotely closed, which was just sad. They give a good deal for the first year and then you can transfer it. Basically, you’re transferring or rolling over unsecured debt

My husband and I had a reverse osmosis drinking system installed when I was pregnant with my first child to ensure we had the best drinking water available for our family. RainSoft did not disappoint, we love the taste and feel confident that our water is of the highest quality. When the RainSoft installer was at our home he told us about the air purification equipment that they had available. I have severe allergies and so we installed an AirMaster, which helps the air throughout our home as well as a room purifier. Now I no longer wake up with headaches. We recommend RainSoft, they have quality products and the service is outstanding. The price is a little high but it is worth the cost.

We have the water system and drinking water filter from RainSoft. The sales representative I spoke with was informative. Installation went well. I have soft water now.

I've had RainSoft before in another residence and because the house we moved in had another system which wasn't working, we purchased the whole RainSoft system as an update. Their installer was excellent, incredibly efficient and very polite. Since installation, we've used less laundry or bath soap, and ​I have the flicky feeling of the treated water when I shower or wash my hands. My experience with Rainsoft was just excellent.

The RainSoft installation team showed up on time and didn't leave a mess. I have the reverse osmosis drinking water system and I'm happy with the product.

We installed a RainSoft unit almost 20 years ago in a townhome that we had. And when we bought a new house, we moved our RainSoft unit with us. But that old unit wore out and we couldn't get parts for it anymore so it made more sense for us to get a new RainSoft rather than go with something else. Their sales representative was exceptional and their installer was very on time, efficient, knew what he was doing, and was better than what we would have expected with anybody else. After having our new system installed, we realized that we've been without a water treatment system because the old system had quit working long before we discovered it.

I had the EC5 system installed model 75 which wasn't taking out the amount of chlorine in our water so a service tech came out and added carbon to the system which helped but not enough. So this system was not accomplishing what I wanted the in the first place which was for soft water with no chlorine and spot free water for my vehicles. So, we then went to the EC5 model 100 with a carbon filter. The tech showed up on time (note this is the 3rd time) he had to redo the plumbing. Twice during this install he had water gushing all over my garage and soaked everything, one of those times he had manually set the unit to backwash and didn't have the hose hooked up and water went everywhere. The other time he was disconnecting the resin unit and the pressure let loose all over my garage.

So far RainSoft has been really great. Right now we just have the EC5 and we're thinking about getting the RO. The installers set up everything for me and they were very nice. Everybody has been very friendly. My water is a lot softer since having the system installed. My skin is dry which was my biggest concern, especially coming out of winter here. It was a dry winter so it's made a world of difference in our house.

We got the water conditioning system, drinking water filters, and air purifiers from Rainsoft. There was a bit of miscommunication during the installation but they were pretty much on the ball getting here to do it so overall, no problem at all. We have benefited from installing the system, both water and air, and we're grateful for that. We've noticed a difference in air quality for one - it is much better now. We have already recommended Rainsoft to friends.

I called a company to install a water softener that I bought and they told me about Rainsoft. I went with Rainsoft and everything was good except they had missed something during the installation so only a part of my system was working. They came out and redrained it. They haven't been back out since they fixed it, everything is working now.

We bought the system, had it installed. We noticed they had drilled a large hole in my daughter's bedroom so I called. Didn't get a callback from the tech at all. So next business day 3/7/16 I called local office let them know. We set up a time to get tech back out to fix it, a no-show twice on 3/20/16 then again in 3/21/16. So he finally comes to fix it on 3/22/16 and did a horrible job, just shoved joint filler in it and left, said he was done! We have not noticed a difference. Water feels same, taste the same, not satisfied at all.

The RainSoft people were very professional and good at what they do. The sales rep was knowledgeable about the product and sold it well. The guy who came here for the installation did an impressive job. Everything was neatly done so we're pleased. There was another guy who came to look at things and he was very pleasant. It's always good to have people serving the public being personable and professional. After having the water conditioning system installed, we noticed that our water became softer especially when we're taking a shower. We're also getting clean water. Things are working fine. I would definitely recommend RainSoft.

I have the regular system plus the RO and the CleanStart from Rainsoft. I really like the reverse osmosis which we’ve had in January. However, it was great at first but now it tastes funny. I questioned their rep about that when he was here and he said to just run the water out of the supply tank, do it multiple times, and then see if that makes any difference on the water taste. It hasn’t. He said he would either have to come back and sanitize or possibly replace the filter. It could take a week and it might be better, but I need them to get this problem fixed. If they do, that’d be great. I had to have them out twice to replace the CleanStart, too, but nonetheless, our experience with them as a whole has been pretty good.

The salesperson from RainSoft had a presentation that was supposed to be personalized. Well, it didn't have our name on it but somebody else's. Even though we had told him that we had water softening systems before, he just continued on with his spiel as if we were brand new people. Also, he took over the kitchen even though we had food stuff still around. He moved things around and put his which was a bit irritating. In the end, we still went with RainSoft and glad we went with them. He could have cut right to the chase and given us a couple of days to think about it because we have already been thinking about going with the company because we had our water tested.

We had hard water before but after we installed the RainSoft system, it has become nice and soft. I enjoyed my experience with RainSoft and I would be recommending them.

The equipment itself is fine, but my experience with RainSoft is not good right now because I just got off the phone with Home Depot and they would not allow me to do the 0% interest on my credit card which RainSoft had promised me. I’ve been going around with them for a couple of months and I’m being charged 21% interest, so I emailed Stacy at the local office to inform her. I’m going to have to transfer my balance from Home Depot to another card that doesn’t charge me interest for a promotional period but they still charge finance charge to do that, and it’s a major hassle.

