The RainSoft rep was very nice, patient and took the time. We got their water filtration system and then the air purifier. The installers were very professional and very nice. They took their time because my husband wasn't home when they came and installed. They answered a lot of my questions and it makes me very comfortable that if there were any questions, we could ask them. With everything installed, I don't see much of a difference with the air purifier, but my husband does. Also, the water is softer so the skin is softer too and there's no calcium build up in the sink.

Rainsoft sent somebody out after I did a Home Depot survey. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation guy who came was also good and awesome. Hearing about the Michigan situation, I wanted to make sure I was safe and I got the Rainsoft water purifiers. I noticed a big difference, especially in the taste of the water. Even the water out of my refrigerator filtration system tasted different.

My fiance and I were at Home Depot and there was somebody walking around offering presentations. They knew a lot about the water quality in our area and what the benefits were of the system. My fiancé is difficult to impress because he's an airplane mechanic so he was nervous about the installation of the water softener but he was very impressed. He said that the gentleman was very knowledgeable, professional and took his time doing everything and explaining everything to him.

This is the third house I've had with a RainSoft unit. The systems were all basically the same but I'm sure things have changed a little bit over the 20 years. The sales reps were great and they weren't pushy at all. Then, the installation was fine and they did a good job. My only complaint would be that there's a lot of people with their hands in the jar. There's the sales rep, the install team and then the follow-up guy and they're all different people. To make the experience a little bit better, the installation team could have explained things to me and not had separate people for every little thing. But the water's much better now. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We got RainSoft's water softener, their alkaline water and the one in the laundry room. Our coffee tastes better and cleaning my pots and pans is a lot easier. I use cast iron and wash it using regular water which is hard water. I usually rinse and wipe it out but now, I'm able to wash them and reheating them in the oven without getting rust spots on it. In addition, I have super-duper curly hair and almost to the point of where it gets really coarse at times. I used to have to use a lot of hair products. I was shampooing my hair twice, but now, I could shampoo it once and I don't use a lot of conditioner anymore. Also, I used to have to use a body wash and a soap but now, our usage of soap because of the lathering has gone down as well. I don't usually use a lot of lotion on my legs but I notice that my skin is softer now.

I was in Home Depot and got RainSoft. Everybody was fine and totally adheres to their word so I didn't have any issues with the RainSoft staff. Even the installation person was really good. So, I got the water softener for the entire house and the pure drinking water. I had some skin issues with a lot of skin irritation and I don't have that anymore since I've been using RainSoft product.

We just moved to a new home in a new area being developed and I was concerned about the smell and the taste of the water that we had. We learned about RainSoft at Home Depot during the weekend. They took our number then they called during the week and we set up an appointment for the sales rep to come out. He did a whole run through everything like testing the water, showing what they could provide, what our water should look and taste like afterwards, how it could increase the efficiency of our appliances, utilizing little to no soap products and some of the things we use in health. It would help our skin as well. So we got the water softener system and the reverse osmosis.

The first gentleman that came out brought us through a 45-minute to an hour presentation about the benefits of Rainsoft and the advantages of having the equipment in our home. The sales rep seemed pretty educated about Rainsoft and also some of the other desires that we have in the home about water usage. He also gave us helpful tips and hints about some of the water quality in our area. The installers were very professional in the set up. They left the general area clean and like how they found it. I'm very satisfied with the education I was provided, the service that was rendered and also the installation.

We purchased the drinking water filters from RainSoft where it's hooked to our water but only comes out in the sink and the refrigerator and I was very excited to get it done. The sales rep and installation team were very nice and professional. I'm comfortable drinking the water and the big thing is we quit buying bottled water. I've given up buying plastic bottles. I'm 100% knowing it's safe.

I decided to upgrade my RainSoft system and I got their water conditioner and softener, and I'm happy so far.

When we bought the house, there was a RainSoft water system in my basement, but the system has not been maintained so we purchased a new one. We called RainSoft and the installation team came. They fixed the old system at first, but because it was leaking, they put in a new one under the sink. They were really good and we enjoyed working with them. The new system was better and we're happy with it.

Our water was drying my skin and my wife’s hair alike so we decided to get RainSoft since my parents have them too. We got their water softener and the drinking water filters. Since its installation, our skin’s a lot more smoother, the hair doesn’t get all dry as much as it used to and we can definitely drink from the faucet. It doesn’t taste terrible. We never drink from the tap water as it is but when their rep showed us and told us that the tap water was clean to drink, I started drinking it and it tasted like normal water that I drink out of a bottle.

RainSoft's sales rep was really easy to work with, very helpful, polite and explained everything. The RainSoft system that we purchased runs into the house from the outside filter. The installer was friendly and he did everything that he had to do to make sure everything was hooked up properly and he made sure to answer any questions that we had. Our experience was great.

My water wasn't clear and it had a smell. RainSoft convinced us that we needed their service and we got the whole system which had a part that goes to the washing machine. They did the installation but cut another water line that they had to come back two days later, but they fixed it. Now, the water is much nicer, clearer, and it doesn't smell. We're satisfied.

The RainSoft rep was very knowledgeable. She took her time with us, did all the water testing and all the background information about the company. The only thing I didn't care for was she said we can have the system for a certain price for a certain amount of time only. It was a lot of money and usually, on any decision, we always take a couple of days to talk about it and we like to research a company. But we made that snap decision right then to go ahead and do it and after the thought, I wished we had a couple more minutes to think about it and not had to sign on the dotted line. I felt they pressured me a little bit. So we did the water conditioning and purchased the system for the washing machine. Since having the system installed, my husband says he can feel the clean socks on his skin but personally I cannot.

I set up the initial appointment for RainSoft and that was fine. They left me a message and I had to call them back a couple of times, but they were very friendly and said they would come out and do the water testing and describe everything that would entail. And they were able to work with my schedule as far as the timing of the appointment. The sales rep was very nice and straightforward and he explained what he was gonna do with each test of the water and what each test would show. He took his time and wasn’t rushed and he answered any questions I had. I got the in-home water filtration system and the CleanStart for the washer. With it I don’t have to drink as much water, but the water’s better and the clothes in the washer come out cleaner. The installation team was very nice and they knew what they were doing. There was one point where water was leaking but they fixed it right away.

I wasn't drinking the water and my coffee pot had some scale in it. I went online and found RainSoft. The rep who came by was nice and I ended up buying the purifier. The guys who came to install it were good. Everything has been fine and we drink the water now. I'm also using the soap that they sent with the purifier. Overall, I'd recommend RainSoft to a friend.

My wife was in Home Depot and she talked to somebody from RainSoft about the system and we had been thinking about a water softening system, so we had them come out to give us three hours of their time and discuss the whole process. I realized we had so much residual stuff left in our clothing and sheets after washing. We also didn't realize there was taste difference in the water between the pure water and what we had coming out of the tap. We got the water softening system and we got the Ozonator for the laundry. Since having them, the water certainly tastes a lot better and it doesn't have chlorine and the pH is better balanced. Also, my daughter says her hair is nicer now because the water is cleaner and we don't need to use detergent very much anymore for clothing or dishes.

We have to buy laundry detergents and I was thinking about cutting back on that cost as well as electric bills. RainSoft was introduced to me at the Fall MOLA Conference October of 2016. Their sales rep, Dan, was at the conference and I told him that I was really interested in the product. He was phenomenal and stayed in contact with us all the time. If I needed to get in touch with him, he always answered his phone. If not, I left him a message and he called me right back. We started usingtthe Rainsoft system when he came out and gave us our little trial. He installed the equipment on my washers and told me that we can use that as a trial and error. If I didn't like it, it was fine, but if I did, that would be wonderful.

The sales team came when they said they'd come, talked to us and we bought the unit. It was all very well. We got the drinking filter system for the hard water. The installation guy came and worked hard and long. It was dark when he was done. He knew what to do and did his job. I used to sell RainSoft when I worked for Sears, so I'm very familiar with what and how they did it, and how it works. And since having the unit, my ice cubes are clear, and I don't worry about kidney stones anymore. I get a lot of suds from my soap. It's not hard anymore. So I'm very satisfied with it. The people at RainSoft were very nice and pleasant, and did everything they said they'd do.

My wife saw a coupon in the mail for us buying our house. We wanted a free gift card so we called on it and got the water softener. It is still new so everything is working great so far. I've had a good experience with RainSoft, but I never received the free gift that I was supposed to get.

We absolutely love and have been very pleased with everything that we're experiencing with RainSoft. Everything is grand. My water tastes better, I don't have to clean my tub and toilets that much and my laundry is much cleaner. I used to match our socks by how stained the heel was but there are no stains anymore. So there’s been a huge difference since we installed the system. Also, their staff has been wonderful. I tell all my friends about RainSoft.

We had RainSoft before and recently got it re-setup. We got their drinking water filter system in the garage and then had to run the lines. We have cleaner water with RainSoft and we like the system that's why we bought it again. However, it was too expensive. I wish it would have been a little bit cheaper.

I recently had a rep. from Florida Energy Water & Air/Home Depot for a RainSoft product to come out at my house to give us a demonstration and to help me resolve a current situation I had with my well water. I was upfront and told the rep. my credit and not good and I was the sole provider and did not have money to put down.The presentation was great but I was told that I was going to be approved regardless of my credit and they had many other options. I signed all papers and agreed to the terms and condition, at a cost of $8,600 dollars.

I’m familiar with water purification systems in the past but I've never had a water softener, so we had one installed by the RainSoft people. It was a lot harder than they thought because they had to drill through some concrete blocks and so they did a really good job. I now have a little softer water after the system got installed.

Setting up the consultation with RainSoft was good. I'm retired so the scheduling wasn't hard. My wife has always wanted a RainSoft and so we purchased the air handler and the water system. However we didn’t purchase the extra filter for the fridge or for underneath the kitchen sink. My wife called the sales rep on it and said, “Why do we need this if the thing you’re selling us is gonna solve all our problems?” But the rep was very straightforward and nice. Some unusual terms but no problem there and I felt like she was telling us the truth. I also really liked the young man who installed our Rainsoft system. He was really personable, professional, did the job and moved it into my garage even though he didn’t want to. I was pretty happy with that.

