I helped a friend research information on a property that he owns. Although, I didn't get everything that I was looking for, I got more than I anticipated. I ordered the basic report, that included: land geo photo, parcel size, current and former residents, sexual offenders. Each report...i.e., if you were to click on a resident, it tells you all previous and current addresses, ages, potential email and potential phone numbers. The thing that got me, was that after I received the report, I received an email from Jeremy, to ask if I got everything that I was looking for. He did additional research and provided additional information. Worth the money, but I would suggest getting all possible reports to ensure you are receiving the most comprehensive findings.

Did a look up on a property that was believed to not be deeded to my father as it should have been. After my search I received an email from Michael (Data Report Expert) asking if I found what I needed during my search. Since I did not actually find exactly what I needed, he diligently continued the search and kept in contact with me. He came back with information of a Land Contract not recorded as satisfied being the issue, steering me in the direction of where to go next for more info. This is not a take your money and run outfit. They sincerely care about their customers with follow up and assistance (not common in the world today).

I was looking for something very specific and even though I couldn’t find it here on this website they did tell me where and who I can call to get the document I urgently need, which was extremely helpful.

I was looking for information to see how a house was titled in Florida (joint tenancy etc). I was doing this at 3 am FL time. I came across this website pretty quickly. For $1 I could a basic report. Then if you want other items it's an additional $5. There are all sorts of things they can find for you. I ordered a few extra things, probably more than I needed, and my total was $24. That's a bargain! I didn't have to do any more searching, didn't have to call the public records/courthouse, and didn't have to fly out to Florida. I try to find all the information myself that way it reduces my attorney fees. With the information I was able to get through this company I could see I didn't have a case to move forward.

Got this website online to find some information about the home that I purchased and everything was in the report that I needed. There was also follow ups to make sure everything was satisfactory to my liking which to my surprise was awesome.

I requested a report for the house I am planning to buy, and the report they provided is excellent. It offers detailed information about the current owner, property values, and tax details. Additionally, it includes a list of nearby sex offenders, which is very useful.

I purchased the data I thought that I needed from the site ($1), and shortly after receiving the data came another email checking to make sure I had gotten what I was looking for. I explained what it was I was looking for, and told my request would be sent to the correct department to research-lo and behold within an hour or two, arrived the data I needed!

Surprise $20 charge, had to file a fraud claim. There was no notification for the charge and I was completely unaware that I was giving my payment info to them for recurring charges. This site is very untrustworthy and the worst part is we used the site because of the reviews on Trust pilot.

In reviewing my bank statements, I noticed a recurring $20 charge. The initial charges in June included $1 and a $5.90. Then every month afterwards were $20 charge each month!!! I called and spoke with someone. They will be refunding these charges within 3 days. We will see! Not sure how this happened but it seem to happen to several people!

Scam site. You get nothing but generic information gleaned from realtor sites that is neither official nor correct in many cases. $1 charge, but days later they start charging again for no reason. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! There is no order number provided so you can't reference back to it either. SCAM entirely.

They charge $1.00 for the initial report then bill you $20/month somehow. It's either entirely fraudulent or they've hidden the agreement to pay $20/month somewhere that you don't notice it. The only positive thing is that if you contact them and call them on it, they'll refund to your credit card the $20/month. While easy refunds are commendable, they don't make up for sneaking in monthly charges and hoping that you don't notice.

Updated on 10/07/2024: Refunded charge but still annoying that they did it in the first place.

I was under the impression that there was a one time charge of $1 per report. I only ordered one report and paid the dollar fee. Now there's a $20 charge on my bank account!!! I feel scammed! I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy. I went to the site under the impression that I could get the deed that I was looking for but that also wasn't available.

The reports seem to be accurate, but the interface pulls additional money from you before you get to see what you are actually paying for. I would be completely happy to get the basic report, with buttons that let me purchase more of what I need, but upcharging me upfront may be a good business model from their point of view (cash generation for the business); however, it means that I will go out of my way to overpay for ANYONE else's information. The site leaves me feeling cheated and betrayed, buoyed up by hollow promises and weighed down by hefty fees. At least the refund reply was rapid (we will see how long it takes to process - based on their initial performance I'd bet they hold the money until the end of their next billing cycle).

Please be careful with this a company. I believe it’s a scam. They delivered the property report I purchased but then charged me another 20 dollars a couple weeks later. When I emailed them to understand why they said they would refund it by check after 30 days because they could not refund the card. I called Visa directly and NO attempt had been done to refund the card. Note that 30 days is the amount of time Visa allows for disputes. It’s my opinion that they billed my card and then said they would refund via check. Email communications attached below.

My cousin expressed interest in a piece of property located in Okmulgee OK. While in Tulsa I requested information about the property. While the interface is different than I have used at home, it was sufficient. We promptly received the property report requested. Content was what we expected. Would use service again, if needed.

My husband and I are low income and have came across websites that just steal your information and have had our accounts hacked. There is so many scammers out there. I can't help to put this review to alert other people to watch out for websites that are not trustworthy....And write this announcing how amazing Property Records is in giving reliable information and not stealing or selling our information when requesting information. Founded out who owns the land. Hope to see if they have it all decided into plots. What the taxes and what’s in the city limits and what’s not. Who owns all the neighboring properties and what they pay for taxes and the sizes of their lots! If there is city water and sewer.