We’ve done business with Rainsoft for 16 years now. We have better volume with the water, better pressure and less of the staining that took place from the iron so it is apparently doing a good job. Recently, they were doing an annual check which we have done most years. We’ve had some problems with the toilet, sinks and whatever that was staining more than they used to. It turns out the iron content in the water was higher than it used to be, so they put something in addition to what we had before that processes that. They did a good job and it more than met our expectations and we’re very happy with it.

We purchased the air purifiers and RainSoft sent out a guy to do the installation. I don't like to drink the water but in the beginning of having the system, it's different when I take a shower.

I knew of Rainsoft through Home Depot. I got the water filtration system from them. It was all good with their reps and their installers. I'd recommend them.

We're not happy with RainSoft. I don’t hold anything against the people. They were very nice. But for the amount of money we spent, I expected more. We purchased a conditioning system, and the product doesn’t work or is not satisfactory. The young man who did the installation was either new or didn’t have a lot of experience. He had trouble but the very next day, the supervisor came and straightened it up. We had tested our water before and after the filter, and it’s almost exactly the same thing. A discoloration high in leads or high in metals and I still have the same problem.

RainSoft's installation team was great. Since having the system installed, my son’s eczema has cleared up a bit from using the water, although I have noticed it made my ice maker go a little crazy - sometimes it’ll make ice and sometimes it won’t. Also, when you get out of the shower, you feel like the soap is still on you but you know you’ve gotten cleaned.

The rep who came over for our consultation was very friendly. We went with the water filtering system and everything was a positive experience. Our water feels more slippery since the system was installed. The only issue is that we were told we would have two years same as cash but we were only given six months same as cash, and that put a cramp in our budget.

The RainSoft rep who came to our home was a good salesman. We got the whole package deal, and our water's gotten better since having it installed. I'm satisfied with it.

There was one thing that I ever complained about my house, and that was how bad my water was. I hated my water and would never drink it. I only bought bottled water. Ice was horrible. I didn't even know that the RainSoft system was available. I probably wouldn’t have gone out and looked to see how to fix my water and I would’ve continued buying bottled water. So having someone in-home to do the testing for me and seeing the difference really helped sell me on it. I got the whole salt system and it has made dramatic differences. Their sales rep was also great and very informative. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

The sales rep from RainSoft was very nice and he let us know how it all was going to work. I was at work when the installers came and put it all in, but my wife was there and she said they did really well. They were nice and did it quickly, and they explained everything that needed to be explained to her. And the system has made a big difference.

We had a different RainSoft system here for 18 years. We called them out originally to see about fixing our old one, but it wouldn’t be cost effective to fix it because there’s no guarantee that it would work after the new parts were put in. So, we reordered a new system. The new system is nicer, as far as the markings on the tank and it refreshes itself whenever it needs it, as opposed to having certain times to refresh. In addition, the RainSoft installation team were all really nice, professional and very knowledgeable about their products.

I got a water filter from RainSoft that is underneath the sink. The installers were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. The water feels much softer.

We have the drinking water and the neutralizer conditioner from RainSoft, which takes care of hardness and pH. The installers did a good job and explained everything. Our water seems a lot better. Naturally, the pH has gone up. I was concerned because it was getting up there, around 9 ½, 10. I would like to have it around 8, so that’s why RainSoft wants to come in, to have them readjust. We had the water test on Saturday and the woman has set up an appointment for a guy to come in to do some adjusting this coming Friday. But we still have to get it down to 0 on hardness. When we originally put the valve in, it was 4 ½, 5 hardness. And then we put in a neutralizer by itself (a different company) because we had very sour water. Our original water was 4, 5 and working on the copper pipes. So we put in a neutralizer and got the pH taken care of with that, but we got talked into the complete system.

RainSoft offered a free water test and I had them come over for consultation. The guy that came said he'd conduct the test no longer than an hour but was still there three hours later. After that, the guy from their installation team came, went down the basement to prepare a final fit and showed us what he was gonna do. When he was done, he ran through everything with us, tested the system out and made sure everything was good. We got the main system in the basement that purifies the water coming in and the one at the sink that purifies the drinking water, but the air purifier was not installed because of the way our attic was set up.

My consultation with the RainSoft rep was very well. It went smoothly and was very educational. The products I got from them include the one to the washer and dryer, the one that has the pure water throughout the house, and the one for my sink to purify. It took the installers a few hours and it was done. It was set up and was running fine. I noticed that when I wash my hands or I take the shower everything is a lot smoother. When I make coffee or tea, it’s more flavorful. I can taste the coffee grounds.

We’re happy with the water system we purchased from RainSoft. Since having it installed, our water is a hundred percent better. The representative who came for our consultation was informative, and the installation team was good. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of people.

There was a paper sent in my house that says "please contact us within 72 hours concerning your water." So I called and someone from North Carolina spoke with me about it. I’ve then followed through by speaking with the representative from Delaware, Atlantic Water Products. It was then I preceded to have a consultation and my water tested. Their rep was informative of the causes of RainSoft's water and its health benefits. However, it wasn't as informative as what I would’ve liked in terms of how the product works, the amount of maintenance needed and the cost breakdown. I only got that info explained better by the installer.

The company reached out to me & has since resolved the issue. I believe a lack of communication led to my feeling ignored & bitter feeling about them, but they have worked diligently at taking care of this for me & therefore I have to change my review & rate them much better than before.