The installer that came out was friendly, did his work and explained a little bit. The sales rep explained more so we didn't have that many questions. We got the house system and we're very happy with it. Our coffee tastes a lot better with the system installed. I would recommend RainSoft.

Our water had a lot of hardness like calcium and chlorine smell so we filled out a card for water testing by RainSoft at Home Depot. Then their sales rep called and made me understand stuff about my water which I already knew. They asked if I had time for someone to come out and go over some information. A rep named Debbie came that evening and did a good job in explaining and testing. One thing led to another and now, we got their water conditioning system, the softener, and the reverse osmosis. The installer, Richard, was really good. And when our reverse osmosis was screwing up and our softener wasn't softening right, they fixed it and everything is good now. Since having this system, we can definitely say that our water is a lot softer, tastes better and doesn't have the smell anymore. It's a nice unit and we love it.

I have a very hard water at my house. I have a Kenmore unit years ago that broke down over time and we went away from it for a few years, then we really wanted to get the soft water back. We were contacted by RainSoft and we set up a schedule that worked well for me. We got the conditioning system and the reverse osmosis under the sink. The installer was really nice, knowledgeable and told my wife all about the stuff. The installation went very smooth working with her. Everything went really well.

I had stains in the house and I get really itchy skin the last few years. The RainSoft sales rep gave out water test kits then at Home Depot. They came out and checked things for us. We thought it was going to be a water test for 15-20 minutes and they'd stay for a few minutes and be gone, and it took two hours but it was a good experience. We got the water treatment filters, plus the water softener, alkalinization of the water and the oxy-treatment. Their installation team came out and got it done when I had things all ready, but it took me some work to get the place ready. Since then, the water is nice, soft, and cleaner and we don’t use as much soap. We’re enjoying the product.

A representative from RainSoft stopped by to obtain a sample of our faucet water to test and then they provided us with the results. Then somebody came to do the in-house test after that. They were very informative and it was an eye-opener once we saw the test and what it did, how it could affect and how it can actually save money in the long run so it was a great experience. We got the water softener and I’ve noticed my skin is softer and my hair is smoother. Even after I wash dishes and even if I use Clorox, my hands are not nearly as dry as they were prior to installing the system. So far, we love it and we’re glad we got this investment because it’s been well worth it.

The sales guy that I dealt with was very good. He was on time and was very informative. We sampled some of the bottled water I had here. Some of the water came out of the tap and some from a refrigerator filter system. The bottled water shocked me the most and I did some additional research on that. A lot of the bottled water is actually not that good. Wegmans' probably the number one grocery store in this area and their water is rated one of the worst. They get it from some place in Pennsylvania and that's actually what I was drinking.

I've had bariatric surgery and I was looking for a system so that I didn't have to drink tap water because buying water costs a lot and it still tasted funny to me, even buying bottled water. A friend's husband works for Anderson, so I called him and asked him some information about getting a drinking water system in our house. And he had his sales team called me because he's just an installer and they brought me RainSoft. They even came back and hooked it up to my icemaker because he didn't know that it was supposed to be in. The salesman and I had talked about it, but he forgot to write it on the sheet and they just came back and hooked it up for me.

RainSoft asked to come and do a demonstration in our house and the rep did an excellent presentation. The things we hear on some of the media and RainSoft's type of products concerned about health led us to consider treatment systems and so we bought a water softener and drinking filters. The vendor who came to our house was very courteous and he explained everything he did which I really appreciated. Our water is now a lot better, cleaner and softer since having the system installed so it really made a big difference. When they first put the system in, there was a problem with the seal that was on one of the tanks. It let our water run continually for about a month and a half so we got a really big water bill out of it. RainSoft people took care of it and a tech came out, repaired it, and put a new seal. They stand behind their product and they'll be reimbursing me for the overage I used above the average so I'm very impressed with that.

The RainSoft sales rep was very friendly and wasn't pushy. He explained the product in full detail and what all we had in our water. He ran a test and showed us what all the minerals and stuff that's in the water which made us concerned so, we got their water purification and the one for drinking water. The installer came and explained in detail about what he was doing and what we needed to do in the future. Before, we get so much sediments from what was in the water on our silverware. Now with RainSoft installed, the dishes come out of the dishwasher a lot cleaner and spot free. It was like somebody polished our silver. Also, the water is different when taking a shower. In addition, we used to have bottled water coming in and was having to pay for that every month. With the new system, we have filtered drinking water that's comparable to the distilled water that we were bringing in so, it cut our cost back. We love RainSoft.

I was very serious about water quality and I was looking to improve the quality of water in my house. I went through a couple of independent resellers and felt the best with Rainsoft and that's why I went forward with them. I had an excellent interaction with the sales rep from RainSoft. He was quite professional and very knowledgeable. I had done a lot of research initially and he confirmed a lot of the questions that I had. I did the whole house water purification system and the installation team was extremely cordial and polite and I enjoyed having them for the install. Since I had the RainSoft system installed, I have felt more comfortable and confident cooking with my tap water, giving it to my dogs, bathing in it and drinking it. I haven't had to squeegee my shower and there's not a lot of calcium carbonate build up around my appliances. I use natural products and they last longer and are more efficient now with cleaner water.

I went to Home Depot because I was changing my water heater. Somebody approached me and asked if I wanted my water tested which I agreed to. A couple of days later, a Rainsoft rep came and showed us the whole water treatment thing and the water was disgusting. I told them that we were going ahead and doing the Rainsoft system. We got both the conditioning system and the drinking water filters. We have the spout where you can get drinking water out of it. It was installed the next day. We love it and it's been great. My shower is starting to wash all the nasty crust in the bottom and it’s really clean now.

I was shopping at Home Depot for something to help my father-in-law, and somebody approached us and asked if we have anything about water treatments. I already had it in mind, and in fact, I already did a little research because we had hard water at my house. The calcium buildup on the shower, around the kitchen sink, and the bathrooms is gross. The lady who approached us said somebody would call and set an appointment with us. She'll do a water test for free. The RainSoft rep who came out did a great job. She did a great demo of the testing of the water and explaining it. She knew her stuff, and she's definitely well-experienced, which we appreciate. Since having our RainSoft system installed, showers are different. The water tastes really different as well. Overall, we love it.

I was curious as to what the water quality was in my area and found out about RainSoft through Home Depot's water sampling test. Their reps were very accommodating. When I had to reschedule for some reason, it was no issue. One rep was very knowledgeable about the product and the results that I would see. He was well-trained, stuck to the script they train these sales guys on, and I think it was very well done. I used to be in sales, so from a sales perspective, their presentation and the detail I went to was really good.

We bought this house, moved into it one month ago, and the water seemed very hard. We moved up here from the valley and we used bottled water for cooking, coffee, and things like that because the water has a lot of residues. It was the same thing here. We were having a problem with some of the original plumbing, the faucets and shower heads getting all messed up. We then got into researching treatment systems and went from there.

RainSoft responded and sent a technician out to explain the processes and was thorough. The rep showed us how everything worked and the test results that we had in our water. He demonstrated the water coming into the house, the water system that was under the sink, explained the benefit, and everything made sense. The only thing that was questionable was the price. It happened so quick. The rep came in, spent several hours with us, and made sure that we understood what the system provided. Then at the end, I used my Home Depot account and made him raise my credit limit, so that we could put it on there until we could work out the payments.

We were looking for something to improve our water because I was fed up with cleaning calcium over time from everywhere, especially the faucets. In Europe, we have softer water so we never have trouble like that and the taste of tea and coffee, especially tea, would be better with softer water. During our consultation with RainSoft, the sales rep answered all our questions, so we signed up with them immediately. We had the water treatment system installed in mid-November.

I never felt that our water was really safe. I did not like the fact that the showerhead would get gooky and the drain would get tainted around it and there was a ring in the commode. A little girl stopped us at Home Depot and asked us if we were satisfied with our water. Setting up a consultation with their sales representative worked very well. He asked if he could come at a certain time in the afternoon which was fine. He was very knowledgeable, a good guy and very thorough. So, with all, a good experience. My husband went out and talked with the installation guy. He wanted to make sure that the system itself was only for the house and not for the sprinkler system. They assured him and told him how that worked. They were quite good. I was surprised that they completed the project in one action in an evening. They stayed until it's done and cleaned up after themselves.

I used to have Rainsoft a long time ago. Then we were moving in and the welcoming committee came by and brought us a little flyer. I gave her my phone and a RainSoft rep called me. The rep came by and did a beautiful demonstration. She was very cheerful and we didn't mind having her in our home. It was a pleasant visit and it was like having a conversation with an old friend.

I like the products of RainSoft. It was very easy setting up the consultation with the sales rep. I got the home filtration system from them and the installation team was good. They kept everything clean and they took care of any issues that came up.

RainSoft's staff was really professional, and everything sounded really good which was one reason why we bought from them. Their product changes the pH and the softness of the water. The water's also cleaner as there's not quite as much sediments coming through our faucets as there was and it made the water taste better. The price is very high but as far as the people that worked on it and the equipment itself is concerned, it seems to be good quality and we're pretty much satisfied with it. However, I would recommend for people to do some research before they buy the system.

A sales representative approached us in Home Depot while we're shopping for our new house and signed us up as soon as we closed. We didn't know it was RainSoft until after the water test guy came here and we got sold from there. He was really friendly and a very fun guy. He explained to us all the different chemicals and all the particulates in the water. He even made us laugh and was really entertaining. Those couple of hours seemed to really fly by. He was friendly and wasn't overly pushy on the sale. He made it really feel like our choice instead of a choice being pushed on us.