I saw a commercial on television regarding house stealing after which I was understandably concerned. I needed to verify that I was still the owner of record for the property I owned. I completed a very brief form and within a few minutes I received my report. The search was quick, detailed, and provided the needed information. I'm was definitely satisfied!

Report is good but there are a few errors regarding my name and my wife's name and former addresses. Not sure how to correct them. Also: No way to download the pdf. Please make these reports downloadable. Also: Who was the actual builder of this house? It states date, but not actual builder. I want to compare building materials from 1970 to building materials used in many houses since 1990, which I believe are inferior and make houses fall apart or degrade in just a few years instead of in decades... like my house.

I was hoping to get more information about the property boundaries and property line. I do want to cancel enrollment, I just needed a one-time report. There wasn't anything included in the report that I didn't already have from the Public Library archives. So the report I received was not helpful to my search. Ok report but crime map hard to locate area. Did not see charge $6.95 for pdf and really did not need it in that format. No further reports are needed. Please cancel my account. I sent separate email requesting cancellation as well. Report showed taxes, reviews of neighborhood as well as sex offenders in the area. It’s nice to get a report on a property but I wish it included more. As to renovations, improvements, etc.

Website was quick, easy, price reasonable and what I needed. It provided me with detailed information and the deed, the neighborhood, the owners, Any changes to the title. It provided me with the size of the lot and number of bed and baths. Having this information made it easy for me to Validate Information when I was getting ready to sale my home.

Although there is some valuable information in these reports, it was not what I was looking for. I was hoping to find out if there were any liens against the property I was searching. All of the information I received in the report from PropertyRecs could be found elsewhere for free. I don't need, or want, to pay for information that is public and readily available from other places at no charge.

I was looking for the most recent assessment of taxes for my property, 2024 but this report just had the taxes from 2022. I was disappointed that that it was not up to date and also had to pay for the report. I hope this isn’t a monthly charge as well because it mentioned at check out that there would be a 9.95 charge for further reports if needed after this month.

I initially signed up with the idea I would be able to view and obtain the blue prints to the home I have contract on currently. Although 7 didn't get those results, I was able to obtain other valuable information. I have the options to view the previous ownership. The homes value throughout the years. Was searching for property records on a home that I am in the process of buying. During the home inspection, there were a lot of issues found with the sunroom that was added on the back of the home. Property Records shows that there was no building permit. Property Records made it very easy for me to search so the report was very helpful. Propertyrecs.com helped us prioritize our interests and critically review a few houses that caught our eye. The site unveiled everything from seeing where advertised upgrades in the home did not align with permit records (ie DIY jobs that were inflating the price of the home); also knowledge of sex offenders near homes we were considering; to finding out one house we'd shown significant interest in - and were very close making an offer on, had been unoccupied for over 5 years, had a series of owners, foreclosures, among other things. This just didn't sit well with us and diverted our plans to make an offer immediately. With this service, we feel truly informed and empowered as buyers. When making one of the biggest purchases in your lifetime, having all the information you can have at your fingertips as early in the process is invaluable.

I was looking for a report of my home to include blue prints or even a layout with square footage, yet, the only layout included was a blurry photo of a potential build option that was not even legible and was not the final build given what looked to be a stairway in the living area where I do not have stairs in my home. The report contained information that I already knew or could easily find for free through other websites. Unfortunately, I paid for this information with the expectation of it being useful.

Hello, I recently did a search for any information pertaining to a Salt Lake City parcel. PropertyRecs.com provided information that was easily downloadable for a reasonable fee. The website and payment method was easy to use and was able to view the pdf without a problem. I would recommend this site and would use this resource again.

I looked up a report for my parent's house to find out exactly where the property line is. The report was not very helpful. It did not show me the property line how and where I wanted to see it. It was no better than just looking on Google Maps.

I did not know up front that it cost, then to find out it cost $1, was not a problem, but to find out it locked me into a $9.95 per month payment after the first 30 days very bad, then it asked me for more info for more monies...I just got out of the program. I do not want the report, do not want to pay anything, and I would like my funds back.

Have to give it a ok rating. I was trying to get the map of my property line and that was the Google search that linked me. The report did not include that information. So I could see some of the information be of help but not in my case and they may want to make sure they are correctly guiding users to them.

The report is good, but I didn't appreciate all of the last minute requests for payment. Why not have all of the purchasing option up front, so that if someone doesn't want to pay $1 to waste your they don't have to. I would far prefer there be a menu of the options at the beginning, so I can pick what I want, and how much I want to spend.

I needed the deed to ** Poughkeepsie New York 12601 and was only given property details, neighborhood reviews, people that may be associated with the property etc. Recommended the website be more accurate in what it will supply. I wasted $3 on something not needed.

The report is totally inaccurate. I have lived here for 46 years….and the report only goes back to 2016, No information about previous owners before 1976. Some of the buildings have not been there since 2012. I am trying to apply to the town for a subdivision and would like to present a history of the property.

I did get a little confused at the end of the process, after giving my credit card information to click through several pages of ala carte items with additional charges but I wasn't sure what those items were. I haven't looked at the download I received yet. Suggestion: put those ala carte items on one page with links explaining what those items are. Prior to the credit card information. A public school is just across the street from the propery and it is within walking distance to several banks and supermarkets as well as Walmart.

Results load a lot quicker than other sites, decent information. Most of what I received could have been located for free on other sites.