The consultation I had with RainSoft was very informative and interesting, I had no idea how heavy my water was. I ended up buying their water conditioning system for my whole house. The only thing is, there was not a lot of communication between the installer and the salesperson. The salesperson said the system will probably be put outside in a hole by my pool equipment but the installation guy said that it's better to put it in my garage. I would've been able to think about where I wanted it placed in the garage. Their sales people could get knowledgeable in where the water and the lines come in so they can give the homeowner an idea of what would be best. But, the water taste good and definitely softer since having the system. Water's not staining the granite around my kitchen sink which is really nice. I just wish I had researched about maintaining the system, I didn't take into account that there were other options.

There was a RainSoft system already in here and we liked it because it's purifying the water. It was an old system and it wasn't working well, so we talked to them, they came out and made us a deal on the new system. The sales rep did a very explanatory demonstration on it. The installers were also very courteous and friendly. We got the UV light and the top-of-the-line system that you can look and see it's connected to my phone. The only thing I've ever noticed is every now and then, there's a little coat of white on the bottom. And I didn't know if that was coming through the system. I can take a cloth and wipe it out of the bottom and it's gone, but I'm not sure what it is.

We heard about them back in 2000 and we put our first system in back then when the house was new. The rep was able to explain everything in good detail. We knew what we were getting into when we got it. He's been coming to our house doing most of the repairs and maintenance on it for the last 15 years. So it was like having a family member come over. He's very informative, congenial, and always takes time to go through stuff with us. I always set up my schedule around his schedule to make sure that he is the one that comes, because we like him so well. Everything that RainSoft has ever done for us has been necessary and we appreciate that kind of interaction as well.

We were impressed with the whole thing when someone from RainSoft came, and their installation team was efficient and very friendly. Since we had the unit, I've noticed that I've only been using half a teaspoon to a teaspoon of soap and my dishes still come out beautiful.

The sales rep from RainSoft who contacted me was very informative and nice. I bought the water softener for the house from them. I like the product although I thought it was ridiculous that the installers worked in the dark. Also, the installation apparently wasn't right because every week, I get all this salt in my water - brushing my teeth in the morning and a mouthful of salt is awful. However, they just came out a couple days ago, so we'll see what happens. But I’ve had them here four times already and my husband said if they come back, they can take the whole thing back with them.

I am satisfied with RainSoft. The equipment is working like it's supposed to. I would recommend it.

For many years, I had tried about every reverse osmosis system. I went with a representative at Home Depot, not for RainSoft, and they turned out to be really bogus. It resulted in a major complaint and Home Depot took it over and tried to find a solution that would make me happy. Someone came out and looked at the system that I had that failed and that the owners refused to take responsibility for. Then, Home Depot got me in touch with RainSoft.

The sales rep from RainSoft was very nice and pleasant, but she talked a lot and never knew when to shut up and if I didn't want the product so badly, I would've just said goodbye. She was thorough and definitely knew what she was talking about. We purchased the water conditioning system and the drinking water filter. The guy who installed these was great, answered any questions we had and explained everything thoroughly which was a reinforcement of what the sales rep said. There's been a tremendous difference since after the system was installed. I can shave what little hair I have without needing to lather if I don't want to. We've already recommended RainSoft to two to three people, to the same salesperson.

I've been checking on the quality of the tap water and didn't know how bad it was until RainSoft checked it out for us. The sales rep came in and was very nice. He pretty much told us all we wanted to hear and did not pressure us. We got the platinum package that included the air purifier, the little drinking water thing in the sink, and the water softener deal. The installation team came out the first day for the drinking water portion, then came back and threw everything else in. They let us know everything that was going on and how it works and left the area very clean. Since having it, the drinking water has been amazing and we have clear ice cubes. My wife also says her hair feels much better. Overall, it was a very professional, informative, and easy experience.

The sales rep from RainSoft made a very beautiful presentation, and she was very polite, friendly and informative. The installers were in and out and they were really kind and efficient. Since having our system installed I noticed that my skin has more moisture and it's not as dry. There's a huge difference so I'm really happy to have the system.

We moved into town and being new to the area, we were concerned what the water quality was. I called in and turned the appointment up with RainSoft and the sales rep came over and spent quite a bit of time here showing us how it works. It was informative. We got the big one that's connected to the water main. It does the whole system and pretty much the whole house. We also got the reverse osmosis system that goes underneath the sink. The water's a lot better since we had it installed. The water is softer as far as when you wash your hands, and it definitely tastes a lot better than what it did. I'm really happy with the final product and what the representative said was gonna happen, it really did.

We've owned our house for 23 years and had very hard water. Our glasses and our dishwasher would always have a film on them no matter what we would do, and now, with the Rainsoft water purifying system, they just come out crystal clear and it's amazing. It's been really good although I'm not quite used to it with my hair and hair products yet, but I'm sure I'll get there. To add, setting up the consultation with their sales rep was pretty simple. They came out and gave us a little presentation and we decided to purchase it. I was also here when the guy came and installed the system and he did a good job in a very expeditious manner. He put it where we wanted it and figured out how to get it installed with their systems. It was a very pleasant experience and with a good outcome.

We were former RainSoft customers a long time ago and when we moved, we looked into getting their service again for our current home. Their sales rep and installation team were very good. Now, we have the whole water system and air purifying system and are happy knowing that these do a good job.