My husband was in Home Depot and Rainsoft was presented that to him there. During the consultation, the rep did a lot of demonstrations so well that they were enlightening. My husband was not one to frivolously go into something so for the rep to sell the system to him right there alone showed he was a very good salesperson. We got all of it from Rainsoft and we’re enjoying our purchase. My husband is really very pleased because he says when he takes a shower now, his skin is a lot softer. He noticed the improvement. It’s also nice to be able to go to the faucet and get water without having to worry about any contaminants.

I was already familiar with RainSoft. They were a little more expensive but they have a good reputation so we went with them. So far, everything was good except for the coupon program that they have which is absolutely worthless. I paid them to send me coupons but I'm not doing that anymore since I can get coupons for free. It's a total waste. Their rep was a little nervous and unsure of some of the stuff he was trying to do because we were his first customer. Nonetheless, he wasn't pushy. And, their installation team did a fantastic job.

I purchased this home coming out of the military and it needed a water softener. The sales rep at the Home Depot walked through everything and went to a service desk and set it all up. It was pretty painless. When they installed the system at my home, it went very smooth and easy. They even hooked up my refrigerator for me that had the water line going to it. They made sure everything was hooked up and ready to go. My water was orange before it was installed and now it's crystal clear, and it tastes better too.

My water smelled bad and didn't feel right so I looked into water systems and found RainSoft. Their sales representative was quick, very knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He did the testing at my parent's house and sold my parents a system. He was very professional and he went through everything. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. RainSoft is exactly what I needed. My sinks and toilets are not dirty and it's easier to clean stuff. The water feels way better and doesn't smell bad anymore. It's a way better experience all around.

When we bought the house there was a unit by RainSoft. However, the unit was not working so the serviceman came. He told us that it was kind of shot so we bought a new one. Our interaction with the sales rep of RainSoft was good.

Extremely disappointed and cheated with Rainsoft. Encountered problem after problem. First, service was to be installed, as promised by the sales representative, the next day between 9-12 am. Lost a day of work waiting out for them. Called the company same day at 4:00 pm and was told by a "supervisor" not his problem that the representative has misinformed us and that our application had not been processed yet.

There was a technician from RainSoft that came to do the demonstration. There were different exercises and my kids were involved. It's unbelievable what we saw in the water or things we didn't see unless we treated it with some chemicals. It looked like the water we're getting from the city was not that good. That's when we decided to use their water treatment system. The water has been good since we got the system installed. However, they still haven't replace the faucet like they said they would do. Also, the product is expensive for long term financing. I was hoping it would be something like when I buy a house wherein I got the principal balance plus the interest and that they were gonna reduce the price if I could pay the principal but they said no. The total price is that and that's what I have to pay. But other than that, everything was good.

We had hard water. We always have a ring around the toilet, as well as water spots on the shower doors, and our body was being dried out. So we set up a consultation with RainSoft, which turned out quick and easy. They asked if they could fit us in that day and we said yeah. They set everything up the same day and the presentation was so good. When they gave us the results, it was everything that was going wrong with our water that we had concerns about. So we knew that the water conditioning system was something that we really needed to get.

I've been with RainSoft since 1981. It was referred to me by a friend many years ago because I lived in an area where the water was very hard. I had a new system put in a couple of months ago and I'm very happy with it. The technician was one of the guys who trained the new fellows who served other people and he was very good. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with RainSoft.

The sales rep had a long spiel. They said it would be about an hour and it was two hours. Then they said they were going to come on Wednesday and they came in on Tuesday which surprised us a day early. I was in the middle of doing projects outside. So, I had to drop that and do all that. We ended up buying because we were looking for better water not because of their sales pitch or anything, but because we wanted their product. They probably could’ve saved us the whole sales pitch and just sold us the product. Since using the system, the water tastes a lot better it’s just crystal clear water. All you see is the bubbles in it.

I was at Home Depot when RainSoft approached me and asked me if they could come and test my water, and at that time I wasn’t interested. I then moved from a large home to a brand-new duplex into a different town and found that the water was extremely bad. So, I talked to Culligan but they were expensive. I then looked up RainSoft on the internet since they had approached me before. Also, I knew they had systems that were better-priced, so I called and they came out and tested my water and I then purchased a couple of systems from them.

Everything was pleasant until I was billed at 13.9% A DAY in interest charges, not 13.9% A MONTH. I can't cancel, they won't removed it, I'm screwed. I wish I never had this product installed, it is a financial burden to my family.

We purchased the RainSoft system that goes under the sink for the kitchen water and the water tastes better because of it. Everything I cook where we’re gonna be eating the water, I cook with that water. I even give it to my dogs now. I didn’t realize it was going to be so big, but we have a lot of room for it. It sits really nice under our kitchen cabinet and it’s not in our way. We’re very happy with it overall.

I was walking at Home Depot and RainSoft's lady rep asked if she could interview me. I don't usually do that, but I kept seeing her going to other people who were turning her down, so I answered her questions. And then we had their guy come out and gave us a demonstration. We had no intentions of getting it. It was very expensive, and we were a little hesitant because of how much it cost, but then we were really impressed after the demonstration. So far, I really like it. I can tell a difference in the water. It makes me not want to drink bottled water anymore. In fact, I put some in a thermos and carry it around. Everybody from RainSoft was very kind, helpful and answered all our questions. So, we’re happy with it.

Our very first exposure to RainSoft was back in 2000 when we went to a Charlotte Home Show at the Convention Center. We saw the demonstration of water softening and we were in the process at that time of building a home. We supposedly won a free water softening since our name was chosen, and they installed the system after the home was built so we enjoyed soft water for quite a while. In one instance when the system backwashed, we got a salt taste coming out of the refrigerator and we thought there might be something going wrong with the softening system. The water was coming out of the drain instead of going through the system so I thought maybe the system was stuck. After I did some investigating, I switched the softening agent to potassium chloride so we're using the system right now with the potassium. The gentleman that came and serviced it last advised that and it works. I can tell the difference in the water.

The sales rep will promise you all sorts of things that will never happen. I was giving a form to fill out to recommend friends and family to get their water tested. Nobody on that list was ever called. The rep also said that I get to choose one family member or friend to get a free gift from RainSoft, some kind of filter system that you can use with your kitchen sink. That never happened. Then you learn of all the costs that are involved with the maintenance after you have made the purchase.

We had a Kenmore water softener and I kept putting salt in it and I assumed it worked, and the representative from RainSoft showed me that it didn't. After I saw what Rainsoft could do for me, we went ahead and purchased it with the filtering system and we're very happy with it. Our sales rep was a local guy and we had a good experience with him. Everything is working fine and I've recommended it to friends.

We bought the water conditioning system from RainSoft. The installer did a very good job because when we were concerned on where can it go to being close to where the water can drain, he knew exactly what he was doing. Since we've had it, we could tell that the water's somewhat softer, as far as the build up on the shower door and things like that. Everything seems to be doing fine. However, our first water bill was extremely high compared to normal. But we are watering the grass a little bit so I wanted to see what the next bill came up to.

We bought three systems from Rainsoft and their sales reps have been wonderful. The water filtration system that I bought for the whole house is great. There was also the washing machine apparatus that they sell for cold water only, no detergent. That is spectacular. I was a builder, plumber for 38 years, so I understand all this stuff. But even I was skeptical about it. But a friend of mine bought one and after about a month he said that if people don't buy one of these things, they were complete idiots. I was told that I would never buy detergent again and only use cold water. The washer works way better without the detergent and it's a wonderful system. But the problem is when you tell people about this and they don't have a clue about the way the system works, they stare at you like you got sold up a bag of goods when the fact of the matter is it's a wonderful product.

My wife signed up for a free water testing by RainSoft at Lowe's. We then got the whole deal and as of right now, it seems to be an awesome system. The water is a whole lot softer. I enjoyed a couple of showers I took though I am not home enough to experience it. Nevertheless, I tell people about RainSoft now.

Their sales rep did a good job. Talking with him went perfect. I bought their whole unit and the water is definitely a lot softer and cleaner. Overall, it's been good with Rainsoft.

I finally got the system fixed. The senior tech came out and spent the correct amount of time to troubleshoot the problem. It turns out that the first tech here found the problem but he didn't have the part. The next two techs said that part was okay and it was a different part. Finally, Scott came out and confirmed Corey's diagnosis and put the part on, it looks like the system is working properly. We will soon see. I do think it is fixed. If this was the first tech the problem would have been solved 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and they would have received a 5-star rating. I do think that Johnny the third tech out needs help with his people skills and don't tell bull shit stories about how a surge caused the problem.

I had concerns with soft water and got the drinking water filter system from Rainsoft. Their sales rep and installation team were very professional. The system is working pretty good, but sometimes, I see a little salt thing. I was told that after time when I keep on using the system, it should clear out all that saltiness, but it's still there. I've had the system over for three months already and I still see the water like that. If I put the water in a glass, it will stay like that for about a minute or two, then the salt will go away. I don't know if it's supposed to do that but I don't think it's really a big deal. It's still a lot better water than what I had before.

The guy from RainSoft came out to my house and did a few tests on my water. I've always filtered my water and when he did the test, he shared with me that our water through our house was in really good shape. But he showed me the canister that I could put in front where my water inlet comes into the house. I put it right after the inlet valve, so all the water that runs to my house now is filtered and I like that idea. The guys that put it in were awesome. They came in and were done in a half hour. They were very professional and I appreciated everything they did. It was a worthwhile experience and I would do it again.

Our water was full of iron so we couldn't drink it. It smells bad and stained all of our fixtures. Then we heard about Rainsoft from Home Depot. We had a great sales guy, who was very informative, clear, and professional. The installer was great too, and the sales rep who came at our home for consultation answered our questions and solidified any concerns we had. He focused on talking about all the eco-benefits which we didn't know about, and that sold us. He also told us about the laundry thing where we could only use cold water and it runs through an oxygenation thing and we thought that was the best thing ever, so we ordered that too.

