This system is amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this system and the company. I opted to go for the water filtration system for the whole house, the drinking water system and the laundry system. Our house has extremely hard water. The measured amount was 27 grains, typical hard water is around 10. Our water was hard enough to completely seized my kitchen faucet which is supposed to swivel 180 degrees but is locked in place by sediment. I've since installed a new faucet and it's been like new ever since.
Greg from RainSoft came out on a Wednesday and I had my new system in place on Thursday. I couldn't be happier with the system. The laundry system is just mind blowing. The first thing I washed was a floor mat that was at the back door and had some seriously heavy dirt stains and I washed it with just water from the system using cold water and it looked and smell brand new. I buy a $20 jug of detergent every 6 weeks or so from Costco and now I'll never buy another one. I've never been so anxious to do laundry, but I'm still amazed how it cleans without detergent.
Greg (Chicago suburbs) our salesman was great too. He explained everything thoroughly and really showed us how bad our water was. We knew our old water was hard but by the end of his demo my wife and I were discussed. I love this system and highly recommend it to anyone with hard water or anyone that doesn't like using harsh chemicals to clean your clothes. They will also remove the system if you ever move and reinstall it in your new home for free.

Awesome response from The local Rainsoft Dealer, all issues resolved to our satisfaction. Johnny is great and very competent in his work. Water test done and filter swap will be done next week. We highly recommend this company.

Had this system installed 29 May 2018. AT first was pleased, then the issues started. Had Well guys out on unrelated issue, they noticed that the entire Rainsoft system was installed backward, we did notice that our salt container was dwindling down rapidly. Well that was not good, paid well guys to hook it up correctly. Salt usage went down. Thought that we were good now, Surprise!!! Not so.
So I contacted Rainsoft to get a second water test done, our salesman came out and tested and we were told that the PH was all bad, very different than when he first tested. So he showed us a glass container with our cloudy water, yuck, he told us that the PH is destroying the resin filter inside the tank. I asked if this was harmful to us or the pets he replied no. Then he told us that he will exchange the tank for one that will take care of the issue for free. That someone would call us this afternoon or tomorrow to schedule. No call was received.
Then I emailed the office and next thing I know I get a call from a person wanting to come out to discuss options, WHAT? He said he's in our neighborhood today and I say come tomorrow at 11, he said no "I'm in the neighborhood now," really, very pushy and not willing to reschedule. I do not work their schedule. I briefly met with him, and he tells me that my option is to pay another $500 to get the system right. "I am not paying you, your rep told me he would swap out for free and that is acceptable." He says rep was wrong.
I told him he can come and get this entire system out of here and refund my money. Well "there are no refunds," he tells me. I ask for his boss' name and number and no reply. This is a unacceptable situation. Rainsoft is way overpriced and customer service is horrid. I will contact the rest of the homeowners in our neighborhood and let them know what has transpired. Timeline and other correspondence available to Rainsoft HQ upon request. Not happy, would never buy again.

We used to have problem with the water in our house. In fact, we've already lost two dishwashers because of the sedimentation that would clog the pipe. So, we got a RainSoft Water Treatment System. The RainSoft sales rep who came to our house was really good with the way he presented everything and the way he behaved. He explained everything to the best that we could understand it, with no big words and in just plain English. He didn't leave the house until he knew that we understood everything that was gonna happen.
The installation of the system was perfect except for the piece of pipe in the backyard. They're supposed to dig and put it inside the dirt, and they did it but not too deep so it's coming out and it's stopping the flow of the water to go out of my yard. Furthermore, when we open the hose in the backyard, the water that comes out is white and it smells. So we have to keep the hose open until it's clear. We don't have that inside the house, only on that hose.
It's been over a month now since we've had the system. When we clean the head of the faucet, they come cleaner so we don't have to clean them that often. Also, we finally started using the dishwasher that we bought which we weren't able to use before and it works perfectly. And, we didn't have to get a plumber to flush our line. The rep told us before exactly what was gonna happen, and it did. He was very truthful. So, we're very, very pleased. Everything in the system is very good. We were told though that we were gonna get some products but we haven't gotten any. Nonetheless, I'd tell others to to go for RainSoft. It's expensive, but it's worth it.

I grew up with RainSoft in my dad’s house. And after living your entire life with soft water then moving some place that has very hard water, it was kind of a no-brainer for me to also get a RainSoft water softener. I went to Home Depot and signed up for a consultation. They said someone would call me and someone did. Then the sales rep came out and things were pretty straightforward. He knew what he was talking about and he was real nice and very personable. He had to go through the whole spiel, which took an hour and a half and I didn’t really need him to take that long, but I understand that on his end he was required to do it. However, I knew when I had signed up for the thing at Home Depot that I was gonna be purchasing it anyway.
When they did the install, the guy who came out was super nice. He knew what he was talking about and after he was done, it was like he was never there. Everything was great from the salesperson to getting everything done and they did everything super quickly. We signed all the paperwork when the salesman was there and the installer was out the next day. Since having the system installed, my wife said that her skin seems to be a lot more clear now than before and that works for me. Happy wife, happy life. And if anyone asked me about RainSoft, I'd tell them to spend the money and do it.

I purchased a new home and the water that I was using was causing my skin to dry out really bad. I looked into purchasing a treatment system and got a RainSoft conditioning system for my whole home. The sales rep was great, patient, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was flexible in finding a time that worked well in getting the system installed. The installation was seamless and installers were on time, very clean and quick.
Since having RainSoft, my skin and my kid’s skin are so much better. I hardly even have to put on lotion when I get off the shower. Also, I can taste that the drinking water is completely different. There was some chemical that was in the water that I can smell when I turn the faucet on and I don’t smell it anymore, so my overall experience is a lot better. I even had a follow up where a guy came over, tested my water and showed me the difference, and having the system installed. He also answered additional questions that I had.

I live in a city that has had Boron water analysis before for different concerns and issues with the water and so I started to look into water treatment systems. In doing so, I had an exceptional experience with the reps at Rainsoft. The rep whom I dealt with seemed very professional when he came out, showed us the presentation and showed us the differences in water and then what we can have in it. He was very attentive to the presentation. After the consultation, we bought three different systems from RainSoft. Since the system was installed, I don't have that hard water feel when I get out of the shower. We also got an under-sink reverse osmosis system so I've been able to just drink directly out of the faucet using that. It also seems like we use less soap now. Overall, the RainSoft systems that we got have been good.

I didn't like the water we had. So, we had a representative from RainSoft come out and give us a talk. He tested the water and showed us how bad it was. That made my decision to go and get a complete household system from them. The rep was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. The team who installed the system did a great job. I couldn't have been happier with it. Since the system was installed, there was a difference in the drinking water and taking shower's a totally different feel. In fact, the shower walls aren't collecting soap scum like they were. I'm satisfied with our Rainsoft system. It's a great deal.

We had hard water. We learned about RainSoft in Home Depot and we set up a consultation with their sales rep. There was a problem the first time because RainSoft didn’t follow-up, but the second time, we saw the same individual in Home Depot and they set up the consultation. At that point, it was just a matter of a day or two before the person came out. He was very fine and very professional. We bought the softener and the whole house filter. The installation was very good and the installer explained things very well once he was done. He was really helpful, too. Since we got our RainSoft products, the water is much softer. But they are pricier products, so you really have to be willing to pay more for them.

We put a RainSoft system in into our previous house about eight years ago. When we moved into a new home, we already had it pre-plumbed to accept a water filtration system and the first people we called was Quality Services. Travis, our sales guy, did an extremely good job. We told him we didn't want a sales pitch as we've already had the service. It took him about 20 minutes to walk us to what type of system he would recommend. The installation guy, Mike, installed it on a Sunday. He's a little OCD, so he did a perfect job.
We got the water conditioning tank with the salt pellets then we got a carbon filtration system as well to eliminate the calcium. It made a big difference as we went about a month without having a system in this new house and we were used to having one in our old house, and we could tell right away in our clothes when we showered. We constantly talk them up and already made recommendations, suggestions, and try to get referrals.

Frank, the RainSoft rep who did the water testing in my home was informative and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also addressed how our tap water has a lot of impurities as well as carcinogens. I've had experience with family members with cancer and that was a big one for me. I bought the whole RainSoft system for my house. The installer helped me put in a new faucet since he was taking everything out. He was very neat and organized when he was working in my garage. He had to dig up an area to install the piping underground, and he replaced all the dirt and cleaned it all up. Unfortunately, he couldn't finish it in one day. He had to come back a couple of days later but it was good. I really enjoy the system, and I love the water. I've always kept on hand bottled waters when I go out, but my goal is to eliminate the bottled waters and use my own filtered water. I would recommend RainSoft. It's definitely worth it.

Houses don't come with drinkable water and our water was not drinkable just based on the way it looks and smells. The sales rep talked to my boyfriend about the RainSoft system and he checked with me. He said that it would be good for me. We bought the whole thing and the installation experience was good. Since we got the system, the showers are different. My skin feels softer and now I don't have to spend on buying water bottles anymore. However, the water still smells funky like egg yolk at certain times. Other than that, we add salt to the machine and then the RainSoft people come in and check our system once or twice a year.