My water had a sulfur smell so I researched on water treatment systems. I contacted RainSoft and everybody had been very accommodating. The sales rep scheduled a consultation and a woman came out and said that it would fix the sulfur smell. The installation team came and they were great. One of them said that it would not fix the sulfur smell and that was not the issue. It would be a whole different system other than the one I bought. He tested the water (I wasn't at home) and did not find any sulfur on the test done. After the installation, the water quality is softer-feeling and doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky. I love the RainSoft and I can tell the difference in the water though it has not fixed my sulfur smell, which is why I bought it.

We've had a water system for 27 years. We wanted the RainSoft salesman to come look and see if the system could be repaired. It was real old and he said, "No. It needed to be replaced." That's how we ended up with RainSoft. What I really like is now the sulfur smell and the taste is taken out of water. The old system didn't do that. I recommend RainSoft.

We got everything from RainSoft except for all that stuff that goes on the washing machine, and so far I like it and we've noticed a big difference. Their rep was also knowledgeable. The installers were all very much in a hurry because they had a pool tournament that they were trying to get to, but they set it up and did a good job. There was a leak that I had to call them back a couple of times in order to get everything squared away 100%, and they did end up coming back.

The consultation with the RainSoft sales rep was great and it was quick and easy. Our clothes smell better since having their filtration system installed. There were times they got a little musty because we have a front loading washer before. It's been easier to drink nice clean water and I don't have to worry about changing my filter in the refrigerator. The installation team was also wonderful, courteous and professional.

RainSoft's sales rep was very good and knowledgeable. We purchased the water softener for my entire house. The guy that came and hooked everything up was very professional. He went over all the equipment with us Their installer did really good. Since the installation, the water is much better. I drink it and I fill my fish tank up with it and it works out real good. Everything is working perfect for me right now. I am also using their soap products. They did outstanding.

RainSoft is great. At first it makes you feel a little hocus pocus with all the testing during the consultation but it was fine. I bought their water purification system. There used to be odor and taste in our water and it's all cleared up now. The technician who installed it was very good.

Everything’s been great. The only problem I’m having is with the water in the sink. When I turn it on, it doesn’t come on. I wait about three seconds and then it runs for ten seconds, then the intermittent off and on for about two to three seconds. It did it before and then stopped, but it’s doing it again.

I love RainSoft. We noticed incredible differences in our water since having our system installed - my son drinks more water and my skin is softer. The consultation with the sales representative was really long, which was the only thing that I didn't like. But otherwise, he was extremely detailed with everything. The installation team were good and super fast in setting up the system.

I had bad water and I’ve never really liked its taste but once we got a Rainsoft system, I loved it. My ex-husband was a Rainsoft employee so he got a special discount when he had a system put in our home. After we divorced, I moved to another part of town where the water was way worse. Denver has some of the best quality water in the country. But on the edge of Denver, there’s another town, Aurora, which I moved into and their water was so bad that my dishes wouldn’t get cleaned in the dishwasher and everything smelled like chlorine. It was pretty nasty even though it was legally safe.

The water in our house was horrible so we decided to have a water treatment system. We set up a consultation with RainSoft and it was awesome. The presentation of the sales rep was very much informative. When we got the system, they also gave us different shampoos, conditioners and laundry soaps. We're using it all and we love it. The installer did a great job. Since having the system, our skin became softer and we don't have dry skin anymore. Also, we can now wipe down the top of our stove with a paper towel and water. Before, we couldn't find a cleaner to clean it. The water makes the difference. We wouldn't do without it anymore, and I would recommend it to anybody that thinks they may need it, in a heartbeat.

There has been a buildup on my dishes and I'd hear rumbling sound in my water heater so I looked into water treatment systems. When I went to Home Depot, they referred me to Rainsoft. The sales rep came in the evening, we discussed and decided on the best water treatment unit for my house and ended up having a water softener (reverse osmosis) for the whole house which was installed under the sink.

We checked on getting a treatment system because our water was all yellow and smelled. We bought a complete system from Rainsoft that included a water softener. The sales rep made a good presentation and was a very professional person. I like the product, but I wasn't happy with everything in the beginning. We had a timing problem with them when we had to have the whole system moved. It was operating during the night and it was right outside our bedroom window. It took a while for them to get the system straightened out for us but we have clear water now.

My daughter has asthma and we have several pets in the house so I wanted to make sure that the water is clean and we were tired of using the chlorine. The sales rep was pretty stubborn as they tried a couple of times for the consultation. He said, “You are going home. I’m going to come and do my presentation.” I thought it was just 15 minutes but it turned into a three-and-a-half presentation. He explained everything and even made some tea to taste it. He used an iPad and showed little pictures or calculations. It was modern and up-to-date.

RainSoft has very pleasant sales representative and installation team. We had a leak, and their installation came back promptly and fixed it. We got the water system to save money and since having it installed, I noticed that when my girls clean their hair (my girls are swimmers), it's softer. I would recommend RainSoft.

My overall experience with RainSoft has been excellent. I purchased a water conditioner some 20 years ago. It has been fantastic and did exactly what I needed it to do. It took away the rust because I had a terrible rust problem and has worked very well until it stopped working. That’s when I needed to have service. The man from RainSoft changed the whole thing and I now have a nice new product. It’s beautiful and works well. I love it. The man seemed very professional, knew his product and told me a few things that the people who sold it to me originally had lied about.

I was concerned with the quality of our water and I was always buying bottled. Then my husband went to Home Depot and he’d seen the RainSoft guy. Everything went smoothly during the consultation with their sales representative, the presentation was informative, he was knowledgeable and answered our questions, and he's one of the reasons why we did the purchase. We got the full system except for the air and the whole home for the tap water. Then we had a problem with the system itself and the installation team came out and fixed it in a timely manner. And after the system's installation, the shower doors are not spotted.