I was concerned about the chemicals potentially in the water and found RainSoft online. The consultation with the sales rep was great. He was extremely friendly, very prompt, and thorough. The installers were all very friendly and courteous. They worked out whatever issues there were and everything was clean from the installation standpoint. We got all of the RainSoft products including the washing machine thing, the spout for the faucet on the kitchen sink, the salt, plus the filter unit. After the installation, the water is better. Everything is good.

Our water started to stink so I stopped at Home Depot and got a water test done. The rep that I talked to came out and tested the water. He was a nice guy and very polite. He showed us everything that he was doing and why and I got a softener and drinking water filters. However, I was not impressed with the installer. One guy had been there a while and he was with a guy that was in training and the guy said that he would come back and check the second guy’s work, and make sure it was good to go since it’s one of his first jobs. He left and then we left. When we got back, the guy was just finishing up but the guy that had been there a while never came back to inspect the work, so the trainee left. I went down there and looked everything over and found multiple things I wasn’t impressed with at all.

A long time ago I heard about RainSoft and bought their water conditioning system. The installers were very friendly and did a fine job. However, we do have one issue. When we called for the customer survey because my wife wanted to redeem her $25 gift certificate, it asked if we wanted to redeem it now. And she thought she had to use it right then. So, she pushed “no” and then it was gone, and we never received the $25 gift certificate. And we couldn’t get back in and redo it. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

My wife came home and said someone was going to come by and test our water for us. Rainsoft did and they showed us the results. So, we decided to get their complete water filter system for the entire house. The process was quick and easy. The installer told me exactly when they were coming and what they were going to do. It took a day to install it, but due to the structure of our house, I could understand why it took him that long. Plus, I appreciated him taking that long to get it done right the first time. The only drawback was they cut walls in the Sheetrock when they extended a PVC-like pipe in one room, but it has since been repaired. Our water tastes better now. I like the silkiness feeling of the water when we wash dishes or take a shower. It was absolutely awesome.

My husband drinks a lot of water. When I ask him what the water tastes like before, he says, "Kinda like dirt." Then we saw RainSoft at Home Depot and we liked it. We got the water conditioning system on the spot. It is a great product and we have a great experience. They are very informative, I learned a lot, you just don't realize how much stuff is in your water. So it was quite interesting. Robin was very nice. And then, the installers were prompt and they did everything on time. Now, the water is so much softer. It's amazing how much you can tell the difference when you thought your water was fine, but then you get better water. When we're taking a shower or a bath, it's just much silkier. We've been really happy with it. Drinking wise, my husband says he can tell the difference.

I am concerned about what's in the water. I've had bad experiences with Culligan so I don't like them. Scharnweber is who I always have had but I was tired of them, too. When we bought something at Home Depot, we were given a sampling kit to sample water which was through RainSoft. So we took a sample, sent it in and RainSoft got a hold of us. We made an appointment and their sales rep came out and took more samples. He was very friendly and accommodating in testing the water and explaining things and we liked him a lot.

We were impressed with the Rainsoft's demonstration guy that showed us about the water. Also, my wife has a problem with her skin and the bad water wasn't helping it. I told the sales rep to come over and he gave us a time and came back. They wanted us to make a decision right then and there and didn't give us a chance to talk about it. But then we weighed the pros and cons and got started since it was something my wife had been thinking about doing anyway. We got the water softening product and the one for the drinking water. The installers were courteous and did a great job. Since we've been using this, the water is softer and my wife's skin has improved a whole lot. It was an informative and productive experience overall.

My wife was concerned about chemicals or iron in the water. I had a call from RainSoft after doing a water test at Home Depot and I was asked if they could send their guy out and I said yes. The sales rep who came was great, very thorough, knowledgeable, really informative, and entertaining. He did a great job. I got the two-canister water filtration system and the salt. The installation guy came and I talked to him about where the water goes then he got to work and I left him alone. Then he let me know when he was done and showed me how to use the system. He was efficient. Now, the water is easier to drink and bathing is nicer. It does what it’s supposed to do and we’re happy with it. The whole experience was excellent.

We have a well and had problems with the sulfur smell in our water. The smell had gotten so bad that I didn’t even want to give my kid a bath in the water. Setting up the consultation with RainSoft was real easy. They called and set up an appointment time, and they came out after work so we didn’t have to take off which was very convenient. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, gave us his credentials, and told us how long he’d been doing this. The installers were very easygoing, answered all of my husband's questions, and showed him exactly how to handle everything. We purchased a water treatment system and with that we got the supply of soaps. With well water, we had a lot of iron buildup on our toilets and sinks, and we don’t have any of that anymore. There’s also no more smell and I feel perfectly safe drinking the water out of the faucet.

A friend of ours gave us a referral, and then we were called by Home Depot for an appointment. We have friends who had an older water system, and it's been something that we thought about. The sales rep was very accommodating, informative, and was able to come at the time that was convenient for us. We got RainSoft's water purification system, a whole house system, and the triple osmosis under the kitchen sink. The installer was here for some time and was very neat. He didn't make a mess, wasn't obtrusive, and seemed to be a very friendly guy.

RainSoft Technical service is horrible and they hang up the phone on your face while talking. It happened to me just now also. No one denies for periodical service and change in filters. But, they charge you big bucks irrespective of whether there is need for service or not, even to come and test water after noticing some issues. This is ridiculous. I suggest you not to go for RainSoft, it is better of you purchase water rather than having system and pay through your nose.

I've been concerned about air and water treatment systems for years and been thinking about it. My wife told me about Rainsoft, and she sparked my interest a little further. Setting a time for them to come over was pretty simple and straightforward. The sales rep that came over brought along a lot of stuff. I thought the demonstration would be a little shorter than what it was, but it was thorough. He tried to get through everything in a reasonable amount of time. He may have hurried a little bit and talked a little bit fast. I asked him to slow down sometimes. I'm a little more laid back and used to listen to people talk slow and give me a chance to think things through. But all in all, he did a really good job.

We have the whole water softening system from RainSoft and we're glad we got it! As far as showering goes, I feel our skin and hair improved a lot. The drinking water is also great and we haven't been buying as plenty water bottles as we used to. It's been a pleasant experience.

We could feel and taste quite a bit of chlorine in the water. We scheduled a time with RainSoft and the guy showed up a bit later than we had planned. He called and let us know. Good thing it was not a busy day. He presented all the information except for the system and how to use it. I know it’s the installer’s job but he could’ve given us a few more tips on the machine. The installer told us that he can't install the system where my mother had originally wanted it. He told us where it has to be installed and did it, and then once it was done, he invited us out and we looked at the system. He told us some things about it but he was very quick. The water’s definitely softer and purer but it'd be great if somebody was to stop by after three months of installation to check in with the customer because we’ve had problems. We’re not quite sure if the system is up and running in the full ‘cause the salt is not going down.

I got the RainSoft water system for the house and the faucet. The rep came to my door to do the water test, and he was great. The installer was also knowledgeable. We had a conversation about my granite and he assured me that he was good at what he does and I could trust him. Now the water feels better and we don’t have to use as much bottled water anymore. It was a very good experience overall.

We got our water tested and the sales rep of Rainsoft was informative and explained the product level to me. The installation team was also good but they had to come back because they had to dig for the drain, for the outside. Other than that, it was fine and our water definitely tastes better now.

I feel like we've been taken advantage of. Our system was installed 10 days ago. I was approached in Home Depot about allowing a 30-minute presentation in my home on water treatment systems for a $20 gift card. Our water here is terrible, so I gladly agreed. The presentation took 4 hours. And it wasn't because we goofed off.

RainSoft called me and we scheduled a consultation. The rep stayed in our house for five hours, which was long but it was very useful. He definitely taught us a lot, and we’ve noticed the difference in the taste of the water compared to ours and with the filters. The system is perfect and we love it. It was interesting and a learning experience for my husband and me.

American Home Design does a lot of work for us and they told us about RainSoft. RainSoft called ahead of time for the consultation and it was very pleasant experience with their rep. He came in, tested the city water, and we saw what was all in the water and it was disgusting. We never drank the water because we usually bought bottled water but he explained that all bottled water isn’t good either. So he tested a couple of bottles that I had and one was okay while another one wasn’t so good. He sat down, explained it all, and wasn’t pushy. At first we said no and that we couldn’t afford it. Then we tried to figure out how we can work it in and now we love it. It’s simple and the water tastes great and makes our skin feel so soft and good.

We've had Rainsoft for quite a few years now and we're very happy with them. The system is doing really well. However, we're getting rust in our bathroom for some reason but they've already set up an appointment for next week. So, mostly we're good to go.

The water that we were drinking before we bought our house smelled like really bad chlorine. Drinking it makes us nauseated. So when we bought our house, I decided to have the water checked. Jerome the RainSoft salesman explained everything in detail. He showed us the test and then hooked up something to show us what the water will actually taste like afterward, which tasted so different without the system. The guy that did the installation was great. RainSoft has a lot of really good people working for them and I've experienced excellent customer service from them.

Our water tasted and smelled bad. We previously had RainSoft in our old house and then when we moved, they sent us a card so we called them and got the system here, too. We got the reverse osmosis on our sink. The sales rep was very friendly and nice and knew what he was talking about. The installation team set up the system, but had to get some piece of tubing and then come back and install it. They ended up giving us some free salt because we wanted the system quicker than we actually got it. The first person who was to do the installation ended up doing it the next day. It was kind of a crazy experience, but we're glad we got the system.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. He shared helpful information, and worked assiduously to get the job done right--despite a couple of obstacles that delayed completion until well after normal work hours.

The sales rep made a lot of sense, and was very enthusiastic and had a lot of confidence in the product. We got the water softener and the filtration system. The product isn’t inexpensive but it seems to me that it’s worth it. The water is clearer and the ice cubes are almost transparent. The glass doors and stuff on the shower have a lot less build up and the soap lather is better. It's pretty much what the salesperson described.