The water treatment systems caught our curiosity and setting up the consultation with RainSoft was straightforward. Someone called and asked if we had some free time. They gave us a couple of options and my wife and I worked our schedules to pick a date. The representative who came was fantastic and we became best friends. He is a really nice guy and really knowledgeable as well. We purchased a whole home water filter, the second model from the top-of-the-line model, with a big tank that lives in my garage. The installation team was great and very professional. I was home for the whole thing and the guy walked me through what he was doing. He also answered a lot of my nerdy questions about what was going on. So, he did a great job. The area was left as clean as it can be and everything was fine when they finished.
Since we had the system installed, our water now is a lot softer and tastes better. We definitely prefer it. There's no more hard water build-up on glass surfaces which is cool as there's less cleaning. If you're considering Rainsoft, have the guy test your water. I was skeptical of things and I wasn’t sold in until the sales guy came, gave us the pitch, and did the pH testing, but the results are fantastic.

I received a postcard in the mail for a $20 gift certificate to Walmart which was my go-to store. I called the number and I left a voicemail. Somebody called me back to say that they would have somebody come out to do the water test and that they would bring the $20 gift card. Two different people called me so I called in and confirmed the day and time that somebody would be showing up for the appointment. When the man came out and started doing everything, that’s when I realized it was actually RainSoft, so I was happy about that. However, the man who came out to do the water test was an hour late and he just showed up. I told him that I didn’t think he was coming because the appointment was at 9:30 and it was 10:30 on a Saturday. He said that he was told that he needed to get over here. So, he came in.
When he was doing the tests, I asked him how long it was going to take because I had a girlfriend that was gonna be on her way over. I was trying to tell her about it because she would like it and she did. However, the cost was a concern to her. I told her it was 18 months with no interest. She said that it still breaks down to a lot of money. The guy immediately snapped back at her and and told her that we would have a problem if she kills his show. Even though he was late, we were doing okay but I saw a little bit of a different side of him when he snapped back at her, and that was a little unsettling to me because I told him I’m familiar with the product. Even though I’m a single mom and it’ll be tight on budgeting, I know it was worth it. So, I was frustrated with what he said to my girlfriend.
I got it set up for a Friday morning. And when I was getting it set up, I talked to one of the ladies that I would like an early morning appointment because once a week, I have been coming in late because I’ve been to get things fixed and getting some kind of resolution that might manage what I have going on at home. So, my boss has been frustrated with me about that. That way, I don’t have to take off as much time and that would be great. So the lady went ahead and got it set up for me. She said that they would give me a call when they’re on their way. I told her that my babysitter would be going to other places, watching other people’s kids and she would have to take my daughter with her. I would rather go ahead and be able to go and take my baby to the babysitters before they even get there to install things. That way, once they install everything, I can head straight to work after they’re done.
She confirmed with me the day before and told me it would be anywhere between 7:30 and 8:00 when they get there. However, they did not call before they came, and they rang the doorbell and woke my baby up. They went ahead and they came inside and the salesman ended up telling my girlfriend why she was there. He told her that if she goes ahead and sign up for RainSoft, he would throw in a free osmosis for both of us. That was not something that me and him had even talked about because he didn’t wanna overwhelm me. Being a single mom and not having any kind of extra income except for my own, money is very important to me. So, my girlfriend decided to sign up for it. The guy who came in looked at my sink and told me he cannot put my osmosis in because he didn’t have the drill bit for my sink. He told me that they would call and set that up for me some other time, but he would do the other thing.
He and his friend went downstairs and did the setup. So, I asked him when they came out to install this system how long that actually takes because I needed to go ahead and let my boss know the time that I’ll be coming in. He told me that they would take an hour and a half. After two and a half hours, I went down and asked them how much longer they would be because I needed to get my baby over to the babysitter. He said it would only be 10 more minutes and I told them I couldn’t wait 10 more minutes. I have to leave now because I would take her over there, but she doesn't live too far away, so I can be back within 10 to 15 minutes. He said he needed me to sign a paper and I need to get my water pressure tested because it was high. He showed me where to turn off the water on the system.
I had to go take my baby to the babysitters and I asked them to close the garage when they get done, and they did. About a week and a half went by, and nobody had called me back to put in the osmosis thing. So, I called back and asked when that somebody would be available to come out. I told them that I didn’t want that man coming back out because he was rude to me when it wasn’t my fault. So, the other guy came out to do the osmosis. He was very nice and polite. I liked him a lot. When he got there, he asked me if I was gonna upgrade my sink eventually or upgrade my faucet, and I told them eventually I would like to. He asked me if he could just put it in right there and I wouldn’t have a sprayer thing anymore. I told him that it was not a problem so he went ahead and put it in.
After a couple of weeks, it got loose and I had to call back and get somebody come out there. They ended up sending that other guy out but he couldn’t figure it out, and he said he was gonna call the other guy to come out here. I asked him not to have the guy that first came out because I didn’t like his demeanor. He ignored that and the other guy ended up coming back. He came in and got it fixed within a matter of a few minutes and he was quick. He brought up that I called in and complained to corporate, and he wanted to ask what that was about. I told him that it was the whole process from start to finish. Every component has been horrific from a customer service standpoint. It could have been avoided if the right hand knew what the left hand was doing over there.
Even my girlfriend that signed up, her whole thing has been not good, either. I do know some people that would benefit from their system, but she and I were of the same opinion. We don’t want anybody to go through what we had to go through. Even though the system is great and we love RainSoft, that company that’s out here wheeling and dealing for them either need new management, or they have too much stuff going on. It’s been a frustrating experience. They got it fixed but we ended up having to call back because we didn’t get the liquid soap email. They finally sent that to us last week or the ending of the week but we had to keep calling in to follow up and to touch base. It hasn’t been a pleasant experience but we love the product. Once I knew it was RainSoft, it was guaranteed for me because he also brought up the whole salt package and that should last me for a long time. That wound up paying for itself.

We moved from one part of the town to another and while the water report came back okay, there are some minerals and the water has to be treated fairly heavily to make it taste good. I sent the survey and the sample and when I got the results, RainSoft offered to follow up for us to see what they got. The sales rep was very nice and we had a good experience with him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. However, they were insistent on both the husband and wife being there, which it is a little bit more difficult to happen nowadays than it was 30 years ago. I had to reschedule the consultation a little bit because of my wife's surgery, and they were very accommodating and flexible on the schedule. We got through that and we made ourselves available.
We got a $6000-worth model for the home treatment plan and it was not the most expensive model. When the system was installed, a young man came in and he did a good job. We got the filters under the sink, then we got one outside in the garage. A little water fountain thing that he put on the sink’s a little bit crooked, but if push comes to shove, they’d probably come back out and set it up. My wife noticed it and I had to look really hard. It was a degree off straight up, but it has no bearing on the system. I just got the box of soap and all the stuff about a week ago, so we got all that set up now. As we were told, it’d take a week or so for all the water to clear out of the system for it to take effect. It happened now so we’re starting to see and notice the whole differences particularly in the shower, and the dishwasher too.
Overall, the experience was really good. I had a decent understanding of processes including the way filtration systems and other types of large systems work, and I didn't think I'd be really interested. But when I had non-standard questions that a normal household might not ask, their rep was able to respond accordingly. The guy believed in his product, and it just wasn’t a sale pitch. When I saw the science of some of the water testings, it helped me form a more positive opinion. We have recommended RainSoft and told our friends what we did and gave out some information. We also had a couple of business cards that we passed out to them to give the fellows a call.

We upgraded our first RainSoft unit last month and the installation was beautiful. The installer was a nice and good guy. I got my first RainSoft system in 1999 after somebody knocked on my door and told us about it then we decided to try. There was a time it broke down and it clouded the entire system. So I bypassed the system, trying to see if it can live without it, and it was okay on the first day. But I realized on the second day that it was not gonna happen and I couldn't go a day without it. Now, trying to shower without the RainSoft system is impossible for me. The scent of the water is different when one takes a shower without it, so we need it. The water is softer now as well. Overall, I'm enjoying every bit of our RainSoft system.

Ten years ago, I was walking through Home Depot with my father and the reps from RainSoft asked about our water quality. They tempted him with the Home Depot gift card to come out and do a water sampling test. I made sure to show up to that test, and I was shocked and astounded by what was shown to me. I’ve been pining for a water soft system ever since. I moved out of the house I purchased in 2008 that didn’t have a room for a water soft setup and moved into a house that did have room. I ran into someone at a home show in Columbus and I recognized the logo. I set up the consultation to come to the house, ran through the testing and the numbers and I did it.
I got the softener with the extra charcoal canister because our chlorine levels were high and I also got the reverse-osmosis setup. The installer was friendly, nice and kind to my children. He was informative and told me everything I needed to know. Since the installation, I noticed that everything that they said would happen, happened. It took a week or so but my skin has never felt as nice as it does now. I’ve always had issues with dry skin, and it’s not an issue in the slightest at all. It was a side effect I wasn’t expecting. It was a great experience with RainSoft all the way around. It was hassle-free, the system is easy, and pretty much set it and forget it. I’ve recommended it to 5 different families. It was a great and enjoyable experience.

If you live in an area where there is hard water, I would recommend RainSoft. Interacting with their sales rep was great. She was straightforward, answered any of my questions and did a demonstration on how the whole system works. The installation process went smoothly, and there were no leaky pipes. The whole system that was put in takes the hard water from the house. Before, when I used my dishwasher, I had to use a finishing product so there wouldn't be hard water marks after I have done washing and drying. But now, when the dishwashing is done, I wouldn't even miss any hard water marks anymore. Also, when we use the filter from our fridge, it wouldn't leave any white residues as well. IT also doesn't dry our skin that much anymore.

