I appreciate Timothy's and Jeremy's assistance in closing some property records accounts that was charging a monthly fee. I'm not sure how I signed up for this service, but I got the records I originally wanted and didn't need any monthly access any longer. The service was helpful in getting me the information I needed. The only issue I struggled with was the bi-weekly charges for the services. I only use the service when I need it, but not constantly paying for it regularly.

The service is very quick and easy but a caveat is that it is a subscription that will bill monthly. I didn't see that upfront and caught on only after having gone down a bit of a rabbit hole. Great information is available here, though. I was pleasantly surprised. Still, it would be nice to know prices and conditions upfront.

Not a great experience with the way you get billed, I received several charges for things that I didn't purchase or know about purchasing. All I wanted is a simple package report, but was charged some upsell charges, database access etc..

I thought my initial search for property records was effortless. Great. Helpful, too. I also felt like it was a good value. A month later, I received a new charge. I immediately got on their very responsive live chat and questioned it. I had apparently signed on to a monthly package. I couldn't see an access point when I signed it to understand the subscription, but live chat told me what it was. I asked for that to be canceled and asked for a refund. They were happy to oblige me. I am being refunded and have a confirmation number. I can't complain about the responsiveness. I think I am bothered by the package, though. I do recommend them with that caution.

I was looking up my property on the local government website and I ended up with a subscription with this company that I didn't want. It led me to believe it was a scam. The property report provided to me was accurate as it pertains my property, so far as I know. The only issue was that I didn't realize it was an ongoing monthly subscription until the second charge hit my bank account. I may be as much to blame as the company for not reading their website thoroughly. My subscription was easily cancelled and the account closed online using AI chat. I'm currently satisfied with the info they provided and the ease of cancellation. I think you should be able to get the information online through your local Register of Deeds for a nominal fee, if not free.

Propertyrecs.com? Awful. Notorious for tricking you into a subscription then refusing to cancel the account. I went online and paid for one report. Unknowingly, they connected that order to a subscription. I called to cancel. Customer service was terrible: bad connection, worse attitude. I was told the account was cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email. Email never came. Money was taken from my account again. Called again. Same rudeness. Same promise of a cancellation email. No email came. Just tried a third time. Same response. I've checked online and I'm not the only one with this issue. They are notorious for doing this.

Know what you are looking for before proceeding or you will find yourself being charged more than needed. Cost adds up quickly. Make sure you close your account at the end of your purchase so you aren't charged in the future for keeping it open. I was charged 3 weeks later for account being opened but they did refund the errant charge. I used chat to get refund.

I went to the site looking for property info for a family member. They said $1 for one report. Ok no problem. We'll it's the end of February and $95 later. The website lists bundle prices and the charges I got were not even listed in those bundles, very strange. Reached out to customer service and Russel was able to help close my account (that I didn't even know I set up) and refunded all charges except the agreed upon $1. Hopefully that refund shows up on my account or I will have to report them for fraud.

HIGHLY DECEPTIVE!!! I have no idea why this site is reviewed so highly. Beware! It is NOT a government entity though it looks like it. They will create a report and then ask you for $1. Seems innocuous at that point. But that dollar is only to access the report. Once in it will show you various parts of the report asking at each point for more money. I spent $30 without knowing the costs were accumulating. But the worse part is that as soon as you give them your credit card number you are signing up for recurring payments of $10 every fifteen days! You will have to call them to cancel that subscription. Most people don't even know they have subscribed until they see recurring payments. These records can be found at the actual government site. It will appear later in your search. Go there instead!

Service was excellent however I was not aware that the package would continue to be billed at $5 a month. Only needed it for a one-time lookup (very helpful for that). Was user-friendly once I started my search and provided what I needed promptly.

I request some information to an address and got the report fairly fast. However there were a number of serious errors on the report. Two of the errors had to be sourced from a bank and the City. The next four errors must have come from the either the **, **, or ** but not from a qualified source.

I wish I would have known about your company back in 2024 when I hired a half witted management company to take me out of the loop. Used this service to search a property that I was interested in for short-term rental. Signed up in early 2025 at the low rate. Rate increased in December 2025. Was surprised when I saw the rate go up but customer service rep refunded the charges right away when I used the chat. Happy to have used the service initially, but had to watch for the charges to increase.

I was unknowingly charged a monthly fee, wasn’t reimbursed but was told that my account has been canceled. We’ll see in the coming month if I get charged again. This is something that should be told to the customer when all they is a one time report.

PropertyRecs.com has no self service option on their website to close an active subscription account. This is disappointing. A customer has to interact either via email or chat window to have this issue addressed. Identity Access management is also provided via an email reset link instead of a username and password field couple with MFA.