I believe in honest reviews because I use them often when determining whether or not to buy some of the more pricey things which I consider more of an investment rather than something cheap and throwaway. Let's face it, we like to know if the money we're putting out there is buying a product that lives up to its claims.

I saw a free water testing kit at Home Depot and wanted to test my water. Home Depot called to tell us about our water result and recommended RainSoft. Then Rainsoft called us and the gentleman that came was really knowledgeable and explained everything greatly. I got the reverse osmosis and conditioning. During installation, my wife said the installers were nice and friendly. Since getting the system, the taste and pressure of the water are better. I don't see any more soapy spots around water areas which was our major concern. We've had other concerns as well but they have been very prompt with getting solutions out and have been pleasant to work with.

I've always had those mini filters that is on the market and I've never considered anything like what I've got from RainSoft. The installers that came out were polite, on time and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and provided us with the necessary information that we need. I also like their customer service and their follow-up process. They asked if we were okay and if there's anything they can do or if we have questions. Now that I have their system, I've noticed a difference in my laundry because after every wash, we usually need to take out the filter and empty it because it's always filled up with fiber from the machine. Now, we do it every three or four washes. I'm extremely satisfied with RainSoft.

I had a free test from Home Depot which led me to research on water treatment systems. Rainsoft then called me on the phone and when the sales rep came out, he showed us a lot of things with the water and the different uncleanliness of it. I was at work when they did the installation, but they did a good job and it looks really good. It has improved our water system so much. I no longer have the heartburn that I used to have. Our water tastes so much better and the shower feels differently now as well.

The RainSoft salesman was knowledgeable and explained everything well. We ended up getting the whole softening system, and we like it. The only thing that I didn't like is they told us that we were supposed to get products like laundry detergents, soaps, and things of that nature. They said it would come within three weeks but we haven't received anything from RainSoft yet.

We had very hard water here and heard about Rainsoft from my neighbor. The sales representative who came for the consultation made us aware of everything and he was great. We bought the unit under the sink for the fresh water and the one throughout the whole house. The installation team did their job, were very conscientious about what they were doing, and cleaned up. Our drinking water is much better now and everything is much more pleasing as far as doing the wash and dishes. We recommended RainSoft to a friend.

I had no problem at all setting up the consultation with the sales representative from Rainsoft. I was told that somebody was going to be here at a certain hour and that's the way it went. The sales representative did a very good presentation and answered all my questions in a correct way. That's why I got myself the Reverse Osmosis System. I drink more water than I used to because the water is very good. Later on, I'm planning on buying the whole works.

Taste is horrible and feel is worst than when I had tap water. I would prefer bottle water or a different company. Worst company and don't help their customers. Stay away from RainSoft. Run if you hear RainSoft. I paid cash for the system and didn't even get a refund after one and a half weeks of taste and feel bad water. I wish I had do more research on this company before I invested my time and money into their products and get a bad taste in my mouth. Worst worst worst company ever.

I was offered a water test and I ended up purchasing the regular sized RainSoft house product. It's been very nice. My skin is better and I’m glad to be drinking cleaner water. Hopefully, the water tastes different.

I did the Home Depot water test and then I had someone come out due to water hardness. The rep was here for two hours, went through some demonstrations and then went through the system. I ended up purchasing the RainSoft reverse osmosis system and then the whole home system. Since installation, the taste in the water and the water softness have been definitely better. My experience has been pleasant.

I needed to get a water softener because we moved from a different State and the water is a lot softer there and there was a lot of chlorine in the water here in Iowa. Then I heard about RainSoft from Home Depot. Setting up the consultation with RainSoft's sales rep went smooth. They asked me when I was available, and everything, including when the installation team came to my home, went professional.

I had Culligan before and I've had a lot of bad experience with them. Then I was at Home Depot when I saw Rainsoft's pamphlets there. The sales representative was very understanding about setting up the time for consultation. He came and I really appreciate how he demonstrated everything. We've noticed everything different since we had the RainSoft system installed. Now our skin is softer, our clothes are cleaner and we don't feel that dirtiness on our clothes. We can taste the water a lot better and it's wonderful. I've loved everything about it, it's excellent and I've highly recommended it to my friends.

The RainSoft sales rep called and showed up, and he had a book with all kinds of data. I can only assume that it's all correct. He was very polite, took his time and answered all of my questions. His demonstration was amazing. We got the complete RainSoft package. The water is awesome. However, they've already had to come out and repair the water in our shower. But the neat thing about it is I could tell that something was wrong. So, I called them up and sure enough, there was. The difference in the water is just amazing.

We found out about RainSoft when we submitted a water test through Home Depot. The sales rep that came out was great. He explained things, showed us the test and then he gave us the information as far as the setup with the person coming out. They called me and we picked a day that worked for everyone and then they came out and set it up. It was a smooth process. I didn’t have to do anything.

The sales guy was awesome and he won me over. It's been a positive experience with Rainsoft and I'd recommend them.

I came home one day and my wife was talking with the salesman from Rainsoft. I met him for a little bit but she already wanted it and we got the whole system for about nine grand including the washer. The product doesn't benefit me at all. I can get a clean smell from the washer but other than that, the water tasted different at first. The main selling point was to get cleaner water which should help out with the skin irritation of my son. So if he doesn't get it throughout the winter, I'll know for sure if the product works or not.

I wanted to get my water tested and the first time Rainsoft came, they were an hour and a half late, so we didn't take them. It was rescheduled for the next day which they told me would take an hour but ended up being three. But since installing the system, our water has been very crisp. I always drink iced tea at home and it's so much cleaner that I can even taste the difference when I go to other people's houses, like when my family goes to my sister's house and drinks iced tea there, it's so thick that I feel all of that stuff in my body going in. RainSoft really opened my eyes to know exactly what's out there.

I purchased a RainSoft system for the whole place and another one for the kitchen sink, and I am very pleased with it. The installation went smoothly and everything went fine. Since I had the system installed, the water is very clear and it's better than bottled water. It really tastes good. My daughter even said, "It's wonderful. We love and enjoy it."

We sent in a water test kit from Home Depot and RainSoft wanted to come to the house to do a demonstration. Their sales rep seemed to be a little pushy. We wanted to think about it for a couple of days and see if it's something we wanted to go with financially. But he told us that we better take advantage of this offer now since it's a one-time deal. There was a little awkward situation towards the end of the night, after the demonstration. Still, we ended up buying the basic package which softens or cleans the water.

One of our neighbors had RainSoft system installed so we did too. Their sales reps were good and their installation team did a great job. The water tastes better now. So far, our experience has been good.

We got a RainSoft system after the water test. The sales rep who came for consultation seemed to be very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough job about explaining what is actually in the water, where it comes from specific to our ZIP code and our water sources and it made sense to us. The installation guy was very good and worked very, very well. Now, we have done away with buying bottled water since we buy every once in a while just to have something on the go. There's also a reduction in the detergents that we buy. Also, the water that goes on the body and the lack of stuff it leaves behind on the showerhead, on the dishes and especially the silverware and the glasses, it’s not clouded anymore. RainSoft has delivered what was promised.

I got the water system from RainSoft and customer service explained the process pretty well and showed everything to me. He did a great job.

We like our RainSoft water treatment system and we can tell it feels softer on our skin. I first heard about them through Home Depot, and their sales rep came and did a water test. He was nice although he misled us for a little bit when he told us to tell Rainsoft that we don't need to call him as much. But then the tech who put in the system said we need to because it's going to be harder to keep the toilets clean since the system takes the chlorine out and we needed to put in chlorine tablets. But it's been a good experience.

My wife has been wanting a water softener for a while. RainSoft called up and asked us if they could come over for an informational thing so we said yes. Their sales representative then came and he was amiable. We got the softener and the reverse osmosis drink thing. It went fine with the installation team too.

After a very hard sell experience from a dealer (came with a supposedly free water test from Home Depot) my fiancée decided to purchase their filtration system because we were getting ready to adopt three little boys. Here it is two years later and we owe more on the darn thing than the original purchase price. Our monthly payments doubled after one year with no warning. And they called today to schedule a cleaning of my unit for the low low price of 140. What a scam they have going. We should have stayed with the Brita pitcher and bottled water. Don't waste your time and money on this.

Originally, I researched RainSoft because the water in our area is bad. The consultation was a little too lengthy. When I was initially called about it, they said it would take an hour but it ended up taking three hours. But the sales rep was very nice and the installation team was awesome. The installer was very informative and I was very happy with everything he did. We’ve had a couple of techs come out just to check things, and everybody’s been very professional. The one that really stands out was a guy named Lance who came out and was really good. But they all did a great job.

We love RainSoft so far. RainSoft called and asked what time the consultation would be good and we set it up the next day at a certain time where we happened to be both available. Everything went fine and was real good during the consultation. There are some days when we turn our water on and all we smell is chlorine. He convinced us it would all go away, which it did. We got the EC4 Series that is a water treatment system. The installation guy was really good, knew what he was doing, and explained everything when he was doing it. We're using it and it's doing good so far.

We have hard water at the area where we live. We didn’t want to get the RainSoft water system for some time. Then we were approached at Home Depot and decided to pull the trigger and bought their water filter system. It is a good filtration system. I love drinking the water and taking a shower. I take showers more often. Before having the system, I used to wash my cars outside and it would leave hard water spots.

We needed a water softener for a lot of things, especially for washing clothes, since we live on a farm and our water is rusty. Everybody from RainSoft has been very cooperative and friendly, and we got along just fine. Since installing our system our water has not been rusty like it used to be. Everything’s working the way it’s supposed to.

We moved and our realtor who we've kept in touch with recommended RainSoft. We have a well system and the house has been sitting for a while so we needed someone to make sure everything was up to date and running properly. We’ve had their representatives out a few times and we've always had really good experiences with them. It usually was the same two guys and they work well together. They are really professional, kind, nice, explained things in layman's term that we can understand, and have always gone above and beyond to help us fix whatever issue we were having. They always look at the system, explain all of our options and cost, and help us make the best decision for us.