We set up a consultation with the RainSoft sales representative and the experience was fine. They told us it was gonna be about 40 minutes presentation but they knew it was gonna be longer than that. I also researched online and found out lots of people had it for two and a half hours. Other than that, the guy was very nice and pleasant. The price is in a place where it doesn’t look like they’re being shady but I wish they don’t do the whole spiel and then handwrite me a list of prices expecting me to think those are legitimate. I have not paid it yet, but I’m still not convinced that we didn’t get overcharged with the price. Nevertheless, we’re happy with the system.
We got the EC5 system which is the most expensive one and it includes the conditioner, the softener, and the reverse osmosis. They took about 2 hours for the installation and they did a good job. The water in our area is hard and now, we can tell the difference in the water by the taste and the how the water feels whenever we are in the shower.

I didn't have any concern about my water before, but when I went to my friend's house and to my brother-in-law and my sister's house, I felt the difference. They have RainSoft and I thought I should go for it too. My interaction with the RainSoft sales rep was good since I had talked to him before my friend got their system. At that time, I wasn't sure I was gonna keep the house so I asked him to wait. When my brother-in-law got the RainSoft system, the sales rep contacted me again and at that time, I was ready to go for it. The sales rep is a very good guy and he's good at his work. As for the installation, everything was perfect too. It took only about an hour, or even less, and since then, I've seen a lot of differences in our water. I see it in our skin when taking a shower and even in terms of the digestive system, I feel better with this water. I used to drink out a lot and I always had acidity, but not anymore. I got a bunch of cars and the water that I use to wash them was really terrible so it prompted me to start looking and see what's going on with my water. Rainsoft called and said they can set up a meeting. The seller arrived on time and had all his stuff ready. He gave a good demonstration and everything was professional. I went with the whole house filtration system which included the Ultrefiner Premium drinking water system, the QRS Series water treatment system and the EC4 water treatment system.
The salesman told me that the guys who were gonna be doing the install only had one job to do that day. He asked if we opted the installation in the morning or afternoon. We said they can do it in the afternoon and we chose the time. But the installer was late and after about 10 minutes of being late, he called me and let me know. I realized that the salesman said the installer had another job but it wasn't just one job and it made me think that the salesman was lying. Also, the installer didn't look very professional and he leaked oil all over my driveway. He also didn't install exactly what I wanted and what the salesman told me.
As far as the installation goes, I'm not happy but I'm very happy with the system. It's amazing and I like and really believe in it. The bath and all the water has been better and it's not as hard. The soaps worked better even though they've included all their soaps with it. My hot tub is like night and day and I went from having to work on it all the time to barely even having to touch it because my water is so good. We don't have as many of the metals and impurities in our water. The whole system works great and everything has been better so I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We've had a great experience with everybody, from the guy who installed the system to the inspector that came out. With RainSoft, the water is cleaner and I’ve noticed a difference in my skin. It has gotten a lot better, softer and clearer. Also, a friend of mine came over and said she could taste the difference. We just moved into a house that we bought and my husband wanted to get the water checked out. The RainSoft sales rep was really thorough. He told us all the background information on what could possibly be in untreated water. It turned out that our water was almost the worst type of water. But he told us what we needed to do in order to get it fixed and what type of benefits it would have as well.
We did the whole house treatment and RainSoft installed this little faucet thing in our kitchen sink. The installers told us how to work everything, and if anything was wrong, we could call and they would come out and fix it. They didn't make a mess and they were really nice about everything. The water in our apartment is way different now. My scalp is not as dry, and I don’t have to put as much lotion on. Everything’s been really great. I would recommend anyone to get RainSoft. It definitely made a difference in our house. Also, the fact that it travels with you throughout your lifetime, whichever house you’re moving into next, is really nice.

RainSoft was referred to us by a family member, and their consultant was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did a real thorough demonstration. We got the main sulfur system, the under-counter filter and the air purifier. The installers explained everything and cleaned up all their mess. The only way you could tell somebody was there was where they had to dig in the yard, but they filled that back in. There was a little hard taste in our water, and now there's no hard taste or odor in our water, so it’s been good. We can tell the difference when we take a shower. The work was done in a timely manner and it was a pleasant experience.

Most diseases are caused by water so when somebody referred me to RainSoft, I thought it was an opportunity that I should grab to make sure I drink clean and good water. The sales representative who came out was polite. But I've had the system installed for about three and a half months now and she has not called to follow up to see how everything is going on. I was told that I would be getting a monthly supply of the laundry soap but I never got it. Aside from that, I also have a problem with the positioning of the equipment. The technician installed the system on top of the water for my basement. So in case my basement is flooded, we should take that off before they ever do anything. So I have to get back to him about that. Otherwise, the technician was good and the installation went smoothly. The water now is also better than the one I used to drink and I've been doing a lot of campaigning for people to get the system as well.

When I lived in Illinois, I knew of RainSoft and I had a water softener there for 30 years. When we moved to Georgia, I didn't like the water. I wanted a water softener and I stayed with RainSoft. The consultation with their rep was excellent but there really wasn't a presentation because I knew I wanted one. He was an installer who happened to come the same day that I called and he tested the water and did a brief presentation because I knew that that product was what I was gonna go with. Then I was out of town for a couple of weeks and when I came back, I scheduled the installation and the tech was able to come pretty much the day that I called to schedule. He explained how to work the system but I already knew how to operate a new one. He was great, though. I got the water softener and the whole house filtration, and since they were installed, the water has become softer, which was what I was used to in Illinois. Plus, it tastes better.

My husband filled out a questionnaire and then RainSoft called and offered if they could come by, which they did. The rep came and showed us the product. He was pleasant and personable. We got a full filtration system and with it, the water has no taste and there are no deposits inside the washing machine. We've also stopped using a hair conditioner.

We were always concerned about the quality of water we were getting. We were at Home Depot and a fellow approached us about RainSoft's water treatment system. They got our interest and we signed something. Then later on I got a phone call and made an appointment. The sales rep was pleasant and setting up the consultation was easy. When a RainSoft rep came out and did all the tests, it convinced us that we needed a change. Then we bought a system to mineralize the well water we have and to treat drinking water.
The installation experience was pretty good. Two guys came out and they installed part of the system. Then somebody was gonna come out the next day but for some reason, we weren't able to do it that next day. It was a bit later before another couple of guys came out and installed. They were very professional and things went very smoothly. However, I wasn't made aware that the system was a really noisy process, and that noise could be due to the recharging that occurs at certain times during the life of the system. We had the system set up at night-time and it woke me out of bed at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning.
We had somebody else come out after that and a quality control guy came out to take a look at everything. We told them about the noise and he simply rescheduled the recharging to afternoon when it wouldn't be a problem. The people that came out were all great, really pleasant, friendly and informative. They did the work well and everything was terrific. We're pleased with the RainSoft system, so far. We have to add salt from time to time, but the water is much softer now and the drinking water tastes better.

The water had a lot of chlorine in it, so I began researching water treatment systems. The rep at RainSoft was kind, very cordial, and very informative. There were some things that he shared that I found out didn’t turn out to be the truth, but overall, he was good. We purchased a big, old tank. We got water conditioning with the charcoal filter. The installation was good, but we’ve had problems since then. We didn’t get it that long and they had to come out already because the filter wasn’t working properly. I'm satisfied with RainSoft and the taste of the water tastes different, but how the residue wouldn’t be there on the glass and on the shower were not true. He was showing us on the glass how the treated water that he had didn’t leave the glass with water spots on it versus what the untreated water did.

A friend of ours told us about RainSoft. They had a water treatment system put in. They did a demonstration for us and there was a free gift with it. After the demonstration, we were convinced that we needed a water treatment system and we got the whole-house soft water system from them. All of the RainSoft people that we worked with were very knowledgeable about the product. The sales rep and the installer were very professional. It took the installer two hours to put the system in and we're well pleased with it.
We also got the system set up so I can wash my car with the soft water and there are no spots on my car. Our water now doesn't take as much detergent, shampoo or soap. It also makes me feel cleaner when I'm done with the shower. The only problem we've had is we were supposed to get some meal coupons for referring RainSoft to some people. We put in the names of these people, but haven't heard anything about those coupons at all. Other than that, though, I'm satisfied with the products.

We were shopping in Home Depot where a promotion was being conducted on the day we were introduced to the system. We were asked if we would be interested in a demonstration, and Sherlock of RainSoft was absolutely fantastic. We liked his presentation, communication skill and knowledge of the product and its benefits.
We have noticed positive changes. My son had some severe case of acne on his back and it was noticeable that those are getting less. In terms of the dry skin that all of us were experiencing with the use of the hard water, it is much improved. We are now getting a better, softer quality water to use and hence, the less harshness or chemicals on our skin. I'm actually going without using lotion and then not even noticing it. It's something that I don't need every morning to get up, so RainSoft is having that impact. And in terms of water quality, as it is alkaline water, I find that I'm drinking a lot more water, nearly two liters now per day.
RainSoft's system is number one. It is applicable, practical and something that if most households in Ontario can afford the system, the benefit far outweighs anything that you can think of right now in terms of using it. We have made strong recommendations of the system to plenty of friends of which more than half a dozen people have responded positively and taken the system.