We just moved into our home and were very unhappy with the hard water spots on the silverware, dishes, glassware, and everything coming out of the dishwasher, so we became interested in water treatment systems. We were made aware of RainSoft Water Treatment Systems by a representative when we were making a purchase at Home Depot. The water in our home in Minnesota was non-chlorinated because it's natural well and we didn't like its taste and felt hard. After RainSoft did their presentation demonstration and showed that the water was super hard and had a lot of chlorine in it, we decided that we wanted the water purification system put in. The installer was pleasant and good. The taste and softness of the water is like night and day.

Everything was excellent with RainSoft including their sales rep and the quality of my water now. I've also put in for a three-month inspection on the salt and the potassium.

My water softener had pooped out so we wanted to get the water tested to see what we were dealing with because I knew I was going to have to get a new system anyway. My mom heard about the water testing done through Home Depot so she set up a consultation with the sales representative while I was at work. I got the filtration system that takes the chlorine out of the water, a water softener system, and a filter for under the sink that takes the salt out of the water for drinking. Since having those installed, I don't have to buy bottled water any more. The kids and I will actually drink it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

RainSoft's sales reps were friendly, courteous, and were able to answer our questions. We purchased the salt water conditioner with one tank, and the installer came later that day to install it. He was pretty good, efficient and he cleaned up after himself. Since the system was installed, I seem to be using less soap or shampoo in the showers.

I bought a house with a RainSoft system in it. However, it was abandoned and had not been utilized for some time. So we set up a consultation with their sales rep and it went fine, very efficient. Their installation team was really good. Now, the water is soft. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

We are not happy with Rainsoft. The water tasted solvent.

We've been buying a lot of bottled water and decided that we needed something for the house so we got RainSoft. The sales representative was easy to work with. He went over all the benefits of the water, answered any questions we had and did some demonstration for us. We ended up getting a whole house water system and a system for under the sink, a reverse osmosis system. The installation team called to set up an appointment, put everything in for us and explained how things worked and what we needed to do. Since the installation, the water tastes better, feels soft and is nice to shower in. When I was purchasing the system, the rep said we would have two years interest-free from Home Depot but when I got the bill, it was only for six months. I had to call Home Depot and tell them that we were supposed to get two years interest-free and the gal at Home Depot said that she would take care of that.

We purchased the RainSoft water softener as an addition to our existing water conditioning unit. The water in our area is very hard and our dishwasher left a film on any glassware in it. We had a rep come to our house and were pleased with what he showed us. After purchasing the water softener the crew showed up a couple of days later and installed the unit. For the first few days everything was good. We could actually use our dishwasher and my wife commented that her hands were no longer dried and cracking. After less than a week we noticed that the film was back on the glasses in the dishwasher and the water no longer felt "soft". Around this time the company called and offered a follow-up call.

I purchased a water system/air system about 7 years ago. In addition to the crappy dishwashing liquid, and horrible shampoo that was supposed to last a year but only lasted 3 months. I was told by the salesman that rain soft would have a contractor move my system free of charge if I ever decided to move. I told him that I wouldn't be moving for at least 5-10 years because this home was just purchased. He assured me that because of the system package I purchased that it would be moved at no cost to me, well I now need to have it moved to my new residence and I called RainSoft which forwarded me to a company named Great Lakes to have it moved and they are wanting to charge me over 300$ to take down and re-assemble the system.

I live in rural Louisiana and the water here is terrible so we got RainSoft's complete home filter system as well as the under-sink reverse osmosis for drinking and cooking water. I stayed with their installation team and watched them put it together the whole time. They were very nice and they know what they were doing. The only reason I don't want to recommend it to many friends is because it's pretty high-cost. But since then, there was a great difference with our water. Before, we weren't willing to drink the water and barely willing to use it to shower with.The turbidity and the color was bad. But now, we're very happy with our water.

I got Rainsoft's water filter. Their sales rep was knowledgeable, and the installation team explained to me how the water filter system works. Since it was installed, the water tastes better.

We've had RainSoft since we moved in our new house in 1988. We initially got the home system, but we recently purchased their charcoal filtration. Everything worked out well and everyone has been good.

I consulted with RainSoft because I was concerned with the bad taste of the water. In setting up the consultation with their sales rep, they were able to schedule a time that worked well for me. The sales rep that came for the consultation was very knowledgeable and answered every question. The installation team did an excellent work. They had a couple of things that were an issue and they readily resolved them. The water is much better tasting now and the dishes are cleaner, so my wife is happy.

We had a lot of calcium build-up as well as bad smell of water so we purchased the saltwater filter system from Rainsoft. Their sales representative was very cooperative and easy to work with. The installer took care of everything and it went smoothly, so everything was perfect. Since then, the water tastes better, the smell is gone, and the calcium seems to be diminishing.

It was going to be the first time I'd be on city water. Prior to this, I always had well water and it was monitored by a company. I'm concerned with what we consume into our body and that's why I was interested in having our water tested. I also realized that we not only take things through swallowing them, but absorb things through the skin.

We got the whole house water filtration system from RainSoft. Their sales representatives were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. The installation team worked fast and they were nice. The water is much better now as far as the smell. However, with the dishwasher, it is leaving a film of cloudy stuff on the dishes and doesn't get sparkly clean like before even when my water was bad. There's a thick coat that doesn't come off and it's starting to ruin my dishes. Apart from that, the system works better with my toilets.