I had our water tested through Home Depot. I talked to a lady with a place that tested my well. She set up the appointment for me and a sales rep from Rainsoft came out. He was very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, and knew how to sell the product. I ended up buying their water filtration system. I had quite a bit of interaction with the installation people as they had trouble setting it up. It seemed like there was a gap in communication between the guy that I bought it from and the installation people about where to put the system. They had to work for a long time to figure out how to get it right. Since having the filtration system, the water is a lot softer and smoother. It doesn't have a chlorine smell to it and the taste is better.

We were shopping in Home Dept when a lady asked us about our water. We told her it was terrible so she hooked us up with RainSoft's sales rep who was professional, intelligent and knowledgeable. He said he was a master chemist and that he used to be over the Dallas water system. We've had serious problems with our water for 45 years. The whole water system is the worst in North Louisiana. It would stain fixtures and clothes. We took the test and he showed it to us versus what it looked like before he ran it through his little machine. He convinced us and we did the deal. Home Depot offered this closeout deal to do it that day for free soap for about five years and no sales tax. We got the full treatment plus the water under the sink which breaks it down to bottled water purity.

I had an old system but some friends of ours told us that I should get a new one because they did. So we got it from RainSoft and we're always liking it. It's a pretty good softener and I got the best product they had. It has value and is a lot better than my old one was. They improved it and I like that. When the installers came, they were friendly, courteous and very good. Since then, I have noticed that I got an on demand hot water heater and it's been better. It's also been hotter so it's working and it's doing a pretty good job. I'd recommend them to any friend or anybody.

I live on a lake and the water was cloudy. So I schedule with RainSoft, and I got the outside unit and the inside unit which cost me $7,800. It took a while for the water to get clear but the sales rep said that was normal under the circumstances. The sales manager answered any questions I had right away. The guys that did the install, were very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. They did a great job. They did it in a timely manner. Everybody that was involved was perfect. I had a problem with it at first. I had to call RainSoft and everything was handled as soon as I was off the phone. Now, I can see my bathtub's bottom.

Excellent service. I bought the water softener system with the salt tank for the whole house. The sales representative was great, really knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The installation guys were great too. Our skin quality has improved, we don't have to use lotion now and don't notice any water spots on our dishes anymore.

I was dealing with peroxide that I had to check every day and I wanted to get rid of that and I wanted something more modern and automatic. I got news from my friend that RainSoft was very good and there were no chemicals so I was delighted. The sales reps tested the water and my sulfur was very high so they gave me the best machine that they had. What we like the most is that the smell of the sulfur disappeared right away so we're very enchanted with the system. It's a bit costly but I have to pay for quality and up to now we're pretty satisfied. We haven't had a water softener for all our lives and it's so much different. The installation team was fantastic. They were father and son and they were working alone. They did beautiful work and were very effective. The piping system was a good installation. They installed this treatment and I don't have anything to do, except to add salt whenever the softener is finished.

I had a great experience with RainSoft. The water testing come out so good so we went with them. I got the system installed under the kitchen sink and there has been an improvement in our drinking water.

Overall, I had a good experience with Rainsoft except the time that they said that the consultant will be there. They said it was gonna be an hour and it was more like two hours. But other than that it's okay. Their rep was friendly to speak to, knowledgeable and seemed like he had been doing it for a while. I got the water purification system for the house without the reverse osmosis. However, the person that had entered in our stuff for the product giveaway had keyed in the wrong address and it went to a neighbor but everything was still there and they gave it to us without issues. That was one negative because we were waiting an extra week wondering where it was then found out what happened.

The water that we had where our house is real hard. We had an incident where we had to replace the flapper valve that controls the hot water heater after only about six months because it was already about one-third restricted with calcium deposits. We decided to have it checked up and the plumber that replaced it recommended RainSoft.

I got the water softener, the Clean Start for the washer and Ultrefiner for the drinking water from RainSoft. Ever since I got the system installed the water tastes a lot better and my rashes seem easier to maintain now. I also love the shampoo. The rep was really good with the water test and in explaining the whole system. The installation went really well. We got our little pack of everything and we're suppose to get more of the soap. He told us that my wife would be getting an email so she could select what flavors, so it's one time. We never got that and we never got anything in the mail about any more soap. I think I'm gonna call and ask somebody about that.

There had been no problems when when the guys went through installing our RainSoft. They told me what they were doing and they replaced some things that needed replacing. They were informative. It was really good all the way through, so I was very satisfied.

We wanted to have clean water to drink so we researched about water treatment. We have been with RainSoft for years, and we're happy with them. Their service is excellent and everything works fine. We purchased a whole new unit since the other one we had was old and already needs repairs, and maybe a year from now there won't be any parts anymore. The installation team gave us a lot of information about how the whole house water system works and where they wanted to put it and where we wanted it. Then, we worked out exactly where it should be. We didn't dredge the entrance to the attic, but that's okay. We're satisfied with it.

Some friends & neighbors told me about RainSoft. Rainsoft called me, came out and gave me a consultation. They were very accommodating and the guy was very friendly. The installers were on time and courteous. They also told me what they were going to do and there wasn't any mess. After the installation, I noticed a difference in the softness of the water and in my laundry. Everything I expected is what I received so I'm happy and overall, it was great.

We had hard water so I looked into water treatments. RainSoft's sales rep did a pretty good job although he left out a couple of things. He admitted that after I asked him later on, but it's fine. I got their water treatment system. The first guy who came for the installation was very nice, but he did not have a water gauge. Otherwise, he needed a blocking cap to stop the water once he did the thing. He had to drive back to Home Depot to do it which took more time. He never did get a water gauge, so when he left we didn't have enough water pressure to run both our toilets, except the pounding on the pipes that pumped the water up there. I called and another technician was sent out who corrected the problem.

I love our RainSoft water filter. When I had some questions after I talked to the salesman, I received a prompt response. Then one person came and installed the system and did a very efficient job of that. It was a very pleasant experience and up to this point, they have done everything that they promise to do. And every time I made a call, I'm answered immediately. I talk to a live person and I certainly appreciate that. I had a whole house system prior to this installation with RainSoft. And I have noticed improvement in the pressure that comes from under the sink attachment. The water that I had with the other system tasted very good, but it was very expensive.

We live in an area where the water is terrible. Even the water that comes out of the water treatment facilities has some problems. It's high in chlorine. So, we were looking for a water treatment system. RainSoft's rep, Robin, came out and did a presentation. He was very personable and a good salesman. He did his job really well. It was very easy to convince me because I knew our water wasn't good. He still showed it through his little test kit. Also, we had a very antiquated system that was not providing us with the level of water quality that we wanted. He hit us at the right time, so we purchased their reverse osmosis system for drinking water, the full soft water system, and the ozone unit for the washing machine that allows us to treat or wash the clothes with cold water and with a little soap. They said we'll use the detergent for the scent and it works fine. We got the whole nine yards from them.

This a horrible company with a lot of hidden subjects and charges. I absolutely do not recommend this product whatsoever. All of their promises are lies!!!

I had hard water where I'm located and a friend who has RainSoft told me about it. The sales rep we dealt with was nice. He came out when he said he was going to come out on time. It wasn't a big deal talking to him since I already knew what I wanted. They answered all our questions and were very informative. The installation guys were very good too. With RainSoft system installed, we have noticed a big difference. The water and our skin seemed softer. I didn't have a problem with the taste before we got it, but the water seemed to taste a little bit better now. We enjoyed the experience and we're very happy with the product.

We bought a water softener from RainSoft. We liked it so much we referred someone and they got it as well. The sales representative was the best and he worked on our time. He explained the system very well and did testing while he was at our home. We already had a treatment system and he gave us a lot of knowledge about what we had. The team that installed the water softener was very nice and my husband was pleased. We're trying all the products that we got with it. We had problems with bubbles at first. But this is the first week so we'll see how it goes. But overall we're using more of the water now for drinking.

My wife had heard about Home Depot doing water treatment services so we called them and then we were referred. Her parents have had soft water in the past and she’s had really good experience with that. The sales rep was incredible. She came in. She’s very professional, timely, gave us all the options and explained what was best for us. The entire experience, other than waiting for our scheduled date for them to come install everything, was great. The installers were in and out very quick. It took a lot sooner than I had expected. And they were good about explaining what steps they had to take and where they were in the process. Since installing RainSoft, appliances are definitely working a lot smoother. We can tell a difference in our clothes and our laundry. There’s also a cleaner feeling after showers or washing hands.

Setting up a consultation schedule with RainSoft's sales rep was easy and comfortable. He came and did a couple water test treatment and showed us the difference between with and without the water softener. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installer scanned our house earlier in the day and started working on the project. And then when I got off work, he came over and finished it. He worked good around our schedule. The water is a lot softer now and we're using a lot less of the soap. I'm very satisfied with it.

Our water well has really hard water with a lot of iron and we were looking at cleaning it up. We set up an appointment for RainSoft to come out and do a test. Their rep came out, did the water test and I did it with him. He did a good job answering all the questions and explaining how it all worked and showing us the test. We got their water softener, the EC4 filter, the Ultrefiner water drinking system and the reverse osmosis system for drinking water. The initial installer who helped install did okay. However, he damaged our dryer lid, so we had RainSoft send us a part for that which they eventually did. I've noticed that our water is a lot better now. It tastes better and we don’t have the rust deposits.

We purchased the whole house water system from RainSoft. Their sales rep explained the system to us. He was very professional and very nice. The installer was awesome and worked very hard. Now, our water is a little softer, but I was hoping it'd be a bit more softer than what it is. They're supposed to come back out to check it, but they haven't yet. I'd recommend the system but the price is too high and I think that would probably turn a lot of people off. And you'll feel a little pressure from the guy who comes out and gives the sales pitch. But overall, the people were very nice and professional and hopefully, we will like the system as time goes by because I haven't seen a big difference yet.