Right now, it is just two parts because I could not afford the whole system and my wife and I are trying to save up enough to get it. I got the water thing under the sink, and then I got the laundry one. RainSoft's reps said they would test the water to see if the filtering system and things are working, yet there hasn't been a follow-up to see if the two parts are working as designed. Setting up the consultation with the RainSoft sales rep went smoothly and she was very knowledgeable. She said our water was not bad but we wanted our water to be a little bit better if it was possible. The system makes my ice taste like a treat now and I love to chomp on it. The system sits in the home and it aesthetically looks well. Although the installers had to come back a time or two for the installation, that was totally understandable. They did a French drain so there were a couple things they had to do.
When it came down to my financing, I was fine with my APR and percentage of interest rate. However, I did not know that so soon we would be switched over to PCI. They let us know that they were our new financier but by the time I got my letter from them, interest was accruing. However, we were supposed to be deferred until December the 15th and in the letter, PCI said they would honor us being deferred because we had that before they received our account. We had not sent payments and the lady I talked to sounded surprised like, "You're not gonna send the payment?" Then she said that interest was accruing until I pay.
PCI has sent mailing to let us know that the payments would be coming up. When we got a statement, it said "no payment". Our total with RainSoft came down to $7,975 but we already have $177 in interest. The interest has made our balance go up and by the time December comes, it would be almost 10,000. So I'm not happy with that. PCI is not honoring what they said. I'd like someone to rectify that because we don't know why they're doing it. They should start us off fresh when December comes.

Because I did a one star review I want to let everyone know what has happened since. Rainsoft contacted me and set up an appointment to send out 2 of their best guys. Dan and Dominic came and we went over every issue I was having. It all boiled down to my old galvanized plumbing pipes. They offered a very good deal on replacing all of them. Not only did they put the new pecks in, they even moved 2 of them so we would not hit our head on them every time we went down the basement stairs. No more ducking down!
Dan and Dominic were amazing!!! They were extremely nice, helpful, professional and did not leave till we went over every single thing. I can actually smell the clean water as my washing machine fills with water and now have good water pressure. I tossed in my dirtiest clothes with no laundry detergent and was pleasantly surprised. The contraption works. I cleaned out all my faucet filters, tub, toilet and toilet tank and won't have to do it again in 3 days. They went above and beyond to set things right and I am so happy. Dan and Dominic... I love you guys!

When we bought our home I hated the taste of the water. After spending 4,000 on a new bathroom with a Swanstone shower I noticed how the water was leaving a brown film on everything including the toilet. We had RainSoft install a water softener, which included the triple filter system for the kitchen sink's drinking water and a unit on our washing machine. 2 years later and I still get the brown film on my Swanstone shower, the shower curtain is brown, my toilet has to be cleaned every 3 days to remove the brown and it just makes me sick! The unit on my washing machine, as told by them, it would clean my laundry in cold water without using any laundry soap.
The dirt on the knees of my jeans came out the same way it went in, still completely dirty. What a joke this contraption turned out to be. After complaining about the brown film and taste several times, they blamed it on old water pipes. If they were honest, they would of told me that their system would not work unless all the plumbing pipes were updated. $6,500.00 is a lot of money to pay off on something I never would of bought in the first place if I knew it would not work. I am so disappointed in this product and price.

My husband had set up a consultation with a RainSoft sales representative and we scheduled the time. The sales rep was really down to earth. She waited for us and ordered our dinner. She waited for my husband to go correct his order before she started everything. That was really nice. We ended up purchasing a whole house system from RainSoft. The installation team were pretty good. They were knowledgeable, nice, and accommodating. They have completed the set-up in 60 minutes. They had to come out from Jersey a week or so later and dug us a French drain and then we developed a sinkhole over the drain and that took about a few weeks for somebody to respond and get that corrected. Since having the water treatment system, the oxidation in some of our copper pipes that was coming out of the shower is gone. The taste of the water is better, and our skin is not as dry. Everything seems to have improved health-wise.

We just moved in and we got the impression that most of the houses either had or needed a water softener. There was one posting that scared us a little, that a lady's house got completely ruined by the hard water. She posted, "If you don't have a water softener, you need to get one." Her walls had to be ripped and everything re-piped. We got a water softener from RainSoft after learning of them through the Firethorne website with all our neighbors. Their sales rep was great. He was here for a couple of hours and he was part of the family by the time he left. Also, installation guys did wonderfully. They were very respectful and they took their shoes off when they came in the house. Someone just came and checked the water the other day. He was very nice. He had to get a water test and he said it was 94%.
With the system, we can feel the softness in the water. When we're taking a shower and washing our hands, we can feel the difference. However, the only thing the rep failed to tell us was about refilling the salt. He told me that I should let the tank run close to empty because if I keep filling it, the bottom of the tank can solidify and it will get locked, and I will have all sorts of problems. The salt tank got a foot off the ground and I added two bags of salt because when the techs dissolved it, the tank was full and that's what I figured needed to be done. However, the inspector that came to check the water said that I have to let the tank run almost to the bottom before I put more salt in. It was a good tip.
We like the soap products too. If you buy the system, RainSoft hooks you up with this concentrated soap and you have 1,200 points that you can use over the course of a couple of years. You can go to their website and you can order all these different soaps, hand soap, laundry soap, laundry softener, and multi-purpose cleaner. The soap feels very cool and it's really useful and very concentrated. We get a bottle and we only put a little into a spray bottle or a pump bottle, then we dilute the rest with water, and it lasts a long time. They have all these different soap products which save us money. They even have bar soap for the bath and it's also very cool.

The quality of our water was not as good as we thought. Then after we had on the island this major hurricane last year, it was getting worse. Those things back then were not so important, but we have a three-year-old baby, so they are now. I was visiting one of the Home Depot stores in Puerto Rico and some associate told me about the RainSoft promotion. It was about a visit that they can do to our home to check the quality of our water. Home Depot coordinated the installation of our water conditioning system, and the installers went to our home. It was really quick and I did not lose that much space. At the same day, I could arrange to have all installed at the same time. I was fortunate because I was planning to put in our house this water tank, in case the government service of water stopped.
The differences in the water now are exactly the same ones that we were able to see when they went to our house and make all these tests. Right now, it is going exactly as it should. It is easier to clean, our skin is always soft, and our baby has not had any more allergies, so it's been great. I definitely would recommend RainSoft.

Someone called and it ended up being RainSoft. They came out and did the presentation through Home Depot. The RainSoft guy did a good presentation. We realized that the quality of the water was so-so and the system would make a big difference, so we decided to spend the money. The installation was good. The installer had to come back and do a couple of things. What is good is the system is in the garage, not outside, so it's not exposed to the elements and it doesn't take up that much room. We're just paying attention to the salt and how we fill it with salt. It's simple and not a big deal.
Since having the system installed, the water is clearer and we can feel the softness. Once we washed the clothes through a couple of times, they are a bit different. We are also using their products and it was part of a promotion. There's also a filter for the water from the kitchen sink and I've been putting that in my coffee maker. That makes a big difference to that. A big feature is the system is portable and we can take it with us. Wherever we end up when I retire and head back to the east coast, we'll be able to take it with us. The only thing that was weird about it was how they financed it but once we set it up and we got used to it, it was okay. We're about to get it paid off. The overall experience is good. The system is working and making a difference. It's a little pricey, but I would recommend them.

As I was walking through the store, a RainSoft rep started asking me questions. He said that a RainSoft Water Treatment System was really good for the entire family. Once we started talking about it, he said he could have a rep come up to my house and evaluate my water. I wanted to see if our water was hard and the person they sent up to my house tested my water and gave me some readings on it. After I got my readings, he did the evaluation and it seemed to be clear so I told him, “Just hook me up.” After I got a RainSoft Water Treatment System, the water was soft in the shower and it was clear. I didn’t choke when I swallowed it.
However, it seemed like we’re getting hard water again and the filter keeps popping and making noise at night. I got a dog who’s very sensitive to noise and he barks. We went on a vacation and I tried to put the thing on vacation and it wasn’t self-explanatory. I just read the book and it didn’t show anything about a vacation. So far, it’s driving my wife out silly and I don’t know if it’s still functioning properly but I did put two bags of powder in it the other day. We were referred to RainSoft by a friend since the water that was coming in to our house was extremely hard. We were having a lot of hard water spots or lime. The sales rep came in and tested the water. He explained what he was doing, how the system worked and he had a portable treatment center that showed us what the results would be if we did get a system. He was quite talkative.
We never use our tap water to drink or cook food. We just bought bottled water and have big five-gallon bottles delivered. So we confirmed what we had been thinking all along. Knowing that we could get the water coming in to the house cleaner to where maybe we did not have to buy as much bottled water was positive. We bought a three-filter treatment system from RainSoft, that’s outside the house. We also got filters underneath the sink and filters that were added into the refrigerator as well. As an add-on, we also purchased two air purifiers.
The installation guy got here at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and did not leave until 11:00 PM. The friend who referred it also bought the system but their installation took one hour. So this just kept dragging on and on and on. It took forever. It was not all completely his fault. He broke a shut off valve to the house when he first started so he had to repair all of that. But it was not a good experience, like he showed me how to use the system in the dark and he was like, “Well, I can show you in the dark because I know where all the buttons are.” But I didn’t know where the buttons are there.
A gentleman since has come out and check the system to make sure it was functioning properly. At that time he looked at the installation of the system and he apologized for it and said that it should not have been done that way. He had somebody come and fix a little bit of the issue since the tanks were leaning and a few things like that. He also let me know that the guy that did our installation no longer works for them because of the kind of work he did on our house. The new guy had went ahead and repaired it before he left that night and I think that’s part of what took so long on the installation because he was trying to repair the damage.
Since having RainSoft installed I have noticed like when taking a shower that our skin is not as dry. I have also not been experiencing the dry itchiness that we used to have. Also, it takes less laundry detergent and things like that to get the clothes clean and even to wash dishes. RainSoft has definitely been a plus. We referred other people to them.

