The website was easy to use however it did not supply what I needed. I needed the deed to ** Poughkeepsie New York 12601 and was only given property details, neighborhood reviews, people that may be associated with the property etc. Recommended the website be more accurate in what it will supply. I wasted $3 on something not needed.

The report is totally inaccurate. I have lived here for 46 years….and the report only goes back to 2016, No information about previous owners before 1976. Some of the buildings have not been there since 2012. I am trying to apply to the town for a subdivision and would like to present a history of the property.

Gained information I never knew about my new home! I have never met the previous owner so for the small price, it was well worth it. Although I was initially seeking out a common blueprint, I got more than what I needed. Will continue using this for my future homes as well as my family’s. Highly recommend!

I wanted to get some information and that was provided easily and promptly. I had no problems with the website, it was clear and easy to use. I did get a little confused at the end of the process, after giving my credit card information to click through several pages of ala carte items with additional charges but I wasn't sure what those items were. I haven't looked at the download I received yet. Suggestion: put those ala carte items on one page with links explaining what those items are. Prior to the credit card information. I received an email request for an objective review in exchange for a $20 Amazon gift card, which is just enough to buy my sick cat's probiotics.

The site was very easy to use. There was a lot of very good information about the property including the previous owners, the surrounding area and the schools. There were reviews from area residents. It included all of the tax assessment information. It even included sex offenders in the area.

Purchased a public record looking for tax map id & could not find it anywhere, so I’m disappointed with that. Maybe I couldn’t find it, but that’s the only reason for purchase. I will say, even though I didn’t find what I was looking for, the information I did access was far beyond what I expected. Great for personal record/ property information.

Although, I was hoping to get property survey statistics, (i.e.) such as measurements of the structures outside of the home like driveway and outdoor deck measurements and mapping data when I originally began my search. The property report that I received from PropertyRecs.com was very complete and helpful to me in doing research of the property in which I was interested. I was curious about who the owners were and the price at which it was purchased. It was also interesting to view the historical market value. The report also includes the tax assessment of the property. A public school is just across the street from the propery and it is within walking distance to several banks and supermarkets as well as Walmart.

I was looking to find my winter tax bill for my property. The information was all accurate but I took the chance of possibly finding the bill which may have been lost in the mail when sent out by my township. I will try other options to obtain this information.

Results load a lot quicker than other sites, decent information. Most of what I received could have been located for free on other sites. But for $1 I guess it was worth not searching around the internet. My house was built in the 1800s. But the information I received only went back to 2008. Not the results I was hoping for.

Led to believe the info was free - not. Under the impression I could obtain original blueprints for the house or at least all the permits associated to the house (the property has had some major changes). The reports come with a lot of very useful information if you’re looking for previous ownership and property details. The process was quick and only took a few minutes before I had the link to open the report and review for myself. Does not include criminal reports or past history of any criminal activity on the property or criminal history in the area. It does provide plenty of information on schools in the area and sex offenders which is very helpful to know.

I paid $6.95 for a PDF of my property report. However, although the PDF is several pages long, it only prints on one page, so it is unreadable. I tried printing from my computer and from my phone each time I get one page with a tiny picture of multiple pages on one. I would like a clearly printable report or a refund.