I purchased the water filtration system, the clean master and the air master from RainSoft. My dogs can tell the difference after they were installed, so it's been a big difference. Scheduling the consultation was easy and the sales rep was very personable. He answered all our questions. The installers were really good. I was a little apprehensive at first, but they were knowledgeable. It didn't take them that long at all and they also cleaned up real well. If they could have somebody explain things a little bit better, it would probably be more helpful.

The North Port has the third worst water in the world. The first time I set up my consultation with the sales representative eight years ago was through the Tampa RainSoft. They were horrible and told us they were selling us something. When we got what we got, it wasn't anything what they told us. The second consultation which was about three months ago was perfect. They were in the local office and everything has worked out great. They sold us the RO system for the whole house.

The sales representative answered every question that we had. If he didn’t know the questions, he was really quick to give an answer for us even if it meant calling his supervisor. Installation took about five days. It was a lot longer than it probably should have but the installer had to go to Home Depot to pick up items that he needed. When he was installing it we had cars in the garage and he had to take those out. They weren't brought in and my husband had to do it which was a little inconvenient.

The taste of the water here was so bad, so I purchased the reverse osmosis and the water softener from RainSoft. So far, I love it. Their sales rep was easy to work with and they found the time that worked well for me. Their installation team was also good.

One of my nephews referred RainSoft and my personal experience with them has been good. They were easy to work with and the representative I spoke with was really professional, and he explained everything. I’d recommend them.

The sales rep that did the consultation was fine. He was knowledgeable and the presentation was informative. We purchased a Rainsoft water softener. The gentleman that did the installation was courteous and left the work area clean. Since the system was installed the water is clearer, cleaner and nicer. The only thing is they never did come out to do a second water check. I would want to see what my pH count is now compared to when they did the measurements beforehand. The gentleman was supposed to come out within a month's time and we never did see him and it's been a couple of months.

The Rainsoft people did a pretty good demonstration on what was in the water that we weren't aware of and showed how their system cleaned it up. We're new to the Saint Louis area and with all of the flooding that we had recently and a lot of water issues, we're very glad we have the water conditioning system in place as I'm not completely confident that what comes into our house is all that pure. My fiancee was there during the installation and they ended up plugging the system into an outlet that was based on a light switch so it kept turning off and on and I had to go back and do some rework, but it was fine.

We purchased the water conditioning system from RainSoft and we had a very pleasant experience with their sales representative. The rep who came out to do a water quality test was able to answer all my questions. And the installation team was very courteous, professional, and thorough. They ensured that I understood the operation. It works like any other softener I've had. However, the system doesn't perform like the sample one they did in the house and I've not experienced that feeling of being able to not put lotion on. But overall, I had a positive experience with RainSoft.

Our experience with RainSoft has been wonderful. We took a water test survey in Home Depot and there was a follow up on it after that where a representative from RainSoft come over. From that point, we purchased the water conditioning system from RainSoft. We fell in love with their sales representative who was very informative and knowledgeable. Their installation team was great, spot on and very thorough in telling me how things work. The guys did everything perfect and picked up after themselves. There were two of them but the other guy was excellent. Did a great job with the installation -- it couldn't have been any better. I love taking the shower since having RainSoft installed because I come out soft. It's like you have gel or something on. It just softens your skin. I'm used to always using a lotion but I haven't had to since we've had the water conditioner installed. Very, very pleased it with. So glad we purchased it!

The RainSoft sales rep called me to set up a consultation and the guy who came over had different beakers that he tested the water in. He knew what he was talking about. It was a good experience. The water conditioning system that I got from them does my whole house, one spigot outside, and my drinking water. One guy did the installation of the system and he was nice, efficient, and very good with tools. Although the system took a while to install, he was quick for what the work was and answered any questions that I had.

When we bought our house four years ago, it came with a water softener. We called RainSoft to have them come out and tell us how much it would take to upgrade it since it was not working well. Setting up the consultation with a sales representative went great. The presentation was very informative and it absolutely sold us on doing the upgrade both on our water softener and getting the reverse osmosis for the drinking water.

And, since installing the RainSoft system, our skin feels smoother and there are less water spots, so it has exceeded my expectations for a water softener. We've set up a consultation with the RainSoft sales representative who was very knowledgeable and we felt like we got everything we needed. We purchased the whole home water treatment system and the air purification unit. The installers were courteous, clean and polite, and since having the Rainsoft system installed, the water tastes better.

They demonstrated everything for me and my husband to fully understand exactly what we were purchasing. I love the way the water makes my body feel. It's much cleaner and tastes much different. I'm enjoying every minute and I've been telling a lot of people about it. I've been talking about RainSoft all the time. When I go to the store and see people buy water, I go like, "Oh, I don't buy water anymore. You know how much I've saved from not buying water?"

I got the whole house water treatment unit from RainSoft. The sales rep did a fantastic job; he was very informative and he knew what he was talking about. He gave an excellent presentation and was very professional. I didn't get to speak with the installation team because I wasn't home the day they installed it, but they really didn't do that great of a job as sales. If I would have had a motto, it would have been "Make it look like you were never there", and they don't have that motto. But since having the system installed, taking showers is a lot nicer, there are no water spots, and the water tastes better. It's a little pricey, but over time I'm sure it's worth it.