My parents had some kind of a whole house water system when I was growing up in Ohio, and I always envisioned when I had my own house, I would probably do something similar. The RainSoft sales rep that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and informative. We already talked about majority of what he went through with the presentation, but it was nice to see all the tests. We bought the whole house filtration system as well as the thing that goes under the counter in the kitchen sink. It's an extra filtration system. My wife was here when the installers came and she seemed to be okay with them and they were in and out pretty quickly. Since having the system, I can definitely taste and feel the difference of the water. Overall, the water just seems like a higher quality.
However, the one concern that we still have is that dishes and glassware seem to not be coming out of the dishwasher as clean. The soap tends to stick to our glassware. The service people came out and looked at it and told us there was nothing wrong with the water, so it's not the water. But it wasn’t doing this before we installed it. They told us to cut down the amount of soap and we're measuring out and putting them up what they tell us. We even switched to the cleaning products that they were suggesting. I should be able to use whatever cleaning products I want, but we still switched to their natural products and it's still doing it. Every glass that comes out of the dishwasher has to be rinsed out again after we get the dishes, and that’s extremely frustrating. But overall, we are happy with the product.

There has been quite a bit information on the water supply of the different cities across the country and we were interested in checking out our water supply in Alabama. RainSoft's sales rep was excellent. He came at our convenience and spent a couple of hours going through everything so that we understood what we were getting into. Because of the cost, it was rather significant so we had to be sure that we were convinced we were doing the right thing. Our interaction was positive all the way. We also had an enjoyable evening of discussion as well as going through all of the testings of the water and discussions about the cost and how it was distributed over a period of time.
We had their water system which costs a lot. It was the filtration for the whole house. We also purchased some products to use in the washer. Their installation team worked with us and we worked with them. They told us what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. We stayed with them and observed what they were doing including finding the water lines coming into the house. We're very pleased with the system. The water is much softer and tastes much better. Their dishwasher, as well as the washing machine, drinking water, shower, and all those things were impacted in a positive way.

The water is hard in St. Pete and setting up a consultation with RainSoft was easy. The in-house demo really sold me and I got the filtration system. The people who put it in wasn’t RainSoft but they were nice and I was satisfied with the service from that company. I read the owner’s manual overnight and when they came back the next day, I posed some questions and they were surprised and couldn’t answer some of them. So I asked them if they all have not read the owner’s manual. That seemed to me to be a little bit off but besides that, they were knowledgeable with the task of setting the system itself and setting up the controls. Since having the system installed, I can put my fingers on my board water and rub them and it feels like lotion. It’s a big difference.

The installation that was done was good and they cleaned up after themselves so I liked that too. Since having the system installed, my family has been loving the water. A lady at Home Depot contacted us about RainSoft Water Treatment Systems. She was very nice and I ended up purchasing the water conditioning system and it's underneath the sink. The installer was personable and did a good job on the account. However, he did not explain the system to me and how everything works. He probably went over it, but it takes more than just a few minutes to do that. I should have asked him questions a little more than I did. Nevertheless, since we've had the system installed, I noticed that when I'm in the shower, it feels like I still got soap on. The system makes the water slicker. Also, when I wash my truck, it doesn't leave little bubbles. All the impurities that dry on there, the little white spots all over it, they're not there anymore.

We hear about all the water pollution and a lot of things about dirty water, as well as chemicals, in the media now, so we began researching water treatment systems and RainSoft did all the work in setting up our consultation with their sales rep. The demos and everything that they showed us about the water were very interesting. The demonstrator was prepared to answer our questions and backed it up with whatever we needed to see. Everything was very enlightening and very positive, so we were satisfied and we bought the product. The installation went smoothly. The two fellows came in and installed the system out in the garage, and it was quickly done.
All the stuff that the demonstrator at the demonstration talked about has come to pass since we have had the system installed. When we take the shower or wash our hands, we feel a bit of slickness to the water. It’s also much easier to keep the glass and the ceilings in the bathrooms clean and they don’t cake up. I’ve taken a lot of antacid medication for years and I take it daily when I wake up to prevent the symptoms of burning, but now, I have not experienced that and I’m becoming a believer that the chlorine might really be affecting me more than I realized.

So, we looked at different ways to improve that, and water was something that came with the research that we did. We were walking at Home Depot one day and saw a little test-your-water system. It reminded us that we need to take care of our water. We sent the little tube with our water sample to Home Depot. Then, one person from RainSoft contacted me and said, “Hey, when are you gonna be available for me to do a demonstration?” He came the night after to our house and did the demonstration of the product.
We ended up purchasing RainSoft's water conditioning system for the whole house. The sales guy was really good. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. That was very enjoyable. Also, the installation guy was awesome. He took his time and did a really good job. There were a couple of steps that he had to improvise, but he was really good. Since we had the system installed, the water feels great in terms of using less soap and no conditioner. My son’s skin is so much better. Overall, it’s been a great improvement. My neighbor had a RainSoft system at his house and they said how much they had enjoyed their water. I thought that it was a good thing, so I followed along. The RainSoft sales rep was very nice and did a really good job of telling us all we needed to know before we bought the system. We got everything -- the air purifier and the system that hooks up to the main of the house. We also got the additional purified reverse osmosis system at the sink.
Thereafter, the installation team put everything together and it looked nice. However, we had one thing that they need to consider in the future. Here in North Alabama, we have Radon issues, so our whole basement is covered with a plastic and it's covering the entire bottom underneath our crawl space because that's mitigated out to the open air so that we don’t breathe it. They tore that all up and they didn’t know what they were stepping on. As they worked to put in the system, they poked holes in it and it came loose from everywhere.
That was something that we found after they had left and that was a big surprise because our Radon meter started going off about a week after they left. So, it cost us a bit of effort and money in order to get that sheeting back down and tacked down. We're still working with it, trying to find all the places that we need to put that back because we're still getting a high Radon read. That's something that they could be very mindful of the next time they take a trip under people's homes. There are other systems that are in place and they should not create a problem there.
Still, their system has yielded less lime/mineral scale in the bathroom. It has helped our skin and our hair and we're using fewer detergents and soaps. We all enjoy the water. We just fill our flasks up and we're ready to go. Really nice drinking water comes out of the sink. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the water system and the taste of our water.

RainSoft was brought to our attention when we bought a new home and it was introduced by one of the realtors that I had worked with. They gave us a referral through that process. It’s an older home from 1955 and it had no treatment system other than the water heater. My interaction with the sales rep from RainSoft was fine. She was very informed and everything was well presented to us in a very simple but understandable manner. The installer did a very quick and thorough job in a small amount of time for what we got. It was installed and is still in place with no leaks, and that’s the key.
We had the system installed for the softener and the filtration plus a water faucet filter plus the CleanStart for the laundry. We have very hard water and we had just purchased the home from a contractor that redid everything except the water heater. We had noticed a lot of hard water starting to form and we were kinda worried, but it is nonexistent now. CleanStart is very helpful in the system especially on the detergent and everything else that we use. He's been doing this job for a while and he could just tell by the water quality. I’m also in sales and I’ve been doing financing for 18 years so I can tell when somebody is just trying to sell you versus somebody who is trying to sell you and is down to earth. Everything was smooth and I ended up purchasing the one for the house and the one for the laundromat. The seller’s part was great, but when it came down to getting the stuff into the house, it wasn’t really good at all.
The installation was terrible. The city came over and inspected the pipes. The installers had everything wrong on the pipe and it wasn't insulated properly. Plus, when they drilled holes on my walls, they accidentally drilled holes into my bathroom and made a mess. They had a lot to clean up and they had to re-fix the plumbing insulation. I told them about it and they sent out a guy, but all he did was cover up the hole with caulking and painted over it. Also, he wasn’t professional at all and he smelled like cigarettes really bad. And he made my wife uncomfortable just by the way he looked and dressed.

We have been recommending this system and Ash (the representative) to all our friends and family, ever since to put our system in... When Ash first arrived to our home he introduced himself and was very friendly and approachable and was super friendly with our 4 year old... We, my husband and I had a lot of questions and every question we had Ash knew the answer and was patient and explained everything to a "T". He did a lot of demonstrations for us. Showed us the difference between the water (that we thought was good) and to the filter system... Our hands were soft and the drinking water was super light and fresh to drink... We couldn't believe what was in the water without the filter. We will not be going back to our old way without the filter...
We now save so much money on just bottled water while saving the environment... After our system was put in within 24 hours, Ash contacted us to make sure everything was ok and if we were happy, 48 hours later Ash came back to our house to test our water and to make sure we were happy and if everything was ok, and if we had any further questions (everything was amazing and Ash reassured us if we needed anything he was there for us). I recommend you call the office and ask for Ash to come to your home to test your water...

The water washes my body better ie: soap works better. My makeup even goes on and functions better because of my cleaner skin. They installed it quickly and easily. They were polite, professional and fast. It was one of the best decisions I've made. It sounds crazy and I can't be 100% sure it has to do with the water but the music coming out of my radio sounds better.
I thought maybe my radio station was broadcasting differently but then I was thinking I wonder if the water flushed the wax out of my ears or something but I hear music better... It sounds different and I was in the car this morning on my way home from work, then I showered this afternoon and went to work in the evening and on the way to work the radio sounded weird. My first thought was... is it the radio station or my car. Then I thought what if it's my ears!!! I fully expect more things to be better simply because the water flowing through my house is better!

We were thinking about getting a water treatment system knowing that the hard water was tough on the skin, a little less healthy and tougher on all of our appliances. The RainSoft rep did a good job explaining everything, kept it very clear, and answered all our questions. He was great. We purchased the softeners, the thing that injects ozone into the laundry, and the air quality ultraviolet filter. The installation was very smooth, clean, and the installers put the system exactly in the right spot, and it’s easy to manage where they installed it.
We noticed a difference since the system has been installed. There’s an improvement in our dry skin and there's no harshness on the skin. Our clothes are coming out better or softer, and less rough when it’s dry. Also, it’s good to know that the ultraviolet is killing the floating little things. RainSoft lived up to its billing. If you don’t have the softener, you’re spending that money on products to counter the hardness. There’s a lot of money going out the door, so you might as well put it towards a system that’s actually improving things.