Home Depot told me that RainSoft were offering a free test and I went ahead and availed it as I definitely wanted to see what kind of water we were drinking. Setting up the consultation with RainSoft was super easy and the sales rep was awesome, very friendly, easy to talk to, and was above and beyond from what we would expect of her. Her knowledge was over the top and her passion and enthusiasm were there. The installation team were super friendly as well, very efficient and were in and out quickly. I asked them if they needed anything and they said none. Since having the system installed, the water feels oily, which we know why, but it feels different.

We bought the whole water system from RainSoft because of the pollution and to have better water for the family. Their sales rep went to our house to show the product and he was very polite. After the installers finished the work, they explained what I needed to do in case of leakage. Since then it’s easier to clean my bathtub and bathroom.

When I bought my house, I got a Home Depot gift card but with that card, I had to let RainSoft come do a presentation. Then I discovered after the presentation that my twin sister has the same system in her home. We had to reschedule but the general manager called to apologize and reset everything and it worked out fine. My sister was there at the house when they installed it, and she said everything went fine and they were quick about it. The guy that came was wonderful and did a great job. They were really pleasant to work with.

He also cleaned up after himself. The water quality is much improved since then.

I had a Rainsoft water softener installed 30 years ago and it worked great for several years. It finally gave up and I went on the computer to find a dealer and the one I found was in Missouri. I was disappointed that there wasn't anything local but they did a good job coming a long way over here to Illinois and taking care of me. Over the phone, they knew exactly what I had. The guy that showed up had one in his truck and he sold it to me and he installed it. He was able to take the old unit out of the tank that I had and took it outside, cleaned it all up, took it back down the basement and put a new unit in it. So all I had to do was buy the unit, not the tank that holds the unit and the salt. Now the water feels wonderful when I take a shower. It's squeaky clean and I like that feeling.

I’m a big fan of the environment. I like clean water and we got tired of buying bottled water so we had the RainSoft rep come over. He was really nice. We got the one where they had the pipe into our plumbing and the air thing that gets all the allergens out which makes the air fresher in the house. Their installation team was very nice, gave us suggestions and left the area clean. The water now is a lot better, the laundry is a lot crisper and we’re breathing better. The water washes dishes and clothes better as opposed to before when we wash our clothes longer. Now, we wash less loads in our washer and dishwasher so we’re saving money.

We knew we had hard water in the house as the water around the San Antonio area is really hard, so we figured to get a water treatment system. We got RainSoft's water softening system and the reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink, and the team that installed it was very good. We could definitely tell a big difference from what we used to have to what we have now. There is no more buildup around all my walls and there’s a better feeling getting out of showers. So it’s a lot better and we're loving it.

If you don't want to take the time to read this review, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY RAINSOFT FRANCHISE. -5 Stars. First off, let's start with the back story. My wife and I just moved into the area. We received a "free $20 Amazon gift card" voucher in the mail. Knowing it was going to be a sales pitch, I willingly called expecting to turn whomever away and try and come on top. It turns out you have to invite the individual into your home to receive your "incentive." I think, well why not I don't know anyone in the area and have not much else to do during the week.

Our water was tasting and smelling really bad. We stopped at Home Depot to get water sample testing, and then we got a call from Rainsoft. The salesman who came here and demonstrated the product, the installers, and the owner were fabulous. We got the whole unit including the EC5 with the carbon and the air masters and now we can drink the water right out of the faucet. It's warm because we're in Florida, but it tastes great and our skin is so much softer. However, we're having a hard time downloading the app on the phone so we'd know what's going on with the machine. Apart from that, we're so glad we did it and we've put it on the website of our development, so there are people here that are going to get it as well.

I purchased the RainSoft water softener in 2001. I have had at least 10 repairs in the unit since I purchased it. Some of the repairs were the same issues that they previously repaired. I had 3 floods due to malfunctioning of the unit which ate away my basement floor due to the salt. I reached out to the service company that sold and repaired the unit, and they told me I need a 1300.00 upgrade, which I can't afford. I don't trust this product at all. I purchased the unit for 5000.00 in 2001 with a lifetime guarantee, and I have the receipt to prove it. I sent an e-mail to the RainSoft corporate headquarters, but they do not respond to me. They are not standing behind their product.

The sales representative of RainSoft was good. The installation team were very knowledgeable too. I only wanted a water filter from under my sink and I went up with the whole system because I liked it and I wanted to have a cleaner water. I also got the water softening. Since having the system installed, the water tastes better and the skin is softer. I like all the products as well including the coconut bar soap with the little grains but it gets depleted very fast. We use a lot of bar soap and it gets consumed quickly. We do use the body wash, but not as often as the soap. So I was wondering if I could switch the body wash container for bar soap.

The sales rep. spent a couple of hours here doing the demonstrations. I know they do some it for effect, you look at the results and think "oh my gosh!" There are a few issues with my water, of which I am aware, but when they quote a price of $5800-$7100 for the softener and drinking water system it stops you in your tracks. Next they start telling you how much you "save" if you have their water softener, etc. More effect but it still comes back to the money. YIKES! For me, the money was just too much. RainSoft may be the Cadillac of softeners but it also has a Cadillac price.

I didn't overall like the taste of our water, especially drinking from the faucet. It was unbearable and I've always heard Florida water was bad so I wanted to check out what's going on with it and did the Home Depot water testing for free. I took that home, tested my water, and sent it off. Then they called me and gave me my details and my numbers on how the quality of my water was. They had a guy come out who did a demonstration and showed us what's going on with our water. He recommended RainSoft so we went with that, got our unit, and we're loving it so far.

Our neighbor says RainSoft Water Treatment Systems is good. The rep I consulted with initially was very knowledgeable and the sales rep who came gave a very good presentation so we got their water softener and the drinking water system. Their installers were very good and professional, and the installation was very smooth. I now feel very comfortable when I take a shower. On the other hand, the quality and taste of our drinking water are way better than before. Overall, it was a good experience.

The city water was hard and smelly so I got RainSoft's water softener and reverse osmosis system. Their sales rep came within the day I called. He was also the one who installed the system. He was amazing and super fast. Everything was great. We definitely have better usage. Our soap lathers a whole lot now and there is not as much staining on the tubs. And since we have the reverse osmosis, our water tastes a whole lot better. The company was really good and they're really knowledgeable about everything. The rep gave me all the information and let me make the choice myself. He wasn't pushy and I think that's important.

A guy from RainSoft called and asked if he could come by and talk to us about their treatment systems and we decided to let him. He was very nice, very knowledgeable, and didn't make a mess. He showed us the condition of our water and answered all the questions we had at the time. Then we decided we didn't want what we saw in our water so we bought the product. Since having the system installed, our water tastes better and we now drink from the faucet. I also got a complimentary little satchel that had products in there.

Setting a schedule with the sales rep was pretty painless. He did some tests and he was knowledgeable and informative. The installation team, on the other hand, didn't really clean up after themselves, I had to do a lot of cleaning myself. Also, I don’t know how well the air purification actually works. The air’s still kind of thick so I don’t know if it really did what it was supposed to do. But, we've been happy with the water system.

My husband has been permanently disabled from the military and they are not willing to work with us at all!! Instead they have a snappy comeback of "we'll put a lien on it". Absolutely disgraceful. I would never recommend them to anyone and can't believe how we're being treated.

My wife did the consultation and set up an appointment for RainSoft to come out. Overall, it was very informational and it went very well. The sales rep answered every question that we had, and the demonstration was pretty good. We got the whole home system in the basement and the under-the-sink water system. I was not home during the installation, but my wife was and when I got home, she walked me through everything since they showed her how to work it. Everything was also cleaned up. Since having the system installed, everybody drinks a lot more water, and it feels cleaner when we get out of the shower. We’re going through less soap too.

With Rainsoft, everything is working in perfect condition. My friend recommended their filter. I bought the complete water filter system. Everything was easy with scheduling a consultation. Nothing was complicated and everything went in time. Installation went very good. The guy who did it was amazing and I'm very happy about him. He did everything perfect. Me and my wife are happy about the system.

It was easy to set the consultation with RainSoft as they found time that worked well with my schedule. The sales rep was very good and thorough and the installer was very informative and helpful. Their water filtration and reverse osmosis system for drinking water are working well right now, though when I take a shower now, I feel like the soap is still there even if it's already gone. But, the whole process with RainSoft went well.

I knew my water wasn't the best quality and it was very hard to begin with. So, I wanted to see what the results of a test was and sure enough, it was very hard. We had chlorine in the water as well, above three parts per million, which is higher than what you have in your swimming pool. And that tells me that there were bacteria in the water, so they had to treat it to make it drinkable.

We had Rainsoft out to fix a couple of things before on our water system, and then we got the hydrogen peroxide system from them. The sales reps were friendly, informative and pleasant to be around. We weren't out there with the installation people when they put the system altogether, but they made it nice and clean, and it looks great, so we were pleased with it. I tested the water before for how many particulates were in it and it's gone up for some reason. I figured it would go down but the soluble materials in the water went up, but we've lost the smell in the water and it is cleaner. All in all, we had a very pleasant and good experience and we're happy with the system.

RainSoft's sales rep was really informative, friendly, professional and easy going. He did the test which I know was scientific. Sometimes I didn't get it but he would work around and see if I could figure it out another way. I also had quite a few questions and he answered every one of those. I got the water purifying, air purifying, the laundry, and an accelerated purifier that is put in the kitchen. During the installation, the only one that got me a bit upset was the guy that set up the appointment at 3:00 but didn't get here until 5:15 as he got caught in traffic. That was no big deal. It was just that I didn’t know what was happening with him. The guy that brought the water filter stuff was really nice though and he explained it all to me. He put it where I was hoping he would be able to because I didn't want it in my garage which is not big enough. I have a boat and a car so that would've been a problem.