We got the whole conditioning system and the drinking water from RainSoft. In setting up a consultation, we just filled up an advertisement with the Santa gift, and then their representative called and told us about the product. It wasn't hard cause we had a water softener once before in another city. The service team did well and explained how the osmosis filters work. And since having the system installed, the water is not as hard and it don't dry our skin out which was the most noticeable thing. The water tastes better and I could say that we don't need a whole lot of soap doing anything. Overall, our experience with RainSoft has been good and I've recommended them to friends and one of them liked and bought it too.

We got the smaller version of the total home system from RainSoft and we've noticed good differences since its installation. They said the water would be pure and it was. It's not hard anymore too, although I still have a little bit of trouble getting used to it. We also had good experiences during the consultation and installation processes. They called us during the consultation for a meeting and we said yes. Afterwards, their people did a good job with the installation. They explained what they were going to do and they answered all questions that I had. I was there when they installed the water system in a week. RainSoft has overall done a good job.

It went well when I set up a consultation with a RainSoft rep. Then, I bought the drinking water system and the water system itself for the entire house. The installers explained the system to me but I had reservation about the person who put it in. Nevertheless, it was a very well experience.

I bought RainSoft's whole home system. The sales rep was nice, educated about the product and was very easy-going. The installer was very polite, kept my house clean, and informed me every hour or so what he was doing. He was wonderful. My skin is softer since the system was installed.

They went through the whole system a couple of times with us and showed us how to do the water check. After having the system installed, the water's been good and we don't want water from anywhere else now. Since having the water softener, we like the taste of the water and don't feel any hardness and I'm happy ansd satisfied with it. However, I'm not happy with the CleanStart as we had a lot of expectations from them for it, but it's not the way we thought. And it is a little higher in the price.

Additionally, the installation team went through everything, showed me what to do and not to do, when to do it and who to call. Since then, the water and clothes are softer. It's a great product and so far, it does everything it says its gonna do so I'm well satisfied with it. I'll recommend it to somebody else.

I have RainSoft for about 10 years. Then I recently bought a new one and their sales representative was cordial. Tech team have set it up quickly with no mess and it's working fine. Now our water is always nice and soft than the old one. I'd recommend it to my friends.

It was a friendly atmosphere when I was setting up the consultation with RainSoft and they went around my schedule. Then during the consultation, the sales representative answered all my questions. As for the installation team, they were natural and friendly, knew the ins and outs and they told me what to do in certain circumstances.

After seriously being misled by the RainSoft salesperson, we decided to buy the RainSoft water treatment equipment. Big mistake. First of all, we were guaranteed by the salesperson that the only upkeep for the systems would be "a bag of salt, every couple of months". Not bad, huh? Unfortunately, that is not true. Salt every month or two, filters twice a year, a new membrane every 18 months. The costs are adding up. Secondly, the salesperson guaranteed that in the event we have to move (which we do), the uninstall would be free, RainSoft would pick up the unit and take it to the new place, and there would be a charge for the reinstall at the new place. Again, more deception. The uninstall will be $150-200, and we have to transport it ourselves. Unfortunately, I do not have my current house wiretapped to tape our conversations, so it's our word. Rainsoft refuses to even address this issue.

Rainsoft's sales representative was very patient in explaining everything regarding the hardness of the water and how the water system was going to help me. It took a lot of time since I had a thousand questions since I made some research already and knew what I wanted. When he was not sure about something, he took the time to call his supervisor to double check that he was telling me accurate information. His supervisor always answered the phone and answered everything. The representative also told me that if any of my friends will get the system, mine would be free, so I gave him different numbers and names for my friends who might be interested. One of my friends actually received a call and scheduled an appointment with their sales representative as well.

I've been calling RainSoft because I was supposed to have a spigot put out on my burette. And when the tester came out, it wasn't installed. She indicated that someone was gonna come back to install, and I have yet to see anyone or be able to contact anyone. So I have a regular spigot out there with the hard water. Other than that, everything is fine. Everything else that was promised to me, I got. I would definitely recommend them, which I have already done so.

Had the system put in last spring. When the tech who put it in told my wife, "The floor where I put it is not strong enough to hold it. Only use one bag at a time." Their maintenance head, Andy, came and looked at it. He said, "The floor needs to be reinforced, but it should be okay for now. Can we wait until after fair season to deal with? This is our busy time." I affirmed it would be okay and gave it little thought until after the summer when it had sunk low enough that a possum got into my house. Calling the service rep the girl on the phone said that was horrifying and someone would be out at the beginning of the week.

We were in Home Depot and the next thing we knew, we had a RainSoft appointment. Their sales representative knew his stuff and was able to get it taken care of the same day. However, the installation team had to come back out to fix a leak. They broke something on either the sprinkler system or the pool fittings but they were able to get that fixed. Now having the system, the water tastes better. It's easier to bathe with and it doesn't take as much soap to do the laundry. I'm not crazy about the product but as far as the water softener itself, I can't be happier. We're totally satisfied with it.

I thought RainSoft’s presentation was interesting. I also liked how working with Home Depot, we were able to do an affordable plan, for two years, which helped save on expenses. Since having RainSoft's system installed, I noticed that the water is a lot softer and our skin isn’t as dry. It’s been good. Even the drinking water and the coffee has been better.

I took the entire system. The sales representative was courteous and easy to work with but RainSoft cannot describe to me what I'm looking for in the system and I need to check on to it on certain periods. Right now, I'm looking for a follow up for them to come out and retest after it's been up and running for a couple of months and show me what I'm looking at again. Because when there's so much information, I get overloaded. So our goal was to check salt level and I see there's only two blocks left. However, the installation team cleaned and did a quick and good job. Our water is definitely softer.