The place we moved into is a townhouse and it hadn’t been lived in for two years. So, the water in the refrigerator and the water coming out of the faucet didn’t have a good taste to it. Having a treatment system then was a good idea. Setting up our consultation with the RainSoft sales representative was simple, and he was flexible. He came by on our schedule. They said both the husband and wife have to be available, and since we both work, he came by early in the evening. He was really good at what he did. He discussed a few different options and we were very happy with everything. It just took a while for our Homeowners Association to restrict. So, it took some time for us to discuss what we wanted and where to have it located.
The installers came out and they had to dig and put the system so it was not in plain sight in our courtyard. The guys did a great job. I also let them know that I had to replace my hot water heater, and they said that if we bought it, they’d install it at no charge because they were gonna have a plumber there anyway. So, they were very accommodating. I like the idea of having soft water, but I don’t like the feel of it because it feels like you’re never getting the soap off of you. It keeps the oils in there.
Overall, the way the rep presented the system was impressive. We use water to cook, we use it for our coffee machine, and we drink tons of water. So, it definitely helps going through the whole house, as opposed to just hooking up a filter to our refrigerator or kitchen sink. The entire process with RainSoft was great. They could not have been more thorough and professional. Any time I had an issue or a question, they always got back to me immediately. If it’s something that you’re interested in, then it’s definitely a no-brainer.

It was pretty easy to set up the appointment for the consultation. The sales rep came out right away and he was excellent. We purchased that night and everything went fine. I got the conditioning system and the UV light. The installation team was also great and really clean. With RainSoft, everything stopped rusting out. The bathtubs don't have molds like they had before, my dog looks shiny and my dishes are clean.

We've had some issues with our water and I wanted it resolved. We have city water and there was a film on the water. Once you turn on anything, you could smell the chlorine from 'em all the way. Even our dog wasn't drinking the water. When we boiled noodles, it would taste like you were drinking nasty chemicals. We ended up buying bottled water for everything. A lady on Facebook said that RainSoft was top of the line product. When I contacted Rainsoft, they said they could get somebody out the next day, which worked out perfectly with my schedule. My schedule is so crazy that as long as they could get in that day, we were good to go.
The interaction with the rep was fairly well. He was very polite and educational. He did say that we wouldn't have to clean our toilet as much, which is not true. We have to clean the toilet way more, almost every four weeks, and I don’t know if something’s wrong. We bought the whole house water filtration system and then we got the reverse osmosis that went underneath our kitchen sink. It was very expensive, but we had such a bad water problem that it was worth it.
The installer was absolutely amazing and very professional. He ran into a lot of problems which we weren't able to figure out beforehand. We didn't know where our main house turn-off valve was. We found it behind a piece of drywall, so he had to cut into it. He was there super late but he did great and went over everything with us. However, the other day, I noticed that we had a funny smell coming from the water softener tank. We need to call them on that. Other than that, I have recommended RainSoft to everybody that I've talked to.

I bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot and then RainSoft called me. I did a consultation with the rep over the phone, he explained everything and he was really nice and friendly. He also answered all our questions. I had to reschedule and they were able to reschedule for the next day. I got both the air and water systems and when the installers first came, they introduced themselves and I let them do their thing. When it was done, they explained everything about how to add salt. There's a big difference in taste with our water now and I don’t have dry skin anymore. We’re trying to talk my sister-in-law into getting the system as well because her son has eczema. My daughter had that too and I’ve noticed in just a few months of us having the system, her skin is not as rough.

Setting up a consultation with the sales rep from RainSoft was very simple. They responded quickly and the rep made a compelling presentation that was simple to understand. When all was said and done, he sold me into it. I purchased the whole-house system with a reverse osmosis system upstairs in my kitchen. The installers did a great job. They were very cooperative and communicative during the process. Furthermore, they explained what they were doing and asked me for my preference on locations of the equipment.
I was moving to a new house and I was a bit concerned about the chemical and mineral contents of the water. Since having the system installed, the water has a non-taste, I feel cleaner when I take a bath, and my clothes are softer when I get finished washing and drying them. And the people from RainSoft have been terrific. While I had an issue that I thought was a result of their installation, they came out, looked at it, and fixed it. No problems. They even left me their phone number, so if I need anything or have any questions, they've welcomed me to call 'em. If all the rest of their employees are like them, then RainSoft would gonna do well.

We moved in to a different house and wanted to have some softer water. RainSoft contacted us from Home Depot and my wife scheduled an appointment for a demonstration or a water quality test. We had three RainSoft systems installed. We got one that goes on the washer, one that goes under the sink and then the whole-house system. I interacted with the plumber and electrician as they had to put in an outside electrical unit. The electrician did a great job with the plumber.
With the system under the sink, the installer looked for the water line for the house and located it. He dug a hole where the water line was and then he had to do something but my wife had some concerns at that time. When the other guy came out, which took about two weeks for him to get the job done, he had to locate the sewer line and then dig since we had it installed outside the house. Since the installation of the system, we now like the quality of the water. We're satisfied with RainSoft and I would recommend it. It's an expensive system, but I'm getting what I paid for.

I had a reverse osmosis system from RainSoft before. This time, I got the water softener. The RainSoft guy was very upfront, honest and efficient. He didn't beat around the bush, didn't rush job, brought facts and discussed for us. We talked about what my complaint was and they went through the product list. For the size of the house, the water softener was best recommended. The installer was here on time and he did his work very efficiently. An hour later, he was gone.
Things are now smoother. I like soft water over non-soft water. I've had it for years. The surge is better and it doesn't leave scum marks when the water drains. I would recommend RainSoft to anyone who wanted a water softener or interested in water conditioning equipment. Also, RainSoft is very punctual on annual maintenance and I have no problem since they call me. I'm happy with my interaction with them.

Our water was horrible and it looked like Coca Cola. We were so upset about it when we moved out there and I had no clue. When we spoke with the people from RainSoft, everybody was fantastic. A lady came and explained everything and the guys who did the installation were the best ever. One guy was a hustler and he was a good representative for the company. If I owned a company, he would work for me. I tipped them 50 bucks since they did a great job and I was very impressed. Now, my water is fantastic and it’s crystal-clear. It was a great experience and I’m telling everybody about it. RainSoft was for real, they did what they said and I highly recommend them.

We moved into an older home that needed remodeling. One of the first issues we had was they hadn't done anything so the faucets were all nasty. There was a lot of build-ups. RainSoft set up an appointment and came to the house. The sales rep presented the product well and was professional. He presented the available options and went through his little demonstrations. He understood what he was talking about. I'm very glad we did the installation of the system for the whole house. They sent one guy and he knew his business and he did very well. Overall, I had an issue that needed to be corrected. RainSoft and the product were in the right place at the right time. They helped me make a decision that corrected my issue. I recommend them.

Also, he wouldn’t leave. So, I had them test my water and it was cool. The guy was really neat. Then I got the water softener and the Reverse Osmosis installed. The guy who did it was fast. We have dirty water in the house. I was getting a water test kit from Home Depot when I saw RainSoft. Their sales rep was nice and setting up the consultation was a great experience. Since the system was installed, everybody in the house loves the water now. But for the price of it, it would be nice if the salesperson came back out and showed me the difference between my water then and my water now. They advertised this thing to be so great, so they should come back out and say, "Now, look at your water." Still, I'd recommend RainSoft.

We live in the Cape Fear region, and all of our water comes from Cape Fear, where a chemical was dumped into it called GenX. It was a major concern that caused our local water to be suspiciously tainted. We had just moved to the area when that happened, and we were told not to drink the water. It was to be used for washing and flushing only. When we moved to the area, we had gotten a Welcome Wagon package, and in that package was a flyer from Home Depot that had the RainSoft package in it offering a free water test.
An agent from RainSoft came in and did a full chemical analysis. She told us what it would take to filter our water. She showed us the difference between filtered water and our non-filtered water as far as the taste test, as well as showing us iron deposits and things of that nature. We wound up getting a reverse osmosis unit installed. The installers were very professional. They did the job nicely, and they were all thumbs up around. Since then, we have been very happy with the system we have and it works great.
I'd recommend RainSoft to others as they have a nice compact system. We live in an area where there are no basements, so the fact that their system fits underneath a crawlspace is an advantage. It meets our needs. We have yet to pass the situation where we need to have tanks replaced, but we understand what the costs are, and being a retired couple, it's within our budget to afford the RainSoft system and that's a plus.

The sales rep from Rainsoft was professional and he got his point across. He was also friendly but he didn't spend the evening chatting and taking up my evening time. Everything was easy and fast. Also, the installer was efficient. He was in and out in no time at all. The water softener and the RO system that he installed worked perfectly. Since having the system installed, a lot of the stains on my clothes are coming out. I'm also drinking the RO water now so we're not having the 12-cases into the house all the time. Before, I had dry skin and hair and my coffee cup was constantly being stained so the system has been really nice. I'm happy with it.