RainSoft was giving away a free water test when we were at Home Depot. So we went for it since we just bought a house and didn't know what was in our water. It was very easy to set up an appointment for a consultation with the sales rep. They were very flexible with the days and times that work. They even wanted to come that day at 8:00 PM. The sales rep came to our home with his kit. He was very kind and easy to talk to, so we felt comfortable talking to him. We were able to have kind of a magic show where we were looking at the water and how these little drops changed. Seeing what was actually in our water was very interesting. We got the water filter system.

Our water here in Hallsville is horrible. I looked into water treatment systems and the sales rep from RainSoft was very informative and helpful. He answered all our questions. I got their water treatment system and CleanStart which aerates the water for the washing machine so the water is soft. Their installation team did a good job and our experience with Rainsoft has been excellent. We now have better drinking water and cleaner clothes.

I needed my water system because the community water system had poor testing. Home Depot had Rainsoft. I set up a consultation and the Rainsoft rep called to confirm before he arrived. He came, answered all my questions and gave me a lot of good information. He thoroughly explained how the financial arrangement worked, what the whole package consisted of, how it would be installed, maintenance, as well as testing. I signed up and I got Rainsoft purification under the sink tied into a whole house system under my home. From there we went on with the installation which they were able to set at a time that worked for me. The installation went seamlessly. Since having the Rainsoft system our skin is in better condition, the water tastes a lot better and most of all, I have confidence that I'm drinking clear, clean water. I had an incredible experience with Rainsoft.

The salesperson from Rainsoft said that their system has some kind of natural cleaning products that works really well with soft water as well as the benefits to appliances and plumbing which got us interested to learn more so we set up a time to have them come over and do a demo. I grew up with water softener in our home so I'm familiar with the idea of it and I noticed the differences between hard and soft water, especially as cleaning products go in terms of their effectiveness and efficiency. Between that and learning more about some of the offers that were tied to the RainSoft products themselves, we felt it was something that was a good investment for our personal health and home, overall.

Back when I was 20 years old, I first experienced soft water and I've always wanted it since then. Everything went great with RainSoft - from sales to installation. However, I thought that I wasn’t getting the soft water that I experienced 28 years ago. The technician was nice enough to come back and check the computer and the filter. What he found was that our water heater's full of sediment. When water goes through it and comes back out, we’re still getting the hard water issue. And of course, our electric bill’s crazy too so the water heater needed to be replaced. I purchased their softening system which comes with a free water filter.

Rainsoft's customer service has been helpful. They are very flexible with the scheduling. We had to reschedule a few times, and the sales rep was willing to help. There was a man that came out for the presentation, which was informative. We bought their water softener, a soap, and a healthy living kit. The Rainsoft installation guy worked well. He came out on a Saturday on a short notice, and he completed the job thoroughly. With our RainSoft system, we use less soap and my infant had a couple of skin spots that have cleared up. I also have less acne. The system was easy to set up, and it's been a benefit to our family.

We just moved into a new area so I wanted to see how the water was. I then said "okay" when the RainSoft guys at Home Depot asked if I wanted a water test. Sales rep Ray, who came out to test the water, was nice and informative, answered every question that we had, and was thorough with explaining all the stuff that he was doing. The installer was nice, quick, efficient, and didn't leave a mess. The water is a lot softer since we had it installed. My son used to have really bad eczema but RainSoft helped out a lot with his skin. Then we had the follow-up meeting where someone was sent out to check the system, and he was informative too. He also answered any additional questions we had. All in all, our service has been excellent. We've already recommended them to family and friends.

I've known about RainSoft for many years and I also got a call from Home Depot about them. It was very easy setting up a consultation with their sales rep. He called and we made an appointment. He was there the next day, was on time and I had no complaints. My wife and I watched his entire presentation and as he worked through the various chemicals with the water and showed us the products. It was inclusive and professional. We weren’t having any difficulty with the water, but what closed the deal was the amount of impurities that was in there. We got the salt tank, the water purifier under the sink and the chemicals that came with the order for all the cleaning, washing and dishwashing. He also included something that we put on the air conditioner to purify the air.

RainSoft's sales representative was quite knowledgeable. Not only from a standpoint of being able to describe things that we asked about, but also in the way that he presented the science side of it, which I was quite impressed with. The installation team were very, very friendly, and very nice folks. The lead installer was particularly knowledgeable. The other two guys were in a learning position because he would tell them certain things, how to do this or how to do that but overall they were a good bunch of guys. Before the system was installed, I wouldn't say our ice cubes had a bad odor but we have an ice maker and the ice cubes had a strong odor. But now that we're using the purified water, that odor is not there. I wish, at the time, that we would be able to afford a whole house system but we couldn't but at least our drinking and cooking water is better now.

RainSoft Water Treatment - Florida Energy Water & Air. Initially we were called by someone from Home Depot regarding letting a salesman from RainSoft Water treatment system come into our home to discuss it, and for our time we would be given a Home Depot gift certificate. We always shop at Home Depot and since we feel it was such a reliable company, we thought no problem and scheduled a date we would be available.

It was easy setting up a consultation with RainSoft. They were flexible and they did it after work. Their staff were very informative, upfront and explained everything very well. The sales rep went through the whole game, had the water testing, and we talked a great deal. He was very good. I got their products for the water and for the air. Their installer was nice and explained everything when he was done. With RainSoft, the water tastes much better and it is softer.

We are really good with RainSoft. My dishwasher, clothes, and towels became like new with this new water. The installer explained everything and helped us with the subscription on the computer. We are happy.

We have hard water down here in Florida, and my water was brown and I wanted to get it softened to save our pipes, appliances, and our skin. We got tricky water so to be safe, I wanted something really nice and I got a water softener from Rainsoft. The Rainsoft sales rep, Daniel, was great and we had a wonderful experience with him. He's very informative. He went over everything thoroughly and explained everything to me. Also, he advised me that if I have any more questions I can contact him anytime and he would talk to me.

My Rainsoft experience has been good. Setting up consultation with the sales rep was easy. I got the entire water system from them. With Rainsoft, water tastes better.

We were renting a home in the town where we lived and the landlady lived out of town, so we worked as the local liaison between her and any problems of the house. The well pump broke and we were without water so we called Rainsoft and they came out and installed a new well pump. Later on, when we were having problems with a sulfur bacteria in the aerator of the well system, which caused an unpleasant sulfur odor with the water within the house, we called Rainsoft to come out again and give us a consultation about how to resolve the problem because we were impressed with their service with the well pump repair.

I contacted RainSoft of Denver late afternoon 1 month ago and Peter called me back 2 hours later after business hours to answer all my questions about their water softener. While anticipating his call I did online research myself, concluding that I wanted a Filtration System that doesn't use salt. RainSoft sells both, however my concerns that the salt could eventually damage our septic system and leach field were resolved. He sent me documented evidence on use with leach fields. Their water softener uses 1/3 the amount of salt than other units use. Also they have a wifi wireless app to more accurately monitor the amount of salt that is used, instead of an automatic timer that releases the salt. I really put RainSoft to the test with documentation to prove accuracy to all their claims. Peter supplied everything that I needed to make an intelligent decision.

Water was extremely hard in the area I’m in, so I figured we need a water softener. We went to The Home Depot and they sent up RainSoft to us. During the consultation with RainSoft, they were very informative and the person was very friendly. I purchased the water softener from them and the installers explained the system and left the work area clean. Both the sellers and installers were very professional. Since having RainSoft, the coffee in the morning tastes better.

The water out here is pretty hard, so we got RainSoft's water treatment system. The sales representative who came out for our consultation seemed to be knowledgeable and lovely. I was happy with the experience with RainSoft. We've got better water since having our system installed.

I live out in the country and I have a well and also have city water. But, they're both very hard water. I wanted to have it analyzed and RainSoft came out and did that for us. The sales representative was well-informed and he did a good job. The fellow that did the installation came out that very same day and had all of my products that were promised. He did a very neat installation. He placed the equipment where I wished and I’ve been very happy with it. Since then, the shower water feels a lot smoother whenever I lather up, and the water makes a great cup of coffee. The equipment is just fine, but I had a little hiccup with my friend. I live in Florida and my friend who also bought a system from them was in Georgia. And the product that was promised was not delivered for two months and there was a little confusion with that. It took a few phone calls, but it’s all straightened out now.

We were stopped in Home Depot to do a survey and scheduled a consultation because we live in Edmond and the water sucks.. We enjoyed our time with the RainSoft sales representative who was very informative. The installation team had a few problems taking care of running the lines for the system and had to come back because they couldn’t complete it all in one day. They came back, finished it, and cleaned up well. And we haven’t had any leaks for long now. Since having it installed, the water tastes better. We also don’t use as much chemicals as we did in the past. Everything seems to be working better. There’s none of the alkaline corrosion to be cleaned off the faucets.

I needed a water softener from RainSoft because my water out here was very hard. There was a good inch of lime in the little test tube when Jeremiah who was from RainSoft tested it. I knew it was hard because all my sinks would be having white spots all over everything. I had to wash everything down if the water stays on it. Also, this house is just six years old and my hot water heater has already started that bubbly sound that it’s still doing it. I can’t get to flushing the sediment myself without taking the outside board off because it’s screwed on. In my old house, I used to flush it out with the hose, but I was afraid that it would cause all of my plumbing and everything to back up, and I can’t afford that. A water softener makes things look better when I wash my clothes. If water is hard, a lot of times my clothes don’t come out like I want them to.

We had some concerns about our water. It had been a while since we had anybody talk to us so we decided to have somebody from RainSoft come out and talk about it. The consultation with the sales rep and training person went very positive. They also had a very nice and knowledgeable installer. Everything went smoothly. Since installing the system, things are soft and smooth in the shower now. For instance, my wife told me there's still a garlicky smell in her ice cubes. The water that goes into the ice maker comes through the standard water supply, not through the reverse osmosis machine.