However, at the moment, we are not very happy with RainSoft.

The consultation was easy and Willy, the installer, was very good at what he was doing and he knows everything about it. The air system is nice and I like it when I hook it up to the washer. It's a valuable investment and I had a good experience using it. In fact, I already promoted RainSoft.

It's been pretty good with RainSoft. The only thing that we have had an issue with was our water pressure declined after it was going through so much of the filtration. Then, they sent a crew out to adjust that and it's been fine since. The system is working as it should and the water softener has less soap that need to be used overall. I've recommended them to several people.

We purchased our RainSoft system four months ago and we love it. We have significantly noticed a difference in the bathroom per se. Like not having to clean the shower as much and when I do clean it, it stays clean longer. The drinking water is ten times better. We don't even buy bottled water anymore. The laundry has been tricky but once we finally got the hang of it, it has been better. We have no complaints about this system. It's life changing!

We purchased the water softener and it was explained to me how to use the salt in it, but forgot to inform me that after putting salt, I’d have to push a button. He just put all four bags of salt. It was easy setting up a consultation with the sales rep of RainSoft. We sent in water to be tested and then someone came out and tested the water again in person for flaws. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He gave us visual examples of our water quality, what the RainSoft system can do and other details. He answered everything that we asked and then some. I ended up purchasing the water softening system and the air purification system from the company. Afterwards, two guys came out and installed them in one day. They were quick, neat, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They also showed us how to work the entire system. They told us it might take a day or so for the hot water to kick in since the hot water heater was full with other water, and that was nice to know.

Our consultation with the RainSoft sales representative was painless. However we thought our consultation was going to be for 45 minutes, but she was here for two and a half hours. I got the whole works -- the water purification, the oxygenator for the washer, and the thing for the furnace to clean the air. The RainSoft installation team were good, efficient and clean. Everything was great. Since the system was installed, the water tastes better. We can clean the windows and the mirrors with only water. That works good and it's actually squeaky clean. Ice cubes taste better and the laundry seems to work fine with everything. I haven't noticed much about the air because it wasn't dirty to start with.

I got the filtration system from RainSoft. It went well with their sales rep and their installers, although I wasn't home during the installation process. I love the water system and I've no problems with it at all. As a matter of fact, I've been drinking more water since I got it - the water tastes better. Aside from that, the water feels good when I bathe and I use less detergent when I do the dishes and the laundry. It doesn't take as much chemical now to clean them.

RainSoft was great. The sales representative did everything he was supposed to do and he was really good. The installation team did really good as well. I got the whole house softener. Now, the water is not as spotty and nasty as it was compared to the hard water that we had. We’ve already recommended it.

I was working with a plumber and he's the one that got me the whole Rainsoft system. It works quite well, and I'd recommend Rainsoft to a friend.

I purchased an EC4 and the sales representative told us a lot but it's not meeting up to what he said. He said that there won't be any more build-up on the toilet around the waterline and there's still plenty of build-up. I think that the water softener system doesn't work well with some soap. It's good but as soon as the water touches the foam, it disperses immediately. It's like washing your hands with water than with actual soap. We haven't had our secondary water test yet since the installation. We were supposed to get it within thirty days but it's been two months already. They contacted us but we were outside the country and when we contacted them again when we were back in, there was no response. I wouldn't recommend RainSoft to anyone.

We had a good experience with RainSoft. The gentleman who put the system did a really good job. I was impressed and its been working okay.

I'm happy with the Rainsoft system. Setting up our consultation with them was fairly easy. The sales representatives were knowledgeable and courteous and the installer explained everything. The water is a little better since the system was installed. You can tell that it's soft by the shower glass in the shower. I have already had two people sign up to RainSoft but we haven't even received our gift cards for that.

We've known about RainSoft since the early 70s because we had one for 20 years in the Longwood area in Orlando. Then when we moved here we set it up for a while in the house that we're currently in. But I got tired of carrying salt, #1, and #2, the timer on that thing went bad and they wanted $200 and something to come out here and fix it so I pulled it out of the ground. However, a friend of a friend of ours had a consultation and they said we might be interested since they've changed some things over the years and made it a little easier to use so we got it again.

I live in NC and my wife and I were concerned with the water that our children were bathing in and that we were cooking with. To our surprise city water contains more chlorine than a community swimming pool and we learned that the chemicals were absorbed into our food. We also learned that other chemicals such as ammonia, sequestrants, and other chemicals to raise or lower the ph were added. PWS quickly and professionally installed a whole house water treatment system with a lifetime warranty for a very reasonable cost. It is a great relief to know that the water that we cook, drink and shower with is not chemical free. My wife and I would and are recommending this company and their system to our friends and family.

I was in Home Depot and a lady from RainSoft stopped me, so I told them to come by our house to show us what their water treatment system is like. The sales rep who came by our house for our consultation was very knowledgeable and personable. We purchased the water purification, plus the reverse osmosis. The installer knew his job. Since having our system installed, we do get suds now when we take a shower. So it's quite good having them.

RainSoft has been fantastic, and we really like their system. We had our first unit put in when we first bought the house 23 years ago, but that system already went out. We finally got the money to install a brand new system, so we recently had a second unit put in.

I ended up purchasing all three of their products from Rainsoft. It was also very good with their sales rep and installation team. With the system, I noticed the difference in the water when I take a shower or take a bath. I call it like "a soap and slide". It seems like my hands slide all over my body. Before, I didn't have a clue what it does, but it does something. I would recommend it to a friend.