When the RainSoft reps came to the door, it was our first real introduction to water treatment systems. At first, I was skeptical because they wanted to test our water but after the testing, I saw the condition of our water versus the water we’ve been purchasing and thought about buying their water softener and filtering system. We could save money by not purchasing water even though it was an expensive system. Their installation team was excellent. They did a very nice job and even put in an extra faucet for my nonfiltered water. RainSoft's follow-up was nice and very well done. They also came back and they did a water test through the phone calls as well. RainSoft's products were professional-looking equipment and their system ends up to be worth it especially when my wife enjoys the showers now that she feels a lot softer. Also, our water tastes as well as Dasani or as fine as the expensive water that one can purchase at the store.

My husband was concerned about the recycling of toilet water to drinking water. We got RainSoft's water softener system and their consultant was very informative, quick and personable. Their installers were here on time as quoted. We were told that the installation would take six hours but they finished in four and a half. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves, explaining everything as they went along after it was installed and how to follow up on it. Since the installation, our drinking water and bathing water are very nice.
However, the water softener requires rock salt, which comes in 40-pound packages and we have to buy it from Home Depot or from another source. My husband and I are both over middle-aged. We have to be able to pick up the 40-pound packages, get them home, use them and pick them up again to put them in the cylinder. That is somewhat of a downfall when you can barely lift 20 pounds. Nobody from RainSoft explained to us upfront that we have to do it but they offered a service for $125 a month and it was a little high. Luckily enough, I have a younger generation in the neighborhood. They have volunteered to go to Home Depot to buy it for us and bring it here. They are also refilling the softener when needed. I can pay the kids a lot less and they’re much happier off with the price that I’m paying them.
Other than that, I recommend RainSoft to anybody who wants to see it. We are a new community and I’ve had people in the neighborhood that have asked me what I’ve done in the garage. I showed and explained it to them then I let them taste the water and all the good stuff that they could do. They asked me the proverbial price and I told them $7,600.

There was an advertisement in Home Depot and the issue about water quality was brought up to me. The idea that we should test our water became more pumped into my head and so I set up an appointment. The RainSoft rep came out and told me who he was. He explained everything that he wanted to do and presented a very thorough demonstration. He educated me not only about RainSoft but also about water such as how hard water affects the water system. He went through the whole water 101 and there was so much information within that. It was educational and it really changes your mindset of how you think about your water. Also, he was very nice and willing to answer any questions that I had. He sat around for a little while longer and we had a conversation. So, it was a very pleasant experience.
The RainSoft system is good and I love it. It's only been a few months that I've had it in my home. The water is only through a spout on the sink and it’s the only water I ever drink. I would let my friends know that the drinking water is very different. Even the bottled water is not as excellent as my water, which makes me question bottled water. I referred several people to the presenter who came to my house.

We wanted a demo on water treatment systems and my wife met the RainSoft rep at Home Depot. The consultation with the sales rep was fine but their demo was over an hour and was way too long. We bought the water system for the house. The installation took 45 minutes and we had a positive interaction with their installation team. That was clear in how they were tapped into the system. However, I have an issue with the bill for paying for it. We either pay for it upfront or 12 months, and the interest rate is high. We’re gonna try to pay it off but if we come to whatever year, then they’re gonna add all that interest back.
Also, the lady wrote an incorrect credit score for my wife because it was 250 points lower than what she really has so that threw me into another category interest-wise. They never told us what credit score they were recording but I saw where the lady incidentally wrote this number over to the side and then she worked a particular column. I was gonna go to Home Depot, but the credit approval guy was not there and it would be great if I get a call from the credit counselor. Other than that, the RainSoft water system works.

When we bought our house in Tallahassee, we started to get flyers from different companies and one came from Home Depot that was selling the RainSoft system. The reps then contacted us and offered to do a demonstration, and we were impressed when they came out so we ended up getting one. The guy had his whole kit and, with a couple of kids here, he made it into a kind of science experiment. He ran the gamut of everything and went, “Let me show you what’s in your tub water too. Let me show you how I can clean your tubs.” We got the full system that’s connected to our main line that we put the salt in. We also got all the boxes of the soap, dishwashing, shampoo and laundry detergent.
A young man then came over for the installation, and he stood in the front yard with me for a few minutes then we went through where we could put it. The water main in our house is on the front yard so he said, “I can put it as far as the side of the house. Can’t go too far away from the main line.” But it turned out that we actually have some bushes in front that we could put it behind so that it isn’t very obvious that it’s there but still easily accessible. He explained and was on point whenever I had any question as far as the logistics.
Since having RainSoft, there's been a humongous difference in our water. People have come over and said, “Your water tastes good.” And so I've told them about the system. I also tell them that if sales reps call them up wanting to do a demonstration, it’s really worth it to do especially if they got calcium build-up. We cleaned our sinks with the red spray two months ago and haven't had to touch them since. But then I had a little bit of an issue in the beginning with a build-up of soap in the dishwasher. There should not be a scum left in the dishwasher and I showed it to one of the fellows that was out here checking something else. He couldn't figure out what it was so I called them back. They supposedly sent a technician out but he turned out to be not a technician but a salesman. That didn't make me happy, so I had to push and Brian came out here. I didn't think that the tank was actually draining on the side, but Brian took care of it and everything seems to be fine.
I've had a couple of issues, but they have come out so far and taken a look at and corrected the issues. An issue I'm having now is that we bought a new washing machine and then switching the lines over the aerating system for the washing machine doesn't seem to be working. So they're gonna come out and see what the problem is on Saturday morning. Beware! These people are deceitful! A water sample kit came to my house, I mailed it back due to the strong odor coming from my washer I wanted checked out. I received a call from a woman that stated she was calling in reference to the water test. She did not mention she was from Rainsoft. She stated I had chlorine in the water and someone could come to my home to tell how high the levels are and discuss options. The person who came to my home ended up performing tests that could have been faked, lo and behold he was a salesman trying to sell me a $10,000 system!
When I made an uneducated decision (after 3 hours of listening to this man) to go through with it but I couldn’t go through with the install until a week later. So the salesman called his boss and arranged next day set up. I decided to stay up all night and take time to do further research. DO NOT BUY! Spending $10,000 on this is a rip off and scam! There are cheaper systems that perform the same job and this company has had multiple complaints regarding poor consumer service. On the day of install I told the installer I’m cancelling. He walked away, got in his van and called the owner of the company who showed up at my house! The owner asked me why I wanted to cancel, I told him I felt the system was overpriced and I did not want the large bill.
He explained to me the installer gets paid $800 whether or not he does the job, which I’m sure is a lie. So he said he would take $800 off my bill after I already explained to him I did not want this service. After I said no a second time, the owner said, "What can I do to keep your business." I looked at him dumbfounded. He said, "Can my salesman call you," I said, "No. I will call him." Then the owner said, "What about in a month." That's when I gave him the cancelled contract, got my copy and closed the door on him. Just do your research. Pressured tactics should make you think and overthink before and even after you buy a product.

Once he was done, he let us know and showed my husband how it works. So far, everything has been good and since then I've noticed a difference in the shower and cleaning.

We bought a house and we liked it but then the water smelled like rotten eggs. That’s what made us look into having a water treatment system. My dad has RainSoft and we set up a consultation for them to come out. The rep who came out was really nice. He helped us out and he showed us everything that he did. He did a water test and sampled the water. We ended up purchasing the most expensive RainSoft product but we like it anyway. But then, the first day when the installers came out there, they were unable to put the system in. They had to come back because we had to wait even longer for our water to get fixed. Still, when they came back, they were quick and the system works good. Since then, the water has been a lot better. We don’t smell the rotten eggs and the color of it is not pink. It's clear and it looks good. The system is worth the money.

The way the county and city treat the water isn’t always a 100% sufficient, so we figured out we'd make an upgrade. The RainSoft salesman I dealt with was excellent. He went through particular parts of the contaminants and what would the system do for it. I then got the drinking filter and the water softener. The installation was okay but the installers got more room under our sink than we'd like. But we have to live with that. We've had our system for three months now and with it, we have more confidence that our water has fewer pollutants in it and that it's filtered. However, it would be nice if RainSoft brings the price down. That would be an incentive to some people, I’m sure.

The people at RainSoft told us that they would come in and do a water treatment testing and we thought that we should see what it look like in our house since it was new. Our water looks gross so we ended up getting one of their systems. We got the big water filtration unit and since its installation, our skin has not been not dry like it was before. Also, our hair feels softer and lighter and the water tastes a lot better.

RainSoft came out to test my water and it was enlightening. They opened my eyes about what was going on in my home. I had been using filters and buying water in the stores, and I thought it was a lose-lose proposition. But I was spending so much extra on something that should have been a little bit more helpful to me. After the initial test, the fella said he would set me up. Then the installer came on a Saturday and I didn't know they worked on Saturdays. He did most of the work outside. He set the product up and showed me what he was doing. I have a big machine outside attached to my water intake. So the whole house is filtered.
I was a little bit concerned because the main filter didn't have any kind of a lock. It's something similar to a garbage can but he said that I could put something on the top so it won't fly away during a storm which I didn't understand too much. It wasn't really a safety thing but I set something up so that I could keep the top on so it wouldn't be exposed to the elements.
He also came inside and gave me a water filter coming from my sink, into the drinking water and into the ice box. They gave me eight boxes of soap, creams and sprays to use. So that's another thing where I have savings. I won't have to buy soap for another three to five years. The process lasted a little under four hours. But bout two weeks after the installation, I had my house painted and after they were done, I noticed that my electric line outside was cut. It hooks into my water filter so unbeknownst to me, I was getting natural city water.
So my skin wasn't feeling as soft and I was afraid of the drinking water also. But RainSoft had said that I had a separate filter for my drinking water. I called them up and they came by in two days to fix that. Since then, it's been going very smoothly and I have been recommending them. My showers are fantastic now and my skin is so soft. My wife loves it too because her skin is as soft even though she doesn't use as many night creams as she used to.

I moved and RainSoft sent something in the mail about a water test. When the consultant came by he was very good and answered all my questions. I purchased the charcoal filtration system. The installation team had to cut a metal pipe that came from the street to the house. And instead of using a threaded PVC pipe that would be more secure, they used some kind of coupling. Apparently, they cut it too short and about a month later, after it was raining and some of the soil washed away underneath it, it started to slide. One morning I woke up and there was water coming out everywhere so I had to turn the water off and then get the technician to come out and fix it the way it should have been done the first time. I had to call them three times. But I can immediately tell the difference mostly in my skin and hair, and then there are zero water spots on glasses and dishes. It’s amazing.

My husband wanted our water checked to see how hard it was. He saw RainSoft online and checked into it. The RainSoft salesman who came was great. He talked about how better water would be better for our skin, clothes, and hair. The guy who came out for the installation was very professional and got the system nicely beside the house. But I'm not happy with it. I wasted my money on it. I still ain’t got the smell out of my clothes and my hair is dryer now than it has ever been in my life.

I needed our water tested and RainSoft seemed to be doing that and locally. I then called them to do it and during that period of time, they discussed with me the RainSoft product and we decided to go with it. The gentleman who came over did a pretty good job, and all the questions I had was there. The thing I called him out for was they weren’t really able to tell me the problem at the time. However, he was able to tell me what they could do to solve it. Also, the installers did a fantastic job. They were efficient and they knew what they were doing. They also gave a lot of instructions on what was going on. I could not ask for a better situation. The water is much better especially with the system in it. This one does so much better job than the water softener I had before. Lastly, I did this little glass of water. They will test it and then come back and tell me how good the system was working. However, they never seem to return and that has been some time back.

I've had this EC-5 Water Treatment System now for almost a year and they still can't get the rotten egg smell out of the water. Each tech says the prior tech/installer didn't set something correctly and the new settings will work. So far my water is soft but smells, meaning I have a very overpriced water softener. The only reason I went with Rainsoft is because the house had an existing Rainsoft system when I bought it. I hoped it could be repaired, but the rep said the system was beyond repair and my wife wanted good water right now, so I didn't have time to shop around.
Getting service under warranty is kind of a joke as it always takes 3-5 days to get someone out to your house. Once they have your money... Thankfully we have a (non-Rainsoft) reverse osmosis system for drinking water. I refused their offer to get my system free if I got them 5 new customers. I would not recommend their systems to anyone.

We built a new home and we wanted to preserve the new stuff we just put in the house. We heard of RainSoft from our friends and I bought the drinking water and the home softener treatment system. Now our water is softer on our skins and our drinking water tastes better. The water is also better for our glass shower door and there have been no spots on the dishes.
The consultation that we had with their sales rep before we bought the products, however, was long and I'm not a fan of being put on the spot to decide to spend $6,500 right then and there. We haven’t researched other types of softener, so it would have been nice to have the option to take some time to do that. Besides, that was later into the evening and my kids were hungry and we were trying to do our family thing with my father-in-law coming. I like the product and I knew I would, but it was a lot of money and a lot to decide right then. They also had a thing with the soap concentrate deal and that was another piece to add on and I was like, "Oh, there's soap involved." My brain was toast. Then, I was thinking about how I was going to pay for the system and they told me that they finance some of it so I filled out a credit application. It was just a lot and it was a stressful night.

When RainSoft's sales rep came, he did a great demonstration. He interacted with our family and with the kids so it was so wonderful. We didn’t know what RainSoft’s product was before he got here and when he demonstrated it, we decided RainSoft’s system might be something that would help my skin issue. I was breaking out and I had a rash right along my hairline that I stopped coloring my hair. I also switched all my product several times and using the RainSoft system cleared it up. We got the water purifier from RainSoft about three months ago and we're very satisfied. However, the rep told us that it’d be $100 a month and he never stated that it was a payment plan that we were paying off and that there gonna be a 25% interest. He didn’t explain it well. So, when the next guy came, we figured it out and we were not gonna pay double for it over the time period. Other than that, it was a great experience.

When I moved to my house, there was already an equipment from RainSoft. One is for the hot water, plus the softener for the whole house and an additional system for drinking water. It goes to filters underneath the sink in order to get rid of the salt and stuff for the drinking water. But within two years, I called them twice and booked on updating the system. There was a blockage in the drinking water and it wasn't building up. Every time, their reps were really pleasant. The first time when I called, they sent a technician and he seemed to fix it but it wasn't picking up correctly from the right water directions. And then the second guy came and fixed some things but I still had the problem so he came back and said that the metal filter needs to be changed because there isn’t any of the gold stuff. He said that the filter was not working and because we have a lot of ion in the water, he brought another one.
However, I noticed that when I wash my hands, it takes longer to wash the soap. When I called RainSoft, I was told that it means we have soft water now and I took his word for it so it seems the system is working fine. I’m happy but at the same time, I’m not because if I add up how much I paid for two years, it’s more than $5,000 and there is something else every time. With the new system now, the technician guy told me that I have a lifetime warranty so I hope everything is fine. But at the same time, what I really need is the service call where they have a schedule on calling me to say that I am up for changing filters and make an appointment instead of me following up with them because it's too many stuff to track for.

So we looked at several different directions because we were new to having a well since the previous place we were in had city water. A friend then referred us to Rainsoft and the sales rep that we dealt with did a great job.
Then, during installation, not only were they putting the RainSoft in but they were also putting some ceiling, roof, and a couple of other little things. One guy was trying to do it all, so it was a little bit of a slow process. We coordinated those things and it took them a couple of different days to get out there and finish everything. But the RainSoft installation itself was done in one day and only took a couple of hours. Since having it, my wife has been happy. I also noticed that the water doesn't dry out our skin so much. It makes me I feel like I got skin lotion when I don't.

Since having the system installed, there's a 100% difference in the taste and the smell of the water. The only problem we had is the dish soap does not work. RainSoft came out the next day and installed it. The installation went well but there was a small leak that I had called them about. They were supposed to send somebody out the next day to fix it but the person never showed up and the leak ended up sealing itself off. We got the detergent along with the system for free but we were not really sold on it. I couldn't smell the cleanliness on our clothes like when using other detergents after the clothes were washed. It almost leaves the odor in the clothes that they had from sweating or whatever else. Nevertheless, the water is now softer.

We are also not having a problem with the white stuff that accumulated before. And the taste of the water is really good. We love RainSoft and are really pleased.
The installer was here on time when he was supposed to be. I didn’t interact that much with him 'cause he mainly worked outside. So, he did his thing and then when he was finished, he showed me the system and gave us some basic instructions, and that was fine. We started looking into a treatment system because I've been here for 10 years and I've never had the water tested before. My wife has had cancer two times and there were some concerns that it could be in the water. When the water was tested, it did the test really bad but anything that could give a bit more confidence to my wife, I like it better. The RainSoft reps were very good and very thorough, although I would have liked the introduction to be a bit faster. It took a long time, but other than that, it was very convincing.
The installation went well on the first day. There was only one place to put the French drain and it had to be done by hand. The gentleman that was out and loaded it up initially came out and inspected. He didn't do that in the version that they ordered. Unfortunately, the day that they sent somebody out to do the French drain, they were never told that, so they weren’t prepared to do it by hand. It would have been nice to let the crew know that they had to dig it by hand rather than use a small backhoe and they weren't thoroughly equipped to do so. They didn't have a wheelbarrow and some of the soil had to be wheelbarrowed out.
They got the job done but initially sent one guy out and he thought he was gonna be by himself. As it was, somebody else on another truck came, there were three of them. So it worked out well. But when the other guys showed up, one guy said, "I'm here to finish the job one way or the other." He was willing to do it himself, which was great, but he sure looked pleased when the other truck brought up unexpectedly.
The installers were really nice, as well as the person that explained the system. I got the whole system and what we're using for drinking water is very good. We drink a lot of iced tea and my wife uses fewer tea bags for that as she makes iced tea, which surprised her. The system is functioning fine. RainSoft calls periodically and checks on us.

I've been using RainSoft for 25 years and last year, I had a new one installed. I called the girl at the office and there's one fellow that I have always requested to come out because he knew what he was doing. They were a bunch of good and very nice people. The nice part about the new system is I don't have to flush the filter. The man who came said to just drain it once in a while or to just drain it if the water has been in the receptacle for too long and it will refill. I did that on the last system and I was very religious about doing that every 15 days. And then, little by little you stop doing things. So, the water has always been very great and it has always been tested well when they come out. It's a wonderful system and I'm very pleased.
If I ever move, I would definitely call them to have a system installed wherever I'm gonna be. I would certainly leave it here for the people who might buy the place because they might wanna continue using the system. The initial cost is expensive, but it's $100 something to have the filters changed every year, which is cheaper than buying bottled water and better for our earth. My neighbor orders Pellegrino from Amazon. He drinks three or four bottles a day and it has gotta add up to quite a bit of money. When I was at a friend’s house, she gave me a bottle of water. The water has no taste to it but it's wet, which is what you're looking for in water. It's a quencher and that's what I get from my system. I love my water. RainSoft is a wonderful company and I recommend them all the time but most people don't wanna pay that kind of money.

We got the conditioning and during installation, the plumber came and worked like crazy. It was late in the evening and he got it done in no time. He also showed us how to operate it and it worked great. We noticed some deposits around some of the rings of the sink so I don't know if it has taken all the iron out like it was supposed to.
